- 0:01Speaker 1: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.
- 0:03Speaker 1: A lot of people think podcasts about work are boring,
- 0:06Speaker 1: and sure they definitely can be, but understanding a professionals
- 0:10Speaker 1: routine shows us how they achieve their success little by little,
- 0:14Speaker 1: day after day. It's like banking with P and C Bank.
- 0:18Speaker 1: It might seem boring to save, plan and make calculated
- 0:21Speaker 1: decisions with your bank, but keeping your money boring is
- 0:24Speaker 1: what helps you live a more happily fulfilled life. P
- 0:27Speaker 1: and C Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly
- 0:32Speaker 1: Boring since eighteen sixty five is a service mark of
- 0:35Speaker 1: the PNC Financial Service Group, Inc. P and C Bank
- 0:39Speaker 1: National Association Member FDIC.
- 0:43Speaker 2: Another question, is Mike Ron better than AMD by both.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Have a financial threesome. We're not doing this. Have a financial.
- 0:50Speaker 4: Threesome or foursome, put in video in there and have
- 0:53Speaker 4: a fucking blast.
- 0:55Speaker 3: All of them.
- 0:57Speaker 4: All of them.
- 0:58Speaker 3: Get to ten thousand shares. I know why you ask
- 1:01Speaker 3: a question. I understand the question.
- 1:04Speaker 1: The answer is in the beginning of this episode of
- 1:06Speaker 1: understanding what you're investing in and understanding that those two
- 1:10Speaker 1: companies do two different things. Right, So like when we're
- 1:13Speaker 1: talking about AMD, we're talking about a company that makes
- 1:17Speaker 1: GPUs and CPUs. When we're talking about Micron, Micron creates
- 1:22Speaker 1: the memory for those GPUs and those CPUs.
- 1:25Speaker 3: They actually work together. Right.
- 1:27Speaker 1: So if you're investing in AMD, look at who their
- 1:29Speaker 1: memory partner is. If you're investing in the Video, look
- 1:31Speaker 1: who their memory partners are. That's how you start to
- 1:34Speaker 1: stack the companies, right, So you got to have the understanding, right,
- 1:37Speaker 1: I wouldn't say, Hey, is it ASML or is it AMD? Well,
- 1:41Speaker 1: those companies don't function if they don't have ASML to
- 1:45Speaker 1: create the machines for TSM to manufacture. Right, So it's
- 1:49Speaker 1: different roles, different spots inside of this cycle of AI
- 1:54Speaker 1: that you gotta understand. I'm doing both, of course, I'm
- 1:57Speaker 1: doing both. We talked about AMD throughout the year. Crown
- 2:00Speaker 1: obviously is hit its all time high again today.
- 2:05Speaker 4: So yeah, man, go watch every episode we've answered, and
- 2:08Speaker 4: not to that person who asked the.
- 2:09Speaker 3: Question, because you solid but a bunch y'all.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Ain't been faithful in y'all real lives, So why are
- 2:14Speaker 4: you finished? Act like you singularly focus on the stock
- 2:16Speaker 4: by both AMD and Video. We then told you that
- 2:20Speaker 4: the gamut of what now is the Okay, this is
- 2:22Speaker 4: the real game. Can you put fifty percent of the
- 2:25Speaker 4: money that's coming in into the assets. It's gonna make
- 2:27Speaker 4: you money forever, So you can talk like this, that's
- 2:30Speaker 4: the real game. No, flex, just put the money into
- 2:34Speaker 4: the assets.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Do like you do.
- 2:35Speaker 4: There's a real some of y'allre telling your little signe
- 2:37Speaker 4: so I'm sick.
- 2:38Speaker 3: You can put your present on the twenty six.
- 2:40Speaker 4: AMD and video buy everything because they're buying.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Everything that's and you know what.
- 2:49Speaker 1: This is like part of the those learning lessons that
- 2:51Speaker 1: you get inside of your professional life. When I was teaching,
- 2:55Speaker 1: patience was one of those things that I had to
- 2:57Speaker 1: have with students, and so a lot of times I'll
- 2:59Speaker 1: get a text like yo, you'll choice what's the next one?
- 3:01Speaker 3: And I'm like, yo, we told you.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Like on market, mondays Micron for two years, it was
- 3:07Speaker 1: eighty two dollars, it was seventy nine dollars Stele it's
- 3:11Speaker 1: at two seventy six AMD when it was crashing. I'm like, yo, no,
- 3:16Speaker 1: just stay this, don't worry about number number two could
- 3:19Speaker 1: be a winner. Number two could be a winner. That
- 3:21Speaker 1: was at eighty dollars. Here we are at two hundred
- 3:23Speaker 1: and fifteen. It's happening like happening, right. So the next
- 3:28Speaker 1: one is the one we already said. You know what
- 3:30Speaker 1: I mean, so like but that goes inside. And I
- 3:33Speaker 1: talked about this the other night. It was like, what
- 3:35Speaker 1: type of investor are you? I think people need to
- 3:37Speaker 1: put curiosity in the categories of what type of investor
- 3:40Speaker 1: they're going to be. Curiosity in the sense of, Hey,
- 3:43Speaker 1: you know what, AMD is a great company and Video
- 3:46Speaker 1: is a great company. But what makes those companies great? Like,
- 3:50Speaker 1: are there companies that are assisting them in this run
- 3:54Speaker 1: that they're having, Like who are they using for connectivity?
- 3:57Speaker 3: Who are they using for memory? Who? Like who is
- 3:59Speaker 3: man your faction for them?
- 4:01Speaker 1: That type of curiosity will lead you to companies, right
- 4:05Speaker 1: that can also scale with them. Right, Because if AMD
- 4:08Speaker 1: is going to have blowout numbers, which I think they
- 4:10Speaker 1: will next year, and then Video is going to continue
- 4:12Speaker 1: to have blowout numbers, which I think they will next year,
- 4:14Speaker 1: the China sales about to go online in February, then
- 4:18Speaker 1: these are companies that not a benefit as well.
- 4:20Speaker 3: That's that's just a level of curiosity you got to
- 4:21Speaker 3: have as an investor, but then you got to start
- 4:24Speaker 3: go ahead with shot.
- 4:25Speaker 2: I've seen somebody put in chair for people put in
- 4:27Speaker 2: chat because the question the question is valid as far
- 4:31Speaker 2: as like you might not even have enough capital to
- 4:34Speaker 2: really deploy.
- 4:35Speaker 3: That's why ETFs are good.
- 4:36Speaker 2: So SMH is a ETF where you can not only
- 4:40Speaker 2: invest in video and TSM and Broadcom and MU, but
- 4:46Speaker 2: also a MD and ASML and Intel. So if you're
- 4:51Speaker 2: interested in kind of seeing which one you want to pick,
- 4:54Speaker 2: you can take the pathway of investing in the individual stock,
- 4:57Speaker 2: but you can also invest in the ETF which invests
- 5:02Speaker 2: in all of those companies in different level low percentages.
- 5:05Speaker 2: So that's another way to go about it.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Also, earners, what's up?
