- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Putting the word black in front of something with no
- 1:02Speaker 3: real talking, it's interesting, you know, That's just one of
- 1:10Speaker 3: these things. I just feel like it only happens with
- 1:13Speaker 3: black people, where it would be x Y and Z
- 1:17Speaker 3: company and they're doing a Black initiative or this is
- 1:21Speaker 3: the Black division or.
- 1:24Speaker 4: Like the soul aspect of it.
- 1:27Speaker 3: And it's like, I feel like if if anybody else
- 1:29Speaker 3: did it, it wouldn't even be a thought of It
- 1:31Speaker 3: wouldn't be allowed, and it would just be you know,
- 1:34Speaker 3: extremely disrespectful to their culture.
- 1:37Speaker 4: Like if we were to have.
- 1:39Speaker 3: The annual Arab Summit, right, and we're like, and we're
- 1:46Speaker 3: not Arab, and we and we every year we threw
- 1:48Speaker 3: the Annual Arab Summit and we were the ones behind it,
- 1:52Speaker 3: and we didn't really have any Arab partners. People that
- 1:56Speaker 3: run it might be Arabs, but it's literally us behind it.
- 1:59Speaker 3: An you lisia Arab Summit. Like I'm not opposed to
- 2:02Speaker 3: doing that, but I think the only way to do
- 2:04Speaker 3: that is to have a partner in the situation who's
- 2:09Speaker 3: Arab fifty to fifty split however you decide. Then it's like, okay,
- 2:13Speaker 3: now that makes sense. Or if we just did like
- 2:15Speaker 3: a Mexican division, Like if we did a Mexican division,
- 2:19Speaker 3: then we would have to have people from Mexico, like
- 2:22Speaker 3: we would have to actually you know, integrate with Mexicans, Right,
- 2:28Speaker 3: we can't just hire people and then just say like, oh,
- 2:32Speaker 3: this is this is what we're doing. This is our
- 2:34Speaker 3: initiative for Mexicans, this is our initiative for Indians, this
- 2:38Speaker 3: is our initiative for you know, you name it, Japanese people.
- 2:44Speaker 3: I just feel like, no, no, no, whop, we would
- 2:46Speaker 3: even go for that, And this doesn't make any sense,
- 2:49Speaker 3: Like if they're going to do is theyre going to do?
- 2:52Speaker 4: They do their own thing.
- 2:53Speaker 3: They have Telemundo or they have Al Jazeer, so they
- 2:56Speaker 3: have like you know what I'm saying. So I just
- 2:58Speaker 3: feel like it's just we've just been so used to
- 3:01Speaker 3: that is just kind of normal at this point in time.
- 3:04Speaker 3: And like I said, I feel like, you know, if
- 3:06Speaker 3: you're going to do something targeted towards black people, because
- 3:08Speaker 3: everybody targets black people, I don't think you have to
- 3:11Speaker 3: put the word black in front of it. You can
- 3:13Speaker 3: just say, like you know, it's just like a record label, right,
- 3:15Speaker 3: and it's just you putting out the type of music.
- 3:17Speaker 3: It's automatically going to attract a certain element. But once
- 3:20Speaker 3: you start to put black in front of it, now
- 3:21Speaker 3: you're being very direct at what you're doing, right, and
- 3:25Speaker 3: it's very targeted. So I just feel like if the
- 3:28Speaker 3: word black is in something or associated with something and
- 3:31Speaker 3: it's no real black equity involved in it, like at all,
- 3:35Speaker 3: I just don't understand how that works. And I don't
- 3:37Speaker 3: understand how it works. I also don't understand why it's
- 3:41Speaker 3: accepted because it's to me, it's like a fall of charity.
- 3:43Speaker 3: It's like to say like, you guys can't really do
- 3:45Speaker 3: it yourself, so we're going to do it for you.
- 3:49Speaker 3: And I just I don't know in this day and age,
- 3:53Speaker 3: I don't know why that is even championed or accepted
- 3:58Speaker 3: or celebrated.
- 4:01Speaker 5: How do we make these companies give us equity.
- 4:05Speaker 3: I don't even think it's about making sure that they
- 4:07Speaker 3: give us equity. I just think that it's stopping it
- 4:11Speaker 3: before it even happens, like you know what I mean,
- 4:13Speaker 3: like to say like, yo, hey, we're not going to
- 4:15Speaker 3: support it off the rip, So if you don't support something,
- 4:18Speaker 3: they don't even have an initiative to actually do it,
- 4:21Speaker 3: and then be like, you know, really have strong pushback
- 4:25Speaker 3: on it to the point where they just feel so
- 4:27Speaker 3: uncomfortable that they will just give it up. Like that's
- 4:29Speaker 3: a mistake, My bad write an apology letter, Like, you know,
- 4:32Speaker 3: we had good intentions, but we went about this the
- 4:34Speaker 3: wrong way. We rather support people that's really doing it
- 4:37Speaker 3: on the ground already, or we want to empower, you know,
- 4:40Speaker 3: people that's actually you know, from the culture. Like so
- 4:43Speaker 3: I don't think that they're never going to give us equity.
- 4:46Speaker 3: So I just feel like it's just better to either
- 4:48Speaker 3: to start your own things, support your own thing, but
- 4:51Speaker 3: boycott will support. It's more important, like you know as
- 4:54Speaker 3: far as like just don't don't champion it. But you know,
- 4:57Speaker 3: there's always going to be somebody black that will willingly
- 5:02Speaker 3: champion anything that's not black for free, by the way,
- 5:07Speaker 3: for free, you don't even have to pay them, and
- 5:11Speaker 3: don't do whatever you want. They'll do a press conference,
- 5:14Speaker 3: they'll they'll tap dance, they do cartwheels.
- 5:18Speaker 6: And don't forget the car and believe it.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Is what it is.
- 5:26Speaker 6: Like So, so what you're saying, like, how do we
- 5:27Speaker 6: make them give us equity? Like I said, I'm with
- 5:30Speaker 6: shy on it. I don't think it is give us equality.
- 5:32Speaker 6: But we also got to pay attention to like a
- 5:34Speaker 6: lot of these corporations that are using that but also
- 5:37Speaker 6: inside of their their companies they make these like diversity committees.
- 5:42Speaker 2: That is, be like, how is it diverse?
- 5:46Speaker 4: Right?
- 5:46Speaker 6: Like you'll find like, all right, let me find people
- 5:48Speaker 6: of color who work here, and you guys are going
- 5:50Speaker 6: to have your own club inside of this company, and
- 5:53Speaker 6: you guys can put on anything you want that you
- 5:55Speaker 6: feel like will be represented representative of your culture you like.
- 6:00Speaker 6: But it's that diversity, right. So that's that's one of
- 6:03Speaker 6: those things where it's like, all right, well we'll try
- 6:05Speaker 6: to appease or we'll try to accommodate, but is that
- 6:08Speaker 6: what we really want?
- 6:10Speaker 5: You know?
- 6:10Speaker 6: What I'm saying is they always like we always had
- 6:14Speaker 6: that quote.
- 6:15Speaker 4: It's like you're celebrated and not tolerated.
- 6:18Speaker 6: Yep, but we got to really believe that, like really
- 6:21Speaker 6: believe it and really live by it.
- 6:23Speaker 5: Yeah, and at some point these companies are earners.
- 6:28Speaker 4: What's up?
- 6:28Speaker 6: You ever walk into a small business and everything just works,
- 6:32Speaker 6: like the checkout is fast, or seats are digital, tipping
- 6:35Speaker 6: is a breeze, and you're out the door before the
- 6:38Speaker 6: line even builds. Odds are they're using Square? We love
- 6:42Speaker 6: supporting businesses that run on Square because it just feels seamless,

- 7:37Speaker 6: by P and C Bank. A lot of people think
- 7:40Speaker 6: podcasts about work are boring, and sure, they definitely can be,
- 7:44Speaker 6: but understanding a professional's routine shows us how they achieve
- 7:47Speaker 6: their success little by little, day after day. It's like
- 7:52Speaker 6: banking with P and C Bank. It might seem boring
- 7:55Speaker 6: to save, plan and make calculated decisions with your bank,
- 7:58Speaker 6: but keeping your money boring is what helps you live
- 8:00Speaker 6: or more happily fulfilled life. P and C Bank Brilliantly
- 8:05Speaker 6: Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty

- 9:15Speaker 2: Will be protected sponsored by the United States Department of
- 9:17Speaker 2: Homeland Security.
- 9:18Speaker 5: You're going to have to find a way to take
- 9:21Speaker 5: care of not only us, but like the customer base
- 9:26Speaker 5: a lot more or people are going to leave. I
- 9:28Speaker 5: don't I think it was bs what Paramount did about
- 9:31Speaker 5: not selling BT to Tyler in fifteen, But it's like
- 9:36Speaker 5: I felt like they did that for a rollout. We're
- 9:38Speaker 5: going to tease it like hey, we want to sell it,
- 9:40Speaker 5: and then retract the offer. But the companies that do
- 9:43Speaker 5: not take care and people are waking up, Like even
- 9:46Speaker 5: with court cutting and Cable, that was because as a
- 9:50Speaker 5: point people felt like you were taking advantage of us.
- 9:53Speaker 5: Prices were going up and there was a monopoly at
- 9:55Speaker 5: and T went through the same thing and they have
- 9:57Speaker 5: not been able to correct it. Like if you do
- 9:59Speaker 5: not take care people, they feel like you are just
- 10:02Speaker 5: constantly using them or manipulating them and not giving them
- 10:06Speaker 5: anything back of value. Old the next two or three years,
- 10:10Speaker 5: it's gonna be a lot of trouble for some of
- 10:13Speaker 5: these companies that are not given You choose. You neither
- 10:17Speaker 5: choose to give equity and take care of everybody, or
- 10:20Speaker 5: your shit's gonna go under you picked, choice is yours? Yep, yep.
- 10:27Speaker 5: That's the one thing I will say about the NFT
- 10:29Speaker 5: culture I did like even if I can bring it
- 10:31Speaker 5: up like I saw Bee burns, some people foul lawsuit
- 10:33Speaker 5: against the Southby's because boyd Ay Yacht Club isn't performed
- 10:38Speaker 5: as well what Pimpsey said, if it was Borday Yacht
- 10:40Speaker 5: Club back there, it gotta be boord A yacht Club.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Now, how you gonna sue?
- 10:45Speaker 5: It's an investment. Gotta pick, you gotta pick. But what
- 10:53Speaker 5: do I know? Come see what Robert Smith has to
- 10:56Speaker 5: say at investments.
- 10:57Speaker 3: Please, But that'd be like if it's like an airline said,
- 11:00Speaker 3: let me make up an airline. Let's say it's like
- 11:02Speaker 3: Red Blue Airline, right, Red Blue Airline is like the
- 11:05Speaker 3: number one airline in the world. And Red Blue Airline
- 11:08Speaker 3: made a new a new ip called Red Blue Airline Black.
- 11:12Speaker 3: And the Red Blue Airline Black only flies to major
- 11:16Speaker 3: black city so it go from like New Orleans to
- 11:19Speaker 3: Atlanta to Chicago to DC and and all the flight
- 11:25Speaker 3: intendants is black. And they'll serve fried chicken on the planes.
- 11:33Speaker 3: Like you say it, like, how would that homes Stewards
- 11:36Speaker 3: on there? But how crazy is that? But how crazy
- 11:39Speaker 3: does that sound? But how crazy does that sound? That
- 11:41Speaker 3: sounds crazy, right, Chicken fried rice boy?
- 11:46Speaker 4: Nope, like it sounds crazy. It sounds crazy, right. But
- 11:50Speaker 4: that's what's happened.
- 11:51Speaker 3: That's the equivalent of what these companies do when they
- 11:53Speaker 3: do these black when they throw black in front of
- 11:55Speaker 3: it or for the culture or black at the end
- 11:58Speaker 3: of it. It's the same exact things. It's the craziest
- 12:03Speaker 3: thing in the world. And nobody that's an eye.
- 12:10Speaker 5: Is the company doing well? Clearly they won't be an investment,
- 12:14Speaker 5: so we can put a name on that bullet.
- 12:17Speaker 4: I mean, it's not one company though.
- 12:18Speaker 3: That's why I didn't want to name any one company
- 12:20Speaker 3: because a lot of companies are guilty of doing it.
- 12:24Speaker 3: And like I said, it's something that it keeps happening,
- 12:27Speaker 3: so it happens across all areas of everything, right, Like
- 12:32Speaker 3: companies they you know, they they realized that black people
- 12:35Speaker 3: are a consumer based that they can make money from,
- 12:39Speaker 3: so they pander to black people. And like I said,
- 12:42Speaker 3: the way that they do it, I just think it's
- 12:44Speaker 3: not tastefully done and it's disrespectful. But that's just my
- 12:47Speaker 3: own personal thoughts. On everybody feel differently. But like I said,
- 12:50Speaker 3: just using that airline example, like if it would just
- 12:54Speaker 3: like it's just puzzling, Like how you start something for
- 12:57Speaker 3: black people and it's not run.
- 12:59Speaker 4: By BLA black people.
- 13:02Speaker 5: It's like soul playing and.
- 13:03Speaker 4: Then they tell you like, well, ownership doesn't matter.
- 13:07Speaker 5: Hate that, Yeah, I hate that.
- 13:09Speaker 3: As long as black people are empowered, that's what they
- 13:13Speaker 3: that's what they use these terms. They're gonna empower you.
- 13:15Speaker 3: That's disrespectful. That's a dispectful term. How are you gonna
- 13:18Speaker 3: empower somebody that's like saying like you you're like above them.
- 13:22Speaker 3: You can only empower somebody that's beneath you. Yeah, like
- 13:26Speaker 3: you know what I mean, Like we're gonna we're gonna
- 13:27Speaker 3: empower black voices. We're gonna empower black leadership. Well, who's
- 13:32Speaker 3: the leader. It's only one leader, So you're gonna empower
- 13:36Speaker 3: black leaders No, you're just hiring black people, that's what
- 13:39Speaker 3: you're doing. You're hiring black people and you're putting them
- 13:42Speaker 3: in positions, but they have no equity. They don't own anything.
- 13:47Speaker 3: It's not their company. This is this is what Dame
- 13:50Speaker 3: Dash told DJ Mvy and Charlomagne and Angela Yee seven
- 13:54Speaker 3: years ago, like you don't own iHeart. I don't think
- 13:57Speaker 3: it was disrespectful the way what he what he said.
- 13:59Speaker 3: People might have got offended by how he said it.
- 14:02Speaker 5: But so I listen to the message in the how
- 14:04Speaker 5: it's delivered.
- 14:05Speaker 3: People, people, and even people that work at the corporations.
- 14:07Speaker 3: There's a lot of great people that work at these
- 14:09Speaker 3: corporations that have good intentions, but they're under a misconception.
- 14:15Speaker 3: They think that they have like real control and real power,
- 14:18Speaker 3: but they don't. They can be they can be fired. Yeah,
- 14:26Speaker 3: if they do something too radical, they're fired. If they
- 14:28Speaker 3: do something that that the higher ups don't agree with,
- 14:31Speaker 3: they're fired. So how empowered are you really? How empowered
- 14:35Speaker 3: are you really?
- 14:36Speaker 5: Or they make you train somebody else for your job replacement.
- 14:42Speaker 4: It's just my thoughts, Just my thoughts.
