Texas Judge Denies New Trial for Karmelo Anthony | Lafayette Louisiana News
A Texas judge has denied a new trial for 19-year-old Karmelo Anthony, convicted of murdering 17-year-old track athlete Austin Metcalf at a high school meet last April — a case that ignited national debate and social media firestorms over race and justice.
