- 0:10Speaker 3: for Wayne.
- 0:11Speaker 1: Excuse me while I whipped this out.
- 0:14Speaker 4: Shoot broadcasting live and it led her to a chao.
- 0:18Speaker 1: This this is the Sports Shock Show with Wayne Gandy.

- 0:25Speaker 6: Dan?
- 0:26Speaker 1: Can you win me down again?
- 0:28Speaker 5: Frank me down? That come to come to pocket?
- 0:32Speaker 7: It comes to Mark?
- 0:33Speaker 6: Is it just.
- 0:37Speaker 8: I'm gonna do it?
- 0:38Speaker 4: Begin, I'm gonna go.
- 0:40Speaker 1: On the way you vegan. Welcome, Welcome, welcome.
- 0:46Speaker 5: If you're listening to the Sports Shock Show, I am
- 0:49Speaker 5: the Sports Shock Wayne Gandy, And right off the bat,
- 0:53Speaker 5: so I can just make this clear, do not ask
- 0:56Speaker 5: me about any college football that was played this weekend.
- 0:59Speaker 5: Uh just right? Just start there so and if you
- 1:03Speaker 5: if your team played or something happened, or play happened,
- 1:07Speaker 5: I missed it. Week zero went right over my head.
- 1:12Speaker 5: I still don't figure out why it starts that way.
- 1:16Speaker 5: College football is big enough that everybody can start on
- 1:19Speaker 5: the same weekend. I do not get it. I first
- 1:25Speaker 5: and foremost thought, the game for some replays setting up
- 1:29Speaker 5: is like when the series come back the second season.
- 1:32Speaker 5: You know how you have to watch based on how
- 1:35Speaker 5: long it's been you have to go watch the last
- 1:38Speaker 5: episode of the last season to get your mind back
- 1:42Speaker 5: in that mold. I'm not the only one that does it.
- 1:45Speaker 5: Y'all do it too. If it come into season three
- 1:48Speaker 5: and it's been two two and a half years since
- 1:50Speaker 5: season two, you have to go back and watch episode
- 1:55Speaker 5: ten to get fully plugged in. That little thirty seven
- 2:00Speaker 5: thirty seconds of cliff notes they give you is not
- 2:03Speaker 5: gonna remind you a fully of the series. So when
- 2:06Speaker 5: you have a week zero, I'm thinking these games were
- 2:10Speaker 5: games that you're kind of wetting my beak to remember
- 2:15Speaker 5: how the last season ended, but you're officially having these games.
- 2:19Speaker 5: I had a holler, I'm just I got a lot
- 2:21Speaker 5: of bend in the dude today. Tell them about you
- 2:26Speaker 5: made them? Can I tell them? I'm mad that Sean
- 2:30Speaker 5: Kemp got house arrests after pulling a gun on people.
- 2:35Speaker 5: I'm mad while I'm mad, son, I tell you while
- 2:39Speaker 5: I'm masd I'm mad that in our country gun violence
- 2:43Speaker 5: is at an all time high, that we laugh and
- 2:47Speaker 5: joke about people pulling pistols and shooting them.
- 2:52Speaker 1: There we're going, let's keep part, sir, Let's keep part
- 2:56Speaker 1: shoot the part shooting part people pull pistols.
- 2:59Speaker 5: That's bad man. What is that's thirty days? Then everybody
- 3:03Speaker 5: gonna do it? Don't you understand how America see jail now.
- 3:08Speaker 5: They don't see it as nothing for the time. For
- 3:12Speaker 5: some way, somehow, people have decided that thirty sixty days
- 3:18Speaker 5: for what I need for my likes, it's worth it.
- 3:25Speaker 5: There is no skins screat. No, nobody's really a long
- 3:29Speaker 5: time criminal like a big Kenny. Sure you don't want
- 3:32Speaker 5: to give thirty more days because he already done. Gave
- 3:34Speaker 5: him two or three hundred years in his lifetime. Enough
- 3:41Speaker 5: enough time. But how people act. They throwing sex toys
- 3:45Speaker 5: on the court, they don't care nothing about. No, they've
- 3:48Speaker 5: already measured what you're gonna do. You're gonna hit me
- 3:53Speaker 5: with a little fine and you're gonna give me two
- 3:55Speaker 5: weeks picking well, I don't even know if they picked
- 3:58Speaker 5: trash up going to the community center. It's a it's
- 4:02Speaker 5: a crime. I mean, you're telling me that, Sean kempe
- 4:05Speaker 5: this was in a parking lot.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Now no, not not just not in the bay the park.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I'm saying, let's set it up. We it was a casino,
- 4:14Speaker 1: wasn't it a shopping oh shot. Yeah, that's even worse
- 4:19Speaker 1: shopping plans. So we got kids, got families out just
- 4:23Speaker 1: doing their things. And Sean Kemp.
- 4:25Speaker 5: Got this wrong. Yeah, this is not how it went
- 4:29Speaker 5: to comand you. I am.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I thought someone had stolen his car. Somebody had stole
- 4:34Speaker 1: his car in his found them and he tracked him down.
- 4:37Speaker 1: A couple of shots. The phone was in the car
- 4:39Speaker 1: and they and they he lied about this now listening
- 4:43Speaker 1: to this sports when the cops asked them, first of all,
- 4:45Speaker 1: that's thirty days. I thought that used to be thirty
- 4:49Speaker 1: days to come over, come over here to ask you, sir,
- 4:53Speaker 1: what happened?
- 4:53Speaker 5: Well, he shot at me and then I shot back. Yeah,
- 4:57Speaker 5: that's what happened. But I mean, he could have been
- 4:59Speaker 5: a balloon pop. He thought it was a shot man.
- 5:01Speaker 5: Did you see it? Yeah, this guy you're talking to
- 5:04Speaker 5: he shot at that other guy. So you didn't hear. No,
- 5:06Speaker 5: it was just one shot. So you lied to me,
- 5:09Speaker 5: Now I was, I was, I was telling you my side.
- 5:11Speaker 5: Wasn't there a temp what is called contempt of court?
- 5:14Speaker 5: Yeah or whatever? Officer perjury?
- 5:17Speaker 1: Well in court perjury on the side of the road.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Did that not get you thirty days. He has interfering
- 5:24Speaker 1: with an investigation. I thought that got you thirty days. Yeah,
- 5:26Speaker 1: that would that would that's but what I'm saying is,
- 5:30Speaker 1: indeed people had to a crime, and he he knew
- 5:34Speaker 1: what the stuff was because he tracked it down.
- 5:36Speaker 5: He tried the same thing. Y'all put him in jail
- 5:38Speaker 5: for three years. Though. That's what I.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Wanted to bring up, sports, what I mean nine nine
- 5:45Speaker 1: and listen now.
- 5:46Speaker 5: They gave the juice nine for going to get his
- 5:48Speaker 5: own stuff. Yeah, Sean Kemp and Sean Kimp got thirty
- 5:51Speaker 5: days house. Sean Kemp tracked a prior record though this
- 5:55Speaker 5: show the first time sees't have a record. But I mean, well,
- 6:04Speaker 5: you know what I mean, officially he don't have a record. Sports.
- 6:10Speaker 1: This what happened now, Sean Kemp got his phone and
- 6:14Speaker 1: the cost stolen and then tracked his phone down with
- 6:17Speaker 1: his other phone, and that's that's.
- 6:21Speaker 5: He ain't tell the police.
- 6:23Speaker 1: He went to go find it himself, and when he
- 6:25Speaker 1: found it, they gave him some of his stuff back.
- 6:27Speaker 1: All right, Sean, he goes some of your stuff, but
- 6:30Speaker 1: we ain't gonna get you all of your stuff. But
- 6:31Speaker 1: that's according to Sean because they say some of the
- 6:33Speaker 1: stuff was giving back, but then he said they didn't
- 6:35Speaker 1: give all the stuff. And then he say these people
- 6:37Speaker 1: shout at him, but regardless, he still ain't called the criminals.
- 6:41Speaker 9: He didn't call criminal he stole from him, and then
- 6:46Speaker 9: they called the police. And first of all, let's slow
- 6:48Speaker 9: down with the cross talk so we can make sure
- 6:52Speaker 9: because everybody. I just realized everybody might not be up
- 6:55Speaker 9: on the story. Yes, just happened a couple of what
- 6:59Speaker 9: was it like a couple of months ago where Sean Kemp,
- 7:02Speaker 9: the rain Man, the rain Man Gary Payton doing the
- 7:06Speaker 9: alley you can see him fresh out of high school,
- 7:10Speaker 9: the rain Man, Seattle SuperSonics now they're the Oklahoma City.
- 7:16Speaker 5: Thunder World Champions, and someone stole his vehicle allegedly, so
- 7:25Speaker 5: he says he decided that he would find his phone
- 7:31Speaker 5: since it was still in there, track these people down
- 7:35Speaker 5: and get some front tier justice is what they I
- 7:38Speaker 5: think what they used to call that correct command out
- 7:42Speaker 5: on the planes.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Yeah, he called teardret justice. He called them criminals. But
- 7:47Speaker 1: that makes you a vigilante when you go out and
- 7:49Speaker 1: get your own stuff.
- 7:53Speaker 5: I'm saying both of those things are getting arles Brussel.
- 7:56Speaker 5: I'm just saying both of those things. That's the only point.
- 7:59Speaker 5: I'm trying to prove his both things. But he's supposed
- 8:02Speaker 5: to be so we're supposed to stay vigilant. So after
- 8:08Speaker 5: all of that and being arrested discharging a firearm, Sean
- 8:13Speaker 5: Kemp was serving a sentenced to thirty days of electric
- 8:16Speaker 5: home monitoring after firing a gun in Tacoma shopping mall back.
- 8:23Speaker 5: Oh excuse me. We it was March of twenty twenty three. Yeah,
- 8:26Speaker 5: about eighteen months, so it's a little while we ago.
- 8:31Speaker 5: Kemp pleaded guilty in May to second degree assault, admitting
- 8:35Speaker 5: that he shot at two men inside a Toyota four Runner.
- 8:40Speaker 5: So I only get thirty days house. I shot in
- 8:43Speaker 5: a gun and its eighteen monsters. I'm reading this right
- 8:47Speaker 5: because I'm thinking, I'm thinking maybe I'm missing apart this America.
- 8:52Speaker 5: After they broke into his truck and stole numerous items,
- 8:56Speaker 5: including keys to his business, a cell phone, some paperwork,
- 9:01Speaker 5: and sports memorabilia. Now, I was the same thing that
- 9:05Speaker 5: O J. Sports memorability.
- 9:09Speaker 10: O J.
- 9:10Speaker 5: S went in the room, command you, Greg had his
- 9:12Speaker 5: heisman or whatever he said was in the room.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Whatever it was, ojay. It don't make no difference. You
- 9:18Speaker 1: keep trying to make it something. No, whatever it was, say,
- 9:22Speaker 1: oh J, it was it was a maccaroni art said.
- 9:27Speaker 11: O J.
- 9:28Speaker 5: Macaroni necklace. Necklace.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Excuse me, sir, and came back. He was there as
- 9:36Speaker 1: a young man. Is that my stuff?
- 9:40Speaker 5: No? No, ain't nobody leaving the room. You ain't got no.
- 9:44Speaker 1: No, I'm saying, but sit down regardless, No getting my
- 9:49Speaker 1: memorabilia back?
- 9:50Speaker 5: I don't have no. But in a serious note, right
- 9:54Speaker 5: from your understanding, the law for what Sean Kemp was
- 9:58Speaker 5: charged with, isn't this more than thirty days house arrest? Yes?
- 10:09Speaker 1: Yes, even if it's like that he's charged with assault,
- 10:13Speaker 1: that could still be more than thirty days.
- 10:16Speaker 5: That's aggravated assault.
- 10:18Speaker 1: You're shooting at people with you've tracked people down.
- 10:23Speaker 5: Listen, listen. What I'm saying is all of that's a crime.
- 10:27Speaker 5: You can't do that.
- 10:28Speaker 1: You can't track people down that you allege have wronged
- 10:31Speaker 1: you because there was no crime committed. There was no
- 10:33Speaker 1: crime committed. These people don't know. Crimes are things that
- 10:38Speaker 1: the police have deemed some properties missing, somebody was heard,
- 10:42Speaker 1: something is damaged. There was no investigation he said, she said,
- 10:46Speaker 1: don't go in court. So I done tracked you down,
- 10:49Speaker 1: say you stole my stuff. Now I don't know what
- 10:52Speaker 1: happened before you we got to the mall, but now
- 10:55Speaker 1: here I am in a public place. Now, discharging a
- 10:58Speaker 1: weapon in public is punishable by incarceration. But discharging a
- 11:03Speaker 1: weapon at people in a public place and you got
- 11:09Speaker 1: thirty days. Doctor dre got more than that for slapping somebody.
- 11:15Speaker 1: He got more than that of home arrest at home.
- 11:19Speaker 1: And I'm just saying what the sports jock has said
- 11:22Speaker 1: is the thing that I take away from this most
- 11:26Speaker 1: is we finlash just started letting off in the streets.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Now you say a hardened criminal like me, I ain't
- 11:32Speaker 1: got thirty days even in my age.
- 11:34Speaker 5: It's like watching the NFL.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Now you look at some of them dudes like I
- 11:37Speaker 1: could get back out there thirty days for licking shots. Yeah,
- 11:41Speaker 1: I can go for thirty days. I got thirty days
- 11:44Speaker 1: to kill, thirty days thirty at home.
- 11:46Speaker 5: Charging a weapon at home at someone, and I can
- 11:49Speaker 5: do it at home. More of the sports Jock Show
- 11:53Speaker 5: at the house no drug tests, Oh.

- 15:07Speaker 14: the Sports Jock Show.
- 15:08Speaker 17: Has taken it to a completely different level this year
- 15:11Speaker 17: where we highlight an accolade that has taken their game
- 15:14Speaker 17: to the next level.
- 15:20Speaker 18: M real one and.
- 15:38Speaker 5: Welcome back to this wit Shock Show. On this wy
- 15:40Speaker 5: Shock Wing Candy Sean Camp. Thing just really confuses me
- 15:45Speaker 5: because I'm a law and order guy and I believe
- 15:47Speaker 5: that we really are losing the country because in a
- 15:52Speaker 5: lot of ways, not the number, like it's not one
- 15:56Speaker 5: of those things where it's the only thing, but it
- 15:59Speaker 5: seems to be this idea when you read all these
- 16:02Speaker 5: stories people are committing transgressions and not actually paying the
- 16:12Speaker 5: price for it. Everything is some kind of plea deal
- 16:16Speaker 5: or some kind of minimum house rest, and you can say, oh,
- 16:23Speaker 5: the prisons, whatever. The one thing you can offer me
- 16:31Speaker 5: is some justice, And that just doesn't seem like justice
- 16:36Speaker 5: for me, for the people that were in the car,
- 16:38Speaker 5: for the people that were in the science surrounding area.
- 16:41Speaker 5: That you can discharge a gun in a country that
- 16:46Speaker 5: has so much gun violence where tomorrow we could wake
- 16:50Speaker 5: up to a story where someone in a parking lot
- 16:55Speaker 5: Jalen Brown's dad, they need murder someone or attempted murder
- 17:01Speaker 5: here in the last couple of days over a parking
- 17:04Speaker 5: spot or something. And it's like, so what do you
- 17:08Speaker 5: you got to set? The idea is similar to when
- 17:12Speaker 5: I say about running on the field or disturbing an event.
- 17:17Speaker 5: If you don't, If all that's going to be is
- 17:19Speaker 5: thirty days an influencer, it's cool with that they can
- 17:24Speaker 5: double their views. You think they won't go down and
- 17:28Speaker 5: give you thirty days downtown and film it too, and
- 17:35Speaker 5: the whole thing. So it just seems like, because I'm
- 17:39Speaker 5: talking about the people that were in the car, and
- 17:42Speaker 5: I'm not saying they shouldn't know they should be arrested,
- 17:44Speaker 5: charge and I get that they stole your stuff, but
- 17:47Speaker 5: for you to go and discharge a gun at them.
- 17:51Speaker 1: They made me mad though. Excuse me, they made me
- 17:54Speaker 1: mad though, Okay, And I'm just saying, and you know
- 18:00Speaker 1: how it is when you get mad.
- 18:02Speaker 9: So instead of shooting shit, he had just held him
- 18:06Speaker 9: with the gun and bay to the police cab.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Yeah, that's way better. No, you should have done any
- 18:12Speaker 1: of that kind of stuff.
- 18:13Speaker 9: I mean, I'm just saying I would. I mean, if
- 18:15Speaker 9: I got them, and I'm gonna say at police, I
- 18:17Speaker 9: got y'all guys case he's not a TV show. I'm
- 18:21Speaker 9: not saying a TV showing.
- 18:23Speaker 5: How about just call the police officers right down the
- 18:26Speaker 5: tag number. You're all of a sudden thinking you Matt Dillon.
- 18:31Speaker 1: He followed them based on the location of his phone.
- 18:35Speaker 1: He could have said to the police, hey, right now,
- 18:38Speaker 1: they're at the And at least if the police wouldn't
- 18:42Speaker 1: have come, that's still been documented that I tried to
- 18:45Speaker 1: get them to and they found the vehicle later. And
- 18:49Speaker 1: you know, I would imagine having a phone to track
- 18:52Speaker 1: a phone you was at least had that technology squared away,
- 18:57Speaker 1: and I understand being without your VEA is super inconvenient,
- 19:02Speaker 1: but to track the vehicle down yourself, how did he
- 19:06Speaker 1: get to the mall? Did he uber to the mall
- 19:08Speaker 1: to catch them? Maybe he had another vehicle that he
- 19:11Speaker 1: used to You see what I'm saying. Some of this
- 19:14Speaker 1: doesn't even sound like it was an actual theft. When
- 19:17Speaker 1: I think of car theft, I'm thinking car jacking. I'm
- 19:20Speaker 1: thinking someone hot wired a car. This almost sounds like
- 19:23Speaker 1: some people I know got my property and now I
- 19:27Speaker 1: want my property back. But none of that was fleshed
- 19:31Speaker 1: out in the court case. But I'm saying, however it
- 19:34Speaker 1: went down, you shot at these people at the mall
- 19:39Speaker 1: right now, at the Cumberland Mall just minutes from here,
- 19:43Speaker 1: you can't even walk into the mall with a firearm.
- 19:46Speaker 1: They have gun sniffing and gunpowder sniffing dogs to make
- 19:51Speaker 1: sure that no one comes on the property with a firearm.
- 19:56Speaker 1: If you're caught, it's a felony. First time is no consideration.
- 20:00Speaker 5: Because sometimes you do have to go to the next
- 20:03Speaker 5: step of if your plan goes awry, so you go
- 20:08Speaker 5: into your action hero you you start to shootout in
- 20:14Speaker 5: a parking lot, two or three people hit murdered. Based
- 20:19Speaker 5: on that, you decided you was going to be a
- 20:20Speaker 5: superhero today. Now what is your whole idea? You're sitting there, well,
- 20:31Speaker 5: somebody took my phone, Judge, I get to go get
- 20:33Speaker 5: it back.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Here my paperwork, you ain't digital, ain't that stuff?
- 20:45Speaker 5: So I just and I think when you put these
- 20:49Speaker 5: kind of things out there, you keep this wild West
- 20:54Speaker 5: mentality going in people. You can breed an idea, the
- 21:00Speaker 5: relaxness of this law you're mike on. Did you pop it.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Like top it back, popped it out, popped it in
- 21:14Speaker 1: like a shoulder.
- 21:15Speaker 5: Please say you can see what we're talking coming. You
- 21:21Speaker 5: could tell me you can see what we're talking about.
- 21:23Speaker 5: I mean I said escalation. I mean I see the escalation.
- 21:26Speaker 9: That's why I'm saying, if you can hold them at
- 21:29Speaker 9: bay until the police get there without unloading, I mean,
- 21:33Speaker 9: that's the thing. If you got them, say hey, I
- 21:35Speaker 9: got the police on the way. It showed it's up
- 21:36Speaker 9: to you. You can either so track them down and
- 21:38Speaker 9: then hold them for the police. I'm not ever going
- 21:43Speaker 9: anywhere with you again. Don't do that.
- 21:45Speaker 1: We'll never go to another game again together. We'll never
- 21:48Speaker 1: do anything socially together. Again, because I don't want to
- 21:51Speaker 1: track anybody down. For the two choices I'll have with
- 21:55Speaker 1: you are flee or fire. Those are the only ones
- 21:59Speaker 1: you're gonna leave me with. We can either run from
- 22:01Speaker 1: this or we just not might need to start shooting first.
- 22:04Speaker 9: Because see why I start shooting if what you like?
- 22:08Speaker 9: You said you don't want to put other people in danger.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Yeah, so you roll up on some people that are
- 22:13Speaker 1: stolen something from you with the idea you're gonna hold them.
- 22:17Speaker 9: But that's what see But he but he said he
- 22:23Speaker 9: messed up by saying they were shooting at him and
- 22:25Speaker 9: they actually wasn't. No, he had you shouldn't have been
- 22:27Speaker 9: shooting in the first place. He should have just held
- 22:29Speaker 9: him at bay. And then if they were you know
- 22:32Speaker 9: why he said that, because it was all what if
- 22:36Speaker 9: they don't stop, hey, then that then you called the police,
- 22:40Speaker 9: say hey, gun put me willing to take off and
- 22:46Speaker 9: I'm with a gun held on them. That's I'm not
- 22:49Speaker 9: gonna shoot at him. I'm gonna let him go ahead then,
- 22:51Speaker 9: but I'm just gonna hold him. If I can hold
- 22:53Speaker 9: him to think that I will till the police get there.
- 22:57Speaker 9: If they willing to Like, hey, you got us and
- 22:59Speaker 9: they they don't have a gun. But if they got weapons,
- 23:01Speaker 9: they don't. They don't do that with the cops show up.
- 23:04Speaker 9: What do you mean they don't do what therender? They
- 23:06Speaker 9: don't surrender.
- 23:07Speaker 18: Some do.
- 23:08Speaker 9: I would if you know, it's a time to know
- 23:11Speaker 9: when to surrender.
- 23:12Speaker 5: Like he said, he willing to flee.
- 23:14Speaker 9: Which fine, I'm not going nowhere with you because I
- 23:16Speaker 9: know you're gonna run, You're gonna get us killed.
- 23:18Speaker 1: What you just said is how Sean got in the trouble.
- 23:21Speaker 1: I'm gonna hold them till the cops get here. I'm
- 23:23Speaker 1: gonna hold them. And what I'm saying is again, are
- 23:27Speaker 1: you getting.
- 23:30Speaker 5: Open fire? How about you could have just call the
- 23:34Speaker 5: cops and let the system go. Because I don't even
- 23:45Speaker 5: know what you're talking about. You're talking about something that
- 23:49Speaker 5: when you pick up and read that story outside of
- 23:51Speaker 5: comic books, what story where somebody jumps into something talking
- 23:54Speaker 5: about hold up? Look, you're in some fantasyland. I'm not,
- 24:00Speaker 5: I tell you.
- 24:03Speaker 9: On your property instead in breaking in or something. You
- 24:06Speaker 9: got them, You hold them at bay until the police come.
- 24:08Speaker 9: You don't have to actually shoot them. I mean, it's
- 24:10Speaker 9: just it's up to you if you. If you trigger happier,
- 24:13Speaker 9: we'll be back.
- 24:17Speaker 5: So what happened allows you Tom to the times now

- 26:44Speaker 11: So what.
- 27:15Speaker 5: In the morning? What wou this was? Shock shun? This
- 27:18Speaker 5: was shock wing Gandy comment you Greg bad producer mc
- 27:22Speaker 5: kenny in the studio. The last preseason games for the
- 27:27Speaker 5: NFL took place this past weekend. One of the Sanders brothers, Shiloh,
- 27:36Speaker 5: I'm getting ejected out of the game against the Bill
- 27:41Speaker 5: the third preseason game. A lot of people asking me,
- 27:47Speaker 5: texting me about this situation. I guess maybe I didn't
- 27:53Speaker 5: watch all the videos and the documentaries for the Sanders kids,
- 27:59Speaker 5: so I'm not romanticizing who and what and how they are.
- 28:06Speaker 5: Maybe when I listen to people, it's like they tune
- 28:10Speaker 5: in to a lot of those Netflix and Prime Video shows,
- 28:15Speaker 5: and I guess you get it an affection for a
- 28:18Speaker 5: lot of people when you watch those shows, and the
- 28:22Speaker 5: Sanders' case with the how people love their dad and
- 28:29Speaker 5: now his two sons trying to make it NFL. Shiloh
- 28:35Speaker 5: throws a punch while getting blocked by Zach Davidson, the
- 28:42Speaker 5: tight end for the Buffalo Bills, gets ejected out of
- 28:46Speaker 5: the game, and the next day he is being released
- 28:53Speaker 5: by the Tampa Bay Bucks. Now rosters for the NFL
- 28:57Speaker 5: have to be cut down the fifty three people by tomorrow,
- 29:01Speaker 5: and then that Wednesday, Guys like a Shiloh can be
- 29:05Speaker 5: picked up again by the same team. The Bucks could
- 29:08Speaker 5: put him on the practice squad at that point, but
- 29:10Speaker 5: you have to give everybody else around the league twenty
- 29:14Speaker 5: four hours forty eight hours excuse me to decide whether
- 29:18Speaker 5: they want to bring you in. Guys, did you see
- 29:21Speaker 5: the punch? No? No? COMANCHI no, no, see, yes, I
- 29:28Speaker 5: saw it still photo, but no, I don't know. I
- 29:33Speaker 5: got some frustrated the tight end was blocking him. I
- 29:37Speaker 5: couldn't hear whether the whistle had blown, but it looked
- 29:40Speaker 5: like a legal block. And at the end he punched
- 29:45Speaker 5: the tight end. They injected him out of the game
- 29:47Speaker 5: and a game which he needed to be in. One
- 29:51Speaker 5: thing I need to explain so everybody can stop and
- 29:57Speaker 5: figure out how the NFL works when you're watching these games,
- 30:01Speaker 5: when you're watching these preseason games, the NFL is not
- 30:07Speaker 5: high school and then it's not college. But I understand
- 30:11Speaker 5: how all our sports are so intertwined that we forget
- 30:17Speaker 5: there's different levels. I've read something about Dwayne Wade talking
- 30:22Speaker 5: about he doesn't understand the modern day fan and how
- 30:27Speaker 5: they think they can because they go to the LA
- 30:30Speaker 5: fitness and play basketball makes them some judge of a
- 30:34Speaker 5: pro player. There are different levels. When you go to
- 30:38Speaker 5: a preseason game, out of that fifty three man roster,
- 30:45Speaker 5: about forty two of those people already are on the team,
- 30:51Speaker 5: so you bring them in and about another forty people
- 30:54Speaker 5: that are fighting for like nine jobs. It looks like
- 30:59Speaker 5: it's an open company petition. It looks like you're playing
- 31:03Speaker 5: the game. Everybody gets out there, you're not. Now Tampa
- 31:07Speaker 5: has three safeties that they already signed to actually produce.
- 31:13Speaker 5: They had four guys in there fighting for one job.
- 31:18Speaker 5: They only had one safety spot left one. They had
- 31:21Speaker 5: four other guys in camp fighting for it. Shiloh was one.
- 31:24Speaker 5: So when you're trying to figure out, well, how did
- 31:26Speaker 5: he end up not making it? The odds were already
- 31:29Speaker 5: only had a twenty five percent chance. Twenty five percent
- 31:33Speaker 5: and then do the man. Then you then you get
- 31:37Speaker 5: thrown out of your last evaluation. It's like being on
- 31:42Speaker 5: that show chopped and not putting one of the ingredients
- 31:45Speaker 5: on the plate. You go over there to the table
- 31:49Speaker 5: knowing they're going to get rid of me. I got
- 31:51Speaker 5: everything they gave. I didn't get got the sparg.
- 31:59Speaker 1: It's called asparagus and fill ay. That was the name
- 32:03Speaker 1: of the dish. And you didn't put their spare against
- 32:06Speaker 1: there like you thought you were gonna move on?
- 32:08Speaker 5: Were you gonna move on? You didn't put one of
- 32:10Speaker 5: the things on the plate. So in Shiloh, and I'm
- 32:13Speaker 5: pulling for Shallow, I like his att too, I think,
- 32:16Speaker 5: but I know he's tough sledding because he has I
- 32:21Speaker 5: would tell you he's too small for the position. He's
- 32:25Speaker 5: too small for the position and too slow to move
- 32:29Speaker 5: the corner. A lot of guys find themselves that way
- 32:34Speaker 5: when they leave college. They can get away with that
- 32:37Speaker 5: in college, but when they go to the pro they're
- 32:39Speaker 5: too slow to play cornerback, and they really too small
- 32:43Speaker 5: to play safety, and it puts him in a bad,
- 32:48Speaker 5: bad little mix.
- 32:49Speaker 9: Even strong safety at six week hundred and ninety four,
- 32:54Speaker 9: about strong safety, I still.
- 32:55Speaker 5: I don't know if safety that is not over two
- 32:57Speaker 5: hundred pounds. I'm just trying to make sure I understand.
- 33:00Speaker 5: And most of them are in that six one the
- 33:04Speaker 5: six three type size because the strong safety a lot
- 33:11Speaker 5: of times find himself covering tight end. Most of them
- 33:15Speaker 5: line back backs out of the back for you. Yes,
- 33:18Speaker 5: those kind of guys. So we will see what happens
- 33:22Speaker 5: with Shiloh. We go north to his brother, should do her?
- 33:28Speaker 5: Cleveland finds themselves going to keep four quarterbacks? You do her? Sanders, Now,
- 33:33Speaker 5: interesting story. My daughter, happy birthday, Phoenix. At her birthday
- 33:37Speaker 5: this weekend, I take her to get her a gift
- 33:39Speaker 5: at the store.
- 33:40Speaker 23: Uh.
- 33:41Speaker 5: The lady is going back in the back to get
- 33:42Speaker 5: the gift.
- 33:44Speaker 1: Uh.
- 33:44Speaker 5: One of the other workers at the store comes over
- 33:48Speaker 5: tells me because he recognized he was a Saints fan.
- 33:53Speaker 5: He recognized that I used to play for the Saints.
- 33:55Speaker 5: I said, Oh. We go to talking. He tells me
- 33:58Speaker 5: that this ain't so racist because they didn't drive chadure.
- 34:08Speaker 1: Sanders say, black man, what's happening with you, brother?
- 34:13Speaker 5: What's going on? Sirce? Nothing?
- 34:15Speaker 1: Grand rising King, and excuse me. I was just noticing
- 34:19Speaker 1: you from your days of playing in the NFL for.
- 34:23Speaker 5: The Yeah, yeah, I was down there with the who
- 34:27Speaker 5: that nation.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Yes, proud black man who played for three years in
- 34:33Speaker 1: the world.
- 34:36Speaker 5: They don't love black people. They don't get black people
- 34:38Speaker 5: a chance outside of what French court. I'm black, sir.
- 34:45Speaker 5: What that means? Well, they hired me three years. Oh
- 34:56Speaker 5: have a good day, sir, And it was through me.
- 35:01Speaker 5: I didn't know how because I was I knew if
- 35:04Speaker 5: I said anything, it was gonna be a long conversation
- 35:07Speaker 5: because in my mind, uh. And I even told my
- 35:11Speaker 5: daughter when she came back, I told her, I said,
- 35:13Speaker 5: you know, it was one year of those three I
- 35:18Speaker 5: didn't I don't think we had a white starter on
- 35:23Speaker 5: the Saints forget you know. Usually I was trying to
- 35:29Speaker 5: go through the lineup and I think we were actually
- 35:31Speaker 5: putting twenty two black men quarterback and everything on the field.
- 35:37Speaker 5: So I was messed up because I was thinking, well,
- 35:39Speaker 5: how did you figure the Saints? And he said, because
- 35:42Speaker 5: they didn't draft when they had the opportunity to draft,
- 35:44Speaker 5: should do her in the draft. Since they did not,
- 35:50Speaker 5: they're racist.
- 35:51Speaker 1: So that makes all the teams racist at least four times? Yes,
- 35:58Speaker 1: and my correct every team is it's just at least
- 36:00Speaker 1: four times. Yeah, Well some a fifth time well, are
- 36:05Speaker 1: the only one who did not get to number five?
- 36:10Speaker 5: Hey, Lucy, Adam's number three racist state in America. I
- 36:14Speaker 5: wanted to record it because I wanted to play him back,
- 36:16Speaker 5: like how did you come? How did that math work?
- 36:19Speaker 1: And then he just said Louisiana's the third most racist state.
- 36:23Speaker 5: Where in the United States is one? I just know how.
- 36:28Speaker 1: I mean just And that's how the mindset carries because
- 36:33Speaker 1: that he starts to make sense out of that, and yeah,
- 36:38Speaker 1: well and then and before you know, people sitting around
- 36:41Speaker 1: like yeah, man, and then and.
- 36:44Speaker 5: Then there's a lot of other things that they say.
- 36:46Speaker 5: I mean, it added to it. So the fan you agree, Wait, sir,
- 36:50Speaker 5: I'm with that guy.
- 36:51Speaker 9: I'm not agreeing that they didn't draft to Dore and
- 36:53Speaker 9: they were being racist.
- 36:55Speaker 5: But I'm saying there's.
- 36:57Speaker 1: But he has a point about New Orleans, or he
- 37:00Speaker 1: has a point about the Saints.
- 37:02Speaker 9: Oh I'm not saying I'm not devil work for the Saints.
- 37:04Speaker 9: I just know a friend of mine that worked for him.
- 37:07Speaker 9: He said they treated him fine and did treat him well.
- 37:10Speaker 1: I'm saying the logic as a whole, if if, if
- 37:15Speaker 1: the Saints are racists because they did not draft Shador
- 37:17Speaker 1: when they had a chance. Then every team had a chance.
- 37:21Speaker 1: He wasn't drafted until the fifth round. So now every
- 37:25Speaker 1: NFL team that did not drafts your doer is guilty
- 37:28Speaker 1: of racism.
- 37:30Speaker 5: I'm not saying that every team. It would have to
- 37:32Speaker 5: be if you do the math. I'm just living. I
- 37:35Speaker 5: just think it's.
- 37:36Speaker 9: Funny that the fact that that's not the first time
- 37:39Speaker 9: I heard that from and Just And what I'm saying
- 37:43Speaker 9: is other teams fans as comically ignorant as it sounds.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Just flippantly discussing it, we can laugh about it. There
- 37:53Speaker 1: are people in positions of power that make decisions that
- 37:57Speaker 1: think like that, Like these people determine the outcomes of
- 38:02Speaker 1: particular things, and they honestly feel like without ever doing
- 38:07Speaker 1: the math, without ever logically thinking.
- 38:10Speaker 5: That through, just to be in there to see sports
- 38:13Speaker 5: job face and and why argue you just you just nod.
- 38:24Speaker 5: He didn't want to make it a long Guys, as
- 38:26Speaker 5: we go to break, for our listeners and for ourselves,
- 38:29Speaker 5: understand this. With that ninth pick, the Saints draft of
- 38:37Speaker 5: the black guy, So think on that that don't mean nothing.
- 38:53Speaker 9: But it's not a quarterback and it wasn't to do
- 38:55Speaker 9: a sand list.
- 38:57Speaker 5: See, so now you minimize me and what my struggle
- 39:01Speaker 5: as part of the race is that you've decided that
- 39:05Speaker 5: there's only a person of the one race. So you're
- 39:10Speaker 5: waking me. So this young kid is not black and
- 39:14Speaker 5: got drafted. That's how we move. No, we don't. Don't
- 39:20Speaker 5: don't saying not all no, not all of them. No,
- 39:23Speaker 5: you said we couple said not me, not me. I'm
- 39:30Speaker 5: just saying there's some people think we back right after this.

- 42:23Speaker 8: even Jenny, welcome.
- 42:26Speaker 5: Back to this swe Shock show. I'm in the swe
- 42:28Speaker 5: Shock Wayne Gatty. Good money to you out there and
- 42:31Speaker 5: listening land. Uh, it's amazing. As we just love talking
- 42:36Speaker 5: about the New Orleans Saints.
- 42:37Speaker 1: And I would wager I know the three years I
- 42:40Speaker 1: played there, the first round picks all three of I remember, correct,
- 42:45Speaker 1: Will Smith, Jamal Brown, Devin Henderson.
- 42:51Speaker 5: They were all black. I know the history of the
- 42:55Speaker 5: Saints a little bit. I would imagine maybe one out
- 42:58Speaker 5: of the last ten drafts might have found a white
- 43:04Speaker 5: player being drafted by them. So I know we'd like
- 43:08Speaker 5: to base opinion on emotion, but if it's just factual
- 43:17Speaker 5: that you're wrong. Why is it that your emotions still
- 43:22Speaker 5: drive you to be blind? Babby has just made a
- 43:26Speaker 5: statement that the NFL is supposed to be seen. How
- 43:33Speaker 5: where are you getting these facts of that lead? Because
- 43:39Speaker 5: you as a fan who don't even work for these
- 43:42Speaker 5: teams like a player, and now because I don't get
- 43:46Speaker 5: who you like, you want to cast words on me
- 43:51Speaker 5: that are hard words.
- 43:55Speaker 1: Calling someone a racist is like calling somebody a pedal file.
- 44:02Speaker 5: Or rapist. I think y'all have forgotten. You're saddling a
- 44:08Speaker 5: person with something that people will underline and always bring
- 44:16Speaker 5: that back around ten fifteen years. Well, you know they
- 44:19Speaker 5: said he was right? What is your evidence? Right?
- 44:22Speaker 1: When you're about to get your distribution deal, they'll go
- 44:26Speaker 1: back to your social media and go, look, this person
- 44:29Speaker 1: is racist, And then everybody, without doing any of the math,
- 44:34Speaker 1: will start screaming yeah because of what you showed them
- 44:38Speaker 1: or what you said to them in that emotional moment.
- 44:42Speaker 1: And that's the thing about it that bothers me when
- 44:45Speaker 1: people say stuff like that, When people label you as
- 44:49Speaker 1: something without having any evidence, is that, especially depending on
- 44:54Speaker 1: the seat you're sitting in when you say it. People
- 44:57Speaker 1: who have those voices of authority would automatically have folks screaming, yeah, yeah,
- 45:03Speaker 1: you're right because they think they should know.
- 45:07Speaker 5: And it's not always the case. And I'm always command
- 45:11Speaker 5: to you. I'm always just trying to because I want
- 45:14Speaker 5: to see it. But since you don't, there's no evidence
- 45:18Speaker 5: to prove it, then you're just giving me your emotional
- 45:20Speaker 5: thought on a situation. And I just don't wan. I'm
- 45:27Speaker 5: always when when is the NFL? When is it that?
- 45:31Speaker 5: Or they're just not making the decisions you wanted to make.
- 45:33Speaker 5: And there was the time maybe that you could have
- 45:36Speaker 5: had proof. What is your proof now? What I can see? Yeah?
- 45:44Speaker 20: What?
- 45:44Speaker 1: What?
- 45:45Speaker 5: What somebody's proof? Now? Like what is this guy at
- 45:48Speaker 5: at the at the store? What is his proof to
- 45:54Speaker 5: make a statement about this franchise?
- 45:56Speaker 1: Like that it's what he saw. That's the proof is
- 46:00Speaker 1: that he saw it.
- 46:01Speaker 5: Because he wanted them to draft Shad and they didn't.
- 46:05Speaker 1: So why didn't they draft? Should door number one on
- 46:09Speaker 1: the list racists?
- 46:12Speaker 5: But Calvin Banks Junior, it's black Texas big offensive lineman.
- 46:20Speaker 5: But he ain't a quarterback. That's number two. Oh, so
- 46:25Speaker 5: he says he's not a quarterback. My quarterback was black
- 46:29Speaker 5: when I was there. He was there for six years,
- 46:32Speaker 5: seven years, and what happened to him? They cut me.
- 46:38Speaker 5: They gave seven eight years. He couldn't. He couldn't never
- 46:40Speaker 5: get around the being they were impatient.
- 46:43Speaker 25: Oh see, like it was this don't find something, he said.
- 46:53Speaker 5: They was impatient. I'taining.
- 46:57Speaker 1: All he had was eight years. That was it all.
- 47:01Speaker 1: You know, it takes time to develop, Yeah it does.
- 47:06Speaker 5: Oh but so chadur being the fourth quarterback Cleveland, being
- 47:11Speaker 5: in an impossible situation with Shador Sanders had a bad game,
- 47:16Speaker 5: had a good game the first time around, bad game
- 47:19Speaker 5: this third time around, didn't play in the second game.
- 47:22Speaker 5: People went to blaming. And this is why the stories
- 47:25Speaker 5: I read about it, it was why teams. I'm out
- 47:29Speaker 5: there letting you know why teams didn't grab him because
- 47:34Speaker 5: when he plays well as all of him, when he
- 47:36Speaker 5: plays bad, it's the team. It's a way, it's a
- 47:41Speaker 5: scale that goes with his notoriety that teams did not want.
- 47:47Speaker 5: I saw one guy, Why would you leave him out
- 47:52Speaker 5: there with the second and third line because it was
- 47:55Speaker 5: the second half, preseason, it's pre season.
- 48:01Speaker 1: He's QB four, he's the fourth guy on the depth
- 48:05Speaker 1: chart still and listen, he's going to be out there
- 48:09Speaker 1: with I'm the starting.
- 48:10Speaker 5: I'm the starting left tackle. When the starting quarterback leaves
- 48:16Speaker 5: a preseason game, I leave the pre as soon as
- 48:20Speaker 5: I go to the bench, and I look down and
- 48:23Speaker 5: I see him over there taking the tape off his
- 48:25Speaker 5: hands or whatever he's doing. That signifies I'm done. I
- 48:30Speaker 5: only play with the starting quarterback, and I don't mean
- 48:36Speaker 5: the starting for the season. It means whoever starting the
- 48:39Speaker 5: game tonight. Once they exit, I exit. I don't play
- 48:44Speaker 5: with the second guy ever never. I don't know what
- 48:50Speaker 5: his voice. First time i'll hear his voice is in
- 48:53Speaker 5: a game during the season with a starter got hurt
- 48:56Speaker 5: or having a bad day. But other than that, I
- 49:00Speaker 5: don't ever hear his voice. So when somebody makes those statements,
- 49:05Speaker 5: it's like, what are y'all actually reading and doing? To think?
- 49:10Speaker 1: Just like when Dylan Gabriel winning the game, when that
- 49:13Speaker 1: time he went, the first line was gone too. That's
- 49:16Speaker 1: why you take the preseason with a grain of salt.
- 49:18Speaker 1: You don't know who's playing who.
- 49:22Speaker 5: You didn't say that when you do it played the
- 49:23Speaker 5: first game and the team he played defense didn't play
- 49:26Speaker 5: any of their starters. You gave him all the credit
- 49:29Speaker 5: for what a great game he had. Yeah, flashes he had.
- 49:34Speaker 1: Whoever they played didn't played none of the embarrassed the
- 49:37Speaker 1: entire NFL with his performance in today's game. The rest
- 49:44Speaker 1: of the NFL should be ashamed of themselves and apologized.
- 49:47Speaker 5: Ras. So you know I get and this. I'm just saying,
- 49:54Speaker 5: all this has to go to break. This is why
- 49:58Speaker 5: this show. Teams were like, Nah, you gotta be bonafide
- 50:03Speaker 5: for me to put up. You gotta be in my mind.
- 50:09Speaker 5: You gotta yeah, at least as off the bat. You
- 50:11Speaker 5: gotta make me feel like you are really the guy
- 50:14Speaker 5: to put up with all this.
- 50:15Speaker 1: I mean because look at his brother. Who else throw
- 50:18Speaker 1: a punch at the job interview and expect to keep
- 50:20Speaker 1: the job.
- 50:21Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying.
- 50:23Speaker 1: You auditioned in and out here punching people, and people
- 50:26Speaker 1: were saying that that Temple they ain't have.
- 50:30Speaker 5: To cut him, but he didn't play in the game.
- 50:34Speaker 5: We'll be back more to Sports Job Show right after
- 50:36Speaker 5: this commands we bring commend here to try to help us.

- 51:03Speaker 20: but it's time we know the facts. Fentanyl is killing people.
- 51:06Speaker 20: It's a powerful opioid, often made illegally and commonly mixed
- 51:10Speaker 20: with illicit drugs. It can even be pressed into counterfeit
- 51:13Speaker 20: pills that resemble prescription medications. Just two milligrams, about the
- 51:17Speaker 20: size of a few grains of sand, could potentially be lethal.
- 51:20Speaker 20: This isn't an AD to scare you, but it is

- 52:53Speaker 27: Waney Center Court on Sports Now. Whose gossip blah blah blah.
- 53:03Speaker 4: Blah blah, hu.
- 53:13Speaker 7: An away, Jane.
- 53:19Speaker 5: Ready, Let's go get him.
- 53:23Speaker 7: I used to run based like wamp Yeah, now run.
- 53:25Speaker 5: The base high hat and the smell.
- 53:27Speaker 17: Who used to bat girls like curtain Back now back,
- 53:33Speaker 17: Welcome back to this Boy Shock Shop, this Boy Shock
- 53:35Speaker 17: Wing Cantie.
- 53:38Speaker 5: The Atlanta Falcons going to start with the Tampa Bay
- 53:43Speaker 5: Bucks UH this year. On September the seventh, the Bucks
- 53:48Speaker 5: will come to Atlanta. Michael Pennix Junior will be the
- 53:54Speaker 5: man under center to try to bring back the dirty
- 53:59Speaker 5: Birds in a tough division. Actually a lot of people
- 54:02Speaker 5: feel like those me included that this is the two
- 54:09Speaker 5: teams in the division that will win the division out
- 54:15Speaker 5: of the four teams. Kind of, it's not like we're
- 54:18Speaker 5: rocket signed. It's very easy. You just don't have a
- 54:20Speaker 5: lot of confidence in the Carolina Panthers and Brice Young.
- 54:24Speaker 5: We don't know who is going to be the starting
- 54:26Speaker 5: quarterback or the New Orleans Saints. And we feel like
- 54:33Speaker 5: with Baker Mayfield and what they did last year in
- 54:36Speaker 5: Tampa and what we believe here is in Atlanta, Michael
- 54:40Speaker 5: Pennix is going to in that first game. That's going
- 54:45Speaker 5: to be a significant game maybe down the road of
- 54:49Speaker 5: who won that game as far as records go. Now,
- 54:53Speaker 5: he got into an altercation leaving the Cowboy game and
- 55:00Speaker 5: still giving him grief about a missprint doing an interview
- 55:09Speaker 5: where the X at the end of his name was
- 55:12Speaker 5: an S. He reacted And the only thing I can't
- 55:18Speaker 5: imagine with him is he was that raw to be
- 55:25Speaker 5: open to a fan saying that I would imagine people
- 55:30Speaker 5: have been messing with him about his last name since
- 55:35Speaker 5: third grade. Why do you think he was so like,
- 55:41Speaker 5: you know, to be leaving a game in away stadium.
- 55:46Speaker 5: I wonder what about the tone of it? Hit his
- 55:48Speaker 5: beard so wrong? I honestly was going to ask, have
- 55:53Speaker 5: you noticed? And this is just from my observation.
- 55:58Speaker 1: From the time that he got draft till now, he's
- 56:02Speaker 1: been projecting a more aggressive, Oh y'all think I'm one
- 56:07Speaker 1: of them soft dudes images Like I've seen him. When
- 56:10Speaker 1: he first came in, he was kind of well, you know,
- 56:13Speaker 1: I just want to be and I kind of want to.
- 56:16Speaker 5: And I was kind of like, dude, whisper too much.
- 56:18Speaker 5: And now he.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Really I thought, you know, he got a mild manner
- 56:23Speaker 1: for this market. And now he's all on some well, no,
- 56:26Speaker 1: people get the wrong idea about you, and then well
- 56:29Speaker 1: maybe that's it. And so now he's trying to let
- 56:32Speaker 1: him know I ain't that guy. I'm the other guy.
- 56:35Speaker 1: You're trying to live up to the do rag, because
- 56:39Speaker 1: when did the do rag come? I always wanted to
- 56:44Speaker 1: do It's like I'm saying, he.
- 56:46Speaker 5: Always trying to live up to the rag. Always appreciate
- 56:54Speaker 5: you used to wear a do rag because of my hair,
- 56:56Speaker 5: my braids or whatever. Now I'm trying to live up
- 56:59Speaker 5: to what a do rag statement says. And I got
- 57:03Speaker 5: me a little chain. Do rag statement says, I'm about that.
- 57:06Speaker 5: I am about that. And when you wear the do
- 57:11Speaker 5: rag outside of the house and don't say it, don't
- 57:15Speaker 5: and don't say it in public. It said, it's a
- 57:17Speaker 5: statement if.
- 57:18Speaker 1: It did not mean that bad producer. When you get
- 57:22Speaker 1: to the door of some establishments, they wouldn't ask you
- 57:25Speaker 1: to take it off. There are some places that's into
- 57:29Speaker 1: the establishments. No do rags because the do rag is them.
- 57:33Speaker 5: Dudes. If I pull up to the Shell on a
- 57:37Speaker 5: Sunday at one o'clock sun out, ninety degree fresh after
- 57:41Speaker 5: church and I look over, its two guys standing by
- 57:44Speaker 5: the door. Yeah, other shell gas station and some do rag.
- 57:49Speaker 5: They could have suits out but still winingum keep it moving.
- 57:52Speaker 5: But they got the do rags on rags say the
- 57:55Speaker 5: smoke ready. They got the church closed.
- 57:58Speaker 1: It's already smoking. We already got it home. We're just
- 58:01Speaker 1: waiting for the meat to drop. This all white, white hot,
- 58:05Speaker 1: all these.
- 58:08Speaker 5: Waiting on the meat. We got do rags. So you say,
- 58:11Speaker 5: ain't trying to live up to the do. He's trying
- 58:13Speaker 5: to live up to his do rat.
- 58:14Speaker 1: Okay, okay, So do you agree? No, sir, He's always
- 58:19Speaker 1: been a due rag guy. He's always been a due
- 58:22Speaker 1: rag guy.
- 58:22Speaker 9: I like the fact that he's he's being vocal, just
- 58:27Speaker 9: in practice. A couple of weeks ago, he had a
- 58:30Speaker 9: little altercation. See, I like that. I like that from
- 58:33Speaker 9: my quarterbacks trying to live up to cam Ward out
- 58:38Speaker 9: there fighting that Quarterbacks don't do that. Look he will quarterbacks.
- 58:43Speaker 9: Why do you think that that is? With that?
- 58:45Speaker 5: And then and then, like I said with cam Ward, uh,
- 58:48Speaker 5: because I'm telling leave my quarterback along, do rag They
- 59:00Speaker 5: out there, they're not even supposed to be on that
- 59:02Speaker 5: side of the field. Quarterbacks don't even be I don't
- 59:07Speaker 5: even know how they got into a fight. They don't
- 59:11Speaker 5: do drills where you fight talking to each have you
- 59:13Speaker 5: been y'all do I don't know if y'all know what
- 59:15Speaker 5: football quarterbacks don't do drills of contact. No, they don't
- 59:22Speaker 5: do drills at practice of contact. I've told you a
- 59:26Speaker 5: lot of quarterbacks get hurt early on in the season
- 59:29Speaker 5: because this will be the first time since last season
- 59:34Speaker 5: in Game one, when somebody throw Michael PENNOCKX on the ground,
- 59:38Speaker 5: it's the first time he's been thrown on the ground
- 59:41Speaker 5: since the last They don't that's not a practice drill,
- 59:45Speaker 5: so they don't fall right. You know.
- 59:48Speaker 1: You know why they started to fight because somebody came
- 59:49Speaker 1: to a a p do says, do Regnice?
- 59:53Speaker 5: What what he say?
- 59:55Speaker 1: What? No?
- 59:56Speaker 5: So I saw him and m Ward fighting. I'm thinking
- 59:59Speaker 5: what y'all doing? Like? What what? What situation got into it?
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: Excuse me? Cam Cam do say you say something about
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: do rag? What's up with that? Hey?
- 1:00:10Speaker 5: I like do rag life. And he's in here lying
- 1:00:14Speaker 5: to the people that he don't know what do rag mean? Know,
- 1:00:19Speaker 5: we just three other, three other men of color, and
- 1:00:23Speaker 5: you you're talking to somebody.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: You're talking to somebody used to wear a do rag
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: with a bandana hanging out there.
- 1:00:30Speaker 5: I'm talking about three folk. Excuse me.
- 1:00:35Speaker 9: I'm just saying I wouldn't stereotype you because we had that.
- 1:00:40Speaker 5: That he's sitting there with a do rag and we
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: were committing crime.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: We were identifying ourselves as criminals. We wanted you to
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: know that we that life.
- 1:00:50Speaker 5: Find a guy who wears do rag, then people say.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: And we made sure that all of us had to
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: do rag so you wouldn't get it mistaken. Don't come
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: over here thinking this is the place to hang out
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: and play. We all got too rams, and don't go
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: away of the sports. Josh Yo with Wayne Gandy is
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: dumbing up next.
- 1:01:24Speaker 28: I never realized that I'd be taking care of a
- 1:01:28Speaker 28: two year old and a nine year old on my own.
- 1:01:30Speaker 28: I think men can be a little stubborn sometimes where
- 1:01:33Speaker 28: pride gets in the way and they may want the help,
- 1:01:36Speaker 28: they may not know how to ask. With my traditions,
- 1:01:40Speaker 28: with the family support in line, and just with my
- 1:01:43Speaker 28: mind frame, I was able to turn a negative into
- 1:01:47Speaker 28: a positive. I knew I needed more tools in my
- 1:01:50Speaker 28: toolbox to take care of these little girls that just

- 1:02:35Speaker 14: life insurance.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: When I was twenty five, me and my wife were
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: just getting started with our family and thought we lived forever.
- 1:02:40Speaker 7: Life insurance was the last thing on my mind. What
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: bills piling up, I was worried how my family was
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: survival without me. That's what I made an appointment with

- 1:02:52Speaker 14: Information gives you power, and life insurance gives your family
- 1:02:55Speaker 14: security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 1:02:58Speaker 7: Now that I'm older, I don't worry volt whether I'll
- 1:03:00Speaker 7: leave my family.
- 1:03:01Speaker 5: That bills are benefits. The answer is easy.
- 1:03:03Speaker 14: Whether you're twenty five or fifty, whether you earn a
- 1:03:05Speaker 14: little or a lot. All you need is the insurance
- 1:03:08Speaker 14: informant to help you build a foundation of security, because
- 1:03:11Speaker 14: without you, your family will have two options, benefits or bills.

- 1:03:54Speaker 4: Dot Com to flu come poet, come to clok Is
- 1:03:58Speaker 4: it just t.
- 1:04:03Speaker 5: I'm do it.

- 1:04:18Speaker 5: if your listeners out there you know, hit us up,
- 1:04:21Speaker 5: let us know uh and weigh in on what you
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: do when the do rag boys show up? The yo
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: hot talking about seeing your daughter, not coming to see
- 1:04:34Speaker 5: your dog. And I couldn't blame it on nothing, but
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: see she's looking for somebody like the people in our family. Daddy.
- 1:04:45Speaker 5: He reminds me of you. I be real man, then
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: the great Serena Williams, Serena or Miss Williams. You don't
- 1:04:59Speaker 5: have to explain of these people why you want to
- 1:05:03Speaker 5: lose weight, how you losing weight. I've never seen a society.
- 1:05:09Speaker 5: I mean, I really want. I think people should be
- 1:05:12Speaker 5: limited to like five minutes of social media day because
- 1:05:18Speaker 5: I know that's where all these things come from. There's
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: a contingency out there of people that just hate Why
- 1:05:27Speaker 5: do you care how Serena is losing weight? Is that
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: bothering your light bill? Like? Is it fringing on your
- 1:05:35Speaker 5: light bil? Is she drawing power from your tower? Or? Like?
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: What is it about her? Who cares? How people?
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: We live in a world where people are trans forming
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: themselves into whatever, and you care that how she's losing weight.
- 1:05:55Speaker 5: She decided she wanted to lose weight. She was in
- 1:05:57Speaker 5: her she's in her mid forties, that two kids, them,
- 1:06:02Speaker 5: knees are bad. The first thing you need to do
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: when the body part like your back or knees are
- 1:06:09Speaker 5: hurting before you get on anything is lose fifteen to
- 1:06:14Speaker 5: twenty pounds. Go lose weight. You'll find a big difference
- 1:06:18Speaker 5: of how your joints. It's relief without medicine, is relief
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: without surgery, all that just by doing that, you can
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: relieve that tension in your back. I'm not saying it
- 1:06:31Speaker 5: fully goes a weight. I'm saying that there's a part
- 1:06:34Speaker 5: of it that just by losing the little weight. Now,
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: someone like a Serena and these are an excuses. She's muscular.
- 1:06:45Speaker 5: It's hard to lose weight when you got a lot
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: of muscle. But in the big muscle, in the big
- 1:06:56Speaker 5: picture of things.
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: I'm just when I'm looking at the stories people complaining
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: that she she might be on.
- 1:07:04Speaker 5: This and that, and I'm taking, well, they sell it.
- 1:07:06Speaker 5: It's legal, legal drug, you know what I'm saying. They're
- 1:07:11Speaker 5: saying it like she's sneaking over to something.
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: You and you have made people angry with saying that
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: they should have other things to do besides be all
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: up in Serena business.
- 1:07:22Speaker 5: Folks don't see you as concerned. Are you? Are you?
- 1:07:26Speaker 5: Are you not?
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: How you don't understand what it means to because she
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: she's not on it, she's not playing tennis. Oh, but
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: she sends the message to all the little girls about
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: body image and they self worth and if you out
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: there and you doing that, then you never know that
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: could lead to a little girl on social media having
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: low self esteem do by her losing weight with the
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: using and yes, with the help of this uh enhancement.
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: Because you know how people are the.
- 1:08:00Speaker 5: Be she a leader and that's my thing. I don't
- 1:08:08Speaker 5: get it. I was hoping you guys could explain it,
- 1:08:12Speaker 5: but it seems like y'all don't. No, that's what I'm saying.
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: That's literally people that you ought to be more concerned
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: because Serena is responsible for because of her position in
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: life and the platform that she has, she is got
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: a responsibility to all of the young ladies, women and
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: people who identify with her and look up to her
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: to show them a healthy alternative to using drugs and
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: not wanting to be.
- 1:08:44Speaker 5: And as I said, that would be one thing if
- 1:08:46Speaker 5: I was procuring a drug that was illegal, but you
- 1:08:56Speaker 5: don't know about the side effects, don't but the side
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: effects would be to me. See.
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: See, that's why they don't follow you.
- 1:09:07Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying, You don't and listen now,
- 1:09:10Speaker 5: and listen listen.
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: I'm just going to say a lot of people are
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: upset that this current uh, federal administration from the White
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: House down is against what they call the woke culture.
- 1:09:21Speaker 5: And the woke culture covers all of that, covers all
- 1:09:24Speaker 5: of that.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: See you do something in public and now want you
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: fired from your job because you were in a private
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: moment in public with doing something that they thought you
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: should not have been doing.
- 1:09:37Speaker 5: This wasn't anything. They don't even know you.
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: They just thought that you were outside of their moral
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: code to conduct. Now you ought to be fired from
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: your job. You made a person to say that she's
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: morally wrong. They're trying to say that they have a
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: right to even judge if she's wrong or right. People
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: are saying that her losing weight and losing it by
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: taking a shot.
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: For dancing with Kendrick Lamar.
- 1:10:01Speaker 9: I mean, it's always everybody got something to say about
- 1:10:03Speaker 9: that's in a sense to her. So that's the only
- 1:10:07Speaker 9: thing I'm saying that. I mean, the young lady has
- 1:10:10Speaker 9: did nothing negative since she's.
- 1:10:12Speaker 5: Been on the same the same people.
- 1:10:14Speaker 9: Why are you coming at her in a negative manner
- 1:10:17Speaker 9: because some point in time, Sabrina, I mean, Sereno, Serena
- 1:10:22Speaker 9: needs just I mean, I feel its clap back.
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: You can't be against those people, and before the guy
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: who says the Saints are racist. You can't before the
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: people who say that the Buccaneers are racist, and not
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: before the people that say Serena is wrong for losing
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: weight by taking a shot that that.
- 1:10:42Speaker 5: Those are the same people. They're the exact same group
- 1:10:46Speaker 5: of folks.
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: And they all have an opinion that they think should
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: outweigh your opinion about your own stuff. This your life.
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: I mean, I'm living this life and you telling me
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: I'm wrong about my choices for it. And that's that's
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: where we are right now. People know you can't do that.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: What do you mean, I can't do that because that's
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: not right. And that's just based on opinion. And now
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: Serena caught up in it, so you know, and everybody
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: will have an opinion about her and her losing weight
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: and now that she's making money on it because she's
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: endorsing a particular weight lost drug.
- 1:11:22Speaker 5: Oh you know, you just been sold out. So it's crazy.
- 1:11:26Speaker 5: Speaking of selling out, Sasha Vickory, one of the US
- 1:11:31Speaker 5: tennis players, she also does OnlyFans, and she says she
- 1:11:37Speaker 5: does OnlyFans because right now that is what helps her
- 1:11:44Speaker 5: pay for her tennis that's her major income right now.
- 1:11:49Speaker 5: And as far as judgments go, right and we're not judging,
- 1:11:57Speaker 5: is I'm just bringing like to how how many young
- 1:12:01Speaker 5: ladies as you was talking about, are so okay with
- 1:12:06Speaker 5: joining only fans, right, But Serena can't lose white, But
- 1:12:11Speaker 5: Serena can't lose weight? What a shot? But everybody you
- 1:12:16Speaker 5: but you you can.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: You can sell your happy place for eighteen ninety nine
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: a month.
- 1:12:23Speaker 5: And that's and that's why I brought to show you
- 1:12:25Speaker 5: an example of.
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: Where what it doesn't have to be that much, It
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: really don't have to be that much. Be about three
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: ninety nine per log on and you get seventeen hundred
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: of those dudes an hour.
- 1:12:37Speaker 5: And that's the I think that's I was giving credit
- 1:12:40Speaker 5: to what you're saying, where you you criticize the one person,
- 1:12:44Speaker 5: but then you're cool with something else that walks to
- 1:12:47Speaker 5: mo memorl line. Right, but of the only fans. But see,
- 1:12:53Speaker 5: this is the thing. The reason she charges twelve ninety
- 1:12:57Speaker 5: nine a month.
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: See, and the reason that's okay is because that in
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: the Walk culture, that is seen as her having control
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: over her body. She's allowed to do what she wants
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: with her personal body, and that's empowering her and she's
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: taking the sexualism back from the people who just ogle
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: her and them paying her. Is her benefiting from it?
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: Because but she's a tennis player, correct, Sa Serena play tennis? Right,
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: So the's the same fans, same fans, same fans, and
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: they okay, twelve ninety nine a month.
- 1:13:37Speaker 5: And I know we you know, we got to plug
- 1:13:41Speaker 5: into a female host. Yeah, to get answers to some
- 1:13:46Speaker 5: of these questions of how do you greenlight that in
- 1:13:50Speaker 5: your life where you're sitting there trying to get marketing dollars.
- 1:13:58Speaker 5: Most tennis players the bulk of their real income, just
- 1:14:01Speaker 5: like golfers some sports or where you may make two three,
- 1:14:07Speaker 5: four five thousand million in a season, but you will
- 1:14:14Speaker 5: make twenty five million in endorsements. That's what tennis centers around. Yes,
- 1:14:21Speaker 5: So I was wondering, like, so when you go decide
- 1:14:23Speaker 5: I'm gonna go do OnlyFans, I wonder how does that
- 1:14:28Speaker 5: detract from your marketing?
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: Is a sportief coming out trying to give you a deal,
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: it's prints rackets trying to sign you up. It makes
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: you wonder. But again, the fan base seems okay with it.
- 1:14:46Speaker 5: Right, So I just wonder, especially, you know, because we
- 1:14:50Speaker 5: have a lot we've had it. We reported here in
- 1:14:52Speaker 5: the last year a couple of tennis players have just
- 1:14:54Speaker 5: stopped playing tennis, gone to only fans, which is light weight,
- 1:15:02Speaker 5: Maxim magazine or even in an even in a lightweight
- 1:15:06Speaker 5: situation like she's saying she didn't do nudes, but you're
- 1:15:09Speaker 5: still at the Maxim magazine.
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, salacious girl. Yeah, you know wax, that was
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: a good Maxim Yeah yeah. Two piece, that's what this
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: seems beyond replace pieces of online Maximum. Yeah, they called
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: it Maxim magazine because they couldn't call it thick gus
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: and two pieces.
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: We'll be back with more than sports talk show right
- 1:15:31Speaker 5: after this.
- 1:15:33Speaker 29: Plant the Bracelets, Jinger o Jelly, Changing Faces, Don't.
- 1:15:49Speaker 12: Go Away, Born of the Sports, Jos Hill with Wayne

- 1:16:00Speaker 14: And now let's talk about something exciting, life insurance. Three
- 1:16:03Speaker 14: quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece
- 1:16:07Speaker 14: of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have

- 1:16:18Speaker 7: What about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: bills piling up, I was worried how my family will

- 1:22:00Speaker 5: he should fire his agent, he should fire. I think
- 1:22:03Speaker 5: he's got he's got it in this. It's impressive. He's
- 1:22:05Speaker 5: got an insurance policy on it. Is it whatever routine
- 1:22:08Speaker 5: and whatever he's filling it up with. It's very impressive
- 1:22:11Speaker 5: to see.
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: Even if he doesn't use that problefee, it looks wet
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: and healthy whatever. Even if he doesn't use a product,
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: he ought to tell them, Hey, I pay y'all pay me,
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: and I'll say I use that stuff.
- 1:22:23Speaker 5: On my beer. The Beard is thirty six years old.

- 1:22:32Speaker 5: forty nine. Nas Reeds of the Timberwolves is twenty six.
- 1:22:37Speaker 5: Jamal lewis one of seven million. Have the right ever
- 1:22:42Speaker 5: run for two thousand yards for six? I think it's nine?
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: Is it nine. Is it expanded to nine? Check? Yeah,
- 1:22:50Speaker 5: with check for me, I thought it was seven. Last seven,
- 1:22:58Speaker 5: forty six years old, still the interviewing we've ever done.
- 1:23:02Speaker 5: Jamal lewis forty six years old and Casey Ventura is
- 1:23:10Speaker 5: thirty nine years old. I'm something. I'm quite sure she
- 1:23:14Speaker 5: always wanted to be as known as she is now,
- 1:23:18Speaker 5: but not for what she's known for. But she's thirty
- 1:23:22Speaker 5: nine years old. It's Casey in tourra big key, little creek,
- 1:23:27Speaker 5: quick work, no work, no, no Kiki Palma.
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: Although she does work here in the building, she won't
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: be on this assignment. I'm just making that known. But
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: she does have a job in this building. Yes she's employable.
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: She's thirty two. But Claudia ship for claw. Oh, you're
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: going back to the supermarl because because she because the
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: other old school phrases like dame and babe and little lady.

- 1:24:00Speaker 5: little chicken.
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: Hok, why don't you get the secretary and have that
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: stewardess bring us a couple of drinks for this actress.
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: She's gonna completely understand that whole completely understand that whole comes.
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: These actresses are really getting out a hand.
- 1:24:19Speaker 5: Uh so that is, and how many? Yeah, it's nine,
- 1:24:23Speaker 5: it's nine. Who's the last two? Well, Saquon last year.
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, I thought he made I thought he made eight.
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: Derrick Henry. Oh that's the one I knew. I thought
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: Derrick Henry had made it.
- 1:24:37Speaker 5: That's the one I'm in there. Yeah, that's the one
- 1:24:39Speaker 5: I miss. Yeah, so nine, one of nine men in
- 1:24:42Speaker 5: the history of the NFL to go over two thousand yards.
- 1:24:45Speaker 5: Cracker Barrel lost ninety four million dollars. Listening to Big
- 1:24:50Speaker 5: Kenny last week, Crackle Barrel decided they were going to
- 1:24:54Speaker 5: rebrand themselves and they took the old man and the
- 1:24:58Speaker 5: barrel off of their logo, and the customers were outraged
- 1:25:05Speaker 5: at Crackle Barrel. They just went Crackle Barrel.
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: They took the old man and the barrel off of
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: the logo. I guess they about to start selling Fellther
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: cheese or something. Yeah, that's you fancy.
- 1:25:21Speaker 5: They're trying to look like they're from this century. They're
- 1:25:24Speaker 5: trying to help the woke people. No, you got a
- 1:25:26Speaker 5: niche product, you got a certain thing that a certain
- 1:25:31Speaker 5: they've even rebottled. They're taking that old country.
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: I'm still not like if it was looking like it
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: was nineteenth century, now they're looking like twentieth century.
- 1:25:45Speaker 5: Wait now, wait now, But you're playing your whole play
- 1:25:48Speaker 5: on people, is that old old times like waffle house
- 1:25:53Speaker 5: go to a certain.
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: They're still old timey, but it's just like a little
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: later down the timeline, not completely parent, but a little
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: later down the time. Oh, they just removed the word
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: wait no, wait colored lou so you you went, so
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: you know, I think they should lead it left everything
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: the same because I enjoy walking into the cracker barrel
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: and the nostalgia of it. Either because I'm saying, so
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: you think removing the image of an old man sitting
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: next to a barrel in a wheelchair is going to
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: make you more comfortable when you walk into the restaurant
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: and see an actual plow on the wall.
- 1:26:30Speaker 5: Like they've got old mint.
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: They're rearranging too, I'm saying, of farms in the country and.
- 1:26:37Speaker 5: Not but plenty of people they start losing their business,
- 1:26:41Speaker 5: just like ninety four million, because you don't want to
- 1:26:45Speaker 5: accept this is who you are, this is the crowd
- 1:26:49Speaker 5: that you've drawn. You are.
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: You have this lane to the old fashioned pancake right,
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: and when you go to question fashing pancake plates, they say, no,
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: do rags. But at the rap concert, everybody cool with
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: everybody got let's stay in it.
- 1:27:22Speaker 12: Don't go away. Or of the sports Jock Show with
- 1:27:25Speaker 12: Wayne Dantidius coming up.
- 1:27:27Speaker 5: Next, hurting the game.
- 1:27:30Speaker 23: We tough it out, feel exhausted, we push on feeling down.
- 1:27:35Speaker 23: We pull ourselves up by the bootstraps. But there are
- 1:27:39Speaker 23: times when bootstraps aren't enough, when stress gets to us
- 1:27:43Speaker 23: and we need to talk to someone about what we're
- 1:27:45Speaker 23: really going through.
- 1:27:46Speaker 5: So we're going to reach out.
- 1:27:48Speaker 23: Because sometimes mental health is not a one person job.
- 1:27:52Speaker 23: Is it? Love your Mind Today dot org? That's love
- 1:27:54Speaker 23: your Mind Today dot org. Brought to you by the
- 1:27:56Speaker 23: Huntsman Mental Health Institute and the head counsel.
- 1:27:59Speaker 4: My mom has taken up going to the park to
- 1:28:01Speaker 4: practice yoga.
- 1:28:03Speaker 7: My dad's going to a club, but not a book club,
- 1:28:05Speaker 7: a salsa club. Finding new hobbies comes with age.
- 1:28:09Speaker 9: My mom has started getting lost and not knowing where
- 1:28:12Speaker 9: she's going.
- 1:28:13Speaker 11: Becoming lost or disoriented doesn't Confusion with time or place
- 1:28:16Speaker 11: may be a sign of Alzheimer's. An early diagnosis can
- 1:28:19Speaker 11: help improve the quality of life for you loved one.
- 1:28:22Speaker 11: Learn the Warning Signs of Alzheimer's at ten Signs dot org,
- 1:28:25Speaker 11: brought to you by the Alzheimer's Association and the AD Council.
- 1:28:32Speaker 5: And now back to the Sports Job Wayne Gandy.
- 1:28:37Speaker 4: Player's Lounge.
- 1:28:41Speaker 27: I've been given full access to the player's lounge on
- 1:28:44Speaker 27: the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy.
- 1:28:47Speaker 4: Really coming.
- 1:28:50Speaker 18: That scrange from everywhere. I'm addicted to the tea. It's
- 1:28:56Speaker 18: a dangerous love em be skimp problem telling now only things.
- 1:29:11Speaker 5: Welcome back to this one shop show. I'm this one
- 1:29:13Speaker 5: shock Winge Gandy. That is just very interesting and we've
- 1:29:17Speaker 5: seen it in different companies. You go to change the recipe,
- 1:29:21Speaker 5: you go to change the logo on something and uh
- 1:29:24Speaker 5: and sometimes people have had the revert. We've talked about
- 1:29:27Speaker 5: that with the Washington Commander and this is still well,
- 1:29:32Speaker 5: I don't know if that's hurt their sales. I'm talking
- 1:29:34Speaker 5: about places that changed and there was immediate blow back.
- 1:29:40Speaker 5: Yeah now and then this this was like two or
- 1:29:43Speaker 5: three days after they said they were changing their logo.
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: And and this is something that I think is interesting
- 1:29:48Speaker 1: is a lot of what people now are hearing when
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: you go to say we're changing this logo. Isn't that
- 1:29:59Speaker 1: we want to be more progressive, we want to be
- 1:30:02Speaker 1: more current. Most customers now are hearing because we think
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: there's something wrong with you. There's something wrong with the
- 1:30:11Speaker 1: place that you eat because this is what it represents,
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: or there's something wrong with you because you would even
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: support this business. So before I will accept that I'm
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: some sort of bad person, I'll just stop coming to
- 1:30:26Speaker 1: your place that used to think I was cool and
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: now it's affecting their bottom line. Ninety four million dollars
- 1:30:33Speaker 1: is a lot of money to lose, especially when you're
- 1:30:36Speaker 1: not the number one leading brand in that demographic.
- 1:30:40Speaker 5: Ab Hernandez help the Lady Jags to an unbeaten volleyball
- 1:30:45Speaker 5: season last year. She also claimed the gold and the
- 1:30:51Speaker 5: high jump and triple jump. All of this out in California.
- 1:30:56Speaker 5: She is a trans athlete. She's on the volleyball team.
- 1:31:00Speaker 5: Two more teams have forfeited playing against Jarupa Valley High
- 1:31:07Speaker 5: School and ab her Nandez. We've talked about this so
- 1:31:12Speaker 5: many times over the last four or five years, guys.
- 1:31:17Speaker 5: The current administration has even gone to sign an executive
- 1:31:23Speaker 5: order called keeping Men out of Women's sports. Where to
- 1:31:28Speaker 5: keep the line drawn. We've seen protests, We've played clips
- 1:31:32Speaker 5: of different people. Is there a fairness line that you
- 1:31:40Speaker 5: can find until we can figured this out, or it's
- 1:31:47Speaker 5: just within the rights of the competition, the teams, the
- 1:31:54Speaker 5: different individuals on the track. Is it just them deciding
- 1:32:00Speaker 5: that they won't participate because right now teams are forfeiting
- 1:32:04Speaker 5: out in California and they don't want to play Jarupa
- 1:32:07Speaker 5: Valley because of ab Hernandez. There is there any kind
- 1:32:12Speaker 5: well I'm saying that off the head, is there any
- 1:32:15Speaker 5: the fairness, the fairness that I think you're trying to address.
- 1:32:19Speaker 5: We thought we had drawn that line.
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: We thought that all we had to do was offer
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: the same kind of sports to both genders. You got
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: women's basketball and men's basketball. You said the boys are
- 1:32:33Speaker 1: going to have a track team, Well, the girls are
- 1:32:35Speaker 1: going to have to have a track team, and then
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: they're going to have a chance to compete in track
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: and field, because it used to be that we were
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: restricting the ability to compete in the sport from the
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: other side. Now they have the ability to compete against
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: their peers. And now you're saying, because I see myself
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: as something different. I can compete against your peers too,
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: and that's just I don't when when you have it
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: based on gender, it's hard to come up with a
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: middle ground because we're talking about apples and oranges.
- 1:33:15Speaker 5: Well, I was, That's why I was. I was starting
- 1:33:17Speaker 5: with instead of weighing in which side of it you're on,
- 1:33:21Speaker 5: is there any common ground to be able to facilitate
- 1:33:27Speaker 5: some kind of fairness or is this just something that
- 1:33:31Speaker 5: it has to be? The way it was was the
- 1:33:34Speaker 5: only fairness I mean, because you understand, understand, I understand,
- 1:33:41Speaker 5: and I get totally what you're saying. But Kenned, it
- 1:33:43Speaker 5: was already set. And I always tell I have that
- 1:33:46Speaker 5: conversation always that sometimes some things can reach it's summit.
- 1:33:53Speaker 5: You keep beating the table thinking there's going to be more.
- 1:33:57Speaker 5: But for how it is this as far as it
- 1:34:01Speaker 5: can go, especially in a situation where like even as
- 1:34:06Speaker 5: us as a people of color, well we have to
- 1:34:10Speaker 5: still remember we're ten, twelve, whatever, thirteen percent of the population.
- 1:34:15Speaker 5: So even when we get everything we think we want right,
- 1:34:18Speaker 5: we could still wake up with the filling because of
- 1:34:22Speaker 5: the numbers, because of the numbers of what it is
- 1:34:27Speaker 5: that you know, you know like going shopping. I always
- 1:34:31Speaker 5: use that example the mall is set up for the
- 1:34:35Speaker 5: woman shopper, because still today in twenty twenty five, the
- 1:34:39Speaker 5: woman's shopper shops more drives the economy more with when
- 1:34:45Speaker 5: you talk about malls, yeah, I mean yeah. And why
- 1:34:49Speaker 5: I say that means that I'm not saying that necessarily
- 1:34:52Speaker 5: that more women go in the mall than men. I'm
- 1:34:55Speaker 5: saying a man typically is more of a direct purchaser. Yes,
- 1:35:01Speaker 5: he goes into the store for what he actually came
- 1:35:05Speaker 5: there for and is gonna leave. Yes, the woman goes
- 1:35:11Speaker 5: into the department store, it looks for else, and she.
- 1:35:15Speaker 1: She goes in the department store for something specific. And
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: then we'll look while she's there for anything else, not
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: a specific other item, just anything else that appeals to
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: me today, I'll buy.
- 1:35:28Speaker 5: So in this situation now in California, the executive order
- 1:35:31Speaker 5: being in place, and we keep falling these young ladies
- 1:35:35Speaker 5: that's on these other teams. And last I think earlier
- 1:35:37Speaker 5: this year, we played a passionate young lady that was
- 1:35:41Speaker 5: addressing the school counsel about and crying and saying that
- 1:35:46Speaker 5: you know, it had nothing to do with hate. She
- 1:35:49Speaker 5: just thought it was unfair. We've talked about people who
- 1:35:53Speaker 5: didn't run in a churtain track meet and is this
- 1:35:59Speaker 5: is their own the girls, the boys or you try
- 1:36:03Speaker 5: to create. But would would they get offended if I
- 1:36:07Speaker 5: created another lane in which that should be that's my opinion.
- 1:36:12Speaker 5: Would that would that create where you're trying to say,
- 1:36:15Speaker 5: if I just create the kind of other anybody that
- 1:36:19Speaker 5: wants to play in the other I don't label it.
- 1:36:22Speaker 5: But there's the men's team that has to be men.
- 1:36:24Speaker 5: There's the women seem that has to be women. Now
- 1:36:27Speaker 5: either one of you two almost like a co ed situation.
- 1:36:30Speaker 5: If that's where you want to go play, that.
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: Would be interesting because then I wonder what the uh,
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: the the men who identify as women would say running
- 1:36:43Speaker 1: against a woman who identifies as a man, Like now
- 1:36:47Speaker 1: we're next to each other running as but but now
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: because of that the original way.
- 1:36:55Speaker 5: From you three, I'm not trying to say anything offensive
- 1:36:58Speaker 5: now that is that coming off? No? Okay, I'm just saying,
- 1:37:03Speaker 5: is there another lane of being in? No? I think
- 1:37:06Speaker 5: it should be another. It should be a lane for
- 1:37:09Speaker 5: that's the only way the matter of like getting support.
- 1:37:12Speaker 9: For support because everybody is trying to say that, oh
- 1:37:16Speaker 9: that's wrong. If they feel like they're females, they should
- 1:37:19Speaker 9: be treated wholly like a female. No you're not because
- 1:37:23Speaker 9: you have a little bit more testosterone than those females.
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: So you were gonna put you in another the vision,
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: it will be a matter of looking at the really
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: the numbers on something like that. If there are enough
- 1:37:39Speaker 1: enough transgender students, I think that's the problem. Who want
- 1:37:44Speaker 1: to participate in source Remember but remember I said others
- 1:37:50Speaker 1: like co ed, which means that it can be whoever
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: of choosing. It's it's a mixed bag with This is
- 1:37:58Speaker 1: where the whole topic and conversation is coming from is
- 1:38:04Speaker 1: with transgender students. So like, that's that's what's going to
- 1:38:10Speaker 1: be the like where say that we like put them there.
- 1:38:14Speaker 1: But okay, if you want to participate in sports, this
- 1:38:17Speaker 1: is the laying that we have for you. But it
- 1:38:19Speaker 1: will depend on the numbers of those of those students
- 1:38:23Speaker 1: because like somewhere in like the states that have banned
- 1:38:27Speaker 1: uh this, the men and women's sports or anything like that.
- 1:38:31Speaker 1: They we're in like Utah. I saw in Utah there
- 1:38:33Speaker 1: were like three transgender student athletes in the whole state.
- 1:38:40Speaker 1: So it would really depend on the like the where
- 1:38:44Speaker 1: in these where these certain states that could get that.
- 1:38:47Speaker 9: Is as big what becomes once the truth come out
- 1:38:51Speaker 9: is not as many numbers as social media.
- 1:38:55Speaker 5: And I think you're missing what I'm saying is number
- 1:38:59Speaker 5: and see the members is anyone who just wants to participate, right,
- 1:39:03Speaker 5: It's almost like a mixed doubles in tennis.
- 1:39:06Speaker 1: I understand creating the lane, it's matter like getting that support.
- 1:39:11Speaker 1: I think that it just comes down to the support
- 1:39:13Speaker 1: to do it well. And the problem, in my opinion
- 1:39:17Speaker 1: with that is that you don't want transgender and it's
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: still you don't want transgender students to compete as transgender students.
- 1:39:28Speaker 1: You want them to compete as the gender they identify with.
- 1:39:33Speaker 5: That's the difference.
- 1:39:34Speaker 1: You want them to be boys who identify as girls.
- 1:39:38Speaker 1: But I can compete against girls because I identify.
- 1:39:41Speaker 5: As a girl. That's my fairness.
- 1:39:43Speaker 1: I don't want it where I'm just run against transgender
- 1:39:46Speaker 1: students who all are figuring it out right now, because
- 1:39:50Speaker 1: then that would still put a boy against a girl
- 1:39:52Speaker 1: or a girl. I want to run against girls because
- 1:39:55Speaker 1: I feel like a girl. And unless I can do that,
- 1:39:58Speaker 1: then you're hating me and you're racist, and you're all
- 1:40:01Speaker 1: of these different things. You're homophobic, and that's where we
- 1:40:05Speaker 1: fall out.
- 1:40:05Speaker 5: And that's what but I'm and that's that's why I say,
- 1:40:08Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:40:09Speaker 1: If it's we may have reached the pinnacle, the pinnacle
- 1:40:14Speaker 1: of whatever we can do.
- 1:40:16Speaker 5: Middle ground. All I tried to find was a middle ground,
- 1:40:19Speaker 5: and everybody something.
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: Oh, no, I want to be I want to be
- 1:40:24Speaker 1: a girl, and I want you to recognize me as
- 1:40:27Speaker 1: a girl.
- 1:40:27Speaker 5: You have to treat me like a girl. And now
- 1:40:30Speaker 5: you're never playing and now and now and now and now.
- 1:40:35Speaker 1: The other ten players aren't playing right and now nobody
- 1:40:38Speaker 1: plays on the team anymore.
- 1:40:40Speaker 5: Because these four fits are actually once I get to
- 1:40:43Speaker 5: the game, these aren't. I told you today that we
- 1:40:46Speaker 5: are not going to play you Friday. I'm gonna sit
- 1:40:49Speaker 5: around and wait till Friday. Let you get in the gym. No,
- 1:40:53Speaker 5: and then we're good. Y'all got dude on the team.
- 1:40:56Speaker 5: Were good? Yeah, And that's what I wasted.
- 1:40:59Speaker 1: Your whole week, that's the whole week, or you forfeit
- 1:41:02Speaker 1: the whole season, because now our team says we're not
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: playing any games against you.

- 1:44:03Speaker 5: Between you.
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: Long as you can see a sports jaint, I'll sing,
- 1:44:18Speaker 1: even Jenny, welcome.
- 1:44:21Speaker 5: Back to this boy shock show, this sport shock Wayne again.
- 1:44:25Speaker 5: The starting in September September six, actually for the Oklahoma
- 1:44:32Speaker 5: Michigan game, the Oklahoma Sooners will be selling fan access
- 1:44:40Speaker 5: to the postgame press conference. This is something new, but
- 1:44:46Speaker 5: for the news conferences after the game. The Michigan game.
- 1:44:50Speaker 5: Two people will cost six hundred and ninety two dollars
- 1:44:53Speaker 5: and eleven cent will be if you want to sit in.
- 1:44:59Speaker 5: I don't. I'm imagine it must be limited seating as well,
- 1:45:02Speaker 5: but you can now at least at Oklahoma, and then
- 1:45:07Speaker 5: they play Auburn on the twentieth, and this is at
- 1:45:10Speaker 5: home games. Those tickets for two people will be five
- 1:45:14Speaker 5: hundred and seventy six dollars and eighty six cent. Don't
- 1:45:18Speaker 5: ask me how they come up with prices. But you'll
- 1:45:21Speaker 5: be able to go in and sit in on the
- 1:45:24Speaker 5: post game news conferences. It's just amazing, amazing how I
- 1:45:36Speaker 5: guess we as a country value everything through money, Like
- 1:45:51Speaker 5: there's no crack crevice of stump something. We'll get rid
- 1:45:57Speaker 5: of all tradition. We'll almost create, almost create. We know
- 1:46:04Speaker 5: I'm saying in a sense, like we sit around and
- 1:46:09Speaker 5: someone pitched this idea, Like we're not giving you enough access.
- 1:46:14Speaker 5: Even though we got this on national TV, we're broadcasting
- 1:46:18Speaker 5: it throughout the stadium. We ah, we got streaming service,
- 1:46:21Speaker 5: all kinds of.
- 1:46:22Speaker 1: Thing, we got podcasts, we got everything, TV shows, everything.
- 1:46:27Speaker 5: But let's sell these twenty empty seats behind the media.
- 1:46:34Speaker 5: We want to be in there when the coach says
- 1:46:37Speaker 5: we played a good game. Oh no, no, no, Not that
- 1:46:39Speaker 5: the people will buy it as much as is that
- 1:46:41Speaker 5: we will willing to sell it. That's the part I'm knowing.
- 1:46:46Speaker 5: We sold about the dollar that we don't want any moment.
- 1:46:50Speaker 5: But then when these things become bigger or more noisy,
- 1:46:54Speaker 5: or too much chaos, or to a fan does something
- 1:46:56Speaker 5: that you don't want, it's like we have to get there.
- 1:47:00Speaker 5: We can't have the foresight, Like what was wrong with
- 1:47:04Speaker 5: just the media coming in here and we're having the
- 1:47:09Speaker 5: press comfort?
- 1:47:09Speaker 1: Oh yeah, because I wonder, I wonder I paid seven
- 1:47:13Speaker 1: hundred dollars, I'll get to throw something at the coach
- 1:47:15Speaker 1: and say something about his wife.
- 1:47:16Speaker 5: Now, the same thing you would ask I would like
- 1:47:18Speaker 5: to sit in on the cracker barrel. As I was saying,
- 1:47:21Speaker 5: I was wondering, how did that table conversation? Were you
- 1:47:25Speaker 5: trying to say we need to start moving into the
- 1:47:27Speaker 5: twentieth century? Like how did it go?
- 1:47:30Speaker 1: Hold on, Cleadas, I just like to say, I understand
- 1:47:34Speaker 1: what old lab is saying there, but me and Clym
- 1:47:37Speaker 1: feel like we needs to move forward.
- 1:47:41Speaker 5: So now are we just not we got to change
- 1:47:44Speaker 5: our menu. We're not gonna be No, We're trying to
- 1:47:47Speaker 5: keep the same conc You gotta change because once you
- 1:47:50Speaker 5: gotta put some vegan in there, we gotta gotta get
- 1:47:54Speaker 5: we gotta get rid of Uncle Herschel's slash what the
- 1:47:57Speaker 5: vegetables are for? No, no, no, no, no, it's me.
- 1:48:00Speaker 9: It's got to be labeled like this, and that we
- 1:48:03Speaker 9: can't have the turkey sausage.
- 1:48:05Speaker 5: You gotta have the turkey bacon.
- 1:48:06Speaker 1: Now we can't call it down I can't call it
- 1:48:09Speaker 1: down home fixing down fixings anymore because that means too
- 1:48:14Speaker 1: much salt.
- 1:48:14Speaker 5: And because fixing fixings went with the barrel and this
- 1:48:18Speaker 5: guys saiding not.
- 1:48:19Speaker 1: With the whip, Uncle hershem, with the whip soy sides?
- 1:48:23Speaker 1: Then well, I'm saying we got our side. It's already
- 1:48:28Speaker 1: cost us ninety four million dollars just changing the image,
- 1:48:31Speaker 1: and now we got to come up with a whole
- 1:48:33Speaker 1: new menu and wording how much different?
- 1:48:36Speaker 5: So that's what I'm saying. How do we get to
- 1:48:39Speaker 5: just with the Oklahoma store? Now we're too where everything
- 1:48:44Speaker 5: We almost don't want anything not to be any kind
- 1:48:47Speaker 5: of exclusive or just for a group. What would you
- 1:48:53Speaker 5: have told me to get convinced me that having the
- 1:48:56Speaker 5: coach and the players just sit here and talk to
- 1:48:58Speaker 5: the media was broken? How are you like? What was
- 1:49:04Speaker 5: so wrong with that? I think they're there. There are
- 1:49:07Speaker 5: enough people who think they can.
- 1:49:12Speaker 1: I mean, even though I don't think it didn't say
- 1:49:14Speaker 1: anything about the fans get to ask questions too during
- 1:49:17Speaker 1: the press conference.
- 1:49:18Speaker 5: Why would I wait? Why would I have permission?
- 1:49:21Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:49:21Speaker 5: Why would I wait for permission? I paid seven unders,
- 1:49:25Speaker 5: like hey, hey, with the coach looking when they look
- 1:49:27Speaker 5: at me, paid.
- 1:49:32Speaker 9: Looking at me, look, thoeople, you better get one, get
- 1:49:39Speaker 9: one question.
- 1:49:39Speaker 1: And they think if if that is the case where
- 1:49:42Speaker 1: they can ask a question or whatever those were, there
- 1:49:46Speaker 1: are a group of fans who think they can do better. Sir,
- 1:49:50Speaker 1: you you you talking about Excuse me, I'm from bulldog Nation.
- 1:49:54Speaker 5: I gotta hey, man, shut up. You talk to him
- 1:49:57Speaker 5: every hundred dollars. I got a car, I got I
- 1:50:01Speaker 5: ain't raising my hand. Hey, hey, hey, coach, coach, you
- 1:50:06Speaker 5: see me back here in the seven hundred dollars seats
- 1:50:08Speaker 5: you gotta have And I tell you and what I
- 1:50:11Speaker 5: was saying early in the show with Dwayne Wade when
- 1:50:14Speaker 5: he said, y'all got to do better, excuse me, y'all
- 1:50:17Speaker 5: got to stop being disrespectful to the craft. There's a
- 1:50:20Speaker 5: disconnect between fans and players. And if you read that article,
- 1:50:27Speaker 5: he's talking about how has the fan decided they know
- 1:50:37Speaker 5: better than the player because I paid seven hundred dollars on.
- 1:50:42Speaker 1: Top of my things, because I have to say access
- 1:50:45Speaker 1: to the day, because that I just got to the
- 1:50:47Speaker 1: press conf But you're a dentist. No, No, I'm a
- 1:50:51Speaker 1: dentist with an eye for football. And after this press conference,
- 1:50:54Speaker 1: when they hear me say what I gotta say about
- 1:50:56Speaker 1: that secondary coverage, then somebody gonna discover me and I'm
- 1:50:59Speaker 1: gonna get more likes on my dentist page, and then
- 1:51:01Speaker 1: they're gonna make me the head coach or at least
- 1:51:04Speaker 1: offensive court.
- 1:51:05Speaker 5: What coverage were they in?
- 1:51:06Speaker 1: They were in a in the coverage where the guy
- 1:51:09Speaker 1: at the top ran across because he couldn't see the
- 1:51:11Speaker 1: man over the middle.
- 1:51:14Speaker 5: I don't know what coverage that is. Oh, come on,
- 1:51:16Speaker 5: see that because you ain't as advance as me. Cover two.
- 1:51:19Speaker 1: See that's the that's the other dude that got in
- 1:51:21Speaker 1: my two for seven hundred dollars.
- 1:51:23Speaker 5: He say cover two. I don't, And I'm mystified. And
- 1:51:27Speaker 5: we've had we always had that conversation because I will
- 1:51:30Speaker 5: always be mystified of how you figure you know so
- 1:51:34Speaker 5: much more about my job than the people that are
- 1:51:38Speaker 5: actually doing What happened is just sitting back and enjoying
- 1:51:41Speaker 5: what you're watching.
- 1:51:43Speaker 1: I got the I got the access to the same data.
- 1:51:45Speaker 1: You think the coaches don't talk.
- 1:51:48Speaker 5: As much as you. You don't have the same access
- 1:51:50Speaker 5: to the data.
- 1:51:52Speaker 1: I subscribe to Pro Football. I know what makes I
- 1:51:57Speaker 1: got the numbers. I know the elements that make water,
- 1:52:02Speaker 1: but I don't know how to make water.
- 1:52:04Speaker 5: I know to make water, that's all I'm saying. I
- 1:52:10Speaker 5: don't have to make water. I don't like to have you.
- 1:52:16Speaker 1: You won't know that from the way I talk about it.
- 1:52:19Speaker 1: You think I got the whole. I'm about to do
- 1:52:21Speaker 1: it right here on the spot because with the H.
- 1:52:26Speaker 1: See the H stand for hydrogen. That's what y'all probably
- 1:52:29Speaker 1: didn't know that though, and the two that two parts
- 1:52:32Speaker 1: of it. And then when I put them together with
- 1:52:34Speaker 1: the oh the old like you think it's just like,
- 1:52:36Speaker 1: oh no, it's staying.
- 1:52:38Speaker 5: For something to get me. See you see you know
- 1:52:42Speaker 5: we find some hydrogen.
- 1:52:44Speaker 1: Yeah, hydrogen is is like you got a balloon and
- 1:52:48Speaker 1: the stuff be inside of the with the guys with
- 1:52:51Speaker 1: the dew rags they sell they and we're gonna go
- 1:52:55Speaker 1: here the nurse they say, we're gonna go get this
- 1:52:58Speaker 1: and then we're gonna.

- 1:54:30Speaker 5: And now back to the sports job Wayne Gandy. Now
- 1:54:37Speaker 5: it's time for a school board.
- 1:54:39Speaker 27: Can we put a spin on life and sports and
- 1:54:42Speaker 27: how they intermingle on the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy?
- 1:54:51Speaker 5: Yes, what about this was shock show? I'm this was
- 1:55:09Speaker 5: shock wing. Kandy, come on to Greg. Was Michael Parson's
- 1:55:12Speaker 5: sleep the other night doing the game or you think
- 1:55:16Speaker 5: he just was closed his eyes for a second. I
- 1:55:19Speaker 5: think he was sleep.
- 1:55:21Speaker 1: He mean he has he's had a back issue reportedly,
- 1:55:25Speaker 1: but I think he was, you know, taking a little nap.
- 1:55:28Speaker 5: Okay. I know he's supposed to have a meeting with
- 1:55:30Speaker 5: head coach Schottenheimer this week, and Shottenheimer said he needed
- 1:55:35Speaker 5: to talk to him before he tried to you know,
- 1:55:39Speaker 5: he got to talk to him. Were you sleeping? He's
- 1:55:41Speaker 5: just back there messing around. So we will find out.
- 1:55:43Speaker 5: I guess today maybe what Michael Parsons was doing. I
- 1:55:48Speaker 5: wanted to ask something. From what I'm seeing, it didn't
- 1:55:52Speaker 5: look like he wanted to go unnoticed. If he were
- 1:55:56Speaker 5: in fact taking a nap, he wasn't doing it inconspicuously.
- 1:56:00Speaker 1: He wasn't He wasn't resting his eyes. He was laying
- 1:56:03Speaker 1: down and wanting people to see him sleep on the job.
- 1:56:07Speaker 1: So it led me back to wanting to ask early
- 1:56:10Speaker 1: at the top of the last hour, when it came
- 1:56:13Speaker 1: to the shallow thing he got into that little slap
- 1:56:16Speaker 1: box match. Did that remind anybody of Andre Rising Dion Sanders?
- 1:56:21Speaker 1: Did that remind anybody of that? Did it seem like
- 1:56:24Speaker 1: they were trying to recreate a moment? Could that have
- 1:56:27Speaker 1: possibly been what was going on? I want people to
- 1:56:29Speaker 1: see shades of prime in me, and I've.
- 1:56:33Speaker 5: Got that fire.
- 1:56:36Speaker 1: It's the fire extinguisher on my cleats. After the race,
- 1:56:41Speaker 1: somebody got in my ear, like man, remember that time. Ways, Yeah,
- 1:56:46Speaker 1: but that ain't ain't what we're talking about. This, ain't that. That,
- 1:56:49Speaker 1: ain't this other ways we're talking about getting that coverage
- 1:56:53Speaker 1: at the expense of losing your job. I didn't think
- 1:56:55Speaker 1: it was gonna go that way. I thought it was
- 1:56:58Speaker 1: gonna go a different way though, yea as high risk
- 1:57:01Speaker 1: behavior it is.
- 1:57:03Speaker 5: I want to be football players. As I was just
- 1:57:06Speaker 5: saying before the last break, it seems that and of
- 1:57:11Speaker 5: why football is such a powerful thing. It seems that
- 1:57:15Speaker 5: a lot of males are walking around, regardless of their age,
- 1:57:22Speaker 5: still romanticizing their idea of what and who and how
- 1:57:27Speaker 5: they could have been football players. I guess that's just
- 1:57:31Speaker 5: what it is people still that never goes away. Maybe
- 1:57:35Speaker 5: that's why people keep thinking they can judge the sport.
- 1:57:39Speaker 5: But a couple of leagues they have now the forty
- 1:57:45Speaker 5: U and the thirty seven U leagues, where I guess
- 1:57:50Speaker 5: it's forty and up, thirty seven and up. Is that
- 1:57:52Speaker 5: probably what it stands for football leagues? One of them
- 1:57:58Speaker 5: to the ACL the day sixty years old? Why are
- 1:58:03Speaker 5: you playing football at sixty like they're in pads helmets?
- 1:58:09Speaker 5: But what is going what is going on?
- 1:58:12Speaker 1: So and see Swart shock somebody lost to somebody who
- 1:58:16Speaker 1: is winning to tear that ACL is a sixty year
- 1:58:19Speaker 1: old will listen and they would say, you don't know
- 1:58:22Speaker 1: what it's like, man, because you actually played football. You
- 1:58:25Speaker 1: don't know what it's like to know that you could
- 1:58:27Speaker 1: play and never get a chance to play.
- 1:58:33Speaker 5: Okay, but now I'm sixty. Well, you know, like they
- 1:58:37Speaker 5: got those.
- 1:58:39Speaker 9: Older baseball teams like forty and old, the fire is
- 1:58:42Speaker 9: still there, and you got basketball they call it, I
- 1:58:46Speaker 9: forgot what they call not know, they call it old dude,
- 1:58:51Speaker 9: textile leads, you know, textile you know.
- 1:58:53Speaker 5: And they've sort of incorporate the sports you just mentioned
- 1:58:58Speaker 5: are contact sports. They're not labeled as contact sports. The
- 1:59:06Speaker 5: whole premise of football is to literally physically put your
- 1:59:12Speaker 5: body on someone. Oh yeah, I know some guys who
- 1:59:16Speaker 5: play in that semi pro stuff. Now, up until the
- 1:59:18Speaker 5: day when I saw this and I saw the man,
- 1:59:20Speaker 5: and I kept thinking, it's just what it is, Big
- 1:59:23Speaker 5: Kenny Manchi bad producer. This is the component of what
- 1:59:27Speaker 5: makes NFL and college football so huge because there's a
- 1:59:32Speaker 5: plethora of men that walk around with some kind of
- 1:59:37Speaker 5: feeling of they wanted to be a gladiator, they really
- 1:59:42Speaker 5: wanted to do this.
- 1:59:42Speaker 1: And I can sell you that moment. I can you
- 1:59:47Speaker 1: really wanted to do that? I can sell you.
- 1:59:49Speaker 5: Yeah, I tell you I always wanted to fly, yet
- 1:59:52Speaker 5: I have not joined the Air Force, did not take college.
- 1:59:58Speaker 1: And you can fly still and and minimum once a

- 2:00:49Speaker 1: I'm just hoping to stop and.
- 2:00:51Speaker 5: Cut without an injury.
- 2:00:53Speaker 1: If I can just stop and go in a different
- 2:00:56Speaker 1: direction without pulling something, I feel like, see y'all, Oh,
