- 2:34Speaker 1: by USC North Carolina.
- 2:36Speaker 4: You could have plugged A and M in there.

- 3:54Speaker 6: Sankuis is a heck of a coach man I was.
- 3:57Speaker 6: I first got started airsona State at GCU Sue someone
- 3:59Speaker 6: I I really admired it and just just a really
- 4:02Speaker 6: good program and just hats off to them, and you know,
- 4:06Speaker 6: they played their tail off as far as our team
- 4:08Speaker 6: and these guys, I mean, we had a hell of
- 4:10Speaker 6: a year obviously, this is not the outcome we wanted.
- 4:13Speaker 6: You never do, but super proud of them in their effort.
- 4:15Speaker 6: We went we went up, We went through a lot,
- 4:18Speaker 6: and uh, we got to this point because of these guys,
- 4:21Speaker 6: man and everyone in that clubhouse. So just thank you
- 4:23Speaker 6: to all of them.
- 4:24Speaker 5: And yeah, go ahead, question so left, Alex.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Mike just hurt all the resiliency all had shown this season.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Just what would you feel like you guys just weren't
- 4:34Speaker 2: able to capture tonight and just didn't get it done.
- 4:37Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean, we just we wanted to try to
- 4:38Speaker 6: get on the board early.
- 4:39Speaker 5: And we didn't.
- 4:40Speaker 6: I mean, they did a they did a good job.
- 4:41Speaker 6: I thought we you know, I thought we hit some
- 4:43Speaker 6: balls hard but maybe not enough.
- 4:45Speaker 7: And they pitched it really well.
- 4:46Speaker 6: They pitched it well and did enough and fresh kept
- 4:49Speaker 6: us in the game for a really long time.
- 4:50Speaker 7: And so yeah, we just baseball, man. It's a tough sport.
- 4:54Speaker 6: It's a tough sport, and uh, sometimes things don't go
- 4:57Speaker 6: your way. But it wasn't due to a lack of effort.
- 5:00Speaker 6: We just you know, they play better than us tonight.
- 5:03Speaker 8: Kevin, your time an Aguland has been anything but linear.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Can you just talk a little bit about what this.
- 5:07Speaker 5: Place means to you.
- 5:09Speaker 9: Uh, yeah, it means everything to me, to be honest
- 5:13Speaker 9: with you, this place has changed my life. I could
- 5:19Speaker 9: ever imagine. They took me in from California, a thousand
- 5:24Speaker 9: miles away from home, and it felt like home immediately.
- 5:29Speaker 9: I love this place with all my heart.
- 5:30Speaker 7: I always will.
- 5:31Speaker 9: I can't think coach Early enough for believing in me
- 5:33Speaker 9: and everything that I've done over the past couple of
- 5:35Speaker 9: years and letting me do what I've done. I can't
- 5:40Speaker 9: think my teammates that every staff I've had here, all
- 5:43Speaker 9: the players I've played with, all the support staff, everything,
- 5:48Speaker 9: there's nothing like this place and all forever chair Ship.
- 5:53Speaker 5: Played first.
- 5:54Speaker 10: Twitter started the preparation for the daylike and then what's
- 5:59Speaker 10: the mind set?
- 5:59Speaker 11: Is set out there with a take and also feel
- 6:05Speaker 11: things clear.
- 6:06Speaker 5: Clayton, if you don't mind grabbing the mic so it's
- 6:09Speaker 5: closer to you. Thank you. Yeah.
- 6:11Speaker 10: I wanted to try to keep it as similar as possible.
- 6:14Speaker 12: Uh.
- 6:14Speaker 10: Didn't want to try to change everything just because I
- 6:17Speaker 10: was getting the ball in the first inning. I knew
- 6:21Speaker 10: that the job at hand, I knew that I had
- 6:22Speaker 10: to try to give everything I could and keep us in.
- 6:25Speaker 7: The ball game.
- 6:26Speaker 10: In a sense of the mindset. I wanted to say
- 6:28Speaker 10: that it probably kept it the same. I just wanted
- 6:30Speaker 10: to go out there one pitch at a time, and
- 6:32Speaker 10: I mean, this is there's no worse feeling than this
- 6:36Speaker 10: right now?
- 6:36Speaker 2: Sure, right, try Mike. How challenging was it when Hayden
- 6:43Speaker 2: left the line up to kind of manage the pitching
- 6:46Speaker 2: staff and try to fit everybody in into the the
- 6:49Speaker 2: right goals and then especially coming into this last game.
- 6:52Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean it's it's extremely difficult. I mean, we
- 6:54Speaker 6: wouldn't have had the season we had without Aiden.
- 6:56Speaker 7: So whenever you lose a guy like.
- 6:57Speaker 6: That, it makes it it makes it really tough. And
- 7:01Speaker 6: but you know, we had a lot of guys step
- 7:03Speaker 6: up into their thing like fresh tonight. I mean you
- 7:05Speaker 6: said at first career start, and I mean it was.
- 7:07Speaker 7: A great one. It was a great one.
- 7:08Speaker 6: So yeah, it's definitely challenging down a guy like that
- 7:12Speaker 6: when you've had, you know, you battle through some guys
- 7:14Speaker 6: getting injured in the preseason and and guys getting injured
- 7:17Speaker 6: during the season, and just left us a little thin.
- 7:19Speaker 6: You know, with him, we had enough and without him,
- 7:22Speaker 6: it just kind of pushed some roles. Guys had to
- 7:24Speaker 6: extend some innings. Yeah, it made it definitely made it
- 7:27Speaker 6: difficult for sure.
- 7:29Speaker 2: The fair What did you see from Clayton and that
- 7:33Speaker 2: was working through through the game.
- 7:36Speaker 13: Yeah, just what he normally does, except it's just the
- 7:39Speaker 13: beginning of the game. Uh, he's been doing that all year.
- 7:42Speaker 13: I thought he did great. You know, that's the longest
- 7:45Speaker 13: he's ever been stretched out this season. So super proud
- 7:48Speaker 13: of him. And it was very well deserved moment for
- 7:50Speaker 13: him to start that game and everyone knew that, you know,
- 7:52Speaker 13: he was the guy that was going to do that.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Left Alex Just what went wrong in that when Chris
- 7:58Speaker 2: came home and got thrown out? Was he sitting home
- 8:00Speaker 2: or just what happened there?
- 8:01Speaker 5: From your way you.
- 8:02Speaker 7: Picked up, Yeah, I think I play like that.
- 8:05Speaker 6: You're just trying to kind of catch them off guard,
- 8:07Speaker 6: you know, trying to get some runs going. You see
- 8:09Speaker 6: you see it time and time again where a first
- 8:11Speaker 6: baseman doesn't even look close play at first, maybe looks
- 8:15Speaker 6: at the empire. So yeah, it just it just didn't
- 8:17Speaker 6: work out, and it would have been you know, it
- 8:19Speaker 6: would have been a great momentum play.
- 8:20Speaker 7: To get on the board.
- 8:22Speaker 6: Hindsight on it is is always what it is in baseball.
- 8:25Speaker 6: But yeah, it just didn't work out.
- 8:29Speaker 10: Carter coach, Just overall, what do you think put wrong
- 8:32Speaker 10: kind of for the office today.
- 8:33Speaker 7: Yeah, like I said, they just kept us off balance.
- 8:35Speaker 6: I mean we are we're built on two things, like
- 8:38Speaker 6: we want to we want to swing at strikes and
- 8:40Speaker 6: take balls. This team doesn't throw balls right, They don't
- 8:42Speaker 6: walk people. None of their pitchers walk people. And you
- 8:45Speaker 6: got to get hits, which is the hardest thing to
- 8:46Speaker 6: do in sports, and just we weren't able to do that,
- 8:48Speaker 6: and they did a good job. They filled up the zone,
- 8:50Speaker 6: they attacked with heaters. They're really challenging team just because
- 8:54Speaker 6: they throw a lot of those guys sore heaters that
- 8:56Speaker 6: lift and stuff that's down. So you got stuff going
- 8:58Speaker 6: both ways. You try to center it to the little way.
- 9:00Speaker 6: Easier said than done, but trying to get balls of
- 9:02Speaker 6: the middle of plate. They just do a good job
- 9:04Speaker 6: of not leaving them over there. And they've done that
- 9:06Speaker 6: all season. So they really really tough staff and tough
- 9:09Speaker 6: team to deal with.
- 9:10Speaker 5: And another season you sended.
- 9:12Speaker 10: But as far as the transfer portal goes, what would
- 9:14Speaker 10: what do you think the biggest priorities for your roster
- 9:16Speaker 10: will be.
- 9:17Speaker 6: Yeah, I think we're always looking at everything, right, we
- 9:19Speaker 6: gotta we gotta get better.
- 9:20Speaker 5: We want to get back to.
- 9:20Speaker 6: This point and get past this point.
- 9:22Speaker 5: And you know there's.
- 9:24Speaker 6: Guys like this to my left that that won't be here,
- 9:26Speaker 6: so we gotta we gotta find the next one of them.
- 9:28Speaker 6: And we also got some guys underneath them that we're
- 9:29Speaker 6: going that are going to develop into that role. So uh, yeah,
- 9:33Speaker 6: we're looking at everything everything you can make us better.
- 9:35Speaker 6: We want to try to get.
- 9:36Speaker 10: You here left, Alex, forget to Mike's point, is probably
- 9:39Speaker 10: gonna be your last game here at a Just Hey,
- 9:41Speaker 10: you hope your time's remembered, and just what do you
- 9:43Speaker 10: think the trajectory of this program?
- 9:45Speaker 12: Said?
- 9:45Speaker 7: And is Mike depark Uh?
- 9:49Speaker 9: I mean for the way I wanted to be remembered
- 9:51Speaker 9: that we changed. We made it better than when I
- 9:54Speaker 9: showed up on campus. The class that I came with
- 9:58Speaker 9: came in with the year that I had or that
- 10:00Speaker 9: we had my freshman year, and it changed the program.
- 10:05Speaker 9: It it really showed where this program could go, the
- 10:08Speaker 9: h Sight can go to and with coach Early at
- 10:12Speaker 9: the head, I mean there's so much that this team
- 10:14Speaker 9: can accomplish. Obviously, the hitting part of things was with
- 10:18Speaker 9: one of the best hitting teams in the country, and
- 10:21Speaker 9: that's nothing new under his resume. So where this, where
- 10:26Speaker 9: this goes the next couple of years, I think you're
- 10:28Speaker 9: going to see only the greatest, the greatest of tech
- 10:30Speaker 9: A and M in the next.
- 10:30Speaker 7: Couple of years.
- 10:31Speaker 9: So super proud of what he's done here in his
- 10:33Speaker 9: first two years and how he's trusted in all of
- 10:37Speaker 9: us to lead this team.
- 10:38Speaker 2: So true, Clayton. I know we talked to you through
- 10:43Speaker 2: mid season about that conversation you had with JK about
- 10:46Speaker 2: winning the BALMRN. It's kind of from that point on that,
- 10:48Speaker 2: you know, the stop.
- 10:49Speaker 7: For ins from you.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Well, did it feel good to be able to kind
- 10:53Speaker 2: of double down on that bet you made on yourself
- 10:55Speaker 2: then and tonight with the coming out to start in
- 10:58Speaker 2: the ever you put in through the start? Oh yeah,
- 11:00Speaker 2: I mean absolutely.
- 11:01Speaker 10: I think at the stand point of like keeping the
- 11:05Speaker 10: outings longer, that's what I wanted to do and I
- 11:07Speaker 10: knew that I could, and in that sense, I just
- 11:09Speaker 10: wanted to help the team I as much as possible,
- 11:11Speaker 10: and if that meant that I went longer.
- 11:13Speaker 14: Then I went longer.
- 11:14Speaker 10: Obviously didn't go out the way that we wanted it
- 11:17Speaker 10: to tonight. But I think the sense of it is
- 11:20Speaker 10: is like I'm not I'm extremely proud of our teammates,
- 11:23Speaker 10: Like these guys are the reason.
- 11:25Speaker 7: That everybody pushed for what.
- 11:26Speaker 10: We did, and I mean we're in the situation because
- 11:30Speaker 10: of them. Like, I mean, it just happened to be
- 11:32Speaker 10: that I bet on myself and I worked.
- 11:35Speaker 2: And how what was the stamina like in that last
- 11:37Speaker 2: thing because you hadn't gone that far before.
- 11:40Speaker 10: I mean, I just say that I was getting tired
- 11:43Speaker 10: was probably true. I mean, I mean, at what excuse
- 11:47Speaker 10: could I have? Like it's pretty like you could see
- 11:51Speaker 10: that it was happening. I wanted to go out there
- 11:54Speaker 10: with mentality that it was the first sitting every time
- 11:55Speaker 10: that I went out there, and I mean, it just
- 11:57Speaker 10: caught up to me a little bit, and I just
- 11:59Speaker 10: wanted to compete to my last vision. I feel like
- 12:01Speaker 10: that's what I did.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Okay, that's postgame react from the Aggies last night after
- 12:08Speaker 1: the loss to USC. Now, our intern Raleigh Dorsey, who's
- 12:15Speaker 1: going to be with us this summer doing interviews. You've
- 12:17Speaker 1: already heard from her last week, she is caught up
- 12:21Speaker 1: with coach Jackie Cheryl and talks to Jackie about what
- 12:26Speaker 1: he is doing with the Brian High community.
- 12:31Speaker 12: Well, yeah, I kind of just wanted to mainly talk
- 12:33Speaker 12: a little bit about what y'all have going on with
- 12:35Speaker 12: the Brian Youth Sports Association and pretty much like just
- 12:39Speaker 12: why it's become such an important project for you, so
- 12:43Speaker 12: kind of starting there, how did all of this first
- 12:45Speaker 12: come together?
- 12:47Speaker 5: It came together? Keaton Rechler, Well, let me go back
- 12:52Speaker 5: back in the eighties in nineties, in the two's, Brian
- 13:00Speaker 5: High was really putting out a lot of great football players.
- 13:06Speaker 5: Matter of fact, in eighty two we got lucky and
- 13:09Speaker 5: got three three players that were outstanding, you know, Rod Bernstein,
- 13:16Speaker 5: Todd Howard, James Flowers, and we got a walker on
- 13:22Speaker 5: Mark wasback worstbox that actually was very bible in our
- 13:28Speaker 5: twelfth man kickoff team. But over the years since they
- 13:37Speaker 5: kind of have allowed the youth sports to kind of dissolve.
- 13:44Speaker 5: And the biggest issue is, you know, demographics, and also
- 13:53Speaker 5: you know that some kids parents don't have the money
- 13:56Speaker 5: to pay like you have travel. You know, my granddaughter,
- 14:02Speaker 5: I know what they pay for her just to be
- 14:04Speaker 5: on travels, arts, soccer. Yeah, and so you eliminate a
- 14:11Speaker 5: lot of kids that in the state of Texas, no
- 14:16Speaker 5: coach meaning high school or junior high coach can coach
- 14:21Speaker 5: organize football if they are actually playing games. So that's
- 14:28Speaker 5: pushed it out. So where do the kids go? And
- 14:31Speaker 5: over the time, you have two private schools that popped
- 14:37Speaker 5: that have been there, certainly Allen's been there for a
- 14:40Speaker 5: long time, but Christian Academy, and so the kids that
- 14:45Speaker 5: Marymont and the kids at at Traditions, they usually go
- 14:50Speaker 5: to one of those two schools. Yeah, so you're eliminating kids,
- 14:56Speaker 5: young kids that would have the money but could be
- 15:03Speaker 5: part of a youth program. So Keen Rester asked me
- 15:07Speaker 5: if I would help start or start a youth football program,
- 15:14Speaker 5: And so logistically I went to all fourteen elementary schools
- 15:21Speaker 5: in three intermediate schools and to see what the demographics were,
- 15:28Speaker 5: see what the demographics were far as economics and so
- 15:35Speaker 5: in doing this, Kathy Caps is helping as well and
- 15:41Speaker 5: has really done a lot of the heavy work. But
- 15:45Speaker 5: started I five O one C three to be able
- 15:49Speaker 5: to raise the money for the kids to have the
- 15:52Speaker 5: opportunity to play. So that started it, and then move forward.
- 15:59Speaker 5: How do you make this work? I've had parents, I've
- 16:05Speaker 5: had parents that have always asked, when is it the
- 16:11Speaker 5: right time to let my child play tackle football?
- 16:15Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 16:16Speaker 5: And I said, well, when it's his choice, not yours.
- 16:21Speaker 5: And the second thing is go to practice, and if
- 16:24Speaker 5: they're not teaching fundamentals techniques, don't let him play.
- 16:30Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 16:31Speaker 5: So what's happened and that's gone out of coaching little
- 16:37Speaker 5: kids today? I'm talking about kids in the fourth, fifth
- 16:40Speaker 5: and sixth grade going into the seventh. So that's what
- 16:45Speaker 5: we have set this up. And I've reached out to
- 16:49Speaker 5: former coaches and great former coaches, you know Phil Bennett.
- 16:56Speaker 7: Eryl Dickey, Yeah for sure, Melvin Smith in former players
- 17:02Speaker 7: that they're going to be able to actually coach the
- 17:05Speaker 7: coaches and help with coaching the kids.
- 17:09Speaker 5: I think, well, here's kids that are in the fourth,
- 17:12Speaker 5: fifth and sixth grade that are going to get techniques,
- 17:16Speaker 5: fundamentals coach that a lot of high school or even
- 17:22Speaker 5: some university kids do not get that type of coaching.
- 17:28Speaker 12: Oh yeah, for sure, I definitely I can tell that
- 17:33Speaker 12: the emphasis on just building fundamentals and just learning those
- 17:36Speaker 12: skills is for sure there. But besides just the fundamental
- 17:41Speaker 12: skills and just learning how to play the game, what
- 17:44Speaker 12: do you think these young athletes really gain from just
- 17:48Speaker 12: this kind of association you've built.
- 17:52Speaker 5: Well, the biggest thing is they're going to get be
- 17:56Speaker 5: a part of the team. They're going to learn how
- 17:59Speaker 5: to participate as a team member. They will certainly have
- 18:06Speaker 5: encouragement fun, but it will be one that they will
- 18:11Speaker 5: have fun, you know. And I've told all the people
- 18:14Speaker 5: that are involved, you know, the most important thingish kids
- 18:18Speaker 5: have fun, you know. So, but we will structure everything
- 18:26Speaker 5: to prepare them to go into junior high. From the
- 18:32Speaker 5: superintendent all the to the a D all the way
- 18:36Speaker 5: down to the coaches, they understand and they've been extremely
- 18:44Speaker 5: supportive of spending time. In matter of fact, the new
- 18:51Speaker 5: high school coach at Brian that Blake Joseph is helping.
- 18:58Speaker 5: He's going to write a playbook and.
- 19:02Speaker 16: It won't be that sophisticated, but a playbook that well
- 19:06Speaker 16: that we will be able to give these kids, uh
- 19:10Speaker 16: the language and what drills are called, what formations sets.
- 19:16Speaker 5: Defensively that will be that are going to be used
- 19:20Speaker 5: in junior high and all the way up to high school.
- 19:24Speaker 5: So they're they're going to start in the fourth, fifth
- 19:27Speaker 5: and sixth grade, learning the verbiage, learning the language, the techniques,
- 19:33Speaker 5: the drills, and you know that group of kids then
- 19:38Speaker 5: going into junior high, then going into high school together.
- 19:43Speaker 5: It will greatly enhance their ability to play as a team.
- 19:49Speaker 5: And that's the most important thing is it's to help
- 19:54Speaker 5: get the kids into sports, but also teach them what
- 19:59Speaker 5: it is to be a team member. And as you know,
- 20:03Speaker 5: from sports, you learn a lot of things. You are
- 20:06Speaker 5: certainly discipline, you learn how to be dedicated, you learn,
- 20:12Speaker 5: you learn an awful lot that carries over to your
- 20:15Speaker 5: everyday life and certainly into your how you react to
- 20:22Speaker 5: other kids. You know, there's a gap with kids. You know,
- 20:30Speaker 5: you got your young kids, and I have three young granddaughters,
- 20:36Speaker 5: and I see it in them where you know, from
- 20:41Speaker 5: four to five to six and then when they start school,
- 20:47Speaker 5: but you see it as they progress from you know
- 20:51Speaker 5: these like fourth grade to the sixth grade or and hopefully,
- 20:57Speaker 5: but that's what you're going to have and the kids
- 21:01Speaker 5: themselves will progress in their confidence, they will progress in
- 21:07Speaker 5: their rule work, and it will again be a lot
- 21:12Speaker 5: of fun. I have some parents that are very very
- 21:18Speaker 5: excited about this, Oh that get their kids in so
- 21:24Speaker 5: but going back, it's a community I've approached it as
- 21:28Speaker 5: a community project.
- 21:31Speaker 15: Yeah for sure.
- 21:51Speaker 17: The National Weather Service in League City has issued a

- 22:24Speaker 17: of Brookshire, moving northwest at ten miles per hour. Another
- 22:29Speaker 17: storm is set to merge with it, which will likely
- 22:31Speaker 17: result in variable storm motion. As both systems belied hazard
- 22:36Speaker 17: sixteen miles per hour wind gusts and quarter size hail.
- 22:40Speaker 17: Source radar indicated impact. Tail damage to vehicles is expected.
- 22:47Speaker 17: Expect wind damage to roofs, siding entries. Locations intacted include
- 22:53Speaker 17: northwestern Rosenberg, Seeley, Brookshire, East Bernard Wallace, Fullsier, Simon in
- 23:00Speaker 17: San Felipe, Orchard in Western Lakes. For your protection, move
- 23:05Speaker 17: to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
- 23:17Speaker 12: Is that Brian was the right place for something like
- 23:20Speaker 12: this rather than Houston or something like that.
- 23:24Speaker 5: Well, the need, you know, when you when you look
- 23:28Speaker 5: at the need demographically and you look at the need
- 23:32Speaker 5: of the kids, there was there was nothing there for them,
- 23:38Speaker 5: and you know, and so you're you're helping not only
- 23:43Speaker 5: the kids, but you're helping, uh, the community as well
- 23:49Speaker 5: because you're giving these kids something to do and to
- 23:54Speaker 5: help get them off the streets.
- 23:57Speaker 15: Oh. Absolutely right. Well, well, coach, I think that's all
- 24:03Speaker 15: I've got for you today.
- 24:04Speaker 12: I really appreciate once again you taking the time to

- 24:18Speaker 5: and that combine will be on June the sixth, that's

- 24:40Speaker 5: but we have room for one hundred and twenty five.
- 24:45Speaker 15: Okay, perfect is there?
- 24:47Speaker 5: Right? Yeah, trying to hit and we priced to cost
- 24:53Speaker 5: to be forty dollars okay, but twenty of that goes

- 25:06Speaker 5: a physical in the Brasis County Health District have been
- 25:14Speaker 5: so great that they're doing the physicals for us for
- 25:18Speaker 5: twenty dollars.
- 25:20Speaker 15: Oh wow, that's so nice.
- 25:22Speaker 5: And then the kids also will get shorts and t
- 25:26Speaker 5: shirts that will have logos on them of the Brian
- 25:31Speaker 5: Youth Sports Association and they get the combine in four
- 25:36Speaker 5: days of mini camp that's Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday eight
- 25:42Speaker 5: through the eleventh that they will be coached in techniques
- 25:48Speaker 5: and fundamentals and buy some former coaches that are pretty good.
- 25:57Speaker 12: Yeah, I'd say some legends are coaching them for sure.
- 26:02Speaker 5: Yeah. So it's it's hopefully this will end up the start,
- 26:09Speaker 5: the beginning in the start of something that will be
- 26:13Speaker 5: really good for Brian but mostly for the kids.
- 26:17Speaker 15: Yeah, no exactly.
- 26:19Speaker 12: So is there like a website or something that we
- 26:21Speaker 12: could visit to just see all this information or register
- 26:25Speaker 12: for this camp.
- 26:26Speaker 5: Yes, it's it will be Brian tex t X Youth

- 27:05Speaker 12: the community and all the kids and everything like that.

- 31:44Speaker 1: Nominee Slash plus one slash seat.
- 31:47Speaker 4: Filler, Welcome to the Oscars.
- 31:50Speaker 1: I hope you enjoy this Conan O'Brien, moderately happy meal.
- 31:54Speaker 1: These snacks may not look like much, but in any
- 31:58Speaker 1: movie theater they would run you eight five dollars. Good
- 32:02Speaker 1: luck tonight, have fun, and remember that loud, enthusiastic laughter
- 32:09Speaker 1: is good for your health and my ego.
- 32:13Speaker 4: I like that.
- 32:15Speaker 20: I like that too.
- 32:16Speaker 1: I like Oh, everyone likes snacks, especially during like a
- 32:20Speaker 1: four to five hour production. Now, that did not stop
- 32:25Speaker 1: several attendees from rushing to the In and Out burger
- 32:29Speaker 1: once the ceremony was over. And several stars walk the
- 32:35Speaker 1: red carpet with their significant others. Paul Muscaal sprinted over
- 32:41Speaker 1: to girlfriend Grazie Abrows to plan a kiss on her cheek.
- 32:46Speaker 1: Timothy Schallomey stood smiling on the sidelines while partner Kylie
- 32:51Speaker 1: Jenner posed for cameras and they gabbed with other guests
- 32:57Speaker 1: while canoodling in their seats. Turns out Rose Byrne and
- 33:03Speaker 1: husband Bobby Canna Valley were spotted walking hand in hand.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Leo DiCaprio was seated beside his girlfriend Victoria Siretti, making
- 33:16Speaker 1: it the couple's first Awards show together.
- 33:20Speaker 4: That is so sweet. I think she's I think she's
- 33:23Speaker 4: fifteen now.
- 33:25Speaker 1: And Jesse Plemans played the part of a dashing gentleman,
- 33:29Speaker 1: linking arms with wife Kirsten Dunst.
- 33:33Speaker 4: As they walked through the theater. What an evening that was.
- 33:38Speaker 20: It sounds magical.
- 33:40Speaker 4: It was magical now.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Not everybody was happy. Jane Fonda did not enjoy the
- 33:47Speaker 1: Robert Redford tribute.
- 33:50Speaker 4: The eighty eight year old.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Actress said she should have been tapped to honor the
- 33:55Speaker 1: late actor and director, rather than Barbara Streisand who co
- 34:00Speaker 1: started with him. In the way we were, gave a
- 34:02Speaker 1: short speech and sang a snippet of the track. I
- 34:06Speaker 1: want to know how come streisand was up there doing
- 34:09Speaker 1: that for Redford, said Fonda at the Vanity Fair party
- 34:14Speaker 1: in a playful tone.
- 34:16Speaker 4: We think.
- 34:18Speaker 1: She added that Streisand quote only made one movie with him.
- 34:23Speaker 1: I made four. I have more to say, adding that
- 34:28Speaker 1: she was always in love with Redford, who died September
- 34:33Speaker 1: sixteenth at the age of eighty nine. The most gorgeous
- 34:37Speaker 1: human being, had great, such great values, and he did
- 34:41Speaker 1: a lot for movies. He really changed movies, lifted up
- 34:46Speaker 1: independent movies. So maybe we should have had Jane and
- 34:52Speaker 1: not Babs. You know what I'm saying.
- 34:56Speaker 20: Maybe they were like, Jane, you're gonna make this about you.
- 34:59Speaker 4: Yeah, you know.
- 34:59Speaker 1: When I I was watching, I was going, hey, where's
- 35:03Speaker 1: Jane Fonda?
- 35:04Speaker 4: You know that kind of.
- 35:05Speaker 20: Stuff for They've had four movies together.
- 35:08Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly, Why isn't she up there? I kept demanding,
- 35:12Speaker 4: Maybe maybe.
- 35:13Speaker 20: Who was actually friends with Barber stroke?
- 35:15Speaker 4: Yeah nobody, no one heard me. Apparently, Oh I hate
- 35:19Speaker 4: when that happened. Yeah, me too, me too.
- 35:23Speaker 20: What a remarkable event, Yes, it was, what an event.
- 35:28Speaker 20: Congrats you know there are no losers.
- 35:32Speaker 4: There are never any losers in the oscars.
- 35:37Speaker 20: That is so true. Chip, that's a hot take.
- 35:41Speaker 4: That's what I'm about.
- 35:43Speaker 5: There, you go.
- 35:44Speaker 20: Well, you know I've got a handful of royal news.
- 35:47Speaker 4: Excellent, I know, just makes people excellent.
- 35:50Speaker 20: So excited Kate Middleton raised a glass for Saint Patrick's
- 35:55Speaker 20: stage tradition after revealing the lifestyle change she made around alcohol.
- 36:00Speaker 20: She attended the Irish Guard Saint Patrick's date parade.
- 36:02Speaker 4: Oh and she was all gussied up in green. If
- 36:04Speaker 4: you saw her, I mean she was, she was green.
- 36:07Speaker 20: Down you go girl, yep. In her previous years, she
- 36:12Speaker 20: has even quietly put money behind the bar for a
- 36:14Speaker 20: holiday party, as seen in a footage shared on ex
- 36:18Speaker 20: formerly known as Twitter. Princess Kate smiled when the Irish
- 36:22Speaker 20: Guard cried three cheers of hip, Hip hooray in her
- 36:25Speaker 20: honor and took a small sip of the Genis Guinness
- 36:28Speaker 20: or in her Guinness. Ye can you tell I knew
- 36:32Speaker 20: that one too. I'm sorry, so I had too much
- 36:36Speaker 20: guinness lost yesterday exactly and her hand raising a glass
- 36:40Speaker 20: with the group. The Princess of Wales took the tiny
- 36:42Speaker 20: taste after revealing She just that just last week that
- 36:46Speaker 20: she had scaled back her alcohol consumption after being diagnosed
- 36:49Speaker 20: with cancer in twenty twenty four. She revealed the detail
- 36:52Speaker 20: while visiting south while brewing company I'd probably butchered that
- 36:56Speaker 20: name too in London with Prince Williams on March twelfth,
- 37:00Speaker 20: and she and her husband tried their hand at corn pints.
- 37:04Speaker 1: So she's visiting a brewing company while telling everybody, you know,
- 37:08Speaker 1: I'm not really drinking anymore.
- 37:12Speaker 20: Exactly, She did say, I haven't had much alcohol. It's
- 37:15Speaker 20: something I have had a lot more, or I have
- 37:17Speaker 20: to be a lot more cautious of now. But William
- 37:21Speaker 20: did say, but you like cider, God, throwing her under
- 37:26Speaker 20: the bus. Well, the family friend previously did say that
- 37:30Speaker 20: Prince Williams will bring Kate a gin and tonic as
- 37:33Speaker 20: a wine towld night after their kids. Man, if anyone
- 37:37Speaker 20: can understand that every.
- 37:40Speaker 4: Household, yes, we all get yes.
- 37:44Speaker 20: Yeah, you know, to deal with those little rascals go
- 37:48Speaker 20: to bed. So I get it. But yeah, she's apparently
- 37:50Speaker 20: scaling back. But she still took a sip.
- 37:52Speaker 4: Okay, okay, but there's more, Oh good.
- 37:55Speaker 20: Of course there's more. We can't get enough of that,
- 37:58Speaker 20: Kate and Prince William Or and William are once again
- 38:01Speaker 20: taking on the roles of Royal Welcome Committee. The Prince
- 38:05Speaker 20: and Princess of Wales were the first royals to meet
- 38:08Speaker 20: with the President of Nigeria and his wife. I'm not
- 38:11Speaker 20: going to say their.
- 38:12Speaker 4: Names official state visits again, of course.
- 38:18Speaker 20: They met their guests at the hotel in Windsor Great Park.
- 38:21Speaker 20: It's a job, that's a royal heir and his wife
- 38:23Speaker 20: have been tesked with for each state visit in recent years,
- 38:27Speaker 20: including the visit by the risk by President Donald Trump
- 38:31Speaker 20: and First Lady Milania Trump. In September. Princess Kate wore
- 38:35Speaker 20: a special outfit with ties to Nigeria for the occasion.
- 38:38Speaker 20: Her gray and white ensemble was by British Nigerian designer
- 38:45Speaker 20: yep and then Who's collection, King Charles Hall when he
- 38:48Speaker 20: recently went to London. King Charles went to London Fashion Week.
- 38:52Speaker 4: Remember you had that story a week or so ago.
- 38:56Speaker 20: Sorry, I must have zoned out.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Well, you know, I'm glad. I'm glad the kids are
- 39:03Speaker 1: getting out. Seriously, they.
- 39:07Speaker 7: Abouts.
- 39:08Speaker 1: Yeah, Well, I'm hopeful that we will have many more
- 39:14Speaker 1: walkabouts to talk about in the future.
- 39:16Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying.
- 39:18Speaker 1: Of course, you know I have a story here that
- 39:21Speaker 1: not all was right on the set of The Price
- 39:25Speaker 1: Is Right. I mean, we already that's already been kind
- 39:28Speaker 1: of written about. But in the Dirty Rotten Scandals docu series,
- 39:36Speaker 1: former models Kathleen Bradley, Honey Halstrom, and former producer Barbara
- 39:42Speaker 1: Hunter opened up about the culture of sexual harassment that
- 39:46Speaker 1: existed on the game show set.
- 39:49Speaker 4: During its early years.
- 39:51Speaker 1: Bradley, one of the models known as Barker's Beauties, said
- 39:56Speaker 1: that many men on the set regularly gawk at the
- 40:00Speaker 1: women during the time Bob Barker was around. Hunter said,
- 40:05Speaker 1: I was in the elevator and one of the men
- 40:08Speaker 1: just stuck their hands right on my boobs. She was
- 40:13Speaker 1: a producer in the mid seventies. She said, I had
- 40:16Speaker 1: to push him away. I didn't say anything. It became
- 40:20Speaker 1: instinct to know how to handle it. Hunter said a
- 40:26Speaker 1: particular stage hand had a long reputation for being too
- 40:31Speaker 1: inappropriate and handsy with women on the set.
- 40:39Speaker 4: Bob Bob was.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Let's see, how do I put this? Bob was frisky
- 40:46Speaker 1: on the set apparently even when he got older. You
- 40:50Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, yeah.
- 40:53Speaker 20: Nothing, just ruins. Oh, I guess that's Hollywood.
- 40:57Speaker 4: Speaking of frisky.
- 41:00Speaker 1: I don't know if you remember the couple Kristen Cabot
- 41:04Speaker 1: and Andy Byron, but they were the ones that went
- 41:09Speaker 1: viral during the Coldplay concert last summer. Okay, the fleeting
- 41:15Speaker 1: incident in which Cabot was caught on the kiss cam
- 41:19Speaker 1: while wrapped in Byron's arms up into both their lives
- 41:23Speaker 1: and careers, even fueled death threats. Cabot was working at
- 41:28Speaker 1: the time as the head of human relations for Astronomer,
- 41:31Speaker 1: a tech company of which Barron was the CEO. They
- 41:35Speaker 1: soon both left their roles. Both were married when they
- 41:39Speaker 1: attended the concert. Cabot was in the process of divorcing
- 41:44Speaker 1: her estranged husband and believe Barron was in a similar situation.
- 41:50Speaker 1: In a sit down with Opah, Cabot broke her silence.
- 41:55Speaker 1: In a pair of interviews, she's sharing an update her relationship,
- 42:01Speaker 1: saying that she ended communication with him last fall. She
- 42:09Speaker 1: said there was a big miss on honesty and integrity.
- 42:14Speaker 1: He wasn't the person he represented himself to me to be,
- 42:20Speaker 1: and lying is non negotiable for me. When Opah pressed
- 42:25Speaker 1: on what Cabot meant, saying it sounded like she was
- 42:28Speaker 1: suggesting Byron had lied to her about being separated from
- 42:32Speaker 1: his own wife.
- 42:33Speaker 4: Cabot demurred, saying she said.
- 42:37Speaker 1: It would be unfair for her to answer that is,
- 42:39Speaker 1: she knew what it felt like to have your private
- 42:41Speaker 1: life in the spotlight. I want to be really careful
- 42:45Speaker 1: because the world spoke for me on my behalf, and
- 42:49Speaker 1: I don't want to do that to somebody else and
- 42:51Speaker 1: their family.
- 42:53Speaker 4: It's a little late for that.
- 42:55Speaker 1: However, she said, a lot of what was represented to
- 42:59Speaker 1: me was not true.
- 43:02Speaker 20: So yeah, yeah, basically, yeah, well a lot of words
- 43:08Speaker 20: when you could have just said.
- 43:09Speaker 1: Well, you know, we do have the pictures. So she
- 43:12Speaker 1: has a hard time getting out of that.
- 43:15Speaker 20: Also, I feel like everyone was just starting to forget
- 43:17Speaker 20: about that girl.
- 43:18Speaker 12: Why are you yes?
- 43:19Speaker 4: Exactly, thank you exactly. We had all moved on, We
- 43:25Speaker 4: had all moved on.
- 43:26Speaker 20: But you said their names and it didn't even register
- 43:28Speaker 20: with me.
- 43:29Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying.
- 43:30Speaker 20: They've already escaped my brain. Ye, yep, Well, good luck
- 43:35Speaker 20: with the future. I guess, I don't know, stay yeah,
- 43:41Speaker 20: maybe yeah, even you know, it's good that she was
- 43:44Speaker 20: separated before all that, I guess. I mean were you
- 43:46Speaker 20: separated because he has yeah, exactly. Anyways, moving on to
- 43:53Speaker 20: one other messy situation, Brad Pitt is pushing to grill
- 43:59Speaker 20: a Wealthyrussian businessman about his winery dealings with Angelina Jolie.
- 44:04Speaker 20: I can't believe this is still going on, but like
- 44:07Speaker 20: you know, marriage is tough, but I guess businesses are
- 44:09Speaker 20: even worse. According to court docs, Brad is asking an
- 44:14Speaker 20: LA judge to force businessman Uri Schiffer maybe sheep. I'm
- 44:18Speaker 20: sure that's wrong to appear for a remote deposition As
- 44:22Speaker 20: part of an ongoing war between the actor and his
- 44:25Speaker 20: ex wife. Brad did sue Angelina in twenty twenty two,
- 44:29Speaker 20: claiming she stole or sold her steak in the French winery.
- 44:33Speaker 20: I'm not going to even try to work that without
- 44:35Speaker 20: his permission. The farmer couple purchased the estate while married,
- 44:39Speaker 20: but Angelina told Brad that she wanted out. Years after
- 44:42Speaker 20: the divorce, Brad says he tried to buy out Angelina's steak,
- 44:46Speaker 20: but the talks fell apart In the Angelina decided to
- 44:49Speaker 20: sell her steak stake to the liquor company Stolely. I
- 44:54Speaker 20: don't know which is run by Uri. I'm the Russian
- 44:57Speaker 20: guy and his new filing. Brad says Uri has refused
- 45:00Speaker 20: to sit for a deposition, but claims he's learned that
- 45:04Speaker 20: the transaction was orchestrated by and closed at the He's ahaste,
- 45:09Speaker 20: I don't know of Uri, insisting that he clearly someone
- 45:13Speaker 20: Brad's legal team should get to question as a part
- 45:16Speaker 20: of the litigation. Yuri has apparently opposed the request, in
- 45:19Speaker 20: part on the grounds of he's a resident of Switzerland,
- 45:22Speaker 20: but Brad isn't budget arguing emails show Angelina and Yuri
- 45:27Speaker 20: in direct contact over the winery purchase and demonstrate he
- 45:30Speaker 20: has knowledge relevant to the case Brad, though.
- 45:34Speaker 4: Brad seems to have a hard time letting things go.
- 45:38Speaker 20: I know, and I mean, I don't want to say anything,
- 45:41Speaker 20: but they have kids, and those kids are like adults
- 45:43Speaker 20: now they don't want anything to do.
- 45:45Speaker 1: With them, So yeah, I know, I don't know if
- 45:49Speaker 1: they car this secret. Lives of Mormon Wives stars to
