- 1:17SPEAKER_03: Welcome to the show, Chloe.
- 1:19SPEAKER_03: I'm so honored to host you.
- 1:20SPEAKER_03: And also the brand is 107 Beauty.
- 1:23SPEAKER_03: So welcome, Chloe.
- 1:25SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 1:26SPEAKER_02: Hello, my name is Chloe Kwak, co-founder and co-CEO of 107.
- 1:30SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much for having me today.
- 1:33SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, it's my honor.
- 1:34SPEAKER_03: I love the brand and I really love the whole just minimalistic kind of packaging and the outlook.
- 1:41SPEAKER_03: And I just can't wait to learn all about it from you.
- 1:44SPEAKER_03: But first, Chloe, I want to ask you like how you got involved in the beauty industry and just what led you to becoming an entrepreneur.
- 1:51SPEAKER_03: Because I feel like everyone's journey is so unique and different.
- 1:54SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
- 1:55SPEAKER_03: And so I would love to hear what really led up to the brand for you.
- 2:00unknown: Okay.
- 2:01SPEAKER_02: To tell you a little bit on my background, I have experienced in global cosmetic industry a little over 17 years, but I have been always passionate and interested in skincare, not just because of my job, but because of my skin problems that I had in the past.
- 2:18SPEAKER_02: I started having skin problems in my 30s.
- 2:21SPEAKER_02: You know, I had to move around due to my job and had to adapt to new environments.
- 2:26SPEAKER_02: And that's when my eczema started.
- 2:30SPEAKER_02: Oh wow.
- 2:32unknown: Yes.
- 2:32SPEAKER_02: And you know, because of my eczema problem, I even got my esthetician license during that time because you know I really wanted to know more about my skin and I wanted to find a solution.
- 2:45SPEAKER_02: Um, so I struggled a lot.
- 2:48unknown: Right.
- 2:51SPEAKER_02: Yeah, after I met Seyong Shin, who is my partner and co-founder of 107, and I got introduced to this vinegar that we're utilizing as our core ingredient, really changed my life.
- 3:03SPEAKER_02: So I wanted to share the benefits that I experienced with this special vinegar.
- 3:08SPEAKER_02: So Seyong and I created 107 to share the benefits.
- 3:13SPEAKER_03: That's lovely.
- 3:14SPEAKER_03: And I've actually, you know, I really want to learn more from you about the vinegar aspect because I know in Asian uh beauty markets and especially skincare markets, it's been a very tried and true ingredient, you know, for many years.
- 3:27SPEAKER_03: And um, I would love to hear about like a little bit about the history if you know um much on that topic, because I really don't understand um, you know, like how it's been used in the past and like, you know, um how it's used now, you know, just give us a little kind of 101 on the vinegar.
- 3:47SPEAKER_02: So before I met Seong, uh vinegar was we knew I knew vinegar, we utilized vinegar as a um skincare ingredient in the past, but I I really didn't know about it.
- 3:59SPEAKER_02: So I got introduced to this vinegar about 10 years ago.
- 4:02SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, I met Seung at his charity event.
- 4:06SPEAKER_02: Seung has been operating NGO for um almost 20 years.
- 4:10SPEAKER_02: During that time, I had severe eczema, like I had eczema all over my body, my fingers, and even my face, especially my eye area.
- 4:19SPEAKER_02: So at that time, um my daily mood was all dependent on my eczema condition.
- 4:25SPEAKER_02: Um, so when I met Seyong, you know, of course, he was staring at my face, and you know, I felt very embarrassed.
- 4:33SPEAKER_02: I mean, I felt uncomfortable, not because you know, people were staring at me, but because I feel like I make people uncomfortable because they have to look at my eczema.
- 4:43SPEAKER_02: Um however, um, you know, Seyong sent me this vinegar and uh, you know, he asked me to try this vinegar, drink the vinegar and put vinegar around my eczema spots.
- 4:54SPEAKER_02: But you know, um, it was something rare.
- 4:56SPEAKER_02: And then during that time, I tried so many things to you know cure my eczema.
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: I even tried like boiled onion water.
- 5:03SPEAKER_02: So I wasn't very confident.
- 5:06SPEAKER_02: But after talking to his mom, who was a pharmacist, um, you know, looking at her skin, looking at her wonderful health condition, I tried the vinegar, but surprisingly, um, you know, my wounds were healing after they passed by, it was very noticeable.
- 5:22SPEAKER_02: And after a week, my wounds were completely gone.
- 5:25SPEAKER_02: And you know, Seung's family um has this uh vinegar secret recipe um, you know, in his family from generation to generation as a family secret recipe.
- 5:36SPEAKER_02: And just like what you said, um, this recipe was based on traditional Asian medicine remedies.
- 5:42SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 5:43SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 5:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so I I really want to know like what are the the real you know um benefits of vinegar?
- 5:51SPEAKER_03: Is it because of the acidity?
- 5:53SPEAKER_03: Is it because of um what is it that it does for our skin?
- 5:58SPEAKER_02: So um, you know, I learn what you know what's in it and why is it working for me?
- 6:04SPEAKER_02: And you know, the vinegar itself and the fermentation process created not just probiotic but postbiotic, like seven essential amino acid, glutamic acid, acetic acids, you know, those are all beneficial to our skin.
- 6:18SPEAKER_02: And you know, um our vinegar that we're using is all naturally fermented.
- 6:23SPEAKER_02: So these um um beneficial ingredients are all naturally dried ingredients.
- 6:30SPEAKER_03: Right, right.
- 6:31SPEAKER_03: That makes sense.
- 6:32SPEAKER_03: Um, you know, I just have a hard time like understanding, you know, the multifactorial role that a lot of like natural um, you know, ingredients uh really have in terms of what they're targeting.
- 6:44SPEAKER_03: But I think vinegar is definitely one that I've heard about so much and I've seen the benefits of it, you know, and it's interesting to me that you're using it for um skin that is prone to eczema and it's very sensitive, you know, and and that's really interesting for me because you know it's very difficult to find eczema-friendly skincare.
- 7:03SPEAKER_03: That's extremely hard.
- 7:05SPEAKER_02: Yes, extremely hard.
- 7:06SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 7:07SPEAKER_02: Um, because I have I was suffering for eczema for not very long period of time because I didn't have eczema when I was young.
- 7:14SPEAKER_02: I got I started um in my mid-30s.
- 7:17SPEAKER_02: So, you know, I tried so many things.
- 7:20SPEAKER_02: And you know, I think our vinegar is very unique um um because the fermentation process is um is from his family from generation to generation.
- 7:32SPEAKER_02: So, you know, we um the pink line that um that you have tried, uh we're utilizing seven-year-aged vinegar.
- 7:41SPEAKER_02: And you know, we tested our vinegar with different kinds of um ingredients, and we found out that our essential amino acid is 20 to 100 times more than um regular store-bought vinegar.
- 7:55SPEAKER_02: So vinegar gives a lot, so many benefits to our skin.
- 8:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and I noticed like um, I know on your website you guys have a lot of description about the science and the innovation, and you know, just to kind of take from that, um, vinegar is uh I guess you're using it in like the higher the concentration, the higher um the amount of postbiotics are available in the vinegar.
- 8:20SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 8:21SPEAKER_03: And I love this idea because I feel like in the skincare industry, as you know, everyone has been really talking about the microbiome and they've really been, you know, kind of pushing this idea of probiotics, probiotics, but they really don't talk about postbiotics, you know, they don't talk about um these different levels of what we need for a balanced microbiome.
- 8:43SPEAKER_03: And it's not just probiotics for all of you listening, you know, postbiotics have a very fundamental, you know, uh role when it comes to our overall health.
- 8:53SPEAKER_03: So I'd love for you to talk about that aspect a little bit, you know.
- 8:56SPEAKER_03: Um, was that part of your plan in terms of kind of, you know, what when you put the line out there to really push this idea of postbiotics, or was it just something that was, you know, a plus when it came to the line?
- 9:10SPEAKER_02: So um since we uh started with vinegar, um, just like what you said, longer ferments and ages, higher the concentration of postbiotic.
- 9:19SPEAKER_02: You know, um, to tell you a little bit more about our vinegar, um, you know, it's all handcrafted and it's brewed at this beautiful island.
- 9:28SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, the artisans they harvest most of the ingredients at the vinegar brewery.
- 9:34SPEAKER_02: And this vinegar, um, you know, they only brew once a year.
- 9:38SPEAKER_02: So this vinegar fermentation process is very unique.
- 9:41SPEAKER_02: Um, some of the vinegar they ferment up to 30 years.
- 9:45SPEAKER_02: So I think the um the naturally derived um beneficial ingredients are all from this fermentation process.
- 9:55SPEAKER_02: So um, you know, from I love fermented, fermented ingredients because it's so helpful to our skin.
- 10:02SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, this um vinegar, like postbiotic, um, it helps with exfoliate, firm, brighten, hydrate while providing like antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory protection.
- 10:17SPEAKER_02: So it's very important to balance your skin microbiome.
- 10:21SPEAKER_03: Absolutely, that makes sense.
- 10:23SPEAKER_03: I mean, I think that you know, the more and more we dive into like, you know, kind of older remedies, the more we discover.
- 10:30SPEAKER_03: And I feel like when it comes to aging of certain liquids or liquid-based uh products, it's always there's always some sort of a benefit that comes out of that.
- 10:41SPEAKER_03: Fermentation is a very powerful natural mechanism, you know, and and there's a lot of like mechan, like uh, what do you call it?
- 10:48SPEAKER_03: Uh biological and bio uh chemistry level uh you know changes that are occurring when you're undergoing fermentation of anything.
- 10:58SPEAKER_03: So the byproducts of fermentation are definitely, you know, something that we need to learn more about, I think, in the skincare category.
- 11:06SPEAKER_03: I think there's a lot of um, you know, untapped potential there.
- 11:09SPEAKER_03: So I find this to be a very intriguing line.
- 11:12SPEAKER_03: And I I think you guys are really interesting, you know, in terms of the science aspect for me.
- 11:17SPEAKER_03: Um, when I look at your your products.
- 11:20SPEAKER_03: Now, I know that you have you have quite a minimalistic approach when it comes to how many SKUs you have.
- 11:27SPEAKER_03: Um, and I really want to talk to you about that.
- 11:29SPEAKER_03: By the way, I know that you recently came out with this amazing shampoo.
- 11:33SPEAKER_03: I love your scalp purifying uh microbiome shampoo.
- 11:37SPEAKER_03: I think it's wonderful for everyone listening out there.
- 11:39SPEAKER_03: If you're somebody like me and you've got like an oily scalp or you just, you know, you have longer hair, this is a really great product.
- 11:47SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's really great.
- 11:48SPEAKER_03: It's you know, it cleans everything thoroughly.
- 11:52SPEAKER_03: Your hair feels so refreshed afterwards.
- 11:54SPEAKER_03: So I want to learn more about that.
- 11:56SPEAKER_03: I want to I want you to tell us more about this um new launch and what was the, you know, what were your inspirations behind uh coming out with like a hair care product?
- 12:06SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 12:07SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, in Korea, um during Chusun dynasty, um, you know, women they uh they use vinegar to rinse their hair to give shine and you know purify their scalp.
- 12:18SPEAKER_02: So we got the idea from our ancestors.
- 12:21SPEAKER_02: Um, shampoo.
- 12:23SPEAKER_02: Um, it took us five years to create this shampoo because we really wanted to make a shampoo that helps with all kinds of scalp problems, you know, due to the environmental changes, COVID, and all kinds of stress.
- 12:36SPEAKER_02: I learned that many people experience scalp breakout and hair loss.
- 12:41SPEAKER_02: And I experienced the same thing.
- 12:43SPEAKER_02: So I tried so many scalp-focused shampoo or products, and it made my scalp really dry and itchy and made my hair so rough and dry and freezy.
- 12:54SPEAKER_02: Um, so I really wanted to make hair product that helps with scalp problem while feeling hydrated.
- 13:01SPEAKER_02: Um, so our team joined with the scientists and hair specialists to make this shampoo.
- 13:07SPEAKER_02: And one thing that I learned from the expert is that, you know, our facial skin is connected to our scalp.
- 13:14SPEAKER_02: So taking care of yes, so taking care of our scalp hydration, including firming, is very important.
- 13:21SPEAKER_02: Um, they told me that as we age, we lose elasticity on our facial skin, right?
- 13:26SPEAKER_02: But so is our scalp.
- 13:28SPEAKER_02: So if we lose elasticity on our scalp, eventually our facial line will um won't look nice.
- 13:34SPEAKER_02: So they told me that just like facial care, scalp needs to be treated very carefully because um it can be irritated um due to stress or product or environmental issue.
- 13:46SPEAKER_02: So um it is important to clean our scalp without irritation, but put hydration back into our scalp so it's burned.
- 13:55SPEAKER_03: Right, absolutely.
- 13:56SPEAKER_03: That makes total sense.
- 13:58SPEAKER_03: I mean, I think that, you know, um for me, I can tell you as a consumer, um, having this really like this kind of shampoo experience where I was clarifying my hair was always very important.
- 14:12SPEAKER_03: It was very important for me to have like something that not stripped my hair, but it really cleaned it, you know, it really like would take out all the gunk and all the product buildup and you know, all those kind of things, right?
- 14:24SPEAKER_03: Over time.
- 14:25SPEAKER_03: And uh when I tried your shampoo for the first time, that's one of the biggest things I noticed was that it's it leaves your hair so soft and like beautiful and shiny, like you said, but it's also like taking away all of that excessive buildup that we get, you know, through product use, styling products, you know, um, just day-to-day like oil and and debris.
- 14:49SPEAKER_03: And I think it's just a beautifully crafted product.
- 14:52SPEAKER_03: I really, really have been enjoying this.
- 14:54SPEAKER_03: And I think that you guys really need to do more in the hair care category because I am such a fan of just, you know, Korean beauty and the innovations that have come out of Korea when it comes to skin health.
- 15:07SPEAKER_03: And I cannot wait to see you guys take on the hair care market because there's so many hidden gems, you know, that have been passed down through generations.
- 15:16SPEAKER_03: And um, like you said, you know, your ancestors, like you guys used to, you grew up with this knowing that it was vinegar was used to have shinier hair.
- 15:24SPEAKER_03: You know, I'm Indian, you know, by or by my race.
- 15:28SPEAKER_03: And uh we are very much interested in hair health, you know, overall, I feel like as a as a society.
- 15:34SPEAKER_03: And um for me, that's very important, that shininess to your hair, so it looks healthy, so it looks like it's you know well nourished.
- 15:42SPEAKER_03: And I think that's another aspect is this like, you know, you have created a shampoo here that's yeah, it's wonderful for daily cleansing, but it's also nourishing, you know what I mean?
- 15:51SPEAKER_03: So, like that's very, very, very interesting to me um in terms of just the science and the innovation of that.
- 15:59SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, we're um very careful and uh we take step by step when we make products.
- 16:05SPEAKER_02: So in the beginning, we tried to find out the inconvenience of using certain products, like you know, as I mentioned, you know, I use a lot of scalp detox products, but it made my hair freezy.
- 16:17SPEAKER_02: So we want to um compromise and put hydration.
- 16:21SPEAKER_02: And you know, this um slow step um philosophy comes from our artisans at the vinegar brewery because you know, they throughout the year they harvest and search for ingredients, and if they're not satisfied, they don't brew the vinegar.
- 16:36SPEAKER_02: So, you know, that philosophy that artisans have and how they treat each ingredient was just holistic.
- 16:43SPEAKER_02: So that's kind of rooted into our brand as well.
- 16:46SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 16:47SPEAKER_03: I love the artisan component.
- 16:48SPEAKER_03: I mean, I think that that's something that I really look for in a line is this idea of, you know, if people talk about like personalization, for example, Chloe, and it's like I get it with personalization, but I also think that that special touch of, you know, a very coveted approach, a very systematic approach, something that's been really thought out, that is something that I think has been kind of you know watered down in our industry, you know, and it's I love to see a brand that kind of goes back to that and says, no, we're gonna do it in a way that's it's very, very, you know, it's like a small batch concept where it's like you're creating things from a refined perspective.
- 17:28SPEAKER_03: And I think that's something that a lot of brands can learn from, you know.
- 17:31SPEAKER_03: I think that the best products come from this kind of theory that you just said here, you know, which is this artisan kind of approach.
- 17:38SPEAKER_03: So I think that 107 is a really great line.
- 17:42SPEAKER_03: I mean, and and taking it back to skincare, for example, I'm a huge sheet mask person.
- 17:47SPEAKER_03: I love sheet mask.
- 17:49SPEAKER_03: Oh my gosh.
- 17:50SPEAKER_03: And I really that's one thing I wanted to really say.
- 17:54SPEAKER_03: Like, you know, great job to you and your team for keeping the sheet mask alive because people don't understand, like it is a phenomenal product to have in your skincare routine, you know, like it's so easy to put on a good mask and then let it do its job.
- 18:11SPEAKER_03: You do other things throughout the day.
- 18:13SPEAKER_03: I don't know how people don't like them anymore.
- 18:15SPEAKER_03: Oh, I didn't know that.
- 18:19SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, a lot of people are like, you know, well, masks aren't really my thing, but I'm like, I think masks should be everyone's thing because I think they're actually, you know, they make more sense to me.
- 18:31SPEAKER_02: So, you know, I it's one of my home care um routine um with mask, sheet mask.
- 18:37SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, when I was creating this mask, I really wanted to work on the right material um because sheet is very important for sheet mask, of course.
- 18:45SPEAKER_02: So I wanted a sheet that is right fit, wrapped around your face and can give nourishment.
- 18:51SPEAKER_02: But also that our um sheet is 100% cellulose vegan sheet.
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: So it will hug your skin, but also environmental friendly.
- 19:01SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 19:02SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 19:02SPEAKER_03: No, I think that there's a lot of benefit, and I think it's interesting to me to see people like kind of just have their own weird reasons, you know, of oh, I don't I don't use sheet max masks anymore.
- 19:14SPEAKER_03: But every time I hear them, I'm like, why?
- 19:18SPEAKER_03: Like you're missing out, you're missing out on a really great product.
- 19:21SPEAKER_03: So I think that your, you know, your whole line is wonderful, it's very light.
- 19:25SPEAKER_03: And you know, that really leads me back to talking about the eczema part because you know, this it's it's a rare kind of thing where we have brand that is fully focused on eczema prone skin, it's focused on sensitive skin.
- 19:38SPEAKER_03: So when you were crafting your just like the skincare products, you know, I noticed you have a toner, you have a wonderful cleanser that's pH balancing, you have a wonderful moisturizer, which is very light and it works very well.
- 19:50SPEAKER_03: So, what were some of the things that you wanted to make sure that you incorporated so that the people who do have the eczema kind of skin, they are not having a bad reaction?
- 20:00SPEAKER_03: You know, what were some of the things that in terms of ingredients that you had to keep in mind?
- 20:05SPEAKER_02: You know, um, you know, eczema cause great inflammation.
- 20:09SPEAKER_02: And then, you know, I end up having post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on my face and body.
- 20:15SPEAKER_02: So uh, you know, I went through eczema when I was in 30, but I see some children going through eczema, which is you know very stressful and very um, you know, having a hard time.
- 20:25SPEAKER_02: So when I create each product, uh we come uh we put ingredients that are synergistic to each other, but also gives soothing.
- 20:33SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, our essential line, the pink line, is you know, they daily skincare that helps with hydration, um, you know, which is a basic fundamental of skincare.
- 20:43SPEAKER_02: And since I have severe skin condition, this focus, this line focuses on hydration, which helps with many skin problems.
- 20:52SPEAKER_02: You know, hydration can solve like um a lot of skin problems that everybody has.
- 20:58SPEAKER_02: And then also this line focuses on soothing.
- 21:01SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, I believe oily skin doesn't mean skin is hydrated.
- 21:06SPEAKER_02: So um this line really focuses on hydration, um, but very gentle.
- 21:11SPEAKER_02: Um, like you've mentioned our cleanser.
- 21:14SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, when I was creating this cleanser, I wanted a cleanser that cleans well but gentle and give nourishment, but doesn't strip away the natural oil from your skin.
- 21:25SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, people with acne, they don't like cleanser that takes away everything and makes your skin super dry because um it will, you know, it will cause inflammation um more than before.
- 21:38SPEAKER_02: So I wanted to create a cleanser that's very gentle after um cleansing.
- 21:44SPEAKER_02: So to me, cleansing is a very important step of skincare, um, you know, because it which makes your skin surface ready to absorb hydration and nourishment from your next skincare steps.
- 21:56SPEAKER_02: So, you know, I wanted to be um in a low pH.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: So your um it balances your pH level on your skin and retain hydration.
- 22:04SPEAKER_02: So each product we're carefully um designed and you know arranging ingredients so they are gentle but synergistic to each other.
- 22:13SPEAKER_02: So give it helpful for um our customers.
- 22:17SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, it makes sense.
- 22:18SPEAKER_03: It makes sense.
- 22:19SPEAKER_03: And I think that with um, you know, approaching skin that is more sensitive, it's very important for us to keep this hydration component in mind because you know, people always say, you know, if you drink water, it's good for your health.
- 22:32SPEAKER_03: And it's the same thing with skin.
- 22:34SPEAKER_03: You know, water is going to be healing for every organ of our body and especially skin, you know.
- 22:41SPEAKER_03: And so when you when we can create products that are helping that water stay inside of the skin, also adding more of it into the, you know, into the layers.
- 22:51SPEAKER_03: I mean, there's nothing better than that.
- 22:53SPEAKER_03: I mean, I really believe in the power of water when it comes to overall health.
- 22:57SPEAKER_03: And it's been proven time and time again, but you still see people doing things that are completely, you know, just the it's it's opposite of that.
- 23:05SPEAKER_03: So I love that you you really have this hydration at the center of the line.
- 23:09SPEAKER_03: I think that's very, very unique because hydration is, you're right, it's very important.
- 23:14SPEAKER_03: And more importantly, I think a good hydrating product is a product that balances your skin.
- 23:20SPEAKER_03: And that's what people don't understand.
- 23:22SPEAKER_03: You had, you know, you made a great point when you said that, you know, oily skin is not necessarily hydrated skin.
- 23:29SPEAKER_03: You're right.
- 23:30SPEAKER_03: Oily skin is a response to non-to-dehydrated skin.
- 23:35SPEAKER_03: That's that's what oily skin is.
- 23:37SPEAKER_03: It's a response to dehydration of your skin.
- 23:40SPEAKER_03: That's why the oil is being produced.
- 23:42SPEAKER_03: And so I think if you are somebody out there that has extremely oily skin and you cannot figure out what to do, definitely this is a great line to start with.
- 23:51SPEAKER_03: You know, it's gentle, it's for sensitive skin.
- 23:53SPEAKER_03: Use it daily, you know, stick to a regimen.
- 23:56SPEAKER_03: It's like they always say, you know, when you drink water, you want to drink eight glasses of water a day.
- 24:01SPEAKER_03: Well, you're not gonna get there, you know, in the beginning, but you want to keep going and you want to establish a habit of doing it.
- 24:08SPEAKER_03: So once you do that, your skin is getting into the habit of knowing that I'm gonna get the water that I need at the end of the day, you know, so I don't have to overproduce oil, I don't have to overproduce all these other things.
- 24:20SPEAKER_03: I can just be balanced, you know.
- 24:22SPEAKER_03: And so I think it's very, very important.
- 24:24SPEAKER_03: I think I love that.
- 24:25SPEAKER_03: You know, I love that that's in the middle and the center of your line and your products.

- 24:31SPEAKER_01: Uh, everything what you said right now.
- 24:35SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it makes sense.

- 24:45SPEAKER_03: And I really wanted to actually congratulate you because you have a very tight range of products, but every single product is very well done, you know, and I'm seeing that I'm seeing that more and more now in the industry, but I think it's really important to keep in mind the benefits of that because as consumers, it's so easy to go onto a brand website and find 50 products, right?
- 25:09SPEAKER_03: But then what do you pick?
- 25:10SPEAKER_03: What do you choose out of those 50 products?
- 25:12SPEAKER_03: That's very difficult, you know.
- 25:14SPEAKER_03: So I think you're doing a great job.
- 25:16SPEAKER_03: And I love the brand, I love your vision, I love the you know, the culture and the and the history of the vinegar.
