• 0:15
Good morning, Dusters. Welcome to the live stream.
• 0:17
Hold on, let's get that moved over.
• 0:19
There we go. That's my UFD water bottle.
• 0:22
Welcome to the corral. Welcome to the basement.
• 0:24
Hope everybody had a great Easter.
• 0:26
If you celebrate Easter, those of you who didn't, I hope you
• 0:29
had a great weekend. We've got some exciting news
• 0:32
developing for our project Unicorn Fart dust on top of the
• 0:36
fact that we got the coolest merch shop around on on top of
• 0:40
the fact that we have our own coffee brand.
• 0:43
Yes, there's even more. We're going to get to that a
• 0:46
little bit later, but first we're going to talk about big,
• 0:48
exciting news in the world of crypto in general and some
• 0:52
really scary bad news about the world of crypto in general, but
• 0:57
why in the long run, it will be great news for our Unicorn fart
• 1:02
dust project. Look, Charles Schwab, right?
• 1:04
The huge financial services company is making massive moves
• 1:09
into crypto. We got 2 short clips we're going
• 1:12
to look at, and then we're going to talk about why this is so
• 1:15
important and why it's a big deal for our project.
• 1:19
Crypto Rs put out this little one minute clip from from Schwab
• 1:24
saying only 5% own crypto but access is about to open.
• 1:29
Charles Schwab CEO Rick Wurster jet says just 5% of Schwab's
• 1:34
38,000,038 million accounts hold on one second have crypto
• 1:40
exposure and many are holding it outside Schwab today.
• 1:45
That's the set up in Schwab plans to launch crypto trading
• 1:49
in the next few months. Listen to this from our friend
• 1:53
Rick over at Schwab. This is good.
• 1:55
Let's talk more broadly long term on digital assets.
• 1:59
You mentioned at the top, younger investors are are more
• 2:01
predisposed to own things like crypto do.
• 2:03
Do you have a figure? What portion of the 38 million
• 2:06
client accounts you have do have exposure already to crypto?
• 2:09
About 5% of our clients have exposure to crypto at Schwab and
• 2:13
we also know there's a lot of Schwab clients that hold spot
• 2:16
crypto and they they hold it at you know Coinbase or Robin Hood
• 2:19
because we actually today don't have spot crypto.
• 2:22
We'll have it in the next several months, but we have not
• 2:24
had it. And so our clients have
• 2:25
participated in crypto and one of several ways, they bought one
• 2:29
of the ETF crypto ETFs, they've bought Bitcoin futures, they
• 2:34
bought closed end funds where they purchased an equity that
• 2:37
closely tracks Bitcoin. And when we look at that, it's,
• 2:39
it's about 5% of our clients that, that hold such an asset.
• 2:42
And it's higher among our young clients and lower among our, our
• 2:45
older clients. We are excited to launch spot
• 2:47
crypto here in the next few months.
• 2:49
And I think that will be engaging in some of our clients.
• 2:51
We have a lot of clients that come to us and say, hey, hold my
• 2:53
spot crypto, you know, at this other firm, I've got the rest of
• 2:55
my assets at Schwab. I'd sure love to have them all
• 2:57
together. And I've been looking forward to
• 2:59
the day when we can say we'll bring it on over and keep it all
• 3:01
in one place. Let's talk more broadly.
• 3:03
Hold on. Here, Yeah, I'm looking forward
• 3:06
to that day as well because it's going to bring a wave of new
• 3:09
people into crypto. I'm going to go on a soapbox
• 3:12
here in a little bit. However, let's watch another
• 3:15
because there's even more breaking news from Schwab.
• 3:19
Charles Schwab, 38 million accounts, $11 trillion of assets
• 3:26
under management and they said something very interesting to
• 3:29
CNBC this morning. They want to be the largest bit
• 3:33
world's largest Bitcoin and crypto exchange.
• 3:37
Let's give this a quick listen and sign.
• 3:40
The Genius Bill today into law. Well, we've, we've, our clients
• 3:44
are invested in crypto today. In fact, our clients hold more
• 3:47
than 20% of the exchange traded product crypto, crypto in the,
• 3:51
in the entire industry. So they're, they're invested.
• 3:53
It's still only about 25 billion out of the $10.8 trillion that
• 3:57
our clients have. So it's still relatively small,
• 3:59
but we, our clients own a big part of the market.
• 4:01
We also anticipate launching Bitcoin and Ether sometime soon,
• 4:05
so their clients have access to that.
• 4:06
And and we think that'll be an acceleration of our growth
• 4:09
because what we hear from many of our clients are that they
• 4:11
have 98% of their wealth here at Schwab and they might hold a
• 4:13
percent or 2% at some. Digital.
• 4:15
I know, I know. I'm sorry guys, it's hard to
• 4:17
hear. To Schwab, because they trust
• 4:19
us, they wanted to sit alongside.
• 4:20
Their OK basically so we. Think we'll see some real growth
• 4:23
when we bring those to market. So you would be directly
• 4:25
competing then with like a Coinbase on that front?
• 4:30
OK, I'll pause it. Sorry for the volume.
• 4:33
I don't know what's wrong. I tried to turn it up halfway
• 4:35
through, but regardless what he's telling us is, hold on
• 4:42
here, the computer's here. We up, up, up.
• 4:50
I'm all over the place. We've got Charles Schwab talking
• 4:54
about being like a major, the world's biggest crypto exchange
• 4:58
competing with Coinbase. OK, Charles Schwab bringing
• 5:02
crypto trading online within the next few months.
• 5:06
This is good for overall crypto. This is good for Unicorn fart
• 5:11
dust because we've been doing everything right.
• 5:14
But there's one more quick one I just found right before we went
• 5:17
  live. Hold on here.
• 5:21
  Oh, shoot. Hold on, guys.
• 5:25
There we go. All right, let's go out here to
• 5:31
this one from Kyle Chassis, who's calling an institutional
• 5:37
floor. OK, Morgan Stanley just opened
• 5:40
the door to Bitcoin exposure across 16,000 advisors and $6.2
• 5:46
trillion asset under management that 16,000 quote UN quote,
• 5:50
financial planners, whatever advisors, whatever you want to
• 5:53
call them out there who now can get people into Bitcoin, OK.
• 5:58
This, he says, this is the structure, this creates A
• 6:01
structural bid under the market. Even as whales aggressively
• 6:06
  distribute, something is cooking.
• 6:09
And I'm going to agree with Kyle 100% on that.
• 6:13
And you may or may not agree with me on this, but what we're
• 6:16
seeing from the likes of Charles Schwab, what we're seeing from
• 6:19
Morgan Stanley will be good for overall crypto.
• 6:22
The reality is OK and there's some unbelievable not so good
• 6:27
data about crypto we're going to look at later, but new people
• 6:31
aren't coming to crypto under its current form.
• 6:34
OK That's what the statistics say.
• 6:36
Don't shoot the messenger, OK It's too complicated.
• 6:40
It's I wrote this down right between between the over
• 6:44
complication that normal people OK yeah, sure.
• 6:48
The crypto people love software wallets, all this super
• 6:51
complicated stuff you have to do just to be able to buy crypto,
• 6:55
but the normies don't want that. OK.
• 6:58
And, and the more that the normies can get into Coinbase,
• 7:02
Moon Pay, Charles Schwab, Morgan Stan, these big companies and
• 7:06
get into crypto, it will bring more people into the overall
• 7:10
crypto ecosystem, right? The, the, what, what the, what,
• 7:14
the current, I, I guess you would say regime has done with
• 7:18
crypto over the last 5-7 years between overcomplicating things
• 7:24
and people getting taken advantage of.
• 7:27
Extraction of money isn't working right, You know, and,
• 7:32
and let's face it, the Bitcoin people, I think a lot of them
• 7:35
have have shift that shifted their thinking to liking the big
• 7:38
companies like BlackRock and these others, big institutions
• 7:43
coming in and getting involved in crypto.
• 7:45
It will bring more people into crypto right than what we
• 7:50
currently have more money, more liquidity into the overall
• 7:53
ecosystem. And don't forget, right Unicorn
• 7:56
fart dust our project, you can buy it on Coinbase, OK, so this
• 8:01
is good for us. This is good for overall crypto.
• 8:04
And on top of that, we've we've been proving ourselves for the
• 8:11
last 15 months, almost 16 months that we are safe, we are
• 8:15
  reliable, we are transparent right.
• 8:17
We're amongst a very small handful of mean coin projects
• 8:21
that that that has a stellar reputation and that's well
• 8:25
deserved. I say that with humility.
• 8:27
I say that because of what I've done, but also because of what
• 8:30
you've done. So I think there's some big good
• 8:33
things. Hold on a minute here.
• 8:36
Yeah, we are what's right about crypto.
• 8:39
That's what I wrote down on my notes.
• 8:41
We aren't what's wrong about crypto.
• 8:43
Unicorn fart dust is what's right about crypto.
• 8:46
In crypto. I love it, right?
• 8:48
I'm sure you do too. The whole idea that the basic
• 8:52
ethos, the foundation, the rails that were set forth by the
• 8:56
original founders of crypto are incredible, right?
• 9:00
What Bitcoin did, what Bitcoin accomplished, right was because
• 9:05
it was it was straightforward, it was pretty easy to understand
• 9:09
and it was about the people. It was for the people by the
• 9:13
  people. It was decentralized,
• 9:14
democratized, all that great stuff, a great like option
• 9:19
outside of the paper Fiat Tranfi system and it worked and that's
• 9:23
exactly what we are right now. Sorry, I went on the soapbox,
• 9:26
but after 15 months of being in crypto, I can say at this point
• 9:32
I'm excited about big players coming in and about.
• 9:36
I don't want to use the R word regulation, but let's face it
• 9:40
man, what's going on over the last 8-9 years?
• 9:44
I don't know. To me it sure feels like it's
• 9:46
kind of run its course and Unicorn fart dust, our project
• 9:50
is positioned perfectly to benefit from this.
• 9:54
That's what I believe and I believe that because of you.
• 9:57
And what we've done. Let's talk about some exciting
• 9:58
news in our project as well. We've got something big cooking.
• 10:03
OK, let's go see what we know right now.
• 10:07
But this has to do with a major project and has to do with our
• 10:12
Unicorn fart dust. We're getting news here from
• 10:16
Wildhorn. OK, they say poof Unicorn fart
• 10:21
just just tooted out an independent entertainment brand
• 10:25
all about unicorns, content, collectibles and crypto as
• 10:32
  utility. Unicorn fart dust.
• 10:34
Do you like being? Do you do you like being early

• 10:52
So here, follow us on YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, Blue Sky
• 10:55

• 10:58
variety of content. But then this is exciting guys,
• 11:02
and there's going to be a lot more information coming out.
• 11:05
We got this yesterday from Wildhorn TV.
• 11:09
  Happy Easter everybody this week.
• 11:13
This week Wild Horn will premiere the first spot in our
• 11:17
new animated adventure series. This is getting interesting.
• 11:24
Can you find an Easter egg on our profile?
• 11:26
Where do you think the Wild Horn story will take us?
• 11:29
Reply in the comments. All I can say at this point,
• 11:33
guys, is yeah, this is Wild Horn TV.
• 11:37
And like they used to say in the 80s when I was a little kid,
• 11:40
stay tuned for many, many more exciting developments.
• 11:44
This is going to be a wild ride with Wild Horn TV and you know,
• 11:49
spawned from the community. Super excited to see where this
• 11:54
goes. And it looks like this week
• 11:56
we're going to get another big, big, exciting update.
• 12:00
So thank you Wild Horn TV and all the dusters out there, all
• 12:05
the community members, please, like they said, go check out, go
• 12:08
follow at Wild Horn TV. This is going to be super fun
• 12:12
and super interesting. And then we got this one.
• 12:15
Hold on here. The simple but powerful, that's
• 12:18
what we like within our project. Randy, our old friend.
• 12:22
Randy said this. Time filters out a lot of a lot
• 12:26
of things out. Time filters a lot of things
• 12:29
out. The fact that UFD is still here
• 12:32
with a core group that stays intact speaks volumes.
• 12:37
Yeah, I am. Hold on one second guys.
• 12:44
Wanting to show what Susie? No, I don't see it.
• 12:51
Oh, hold on. Oh, did I forget?
• 12:53
  Yep. Yep.
• 12:54
  Sorry, guys. Thank you.
• 12:55
  Upstairs, Susie. There it is.
• 12:59
You got the point, though. Time filters out many, many
• 13:03
  things. OK, guys.
• 13:05
And that's such a powerful concept.
• 13:06
Look, I'm going to show you some very scary data next, OK?
• 13:11
Actually I got two things I'm going to show you.
• 13:13
But Unicorn fart does this project, this movement, this
• 13:18
connection that we have together in this community is as alive as
• 13:23
it has ever been. And when you take and we don't
• 13:26
even, I don't think we realize that what we've accomplished has
• 13:30
been accomplished in one of the most challenging market
• 13:34
environments in crypto probably and forever, OK, we can hang our
• 13:39
  horns on that. It's unbelievable.
• 13:42
I don't think we realize that we've been like building this.
• 13:46
I don't know, it's kind of like trying to build a house during a
• 13:49
hurricane or something. I mean, what you have done, what
• 13:51
we have done is truly, truly exceptional and shows strength
• 13:57
beyond, I think anything that can be compared.
• 14:00
I mean, our timing was good. Our timing is was what it was,
• 14:04
is what it is. But what we've experienced over
• 14:07
the last year plus in this community in the face of an
• 14:13
incredibly challenging environment is truly second to
• 14:16
none. And we've done it all by leading
• 14:19
by example. Good attracts good, honesty,
• 14:24
integrity, right under promising over delivering.
• 14:28
It's a big, big, big deal. Let's go take a look at this
• 14:32
this look, I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but we
• 14:36
we aren't going to live with our horns buried in the sand.
• 14:39
This one got me yesterday. OK Simon D Dick said.
• 14:42
Remember when I said 1.5 years ago that meme coins were the
• 14:47
worst thing to happen to this industry and everybody called me
• 14:50
stupid for it? Well, I guess I was right.
• 14:52
We burned over 30, 30 million people.
• 14:56
Most of them lost everything and won't come back ever.
• 15:00
We've got some work to do. And look at this chart which
• 15:02
shows traders on the Solana decentralized exchange organic
• 15:09
trends. I mean, look, we, we have done
• 15:13
what we have done in an environment where we went from
• 15:16
30 million all the way down to I don't know, right, very low,
• 15:20
maybe 4,000,005 million. This basically I think our
• 15:24
project was probably started about right here is the
• 15:28
environment that we've been in. And you know what I said it
• 15:31
  earlier and it's what I believe 150%.
• 15:35
Some regulation, some big companies coming in, right,
• 15:39
Coinbase, Charles Schwab, all these big companies that are
• 15:43
coming into crypto now are going to be good for crypto because
• 15:46
they're going to change the environment.
• 15:48
It's going to change from an over complicated environment.
• 15:52
It's going to align things, I think ironically, more with what
• 15:56
maybe are some of the big original ethos of crypto.
• 15:59
Let's be real, OK? Things were overcomplicated,
• 16:03
scammy and a lot of bizarro behavior.
• 16:09
You know, I was at Easter yesterday with a lot of our
• 16:10
family, upper middle class people around my age.
• 16:13
Everybody wants people like like us and crypto, right?
• 16:17
People like you and me, quality people.
• 16:20
That's what's in the Unicorn Bartis community.
• 16:22
But those people, they don't want to set up.
• 16:25
Yeah, OK, here you got you got to set up a software wallet and
• 16:29
you got to do go through this whole process is over
• 16:32
complicated insanity, right, Just to get into crypto.
• 16:36
Oh, and by the way, once you're there, you're everybody's going
• 16:39
to try to scam you. I mean, look, things are
• 16:45
changing and I believe changing in a very, very, very good way
• 16:49
for crypto. And I want to emphasize that our
• 16:52
project is part of that good change.
• 16:55
OK. People said that at the very
• 16:57
beginning when UFD was launched and like you're what crypto
• 17:00
needs, Ron, you know somebody who's who's a reliable and
• 17:05
honest and where people can feel safe.
• 17:08
We've done that. We will continue.
• 17:10
We've done it in an environment that has been extremely
• 17:13
challenging and we've succeeded. OK, you know, the 90 day
• 17:19
performance metrics, all that great stuff.
• 17:21
So keep up the great work Dusters.
• 17:23
Go check out Wild Horn TV, follow them on X follow them on
• 17:27
YouTube. There's going to be some big,
• 17:28
big updates coming out this week.
• 17:31
Have a great day. Thanks for being here in the
• 17:33
basement with me. All right, and I'll see you and
• 17:36
I see you. I'll see you next time.
• 17:37
Be good to yourself. That will give you a platform
• 17:41
from which you can be good to other people.
• 17:43
  Bye bye.
