ASA Rules National Ad Misleading on KiwiSaver | Auckland News
The Advertising Standards Authority has slapped National Party with a ruling to pull their controversial Capital Gains Tax ad — because it falsely implied KiwiSaver funds would be directly hit by Labour’s tax, when in fact they’re exempt.
