Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell Begins Her Long Road To An Appeal (10/22/2) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 0:05
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell has formally appealed her sentencing, according to new reports. Now,
• 0:12
Speaker 1: this is not something that comes as a shock. Everybody
• 0:16
Speaker 1: expected her to do this. And most people expect her
• 0:20
Speaker 1: to fail miserably at this, just like she did during
• 0:24
Speaker 1: the original trial. There's nothing here. That is really even
• 0:30
Speaker 1: the basis for an appeal. Now, my guess is that
• 0:33
Speaker 1: they're going to try and use the juror 50 Scotty
• 0:37
Speaker 1: David situation as part of their appeal. But I don't
• 0:42
Speaker 1: think it's going to work out so well for them.
• 0:45
Speaker 1: We've seen previously that the New York appeals court, they're
• 0:49
Speaker 1: not too hip on this whole entire Jeffrey Epstein fiasco.
• 0:55
Speaker 1: They have not ruled in their favor pretty much at all.
• 0:58
Speaker 1: And I would expect that to continue to be the
• 1:01
Speaker 1: way things go as Maxwell looks to appeal here. She's
• 1:06
Speaker 1: going to serve this sentence. Now, the only real questions left,
• 1:10
Speaker 1: in my opinion anyway, are A, how long of this
• 1:14
Speaker 1: sentence is she going to serve? The full 20? Or
• 1:17
Speaker 1: is she going to get a haircut on it and,
• 1:19
Speaker 1: you know, get time served, good time, and do about 15?
• 1:24
Speaker 1: And question number two, in regards to Maxwell specifically, Where
• 1:28
Speaker 1: is she going to do that time? We've heard a
• 1:31
Speaker 1: lot of talk about Danbury recently. And remember, while that
• 1:35
Speaker 1: is a possibility, I'm not saying it's not going to
• 1:37
Speaker 1: happen for sure. I just don't see it being a
• 1:40
Speaker 1: likely possibility, considering everything else we know about Maxwell and
• 1:46
Speaker 1: what her crimes were. Why would they put her with
• 1:49
Speaker 1: a bunch of other women who have been abused via
• 1:53
Speaker 1: sex crimes by sex traffickers. That doesn't seem like the
• 1:57
Speaker 1: right way to go about it. But again, we're talking
• 2:00
Speaker 1: about the Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Justice. I
• 2:04
Speaker 1: can't make heads or tails of their decision making. They
• 2:07
Speaker 1: make some of the worst decisions in the whole entire world.
• 2:12
Speaker 1: Who the hell puts Tartaglione in a cell with Epstein?
• 2:16
Speaker 1: Who thought that was a good idea, right? So these
• 2:18
Speaker 1: are the people, remember, that we're relying on to place Maxwell.
• 2:22
Speaker 1: So it's possible she gets where she asked to go,
• 2:26
Speaker 1: and that's Danbury, but I just don't see it likely.
• 2:30
Speaker 1: I think she's going to end up in a place
• 2:32
Speaker 1: more like Allison Mack, a medium security facility, and we'll
• 2:36
Speaker 1: go from there. But the appeal process for Maxwell, that
• 2:41
Speaker 1: is now official, folks, and it is underway. Today we
• 2:45
Speaker 1: have an article, a short quick one, from The Independent
• 2:49
Speaker 1: talking about it. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell launches appeal against sex
• 2:54
Speaker 1: trafficking conviction and sentence. Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years
• 2:59
Speaker 1: in prison last month. This article was authored by Bevan
• 3:04
Speaker 1: Hurley and it was published by The Independent. Ghislaine Maxwell
• 3:10
Speaker 1: has formally appealed against her conviction and sentencing for child
• 3:14
Speaker 1: sex trafficking offenses. You know, this is the first step
• 3:17
Speaker 1: for her, right? This was a foregone conclusion, but it
• 3:23
Speaker 1: is the first step in the formal process of getting
• 3:26
Speaker 1: these proceedings going. And if you're Ghislaine Maxwell, well, you
• 3:30
Speaker 1: want to think that you have a leg to stand
• 3:32
Speaker 1: on here, right? You want to think that you might
• 3:35
Speaker 1: have a little bit of hope of getting out. So
• 3:38
Speaker 1: the appeal, at the very least, if you're the convicted,
• 3:41
Speaker 1: it gives you that much at the very least. Something
• 3:44
Speaker 1: to hope for. Even if the hope is slim, it's
• 3:47
Speaker 1: better than having no hope whatsoever, right? And I believe
• 3:51
Speaker 1: after this appeal process ends, that's where Maxwell is going
• 3:54
Speaker 1: to be. The next thing she can hope for after
• 3:56
Speaker 1: this is good time and a little bit of a haircut.
• 4:00
Speaker 1: Because besides that, she's going to have a life full
• 4:04
Speaker 1: of prison and rules. Maxwell, 60, was sentenced to 20
• 4:10
Speaker 1: years in prison and fined $ 750, 000 for helping sex offender
• 4:16
Speaker 1: and billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein abuse teenage girls last month.
• 4:21
Speaker 1: You know, the $ 750, 000 fine, that doesn't seem like enough
• 4:26
Speaker 1: to me either. How about we put a one in
• 4:29
Speaker 1: front of that? She was offering, what, $ 30 million for
• 4:33
Speaker 1: bail and she's only going to get clipped with a $ 750, 000 fine?
• 4:38
Speaker 1: That doesn't seem like an equitable way to punish her,
• 4:44
Speaker 1: especially considering she only got 15, I mean, 20 years.
• 4:48
  Speaker 1: So I would think a more, I don't know, oppressive
• 4:53
Speaker 1: financial penalty might be called for here. U.S. District Judge
• 5:00
Speaker 1: Allison Nathan said, handed down the sentence on June 28th
• 5:03
Speaker 1: in Manhattan, six months after Maxwell was convicted by a
• 5:07
Speaker 1: federal jury on five charges, including sex trafficking. And we
• 5:12
Speaker 1: all know how heinous these charges are. We're not talking
• 5:15
Speaker 1: about blue collar here, folks. We're not talking about somebody
• 5:18
Speaker 1: who made a crucial error in judgment. And hell, we're
• 5:22
Speaker 1: not even talking about someone who suffered severe abuse as
• 5:26
Speaker 1: a child. She tried to use that, the abuse she
• 5:31
Speaker 1: says she suffered anyway, as a crutch here, as armor. Well,
• 5:36
Speaker 1: I was abused, so I abused others, but it didn't
• 5:39
Speaker 1: work out for her. And seeing right through her ploy, basically,
• 5:46
Speaker 1: the judge and most importantly, folks, the jury, well, they
• 5:50
Speaker 1: sent her upriver, didn't they? Judge Nathan described Maxwell's offending
• 5:55
Speaker 1: as heinous and predatory as she sentenced her to a
• 5:59
Speaker 1: term that exceeded her own maximum sentencing guideline of up
• 6:03
Speaker 1: to 19 years and eight months. Now, it was only
• 6:06
Speaker 1: a little bit over that, but it was over the
• 6:09
Speaker 1: sentencing guidelines. And for Nathan, that's a big step. She
• 6:14
Speaker 1: doesn't really sentence too critically, right? She's not somebody who
• 6:18
Speaker 1: is going to throw the whole ass kitchen sink at you.
• 6:22
Speaker 1: When you're talking about sex crimes, you're talking about human
• 6:26
Speaker 1: trafficking and children being raped and molested. I think a
• 6:30
Speaker 1: judge should throw the kitchen sink at you. And if
• 6:33
Speaker 1: it was me, I would go as far above the
• 6:35
Speaker 1: guideline as possible. I would hit you with everything in
• 6:38
Speaker 1: my power to hit you with. Because this sort of
• 6:42
Speaker 1: thing is unacceptable in any sort of civilized society. Children
• 6:46
Speaker 1: being preyed upon. Children being molested and raped and abused.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: And for all the people out there that want to
• 6:53
Speaker 1: talk about the statute of limitations, well, anybody who is
• 6:57
Speaker 1: crossing state lines with these girls, that's the Mann Act.
• 7:02
Speaker 1: And there is no timetable when it comes to a
• 7:07
Speaker 1: statute of limitations with the Mann Act. So if you
• 7:09
Speaker 1: engaged in this shit, as far as somebody involved with Epstein,
• 7:13
Speaker 1: that shouldn't give you any protections. So, again, with the investigation,
• 7:19
Speaker 1: it should continue going on. And anyone who was even
• 7:22
Speaker 1: on those planes with girls who were molested and abused
• 7:26
Speaker 1: should be brought up on charges. The jury found her
• 7:33
Speaker 1: guilty of recruiting and grooming four girls between 1994 and
• 7:37
Speaker 1: 2004 for sexual encounters with her former boyfriend. You mean co-conspirator?
• 7:42
Speaker 1: You mean former partner in crime? former boyfriend. What a cop-out. Epstein,
• 7:49
Speaker 1: who took his own life behind bars in 2019, allegedly,
• 7:53
Speaker 1: while awaiting his own sex trafficking trial. Her attorney, Bobby Sternum,
• 7:58
Speaker 1: filed the appeal with the U.S. federal court in Manhattan
• 8:01
Speaker 1: on Thursday. Her lawyers unsuccessfully attempted to have her conviction
• 8:05
Speaker 1: thrown out in January after a juror admitted that he
• 8:09
Speaker 1: answered parts of the jury selection questionnaire incorrectly. And now
• 8:13
Speaker 1: this is going to be the basis, in my opinion.
• 8:15
Speaker 1: They're going to try and bring this to the Court
• 8:17
Speaker 1: of Appeals and have the Court of Appeals rule on that.
• 8:21
Speaker 1: Because what else could it possibly be? There was nothing
• 8:25
Speaker 1: out of the ordinary when it comes to the trial.
• 8:27
Speaker 1: Nothing out of the ordinary whatsoever. At a hearing in January,
• 8:32
Speaker 1: the juror, known only as Scotty David, said he had
• 8:35
Speaker 1: done so inadvertently because he was super distracted and had
• 8:39
Speaker 1: skimmed way too fast. which was never a good quality excuse,
• 8:43
Speaker 1: in my opinion, by the way. I was pretty critical
• 8:46
Speaker 1: of Juror 50 and his shenanigans, but I didn't think
• 8:50
Speaker 1: that it was the deciding vote. He didn't convince people,
• 8:54
Speaker 1: in my opinion anyway, to vote one way or the other.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: He just recounted his story. Judge Nathan agreed with prosecutors
• 9:03
Speaker 1: that Scotty David had not skewed the outcome of the
• 9:06
Speaker 1: trial and dismissed the appeal. And remember, there has to be,
• 9:10
Speaker 1: you know, a lot of evidence because there's huge precedent
• 9:14
Speaker 1: going the other way here. Very rarely is something like
• 9:18
Speaker 1: this overturned, a jury's decision by a judge. Very rare
• 9:22
Speaker 1: does that happen. During her sentencing, the victim impact statements
• 9:27
Speaker 1: were read, including one from attorney Sigrid McCauley on behalf
• 9:31
Speaker 1: of her client, Virginia Roberts. For me and for so
• 9:35
Speaker 1: many others, you opened the door to hell, the statement read.
• 9:39
Speaker 1: Maxwell addressed the court in a carefully worded statement in
• 9:42
Speaker 1: which he stopped short of apologizing for the crimes, saying,
• 9:46
Speaker 1: I empathize deeply with all the victims in this case. No,
• 9:49
Speaker 1: you don't. You're the cause of all the grief and
• 9:52
Speaker 1: the suffering for a lot of these victims, a lot
• 9:55
Speaker 1: of these survivors. So for you to get up there
• 9:58
Speaker 1: with that. shitty ass, weak ass, sorry ass, wannabe apology
• 10:04
Speaker 1: and mock people, basically, it's offensive. And nobody on the
• 10:10
Speaker 1: whole planet, besides maybe a handful of people who have
• 10:13
Speaker 1: no idea who they're dealing with, thought that it was appropriate.
• 10:18
Speaker 1: I realize I have been convicted of assisting Jeffrey Epstein
• 10:22
Speaker 1: to commit these crimes. My association with Epstein will permanently
• 10:26
Speaker 1: stain me. It is the biggest regret of my life
• 10:29
Speaker 1: that I ever met him. So it's all Epstein, all Jeffrey,
• 10:33
Speaker 1: has nothing to do with her. It's so ridiculous. A
• 10:37
Speaker 1: little self-responsibility goes a long way. And Ghislaine Maxwell, she
• 10:42
Speaker 1: has no ability to find fault within herself. My association
• 10:53
Speaker 1: with Epstein will permanently stain me. It is the biggest
• 10:56
Speaker 1: regret of my life that I ever met him. Not
• 10:58
Speaker 1: the biggest regret of her life that she ruined so
• 11:01
Speaker 1: many other lives. No, the biggest regret of her life
• 11:04
Speaker 1: is meeting Epstein, which is ridiculous, right? And again, a
• 11:08
Speaker 1: cop out, a fake ass apology. I believe Jeffrey fooled
• 11:14
Speaker 1: all of those in his orbit. His survivors considered him
• 11:18
Speaker 1: a mentor, friend and lover. No, they didn't. Which ones?
• 11:22
Speaker 1: Maybe a few of them did. But the majority of
• 11:25
Speaker 1: these girls felt violated, felt raped, felt taken advantage of.
• 11:31
Speaker 1: And Maxwell was there for all of it. Maxwell has
• 11:36
Speaker 1: requested that she see out her federal prison sentence at
• 11:40
Speaker 1: FCI Danbury, a minimum security prison in Connecticut that has
• 11:44
Speaker 1: hosted some of America's most high-profile female prisoners. And most
• 11:48
Speaker 1: of them are on financial crimes. If Maxwell was there
• 11:51
Speaker 1: for tax evasion, fine, that's one thing. But for what
• 11:55
Speaker 1: she's sentenced for and convicted of, she can't be around
• 12:00
Speaker 1: other sex offenders. Why? So she can offend more? If
• 12:04
Speaker 1: I was somebody who was trafficked and I might be
• 12:07
Speaker 1: in this jail, I'd have a big problem with all
• 12:10
Speaker 1: of that. And I'm sure a lot of the inmates
• 12:13
Speaker 1: are and do. So... We'll see where this appeal goes,
• 12:17
Speaker 1: but my gut tells me it's not going to go anywhere.
• 12:21
Speaker 1: Not really. They'll go through the motions, but it's not
• 12:25
Speaker 1: going to get her where she's looking to go. And
• 12:29
Speaker 1: as far as placement, again, just my opinion. But I
• 12:34
Speaker 1: don't think that it's going to be Danbury. So we'll
• 12:36
Speaker 1: see how the chips all fall and we'll see what
• 12:40
Speaker 1: the tea leaves reveal when we see. But until then,
• 12:44
Speaker 1: we'll continue to keep on top of it and we'll
• 12:47
Speaker 1: continue to keep adding it to the catalog. If you'd
• 12:50
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci

  Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find

Speaker 1: me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that
• 13:08
Speaker 1: we discussed can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
• 13:12
Speaker 1: and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. So, Glenn Maxwell...
• 13:18
Speaker 1: has hired Harvey Weinstein's lawyer to fight for her freedom
• 13:22
Speaker 1: during her appeal. Now, I don't understand what draws all
• 13:27
Speaker 1: of these people to these lawyers that never win their cases,
• 13:30
Speaker 1: but here we are. You would think that you'd want
• 13:33
Speaker 1: a lawyer who actually, you know, gets their clients off.
• 13:36
Speaker 1: But it seems all of these rich people just go
• 13:39
Speaker 1: to the well all of the time and grab the
• 13:41
Speaker 1: same lawyer out. It's like the NFL owners who keep
• 13:44
Speaker 1: hiring the same coaches over and over and over again.
• 13:49
Speaker 1: I mean, how many times do we have to see
• 13:51
Speaker 1: a guy like Wade Wilson come in and screw up
• 13:54
Speaker 1: as coach? So we see the same thing with lawyers.
• 13:57
Speaker 1: The same people hiring the same lawyers over and over
• 14:01
Speaker 1: and over again. And for what reason? It's not like
• 14:05
Speaker 1: Harvey Weinstein got off here. It's not like Harvey Weinstein
• 14:08
Speaker 1: isn't going to be serving the rest of his life
• 14:11
Speaker 1: behind bars. So you go out and hire the same person, huh?
• 14:16
Speaker 1: Just bananas to me. If I had Ghislaine Maxwell money,
• 14:19
Speaker 1: there's only one person I'd be calling right now. And
• 14:22
Speaker 1: that's Andrew Brettler. But what you see here is more
• 14:25
Speaker 1: of the same. Another retread and another lawyer who doesn't
• 14:29
Speaker 1: seem to actually ever win anything. So from where I'm sitting,
• 14:34
Speaker 1: this is a great hire for Ghislaine Maxwell, but I
• 14:37
Speaker 1: don't understand the strategy behind it. Let's jump into this
• 14:41
Speaker 1: article from page six and see what's up. Headline, Ghislaine
• 14:46
Speaker 1: Maxwell hiring Harvey Weinstein's lawyer in planned appeal. This article
• 14:51
Speaker 1: was authored by Ian Moore. Attorney Arthur L. Adala, who
• 14:56
Speaker 1: is representing disgraced movie mogul Weinstein in his New York appeal,
• 15:00
Speaker 1: confirmed to us that he has filed legal papers on
• 15:03
Speaker 1: Friday to represent Maxwell in her planned appeal. Well, Mr.
• 15:08
Speaker 1: Arthur L. Adala, let me introduce myself. My name is
• 15:13
Speaker 1: DJ Go Fuck Yourself, and your client is as guilty
• 15:18
Speaker 1: as the day is long. And while the appeal itself
• 15:21
Speaker 1: has not been filed... Adala alleged in comments to Page
• 15:25
Speaker 1: Six that we believe the trial judge made mistakes in
• 15:28
Speaker 1: Maxwell's case and that Maxwell was mistreated during her incarceration,
• 15:33
Speaker 1: including being malnourished. So they're going to use the same
• 15:36
Speaker 1: exact shit that they tried while Maxwell was locked up.
• 15:40
Speaker 1: It didn't work then and it's not going to work now,
• 15:43
Speaker 1: Arthur Adala. This dude might as well just be pilfering
• 15:46
Speaker 1: this money from Maxwell or Maxwell might as well just
• 15:49
Speaker 1: go and light this money on fire in the rec hall.
• 15:53
Speaker 1: Because she's not going to win this appeal. There's no
• 15:56
Speaker 1: way on what grounds. Now, they might say that the
• 16:01
Speaker 1: juror issue with Scotty David, that might come back to
• 16:04
Speaker 1: rear its head a little bit. But besides that, they
• 16:07
Speaker 1: really have nothing to go on here. No tenable ground
• 16:10
Speaker 1: to stand on. So I don't know what their strategy
• 16:13
Speaker 1: is even going to be. He added that the appeals
• 16:17
Speaker 1: process would not be about Maxwell's guilt or innocence, but
• 16:20
Speaker 1: whether the judge who decided the case made the correct
• 16:23
Speaker 1: legal ruling. And there you have it, folks. It's not
• 16:26
Speaker 1: about our innocence or guilt. We already know that. Ghislaine
• 16:30
Speaker 1: Maxwell is as guilty as it comes. This bipedal serpent,
• 16:36
Speaker 1: this child abuser, this human trafficker is exactly where she belongs,
• 16:41
Speaker 1: right behind bars. And there's not a damn thing Arthur A.
• 16:44
Speaker 1: Idalla or anyone else is going to do to change
• 16:48
Speaker 1: that fact. He pointed out that there was a controversy
• 16:53
Speaker 1: in the case when one juror told the judge that
• 16:56
Speaker 1: he'd failed to disclose his own history of child abuse
• 16:59
Speaker 1: during jury selection. Now, of course, this is something that
• 17:03
Speaker 1: is a topic of interest for anyone who is a
• 17:07
Speaker 1: legal scholar. And there's certainly an argument to be made
• 17:11
Speaker 1: that what this juror did was way out of bounds.
• 17:14
Speaker 1: You can't lie during the questioning period, but that's not
• 17:18
Speaker 1: enough to make it a mistrial. And Judge Nathan already
• 17:22
Speaker 1: made that ruling. And the crazy part about that is
• 17:25
Speaker 1: she's now also on the appeals court. So when he
• 17:28
Speaker 1: does appeal this, it's going to go right back to
• 17:30
Speaker 1: Judge Nathan. The judge, he says, didn't know what she
• 17:33
Speaker 1: was doing. Sure, that's going to work out well when
• 17:36
Speaker 1: it hits the desk of her colleagues. The judge in
• 17:39
Speaker 1: the case, United States Circuit Judge Allison J. Nathan, shot
• 17:42
Speaker 1: down Maxwell's request for a new trial, and she was
• 17:45
Speaker 1: convicted on five of six counts, including sex trafficking and
• 17:49
Speaker 1: conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. She was sentenced to 20
• 17:53
Speaker 1: years behind bars, and she got off light. That's right,
• 17:56
Speaker 1: I said it, she got off light. She should have
• 17:59
Speaker 1: been hit with a Rico. Imagine if she would have
• 18:01
Speaker 1: got hit with RICO predicates. What that would have done
• 18:03
Speaker 1: for this whole case. How many other people would have
• 18:06
Speaker 1: got dragged in. Would have seized everybody's money. It would
• 18:09
Speaker 1: have been a real shit show. Exactly what it should
• 18:12
Speaker 1: have been. But way too many people were protected. By
• 18:15
Speaker 1: way too many powerful people. For that to ever occur.
• 18:19
Speaker 1: And the SDNY. And all the tough talk they do
• 18:22
Speaker 1: down there. I find it laughable. That they let Ghislaine
• 18:25
Speaker 1: Maxwell off. With only a 20 year sentence. Adela claims
• 18:32
Speaker 1: there were other mistakes made in the case and that
• 18:34
Speaker 1: Maxwell was so mistreated during her period of incarceration that
• 18:38
Speaker 1: it violated so many of her constitutional rights to defend herself.
• 18:42
Speaker 1: That's an absolute straight up bullshit lie, Mr. Adela. Garbage.
• 18:48
Speaker 1: You know who was mistreated behind bars? Kalief Browder. Not
• 18:52
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, 14 hours a day to sit with her lawyers,
• 18:56
Speaker 1: all the court filings in the world that you could
• 18:58
Speaker 1: possibly have. You show me one poor person sitting in
• 19:03
Speaker 1: jail right now for a few crack rock that had
• 19:05
Speaker 1: even a bit of Ghislaine Maxwell's ability or Ghislaine Maxwell's
• 19:11
Speaker 1: privilege while she was in prison or in jail. So
• 19:15
Speaker 1: it's laughable when they come at us with that kind
• 19:18
Speaker 1: of bullshit, especially for those of us who know people
• 19:21
Speaker 1: who have been to jail or have been to prison.
• 19:25
Speaker 1: I promise you, everybody I know who went to prison
• 19:27
Speaker 1: or jail, I promise you, were treated much worse than
• 19:31
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell can ever even imagine being treated. She was malnourished,
• 19:36
Speaker 1: Adala said, and yet she's supposed to sit for a
• 19:39
Speaker 1: trial with her life on the line? He added that
• 19:41
Speaker 1: in the United States of America, anyone who's accused of
• 19:44
Speaker 1: any crime should not be abused by the US government
• 19:47
Speaker 1: the way she was abused. Well, I'm saying she wasn't abused, Mr. Aydala.
• 19:52
Speaker 1: She was treated the same way the justice system treats
• 19:55
Speaker 1: people on a daily basis inside of those archaic, shitty lockups.
• 20:01
Speaker 1: So why should we care how Maxwell is treated? And
• 20:04
Speaker 1: all of a sudden she's this big proponent of cultural
• 20:08
Speaker 1: change within the Bureau of Prisons. Oh, what? Now that
• 20:11
Speaker 1: you had a little taste, where were you when you
• 20:14
Speaker 1: were hanging out with the jerk offs who are making
• 20:16
Speaker 1: these laws in the first place? He said she did
• 20:20
Speaker 1: not get a fair trial and further added the judge
• 20:23
Speaker 1: ignored the many claims of malnourishment, living with vermin in
• 20:26
Speaker 1: her cell, lack of sleep. and overall deplorable conditions. There
• 20:30
Speaker 1: were also issues regarding lack of access to her lawyers.
• 20:33
  Speaker 1: That's a straight up lie. Mr. Aydala, that's a lie.
• 20:37
Speaker 1: And I'll just, I'll straight up call it what it is.
• 20:39
Speaker 1: It's a lie. She had more access to her lawyers
• 20:42
Speaker 1: than anybody in that lockup. And in fact, after the
• 20:44
Speaker 1: coronavirus ban was kicked out, Ghislaine Maxwell was the second
• 20:49
Speaker 1: person in the whole entire New York to sit down
• 20:52
Speaker 1: with her lawyer. After that, ban was lifted. So please
• 20:56
Speaker 1: miss me with the bullshit. You might be able to
• 20:58
Speaker 1: pump this on people who didn't follow this the whole time,
• 21:01
Speaker 1: but I got news for you, Mr. Aydala. We haven't
• 21:05
Speaker 1: went away. What'd you think, your boys stopped paying attention?
• 21:10
Speaker 1: And now that you're bringing your appeal up, well, you
• 21:13
Speaker 1: better be ready for them choppy waters. Ask Christian Everdell
• 21:17
Speaker 1: how those choppy waters feel. This is all in violation
• 21:21
Speaker 1: of her fundamental constitutional rights and will be powerfully brought
• 21:24
Speaker 1: to the attention of the appellate courts. You know whose
• 21:28
Speaker 1: rights were really stepped on? All of the girls and
• 21:31
Speaker 1: women who were abused by Ghislaine Maxwell and her pal
• 21:34
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. So you can save the whole woe is
• 21:38
Speaker 1: Ghislaine for somebody else. I don't want to hear it.
• 21:43
Speaker 1: A brief in the appeal, he said, is estimated to
• 21:45
Speaker 1: be filed weeks from now with the U.S. Court of
• 21:48
Speaker 1: Appeals for the Second Circuit. The appeal would mark Idalla's
• 21:52
Speaker 1: firm representing two of America's most notorious cases in Weinstein
• 21:56
Speaker 1: and Maxwell. Perfect clients for you to represent, my man.
• 22:01
Speaker 1: And look, don't get it twisted. Everybody deserves representation. But
• 22:05
Speaker 1: if he thinks he's going to walk into this courtroom
• 22:07
Speaker 1: and start slinging around mud and acting like a complete jackoff,
• 22:11
Speaker 1: he has another thing coming. Weinstein is serving 23 years
• 22:17
Speaker 1: for rape and sexual abuse, but he will have another
• 22:20
Speaker 1: shot at arguing that a judge made mistakes in his
• 22:22
Speaker 1: case in New York. We previously reported that in August,
• 22:26
Speaker 1: the convicted sex offenders bid for an appeal was given
• 22:29
Speaker 1: the go ahead by the state of New York court
• 22:31
Speaker 1: of appeals. And that's completely fine. People should get that
• 22:34
Speaker 1: appeal processed and it should be a go. But once
• 22:37
Speaker 1: they get into the courtroom, the absolute beat down should
• 22:40
Speaker 1: begin by the prosecution. The former producer also just had
• 22:46
Speaker 1: another criminal trial in Los Angeles where he was found
• 22:49
Speaker 1: guilty of one count of rape and two counts of
• 22:51
Speaker 1: sexual assault. Maxwell was given 240 months in prison for
• 22:56
Speaker 1: her role in a scheme to sexually exploit and abuse
• 22:59
Speaker 1: multiple minor girls with Jeffrey Epstein over the course of
• 23:03
Speaker 1: a decade. Prosecutors said after her sentencing, and we all
• 23:07
Speaker 1: know it was many decades, she got off light. If anything,
• 23:10
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell got off light. And then you have people
• 23:13
Speaker 1: out here talking about, oh, her civil rights were stepped on. No,
• 23:17
Speaker 1: they weren't. No, they weren't. We went through the process.
• 23:20
Speaker 1: She had her trial. Her lawyers couldn't pass the ball
• 23:24
Speaker 1: and make a completion. And they ended up losing the
• 23:26
Speaker 1: game because of it. And you know why? Because Ghislaine
• 23:29
Speaker 1: Maxwell was guilty. That's why. U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said
• 23:35
Speaker 1: in a statement at the time, Today's sentence holds Ghislaine
• 23:38
Speaker 1: Maxwell accountable for perpetrating heinous crimes against children. The sentence
• 23:43
Speaker 1: sends a strong message that no one is above the
• 23:45
Speaker 1: law and it is never too late for justice. Apparently,
• 23:49
Speaker 1: Maxwell's family reached out to Idella specifically because his firm, Idella,
• 23:54
Speaker 1: Bertuna & Cammons, worked on Weinstein's appeal. After her sentencing,
• 23:58
Speaker 1: her trial team was done representing her and her family,
• 24:02
Speaker 1: quite frankly, reached out to us. Obviously, we'd been in
• 24:05
Speaker 1: the headlines with Mr. Weinstein's case. Yeah, because it's worked
• 24:09
Speaker 1: out so well. Let me reach out to Aydala because
• 24:13
Speaker 1: he got Weinstein off, said nobody ever. Correct me if
• 24:17
Speaker 1: I'm wrong, but isn't Weinstein spending the rest of his
• 24:19
Speaker 1: life in prison? So let's not act like this is
• 24:22
Speaker 1: Johnny Cochran over here, right? If the glove don't fit,
• 24:25
Speaker 1: you have to acquit. Breaking news, Mr. Aydala, your client
• 24:29
Speaker 1: is guilty. She did this, and she's going to spend
• 24:32
Speaker 1: the rest of her sentence behind bars. No matter how
• 24:36
Speaker 1: many appeals you, her, or anyone brings to the court. So,
• 24:42
Speaker 1: like I always say, Ghislaine Maxwell, enjoy those bologna sandwiches.
• 24:48
Speaker 1: All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one.
• 24:50
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
• 24:52
  Speaker 1: at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at ProtonMail.com. You can
• 25:01
Speaker 1: also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The
• 25:08
Speaker 1: link that I discussed can be found in the description box.
• 25:12
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 25:18
Speaker 1: One of the most burning questions that everyone always has
• 25:22
Speaker 1: when it comes to Ghislaine Maxwell is will this lady
• 25:26
Speaker 1: ever name names? Well, we know she hasn't up until
• 25:30
Speaker 1: this point. And we know that she didn't even try
• 25:32
Speaker 1: and dangle any of those names to the authorities when
• 25:36
Speaker 1: she was going through the first prosecution. Now, that's according
• 25:40
Speaker 1: to her and the authorities. But she has until 2023
• 25:44
Speaker 1: to drop some names. The question is, now that she's
• 25:49
Speaker 1: had a little taste of what confinement is like, is
• 25:53
Speaker 1: she going to spill the beans? Is she going to
• 25:56
Speaker 1: be more willing to talk about some of the other
• 25:59
Speaker 1: people who might have been participating? You would think that
• 26:02
Speaker 1: she would be. I know if it was me, I'd
• 26:06
Speaker 1: be ready to sing like a mockingbird, folks. I'd be
• 26:09
Speaker 1: up there talking like Henry Hill, trying to save myself
• 26:13
Speaker 1: from this nightmare that she's about to face. But so far,
• 26:17
Speaker 1: she hasn't done that. Now, we know that she has
• 26:20
Speaker 1: the keys. We know she knows where the bodies are buried.
• 26:23
Speaker 1: Maybe not, you know, actual bodies, but you get my point.
• 26:27
Speaker 1: And she knows the secrets of all of these disgusting
• 26:29
Speaker 1: Johns who are using their services. I mean, you would
• 26:32
Speaker 1: think that a vindictive person, a vindictive woman like Ghislaine
• 26:36
Speaker 1: Maxwell would be the first one there with a motor
• 26:39
Speaker 1: mouth jaw running. But that hasn't been the case yet.
• 26:42
Speaker 1: So it leads me to believe that there's a couple
• 26:45
Speaker 1: of things at play here. One, She's terrified about telling
• 26:49
Speaker 1: on anybody because she knows the end result. Two, the
• 26:53
Speaker 1: government is just not receptive and they don't want to
• 26:55
Speaker 1: hear it. Or three, she doesn't have anything that the
• 26:59
Speaker 1: government wants. So it has to be one of those
• 27:03
Speaker 1: three options, right? Maybe I'm missing one. If I am,
• 27:06
Speaker 1: please feel free to shoot me an email and let
• 27:08
Speaker 1: me know. Because from where I'm sitting, it certainly seems
• 27:11
Speaker 1: like now's the time. You have Prince Andrew who's on
• 27:15
Speaker 1: the run. The Queen's no longer there to protect him.
• 27:18
Speaker 1: She could really serve some people up right now. She
• 27:20
Speaker 1: could serve up Trump. She could serve up Clinton. At
• 27:23
Speaker 1: the very least, talk about their relationship with Epstein while
• 27:27
Speaker 1: she was around. She could talk about the fact that
• 27:30
Speaker 1: her and Bill Clinton allegedly dated. Yeah, that might be
• 27:34
Speaker 1: part of the conversation, you know. You would think that
• 27:36
Speaker 1: journalists would want to hear that. But so far, mum's
• 27:40
Speaker 1: the word from Ghislaine Maxwell. So today we have an
• 27:44
Speaker 1: article from the fantastic Brad Hunter over at the Toronto Sun.
• 27:48
Speaker 1: And if you aren't familiar with Brad Hunter's work throughout
• 27:51
Speaker 1: this whole process, he has done a very, very good
• 27:54
Speaker 1: job as far as cataloging and documenting what's going on
• 27:58
Speaker 1: here and being very critical of not only the participants,
• 28:03
Speaker 1: but the way the story has been covered. Headline. Ghislaine
• 28:08
Speaker 1: Maxwell has until June 20, 23 to name names, but
• 28:10
Speaker 1: will she? The once elegant brunette sits rotting in a
• 28:17
Speaker 1: jail cell in the Florida Panhandle. That's a nice way
• 28:20
Speaker 1: to put it. Hanging out down there with her sellies,
• 28:23
Speaker 1: the murderers, the, you know, drug dealers, you name it.
• 28:28
Speaker 1: Those are her new peeps. Now, she's exactly where she belongs, right?
• 28:33
Speaker 1: If anyone belongs behind bars, it's people who commit crimes
• 28:36
Speaker 1: against children and people who commit crimes against those who
• 28:39
Speaker 1: can't defend themselves. I have such a problem with the
• 28:44
Speaker 1: exploitation of the vulnerable. I'm like Tyrion Lannister. I have
• 28:50
Speaker 1: a thing for bastards, crippled and broken things. And I
• 28:54
Speaker 1: really just despise bullies. And when you break it all
• 28:57
Speaker 1: down and you look at it, that's what Maxwell was.
• 29:00
Speaker 1: That's what Epstein was. That's what all of these super
• 29:03
Speaker 1: rich people are. They're bullies. She is 60 years old,
• 29:10
Speaker 1: and this is likely as good as it's going to
• 29:12
Speaker 1: get for the foreseeable future. Her name is Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 29:16
Speaker 1: once the belle of the ball in London, New York,
• 29:19
Speaker 1: and Palm Beach. And don't forget New Mexico, don't forget Paris.
• 29:23
Speaker 1: But for sure, it has to be a shock to
• 29:26
Speaker 1: the system, right? You have somebody who has been living
• 29:29
Speaker 1: in the laps of luxury since their birth. and then
• 29:32
Speaker 1: all of a sudden to be thrust into this jail system.
• 29:36
Speaker 1: And I know there's people out there that are like, oh,
• 29:38
Speaker 1: you know, this is a... country club jail. And look,
• 29:41
Speaker 1: you're not wrong, right? It's not hard time. I'm not
• 29:43
Speaker 1: going to sit here and tell you she's at Shawshank.
• 29:47
Speaker 1: But the reality is she's behind bars and she's not
• 29:50
Speaker 1: living the life that she wanted to live. Do you
• 29:53
Speaker 1: really think she wants to spend 350 bucks at the
• 29:56
Speaker 1: commissary on, you know, Top ramen and garbage food. Or
• 30:00
Speaker 1: does she want to eat the. Chef made food that
• 30:03
Speaker 1: she's used to eating. So while it's not. You know
• 30:07
Speaker 1: the perfect scenario. With her being locked up. At the
• 30:10
Speaker 1: very least. She is locked up. Behind bars. And not
• 30:14
Speaker 1: jet setting around the world. Maxwell was sentenced to 20
• 30:19
Speaker 1: years in federal prison in June for her role in
• 30:22
Speaker 1: billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's odious sex trafficking operation that preyed
• 30:27
Speaker 1: on vulnerable underage girls. And again, a sex trafficking operation
• 30:34
Speaker 1: that preyed on the vulnerable and underage girls. So who
• 30:39
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein wasn't getting all of these girls traffic to himself, right?
• 30:43
Speaker 1: So where are the calls from the prosecution, the SDNY,
• 30:48
Speaker 1: and all of their pals to go after these MFers
• 30:51
Speaker 1: and go after them hard? That's what they deserve. An
• 30:54
Speaker 1: absolute colonoscopy of an investigation. And I'm talking without any sedative. Epstein...
• 31:03
Speaker 1: topped himself in a Manhattan jail cell, allegedly, in August
• 31:07
Speaker 1: 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking. But what about
• 31:11
Speaker 1: his friends, you ask? His pals in perversion who lusted
• 31:15
Speaker 1: after teen girls? Yeah, where are all of these guys?
• 31:18
Speaker 1: Where are all of the people who are using these services?
• 31:23
Speaker 1: You want a surefire, quickfire way to get there? Bring
• 31:26
Speaker 1: in all of the co-conspirators. Bring in the core four.
• 31:30
Speaker 1: Put them under oath. Hit them all with RICO, with predicates,
• 31:33
Speaker 1: and let them know if they lie, they're going to
• 31:36
Speaker 1: do 25, 30 years mandatory time. Not even a discussion
• 31:39
Speaker 1: about it. You see, they'll use all of these tools
• 31:44
Speaker 1: that they have at their disposal, meaning the federal government,
• 31:47
Speaker 1: when they're going after people like you or me. But
• 31:50
Speaker 1: when you're going after a child sex trafficking operation... eh,
• 31:54
Speaker 1: you know what, we're just going to go after the
• 31:56
Speaker 1: low-hanging fruit here, and we're not going to expose any
• 31:59
Speaker 1: of the people who were using these services. And once again,
• 32:05
Speaker 1: I'll leave it up to you to figure out why.
• 32:08
Speaker 1: Why didn't Ghislaine Maxwell name names? That may still come,
• 32:11
Speaker 1: dear reader. The disgraced publishing heiress has until June 2023
• 32:16
Speaker 1: to sing for her supper. So when she goes up
• 32:20
Speaker 1: for this appeal, she has a chance maybe to talk
• 32:23
Speaker 1: about what happened to try and get some lighter time, right?
• 32:26
Speaker 1: And tell the judge and the jury and the system
• 32:29
Speaker 1: that I'm willing to cooperate now. Whereas before, that wasn't
• 32:33
Speaker 1: even an option, it seems. Now the question is, what
• 32:37
Speaker 1: would she get in return for cooperation? And what would
• 32:41
Speaker 1: everybody out there be comfortable with her getting for cooperation.
• 32:46
Speaker 1: Say she gave up information that turned into a big
• 32:51
Speaker 1: sting and it brought in a bunch of the Johns
• 32:53
Speaker 1: who were using these trafficked girls. Would she be worthy
• 32:56
Speaker 1: of getting five, 10 years peeled off her sentence? See,
• 33:01
Speaker 1: that's what happens, right? If she gives up information, it's
• 33:04
Speaker 1: not because it's goodwill. She's going to be getting something
• 33:07
Speaker 1: on the backside of that. So I just want everyone
• 33:10
Speaker 1: to be prepared just in case. I think Elaine has
• 33:15
Speaker 1: been wrestling for a long time on whether to sing
• 33:18
Speaker 1: or not. Author and Pulitzer Prize nominee Barry Levine told me, Meaning,
• 33:22
Speaker 1: what is she going to get in return? Remember, that's
• 33:25
Speaker 1: what this is all about. Somebody like Maxwell, especially. She's
• 33:36
Speaker 1: not doing anything out of the kindness of her heart, remember.
• 33:39
Speaker 1: Everything's about self-preservation and how I can manipulate this situation
• 33:44
Speaker 1: to best fit what I need it to do. Levine,
• 33:49
Speaker 1: author of the seminal book on the case, The Spider,
• 33:52
Speaker 1: inside the criminal web of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 33:55
Speaker 1: said that if she cooperates, the feds may shave a
• 33:58
Speaker 1: couple of years off her sentence. And that's how it
• 34:01
Speaker 1: usually works. So I can only tell you from... what
• 34:05
Speaker 1: I know about how the federal government deals with confidential
• 34:09
Speaker 1: informants and snitches because that happens to fall into the
• 34:13
Speaker 1: orbit of my other work into criminal organizations and organized crime.
• 34:18
Speaker 1: So what they'll do is they'll dangle a shorter sentence
• 34:21
Speaker 1: over your head if you turn state's evidence and sign
• 34:25
Speaker 1: the 302 and proffer out for the day. And to
• 34:28
Speaker 1: a lot of criminals, that's very appealing. Nobody wants to
• 34:32
Speaker 1: sit in a jail cell for 20 freaking years, folks, okay?
• 34:35
Speaker 1: And then what happens is if you help the government,
• 34:37
Speaker 1: when you go up for appeal, the appeal board sees
• 34:40
Speaker 1: that you are helping the government and they take that
• 34:42
Speaker 1: into account when they make their decision. So that's why
• 34:46
Speaker 1: you see a lot of people play ball with the
• 34:49
Speaker 1: government and with the police inside of the jail system. Remember,
• 34:55
Speaker 1: her jail cell in Brooklyn was a living hell for
• 34:57
Speaker 1: her every day. And I don't think Elaine or her
• 35:00
Speaker 1: lawyers were exaggerating about the conditions, Levin said. Adding life
• 35:05
Speaker 1: at low security FCI Tallahassee is more bearable. There's no doubt.
• 35:10
Speaker 1: The lockups are, they're deplorable. I've known people that have
• 35:13
Speaker 1: been in that lockup, that exact lockup, and it is
• 35:16
Speaker 1: not a good place to be. You know, you think
• 35:19
Speaker 1: federal prison and you think it's a little bit more well-run, well-managed,
• 35:24
Speaker 1: better managed than a state facility, but that's not the case,
• 35:28
Speaker 1: especially down at MDC and MCC. In Brooklyn, I'm sure
• 35:34
Speaker 1: she asked herself, is this worth it? A problem for
• 35:38
Speaker 1: Maxwell is that the prosecution never offered her a deal,
• 35:41
Speaker 1: and she didn't ask for one. So that's the rub.
• 35:43
Speaker 1: Why didn't the prosecution, Maureen Comey and friends, ask her
• 35:47
Speaker 1: if she wanted the deal? Asked her if she had
• 35:49
Speaker 1: something to serve up that might have been So if
• 35:54
Speaker 1: they didn't even ask, what does that tell you about
• 35:57
Speaker 1: moving on with this case? Sure seems to me that
• 36:01
Speaker 1: we were served up a bunch of BS by the
• 36:03
Speaker 1: federal government, by the Department of Justice, by the SDNY,
• 36:07
Speaker 1: about how they're going to go after co-conspirators here, when
• 36:10
Speaker 1: that's not even the reality. Levin said the prosecution wanted
• 36:16
Speaker 1: a jury verdict, and they got one. I think the
• 36:18
Speaker 1: time for her and the prosecution to act is now
• 36:22
Speaker 1: because the verdict was tainted by the two jurors who
• 36:25
Speaker 1: didn't acknowledge their past, Levin said. They have based her
• 36:29
Speaker 1: appeal off of that. Now, we know about juror 50,
• 36:32
Speaker 1: Scotty David, and there was another juror who allegedly didn't
• 36:36
Speaker 1: reveal their whole past. But I highly doubt that an
• 36:39
Speaker 1: appeals court is really going to look at that and
• 36:41
Speaker 1: say this is a basis for your conviction to be overturned.
• 36:48
Speaker 1: Add addition, Maxwell's family want her moved to a British
• 36:51
Speaker 1: prison where conditions are significantly better. I'll tell you what,
• 36:55
Speaker 1: I'd be willing to see her moved to a British
• 36:57
Speaker 1: prison if she spilled the beans. She still has to
• 37:00
Speaker 1: serve her sentence over in England, but she has to
• 37:02
Speaker 1: completely spill the beans. And I'm talking about gigantic catches.
• 37:07
Speaker 1: I'm talking about Ehud Barak. I'm talking about Bill Clinton,
• 37:11
Speaker 1: all of them. Levine thinks if Maxwell sings, she'll target
• 37:15
Speaker 1: the four women who were given immunity by the feds
• 37:18
Speaker 1: in connection with Epstein's 2008 underage sex plea deal, meaning
• 37:23
Speaker 1: the core four. Now, again, Nadia Marcinkova is a completely
• 37:28
Speaker 1: different case, in my opinion. I think that she should
• 37:31
Speaker 1: be treated differently than the other women who were involved here.
• 37:34
Speaker 1: And the more I learn about her circumstances, the more
• 37:38
Speaker 1: sure I am about that. Maxwell mysteriously wasn't named, but
• 37:45
Speaker 1: is the fifth woman Epstein's lawyers asked for immunity. But
• 37:50
Speaker 1: will she name the great and good who defiled the
• 37:52
Speaker 1: teens with help from Epstein and Maxwell? That's the million
• 37:56
Speaker 1: dollar question, and it's the one that we've been asking
• 37:58
Speaker 1: here for quite some time. She should. What does she
• 38:01
Speaker 1: have to lose at this point? I mean, why wouldn't
• 38:03
Speaker 1: she rat on Sarah Kellen Vickers or Adriana Ross or
• 38:07
Speaker 1: Leslie Groff? She tried to play the immunity card at
• 38:12
Speaker 1: her trial, but the public wouldn't be satisfied with her
• 38:15
Speaker 1: naming the bit players instead of the men who sexually
• 38:19
Speaker 1: abused these girls, Levine said. We want the names of
• 38:22
Speaker 1: these wealthy and powerful men. In the end, it's down
• 38:25
Speaker 1: to Ghislaine. It rests with her. Epstein is dead. Jean-Luc Brunel,
• 38:30
Speaker 1: the Paris modeling agent who supplied girls to the pedophile,
• 38:34
Speaker 1: is dead. The million-dollar question is, will she attempt to
• 38:38
Speaker 1: name these men of high exposure, like Prince Andrew, who
• 38:42
Speaker 1: is not a U.S. citizen? That is still a card
• 38:44
Speaker 1: she could play. But public sentiment won't allow her to
• 38:48
Speaker 1: just walk away, and it shouldn't. She has to pay
• 38:50
Speaker 1: the price. She's the one who chose to do all
• 38:53
Speaker 1: of this. She's the one who chose to engage in
• 38:55
Speaker 1: this behavior with Jeffrey Epstein. Levine added, her goose is cooked.
• 39:01
Speaker 1: Maxwell may also have another worry. Epstein's suicide is not
• 39:05
Speaker 1: the final word on his death. Same with Brunel. There's
• 39:09
Speaker 1: some who might say if Ghislaine turns rat, she's opening
• 39:12
Speaker 1: herself to getting a hit put on her, Levine said.
• 39:15
Speaker 1: But every minute she puts behind bars, there's the risk
• 39:18
Speaker 1: of being killed by a crazed inmate. So she's damned
• 39:21
Speaker 1: either way. And that is the rub of it, right?
• 39:24
Speaker 1: When you get down to it, folks, she might be
• 39:26
Speaker 1: in a facility that people consider a country club, but
• 39:29
Speaker 1: she's still in federal prison with some very dangerous people.
• 39:33
Speaker 1: So she's at risk every minute she's in there. He
• 39:36
Speaker 1: is not wrong about that. And you know she's going
• 39:38
Speaker 1: to be looking to better her circumstances. So the million
• 39:42
Speaker 1: dollar question, like Mr. Hunter says here, is will Ghislaine
• 39:45
Speaker 1: Maxwell sing and name names to try and get a
• 39:50
Speaker 1: better circumstance for herself moving forward. Me, I'm not sure
• 39:56
Speaker 1: one way or the other. I don't know. I would
• 39:58
Speaker 1: think that she would attempt to try and at least
• 40:02
Speaker 1: deal here. But we have seen that the government hasn't
• 40:04
Speaker 1: been receptive to that as of now. Could it be
• 40:07
Speaker 1: like they say in the article that they wanted to
• 40:10
Speaker 1: get a jury conviction here? Or is there something else
• 40:13
Speaker 1: going on? We'll have to wait and see. But either way,
• 40:16
Speaker 1: this is far from over. All right, everybody, if you'd
