This week on Salt of the Earth, we head back to Quentin Park Alpacas & Studio Gallery in Peterborough, South Australia, to catch up with Amee and her daughter Emma.
With around 70 alpacas, a café, gallery and accommodation, there’s plenty happening on the property. We chat about their business, their love of alpacas, and the opportunities and challenges of building a tourism venture in regional Australia.
