  If you want to go after something and you put all the worth of that effort

  contingent on how well it goes, how much you succeed, how successful you are,

  how many followers you gain or how much money you make.

  That's not self-love. Self-love is saying,

  my soul is speaking to and through me in my desire to take this step, to make this decision,

  to make this offering to the collective. And I am so committed and devoted to honoring

  my soul's truth. That whatever happens next, I love myself so much that I refuse to betray

  what I know is true for me. I refuse to not allow myself to step into a path that I know

  was handmade for me. I honor my truth and I am willing to even be humiliated, to be embarrassed,

  to feel cringed, to feel annoying in order to honor what seeks to be expressed through me.

  I don't have to understand why. I don't have to over-analyze and over-strategize. I only need

  to trust that there is a creative energy and a creative intelligence that is seeking to collaborate

  with me and to be expressed through me. And I'm going to honor that. I'm going to honor the universe

  or the cosmos or source or God or Allah, whatever I believe in, honor my inner child, my highest
• 1:45
  self, whatever is my understanding. I'm honoring what guides me and I'm living the life

  that lives me because life is a mystical and mysterious thing, my darling. We are not only living,

  but it feels like something is living us. There are ways that we are living and healing ourselves
• 2:08
  that we don't even fully understand. There is a force within us that is looking out for us
• 2:14
  on a somatic level and we could also feel on a spiritual level for me that is my feeling
• 2:20
  that we can never fully understand and so the life living you it wants to live a full life.

  It wants to live fully expressed and that is why when we don't fully understand a step that we
• 2:33
  feel called to take, we should still take that step. We should still honor our curiosity even
• 2:38
  and probably especially when it doesn't make sense, not even to us and especially not to other people
• 2:45
  because we are not here to make sense. Nothing divine in the cosmos is a poem is not here to make sense.

  A beautiful sunset is not here to make sense. The oceans, the trees, an inexplicable reality is not here

  to make sense. Nothing that's fully accepted in its full beauty and capacity and divinity and
• 3:10
  magic, nothing accepted in its fullest magnificence is required to make sense and we would not
• 3:16
  ask that of it because it is reductive. So please my love, love yourself enough to fail,

  love yourself enough to be embarrassed, love yourself enough to feel humiliated by the step
• 3:29
  that you're taking but to see the vision so clearly for yourself that you insist on taking it.

  I believe the people who end up living their dreams in terms of temperament, a small aspect of
• 3:40
  that is being able to hold the frequency of humiliation, to post the video in front of people
• 3:47
  who may not be commenting or who may be cringing at you to withstand the judgment of your friends
• 3:53
  and family. That is so brave and that takes so much self love and so much trust in something bigger

  that you are calling in and that you know you are working towards and other people just do not see
• 4:05
  it. Their visions are not where yours are. So the 3D reality is still waiting to catch up with you.

  What will you allow yourself to be embarrassed by because it's a form of deep self love just as

  if you had a child who sought to express themselves would you hide the child and say no no no you

  can't because what if people laugh at you or would you say yes I'm going to be there cheering for

  you and in the beginning I say this to so many of my creative coaching clients. In the beginning

  of a creative pursuit you are in the very brave and vulnerable position of being both the only
• 4:38
  person on the stage and the only person in the audience and you need to be the most loving obnoxiously

  supportive audience member that you have ever been to yourself you need to write yourself love

  letters I do that to myself almost every day you need to divinely repair and yourself you need to
• 4:54
  be so proud of the fact that you are taking a step at all because that is so brave and because

  the collective is dreaming through you something that I always name and say I call it the principle
• 5:05
  of collective dreaming and is the idea that your dreams are not merely your own but the collective
• 5:10
  dreaming through you if you dream of singing there are people who dream of your music

  if you dream of teaching there are students who dream of your lessons the collective is dreaming

  through you please believe in us enough to learn the lessons you will need to learn in order to

  become who you need to become and those lessons will involve failure and we are so grateful it is

  so generous of you to believe in us so much that you're willing to fail be humiliated be embarrassed

  in service of this vision you have not just for you but for us we believe in you even though it

  feels like everyone is against you you have not yet met your everyone the world is so much bigger

  than your friends and family who are judging you babes so much bigger and many of them are not

  judging you many of them will be inspired by you many of them will seek advice and support from you

  many of them are trying to do the same thing that you may be trying to do and are similarly projecting

  fear onto you we project our worst imaginations onto each other that is how they've alienated us

  from our highest possibilities from each other which is love so can you be a source of unconditional

  support and love to yourself in the beginning moments where it matters the most can you be the most

  loving audience member you could ever have conceived of and then can you be patient

  as the rest of us join the crowd to cheer you on i love you so much my darling i will see you in
