Transcript
- 0:00Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues, discerning current events,
- 0:10defending biblical Christianity, no topic, off limits.
- 0:16And now, here's your host, David Firazzo.
- 0:19Hey friends, family and Christ, thank you so much for tuning in.
- 0:23Our friend Brian Thomas is back with us, discerning the times on YouTube, his main website,
- 0:29BlessingsToIsrael.com, BlessingsToIsrael.com, if you scroll down to the bottom, there's
- 0:35all the social media, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and many, many others that you can connect
- 0:42with Brian and his wife, Danita.
- 0:44But I do want to get his take on some articles that we've been talking about.
- 0:50It's very interesting what's coming out, and we're trying to make sense of some of
- 0:54the apparent contradictions.
- 0:56But there's a one survey that says there's a rising number of Christians who are not sharing
- 1:01their faith.
- 1:02That's not a good direction, right?
- 1:04And also, there's one over, Harbinger's, ashamed of the gospel, troubling studies,
- 1:11highlight vast trend of American Christians hiding their faith from public life, some not
- 1:16even admitting their Christian, it's just really weird stuff.
- 1:21It shouldn't be happening.
- 1:22But Brian, good to see you, brother, thanks for your time today.
- 1:26Thanks for having me, David.
- 1:27It's always a great day when I can be on with you on where we met us, so just to be here.
- 1:31Great to connect with you.
- 1:32You're in North Carolina, right?
- 1:34That's right.
- 1:35That's right.
- 1:36Central North Carolina.
- 1:37Awesome.
- 1:38So what's been happening with your ministry since we last talked, anything, any new things,
- 1:42any interesting shows, topics, what's going on with you in DeNita?
- 1:46Yeah, well, we've been still got the podcast going.
- 1:50That's our central thing, and we've been really focusing here lately on teachings from
- 1:54the book of Revelation, my favorite in all of the Bible.
- 1:58I know it's a book that a lot of people steer clear of, but we like to focus on it.
- 2:02And, you know, David, these times that we're in, I mean, we're, I think it's upon us as
- 2:06far as the threshold, you know, we don't make predictions as far as the coming of Christ
- 2:11or when the tribulation will start and, you know, we truly believe that as the church,
- 2:15we are taking out before the tribulation begins.
- 2:18But I just like to share revelation with people to get them to understand that these
- 2:24things are upon us.
- 2:25It's not way out there in the future somewhere.
- 2:27So teaching on revelation, I have some appearances coming up soon on other podcasts.
- 2:32So we're just staying with it and sharing the word of God in these last days that we're
- 2:36living in.
- 2:37Awesome.
- 2:38I give you guys a lot of credit for tackling revelation.
- 2:42I am always fascinated by revelation two and three, the letters to the early church in
- 2:47Asia Minor, there are those seven churches.
- 2:49And I see a lot of parallels, interestingly enough, to some of the warnings as far as
- 2:54America is concerned, now America isn't in the Bible, of course, but some of the warnings
- 2:59either about leaving your first love or being lukewarm or so many others.
- 3:05But Brian, I wanted to touch on just a couple of things and get your response to it.
- 3:08I love your view on some of these issues.
- 3:11And one of them is very interesting over at the Washington stand.
- 3:15It says being June, which formerly was known as Pride Month, now where it's marriage
- 3:20fidelity or fidelity month or natural family month, let's call it some different things.
- 3:27It's rebranded.
- 3:28It says Republican support for same sex marriage collapses, falling almost 20% since 2022.
- 3:37And this is brand new.
- 3:38It says according to the latest Gallup poll, just released only 37% of Republicans now say
- 3:45same sex marriage should be legal.
- 3:47Now that's an interesting shift.
- 3:49It's an 18 point drop since 2022 when it was 55% more than half.
- 3:56But this is interesting.
- 3:57Now the political divide Democrats still strongly back the redefinition of marriage at 87%.
- 4:08And I think independence, Republicans, conservatives are going, moving away from the Obergefell decision
- 4:15in 2015 that struck down gay marriage bands across the country, Brian, your thoughts.
- 4:21Yeah, that is an interesting report, David.
- 4:25I am one of those.
- 4:26I hear people often say those in the church that we are upon a great revival.
- 4:31I'm one of those that as much as I would love for that to happen, I don't see it in
- 4:36scripture other than if you want to say the great harvest that will come in during the
- 4:41seven year tribulation.
- 4:42But as far as prior to the rapture of the church, I do not see a great revival.
- 4:46But what I do see, there are movements of people who are seeking truth.
- 4:51And I'm really encouraged by the young generation, you know, those in these thirties, they are
- 4:57really craving now truth.
- 4:58That's what they're looking for.
- 5:00Even as they seek out church homes, I'm hearing more and more, especially among men.
- 5:05And that's really interesting.
- 5:07And I'm very encouraged though to see that there are those who are saying, well, God's
- 5:11word defines marriage.
- 5:14We cannot change it.
- 5:15We cannot redefine it.
- 5:17And really it's just a matter of David coming back to what's really just reality and
- 5:21what's common sense.
- 5:22We see it also happen even with the transgender movement.
- 5:25I see their places in the world where people are saying, no, this is not, this is just
- 5:30not logical.
- 5:31And so I am encouraged to see that happening as much as I would like to see a great revival.
- 5:37I don't see that taking place.
- 5:38But again, it is very encouraging to see that that percentage of the Republican party
- 5:44saying, no, we're not going to go along with that.
- 5:46That goes against God's word.
- 5:48Yes.
- 5:49And as Bible believing Christians, we better stand on the word of God's side on all these
- 5:55issues, friends.
- 5:57You mentioned transgenderism.
- 5:59And we've had not a turnaround, but there is a shift back to truth and I mean, science,
- 6:08DNA, but how God created them, male and female, God, marriage, family, gender, civil society.
- 6:17But what's interesting is along with that shift with people, maybe more quote, detransitioners,
- 6:23because you can't transition under God's, you know, sovereignty, you can't transition
- 6:28in the first place.
- 6:29You cannot become a male if you're a female.
- 6:32You cannot become a female if you're a male.
- 6:35So let's just that being aside, we're used to hearing transition, but there's a lot,
- 6:41which detransitioners are not getting the headlines.
- 6:44But that's very interesting, because so the media won't promote that side of things,
- 6:48even though it's true, and people are moving away from, you know, some of these things.
- 6:54So let's shift to this article over at Harbinger's Daily.
- 6:56Now, this was also in Decision Magazine about being ashamed of the gospel.
- 7:02Brian, isn't there a Bible verse?
- 7:04I'm unashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
- 7:08Paul wrote, and I believe in Romans, but it says, troubling studies highlight vast
- 7:14trend of American Christians hiding their faith from public life.
- 7:20So this may be a shout out to the second biggest lion America, which is the separation
- 7:28of church and state, which has done a lot of damage.
- 7:31That lie over the many decades has done a lot of damage to our culture, to our country,
- 7:37but in the church with Christians thinking, eh, that's quote, political.
- 7:43And our faith is not political, right?
- 7:45So let's get into what this says.
- 7:47It's a new study, and it found that American Protestant Christians are increasingly
- 7:53less likely to talk about their faith with non-Christians and hesitant to discuss spiritual
- 8:02beliefs, even with fellow Christians, I'm thinking that must be in public, because that
- 8:06church, why would you be hesitant?
- 8:08And here's what the survey says, we found that one in six church goers in the US agree
- 8:16that they are reluctant to tell non-Christians in their life, that they are Christian.
- 8:23Friend, are you embarrassed of Jesus Christ's sacrifice for you?
- 8:28If you are truly saved and eternally secured, and are you embarrassed to, are you ashamed
- 8:35of Jesus, but Brian, your thoughts on that, because I'm, this is a little disturbing,
- 8:40to be honest.
- 8:41Yeah, that is disturbing.
- 8:43And you know, you quoted from Romans, yeah, that we are not to be ashamed of the gospel.
- 8:48And I think David about how, when we think as you touched on Christ, what he did for us,
- 8:53dying for us, if it were not for his sacrifice, we would be eternally damned.
- 8:59How could you not want to, to share that?
- 9:02And I warned people in the book of Mark, chapter eight, verse 38, you know, I lowered
- 9:06said, if you are ashamed of him, then he will also be ashamed of you before the father
- 9:13upon his coming.
- 9:15So, you know, if people can debate as far as whether that's talking about an unsaved person
- 9:19versus a saved person, but I think there's a warning that is in there that even for
- 9:24to save, well, you could lose rewards.
- 9:27Why would you not want to share with the world, the one who came and died for us?
- 9:33And David, you know, I think that the things that you love the most just naturally flow
- 9:37from your heart.
- 9:38Yes.
- 9:39You don't have to talk about their, their favorite sports team, their favorite television
- 9:45show.
- 9:46Come on.
- 9:47Their spouse, things that you love are going to flow from your heart.
- 9:51And I also believe that those who have been saved from many things, meaning those who
- 9:57have been out there in the world who have been in great sin, they're going to be the ones
- 10:01that are most grateful.
- 10:02They are going to be the ones in which that will flow from.
- 10:05And to be honest with you, even for those who have not, let's say you haven't lived
- 10:09a, a lifestyle in which you were just all out there in the world, but the Bible says
- 10:14all have seen and fallen short.
- 10:16And so regardless, all of us will be lost without Jesus Christ.
- 10:20And so I truly believe that when you really reflect on what he saved you from, what he
- 10:25saved us from, you're going to share that.
- 10:28It's going to naturally flow from your heart.
- 10:30But I do think you should question David, you know, where are you with Jesus Christ?
- 10:35Are you truly saved?
- 10:37If you are, I do try to be a little bit understanding.
- 10:39I understand that this whole thing of sanctification, it is a process.
- 10:44The apostles spoke about those who are new in Christ, their babes who are on milk, but
- 10:49he said, there comes a point where you got to put the milk away and you have to start
- 10:52eating meat.
- 10:54And so, you know, we saw where Peter, he did not Christ out of fear, but the Bible says
- 10:59the spirit of fear is not of God.
- 11:01But we saw that Peter later got that boldness by the Holy Spirit to stand for Christ regardless
- 11:08of the outcome.
- 11:09So I just want to encourage Christians, do not be ashamed and share it, share it, let
- 11:13that love of the Lord flow.
- 11:15If you don't have that in you then pray and seek him as you touched on David's revelation,
- 11:20you said, return to your first love.
- 11:22That should be the message for all of us as Christians.
- 11:26Yes.
- 11:27I heard a lot of Bible verses in what you were saying.
- 11:29One of them is out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.
- 11:34Another, I'm just thinking of Acts chapter four when the apostles were warned not to
- 11:39teach in the name of Jesus.
- 11:41How did they respond?
- 11:42Not in fear.
- 11:43Not been given a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.
- 11:49If you are a saved friend, if you believe in Christ, if he is your salvation, your redeemer,
- 11:55your savior, then we've been given the Holy Spirit, not a spirit of fear.
- 12:00But anyway, they responded and said, whether it is right in the sight of God to give
- 12:06heed to you, rather than God, you be the judge.
- 12:09Verse 20, for we cannot stop speaking about what we have seen and heard.
- 12:17And after they said that, they were threatened again.
- 12:19The religious leaders threatened them again.
- 12:20The disciples left.
- 12:21But this is just something that I'm just disappointed rather than this conversation, but we
- 12:26have to because a lot of people maybe don't know how to talk about their faith and my encouragement
- 12:31would be get in the book.
- 12:34Read the Bible.
- 12:35This scripture in you and you'll understand, you'll discern, you'll understand what
- 12:38Jesus did for you, how precious a salvation we have.
- 12:42Brian, your thoughts again?
- 12:43Go ahead.
- 12:44Yeah.
- 12:45And I love David that you quoted there from the book of Acts also as they continued
- 12:49in that account.
- 12:50What we found from the apostles that when they went before the council, they were beaten.
- 12:56And they went away.
- 12:57The Bible says in Acts chapter 5 verse 40 and 41, they went away rejoicing.
- 13:02Having been counted worthy to suffer for Christ.
- 13:07And David, that should be something that should really touch the hearts of all of us today.
- 13:13I think that's an indictment on a lot today.
- 13:15Do you find yourself worthy?
- 13:18Do you find it joyous that you're being counted worthy to suffer for Christ?
- 13:23Or are you out of fear and shame you choose not to speak about him?
- 13:28You don't want to be identified with him.
- 13:30I think it's my prayer that the hearts of us all would be like those apostles.
- 13:34And again, we look at Peter, he denied Christ at first, but we see how he grew by way
- 13:39of the Holy Spirit.
- 13:40So I want to encourage you, if you have that fear, seek the Holy Spirit, ask him to give
- 13:45you that boldly willing to stand.
- 13:47And yeah, it's something to rejoice about because Jesus said, if you suffer in this life
- 13:52for his sake, great is your reward in heaven.
- 13:56Do people know you're a Christian?
- 13:58Serious question.
- 14:00To keep our something so precious, private, I don't believe is serving the Lord Jesus Christ
- 14:08fully.
- 14:09One of the things you mentioned in Acts chapter five, one of the things that got them
- 14:12in trouble is as they said, we must obey God rather than man.
- 14:15I mean, we need to have that same attitude.
- 14:19We must obey God rather than man.
- 14:21We got to take a very brief pause with Brian Thomas.
- 14:24You can go to blessings to israel.com or on YouTube, discerning the times.
- 14:30But I want to tell you about what's happening here in Wisconsin right now, Freedom Project
- 14:34Academy is enrolling students for the fall.
- 14:37And they've been doing this for 16 years.
- 14:40FPA has delivered a fully accredited classical online education.
- 14:45It's rooted firmly in Judeo Christian values for kids in pre K through high school.
- 14:51They offer live anytime and homeschool courses to fit your child's needs.
- 14:56Visit freedom, FOR school.com, save 10% by the way on tuition when you use the code David.
- 15:02Again, use the code David to save 10% on all courses at Freedom Project Academy.
- 15:09So the website again, freedom FOR school.com.
- 15:14So Brian Scott McConnell is the executive director of life way research.
- 15:19And here's how he responded before we jump to the next article.
- 15:22He said ideally a Christian true Christian would be talking about their relationship with
- 15:27Jesus Christ, their love for him and his impact on their lives.
- 15:34And he says large numbers have believers have room for growth in this important aspect
- 15:41of discipleship.
- 15:44And that's true.
- 15:46If we're you're not talking about God or your relationship with Jesus or how the word
- 15:51has helped you, we're not we're not being a blessing to others.
- 15:55Brian, your last thoughts and we'll jump to the next article.
- 15:57Yeah, you're right.
- 15:58We're not being a blessing to others.
- 16:00We are to share the king with the lost and dying world, the king Jesus Christ.
- 16:06And Jesus gave a commandment David in the book of Matthew chapter 28.
- 16:10He said, fulfilled the great commission.
- 16:13That great commission.
- 16:14It wasn't just for the apostles during that day, it is for all of us.
- 16:17He said go into the world making disciples, teaching them, telling them, baptizing them.
- 16:25And if you're being quiet about your faith, you cannot do that.
- 16:28So you're violating the command from the Lord in which he said go into all the world and
- 16:33share him with this lost and dying world.
- 16:36And one of the things that David, my young son, my teenage son and he is growing in the
- 16:41Lord and I am just so grateful to see their times I walk into his room.
- 16:45He's just sitting there on the bed reading his Bible and I just love to see how he is
- 16:49getting closer and closer to God.
- 16:52And one day he was asking me about how can he share Christ?
- 16:55What a ways that he can share Christ.
- 16:56And so giving him some ideas and one of the things I told him just right from our home,
- 17:01he can type up a letter to people sharing Jesus Christ.
- 17:07And he typed a beautiful letter, I was blown away by it, telling people how much they
- 17:12need Christ, how they need him and he's the only way to be saved.
- 17:15And I said, I will help you, we can go online and just find addresses and we can mail them
- 17:19out.
- 17:20And that's something that he started doing.
- 17:22So there are various ways, you know, I know some people, they are kind of shy or uncomfortable
- 17:27with maybe walking up to someone, a stranger.
- 17:30That'll come with time.
- 17:31And as you seek the Holy Spirit, but there are many ways in which you can share the gospel
- 17:36with others.
- 17:37And so I just want to encourage people, seek God, seek the Holy Spirit.
- 17:40He will guide you on how to share your faith.
- 17:42Amen.
- 17:43Amen.
- 17:44And you don't have to know everything.
- 17:45You don't have to know all the answers.
- 17:47Yes, we should be able to defend the faith, but you can always say, well, let me get back
- 17:52to you on that.
- 17:53There's nothing to be ashamed of when we don't know everything about Bible prophecy or
- 17:57about the Old Testament.
- 17:58There's so many things.
- 18:00So friends, share the importance of Jesus and salvation because otherwise, you know where
- 18:04people will end up, a lot of people have not heard the gospel.
- 18:09So onto the next one before run out of time, Brian, this is a survey over the Washington
- 18:13stand.
- 18:14Again, a rising number of Christians aren't sharing their faith with others.
- 18:20To me, it's a head scratcher, but now again, they start off this article, Brian, this
- 18:26is interesting.
- 18:28As the share of American Christians who identify as Christian, that's funny, it's because
- 18:35some, you know, who identify or not, but anyway, are this group remains stagnant, newly released
- 18:42survey data suggests that a contributing factor toward a lack of growth and believers
- 18:48may be due to Christians being increasingly hesitant to share their faith with others.
- 18:54There's a theme going here.
- 18:55So this is Pew Research.
- 18:58And from the last year, the Christian share of the U.S. population steadily declined.
- 19:05Now, check this out, friends, in 2007, those who identified as Christian, it was 78 percent
- 19:16of Americans.
- 19:17So almost 80 percent.
- 19:19In 2019, so about 20, I'm sorry, just 12 years later, it dropped to 63 percent.
- 19:28And then it continues now to go in that direction.
- 19:31So Brian, I'll just turn it over to you and just share, I'll let you share whatever's
- 19:36on your heart before I share some more numbers with the audience.
- 19:40Yeah.
- 19:41Well, something you touched on, David, that was my thought, exactly.
- 19:44Yeah, I am grateful that there is a high percentage of people, meaning more than 50 percent
- 19:50that identify as Christians.
- 19:53But I think the reality is a lot of these people are not true Christians, they're not
- 19:57truly born again.
- 19:59And I know some people out there hear that and they'll probably say, they scoff at it and
- 20:02they say, well, who are you to judge?
- 20:05And they'll quote the scripture of thou shalt not judge.
- 20:08And we don't have time to unpack it today, which that's not a accurate interpretation
- 20:13that a lot of people give and Christ went on to explain how to judge.
- 20:17So we are to judge, David.
- 20:18And the thing about it is, can we know whether someone is going to heaven or hell?
- 20:23We can't know that.
- 20:24But the Bible does say we are to examine and we can know by the fruits.
- 20:29And I know David in my life, many people that I have come in contact with, people who
- 20:34attended church on a regular basis.
- 20:36But when I looked at the fruit, I did not see Christian.
- 20:40And that is the thing, are we talking about perfection?
- 20:42No, of course not.
- 20:44I'm not perfect.
- 20:45None of us are perfect.
- 20:46There's only one perfect man there who walked this earth and that was Jesus Christ.
- 20:50But we should be looking for people who are striving to live the life in which God called
- 20:56us to live.
- 20:57So I think that is the reality that there are many who identify.
- 21:01They say, yeah, I'm a Christian, but the truth of the matter is, I think there are
- 21:04nominal.
- 21:05They're really Christian in name only.
- 21:07Yeah.
- 21:08That's a good point to make.
- 21:09And friends, I hope you're not offended by us saying that because there are people in
- 21:14many, many churches in America that are not saved.
- 21:18Truly, they're not saved.
- 21:20They might not be living for Christ all week long and yet they'll come to church thinking
- 21:24that's maybe their ticket to heaven.
- 21:26I don't know.
- 21:27There's some mixed up theology out there in doctrines.
- 21:30But most, this is interesting that this is, this, this, this, there, this mentions a
- 21:36Barnett survey from four years ago, goes along with this.
- 21:41It found that most Christians, 56% at the time, consider their spiritual lives to be private.
- 21:47And here are the top three reasons according to Barnett for not sharing their faith.
- 21:54One, they can get to heaven through their different religious beliefs.
- 21:58Two, we shouldn't impose our ideas on others.
- 22:04And three, the Bible tells us not to judge us.
- 22:07And you mentioned that.
- 22:09Judge Enot is one of the phrases, the most taken out of context phrases in all of scripture
- 22:17perhaps, judge Enot because there's a whole lot before and after that.
- 22:22You don't scribble out the whole chapter and just highlight judge Enot.
- 22:26It's not truly biblical.
- 22:28Brian, go ahead.
- 22:29Yeah, yes, all right, David.
- 22:31And the thing about it is people have to look at the Bible, look at the word of God and
- 22:35ask yourself the question, do you truly believe it?
- 22:38One thing is people are not reading the Bible.
- 22:41We've seen the Barnett research studies over the years that even among professing Christians,
- 22:46those who read the Bible on a daily basis is, is under 10%, less than 10.
- 22:50So one, you're not going to know how to, to be a disciple, how to walk out the faith
- 22:56if you don't know what's in the word.
- 22:58And one of the things in God's word, Jesus clearly said, he is the only way, the truth
- 23:02and the life.
- 23:03No one comes to the Father, but by me, referring to Jesus himself.
- 23:08So David, if you truly believe that, then you know that anyone who is trying to get to
- 23:13heaven by any other means, whether it's by good works, whether it's by any other religion,
- 23:18you know, they're not going to make it.
- 23:20And if you truly love someone, you want to rescue them from eternal damnation.
- 23:26It's just like if you're walking down the street and you see your neighbor's house on fire,
- 23:31are you going to just keep walking and say, well, it's none of my business.
- 23:34I don't want to intrude upon them.
- 23:37No, you're going to see that fire.
- 23:40You're going to rush up and try to get them out of the house.
- 23:42You're going to wake them up.
- 23:43You're going to call for authorities to come, the firefighters and you want to rescue
- 23:47them from that.
- 23:48So if you are truly a follower of Jesus Christ, you want to rescue the laws.
- 23:53And again, yeah, I know there are going to be some who are going to push back when
- 23:56you do that.
- 23:57And they're going to try to put that whole guilt trip on you with the judge, not out
- 24:02of context culture.
- 24:03Yes.
- 24:04But David, if you really love someone, no, you're going to want to rescue them because
- 24:09eternity, David, is eternal.
- 24:10And once a person is on the other side, their fate is sealed.
- 24:15And there is no coming back from that.
- 24:17And we should do all we can to reach a loss in dying world.
- 24:20That's why we need to share our faith.
- 24:22Yeah.
- 24:23If you really love others, love your neighbor as yourself.
- 24:26If you really love the lost friends, you won't care if you win any popularity contests.
- 24:32You won't care what others think.
- 24:34I heard someone say this is years ago, and the late 1980s, I'll never forget this quote.
- 24:39This author was getting criticism and encouragement and praise from a book that he wrote.
- 24:47And he would say the same thing.
- 24:48What other people think of me is none of my business because the people that are critical,
- 24:54you know, oftentimes they just want to find something to be critical about.
- 24:57But I want to pick up one thing before we run out of time in this, the top three reasons
- 25:02for people not Christians not sharing their faith.
- 25:05They can, they, some people think other people can get to heaven through different religious
- 25:11beliefs.
- 25:12That is not true.
- 25:14The co-exist philosophy, right?
- 25:16We just need to co-exist with the world and that's not going to get anybody saved.
- 25:21Brian, just share a little bit about that because other religions and other cults and other
- 25:26systems, beliefs, doctrines do not lead to the one true God and eternal life in Christ.
- 25:32No, they don't, David.
- 25:34And I often think about when this topic comes up, I remember years ago, Oprah Winfrey said
- 25:39we all are worshiping and serving the same God and we can get there by whatever way.
- 25:44Barack Obama said something very similar.
- 25:47There are many paths to God.
- 25:48Those are all false.
- 25:49Those are doctrines of demons.
- 25:51And for people out there that will challenge that, and they will say that, well, who are
- 25:55we to say that our belief is right and all the others are wrong?
- 25:59All you have to do, David, is just look as moral passage to say the proof is in the pudding.
- 26:04How often do you hear people profane the name of those from other religions, meaning,
- 26:12let's say Buddha and Allah?
- 26:14You don't hear that.
- 26:15But how often do you hear people profaning the name of Jesus Christ using Jesus Christ as
- 26:21a curse word?
- 26:22You hear it all the time.
- 26:24That lets you know right there.
- 26:25That's the litmus test that lets us know that Jesus Christ is the way.
- 26:29It's not Buddha, it's not Allah, it's not any of those other ways it is Jesus Christ and
- 26:33that's the only way by which you can be saved.
- 26:35Amen.
- 26:36Why?
- 26:37Because he is the only God who is alive.
- 26:41We believe and trust in the one true living God.
- 26:45You can go to all these other tombs of other gods or wherever their bones or things can
- 26:50be found.
- 26:51They're still there.
- 26:52There's an empty tomb still where Jesus was put in for three days and he is now ascended
- 26:57to the Father and that's why we can pray to him.
- 26:59That's why he sends the Holy Spirit to give us power for this life.
- 27:03And it's such a blessing to get it but don't be selfish with it friends.
- 27:08We need to be able to share and we're running out of time.
- 27:10Let's redeem the time with the gospel.
