In Columbus County, North Carolina, Brian Keith Misenheimer is locked up facing multiple serious charges—including breaking and entering, larceny, fleeing from police, assault on an officer, and felony drug possession—after a string of thefts culminated in his arrest on July 9th. Surveillance footage from a stolen utility trailer led investigators to him at a Food Lion, where he allegedly fled in his vehicle, crashed into a parked car, and tried to run over an officer.
