Teen Accused in Child Abuse Case | Portland News
A 22-year-old man, Kodiac Bergeron, was indicted on ten counts of first-degree encouraging child sex abuse after authorities uncovered disturbing child pornography on his devices and online accounts. The investigation began in February following tips from federal and state agencies, leading to his arrest on July 29th and current detention in Washington County Jail.
