- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice shooters. It's time hell level, hellolloallole, and hello, welcome
- 0:16Speaker 1: to the not even nice sham your house, rub Shooter.
- 0:19Speaker 1: And it is Thursday, which means our dear friend Mark
- 0:22Speaker 1: Lupo joins us, Hey, Lupi, are you there?
- 0:24Speaker 2: Lupi?
- 0:24Speaker 1: Lewis here?
- 0:25Speaker 2: Hebra.
- 0:27Speaker 1: It's become a thing. So we started Hey Lupy, Hey Delaida,
- 0:30Speaker 1: are you there when we did the show during the pandemic,
- 0:34Speaker 1: and we did it on zoom, and so now even
- 0:37Speaker 1: when we're in person, we say are you there, even
- 0:40Speaker 1: though I'm looking at you. But it's become such a
- 0:42Speaker 1: thing as having drinks last night and I heard from
- 0:45Speaker 1: behind me, hellollolo, lollo, rub shooter, are you there? And
- 0:49Speaker 1: I turned around. I didn't know the person, but now
- 0:51Speaker 1: I do. Thank you for coming over and saying hello
- 0:54Speaker 1: to me. James, it's lovely to meet you. You're very
- 0:57Speaker 1: cute and very sweet, and you have excellent taste. In
- 1:00Speaker 1: so I do love it if you see Mark out
- 1:02Speaker 1: on the come over and say a lower lower low
- 1:05Speaker 1: are you Yes, we are, Okay, let's jump into the show.
- 1:08Speaker 1: But Tim is it? My friends? It is tea time,
- 1:12Speaker 1: big story. Mark at the top of the show. So
- 1:13Speaker 1: Victoria Beckham is struggling to talk about David Beckham's affair,
- 1:18Speaker 1: and so that makes a lot of sense to me. However,
- 1:21Speaker 1: she's doing a ton of pressures out there for this
- 1:23Speaker 1: new documentary about her life, which insiders tell me Mark
- 1:28Speaker 1: was meant to be about the Spies Girls, and then
- 1:30Speaker 1: they realized Victoria is more interested than the group, and
- 1:34Speaker 1: so it's sort of. The Spies girls are definitely in
- 1:36Speaker 1: the documentary, but it's not a five part documentary, which
- 1:41Speaker 1: is what I think the girls thought it was. It's
- 1:44Speaker 1: amazing you've worked in TV a really long time. Mark.
- 1:47Speaker 1: You start these projects and as you start going through it,
- 1:50Speaker 1: as you start taping, as you start recording, it changes.
- 1:54Speaker 1: The story changes because this becomes more interesting and that
- 1:57Speaker 1: becomes less interesting. So this started out as a spicy
- 2:00Speaker 1: that's Victoria documentary, but now it's out, she's got to
- 2:03Speaker 1: promote it. So, of all places, she went on Call
- 2:06Speaker 1: Her Daddy, which is the new thing to do now.
- 2:08Speaker 1: I'm so glad we're in the podcast business, Mark, Podcasts
- 2:11Speaker 1: are the future now. Actually that's not true, they're the now.
- 2:14Speaker 1: This is what people are doing. They're going on podcasts.
- 2:18Speaker 1: So she went on the podcast and she addressed Rebecca
- 2:21Speaker 1: Lose remember her, that's the person that claims she had
- 2:24Speaker 1: an affair with David Beckham. So she was asked about
- 2:27Speaker 1: this and she had, I think a prepared answer. If
- 2:30Speaker 1: it wasn't prepared, then then Victoria, you have got this down.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Because she looked a little flustered, but she said, we
- 2:37Speaker 1: have so much thrown at us quote and by the
- 2:40Speaker 1: way people said it wouldn't work, twenty six years, we
- 2:44Speaker 1: have ridden the storm. I think this is the perfect response.
- 2:48Speaker 1: You don't want to get into the details. You don't
- 2:50Speaker 1: want to confirm the affair, but you want to point out,
- 2:53Speaker 1: you know what, we've had a lot thrown at us,
- 2:55Speaker 1: and twenty six years later, we're still together. It's a
- 3:00Speaker 1: really impressive thing. Do I think he had an affair, Yes,
- 3:04Speaker 1: I think he probably did, and so at the time
- 3:06Speaker 1: he has denied it. But I think this is sort
- 3:09Speaker 1: of a good way to handle it. I also think
- 3:11Speaker 1: too Victoria had the power to say, no questions about
- 3:16Speaker 1: the affair. I'll talk about Belima, I'll talk about my
- 3:19Speaker 1: eating disorder. We've had this happen Mark. We've worked on
- 3:21Speaker 1: shows where celebrities will only come on if you don't
- 3:24Speaker 1: talk about certain things and some things you're like, then
- 3:27Speaker 1: we shouldn't book you, Like, the only reason you're on
- 3:29Speaker 1: the show is to talk about that. But if you
- 3:31Speaker 1: don't want to talk about it, maybe maybe not. But
- 3:34Speaker 1: I was told her, Victoria was like, sure, there's nothing
- 3:37Speaker 1: off limits, and she turned up prepared, And I think
- 3:41Speaker 1: this is a great PR team. This is a great
- 3:44Speaker 1: way to handle this. Victoria was really smart about it.
- 3:46Speaker 1: It made me like her more, which is really why
- 3:49Speaker 1: you do an interview. What do you think? All right?
- 3:51Speaker 2: I agree Rob that this was definitely a coordited effort
- 3:54Speaker 2: on her PR team to make sure they managed how
- 3:56Speaker 2: they were going to respond to this. And I think
- 3:59Speaker 2: to your point too, that interviewer could have asked follow
- 4:01Speaker 2: up questions and she didn't, and she'd and Victoria went
- 4:05Speaker 2: right on to her eating disorder and other things and
- 4:07Speaker 2: conveniently just ignored the topic for the rest of the interview.
- 4:10Speaker 2: So yes, she handled in a great way for herself.
- 4:14Speaker 2: But if I were interviewing her, I would have other
- 4:17Speaker 2: things to ask her.
- 4:18Speaker 1: But you're a real reporter. That's the difference you But
- 4:21Speaker 1: you were a real real reporter. I'm not dissing the
- 4:24Speaker 1: podcast here, it's a great podcast. Call me a daddy.
- 4:28Speaker 1: It's a really, really good show. And millions of people
- 4:30Speaker 1: call her daddy. Sorry, not call me daddy. Oh that
- 4:32Speaker 1: sounds like something else. Call her and daddy, what have
- 4:35Speaker 1: I revealed? And so call her daddy. It's a great podcast.
- 4:39Speaker 1: No follow up, it's interesting. That's always a sign listen
- 4:42Speaker 1: to this naughties. Recently, Kristin Chenowitz was on New York
- 4:45Speaker 1: on a local TV show, She's got a Broadway show opening,
- 4:48Speaker 1: and she was allowed, or at least she allowed the
- 4:51Speaker 1: reporter to ask her one question about her comments about
- 4:54Speaker 1: very controversial Charlie Kirk and so she clearly had a
- 4:58Speaker 1: prepared answer where she started to cry and she talked
- 5:00Speaker 1: about her love of the gay community. There was no
- 5:03Speaker 1: follow up. That tells me, and we've done this a
- 5:05Speaker 1: long time that this is all stage, not set up,
- 5:09Speaker 1: not fake, but you know it's coming. When I worked
- 5:12Speaker 1: with Jessica Simpson, we made it very clear you got
- 5:15Speaker 1: one Nick question, one Nickolay question, and that was it.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Jayla wouldn't even allow one Ben question. I worked with
- 5:22Speaker 1: Jennifer during her first breakup with Ben, and we literally
- 5:25Speaker 1: were like, you don't get j Loo if you talk
- 5:27Speaker 1: about Ben and a lot of outlets, some shocked Mark said, okay,
- 5:31Speaker 1: we'll take her and we won't talk about that. Then
- 5:33Speaker 1: when Andy Cohen in the middle of the Sex and
- 5:36Speaker 1: the City drama, in the middle of the kinkatrell Sarah
- 5:39Speaker 1: Jessica Parker explosion, we knew they didn't like each other,
- 5:42Speaker 1: but it exploded. Remember in the middle of that, Andy
- 5:46Speaker 1: Cohen had Sarah on Watch what Happens and he asked
- 5:49Speaker 1: her everything except the question about Kim. Well, she's his friends.
- 5:54Speaker 1: So I don't get it. But you notice when there's
- 5:57Speaker 1: not a follow up, then specious is going on here.
- 6:01Speaker 1: But I do think Victoria handled this one. And this
- 6:03Speaker 1: is a lesson in real life noughties. If somebody at
- 6:06Speaker 1: dinner brings up something you don't want to talk about,
- 6:09Speaker 1: you don't have to answer questions. You can give a
- 6:11Speaker 1: very generic response and then do shiny object, find something
- 6:16Speaker 1: more interesting to just drop as a bombshell. And so
- 6:19Speaker 1: Victoria didn't want to talk about what did she do?
- 6:23Speaker 1: She had a very generic answer and then she did
- 6:26Speaker 1: shiny object, which is, I've never spoken about this while
- 6:29Speaker 1: You've got my interest right away when you say that
- 6:32Speaker 1: I've never spoken about this, but my believia blah blah blah.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Oh clever, you are a pro. Julia Roberts is a
- 6:39Speaker 1: pro at this. Jennifer Anderston or she's like a politician.
- 6:42Speaker 1: She stays our message. You can't get her half message.
- 6:46Speaker 1: So I am impressed here, but it brings us to
- 6:48Speaker 1: our whole question of the day. Are you impressed? Victoria
- 6:51Speaker 1: Beckham struggled to talk about her her affair, David's affair
- 6:56Speaker 1: when I'm about I think it was like about twenty
- 6:58Speaker 1: years ago to be married for twenty six years. She
- 7:01Speaker 1: didn't really want to talk about it, but she did,
- 7:03Speaker 1: and she gave a really solid answer. Should have she be?
- 7:08Speaker 1: Last a follow up question, what do you think? Yes
- 7:12Speaker 1: or no? Go vote on a Twitter page at nice wrong.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Her Facebook page is Naughty Gossip and sure to check
- 7:20Speaker 1: back to morow to hear your results. Hey, Loopy lou,
- 7:24Speaker 1: what are you working on there?
- 7:26Speaker 2: So Kristen Bell is terrified that one stupid comment could
- 7:30Speaker 2: end her career, and now she's hiding out after tone
- 7:35Speaker 2: deaf backlash has taken over her life. Now let me
- 7:40Speaker 2: tell you what's going on here. So Kristen Bell is
- 7:41Speaker 2: in panic mode after a joke that she'd told has
- 7:44Speaker 2: gone wrong and sparked a full pr nightmare for her.
- 7:47Speaker 2: The Frozen star had vanished from the Spotlight after facing
- 7:50Speaker 2: massive backlash over her anniversary tribute to her husband Dak
- 7:53Speaker 2: shephard a post that critics called tone deaf and disturbing.
- 7:58Speaker 2: H now the source of saying she's terrified once to
- 8:01Speaker 2: become it and destroy everything she's built, and that she's
- 8:04Speaker 2: always been America's sweetheart and this one has hit her hard.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Rob The controversy erupted when Bell shared a quote from
- 8:11Speaker 2: Shepherd which read, I would never kill you. A lot
- 8:15Speaker 2: of men have killed their wives at a certain point.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Even though I'm heavily incentivized to kill you, I would never.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Now.
- 8:23Speaker 2: This unfortunate post was also shared during Domestic Violence Awareness Month,
- 8:27Speaker 2: and that social media has exploded. Sense what do you think?
- 8:31Speaker 1: Oh, it's so dumb. It is such a dumb thing
- 8:33Speaker 1: to say. But she doesn't mean what it sounds like
- 8:36Speaker 1: she means. Here. She's not the enemy. We know Christen Bell.
- 8:39Speaker 1: She's a good person. She tries to be edgy, and
- 8:41Speaker 1: she is often funny. They mock each other. They're always
- 8:44Speaker 1: giggling about their relationship. It's part of their charms. This
- 8:47Speaker 1: one went too far, and I think she should apologize.
- 8:50Speaker 1: I wouldn't hide. She was meant to be on the
- 8:51Speaker 1: Today Show and she pulled out of that. Don't pull out.
- 8:54Speaker 1: Go on and have your PR team say to them,
- 8:56Speaker 1: this is how we want to address it. Ask us
- 8:58Speaker 1: a question about this. And I'll never get over the
- 9:01Speaker 1: fact that Ricky Martin sat down with Rolling Stone magazine
- 9:06Speaker 1: and wasn't prepared to be asked if he was gay.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Remember this twenty thirty years ago, and he got so
- 9:10Speaker 1: upset and he gave a really odd answer. If I
- 9:13Speaker 1: was Ricky's publicist, that's that you're gonna be asked. You're
- 9:16Speaker 1: going to bed. We have to have an answer for
- 9:18Speaker 1: this question, Kristin. If you do television, if you do radio,
- 9:21Speaker 1: whatever interviews you're going to do next, they're going to
- 9:23Speaker 1: ask about this silly, silly tweet. We know, we know
- 9:27Speaker 1: it was a bad joke. It wasn't even a really
- 9:29Speaker 1: funny joke. Domestic violence isn't funny. And you're not a comedian.
- 9:33Speaker 1: You're an actress, so you're not Joan Rivers. You don't
- 9:35Speaker 1: have to be out there doing Kathy Griffin's style jokes.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I think people we want everyone to love us, and
- 9:41Speaker 1: sometimes we're willing to be a clown and do dumb things.
- 9:45Speaker 1: I'm sure if she could take this back, she would.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Does she support domestic violence? Noah does, Dax Noah. They're
- 9:53Speaker 1: good people who made a stupid mistake. But the world
- 9:56Speaker 1: that we live in now, Mark, it's not that forgiving
- 10:00Speaker 1: it. It sometimes can really grab onto one thing and run
- 10:04Speaker 1: with it, and run with it and run with it.
- 10:05Speaker 1: So the best way, if you're listening, Christen Kristen, the
- 10:08Speaker 1: best way to get rid of this is to talk
- 10:11Speaker 1: about it. Put him I'm sorry, what a dumb thing
- 10:13Speaker 1: to say. Go and do some work for domestic violence victims.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Put your put your money where your mouth is. There
- 10:19Speaker 1: is a way around it. The mistake celebrities make, and
- 10:22Speaker 1: I think we make this in our own lives too.
- 10:23Speaker 1: We ignore it, We hope it goes away. It doesn't.
- 10:27Speaker 1: It ain't going away, and it ain't gonna get any worse,
- 10:30Speaker 1: and so deal with it. But it's tough love there.
- 10:32Speaker 1: What do you think I mean?
- 10:33Speaker 2: I think celebrities need to be read their morander rids.
- 10:36Speaker 2: It's like anything you say, Ken and will be used
- 10:38Speaker 2: against you. And I think if Kristen's listening to this podcast,
- 10:41Speaker 2: perhaps she should go calmly Daddy podcast and she could
- 10:44Speaker 2: answer one question and then completely move answered something else
- 10:47Speaker 2: and let.
- 10:48Speaker 1: It don't come on. Not even I should not on
- 10:50Speaker 1: a first nas Mark like a follow ups. I would
- 10:52Speaker 1: let you get a blame. But Mark's having none of that. Okay,
- 10:55Speaker 1: moving along. Clearly Kardashian, who's my favorite. Kardashian couldn't care
- 11:00Speaker 1: less about Savannah's comments. So Savannah did an interview and
- 11:03Speaker 1: she was asked her biggest regret on the Today Show.
- 11:05Speaker 1: And of all the things on the Today Show, and
- 11:08Speaker 1: let's be honest, there has been some controversies. The one
- 11:11Speaker 1: thing that keeps Savannah up at night is a question
- 11:15Speaker 1: that she asked in twenty twelve. She asked, Chloe Kardashian,
- 11:20Speaker 1: is O. J. Simpson your real father? While this has
- 11:22Speaker 1: made Savannah really really sad, I'm not sure why, but
- 11:27Speaker 1: it really has upset her, and she's disappointed in herself,
- 11:30Speaker 1: and she blames the producers for making her ask a question.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Try and get Savannah to ask a question she doesn't
- 11:35Speaker 1: want to ask, is what I'm saying now. But it's
- 11:38Speaker 1: very upseted. Well, well, Chloe's responded, saying, girl, I barely
- 11:41Speaker 1: remember it happens. It's fine. I love her, she's great.
- 11:44Speaker 1: What are you talking about. It's amazing stuff that we
- 11:48Speaker 1: hold on to her. Let's be kind here and take
- 11:50Speaker 1: Savannah at face valion. If this is her biggest regret
- 11:53Speaker 1: from the Today Show, wow, You've had an amazing, amazing career,
- 11:57Speaker 1: because I've got worse regrets from just this morning and
- 12:00Speaker 1: have only been two hours, and so this is somebody
- 12:03Speaker 1: that I think it's you know, it's probably an odd
- 12:05Speaker 1: question to ask what Chloe knew what she was doing.
- 12:08Speaker 1: You didn't ask Meryl Streep who her father was. This
- 12:11Speaker 1: is a reality stuff who had talked about her paternity
- 12:14Speaker 1: on her own reality show. They like this. This has
- 12:18Speaker 1: added to the car Dashian mistique. Let's remember Kim had
- 12:22Speaker 1: a sex tape. So we have definitely seen literally parts
- 12:26Speaker 1: of this family that you probably wouldn't do one other ones.
- 12:29Speaker 1: So Chloe, Chloe's fine with this, Savannah, move on. Don't
- 12:33Speaker 1: talk about regrets on a show that we that we
- 12:37Speaker 1: know some dodgy stuff has happened on that show. That
- 12:40Speaker 1: should be the regret, not that you asked one one
- 12:43Speaker 1: silly question, move on. Do you ever do that though?
- 12:46Speaker 1: Do you say something? Can you regret it? Mark? And
- 12:49Speaker 1: you fixate on it and it becomes like a loop
- 12:52Speaker 1: in your mind and the person that you said it
- 12:54Speaker 1: to doesn't even remember it.
- 12:56Speaker 2: I mean, I can tell you on a red carpet once,
- 12:58Speaker 2: I was more forced to ask Ulanda Hadien how she
- 13:02Speaker 2: felt about Katherin McPhee being with her ex husband and
- 13:05Speaker 2: the face that she gave me for the rest of
- 13:09Speaker 2: my life. So, yeah, I can't understand and related to this, it.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Is wild on these carpets. They they are most of
- 13:19Speaker 1: them are in on the jack. Yeah, they get what
- 13:22Speaker 1: this is and they've been asked a lot worse like
- 13:25Speaker 1: when I think of some of the cheeky give questions
- 13:27Speaker 1: my friends have asked me. I'm fine with all this, Savannah,
- 13:31Speaker 1: move on, and Chloe, good for you for taking the
- 13:34Speaker 1: high road here. I think this is a great response. Okay,
- 13:36Speaker 1: moving along, We've got some real housewife drama. What is
- 13:40Speaker 1: going on? I'm thinking over this whole franchise. I think
- 13:43Speaker 1: bram is over it too. If the truth be told,
- 13:45Speaker 1: They're not rushing to get their shows back, but a
- 13:48Speaker 1: certain star is rushing to get back on what am
- 13:51Speaker 1: I talking about?
- 13:52Speaker 2: Yes, she is the clerk is ticking on the Judas empire.
- 13:58Speaker 2: It's they're saying, is pulling out off the stop to
- 14:01Speaker 2: keep her mom, Teresa from being asked by Bravo. So
- 14:05Speaker 2: the show is their paycheck, which we know, and their
- 14:08Speaker 2: platform and their pride. And one insider is telling our
- 14:11Speaker 2: podcast that neither Teresa or nor Gia wants a real job,
- 14:15Speaker 2: and they wanted people the cameras really, and she had
- 14:18Speaker 2: recently appeared on Paycheck's radio preaching peace and clarity between
- 14:22Speaker 2: her mom and feuding relatives Joe and Melissa Gorgo. But
- 14:26Speaker 2: sources say the sudden burst of plumbacy is less about
- 14:30Speaker 2: family healing and more about saving the Real Housewives of
- 14:33Speaker 2: New Jersey. Apparently producers are fed up the same old feud,
- 14:37Speaker 2: and Gia is trying to save the show and Teresa
- 14:40Speaker 2: showing her in a softer late she's acting like the
- 14:43Speaker 2: family fixed her to keep the storyline alive.
- 14:47Speaker 1: You mean well, here, I'm not going to be mean
- 14:49Speaker 1: to Jia. You mean well, but trying to save your
- 14:50Speaker 1: mom's job is never a good idea. Your mom needs
- 14:52Speaker 1: to save this job. Brava's got sick of this storyline
- 14:55Speaker 1: of Teresa. I'm Melissa Gorga fighting. It's just so boring.
- 14:59Speaker 1: It happens season And so what they've realized is if
- 15:02Speaker 1: we don't make up, we won't be coming back. And
- 15:04Speaker 1: so they so want this job. They want the money,
- 15:06Speaker 1: they want the power, they want all the perks. They're
- 15:08Speaker 1: gonna pretend to make friends. If they don't, they're gonna
- 15:11Speaker 1: cut off their naises despite their face. Ladies, if you're listening,
- 15:14Speaker 1: and I know some of the housewives steal are lower
- 15:16Speaker 1: lower lowe, suck it up because you'll be off that
- 15:19Speaker 1: show if you keep fighting, you are up. I've had
- 15:21Speaker 1: to work with a lot of people. I did not
- 15:23Speaker 1: like Mark, but it was the job, right, it was
- 15:25Speaker 1: the job. And for thirty minutes a morning, I'd have
- 15:28Speaker 1: to suck it up next to some monster on television,
- 15:31Speaker 1: but I'd a giggle and then when the lights went off,
- 15:33Speaker 1: I'd just turned the back and walk. And so you
- 15:36Speaker 1: can do that, Ladies, save your job. This is the
- 15:39Speaker 1: best job. You guess You're not gonna go on to
- 15:42Speaker 1: make movies after this. They all think that they Jill
- 15:45Speaker 1: Zaron thought after she was fired from the Housewives should
- 15:47Speaker 1: call me thinking she was going to be a movie star.
- 15:50Speaker 1: I said, Jill, I don't think you will be, but
- 15:52Speaker 1: I didn't want to rain on her parade. This is
- 15:54Speaker 1: the peak of your success. Milk it for all its worth,
- 15:57Speaker 1: and if it means being nice to your sister in law,
- 16:00Speaker 1: be nice. Okay, we're going to take a quick break
- 16:02Speaker 1: and we will be right back. Welcome back to the Naughty,
- 16:06Speaker 1: but Nasham your hair stompshooter, but the idea friend, Mark Lupo, Haileyppy,
- 16:10Speaker 1: Let's get to the poles. Last show, I had a
- 16:14Speaker 1: bombshell exclusive that Prince Andrew is going to be banned
- 16:17Speaker 1: from the King's funeral. So we know he's not going
- 16:19Speaker 1: to go to William's coronation. I'm told he's not even
- 16:21Speaker 1: going to go to the funeral. Should he attend? Now,
- 16:23Speaker 1: remember this is his brother. King Charles is his brother.
- 16:26Speaker 1: But he's so disgraced and if he's there, it's going
- 16:29Speaker 1: to distract him. Oh, it's very tricky, isn't it. Well
- 16:32Speaker 1: it sixty percent said, yes, you don't think he should
- 16:35Speaker 1: be there. I think he should have a private moment
- 16:37Speaker 1: with his brother. Maybe in the chapel on one side,
- 16:41Speaker 1: or maybe at the palace, but being there at this
- 16:44Speaker 1: big public funeral because they do they do this for
- 16:47Speaker 1: the masses. They do this for the public, and then
- 16:49Speaker 1: they often have a private ceremony for the family. Go
- 16:52Speaker 1: to the family part, but don't go to the abbey.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Don't do the big part. I agree. Don't forget to
- 16:57Speaker 1: vote on today's pole to a Twitter page at Naughty
- 17:01Speaker 1: Nice Robot Facebook page's Nobody Yossip and be sure to
- 17:06Speaker 1: check that time out row to hear your results. And
- 17:09Speaker 1: now it's time for and nicest of the day.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Oh, I have a surprise for you, Rob, You are
- 17:19Speaker 2: the nicest of the day. That's right. So Rob Shooter,
- 17:23Speaker 2: a friend and fearless leader, has a new novel that
- 17:28Speaker 2: has Hollywood buzzing and insiders sweating, including me. So right
- 17:34Speaker 2: to move over to the devil Worst. Proud that there's
- 17:36Speaker 2: a new guilty pleasure in town and it's sharper, sexier
- 17:39Speaker 2: and aimed straight at the heart of fame. Celebrity insider,
- 17:43Speaker 2: columnist and VH one Gossip Table host Rob Shooter has
- 17:46Speaker 2: sold his debut novel. It started with the Whisper and
- 17:50Speaker 2: the buzz is deafening.
- 17:52Speaker 1: That's right.
- 17:53Speaker 2: I love it and inside, thank.
- 17:55Speaker 1: You so sweet, of you, so sweet. I got up
- 17:57Speaker 1: this morning to a lovely note from my publisher saying,
- 18:00Speaker 1: cracked the top one hundred. So Naughty's you did this.
- 18:03Speaker 1: It's pre orders. It's not out until next year, but
- 18:05Speaker 1: if you pre order it, it helps the algorithm. I
- 18:08Speaker 1: did not know this. I thought, oh, we'll just wait
- 18:09Speaker 1: till next to her and then I'll do some publicity.
- 18:11Speaker 1: I wasn't going to talk about it till after Christmas,
- 18:13Speaker 1: and he was like, no, if you try and sell
- 18:15Speaker 1: some books now, it will really set you up for
- 18:17Speaker 1: success when the book finally comes out. So if you
- 18:19Speaker 1: do have a minute and you want to order it,
- 18:21Speaker 1: I ask you to get an Amazon type in rob
- 18:23Speaker 1: Shooter type in. It started with a whisper. Either or
- 18:26Speaker 1: it will pop up, pre order it and you'll forget
- 18:29Speaker 1: that you've ordered it, and then in April you'll get
- 18:31Speaker 1: a lovely surprise. It'll be on your doorsteps. So it's
- 18:35Speaker 1: really exciting. I didn't quite expect this amount of attention
- 18:38Speaker 1: so quickly, but I'm thrilled and Naughty's I'm grateful. I
- 18:42Speaker 1: know it is because of you. Thank you, Mark, thank
- 18:45Speaker 1: you naughty. It's okay, that's moving along. I'm bright red.
- 18:48Speaker 1: I'm still got to get used to all this praise
- 18:51Speaker 1: is of the day. The free Britney leaders are ourn
- 18:54Speaker 1: autist of the day, so they have no intention of
- 18:56Speaker 1: helping Britney anymore. They're tired, they're exhausted. They got her free.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Now they have walked away. So it seems here inside
- 19:02Speaker 1: to say that they did all this without a plan.
- 19:05Speaker 1: They got a free they got out of the conservatory ship,
- 19:08Speaker 1: but they didn't ask what happens next? And I think
- 19:11Speaker 1: that's a problem. Oh I'm naught. Is the day end
- 19:15Speaker 1: with a moment of rab You get a robb, you
- 19:17Speaker 1: get a rub, You got a rub, You get a
- 19:18Speaker 1: rob So some will judge your growth and others will
- 19:22Speaker 1: applaud it. Choose your people wisely. When you start changing,
- 19:27Speaker 1: not everybody will clap. I know this growth threatens the
- 19:31Speaker 1: people who have been staying with you for comfort. Some
- 19:35Speaker 1: of them will call you selfish for setting a new boundary,
- 19:38Speaker 1: or distance themselves from you because you're different from who
- 19:41Speaker 1: you used to be. But let them talk, because the
- 19:44Speaker 1: truth is, you didn't need anyone to understand your evolution.
- 19:50Speaker 1: You just need the few right people in your life
- 19:54Speaker 1: to support you. Find a few people who can support you.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Surround yourself with the people who celebrate your progress, not
- 20:01Speaker 1: the ones who resent it. Because energy market is contagious,
- 20:05Speaker 1: make sure you're catching the kind of energy that lifts
- 20:08Speaker 1: you higher. Oh that is so true, Mark, As I
- 20:12Speaker 1: have become more successful less successful, Maya, I've had ebbs
- 20:16Speaker 1: and flows in relationships, and I really know the people
- 20:19Speaker 1: that cheer for me. I do know the people that
- 20:22Speaker 1: really want to support me, and I know the people
- 20:24Speaker 1: too who get uncomfortable by my success. Know the difference. Hey,
- 20:29Speaker 1: that is eat for today. Thank you so much for
