- 1:27Speaker 2: never really be naked.
- 1:28Speaker 1: A study looked into America's preferred sleep temperature, and overall
- 1:32Speaker 1: the ideal temperature is sixty seven degrees far. I know
- 1:38Speaker 1: it's actually a little different in a couple of different
- 1:40Speaker 1: cities and states, but like in Arizona they say it's.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Seventy one for sleeping. Okay.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Well, a twenty eight year old woman in Florida was
- 1:48Speaker 1: pulled over. She gave officers a fake name. She said
- 1:52Speaker 1: she didn't have her license. They found twelve different licenses
- 1:55Speaker 1: in her car, all with her picture, all with different names,
- 1:58Speaker 1: of different birthdays. Oh sobody works on the set of Lioness,
- 2:03Speaker 1: different personalities. You guys, ever been to Ikea, Yeah, A
- 2:07Speaker 1: couple of success You know, like I remember my wife
- 2:09Speaker 1: and I looking for bad.

- 2:13Speaker 1: You know what I mean? You've done that of course,
- 2:14Speaker 1: a couple in Ikea got frisky on the showroom Bad
- 2:18Speaker 1: last month. Witnesses that they got lost in the moment
- 2:20Speaker 1: because they got really freaky.
- 2:24Speaker 4: Well, I mean, I hope they bought that bad because
- 2:25Speaker 4: I don't think anybody else is going to want to know.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Somebody wants to see that.
- 2:28Speaker 1: We talk about gen Z, jen Alfa, gen X. But
- 2:32Speaker 1: boomers are the older people like my my in loss.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Apparently seventy six percent of boomers have no idea what
- 2:39Speaker 1: de lulu means.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Funny.
- 2:43Speaker 1: You know, when you get on an airplane to fly
- 2:44Speaker 1: in attendants they say hello when you bored a flight? Yeah,
- 2:46Speaker 1: they're not just being friendly, you know what they're doing
- 2:49Speaker 1: checking you out for what? To make sure you're not
- 2:51Speaker 1: a threat to the flight. Probably to make sure you're
- 2:53Speaker 1: not drunk, sick, or otherwise problematic.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Oh wow, really, I have flown probably two times is
- 3:00Speaker 3: some of the worst hangovers I've ever had in my
- 3:02Speaker 3: entire life. And there was one that I was like,
- 3:04Speaker 3: I'm shocked that they let me on this airplane right now.
- 3:08Speaker 2: So they I'm like, whoever checked me pretty sunglasses?
- 3:11Speaker 4: Oh?
- 3:12Speaker 2: I was down bad? Yeah, you probably just passed it off. Well,
- 3:15Speaker 2: they probably still like, you know, she's probably tired. Yeah,
- 3:18Speaker 2: life hacks, Richard.
- 3:19Speaker 4: Okay, we've talked about this before, this losing your tooth.
- 3:22Speaker 4: I've ever heard that you should put your tooth in milk. Yeah,
- 3:25Speaker 4: you ever lose a tooth? Okay, well that's kind of
- 3:28Speaker 4: sort of true. But here's the real life. Let's say,
- 3:30Speaker 4: for whatever reason, you know, you fall and you not
- 3:33Speaker 4: got a tooth or whatever happens to lose your tooth.
- 3:36Speaker 4: Here's what you really should do that could save a tooth.
- 3:39Speaker 4: Pick it up by the top, not the root, because
- 3:42Speaker 4: if you get your fingers all over the root, you
- 3:44Speaker 4: could really damage the tooth forever. So if it's dirty,
- 3:48Speaker 4: rinse it with milk or saliva. But the best place
- 3:53Speaker 4: to put it, even better than a container of milk
- 3:55Speaker 4: to go to the dentists, is put it just back
- 3:56Speaker 4: in your cheek.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Yeah I've actually heard.
- 3:58Speaker 3: That too, Yeah, the back tooth, because it's a bacteria
- 4:00Speaker 3: in your mouth. It's like your mouth is the fastest
- 4:02Speaker 3: healing thing.
- 4:03Speaker 2: On your body.
- 4:04Speaker 4: Right, if your tooth generally lives in your mouth, it
- 4:06Speaker 4: doesn't generally live outside of your mouth. Put it back
- 4:08Speaker 4: in your cheek, keep it there, get to an emergency dentist,
- 4:11Speaker 4: and if you do those, you're probably likely they say
- 4:15Speaker 4: to save your tooth. Maybe we've saved you in the future.
- 4:18Speaker 4: That life hack can be found at John jene Rich
- 4:20Speaker 4: dot com.
