- 7:27Speaker 5: Okay she says, evening from Ireland or Mexico.
- 7:33Speaker 3: No, no, there there's a three leaf clover, so I

- 8:02Speaker 3: we we go off the rails early here, mister Jack Taylor,
- 8:06Speaker 3: how are you start.
- 8:07Speaker 5: Et, Picky? I come from a different era, if you
- 8:12Speaker 5: know what I'm saying.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Yeah, it reminds me that that scene from Uh, this
- 8:21Speaker 3: is gonna get bad. From Wolf of Wall Street. Have
- 8:24Speaker 3: you seen that?
- 8:25Speaker 5: I'm sure you have many moons ago. Yeah.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Yeah. When he talks to his daddy goes, oh, they're
- 8:33Speaker 3: all shaved these days, he goes, wow, well I kind
- 8:37Speaker 3: of like the bush anyways. That's uh, that'ss inappropriate. That's
- 8:42Speaker 3: we'll get for now. But that's a funny scene there
- 8:44Speaker 3: from that movie Howdy Friends.
- 8:46Speaker 5: Slacker Dan or Internet slacker Internet possibly slacker Dan. We
- 8:53Speaker 5: don't know. Yeah, maybe two slackers out there. There might
- 8:56Speaker 5: be one.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Paula is here.
- 8:59Speaker 5: How are you hello?
- 9:04Speaker 3: How are you? Uh?

- 9:16Speaker 3: to the day. Mister James Smith, how are you starting? Hey,
- 9:23Speaker 3: I'm smart, not dumb like everyone says. I can't handle
- 9:27Speaker 3: things well like Forrest Gump says, stupid is is as
- 9:30Speaker 3: stupid does, right.
- 9:33Speaker 5: Life is like a box the chocolates. You never know what.
- 9:37Speaker 3: You're going to get. And yes, Roger is here. Here
- 9:45Speaker 3: we ef and go yes sir with your new song.

- 10:00Speaker 3: That's good? Uh, Trey, we already mentioned him. I believe
- 10:07Speaker 3: he's worthy of mention. Yep, yeah, involved in some of
- 10:13Speaker 3: the week. Oh yeah, hello to everyone, Cha bird.

- 10:23Speaker 3: Jolene, Yes you remember all the names?
- 10:26Speaker 1: I remember.

- 10:28Speaker 5: Yes, I'm a good teacher.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Hey, and we have a newbie here, dog Star City,
- 10:34Speaker 3: looking forward to the show.
- 10:35Speaker 5: Well, welcome, sir, Johnny Reeves.
- 10:42Speaker 3: That went over my head.
- 10:43Speaker 5: Can you explain, Jann It's in a band named dog Star.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Okay, mister Tony Holman, what up? Gang? What upam? How
- 10:55Speaker 3: are you Tony with us on Wednesday?
- 10:59Speaker 5: And he can tell you what was the hell of
- 11:01Speaker 5: a show? Yeah, and and.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Yes we we we are going to be talking about
- 11:06Speaker 3: the Phoebees and a very notable Phoebe. But is he
- 11:12Speaker 3: the villain a couple? Is he the villain that we
- 11:19Speaker 3: thought he all was? Or was he the scapegoat as
- 11:21Speaker 3: we touched upon on our book review, which you know,
- 11:26Speaker 3: there is some method to our madness in terms of
- 11:30Speaker 3: sometimes book reviews and topics. Scott Edwards and very sick.
- 11:37Speaker 3: We'll try to listen in well, join the clubs there,
- 11:41Speaker 3: I sat.
- 11:44Speaker 5: Down, put the computer away, go get in bed. No,
- 11:50Speaker 5: he's next to his fireplace, rob and soon to lay
- 11:54Speaker 5: down and get some rest.
- 11:55Speaker 3: Okay, but next to the fire, next to the fire,
- 11:59Speaker 3: got a got night.
- 12:00Speaker 5: Warm accidentally, kids on fire like an ember come out
- 12:05Speaker 5: and burn him up or something.
- 12:07Speaker 3: No, he's I feel like he's an experienced fire maker.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Tiny dancer one is ready. You did not get the gold,
- 12:19Speaker 3: silver or bronze tonight.
- 12:22Speaker 5: It's a seeming tiny But we.
- 12:25Speaker 3: Love you, hope all as well. I hope you are
- 12:28Speaker 3: feeling better. Let's see Paul Anicci of course, what up?
- 12:40Speaker 5: Buddy?
- 12:41Speaker 1: How are you.
- 12:44Speaker 3: Actually? Would morning vapors just for that comment?
- 12:52Speaker 5: Hey go put another strimp on the barbie down there, Ashley,
- 12:54Speaker 5: why don't you?
- 12:58Speaker 3: Yes, all of our income breakfast eater at dinner time,
- 13:04Speaker 3: A little bit of our income we got from YouTube
- 13:06Speaker 3: goes to vapes for sure. Let's see. Is there anyone
- 13:13Speaker 3: else I have missed? Anthony the rip? How are you? Sir?
- 13:17Speaker 3: Shaw was a cougar.
- 13:18Speaker 5: There is a good Australian right there. He's a carpet
- 13:27Speaker 5: selling mother effort man. We're off to and off and
- 13:35Speaker 5: running tonight, boy, Krista Marie is here from Reality with
- 13:42Speaker 5: Krista Marie. What's up, Chicky? Thanks for showing up hanging
- 13:48Speaker 5: out with us. You look at the Luga. Are you back?
- 13:58Speaker 3: I think so now you're back a deluga you Yes.
- 14:04Speaker 3: I tried to pronounce it as a as I went away,
- 14:07Speaker 3: and uh.
- 14:08Speaker 5: I say that I'm probably saying it totally fucking wrong,
- 14:10Speaker 5: but you Lika de Luga.
- 14:15Speaker 3: Yes, but thank you everyone for joining us. And Rob,
- 14:19Speaker 3: I believe you have Jack candidate Jack is here? Yeah,
- 14:25Speaker 3: I did. Jack Teller's here.
- 14:28Speaker 5: Oh, Dog Star City is also Australian. What's up?
- 14:32Speaker 3: Oh?
- 14:33Speaker 5: We are full of Australians night. We love it.
- 14:36Speaker 3: I like it?
- 14:39Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I kind of I kind of wrapped that
- 14:43Speaker 5: all out and you are adding to the rhyme.
- 14:45Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 14:46Speaker 3: And hey, Christa, I popped into her chat the other
- 14:50Speaker 3: day on her live stream. I saw she was on
- 14:54Speaker 3: live and gone to some funny discussions. But she is
- 14:59Speaker 3: a sweet heart. And thank you for joining us, Christa, And.
- 15:05Speaker 5: Yeah, go ahead. I Lovedy's music. I'm a big stun
- 15:13Speaker 5: Tumble Pilots fan and Alison Chains fan.
- 15:18Speaker 3: Is Tyler robertson the modern day Lee Harvey Oswald.
- 15:23Speaker 5: Or Tyler Robinson. What did I say Robertson.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Oh Robinson, Yes, I'm not sure. Dude was literally on
- 15:34Speaker 3: the roof and there is a lot of video footage
- 15:37Speaker 3: to corroborate that. I don't know. I'm gonna wait for
- 15:44Speaker 3: the trial. But texts are definitely very weird, but damning
- 15:54Speaker 3: if they are real. With the you know text to
- 15:59Speaker 3: the fairy, the Furrey Furrery his boyfriend. I think that's
- 16:05Speaker 3: what he goes by.
- 16:08Speaker 5: There's lots of stuff to unpack with that thing, and
- 16:11Speaker 5: I'm yeah, but well, unconvinced his little transgender boyfriend wasn't
- 16:15Speaker 5: involved as well. But we'll see, right takes out right right.
- 16:21Speaker 3: I think Occham's razor is he was kind of convinced
- 16:26Speaker 3: to do it, maybe to impress his boyfriend. I don't
- 16:30Speaker 3: think Egyptian planes with massade, with French intelligence and the
- 16:36Speaker 3: French Foreign Legion and you know, everything that Candice Owens
- 16:40Speaker 3: is saying is has any I think she's lost it.
- 16:45Speaker 5: Yeah, well it will unfold in.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Time, yes, if we get a trial, but you know,
- 16:50Speaker 3: it's a death penalty trial, so he might plead like
- 16:55Speaker 3: Brian Colberger did the Idaho.
- 16:58Speaker 5: Yeah, or they'll have a guy in a khaki suit
- 17:02Speaker 5: escorting him out.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Yeah, well yeah that's Louisi.
- 17:06Speaker 5: Right, look old Lee Harvey Oswald Luisimansi treatment.
- 17:12Speaker 3: But who knows, man, Like, who knows what is real
- 17:15Speaker 3: and fake these days? Like it's so hard to tell,
- 17:18Speaker 3: you know, and like who knows who to trust, what
- 17:22Speaker 3: documents to trust? Like it's crazy. So after that, Tangent go, sir,
- 17:28Speaker 3: all right, I.
- 17:29Speaker 5: Take on your own. Damn time we have Scafuza of
- 17:36Speaker 5: the week.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Joe, is it me?
- 17:41Speaker 5: It's always you? But you said I don't count, but
- 17:46Speaker 5: you don't count. Okay, we have to find people that
- 17:49Speaker 5: do count, and I found one. Okay, knows exactly where
- 17:53Speaker 5: I'm going with this one.
- 17:55Speaker 3: And we had a different one on Wednesday, by the way.
- 18:00Speaker 9: But.
- 18:02Speaker 5: So say hello to Simon Bedford James our Scafoza of
- 18:12Speaker 5: the week, Joe.
- 18:14Speaker 3: Bro When you have three names, you're almost certainly a
- 18:19Speaker 3: serial coller.
- 18:21Speaker 5: So here is what wait a minute, oh yes, here's
- 18:34Speaker 5: what Simon had to say twenty five minutes into this.
- 18:39Speaker 5: These two are insufferable and their guest is dull, So
- 18:44Speaker 5: Trey hopped in the chat to defend Yeah, well, you know,
- 18:49Speaker 5: that's just like your opinion, man from the dude right.
- 18:54Speaker 5: So then he says, nah, they are slow and boring
- 18:58Speaker 5: reading a book after twenty minutes of gossip about the Lancer,
- 19:03Speaker 5: I take it they don't like America's untold stories so far,
- 19:08Speaker 5: that's all I got, and a bunch of nothing suggesting
- 19:11Speaker 5: that someone not named Oswald was in Louisiana on April eight, riveting, Right,
- 19:19Speaker 5: hold On was not in louis Anda spelled wrong on
- 19:25Speaker 5: ape April Lee eighth, riveting, And it's not like not
- 19:34Speaker 5: like we're engagingly riveting, but like Rosie the Riveter riveting,
- 19:37Speaker 5: he spelled wrong. But okay, you don't have to be
- 19:42Speaker 5: a skafuzo to know how to spell.
- 19:45Speaker 3: No or so.
- 19:48Speaker 5: And Trey jumps in again and says, hey, man, this
- 19:50Speaker 5: unsufferable duo is responsible for representing more independent research in
- 19:54Speaker 5: a handful of episodes than any other podcast or assassination conference.
- 19:57Speaker 5: Is going right now, well, said Trey, to which Simon says,
- 20:04Speaker 5: they don't seem to have the subscribers to back up
- 20:06Speaker 5: your claim, and the fact that they present in such
- 20:09Speaker 5: a dull, pedantic way is probably a lot of the reason.
- 20:13Speaker 5: They are very, very much fringe. The numbers don't lie, dude,
- 20:19Speaker 5: and I hate the Eagles. Well, who gives a fuck
- 20:22Speaker 5: if you hate.
- 20:23Speaker 3: The Eagles, the football team.
- 20:25Speaker 5: Apparently, or the band take your pick.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Alrighty, yeah, well, I will agree that we are fringe
- 20:36Speaker 3: in the fact that we are one of the few
- 20:38Speaker 3: who actually go through documents and don't have our minds
- 20:44Speaker 3: made up until we go back and forth and discuss
- 20:49Speaker 3: and debate. But I think our numbers are pretty good.
- 20:54Speaker 3: If we talked about James Files all the time, our
- 20:58Speaker 3: numbers would probably be better.
- 20:59Speaker 5: Or sure if if our show was named something catchy
- 21:02Speaker 5: and clever like Solving JFK, we'd have a lot more subscribers. Unfortunately,
- 21:11Speaker 5: Simon doesn't know that this has actually been the longest
- 21:14Speaker 5: running JFK related podcast ever. It's going to be twelve
- 21:19Speaker 5: years old this coming year. We've been doing for twelve
- 21:21Speaker 5: freaking years. You have been well, yeah, but technically you're
- 21:30Speaker 5: part of this now, so we technically technically you've always
- 21:37Speaker 5: been there in spirit too, And you know this. We
- 21:41Speaker 5: didn't get our numbers by talking about something else first.
- 21:46Speaker 5: It was a long grind. We didn't buy viewers or
- 21:49Speaker 5: subscribers or likes or anything like that. It's been a long, long,
- 21:53Speaker 5: long grind YEP.
- 21:56Speaker 3: And we've doubled our subscriber base in the pastlast year,
- 22:01Speaker 3: by the way, And uh, yeah, it's a grind. We
- 22:05Speaker 3: we do it every week, and we go through documents.
- 22:09Speaker 3: We are document researchers.
- 22:11Speaker 5: We are not reading books.
- 22:14Speaker 3: Yeah, and we're not listening to claims like America's don't
- 22:19Speaker 3: told stories Frank Strug was killed, Juan Conna and Rose.
- 22:25Speaker 5: We hear telling stories like just rehashing the basics, you
- 22:30Speaker 5: know what I mean?
- 22:31Speaker 3: Yeah, So, yeah, that is definitely Uh, we're here here.
- 22:39Speaker 5: Here's why he's confusing, not only for what he says,
- 22:42Speaker 5: mm hmm uh, he's also Canadian, so he's automatically gonna
- 22:48Speaker 5: frown upon us. Joe.
- 22:53Speaker 6: Uh.
- 22:55Speaker 5: And apparently Simon loves Hallmark Christmas movies. Joe, he just
- 23:05Speaker 5: reviewed three days ago last night's Christmas movie, Snowman's Imagine,
- 23:11Speaker 5: an unholy alliance between the bishop's wife and last year's
- 23:15Speaker 5: hot Frosty and a dumpster fire of bad acting. The
- 23:19Speaker 5: movie stars with two kids, Snowgirl and friend Zone building
- 23:23Speaker 5: a Snowman. It's her dream boyfriend, she calls Cole. The
- 23:27Speaker 5: two characters work well as they're acting as decent que
- 23:31Speaker 5: to a montage of the two hanging out, growing older
- 23:34Speaker 5: but still building Snowman every year. Cut to the present day,
- 23:39Speaker 5: Snowgirl lives with her widower father in a huge house.
- 23:42Speaker 5: He is signing over to her, but he still hangs
- 23:44Speaker 5: out with friend Zone and works at a St. Paul
- 23:47Speaker 5: online magazine with two co workers, affecting the worst Fargo
- 23:51Speaker 5: accents you've ever heard. Because that's funny and I can
- 24:00Speaker 5: read the rest of it, but you get the fucking point. Okay, Yeah, simon,
- 24:05Speaker 5: fuck you keep watching your little Hallmark movies and uh
- 24:09Speaker 5: go f yourself. This comes from posting an episode in
- 24:14Speaker 5: a Facebook group. This is the kind of comments we
- 24:17Speaker 5: get on it. This is why I don't do this
- 24:19Speaker 5: ship anymore. This is again probably affects our numbers because
- 24:24Speaker 5: I don't post the show anywhere. But that's why my
- 24:29Speaker 5: patience for dumb asses and horses, assy and scofi is
- 24:36Speaker 5: not what it used to be. Folks. Yeah, So when
- 24:39Speaker 5: Joe says he we should probably post this in all
- 24:41Speaker 5: a Facebook green, I look at Joe and I say,
- 24:44Speaker 5: shut up, shut your damn mouth. We're not doing it.
- 24:50Speaker 5: Why why not we need to get this far and wide. No, no,
- 24:53Speaker 5: we don't. If they want us, if they want to
- 24:56Speaker 5: listen Joe, they will find us.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Well yes, But but the point is when you go
- 25:01Speaker 3: out of your way to troll, Yeah, when you, when you,
- 25:05Speaker 3: when you have done probably no research ever yourself.
- 25:12Speaker 5: Uh too busy watching Christmas romance movies on Yeah, and.
- 25:18Speaker 3: You have to realize that we control we can troll
- 25:22Speaker 3: one hundred times better than you can with thousands more
- 25:26Speaker 3: of the audience.
- 25:27Speaker 5: So yeah, I represented. So thank you, Trey.
- 25:33Speaker 3: Yeah, thank you Trey. He's the man.
- 25:40Speaker 5: And one more thing before we get started here, since
- 25:42Speaker 5: we're talking about we're gonna be talking about James Hosty.
- 25:45Speaker 5: Wanted to share a little bit of a story from
- 25:48Speaker 5: one of our listeners, in fact, one of our most
- 25:52Speaker 5: beloved listeners, the guy does the music for this very show,
- 25:56Speaker 5: mister Roger Maynard. Roger had the privilege of growing up
- 26:01Speaker 5: down the street from James Hosty when he was a
- 26:06Speaker 5: young teenage angsty boy. Wow, you know who would grow
- 26:13Speaker 5: up to, you know, be a guitar god and virtuoso
- 26:18Speaker 5: and long haired metal loving dude. Right, uh huh? I
- 26:23Speaker 5: don't think James Hosty liked them kind of teenage kids.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Right.
- 26:27Speaker 5: Well, Roger fucked up one day while he was out
- 26:30Speaker 5: playing and riding his bike with his buddies. He set
- 26:33Speaker 5: his bike down in front of James Hosty's house and
- 26:36Speaker 5: his handlebars, you know, when you set you set your
- 26:38Speaker 5: bike down, you know, and your handlebars went right in
- 26:40Speaker 5: the dirt. Yep, you know, like if you if you're
- 26:44Speaker 5: if your handlebar had one of them grips, then it
- 26:46Speaker 5: was the end of it was war off and ship
- 26:48Speaker 5: and it was hollow and you drop your bike and
- 26:51Speaker 5: they would go in the dirt and the grass. Boy,
- 26:54Speaker 5: he did that one day and James Hosty come out
- 26:57Speaker 5: there and lit his ass up. Boy, God damn it,
- 27:01Speaker 5: get your fucking bike off my lawn. And uh, but
- 27:08Speaker 5: his old man used to go fishing with Hosty every
- 27:12Speaker 5: once in a while, and so they he's got some
- 27:14Speaker 5: some cool stories. And you know, of course he didn't
- 27:17Speaker 5: know then what he knows now, so that would have
- 27:20Speaker 5: been cool. But that's just a little bit from growing
- 27:22Speaker 5: up in Kansas City, you know, right down the street
- 27:25Speaker 5: from James Hostyll. Right, it's a pretty cool story.
- 27:29Speaker 3: That is really cool. I remember him telling me that.
- 27:32Speaker 3: Now that you repeat it and uh yeah, of course,
- 27:36Speaker 3: as we talked about the book review, he was reassigned
- 27:39Speaker 3: to Kansas City, and I believe he lived out the
- 27:41Speaker 3: rest of his days there. That's why.
- 27:46Speaker 5: He did. And we appreciate the support.
- 27:49Speaker 3: Turn, Hey, Turn, how are you, sir?
- 27:52Speaker 5: We do occasionally in certain groups, but there's some groups
- 27:55Speaker 5: it's just insufferable bastards.
- 27:58Speaker 3: That's just you just can't You're always gonna get dumb comments.
- 28:04Speaker 5: Yeah, oh I don't, Sally. We don't let him get
- 28:07Speaker 5: his down No, I'm cafoss of the week, Thank you.
- 28:12Speaker 3: Thank you, sir. Sooner Scooter man, I can't tell who
- 28:16Speaker 3: it is, Scooter Scooter, No, I know I met male
- 28:23Speaker 3: or female. We don't want to miss gender anyone around here.
- 28:28Speaker 5: He was an angry leprechaun. He says, well, that's very short.
- 28:34Speaker 3: There are so many keyboard warriors out there that don't
- 28:37Speaker 3: do ship that just comment and uh guess what your
- 28:42Speaker 3: opinion means? Ogots, which is Italian for nothing to us.
- 28:52Speaker 5: Or zilt zip mada. Yeah, yeah, all right, Joe, let's
- 28:58Speaker 5: kick it all right, let's take a look at I
- 29:02Speaker 5: think you got us a little video or something here
- 29:04Speaker 5: that before Yeah, kind of set the table.
- 29:06Speaker 3: Yeah, I figured this would be a perfect video to
- 29:09Speaker 3: set the table. Actually, and uh.
- 29:14Speaker 5: And I figured the background music or no skuffoozi in here?
- 29:18Speaker 5: Is there?
- 29:19Speaker 3: No, I don't think so. Okay, this is just uh,
- 29:24Speaker 3: this is from who is it? Ship?
- 29:34Speaker 4: Uh?
- 29:36Speaker 3: I just want to give I want to give the
- 29:37Speaker 3: guy the credit. Dennis Morissett, who has, who has.
- 29:42Speaker 5: A lot of of great I can tolerate.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Yeah, who has has a great amount of videos on
- 29:51Speaker 3: his website JF related, So definitely he is. But hey,
- 29:59Speaker 3: he has good videos. So yeah, yeah, I've never had
- 30:04Speaker 3: the pleasure.
- 30:04Speaker 5: But all right, here we go, not in the David
- 30:10Speaker 5: Ferry way, legit, nice guy.
- 30:13Speaker 3: Hold on, I think I just screwed up.
- 30:16Speaker 5: I'm sure you did.
- 30:19Speaker 10: Mhm.
- 30:20Speaker 5: What is going on here? Alright, let's pull this down
- 30:26Speaker 5: while Joe tries to figure it the hell out?
- 30:29Speaker 3: Could you not hear it?
- 30:31Speaker 5: I don't see it or hear it? Okay, give me
- 30:34Speaker 5: one second, your windows offline? Yeah, let me just get
- 30:42Speaker 5: it out of here altogether and try from try from scratch.
- 30:46Speaker 3: Okay, take two.
- 30:54Speaker 11: And go.
- 30:59Speaker 3: And and let me make sure it's up there.
- 31:03Speaker 1: There we go.
- 31:04Speaker 3: Oh no, I just fucking get out of it. It's okay,
- 31:12Speaker 3: I have it saved. Don't worry. Uh, that's what happens
- 31:17Speaker 3: when you have a million tabs open out once.
- 31:20Speaker 5: Oh you're one a million tabs. Oh that's not it.
- 31:31Speaker 5: You gotta stab the kidney by an ice skate.
- 31:34Speaker 3: Yeah all right, Oh, let me bring it up. And
- 31:48Speaker 3: here we finally go. So this is the audio of
- 31:56Speaker 3: the secretary who allegedly received the Hosty note, And this
- 32:03Speaker 3: is going to this video is going to contain a
- 32:07Speaker 3: little bit of her testimony, a little bit of what
- 32:11Speaker 3: Hosty says, and what some of Gordon Shanklin says.
- 32:15Speaker 5: And they don't light up, isn't it.
- 32:30Speaker 12: Nanny Lee Fenner remembers receiving the note.
- 32:32Speaker 13: Mister jos were gone off the elevator, and from my
- 32:35Speaker 13: desk I could see him clearly because my desk was
- 32:38Speaker 13: right in the hallway. And he came to my desk.
- 32:43Speaker 13: He said, is essay host it please? And he had
- 32:48Speaker 13: a wild look in his eye, and he was off
- 32:51Speaker 13: with digity, and he had a three or five envelope
- 32:56Speaker 13: in his hand. It was not sealed, and in it
- 33:01Speaker 13: was a piece of paper and it was folded where
- 33:07Speaker 13: the bottom portion of the letter was visible. And the
- 33:12Speaker 13: whole time that he was standing there waiting for me
- 33:14Speaker 13: to see if, say, host he was in, he kept
- 33:17Speaker 13: pulling this.
- 33:17Speaker 4: Letter in and out of his envelope.
- 33:20Speaker 13: And when I informed him that Essay, host he was
- 33:23Speaker 13: not in the office, he put third like that on
- 33:25Speaker 13: my desk and he said, we'll give this to him,
- 33:28Speaker 13: and turned and walked back.
- 33:29Speaker 4: Toward the elevator.
- 33:32Speaker 3: Ooh.
- 33:33Speaker 13: As the bottom portion of that letter was visible, I
- 33:36Speaker 13: could not help but read the last two lines, and
- 33:39Speaker 13: the last two lines stated, I leave the blow up
- 33:45Speaker 13: the Dallas Police Department and the FBI office.
- 33:49Speaker 8: I considered it a threat.
- 33:51Speaker 4: So I then took the letter in my hand to
- 33:55Speaker 4: see what was.
- 33:55Speaker 13: Above that, and I don't remember the exact word, but
- 34:00Speaker 13: it was something about speaking to his wife. That was
- 34:04Speaker 13: what he was going to do if they didn't stop.
- 34:09Speaker 3: Okay, So Rob, before I continue, why would he want
- 34:14Speaker 3: to blow up the DPD if the FBI was harassing
- 34:19Speaker 3: him and Hosty and his wife.
- 34:21Speaker 5: That's a good question because at that time he was
- 34:24Speaker 5: off the Dallas Police Department's radar, allegedly.
- 34:28Speaker 3: M and who the hell goes into an FBI office
- 34:34Speaker 3: and hands in a letter saying that now we are
- 34:37Speaker 3: going to hear what Hosty says about the contents of
- 34:42Speaker 3: the letter. And I find that much more plausible than this,
- 34:47Speaker 3: this FBI secretary.
- 34:49Speaker 5: Yeah, because legitimately, if they had a letter from Lee
- 34:52Speaker 5: Harvey Oshol saying he was going to blow up the
- 34:55Speaker 5: FBI head quarters, they would have used that.
- 34:59Speaker 3: Yeah, commission exhibit number one.
- 35:04Speaker 5: Right, Right, A guy that says this could surely shoot
- 35:08Speaker 5: the president, right.
- 35:09Speaker 3: You know, So let's keep that in mind here as
- 35:12Speaker 3: we try to critically think and do thought exercises on this.
- 35:17Speaker 5: A polite note, you know, asking nicely doesn't doesn't exactly
- 35:23Speaker 5: have the same effect though, right, Yeah, to.
- 35:33Speaker 10: The best of my recollection, it said, if you want
- 35:35Speaker 10: to talk to me, come talk to me.
- 35:37Speaker 8: Don't bother my wife.
- 35:39Speaker 10: I want to I want to know when you interview
- 35:41Speaker 10: my wife, don't interview her without my permission. And I said,
- 35:46Speaker 10: if you don't she talking to her, I will be
- 35:49Speaker 10: forced to take action.
- 35:50Speaker 8: Against the FBI. Did he indicate what kind of action
- 35:54Speaker 8: it would.
- 35:54Speaker 10: Be, Well, sir, I know, I know that he was
- 35:57Speaker 10: a member of the American Civil Liberties Union, and I
- 36:01Speaker 10: just assumed he meant legal action.
- 36:03Speaker 8: We'd had some day anything about the blow up the office. No, sir,
- 36:07Speaker 8: I would remember that.
- 36:11Speaker 5: That's what I think.
- 36:13Speaker 3: I would take legal action. That's what I think he
- 36:17Speaker 3: meant to infer if the note was even real. I mean,
- 36:22Speaker 3: I'm sure it was real, but you know what I mean.
- 36:25Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, all right.
- 36:31Speaker 10: Sunday, November twenty fourth, it was at least two hours
- 36:35Speaker 10: after the announced death of leg Oswall. It could have
- 36:38Speaker 10: been three or four hours afterwards. It was sometime that
- 36:41Speaker 10: afternoon of November twenty fourth. Mister Howe told me that
- 36:47Speaker 10: mister Shanklin wanted to see me in mister Howe in
- 36:50Speaker 10: his office.
- 36:51Speaker 5: What transpired it?
- 36:52Speaker 10: Then mister Shanklin reached down into the lower right hand
- 36:57Speaker 10: drawer of his desk. It's a large double drawer in
- 37:02Speaker 10: which he has numerous Manila folders where they keep various notes.
- 37:07Speaker 4: There's a folder for each agent, and they keep.
- 37:09Speaker 10: Various notations and routing slips, air forms and things like that,
- 37:13Speaker 10: and these folders.
- 37:15Speaker 4: He reached down and took out.
- 37:18Speaker 10: The memorandum and the note in question, and he had
- 37:22Speaker 10: it to me and he said, in effect, Oswald's dead now,
- 37:27Speaker 10: there can be no trial here.
- 37:29Speaker 4: Get rid of this.
- 37:31Speaker 10: I then proceeded to tear it up his presence. He said, no,
- 37:35Speaker 10: get it out of here. I don't even want it
- 37:37Speaker 10: in this office.
- 37:38Speaker 4: Get rid of it. I then took it out and
- 37:40Speaker 4: destroyed it. And how did you destroy it?
- 37:42Speaker 10: I took it into the washroom and flushed it down
- 37:45Speaker 10: the drain.
- 37:46Speaker 9: Did you testify before the War and Commission?
- 37:48Speaker 1: I did.
- 37:49Speaker 9: Did you volunteer or give any information about the note
- 37:52Speaker 9: or its destruction?
- 37:53Speaker 8: I did not?
- 37:54Speaker 3: Why not?
- 37:55Speaker 8: I wasn't asked.
- 37:56Speaker 9: Did you give any information or volunteer any information with
- 38:00Speaker 9: respect to your instructions regarding Commission Exhibit oneh three?
- 38:04Speaker 1: No, sir, why not?
- 38:05Speaker 8: I wasn't asked.
- 38:07Speaker 9: Did you think about volunteering the information?
- 38:10Speaker 5: No, sir, why not?
- 38:14Speaker 10: I was instructed when I went up there that I
- 38:17Speaker 10: was to only answer the questions that were set to me,
- 38:20Speaker 10: and I was not to expand on anything, and not
- 38:22Speaker 10: to elaborate, to only answer the questions that were put
- 38:24Speaker 10: to me.
- 38:25Speaker 5: And who get.
- 38:27Speaker 3: Because Jagahova would bury this guy in a place worse
- 38:35Speaker 3: than Kansas City if he started answering questions that he
- 38:40Speaker 3: wasn't asked.
- 38:41Speaker 5: Well that and also you know the the Warren Commission
- 38:45Speaker 5: lawyers who were asking these questions, right had a specific narrative.
- 38:52Speaker 5: And again this seems to be a really common thread
- 38:55Speaker 5: with anybody who was questioned by the Warren Commission that
- 38:59Speaker 5: you complete answered their questions that they asked, and nothing more.
- 39:05Speaker 5: They were cut off if they started to go off
- 39:08Speaker 5: on a tangent or elaborate, right, or they were taking
- 39:12Speaker 5: off the record, if they were starting to do something
- 39:14Speaker 5: like that as well, or that part of what they
- 39:18Speaker 5: said just didn't end up in the final transcripts.
- 39:22Speaker 3: Right. And you got to keep in mind, this isn't
- 39:26Speaker 3: a trial, right, so there's no cross examination sa Mark.
- 39:31Speaker 3: Just for argument's sake, sain Mark Lane ended up defending
- 39:35Speaker 3: Lee Harvey Oswald. There would have been a cross examination
- 39:39Speaker 3: of host Y and a bunch of other people. There
- 39:44Speaker 3: was no such thing in the Workhmission. The lawyers knew
- 39:47Speaker 3: exactly what to ask. When things veered off, they changed
- 39:51Speaker 3: the subject. We've gone through the pattern hundreds of times
- 39:57Speaker 3: here on the show.
- 39:59Speaker 14: YEP, give you those instructions given to me by at
- 40:06Speaker 14: least two officials in Dallas and at least one in
- 40:10Speaker 14: the FBI headquarters.
- 40:11Speaker 8: They were given to me.
- 40:12Speaker 10: By mister Shanklin, mister Gimberling, who was a supervisor who
- 40:18Speaker 10: succeeded mister Howe, and also by a former assistant director,
- 40:23Speaker 10: Alan Belmont.
- 40:25Speaker 3: Belmont is also a name you see a lot on
- 40:30Speaker 3: these FBI reports with Tulsen, with Hoover, right, oh yeah,
- 40:37Speaker 3: almost always ce Seed.
- 40:43Speaker 5: He was Ziegar Hoover's shiny sharp dagger, if you.
- 40:48Speaker 3: Will, his other one. He had multiple other than Tulson.
- 40:55Speaker 5: I mean, I'm not talking about anything sexual, Joe. I'm
- 40:59Speaker 5: talking about okay in a malicious way. I see sir
- 41:06Speaker 5: Euphemism'm for Jaeger's penis.
- 41:09Speaker 3: No, I gotta get my mind out on the gunner.
- 41:14Speaker 5: Yes, guys, bless.
- 41:17Speaker 3: So, now we're gonna hear Gordon Shanklin's testimony.
- 41:25Speaker 12: Allegedly got to give you a minute to read here
- 41:31Speaker 12: from Gordon Shanklin.
- 41:32Speaker 15: I have no recollection of hearing of Oswalt's visit to
- 41:35Speaker 15: the NAVIS office or of the note. I have no
- 41:38Speaker 15: recollection of ever seeing. In short, I do not remember
- 41:42Speaker 15: discussing the note or Oswalt's visit with anyone at any
- 41:46Speaker 15: time prior to last You lie. Now, a bomb threat
- 41:50Speaker 15: to the law enforcement office is the equivalent of what
- 41:53Speaker 15: I'd say of a red flag in front of a bull.
- 41:56Speaker 15: I would never be indifferent to such threats against the
- 41:59Speaker 15: lives of my associates are myself. After many hours of
- 42:03Speaker 15: reflection and searching my memory, I've concluded that had to
- 42:07Speaker 15: note contained FETs of violence, and had I known of
- 42:10Speaker 15: it at the time, I would remember it. Finally understand,
- 42:13Speaker 15: in one version of the story, I'm supposed to have
- 42:16Speaker 15: ordered the destruction of the note. I can state here
- 42:19Speaker 15: and now that I know he never gave any such order.
- 42:23Speaker 15: I would never have and certainly did not order destruction.
- 42:26Speaker 16: Of a note.
- 42:27Speaker 12: The committee tries to resolve this central question. Counsel to
- 42:31Speaker 12: James Hosting.
- 42:32Speaker 16: You're aware of the fact that mister Shankton denies any
- 42:36Speaker 16: knowledge of the note prior to July of this year, Yes, sir,
- 42:39Speaker 16: I've seen that, and he asso stated under oath to
- 42:43Speaker 16: this committee as recently as yesterday, Yes, sir, and.
- 42:47Speaker 8: You are under oath, Yes, sir, understanding.
- 42:50Speaker 16: So do you wish to change your testimony in no
- 42:53Speaker 16: way or on fun reflection, No, sir, absolutely not.
- 42:56Speaker 12: There remains a direct contradiction, and no one, not even
- 42:59Speaker 12: Secret Fenner, can clear it up. And Shanklin stands firm.
- 43:03Speaker 9: Prior to November twenty second, nineteen sixty three. Did you
- 43:07Speaker 9: have any contact with or knowledge of Lee Harvey Oswald?
- 43:11Speaker 8: I never heard of him.
- 43:12Speaker 9: Before prior to November twenty second, nineteen sixty three. Were
- 43:16Speaker 9: you aware, personally aware that the FBI had a file
- 43:20Speaker 9: on Lee Harvey Oswald and that one of your agents
- 43:22Speaker 9: was handling an investigation.
- 43:24Speaker 17: No, sir, I did not, you know, candas, sir, I
- 43:27Speaker 17: at lunch time, I looked up the Peguri statutes and
- 43:31Speaker 17: what our witnesses required to say, and oh, why are
- 43:34Speaker 17: you so equivocal?
- 43:36Speaker 8: Well, I don't think I am. I mean, I'm trying
- 43:39Speaker 8: to tell you the truth. And I don't think that
- 43:42Speaker 8: I tried to point out in this thing.
- 43:44Speaker 15: Now, if the note said anything about it had a thrip,
- 43:48Speaker 15: I don't think it.
- 43:48Speaker 8: I would have ever forgotten, you see what I'm talking about.
- 43:52Speaker 15: But now if mister host It come running in there
- 43:54Speaker 15: with innumerable other things, all right, mister Howe came.
- 43:57Speaker 8: In and they said, we've got a note here from.
- 44:01Speaker 15: Oswall that says, don't go following my wife, but talk
- 44:07Speaker 15: to me or I'll go through proper channels.
- 44:09Speaker 8: I don't know that I would remember that. I mean,
- 44:12Speaker 8: I would have said.
- 44:12Speaker 15: Handle it, which in my opinion, would have been to include.
- 44:17Speaker 17: It in a report, and that would have been in Well,
- 44:20Speaker 17: we have to believe you, sir, or we have to
- 44:22Speaker 17: believe four others who contradict you.
- 44:25Speaker 8: We can't have it both ways.
- 44:26Speaker 17: The Devilement Adjustice is not going to resolve it. They're
- 44:29Speaker 17: not going to prosecute at all. So it's left up
- 44:31Speaker 17: to Congress. We represent the American people here. We're not
- 44:35Speaker 17: going to sit back and allow totally absolutely contradictory statements
- 44:39Speaker 17: to go in challenge, so doty not to do that?
- 44:41Speaker 8: And how did the Edwards Committee pursue the issue?
- 44:44Speaker 1: Author George O'Toole.
- 44:46Speaker 11: Unfortunately, the Edwards Committee is not pursuing this matter, even
- 44:51Speaker 11: though it clearly has a case of someone having perjured
- 44:55Speaker 11: himself before the subcommittee and the sworn testimony. And that
- 45:01Speaker 11: again is another disappointment that we've suffered recently.
- 45:04Speaker 3: The Edwards Committee raised more questions than it answered.
- 45:08Speaker 11: There's no point in us doing anything more. We don't
- 45:11Speaker 11: have subpoena power, and we keep coming up against that.
- 45:15Speaker 3: We know individuals, Oh boy, what did I miss?
- 45:25Speaker 5: Big Roger comes through? Oh wow, thank you Roger, you
- 45:31Speaker 5: got that right fuckeryabounds.
- 45:33Speaker 3: Yeah, and you even hear the congress person calling him out. Well,
- 45:39Speaker 3: there are four you under there are four people contradict
- 45:43Speaker 3: your story, and he still doesn't care what it's not just.
- 45:48Speaker 5: About the note though. You're telling me that Hosty's boss
- 45:54Speaker 5: doesn't know anything about Lee Harvey Oswald before the twenty
- 45:58Speaker 5: second in November. Bullshit, right, bullshit?
- 46:07Speaker 3: Yeah, there's no.
- 46:08Speaker 5: Way because, as we'll find out this evening, there were
- 46:15Speaker 5: communication between the New Orleans office and the Dallas office
- 46:18Speaker 5: about Lee Harvey Oswald. You'll see somewhere around September tenth
- 46:25Speaker 5: where Hosty is assigned. He didn't just someday decide to
- 46:30Speaker 5: do his own thing in the Dallas office, you know
- 46:34Speaker 5: what I mean. Somebody had to tell him what to do.
- 46:37Speaker 5: And you know how the FBI works, show, You got
- 46:39Speaker 5: to write reports on everything, report to your superior so
- 46:42Speaker 5: they know exactly what the hell is going on. Yes,
- 46:45Speaker 5: when Jagger calls and asks a question about something, they're
- 46:49Speaker 5: not in the dark. So to me, Shanklin is a
- 46:58Speaker 5: lying liar.
- 47:00Speaker 3: Yes, yes, Uh, there's a couple of seconds left of this.
- 47:04Speaker 3: I'm not going to play it because it's kind of
- 47:06Speaker 3: from an author and uh whatever, but uh yeah, I mean,
- 47:13Speaker 3: like Roger says, fucker Rea Bounds, It's it's crazy, and
- 47:20Speaker 3: you know, it points to the the effect that Jagahova
- 47:25Speaker 3: had on his uh subordinates.
- 47:29Speaker 5: Right yeah. Why didn't Georgia too run run these voices
- 47:32Speaker 5: through his uh PSR machine from the assassination tapes? He
- 47:40Speaker 5: wrote the book the Assassination Tapes, and he had a
- 47:42Speaker 5: PSR machine like a like an audio light detector machine, Joe,
- 47:46Speaker 5: and he ran a lot of the audio from people
- 47:48Speaker 5: associated with this case through it and kind of figured
- 47:50Speaker 5: who was lying about things, you know, like his like
- 47:54Speaker 5: his book, like his his machine said Oswald wasn't lying
- 47:57Speaker 5: when he said certain things about like I didn't shoot
- 47:59Speaker 5: anybody or like that, and determined Bill Frasier was lying
- 48:04Speaker 5: about everything that came out of his mouth things like that.
- 48:08Speaker 5: So maybe the Shanklin audio would be good to run
- 48:11Speaker 5: through the PSR machine.
- 48:13Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, I mean I don't even think you'd need to.
- 48:17Speaker 3: It's just so obvious that this dude is lying. Maybe
- 48:22Speaker 3: that's why he didn't do it.
- 48:24Speaker 5: There you go, Volta.
- 48:26Speaker 3: Oh yeah, So before I turn it over to you, Rob,
- 48:33Speaker 3: I just want to go through a little timeline of
- 48:37Speaker 3: Hosty and Oswalt in New Orleans and Dallas. Okay, and
- 48:48Speaker 3: let's see so from July twelve, sixty two to March four,
- 48:59Speaker 3: six three, host Y keeps Marina's Oswalt's case inactive pending
- 49:06Speaker 3: status for about six months, And as we talked about
- 49:09Speaker 3: in the book review, I think they were a lot
- 49:13Speaker 3: more concerned about Marina being a honeypot and possible spy
- 49:18Speaker 3: than they were about late Yes. March fourth, sixty three,
- 49:23Speaker 3: Hosty determines Oswalt moved from Fort Worth to Elsbeth Street
- 49:28Speaker 3: in Dallas, this end six month pending status of case.
- 49:32Speaker 3: This starts Hosty's efforts to investigate Marina on the basis
- 49:37Speaker 3: that the FBI conducts investigation of immigrants on a selective basis,
- 49:42Speaker 3: and Marina was then selected. So yes. About a week later,
- 49:49Speaker 3: March eleventh, sixty three, Hosty determines from Elsbeth Street landlady
- 49:56Speaker 3: that Oswalt's were evicted on the third of March sixty three,
- 50:01Speaker 3: postal authorities. I wonder who those could be wrong reveal
- 50:08Speaker 3: Oswalt's addresses two fourteen k Neely Street. On the fourteenth
- 50:15Speaker 3: of March sixty three, host he verifies the Neely Street
- 50:18Speaker 3: address he host He then checks Oswalt's files and finds
- 50:23Speaker 3: a letter from the New York FBI advising Oswalt was
- 50:28Speaker 3: on the mailing list of the New York or New
- 50:34Speaker 3: York Daily Worker. I don't know if that's about wrongers
- 50:38Speaker 3: or knew something. We then go to March twenty fifth,
- 50:47Speaker 3: sixty three. Host He sends a request to FBI headquarters
- 50:52Speaker 3: to reopen Lee Harvey Oswalt's case mid May brought mid May.
- 51:02Speaker 3: Interesting how it doesn't have a date. Post he learns
- 51:05Speaker 3: that the Oswalts had left their Neely's treat address. Interest
- 51:12Speaker 3: might be another one of those things that supports our theory.
- 51:18Speaker 3: June sixty three, New Orleans, Hosty receives a communication dated
- 51:23Speaker 3: four twenty one, sixty three from New Orleans FBI advising
- 51:26Speaker 3: a confidential informant reports that Oswalt was in contact with
- 51:30Speaker 3: the Fair Play for Cuba committee in New York, at
- 51:33Speaker 3: which Oswalt said he had passed out pamphlets. Fast forward
- 51:39Speaker 3: to June seventeenth, sixty three. Post He receives a communication
- 51:45Speaker 3: from the New Orleans FBI advising Oswalt was in New
- 51:48Speaker 3: Orleans and requesting information on him. So again things are
- 51:53Speaker 3: moving a little slow, right because he was obviously in
- 51:57Speaker 3: New Orleans, you know, almost two months before then, according
- 52:03Speaker 3: to the official story, maybe earlier. Fast forward August or yeah,
- 52:13Speaker 3: August tenth, sixty three, quickly and leharb Oswalt interview conducted
- 52:19Speaker 3: at Oswalt's request to speak to an FBI agent. Okay,
- 52:22Speaker 3: so that's the day following his arrest for distributing leaflets
- 52:27Speaker 3: and the whole fracas would bring ye, the interview conducted
- 52:34Speaker 3: on the tenth. Then we fast forward to October third,
- 52:40Speaker 3: sixty three. Hosty receives a communication from New Orleans FBI
- 52:45Speaker 3: advising that the Oswalts had left the New Orleans area.
- 52:52Speaker 3: Ten Hosty. Hosty receives communication from New Orleans FBI advising
- 52:58Speaker 3: him Oswald had visited Soviet embassy in Mexico City and
- 53:07Speaker 3: last one ten twenty nine. October twenty ninth, sixty three,
- 53:12Speaker 3: Hosty receives communication from New Orleans FBI advising that Oswalt's
- 53:16Speaker 3: address is in Irving Street, Texas. I think there's one more, yes,
- 53:24Speaker 3: twenty ninth. Hosty makes a pretext call to Dorothy Roberts
- 53:28Speaker 3: and determines twenty five point fifteen. Address is the residence
- 53:33Speaker 3: of Ruth Paine, with whom Marina lives. So Hosty's kind
- 53:38Speaker 3: of on it, right, he's on it. He's keeping tabs
- 53:45Speaker 3: on the file, which Shanklin, of course, he lies Hosty
- 53:50Speaker 3: with subject Ruth Paine. Hosty interviews with Paine, who admits
- 53:54Speaker 3: that Marina lives with her, but not Lee. Pain informs
- 53:58Speaker 3: Hosty osl works at Dallas Book Depository. Host He meets
- 54:08Speaker 3: Marina for the first time on November one, right, so
- 54:12Speaker 3: that's an important date. November one, sixty three. You're talking
- 54:17Speaker 3: twenty one days, you know, three weeks before the assassination.
- 54:21Speaker 3: Lee name a phone number with Pain. Two days later,
- 54:26Speaker 3: three days later, Hosty makes a pretext call to the
- 54:29Speaker 3: book depository and confirms the address, which is confusing to
- 54:35Speaker 3: me because didn't they not have the right address? Sends
- 54:38Speaker 3: request to New Orleans office to make Dallas office of
- 54:41Speaker 3: origin for Oswald Cake.
- 54:43Speaker 5: So they're kind of like Lee put Ruth's address on
- 54:45Speaker 5: his depository application.
- 54:48Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, not really where he was living, but right.
- 54:54Speaker 3: Eleven five sixty three, Hosty and William Wilson was another
- 55:03Speaker 3: I believe FBI agent learned from Pain that Oswald had
- 55:06Speaker 3: visited family. Paine did not know where Oswalt lived in Dallas.
- 55:11Speaker 3: That's interesting, she did not know. I I believe it
- 55:17Speaker 3: was it was Beckley at that time. Right eleven two
- 55:23Speaker 3: Hosty with bookout interview conducted after Oswalt was taken into
- 55:27Speaker 3: custody following the shooting of JP. Oswald exhibits great hostility
- 55:31Speaker 3: towards FBI men, especially Hosty, who Oswalt says he's heard
- 55:36Speaker 3: about before.
- 55:41Speaker 5: Yes, Yeah, the that was the I believe that was
- 55:45Speaker 5: the only interrogation that Hosty sat in on and asked
- 55:48Speaker 5: questions because he got Oswald very upset uh during the interrogation,
- 55:58Speaker 5: and UH did not want Oswald being upset when they
- 56:03Speaker 5: questioned him. So that would be the one and only
- 56:09Speaker 5: interview that Hossy sat in on because the things got
- 56:12Speaker 5: a little contentious, if you will.
- 56:14Speaker 3: M Yeah, they probably said probably not best for you
- 56:20Speaker 3: to be here, Yeah, and replaced it with other FBI agents, Phoebe.
- 56:33Speaker 5: The Phoebees. So is that all you had there, Joe
- 56:38Speaker 5: on that? Yeah, Okay, So I got an awkward document
- 56:46Speaker 5: and it doesn't really make a lot of sense, but
- 56:51Speaker 5: we'll try to make some sense out of it. Okay,
- 56:55Speaker 5: this is an FBI document and it's I don't know
- 57:00Speaker 5: if it is or it is referencing. It has to
- 57:05Speaker 5: be referencing James Hosty's report of September tenth, nineteen sixty three,
- 57:15Speaker 5: so you remember it. It's this date. Oswald is still
- 57:18Speaker 5: living in New Orleans. Okay, So I mean unless at
- 57:27Speaker 5: this time Hosty is in constant contact with the New
- 57:30Speaker 5: Orleans office.
- 57:32Speaker 3: But do you have it on paper? Because I actually
- 57:36Speaker 3: have a slide. I can put it up.
- 57:38Speaker 5: Yeah, you can put up a slide while I got it.
- 57:40Speaker 3: This is the same one, right, yeah, nine time the
- 57:44Speaker 3: start of it. Hope, let me fucking at it.
- 57:57Speaker 5: Yes, yeah, yeah, this is what I got here. So
- 58:00Speaker 5: it goes on to say something about the background, right,
- 58:06Speaker 5: and they talk about his land his landlord, mister Jesse
- 58:10Speaker 5: James Garner in magazine Street yep. Now, apparently they went
- 58:16Speaker 5: and talked to Garners the FBI on August fifth and
- 58:24Speaker 5: said that Lee Oswald and his wife have occupied the
- 58:26Speaker 5: apartment since June of sixty three, and a missus Mary Bertucci,
- 58:33Speaker 5: a secretary at the William Riley Coffee Company, advised on
- 58:37Speaker 5: August fifth that Lee Harvey Oswald had been employed as
- 58:39Speaker 5: a maintenance man since May fifteenth. Apparently she didn't know
- 58:44Speaker 5: he no longer worked there at that time, right, he
- 58:47Speaker 5: had been gotten since what junior July?
- 58:50Speaker 15: Right?
- 58:51Speaker 2: Uh?
- 58:52Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I believe I believe July, because he was
- 58:56Speaker 3: definitely not employed by the time the fracas came or
- 59:00Speaker 3: in August.
- 59:00Speaker 5: So right. And then on March eleventh, sixty three, the
- 59:07Speaker 5: apartment manager at Elsbeth advised that Lee Harvey Oswald and
- 59:11Speaker 5: his wife Marina had moved from that apartment to Neely
- 59:14Speaker 5: Street in Dallas, Missus Tobias advised that they had considerable
- 59:18Speaker 5: difficulty with mister Oswald, who apparently drank to excess and
- 59:22Speaker 5: beat his wife on numerous occasions. Now, what I think
- 59:25Speaker 5: that is, Joe, is that one of them probably drank
- 59:32Speaker 5: to excess and it wasn't Lee, okay, and that they
- 59:36Speaker 5: had very loud, boisterous arguments. And I don't know that
- 59:42Speaker 5: there's any proof that Lee ever beat Marina or she
- 59:45Speaker 5: beat him or anything like that. But you know, when
- 59:48Speaker 5: you're when you're screaming and you're drunk and you're you know,
- 59:52Speaker 5: you're slamming doors and throwing shit or pounding on the walls.
- 59:57Speaker 5: You know, things can be misconstrued a lot of ways,
- 1:00:00Speaker 5: and back then they probably figured that it was Oswald
- 1:00:03Speaker 5: drinking and beating his wife, you know what I mean.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: And by the way, if you were living next to me,
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: you would hear voice first arguments on the daily.
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: That just leads to Joe having a drinking problem and
- 1:00:19Speaker 5: beating his.
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: Girl, or my girlfriend having one and beating me.
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: There you go, Now, we love Eric, Yes we do.
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: And then on September twenty eighth, nineteen sixty two, okay,
- 1:00:36Speaker 5: we're going back in time here a little bit, a
- 1:00:38Speaker 5: Dallas confidential informant T one aka Harry Holmes advised that
- 1:00:43Speaker 5: Lee Oswald, who at that time resided on Mercedes Street
- 1:00:46Speaker 5: in Fort Worth, was a subscriber to The Worker, an
- 1:00:50Speaker 5: East Coast communist newspaper, and on April twenty first, sixty three,
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: Dallas Confidential informant T two advised that Lee Oswald of
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: Dallas was in contact with the Fair Play for Cuba
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: Committee in New York City, at which time he advised
- 1:01:06Speaker 5: that he passed out pamphlets for the Fair Play for
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: Cuba Committee. According to T three, all right, I'm sorry,
- 1:01:11Speaker 5: T two, Oswald had a placard around his neck reading
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: Hands Off Cuba, Viva Faddel. Now this is interesting because
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: the only other time that we've ever heard that Oswald
- 1:01:23Speaker 5: had a placard around his neck, they said Viva Faddel
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: was not in Dallas, but in New Orleans, right before
- 1:01:34Speaker 5: the street fracas. So remember this is all the way
- 1:01:39Speaker 5: back in April, April sixty three, a Dallas confidential informant
- 1:01:46Speaker 5: advised that Oswald had been in contact with the Fair
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: Play for Cuba committee and that he was passing out
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: pamphlets for them and wearing a placard. So this had
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: to be in Dallas in April or in New Orleans
- 1:02:03Speaker 5: in April. But how would a Dallas informant know what
- 1:02:07Speaker 5: the fuck is going on in New Orleans? Which lends
- 1:02:10Speaker 5: me to believe that somebody saw Oswald doing this in Dallas,
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: which we have absolutely no proof of. There are rumblings,
- 1:02:21Speaker 5: but uh interesting. So from the hosty notes of the
- 1:02:29Speaker 5: interrogation that recently came to light, thank you to Malcolm
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: Blunt and Bart Camp for finding them and posting them online.
- 1:02:42Speaker 5: The we always had that the after the interrogation, typed up,
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: cleaned up version from the Hosty interrogation. We'd always had that,
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: but we never had the contemporaneous. As the interrogation is
- 1:02:59Speaker 5: going going on Hosty's handwritten notes. He's asking him questions,
- 1:03:06Speaker 5: and he's writing down Oswald's answers. Okay, and some of
- 1:03:13Speaker 5: the notable things in here, okay. And this all took
- 1:03:16Speaker 5: place on October I'm sorry, November twenty second, nineteen sixty three,
- 1:03:21Speaker 5: at three point fifteen pm. So remember Oswald was brought
- 1:03:26Speaker 5: arrested and brought into the station somewhere around two o'clock.
- 1:03:32Speaker 5: So within an hour and fifteen minutes of that happening,
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: Hosty is sitting in on an interrogation, and he says,
- 1:03:46Speaker 5: at three fifteen pm, LHO was interviewed by Captain Fritz
- 1:03:52Speaker 5: book out and himself a captain, I can't read the writing.
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: Hold on, I am going, I'm going to put it
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: up because I have it here somewhere. Maybe I could help,
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: probably not.
- 1:04:11Speaker 5: Oh, Captain Fritz advised him of his rights, et cetera.
- 1:04:15Speaker 5: So you know, they sat him down and Fritz said, look,
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: you know they gave him the old Uh. They advised
- 1:04:23Speaker 5: him of his rights, his Miranda rights. I don't think
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: they were called that back then, But basically, you don't
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: have to say something if you don't wants it to right.
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: This is it right?
- 1:04:33Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm still at the top there. Yep. Captain Fritz
- 1:04:36Speaker 5: advised him of his rights, et cetera. Right under word,
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: it's affidavit in backwards. Yeah, and then he says Lho
- 1:04:43Speaker 5: advised he resided at ten twenty six North Beckley. Now,
- 1:04:48Speaker 5: this is the earliest that we know of where Oswald
- 1:04:52Speaker 5: admitted to staying at the rooming house at ten to
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: twenty six North Beckley, because we do have inflicting reports
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: about how quickly police and FBI showed up to that
- 1:05:06Speaker 5: address at ten twenty six North Beckley and searched it.
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: The earliest possible again would have been during this interrogation
- 1:05:17Speaker 5: at three point fifteen pm when they started it. Okay,
- 1:05:25Speaker 5: he even told them under I stayed there under the
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: name oh Lee and that he was employed with the
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: Texas Book Depository. So he tells him he was staying
- 1:05:36Speaker 5: there under an alias. And then in the green part,
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: he says Oswald stated he was present for work at
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: the Texas School Book Depository on the morning of eleven
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: twenty two and at noon went to lunch. He said
- 1:05:52Speaker 5: he went to the second floor to get a coke
- 1:05:56Speaker 5: to eat with lunch and return to the first floor
- 1:06:00Speaker 5: to eat his lunch, then went outside to watch the
- 1:06:04Speaker 5: presidential parade. Yes, he advised he resided in the Soviet
- 1:06:10Speaker 5: Union for three years before returning to the US. Denied
- 1:06:16Speaker 5: he was ever in Latin America other than Tijuana, Mexico.
- 1:06:25Speaker 5: Which is interesting because he's telling them a lot of
- 1:06:27Speaker 5: truth here so far until.
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: This line, right, and Tijuana is just south of San Diego.
- 1:06:37Speaker 5: Right, We've been using the Marine Corps and across the
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: border to Tijuana with some bodies and watched the.
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: Donkeys, right right, right, right, I remember that, Yes.
- 1:06:47Speaker 5: And denying that he made a trip to Mexico City.
- 1:06:51Speaker 5: Now you're sitting at a table across from two FBI agents,
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: one of whom you know has been watched your every
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: move and trying to question your wife about things. Okay,
- 1:07:05Speaker 5: so you have to understand that maybe the FBI knows something. Also, Dumas,
- 1:07:14Speaker 5: in August of nineteen sixty three, when you got arrested
- 1:07:17Speaker 5: in New Orleans, you asked for somebody of the FBI
- 1:07:20Speaker 5: to come talk to you, okay, and you told him
- 1:07:24Speaker 5: a bunch of bullshit, but you still talk to them.
- 1:07:31Speaker 5: So he's got to know that he's on the FBI radar.
- 1:07:34Speaker 5: You know, he's got to know he's being viewed as
- 1:07:41Speaker 5: suspicious as being a defector living in Russia, bringing back
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: a Russian wife. He's got to know that, right. But
- 1:07:50Speaker 5: he tells them he's never been to Latin America, which
- 1:07:54Speaker 5: includes Mexico, which supports the fact that Oswald never went
- 1:08:00Speaker 5: to Mexico, but somebody impersonating him did. Again, if you
- 1:08:06Speaker 5: believe everything that comes out of Oswald's mouth at this.
- 1:08:09Speaker 18: Time, this is what he's saying, Okay, which, to be
- 1:08:13Speaker 18: fair is you know, we know how much Oswalt lied
- 1:08:20Speaker 18: to UH, to the FBI in New Orleans after the fractae, right, So.
- 1:08:26Speaker 3: You know you can't take everything Oswald says, you know
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: as truth, right. Uh.
- 1:08:35Speaker 5: He stated his wife was a Soviet citizen and he
- 1:08:39Speaker 5: had been advised he had been in contact with.
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: J. J. C J. I think it's an E J E.
- 1:08:54Speaker 5: I don't know j Edgar Jaegahova, it's people protect me.
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: Who knows?
- 1:09:02Speaker 3: Maybe he was this other boy toy.
- 1:09:05Speaker 5: He stated that the only organization he belonged to was
- 1:09:09Speaker 5: the fair Play for Cuba Committee, which he described as
- 1:09:13Speaker 5: an organization which favored favored Fidel Castro. So he's telling
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: him a lot of truth, but either not the whole truth,
- 1:09:28Speaker 5: maybe not nothing but the truth, but a lot of truth.
- 1:09:36Speaker 5: Someday Joe will know how to work these fucking things.
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: No, it takes a minute for it to come up
- 1:09:42Speaker 3: for me to remove it. No, I'm serious, it came up.
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: I removed it within one second. No, No, it's true.
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: I was waiting for it to pop up. I'm right,
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: unless one.
- 1:09:57Speaker 5: But so, we just watched a little bit from the
- 1:10:07Speaker 5: Edwards Committee. Okay, whatever the fuck that was.
- 1:10:10Speaker 3: Yeah, some subcommittee. It's kind of like the Lunar Committee.
- 1:10:13Speaker 3: No subpoena power.
- 1:10:14Speaker 5: Yeah, right, that's kind of how we might charge you
- 1:10:18Speaker 5: with perjury, but we probably won't. H but uh, yeah,
- 1:10:26Speaker 5: there were some other things in there. Again, if if
- 1:10:34Speaker 5: Hosty's doing all this stuff, and Joe shows you the
- 1:10:37Speaker 5: timeline of dealing with Hosty or Hosty dealing with Oswald,
- 1:10:40Speaker 5: there's no way Hosty's not making reports of everything that
- 1:10:44Speaker 5: he's doing and and and sending them up the ladder.
- 1:10:49Speaker 5: And if Shanklin's not seeing him, well then Shanklan's just
- 1:10:52Speaker 5: blatantly not doing his job. He should be knowing what
- 1:10:56Speaker 5: all of his h underlings are doing, you know, that
- 1:11:00Speaker 5: field office in Dallas or you know, you think that
- 1:11:06Speaker 5: if it wasn't just in reports that you know, Hosty
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: would actually see Shanklin in the office and talk to him,
- 1:11:11Speaker 5: or Shankly'd be like, hey, buddy, I'm seeing you in
- 1:11:14Speaker 5: a couple of weeks. What are you working on?
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:11:16Speaker 5: Well, you know, it's be like, hey, if you read
- 1:11:21Speaker 5: my fucking reports, you'd know what I'm doing, asshole.
- 1:11:24Speaker 3: But uh, bro, what's the last comment you see?
- 1:11:31Speaker 5: The last comment that I see.
- 1:11:34Speaker 3: It's Rogers twenty six minutes ago, and that's different on
- 1:11:37Speaker 3: my phone.
- 1:11:39Speaker 19: Yeah, I'm seeing Sally's Oh, something's fucked up with mine
- 1:11:44Speaker 19: because she's asking could Hosty be going over Shanklin's head. No,
- 1:11:50Speaker 19: Shanklin's the biggest swinging dick in the office. Yeah, they're
- 1:11:56Speaker 19: they're specifically told to keep it from shank Lynn and
- 1:12:01Speaker 19: send it only to d C.
- 1:12:03Speaker 5: But I doubt that because again, at this time, Oswald
- 1:12:08Speaker 5: was just being weird. He wasn't, you know, a big threat, right, Yeah,
- 1:12:17Speaker 5: I'm not sure what's going on there.
- 1:12:19Speaker 3: Joe with your Yeah, no, I see him on my phone,
- 1:12:24Speaker 3: you know what, let me refresh really quickly as you
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: keep going.
- 1:12:29Speaker 5: Okay, and there he goes. All right, let's switch gears
- 1:12:38Speaker 5: here and talk about a little something.
- 1:12:44Speaker 3: And hand he's back and the comments are working, so sorry, okay.
- 1:12:50Speaker 5: All good. Yes, So we're gonna take a look at
- 1:12:54Speaker 5: another video here, folks, just to set a little bit
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: of a table here for you you for what we're
- 1:13:01Speaker 5: going to be going into next. This video is quite awesome,
- 1:13:08Speaker 5: and you know it always it's good for context. When
- 1:13:12Speaker 5: you actually see people and you hear them talking, you
- 1:13:14Speaker 5: can get a different mental picture of who these people were.
- 1:13:17Speaker 15: We're not.
- 1:13:17Speaker 5: I can sit here and say, or as Pania said this,
- 1:13:20Speaker 5: he was the he was you know, he ran the
- 1:13:22Speaker 5: Havana Bar. You know, you can have a mental image
- 1:13:24Speaker 5: of him, but to you know, specifically gauge a person trustworthiness,
- 1:13:33Speaker 5: I think it helps when you see them and you
- 1:13:34Speaker 5: actually hear them speak. Yeah, you know, so let's take
- 1:13:40Speaker 5: a look at a at a little video from a
- 1:13:45Speaker 5: nineteen seventy five documentary called The American Assassins. And you're
- 1:13:50Speaker 5: going to see in here, or as Payania, you're going
- 1:13:53Speaker 5: to see in here, Warren de Bruiz. Yeah, you're going
- 1:13:58Speaker 5: to see in here, William Walter, the due the works
- 1:14:00Speaker 5: at the Night the Night desk at the New Orleans office,
- 1:14:05Speaker 5: all within four minutes and fifty five seconds. And there's
- 1:14:08Speaker 5: some good shit in here. So pay attention and we're
- 1:14:10Speaker 5: gonna talk about it afterwards.
- 1:14:12Speaker 3: Okay, all right, you ready? Here we go looking forward
- 1:14:15Speaker 3: to it.
- 1:14:17Speaker 20: Water in City Brew.
- 1:14:21Speaker 21: Warren de Brew is an FBI agent, and you saw
- 1:14:24Speaker 21: him with Lee Harvey Oswald.
- 1:14:25Speaker 20: Yes, I knew water in City Brew very well because
- 1:14:29Speaker 20: I used to work quitting.
- 1:14:32Speaker 3: What did you do with Warren Debrew?
- 1:14:34Speaker 20: I was an informer for the FBI about the people
- 1:14:40Speaker 20: in New Orleans.
- 1:14:42Speaker 21: What happened when the FBI agent who you said you
- 1:14:47Speaker 21: had seen with Lee Harvey Oswald, who was also the
- 1:14:49Speaker 21: man you were the informant for. What happened when he
- 1:14:52Speaker 21: came to the bar before you went to the Warren Commission.
- 1:14:54Speaker 20: About ten days before I went to the technify at
- 1:14:57Speaker 20: the Watant Commission. Could be less than ten days. He
- 1:15:03Speaker 20: came and he called me from behind the bar that
- 1:15:05Speaker 20: he wanted to talk to me.
- 1:15:07Speaker 3: He called me on the table.
- 1:15:09Speaker 20: He told me he was very very nebbiss, very nebbiss.
- 1:15:13Speaker 20: And he told me, if you ever talked anything about me,
- 1:15:17Speaker 20: I will get three of three.
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: Of you us.
- 1:15:21Speaker 8: He often does well.
- 1:15:24Speaker 5: One C.
- 1:15:25Speaker 22: De BRUEs is now the Special Agent in charge of
- 1:15:27Speaker 22: the FBI office in San Masao, Rico.
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: He talked to Bruce Hall.
- 1:15:31Speaker 21: Did you know, a rest opinion, who is the operator
- 1:15:33Speaker 21: of the Habana Bar in New Orleans?
- 1:15:36Speaker 8: What was your relationship with.
- 1:15:39Speaker 4: He was an individual that I.
- 1:15:43Speaker 23: Recall having contacted, perhaps as many as a dozen times,
- 1:15:50Speaker 23: I suppose.
- 1:15:53Speaker 4: During the early nineteen.
- 1:15:54Speaker 23: Sixties prior to the assassination of President Kennedy.
- 1:15:58Speaker 21: A rest Openia says that he was in a literal
- 1:16:01Speaker 21: sense and informer for the FBI, and he knew you
- 1:16:05Speaker 21: well because you were his contact man with the FBI.
- 1:16:08Speaker 4: Look his eye, and that on numerous occasions he.
- 1:16:10Speaker 21: Saw you and Lee Harvey Oswald together and in particular
- 1:16:14Speaker 21: and a Greek restaurant in New Orleans and the French Quarter.
- 1:16:18Speaker 8: What is your response to that.
- 1:16:20Speaker 4: My response to that is he is wrong in his statements.
- 1:16:26Speaker 23: I have never seen Lee Harvey Oswall at any time
- 1:16:31Speaker 23: in my life personally.
- 1:16:34Speaker 4: Or nor have I talked to him by telephone.
- 1:16:37Speaker 3: Knowingly, knowingly, I've had.
- 1:16:40Speaker 23: Absolutely no contact, no personal knowledge, firsthand contact with Lee
- 1:16:46Speaker 23: Harvey Oswall, nor do I have any secondary contact with him.
- 1:16:51Speaker 21: Was Lee Harvey Oswald an informant of the FBI?
- 1:16:55Speaker 23: He was not my informant, and I have no information
- 1:16:59Speaker 23: whatsoever that he had ever been an informant for the FBI.
- 1:17:03Speaker 21: Did you ever use the phrase to get your ass
- 1:17:07Speaker 21: or threaten arrest Opania in any way in connection with
- 1:17:10Speaker 21: his Warrant Commission testimony looking.
- 1:17:12Speaker 23: Him look up to the right, I certainly don't recall.
- 1:17:14Speaker 23: I I haven't made that statement to arrest Espania. My
- 1:17:19Speaker 23: recollection is that I treated him with a great deal
- 1:17:22Speaker 23: of patience and with due respect. There would have been
- 1:17:26Speaker 23: no reason whatsoever for me to have made such a statement.
- 1:17:30Speaker 22: William Walter was an FBI security code clerk in the
- 1:17:33Speaker 22: New Orleans office of the FBI from nineteen sixty one
- 1:17:36Speaker 22: until nineteen sixty six.
- 1:17:38Speaker 4: He told me about Oswald and the FBI.
- 1:17:41Speaker 22: Do you think Oswald was, by your definition and by
- 1:17:44Speaker 22: the Bureau's definition, an informant? Yes, I'm sure he was,
- 1:17:50Speaker 22: and you were certain on the basis of what you
- 1:17:52Speaker 22: did in the normal course of your duties that Oswald's
- 1:17:55Speaker 22: name was on the New Orleans FBI office security index file.
- 1:17:58Speaker 11: I'm positive.
- 1:18:01Speaker 4: I would say that's a falsehood. Had he been an informant, and.
- 1:18:07Speaker 23: Had I had him as a subject of my investigation,
- 1:18:13Speaker 23: it would have been logical that I would have been
- 1:18:15Speaker 23: aware of that fact because of cross references in the
- 1:18:20Speaker 23: file and for many other reasons, and I'd.
- 1:18:23Speaker 4: Say that is a falsehood.
- 1:18:26Speaker 21: Mister Walters also says that Oswald's name was on the
- 1:18:28Speaker 21: security index file. Could Oswald's name have been on the
- 1:18:31Speaker 21: security index file? And what was the security index file?
- 1:18:35Speaker 23: I have no idea at this time whether his name
- 1:18:38Speaker 23: was on any type of special index and as relates
- 1:18:42Speaker 23: to what you term a security index file, I'd rather
- 1:18:46Speaker 23: not get into the discussion of administrative techniques employed within
- 1:18:51Speaker 23: the office and respectfully decline to answer that question.
- 1:18:55Speaker 22: On November one, nineteen sixty three, FBI agent James P.
- 1:18:59Speaker 22: Husti did the pain home seeking Oswald's whereabouts. Husty's name
- 1:19:04Speaker 22: and telephone number were found in Oswold's notebook when he
- 1:19:06Speaker 22: was arrested after the Kennedy murder. The FBI failed to
- 1:19:09Speaker 22: tell the Warren Commission that after Hasty's visit to Marino.
- 1:19:14Speaker 5: Yeah, wow, how you like that?
- 1:19:18Speaker 3: Bro? I have a lot of reactions to that. I'll
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: start with the first one. Arrest Arrest Pania seems very credible,
- 1:19:32Speaker 3: right to me. To the layman's eyes, Warren Debris seems
- 1:19:43Speaker 3: like he's lying, lying through his ass. He's looking up
- 1:19:48Speaker 3: like this, and uh, James had a good comment. Blink
- 1:19:51Speaker 3: blink blink. Yeah, he was blinking quickly and looking up
- 1:19:54Speaker 3: into the right.
- 1:19:56Speaker 5: Yeah, right, his right, I guess, which I think is
- 1:19:58Speaker 5: a And it looks how you was trying not to
- 1:20:01Speaker 5: laugh the whole time that he's being asked these questions,
- 1:20:03Speaker 5: like you know, like I'm really gonna say something here.
- 1:20:07Speaker 3: And he's like I never talked to him knowingly, Like
- 1:20:10Speaker 3: why would you add knowingly in there? You know what
- 1:20:15Speaker 3: I mean?
- 1:20:16Speaker 5: Like like those little little well, at least we knew
- 1:20:20Speaker 5: how to say this motherfucker's name to Bruce Bruce. I've
- 1:20:25Speaker 5: been calling him Warren Debriz for Debruis or Debris, it's
- 1:20:29Speaker 5: de Bruce.
- 1:20:31Speaker 3: I think we just keep with Debris to be honest.
- 1:20:36Speaker 3: It's easier. And William Walter, well, yeah, William Walter is
- 1:20:43Speaker 3: so confident in his answers immediate responses, Yes, I'm sure
- 1:20:50Speaker 3: of it.
- 1:20:51Speaker 5: Does he look like a lion kooch to you, William Walter?
- 1:20:54Speaker 5: They painted that otherfucker as a a bitter ex employee
- 1:21:01Speaker 5: that was just lying his ass off for some reason.
- 1:21:04Speaker 5: To me, he looked one hundred percent legit.
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't.
- 1:21:09Speaker 3: He seems like a nerd that would be employed in
- 1:21:12Speaker 3: that type of position, and he seems like someone that
- 1:21:16Speaker 3: can't be intimidated in the way that Debruis de brus
- 1:21:24Speaker 3: or Shanklin could be.
- 1:21:25Speaker 5: You know what I mean, a shit eating green That
- 1:21:28Speaker 5: is a perfect description of Debruz.
- 1:21:33Speaker 3: Wow, I've never seen that video. Thank you so much.
- 1:21:36Speaker 5: Yeah, it helps when you see these people talk and
- 1:21:41Speaker 5: none of them will read this ship all day, but
- 1:21:44Speaker 5: you don't get a sense of how trustworthy, and you
- 1:21:47Speaker 5: don't get that sixth sense of who's telling the truth here, right,
- 1:21:52Speaker 5: you know, until you actually see these people talk.
- 1:21:57Speaker 3: Yeah, and I know they didn't look like I thought
- 1:22:01Speaker 3: they would look, so that that was surprising, But that's
- 1:22:06Speaker 3: I guess always the case.
- 1:22:07Speaker 5: Right, we played the he tells me he gets my ass.
- 1:22:12Speaker 3: Yeah, but I mean, yeah, that that is crazy. Uh,
- 1:22:19Speaker 3: you're right, a video, what do they.
- 1:22:22Speaker 5: Say, a picture is worth a thousand words of the
- 1:22:26Speaker 5: video is worth a million. Yeah, exactly. So you know,
- 1:22:33Speaker 5: we talked a lot Wednesday night about Orespana and what
- 1:22:36Speaker 5: he has said over the years, and I'm more inclined
- 1:22:39Speaker 5: to believe him now after seeing that video about everything
- 1:22:44Speaker 5: that he's saying. So we read a little bit of
- 1:22:51Speaker 5: of some of the things that Oris Paine has said.
- 1:22:54Speaker 5: Now I've come across his House Select Committee on Assassinations
- 1:22:59Speaker 5: interview from January of nineteen seventy eight Joe Okay, and
- 1:23:06Speaker 5: it starts off the subject who was highly emotional concerning
- 1:23:13Speaker 5: this investigation, preceded the interview with his opinion that nothing
- 1:23:18Speaker 5: has been or will be done concerning the persons involved
- 1:23:21Speaker 5: in the assassinations. So before they even ask him anything
- 1:23:26Speaker 5: or as Pena saying he's very emotional about what happened,
- 1:23:30Speaker 5: and he's very confident in the fact that nothing is
- 1:23:32Speaker 5: ever going to be done about this. He states that
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: he came to this country in nineteen forty six, He
- 1:23:39Speaker 5: became a US citizen in nineteen fifty six, then served
- 1:23:43Speaker 5: in the US Army in the latter part of nineteen
- 1:23:47Speaker 5: sixty one and sixty two. He was he wasn't in
- 1:23:52Speaker 5: the army at that time. He'd gotten out already in
- 1:23:55Speaker 5: nineteen sixty and then in the latter part of sixty
- 1:23:59Speaker 5: one early part of sixty two, he was recruited as
- 1:24:03Speaker 5: a non paid informant for the FBI in New Orleans.
- 1:24:07Speaker 5: He states that he was called by the special Agent
- 1:24:10Speaker 5: in charge in New Orleans to assist them with the
- 1:24:13Speaker 5: Cuban Castro sympathizers. His case agent, according to him, was
- 1:24:18Speaker 5: Warren to Bruce, he was to use as his contact.
- 1:24:24Speaker 5: He further states that he was constantly visiting and being
- 1:24:28Speaker 5: visited by at his places of business by Warren to Bruce.
- 1:24:32Speaker 3: Right, Well, we always use that term uh uh yap
- 1:24:39Speaker 3: like six barbers, right, And who better to get uh
- 1:24:45Speaker 3: to hear things and to hear people talk than a
- 1:24:50Speaker 3: bar owner, right, right, They get they get drunk, they
- 1:24:55Speaker 3: got loose.
- 1:24:56Speaker 5: Yeah, he's right beside, the only DRE member right in
- 1:25:04Speaker 5: New Orleans. And he's very close to what we're going
- 1:25:09Speaker 5: to talk about next, So he says. In nineteen sixty three,
- 1:25:13Speaker 5: the Federal Building, most of the federal offices were located
- 1:25:18Speaker 5: in the Federal Building, which is the Customs House right
- 1:25:20Speaker 5: across the street from his bar, which is called the
- 1:25:23Speaker 5: habanah Bar. Now in this customs house. He states that
- 1:25:28Speaker 5: this building house offices of the FBI, the CIAO and
- 1:25:31Speaker 5: I I ins, etc. So he is in a prime
- 1:25:37Speaker 5: location to be called upon by various agents of our
- 1:25:42Speaker 5: United States government from all these various agencies. You know,
- 1:25:47Speaker 5: He's in a pretty convenient spot, right across the street
- 1:25:49Speaker 5: from the customs house. He states that he was informed
- 1:25:54Speaker 5: some years ago that he picked up his passport the
- 1:25:57Speaker 5: same day as Lee Harvey Oswald, but he does not
- 1:25:59Speaker 5: recall seeing at that time. That doesn't really mean much.
- 1:26:05Speaker 5: Located just east of his store was a restaurant called
- 1:26:07Speaker 5: Paedro's Restaurant. He states that there were only four types
- 1:26:12Speaker 5: of people that went to this restaurant, Joe. That would
- 1:26:15Speaker 5: be businessmen from the area, right.
- 1:26:18Speaker 3: Going from a lunch, Yeah, going out to lunch or
- 1:26:21Speaker 3: dinner or after after work drinks.
- 1:26:24Speaker 5: Yes, makes sense, government workers, prostitutes, and pimps. Yeah, stop it,
- 1:26:36Speaker 5: Pike the bimbo in red Joe oh Man, Uh. He
- 1:26:41Speaker 5: recalls seeing Lee Harvey Oswald. They're in Pedro's restaurant in
- 1:26:45Speaker 5: the summer of sixty three, at least ten to twelve
- 1:26:48Speaker 5: times talking to various agents.
- 1:26:53Speaker 3: Okay, ten pimps, ten to twelve, not one or two, right.
- 1:27:01Speaker 5: Ten or twelve.
- 1:27:03Speaker 3: That's specific and I think significant because if you were
- 1:27:09Speaker 3: making it up, you'd say I saw him a couple
- 1:27:10Speaker 3: of times, but ten to twelve specific.
- 1:27:14Speaker 5: Right, And you got to remember, at this time Oswald
- 1:27:17Speaker 5: is working at Riley Coffee Company, which is also down
- 1:27:21Speaker 5: in the middle of all this shit going on in
- 1:27:24Speaker 5: downtown New Orleans. So it's very feasible that on Oswald's
- 1:27:30Speaker 5: lunch breaks the days that he didn't go next door
- 1:27:34Speaker 5: to Adrian Alba's garage, he had to eat somewhere close
- 1:27:39Speaker 5: by Joe. And I'm sure he didn't never turn down
- 1:27:43Speaker 5: a free lunch.
- 1:27:44Speaker 3: Yeah, just saying, I'm sure they had pretty good tacos
- 1:27:49Speaker 3: burritos petros.
- 1:27:52Speaker 5: He further states that Lee Harvey Oswald had came to
- 1:27:55Speaker 5: his Habana bar.
- 1:27:58Speaker 3: Uh.
- 1:27:59Speaker 5: He personally did not wait on him, but his bartender,
- 1:28:01Speaker 5: everised over Rodriguez waited on him, and he came to
- 1:28:04Speaker 5: mister Penion asked him how to make a lemonade. Paya
- 1:28:07Speaker 5: told him how and told him to charge a quarter
- 1:28:10Speaker 5: for it. He never knew Oswald by name, only by sight.
- 1:28:13Speaker 5: Until much later subsequent to the assassination. There were two
- 1:28:17Speaker 5: others with Oswald at the time, but he does not
- 1:28:20Speaker 5: know them, nor is he able to describe them. He states,
- 1:28:25Speaker 5: when Oswald was arrested for passing out the literature and
- 1:28:29Speaker 5: getting into a scuffle with Carlos Brigner in front of
- 1:28:32Speaker 5: the International Trademark Building that the FBI pay attention, folks,
- 1:28:38Speaker 5: pay attention. The FBI was taking photographs of the arrest
- 1:28:45Speaker 5: from across the street. He believes that it was in
- 1:28:55Speaker 5: some sort of a fireman's union office, and he states
- 1:28:59Speaker 5: that at the time the fight erupted, he was on
- 1:29:02Speaker 5: the street at that location with his bartender. The subject
- 1:29:08Speaker 5: refused to state why he was in that vicinity at
- 1:29:11Speaker 5: the time. He just said that he happened to be there.
- 1:29:15Speaker 3: Now the paynia, Yeah, with his bartender.
- 1:29:20Speaker 5: Right Everisto Rodriguez?
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: Right?
- 1:29:22Speaker 3: So who the fuck is manning the bar? Right?
- 1:29:25Speaker 1: Or?
- 1:29:25Speaker 5: More interesting, the FBI is the Fireman's union building taking
- 1:29:29Speaker 5: photographs right right?
- 1:29:32Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:29:33Speaker 5: That that is interesting.
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:29:37Speaker 7: Uh.
- 1:29:38Speaker 5: He further states, when Brignier was arrested, he went and
- 1:29:40Speaker 5: informed Brignia's brother in law, one Comandante or Orlando Pelais,
- 1:29:47Speaker 5: and he in fact went and posted the twenty five
- 1:29:50Speaker 5: dollars bond for Carlos Brignier and then received the money
- 1:29:55Speaker 5: back from Orlando after he did so. He further identifies
- 1:30:01Speaker 5: pay Attention Folks a Japanese individual who was known to
- 1:30:06Speaker 5: him but not further identified, who worked for the Kasuki Company,
- 1:30:11Speaker 5: which is presently located in the International Trademark Building. The
- 1:30:16Speaker 5: new one was also present there and was also photographing
- 1:30:22Speaker 5: this whole thing going down. On the subject of David Ferry,
- 1:30:30Speaker 5: he states that he knew Captain Ferry very well, as
- 1:30:35Speaker 5: Ferry had actually taught him how to fly out at
- 1:30:40Speaker 5: the old New Orleans Airport.
- 1:30:43Speaker 3: And he calls him Captain Ferry.
- 1:30:46Speaker 5: He says he referred it to as the Lake Airport.
- 1:30:50Speaker 5: He's not sure of the number of hours that Ferry
- 1:30:53Speaker 5: gave him instruction, but he believes it's somewhere in the
- 1:30:55Speaker 5: neighborhood of twelve to fourteen, which is a lot of
- 1:31:00Speaker 5: hours to spend with David Ferry in a tightly enclosed airplane.
- 1:31:04Speaker 5: I'm sure. Yes, he believes there would be a record
- 1:31:09Speaker 5: of this somewhere.
- 1:31:12Speaker 3: Yeah, probably FAA records.
- 1:31:15Speaker 5: Like we talked about, Pay Attention Folks, The next thing
- 1:31:19Speaker 5: Pania says is that Fairy and clay Shaw both came
- 1:31:25Speaker 5: to my bar many times. They definitely knew each other
- 1:31:31Speaker 5: because they came together a few times. Throughout the interview,
- 1:31:40Speaker 5: mister Pania alluded to or inferred many pieces of information
- 1:31:43Speaker 5: that he is in possession of. In effect, he wanted
- 1:31:47Speaker 5: some good faith on the part of the committee before
- 1:31:49Speaker 5: he would talk about things. For instance, on the subject
- 1:31:52Speaker 5: of Fairy and Shaw, he states that he knows the
- 1:31:54Speaker 5: identity of a woman who came to the bar with
- 1:31:58Speaker 5: Fairy and that she will be willing to talk to us. However,
- 1:32:02Speaker 5: he refused to identify her at this time. He further
- 1:32:09Speaker 5: states that he is no longer associated with the band
- 1:32:12Speaker 5: of Bar other than being the landlord, as he bought
- 1:32:15Speaker 5: the entire building two years ago for sixty five thousand
- 1:32:18Speaker 5: dollars with a rental income of approximately thirteen hundred a month.
- 1:32:24Speaker 5: During nineteen sixty three, a mister Meestir Johnson of Immigration
- 1:32:29Speaker 5: used to bring Cuban refugees to his place for lodging upstairs.
- 1:32:33Speaker 5: All right, so he's saying that customs agents from the
- 1:32:38Speaker 5: Insight used to bring Cuban refugees to him at his
- 1:32:46Speaker 5: bar and asked would ask him to put them up
- 1:32:51Speaker 5: in his bar for free. He states that they always
- 1:32:59Speaker 5: told him that they would pay him for the services,
- 1:33:01Speaker 5: but they never ever have. Approximately twelve hours before David
- 1:33:06Speaker 5: Ferry's death, which would make it one or two o'clock
- 1:33:11Speaker 5: in the afternoon, obviously the day of that, Faerry had
- 1:33:17Speaker 5: come to his bar looking for two people in particular,
- 1:33:24Speaker 5: one would be Sergio or Akasia Smith and one Wilfredo
- 1:33:33Speaker 5: mask For, which would be Rolando Kiki mask For his
- 1:33:40Speaker 5: brother Yeah known associative Lauren Hall.
- 1:33:47Speaker 3: Yeah. Uh.
- 1:33:50Speaker 5: According to mister Penya, will Fredo mass For is an
- 1:33:54Speaker 5: FBI CIA worker. Whatever that means. His brother is in Miami.
- 1:34:02Speaker 5: He definitely was and was working at that time in
- 1:34:06Speaker 5: the same group as Brigner, which would be the dra
- 1:34:12Speaker 5: Fairy told him it was extremely important that he had
- 1:34:15Speaker 5: to talk to them right away. So the day David
- 1:34:18Speaker 5: Ferry died, he goes into the Habanah Bar and he's
- 1:34:22Speaker 5: looking for these two guys, Sergi r Kasia Smith and
- 1:34:24Speaker 5: Wilfredo Masher. Why why He's saying that it is important
- 1:34:32Speaker 5: that he had to talk to them right away. Payna
- 1:34:35Speaker 5: stated that he did not know where they were at
- 1:34:37Speaker 5: the time, and at that point Carlos Bringya passed the
- 1:34:40Speaker 5: store and he sent Ferry out to see Brignier on
- 1:34:44Speaker 5: the possibility that Bringier might know where they were, and
- 1:34:48Speaker 5: that was the last time he saw David Ferry alive.
- 1:34:53Speaker 5: He states that when he left his store, he immediately
- 1:34:55Speaker 5: called Jim Garrison's office. This was during the time of
- 1:34:59Speaker 5: garrison his investigation. He was not there, but he spoke
- 1:35:03Speaker 5: to Frank Mola excuse me, and told him about the
- 1:35:07Speaker 5: incident with mister Ferry. He further states that Sergio Akasha
- 1:35:15Speaker 5: Smith was very close to David Ferry, as well as
- 1:35:19Speaker 5: Warren de Bruce. He further states that Warren de Bruce
- 1:35:26Speaker 5: visited Sergio Arkasha's office approximately four times a week when
- 1:35:33Speaker 5: the CRC was headquarters at where Joe.
- 1:35:38Speaker 3: Five four to four Camp Ding Ding Dinge.
- 1:35:44Speaker 5: Harvey Oswald also visited the same building a few times,
- 1:35:50Speaker 5: he says, but not too frequently. He says, mister Penia
- 1:35:55Speaker 5: alludes to the possibility that the building at Camp Street
- 1:35:57Speaker 5: had two or three entrances on the alleyway, which he
- 1:36:00Speaker 5: felt the name was commercial place. I don't know what
- 1:36:05Speaker 5: that has anything anything. Sergeion Arkasha opened his office, or
- 1:36:09Speaker 5: when Sergeio Arcasia Smith opened his office or Spaenia actually
- 1:36:14Speaker 5: paid for the first month's rent for the organization and
- 1:36:17Speaker 5: even brought some chairs from his bar to the office
- 1:36:20Speaker 5: so people had a place to sit during meetings for
- 1:36:23Speaker 5: the CRC. Yeah wow Yeah. Painia states that guy Banister
- 1:36:31Speaker 5: put out literature to collect money for Cuba, which, of
- 1:36:34Speaker 5: course we know, uh not clear, but apparently he is
- 1:36:38Speaker 5: referring to the Balter Building, as he states its own
- 1:36:41Speaker 5: canal and camp on the third floor. He feels that
- 1:36:44Speaker 5: Smith and Ferry Fairy, who he characterizes as an extremely
- 1:36:47Speaker 5: brilliant individual, had handled the publicity for the CRC. Smith
- 1:36:55Speaker 5: and Ferry, So he's saying that Fairy and Aracatia Smith
- 1:37:00Speaker 5: handled the publicity for the CRC. They were working to
- 1:37:03Speaker 5: collect moneys, he says, of course they were the grift,
- 1:37:10Speaker 5: they being a collective group in New Orleans under the
- 1:37:12Speaker 5: aegis of Sergio Arcacius Smith. He says that he was
- 1:37:17Speaker 5: not too sure where the money that was collected, according
- 1:37:19Speaker 5: to him, but it was quite a sum was going
- 1:37:22Speaker 5: and he took a trip to Miami and checked with
- 1:37:24Speaker 5: Tony Verona.
- 1:37:26Speaker 3: Oh who by the way was mentioned by two very
- 1:37:32Speaker 3: smart researchers we had on last week.
- 1:37:35Speaker 5: Yeah, and he states that he was told that Tony
- 1:37:39Speaker 5: Verona didn't know anybody named Sergio Arcasia Smith, and that
- 1:37:44Speaker 5: they did not send him to New Orleans, and in fact,
- 1:37:46Speaker 5: they were not aware of an organization which will be
- 1:37:48Speaker 5: a subsidiary of their unit was even operating in New
- 1:37:51Speaker 5: Orleans at the time. According to Panya, they expressed the
- 1:37:55Speaker 5: opinion that Smith was put there by the CIA and
- 1:38:00Speaker 5: that the FBI probably knew about it, which kind of
- 1:38:04Speaker 5: makes sense when you realize much later that the next
- 1:38:09Speaker 5: head of the CRC was a guy by the name
- 1:38:11Speaker 5: of Frank Bartes, who was a CIA and FBI in
- 1:38:17Speaker 5: formant and part of the cadre of CIA Cuban ci
- 1:38:26Speaker 5: Cubans with CIA ties surrounding Oswald at the time, and
- 1:38:30Speaker 5: who would later claim not to know who he was
- 1:38:34Speaker 5: or ever seen him or a meeting him. He relates
- 1:38:39Speaker 5: a story of one Louis Hernandez Mali, who was the
- 1:38:42Speaker 5: bodyguard of Toadine Verona, and he was killed in Miami
- 1:38:46Speaker 5: two years ago. According to him, Malie was shot with
- 1:38:50Speaker 5: twenty five bullets. Malie had once trained at Lake Pontre Train.
- 1:38:56Speaker 5: He states that as far as Lake Pontretrain was concerned
- 1:38:58Speaker 5: that Batista Batista men would come to New Orleans be
- 1:39:02Speaker 5: picked up by the CIA and used as training camp cadre. Again,
- 1:39:10Speaker 5: and keeping with his dangling of little bits of information
- 1:39:12Speaker 5: which may or may not have some value to the case,
- 1:39:15Speaker 5: he mentions one Juan Caballlero, who has a male Hispanic
- 1:39:20Speaker 5: approximately fifty five or sixty years old, who was arrested
- 1:39:25Speaker 5: and convicted for murder in nineteen sixty four in Houston, Texas.
- 1:39:30Speaker 5: Pay attention, folks. He believes this individual is now in
- 1:39:34Speaker 5: a Brownsville, Texas jail. He was in New Orleans training
- 1:39:38Speaker 5: camp at one point back in the early sixties. Painia
- 1:39:42Speaker 5: states that Cabaetro's nephew closely resembles Lee Harvey Oswalden. He's
- 1:39:50Speaker 5: not sure of his name, though, but prior to his
- 1:39:52Speaker 5: leaving New Orleans, Painia states that Warren de Bruce came
- 1:39:56Speaker 5: to his bar and told him that he was leaving
- 1:39:58Speaker 5: New Orleans as he was being transferred to Dallas. He
- 1:40:03Speaker 5: then alludes to the fact that de Bruce left New
- 1:40:07Speaker 5: Orleans the same day that oswald left New Orleans and
- 1:40:12Speaker 5: went to Dallas. They say this has to be verified.
- 1:40:20Speaker 5: A few days before Painia appeared at the warrant commission
- 1:40:23Speaker 5: to Bruce. Came to him and said, if you say
- 1:40:25Speaker 5: anything about me, I'll get rid of your ass. As
- 1:40:29Speaker 5: far as the Bruce is concerned, Pinia has quite a
- 1:40:32Speaker 5: vocal hatred of the man. He states that he has
- 1:40:35Speaker 5: an awful lot to tell and he's willing to do
- 1:40:37Speaker 5: it under hypnosis, especially concerning the Bruce. And he volunteers
- 1:40:41Speaker 5: to tell this under hypnosis and requested it to Bruce
- 1:40:44Speaker 5: also be questioned under hypnosis, so he really wants to
- 1:40:48Speaker 5: Bruise to tell the truth. He mentions the name of Smith,
- 1:40:52Speaker 5: who was a customs agent, Joe Ron Smith. Painia is
- 1:40:58Speaker 5: saying this motherfucking people, A lot of people, according to him,
- 1:41:08Speaker 5: who knew Oswald very well, and subsequent to the assassination
- 1:41:14Speaker 5: he was given the top position in Uruguay after he
- 1:41:17Speaker 5: was transferred out of New Orleans. Uh A, mister Rouche.
- 1:41:27Speaker 3: Or Rouge, we know who that is too. Mister Wendell, Yeah.
- 1:41:33Speaker 5: Of the Immigration service, also knew Oswald very well and
- 1:41:36Speaker 5: wound up after the assassination in the second top position
- 1:41:38Speaker 5: in beautiful Sonny Puerto Rico Joe. So if you play
- 1:41:44Speaker 5: ball with the I N S, you get stationed somewhere beautiful,
- 1:41:46Speaker 5: apparently unlike Hosty. Sorry. Roger Kansas, Kansas City was shown
- 1:41:57Speaker 5: the photo and he identified the following people in the
- 1:42:02Speaker 5: photo book lineup. Jim Braden as being familiar to him.
- 1:42:08Speaker 5: Shaw Clay Shaw knows him, Bradley, he looks familiar. William
- 1:42:15Speaker 5: Cuntberth Brady knows him. Carlos Brigne knows him. Bill Dalzel,
- 1:42:23Speaker 5: William Dalzel knows him, and also reiterates on Dalzel, saying
- 1:42:28Speaker 5: that he speaks eight languages and that he did have
- 1:42:30Speaker 5: a part in the assassination. Those are true facts about
- 1:42:35Speaker 5: William Dalzel. He did know eight languages. Very smart dude,
- 1:42:40Speaker 5: and he alleges that he had some part in the assassination.
- 1:42:43Speaker 5: He said they called William Dalzel, among other things, Taco Bill.
- 1:42:51Speaker 5: All right, uh. He says he believes Taco Bill to
- 1:42:55Speaker 5: be a CIA FBI agent, And at one point he
- 1:42:58Speaker 5: was in the five or six hundred block up Decatur
- 1:43:00Speaker 5: Street with a push cart selling tacos out of it.
- 1:43:06Speaker 5: Taco Bill.
- 1:43:11Speaker 3: I would have guessed he he ate at Pedro's every
- 1:43:14Speaker 3: day that's that's funny.
- 1:43:21Speaker 5: He also identified Lee Harvey Oswald, and he states that
- 1:43:24Speaker 5: when he knew him, he had a thinner neck. It's
- 1:43:28Speaker 5: a random observation. Jack Ruby says he's familiar, but only
- 1:43:34Speaker 5: from the papers. And Emilio Santana, who he refers to
- 1:43:41Speaker 5: as Caballero, possibly Caballero's nephew, that looks like Lee Harvey Oswald.
- 1:43:50Speaker 5: I don't know, should need should more need a rise?
- 1:43:55Speaker 5: Mister Penia can be interviewed again. Now I'm not going
- 1:44:00Speaker 5: to go through it here, but i will tell you
- 1:44:06Speaker 5: there is a ninety page interview with Rispania under oath
- 1:44:15Speaker 5: that is done by the House Select Committee. This was
- 1:44:19Speaker 5: just an interview report. This is not his actual HSCA
- 1:44:22Speaker 5: testimony under road. Okay, but it does exist, and it
- 1:44:27Speaker 5: is about ninety pages long, and it is a very interesting,
- 1:44:32Speaker 5: very interesting and everybody should go read it.
- 1:44:37Speaker 3: Yeah, so this is a summary.
- 1:44:40Speaker 5: This is a summary. Like, for instance, they'll be talking
- 1:44:45Speaker 5: and he will admit to being an informant for the FBI,
- 1:44:50Speaker 5: but he says he was working for two agencies and
- 1:44:52Speaker 5: they said, well, what was the other agency? It's like,
- 1:44:54Speaker 5: I'm not going to tell you, and They say, was
- 1:44:59Speaker 5: it the CIA, and he's like, I'm not saying anything
- 1:45:02Speaker 5: about the Central Intelligence Agency period. What if it's huh,
- 1:45:11Speaker 5: what if it's in I don't know, like I said,
- 1:45:16Speaker 5: And they ask him a few They run into this
- 1:45:18Speaker 5: problem with him a few times, and he blatantly tells him, look,
- 1:45:23Speaker 5: I'm not going to speak on this. I'm not going
- 1:45:25Speaker 5: to say anything about that. They bring up David Ferry
- 1:45:29Speaker 5: and he's like, you understand what happened to David Ferry.
- 1:45:33Speaker 5: I'm not going to speak about that. So if you
- 1:45:37Speaker 5: can come across it and find it anywhere, they HSCA
- 1:45:43Speaker 5: testimony under Oath of Bories Pana. It is very interesting.
- 1:45:48Speaker 5: It's a very interesting read, for sure. So definitely check
- 1:45:55Speaker 5: that out because I just don't have time to go
- 1:45:56Speaker 5: through ninety pages of it tonight. Back to you, Jaw.
- 1:46:03Speaker 5: You got anything else over there?
- 1:46:06Speaker 3: Uh yeah, let me check. I have the HSCA. Since
- 1:46:14Speaker 3: we were on that topic. Here a final report on
- 1:46:20Speaker 3: their determination of what happened to the letter right of
- 1:46:25Speaker 3: Oswalt's note. Approximately two or three weeks before the assassination, right,
- 1:46:30Speaker 3: we're talking November one, host Y visited Marina and Ruth.
- 1:46:37Speaker 3: Ruth allegedly translated this conversation with Marina so that lines
- 1:46:44Speaker 3: up of President Kennedy. Oswalt's alleged delivered note delivered a
- 1:46:49Speaker 3: note addressed to host E at the FBI office in Dallas.
- 1:46:52Speaker 3: The varying accounts of the note's contents suggest that it
- 1:46:56Speaker 3: was threatening or complaining in tone. Hosty to stop bothering
- 1:47:02Speaker 3: Oswalt's wife. Well, I think we've already determined that it
- 1:47:09Speaker 3: was probably complaining and not threatening. Several hours after Oswald
- 1:47:17Speaker 3: was murdered by Jack Ruby, Hosty, according to his own admission,
- 1:47:20Speaker 3: destroyed the note after having been instructed to do so
- 1:47:23Speaker 3: by Jay Gordon Shanklin, this special agent in charge of
- 1:47:29Speaker 3: the Dallas FBI office. Shanklin denied that he knew anything
- 1:47:33Speaker 3: about the note until a reporter asked him about it
- 1:47:35Speaker 3: in nineteen seventy five. And again, this is HCA final report,
- 1:47:40Speaker 3: so we're talking what nineteen seventy nine. Between sixty three
- 1:47:44Speaker 3: and seventy five, the existence of the note and its
- 1:47:47Speaker 3: destruction were kept secret by the Dallas FBI office. In
- 1:47:51Speaker 3: his committee testimony, Hosty stated that the note, according to
- 1:47:57Speaker 3: his memory, did not contain Oswalt's name, and that he
- 1:48:01Speaker 3: first determined that the note might have been from Oswalt
- 1:48:05Speaker 3: on the day of the assassination of President Kennedy. Hosty
- 1:48:12Speaker 3: explained that soon after Oswalt's arrest, he was instructed to
- 1:48:16Speaker 3: sit in on the interrogation at the DPD, and that
- 1:48:22Speaker 3: when he identified him identified himself to Oswalt, Oswalt became
- 1:48:26Speaker 3: upset and stated that Hosty had been bothering his wife,
- 1:48:30Speaker 3: Marina Hosts. He suggested that Special Agent in Charge Shanklind
- 1:48:34Speaker 3: was told by another FBI agent about Oswalt's reaction to
- 1:48:40Speaker 3: host he probably made the same connection between Oswalt and
- 1:48:45Speaker 3: the anominous note. Hosty advised that he was surprised that
- 1:48:49Speaker 3: Shanklin wanted him to destroy the note because the note's
- 1:48:52Speaker 3: contents were not particularly significant. And that gets me back
- 1:48:58Speaker 3: to kind of where we started. You are Oswalt, you
- 1:49:05Speaker 3: are maybe an FBI informant, maybe not, I don't know,
- 1:49:10Speaker 3: and you have FBI people coming to talk to your wife.
- 1:49:15Speaker 3: You're gonna go to the office and say, hey, leave
- 1:49:18Speaker 3: her the hell alone. You're not gonna say, hey, I'm
- 1:49:21Speaker 3: gonna blow up the FBI office, because that's like immediate arrest, right,
- 1:49:27Speaker 3: HOSTI recalled that the note was complaining in tone, but
- 1:49:30Speaker 3: that it contained no threats. It did not suggest that
- 1:49:33Speaker 3: Oswalt was prone to violence. Hossey stated that he destroyed
- 1:49:37Speaker 3: the note because Shanklin is superior, ordered him to do so.
- 1:49:41Speaker 3: When asked what motivation Oswalt might have had for writing
- 1:49:44Speaker 3: a note, Hosty suggested that Oswalt might have wanted to
- 1:49:47Speaker 3: prevent Hosty from contacting his wife because he was afraid
- 1:49:51Speaker 3: that she would tell Hosty about Oswalt's trip to Mexico.
- 1:49:55Speaker 3: I'm not sure I agree with that, or his attempt
- 1:49:57Speaker 3: to shoot General Edward Walker in the spring of sixty three,
- 1:50:02Speaker 3: so that is interesting. The committee regarded the incident of
- 1:50:09Speaker 3: the note as a serious impeachment of Shanklin's and hosties credibility,
- 1:50:14Speaker 3: and noted, however, that the note, if it contained threats
- 1:50:18Speaker 3: in response to the FBI contacts with Oswald's wife, would
- 1:50:21Speaker 3: have been evidence tending to negate an informant relationship. The
- 1:50:30Speaker 3: committee noted further that speculative nature of its findings about
- 1:50:35Speaker 3: the note incident. Because of the note had been destroyed,
- 1:50:38Speaker 3: it was not possible to establish with confidence what its
- 1:50:42Speaker 3: contents were. Of course, you know they're kind of taking
- 1:50:45Speaker 3: the middle ground here. In summary, although there have been
- 1:50:49Speaker 3: many allegations of an Oswald FBI informant relationship, there was
- 1:50:53Speaker 3: no credible evidence that Oswalt was ever an informant for
- 1:50:57Speaker 3: the bureau. So again, that's just kind of the HC taking.
- 1:51:01Speaker 5: Despite former fbis and William Walter saying there was, and
- 1:51:06Speaker 5: a former FBI in formant saying there.
- 1:51:08Speaker 3: Was, right and and we watched and listened to all
- 1:51:14Speaker 3: three of them speak, And who do you believe.
- 1:51:20Speaker 5: Most the doctor Bruce.
- 1:51:23Speaker 3: Not to Bruise, U, not Shanklin, h Penya, and Walter
- 1:51:30Speaker 3: were by far the most credible ah and the secretary
- 1:51:36Speaker 3: was obviously lying too, I mean in even even her
- 1:51:44Speaker 3: account doesn't even line up with Shanklin's version of events.
- 1:51:48Speaker 3: So very weird things going on here. So was Hosty
- 1:51:58Speaker 3: just doing his job, following orders, doing his periodic checks
- 1:52:03Speaker 3: on Oswalt or Marina right, probably Maria Moore? And was
- 1:52:10Speaker 3: he the scapegoat like you talked about during the book review.
- 1:52:16Speaker 5: They definitely threw Hosty under the bus after Oswald is
- 1:52:19Speaker 5: killed for sure, because there were allegations that well, the
- 1:52:26Speaker 5: FBI should have known about Oswalt and They're like, well,
- 1:52:29Speaker 5: we had an agent assigned to him. You know, it's
- 1:52:31Speaker 5: not our fault. He didn't do his fucking job. You know, this,
- 1:52:34Speaker 5: that and the other. Hence the reason they sent him
- 1:52:38Speaker 5: to finish out his days and years in the Kansas
- 1:52:42Speaker 5: City Field Office. Yeah.
- 1:52:47Speaker 3: Yeah, James makes a good point here. Even if Oswalt
- 1:52:51Speaker 3: was an informant in New Orleans, I think he means
- 1:52:54Speaker 3: by the FBI doesn't necessarily mean that Hosty would know
- 1:52:57Speaker 3: about it. Yeah, that's that's true, very true, very true.
- 1:53:02Speaker 3: Good point, James.
- 1:53:03Speaker 5: Uh to Bruce and then uh, you know, back back
- 1:53:09Speaker 5: in downas he'd never met host Hosty.
- 1:53:13Speaker 3: Right, and uh you know, of course they bring in
- 1:53:18Speaker 3: de Bruce. Although I can't say it that way. I
- 1:53:22Speaker 3: hate it. Uh, this is what trace comes. I'm I'm
- 1:53:26Speaker 3: still calling him debris. I ain't hiding him from nobody.
- 1:53:32Speaker 3: I'm gonna call him debris still. So, but that's just
- 1:53:38Speaker 3: on par with me mispronunciating everything.
- 1:53:42Speaker 1: Uh.
- 1:53:43Speaker 3: But yeah, man, it's uh, it's some weird ship. And
- 1:53:48Speaker 3: I want to do one more video. It's only three
- 1:53:52Speaker 3: minutes and it is of host Yuh fucking find it
- 1:54:02Speaker 3: and so hosting talking about his book and the note.
- 1:54:10Speaker 3: God damn it liked videos. Okay, here we go, here
- 1:54:25Speaker 3: we go, here we go. Almost let me share the
- 1:54:29Speaker 3: screen and make sure I double share it, because that's
- 1:54:32Speaker 3: what we have to do these days.
- 1:54:41Speaker 24: Yes, sir, you mentioned in the book on page ninety six.
- 1:54:45Speaker 24: I believe it is that you felt frustrated in the
- 1:54:48Speaker 24: early stages of the investigation because you felt as if
- 1:54:52Speaker 24: everything you were doing was being scrutinized and nitpicked, even
- 1:54:55Speaker 24: though you had been acting by the book.
- 1:54:57Speaker 8: I believe is how to run it.
- 1:54:59Speaker 24: Maybe I'm miss something, but it doesn't seem quite by
- 1:55:02Speaker 24: the book. To tear up a note from the assassin
- 1:55:05Speaker 24: and flush it down the toilet.
- 1:55:06Speaker 3: That's true.
- 1:55:07Speaker 8: However I was told to do that.
- 1:55:11Speaker 10: I was following orders, that's true. But the people who
- 1:55:16Speaker 10: were net picking me were the ones who ordered.
- 1:55:18Speaker 5: Ordered me to do it.
- 1:55:19Speaker 10: So I don't feel that that they should have been
- 1:55:23Speaker 10: second guessing me on that point.
- 1:55:26Speaker 24: Didn't Didn't you wonder that maybe.
- 1:55:28Speaker 3: The people that were nick picking me were ordered me
- 1:55:32Speaker 3: to do it. Shanklin or by extension, Jaegahova.
- 1:55:42Speaker 5: Or the other skunder him, Well, he's he shouldn't do that,
- 1:55:47Speaker 5: and ordered him to do it.
- 1:55:49Speaker 3: Yes, yes, but I mean maybe Shanklin was ordered, was
- 1:55:51Speaker 3: what I was trying to say.
- 1:55:53Speaker 5: Uh, maybe they were ordering you to commit a crime.
- 1:55:56Speaker 4: Basically, well, as it turned out, it wasn't a crime.
- 1:56:00Speaker 10: As I point out in the book there. It turns
- 1:56:02Speaker 10: out that since Oswald was dead and there could be
- 1:56:06Speaker 10: no trial, and since it had never been entered into
- 1:56:09Speaker 10: the record, and of course I wish I wouldn't have
- 1:56:12Speaker 10: done it. I'll tell you that right now, because all
- 1:56:15Speaker 10: of this conjecture about all the false reasons as to
- 1:56:19Speaker 10: why it was done. It was definitely not anything more
- 1:56:25Speaker 10: than just a complaint about me interviewing his wife. But
- 1:56:30Speaker 10: you'd have to understand Jaedgar Huber, he had a hallacious temper.
- 1:56:36Speaker 10: Now I can explain this to anybody who's ever in
- 1:56:39Speaker 10: the FBI, and he understand. Immediately they said the old
- 1:56:42Speaker 10: man would have blown up, and in order to keep
- 1:56:44Speaker 10: him from blown up, they just decided we just won't
- 1:56:48Speaker 10: tell him. He was sort of like the Emperor, and
- 1:56:51Speaker 10: the Emperor's close, you know, they would not tell they
- 1:56:54Speaker 10: tell him what he wanted to hear, and keep bad
- 1:56:57Speaker 10: things from him. At the time, the note was just
- 1:57:00Speaker 10: Delroy Johnson was saying there was gonna be no hearings.
- 1:57:02Speaker 10: We're not going to see he was worried to death
- 1:57:04Speaker 10: about World War three.
- 1:57:06Speaker 8: Soon.
- 1:57:06Speaker 10: We're not gonna have any hearings.
- 1:57:07Speaker 5: Just report back to me.
- 1:57:08Speaker 10: And this was, in other words, the word was out
- 1:57:11Speaker 10: there was going.
- 1:57:12Speaker 5: To be a cover up.
- 1:57:13Speaker 10: So I guess the FBI officials and NCIA and anybody
- 1:57:18Speaker 10: else figured, well, we'll have our little secondary cover ups.
- 1:57:23Speaker 10: The primary cover up was the was what happened in
- 1:57:27Speaker 10: Mexico City. And then the CIA covered up the fact
- 1:57:31Speaker 10: that they were dealing with one of Castro's cabinet officers
- 1:57:35Speaker 10: to try to sassinate him. They covered that up, and
- 1:57:39Speaker 10: I guess then the FBI covered up. I don't know
- 1:57:41Speaker 10: what all the Secret Service and the State Department covered up,
- 1:57:44Speaker 10: but yeah, that's true. I shouldn't have done it, I admitted,
- 1:57:49Speaker 10: and I wished I hadn't, But you've got to remember
- 1:57:52Speaker 10: we were all in a state of shock. I think
- 1:57:54Speaker 10: I was in more shock over Oswald being killed Ruby
- 1:58:01Speaker 10: and I was by Kennedy being killed. I haven't air
- 1:58:04Speaker 10: that we had received information.
- 1:58:10Speaker 5: Like Mark Lane where she's trying. How was that.
- 1:58:22Speaker 3: It just stopped? I heard myself, Yeah, it might have
- 1:58:27Speaker 3: just like gone onto the next video. But uh, interesting,
- 1:58:33Speaker 3: you know, because we always talk about in our agency conflict.
- 1:58:36Speaker 3: We know, host he was not happy with not given
- 1:58:44Speaker 3: specific details on the Mexico City thing by the CIA.
- 1:58:49Speaker 3: Of course they wouldn't have done that.
- 1:58:52Speaker 5: Right, Yeah, I mean it didn't really. I mean, they
- 1:58:57Speaker 5: could have told him because it kind of pertained to him.
- 1:59:01Speaker 5: But again, at that time Oswald was not on the
- 1:59:04Speaker 5: Security Index. He had been taken off of it, right,
- 1:59:09Speaker 5: And what happened in Mexico City didn't happen on American soil,
- 1:59:12Speaker 5: which is of course the FBI's territory, not the CIA's.
- 1:59:17Speaker 5: The CIA, you know, works is supposed to work outside
- 1:59:21Speaker 5: of the boundaries of the United States, which includes Mexico City. Now,
- 1:59:25Speaker 5: the FBI does have legal appitet, the FBI does have
- 1:59:28Speaker 5: legal attaches in various overseas cities, you.
- 1:59:34Speaker 9: Know, to.
- 1:59:36Speaker 5: Do work, and they probably should have mentioned it had
- 1:59:42Speaker 5: it occurred the way they say it occurred. But of
- 1:59:46Speaker 5: course there's problems with all this, Joe.
- 1:59:48Speaker 3: Yeah, and I just went back to the Oswalt hosty
- 1:59:52Speaker 3: timeline I put up in the front in the beginning
- 1:59:55Speaker 3: of the episode and on ten twenty five sixty three.
- 1:59:57Speaker 3: It says this is a Mary Feral Oswalt in New
- 2:00:01Speaker 3: Orleans timeline. Hosty receives communication on October twenty fifth, sixty
- 2:00:07Speaker 3: three from New Orleans FBI advising him Oswalt had visited
- 2:00:11Speaker 3: Soviet embassy in Mexico City. So did he get it?
- 2:00:15Speaker 3: Did he? Is he doing a little cya? Is there
- 2:00:21Speaker 3: a little bit of everything going on? Cya internal beef
- 2:00:28Speaker 3: with Shanklin?
- 2:00:30Speaker 5: And of course this is almost a month later after
- 2:00:34Speaker 5: Oswald supposedly went to Mexico City. But this is also
- 2:00:39Speaker 5: the time of the Milton Cock Report, which is the
- 2:00:42Speaker 5: name I love to say that came out that basically,
- 2:00:47Speaker 5: probably host he got sent from the New Orleans office.
- 2:00:51Speaker 5: It was basically the New Orleans way of wrapping up
- 2:00:53Speaker 5: their investigation into Oswald, and they passed it along to
- 2:00:58Speaker 5: Dallas and that's probably when got it. Yeah.
- 2:01:03Speaker 3: Yeah, And it's so hard because it's like who do
- 2:01:05Speaker 3: who you? Who are you gonna believe? Are you gonna
- 2:01:07Speaker 3: believe Shanklin? Are you gonna believe in FBI secretary? Are
- 2:01:11Speaker 3: you going to believe Hosty?
- 2:01:13Speaker 8: Uh?
- 2:01:15Speaker 3: You know what I mean? Like, I don't know, they're
- 2:01:20Speaker 3: all they all have their own agendas who who knows
- 2:01:24Speaker 3: what type of internal beef went down between Shanklin and Oasty,
- 2:01:29Speaker 3: and I can gauge that there's some of it going down.
- 2:01:33Speaker 3: I don't know what it was, but it was something.
- 2:01:37Speaker 5: And who to believe?
- 2:01:40Speaker 3: I don't know. There's just a lot of fuckery going
- 2:01:43Speaker 3: on here, and UH, as always, we kind of leave
- 2:01:48Speaker 3: it to our educated audience to uh to figure it
- 2:01:55Speaker 3: out and contemplate.
- 2:01:59Speaker 5: Well, I got one more thing for you to contemplate
- 2:02:02Speaker 5: before we go, Joe, this sounds good. And this is
- 2:02:04Speaker 5: an internal FBI document concerning how they're going to address
- 2:02:10Speaker 5: different allegations skewed at them. Okay, this allegation is this
- 2:02:21Speaker 5: A theory has been presented that by the end of
- 2:02:24Speaker 5: the Eisenhower administration that the lower echelons of anti Castro
- 2:02:30Speaker 5: forces established training camps throughout the Southeast. The groups were
- 2:02:35Speaker 5: trained by expertise to soldiers as well as CIA contract agents. Initially,
- 2:02:42Speaker 5: the plan was to take over Cuba through the Bay
- 2:02:44Speaker 5: of Pigs operation. However, they failed to receive air support,
- 2:02:49Speaker 5: causing this attempt to fail. The group began to distrust
- 2:02:53Speaker 5: the Kennedys, and the feeling spread through the camps. Another
- 2:02:57Speaker 5: plan to tact Cuba was halted when the President requested
- 2:03:02Speaker 5: the Pontre train camp to be raided and shut down. Thus,
- 2:03:07Speaker 5: we have the allegation that the Kennedy administration made efforts
- 2:03:10Speaker 5: in nineteen sixty three to dismantle CIA funded anti Castro
- 2:03:16Speaker 5: training groups. On August seventh, the SSC staff interviewed Robert D. Morrow,
- 2:03:26Speaker 5: who maintains, now we've talked about Robert Morrow's book Betrayal
- 2:03:34Speaker 5: on this show before, who was a former CIA officer.
- 2:03:39Speaker 5: He maintains that he was under contract with the CIA
- 2:03:42Speaker 5: from sixty one to sixty three and headed the counterfeiting
- 2:03:46Speaker 5: operation for the agency's Cuban Underground. Morow was recruited by
- 2:03:53Speaker 5: Mario Coley, who was employed by the CIA as a consultant.
- 2:03:57Speaker 5: Coley was responsible for organizing the QBA underground. According Tomorrow,
- 2:04:02Speaker 5: Coley tried to inform at Attorney General Kennedy of missile
- 2:04:07Speaker 5: installations as early as nineteen sixty one. Coley also tried
- 2:04:12Speaker 5: to inform that there would be no underground report for
- 2:04:15Speaker 5: Cuban force invading the Bay of Pigs. Moro also maintains
- 2:04:20Speaker 5: Coli'S information about the missiles, since it would be a
- 2:04:22Speaker 5: source of humiliation to the administration. Furthermore, after the Missile crisis,
- 2:04:28Speaker 5: the administration made efforts to dismantle Coli'S operations. This alleged
- 2:04:33Speaker 5: effort initiated by the administration may possibly be related to
- 2:04:36Speaker 5: testimony to delivered to the SSC during that Senate Select
- 2:04:42Speaker 5: Committee during assassination hearings that by nineteen sixty three, the
- 2:04:45Speaker 5: CIA had lost control of the lower echelons of the
- 2:04:48Speaker 5: anti Castro forces. Moro maintains that a CIA funded training
- 2:04:54Speaker 5: camp for anti Castro forces on Lake poncher Train in
- 2:04:59Speaker 5: New Orleans was operated by and you might say, Rob,
- 2:05:04Speaker 5: get to the fucking point here, why I'm going to listen.
- 2:05:10Speaker 5: This anti Castro forces CIA funded training camp on Lake Pontchatrain,
- 2:05:16Speaker 5: Louisiana was operated by Frank Sturgis, Carlos Brignier, Clay Shaw,
- 2:05:24Speaker 5: David Ferry, and Jack Ruby. Allegedly, Ruby was shipping narcotics
- 2:05:29Speaker 5: from Lake Pontchatrain to Dallas. Moro maintained some of the
- 2:05:34Speaker 5: individuals involved in the Lake Poncha Train operation were involved
- 2:05:38Speaker 5: in a conspiracy to assassinate the president. Moro maintained the
- 2:05:42Speaker 5: Lake Pontchatrain camp was raided by the FBI, the Secret Service,
- 2:05:46Speaker 5: and local law enforcement officials per the order of the President.
- 2:05:50Speaker 5: On what day, August first, nineteen sixty three, allegedly, ammunition
- 2:05:56Speaker 5: was confiscated and eleven people were arrested as result of
- 2:06:00Speaker 5: the anti castor of Cubans sought to retaliate against the President,
- 2:06:04Speaker 5: thus bringing about his ultimate demise. Morow was arrested on
- 2:06:09Speaker 5: counterfeiting charges in Baltimore. Interestingly enough, since he was in
- 2:06:16Speaker 5: charge of.
- 2:06:18Speaker 1: What was it.
- 2:06:21Speaker 5: He headed the counterfeiting operation for the agency's Cuban underground organization.
- 2:06:25Speaker 5: But he's arrested on counterfeiting charges in Baltimore on October first,
- 2:06:32Speaker 5: nineteen sixty.
- 2:06:33Speaker 3: Three, he pissed someone off.
- 2:06:36Speaker 5: Morow, in the process of procuring Coley's diary, had already
- 2:06:40Speaker 5: acquired Coli'S secret papers on the organization of the Cuban
- 2:06:44Speaker 5: Underground Recommendations number one interview Morow in greater detail about
- 2:06:50Speaker 5: the Cuban underground operations. Number two procure Coli'S papers, memoranda,
- 2:06:56Speaker 5: and diary from Morow determined if individuals alleged to be
- 2:06:59Speaker 5: in a conspiracy wonder contract with the agency. Three examined
- 2:07:04Speaker 5: materials at the Kennedy Library relating to Collie's meetings with
- 2:07:07Speaker 5: the Attorney General. Number four examined materials at the Kennedy
- 2:07:11Speaker 5: Library relating to the August first raid on Lake Pontre Train.
- 2:07:15Speaker 5: Number five examine FBI reports on surveillance of anti Castro groups,
- 2:07:19Speaker 5: also available at the Kennedy Library. So very interesting, very
- 2:07:29Speaker 5: very interesting. This is just coming from Morrow. Who knows
- 2:07:35Speaker 5: how true it is, but it's an interesting theory. Nonetheless,
- 2:07:42Speaker 5: at some point you have to be able to connect
- 2:07:45Speaker 5: the players to the game. Right now, there's a lot
- 2:07:54Speaker 5: of there's always a little kernel of truth in the
- 2:07:58Speaker 5: lies ways now, you know, you know, we know that
- 2:08:04Speaker 5: there they were training anti castri of forces at Lake
- 2:08:07Speaker 5: Pontra training. I mean, that's pretty much established, and we
- 2:08:11Speaker 5: know that that Robert Kennedy was involved in shutting it down,
- 2:08:15Speaker 5: right mm hmm. Now, I don't know about the exact
- 2:08:18Speaker 5: specific people he mentioned here, like Frank Sturgis and Klay
- 2:08:22Speaker 5: Shaw and Jack Ruby being involved in the uncture training training,
- 2:08:27Speaker 5: but I can certainly certainly believe that Carlos Brignier, uh
- 2:08:35Speaker 5: that uh, David Ferry were or Shaw or Shaw was funding, right,
- 2:08:43Speaker 5: I could see that, right, and possibly even Oswald. You know,
- 2:08:50Speaker 5: if Ferry and Oswald were tight by extension, you know,
- 2:08:58Speaker 5: because who did our Nesto Rodriguez send Oswald to to
- 2:09:04Speaker 5: help with the cause earlier?
- 2:09:10Speaker 3: Carlos Yeah, who, by the way, is still alive.
- 2:09:15Speaker 8: I think.
- 2:09:17Speaker 5: Maybe, I think so maybe. But anyway, folks, that is
- 2:09:25Speaker 5: the show.
- 2:09:27Speaker 3: Yeah, a couple of comments before we go, h op
- 2:09:31Speaker 3: to economist. I guess came in a little late, said,
- 2:09:35Speaker 3: I thought host he got in trouble for telling DPDS
- 2:09:38Speaker 3: revel Revel that he knew Oswalt was capable of killing Kennedy. Yes,
- 2:09:45Speaker 3: that that's a whole other drama.
- 2:09:48Speaker 5: Yeah, we touched on that a little bit Wednesday, just briefly,
- 2:09:54Speaker 5: but uh, you know, he claims that he never told
- 2:09:58Speaker 5: Revel that, so it's a he said, he said kind
- 2:10:01Speaker 5: of thing. Who knows?
- 2:10:03Speaker 3: Who knows you? Yeah, and someone said I think it
- 2:10:12Speaker 3: was uh, I think it was Trey before but he
- 2:10:24Speaker 3: said he you did a great padro from a Napoleon
- 2:10:29Speaker 3: dynamite with your accent.
- 2:10:32Speaker 5: That's what's my artest opinion.
- 2:10:35Speaker 3: Yes, well, thank you and thank everyone for for joining
- 2:10:42Speaker 3: us on this Friday. Yeah, I mean I I I
- 2:10:46Speaker 3: really don't know what to make of it. Uh, to
- 2:10:49Speaker 3: be honest. Like usual, we kind of.
- 2:10:50Speaker 5: Throw our hands up for thought, folks.
- 2:10:53Speaker 3: Yeah, but my my opinions on hosty how have changed
- 2:11:01Speaker 3: a little. And maybe he wasn't you know, the worst person,
- 2:11:09Speaker 3: you know what I mean, I don't know how to
- 2:11:12Speaker 3: phrase it.
- 2:11:13Speaker 5: Look, he wasn't. He was just an FBI agent in
- 2:11:16Speaker 5: the Dallas office. He wasn't any swinging dick, you know
- 2:11:21Speaker 5: he got oh shit.
- 2:11:23Speaker 3: Oh Snader, thank you, thank you so much.
- 2:11:32Speaker 5: Much oblige.
- 2:11:33Speaker 3: We appreciate that was James. Sorry, I don't want to
- 2:11:38Speaker 3: miss the reference with the Napoleon dynamite reference. Thank you, James,
- 2:11:43Speaker 3: and thank you Paula. Yeah, we always have a great
- 2:11:46Speaker 3: time hanging out with you guys on Friday Night. We

- 2:11:56Speaker 5: That is super chats and the membership ups ten of
- 2:12:01Speaker 5: them tonight. That's awesome.
- 2:12:03Speaker 3: Wow, thank you James.
- 2:12:05Speaker 5: That that's a.
- 2:12:08Speaker 3: That's a nice comment.
- 2:12:10Speaker 5: Since we got so many new members. Joe, you know
- 2:12:12Speaker 5: what we should do. I'm feeling in the Christmas season mood.
- 2:12:16Speaker 3: Oh give it to me.
- 2:12:19Speaker 5: So how about we do this next Wednesday and the
- 2:12:24Speaker 5: Wednesday after that we make that show available for all members.
- 2:12:29Speaker 3: Spooks included, Spooks included, including the ten new spooks.
- 2:12:35Speaker 5: Yeah that we got that.

- 2:12:43Speaker 5: except for the last Wednesday of every month. We're gonna
- 2:12:46Speaker 5: do it for the last two Wednesdays of December as
- 2:12:49Speaker 5: a Christmas present. Fact to you guys for enjoying the
- 2:12:53Speaker 5: show and hopefully you know the new the new members. Yeah,
- 2:12:57Speaker 5: got a little taste of membership this evening. You can
- 2:13:01Speaker 5: see what we do here on Wednesday night. We don't
- 2:13:03Speaker 5: phone it in. We do real shit, and we can
- 2:13:07Speaker 5: do all kinds of stuff we can't do here.
- 2:13:09Speaker 3: Yeah, things we can't say on the inner webs or
- 2:13:13Speaker 3: don't want to be clipped saying. But yeah, definitely, that's
- 2:13:19Speaker 3: a great idea. And I just realized the last Wednesday
- 2:13:22Speaker 3: of the month is New Year's Eve, so I'll have
- 2:13:25Speaker 3: to figure that one out.
- 2:13:28Speaker 5: But what do we have? Oh, there's three more Wednesdays
- 2:13:35Speaker 5: in the month.
- 2:13:37Speaker 3: Yeah, there's a seventeenth, of twenty fourth and the thirty first.
- 2:13:43Speaker 1: Damn.
- 2:13:44Speaker 3: Yeah, Okay, well we'll figure it out, yes, at least
- 2:13:48Speaker 3: the next two.
- 2:13:50Speaker 5: Yeah, we'll do the next two. Yeah, not many people
- 2:13:53Speaker 5: be watching the New Year's Eve. I'm guessing yeah, well
- 2:13:56Speaker 5: we might not even be live.
- 2:13:57Speaker 1: Who knows.
- 2:13:57Speaker 3: I want to maybe will take that that Wednesday.
- 2:14:02Speaker 5: It's just another day for me.
- 2:14:04Speaker 3: M yeah, I will get shipped.
- 2:14:08Speaker 5: If I may have plans.
- 2:14:09Speaker 3: We might have to prevint plans. But I'll get yelled
- 2:14:14Speaker 3: at if I say, hey, I have to do the show.
- 2:14:16Speaker 5: I know you beat you.
- 2:14:20Speaker 3: Person, I'll get beat it down worse than James Hosty
- 2:14:26Speaker 3: did by Shanklin and Jaegahova.
- 2:14:33Speaker 5: All right, folks, that's the show again. We thank everybody
- 2:14:36Speaker 5: for hanging with us tonight. Dino, get your fat ass
- 2:14:39Speaker 5: in here, sir.
- 2:14:41Speaker 3: Yeah, let me talk for the record.
- 2:14:45Speaker 5: Come to Bourbon Street and get the damn dog Joe.
- 2:15:11Speaker 22: The greatest life, the name of truth, The greatest crimes
- 2:15:15Speaker 22: are committed in the name of the quotation is Jim Garrison's.
- 2:15:19Speaker 4: It couldn't be for him or against him in the street.
- 2:15:22Speaker 1: You hear me?
- 2:15:25Speaker 9: Now?
- 2:15:25Speaker 15: I do.
- 2:15:38Speaker 5: Get on the book review me soon and again next Wednesday.
- 2:15:42Speaker 5: Until then, folks, we are out peace.
- 2:15:48Speaker 3: Have a good weekend everyone. Thank you again.
