  Speaker 2: the favor of freeing him. And he thinks he's forever

  Speaker 1: two friends. Come on, everyone. The three of you, or

  Speaker 1: four of you with the cat, run out the door

  Speaker 1: straight toward the town hall. People are already moving through

  Speaker 1: the streets. Guards are shouting instructions. Copper golems are rolling

  Speaker 1: toward the walls. Iron golems are marching in groups. You

  Speaker 1: race through the front doors of the town hall where

  Speaker 1: Gus is waiting. I believe it's happening, Gus says. I know.

  Speaker 1: metal onto the floor. Grayson's eyes widen. Then no, World Netherite. Exactly.

  Speaker 1: You start with JD, placing your hands against his temples

  Speaker 1: and closing your eyes. You remember the incredible heat, the lava,

  Speaker 1: remember forming enormous limbs and forcing life into nearly indestructible bodies.

  Speaker 1: this to the mines where there's some lava. He quickly

  Speaker 1: gathers a section of the netherite into his inventory and

  Speaker 1: runs out the door. You repeat the process with Gus,

  Speaker 1: then Grayson. Upon finishing, you order each of them out

  Speaker 1: of the door, up to the mines where there's a

  Speaker 1: large section of lava deep below. The perfect space to

  Speaker 1: create and spawn a netherite golem. They'll, of course, have

  Speaker 1: to use their mech suits and work together to fly

  Speaker 1: the thing. back out of the cavern, but it should

  Speaker 1: be doable in a short-ish period of time. In the meantime,

  Speaker 1: you begin gathering golems and giving them orders. It turns

  Speaker 1: out that most of it can happen mentally. at least
• 10:19
  Speaker 1: to the golems that you already control. Gather at the walls,
• 10:25
  Speaker 1: you say. Defend the village. Tell the townspeople to get ready.

  Speaker 1: The golems all begin to gather. The townspeople start climbing
• 10:38
  Speaker 1: into the newly made mechs that Grayson created, and all
• 10:43
  Speaker 1: of you move toward the town gates. At this point,
• 10:49
  Speaker 1: You've gathered and created a lot of golems, with the
• 10:53
  Speaker 1: help of sharing the spell with your friends and townspeople.

  Speaker 1: You have a veritable army of stone golems. A similar

  Speaker 1: number of copper golems, though their combat ability isn't wildly high.

  Speaker 1: Then you have groups of golden golems that can change shapes.

  Speaker 1: Diamond golems that are wildly powerful. a few of them

  Speaker 1: infused with laser shooting ability, and, of course, a couple

  Speaker 1: emerald cat golems that sprint over the rooftops and surround

  Speaker 1: the village. There are more than you can easily count.

  Speaker 1: And before long, you hear the enormous netherite golems climbing
• 11:43
  Speaker 1: down the stairs from the mines to join your netherite
• 11:48
  Speaker 1: golem They tower above almost everything else. Grayson looks out

  Speaker 1: at the army. Sharing those spells was probably the smartest
• 12:02
  Speaker 1: thing you ever did. Then, you hear mechanical footsteps as
• 12:08
  Speaker 1: the people begin arriving inside their diamond golem mech suits.
• 12:14
  Speaker 1: Village guards, hunters, miners, and... anyone else that had even
• 12:21
  Speaker 1: a little inclination to fight and defend the village. They
• 12:26
  Speaker 1: connect to them using the neural systems, making themselves and
• 12:32
  Speaker 1: the mechs, well, one. Realizing that you, Grayson, JD, and
• 12:39
  Speaker 1: Gus are the only ones not in mech suits, you
• 12:43
  Speaker 1: produce yours from your inventory. It opens up and you
• 12:48
  Speaker 1: climb inside. Your friends do the same. The neural connector
• 12:54
  Speaker 1: touches the back of your head, and instantly, you become enormous.

  Speaker 1: Your mechanical fingers flex. Your shoulder lasers move with your eyes. JD, Grayson,

  Speaker 1: and Gus do the same. Too bad theirs can't all fly,

  Speaker 1: JD says. Looking at the other mechs, eh, not enough

  Speaker 1: netherite to upgrade them. Grayson answers, well, we always need

  Speaker 1: goals for the future. You look toward the gate. Close it,

  Speaker 1: you order. Iron golems drag the enormous doors shut. Stone

  Speaker 1: braces slam into place. Then everything becomes quiet. Until you

  Speaker 1: start to hear... Boom. Boom. Something enormous is coming. Something

  Speaker 1: that shakes the ground itself. You activate your jets and

  Speaker 1: rise up above the wall. JD and Grayson follow. And then...

  Speaker 1: You see it. The dinosaur... The gigantic Godzilla-like creature towering

  Speaker 1: above the trees. Its body is covered in scars and

  Speaker 1: pieces of armor. Each step shakes the valley. And standing
• 14:32
  Speaker 1: directly on top of its head is Gary, the Golem King.

  Speaker 1: Behind him marches an entire army. Hundreds of stone golems,
• 14:47
  Speaker 1: lines of iron golems, copper golems, and even several diamond golems.

  Speaker 1: You stare. For someone called the Golem King, you almost

  Speaker 1: expected more of the advanced ones. But then you realize something.
• 15:08
  Speaker 1: Gary's probably been creating most of them himself for years.
• 15:14
  Speaker 1: One stone golem per day, one iron golem per week,
• 15:20
  Speaker 1: diamond even less often. You, on the other hand, shared
• 15:26
  Speaker 1: your magic. He wanted to keep the power for himself.
• 15:32
  Speaker 1: And somehow, that's made your village stronger than his army.
• 15:39
  Speaker 1: At least the ones he brought with him. Gary raises
• 15:43
  Speaker 1: a staff. His voice magically blasts across the valley. Surrender!

  Speaker 1: Nobody responds. Order your golems to stand down. They belong
• 15:59
  Speaker 1: under the command of the golem king. Hand them over.

  Speaker 1: Surrender your village. And perhaps I will allow you to

  Speaker 1: remain here. You hover above the wall. Never. Gary's expression darkens.

  Speaker 1: So be it. He lowers his staff. Attack! The valley

  Speaker 1: explodes into motion. Stone golems charge first. Hundreds of them

  Speaker 1: slam into the front lines of your army with a

  Speaker 1: sound like an avalanche. Rock fists smash into rock bodies.

  Speaker 1: Stone arms break away, heads crack apart, golems burst into

  Speaker 1: puffs of cloud and loot. But almost immediately, you see

  Speaker 1: the difference between Gary's army and yours. Your golden golems

  Speaker 1: flow through the battlefield like liquid. One turns both arms

  Speaker 1: into enormous blades and slices through three enemy stone golems

  Speaker 1: in a single spinning attack. Another forms its hands into

  Speaker 1: giant hammers and smashes an iron golem from both sides.

  Speaker 1: Your diamond golem simply walks straight through the fighting. One

  Speaker 1: enemy stone golem jumps onto the diamond's back. The diamond

  Speaker 1: golem reaches behind itself, grabs the stone creature, and throws

  Speaker 1: it into two others. All three explode in a puff

  Speaker 1: of smoke, leaving behind loot. Then, the netherite golems arrive.

  Speaker 1: One swings an enormous arm through a group of stone golems,

  Speaker 1: and five of them disappear at once. Another grabs an

  Speaker 1: iron golem in each hand and smashes them together. Even

  Speaker 1: Gary's diamond golems hesitate when the gigantic black creatures approach.

  Speaker 1: And from the walls, fire. Dozens of shoulder lasers glow red.

  Speaker 1: The villagers inside their mech suits unleash a storm of

  Speaker 1: laser fire. Beams rip across the battlefield. Stone golems despawn.

  Speaker 1: Iron golems disappear. Copper golems roll desperately between blasts. You

  Speaker 1: hover above everything else inside your flying mech suit. We're winning,

  Speaker 1: JD says. Yeah, Grayson answers. We're actually winning pretty easily.

  Speaker 1: You look toward Gary. He doesn't look worried. Which is

  Speaker 1: probably not good. Gary raises his staff. The dinosaur roars.

  Speaker 1: The sound's so loud you feel it through the mech suit. Then,

  Speaker 1: it charges. Oh no. The creature slams into the battlefield

  Speaker 1: and stone golems fly everywhere. Your stone golems. Its enormous
• 19:28
  Speaker 1: foot comes down and crushes an entire group of them.

  Speaker 1: Its tail sweeps through the valley and sends two iron
• 19:36
  Speaker 1: golems and a golden golem flying through the air. Focus
• 19:41
  Speaker 1: on the dinosaur, you yell to your friends. You blast forward. JD, Grayson,

  Speaker 1: and Gus follow. All eight of your shoulder lasers fire.

  Speaker 1: The beams slam directly into the dinosaur's chest, but it

  Speaker 1: barely reacts. JD throws both mechanical hands forward. Lightning explodes
• 20:08
  Speaker 1: from his fingertips. Crack. The dinosaur roars but continues moving.

  Speaker 1: Grayson fires lasers into its legs. You create a massive
• 20:20
  Speaker 1: concentrated fireball between your hands and launch it directly at
• 20:25
  Speaker 1: the creature's head. There's a boom. Smoke covers its head,
• 20:31
  Speaker 1: and for a second you think it might have worked.
• 20:34
  Speaker 1: Then the dinosaur bursts through the smoke, apparently unfazed. The
• 20:41
  Speaker 1: enormous creature reaches the village wall. One foot rises, oh no,
• 20:49
  Speaker 1: and slams down. The stone wall breaks beneath it. Blocks
• 20:55
  Speaker 1: explode inward. Copper golems immediately begin rolling away from the
• 21:00
  Speaker 1: collapsing section. The dinosaur takes another step into the village.
• 21:07
  Speaker 1: You reach out with telekinesis and push against its chest
• 21:11
  Speaker 1: with everything you have. Your mana bar starts to drop rapidly,
• 21:17
  Speaker 1: but the dinosaur slows. How is it so strong? Then
• 21:25
  Speaker 1: you notice Gary. He's still standing on the dinosaur's head.
• 21:31
  Speaker 1: His eyes are closed, his hands are gripping his staff,
• 21:35
  Speaker 1: and Every time he concentrates, the dinosaur moves. He's not
• 21:44
  Speaker 1: using any of his other powers. He's too focused on
• 21:50
  Speaker 1: the dinosaur. You think about the creature and something inside
• 21:57
  Speaker 1: your mind snaps into place. The animal control spell. You've

  Speaker 1: feel something. Some sort of connection between the dinosaur and Gary.

  Speaker 1: He's controlling it. What? JD asks. Gary is using some
• 22:21
  Speaker 1: sort of animal control spell to control the dinosaur. You
• 22:27
  Speaker 1: immediately open your skill menu. The battlefield seems to slow
• 22:32
  Speaker 1: around you. Three unused skill points. You mentally search for
• 22:40
  Speaker 1: some sort of animal control spell tree, and an ability
• 22:45
  Speaker 1: glows in place. The first section of it reads, Animal

  Speaker 1: Handler improves your ability to communicate with and control ordinary animals.

  Speaker 1: Obviously that won't be enough, but You select it in

  Speaker 1: order to unlock the higher powers. Animal control skill level

  Speaker 1: mentally speaking anyways. The command slams through the dinosaur's mind,

  Speaker 1: and you mentally push back with, Stop! For a second,

  Speaker 1: the dinosaur freezes. Gary's eyes snap open, and he looks

  Speaker 1: directly at you. Then, he focuses once again. His voice
• 25:17
  Speaker 1: enters the creature's mind. Obey me! The dinosaur takes another step,
• 25:25
  Speaker 1: but you push harder. Stop! Its foot freezes mid-air. Your
• 25:32
  Speaker 1: head begins to ache. Gary is strong, but you can
• 25:38
  Speaker 1: sense that his animal control ability isn't as powerful as yours.
• 25:45
  Speaker 1: You push deeper, past his command's Past the fear until

  Speaker 1: you reach the center of the dinosaur's mind itself. Can

  Speaker 1: you hear me? You ask, and the voice answers inside

  Speaker 1: You feel the connection change completely. The dinosaur is yours.

  Speaker 1: You issue a command. Turn around. And slowly, the dinosaur turns.

  Speaker 1: Gary looks down.

  Speaker 2: What?

  Speaker 1: What are you doing? The dinosaur swings its head violently,

  Speaker 1: and Gary flies off through the air. At the last second,

  Speaker 1: he grabs his staff, and it begins glowing beneath him.

  Speaker 1: It shoots into the air like some sort of magical
• 27:44
  Speaker 1: flying broom. Retreat, Gary screams, and the remaining golems begin
• 27:53
  Speaker 1: backing away. Even Gary can tell that he has no
• 27:57
  Speaker 1: chance in this battle without the dinosaur. The dinosaur roars
• 28:03
  Speaker 1: and charges. It smashes through a group of enemy stone golems.
• 28:09
  Speaker 1: Its tail crushes an iron one, and one of Gary's
• 28:14
  Speaker 1: remaining diamond golems tries to block its path. The dinosaur
• 28:20
  Speaker 1: simply steps on it. It disappears with a crunch and
• 28:24
  Speaker 1: a puff of smoke, leaving behind a little pile of diamond.

  Speaker 1: Gary flies above the trees. He turns around on the staff.
• 28:36
  Speaker 1: and fires a bolt of lightning behind him. You dodge
• 28:40
