- 0:02Speaker 1: On Skorloms Australia.
- 0:05Speaker 2: This is the reader panehe show.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Good evening and welcome to the Rita panehe show. I'm
- 0:11Speaker 3: callan Marcus filling in for RITA. Coming up tonight. Exclusive
- 0:15Speaker 3: footage of a delegate of the Taiwan women's national soccer
- 0:19Speaker 3: team being thrown out of a Sydney stadium all because
- 0:23Speaker 3: he led chance with the word Taiwan. A fan who
- 0:27Speaker 3: saw it all on folds will join me on the set.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Dennis Richardson opens up on his shock decision to quit
- 0:34Speaker 3: the Anti Semitism Royal Commission. My panel will unpack that.
- 0:39Speaker 3: In the day's other top headlines, Donald Trump declares the
- 0:43Speaker 3: US has already won the war in Iran. I'll get
- 0:46Speaker 3: John Heindereker's reaction to that later. And new details on
- 0:51Speaker 3: Megan and Harry's visit to Australia, including an almost three
- 0:55Speaker 3: thousand dollars ahead women's retreat. Kinsey Stowfields will give us
- 1:00Speaker 3: all the latest. And in Left he's losing it. A
- 1:03Speaker 3: TikToker who called the MAGA supporters to be shot has
- 1:07Speaker 3: had day in court.
- 1:09Speaker 4: You see somebody with a nagaha, will you?
- 1:12Speaker 3: That's what we do but first former spyboss Dennis Richardson
- 1:17Speaker 3: has opened up on his shock decision to abruptly quit
- 1:20Speaker 3: the anti Semitism Royal Commission. Richardson had been appointed to
- 1:25Speaker 3: lead a review into Australia's federal law enforcement and intelligence
- 1:29Speaker 3: agencies following the Bondi terror attack. He told Skyny's host
- 1:34Speaker 3: Shari Markson he quit the role because he was so
- 1:37Speaker 3: pluster requirements.
- 1:39Speaker 5: I wasn't being sidelined. It's simply the natural processes of
- 1:45Speaker 5: a Royal Commission. I think I think others would have
- 1:51Speaker 5: quite a different perspective, but I believed that it got
- 1:57Speaker 5: to a point where my role was not significantly greater
- 2:02Speaker 5: to that of a researcher.
- 2:05Speaker 3: He also told her he thought he was getting paid
- 2:07Speaker 3: too much, which is rare these days for anyone to
- 2:11Speaker 3: admit that. Shadow Defense Minister James Patterson was also on
- 2:14Speaker 3: Sky News earlier and urged the Prime Minister to step
- 2:17Speaker 3: in or risk another betrayal of the Australian Jewish community.
- 2:22Speaker 1: This is a disaster for the credibility of the Royal
- 2:26Speaker 1: Commissions and ultimately its findings and recommendations. A massive shadow
- 2:30Speaker 1: has been cast over the Royal Commission I think the
- 2:33Speaker 1: Prime Minister needs to step in today and fix this.
- 2:36Speaker 1: He needs to call Dennis Richardson and ask him to
- 2:39Speaker 1: continue to serve the Royal Commission.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Joining me now is Menzies Research Center senior fellow Nick
- 2:45Speaker 3: Cater and Sky News contributor prou Mixween. Welcome both of you. Nick,
- 2:50Speaker 3: I'll start with you. How much of a concern do
- 2:52Speaker 3: you think mister Richardson's departure from the Royal Commission is
- 2:56Speaker 3: to the integratory integrity I should say of the entire
- 2:59Speaker 3: process concern.
- 3:01Speaker 2: I think it's an indication of how badly this thing
- 3:03Speaker 2: was set up in the first place. Ane Albeezy was
- 3:06Speaker 2: dragged kicking and screaming to the position where he had
- 3:09Speaker 2: to call a Royal Commission and then appears to set
- 3:12Speaker 2: it up without much consultation or without much thought. I mean,
- 3:15Speaker 2: there was always going to be tension between the probing
- 3:19Speaker 2: the security organizations, which is Dennis Richardson's role and the
- 3:23Speaker 2: very important role of getting the bottom of this incredible
- 3:27Speaker 2: infestation of anti Semitism in this country. Those two things
- 3:30Speaker 2: were almost called for different inquiries, and I wish they
- 3:33Speaker 2: had have been two, but they were brought together and
- 3:35Speaker 2: are now. I fear we're not going to get on
- 3:37Speaker 2: top of either of those issues.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Well, I share some of your fears, because Prue, we
- 3:41Speaker 3: already know according to Virginia Bell, who's the Royal Commissioner.
- 3:45Speaker 3: She says that there's limitations because they will not be
- 3:49Speaker 3: able to hear evidence from witnesses and those directly impacted
- 3:53Speaker 3: by the attack. She's already flagged delays in the evidence
- 3:56Speaker 3: from intelligence services. And now we see Dennis Richardson quitting.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Do you suspect there's more going on here behind the
- 4:03Speaker 3: scenes done Richardson's very much so.
- 4:05Speaker 6: I think there's politics that he was tiptoeing through the
- 4:09Speaker 6: politics in his explanation during that piece. We just saw,
- 4:14Speaker 6: you know, he could see the writing on the wall.
- 4:16Speaker 6: Didn't have to take an intelligence expert to know that.
- 4:20Speaker 6: You would have to question the legitimacy of the whole
- 4:23Speaker 6: Rol commission because we know that Alberanizi was dragged, kicking
- 4:29Speaker 6: and screaming. The terms of reference were not good enough.
- 4:33Speaker 6: I don't believe the Jewish community was not.
- 4:36Speaker 3: Happy with the choice of Bell.
- 4:38Speaker 6: There were so many questions about it, and I just
- 4:41Speaker 6: feel he's seen the writing on the wall.
- 4:43Speaker 3: He was clearly.
- 4:43Speaker 6: I mean even the fact that they've only allowed till
- 4:46Speaker 6: December to do it. How can you comprehensibly get to
- 4:50Speaker 6: the bottom of this? And so I just think the
- 4:52Speaker 6: whole things are fast. It was just Anthony Alberanzi, a
- 4:56Speaker 6: drowning man, reading the politics and thinking, well this will do,
- 5:00Speaker 6: and it won't do.
- 5:01Speaker 3: And the full reports to you by December and interim
- 5:03Speaker 3: reporters do you next month? Even had a day of hearings,
- 5:07Speaker 3: just an opening summary. It's quite remarkable. Look, let's talk
- 5:11Speaker 3: about One Nation leader Pauline Hanson. She's taken aim at
- 5:15Speaker 3: the new Nationals leader Matt Canavan, accusing him of joining
- 5:19Speaker 3: the woke pylon. Canobin vowed to take on One Nation
- 5:23Speaker 3: through his hyper Australian vision, prompting Hanson to say in
- 5:27Speaker 3: a tweet Canaban joins the likes of the ABC, the
- 5:31Speaker 3: Guardian and left wing fact checkers who have started a
- 5:35Speaker 3: war against One Nation to try and tear us down.
- 5:39Speaker 3: Canaban has found himself in strange company against One Nation,
- 5:43Speaker 3: the only party truly dedicated to leading the agenda on
- 5:47Speaker 3: ending that zero, cutting immigration and putting Australians first. Prove
- 5:52Speaker 3: it looks like the war between the Coalition and One
- 5:55Speaker 3: Nation is truly on now.
- 5:57Speaker 7: Yes tonight.
- 5:58Speaker 6: Look, I love Matt Canavan, think he's brilliant and a
- 6:01Speaker 6: great appointment, But I don't understand why he's taken her
- 6:05Speaker 6: on because he knows he's got a win so many
- 6:08Speaker 6: of those One Nation fans constituents back. And I also
- 6:14Speaker 6: was reading just before we came in that he the Liberals,
- 6:18Speaker 6: the Nats and the Greens have all gone against One
- 6:22Speaker 6: Nation who were wanting to do gas reserves here.
- 6:25Speaker 7: And you sort of think.
- 6:26Speaker 6: What's going on Because she's popular, because Middle Australia, she's
- 6:30Speaker 6: resonating with all of these things and the things that
- 6:33Speaker 6: Matt Cannavans has always stood for. So I just don't
- 6:36Speaker 6: understand why he's taken this chance with her. I would
- 6:39Speaker 6: have thought he'd be trying to align himself in some
- 6:43Speaker 6: form of a coalition so that he can start knocking
- 6:46Speaker 6: off these seats that Albaneze has. Maybe I'm just Pollyanna,
- 6:50Speaker 6: I think you are.
- 6:52Speaker 3: I think he's the right approach.
- 6:54Speaker 2: I think he has, and I think Pauline's shown tremendous
- 6:57Speaker 2: amount of sensitivity here. So anybody who criticized paul Hanson
- 7:01Speaker 2: is now joining the woke Caravan, are they? I mean,
- 7:04Speaker 2: I just think she's got to get over this. She
- 7:06Speaker 2: is now in a position where on some measures, One
- 7:09Speaker 2: Nation is the second largest party in the country. She
- 7:12Speaker 2: has to start behaving like that. She has to start
- 7:14Speaker 2: behaving like a party that's ready to seize government from
- 7:17Speaker 2: this terrible government we've got now and get on with governing.
- 7:20Speaker 2: But she shows no sign of wanting to do that.
- 7:22Speaker 2: In fact, on the Sky documentary earlier in the week,
- 7:26Speaker 2: she said quite clearly that she didn't want to be
- 7:28Speaker 2: part of any coalition. She didn't want to have a
- 7:30Speaker 2: role in government. She just wanted to stand on the
- 7:32Speaker 2: edge and criticize. That's not good enough. Matt Canavan is
- 7:36Speaker 2: dedicated to changing government because there's anything worse than the
- 7:39Speaker 2: second term Albanesi government, and that's the third term government.
- 7:43Speaker 2: I don't think the way One Nation is traveling at
- 7:45Speaker 2: the moment under Paul Hansom, that we've got any hope
- 7:48Speaker 2: of getting rid of this government and replacing it with
- 7:50Speaker 2: what we all need, which is a sensible, sound, conservative administration.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Yeah. Amen, Well, look, let's see what happens when we
- 7:57Speaker 3: get closer to the election. Maybe they will kiss and
- 7:59Speaker 3: make up the two, the two the coalition in one nation.
- 8:02Speaker 3: We'll see.
- 8:04Speaker 7: Nick.
- 8:05Speaker 3: You know, we've talked a lot about the slogans that
- 8:08Speaker 3: are chanted at pro Palestine protests, and in Queensland they
- 8:12Speaker 3: introduced some new laws recently that have led to two
- 8:16Speaker 3: protesters being arrested yesterday for allegedly using the phrase from
- 8:21Speaker 3: the River to the Sea at an unauthorized rally in Brisbane.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Queensland Parliament passed legislation last week banning that slogan, as
- 8:30Speaker 3: well as globalized the Intervata, and these arrests come the
- 8:33Speaker 3: day that the states new hate speech laws come into effect.
- 8:37Speaker 3: A protest organizer, Liam Parry was arrested at the start
- 8:41Speaker 3: of the march, and later a woman who was allegedly
- 8:45Speaker 3: displaying the phrase on her T shirt pro ile. I'll
- 8:47Speaker 3: actually start with you. I say about this good and
- 8:50Speaker 3: I think it's time that police start cracking down on
- 8:53Speaker 3: these protesters and they're violent chants.
- 8:56Speaker 6: I agree with you, but the problem is they'll get
- 8:58Speaker 6: a slap on the risk. I think the one of
- 9:00Speaker 6: the women who was wearing that across a chest, she
- 9:03Speaker 6: was not even arrested.
- 9:04Speaker 3: I think she was let go.
- 9:06Speaker 6: So I mean if they're serious about trying to stamp
- 9:10Speaker 6: out anti Semitism, They're going to have to really get
- 9:13Speaker 6: brutal about penalizing these people. So many of them are ignorance.
- 9:18Speaker 6: They don't even understand what these slogans mean. And this
- 9:21Speaker 6: is the problem. But we just have to be seen
- 9:26Speaker 6: to be acting.
- 9:26Speaker 7: On these laws.
- 9:27Speaker 6: There's no point in having laws if no one's going
- 9:30Speaker 6: to enact any penalties.
- 9:32Speaker 3: Well, yeah, I said, it is up to the courts
- 9:34Speaker 3: to enforce them. Their laws have been passed now, But
- 9:37Speaker 3: you're right. I don't have a lot of hope when
- 9:39Speaker 3: it comes to magistrates sometimes on these issues, Nick, I mean,
- 9:44Speaker 3: and I also don't accept with one thing you've said
- 9:46Speaker 3: like that. There's just ignorance. They've heard so many times
- 9:49Speaker 3: now from the Jewish community how harmful these phrases are
- 9:53Speaker 3: considered by them, and how we interpreted as the Jewish
- 9:56Speaker 3: community that they mean violence against the Jews and a genocide.
- 10:01Speaker 6: But they don't know what the what river or what see.
- 10:04Speaker 3: They don't but they've been told that many times. I
- 10:06Speaker 3: don't accept it. But what do you think about these
- 10:08Speaker 3: new laws. I'm sure there are some concerns about the
- 10:11Speaker 3: overreach of them.
- 10:12Speaker 2: I was in two minds about them. But I mean
- 10:15Speaker 2: if they do something, they actually point out that these
- 10:18Speaker 2: what these words really mean, I mean globalized into Farda.
- 10:21Speaker 2: I mean, honestly, after Bondi, we really want to wish that,
- 10:25Speaker 2: but these are not serious people and you can see
- 10:27Speaker 2: in their reaction it's almost like a child, right, you
- 10:29Speaker 2: tell children, you know, don't do that, they'll get to
- 10:32Speaker 2: turn around and do it right. That's the way they behave.
- 10:35Speaker 2: And I think we were always going to see this,
- 10:37Speaker 2: but I think the Palestinian movement now in this country
- 10:40Speaker 2: is looking more and more ludicrous. I think they're losing supporters,
- 10:44Speaker 2: particularly after people saw what happened at Bondi and they're
- 10:48Speaker 2: a joke quite frankly.
- 10:49Speaker 3: Not just what happened at Bondi, but there's silence over
- 10:52Speaker 3: the people of Iran who were being brutally murdered by
- 10:55Speaker 3: their own regime. And where were these activists, No where
- 10:58Speaker 3: to be seen about what happened. The inside story behind
- 11:03Speaker 3: the Iranian Women's Players and the humanitarian Vizas news corpse,
- 11:07Speaker 3: samantham Maiden has given an inside account into what went
- 11:11Speaker 3: on behind the scenes, and it turns out, according to her,
- 11:15Speaker 3: US President Donald Trump's intervention came after the players had
- 11:18Speaker 3: already signed the paperwork with Australia to stay here. Trump
- 11:23Speaker 3: had taken to social media to implore Anthony Albinizi to
- 11:26Speaker 3: grant these women asylum, and even got on the phone
- 11:29Speaker 3: with him at two am, But this account says the
- 11:33Speaker 3: deal had already been signed and sealed by then, and
- 11:36Speaker 3: the women were already under the protection of the AFP.
- 11:39Speaker 3: Another report today also reveals police have launched an investigation
- 11:43Speaker 3: into one of the hardline handlers for the team, Mohammed Salari,
- 11:47Speaker 3: after claims he made a throat slitting gesture at a
- 11:51Speaker 3: member of the Australian Iranian community. Nick Home Affairs Minister
- 11:55Speaker 3: Tony Burke, he'd been quick to reassure Australians that no
- 11:59Speaker 3: one would link to the Iran's Revolutionary Guard. Calls would
- 12:03Speaker 3: have come in with the team, but these sorts of
- 12:06Speaker 3: allegations seemed to call that into question.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Yeah, and they don't nothing thring's true about this About
- 12:12Speaker 2: the Albanesi's government's reaction, I suppose because they're caught out
- 12:16Speaker 2: lying so much. We just finding about how to believe
- 12:18Speaker 2: anything they say. But there was distinct change in tune
- 12:21Speaker 2: between the weekend and two days later. I mean it
- 12:25Speaker 2: was the global Worldwide Day of Women, I think, and
- 12:29Speaker 2: they made a great speech about this on Monday without
- 12:33Speaker 2: mentioning this obvious case right under our eyes of the
- 12:36Speaker 2: Iranian soccer players. So I don't think that they got this.
- 12:40Speaker 2: I don't think they understood it. But thankfully there were
- 12:43Speaker 2: obviously people in the AFP who got onto this right
- 12:46Speaker 2: away and were working hard to give these women the
- 12:48Speaker 2: opportunity to stay.
- 12:49Speaker 3: Yeah, I have skepticism to prove, like Nick, because we
- 12:54Speaker 3: did hear people like Matt this Lwait, the Assistant Foreign
- 12:58Speaker 3: Affairs Minister, talk about out how people couldn't be given
- 13:03Speaker 3: preferential treatment, and suddenly we see that women being paraded
- 13:06Speaker 3: with Tony Burke having their happy ending.
- 13:09Speaker 6: Just see what they're reading the politics, you know, they
- 13:12Speaker 6: could see that the community was very supportive and you.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Know this government that's all you know.
- 13:19Speaker 6: As I've said before, Albanezy gets up in the morning,
- 13:22Speaker 6: scratches his backside, looks out to see what the weather is,
- 13:25Speaker 6: and reads the socials and then decides what policy is
- 13:29Speaker 6: going to make. And in this case, it was because
- 13:31Speaker 6: he could see the momentum was pro their women and
- 13:35Speaker 6: you know that's what he did.
- 13:36Speaker 2: The photograph with Tony Burke. I mean, really, haven't these
- 13:39Speaker 2: women stuffed them?
- 13:42Speaker 3: Poor women? It's almost better to go back to I'm
- 13:46Speaker 3: joking and there's a good result and I'm glad they
- 13:48Speaker 3: finally did read that you leave. Let's talk about fuel
- 13:51Speaker 3: shortages quickly. They're leaving regional communities in crisis. There's fears
- 13:55Speaker 3: now South Australian school will be left without enough few
- 14:00Speaker 3: to even operate at school bus. The owner of the
- 14:02Speaker 3: Karunda fuel stop in the Murray Malley, said his store
- 14:07Speaker 3: had been without fuel since Saturday and he's been told
- 14:10Speaker 3: it will be weeks before the resupply he ordered would arrive.
- 14:13Speaker 3: He also said the local school expected their buses, which
- 14:17Speaker 3: pick up and drop off students, to run dry this week.
- 14:20Speaker 3: I expect that means snak a lot of people. Kids
- 14:24Speaker 3: won't be able to go to school, especially in regional
- 14:26Speaker 3: communities they might live quite far out. Clearly, our fuel
- 14:30Speaker 3: reserves weren't prepared for this.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Well, that's right, and this is always going to become
- 14:33Speaker 2: apparent at the edges of the fuel supply chain in
- 14:36Speaker 2: these country districts where it's difficult for the best of times,
- 14:38Speaker 2: often to keep these places stocked with diesel. So what
- 14:42Speaker 2: we're seeing, I think is just a foresight of a
- 14:45Speaker 2: taste of what will come for the rest of us
- 14:48Speaker 2: if this emergency continues much longer.
- 14:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I can't let you both go before I remind
- 14:55Speaker 3: you about this breakdown. So of Reagan and her humiliating
- 14:58Speaker 3: performance representing a at the Olympics a couple of years ago. Now,
- 15:02Speaker 3: if it couldn't have got worse, Raygun has launched possibly
- 15:06Speaker 3: an equally humiliating career move. She's offering personalized greeting videos
- 15:11Speaker 3: on platform Cameo, where she charges sixty nine dollars and
- 15:15Speaker 3: twenty six cents for her services. Let's have a little preview.
- 15:19Speaker 8: I am here on cameo. You can find me. I'm
- 15:23Speaker 8: here to wish your friends, your family, your loved ones
- 15:26Speaker 8: happy birthday. I'm also here for if you've got someone
- 15:32Speaker 8: who's got a big event coming up, or a big
- 15:34Speaker 8: speech or presentation or race or something. I can give
- 15:39Speaker 8: that pep talk.
- 15:40Speaker 7: I can.
- 15:40Speaker 8: I can come with some pump, with some energy and
- 15:43Speaker 8: I'm like, got this, let's go, Prue.
- 15:46Speaker 3: Do you think it comes with a kangaroo dance? To me,
- 15:49Speaker 3: this is one step up from doing only fans.
- 15:51Speaker 7: Oh it really is.
- 15:53Speaker 6: But I think what we should all do is put
- 15:55Speaker 6: in and get her to send alban EASi messages every
- 15:59Speaker 6: week just to drive him nuts, and I think he
- 16:02Speaker 6: deserves I would be quite happy to contribute to that.
- 16:04Speaker 6: I mean, she would drive you crazy, I know, but
- 16:07Speaker 6: that would be a word She's desperate for. Doug clearly
- 16:10Speaker 6: clearlyto fo McSween, thank you both.
- 16:13Speaker 3: So much for your time. As I mentioned at the
- 16:17Speaker 3: top of the show, sky News has obtained exclusive footage
- 16:20Speaker 3: of a delegate of the Taiwan women's national team being
- 16:24Speaker 3: removed from a Sydney stadium after leading the crowd in
- 16:28Speaker 3: chance that contained the word Taiwan. Chenana is a former
- 16:33Speaker 3: national player and head coach of the men's team, and
- 16:37Speaker 3: was in the crowd with fans cheering on the women's
- 16:40Speaker 3: side in their Women's Asian Cup match against India. Watch
- 16:44Speaker 3: as he stands from his seat and leads the chant
- 16:48Speaker 3: team Taiwan.
- 16:52Speaker 7: Taiwan.
- 17:12Speaker 9: Now.
- 17:13Speaker 3: Quajen was approached by a stadium security who asked him
- 17:17Speaker 3: to sit down and stop chanting. Qua Jen sat down,
- 17:21Speaker 3: but he continued the chance from his seat, but After
- 17:24Speaker 3: more warnings, he was removed by security and told he
- 17:28Speaker 3: was not allowed to sing political chance gentlemen to leave.
- 17:33Speaker 9: Well, we don't want the police to get involved, I
- 17:35Speaker 9: said with Draby Steve, he's got to leave.
- 17:38Speaker 8: No, he's unclare.
- 17:40Speaker 9: We have not any particles chances and no, no.
- 17:45Speaker 10: I'm just I'm just relaying also for the changing as
- 17:49Speaker 10: well for the chanting.
- 17:50Speaker 9: So we're not allowed to change just we're change again.
- 17:54Speaker 9: It's decisions that I'm not making a decision.
- 17:56Speaker 4: I'm just relying to the information that I was given.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Now just for some bad ground. Beijing, of course claims
- 18:02Speaker 3: Taiwan as a province, a Chinese province, and has vowed
- 18:06Speaker 3: to annex it. Taiwan's government and many of its people
- 18:10Speaker 3: reject the prospect of Chinese rules, So with that in mind,
- 18:14Speaker 3: it's important context.
- 18:15Speaker 11: Here.
- 18:16Speaker 3: Joining me now is Grace, who a Taiwanese fan who
- 18:19Speaker 3: was also at the stadium and watched all of this unfold. Grace,
- 18:22Speaker 3: thank you for your time. You not only saw this ordeal,
- 18:27Speaker 3: but you had items yourself confiscated when you entered the stadium.
- 18:31Speaker 3: Can you first tell us what happened when you saw
- 18:34Speaker 3: this delegate thrown out.
- 18:37Speaker 10: I nearly have my tears, Roselle when I saw the footage. No,
- 18:43Speaker 10: as I entered the stadium, I astually wear my T
- 18:46Speaker 10: shirt saying Taiwan, but intually Japanese because we have very bond,
- 18:52Speaker 10: good bonding with Japan, so it's actually Japanese, says Taiwan.
- 18:57Speaker 10: This is Taiwan. And then I entered the stadium and
- 19:01Speaker 10: I sat down for the game. About twenty minutes into
- 19:04Speaker 10: the game, I was tapped on the shoulder and then
- 19:07Speaker 10: a lady security well, she's very nice, and she said, oh,
- 19:12Speaker 10: I'm sorry, lady, were asked to get you to remove
- 19:16Speaker 10: your T shirt or wear inside and you are not
- 19:21Speaker 10: allowed to wear your hat because I had like a
- 19:25Speaker 10: beanie with our flag pattern.
- 19:28Speaker 7: Yes.
- 19:29Speaker 10: Correct. And also they are going to remove my tower,
- 19:34Speaker 10: says Taiwan. As well. I mean, I asked her why
- 19:38Speaker 10: and she said, I'm so sorry. The official asked me
- 19:40Speaker 10: to do this, and if you want to ask questions,
- 19:45Speaker 10: we are happy to talk outside, and she was going
- 19:49Speaker 10: to bring me, you know, out there, because maybe they
- 19:52Speaker 10: don't want to interference the crowd. I said, oh, I'm
- 19:55Speaker 10: so sorry, but I don't want to miss the game.
- 19:57Speaker 10: Then you can take my items and she said, okay,
- 20:00Speaker 10: I'll give you a ruffle ticket and then you can
- 20:02Speaker 10: claim your agents after the game.
- 20:05Speaker 3: So you never found out what the exact reason was.
- 20:08Speaker 10: The official asked us to come and tell and she's
- 20:14Speaker 10: on the earphone and she said, okay, official, she's got
- 20:16Speaker 10: another T shirt, so she will put it on, so
- 20:19Speaker 10: cover my T shirt saying Taiwan on it. And then
- 20:22Speaker 10: they took my beanie and my towel.
- 20:25Speaker 3: And then we actually had some pictures of some of
- 20:28Speaker 3: the other items that were taken during this game or
- 20:31Speaker 3: before the stadium, including just the Taiwanese restaurant carry bag,
- 20:37Speaker 3: take away food carry bag, and some signs and a
- 20:40Speaker 3: fan all because they had the word Taiwan. It would
- 20:43Speaker 3: seem you witnessed this the chanting by mister Quajen, the
- 20:50Speaker 3: delegate of the Taiwanese team, and then you saw him
- 20:53Speaker 3: being thrown out of the stadium. How did it make
- 20:56Speaker 3: you feel seeing that? What was that like?
- 21:00Speaker 10: It just feels like very unfair really, because you know,
- 21:06Speaker 10: you look around our good friends from India. They are
- 21:11Speaker 10: able to chant. They have their own self made instruments.
- 21:15Speaker 10: They can like a drum kind of plastic, they can
- 21:18Speaker 10: hitt so hard and then they chair for their their
- 21:22Speaker 10: national team, whereas us we can't do any of these. Yes,
- 21:27Speaker 10: it is I mean I look around, I see Indian flag.
- 21:31Speaker 10: I'm so sorry, but I just feel, you know, devastated.
- 21:36Speaker 10: Why can't we bring our flag into the stadium and
- 21:41Speaker 10: we are in Australia. We should be able to do.
- 21:44Speaker 10: You know, this is a free land that we should
- 21:47Speaker 10: be able to do what we want to do to
- 21:49Speaker 10: support our national team. We are not breaking any rules,
- 21:54Speaker 10: like there's no rules in the because.
- 21:57Speaker 3: You look the rules. As far as you could tell
- 21:59Speaker 3: the rules yea for the Asian Cup and for the organizers,
- 22:03Speaker 3: you could see nothing about this.
- 22:05Speaker 10: Well, I believe every nationality they bring their own flags,
- 22:09Speaker 10: they bring their you know, charing items into showing that
- 22:14Speaker 10: they support their country and support their team.
- 22:18Speaker 3: But of course the Taiwanese team in this competition, and
- 22:21Speaker 3: I believe in FIFA as well, it's referred to as
- 22:24Speaker 3: Chinese Taipei. I think that tells you something about the
- 22:27Speaker 3: politics of this tournament. What do you suspect is the
- 22:32Speaker 3: reason behind the heavy handed approach that you and other
- 22:35Speaker 3: fans experience that night.
- 22:37Speaker 10: Well, the crow around me obviously they just yell at
- 22:40Speaker 10: saying this is from China. But obviously they wouldn't you know,
- 22:45Speaker 10: they wouldn't come up and admit this. They're there behind this.
- 22:50Speaker 10: But hopefully from the crow that we were trying to
- 22:54Speaker 10: walk together, in the future we will be able to
- 22:59Speaker 10: bring off leg into the stadium.
- 23:01Speaker 3: It's hard to think it could be anything other than
- 23:04Speaker 3: the Chinese influence. Of course, they're also playing the game.
- 23:08Speaker 3: That's a quarter final match between Taiwan, Chinese, Taipei and
- 23:11Speaker 3: China next week this weekend. Do you expect to see
- 23:16Speaker 3: more drama at that?
- 23:20Speaker 10: But I will already because the story already passed you
- 23:25Speaker 10: on the Facebook and social media and all that. So
- 23:28Speaker 10: some of the Taiwanese fans already group up and saying that, okay,
- 23:32Speaker 10: if this is happening, we're trying to stay long. We
- 23:36Speaker 10: compromise low profile because we are there to support the team.
- 23:43Speaker 10: We didn't want them to lose any of their opportunity
- 23:46Speaker 10: to play the game because they've been training for so long.
- 23:50Speaker 10: They want to join the game, they want to win
- 23:53Speaker 10: and again get into the finals.
- 23:55Speaker 3: Obviously I can see how Yeah, I say, you are
- 23:58Speaker 3: just talking about.
- 23:59Speaker 10: It, yeah, because it is a political involved and then
- 24:03Speaker 10: they lose their you know, their rights to play. Then
- 24:08Speaker 10: you know that's not that's not what we want.
- 24:11Speaker 3: Why do you think Australians should care that this is
- 24:13Speaker 3: happening in sport here in this country.
- 24:16Speaker 10: Because this is Australia. I mean we should be able
- 24:20Speaker 10: to speak freely. You know, obviously freely doesn't mean that
- 24:24Speaker 10: we offend anyone or we break any rules. But if
- 24:29Speaker 10: the influence like this happen in the Australia, then maybe
- 24:36Speaker 10: next will influence will be influenced into the Australians, not
- 24:40Speaker 10: just you know, the Tawanese in Australians.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Well said, and we've seen how Chinese foreign influence has
- 24:47Speaker 3: already taken a hold in education institutions and other places.
- 24:51Speaker 3: Grace who thank you for sharing your story. Appreciate your time.
- 24:54Speaker 10: Thank you, thank you so much for having me and
- 24:55Speaker 10: me And we.
- 24:56Speaker 3: Did contact the Asian Football Confederation, who's the pokeswoman told
- 25:00Speaker 3: us that the matter is currently being looked into. Still
- 25:04Speaker 3: to come, lefties losing it and Donald Trump is already
- 25:08Speaker 3: claiming victory in the US war against Iran. John Heinereko
- 25:12Speaker 3: will join me next, Welcome back. I'm Caroline Marcus filling
- 25:25Speaker 3: in for Rita. And now it's time for lefties losing it.
- 25:28Speaker 3: Let's begin with the useful idiots in the West who
- 25:31Speaker 3: are downright ignorant about the evil of the Iranian regime,
- 25:36Speaker 3: but they don't let that stop them from opposing the war.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Do you support President Trump's actions?
- 25:41Speaker 12: Absolutely not.
- 25:42Speaker 7: I think he's disgusting. He's disgusting for wanting to protect America.
- 25:46Speaker 3: I don't really care what he does to protect America.
- 25:49Speaker 7: I don't care.
- 25:49Speaker 12: You don't care if I ran, our enemy has a
- 25:52Speaker 12: nuclear bomb.
- 25:52Speaker 3: Iran is not my enemy.
- 25:54Speaker 7: Number one.
- 25:54Speaker 3: I don't know those people. I have never been to
- 25:56Speaker 3: that country.
- 25:56Speaker 7: How someone my enemy?
- 25:57Speaker 3: And I don't know that if America is killing people
- 25:59Speaker 3: in Iran, like what difference?
- 26:00Speaker 12: So people that America get killed, that might mean you die.
- 26:05Speaker 3: And the sad thing is some of these people vote.
- 26:07Speaker 3: Now watch as US Republican Senator for Florida Rick Scott
- 26:11Speaker 3: shuts down this feminist who was wearing a piece with
- 26:15Speaker 3: around T shirt.
- 26:17Speaker 5: The U.
- 26:17Speaker 3: S Intelligence said that there was no threat from Iran.
- 26:21Speaker 3: It's not true.
- 26:21Speaker 8: Have you not followed the news?
- 26:23Speaker 3: They yeah, we're seeing something like that. And actually there's
- 26:30Speaker 3: the long weapons and trying to build nucle weapons, So
- 26:32Speaker 3: they want to destroy America and we shouldn't take them seriously.
- 26:35Speaker 4: They were attacked, are you they were attacked by the US?
- 26:39Speaker 7: Dumb?
- 26:41Speaker 3: And she said, don't worry everyone, they were just slogans.
- 26:45Speaker 3: They didn't mean it. I'll answer that question for you, senator,
- 26:48Speaker 3: very dumb. Now there's this liberal student who walked out
- 26:52Speaker 3: of a debate with an Iranian dissident after being confronted
- 26:56Speaker 3: with her own hypocrisy.
- 26:58Speaker 9: So why do you think people were so loud of Palestine?
- 27:01Speaker 9: Was so silence on your own?
- 27:02Speaker 13: A lot of factors.
- 27:03Speaker 9: I think, for a second, if you get rid of
- 27:05Speaker 9: the Islamic Republic, then you will have a much more
- 27:07Speaker 9: peaceful me deleas both for Iranians and for Palestinians. So
- 27:10Speaker 9: I don't think his road is a problem.
- 27:11Speaker 10: I'm gonna cut here.
- 27:13Speaker 3: I can't have a good face debit about this.
- 27:15Speaker 7: I'm sorry.
- 27:17Speaker 3: Fact they can be so inconvenient. Meanwhile, this American student
- 27:21Speaker 3: actually believes President Trump is as oppressive as the Ayatola.
- 27:26Speaker 13: Would you go to jail for leaving the house without
- 27:28Speaker 13: your husband's permission here in America? No, But again, it's
- 27:32Speaker 13: a different kind of oppression. His treatment of women is horrific.
- 27:37Speaker 13: Anything in the Epstein files. There is just so much happening,
- 27:42Speaker 13: all of the crimes that he has been accused of.
- 27:45Speaker 13: We're talking about laws and policies under these governments, yes,
- 27:49Speaker 13: but laws and policies are not the only way.
- 27:53Speaker 3: And here's a British Karen lecturing actual Iranians about the
- 27:57Speaker 3: Iranian regime.
- 27:59Speaker 7: Ohne, British preteraneans.
- 28:19Speaker 3: Now let's return to the show which provides endless content
- 28:22Speaker 3: for this program, The View. Here's co host Joy Behar
- 28:26Speaker 3: calling into question the First Lady's citizenship in a desperate
- 28:30Speaker 3: bid to drum up opposition to voter id laws.
- 28:34Speaker 14: Alania supposed to register.
- 28:38Speaker 7: I mean, she's not even I wonder if she's a citizen.
- 28:41Speaker 10: She is, her name doesn't match her name now like mine.
- 28:47Speaker 3: So Milania anglicizing her name as a teenage model and
- 28:51Speaker 3: then taking her husband's name when she married makes her Unamerican.
- 28:55Speaker 3: How And last night we told you how CNN had
- 28:58Speaker 3: come under fire for beenning an Isis inspired attempted bombing
- 29:03Speaker 3: in New York into a human interest story. Now it's
- 29:06Speaker 3: senior political commentator Anna Navarro has been caught out lying
- 29:11Speaker 3: that the suspect's target was Maya Zor and mom Danny.
- 29:16Speaker 14: Supposedly, some of these comments are as a result of
- 29:19Speaker 14: the attempt against against Mayor Mandani in New York who
- 29:25Speaker 14: was raised Muslim?
- 29:26Speaker 7: Was he not himself?
- 29:28Speaker 14: So they're being anti Muslim to defend and they're finally
- 29:31Speaker 14: defending Mandani over something.
- 29:34Speaker 2: The attack wasn't on Mayor mum Dannie protest.
- 29:37Speaker 3: It was.
- 29:38Speaker 11: It was attacking protesters people protesting.
- 29:41Speaker 2: It wasn't it was. To frame it as an anti
- 29:43Speaker 2: Muslim attack would actually completely reverse what happened.
- 29:47Speaker 3: And then the same CNN panel asks what this islam
- 29:51Speaker 3: Is inspired attack has to do with well.
- 29:54Speaker 15: Islam, I would say, we've had two terrorist attacks here
- 29:57Speaker 15: in the last.
- 29:58Speaker 9: Ten days, so can we condemn those?
- 30:02Speaker 12: Why are we? Of course, what does that have to
- 30:04Speaker 12: do with What does that have to do with Muslims?
- 30:06Speaker 3: There is a radical strain of islam terrorist attacks. Truly,
- 30:12Speaker 3: you cannot despise the left media enough. Meanwhile, there's been
- 30:16Speaker 3: an update in the case against an American TikToker who
- 30:20Speaker 3: calls last August for MAGA supporters to be shot on site.
- 30:25Speaker 10: So I would like to start a new movement called sea, Maga, maga.
- 30:29Speaker 5: So if we all get our guns and use our
- 30:32Speaker 5: Second Amendment rate at our common sense.
- 30:34Speaker 7: At this point, this administration.
- 30:35Speaker 12: Is begging us to rise up and revolt.
- 30:38Speaker 7: And you see somebody with a nagah give you. That's
- 30:41Speaker 7: what we do. That's the way way.
- 30:45Speaker 3: Naga people deserve to be terrified and scared to walk
- 30:48Speaker 3: in the streets because they should know that real Americans
- 30:50Speaker 3: are going to A federal drury this week found Desiree
- 30:55Speaker 3: Dreen's Sagari guilty of making threats to injure. She now
- 30:58Speaker 3: faces a maximum five years jail. I think Desiree just
- 31:02Speaker 3: discovered the meaning of f around and find out. Joining
- 31:07Speaker 3: me now is center of the American Experiment, President and
- 31:11Speaker 3: co founder of the power Line blog, John Heindereker. John,
- 31:15Speaker 3: thanks for joining me. Let's start with President Donald Trump,
- 31:19Speaker 3: who held a rally earlier today where he declared the
- 31:22Speaker 3: United States has already won the war in Iran. Here's
- 31:26Speaker 3: that moment.
- 31:28Speaker 2: We've won.
- 31:28Speaker 5: Let me tell it, we've won.
- 31:30Speaker 11: You know, you'd never like to say too early you won.
- 31:33Speaker 9: We want the best in the.
- 31:34Speaker 11: First hour it was over.
- 31:36Speaker 7: But oil prices are already coming back down, and it's
- 31:39Speaker 7: going to come down.
- 31:40Speaker 2: But we're not living until that job is finished, and
- 31:43Speaker 2: it's going to be very fast, going to be very fast.
- 31:45Speaker 4: We don't want to leave early, do we.
- 31:48Speaker 2: We got to finish the.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Job, right, Trump says the United States a United States
- 31:54Speaker 3: has knocked out fifty eight Iranian naval ships and signal
- 31:58Speaker 3: the fight will continue for now. John, do you think
- 32:01Speaker 3: the president is right? Can we say that the US
- 32:03Speaker 3: has already won this war?
- 32:07Speaker 11: Well, that's probably an overstatement, but it really depends on
- 32:10Speaker 11: what our objectives are. The primary objective is to devastate
- 32:14Speaker 11: Iran's leadership and its military capabilities so that for the
- 32:19Speaker 11: foreseeable future it won't be able to threaten the United
- 32:22Speaker 11: States or its own neighbors, and that objective is certainly
- 32:26Speaker 11: being achieved. My own opinion is that to eliminate the
- 32:29Speaker 11: threat from Iran long term, we need to do away
- 32:33Speaker 11: with the radical Islamic regime. If it remains in place,
- 32:37Speaker 11: it will go back to building up its military, it
- 32:40Speaker 11: will continue seeking nuclear weapons, it will continue to threaten US.
- 32:44Speaker 7: So to the.
- 32:45Speaker 11: Extent that is the goal. It has not been achieved,
- 32:48Speaker 11: but I hope it will be.
- 32:50Speaker 3: Yeah, I think you're right. The regime does need to change,
- 32:53Speaker 3: but we haven't seen the new Supreme leader. He hasn't
- 32:57Speaker 3: been brave enough, I guess to front topp or maybe
- 32:59Speaker 3: he the injuries were more severe than the regime is
- 33:02Speaker 3: letting out that he apparently sustains, so I think we
- 33:05Speaker 3: have to see him first before the United States and
- 33:08Speaker 3: Israel can possibly take him out to Darra reports. The
- 33:11Speaker 3: FBI issued an urgent warning to police across California of
- 33:16Speaker 3: a potential Iranian drone strike on that state. The bureau
- 33:20Speaker 3: said agents had intelligence that drones could be sent from
- 33:25Speaker 3: an unidentified vessel off the American coastline. The FBI alert added,
- 33:31Speaker 3: we have no additional information on the timing, method, target,
- 33:35Speaker 3: or perpetrators of this alleged attack. John President Trump has
- 33:40Speaker 3: come out and said he's not worried about Iranian attacks
- 33:44Speaker 3: on American soil, but there's intelligence would suggest that there
- 33:49Speaker 3: is cause for concern.
- 33:51Speaker 11: Well, there is guys for concern, but at this point,
- 33:54Speaker 11: we don't have any idea whether there really are Iranian
- 33:57Speaker 11: vessels somewhere on the Pacific that are preparing to send
- 34:01Speaker 11: drones to California or not. It sounds far fetched and
- 34:05Speaker 11: I doubt it but we don't know. In my opinion,
- 34:08Speaker 11: this just reinforces the fact that we should have dealt
- 34:11Speaker 11: decisively with the Islamic regime in Iran a long time
- 34:17Speaker 11: ago before they acquire this kind of military technology.
- 34:22Speaker 3: Yeah, it is at least something is happening about it now,
- 34:25Speaker 3: but it has been allowed to continue for too long
- 34:28Speaker 3: under previous administrations. Iran, though, has officially pulled out of
- 34:33Speaker 3: this year's World Cup over its war with the tournament's
- 34:36Speaker 3: host nation, the United States. Iran's sports minister took to
- 34:40Speaker 3: state television to confirm the withdrawal, saying, since this corrupt
- 34:45Speaker 3: government assassinated our leader, we have no conditions under which
- 34:50Speaker 3: we can participate in the World Cup. John That comes
- 34:54Speaker 3: after President Trump told FIFA representatives Tuesday Iran was welcomed
- 35:00Speaker 3: to play in the tournament. But I wonder how much
- 35:02Speaker 3: concern the regime also had about players defecting to the
- 35:07Speaker 3: US like they did all the other co host nations,
- 35:10Speaker 3: like players did here in Australia at the Asian Women's Cup,
- 35:16Speaker 3: where six players from the Iranian team accepted humanitarian visas
- 35:20Speaker 3: from our government, and Donald Trump even said he would
- 35:24Speaker 3: take those players if Australia didn't.
- 35:28Speaker 11: Yeah, that's been a big story here in the US, Caroline.
- 35:31Speaker 11: I think this is an example of a decision that's
- 35:33Speaker 11: probably overdetermined. I don't blame the regime in Iran for
- 35:38Speaker 11: saying they won't play in the United States, but I'm
- 35:40Speaker 11: also sure that if their team were to come here,
- 35:44Speaker 11: there would be defections to the United States, just as
- 35:48Speaker 11: there were defections to Australia.
- 35:51Speaker 3: And I would have to say John that there have
- 35:53Speaker 3: been all these reports, as you might have seen this week,
- 35:55Speaker 3: that the Iranian regime had minders that were linked to
- 36:00Speaker 3: came with the team you don't want. I'm guessing the
- 36:03Speaker 3: United States don't really want those people in the country either.
- 36:06Speaker 3: I mean, the players themselves may not be related to
- 36:08Speaker 3: the regime, might be anti regime themselves, but a lot
- 36:11Speaker 3: of the people associated with the team are still could
- 36:14Speaker 3: be risks.
- 36:16Speaker 11: Well, there's no doubt that that's true, and I don't
- 36:19Speaker 11: think they could do any harm here, but those minders
- 36:22Speaker 11: certainly would not be particularly welcome in the US.
- 36:25Speaker 3: Yeah, they weren't here either. Let me tell you now,
- 36:28Speaker 3: let's talk about the former First Lady, Jill Biden. She's
- 36:31Speaker 3: set to release a tell all memoir later this year
- 36:34Speaker 3: about her husband Joe Biden's decision to exit the twenty
- 36:38Speaker 3: twenty four presidential race. Missus Biden told that or I
- 36:42Speaker 3: should say doctor Biden. She prefers that, doesn't she She
- 36:45Speaker 3: told the Associated Press she wanted to set the record straight.
- 36:49Speaker 4: Here she is View from the East Wing is an
- 36:52Speaker 4: account of my time as first Lady. Parts of this
- 36:55Speaker 4: story have been told, but not all of it. I
- 36:59Speaker 4: also reflect on how this chapter in our lives came
- 37:01Speaker 4: to a close when Joe made the unprecedented decision not
- 37:06Speaker 4: to seek reelection and pass the torch.
- 37:09Speaker 12: Let's set the record, street.
- 37:11Speaker 3: John, Are you expecting this memoir two set any record
- 37:15Speaker 3: straight about Biden's cognitive decline, or like me, do you
- 37:18Speaker 3: think it will just be more of a cover up?
- 37:21Speaker 11: Caroline, Joe Biden's memoir won't set anything straight because she
- 37:25Speaker 11: was a key player in the story. Most people think
- 37:28Speaker 11: that it was disgraceful for her, as Biden's wife, to
- 37:33Speaker 11: keep pushing her husband out in public when she knew
- 37:36Speaker 11: better than anyone how poor his condition was. And also
- 37:40Speaker 11: she may well have been making executive decisions in the
- 37:44Speaker 11: latter part of the Biden administration, so she's a key
- 37:48Speaker 11: player here, and we are not going to get any
- 37:50Speaker 11: kind of a straight story from her.
- 37:52Speaker 3: No, I say it will not enlighten anyone on what
- 37:56Speaker 3: actually was going on. An incredible exchange on fold During
- 38:00Speaker 3: a Senate Budget Committee hearing this week, Republican Senator Bernie
- 38:04Speaker 3: Marino pressed former Barden advisor Brendan Duke on whether illegal
- 38:09Speaker 3: immigration into the United States should be considered a crime,
- 38:14Speaker 3: and this was his response.
- 38:16Speaker 16: Do you think it should be a crime to enter
- 38:19Speaker 16: the country illegally?
- 38:23Speaker 12: I don't. I don't know anything about this.
- 38:26Speaker 10: I'm here.
- 38:28Speaker 4: You don't have to look.
- 38:29Speaker 16: I'm not a lawyer. You't have to be a lawyer.
- 38:30Speaker 3: It's a simple question. Do you have a home?
- 38:33Speaker 7: Ay?
- 38:33Speaker 4: Right?
- 38:35Speaker 16: Do you have a place that you sleep in?
- 38:37Speaker 7: Okay?
- 38:38Speaker 16: Is should it be a crime for people to enter
- 38:40Speaker 16: your home without permission? Yes, you're pretty certain on that one, okay.
- 38:46Speaker 16: But you're not sure if it's okay to enter America
- 38:49Speaker 16: without permission, which is our home. By the way, you
- 38:53Speaker 16: don't know about America, John.
- 38:56Speaker 3: This person was a senior policy advisor in the previous administration.
- 39:01Speaker 3: Is it any wonder then, that illegal immigration got so
- 39:05Speaker 3: out of control?
- 39:07Speaker 11: Yeah? Should illegal immigration be a crime. I mean, the
- 39:10Speaker 11: question pretty much answers itself, doesn't it. Entering the country
- 39:14Speaker 11: illegally is a crime under Title eight of the US Code,
- 39:18Speaker 11: Section thirteen twenty five. It's punishable by six months in prison.
- 39:22Speaker 11: But the Biden administration did not uphold that law. They
- 39:25Speaker 11: invited millions of illegal immigrants to enter the country. They
- 39:29Speaker 11: gave them cell phones, they bought them plane tickets, and
- 39:33Speaker 11: they put them up in hotels around the country. So
- 39:36Speaker 11: it's no wonder that the people who served in the
- 39:38Speaker 11: Biden administration, like that witness, don't want to answer the
- 39:41Speaker 11: question and say that illegal immigration should be and is
- 39:45Speaker 11: in fact a crime.
- 39:47Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 39:47Speaker 3: I suspect they do know the answer to that question,
- 39:50Speaker 3: but it would be a little bit revealing if they
- 39:53Speaker 3: were to give it about her about their own policies.
- 39:56Speaker 3: Speaking of immigration, a US appeals court has in to
- 40:00Speaker 3: be into the last minute to greenlight Trump's third country
- 40:04Speaker 3: deportation policy. The case is all but certain now to
- 40:08Speaker 3: be sent to the High Court for a full review
- 40:11Speaker 3: on its merits. John tell us what this law is
- 40:14Speaker 3: all about.
- 40:16Speaker 11: So the issue that was involved in this case arises
- 40:18Speaker 11: when there's an illegal alien who has a deportation order,
- 40:23Speaker 11: but we can't send him to the country where he
- 40:26Speaker 11: is a citizen. Maybe we don't have a treaty with
- 40:28Speaker 11: that country, or maybe he had faced persecution there. So
- 40:32Speaker 11: the Trump administration has been sending those people to a
- 40:36Speaker 11: third country that has agreed to take them. Now, what
- 40:39Speaker 11: happened here is that a district court judge in Massachusetts
- 40:43Speaker 11: held that that policy is illegal and entered an order
- 40:47Speaker 11: barring those third party deportations. That order was supposed to
- 40:52Speaker 11: go into effect tomorrow. Today, the First Circuit Court of
- 40:56Speaker 11: Appeals issued a very brief order that just stayed imple
- 41:00Speaker 11: mentation of that district court order, and that means that
- 41:04Speaker 11: those third party deportations can continue while the case is
- 41:08Speaker 11: fought out on the merits.
- 41:10Speaker 3: Okay, well, it'll be interesting to see what happens there
- 41:13Speaker 3: because in Australia we've had many of the same sort
- 41:15Speaker 3: of legal struggles over what to do with illegal citizens
- 41:19Speaker 3: or people who are meant to get deported here back
- 41:22Speaker 3: to home countries but can't. So we'll be watching closely.
- 41:24Speaker 3: John Heinereka, thanks so much for your time.
- 41:28Speaker 11: Always great to be with you.
- 41:46Speaker 3: Welcome back. Joining me now is celebrity and royal commentator
- 41:50Speaker 3: Kinsey schofields Kinsey, great to have you on again. Let's
- 41:53Speaker 3: return to the topic of Meghan and Harry's upcoming visit
- 41:56Speaker 3: to Australia, which we spoke about earlier in the week,
- 41:59Speaker 3: but more details have come to light now about that trip,
- 42:03Speaker 3: including revelations Megan will host a girl's weekend retreat at
- 42:08Speaker 3: Sydney's Couljie Beach. Tickets start at a modest twenty seven
- 42:12Speaker 3: hundred dollars per person and spots are limited to three
- 42:15Speaker 3: hundred places. Kinsey. This weekend will apparently include women's coaching,
- 42:21Speaker 3: sound healing, yoga and the Highlight and in person conversation
- 42:25Speaker 3: with the Duchess of Sussex herself. I mean, I just
- 42:28Speaker 3: can't believe they will be able to find three hundred
- 42:31Speaker 3: women willing to part with almost three thousand dollars for this.
- 42:35Speaker 15: Well, you know, thankfully Megan Mark grew up in Hollywood,
- 42:39Speaker 15: where hiring extras are seat fillers is a go to
- 42:43Speaker 15: to avoid looking like you failed miserably at something, so
- 42:47Speaker 15: who knows there might not be an empty seat in
- 42:49Speaker 15: the house, But honestly, who would pay three thousand dollars
- 42:52Speaker 15: for quotes like you have to anchor yourself in your
- 42:56Speaker 15: own knowing, or my bacon brings all the balls to
- 43:00Speaker 15: the yard. I would pay three thousand dollars for a
- 43:04Speaker 15: grifter's guide to making millions off of Netflix and Spotify
- 43:07Speaker 15: while doing the bare minimum. I would definitely pay three
- 43:10Speaker 15: thousand dollars for a lesson on how to trap a prince.
- 43:13Speaker 12: But that's not what these ladies will get.
- 43:16Speaker 15: They'll get Megan transferring one bag of pretzels into another
- 43:19Speaker 15: bag of pretzels and calling it an elevated experience.
- 43:23Speaker 3: Oh gosh, I remember that from her show. That was
- 43:26Speaker 3: so painful. I mean, you couldn't pay me three thousand
- 43:28Speaker 3: dollars to attend this event unless I could do the
- 43:31Speaker 3: inside scoop on it. Maybe I should pitch that. Royal
- 43:34Speaker 3: expert Richard Kay has claimed Princess Diana was preparing her
- 43:38Speaker 3: youngest son, Prince Harry, to be the king, preferencing him
- 43:42Speaker 3: over the shy Prince William, who Diana felt wasn't interested
- 43:46Speaker 3: in the top job. Kinsy. Look, we have a lot
- 43:49Speaker 3: of respect for the late Princess Diana in this country,
- 43:53Speaker 3: but man, did she get that one wrong.
- 43:56Speaker 15: Yeah, I'm allergic to this story. Are we really expected
- 44:00Speaker 15: to trust her judgment? Diana died in the backseat of
- 44:03Speaker 15: a car with a guy who was engaged to another woman.
- 44:07Speaker 12: Another one of her.
- 44:08Speaker 15: Ex lovers wrote to tell all about her titled Princess
- 44:11Speaker 15: in Love airing all of their dirty laundry Prince Charles period.
- 44:14Speaker 15: I mean, I don't even have to go into that one.
- 44:16Speaker 15: Her poor judgment in men should be studied in classrooms.
- 44:20Speaker 15: Harry is right where he should be taking pictures with
- 44:23Speaker 15: paying customers, Lay's Mickey Mouse Yes.
- 44:27Speaker 3: And doing tours to Australia where his wife child is
- 44:30Speaker 3: three thousand dollars for women's retreats. I mean, I think
- 44:33Speaker 3: you're right. Hollywood insiders have revealed some news about another
- 44:38Speaker 3: former royal, Sarah Ferguson. She's failed to land a book
- 44:42Speaker 3: deal in the US, with major publishing houses apparently uninterested
- 44:47Speaker 3: in the disgraced former Duchess of York's plans for a
- 44:50Speaker 3: tell all memoir Kinsey. She reportedly had hopes that she
- 44:55Speaker 3: would make a one point five billion pound book deal
- 44:59Speaker 3: out of the but apparently no takers in helping her
- 45:02Speaker 3: cash in on the Epstein scandal that involved her ex husband.
- 45:06Speaker 3: The former Prince Andrew.
- 45:09Speaker 15: I have some serious doubts about this headline, and I'd
- 45:12Speaker 15: be curious to know your thoughts too. I mean, don't
- 45:14Speaker 15: forget the shameless American publishing house that brought you if
- 45:19Speaker 15: I did it written by none other than OJ Simpson.
- 45:23Speaker 12: I mean, are we.
- 45:24Speaker 15: Really expected to believe that there are some people that
- 45:27Speaker 15: are too hot to touch mark my words?
- 45:30Speaker 12: Fergie will get her book deal.
- 45:32Speaker 15: Fergie's gossip goes well beyond Jeffrey Epstein.
- 45:36Speaker 12: She could make the Royal.
- 45:37Speaker 15: Family's life very uncomfortable if she revisited the nineties. We
- 45:41Speaker 15: were just talking about Diana, remember when her and Diana
- 45:45Speaker 15: were scheming to leave Charles and Andrew at the exact
- 45:47Speaker 15: same time because they wanted to make the Royal family
- 45:50Speaker 15: look horrible. She's got a lot of secrets and I
- 45:54Speaker 15: think inevitably she will get her way here.
- 45:56Speaker 3: Well, and there was a whole toe sucking scandal. I mean,
- 45:59Speaker 3: I'm sorry to bring that up for people at home.
- 46:01Speaker 3: It's not the best to conversation to hasual. I'm not
- 46:07Speaker 3: the best visual. You're right, Kinzie, but you know I
- 46:10Speaker 3: think that I don't know if we would see her
- 46:12Speaker 3: actually reveal much about what really went on with the
- 46:16Speaker 3: former Prince Andrew's relationship with Epstein or reveal much about
- 46:21Speaker 3: relations I have a feeling she just try and whitewash everything,
- 46:24Speaker 3: and maybe that was the concern from the publishers here,
- 46:27Speaker 3: but you're right. It's unusual for them to knock something
- 46:30Speaker 3: like that. I mean, someone published Harry's book after all.
- 46:33Speaker 12: Spare and talk about whitewashing.
- 46:36Speaker 15: But you're right because remember in Bill Clinton's autobiography, he
- 46:40Speaker 15: completely whitewashes the Monica Lewinsky Cybert. So there is I'm
- 46:44Speaker 15: sure concern about that, but it doesn't stop people from
- 46:47Speaker 15: publishing the book because they can tease us and we
- 46:51Speaker 15: pre order it at We're disappointed, but the whitewashing still
- 46:55Speaker 15: sells in some capacity.
- 46:57Speaker 3: Yeah, it's curious you have given me pause for I mean,
- 47:00Speaker 3: someone has published Jill Biden's memoir after all, so there
- 47:04Speaker 3: you go, point prove it.
- 47:05Speaker 7: I guess.
- 47:06Speaker 3: Kithley sing a songwriter Gwen Stefani. She's opened up about
- 47:10Speaker 3: her conversion to Christianity at the age of forty four.
- 47:14Speaker 3: She had her third child then and she has called
- 47:17Speaker 3: that experience her first miracle. Here she is talking about it.
- 47:22Speaker 12: My oldest boy Kingston comes up to me.
- 47:24Speaker 15: He said, Mommy, I just I really want you to
- 47:27Speaker 15: have a baby.
- 47:28Speaker 12: I really want you to have her.
- 47:28Speaker 4: So I'm sorry, I'm your mom is too old to
- 47:31Speaker 4: have a baby now.
- 47:32Speaker 12: And he was like, please go and let my mom
- 47:34Speaker 12: have a baby.
- 47:35Speaker 3: And he was doing it every night.
- 47:36Speaker 12: And I never asked him to do that. I never
- 47:38Speaker 12: taught him.
- 47:39Speaker 15: That really, And I think it was like four weeks
- 47:43Speaker 15: later and I was pregnant with Apollo Kinsey.
- 47:46Speaker 3: She has already been attacked by some fans, but undergoing
- 47:50Speaker 3: what they call a maga makeova over her association with
- 47:54Speaker 3: a prayer app which Jade Vance had been involved in
- 47:57Speaker 3: and has been doesn't seem like everyone in Hollywood is
- 48:01Speaker 3: too happy about Steffani's faith journey.
- 48:04Speaker 12: When Stefani is almost sixty years old.
- 48:07Speaker 15: You can't tell me that Jesus isn't responsible for whatever
- 48:10Speaker 15: the Benjamin button is going on there.
- 48:13Speaker 12: She looks unreal.
- 48:14Speaker 3: I had no plastic surgeons. I have to just throw
- 48:18Speaker 3: it out there.
- 48:18Speaker 15: Maybe Jesus, maybe Jesus touches those hands, Maybe Jesus is
- 48:22Speaker 15: in the room with them. When we're done, I'm canceling
- 48:25Speaker 15: my botox appointment and I'm downloading the Prayer app because
- 48:29Speaker 15: she looks unbelievable for me, Chris Jenner could never Chris
- 48:33Speaker 15: Jenner's got a great new face too, But I still
- 48:35Speaker 15: think that Gwen Stefani looks like she's a twenty five
- 48:38Speaker 15: year old woman, and I don't understand how that's real.
- 48:40Speaker 3: Before you go, Jennifer Lopez has gushed about how happy
- 48:44Speaker 3: and free she feels two years after her divorce from
- 48:47Speaker 3: Ben Affleck. There split marked her fourth divorce. Kinsey jay
- 48:52Speaker 3: Loo says she feels free for the first time in
- 48:54Speaker 3: her life. How long do you think before we see
- 48:56Speaker 3: her with husband number five?
- 48:59Speaker 12: That's a great question.
- 49:00Speaker 15: I don't know the answer to that, but what I
- 49:02Speaker 15: can tell you is, just a month ago we spotted
- 49:05Speaker 15: j Lo and Ben Affleck kissing.
- 49:08Speaker 12: And holding hands around Hollywood. So is that ordeal even
- 49:13Speaker 12: over yet?
- 49:14Speaker 3: Boy?
- 49:14Speaker 12: Are these two complicated? And I live for the drama.
- 49:17Speaker 3: Yeah, they haven't seemed to be able to stay apart
- 49:19Speaker 3: from each other. They remarried, and now you're intel about
- 49:23Speaker 3: holding hands. Well, I guess we will just have to
- 49:26Speaker 3: watch and see. Kinsey Schofield, thanks for your time. That's
- 49:30Speaker 3: it for me. Up next Isney's line
