- 0:01Speaker 1: The play is in confused. Podcast is rated M for
- 0:03Speaker 1: marijuana no minors, but your audience is only okay, Hello,
- 0:11Speaker 1: what a rough start. They don't even know. They don't
- 0:13Speaker 1: even know, because no, they had no idea. Yeah, for
- 0:17Speaker 1: the listening audience, just joining us. I wish I was
- 0:19Speaker 1: recording for the behind the scenes here, but Becker was
- 0:22Speaker 1: just so unhappy with how his headphone sounded were too loud.
- 0:25Speaker 1: So we just spent the past fucking twenty minutes up, down, up, down,
- 0:30Speaker 1: twenty minutes down, down, up, and then I wouldn't touch it,
- 0:34Speaker 1: and he'd say, yeah, that's perfect, right there, whatever, perfect
- 0:36Speaker 1: perfect four minutes by the way, Dick, all right, geez alvi,
- 0:42Speaker 1: this is what I'm dealing with right now. I see.
- 0:45Speaker 1: It was really funny though, when he was in here
- 0:47Speaker 1: before playing Spanish music and you were watching him dance,
- 0:50Speaker 1: and we were both kind of like the whitest motherfucker
- 0:53Speaker 1: I've ever seen in your life. I was just showing
- 0:54Speaker 1: you the music that I'm forced to play as a
- 0:56Speaker 1: very white DJ. Sometimes and some it's funny because a
- 1:00Speaker 1: lot of times, see it's I'm glad you bring this
- 1:02Speaker 1: up because I agree. I agree that i'm a very
- 1:05Speaker 1: white looking individual. I'm exceptionally white, just looking but acting
- 1:11Speaker 1: very very What do you think the dancing was pretty
- 1:13Speaker 1: caucas Well, I tell people when they request can you
- 1:17Speaker 1: play Spanish music, I'm like, I only have like the
- 1:19Speaker 1: white people Spanish songs. I like anything by Pitbull and
- 1:25Speaker 1: Don Zac, Carduuro and Gasolina And that's a pretty white
- 1:29Speaker 1: person Spanish Gasolina. And what else is another white person
- 1:40Speaker 1: Spanish song? How do you pronounce it? Is it Calabria
- 1:43Speaker 1: by inure? But is that Spanish? Is it Spanish? I
- 1:55Speaker 1: think we're offending a lot of people right now. No,
- 1:58Speaker 1: we're not. You know what, you know what I trying? Well,
- 2:02Speaker 1: Alvi and I are trying man. So I tell you,
- 2:05Speaker 1: I uh that the algorithm sometimes can get a little scary,
- 2:09Speaker 1: right do you ever do you ever like scroll on
- 2:10Speaker 1: social media and think, man, the algorithm is whoa.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Uh like what you're you're thinking about something or you're
- 2:16Speaker 2: talking about something, and all of a sudden it appears
- 2:17Speaker 2: on your your timeline that kind of thing.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Well, that and uh, all of a sudden. As of recently,
- 2:21Speaker 1: I keep getting these tiktoks and reels. So both on
- 2:24Speaker 1: two separate platforms, TikTok and Instagram reels. I'm getting these
- 2:27Speaker 1: videos about quitting marijuana. But the funny thing is that
- 2:30Speaker 1: on on TikTok, I guess you get like censored on
- 2:34Speaker 1: TikTok if you say marijuana, if you say weed, so
- 2:36Speaker 1: they call it quitting gardening. And there's this whole there's
- 2:40Speaker 1: two dude, There's like a billion videos that I've come
- 2:42Speaker 1: across now, and I'm not looking for these. What is
- 2:45Speaker 1: this the universe telling me that I need to cut
- 2:47Speaker 1: it back on the marriage Juana, on the gardening. I'm sorry.
- 2:50Speaker 2: See, you can't ask me that kind of question because
- 2:52Speaker 2: I think it's good for me, So I I don't
- 2:55Speaker 2: think I don't have to quit.
- 2:56Speaker 1: But I tell you, though I'm not a quote, I
- 2:58Speaker 1: tell you I'm not a quitter. I'm seeing these videos
- 3:01Speaker 1: of these people that are like, I smoked every day,
- 3:04Speaker 1: all day for the past fifteen years of my life,
- 3:07Speaker 1: and now I'm a whole new person and I opened
- 3:10Speaker 1: up this whole new world and I can't believe. I
- 3:13Speaker 1: can't believe all the opportunities that I passed up so
- 3:15Speaker 1: I could sit around and be high and lazy, and
- 3:17Speaker 1: I'm thinking, oh fuck, that might be me. Really, I
- 3:22Speaker 1: think me. You think to me, you take every opportunity
- 3:27Speaker 1: and run with it. What are you talking about? You
- 3:29Speaker 1: don't pass up opportunity that could be doing more if
- 3:31Speaker 1: I wasn't stone Are you out of your mind? I
- 3:34Speaker 1: could be doing well, I could be conquering the world,
- 3:36Speaker 1: but instead I sit around and get high all day.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Is that what you want to do? You want to
- 3:39Speaker 1: conquer the world? Well, I mean, in so many words,
- 3:41Speaker 1: in so many words? What words? Then? What? What? How
- 3:44Speaker 1: do you want to conquer the world? What do you
- 3:45Speaker 1: want to do? Uh? Things? I don't know. I don't
- 3:49Speaker 1: know what. I don't know what I want to do.
- 3:51Speaker 1: I just know that I could be doing more. Oh, okay,
- 3:53Speaker 1: you do a lot of things. Yeah, yeah, you worked
- 3:56Speaker 1: until one point thirty in the morning last night. Now
- 3:59Speaker 1: we're doing a podcast at one that was twelve hours ago,
- 4:02Speaker 1: and more work? Are you doing more work today after this? Hopefully? Please?
- 4:08Speaker 1: Hopefully that's how eager he is to conquer the world.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I just worked seventy hours, but hopefully I can work
- 4:16Speaker 1: more after the show. No, I give it up to you, man,
- 4:21Speaker 1: I'm very envious. How often do you work? How many hours?
- 4:24Speaker 1: I'm an we're from. I can't even talk. How many
- 4:26Speaker 1: hours a week do you work?
- 4:28Speaker 3: Anywhere from forty five to sixty?
- 4:31Speaker 1: What do you do? I'm a truck driver, sick.
- 4:34Speaker 2: What a cool guest to have on because you don't
- 4:37Speaker 2: really get to talk to a lot of truck drivers
- 4:38Speaker 2: and what their life is like on the road.
- 4:40Speaker 1: It must be chaos, because it's chaos. For the last thing,
- 4:42Speaker 1: I always said, I the next job that I have
- 4:45Speaker 1: when I get a real job after I'm done. It's
- 4:47Speaker 1: this whole radio thing. When I get a real job,
- 4:50Speaker 1: I want to be a driver because you sit and
- 4:52Speaker 1: you listen to your music and you vibe out all day. Right.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Pretty accurate for the most part.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Ain't nobody telling me what I can and I cannot
- 4:59Speaker 3: listen to listen to whatever music I want. I can
- 5:01Speaker 3: listen to you guys. I can do all that well,
- 5:04Speaker 3: which is very nice. By the way, Yes, thank you.
- 5:06Speaker 3: I'm on the show. To show is a good time.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Like being on the show right now is like it's
- 5:09Speaker 3: wild because the podcast I'm listening podcasts I'm listening to,
- 5:13Speaker 3: I'm on it right now.
- 5:15Speaker 1: It's pretty cool. Sick. Wow. Uh No, I've always thought
- 5:19Speaker 1: about being a truck drover. However, I don't think that
- 5:21Speaker 1: I could do. You drive like a big, big rig,
- 5:23Speaker 1: like a big thing. Yeah, I don't think I could do.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Forty eight feet trailer behind me. Now I do flatbed.
- 5:29Speaker 3: It's not dry and it's not fifty three feet, but
- 5:31Speaker 3: I still got to get that thing in some pretty
- 5:33Speaker 3: ridiculous spots.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Yeah. How many tries did it take to get your
- 5:39Speaker 1: your is it a CDL? How many tries one time?
- 5:41Speaker 1: One time? Dude? It's pretty is it like known for
- 5:44Speaker 1: people to like have multiple tries for that kind of happens? Yeah?
- 5:48Speaker 1: What's the success rate on like a first try? Do
- 5:50Speaker 1: you know? Couldn't tell you accurately?
- 5:51Speaker 2: We can ask Andy about that. How many people pass
- 5:54Speaker 2: their CDL license on the first try?
- 5:56Speaker 4: Jesus?
- 5:57Speaker 1: Yeah? And he burps a lot? Just sone? No, yeah,
- 6:01Speaker 1: not Ai. Andy doesn't burp.
- 6:03Speaker 5: I do.
- 6:03Speaker 1: I tell you? Why burp? Because I'm drinking a lot
- 6:05Speaker 1: of soda. Recently I went vaping and I picked up
- 6:07Speaker 1: another habit soda. Why what kind of soda? Coke? Any
- 6:10Speaker 1: soda but coke. At least it's coke instead of PEPSI
- 6:14Speaker 1: don't I don't mind PEPSI though, I drink pepsi too.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Wild cherry pepsi, I think is better than cherry coke. Yesterday,
- 6:20Speaker 1: I was down at Celtic Fest and I wanted a
- 6:22Speaker 1: soda really bad. I was like, I want to die
- 6:23Speaker 1: of coke, right, And I go to this vendor and
- 6:25Speaker 1: they were like, oh, we only have coke zero. Would
- 6:26Speaker 1: you like that? And I said absolutely the frick no.
- 6:31Speaker 1: She was like, really, to go, that is very different.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Do you even remotely close? Like it doesn't even taste right,
- 6:37Speaker 1: It's it's weird. Zero is weird. Very Most people will
- 6:39Speaker 1: say diet coke taste weird too, But yeah, it's one
- 6:41Speaker 1: of my Which one was it pepsi or was it
- 6:43Speaker 1: coke that had the recently the Oreo flavored cola? I
- 6:47Speaker 1: think it was horrible. I think it was coke. I
- 6:49Speaker 1: think it was coke, and I bought it because I thought,
- 6:52Speaker 1: this is interesting, let me try it. It was awful.
- 6:54Speaker 1: It was so disgusting.
- 6:55Speaker 2: I don't venture into like flavored things like that. You know,
- 6:58Speaker 2: if I were a coffee drinker, I don't think i'd
- 7:00Speaker 2: be into these like flavored coffees and stuff.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Here's a question, soda machines, would you rather have like
- 7:06Speaker 1: the old school, there's seven and you pick the one
- 7:09Speaker 1: that you want. Or would you rather have the big
- 7:12Speaker 1: red Coca Cola machine where it's like the touchscreen and
- 7:14Speaker 1: you go make your own?
- 7:15Speaker 2: See I'm such a purist, dude. I don't like like
- 7:17Speaker 2: jazz episodas, so I would I don't know. I would
- 7:20Speaker 2: love a Fountain diet coke machine in my apartment though.
- 7:23Speaker 2: That would be amazing, Like a diet.
- 7:24Speaker 1: People do that. Yeah, I know you can get that.
- 7:26Speaker 1: It's really not that hard and nor is it that
- 7:28Speaker 1: expensive and nor well have my Christmas list this year,
- 7:33Speaker 1: so well, I'm not buying it for you. Well, no,
- 7:35Speaker 1: you might. What a gift that would be the only shit,
- 7:40Speaker 1: here's your own at home? Boy this year?
- 7:44Speaker 2: You're getting cold bitch? Anyway, how many tries a right?
- 7:47Speaker 2: What's the success rate on first attempts on it?
- 7:50Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 7:50Speaker 1: Andy, what's up man? How are you a jeel? I'm
- 7:53Speaker 1: doing great? Thanks for asking. What's the success rate of
- 7:56Speaker 1: somebody getting their CDL license on the first try?
- 7:59Speaker 3: So right now?
- 8:00Speaker 5: The success rate for getting a CDL on the first
- 8:02Speaker 5: try is generally pretty decent, around eighty five to ninety
- 8:05Speaker 5: percent of folks pass the written knowledge part on their
- 8:07Speaker 5: first attempt. The driving skills is a bit tougher, with
- 8:10Speaker 5: about a seventy percent first time pass rate, meaning roughly
- 8:13Speaker 5: thirty percent met a second go.
- 8:14Speaker 1: It's overall not too shabby. That's pretty good at I'll
- 8:17Speaker 1: be good for you. You're part of that seventy percent.
- 8:20Speaker 1: How many attempts do you think it would take you
- 8:22Speaker 1: to pass your CDL truck? Maybe that's yeah, a few, yeah, yeah,
- 8:26Speaker 1: Like I don't know if I would do. I want
- 8:29Speaker 1: to be a driver, but I don't think that I
- 8:30Speaker 1: want to drive the big drugs. That's what's part of
- 8:33Speaker 1: what's all part of that like test? What kind of
- 8:35Speaker 1: things do you have to do? So the actual like
- 8:39Speaker 1: road test itself. You literally, and as crazy as is
- 8:42Speaker 1: going to sound, your first test is literally the back
- 8:45Speaker 1: of the truck straight back.
- 8:46Speaker 3: You start in one spot and any other thing. Make
- 8:49Speaker 3: sure the trailer trucker one like one line okay, not
- 8:52Speaker 3: crooked and not kicked off the right or left straight back.
- 8:55Speaker 3: Then you have another one that's called the offset, and
- 8:58Speaker 3: that's where you literally start off on so your left side,
- 9:01Speaker 3: they'll have cone set up towards the right. You back
- 9:03Speaker 3: the trailer up in between the cones on the right side.
- 9:05Speaker 3: By the time you're done, you need to be straight
- 9:07Speaker 3: in that parking zone and they'll have it where you
- 9:09Speaker 3: were supposed to stop the truck. If you go past
- 9:11Speaker 3: it or out of it, you're gonna get hit for that.
- 9:13Speaker 3: You know.
- 9:13Speaker 1: There's a CDL school like up the street from where
- 9:15Speaker 1: we're recording.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Yeah, they do it in the parking lot of this
- 9:17Speaker 2: old business that's shut down because of the economy being shitty.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Thank you, that's where they do it. Yeah, meet the
- 9:26Speaker 1: press episode. We've been teasing it man, Yeah, yeah, I
- 9:29Speaker 1: know our listening audience is just dying for us to
- 9:31Speaker 1: talk about politics. Yeah. We might be the only podcast
- 9:34Speaker 1: in all of America is not talking about politics. Right.
- 9:37Speaker 1: We have been skimping around and around there twenty episodes.
- 9:40Speaker 1: By the way, well is episode number twenty, and we're
- 9:43Speaker 1: gonna keep going around it, skirting around it just to
- 9:46Speaker 1: avoid any episode twenty. So we just needed four more
- 9:49Speaker 1: and there it's four to twenty. Yeah, what four hundred
- 9:54Speaker 1: more for? Yeah? Yeah, four hundred All right, let's press
- 9:58Speaker 1: the start. Okay on that note, great, where is the
- 10:02Speaker 1: star button? Oh? Here it is.
- 10:04Speaker 6: Welcome to the Blazed and Confused podcast with Becker and Joel,
- 10:09Speaker 6: The trivia podcast where the questions are high and.
- 10:12Speaker 1: So are they.
- 10:13Speaker 6: Hat's time to pluck your curiosity and light up some knowledge.
- 10:18Speaker 6: Though Blazed and Confused podcast starts.
- 10:23Speaker 4: Now.
- 10:25Speaker 1: You know, I think about this every week, and now
- 10:29Speaker 1: I'm finally gonna say it. Maybe I was high when
- 10:32Speaker 1: I wrote that, but the open says where the questions
- 10:35Speaker 1: are high and so are there?
- 10:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I know I think about that all the time
- 10:39Speaker 2: and how it doesn't make sense. It doesn't make any
- 10:40Speaker 2: but it also does make sense because of the kind
- 10:42Speaker 2: of podcast.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Doesn't make sense. I don't think it does. You think
- 10:45Speaker 1: it makes sense the stakes are high and so are they?
- 10:48Speaker 3: That would probably because I haven't thought about it myself.
- 10:52Speaker 3: I've listened like the questions or I know where they're
- 10:56Speaker 3: going with this, but maybe switched the weird huh?
- 11:00Speaker 1: All right, we should fix for their creative genius behind that.
- 11:03Speaker 1: I guess that was fucking ai Andy. You can blain
- 11:05Speaker 1: man kicking, motherfucking episode twenty though. We made it through
- 11:09Speaker 1: twenty episode twenty with that incorrect interest. So we've had
- 11:13Speaker 1: twenty episodes of a weird intro that doesn't make any
- 11:16Speaker 1: sense cool with me. I'm backing, by the way. That's
- 11:18Speaker 1: my friend Joel. Hello. Today we're joined by Alvi, who
- 11:20Speaker 1: is a longtime friend of mine. You've worked in all
- 11:22Speaker 1: kinds of different businesses and careers, but being a truck
- 11:25Speaker 1: driver's pretty interested. What would you say is the most colorful.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Or hmm, the strongest expletive you've yelled at somebody because
- 11:34Speaker 2: of their poor driving while you've been on the road
- 11:35Speaker 2: as a truck driver.
- 11:37Speaker 1: We can bleep it out, go ahead, give it to
- 11:39Speaker 1: it's somebody. Just cut you off, Alvi, what are you
- 11:42Speaker 1: gonna say to him? Cock suck mother? Oh, I'm not
- 11:47Speaker 1: gonna do it. I'm gonna be good. I'm gonna do it.
- 11:50Speaker 3: It's hard to do it on the fly because I'm
- 11:52Speaker 3: so emotional at that moment. It comes off. And if
- 11:55Speaker 3: you were on the phone with me and mother drivers,
- 11:56Speaker 3: we'll come up with some creative stuff. We've had people
- 12:00Speaker 3: death of three generations of family, just all that. Like
- 12:04Speaker 3: I had my one dude was like, I hope that
- 12:07Speaker 3: when you go home that you find your grandmother laying
- 12:11Speaker 3: in the bathroom like broken neck on side of shower.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Just cut me off. Okay, you said that or not me.
- 12:17Speaker 1: I'm not that wild he said that to you. No,
- 12:20Speaker 1: we were so at work.
- 12:21Speaker 3: There's about six of us on our own little conference call,
- 12:24Speaker 3: and we're all talking to each other all day, and
- 12:26Speaker 3: we jump on off the phone all day. So everyone's
- 12:29Speaker 3: going through stuff together. And you got to spread up
- 12:31Speaker 3: and down the East coast. You gotta do an NYC.
- 12:34Speaker 3: You got me in the Jersey Shore, you got another
- 12:36Speaker 3: person in New York, up state. We're all over the place, Jersey, PA, Delaware, Maryland, everywhere,
- 12:41Speaker 3: So everyone's going through in different places, so there could
- 12:44Speaker 3: be random like we could be talking right now. I'm like, yeah, man,
- 12:46Speaker 3: I had a really good day, you stupid son of
- 12:48Speaker 3: a bitch. I swear to God, if I see you
- 12:50Speaker 3: in the streets somewhere, I'm gonna drag in a dark
- 12:52Speaker 3: oully and stab it to your peek yourself and walk away.
- 12:55Speaker 6: Wow.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Wow. And then after that you're like, I shouldn't have
- 12:58Speaker 1: said that. You know, I feel pretty calm with them,
- 13:00Speaker 1: good with it. See now as I've gotten older, I
- 13:03Speaker 1: am like, oh, I shouldn't say those kind of things.
- 13:05Speaker 1: And I and I kind of try to think of
- 13:07Speaker 1: like more like substitution.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Yeah, like friendlier things like I hope you have trouble
- 13:12Speaker 2: sleeping for a week, you dick, You know that kind
- 13:15Speaker 2: of thing, just to chase there.
- 13:16Speaker 1: It's real good someone watching, you know what I mean.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Just I'm getting older.
- 13:19Speaker 3: I tried to substitute words for a while, Like in
- 13:22Speaker 3: the beginnings of my driving, I was like, I'm not
- 13:24Speaker 3: going to be that angry truck driver. I wanted to
- 13:26Speaker 3: be the cool dude's driving. Oh yeah, you coming off,
- 13:28Speaker 3: no big deal, it's not no. That lasted about six
- 13:31Speaker 3: months and I was like a raging nut.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Wow, I've always wanted to ask a truck driver. It
- 13:39Speaker 1: appears as though the trucks like don't drive nearly fast enough.
- 13:42Speaker 1: But that's one thing that I think would bother me
- 13:45Speaker 1: if I was a truck driver. I furiated by it
- 13:47Speaker 1: every day that it's just too fucking slow, right.
- 13:50Speaker 3: Is that a rule that you guys have to follow,
- 13:51Speaker 3: Like they just don't get out of their way that
- 13:53Speaker 3: fast When you're hauling thirty to forty pounds. It ain't
- 13:57Speaker 3: gonna move that fast and ain't gonna stop that fast either.
- 14:00Speaker 3: But people like to play games with that too, so
- 14:02Speaker 3: it's oh, that's also I've never thought about that. It
- 14:06Speaker 3: doesn't stop all that, ye yet people like the breakcheck.
- 14:10Speaker 3: Just Friday, I was getting on three nine to the
- 14:13Speaker 3: switch over to seventy eight, some dude in the Wrangler
- 14:16Speaker 3: rips passed me.
- 14:20Speaker 1: I think I know who it was. Oh no, what
- 14:24Speaker 1: color was the Wrangler? It was a darker color. Oh no,
- 14:27Speaker 1: Like what time was that at? I don't know. I
- 14:30Speaker 1: don't know where I've never heard of that. Where's three nine?
- 14:34Speaker 1: You mask? Where's this magic three nine's? Big three nine? Aware?
- 14:38Speaker 3: Three nine to seventy eight, like right before you hit
- 14:40Speaker 3: Cedar Crest and all that. Oh no, I don't know.
- 14:44Speaker 3: Please know there's a lot.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Of Wranglers out there anyway. Continue.
- 14:47Speaker 3: So this this individual rent I'm in my own personal
- 14:52Speaker 3: vehicle went past me and a company I won't say,
- 14:56Speaker 3: but it was a rig and he jumped in front,
- 14:59Speaker 3: and I'm like driving behind. All of a sudden, I
- 15:01Speaker 3: see the break lights on the rig and the whole
- 15:02Speaker 3: trailer almost stood up, and it did again and stood
- 15:05Speaker 3: up again. Like he's locking the brakes up pretty good.
- 15:06Speaker 3: I could smell him, and I'm like, is he freaked out?
- 15:09Speaker 3: Because you know that last bend before you merge on
- 15:11Speaker 3: the seventy eight. If you're not familiar with it, it
- 15:13Speaker 3: could sneak up on you. And in a rig if
- 15:14Speaker 3: you're top heavy, you could tip it.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Yeah, but I uh went around. I'm like, maybe the
- 15:20Speaker 1: guy's freaking out. You never know.
- 15:21Speaker 3: And there was a wrangler basically about seven inches in
- 15:24Speaker 3: front of this truck and I'm like, you freaking say
- 15:26Speaker 3: this right now.
- 15:27Speaker 1: And he was break checking the rig. Yeah, why'd you
- 15:31Speaker 1: do that? Joel? I don't. I don't. I don't break check.
- 15:35Speaker 1: I've never dropped the later. I didn't break anything.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Calm down, that's all right, I think, Oh, look at
- 15:44Speaker 2: that backup later. Hey, we have questions for Abby. We
- 15:46Speaker 2: should get into that. The wrapid round, Yes, brought yet
- 15:50Speaker 2: to you by it looks.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Like, uh, what is that? What deoderant do you have
- 15:54Speaker 1: over there? A lot of old spiders. It must be
- 15:56Speaker 1: brought to you by an old spice this week? Why
- 15:58Speaker 1: do you have three? Actually you have three more upstairs
- 16:01Speaker 1: because they were on so oh you called it. You
- 16:03Speaker 1: called for what like six? I have no idea I
- 16:06Speaker 1: bought honestly. So here's the real reason why I have
- 16:08Speaker 1: six of them is because I accidentally I buy my
- 16:11Speaker 1: dealdor it on Amazon. I don't know why, but I do.
- 16:13Speaker 1: And I accidentally clicked order twice on it, so two
- 16:16Speaker 1: of them showed up. Okay, but like you know, you're
- 16:18Speaker 1: gonna use it, so you wanna go to waste? Yeah, Jesus,
- 16:22Speaker 1: the soda makes you burn.
- 16:23Speaker 5: I know.
- 16:24Speaker 2: But you're also an adult, all right, I know, But
- 16:26Speaker 2: what are you supposed to do? Every adult knows what
- 16:29Speaker 2: they're supposed to do?
- 16:30Speaker 1: How do you hold that in? You're not to hold
- 16:32Speaker 1: a burpen, or at least hide it and go on.
- 16:34Speaker 1: You know what happened? Do you hold a burpen? It's gas.
- 16:36Speaker 1: It comes out to the other fucking end. You choose
- 16:38Speaker 1: what you want?
- 16:39Speaker 3: Yeah, you do that as well. Yes, we're screwed either way. Hey,
- 16:42Speaker 3: better out than angel.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, the game begins into three? All right, what's
- 16:51Speaker 1: the first three words of the US Constitution? We the
- 16:56Speaker 1: people got? What is ninety minus thirty four? Jeez? Really, dude,
- 17:02Speaker 1: wrapping round twenty something something? What does the acronym CFO
- 17:08Speaker 1: stand for? Shut the past? How many pairs of chromosomes
- 17:15Speaker 1: does a human usually have in each cell? Twenty four?
- 17:20Speaker 1: What's the name of the fictitious scientist created by Mary
- 17:24Speaker 1: Shelley Pass.
- 17:27Speaker 2: A plague is a collective group of this kind of insect,
- 17:30Speaker 2: a plague of them mosquitoes.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Now, what element has the chemical symbol ag.
- 17:37Speaker 3: Pass?
- 17:38Speaker 2: What shape has five sides? There's a building in DC
- 17:46Speaker 2: looks like it? No, man, I told you. Actually, I
- 17:53Speaker 2: think they changed the name of that place. It's no
- 17:55Speaker 2: longer the Pentagon. It's the Be careful, isn't it like
- 17:59Speaker 2: the the House of War?
- 18:02Speaker 1: The House of War? What it's called now? No? No,
- 18:04Speaker 1: what did they do? The Department of War?
- 18:06Speaker 4: No?
- 18:06Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, the Department It used to be the
- 18:08Speaker 1: Department of Justice, and now it's like the Department of War. Yeah,
- 18:12Speaker 1: that sounds good. Pentagon, Yeah, that's a five side. They
- 18:16Speaker 1: don't call it.
- 18:16Speaker 2: No, they changed it, right, No, they still call it
- 18:18Speaker 2: the Panage. I thought they changed it. No, I'm sorry, anyway,
- 18:21Speaker 2: misinformation being spread right here?
- 18:23Speaker 1: Really really anyway, really you missed a couple of those.
- 18:27Speaker 2: You got the first one, though, What are the first
- 18:29Speaker 2: three words of the US Constitution?
- 18:31Speaker 1: We the people? What is it?
- 18:33Speaker 2: Ninety minus thirty four? That was fifty six? You almost
- 18:35Speaker 2: got that. You said twenty three. No, he said twenty something.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Yeah, that's true.
- 18:40Speaker 2: What does the acronym CFO stand for chief financial officer?
- 18:44Speaker 1: I wouldn't know that.
- 18:45Speaker 2: How many pairs of chromosomes does a human usually have
- 18:48Speaker 2: in each cell? I think I put that down. That's wrong. Actually,
- 18:50Speaker 2: I think it's twenty three. I put the answer is
- 18:52Speaker 2: twenty four. We gave that to you.
- 18:54Speaker 1: I think it's twenty three though, like twenty three, and
- 18:56Speaker 1: me right, sure, I think it's twenty three. Yeah, it
- 19:00Speaker 1: wouldn't have never known about the chromosome. Now, how many
- 19:04Speaker 1: are you supposed to have? Twenty three? But I put
- 19:05Speaker 1: twenty four, So we're gonna have to look that one.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Is that right? Let's look it up now, Okay, good, nice,
- 19:10Speaker 1: real good, real good? Should I have? How many chromosomes
- 19:13Speaker 1: do I have? Or should you have? Should you have?
- 19:18Speaker 1: How many chromosomes should you have?
- 19:23Speaker 5: Well, if we're talking about humans in a general biological sense,
- 19:27Speaker 5: typically you've got forty six chromosomes, twenty three pairs.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Twenty three pairs? All right? Cool? Nice? Thanks Andy? Yeah, wait,
- 19:34Speaker 1: so you you guessed twenty four and we said correct,
- 19:38Speaker 1: but it's actually twenty three. It's twenty three. Yeah, yeah,
- 19:41Speaker 1: twenty three. And there's any typo there? Yeah, you know
- 19:43Speaker 1: they went bankrupt now I know, And isn't it weird?
- 19:46Speaker 1: It is like, I'm not you know, I'm not like
- 19:48Speaker 1: a conspiracy theorist or anything, but it is a little
- 19:50Speaker 1: stranger to a company like that who has everybody's freaking DNA?
- 19:55Speaker 1: Now just is the vanishes? Yeah? Yeah, what happens all
- 19:58Speaker 1: the DNA? I think they sold it, right, and they
- 20:00Speaker 1: sell it to some other company like that?
- 20:02Speaker 4: How do you tell your DNA? That's scary, that's very unsettling.
- 20:07Speaker 4: He's spreading this information. I can't really, this is bad, man.
- 20:10Speaker 4: I keep guessing at the news. A lot of people
- 20:12Speaker 4: do that. I'm not one of them. Tell you all right, that.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Could be a whole new podcast, a lot different than
- 20:19Speaker 1: this one. Pagon yeah ship anyway, moving on, what's the
- 20:25Speaker 1: name of the fictitious scientists created by Mary Shelley?
- 20:29Speaker 2: That was Victor Frankenstein. I had no idea that Frankenstein
- 20:32Speaker 2: had a first name, Victor?
- 20:33Speaker 1: Who knew that.
- 20:35Speaker 2: Plague is a collective group of locusts? Remember those loud aspects?
- 20:41Speaker 2: Do you have these these giant windows?
- 20:43Speaker 1: Do you know what does that mean? That when you
- 20:44Speaker 1: hear about like the Great plague, you know it happened
- 20:47Speaker 1: way back when. Was that like brought on by a
- 20:50Speaker 1: bunch of locusts? Is that how that works? I don't
- 20:53Speaker 1: think so. You know, plague the sickness is it is
- 20:58Speaker 1: the sickness carried by No, I don't know. That's just
- 21:02Speaker 1: what they're called as a group. That's a weird name
- 21:04Speaker 1: for him to get. You know what, I would have
- 21:05Speaker 1: never agreed.
- 21:06Speaker 3: I'm thinking plague like him, like a sickness like everyone said,
- 21:09Speaker 3: the boils and sores and they're falling apart and legs
- 21:11Speaker 3: or falling out and everything.
- 21:12Speaker 2: A lot fucking locust More misinformation. All right, we're really
- 21:19Speaker 2: screwing it up today. What element has the chemical symbol?
- 21:22Speaker 2: Ag that was silver? What shape has five sides? The
- 21:25Speaker 2: pentagon or the Department of War, whatever you want to
- 21:27Speaker 2: call it. One animal has three hearts and nine brains.
- 21:30Speaker 2: We didn't get to this question. What animal has three
- 21:33Speaker 2: hearts and nine brains? What do you think that would
- 21:35Speaker 2: have been?
- 21:36Speaker 1: Animal? Three hearts, nine brains? Octopus?
- 21:40Speaker 2: Octopus has one central brain in the head, and it
- 21:43Speaker 2: has eight mini brains on all of its tentacles.
- 21:46Speaker 1: It would be nice to have a mini brain, yeah,
- 21:49Speaker 1: I mean, like I have one, But it would be
- 21:50Speaker 1: nice if you had a brain and then another like
- 21:53Speaker 1: you know what I mean, Like I already have a brain,
- 21:54Speaker 1: but a mini brain in addition to my brain would
- 21:57Speaker 1: be very nice. We're guys, we actually have of that.
- 22:00Speaker 1: I don't know if you know. Oh no, no, what
- 22:03Speaker 1: no our other brain? Stop it? Brain in your balls?
- 22:07Speaker 1: In your balls? Geez see, I don't get it. Question
- 22:12Speaker 1: ten that we never got to what is a confusedific
- 22:15Speaker 1: name for the voice box? He's just moving right on, yeah,
- 22:18Speaker 1: mm hmm, trying to save shit, trying to I wanted
- 22:23Speaker 1: to say Laryx, but it's not that Laryx. You got it? Yeah? Yeah, which, you,
- 22:27Speaker 1: by the way, have a great voice.
- 22:28Speaker 2: And I think I was telling him about how we
- 22:30Speaker 2: use Doug for a feature and I thought that we
- 22:32Speaker 2: could do something with Alva today.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Yeah, he's really ever used Alvi in a commercial. I
- 22:37Speaker 1: think I have right. Didn't you do something for AT
- 22:39Speaker 1: and T for me?
- 22:39Speaker 3: At one point? You sent me some scripts to try out?
- 22:42Speaker 3: Hm hmmm, because I was asking about getting on the microphone.
- 22:45Speaker 3: You're like, I could send you some samples and stuff
- 22:47Speaker 3: to like practice around with. That was a little while ago.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, what do you think he would be really
- 22:51Speaker 1: great those golden pipes. If anyone needs me to do
- 22:56Speaker 1: some stuff, let me know.
- 22:57Speaker 5: What.
- 22:58Speaker 1: What are you laughing at? Oh? No, what are you
- 23:02Speaker 1: laughing at? Wow?
- 23:05Speaker 6: Oh?
- 23:06Speaker 1: Did what did you read? I should read the show
- 23:09Speaker 1: prep before we do the show so I don't bust
- 23:12Speaker 1: out laughing what I'm not supposed to a couple of things,
- 23:16Speaker 1: A couple of things. It says. This is what it says.
- 23:19Speaker 1: I had vitn This is not me, Becker. I had
- 23:21Speaker 1: Vietnamese food last night. Do you know what the curtsy
- 23:25Speaker 1: in Vietnam was called? You know what? Do you know
- 23:27Speaker 1: what it's called? Why are you asking me?
- 23:29Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 23:31Speaker 1: I'm scared my show prep notes. It's all things that
- 23:35Speaker 1: I find really funny at the moment I write it
- 23:37Speaker 1: all down, all right? What's Vietnamese currency? A dog? Not
- 23:45Speaker 1: a dog? Bark bark a dog? Dong g o n g?
- 23:49Speaker 1: Like how much does that cost two dogs? We should
- 23:55Speaker 1: start a whole new feature called like random thoughts. Pleased
- 23:59Speaker 1: and used random thoughts. So you gotta let me read
- 24:04Speaker 1: this because this is funny, Like he wrote, I like
- 24:07Speaker 1: what tomatoes can become like ketchup and stuff, but tomatoes
- 24:12Speaker 1: in their purest form or trash. I would. I would
- 24:15Speaker 1: one hundred percent agree with that. I used to like
- 24:17Speaker 1: the little cherry tomatoes when I was a kid. Now
- 24:20Speaker 1: I can't eat them. I can't now as an adult.
- 24:22Speaker 1: I'm like however, though, if it's with other stuff like
- 24:26Speaker 1: a tomato and a hamburger, okay, that I can deal with.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Like salsa I love, yeah, but I don't like a
- 24:32Speaker 2: If you put a slab of tomato on my burger,
- 24:36Speaker 2: I look you.
- 24:36Speaker 1: In the eyes and see and a burger. If it's
- 24:38Speaker 1: mish with miss is that a word? With other stuff? Miss?
- 24:41Speaker 1: Mishsh max, mixed mixed. Here you go, Yeah, one of
- 24:46Speaker 1: those are working. What else did I write down? Random thoughts?
- 24:50Speaker 1: Went to Dorney Park, had the express Pass fast lane,
- 24:53Speaker 1: felt like a douche walking past everyone in the long lines. Man,
- 24:57Speaker 1: these people look at you. I mean I would be looking.
- 25:00Speaker 1: We're not right to the front, of course you did everybody. Yeah,
- 25:03Speaker 1: it is nice to have, but you do look like
- 25:05Speaker 1: an asshole. We should ask trivia questions. What do you think?
- 25:08Speaker 6: Hoy hoy, when you're about to learn absolutely nothing? Go
- 25:12Speaker 6: Blazed and Confused podcast.
- 25:14Speaker 1: It's my turn to go first, right, Sure, okay, ready
- 25:19Speaker 1: question number one. All right, and this is great too
- 25:22Speaker 1: because we don't even have to explain the concept. You
- 25:26Speaker 1: know what's up. I'm already on board. All right, here
- 25:28Speaker 1: we go. All right, let's start with pop culture. Which
- 25:31Speaker 1: artist created the monsters fan base and calls her fans
- 25:36Speaker 1: little monsters? Oh, we were just talking about her, Lady Gaga, right, yeah,
- 25:42Speaker 1: Lady go Yeah.
- 25:43Speaker 3: That was easy.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Again, It's very Here's the only reason why I pulled
- 25:46Speaker 1: this question because an hour ago, behind the scenes, here
- 25:50Speaker 1: Becker goes, is it Lady Gaga or Lady Gaga? Because
- 25:54Speaker 1: I heard people say both the ways. I have never once.
- 25:58Speaker 1: I'm not saying they're right. I have never wonched. I
- 26:01Speaker 1: have never wanted in my life heard somebody called Lady
- 26:03Speaker 1: Gaga Lady Googuy as these people.
- 26:07Speaker 3: You know.
- 26:08Speaker 1: You've heard multiple people refer to her as Lady goog Guy. Yeah,
- 26:11Speaker 1: but I don't like spend a lot of time with
- 26:12Speaker 1: him for that reason. Hey, do you like that queen song?
- 26:14Speaker 1: It's called Radio goog God. You're stupid. Go to the
- 26:18Speaker 1: next one. I've already had enough. She's my favorite. Just
- 26:23Speaker 1: dance by Lady Googy. Question too, Let's go go lady
- 26:31Speaker 1: Lady Goog? Is it Lady Gaga or Lady good Let's
- 26:34Speaker 1: go all right? Sorry, that was just too good. M hm, alright.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Seventies movies? All right, you were around back then, right? Huh? Yeah?
- 26:44Speaker 1: Were you born in the seventies or eighties? Eighty four?
- 26:48Speaker 1: All right, just barely the eighties, seventies?
- 26:52Speaker 3: Who knows?
- 26:52Speaker 1: Do the math? I don't know. I don't know. I'm
- 26:55Speaker 1: fifty something. You can do math. I don't know how
- 26:57Speaker 1: math works? All right? What movie was awarded Best Picture
- 27:02Speaker 1: at the nineteen seventy two Academy Awards, with its sequel
- 27:06Speaker 1: receiving the same award two years later. I haven't an
- 27:14Speaker 1: I don't remember when that movie came out. Do you
- 27:16Speaker 1: have any idea? No? No, we should start hang on,
- 27:19Speaker 1: we should start a new rule too. You should not
- 27:21Speaker 1: be allowed to ask your lifeline if they know or not.
- 27:24Speaker 1: That doesn't make any fucking sense. Here we are at
- 27:27Speaker 1: episode twenty. We're constantly improving. Normally, you improved behind the scenes.
- 27:31Speaker 1: We improved on the show. We don't like. Yeah, yeah,
- 27:34Speaker 1: so stop doing that, all right, I'm sorry. Isn't The
- 27:38Speaker 1: Godfather by any chance?
- 27:40Speaker 6: Wow?
- 27:42Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 27:42Speaker 3: All right?
- 27:43Speaker 1: Two for two? I can't do that movie, man, I
- 27:46Speaker 1: cannot do it too long. It's long, it's very slow.
- 27:49Speaker 1: The first one is like what three hours and eight
- 27:51Speaker 1: minutes or something like that. Well, and the Godfather too,
- 27:54Speaker 1: isn't that kind of Sopranos esque Italians mobs I killing
- 28:00Speaker 1: people over the whole thing, Like yeah, yeah, And that's
- 28:03Speaker 1: the problem with the Sopranos too. I wish that I
- 28:05Speaker 1: could get into the Sopranos because everybody says Sopranos is great.
- 28:08Speaker 1: These people all look the same and talk the same
- 28:11Speaker 1: and sound the same. Man, I can't follow it. I
- 28:13Speaker 1: just can't. If they if the Sopranos, if they wore
- 28:17Speaker 1: name tags, it'd be easier to follow.
- 28:19Speaker 2: That's how I feel about that Game of Thrones show.
- 28:21Speaker 2: I don't know what the hell they're talking about half
- 28:23Speaker 2: the time, and their names are all weird. The last
- 28:25Speaker 2: time I tried to watch The Sopranos.
- 28:26Speaker 1: I had chat Cheopt write me a guide of what
- 28:28Speaker 1: to watch for before I watched each episode, and then
- 28:31Speaker 1: I thought, you know what this is? This is crazy,
- 28:33Speaker 1: Like I it's I'm got so much effort to watch
- 28:36Speaker 1: a TV show, so much effort it is asking chat
- 28:39Speaker 1: ebt is a lot of effort. Well, and then sitting
- 28:41Speaker 1: there and reading through that before you watch an episode.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Come on, come on. I like TV that you look
- 28:45Speaker 1: you can fall asleep in front of. That's why I
- 28:47Speaker 1: watched the news so much. Scrubs is coming back. I'm
- 28:49Speaker 1: excited about that. Rub've never tried that. You should watch
- 28:52Speaker 1: that show. It's very funny, good thirty minutes, twenty six minutes,
- 28:57Speaker 1: has a chance, it has a chance. Yeah. Ready? Question three?
- 29:01Speaker 1: Question three? All right? Oh, like I stopped burping at
- 29:12Speaker 1: people when I was like nine years old. It's pnisoda
- 29:17Speaker 1: What tech company?
- 29:18Speaker 5: Oh?
- 29:19Speaker 1: Logos? By the way, for the category what tech company
- 29:22Speaker 1: used a blue running man logo in the nineties and
- 29:27Speaker 1: early two thousands? Read it one more time? What tech
- 29:35Speaker 1: company used a blue running man logo in the nineties
- 29:40Speaker 1: and early two thousands. Man, I grew up on this.
- 29:46Speaker 1: You know what it is. I know what it is.
- 29:48Speaker 1: You don't know what it is. Stop asking that. No,
- 29:50Speaker 1: I know what the answer is. Though. I'm just curious
- 29:51Speaker 1: if if Alvi remembers no, no, and you're gonna say it,
- 29:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna be oh.
- 29:58Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 29:59Speaker 2: I just remember like being young and like hanging out
- 30:01Speaker 2: with friends and like going into chat rooms and stuff
- 30:03Speaker 2: like that and talking to people. Okay, remember you had
- 30:07Speaker 2: to back in the day buy discs with hours for it. Yes,
- 30:11Speaker 2: good to what I hope I'm hoping. I'mking that I
- 30:13Speaker 2: got the right one, but I hope you are. I'm
- 30:15Speaker 2: gonna go with America Online or AOL. AOL very good
- 30:19Speaker 2: now explains to buy discs for what. So you could
- 30:23Speaker 2: like go to a grocery store and while you were
- 30:26Speaker 2: checking out where the magazines are and stuff like that,
- 30:27Speaker 2: they had things where you can get like one thousand
- 30:30Speaker 2: hours free of America Online and you would put in
- 30:33Speaker 2: your computer and you'd put in the serial number or whatever,
- 30:35Speaker 2: and that's how you got like free.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Time time for what on AOL for America Online. Yeah,
- 30:41Speaker 1: and then when you run out of time, you would
- 30:43Speaker 1: get logged off. You had to pay for that in
- 30:46Speaker 1: a way. Yeah wait wait wait wait America Online. I
- 30:49Speaker 1: think of that as email and the instant messenger? Is
- 30:53Speaker 1: that what an email to? They had email to? What else? Messaging? AOL?
- 30:56Speaker 3: AIM?
- 30:57Speaker 1: But what else?
- 30:57Speaker 5: Like what.
- 30:59Speaker 1: America Line was like your internet? Pretty much? Was it
- 31:01Speaker 1: like an internet service? Didn't do everything in there? Bro
- 31:05Speaker 1: So so AOL was the Internet everything. So that's how
- 31:07Speaker 1: everybody accessed the Internet. Yeah, yeah, pretty much. And you
- 31:11Speaker 1: could go on all these chat rooms. They have all
- 31:13Speaker 1: kinds of chat rooms. That's how a lot of people
- 31:15Speaker 1: like met girls back in the day. It's fun interesting
- 31:19Speaker 1: or talk jump and then or talk shit and like
- 31:22Speaker 1: everyone would go, We're gonna go into the chat room
- 31:23Speaker 1: at this time and just fucking bomb people. You come
- 31:27Speaker 1: out and your feelings might have been destroyed. Better than that.
- 31:29Speaker 1: I'm much better of a person now, by the way,
- 31:31Speaker 1: are because of those Yeah? Yeah. I never was in
- 31:34Speaker 1: an AOL chat room, but I did have an aim account,
- 31:37Speaker 1: but it was like right on the tail end, like
- 31:39Speaker 1: I got it in the fourth grade when there was
- 31:40Speaker 1: a couple of people that had it, but it was
- 31:42Speaker 1: starting to not be cool. So wait, year was that
- 31:47Speaker 1: when I was in fourth grade? At two thousand and four,
- 31:49Speaker 1: two thousand and eight. Oh girl, all right, we gotta
- 31:53Speaker 1: move on. I'm gonna hurt my feelings talking about this.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Like I said, you were like bored in the seven
- 31:57Speaker 1: shut up question four twenty what all right? So this
- 32:04Speaker 1: is lyric challenge. For the final question, you had a role.
- 32:08Speaker 1: You got three out of three. Let's see if you
- 32:10Speaker 1: can get four out of four. Keep in mind, I
- 32:14Speaker 1: still have my lifeline. We both lie sudden fuck hang on. Hello.
- 32:19Speaker 1: We both lie silently still in the dead and night.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Although we both lie close together, we feel miles apart inside.
- 32:33Speaker 1: Can you turn the music down and say it one
- 32:34Speaker 1: more time for me? The music is distracting. Go ahead,
- 32:39Speaker 1: we both lie silently ahead, We both lie side. Every
- 32:48Speaker 1: rose has its dark Yeah, yeah, yeah, you did it
- 32:57Speaker 1: a couple of weeks ago. Oh yeah, I think this
- 33:00Speaker 1: stuff makes me forget some time. Or maybe it was me.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Maybe I was the one that got them all.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Maybe, but still celebrating four questions right, And I didn't
- 33:10Speaker 2: need my lifeline.
- 33:10Speaker 1: He's over there, just chilling. Good new role. That means
- 33:13Speaker 1: I get two lifelines on. Did you know them?
- 33:15Speaker 5: No?
- 33:16Speaker 3: No them?
- 33:17Speaker 1: That's why I said, thank God, except the one. I
- 33:19Speaker 1: knew that one. Now it's my turn trivia. You didn't
- 33:24Speaker 1: know you needed or maybe you still don't.
- 33:27Speaker 6: It's still blazed and confused podcast.
- 33:31Speaker 1: All right, all right, hit me question number one?
- 33:37Speaker 2: What animal can hold its breath for up to six days?
- 33:40Speaker 2: Six days, six days. It's not your mom, It is
- 33:44Speaker 2: not my mom, my poor mom. Uh Sandy, We love Sandy?
- 33:51Speaker 1: Is it? We should have her on the podcast? Yeah?
- 33:55Speaker 1: Is it camel? Camel, a whial hold its breath? It's
- 34:00Speaker 1: got to be a whale or a scorpion, scorpion? Three different?
- 34:05Speaker 1: The hell's a scorpion like a bee? Right?
- 34:07Speaker 5: No?
- 34:08Speaker 2: No, no, they're like terrifying, gigantic spiders. Like a spider
- 34:15Speaker 2: on crack b Yeah, with a stinger, with a stinger
- 34:18Speaker 2: that'll take you out. I thought it was a bee.
- 34:22Speaker 2: It's worse than a bee. Wunch something new every day. Yeah,
- 34:25Speaker 2: look it up. Really, look at a picture of a
- 34:27Speaker 2: scorpion really quick. You care that way you can see
- 34:29Speaker 2: what we're referencing.
- 34:31Speaker 1: Rock you like a hurricane? All right? Anyway, what are
- 34:33Speaker 1: my choices? Again? I think it's whale. What animal can
- 34:36Speaker 1: hold its breath for up to six days? Whale? Camel,
- 34:39Speaker 1: whale or scorpion. You think it's a whale. I think
- 34:41Speaker 1: it's a whale. What do you think? Just for fun?
- 34:43Speaker 1: What do you think? I would say? Probably a whale? Yeah,
- 34:47Speaker 1: so you got underwater. You guys are both wrong. Ah yeah,
- 34:53Speaker 1: thanks for the build up. Is a scorpion? Properly? Is
- 34:56Speaker 1: it a scorpion? It is a scorpion. Yeah, they can.
- 35:00Speaker 2: They have extremely low metabolic rates, which they don't. They
- 35:03Speaker 2: don't really use a lot of oxygen, so they can
- 35:06Speaker 2: hold their breath really, really long.
- 35:07Speaker 1: They have extremely low metabolic rage. Yeah, I know exactly
- 35:10Speaker 1: what that means, meaning that they use less oxygen so
- 35:14Speaker 1: they can hold their breath for fucking long, extremely low
- 35:17Speaker 1: metabolic rage. I have never, in the history of my
- 35:19Speaker 1: life said the word metabolic.
- 35:21Speaker 3: No, no, that I'm good with. It's the breathing of
- 35:24Speaker 3: a scorpion. No one has ever discussed that. Yeah, it's
- 35:27Speaker 3: a small, stupid ask.
- 35:28Speaker 1: Question and you don't even know what it is.
- 35:30Speaker 3: Dick.
- 35:31Speaker 1: Remember the next one dumb question? Such an asshole? Are
- 35:34Speaker 1: we on two or three?
- 35:36Speaker 4: Two?
- 35:36Speaker 3: Two?
- 35:37Speaker 1: Keep up?
- 35:38Speaker 6: Question two?
- 35:43Speaker 1: What president declared the goal of landing an American on
- 35:46Speaker 1: the moon? JFK? Final answer, President declared the goal of
- 36:01Speaker 1: landing an American on the movie You were gonna give
- 36:03Speaker 1: me multiple choice? Weren't you? Oh you want? I think
- 36:06Speaker 1: it's JFK. I remember what hearing. I remember I was
- 36:10Speaker 1: there in nineteen sixty. I saw I showed j voice. Yeah, yeah,
- 36:16Speaker 1: it'd be more breath, yeah whatever. I remember seeing a
- 36:19Speaker 1: video of JFK saying we're gonna we're going to London,
- 36:22Speaker 1: moon on the moon. I think it's JFK. JFK is right,
- 36:25Speaker 1: good job, thank you, thank you, thank you. Yeah.
- 36:28Speaker 2: It was in a speech he made to Congress in
- 36:30Speaker 2: nineteen sixty one. Can you do a JFK voice at all?
- 36:33Speaker 1: No? How was JFK's metabolic raid at that time? Up
- 36:38Speaker 1: until a certain time? It was pretty good? Yeah? Okay, really,
- 36:41Speaker 1: which is question three? Up until a certain time?
- 36:46Speaker 3: Sorry, And I'm not outre man.
- 36:50Speaker 2: I like jf We're supposed to like JFK. Right, we're
- 36:53Speaker 2: supposed to. What do you do to you do anything
- 36:56Speaker 2: to mean? Geez, geez, I gotta edit that went out.
- 37:01Speaker 2: We don't edit this podcast ever.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Edit this podcast. What is the most spoken language in
- 37:05Speaker 1: the world? Is it English, Arabic or Spanish? I think
- 37:19Speaker 1: it's I want to say English Arabic. It can't be Arabic.
- 37:24Speaker 1: H everywhere you go, everybody's talking English though, or people
- 37:29Speaker 1: know like loose English pretty much everywhere, right? Or is
- 37:33Speaker 1: that a bold statement?
- 37:35Speaker 3: I think it's pretty That's pretty accurate if you think
- 37:39Speaker 3: about it. So even if it's like broken English, it's
- 37:42Speaker 3: you know, the Aussies they speak a kind of English,
- 37:44Speaker 3: the Brits all them. That's yeah, we speak whatever English
- 37:48Speaker 3: we call it.
- 37:48Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 37:49Speaker 2: What is the most spoken language? English is, right? One
- 37:54Speaker 2: point five billion people speak English or can you know
- 37:58Speaker 2: speak it? For the most part. Mandarin Chinese is in
- 38:00Speaker 2: second place, technically third. It has the most native speakers
- 38:05Speaker 2: one point one billion people, so like that's their official language,
- 38:11Speaker 2: and that's a lot of people there.
- 38:13Speaker 1: What are you looking up? What do you doing? Nothing?
- 38:17Speaker 1: I thought you were looking something up. You're just texting?
- 38:20Speaker 1: The fuck is going a mile out? Text people? We're
- 38:22Speaker 1: doing a show out. I have another question for you,
- 38:25Speaker 1: excuse me, mom, christ question for.
- 38:30Speaker 2: This song, recorded and released in nineteen seventy one on
- 38:33Speaker 2: an album of the same name, is eight minutes and
- 38:37Speaker 2: thirty three seconds long and is my least favorite song
- 38:40Speaker 2: in the world.
- 38:41Speaker 1: Knights of White Satin No, no wait, Knights and White.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Oh that's that's not the name of an album. Say

- 39:27Speaker 1: I need a hint. Can you give me a hand?
- 39:29Speaker 1: I hate this song. That's my hint. It's so mpetitive
- 39:33Speaker 1: and it's so long. For eight minutes and thirty three seconds. Oh,
- 39:39Speaker 1: is it American Pie? Yes? American Pie. Hate that. I
- 39:44Speaker 1: love American Pie. I'm so dumb, I don't care. American
- 39:47Speaker 1: Pie is one of those songs Bye American Pie. Yeah,
- 39:50Speaker 1: I'd be fine with it if if I never heard

- 40:35Speaker 1: I thought you brought those for me. No, no, no,
- 40:37Speaker 1: he brought them. He brought me a snack, and he
- 40:39Speaker 1: brought you a snack. But like I didn't open them
- 40:41Speaker 1: that day. For some reason, I thought we should finally
- 40:43Speaker 1: hope he So it's parmesan flavor. Have you had these
- 40:46Speaker 1: goldfish parmesan?

- 42:28Speaker 2: I forget what it was called, but it was more
- 42:30Speaker 2: airy in the middle. It was a fish shape, but
- 42:32Speaker 2: it was like airy inside. I don't know another fish,
- 42:34Speaker 2: and it was a different fish.
