Shea Langeliers Powers His Way to All-Star | Oakland Athletics News
Shea Langeliers is crushing it—literally and figuratively—on his way to an All-Star Game berth, leading the A’s catcher vote with 65% to 35% after a jaw-dropping 433-foot homer that snapped a losing streak and marked his 20th blast of the season. That’s rare company with Khris Davis, and if he makes it, he’ll be the first A’s catcher to start since 1988. With voting closing soon, fans are rallying behind the power-hitting backstop who’s proving he’s not just a name on the ballot—he’s a force on the field.
