- 0:20Favorite happy places for a chicken coop, along with all her
- 0:23chickens Hey everybody. Good morning from the very
- 0:29peaceful Chicken Coop. So today we're going to be
- 0:32talking about stress again and today we are talking about how
- 0:35to start eliminating things, how to start working around things,
- 0:39how to start seeing things differently.
- 0:42So one of the very first pieces of this puzzle is to recognize
- 0:48that your body as a whole hangs onto emotion and stress.
- 0:54We talked about that. Yesterday how eighty percent of
- 0:56doctors visits are related to stress because our bodies, hang
- 1:01on to it, our bodies functionally.
- 1:03We'll just hunker down in it and then all of a sudden we have
- 1:07high blood pressure. We have rapid heart rates.
- 1:10We have, I mean, even cancer is related back to it.
- 1:14There are statistics that talked about the fact that diabetes,
- 1:18cancer, heart disease, depression, all of this comes
- 1:22back to stress. And if we can work on these
- 1:26toxic levels of stress hormones that keep going off in our body
- 1:29and literally saturate, our bodies with this.
- 1:34Just insane amount of energy that doesn't need to be there.
- 1:39We can do something about it so we can be our best Advocates.
- 1:42But the very first thing we have to look at is our body itself
- 1:45because if our body itself is not taking, you know, you're not
- 1:50taking care of it, it's not a place where you can control any
- 1:54of this. So let's think for a second here
- 1:56about our we've heard over and over and over how our body is
- 1:59our Temple. I mean that I can't even begin
- 2:02to tell you how many times I heard my mother say that.
- 2:05But it is a something you have to cultivate.
- 2:07You're not just going to all of a sudden say oh okay, well I
- 2:13think my body's my temple. Therefore I'm going to be this
- 2:15way. You have to actually work on it
- 2:18and if you really want to free yourself from chronic illness
- 2:21and you want to free yourself from the the ex of stress, you
- 2:26really have to think about the physical aspects of it, so that
- 2:31you can live healthier. You can live in a healthier
- 2:36state of mind. You can just dwell in a better
- 2:39situation. Overall, where does that begin?
- 2:42Where does it essentially? Take place?
- 2:45Well, starts in your body. So think about the terms of how
- 2:50you feel about your body. Today.
- 2:51We're identifying, how do you feel about your body are Fan of
- 2:55your body. You know it sounds like a very
- 2:57simple question to say are you a fan of your body?
- 2:59But you'd be surprised how many people are not fans of their
- 3:02body. They'll say oh you know I mean
- 3:06II think I weigh too much. I think I have this.
- 3:09I think I have that and they don't, they don't appreciate all
- 3:12that their body does for them all day long and they don't
- 3:17acknowledge how grateful they are for their body.
- 3:20Therefore they don't have the mindset to care for it, they
- 3:24come Plain about it all my joints hurt.
- 3:26My back hurts. I have a stiff neck.
- 3:29Oh, I'm fat, I don't feel good. And, and they do this
- 3:32internally, they're not necessarily doing it externally.
- 3:35Although some people do complain about pain externally a lot.
- 3:39Most people don't, most people just kind of keep it to
- 3:43themselves. There are like you said, there
- 3:44are The Chronic complainers though.
- 3:46So, first things first, body-wise, let's take a look at
- 3:51how you feel about your body. Do you love it?
- 3:54Are you Grateful for it. Do you nourish it?
- 3:57Well, do you ask the client the other day?
- 4:00I said, he said he has chronic headaches and I said, well,
- 4:03let's take a look. First at how much water are you
- 4:05drinking? And he started laughing.
- 4:08And he's like, well, if it's part of coffee, then, yes.
- 4:11I'm drinking it. And I said, no, not part of
- 4:14coffee. I'm talking about in general.
- 4:17How much water do you drink? And he's like none.
- 4:20So here we are organic. Living being that thrives in
- 4:27water and he's not drinking any water.
- 4:29So what does that mean? For his cellular level?
- 4:32His lack of water, his lack of cellular level just is like
- 4:37insane, how his cells are suffering every moment.
- 4:41So on as from a cellular level up, doctors will tell us over
- 4:45and over and over again. This is a basic thing.
- 4:48You have to you know will say drink water, eat healthy, drink
- 4:52water, eat healthy. Get exercise.
- 4:54Simple things that are so complex for us as human beings.
- 4:59It is shameful how much we have allowed ourselves to not pay
- 5:04attention to those things. So today in this little, you
- 5:09know, which is turning out to be a little bit more of a breakdown
- 5:12of this whole process than I initially had thought.
- 5:14But we're going to go with it because that's what happens out
- 5:16in the chicken coop. You can't see my stress and
- 5:20helping yourself in a matter of just five minutes.
- 5:23So we are going to break. Down.
- 5:24So today, we're talking strictly about helping your body, you are
- 5:29going to go out and you're going to look at how much water am I
- 5:31drinking? Sincerely, be honest with
- 5:33yourself. If you lie to yourself about
- 5:35this stuff, you can't get better.
- 5:36So you look at how much water you're drinking, and you say,
- 5:39okay, I definitely need to increase my water intake, and I
- 5:42need to decrease whatever you need to decrease whether that
- 5:45be, you know, alcohol intake, whether it be coffee intake,
- 5:49whether it be tea, and take, whatever it might be soda.
- 5:53Oh, good. Lord.
- 5:53Look at how much Sugar, you're taking into your body because
- 5:57sugar is one of the most addictive substances we have on
- 6:00this planet. And if you're taking in a ton of
- 6:02sugar, that's not good for your cells and that's not good for
- 6:05your state of stress. And it causes more disagrees,
- 6:09you know, the word disease dis ease.
- 6:11Think about that. So today, stop pause and think
- 6:16about your body. Are you am I working out?
- 6:19Am I at least walking am I getting in any steps?
- 6:22You know I have a my daughter is Is 27 years old, she works from
- 6:27her computer, all day long. I said to her just a couple
- 6:30weeks ago, how many steps are you getting in and day?
- 6:33She said, I don't know, I got her Fitbit, she puts it on, she
- 6:36comes back, she's like, oh my God, not even three thousand
- 6:38steps. I said, see, I told you you
- 6:41can't feel good if you're just sitting.
- 6:43So anybody who works with me knows I am the Mad mover.
- 6:47I don't sit still. I'm constantly moving I get
- 6:50between Seventeen twenty four thousand steps a day because I
- 6:55just can't stop moving and I know that seems like a lot, but
- 6:59I believe in movement in order to stay healthy, I believe that.
- 7:03That's part of it, that's part of caring for your body so you
- 7:06have to push it. In fact, I just saw a story
- 7:08yesterday about a woman in Maine who is 102 years old and she's
- 7:12still going out with her 79 year old son, who's a lobster
- 7:16fisherman to help him with this because she's done this since
- 7:19she was eight years old she started with her dad, she
- 7:22married a person who was a German.
- 7:25She her son is a lobsterman and she's still doing it at 102
- 7:29years old. And when they interviewed her
- 7:31she said, well, I'm just going to do this until I die and she
- 7:36said, if you sit still, you'll just die and she's not wrong.
- 7:40She's not wrong. So this whole theory of, oh, I
- 7:42gotta sit down. Oh, I got to do this.
- 7:44Sure, you got to rest, but you also gotta move and you gotta
- 7:48keep moving. So, look at you himself.
- 7:50How much it Movin. Are you getting in?
- 7:52And look at the what you're taking?
- 7:54Into your body as far as all those other toxins that are not
- 7:58healthy for you and then get it on paper because this is going
- 8:02to help us take you through this process of annihilating and
- 8:06getting it out of town. So track it, track it, track it
- 8:10and I will see you guys tomorrow.
- 8:12Bye.
