Big recall alert: 48,700 Brookstone tabletop fire pits are being pulled over a deadly safety hazard. Flames can unexpectedly shoot out—especially if alcohol spills—causing serious burns or even death. Models BSFIREPIT01, BSFIREPIT02, and BSFIREPIT03 were sold at Macy’s, T.J. Maxx, and online from Feb 2023 to Dec 2024 for $20–$25. Two people suffered severe burns after incidents.
