- 0:00Speaker 1: Where should I begin? Can we talk about this?
- 0:01Speaker 2: Say?
- 0:02Speaker 3: What are you trying to say?
- 0:03Speaker 4: Beyond the usual controversial talking over the.
- 0:10Speaker 5: Welcome to one to prepare yourself for Craig preparing deuxpect
- 0:19Speaker 5: to go.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Here, particulate, stimulated pit your writing there, there you go back,
- 0:27Speaker 1: you start becoming a team. Is the Craigncullin Show.
- 0:33Speaker 6: Jesus, oh God, no talking.
- 0:36Speaker 7: This station is well the ultimate poller in the universe.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Your host a man, creg This is.
- 0:43Speaker 6: The Craig Collins Show, a SCV the Voice of Texas
- 0:47Speaker 6: seven hundred. Am thrilled to be with you. So much
- 0:51Speaker 6: stuff out there to talk about. Producer Phil is in
- 0:53Speaker 6: studio taking your phone calls if anybody calls in for
- 0:56Speaker 6: any reason. And Phil, you're a basketball guy. I know
- 1:00Speaker 6: you're a soccer guy. You also liked the NBA, right, Yeah,
- 1:02Speaker 6: for sure. So Lebron James is now a seventy six er.
- 1:07Speaker 6: I'm not a huge fan of Lebron. I'm a Michael
- 1:10Speaker 6: Jordan is a much better player guy other than Lebron.
- 1:13Speaker 6: I know other generations are not. But I am wondering
- 1:16Speaker 6: a very specific thing. It's not a sports show. A
- 1:18Speaker 6: lot of listeners might not care about it, But it's
- 1:20Speaker 6: been in my head for a couple of days since
- 1:22Speaker 6: the announcement was made that Lebron chose to join the
- 1:25Speaker 6: team he did. If he isn't the first option and
- 1:29Speaker 6: he isn't the second option on a team, is he
- 1:32Speaker 6: really matching Jordan if he wins a championship or two?
- 1:36Speaker 6: Because I think the push that's left for Lebron he's
- 1:40Speaker 6: got four, he wants six so that he can equal Jordan.
- 1:43Speaker 6: But MJ was the MVP of all six of those
- 1:46Speaker 6: Chicago Bulls teams that won in the finals. Is this
- 1:50Speaker 6: the same? Is this more of Kobe Bryant playing with
- 1:52Speaker 6: Shaquille O'Neal If they win a championship, then Lebron is
- 1:56Speaker 6: option one to A and winning the championship that way.
- 1:58Speaker 6: I'm just curious. I think it's not the same. I
- 2:01Speaker 6: think it's still good. It still puts him in that
- 2:03Speaker 6: upper echelon, and to me, Lebron is the second best
- 2:06Speaker 6: player to ever play the game of basketball. He's just
- 2:09Speaker 6: not MJ and not doing it, you know, as option
- 2:12Speaker 6: one A means he's still not matching MJ. Even if
- 2:15Speaker 6: he can win another championship or two more, which I
- 2:18Speaker 6: doubt he can, but I don't know. Do you have
- 2:20Speaker 6: a take on that?
- 2:20Speaker 1: Yeah, so, honestly and truly, it's gonna be somewhat like
- 2:27Speaker 1: Kobe and Shack, because I think Lebron can. To the
- 2:31Speaker 1: point now you know, he's not gonna be the number
- 2:33Speaker 1: one options.
- 2:33Speaker 6: I think Jaalen Brown.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I think he just wants to win a ring so
- 2:36Speaker 1: he could at least be known as the person to
- 2:39Speaker 1: go from every team he went to and win a championship.
- 2:42Speaker 6: I think that's that's fair. That's fair, although I don't
- 2:45Speaker 6: know because again and probably Jayalen Brown isn't even the
- 2:48Speaker 6: number one option. It's Joelle Embiide if he's not hurt,
- 2:50Speaker 6: and then Tyrese Maxi is also pretty good. Lebron joined
- 2:53Speaker 6: another super team, and I do like something that was
- 2:55Speaker 6: put out there. I don't think Shaq actually put it
- 2:57Speaker 6: out at least recently. I think he set it fo
- 3:01Speaker 6: Shaq said, if we were playing by the rules of
- 3:03Speaker 6: current NBA in the nineties, he would have just joined
- 3:06Speaker 6: the Chicago Bulls back when he left the Orlando Magic
- 3:09Speaker 6: to become a Laker. Shack just would have been a
- 3:11Speaker 6: Bull and then they would have won so many championships
- 3:16Speaker 6: because that team would have been unbeatable with Michael Jordan
- 3:19Speaker 6: and Shaquille O'Neal on it, not just Scotti Pippen. But nonetheless,
- 3:22Speaker 6: I don't know. I thought it was interesting. I got
- 3:24Speaker 6: a buddy that's a big Sixers fan out on the
- 3:26Speaker 6: East Coast, and he's thrilled that Lebron is a seventy
- 3:29Speaker 6: six Er. Now, I thought he should have gone back
- 3:31Speaker 6: home and played for Cleveland. If he's going to change
- 3:34Speaker 6: teams again and go somewhere, Lebron is from Cleveland, he
- 3:36Speaker 6: should have gone there. There's no version of that in
- 3:39Speaker 6: the current NBA. And I actually one other thing. I
- 3:41Speaker 6: know it's not a sports show. I can't help myself.
- 3:43Speaker 6: I'm just gonna say this. Let's say Joel Embiid is
- 3:46Speaker 6: hurt because the Sixers have injury problems. Let's say Tyrese
- 3:49Speaker 6: Maxi might I don't think he would, but get hurt,
- 3:52Speaker 6: and all of a sudden, the Sixers are not looking
- 3:54Speaker 6: like a playoff team or not looking like a legitimate
- 3:57Speaker 6: a team to win a championship. Do they trade Lebron
- 3:59Speaker 6: toes He demand to be traded before a deadline to
- 4:02Speaker 6: get to a different team. To try to win a
- 4:04Speaker 6: championship next year, Like if they're out of it, I
- 4:06Speaker 6: would think Lebron wouldn't want to stay for a season
- 4:09Speaker 6: that's wasted.
- 4:10Speaker 1: So I feel as though he's trusting the process. Like
- 4:13Speaker 1: he said right now, he did a two year deal. Yeah,
- 4:18Speaker 1: I think he's just trying to figure it out, probably
- 4:20Speaker 1: his first year, and if they win, they win. If
- 4:22Speaker 1: they don't, he has one more year to be with
- 4:24Speaker 1: the team. But yeah, as far as I concern, based
- 4:26Speaker 1: on my basketball knowledge, chemistry is going to really matter
- 4:29Speaker 1: and the championship because New York has a great chemistry.
- 4:32Speaker 1: They do they do the next thing chemistry. So getting
- 4:36Speaker 1: on the pall of what New York is right now,
- 4:38Speaker 1: I think that's the only way I could see well.
- 4:41Speaker 6: To be honest, I still don't think they're the best
- 4:43Speaker 6: team in the league. I still think that Okac or
- 4:45Speaker 6: maybe the Spurs, or the most talented team, the Knicks,
- 4:48Speaker 6: or the most complete in the sense that all the
- 4:50Speaker 6: players seem to be working toward the same goal in
- 4:52Speaker 6: away that works. I don't know. I just I would
- 4:54Speaker 6: be so interested to see, not that I'm cheering for it.
- 4:57Speaker 6: If somehow the Sixers aren't the the air apparent in
- 5:00Speaker 6: the Eastern Conference this year if Lebron would have a
- 5:03Speaker 6: mid season trade to another contender, to like the Golden
- 5:06Speaker 6: State Warriors or who knows, based on who's playing well.
- 5:09Speaker 6: And you just could never see the era of Michael Jordan.
- 5:12Speaker 6: Athletes like doing that, demanding trades the way they do now.
- 5:16Speaker 6: It's just weird. It's just different. But we'll see and
- 5:19Speaker 6: we'll see how much people credit him. But I've been
- 5:21Speaker 6: thinking about that a lot more than I should be
- 5:23Speaker 6: thinking about it, because, of course, there's a lot of
- 5:25Speaker 6: things in the world of politics that probably matter more
- 5:28Speaker 6: than Lebron James in the NBA. But I'm also a
- 5:31Speaker 6: Knicks fan that wants to see them repeat as champions,
- 5:33Speaker 6: and that got harder now that Lebron James is with
- 5:36Speaker 6: and Jalen Brown is with the seventy six ers. All right,
- 5:38Speaker 6: let's do this. Let's play some Trump audio. I got
- 5:41Speaker 6: a bunch of different Trump audio out there. First, he
- 5:44Speaker 6: talked about voter ID, how sacred it is, how the
- 5:47Speaker 6: Democratic National Convention seems to care about voter ID, but
- 5:51Speaker 6: they don't actually care about voter ID in the sense
- 5:53Speaker 6: of a discussion about making it a thing that's a
- 5:56Speaker 6: rule throughout the entirety of the country. Let's go ahead
- 5:58Speaker 6: and play some of that audio.
- 6:01Speaker 8: Save America Act through the Senate. Hopefully the Senate.
- 6:06Speaker 7: Come on you senators and put pressure on them.
- 6:10Speaker 8: We won't get one Democrat senator to get you voter
- 6:14Speaker 8: ID with photo.
- 6:16Speaker 6: Need a photo?
- 6:16Speaker 7: Be nice?
- 6:17Speaker 8: So they okay, good? You know they want to if
- 6:19Speaker 8: they did ID, which they don't want to do.
- 6:21Speaker 7: They don't want to photo. Why don't they want to?
- 6:23Speaker 1: You know what?
- 6:23Speaker 8: The Democrat National Convention, they had an identification card that
- 6:28Speaker 8: was bigger than most of the people's chests. It was
- 6:32Speaker 8: hung on a chain with a picture and every fact
- 6:36Speaker 8: about this person you can imagine. But for voting, our
- 6:39Speaker 8: most secret thing. You don't need they say, voter ID.
- 6:43Speaker 8: So we want voter photo.
- 6:45Speaker 1: We do ID well.
- 6:46Speaker 6: And what's funny is, as he says that most Americans
- 6:49Speaker 6: agree with him, this is not a inherently left or
- 6:51Speaker 6: right issue. It's an issue that most people don't seem
- 6:54Speaker 6: to understand why there's any debate at all about it.
- 6:58Speaker 6: President Trump in this speech also said something about his
- 7:02Speaker 6: state of the Union and how there will never be
- 7:05Speaker 6: communism in this country and now all of a sudden,
- 7:07Speaker 6: there might be communism in this country. I know President
- 7:10Speaker 6: Trump did the White House Correspondence dinner on Friday night,
- 7:14Speaker 6: and I talked about it filling in on the Data
- 7:16Speaker 6: Show and Chris Ax talked about it. I'm already moving
- 7:18Speaker 6: on for this show to the next thing he's done,
- 7:22Speaker 6: which was something he did today as he spoke in
- 7:24Speaker 6: battleground states. I think this was in Michigan as well,
- 7:27Speaker 6: but here this is part of what President Trump said
- 7:30Speaker 6: about his State of the Union address and about how
- 7:33Speaker 6: communism is becoming more of a reality on the left
- 7:36Speaker 6: all the time.
- 7:37Speaker 8: If they're siding with the radical left, communists taking over
- 7:40Speaker 8: the party they want, in other words, the normal socialists
- 7:44Speaker 8: who can destroy a country too.
- 7:48Speaker 7: They're not going fast though.
- 7:49Speaker 8: Do you remember, like in one of my States of
- 7:50Speaker 8: the Union speach, I said, we will never be a
- 7:54Speaker 8: socialist country.
- 7:55Speaker 9: But I was right, We're going to.
- 7:57Speaker 7: Be a communist country. I skipped socialism.
- 8:00Speaker 6: You did. It's crazy.
- 8:02Speaker 7: But communism is.
- 8:03Speaker 8: The greatest threat to our country in history, including even
- 8:07Speaker 8: World War One, World War two, Pearl Harbor or nine
- 8:11Speaker 8: to eleven.
- 8:11Speaker 7: I mean, this is a serious threat.
- 8:13Speaker 6: He is right, it is a serious threat. So I
- 8:16Speaker 6: do want to play audio that's definitely been making the
- 8:18Speaker 6: rounds all over the place today, and it's the crazy
- 8:21Speaker 6: co chair of the Democratic Socialists of America that party.
- 8:25Speaker 6: She was on with Shannon Breem, who has a radio
- 8:28Speaker 6: show that airs I think on weekends on this radio station.
- 8:32Speaker 6: But anyway, Shannon did the most obvious thing that you
- 8:35Speaker 6: can do with anybody who's a co chair of something
- 8:38Speaker 6: like the Democratic Socialists of America. You ask very simple
- 8:42Speaker 6: yes or no questions, now, I'll tell you, and I
- 8:45Speaker 6: talked about this on Dana show too. By and large,
- 8:48Speaker 6: when people are trapped into yes or nos and they
- 8:51Speaker 6: don't want to answer the yes or nos, the person
- 8:53Speaker 6: avoids the questions. They try to nuance them in some way.
- 8:56Speaker 6: What's amazing about this video and this audio that's making
- 9:00Speaker 6: the rounds everywhere is this person didn't care to do that.
- 9:03Speaker 6: She said pretty blatantly that there was a certain amount
- 9:07Speaker 6: of things that they are definitely four within the Democrat
- 9:10Speaker 6: Socialists of America party, and one of those things is
- 9:14Speaker 6: literally communism, like there's no other way to describe it.
- 9:16Speaker 6: A lot of them are tenants of communism and tenants
- 9:20Speaker 6: of things that are very bad for our society. But
- 9:23Speaker 6: the last one of this list, it's surreal to hear
- 9:26Speaker 6: her say yes to it. So this isn't my opinion.
- 9:30Speaker 6: This is coming from the horse's mouth. This is coming
- 9:32Speaker 6: from a person who believes the things they're saying and
- 9:35Speaker 6: how crazy they are here of.
- 9:36Speaker 10: Your platform, and I want to ask you just give
- 9:38Speaker 10: me sort of a true false on these. Abolish the Senate, true, okay.
- 9:44Speaker 10: Replace the Presidency and Supreme Court as we now know them.
- 9:48Speaker 7: Yep.
- 9:49Speaker 10: Abolish ice. Absolutely, abolish borders and give amnesty to anyone
- 9:56Speaker 10: currently in the US illegally.
- 9:57Speaker 6: All borders as a long time plan.
- 10:00Speaker 9: Yep.
- 10:01Speaker 10: Defund the Pentagon. Absolutely, abolish prisons, at least in large part.
- 10:09Speaker 4: Yeah again, as part of a long term program.
- 10:12Speaker 10: Yeah, okay, so no prisons. Government or public ownership of
- 10:15Speaker 10: most large corporations.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Yeah, absolutely, Okay.
- 10:20Speaker 6: So let's severate it. She said yes absolutely to the
- 10:25Speaker 6: idea of government ownership of most corporations, own the means
- 10:30Speaker 6: to production, which is communism one to one. That's the
- 10:33Speaker 6: first basic. Essentially, the government has to take control over everything,
- 10:37Speaker 6: and then there's no one you can turn to but
- 10:39Speaker 6: the government for anything, and then you're screwed. Then you
- 10:42Speaker 6: and everybody else in society gets almost nothing. And the
- 10:46Speaker 6: people that are elite and in DC in this case,
- 10:49Speaker 6: if they got what they wanted, they keep everything. It
- 10:52Speaker 6: gets worse, not better. All the young people who think
- 10:55Speaker 6: this is a great idea and believe that they can
- 10:58Speaker 6: trust government enough to hand them more things. It's so illogical.
- 11:04Speaker 6: It is shocking to me. But that's not all. My
- 11:08Speaker 6: favorite part of the interview, too, is when she says
- 11:11Speaker 6: early on they want to abolish the Senate. They believe
- 11:13Speaker 6: it's not representative of the United States. And so Shannon
- 11:16Speaker 6: Breem says, they're senators that think they're democratic socialists or
- 11:20Speaker 6: they think they support your movement, so they don't have
- 11:24Speaker 6: jobs anymore. If you're saying that you would like to
- 11:26Speaker 6: replace them, So how does that work If you're firing
- 11:30Speaker 6: some senators that you kind of need support from, what
- 11:34Speaker 6: does that look like? And have they heard that part
- 11:36Speaker 6: of the message before?
- 11:37Speaker 4: And I thought this was amazing to me that it
- 11:39Speaker 4: is an anachronistic institution. It comes from the British House
- 11:44Speaker 4: of Lords. It is made to protect power for you know,
- 11:49Speaker 4: the Senate was part of the system that was made
- 11:53Speaker 4: to make sure that the people didn't have too much
- 11:55Speaker 4: of us. Say, so, we want to expand Congress significantly,
- 11:59Speaker 4: but make it a uni cameral legislature.
- 12:00Speaker 10: Okay, and without the presidency and Supreme Court so well,
- 12:02Speaker 10: abolish Ice, would there be any enforcement of immigration laws?
- 12:05Speaker 10: Or with abolishing the border, we're not enforcing immigration laws,
- 12:09Speaker 10: they go away.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:12Speaker 4: So again, this is part of this longer term plan
- 12:14Speaker 4: and part of it.
- 12:15Speaker 6: And if you can get this, think yeah. I mean,
- 12:19Speaker 6: if we can get to the.
- 12:19Speaker 4: Place where the US is not destabilizing countries in order
- 12:23Speaker 4: to mine them for resources, there will be significantly less migration.
- 12:28Speaker 11: What do you say to them or not?
- 12:30Speaker 6: Oh, I gotta jump in because I love this part too.
- 12:33Speaker 6: The belief is essentially that the United States is the
- 12:37Speaker 6: reason that everywhere else that sucks to live. It's our fault.
- 12:41Speaker 6: It sucks because of us, and if we stop making
- 12:44Speaker 6: them suck, the rest of the places in the world
- 12:46Speaker 6: would be great.
- 12:46Speaker 11: Now.
- 12:47Speaker 6: I can only speak of one specific place when I
- 12:50Speaker 6: talk about this issue because I only really know firsthand
- 12:53Speaker 6: one experience. I lived in Mexico for multiple months. I
- 12:57Speaker 6: talk to people in Mexico all the time. My wife
- 12:59Speaker 6: is from Mexico. I understand one of the largest problems
- 13:03Speaker 6: in Mexico is the cartel, and I also understand I'll
- 13:06Speaker 6: go a step further and even be fair in this
- 13:09Speaker 6: discussion that they blame the United States people there do
- 13:12Speaker 6: because they say, we're the ones who have an appetite
- 13:14Speaker 6: for drugs. We buy drugs, so drugs come up from Mexico,
- 13:19Speaker 6: which creates the financial value of the drug cartel. Now
- 13:22Speaker 6: I don't know if that's specifically true. I do know
- 13:25Speaker 6: where a much richer country than Mexico is, so if
- 13:28Speaker 6: drugs are expensive here, we can afford them more than
- 13:31Speaker 6: other places can. But nonetheless, none of the Democratic Socialists
- 13:34Speaker 6: of America's policies try to fix that problem. They just
- 13:39Speaker 6: say that by us being less terrible, by us not
- 13:42Speaker 6: enforcing any sort of desire for any other country to
- 13:45Speaker 6: do things that we want them to do, that everybody
- 13:48Speaker 6: would just stay where they are. And it's surreal and
- 13:51Speaker 6: it actually reminds me of the audio I played on
- 13:54Speaker 6: Friday of another Democratic socialist who is saying that people
- 13:57Speaker 6: flee countries because of American influence and the capitalistic society
- 14:03Speaker 6: that we force down the throats of other people, which
- 14:06Speaker 6: again I don't think is true. They just say it.
- 14:08Speaker 6: And my favorite part of that is then they say
- 14:10Speaker 6: where they flee to, And so someone running away from
- 14:13Speaker 6: the ideals of the United States goes to the United
- 14:17Speaker 6: States to live here without the status to do it.
- 14:20Speaker 6: That also makes absolutely no sense, and it's part of
- 14:24Speaker 6: their twisted, confused, ridiculous logic. But it's amazing to hear
- 14:28Speaker 6: this woman who is a co chair of that party
- 14:32Speaker 6: say on a television interview with Fox News that she
- 14:35Speaker 6: absolutely wants to do away with so many of these things.
- 14:38Speaker 6: Prisons is the one that terrifies most common sense Democrats
- 14:43Speaker 6: if that even still exists. It feels like that doesn't
- 14:45Speaker 6: exist at all. But case in point, Ram Emmanuel, a
- 14:49Speaker 6: political strategist once the mayor of Chicago, not a guy
- 14:53Speaker 6: that I agree with on a lot, seem to at
- 14:55Speaker 6: least understand how terrible of an idea is to have
- 14:58Speaker 6: democratic socialist him take over the Democratic Party because it's
- 15:04Speaker 6: gonna go bad, not good. Here's rom talking about this.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Is that helpful for Democrats trying to win elections?
- 15:13Speaker 11: That can't be a pop quiz question. Of course, no,
- 15:16Speaker 11: it's not helpful. And as you saw tying that also
- 15:19Speaker 11: to what Donald Trump just said, Look, two thousand and
- 15:23Speaker 11: six and twenty six match up perfectly as referendums. There
- 15:27Speaker 11: was an unpopular war in two thousand and six, unpopular
- 15:30Speaker 11: war today. There was corruption everywhere from the House of
- 15:33Speaker 11: Tom delaybill to what the Trump family with mcoff family
- 15:37Speaker 11: and Lutnik family are doing, in the sense of just
- 15:39Speaker 11: literally in broad daylight taking money out of the bank,
- 15:43Speaker 11: out of the treasury. You also had spiking gas prices,
- 15:46Speaker 11: spiking gas prices. This election is set up, casey to
- 15:49Speaker 11: be a referendum on Donald Trump's corruption and his inability
- 15:52Speaker 11: to manage the economy to make people's lives better. Anything
- 15:56Speaker 11: that distracts from that means you're helping Donald Trump DSA
- 16:00Speaker 11: and that agendas laid out does not play anywhere except
- 16:05Speaker 11: for maybe on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Look
- 16:08Speaker 11: at that part, and anytime a Democrat anywhere in a
- 16:10Speaker 11: red to blue district has to either distinguish themselves rather
- 16:14Speaker 11: than prosecute that the Republican would be a rubber stamp
- 16:17Speaker 11: for Donald Trump. Is a dollar wasted allowing us to
- 16:21Speaker 11: not only get a majority, but more importantly, to then
- 16:23Speaker 11: pass finally after twenty years, I mean a.
- 16:25Speaker 6: Wage increase Yeah, So basically what he's saying there while
- 16:28Speaker 6: crapping all over President Trump because rom has to do that,
- 16:32Speaker 6: and that almost feels like, now that's old school Democrat.
- 16:35Speaker 6: Just blame Trump for everything, attack Trump, and try it
- 16:38Speaker 6: out to go any further. Definitely, don't go into the
- 16:40Speaker 6: world of being a crazy socialist, communist human because that
- 16:45Speaker 6: doesn't seem to be helping anyone. But what's amazing to
- 16:47Speaker 6: me about what Rob Manuel says there is that essentially
- 16:51Speaker 6: he believes this continued push for these radical ideas from
- 16:55Speaker 6: the left will actually be the reason that they slip
- 16:58Speaker 6: and fall at the finish line and do not win
- 17:00Speaker 6: races a whole lot of races in the mid term
- 17:03Speaker 6: election and then even more so probably in the election
- 17:07Speaker 6: in twenty twenty eight, the presidential election. I had Ben
- 17:10Speaker 6: Strusan on Dana's show last week. I think it was
- 17:13Speaker 6: early on in the week too. I think it might
- 17:14Speaker 6: have even been Monday, so it might be a week ago.
- 17:16Speaker 6: And I probably should replay that interview here because one
- 17:19Speaker 6: thing I liked that Ben said a lot was that
- 17:22Speaker 6: at some point the Democratic establishment version of candidates that
- 17:27Speaker 6: still wield a ton of power in the Democratic Party
- 17:30Speaker 6: are going to tell the Socialists to shut up because
- 17:33Speaker 6: they want the Socialists to win races. They don't want
- 17:36Speaker 6: the Socialists to actually tell them what policies we should
- 17:39Speaker 6: enact and which ones we shouldn't. It's very similar to
- 17:42Speaker 6: the Tea Party movement of yesteryear in the sense that
- 17:45Speaker 6: you want people with radical ideas to win races, you
- 17:48Speaker 6: don't actually want them to decide what you do as
- 17:51Speaker 6: far as governing the country. Because again, one of those concepts,
- 17:55Speaker 6: according to the Democratic Socialists, is that you upend the
- 17:57Speaker 6: Senate entirely, so all the senators five, which would be
- 18:01Speaker 6: incredible to watch happen. Like I wouldn't hate that. I
- 18:04Speaker 6: don't hate a lot of like I would hate the
- 18:06Speaker 6: reason why they're doing it, but I don't hate just
- 18:08Speaker 6: firing a bunch of politicians if we can replace them
- 18:11Speaker 6: with ones that actually do the job correctly, which I
- 18:14Speaker 6: don't think we have, and I don't think we consolidate
- 18:16Speaker 6: more power in the House and change with the House
- 18:19Speaker 6: like they're just insane. But anyway, the thing I believe,
- 18:23Speaker 6: and this is similar to what Ben was talking about
- 18:25Speaker 6: Ben Strusan last week on Dana Show, is that the
- 18:29Speaker 6: crazy socialist people who get elected. They're not gonna shut up.
- 18:33Speaker 6: They're gonna yell louder. They're gonna do it on all
- 18:35Speaker 6: their social media platforms that they can. And if they
- 18:38Speaker 6: truly garner a significant amount of support in these raises
- 18:42Speaker 6: they won, they win. They are going to detrimentally harm
- 18:45Speaker 6: I think the Democratic Party as a whole. But this
- 18:48Speaker 6: is something we have to see play out in twenty
- 18:51Speaker 6: twenty six, well in the end of this year, I
- 18:53Speaker 6: should say, in November of this year, and then in
- 18:55Speaker 6: twenty twenty eight. We have to see if these candidates
- 18:58Speaker 6: can win races Beyoncey the upper parts of Manhattan where
- 19:03Speaker 6: overwhelmingly people voted for zoron Mumdami. If they can do that,
- 19:07Speaker 6: then they have completely taken over the Democratic Party and
- 19:12Speaker 6: damage to our country as we know it is absolutely
- 19:16Speaker 6: what is on the table. They desire to upend everything,
- 19:20Speaker 6: and they want to give the means of production to
- 19:22Speaker 6: the government, and they don't even lie about that, which
- 19:26Speaker 6: to me is amazing that they essentially go oh yeah,
- 19:29Speaker 6: down with all the companies up, with the government having
- 19:31Speaker 6: control of everything. No way there's any example of how
- 19:35Speaker 6: that goes horribly wrong again and again and again. One
- 19:38Speaker 6: last thing I want to play before we take our
- 19:40Speaker 6: first break. It is Zoron Mumdami out of New York.
- 19:44Speaker 6: He was asked a question about Benjamin Nett Yahoo responding
- 19:47Speaker 6: to him. So, to be fair, the right way to
- 19:50Speaker 6: talk about this is that Zoron, for about a couple weeks,
- 19:54Speaker 6: claimed that he wanted to arrest Benjamin net Yahoo and
- 19:57Speaker 6: that he was spending a bunch of money resources on
- 20:01Speaker 6: the taxpayer's diamond New York to figure out if legally
- 20:04Speaker 6: he could, which he couldn't, and anyone that didn't use
- 20:07Speaker 6: those resources knew that he had no standing to do it.
- 20:11Speaker 6: But nonetheless that all happened. And now benjaminittyaw who was
- 20:14Speaker 6: responding to him, and the crazy stuff he said, And
- 20:17Speaker 6: this is the most obvious political theater answer you can
- 20:21Speaker 6: ever get from someone. Zoran now says he doesn't want
- 20:24Speaker 6: to talk about or to not nt Yahoo anymore through
- 20:27Speaker 6: the press. So when he wants to attack somebody and
- 20:31Speaker 6: insinuate that he might arrest somebody that he'd have no
- 20:34Speaker 6: authority to arrest, that's fine. But when this leader responds
- 20:38Speaker 6: to him in media, he needs to stop talking about this.
- 20:40Speaker 6: I'd rather move on at this. How dare everybody bring
- 20:43Speaker 6: this up again? This just happened, and yet he's already
- 20:47Speaker 6: trying to do something else, as he's proud of all
- 20:49Speaker 6: the reduced prices in grocery stores that he's claiming he's
- 20:52Speaker 6: a part of. And a big portion of what's going
- 20:55Speaker 6: on in New York is an attempt to buy up
- 20:57Speaker 6: grocery stores through the government, which should also it'll be terrifying,
- 21:00Speaker 6: but here we go. I, may Or, I was just
- 21:02Speaker 6: wondering if you could also respond to Prime Minister Netanyah,
- 21:06Speaker 6: who's comments on Fox I don't know.
- 21:08Speaker 12: If you saw them twenty four hours ago or so,
- 21:10Speaker 12: saying that you, in fact were fermenting hate. It was
- 21:12Speaker 12: brought up in the context of the Upper West Side
- 21:15Speaker 12: attack that is suspected to be a hate crime. I'm
- 21:18Speaker 12: wondering what you make of his comments, and if you
- 21:20Speaker 12: have spoken to any federal officials, including President Trump, about
- 21:23Speaker 12: your call to accept the ICC and arrest him.
- 21:28Speaker 9: So I'm not interested in getting into a back and
- 21:31Speaker 9: forth with Prime Minister net Nyaho. What I will say
- 21:34Speaker 9: is that here in New York City, one of my
- 21:37Speaker 9: top priorities is keeping Jewish New Yorker safe keeping every
- 21:41Speaker 9: single New Yorker safe.
- 21:42Speaker 6: How would be my question to you, because it doesn't
- 21:44Speaker 6: seem like he's doing that part at all with what
- 21:47Speaker 6: he says about Israel specifically. But it's so convenient to
- 21:51Speaker 6: say that, I don't really want to talk to net
- 21:52Speaker 6: Yahoo through you. I just want to talk to net
- 21:56Speaker 6: Yaho through you when I decide to do it. I
- 21:58Speaker 6: don't want you to have to relay messages from him
- 22:01Speaker 6: back to me and then make me respond to those.
- 22:03Speaker 6: I want this to be a one sided version of
- 22:05Speaker 6: a discussion that I fully control, because it's not about
- 22:08Speaker 6: trying to come to an understanding with someone. It is
- 22:11Speaker 6: about attacking them and thus attacking anybody who is within
- 22:15Speaker 6: that group of people, which is the thing that the
- 22:19Speaker 6: left usually cares about, but here not so much. All right,
- 22:22Speaker 6: quick break, a lot coming up.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Johnny B is not the only one who's surprised.
- 22:26Speaker 3: You would be looking at all the news coverage, would
- 22:28Speaker 3: be looking at all the polling and President Trump, and
- 22:30Speaker 3: you would think that Democrats would be able to take
- 22:32Speaker 3: advantage and be dominating Republicans when it comes to who
- 22:35Speaker 3: is trusted to handle the run war.
- 22:37Speaker 1: That, simply put, is not the case at all.
- 22:39Speaker 3: I mean these numbers shockga trust Dems are Republicans on
- 22:42Speaker 3: the run cord to c MBC earlier this month. You think, okay,
- 22:45Speaker 3: that's one poll the Republicans trusted by two points. But
- 22:47Speaker 3: then CBS News comes out yesterday and what do you see.
- 22:50Speaker 3: You see the exact same thing. Trump and the Republicans
- 22:54Speaker 3: take the cake. They are trusted by two points on run. Now,
- 22:56Speaker 3: one poll is one thing, but you put the two
- 22:58Speaker 3: of them together and you can see that the American people,
- 23:00Speaker 3: simply put, are not buying what Democrats are selling on Iran.
- 23:05Speaker 3: They still trust Republicans more. Even if you look at
- 23:08Speaker 3: President Trump's approval ratings on the subject and they're negative two.
- 23:11Speaker 3: But yet Republicans and Trump still more trusted than Democrats
- 23:14Speaker 3: are in Iran.
- 23:15Speaker 6: I love that Harryton is crazy on this topic. This
- 23:18Speaker 6: is the Craig Collins show, KSV seven hundred AM, the
- 23:22Speaker 6: Voice of Texas. Yeah, there's a reason that Republicans are
- 23:26Speaker 6: more trusted than Democrats on this. It's because Democrats' way
- 23:29Speaker 6: of talking is that we need to completely strip any
- 23:32Speaker 6: and all support of Israel and to blame Israel for
- 23:34Speaker 6: the fight between US and Iran. Even though Iran has
- 23:37Speaker 6: been using proxy forces to kill Americans for a long
- 23:40Speaker 6: time and even still has declared war on US multiple times,
- 23:44Speaker 6: like the fight is direct and they pretend it's not,
- 23:47Speaker 6: which is crazy, but actually to even dive deeper into
- 23:50Speaker 6: that data because it was interesting. There was a poll
- 23:52Speaker 6: that came out that said that many Americans are confused
- 23:56Speaker 6: or frustrated about the ongoing conflict between the United States
- 24:00Speaker 6: and Iran, but not necessarily no longer in support of
- 24:05Speaker 6: what the President is doing or what we are doing,
- 24:08Speaker 6: which I thought was pretty valuable in the ongoing discussion
- 24:12Speaker 6: about this topic. Most Americans aren't sure what to think,
- 24:16Speaker 6: They're not sure who to trust, They're not sure what
- 24:18Speaker 6: to believe. And so this is more from that CBS
- 24:21Speaker 6: News poll that I thought was amazing. Fifty eight percent
- 24:25Speaker 6: of people are uncertain of what their feelings are about
- 24:29Speaker 6: the conflict between the United States and Iran. Fifty seven
- 24:32Speaker 6: percent are frustrated, as I said, thirty six or pessimistic.
- 24:36Speaker 6: In nineteen percent are optimistic. This is irrelevant to political
- 24:40Speaker 6: party when the conflict. When they asked if the conflict
- 24:44Speaker 6: was harder than the Trump administration expected it to be,
- 24:47Speaker 6: seventy six percent of people said yeah, because obviously it
- 24:51Speaker 6: was twenty percent said this is about what they expected.
- 24:54Speaker 6: In four percent actually said that it's been easier than
- 24:57Speaker 6: what is expected, and this was to me the most
- 25:00Speaker 6: interesting piece of information from the polling. Americans were also
- 25:05Speaker 6: asked to rank by level of importance what is most
- 25:09Speaker 6: important regarding this conflict, regarding this fight and the world, Like,
- 25:14Speaker 6: what do you care most about? Number one, eighty six
- 25:16Speaker 6: percent of respondents said, very important to open the Strait
- 25:20Speaker 6: of Hormus and have access to oil. I understand why
- 25:22Speaker 6: we said that. We all believe that, and that is
- 25:25Speaker 6: true because we want oil prices to be lower. But
- 25:27Speaker 6: number two on this list, seventy nine percent of people
- 25:31Speaker 6: also said it was very important to make sure Iran's
- 25:34Speaker 6: people are safe and free. And Iran's people are not
- 25:38Speaker 6: safe and they're not free unless we keep fighting this fight.
- 25:42Speaker 6: So I thought that was fascinating. And then finally, seventy
- 25:44Speaker 6: six percent of respondents to the CBS News pull said
- 25:50Speaker 6: make sure to permanently stop Iran and their nuclear program.
- 25:54Speaker 6: Seventy six percent of Americans. I assume a lot of
- 25:58Speaker 6: Democrats were not on that list, but it can't be
- 26:00Speaker 6: none because that's not how that works. A lot of independence,
- 26:03Speaker 6: I assume, almost all conservatives, but it didn't break down
- 26:07Speaker 6: like that. In general, three fourths of the country believe
- 26:11Speaker 6: that a nuclear Iran is a threat and we should
- 26:13Speaker 6: do what we can to remove that threat. Now, I
- 26:16Speaker 6: don't know if they dove deeper into the question. I
- 26:19Speaker 6: don't see it within the stuff that went viral that
- 26:22Speaker 6: I found if they thought that Iran was close to
- 26:24Speaker 6: a nuclear weapon or not, but simplistically stating, they're much
- 26:28Speaker 6: closer than they were a set of years ago, how
- 26:30Speaker 6: much closer they were when they first created a deal
- 26:32Speaker 6: with Barack Obama that they then ignored to get closer
- 26:35Speaker 6: and closer to a nuclear weapon. So it's fascinating to
- 26:38Speaker 6: hear people say basically a reflection of what the Trump
- 26:43Speaker 6: administration is operating on that people actually do agree with
- 26:46Speaker 6: and believe a lot of the things that they are
- 26:49Speaker 6: doing are things that matter. And here's what I'll say
- 26:51Speaker 6: is most intriguing to me about the conflict in Iran,
- 26:55Speaker 6: and that second stat that I gave to you, the
- 26:58Speaker 6: overwhelming amount of Americans, more than any eighty percent of
- 27:00Speaker 6: Americans who think the Iranian people being free and safe
- 27:05Speaker 6: is vitally important. They say they care about it, probably
- 27:08Speaker 6: as much as they care about, say, supporting Ukraine against Russia,
- 27:12Speaker 6: whatever it might be, supporting the Iranian people against the
- 27:15Speaker 6: terrorist regime that controls the place. What I think is
- 27:18Speaker 6: amazing about that is that if that were the focal
- 27:22Speaker 6: point of this discussion by mainstream news media that can
- 27:26Speaker 6: choose to focus on whatever they want, there would be
- 27:29Speaker 6: so much more praise for the actions being taken by
- 27:32Speaker 6: this president. But they can't do that because they hate
- 27:34Speaker 6: the guy. But if it were a Democrat in office,
- 27:38Speaker 6: if it were a sleepy Joe Biden or auto pen
- 27:41Speaker 6: Joe Biden when he was in charge, fighting this fight
- 27:44Speaker 6: and giving the American people that reason for doing it.
- 27:48Speaker 6: We're trying to prop up the Iranian people so that
- 27:50Speaker 6: they can revolt and overthrow the dictatorship that exists in
- 27:53Speaker 6: their country, the terrorists that are in charge. They're the
- 27:57Speaker 6: oppressive regime that's mass killing innocent civilians. If that was
- 28:02Speaker 6: the discussion, even if it wasn't true, Like the funniest
- 28:04Speaker 6: part about it saying it that way is, even if
- 28:07Speaker 6: we were just after oil, whatever terrible reason they want
- 28:10Speaker 6: to accuse the United States of fighting the fights we fight.
- 28:13Speaker 6: If they sold it to the American people that way
- 28:15Speaker 6: and they wanted to prop up the person in power,
- 28:18Speaker 6: this obvious template exists, but it would never be the
- 28:21Speaker 6: way that this goes because of the wrong person being
- 28:24Speaker 6: in charge. But it's just amazing to see that capability,
- 28:28Speaker 6: to see that inevitable reality in these pulls that are
- 28:33Speaker 6: demonstrated to the political strategists out there, because the Democrats
- 28:37Speaker 6: could have waged this war a while ago and claimed
- 28:40Speaker 6: that it was for strictly humanitarian reasons and people singing
- 28:44Speaker 6: from the rooftops how great they are even as gas
- 28:46Speaker 6: prices went up. And it's also, I'll just say this,
- 28:50Speaker 6: it's also a thing we're doing. By fighting this fight
- 28:52Speaker 6: the way that we're fighting it and refusing to allow
- 28:55Speaker 6: this regime to get whatever they want without giving in
- 28:58Speaker 6: it all, we are essentially demonstrating to the Iranian people
- 29:01Speaker 6: that there's a fight worth having here and if they
- 29:04Speaker 6: want and Jadvans has said this multiple times, they could
- 29:08Speaker 6: try to go that road and we would support them
- 29:10Speaker 6: in that effort. All right, Another thing in the world
- 29:13Speaker 6: of politics that I think is pretty interesting and broke
- 29:17Speaker 6: just a couple hours ago today, President Donald Trump has
- 29:20Speaker 6: asked the US Supreme Court to uphold his executive action
- 29:24Speaker 6: that would have limited the way that people could mail ballots,
- 29:28Speaker 6: or actually, I should state this differently, the way in
- 29:31Speaker 6: which states could send ballots to citizens or non citizens
- 29:35Speaker 6: in a lot of cases and then get those ballots back.
- 29:38Speaker 6: So the President of the United States took an executive
- 29:40Speaker 6: action that attempted to curtail people from being given access
- 29:46Speaker 6: to a ballot that didn't deserve it, and in most cases,
- 29:49Speaker 6: people who are here illegally but somehow wound up on
- 29:52Speaker 6: a voter registration card of some kind. And so the
- 29:56Speaker 6: proposal by the Trump administration was to create a mass
- 30:00Speaker 6: list of citizens that could or couldn't vote, force all
- 30:03Speaker 6: of the states via the US Postal Service, to follow
- 30:07Speaker 6: this list of people who are in fact citizens, and
- 30:09Speaker 6: they're the only people who'd proactively be reached out to
- 30:12Speaker 6: via a vote by mail offer. In doing that, you
- 30:16Speaker 6: would essentially try to make sure that anyone who's voting
- 30:20Speaker 6: is in fact allowed to do it. And a bunch
- 30:22Speaker 6: of states fought this, including the District of Columbia too,
- 30:26Speaker 6: but a bunch of age sued. They fought it, and
- 30:28Speaker 6: a federal judge paused President Trump's executive order, saying that
- 30:33Speaker 6: essentially it can't be enacted, can't happen at least in
- 30:36Speaker 6: twenty twenty six. Now, what I think is amazing about
- 30:39Speaker 6: this story is that if you read a left leaning
- 30:42Speaker 6: news organization, the way that they write this is President
- 30:46Speaker 6: Trump is asking the Supreme Court to stop mail in balloting.
- 30:50Speaker 6: That's essentially the message. In some form or another you
- 30:54Speaker 6: will read or hear from some of these mainstream outlets
- 30:57Speaker 6: and cable news outlets and other places that President Trump
- 31:01Speaker 6: is trying to use the Supreme Court to stop all
- 31:04Speaker 6: mail in balloting of any kind, which is such a
- 31:07Speaker 6: ridiculous exaggeration and completely untrue of what's actually happening, that
- 31:12Speaker 6: it deserves to be to be frankly told to you
- 31:16Speaker 6: exactly what the cause is or the idea is, and
- 31:19Speaker 6: how they're going about doing it. And the US Postal
- 31:21Speaker 6: Service is uniquely helpful in this world in how much
- 31:25Speaker 6: information they already have on all of the people who
- 31:28Speaker 6: live here, and how compiling an additional set of data
- 31:31Speaker 6: that confirms who the citizens are among us like, there's
- 31:35Speaker 6: nothing horrible about that. From my understanding. It streamlines the
- 31:41Speaker 6: voting process quite a bit. And if it's something that
- 31:45Speaker 6: a lot of people say isn't actually happening, like nobody
- 31:47Speaker 6: who's here without the right to be here is voting,
- 31:50Speaker 6: then why does anyone care? That's simplistically the way to
- 31:54Speaker 6: say it, Like, why why would you care if someone
- 31:56Speaker 6: creates a list excuse me for something that you're saying
- 31:59Speaker 6: won't act actually impact anything. And that's the problem with
- 32:02Speaker 6: the democratic response to this. So very often they actually
- 32:06Speaker 6: seem to be saying that this would have a detrimental
- 32:08Speaker 6: impact on our elections without explaining what they mean, because
- 32:14Speaker 6: why would it If you have the right to vote
- 32:17Speaker 6: and you are motivated to try and vote in this country,
- 32:20Speaker 6: even after the executive order of the president that was
- 32:23Speaker 6: paused in a federal court, there's nothing preventing you from
- 32:27Speaker 6: voting if you have the right to do it, and
- 32:29Speaker 6: if you have the desire to do it, you can
- 32:31Speaker 6: do it like nothing stops there. The only thing being
- 32:34Speaker 6: impacted are people who are asked to vote by mail
- 32:38Speaker 6: and proactively, you know, given an opportunity to do that,
- 32:42Speaker 6: unless we are sure that their assiden Like, how is
- 32:44Speaker 6: that bad? How is that wrong at all? It's certainly
- 32:47Speaker 6: not as strong at protecting our elections, as the Save
- 32:52Speaker 6: Act is, but at least it's something, and they won't
- 32:55Speaker 6: do that. They refuse that. And you ask yourself, I
- 32:58Speaker 6: ask myself, why none of the answers that you come
- 33:01Speaker 6: up with make any sense, because darn ittt the Democratic
- 33:04Speaker 6: Socialists are talking about overthrowing and upending everything, which should
- 33:08Speaker 6: also be terrifying. All right, one last thing I do
- 33:10Speaker 6: want to play before we take a break. We'll come
- 33:13Speaker 6: back and we'll have some fun, mostly because I've been
- 33:15Speaker 6: doing three four six hours a day of political talk,
- 33:20Speaker 6: mostly political talk, and I'm getting a little bit sick
- 33:23Speaker 6: of it myself. So that's how the end of this
- 33:25Speaker 6: show is going to go is. It's not going to
- 33:27Speaker 6: be terribly political, but I will play at least something
- 33:30Speaker 6: from the White House Correspondent Center on Friday, which is
- 33:33Speaker 6: certainly making the rounds very viral moment. President Trump made
- 33:36Speaker 6: a joke to the press that when he stops being
- 33:40Speaker 6: the president, they won't have anything to talk about anymore.
- 33:43Speaker 6: All of their business models hinge on discussing him, and
- 33:47Speaker 6: he's not wrong when he says this.
- 33:49Speaker 8: People have no idea how lucky you are when I'm
- 33:52Speaker 8: gone you're all going to be broke.
- 33:54Speaker 7: Your business model is going to be finished up.
- 33:57Speaker 13: Sure, when I'm not.
- 33:58Speaker 14: Around, you're going to be broke, not going to be
- 34:00Speaker 14: anybody to report on. Nobody gives it damn about anybody else.
- 34:06Speaker 14: The New York Times there they had five stories about me.
- 34:09Speaker 8: You know, before I got into politics, in my whole life,
- 34:13Speaker 8: I had seven front page stores.
- 34:15Speaker 7: This is years of success. I think six were good.
- 34:18Speaker 7: One was bad at five stories seven five good. Yeah.
- 34:23Speaker 7: I had a total of seven stories on the front
- 34:25Speaker 7: page of the New York Times.
- 34:26Speaker 9: Is that bad?
- 34:27Speaker 5: Now?
- 34:28Speaker 7: I average about three or four day, all different topics bad.
- 34:32Speaker 6: It's all bad. Everything's defa He's all. I mean, here
- 34:35Speaker 6: we are in fact, well, it's funny as he talks
- 34:37Speaker 6: about this. It's one hundred percent true that the business
- 34:40Speaker 6: model of most news organizations when Trump is in the
- 34:43Speaker 6: White House is to talk about him all the time.
- 34:45Speaker 6: Jimmy X to the second power is called in Jimmy X,
- 34:47Speaker 6: What did you want to say?
- 34:50Speaker 5: Well, I don't know if you saw it or not,
- 34:53Speaker 5: but Mandami I had two hundred and thirty eight thousand
- 34:59Speaker 5: ill legal votes cast for him. Now that they have
- 35:04Speaker 5: actually analyzed the voter rolls, so there's nothing that can
- 35:08Speaker 5: probably be done about it, but it is being publicized now.
- 35:14Speaker 6: You can look it up and check where did you
- 35:16Speaker 6: see that, Jimmy X to the second power.
- 35:20Speaker 13: There is a program I get called Flag and Cross gotcha,
- 35:27Speaker 13: and they had the data and I can look.
- 35:30Speaker 5: Forward to syst that I'm driving.
- 35:31Speaker 6: I can't look at you. No, no, no, no. It's
- 35:33Speaker 6: because I read it earlier today. So I'm a little
- 35:37Speaker 6: bit familiar with what you're talking about. Real America vote
- 35:39Speaker 6: and the New York citizens on it, which is okay,
- 35:42Speaker 6: So I'm a little bit familiar with this. There's somebody
- 35:44Speaker 6: who founded both of those organizations. I who said that
- 35:47Speaker 6: his own independent look into the twenty twenty five election
- 35:51Speaker 6: that gave Mundami the mayoral race in New York had
- 35:55Speaker 6: a whole bunch of people on it that shouldn't have
- 35:57Speaker 6: been there. Now, the thing that's unfortunate about this is
- 36:01Speaker 6: that it's fairly independent, which essentially means and I don't
- 36:04Speaker 6: think they've published a lot of the proof of what
- 36:07Speaker 6: he's saying, so it's it's hard to evaluate it beyond
- 36:11Speaker 6: the individual telling you that. But independent journalists are right
- 36:14Speaker 6: more often than actual journalists. I will certainly say that,
- 36:17Speaker 6: and that is true a lot. But I'm a little
- 36:19Speaker 6: familiar with this, but I think there's still skepticism even
- 36:23Speaker 6: for people like me, because it's it's hard to digest
- 36:26Speaker 6: without more of the concrete proof coming out there than
- 36:29Speaker 6: just some of the overarching assessments that have been found
- 36:33Speaker 6: so far.
- 36:35Speaker 5: And I agree, but I was just making you aware
- 36:37Speaker 5: of it. Sure, and that's only after analyzing two zero
- 36:41Speaker 5: point two million votes of the four million that were cast. Right,
- 36:45Speaker 5: And they've already found that meaning that were suspicious.
- 36:48Speaker 6: Right, Yeah, that's a good way to say it, at
- 36:50Speaker 6: least suspicious, And of course they did, Like you, and
- 36:52Speaker 6: I aren't actually surprised at all that that's possible, thank you,
- 36:57Speaker 6: Jimmy hggs.
- 36:58Speaker 5: Is that many of them we're dead, wow on the analysis,
- 37:02Speaker 5: and that they improve sure as to the people that
- 37:04Speaker 5: were on the rolls and had votes, but they're actually dead. Sure, well,
- 37:08Speaker 5: I can document those.
- 37:09Speaker 6: Yeah. The thing I'll say about that is I moved
- 37:11Speaker 6: here from Chicago, and Chicago's pretty famous for dead people
- 37:14Speaker 6: voting in elections, so I'm not also shocked about that
- 37:18Speaker 6: data either. But thank you for the call man. All Right,
- 37:21Speaker 6: that's Jimmy x Het. He just dropped. I was going
- 37:25Speaker 6: to say something else, but thank you for Jimmy for
- 37:27Speaker 6: calling in and Chicago notorious for the accusation that a
- 37:30Speaker 6: bunch of dead people vote in elections all the time.
- 37:32Speaker 1: There.
- 37:33Speaker 6: All right, we'll take another break. I will come back
- 37:35Speaker 6: from the break, and as I said in the last
- 37:37Speaker 6: few minutes, we'll try to just have fun. I have
- 37:39Speaker 6: a disgusting story from a cruise ship that went viral
- 37:43Speaker 6: where somebody did something you don't want to know about,
- 37:46Speaker 6: but I'm going to talk about. And then also a
- 37:48Speaker 6: crazy story out of Seattle, and then Sammy Hagar news.
- 37:51Speaker 6: I have all three of those things.
- 37:52Speaker 1: Where do you stand on Lebron versus Michael Jordan as
- 37:56Speaker 1: the best ever?
- 37:58Speaker 7: Well, Michael Jordan's that's a friend of mine, play golf
- 38:02Speaker 7: with him.
- 38:03Speaker 15: He's a really good guy and very talented. Lebron is
- 38:08Speaker 15: maybe he's a racist, but maybe he doesn't like Trump.
- 38:11Speaker 15: I don't know how, but I only like people that
- 38:13Speaker 15: like me, so I would say Michael Jordan all.
- 38:16Speaker 6: The would The President was asked this question and he
- 38:18Speaker 6: did weigh in on it. Whether you believe or disagree
- 38:21Speaker 6: with any of the parts of his assessment. I was
- 38:24Speaker 6: happy that he picked Mike because to me, Michael Jordan
- 38:26Speaker 6: is the best that will ever be in the world
- 38:29Speaker 6: of the NBA. And the biggest reason why is his mentality.
- 38:32Speaker 6: It's not even just the talent, it was his brain
- 38:35Speaker 6: and the way that it functions compared to everybody else's brain.
- 38:38Speaker 6: And I don't think it's fun to be Michael Jordan.
- 38:41Speaker 6: I've actually said that before on the radio, on the
- 38:44Speaker 6: MJ Lebron debate. I think Lebron was more liked by
- 38:47Speaker 6: his teammates because Lebron wasn't as insane as Michael Jordan
- 38:51Speaker 6: in a good way. I'm a huge fan of Michael Jordan,
- 38:53Speaker 6: but like he drove people hard because MJ wanted to
- 38:57Speaker 6: win and wanted to rip your heart out on the
- 38:59Speaker 6: floor if he didn't win, and I don't think Lebron
- 39:02Speaker 6: has ever had that. Lebron wants to win. All athletes
- 39:04Speaker 6: want to win. You don't get to that level of
- 39:06Speaker 6: success by like not caring at all. But Michael was
- 39:10Speaker 6: just to He's a different human and for not that reason,
- 39:13Speaker 6: a different reason. President Trump went with MJ. And I'm
- 39:16Speaker 6: fine with that as long as it's mj and not Lebron.
- 39:19Speaker 6: Lebron's great second best player probably in the history of
- 39:22Speaker 6: the NBA as far as all around basketball player. They're
- 39:25Speaker 6: not the defender that Michael Jordan is either. This debate
- 39:28Speaker 6: doesn't need to be had on this show, and yet
- 39:30Speaker 6: I'm still doing it because I have fun with it.
- 39:33Speaker 6: And Lebron changing teams again is probably the reason that
- 39:35Speaker 6: it comes back into the ether. All right, let's talk
- 39:38Speaker 6: about some other stuff, some stuff that has nothing to
- 39:41Speaker 6: do with politics indoor sports. This is a carnival cruise
- 39:45Speaker 6: thing that went viral, Phil producer, Phil. Are you a
- 39:49Speaker 6: cruise ship guy? Do you do the cruise ship or no?
- 39:52Speaker 1: I'm familiar with a cruise ship.
- 39:53Speaker 6: I may either I don't want to be on one.
- 39:59Speaker 6: I have no interest. I feel like, if you want
- 40:01Speaker 6: to go to a beach, fly there, right, Okay, see
- 40:04Speaker 6: you agree with that. And if I want to be
- 40:06Speaker 6: like trapped with people, well, which I don't, I would
- 40:10Speaker 6: want that to be much more temporary than say a
- 40:12Speaker 6: multi day cruise. So I don't get it. This guy
- 40:15Speaker 6: went or this woman went viral because she was caught
- 40:18Speaker 6: scratching a foot fungus with a fork on a cruise ship.
- 40:22Speaker 6: It is as gross as it sounds. And then passengers
- 40:25Speaker 6: complained to the captain, and I think some of the
- 40:27Speaker 6: audio went viral of some of the things they were saying.
- 40:30Speaker 6: Here are cruise ship passengers on a carnival cruise being
- 40:35Speaker 6: disgusted by fork lady, which I think is what they
- 40:37Speaker 6: were calling.
- 40:39Speaker 16: And we actually have a video if you were like that,
- 40:47Speaker 16: because we showed get services and they couldn't believe it.
- 40:50Speaker 11: So this is how just fetching her foot at this point,
- 40:54Speaker 11: as you can see sever and.
- 40:57Speaker 16: She lives on the sign o.
- 41:01Speaker 6: It's radio and I know it's not video, and I
- 41:03Speaker 6: actually didn't even pop in the video on the live
- 41:05Speaker 6: stream because I don't think you want to see it.
- 41:07Speaker 6: But it is a lady with a pretty gross evident
- 41:09Speaker 6: foot fungus just go and fork to said foot fungus.
- 41:13Speaker 6: Usually not a good way to go about that sort
- 41:16Speaker 6: of thing, to say the very last, and people were
- 41:18Speaker 6: fairly upset. Some other sillier stuff out there before we
- 41:22Speaker 6: get out of here. Seattle Police are looking for two
- 41:25Speaker 6: people that parachuted off the space Needle. This happened on Friday.
- 41:30Speaker 6: They jumped off the six hundred and five foot structure,
- 41:33Speaker 6: they safely seem to land on the ground, So, to
- 41:37Speaker 6: be honest, part of this not necessarily maybe in this way,
- 41:41Speaker 6: is something that I've wanted to do for a very
- 41:43Speaker 6: long time. It's called base jumping. It's when you jump
- 41:46Speaker 6: off of a standing cliff for anything, and then you
- 41:49Speaker 6: have a very limited amount of time to pull a
- 41:52Speaker 6: chute and land safely. I've been skydiving. I desperately want
- 41:57Speaker 6: to go base jumping, but it is probably much more
- 42:00Speaker 6: terrifying and risky than the first one, even though people
- 42:04Speaker 6: die in both. So I'm sure that the misses will
- 42:06Speaker 6: never approve of this decision of me wanting to go
- 42:09Speaker 6: base jumping, so it has not happened, but I'm envious.
- 42:12Speaker 6: And actually I remember this, which is silly, before hit
- 42:15Speaker 6: play on this audio of people talking about the experience
- 42:18Speaker 6: of base jumpers pushing past them on the Seattle Space Needle.
- 42:23Speaker 6: But I was in Chicago when they filmed Transformers three,
- 42:27Speaker 6: the third movie. Probably people don't even like that movie.
- 42:29Speaker 6: I don't care about that part. And during the movie,
- 42:33Speaker 6: people base jump off of some buildings in Chicago and
- 42:36Speaker 6: then land. I think this is supposed to be guys
- 42:38Speaker 6: that are fighting the robots, and then also there's a
- 42:41Speaker 6: just a bunch of like robot battles, and so I
- 42:43Speaker 6: remember one day I was going to work early in
- 42:46Speaker 6: the morning and I'm navigating through this like crazy prop
- 42:50Speaker 6: stuff that's literally in the street on Michigan Avenue in Chicago,
- 42:54Speaker 6: and someone pulls me aside, like, hey, what are you
- 42:55Speaker 6: doing here. I'm like, I work in the radio building
- 42:58Speaker 6: right there, part of one of your like i'd find
- 43:00Speaker 6: you can go in. And then as we're sitting on
- 43:03Speaker 6: Michigan Avenue where the radio station was, we started to
- 43:06Speaker 6: see these dudes jump off of buildings and parachute down
- 43:10Speaker 6: to the ground. It was the coolest thing I'd ever seen.
- 43:13Speaker 6: And they're all firing guns that have like blanks in them,
- 43:15Speaker 6: and stuff's exploding. And then we're trying to do a
- 43:18Speaker 6: radio show at the same time as all this crazy
- 43:20Speaker 6: stuff is going on. Even if the movie's not good,
- 43:24Speaker 6: I'd like to be on the set for some of
- 43:26Speaker 6: those things that they do, especially the giant, big budget movies,
- 43:30Speaker 6: because they just like blow stuff up the dark night.
- 43:33Speaker 6: I remember I wasn't there for it, but they actually
- 43:36Speaker 6: did blow up that truck that flips over. They shot
- 43:40Speaker 6: at on the streets of Chicago somewhere, which was amazing.
- 43:43Speaker 6: But anyway, these two morons, not part of a film set,
- 43:47Speaker 6: decided to push past people to jump off the space needle,
- 43:50Speaker 6: and somebody was talking about how somebody's kid got shoved.
- 43:53Speaker 6: But that's not a good look. Even if you're pretty
- 43:55Speaker 6: excited about something that you're doing that's illegal and a problem,
- 44:00Speaker 6: probably not a great move to shove a kid, like
- 44:03Speaker 6: shove their face over to the sides so that you
- 44:05Speaker 6: can jump off the space needle. Here's a little bit
- 44:07Speaker 6: of that.
- 44:07Speaker 2: They burst through the door, and at first I was like,
- 44:09Speaker 2: what the heck's they kind of like shove past me
- 44:10Speaker 2: and Emerson, So I was like, well, what the heck
- 44:12Speaker 2: is going on? Like why are you pushing past me
- 44:13Speaker 2: and my kid? They were running towards the glass and
- 44:16Speaker 2: they jumped up. Now some jacobs like they're climbing up.
- 44:17Speaker 2: They're climbing up, and I'm like, oh my god, go
- 44:19Speaker 2: watch Urson go.
- 44:20Speaker 6: I love the fact that the mom was like, they
- 44:22Speaker 6: just shoved my kid to the ground. And then they
- 44:24Speaker 6: watched them climb up the space needle to jump off
- 44:26Speaker 6: of it, and the mom's like, kid, go watch them
- 44:29Speaker 6: do the stunt part after they shoved you to the ground.
- 44:32Speaker 6: Now they're going to do something crazy. Go watch and
- 44:35Speaker 6: thank god both people are alive and okay, because that
- 44:37Speaker 6: would be a fairly traumatic moment for a child to
- 44:41Speaker 6: see people jump off a building and not make it.
- 44:44Speaker 6: Luckily again they did, but that's just crazy. And I
- 44:46Speaker 6: don't know how you can seal a parachute. I imagine
- 44:49Speaker 6: you don't. I imagine you just walk through security like that.
- 44:52Speaker 6: And somebody was like, that's fine, they're not going to
- 44:55Speaker 6: jump off the space needle, and that's absolutely what they did.
- 44:58Speaker 6: One last thing that I just thought was pretty funny,
- 45:01Speaker 6: Sammy Hagar David Lee Roth long. I think rivals as
- 45:05Speaker 6: far as Van Halen goes. But Roth recently canceled a
- 45:10Speaker 6: whole bunch of tour dates that he had scheduled to do,
- 45:13Speaker 6: and so Sammy Hagar extended an olive branch that maybe
- 45:17Speaker 6: people would not expect him to extend. If you know
- 45:20Speaker 6: Sammy Hagar at all, I've ever heard him in interviews
- 45:23Speaker 6: and stuff, I would have expected this and it happened.
- 45:25Speaker 6: I thought it was pretty funny, Sammy says David Lee Roth.
- 45:28Speaker 6: Why don't you just perform with me. Why don't we
- 45:31Speaker 6: just perform together at my Vegas residency shows.
- 45:33Speaker 17: How your tour getting canceled and I want to save
- 45:36Speaker 17: for the bottom of my heart, I'm sorry.
- 45:38Speaker 1: I hope you're well, Mike, and I love.
- 45:40Speaker 17: The fact that you've been out there doing it, supporting
- 45:42Speaker 17: what we did in this band to keep this music alive.
- 45:47Speaker 1: When you're ready to carry on, Mike and.
- 45:49Speaker 17: I support you, come to Vegas for the residency in September,
- 45:52Speaker 17: come on join us, sing a couple songs MC the
- 45:55Speaker 17: damn show, come out and just do what you do,
- 45:58Speaker 17: which is pretty damn entertaining anyway.
- 46:00Speaker 8: I hope you're well.
- 46:03Speaker 6: It's amazing me. He references Michael Anthony a bunch of times.
- 46:05Speaker 6: He's like, we like it, we love what you're doing.
- 46:07Speaker 6: We'd love to see you here with us performing on stage.
- 46:11Speaker 6: It'd be a whole lot of fun, and hopefully you're
- 46:13Speaker 6: in good health at least. All Right, that's it, that's
- 46:14Speaker 6: the show. See you next time.
