- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Well, good morning friends, welcome to Tuesday, Thank you for
- 0:05Speaker 2: joining us, just getting things started over here.
- 0:06Speaker 3: Ricky Snchez has those three things.
- 0:08Speaker 4: Megan thee Stallion has a new TV show coming out
- 0:11Speaker 4: with Si Remember him Gangnam Style? Yeah, so Cy and
- 0:15Speaker 4: her are both going to be hosting a show called
- 0:18Speaker 4: K Popped. It's gonna be on Apple tv Plus starting
- 0:21Speaker 4: August twenty ninth. K Popped will be an eight episode
- 0:23Speaker 4: battle as quote music icons reimagine their biggest hits with
- 0:28Speaker 4: K pop idols. The winner is gonna be determined by
- 0:31Speaker 4: vote of the studio audience in South Korea. So it's
- 0:34Speaker 4: all actually happening in South Korea. And like I said,
- 0:36Speaker 4: coming out August twenty ninth on Apple tv Plus. I'm
- 0:40Speaker 4: really curious to see the dynamic of Megan thee Stallion
- 0:42Speaker 4: and Si together. I think it's gonna be great, honestly,
- 0:45Speaker 4: Like we're talking high energy excitement, like just two people
- 0:49Speaker 4: who genuinely want to be parts of things. So, like,
- 0:52Speaker 4: I really am looking forward to this.
- 0:54Speaker 3: I'm not gonna have sick in our lives, right. Yeah.
- 0:57Speaker 4: The Meet the Parents sequel has an official title and
- 1:00Speaker 4: release date. An official teaser for the film revealed to
- 1:04Speaker 4: Meet the Parents four is officially titled Fokker in Law
- 1:09Speaker 4: and will be in theaters on November twenty fifth, twenty
- 1:11Speaker 4: twenty six. It's gonna have Robert de Niro, Ben Stiller,
- 1:15Speaker 4: Owen Wilson, Blake Danner, Terry Polo, and Ariana Grande all
- 1:19Speaker 4: as a part of it. I think that's gonna be
- 1:20Speaker 4: the only time I say the name of that movie
- 1:24Speaker 4: out loud on the air, just to be safe. Just
- 1:28Speaker 4: to be safe. So now you know what it's called.
- 1:30Speaker 4: I'll never say it again. It's always going to be
- 1:32Speaker 4: Meet the Parents four from here on out. And Tennessee
- 1:35Speaker 4: has launched something pretty cool if it all works out.
- 1:38Speaker 4: This is only a pilot program right now, but it's
- 1:40Speaker 4: automatic college admissions for two hundred and thirty high schools.
- 1:44Speaker 4: This is the first of its kind program. Like I said,
- 1:46Speaker 4: nobody else has done this before. It's a pilot program.
- 1:49Speaker 4: It's launching this year. These directed missions are set to
- 1:53Speaker 4: help kind of, you know, cut through all the red
- 1:55Speaker 4: tape that students have to go through when they're going
- 1:58Speaker 4: through applying for colleges and trying to do college searches
- 2:01Speaker 4: and things like that. Dozens of in state colleges are
- 2:04Speaker 4: ready to participate, which is really cool. So the program
- 2:07Speaker 4: is currently happening. Students don't even have to like actually
- 2:11Speaker 4: apply apply to be a part of this. There's going
- 2:14Speaker 4: to be two hundred and thirty randomly selected Tennessee high
- 2:17Speaker 4: schools for now. Those students will just need to sign
- 2:22Speaker 4: up for the Tennessee Promise Program by November first in
- 2:25Speaker 4: order to participate in this pilot phase. And something of
- 2:29Speaker 4: note here, even though you are going to be admitted
- 2:31Speaker 4: into these schools, you do need to still fill out
- 2:34Speaker 4: the FASPA if you are looking for federal aid. That
- 2:37Speaker 4: is a whole separate entity. It has nothing to do
- 2:40Speaker 4: with the actual state program that they're trying out. If
- 2:43Speaker 4: this all works, this is actually a really cool way
- 2:45Speaker 4: to make sure, you know, kids have an easy way
- 2:47Speaker 4: to get into college and also an easy way to
- 2:49Speaker 4: stay in state, because every state wants their people to
- 2:52Speaker 4: stay in state. They don't want them to go to
- 2:54Speaker 4: other places. Amriqisanchez and those are the three things you
- 2:57Speaker 4: need to know.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Thank you so much for that, Ricky siate it jumping
- 3:00Speaker 2: back into the music with Kesha here in a second.
- 3:02Speaker 2: But don't forget if you want to go shopping and
- 3:04Speaker 2: you want to save money. We've got tickets into fashion
- 3:06Speaker 2: for a fraction for the first call of the day,
- 3:08Speaker 2: coming in ten minutes right here on the river, Ricky, Zach.

- 3:25Speaker 4: it's not too too insanely hot out right now. I
- 3:27Speaker 4: feel like the last few days have been extra sticky.
- 3:29Speaker 4: Today is like kind of okay, So I'm feeling.
- 3:33Speaker 6: Good, Melissa, so good, right, Yeah, that's right.

- 3:55Speaker 8: We thank you so much.
- 3:56Speaker 5: Twenty nine years.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Wowow, that's awesome. Melissa. Did you did you watch the
- 4:00Speaker 3: pit that show? I did not. Oh, so it's about
- 4:04Speaker 3: like an emergency room.
- 4:05Speaker 2: So it might not be exactly what you do, but
- 4:06Speaker 2: I feel like I've heard from so many medical professionals
- 4:09Speaker 2: to say it's like the closest to reality Netflix.
- 4:13Speaker 3: H Was it on Max?
- 4:15Speaker 4: I think it's Max, actually, But it is a very
- 4:17Speaker 4: good show. Highly recommend you check it out. If you
- 4:19Speaker 4: get a chance to check it out, check it out absolutely,
- 4:22Speaker 4: But don't do that this weekend. Because this weekend, Melissa,
- 4:25Speaker 4: you have plans. You're the first color of the day

- 4:54Speaker 3: That's yeah.
- 4:55Speaker 6: Zach On Saturday. I'm gonna be sick.
- 5:00Speaker 5: Anyway, that's good.
- 5:02Speaker 4: Said, make sure you have so much fun shopping. Thank
- 5:05Speaker 4: you for hanging out with us this early in the
- 5:06Speaker 4: morning and for being a nurse. We really do think
- 5:09Speaker 4: you are amazing for doing that, so we appreciate you.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Hey on line, Okay, love, Thanks Melissa.
- 5:15Speaker 2: We have more tomorrow. The savings continues tomorrow. I feel
- 5:19Speaker 2: like we're really selling this thing like.
- 5:21Speaker 4: It's truly one of my favorite events ever because you
- 5:24Speaker 4: get the most insane deals you've ever seen in your life.
- 5:27Speaker 4: I'm not kidding.
- 5:28Speaker 7: Oh, you had to do a shopping and I'm already interested.
- 5:31Speaker 3: So that's why I love it so much. More tickets,
- 5:33Speaker 3: same time tomorrow.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Ricky zach and Men in the Morning has decided that
- 5:40Speaker 4: he wants to be the lamest dad ever decided. Wait,
- 5:45Speaker 4: hold on, it's Ricky Zacubano in the Morning on one
- 5:47Speaker 4: O seven five of the River. You told us yesterday
- 5:50Speaker 4: that you're refusing to do this one thing with your kids,
- 5:53Speaker 4: and I just think it makes you really lame.
- 5:55Speaker 2: My daughter is sort of begging me to do something, uh,
- 5:58Speaker 2: and I'm just so tired.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Seems like a lot of work. It's a lot of
- 6:03Speaker 3: work for very little rewards.
- 6:05Speaker 4: I mean parenting in general, a lot of work.
- 6:07Speaker 3: Yes, after Shaboozie will explain what it is. Tell me
- 6:11Speaker 3: if I'm a bad dad or not. These guys have
- 6:13Speaker 3: already made.
- 6:13Speaker 4: Up there lame.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and in the morning, seven the River.
- 6:20Speaker 2: I need to plead my case over here. Ricky called
- 6:22Speaker 2: me a lame dad a minute ago.
- 6:24Speaker 6: You are a great dad.
- 6:26Speaker 2: I I just don't want to do a lemonade stand.
- 6:30Speaker 4: It's one of seven five the River. This is the thing.
- 6:33Speaker 4: There's nothing to do with you being a bad dad
- 6:35Speaker 4: or a great dad. I think you're a great dad.
- 6:37Speaker 4: I think you're being a lame dad right now by
- 6:41Speaker 4: not letting Molly do a lemonade stand. I feel like
- 6:43Speaker 4: that's part of childhood.
- 6:45Speaker 3: It's so much work for me.
- 6:47Speaker 9: Okay, But so I have a question part of parenting.
- 6:51Speaker 6: Why does she want to do eliminade stand?
- 6:53Speaker 1: Like?
- 6:53Speaker 6: What is? What is? Why is she pushing you so
- 6:55Speaker 6: hard to do this for fun?
- 6:57Speaker 3: A very specific backpack.
- 6:59Speaker 2: She likes to see you two her named Mariah Elizabeth,
- 7:01Speaker 2: who's sort of like an artist, and she's got this.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Backpack and she wants the backpack you know, school's coming
- 7:06Speaker 3: up here, so she wants this new backpack and.
- 7:08Speaker 2: It's expensive, and we said it's a little too expensive.
- 7:10Speaker 2: She's like, I'll raise the money myself. But I know
- 7:12Speaker 2: it's just I mean, I'd rather just give her the
- 7:14Speaker 2: money go through the trouble.
- 7:15Speaker 4: No, this is part of the like Kate experiences to
- 7:19Speaker 4: have a lemonade stand or like or make bracelets or
- 7:23Speaker 4: something along those lines, to try and like have your entrepreneurial.
- 7:28Speaker 1: You know.
- 7:29Speaker 3: And I agree these are valuable lessons.
- 7:30Speaker 7: I think the teacher it's a good thing for like business,
- 7:34Speaker 7: because she's only going to get the net proceeds. Like,
- 7:36Speaker 7: because who is buying all the lemons, the sugar, who's
- 7:39Speaker 7: building the lemonade stand?
- 7:40Speaker 1: You?
- 7:41Speaker 6: If you're paying for all of.
- 7:42Speaker 7: This, I think that she should only get the net proceeds,
- 7:45Speaker 7: not what it costs you.
- 7:45Speaker 4: Which is a lesson to learn about business. Is like, Okay,
- 7:49Speaker 4: so you made that amount of money, Now you had
- 7:50Speaker 4: to pay me x amount of money because that's how much.
- 7:53Speaker 6: It costs to invest it.
- 7:54Speaker 4: Yeah, to invest in your Yeah, exactly.
- 7:57Speaker 3: I get that.
- 7:58Speaker 2: And I'm also worried about like permits to have to
- 8:00Speaker 2: get a perman am I gonna get busted by the
- 8:01Speaker 2: cops out the stopping.
- 8:03Speaker 6: Now you're making lame excuses.
- 8:07Speaker 7: I really get arrested for building a lemonade sad?
- 8:11Speaker 4: Would you have Kevin ins up in jail, just Kevin
- 8:14Speaker 4: in jail? Would the sell may be? Like, so what
- 8:17Speaker 4: you do?
- 8:17Speaker 1: WHOA?
- 8:18Speaker 4: My kid really wanted to backpack.
- 8:22Speaker 3: I'm worried about. I don't know. Did you guys ever
- 8:25Speaker 3: do that when you were a kid. Did you have
- 8:26Speaker 3: a lemonade stand?
- 8:27Speaker 1: No?
- 8:27Speaker 4: I didn't have a lemonade stand, but they did put
- 8:30Speaker 4: us to work selling wrapping paper and chocolates as a kid,
- 8:33Speaker 4: so like that was my kind of I guess way
- 8:37Speaker 4: into the business world. That was a big deal for
- 8:40Speaker 4: us because if you sold enough chocolate and wrapping paper,
- 8:43Speaker 4: you could like win trips to places.
- 8:45Speaker 3: And I think we did the same thing. This was
- 8:46Speaker 3: through school.
- 8:47Speaker 2: Yeah, nobody ever won the trip, but everybody was out
- 8:50Speaker 2: there selling.
- 8:50Speaker 9: Yeah, I was selling Christmases. I think it was really
- 8:53Speaker 9: my wire trip. The other one it was really.
- 8:57Speaker 4: Just child labor. Honestly, it was Okay, I think you
- 9:01Speaker 4: guys have convinced me not.
- 9:02Speaker 3: To do lemonade.
- 9:03Speaker 6: No Kevin to do it.
- 9:04Speaker 7: Kevin also just so you know, I googled it. Lemonade
- 9:07Speaker 7: stands will no longer run the risk of being busted
- 9:10Speaker 7: without a permit.
- 9:11Speaker 6: It is a new state law. Okay that you're totally fine.
- 9:14Speaker 7: You don't need a permit, so you have no more
- 9:16Speaker 7: excuses other than being lame.
- 9:18Speaker 4: Yeah, you me and a lame dad.
- 9:20Speaker 3: Don't share any of that with Molly.
- 9:21Speaker 2: I'm gonna call it all right, Okay, maybe maybe I'll
- 9:25Speaker 2: do a lemonade stand. I'll take it under consideration. Thank
- 9:27Speaker 2: you guys here and putting me in, said.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Rickie, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 9:33Speaker 4: About that time, it's Zach Spax on one O seven
- 9:35Speaker 4: five of the river.
- 9:36Speaker 7: Did you guys know that Jupiter is the fastest spinning
- 9:38Speaker 7: planet in our Solar system, So in one day they
- 9:41Speaker 7: only have ten hours. Like, that's how quick their rotation is.
- 9:45Speaker 7: It's ten hours versus we have twenty four hours.
- 9:48Speaker 4: And we thought there just wasn't enough time in the day.
- 9:50Speaker 7: I know, imagine living on Jupiter, you could not get
- 9:53Speaker 7: all of your errands done.
- 9:55Speaker 4: I don't think anyone's doing errings on Jupiter, but I
- 9:58Speaker 4: get what you're saying that.
- 10:00Speaker 2: That's a good point, though, trying to cry everything into
- 10:02Speaker 2: ten hours.
- 10:02Speaker 3: No way.
- 10:03Speaker 6: Yeah, there's your fact of the day.
- 10:04Speaker 1: One O seven five Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Seven five the river.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Here's our question for you, what was your song of
- 10:12Speaker 2: the summer?
- 10:13Speaker 3: It kind of feels like there wasn't one this year.
- 10:16Speaker 4: It doesn't and I keep seeing all over TikTok this
- 10:19Speaker 4: one TikToker said that this song of the summer was
- 10:23Speaker 4: actually not a song, but instead it was this sound
- 10:25Speaker 4: from TikTok of the jet to holiday. If we have it, Zach,
- 10:29Speaker 4: if you want to play.
- 10:30Speaker 10: It, nothing beats it jet to Holiday And right now
- 10:34Speaker 10: you can say fifty pounds per person.
- 10:37Speaker 3: That's two hundred pounds off for a family.
- 10:39Speaker 1: A fool.
- 10:40Speaker 3: What is that?
- 10:41Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 10:42Speaker 4: It's a trend happening all over TikTok and I personally
- 10:46Speaker 4: can't open my TikTok without hearing it. But the guy
- 10:49Speaker 4: was like, we don't have a song of the summer.
- 10:50Speaker 4: Jet two holiday is a song of the summer. But
- 10:52Speaker 4: I feel like there's gotta be somebody out there who
- 10:54Speaker 4: actually has a song of the summer for themselves.
- 10:56Speaker 6: Oh I have one, okay, do oh I do.
- 10:59Speaker 2: Okay, wait, wait, yeah, it's yet six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 11:02Speaker 2: one oh seven. We want to hear your song of
- 11:04Speaker 2: the summer if you had one, like last year, I
- 11:06Speaker 2: mean it was probably what espresso. Yeah, definitely didn't nothing
- 11:09Speaker 2: jumped out like that this year.
- 11:10Speaker 3: And let us know if you had one, what was
- 11:12Speaker 3: your song in the summer for.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Twenty twenty five one seventy five, Ricky, Zach and Meno
- 11:17Speaker 1: in the morning looking for the song of the summer
- 11:20Speaker 1: on one of seven five the river doesn't seem like there.
- 11:23Speaker 4: Was one that really stuck out, And people on TikTok
- 11:26Speaker 4: are saying that like TikTok sounds having steered into the
- 11:29Speaker 4: song of the summer like jet to holiday and things
- 11:32Speaker 4: like that. But Stephanie and Murphysboro, do you personally have
- 11:36Speaker 4: a song of the summer?
- 11:37Speaker 5: So I would have to say my two personally favorite
- 11:40Speaker 5: for this past summer, well skirt Summer is Lucis by
- 11:44Speaker 5: Jess ber Yeah, Jesse m used, And then Chase Matthews
- 11:49Speaker 5: don't lead the song that he redid was dolete in it.
- 11:51Speaker 5: Oh my goodness.
- 11:53Speaker 4: Okay, see I love Jesse Murph. We're big Jesse Murph
- 11:56Speaker 4: fans over here at Ricky Zachamanno in the morning. That
- 11:59Speaker 4: is a great choice. I don't know the other one though.
- 12:02Speaker 4: I have to listen to it.
- 12:03Speaker 5: Yeah, listen to Chase Matthews. Just googer Chase Matthews and
- 12:07Speaker 5: the Sun Jolie because oh my goodness, year's gonna be?
- 12:10Speaker 2: Is it his version of the Dolly song Julian Jolly?
- 12:14Speaker 5: It kind of is.
- 12:15Speaker 6: Yeah, Okay, I'm interested.
- 12:17Speaker 3: Okay, well, thank you for you guys will love it.
- 12:20Speaker 3: Thanks for the input, Stephanie. We appreciate you.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Love.
- 12:24Speaker 2: I mean, I agree that, like culturally, there wasn't one big,
- 12:28Speaker 2: gigantic song that has gripped everybody this summer. For me personally,
- 12:31Speaker 2: I would say maybe survived by Lewis Capaldi because our
- 12:34Speaker 2: river on the rooftop with Lewis was yeah, this summer.
- 12:37Speaker 2: But in my house it would be the entire soundtrack
- 12:40Speaker 2: for K Pop Demon Hunters, which what is that. It's
- 12:43Speaker 2: a Netflix movie that my daughter is obsessed with, and
- 12:45Speaker 2: at first I was like, what is this.
- 12:47Speaker 3: It's so good. Those songs are fantastic k.
- 12:49Speaker 4: Pop demon hunter Oh I just.
- 12:52Speaker 2: Looked it up and swear to god, Ricky you will
- 12:55Speaker 2: love this. Okay, you're gonna get little dolls of.
- 12:58Speaker 3: That to hang next to your labuobus.
- 12:59Speaker 4: If you watch this, I'll watch it. I'll try it.
- 13:03Speaker 4: Why not, Zach? Do you have a song in the summer?
- 13:05Speaker 6: I do have a song on the summer. Do you
- 13:06Speaker 6: have any guesses? Because I listened to it every single day?
- 13:09Speaker 4: You listen to whatever is it from like two thousand
- 13:12Speaker 4: and one? No American idol?
- 13:16Speaker 1: No?
- 13:16Speaker 6: Okay, I'm just trying to see for you. Okay, do
- 13:20Speaker 6: you know what it is yet?
- 13:22Speaker 4: Yes, Kesha the song of the summer for everyone.
- 13:27Speaker 6: Yes, it's.
- 13:30Speaker 3: It's so good.
- 13:31Speaker 7: It's literally a bop. So that was my song of
- 13:34Speaker 7: the summer.
- 13:34Speaker 4: That should have been the actual, like culture song of
- 13:37Speaker 4: the summer. It's so good. I didn't think I had
- 13:41Speaker 4: one until literally like two seconds ago. But I would say,
- 13:44Speaker 4: no Brooke Boys, the one that's like tanasee and disco line.
- 13:48Speaker 4: Oh yes, it goes No brook Boys, no New Friends, none.
- 13:55Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 13:56Speaker 4: I love it. It's so good and I sing it
- 13:58Speaker 4: as if like my say is some rich man or
- 14:01Speaker 4: something that's true.
- 14:03Speaker 6: He's a teacher.
- 14:05Speaker 4: I love literally pumped this in the car and scream
- 14:08Speaker 4: no brook Fun.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Ricky Zach and men in the morning, I want you
- 14:15Speaker 1: to be on the short list for Song of the Summer.
- 14:18Speaker 3: It's one oh seven five the River. The conversation.
- 14:20Speaker 2: It's sort of about how there really wasn't one song
- 14:23Speaker 2: of the Summer for twenty twenty five, so we want
- 14:25Speaker 2: to know what your personal choice would be.
- 14:28Speaker 4: George and Lebanon tell us, do you have a song
- 14:29Speaker 4: of the summer?
- 14:30Speaker 1: Pink Pony Club.
- 14:35Speaker 3: We got a couple a couple of calls for Pink
- 14:37Speaker 3: Pony Club.
- 14:37Speaker 8: Yeah, it's a cool song.
- 14:38Speaker 5: I also like Shaboozie of a Year. It's then okay George.
- 14:44Speaker 7: Kevin said he had a sing and George is showing
- 14:47Speaker 7: up and showing out love it.
- 14:49Speaker 4: You love me, thank you for calling in.
- 14:54Speaker 3: Oh, we love you.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Uh and I feel like we've said this before, but
- 14:57Speaker 2: just to peel back the curtain. Every every morning, when
- 14:59Speaker 2: Zach and I agree each other, we sing. I sing
- 15:02Speaker 2: zag Diggy Dog. He sings keV Diggy.
- 15:04Speaker 6: Dog, Diggy Dog of Pink Pony Pony Club.
- 15:07Speaker 4: The funny part about that being people's song of the
- 15:10Speaker 4: Summer for this summer is that it came out like.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Two or three years agoyeah, yeah, yeah, Well, over a
- 15:17Speaker 3: year ago.
- 15:17Speaker 4: So it's just interesting how songs work and how long
- 15:21Speaker 4: it takes sometimes for people to recognize like.
- 15:23Speaker 7: That, Oh you want to know something insane? The music
- 15:26Speaker 7: video came out in twenty twenty five years five years ago. Okay,
- 15:30Speaker 7: that's crazy true. Yeah, April third, twenty twenty is when
- 15:34Speaker 7: the official music video came out, released.
- 15:36Speaker 4: In twenty twenty, and later included on her debut album
- 15:39Speaker 4: in twenty twenty three. So yeah, that song is five.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Years old, insane.
- 15:44Speaker 4: Any people's song of the summer for this summer, We've
- 15:46Speaker 4: gotten more calls about Pink Pony Club than any other song.
- 15:49Speaker 2: So maybe this song dark Horse by Katie Perry will
- 15:52Speaker 2: be the song of the summer next year. You just
- 15:54Speaker 2: never know if these old songs, I probably know. Okay, Hey,
- 15:59Speaker 2: we've got vip asks for our next River on the
- 16:01Speaker 2: Rooftop coming up.
- 16:02Speaker 3: Win up next with the game in the day.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 16:07Speaker 4: We are so excited here at one O seven five
- 16:10Speaker 4: of the River because our River on the Rooftop with
- 16:12Speaker 4: a j R. Is happening this Sunday. It's gonna be
- 16:14Speaker 4: so much fun. Everyone is welcome, free event at skydeck
- 16:17Speaker 4: on Broadway, but we have VIP passes to our river
- 16:22Speaker 4: on the rooftop. For Kevin Mando's Game of the day,
- 16:24Speaker 4: it is a Zacademic to cathlon.
- 16:27Speaker 3: Yes it is. Let's say good morning to Olivia in Hermitage.
- 16:30Speaker 3: How you doing. We're great. This is not one of
- 16:33Speaker 3: your questions for the game.
- 16:34Speaker 2: But do you know what VIP stands for?
- 16:38Speaker 6: Yes, that was a good start. That was a warm
- 16:42Speaker 6: up question.
- 16:43Speaker 2: All of the questions in this game this week are
- 16:45Speaker 2: based on Zach's facts, which is.
- 16:47Speaker 3: Something we do at seven to ten Deck.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Is a different fact every day, so if you listen
- 16:50Speaker 2: to our show regularly, I like your odds.
- 16:52Speaker 4: All right. He didn't say whether she did or did
- 16:56Speaker 4: how this?
- 16:57Speaker 3: Okay?
- 16:58Speaker 2: Here we go, Olivia and Hermitage. Academic to cathlon starts
- 17:01Speaker 2: right now.
- 17:02Speaker 1: All right.
- 17:04Speaker 3: This one was.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Today's fact, so if you were listening earlier today this
- 17:08Speaker 2: you have an advantage here. Which planet in our Solar
- 17:11Speaker 2: system spins faster than all other planets, completing a full
- 17:15Speaker 2: rotation in just ten hours?
- 17:20Speaker 3: Mart No, Zach, would you like to tell her the answer?
- 17:25Speaker 7: Unfortunately, Olivia, it is Jupiter. Thanks for not listening.
- 17:29Speaker 6: I'm really of this.
- 17:32Speaker 3: It's okay. So she's listening now, she's she's with us.
- 17:35Speaker 4: Now.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Question two. Here we go. You get this. You're still alive.
- 17:38Speaker 2: The Mona Lisa and Whoopi Goldberg are both missing what
- 17:42Speaker 2: facial feature?
- 17:47Speaker 6: Oh no, it's their eyebrows.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Eyebrows.
- 17:51Speaker 6: Oh sorry, Olivia, I'm sorry.
- 17:56Speaker 4: A good day.
- 17:57Speaker 6: Listen and then try again.
- 18:00Speaker 5: Bye bye bye.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Miguel and Clarksville. You're up to bat now. Man, you
- 18:04Speaker 2: are contestant too.
- 18:05Speaker 3: Here.
- 18:06Speaker 2: You need to get two out of three of these
- 18:07Speaker 2: questions right to get these tickets.
- 18:08Speaker 6: You're ready, all right, I'm ready, all.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Right, Miguel. True or false? An easier one for you.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Animals that lay eggs have belly buttons. Correct, That is
- 18:23Speaker 2: so right, No need for a numbilical quarter any of
- 18:26Speaker 2: that stuff.
- 18:27Speaker 3: Here we go. You get this, you win.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Somnaphobia is the fear of what somna phobia? I think
- 18:40Speaker 2: technically it was falling asleep. This was the Zach's fact.
- 18:42Speaker 2: But that's right, yeah, insomnia, somnophobia.
- 18:45Speaker 4: Nice John, Miguel, congratulations, are getting VIP passes. Tore River
- 18:50Speaker 4: on the rooftop with a j R. Happening this Sunday.
- 18:53Speaker 4: It's gonna be a great time out of sky Deck.
- 18:55Speaker 4: It's gonna be so much fun. So excited to see
- 18:58Speaker 4: you there, Miguel.
- 18:59Speaker 8: That's awesome.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Hang out so we can get all your information.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Okay, okay, three things you need to know right a
- 19:05Speaker 2: bit past eight o'clock on this Tuesday morning.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Thank you for starting your day with us. Ricky's got
- 19:08Speaker 3: those three things.
- 19:10Speaker 4: I feel like these are becoming more and more frequent,
- 19:13Speaker 4: but more weather alerts that you should be aware of
- 19:16Speaker 4: for the coming days in Middle Tennessee. Today and tomorrow
- 19:19Speaker 4: are going to be some of the hottest weather of
- 19:22Speaker 4: the season so far, which you're probably like, how has
- 19:25Speaker 4: that even possible? It's been disgustingly hot outside. We're gonna
- 19:29Speaker 4: have feels like temperatures from one hundred and five to
- 19:32Speaker 4: one hundred and ten today and tomorrow, which is absolutely disgusting.
- 19:37Speaker 4: The National Weather Service in Nashville recommends reducing time outdoors
- 19:40Speaker 4: from eleven am to eight pm. I know I feel
- 19:43Speaker 4: like a broken record player at this point, but please
- 19:46Speaker 4: make sure that you were keeping an eye out for elderly,
- 19:49Speaker 4: young kids, your pets, because obviously heat like this is insane.
- 19:53Speaker 4: Stay in the shade as much as you possibly can
- 19:56Speaker 4: drink a lot of water. Even when you think you're
- 19:58Speaker 4: drinking enough water, drink even more water because these are
- 20:01Speaker 4: just like unreal temperatures.
- 20:04Speaker 6: You know what, bad Baby always says, catch me outside?
- 20:07Speaker 3: How about that?
- 20:08Speaker 6: Mine is? Catch me inside? How about that? Because it's
- 20:10Speaker 6: so hot?
- 20:12Speaker 3: Quite a reference.
- 20:16Speaker 4: Oh my god, it's so pleasing. Careful today, it's a part.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Maybe go see a movie. I like to sit in
- 20:21Speaker 3: the cool area.
- 20:23Speaker 4: Great idea. Hailey Williams, you may know her from Paramore.
- 20:28Speaker 4: She just released seventeen songs on her website. So if
- 20:31Speaker 4: you go to Hailey Williams dot net, you're gonna see
- 20:34Speaker 4: a pop up that asks for a code in order
- 20:36Speaker 4: to get in. The code that you have to enter
- 20:39Speaker 4: will unlock the songs. You can find that code the
- 20:42Speaker 4: password on Twitter. It's floating around on social media. It's
- 20:45Speaker 4: a really crazy code because some of you are probably like, Ricky,
- 20:48Speaker 4: tell me what the code is. Then I literally can't
- 20:51Speaker 4: because if I said it out loud, you'd be like,
- 20:53Speaker 4: I'm not gonna remember that. Just like, you can find
- 20:56Speaker 4: it online or you might have a friend who has
- 20:58Speaker 4: it because it was sent out to a bunch of people.
- 21:01Speaker 4: But there are seventeen songs up on that website, which
- 21:04Speaker 4: is really cool because it also looks super vintage when
- 21:07Speaker 4: you go into it. It looks like old pop ups
- 21:10Speaker 4: and old files that are on a desktop, which made
- 21:14Speaker 4: me feel really happy inside too. The NFL is finding
- 21:18Speaker 4: approximately one hundred players and two dozen club employees for
- 21:22Speaker 4: violating the league's policy about Super Bowl tickets. So they
- 21:25Speaker 4: apparently sold their Super Bowl fifty nine tickets for above
- 21:28Speaker 4: face value, which is against the league's rules. So players
- 21:33Speaker 4: who are proven to have done this after the investigation
- 21:36Speaker 4: are going to pay fines that equal to one and
- 21:39Speaker 4: a half times the original ticket price, and they're going
- 21:43Speaker 4: to be banned from buying Super Bowl tickets for the
- 21:45Speaker 4: next two years. Club employees face double the fines for
- 21:49Speaker 4: this situation. I don't know why even mess around, because
- 21:54Speaker 4: you know, if you mess around, you find out. But
- 21:55Speaker 4: this is how it's gonna go for the NFL. We'll
- 21:58Speaker 4: let you know how that goes, and you know who
- 21:59Speaker 4: gets caught up in all of this once the investigation
- 22:02Speaker 4: is done. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three
- 22:04Speaker 4: things you need to know.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Thank you for that, Ricky, as always appreciate the information
- 22:08Speaker 2: Gracie Abrams and Teddy Swims, both on the way. As
- 22:11Speaker 2: we settle back into a long set of music. Here shaboozy,
- 22:14Speaker 2: it's good news, catch me inside. How about that.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Rickey zach and in.
- 22:21Speaker 4: The morning is the worst alarm sound to wake up
- 22:25Speaker 4: to in the morning. It's Ricky zach and Mano in
- 22:27Speaker 4: the morning on one oh seven five the River. The
- 22:29Speaker 4: reason I ask this is because I accidentally set the
- 22:32Speaker 4: wrong alarm noise the other day when I took a nap,
- 22:36Speaker 4: and it absolutely ruined my day.
- 22:39Speaker 6: What do you mean it ruined your days?
- 22:40Speaker 4: It was just a noise the worst sound to wake
- 22:43Speaker 4: up to? I okay, Just to give you an idea,
- 22:46Speaker 4: I'm gonna play you what My sound that I wake
- 22:48Speaker 4: up to typically sounds like okay, okay. And then I'm
- 22:51Speaker 4: gonna play you what woke me up from my nap?
- 22:54Speaker 4: This is what I normally hear, very low.
- 23:00Speaker 3: How does it wake you up? This would put me
- 23:01Speaker 3: in a deeper sleep.
- 23:03Speaker 6: Sounds like I'm at a spa exactly.
- 23:05Speaker 4: It's very calm, it's very long.
- 23:07Speaker 6: Wakes you up?
- 23:08Speaker 4: It does? I don't sleep very well. And then this,
- 23:12Speaker 4: this is the noise that I woke up to the
- 23:13Speaker 4: other day. That ruined my day.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, that one's very unsettling. That one makes
- 23:19Speaker 2: your heart skip a beat or something.
- 23:20Speaker 3: I don't like that one.
- 23:21Speaker 4: I leaped out of my bed. I was like, ha,
- 23:24Speaker 4: it woke you up. It did not in a nice way,
- 23:27Speaker 4: and it ruined my day.
- 23:29Speaker 3: It was six five, seven, three, seven, nine one seven.
- 23:31Speaker 2: If you have an opinion on the worst alarm sound
- 23:34Speaker 2: to wake you up, maybe just recreated with your voice
- 23:36Speaker 2: for us on the phone or something. But Zach, I
- 23:39Speaker 2: want to play mine as well, you play yours.
- 23:41Speaker 3: We'll do our alarms and next.
- 23:43Speaker 1: On the river Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 23:48Speaker 4: I accidentally set the wrong alarm noise the other day
- 23:50Speaker 4: and it absolutely ruined my day because it was just
- 23:53Speaker 4: the worst thing that I could possibly wake up to.
- 23:56Speaker 3: First started talking about that, I thought it would be.
- 23:59Speaker 4: That one. Yes, same, that is a terrible alarm And
- 24:03Speaker 4: that was a j my fiance's alarm for so long,
- 24:06Speaker 4: and I literally looked him dead in the face. At
- 24:07Speaker 4: one point.
- 24:08Speaker 10: It was like, I will leave you if you don't
- 24:10Speaker 10: charm because.
- 24:12Speaker 4: It's so bad. You just it's a jarring situation when
- 24:16Speaker 4: you hear that in.
- 24:17Speaker 6: The morning, I will say, you know what gets me
- 24:19Speaker 6: out of bed the quickest.
- 24:20Speaker 4: You need a loud one too. Thouse you guys made
- 24:22Speaker 4: fun of my very calm, very chill one.
- 24:24Speaker 6: Yeah, I need a loud one.
- 24:25Speaker 7: But what gets me out of bed even quicker than
- 24:27Speaker 7: my alarm going off is like hearing a dog about.
- 24:29Speaker 6: To throw up. Oh yeah, like you're immediately up out
- 24:32Speaker 6: of bed.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Oh yeah, Kevin doesn't relate.
- 24:35Speaker 4: Okay, but since you both made fun of me for
- 24:38Speaker 4: my very calm one that I normally listen to, I
- 24:40Speaker 4: can play it again, just to give an idea of
- 24:42Speaker 4: how chill I wake up every morning, very.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Just he wakes up to an angel playing a harp
- 24:47Speaker 2: in literally, this is my alarm.
- 24:52Speaker 4: It's very calm.
- 24:54Speaker 7: I literally feel like I'm about to get a facial exactly.
- 24:57Speaker 4: That's why I wake up to it.
- 25:00Speaker 3: I am jealous that you get to wake up to that.
- 25:01Speaker 4: It's a lovely way to wake up. But you both
- 25:03Speaker 4: made fun of me and think it's like to chill.
- 25:06Speaker 3: This is mine, and I realize that this is pretty ridiculous.
- 25:09Speaker 4: But this right every day, that sounds like you're waking
- 25:15Speaker 4: up in a video game cartoon.
- 25:18Speaker 7: I feel like I'm about to play the Nintendo sixty four,
- 25:20Speaker 7: I dance out of bed weekend at Bernie's.
- 25:26Speaker 4: I do.
- 25:27Speaker 7: I don't want to traumatize you, Ricky, but the one
- 25:29Speaker 7: that jarred you awake is the when I wake up
- 25:31Speaker 7: to every single day.
- 25:33Speaker 4: Oh my god, it's so bad.
- 25:35Speaker 7: This is the only way that I can get out
- 25:36Speaker 7: of bed so early in the morning is to have
- 25:38Speaker 7: that alarm going off.
- 25:39Speaker 4: It echoes in my brain.
- 25:41Speaker 10: Cavity wait, I feel Oh my god, I like it right.
- 25:45Speaker 10: It's so jarring, it's terrifying.
- 25:48Speaker 3: That's probably my least favorite one, truly. And I understand, Ricky,
- 25:51Speaker 3: that that that ruined your day when that place.
- 25:52Speaker 4: Thank you. I'm glad someone understands.
- 25:55Speaker 6: It's the only thing that will wake me up.
- 25:57Speaker 2: If you want to share your alarm with us, if
- 25:59Speaker 2: it's we're six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine, one
- 26:02Speaker 2: oh seven, and if there is a psychopath out there
- 26:04Speaker 2: that wakes up to.
- 26:06Speaker 3: We want to hear.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and men second five.
- 26:12Speaker 3: The River Mark in Mount Juliet is on the phone
- 26:14Speaker 3: right now.
- 26:15Speaker 2: We've been having a conversation in here about the the
- 26:16Speaker 2: alarm sounds that wake us up in the morning.
- 26:19Speaker 3: What's yours?
- 26:20Speaker 4: Mark?
- 26:20Speaker 5: Liners is for the saying for the flock uses in Goodies.
- 26:24Speaker 4: Hey you guys, Wait.
- 26:26Speaker 6: No, you're lying. Your phone literally goes hey you guys.
- 26:29Speaker 3: Hey, hey guys.
- 26:32Speaker 8: Hey, Oh God.
- 26:34Speaker 4: Is over and over and over again.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Mark.
- 26:36Speaker 6: Yes, okay, that's kind of iconic.
- 26:40Speaker 4: I love that it's like borderline insane but also fantastic
- 26:44Speaker 4: at the scene.
- 26:45Speaker 2: And also, I mean, Goonies is just a stone cold
- 26:47Speaker 2: classic and Sloth is the best. So that's that would
- 26:50Speaker 2: wake me up with a smile on my face if
- 26:51Speaker 2: I heard slots voice first thing in the morning.
- 26:53Speaker 6: It does. That's why I use it, Mark.
- 26:55Speaker 7: I have to know do you have a significant other
- 26:57Speaker 7: that sleeps with you ortually?
- 26:59Speaker 5: We sleep several rooms usually because you can't.
- 27:01Speaker 6: Sleep on a b too much.
- 27:02Speaker 7: Reserts are back, so oh we love a sleep divorce
- 27:05Speaker 7: moment for it.
- 27:07Speaker 4: That's the reason why he can have the alarm.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Well do you think, I mean, do you think the
- 27:11Speaker 2: back thing is legit? Or do you think she sleep
- 27:13Speaker 2: in another room so she can avoid the alarm? Did
- 27:15Speaker 2: you have the choice between sleep with his significant other
- 27:19Speaker 2: or the alarm? And he chose the alarm?
- 27:23Speaker 4: Thank you for hanging out with us though. We appreciate you.
- 27:25Speaker 10: Appreciate you guys.
- 27:26Speaker 4: Thanks, Thanks Mark, Anne and Ezra. You guys are both
- 27:30Speaker 4: in the car together and Mount Juliet. What do you
- 27:32Speaker 4: use as your alarm? Sound?
- 27:34Speaker 8: So, as a kid, I actually had one of those
- 27:37Speaker 8: old radio alarms, and one of seventy five was my alarm.
- 27:40Speaker 6: Oh I stop it.
- 27:42Speaker 5: Why I'm old school.
- 27:45Speaker 8: I'm old school. My mother had NTR but I had.
- 27:48Speaker 8: You guys, I agree that the bird is like a
- 27:50Speaker 8: real calming one, and that the worst one that they
- 27:53Speaker 8: should probably put on a radio is like a hairball
- 27:56Speaker 8: or an animal throwing up.
- 27:58Speaker 6: It's literally will wake you up.
- 28:01Speaker 8: Well, it will immediately wake you up. A child or
- 28:04Speaker 8: an animal's word, it will immediately wake you up. But
- 28:07Speaker 8: Ezra has a different favorite and worst alarm. Okay, he
- 28:12Speaker 8: will be eleven next week, so you gotta take that
- 28:14Speaker 8: in consideration.
- 28:15Speaker 4: Okay, my arm.
- 28:17Speaker 5: A motorcycle, motorcyclebbing. What's your worst alarm?
- 28:22Speaker 2: Oh?
- 28:23Speaker 8: My grandfather fart My grandfather fartings the worst?
- 28:27Speaker 3: Wait, hold on is this?
- 28:30Speaker 2: I don't think Apple offers that as an option. Are
- 28:32Speaker 2: you just talking about your grandfather actually passing guests?
- 28:35Speaker 3: In real life?
- 28:36Speaker 8: If I had him in my room and I used
- 28:39Speaker 8: to mention alarm clock, that would be the worst way
- 28:42Speaker 8: to wake up.
- 28:43Speaker 4: I love fantastic.
- 28:46Speaker 6: You're not inrrection for the jugular.
- 28:56Speaker 3: What did he do?
- 28:57Speaker 4: Okay?
- 28:58Speaker 8: His grandmother would probably agree.
- 28:59Speaker 9: Happy early birthday, Yes, happy birthday.
- 29:03Speaker 4: Hope you have a great one. And thank you guys
- 29:05Speaker 4: so much for calling.
- 29:06Speaker 2: In my friends a grandpa fart free birthday.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 29:16Speaker 2: And for the daily double tap on one O seven
- 29:18Speaker 2: five the River, And this one happened yesterday in Nashville.
- 29:22Speaker 4: It's just so cool whenever artists decided to do like
- 29:24Speaker 4: pop ups and don't tell anybody because it just becomes
- 29:28Speaker 4: such a cool moment.
- 29:29Speaker 7: It only happens in Nashville, which like, we live in
- 29:31Speaker 7: the coolest city.
- 29:32Speaker 4: And I get really jealous sometimes when I'm not in
- 29:35Speaker 4: the know of when these things are happening, and the
- 29:37Speaker 4: fomo it's it's really bad fomo. But Tyler Schoulders he
- 29:41Speaker 4: did a pop up yesterday and a bunch of people
- 29:44Speaker 4: went and it's all over TikTok. So we're gonna play
- 29:46Speaker 4: you a piece of that. That's a daily double tap
- 29:48Speaker 4: today on one oh seven five The River.
- 29:50Speaker 3: Here we go.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I'm feeling that fomo. But the feeling
- 30:07Speaker 2: that you get when you're actually there and you do
- 30:09Speaker 2: experience it, I mean, there's nothing better. You'll remember that forever.
- 30:12Speaker 4: Yeah, you feel like you're in an exclusive club too.
- 30:14Speaker 4: You're experiencing something that like other people never get to experience.
- 30:18Speaker 6: I'm not gonna lie you.
