- 0:00When we look at existence from the point of view of our
- 0:03material consciousness, we tend to treat material things as
- 0:08inanimate objects without consciousness.
- 0:12We attribute to plants and then to animals increasing levels of
- 0:16conscious awareness. And with the advent of the
- 0:19mental consciousness, we acknowledge that there is
- 0:23consciousness. Rainy Descartes famously
- 0:27declared, I think therefore I am.
- 0:31Yet this view of things is considered to be the opposite of
- 0:35the actual state of affairs. The more deeply scientists
- 0:40explore matter, the more convinced they become that not
- 0:43only is matter actually a condensed form of energy, but
- 0:48that energy itself is a condensed form of consciousness.
- 0:53Consciousness is pre eminent, the originator of this entire
- 0:58creation, and thus everything that exists, whether we
- 1:03acknowledge spiritual planes of existence, mental planes, vital
- 1:07planes, or purely physical planes, consists of
- 1:12consciousness. If we look into matter itself,
- 1:16we see a highly organized and developed structure put together
- 1:20with mathematical precision that is clearly an expression of
- 1:25consciousness. The fact that we do not
- 1:28experience dense matter as alive and conscious is due to its
- 1:32consciousness lying outside the frame of our perceptions.
- 1:38This does not mean that it does not have a responsive nature
- 1:42within its own sphere, rather that we simply are normally
- 1:46unable to recognize it. Experiments done with plants
- 1:51show not only reactions to their being cut or harmed, but also
- 1:55show a responsiveness to various vibrations.
- 1:59We send their way, intentions and feelings that are either
- 2:03supportive or potentially harmful to their nature.
- 2:08If we go further and look at purely material forms, we may
- 2:12start with crystals, which represent one of the more highly
- 2:16organized and responsive forms of matter.
- 2:20The visionary inventor Nikola Tesla, whose insights provide
- 2:24the underpinning for much of our modern civilization with
- 2:28wireless communication and capturing and transmission of
- 2:32energy, alternating current, and many other Seminole inventions
- 2:37of modern life had this to say about crystals.
- 2:41Quote. In crystal we have a pure
- 2:45evidence of the existence of a formative life principle and
- 2:49though we cannot understand the life of a crystal, it is none
- 2:53the less a living being. End Quote.
- 2:58Numerous experiments on metals show a responsiveness, including
- 3:03various forms of fatigue and rejuvenation of strength that
- 3:07result from pressures and supports we provide to those
- 3:11metals. Just because matter is dense and
- 3:15vibrates at frequencies we cannot easily perceive does not
- 3:20mean that matter is not alive and imbued with conscious
- 3:23existence, albeit vastly different from our own
- 3:28experience and ability in that realm.
- 3:33As to a practical application, when we treat material objects
- 3:37as inanimate and without consciousness, we tend to treat
- 3:41them carelessly and they either fail to function properly or
- 3:46stop functioning entirely, or simply breakdown.
- 3:50When someone who has an attitude of care and positive goodwill
- 3:55towards material things steps in, we can see that they
- 3:59function better, they last longer, and they even take on a
- 4:03type of radiance noticeable to those with sensitive perception.
- 4:09Metals take on a shine. Entire material creations exude
- 4:14a sense of harmony and functionality.
- 4:19We all know people who have no relation with material objects.
- 4:23They leave metal objects out in the rain and wind up with rusty
- 4:27tools. Computers do not work well for
- 4:30many. They watch their automobiles
- 4:32breakdown through lack of proper care.
- 4:35They experience rotting and decomposition in material
- 4:38objects through lack of care and attention.
- 4:42On the other hand, we can observe material objects that
- 4:45are cared for and treated with respect.
- 4:49They tend to express a sense of well-being that many people, not
- 4:53just sensitive individuals, can see and experience, Srioro Bindu
- 5:00observes quote. There is a consciousness in each
- 5:03physical thing with which one can communicate.
- 5:07Everything has an individuality of a certain kind, houses, cars,
- 5:11furniture, et cetera. The ancient peoples knew that
- 5:16and so they saw a spirit or genius in every physical thing.
- 5:22What you feel about physical things is true.
- 5:25There is a consciousness in them, a life which is not the
- 5:29life and consciousness of man and animal which we know, but
- 5:33still secret and real. That is why we must have a
- 5:37respect for physical things and use them rightly, not misuse and
- 5:41waste. I'll treat or handle with a
- 5:44careless roughness. This feeling of all being,
- 5:47consciousness or alive, comes when our own physical
- 5:51consciousness, and not the mind, only awakes out of its obscurity
- 5:57and becomes aware of the One in all things, the Divine
- 6:02everywhere. End Quote Reference Srioro Bindo
