- 14:08Speaker 1: Deal salon manager says she was fitted with ten weeds
- 14:11Speaker 1: from the same package. So apparently the person who was
- 14:14Speaker 1: getting the human hair was getting it off of deceased humans.
- 14:19Speaker 2: That is wild.
- 14:21Speaker 5: But she didn't know. She wasn't like trying to say money.

- 14:57Speaker 2: I don't know how.
- 14:58Speaker 1: My wife used to sell hair for a little bit.
- 15:00Speaker 1: But it's a tough game. People will get your hair
- 15:02Speaker 1: in line and say they didn't get it. So she
- 15:04Speaker 1: was I gotta get off the business. You got almost
- 15:06Speaker 1: to take a picture with the hair, like the refunds,
- 15:08Speaker 1: It's like two three hundred dollar worth of hair. I
- 15:09Speaker 1: felt like all sudden drunk. I was dropping off the
- 15:11Speaker 1: packages and barking B and then nigga do that. That's why,
- 15:13Speaker 1: hundred niggas, What did you think?
- 15:14Speaker 5: I am?

- 17:59Speaker 1: No? No, no, the person that looks like the person Her
- 18:02Speaker 1: source was like, this is human hair. I don't know
- 18:05Speaker 1: where they usually got them from, but they was they
- 18:08Speaker 1: had to connect with the more and they was getting
- 18:10Speaker 1: the dead people and shaving their head. I guess after
- 18:12Speaker 1: the funeral, you know what I'm saying, before they close
- 18:14Speaker 1: the casket, let.
- 18:15Speaker 2: Me get that.
- 18:15Speaker 1: They took your hair for sure, and Jackson would have
- 18:18Speaker 1: been gone to probably got a little bit took.
- 18:23Speaker 2: They cut you. You die, they cut your hair and.
- 18:25Speaker 3: Taking they're taking people's taking human hair, that humano.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Because it was because the bodies was rotting.
- 18:34Speaker 6: Yeah, I know when you washed the bundles.
- 18:35Speaker 4: It don't make sense, is off because you don't Maggots
- 18:40Speaker 4: don't come to you been in the ground for hell,
- 18:41Speaker 4: you're still in balmed and doing above ground. They would
- 18:44Speaker 4: have to be digging these bodies up. That's what I'm saying,
- 18:46Speaker 4: because when you die, you're not there's no maggots.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Well they will find you. If you die untreated you,
- 18:52Speaker 1: you can get maggots. The maggots they know.
- 18:54Speaker 6: Well maybe.
- 18:57Speaker 4: Nobody in the comments said it was probably the eggs
- 18:59Speaker 4: and they probably didn't Catti.
- 19:02Speaker 5: That makes that kind of makes I guess. I was wondering,
- 19:05Speaker 5: like what where do they start?
- 19:08Speaker 1: Like, I don't know how ma how so I know
- 19:11Speaker 1: flies get in and then they eat whatever and then
- 19:14Speaker 1: lay eggs. Now for the magats come, they get in
- 19:16Speaker 1: your trash or whatever. So maybe the fly ate the
- 19:20Speaker 1: dead body had left them things get at it, uh left,
- 19:24Speaker 1: And I think Judge's right. If you not washing that
- 19:27Speaker 1: bundle all the way and that eggs still in there,
- 19:29Speaker 1: then it's like, oh now I got life that you
- 19:34Speaker 1: got to bust down with a maget you.
- 19:38Speaker 5: And you didn't feel no articulating on your scale like
- 19:41Speaker 5: this machine.
- 19:44Speaker 4: Know.
- 19:44Speaker 6: She was just like, yeah, it's tight.
- 19:47Speaker 1: I got a little cheap, I got a little permanent.
- 19:50Speaker 1: And then when I'm thirty right here, I know you're
- 19:52Speaker 1: paying five hundred.
- 19:53Speaker 2: I paid.
- 19:54Speaker 6: It's a little hot, you know, yeah it's tingly.
- 19:58Speaker 1: But now you ball on a on account cheap hair.
- 20:03Speaker 5: Oh I would trust right.
- 20:08Speaker 4: I ain't rocking, No, damn can I.
- 20:15Speaker 6: Be your f.
- 20:17Speaker 3: I don't want to thinking about my hair all the time.
- 20:20Speaker 3: I just don't know what my head is shaped.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Like. You find out when you ball, you find out
- 20:24Speaker 2: you'll have.
- 20:25Speaker 6: The luxury of the side if you want to. Well,
- 20:27Speaker 6: I've had a short cut.
- 20:28Speaker 3: But like the actual ball ball black women.
- 20:31Speaker 2: They need the league in ball.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Yeah, they do be looking amazing ball or short like
- 20:37Speaker 1: I feel, I haven't really never seen.
- 20:38Speaker 3: Then I'm killed, precious lot.
- 20:42Speaker 2: I love her parents.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Shake, That's nothing that makes me more angry than a
- 20:48Speaker 1: black woman coming out of the barber's chair with waves.
- 20:53Speaker 2: I never even when I had hair.
- 20:55Speaker 1: I'm like when they get out because the grade of
- 20:58Speaker 1: their hair, I mean need to be like nigga, can
- 21:01Speaker 1: you taking up a seat? You're coming out with the
- 21:03Speaker 1: best haircut.
- 21:03Speaker 6: I'm gonna see the day. I love it.
- 21:15Speaker 5: Think about it.
- 21:16Speaker 2: How long have you ever been?
- 21:17Speaker 3: I had like a short kind of like halle berry
- 21:20Speaker 3: or whatever you want to call it.
- 21:23Speaker 5: Maybe a little bit more, a little thinking than that.
- 21:24Speaker 5: But yeah, go.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Bal you need to fill your head though, like you
- 21:30Speaker 1: got a big feel like a dimple in the back.
- 21:35Speaker 2: How much of your personality is in your hair?
- 21:38Speaker 5: I feel like nothing.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Cut it off many see what happens. You will get
- 21:42Speaker 1: a lot of grand risings.
- 21:47Speaker 6: Strong baby, don't nobody.
- 21:55Speaker 5: I can't.
- 21:56Speaker 6: That's the last thing I need is to put myself.
- 22:00Speaker 2: But you jump back, Yeah, you've been having some grand rising.
- 22:03Speaker 5: No, but I'm saying I don't need I need to.
- 22:05Speaker 5: I don't need grand rising.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Have you'll ever been drink into grand rising? Like you
- 22:09Speaker 2: didn't know? At first you thought he was not grand rising.
- 22:13Speaker 4: No, they say that ship out the gates, so you
- 22:15Speaker 4: know it ain't they say an idiot gate they favored
- 22:19Speaker 4: that spot him.
- 22:19Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, queen, any of them like here we go.
- 22:25Speaker 2: But can you say queen without being grand?
- 22:27Speaker 6: I've never heard him. That's yeah, that's that's good.
- 22:33Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, I'm gonna go ahead and go. I
- 22:40Speaker 1: was in then Uber one time and I was playing
- 22:41Speaker 1: with my boy. He's the Grand Rising nigga, and I
- 22:44Speaker 1: hit him with the Grand Risings because I used to,
- 22:46Speaker 1: you know, mess with him.
- 22:46Speaker 2: So when I hung out with the brother was like
- 22:48Speaker 2: you one of us and I was like no, no.
- 22:52Speaker 2: He was like a doctor Umar. I was like, yeah,
- 22:55Speaker 2: doctor ce me.
- 22:56Speaker 1: They got the sea fall, you got the what's the.
- 23:02Speaker 3: Thing they sell will slamder?
- 23:07Speaker 6: He don't got to be a grand rise.
- 23:08Speaker 1: And this is what the guy was saying, Yeah, did
- 23:11Speaker 1: you know ourselves? I just uber on the side. What
- 23:13Speaker 1: I really got? Do you know what the benefits of it?
- 23:17Speaker 1: I was a man.
- 23:19Speaker 2: I got some weeds in the.
- 23:23Speaker 1: All right, last story of the day, this is this
- 23:28Speaker 1: was this was just too funny to me.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Man sues himself. Oh my god, and one all right,
- 23:35Speaker 2: you gotta hear this story because I couldn't believe it.
- 23:38Speaker 4: He took it from checking to say okay.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Interesting case.
- 23:42Speaker 1: In nineteen seventy six, Peter Maxwell went to work at
- 23:45Speaker 1: a manufacturing company Ohio I'm sorry in Chino, California, Ohio.
- 23:49Speaker 1: He was showing a new employee how to use a
- 23:50Speaker 1: piece of machinery. Unfortunately, the company's VP had repaired the
- 23:53Speaker 1: machine using the wrong sized boat, so the head was protruding.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Maxwell sweater got caught on the bolt head and he
- 23:58Speaker 1: was pulled into the device, severely injured. So he decided
- 24:00Speaker 1: to sue the company he worked for, which happened to
- 24:02Speaker 1: be the company he owned. It led to an interesting
- 24:06Speaker 1: lawsuit with one clear lesson for any person looking to
- 24:08Speaker 1: start a business. This case was called Maxwell versus Maxwell.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Peter Maxwell and his wife owned ninety five percent of
- 24:15Speaker 1: the business, with another couple holding the rest. Maxwell paid
- 24:17Speaker 1: himself a salary of one hundred I'm sorry ten thousand
- 24:19Speaker 1: dollars a years an employee, his injuries preventing him from
- 24:22Speaker 1: working for some time, so his wife had a fulfill.
- 24:25Speaker 2: His role and her own.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Even though he was an owner and director of the business,
- 24:28Speaker 1: he was also an employee. Therefore, Maxwell was on top
- 24:30Speaker 1: of the sue of the directors of the company for
- 24:31Speaker 1: conversation for his medical experience, expenses, and loss of work.
- 24:36Speaker 1: The first step was to speak to the company lawyer
- 24:38Speaker 1: about the lawsuit. Blah blah blah. In effect, the company
- 24:42Speaker 1: settled out of court and paid him a compensation for
- 24:46Speaker 1: loss of work that he also had to.
- 24:49Speaker 3: Approve what the PPP he got That he's help because
- 24:54Speaker 3: he was doing the business and somehow he thought.
- 24:57Speaker 5: He was about to come up somehow. I don't know how.
- 24:59Speaker 5: I'm still trying to figure that out.
- 25:01Speaker 1: Because technically, if you are an employee, you you can
- 25:06Speaker 1: be an employee of a company and the company has
- 25:08Speaker 1: a right to protect its employees even if the owner
- 25:12Speaker 1: is an employee, and you have insurance.
- 25:14Speaker 2: So technically, if I got hurt here.
- 25:17Speaker 1: In Kevin State Studios, because it's the Kevin Fredericks is
- 25:21Speaker 1: not the owner of Kevin State Studios that has its
- 25:23Speaker 1: own holding company, I could sue Kevin Stage Studios for
- 25:27Speaker 1: my injury.
- 25:28Speaker 2: This light fell down there.
- 25:29Speaker 6: I swear to God, I was like, I have this
- 25:30Speaker 6: light fall so like a.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Technically suit my But my thing is the point is
- 25:35Speaker 1: my company would have to pay out, so I.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Would still lose.
- 25:40Speaker 6: Dollars a year.
- 25:41Speaker 2: So in nineteen seventy six.
- 25:43Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Yeah, and when I said old stories like two thousand
- 25:47Speaker 2: and three, it was.
- 25:49Speaker 6: Like it wasn't even alive yet.
- 25:54Speaker 1: But apparently like that's why you have insurance because you
- 25:58Speaker 1: out of work. I mean it is also just like
- 26:01Speaker 1: the most American thing we as a sue first society man. Yeah,
- 26:07Speaker 1: we we started an episode talking about getting Okay.
- 26:12Speaker 2: You can only people who have the money to pay you.
- 26:14Speaker 1: So he probably knows I know, we got that.
- 26:19Speaker 4: No we can pay that's I mean, well yeah, because
- 26:23Speaker 4: then he's got loss of wages, so he need to
- 26:25Speaker 4: make that money up.
- 26:26Speaker 6: Yeah, and then make up the medical bills.
- 26:28Speaker 4: So have the company pay that, you know, I said, actually,
- 26:32Speaker 4: gap insurance, it probably made more sense than just taking
- 26:35Speaker 4: the money out of the company directly.
- 26:38Speaker 5: How long did the company last that the article for
- 26:41Speaker 5: the rest you have to pay?
- 26:42Speaker 1: I was like, first like literally you let me read
- 26:45Speaker 1: all that, and then it was like for the rest subscribe, Yeah,
- 26:49Speaker 1: I know you.
- 26:49Speaker 4: Probably got a subscriptionsh I get to.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Just of it.
- 26:55Speaker 1: I just think it's hilarious that like that would never
- 26:58Speaker 1: cross my mind to young No, but I can tell
- 27:03Speaker 1: you what, man, white people be knowing. Yes, white people
- 27:09Speaker 1: know I would never think because I'm like, this is
- 27:11Speaker 1: gonna hurt me the owner.
- 27:13Speaker 2: But he's like, also, I got other owners sharing.
- 27:20Speaker 6: Can you imagine we own a company? And you're like,
- 27:22Speaker 6: so I'm you know, I'm sewing up you already own.
- 27:30Speaker 6: Why you need my little father?
- 27:32Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, that's crazy. Everybody before I.
- 27:38Speaker 3: Think, I don't know if I told the story, and
- 27:39Speaker 3: I fee about the one show on the freeway and
- 27:41Speaker 3: one of the girls in the car suit and I
- 27:43Speaker 3: wasn't even think.
- 27:44Speaker 5: I was just glad to be alive.
- 27:45Speaker 3: Yeah, my parents like she ain't making it like literally,
- 27:48Speaker 3: my brother I was like.
- 27:50Speaker 5: I don't know what to do. I was like, oh,
- 27:51Speaker 5: he loves me.
- 27:53Speaker 3: And the other in the car ended up suing and
- 27:56Speaker 3: she pulled up to school like in a brand new
- 27:57Speaker 3: whip whatever.
- 27:58Speaker 5: We're like she ain't even.
- 27:59Speaker 3: Had nobody like, and I'm like, oh my, get you sue,
- 28:03Speaker 3: Like I got messed up the words like you sue.
- 28:05Speaker 5: I'm at the information.
- 28:06Speaker 3: So it was like, Hey, how was the other girl
- 28:09Speaker 3: in the car, And it was like, ohit, let's just
- 28:11Speaker 3: get her a little chap. You could have suited. The
- 28:14Speaker 3: police department could have sued, and I was like, oh,
- 28:16Speaker 3: I didn't even know all that.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Wait, what what what happened in the story? I thought
- 28:19Speaker 2: you told you, but I'm not.
- 28:21Speaker 3: We was me being the nice friend that I am.
- 28:23Speaker 3: I leave my house to go to a party with
- 28:25Speaker 3: one friend. We go to the mall, we see another
- 28:27Speaker 3: friend she's got nobody ride with her.
- 28:28Speaker 5: I'm like, okay, I'll ride with you.
- 28:29Speaker 3: Then she ends up picking up her other homegirl cause
- 28:31Speaker 3: she paged her, and I'm like, well, I could have
- 28:32Speaker 3: stayed where I was at. And on the ride over,
- 28:34Speaker 3: we get into a car accident, so we never made
- 28:36Speaker 3: it to the party, and the it was like traffic.
- 28:41Speaker 3: So they were saying, like I could have sued for
- 28:44Speaker 3: negligence because they.
- 28:45Speaker 5: One was trying to lead me out there, like we
- 28:47Speaker 5: about the package.
- 28:47Speaker 2: Other people in the car.
- 28:49Speaker 5: No, the police.
- 28:51Speaker 3: And they they were, well, they technically went looking for me,
- 28:55Speaker 3: but they didn't see me. I was kind of like
- 28:56Speaker 3: and then my friend was like no, They was, well,
- 28:58Speaker 3: she food that fright, and she probably did. I was like,
- 29:00Speaker 3: so then she just dropped the hat on, so I'm
- 29:02Speaker 3: not leaving. See y'all get my other friend or whatever.
- 29:03Speaker 3: And then they when they this man almost hit me
- 29:06Speaker 3: and then they were like, well, this isn't the girl
- 29:07Speaker 3: because I had on a powder blue shirt. I never
- 29:09Speaker 3: forget powder blue time he over your shirt and it
- 29:11Speaker 3: was like dirty at that point because I haven't been
- 29:13Speaker 3: on the freeway ate up by Mosquito to two and
- 29:15Speaker 3: a half hours. They're like, we don't get this her,
- 29:17Speaker 3: but this is a human being, so y'all still just
- 29:19Speaker 3: like so anyway, but they had already called my parents
- 29:23Speaker 3: on some like what it was wild.
- 29:30Speaker 5: Parents jumped up.
- 29:30Speaker 3: They already like where she at because it's like two
- 29:32Speaker 3: in the morning now and this is high school. They
- 29:34Speaker 3: calling everybody and they're like, well, she ain't never come
- 29:35Speaker 3: to the party and they so they already like what's
- 29:37Speaker 3: going on? So they drow my brother off at my
- 29:40Speaker 3: auntie house. My brother is like, oh my god, like
- 29:42Speaker 3: my auntie like he come over there and just like
- 29:44Speaker 3: couldn't really talk. They get to the hospital in like
- 29:46Speaker 3: five minutes, the hospital like forty five minutes away. So anyway,
- 29:50Speaker 3: long story short, the other girl that was in the
- 29:53Speaker 3: car ended up suing. I think she sew our friend's
- 29:56Speaker 3: insurance company friend of drying.
- 29:58Speaker 5: Yes, yeah, I didn't even really know. I was just
- 30:00Speaker 5: like you.
- 30:01Speaker 6: You could have everbody.
- 30:04Speaker 5: I wasn't even thinking. I literally when I tell you,
- 30:05Speaker 5: I was just like happy to be alive. Yeah, Like
- 30:08Speaker 5: niggas was like, yeah, thank you.
- 30:10Speaker 6: But wait, did you end up getting money? Did you
- 30:12Speaker 6: actually sue after that and.
- 30:13Speaker 5: Ended up got money?
- 30:15Speaker 3: But after the fact, I was like, oh, I could
- 30:17Speaker 3: have gotten way more because I could have also sued
- 30:19Speaker 3: the police department. I could have also sued the ambulants.
- 30:21Speaker 4: Like so when you're supposed to I'm every day.
- 30:26Speaker 5: I didn't know back then.
- 30:27Speaker 2: It was just like, you don't need to drive. So
- 30:29Speaker 2: many of your stories are with cars.
- 30:33Speaker 5: With Rome and Cam on DC and everyone is a
- 30:36Speaker 5: car story.
- 30:37Speaker 2: You got to stop, you need to walk or a scooter.
- 30:44Speaker 6: It don't matter you cars, you don't in the car.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Didn't your dad, your mom? Your mom ran over your foot.
- 30:53Speaker 1: People don't get shot at, So that's not not many
- 30:55Speaker 1: people have been shot at.
