In Felton, Delaware, a 40-year-old man named Caleb Andrew Sapp was arrested after allegedly threatening to kill an elderly, disabled family member during a domestic dispute. The victim, who had documented evidence of the threats, called police, leading to an arrest warrant. Officers later pulled Sapp over in the same neighborhood and took him into custody without incident.
