  Speaker 2: Yeah, So, I mean we're having a very uh tour

  Speaker 2: focused year. We've got a lot of tour and we're

  Speaker 2: doing a lot of international stuff, like way more than
• 1:05
  Speaker 2: we would normally do in a year. Like for me,
• 1:08
  Speaker 2: in my five years or so that i've been in
• 1:10
  Speaker 2: the band. I mean, this is by far the most
• 1:13
  Speaker 2: uh you know, different places we've ever gone in a year.

  Speaker 2: So we we went to Europe earlier this year. We
• 1:19
  Speaker 2: just got back from Latin America.

  Speaker 1: About a week ago.

  Speaker 2: We're going to Japan in a couple of days, and

  Speaker 2: after Japan we have like one day off before we
• 1:28
  Speaker 2: start a US tour. We're doing a festival in Canada

  Speaker 2: and then we're doing the Australia tour.

  Speaker 1: So it's like, yeah, yeah, we're loving it.

  Speaker 2: I mean it's like, what a cool opportunity, you know,
• 1:43
  Speaker 2: to get to play in so many different places.

  Speaker 3: Yeah, for sure in.

  Speaker 2: Japans no, yeah, that that's the first for us.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, and we're actually we're actually going with Obscura as well,

  Speaker 2: which you know, as you know, we're on the Australia

  Speaker 2: Yeah, so we dropped our new album Zeno Taff in

  Speaker 2: June of last year, so it doesn't feel like it's

  Speaker 2: been that long, but it's been almost years since it

  Speaker 2: came out. Yes, yeah, thanks, yeah, yeah, and this will

  Speaker 2: be our first time playing Australia since releasing the new music,

  Speaker 2: so yeah, well, of course we'll be focusing on a

  Speaker 2: lot of the new songs, you know, bringing the new
• 2:41
  Speaker 2: material down under for the first time, and yeah, it'll
• 2:44
  Speaker 2: be fun, exciting.

  Speaker 4: Yeah, Fantasy are trade to the News Stelf. You guys

  Speaker 4: have obviously got a pretty strong following down on them.

  Speaker 4: You enjoyed coming out here and.

  Speaker 2: Yes, I mean that's that's awesome, you know, it's yeah

  Speaker 2: because a Fallujah that this will be the third time

  Speaker 2: Fallujah has gone to Australia. For me, it's my second
• 3:04
  Speaker 2: time because the the first time the band came out,
• 3:07
  Speaker 2: wasn't in the band yet. But it seems like we
• 3:10
  Speaker 2: have a decent following down there, which is awesome.

  Speaker 3: This show.

  Speaker 4: Yeah, we certainly a heavy, heavy, signed amazing down here,

  Speaker 4: so it's pretty good.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, of course it helps just have a big

  Speaker 2: metal scene in general, right, So yeah, it's it's hard

  Speaker 2: to justify you know, paying to get somewhere that far

  Speaker 2: away if there's not going to be people to go

  Speaker 2: to the shows. So we're very grateful to have a

  Speaker 2: decent crowd down there.

  Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, and being kind of shread fast as well,

  Speaker 2: Well, for for us, we're just doing the the Australia

  Speaker 2: shows on the run, so like, yeah, I know, yeah,

  Speaker 2: Obscura is doing like a full Asia tour.

  Speaker 1: We're kind of hopping on for the Giant show. They're
• 4:06

  Speaker 2: Going to India, you know that they're going all over Yeah,

  Speaker 2: and after after the Australia shows, they're going to New Zealand.

  Speaker 1: But we're we're going home from there.

  Speaker 2: So it's like, you know, Obscura is kind of doing
• 4:18
  Speaker 2: this whole world tour thing and then we're hopping on

  Speaker 2: for certain parts of it.

  Speaker 3: Yeah you got here some well hitting rest of it.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, hopefully make some more music like right now,

  Speaker 2: right right now, we have so little time between tours

  Speaker 2: that pretty much all that time is going towards tour prep,

  Speaker 2: like you know, getting all the merch orders place, figuring
• 4:54
  Speaker 2: out like flights to get our band members, you know,
• 4:57
  Speaker 2: in rehearsals, and like planning everything. So it's a that's
• 5:00
  Speaker 2: kind of taken up pretty much all our bandwidth so far.

  Speaker 2: But I think a bit a bit later in this year,
• 5:05
  Speaker 2: like maybe around July or August, I think we'll start
• 5:09
  Speaker 2: having some more downtime like we were doing the Australia
• 5:12
  Speaker 2: tour of course, but that one isn't crammed so close to.

  Speaker 1: Other tours like everything else we're doing this year so far.

  Speaker 2: So I'm hoping we can start digging into new material
• 5:22
  Speaker 2: before September, you know, before this RedFest tour, and we're
• 5:26
  Speaker 2: very eager to start writing. Yeah, so I think once,

  Speaker 2: once we've all got you know, time to kind of
• 5:30
  Speaker 2: catch our breath, that will definitely be at the forefront
• 5:33
  Speaker 2: of our priorities.

  Speaker 3: It's sure.

  Speaker 4: See you guys, like you said, you all the logistics

  Speaker 4: about getting it all organized, you hands on, like independently

  Speaker 4: do that safe, so have some control over what how

  Speaker 1: Rather than a staff for a lot of things.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, it depends, like we do have we

  Speaker 2: have a great booking agent, We have a great manager

  Speaker 2: for for tours like this. Uh, like a place like

  Speaker 2: Australia where there's so much travel within the country, Like

  Speaker 2: there's so many Yeah, like a lot of the kind

  Speaker 2: of internal travel from city to city is handled by
• 6:06
  Speaker 2: the kind of the promoters and you know, the people
• 6:09
  Speaker 2: that are putting on the tour. So there's there's like

  Speaker 2: certain things that end up uh you know that we
• 6:13
  Speaker 2: end up not having to worry about. But there's other
• 6:15
  Speaker 2: things that we do of course too. So yeah, like
• 6:18
  Speaker 2: like for me, I end up being in charge of
• 6:20
  Speaker 2: a lot of the merch stuff because I tend to
• 6:21
  Speaker 2: do merch for us too. And everybody kind of has
• 6:23
  Speaker 2: their their roles, you know, like one guy figures out
• 6:26
  Speaker 2: most of the flights and most of the kind of
• 6:29
  Speaker 2: travel steff and rehearsal plans and you know, getting all
• 6:31
  Speaker 2: the gear ready, and then another guy ends up having
• 6:34
  Speaker 2: to set up like all the backing tracks and build
• 6:37
  Speaker 2: the you know, like the laptop kind of sessions that
• 6:39
  Speaker 2: run the show in the background, and so you know,
• 6:42
  Speaker 2: everybody's kind of got their jobs and yeah, yeah, I
• 6:45
  Speaker 2: always ended up getting done.

  Speaker 4: Just in Tommy, you've got someone doing travel, you know,
• 6:54
  Speaker 4: while you're at because I mean people.

  Speaker 3: That might be irobots to go. Yeah totally four days later.

  Speaker 1: Yeah right, Yeah, it's nice to not have to figure

  Speaker 1: that out for sure.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that's best handled by the people that know

  Speaker 2: how to get around.

  Speaker 3: And so like doing Japan and US two ol.

  Speaker 4: So obviously the home base has just been pretty supportive

  Speaker 4: and strong odas.

  Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, totally.

  Speaker 3: But yeah, all the places that you've been, what would

  Speaker 3: you say your favorite place?

  Speaker 2: That's hard, you know, it's it's such a different experience,

  Speaker 2: like uh, for for a band like US, a lot
• 7:39
  Speaker 2: of the times, like the the experience is not even
• 7:43
  Speaker 2: just characterized by the place and by the people.

  Speaker 1: Sometimes it's just by the logistics of the place. Like
• 7:49
  Speaker 1: like for.
• 7:49
  Speaker 2: Example, when when I think of a US tour, I
• 7:52
  Speaker 2: think of us being in a van or an r
• 7:53
  Speaker 2: V and either driving ourselves or having you know, nowadays
• 7:57
  Speaker 2: we tend to hire drivers, but we didn't used to
• 7:58
  Speaker 2: do that, you know, Like to me, like I used

  Speaker 2: to think of US tours as being like I'm driving
• 8:04
  Speaker 2: the van and that's what the tour feels like, Whereas
• 8:06
  Speaker 2: in Europe it's like you're on a big, nice bus,
• 8:08
  Speaker 2: but you're also spending all this money for the bus,
• 8:10
  Speaker 2: and it's it's like, uh, you know, or just like oh, Australia,
• 8:13
  Speaker 2: you're gonna be on a lot of flights, Like South
• 8:15
  Speaker 2: America you're also on a lot of flights. Like it's
• 8:18
  Speaker 2: just a totally different experience, and it's it's just funny
• 8:21
  Speaker 2: how much that defines it, even beyond just the actual
• 8:25
  Speaker 2: place itself. You know. Yeah, it's hard to pick a favorite.

  Speaker 2: I mean, like, you know, US tours are more convenient,
• 8:32
  Speaker 2: of course.

  Speaker 1: You know, but but.

  Speaker 2: But also you know, some of these places, like somewhere

  Speaker 2: like Australia that's you know, not so easy to get to,
• 8:40
  Speaker 2: Like you get there and then the enthusiasm from fans

  Speaker 2: is like a whole different level because there because it's
• 8:48
  Speaker 2: so far you know, so there's it's too hard to

  Speaker 2: pick a favorite, you know. I I like, I like

  Speaker 2: when we get to kind of switch it up, like

  Speaker 2: like you go on a Europe tour and then you

  Speaker 2: go on a US tour and they feel totally different, and.

  Speaker 4: It's yeah, they're they're pretty lockedy in.

  Speaker 3: It's great come pretty much part of their culture over there.

  Speaker 3: Heavy metal very much all different experience doling out.

  Speaker 4: Yeah, that's the exciting though, playing for those festivals when

  Speaker 4: it gets just one hundreds of thousands.

  Speaker 3: Of people and it's just wild.

  Speaker 4: Yeah, totally Yeah, and Japan it's gonna be anyone forty,
• 9:20
  Speaker 4: So that's okay there.

  Speaker 3: It's a pretty much lifestyle that they looking hard over there.

  Speaker 1: Yeah, that's that's what I hear.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, so we we've never been to Japan before, so

  Speaker 2: this will be our first time. But everybody says that,

  Speaker 2: you know, it's like another one of those places that
• 9:32
  Speaker 2: has a very strong metal scene and culture in the
• 9:36
  Speaker 2: first place.

  Speaker 1: So I'm that's what I'm expecting, you know, I'm sure

  Speaker 1: it'll be that way.

  Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a mindhd because it's certainly one thing when

  Speaker 4: you get there and then it's just like well like

  Speaker 4: locked into this lifestyle of hunko metal and it's just yeah,

  Speaker 4: it's been pretty nice.

  Speaker 3: Actually, it's kind of really there's a sweet sweet sciences.

  Speaker 1: Rock and roll totally.

  Speaker 2: You know that that is one area where I feel

  Speaker 2: like a lot of other countries kind of have the

  Speaker 2: US be like even like play a lot of good

  Speaker 2: shows in the US, and like, you know that that's

  Speaker 2: our home base, you know, I think that there's a

  Speaker 2: it's like, even though it's getting bigger in the States,

  Speaker 2: it feels more niche compared to some places like Japan

  Speaker 2: or Europe or even Australia, where it's like it feels
• 10:17
  Speaker 2: like it's uh, you know, it's still not like mainstream
• 10:20
  Speaker 2: pop or whatever, but there's it's more built into the culture,

  Speaker 2: like it's it's a niche side.

  Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, you know, just don't even metal outfit

  Speaker 4: for the weekend it's like yeah, yeah, yeah, that's awesome.

  Speaker 4: So as a city, but the rest of the year,

  Speaker 4: then new music twenty twenty seven look like for you guys,

  Speaker 2: year is pretty up in the air, Like we're pretty

  Speaker 2: much wide open for next year. I'm sure, like you know,

  Speaker 2: the time we finished this year, we will have played

  Speaker 2: the new music, you know, on pretty much every continent

  Speaker 2: you kind of go through phases. It's like we're still

  Speaker 2: having a blast touring, but at a certain point you're like, Okay,

  Speaker 2: it'd be really nice to like start, you know, you

  Speaker 2: get the itch to start working on new music. So

  Speaker 2: I imagine that'll be the focus more going into next year.

  Speaker 2: But at the same time, you know, if we get

  Speaker 2: some awesome tour offer, it's like, well, we can't say

  Speaker 2: no to that. You know, here we go, what we'll see.
