Mega Edition: The DOJ And FBI Have Lost The Trust Of The People When It Comes To Epstein (10/7/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. You can fool some of the people some
• 0:06
Speaker 1: of the time, but you can't fool all the people
• 0:09
Speaker 1: all the time. Maybe somebody should have told Todd Blanche that,
• 0:14
Speaker 1: because this guy still thinks that we're buying what he's selling.
• 0:18
Speaker 1: He got up there in front of Congress the other
• 0:20
Speaker 1: day and spit a whole bunch of nonsense, talking about
• 0:25
Speaker 1: he's met with survivors, he has an open door policy.
• 0:29
Speaker 1: all kinds of stuff that was refuted by the survivors themselves.
• 0:34
Speaker 1: But according to Todd Blanche, he's spoken with a bunch
• 0:37
Speaker 1: of survivors and their lawyers, which is odd because you
• 0:40
Speaker 1: would think that if that was the case, there'd be
• 0:42
Speaker 1: people out here scrambling and saying, yeah, we met with him.
• 0:45
Speaker 1: Todd Blanche has helped out. He's done a great job.
• 0:49
Speaker 1: Have we heard that from anybody besides Donald Trump? Today's
• 0:54
Speaker 1: article is from The Independent and The Headline. Representative rips
• 0:58
Speaker 1: Trump's DOJ for taking good care of Ghislaine Maxwell while
• 1:02
Speaker 1: ignoring Epstein's victims. This article was authored by Alex Woodward,
• 1:07
Speaker 1: and there is no explanation for it. Ghislaine Maxwell gets
• 1:12
Speaker 1: treated like a queen, while the interdimensional traveler Ana Paulina
• 1:16
Speaker 1: Luna is calling these girls traffickers themselves, and if Todd
• 1:20
Speaker 1: Blanche was worth his weight in salt, he would have
• 1:22
Speaker 1: corrected that too. Hey look, I know there's been some
• 1:25
Speaker 1: comments from some of the members of this body But
• 1:28
Speaker 1: those comments have been misdirected and they're out of line.
• 1:32
Speaker 1: He didn't say that though, did he? And why would he?
• 1:34
Speaker 1: It's all part of the cover-up, baby. Acting Attorney General
• 1:39
Speaker 1: Todd Blanch testified to members of Congress last week that
• 1:42
Speaker 1: he has met with survivors of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse, along
• 1:45
Speaker 1: with many of their lawyers. But more than a dozen
• 1:48
Speaker 1: survivors say they've never talked to him or his predecessor,
• 1:51
Speaker 1: Pam Bondi, while other survivors said his sworn testimony strains credulity.
• 1:57
  Speaker 1: I agree with that. I think that he's pitching a
• 2:00
Speaker 1: bunch of bullshit, just like Bondi was, just like Crash
• 2:03
Speaker 1: Out Cash Patel is. And folks, let's just be real.
• 2:06
Speaker 1: This fish stinks from the head. They're conducting themselves this
• 2:11
Speaker 1: way because that's how their boss conducts himself. So they
• 2:14
Speaker 1: feel like they can get away with it. And they
• 2:16
Speaker 1: know that Donald Trump is going to pardon them if
• 2:18
Speaker 1: they do commit any kind of crime or if they
• 2:20
Speaker 1: lie to Congress. So they have no fear of getting
• 2:24
Speaker 1: up there and acting foolish, lying, and just being general
• 2:28
Speaker 1: all-around miscreants. And the wildest part is they do it
• 2:31
Speaker 1: with a smile. Democratic Representative Daniel Goldman has now accused
• 2:38
Speaker 1: Blanche of shielding the dead sex offenders' associate, Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 2:41
Speaker 1: while ignoring survivors who have repeatedly called for a meeting
• 2:45
Speaker 1: with the Department of Justice to investigate Epstein's alleged network
• 2:49
Speaker 1: of powerful abusers, underscoring the growing strain between Donald Trump's
• 2:53
Speaker 1: administration and survivors who feel as if they've been cast aside.
• 2:57
Speaker 1: They have been. Have you seen the way Donald Trump's
• 3:01
Speaker 1: biggest supporters talk about these girls? Just go over to X.
• 3:05
Speaker 1: Take a look. Absolutely disgusting. And the truth is, the
• 3:09
Speaker 1: vast majority of those people have zero idea what they're
• 3:12
Speaker 1: even talking about. But that shit doesn't matter, does it?
• 3:15
Speaker 1: As long as what they're saying falls into somebody's confirmation bias.
• 3:19
Speaker 1: That's all people care about these days, not the truth.
• 3:22
Speaker 1: Why should they tell you the truth when gaslighting is
• 3:24
Speaker 1: so effective? Blanche is taking good care of Glenn Maxwell,
• 3:29
Speaker 1: who is an absolutely treacherous human being. But he will
• 3:33
Speaker 1: not meet with the other survivors who want to tell
• 3:35
Speaker 1: their story. Goldman said in a video on social media
• 3:38
  Speaker 1: on Sunday. Why? Well, it's obvious. It's a massive cover-up,
• 3:42
Speaker 1: he said. What else could it be? There is no
• 3:45
Speaker 1: excuse for what's going on with Glenn Maxwell. There is
• 3:48
Speaker 1: no excuse for any of it. And it looks like
• 3:50
Speaker 1: the strategy is just going to be, ignore it. Don't
• 3:54
Speaker 1: talk about it. And if you do... You're not loyal
• 3:57
Speaker 1: to Donald Trump. How dare you not be loyal to
• 4:00
Speaker 1: Donald Trump? Meanwhile, Donald Trump is not loyal to anybody
• 4:04
Speaker 1: but himself. Now, some people might like one-way traffic and
• 4:09
Speaker 1: some people might like to be used. I am not
• 4:12
Speaker 1: some people. And the second he threw down the gauntlet
• 4:15
Speaker 1: and called people enemies who wanted justice when it comes
• 4:19
Speaker 1: to Epstein, well, your boy was paying attention and challenge accepted.
• 4:25
Speaker 1: Because anybody calling this shit a hoax right here is
• 4:27
Speaker 1: an enemy of humanity. And I truly believe that. And
• 4:31
Speaker 1: I don't give a damn what letter they have next
• 4:34
Speaker 1: to their name. R.D. Independent. Libertarian. From the planet Neptar.
• 4:41
Speaker 1: I do not care. If you're involved in this cover-up,
• 4:44
Speaker 1: your bitch ass is on the clock. And time is a-tickin'.
• 4:50
Speaker 1: Maxwell's serving a 20-year prison sentence after she was found
• 4:52
Speaker 1: guilty of recruiting and grooming young women and girls for Epstein,
• 4:56
Speaker 1: who died by suicide in prison in 2019 while awaiting
• 5:00
Speaker 1: trial on trafficking charges. And you can always tell who
• 5:03
Speaker 1: has read the court documents and who hasn't. Because anybody
• 5:06
Speaker 1: who has read the depositions and the stuff we've read
• 5:09
Speaker 1: about what happened at MCC, I don't know how you
• 5:12
Speaker 1: can confidently say that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself. That is
• 5:16
Speaker 1: a big-ass leap. And that acts as a bit of
• 5:18
Speaker 1: a litmus test, right? If you know the story, then
• 5:21
Speaker 1: you're not sure about anything. Like the Operation Ivy song says,
• 5:25
Speaker 1: All I know is that I don't know nothing. In October,
• 5:32
Speaker 1: the Supreme Court declined to review whether prosecutors fairly brought
• 5:36
Speaker 1: a case against her. With all of her appeals exhausted,
• 5:38
Speaker 1: Maxwell filed a petition for her release from prison in December,
• 5:42
Speaker 1: claiming that substantial new evidence has emerged in her case.
• 5:47
Speaker 1: No evidence has emerged. Nothing whatsoever. She's lying. like usual.
• 5:52
  Speaker 1: And honestly, I don't know if there's a bigger liar
• 5:54
Speaker 1: on the face of this earth. She lies about everything.
• 6:01
Speaker 1: If Glenn Maxwell told me water was wet, I would
• 6:03
Speaker 1: have to stick my hand into the pool to figure
• 6:05
Speaker 1: it out for myself. That's how little faith I have
• 6:08
Speaker 1: in anything that woman says. Blanche interviewed Maxwell from prison
• 6:12
Speaker 1: in July 2025 as part of the Justice Department's review
• 6:16
Speaker 1: of the so-called Epstein files. and she was then transferred
• 6:20
Speaker 1: to a minimum security woman's prison in Texas. What do
• 6:23
Speaker 1: you mean the so-called Epstein files? Isn't that what they are?
• 6:26
Speaker 1: I mean, they're files that have to do with Jeffrey Epstein, right?
• 6:30
Speaker 1: So what exactly do you mean about so-called files? She's
• 6:34
Speaker 1: refused to voluntarily testify to Congress without assurances that she
• 6:38
Speaker 1: can receive some form of clemency. President Donald Trump and
• 6:42
Speaker 1: some House Republicans have not unequivocally rejected the idea of
• 6:46
Speaker 1: a presidential pardon, but Blanche said last week that he
• 6:50
Speaker 1: has ruled out recommending one. Well, isn't that nice? Good cop,
• 6:54
Speaker 1: bad cop, right? Todd Blanche will be the good cop
• 6:56
Speaker 1: this time around, and Donnie Trump, Mr. Diddles himself, will
• 7:01
Speaker 1: be the bad cop. We all know how vindictive Trump is,
• 7:04
Speaker 1: and as a final F.U. to the survivors and the country, hell,
• 7:08
Speaker 1: the world, would you really be shocked to see Donald
• 7:10
Speaker 1: Trump pardon Ghislaine Maxwell? I certainly wouldn't be. Look, a narcissist,
• 7:14
Speaker 1: is going to be a narcissist. Epstein's former personal assistant,
• 7:18
Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen, testified in Congress last week in a closed-door deposition,
• 7:23
Speaker 1: during which she described years of abuse, according to Goldman.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: Victims want to tell their stories, and they're not being
• 7:29
Speaker 1: allowed to, he said. I think we need to pump
• 7:32
Speaker 1: the brakes before we call Sarah Kellen Vickers a victim, okay? Look,
• 7:37
Speaker 1: I've been very clear about how I feel, so I'm
• 7:39
Speaker 1: not going to beat that dead horse. But a victim?
• 7:42
Speaker 1: That is a step too far. In a brittle exchange
• 7:46
Speaker 1: with Senator Chris Van Hollen during Blanche's testimony to the
• 7:49
Speaker 1: Senate Appropriations Committee last week, the Maryland Democrats said Epstein
• 7:53
Speaker 1: survivors are extremely frustrated that you keep calling for people
• 7:57
Speaker 1: to come forward with more evidence, but you have not
• 7:59
Speaker 1: met with them to hear their stories. And that's what
• 8:03
Speaker 1: I've heard from a lot of people too. A lot
• 8:05
Speaker 1: of folks are saying that the DOJ is just bullshitting
• 8:09
Speaker 1: and all of this is nothing more than a PR
• 8:11
Speaker 1: campaign by the DOJ, by the administration. To make it
• 8:15
Speaker 1: look like they care about survivors. But what do their
• 8:18
Speaker 1: actions tell us? How many survivors have their information revealed?
• 8:22
Speaker 1: How many survivors have been ignored? So you can say
• 8:25
Speaker 1: whatever you want. But do your actions back up what
• 8:29
Speaker 1: you're telling me? And for the DOJ and for Todd Blanche,
• 8:34
Speaker 1: the answer most certainly is no. So simple question. If
• 8:39
Speaker 1: I connect you with these survivors, will you meet with them?
• 8:41
Speaker 1: He asked. Blanche said he would absolutely meet with other
• 8:45
Speaker 1: survivors and accuse the senator of spreading bad information. What
• 8:49
Speaker 1: you just said is false. I have met with them.
• 8:52
Speaker 1: I've met with many of the lawyers for the survivors
• 8:54
Speaker 1: of victims, as did Attorney General Bondi. Blanche said on
• 8:58
Speaker 1: May 19th, We absolutely care for victims and we absolutely
• 9:03
Speaker 1: want to hear from them and their lawyers, he said. Well,
• 9:06
Speaker 1: do it. What are you waiting for? Why not hold
• 9:09
Speaker 1: a big press conference, or a conference in general, and
• 9:12
Speaker 1: invite the survivors? Invite them all. Have a closed-door meeting,
• 9:17
Speaker 1: hear them out, and go from there. They can't do
• 9:19
Speaker 1: it though, right? Because the optics would tell the country
• 9:22
Speaker 1: that there's more there. And they've spent the last, what,
• 9:25
Speaker 1: year telling us to move on? There's nothing left to see?
• 9:28
Speaker 1: When there's obviously a damn marathon. What do you mean
• 9:31
Speaker 1: nothing to see? We don't just have one episode. We
• 9:34
Speaker 1: have a Nick at Night fucking Brady Bunch rerun marathon.
• 9:38
Speaker 1: That's what we have. It's so offensive that they would
• 9:41
Speaker 1: think we're stupid enough to believe that there's nothing left
• 9:43
Speaker 1: to see. A group of 18 survivors said Blanche has
• 9:48
Speaker 1: not met with any of them. As survivors, we previously
• 9:52
Speaker 1: sought a meeting with former Attorney General Bondi and Department
• 9:55
Speaker 1: of Justice officials, but no meeting occurred, they said in
• 9:58
Speaker 1: a statement shared with the independent we should not have
• 10:01
Speaker 1: to be this persistent to engage with doj the department
• 10:04
Speaker 1: responsible for handling the epstein files protecting their privacy and
• 10:08
Speaker 1: answering for years of secrecy and failure they said is
• 10:13
Speaker 1: that too much to ask just put yourself in their
• 10:17
Speaker 1: shoes Or imagine you were their dad or their brother
• 10:21
Speaker 1: or their friend. And if you do that, I highly
• 10:24
Speaker 1: doubt that you would find any of this acceptable. So
• 10:27
Speaker 1: why do you find it acceptable that it happened to
• 10:29
Speaker 1: somebody else's kids? The burden is not on us to
• 10:32
Speaker 1: keep making reports, they added. It's on the DOJ to
• 10:35
Speaker 1: investigate credible allegations against perpetrators and co-conspirators and to account
• 10:40
Speaker 1: for the government's mishandling of these matters. Yeah, do your job.
• 10:44
Speaker 1: That's what they're saying. Given Blanche's latest remarks, the survivors
• 10:49
Speaker 1: are again asking the Justice Department to meet directly with
• 10:52
Speaker 1: survivors and their counsel, not to ask survivors to start over,
• 10:56
Speaker 1: but to hear their concerns, explain how these failures occurred,
• 11:00
Speaker 1: and provide clear answers about the release, redaction, and withholding
• 11:05
Speaker 1: of Epstein-related records going forward. Annie Farmer, who was 16
• 11:09
Speaker 1: when she first met Epstein, said she and her sister
• 11:12
Speaker 1: Maria Farmer have yet to receive any outreach from Blanche's office.
• 11:17
Speaker 1: After reaching out to federal prosecutors who secured Maxwell's conviction
• 11:21
Speaker 1: about Blanche's meeting, Annie Farmer said she was only met
• 11:25
Speaker 1: with silence and the news of her prison transfer. Well, yeah,
• 11:28
Speaker 1: Maxwell's the priority, not the survivors. And that's been proven
• 11:32
Speaker 1: time and time again. How many times do we see
• 11:34
Speaker 1: Maxwell getting hooked up and the survivors being treated like crap?
• 11:42
Speaker 1: Blanche's suggestion that survivors reach out to the Department of
• 11:45
Speaker 1: Justice to re-report the crimes committed against them is beyond insulting,
• 11:49
Speaker 1: she said in a statement shared with The Independent. Many
• 11:52
Speaker 1: of us have already done that repeatedly, she said. Annie
• 11:55
Speaker 1: and Maria Farmer said they welcome Blanche's statement that he
• 11:58
Speaker 1: would not recommend a pardon for Maxwell. We will hold
• 12:02
Speaker 1: him to it, Annie Farmer said, and we ask that
• 12:05
Speaker 1: he make the same commitment regarding the not recommending the
• 12:08
Speaker 1: commutation of her sentence either. Well, I would hope so.
• 12:12
Speaker 1: I would hope so. But I just don't have any
• 12:15
Speaker 1: confidence in this administration. The way they're conducting themselves is
• 12:19
Speaker 1: legit one of the biggest embarrassments I've ever seen. And
• 12:22
Speaker 1: the amount of damage and harm that they're doing to
• 12:24
Speaker 1: the institution of the DOJ is unimaginable. And the more
• 12:29
Speaker 1: they double down, the greater that harm becomes. So we'll
• 12:33
Speaker 1: see what happens here. And we'll see if the DOJ
• 12:35
Speaker 1: gets their act together and does the right thing. I know,
• 12:39
Speaker 1: I know. A guy can wish though, right? All the
• 12:42
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
• 12:45
Speaker 1: the description box. What's up everyone and welcome to another
• 12:48
Speaker 1: episode of the Epstein Chronicles. According to the director of
• 12:52
Speaker 1: the FBI, Kash Patel, there is no credible information that
• 12:57
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein trafficked women to anybody else but himself. And
• 13:02
Speaker 1: just like the Las Vegas shooter, Jeffrey Epstein is now
• 13:07
Speaker 1: just a lone wolf. Just a guy that did everything
• 13:10
Speaker 1: on his own. That's the narrative they're trying to pitch
• 13:12
Speaker 1: to you. That's what they want you to believe. And
• 13:15
Speaker 1: why do they want you to believe that? Because it's
• 13:17
Speaker 1: convenient politically. That's why. Not because they truly believe that.
• 13:22
Speaker 1: Not because there's no evidence. It's because they refuse to
• 13:26
Speaker 1: act on the evidence that they already have. And what
• 13:29
Speaker 1: they'll say is, oh, there's nothing to see here. There
• 13:31
Speaker 1: is no credible information that the FBI is holding or
• 13:35
Speaker 1: that the FBI is in possession of. Well, we all
• 13:38
Speaker 1: know that's a bunch of bullshit. And whenever he was
• 13:40
Speaker 1: pressed about it, he just turned the conversation somewhere else. Oh,
• 13:44
Speaker 1: look what we're doing about crime. Or look what we're
• 13:47
Speaker 1: doing about insert topic here. And hey, that's great. I'm
• 13:51
Speaker 1: not going to sit here and tell you that, you know,
• 13:52
Speaker 1: those other stories aren't important. They are. Anytime we can
• 13:56
Speaker 1: get a human trafficker off the street, no matter who
• 13:58
  Speaker 1: it is, that's a victory, right? And I don't care
• 14:01
Speaker 1: who's in power. But that's not what we're talking about here.
• 14:05
Speaker 1: And all the whataboutisms in the world isn't going to
• 14:07
Speaker 1: change the fact that the FBI, is not being truthful
• 14:11
Speaker 1: with the American people. And the fact that they keep
• 14:14
Speaker 1: doubling down is just bananas to me. The fact that
• 14:17
Speaker 1: they keep trying to tell us that there's nothing more
• 14:20
Speaker 1: to see here when we all know that there is,
• 14:22
Speaker 1: is crazy. But unfortunately, they're getting away with it. There's
• 14:27
Speaker 1: really nothing anyone can do to force the issue. They're
• 14:30
Speaker 1: going to do whatever they want to do. Congress can
• 14:33
Speaker 1: play their games. They can stomp their feet and act
• 14:35
Speaker 1: the fool. But the truth is this. All those same
• 14:38
Speaker 1: people you see in Congress right now, wagging their fingers,
• 14:42
Speaker 1: acting crazy, yelling and screaming, none of them could have
• 14:45
Speaker 1: been bothered to lift a finger. During the original fight
• 14:50
Speaker 1: against Epstein, they were nowhere to be seen. In fact,
• 14:52
Speaker 1: they were calling us conspiracy theorists. And not only that,
• 14:56
Speaker 1: for all you people out there that are bummed about
• 14:58
Speaker 1: Jimmy Kimmel, well, I hate to tell you what these
• 15:00
Speaker 1: people were doing to people like me trying to tell
• 15:03
Speaker 1: the truth about Jeffrey Epstein. I've had three different podcasts censored.
• 15:08
Speaker 1: I've been shadow banned. And these lame fucks even went
• 15:11
Speaker 1: so far as to threaten me. But now they're the
• 15:13
Speaker 1: arbiters of truth. They're the people who really care about
• 15:16
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. That shit falls flat for me. And look,
• 15:19
Speaker 1: I'm not talking about regular citizens. I'm talking about the
• 15:22
Speaker 1: lawmakers who are standing atop these ivory towers talking down
• 15:26
Speaker 1: to the rest of us like they weren't the ones
• 15:28
Speaker 1: who were in power who could have stopped this previously.
• 15:31
Speaker 1: But now they want to get up there and be
• 15:32
Speaker 1: all indignant and act the fool. So yeah, the whole
• 15:35
Speaker 1: entire thing is a circus, it's a shitshow, and it's disgusting.
• 15:39
Speaker 1: From Kash Patel to the people asking him the questions.
• 15:42
Speaker 1: Because the truth is, none of these people cared unless
• 15:45
Speaker 1: it was politically expedient. Kash Patel previously, and all these
• 15:49
Speaker 1: Democrats now, whether it's lawmakers or people in the media,
• 15:53
Speaker 1: because they had no interest in what was going on either.
• 15:56
Speaker 1: Zero interest, no matter what. They could have broke stories.
• 16:00
Speaker 1: They could have ran the Amy Robach story. They could
• 16:03
Speaker 1: have exposed what was going on. Instead, they were writing
• 16:06
Speaker 1: all kinds of puff pieces and hanging out with their
• 16:08
Speaker 1: boy over at his house. You know, Katie Couric, George Stephanopoulos,
• 16:14
Speaker 1: Charlie Rose, all these big news people cavorting with Epstein.
• 16:18
Speaker 1: I'm sure that had nothing to do with the favorable
• 16:20
Speaker 1: coverage he was getting, right? So they can save the
• 16:23
Speaker 1: bullshit for somebody else. They can try and rewrite history
• 16:26
Speaker 1: all they want, and they can try and cast this
• 16:28
Speaker 1: one as a villain or that one as a villain,
• 16:30
Speaker 1: but the truth is, they're all villains. Today's article is
• 16:34
Speaker 1: from People and the headline, Epstein Survivors Blast FBI Director
• 16:38
Speaker 1: Kash Patel for Claiming No Credible Information Financier You Mean
• 16:42
Speaker 1: Pedophile Traffic Women to Others. This article was authored by
• 16:48
Speaker 1: Ben Brockfield. Several survivors of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse signed a
• 16:53
Speaker 1: statement on Thursday, September 18th, blasting FBI Director Kash Patel
• 16:57
Speaker 1: for claiming that there was no credible information the pedophile
• 17:01
Speaker 1: financier had trafficked women and girls to other powerful men. Well,
• 17:07
Speaker 1: isn't that interesting? Certainly goes against what Kash Patel was
• 17:10
Speaker 1: telling us for all those months on the campaign trail, huh?
• 17:15
Speaker 1: Remember how he was playing this all up? Oh, Epstein's this,
• 17:18
Speaker 1: he's that. Bill Clinton's gonna have a lot of problems.
• 17:20
Speaker 1: This one's gonna have a lot of problems. Now, all
• 17:23
Speaker 1: of a sudden... Nothing happened here? And everything was just
• 17:25
Speaker 1: a big mistake? Nobody was on the island? Nobody was trafficked?
• 17:28
Speaker 1: Nobody was abused? Is that what you're telling us, Mr.
• 17:31
Speaker 1: Kash Patel? Patel made the claim during testimony to the U.S.
• 17:36
Speaker 1: Senate Oversight Committee on Tuesday, September 16th, remarking that despite
• 17:41
Speaker 1: having seen a good amount of the Bureau's Epstein files,
• 17:45
Speaker 1: there wasn't evidence that the notorious child sex predator had
• 17:48
Speaker 1: actually trafficked women to anyone but himself. Well, Case closed, folks.
• 17:53
Speaker 1: Ragnar Patel has told us that everything is on the
• 17:56
Speaker 1: up and up. So we can all just kick back
• 17:58
Speaker 1: and relax and wait to go to Valhalla, right? Nothing
• 18:01
Speaker 1: left to see here. Nothing left to do. Nothing left
• 18:03
Speaker 1: to experience. We can all stand down. Kash Patel has
• 18:07
Speaker 1: the watch. Maybe he should try and be a little
• 18:09
Speaker 1: bit less Jon Snow and more FBI director. Probably a
• 18:13
Speaker 1: good idea. On Thursday, 10 Epstein survivors, plus the brother
• 18:18
Speaker 1: and sister of late Virginia Roberts, said in a statement
• 18:21
Speaker 1: that they were shocked by Patel's comments. They specifically cited
• 18:25
Speaker 1: Roberts' deposition in her since-settled civil suit against Glenn Maxwell,
• 18:30
Speaker 1: Epstein's convicted madam, co-conspirator, general all-around scumbag and bipedal serpent,
• 18:35
Speaker 1: that's what you mean, right? In which Roberts brought up
• 18:37
Speaker 1: several rich and famous men, she alleged Epstein and Maxwell
• 18:41
Speaker 1: trafficked her too. And nothing ever came of it. No investigations.
• 18:46
Speaker 1: That's all I've ever asked for. How about an investigation?
• 18:49
Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit here and tell you this
• 18:51
Speaker 1: one's guilty. That one's guilty. The problem is we've never
• 18:55
Speaker 1: had a robust investigation. So how do we know what's what?
• 18:59
Speaker 1: We should just believe Kash Patel. I mean, cool. If
• 19:02
Speaker 1: that's what you want to do, great. Go for it.
• 19:05
Speaker 1: I'm not doing that. I need evidence. And the best
• 19:08
Speaker 1: way to get that evidence is is to release the files.
• 19:11
Speaker 1: I mean, that's the simple fix. That fixes it for everyone.
• 19:14
Speaker 1: If there's nothing to hide, great. If there is something
• 19:17
Speaker 1: to hide, then the people that are responsible, not only
• 19:20
Speaker 1: for enabling or taking part, but the people who hid
• 19:23
Speaker 1: this information, they should be on the clock too. If
• 19:26
Speaker 1: you're getting some kind of pension, well, that might have
• 19:28
Speaker 1: to go away. Why should the American people pay people
• 19:32
Speaker 1: pensions and the rest of it, who did nothing but
• 19:34
Speaker 1: lie to them? and caused grief. They also brought up
• 19:38
Speaker 1: a claim by Representative Thomas Massey, Republican of Kentucky, who
• 19:42
Speaker 1: said at a separate hearing Wednesday that FBI had a
• 19:45
Speaker 1: list of at least 20 people Epstein had allegedly trafficked
• 19:48
Speaker 1: women and girls to, including a Hollywood producer, a rock star,
• 19:52
Speaker 1: a prince, a high-profile former politician, and at least six billionaires,
• 19:57
Speaker 1: compiled from witness interviews with the Bureau, and no investigations.
• 20:02
Speaker 1: And if you did do an investigation, let's see the paperwork,
• 20:05
Speaker 1: especially if the survivor signs off. What excuse do you
• 20:09
Speaker 1: have then? Who are you going to blame then? At
• 20:12
Speaker 1: some point, the blame game has to end and somebody
• 20:15
Speaker 1: has to step up and do the right thing. And
• 20:17
Speaker 1: with all the talk that Kash Patel and company were doing,
• 20:20
Speaker 1: a lot of people thought that this is going to
• 20:22
Speaker 1: be the time. They thought that Kash Patel and Donald
• 20:25
Speaker 1: Trump and Pam Bondi and the rest of them were
• 20:27
Speaker 1: going to come and give that transparency that they talked about.
• 20:31
Speaker 1: Only to end up not only being lied to, but
• 20:35
Speaker 1: being defamed, demeaned, and called all kinds of names. Because
• 20:39
Speaker 1: they wanted people to stand behind what they said on
• 20:41
Speaker 1: the campaign trail? No way, man. It's about accountability. And
• 20:45
Speaker 1: if you can't be accountable for the shit you say,
• 20:47
Speaker 1: then how can you be accountable for anything? So it's
• 20:51
Speaker 1: their own fault. If they didn't run around talking about
• 20:54
Speaker 1: how they were going to release all this stuff, sure,
• 20:56
Speaker 1: I'd be critical, but nowhere near as critical. And that's
• 20:59
Speaker 1: because there's truth to what he's saying when he says
• 21:01
Speaker 1: the other administrations didn't do shit about this either. They didn't.
• 21:05
Speaker 1: They didn't do a thing. And that goes all the
• 21:07
Speaker 1: way back to the first Clinton administration. All the way through.
• 21:11
Speaker 1: But that's not the topic here, is it? And I'm
• 21:13
Speaker 1: really tired about whataboutism. We'll get to that later on.
• 21:17
Speaker 1: We've been talking about that for years. But right now,
• 21:20
Speaker 1: in this moment, you're the one in control, Mr. Patel.
• 21:23
Speaker 1: You're the one that can change things. You could be
• 21:25
Speaker 1: a hero. Instead, you turned heel, and now you're the villain.
• 21:31
Speaker 1: Director Patel's testimony raises more questions than answers. The survivors
• 21:35
Speaker 1: wrote in the statement, For years, he's railed about the
• 21:39
Speaker 1: incompleteness of previous investigations. And he's right about that. Previous
• 21:44
Speaker 1: investigations were indeed incomplete. So what's his plan to make
• 21:48
Speaker 1: sure that a thorough and unbiased investigation is conducted at last?
• 21:53
Speaker 1: And is that too much to ask? Come on, folks.
• 21:55
Speaker 1: They're not asking for too much here in investigation. No
• 21:58
Speaker 1: one's asking for public lynchings. No one's asking for anybody
• 22:02
Speaker 1: to be dragged from their home and, you know, brought
• 22:04
Speaker 1: to the gallows. I'm asking for a robust investigation, the
• 22:09
Speaker 1: same kind of investigation we'd all want if it was
• 22:11
Speaker 1: our daughter or our wife or our sister. And look,
• 22:15
Speaker 1: a lot of people out there might have grown up
• 22:17
Speaker 1: differently than me, and I get that. But when I
• 22:20
Speaker 1: look at these girls, these women now, I see a
• 22:23
Speaker 1: lot of people that I grew up with. I didn't
• 22:26
Speaker 1: grow up with money. I didn't grow up, you know,
• 22:28
Speaker 1: running around in some suburb somewhere. Your boy was born
• 22:32
Speaker 1: in the South Bronx. Then he lived in Yonkers. And
• 22:35
Speaker 1: then east side of Las Vegas. So the places I've
• 22:39
Speaker 1: lived in my life, my friends, a lot of them
• 22:41
Speaker 1: have come from broken homes. A lot of them have
• 22:43
Speaker 1: been vulnerable. And I see a lot of them in
• 22:46
Speaker 1: these girls. So maybe that's why I take it so personally.
• 22:51
Speaker 1: Because these women could have easily been some of my
• 22:54
Speaker 1: best friends that I grew up with that I'm still
• 22:56
Speaker 1: friendly with today. But even putting that aside, right is
• 22:59
Speaker 1: right and wrong is wrong. An investigation is necessary. And
• 23:04
Speaker 1: if Kash Patel doesn't want to engage in one, then
• 23:07
Speaker 1: we have to go over his head. We need a
• 23:09
Speaker 1: special counsel. I've already called for that. Now's the time.
• 23:14
Speaker 1: I think that's the best way to shine some light
• 23:16
Speaker 1: on what happened here, right? Let's figure it all out.
• 23:18
Speaker 1: Who was involved? When were they involved? What did they know?
• 23:21
Speaker 1: And when did they know it? And then from there,
• 23:24
Speaker 1: let the chips fall wherever they're going to fall, right?
• 23:27
Speaker 1: People are going to get in trouble, so be it.
• 23:29
Speaker 1: People are going to be embarrassed, so be it. The
• 23:31
Speaker 1: survivors suggested that Patel could release a series of witness
• 23:35
Speaker 1: interviews known as FD302s that were taken during the investigation
• 23:40
Speaker 1: leading up to Epstein's 2019 indictment, which are not subject
• 23:43
Speaker 1: to the broad non-prosecution agreement Epstein and his co-conspirators reached
• 23:48
Speaker 1: with the Justice Department in 2008. That has to be
• 23:52
Speaker 1: the first thing that gets tackled. How many times do
• 23:54
Speaker 1: I have to say it? And you notice nobody's talking
• 23:56
Speaker 1: about the NPA and going after it and dismantling it, right? Well,
• 24:00
Speaker 1: this is why. They understand that if the NPA goes away,
• 24:03
Speaker 1: this whole entire thing gets blown out of the water.
• 24:06
Speaker 1: That's why the government acquiesced to it. They can have
• 24:09
Speaker 1: their ass head blown, right? They can have his cover blown.
• 24:12
Speaker 1: They couldn't have anyone know that Jeffrey Epstein was working
• 24:15
Speaker 1: in a clandestine manner for the U.S. government. God forbid.
• 24:20
Speaker 1: Under questioning by Massey, Patel evaded answering whether the Bureau
• 24:24
Speaker 1: would release those files or whether the individuals referenced would
• 24:28
Speaker 1: be investigated or prosecuted. Asked if the FBI deemed the
• 24:32
Speaker 1: witnesses not credible, Patel said that wasn't his opinion, but
• 24:36
Speaker 1: the opinion of previous U.S. attorneys that had investigated Epstein. Well,
• 24:41
Speaker 1: if that's not your opinion, then bring them in and
• 24:44
Speaker 1: talk to them. Just keep in mind, folks, that Colleen
• 24:47
Speaker 1: Maxwell was talked to, but not any of the survivors.
• 24:51
Speaker 1: They didn't bring the survivors in for a little fireside
• 24:53
Speaker 1: chat with Todd baby Billy Blanche, did they? No, that
• 24:57
Speaker 1: was only for the bipedal serpent, who ended up getting
• 25:00
Speaker 1: accommodations for nothing. Another thing that they need to be
• 25:02
Speaker 1: accountable for, and explain. Those previous administrations are the ones
• 25:08
Speaker 1: that Kash Patel spent years accusing of a cover-up. The
• 25:11
Speaker 1: statement continued, now he will pass the buck to them?
• 25:15
Speaker 1: to decide that information about other men in the Epstein-Maxwell
• 25:18
Speaker 1: trafficking ring is not even worth following up on? There
• 25:22
Speaker 1: are victims and witnesses who, to this day, have still
• 25:24
Speaker 1: not been interviewed. Will they continue to be ignored? Unfortunately,
• 25:29
Speaker 1: I guess so. The statements signed by Epstein survivors Jess Michaels,
• 25:33
Speaker 1: Rachel Benavidez, Danielle Bensky, Marjik Chartouni, Annie Farmer, Marina Lacerda,
• 25:41
Speaker 1: Lara Bloom-McGee, Charlene Rochard, Ashley Rubright, and Liz Stein, plus
• 25:48
Speaker 1: Robert's brother Sky and sister Amanda. As head of the FBI,
• 25:52
Speaker 1: Director Patel can work now to remedy that in a
• 25:55
Speaker 1: way that finally centers survivor voices and finally pursues the
• 25:59
Speaker 1: whole truth. The statement reads, The public demands it, the
• 26:02
Speaker 1: victims deserve it, and our system of justice, without fear
• 26:06
Speaker 1: or favor, requires it. The Justice Department did not immediately
• 26:11
Speaker 1: return a request for comment. Well, of course not. They're
• 26:14
Speaker 1: not going to say anything about this. They'll just ignore
• 26:17
Speaker 1: it and hope it goes away. The Trump administration has
• 26:22
Speaker 1: come under intense scrutiny in recent months after the Justice
• 26:25
Speaker 1: Department made a sudden about-face on the Epstein files from
• 26:29
Speaker 1: Attorney General Pam Bondi claiming the disgraced child molester's client
• 26:33
Speaker 1: list was on her desk to claiming it did not exist. Well,
• 26:38
Speaker 1: we all know that story. And I told you all
• 26:40
Speaker 1: the way back when People were first talking about a
• 26:43
Speaker 1: list that one didn't exist. There was never going to
• 26:46
Speaker 1: be some kind of list that was revealed that was
• 26:49
Speaker 1: going to be a roadmap to justice. That was never
• 26:52
Speaker 1: going to happen. The saga has raised further questions about
• 26:56
Speaker 1: President Donald Trump's own involvement with Epstein, with whom he
• 26:59
Speaker 1: was associated for years until a falling out. Those questions
• 27:03
Speaker 1: reached a fever pitch when Congress released a letter allegedly
• 27:07
Speaker 1: sent by Trump to Epstein for the financier pedophile's 50th birthday,
• 27:12
Speaker 1: written in the outline of a naked woman where Trump
• 27:14
Speaker 1: allegedly said that the two have certain things in common.
• 27:18
Speaker 1: That whole entire letter is creepy as fuck. And if
• 27:21
Speaker 1: it's from Trump like they say it is, even creepier.
• 27:26
Speaker 1: Trump denied writing the letter and sued the Wall Street
• 27:28
Speaker 1: Journal for $ 10 billion and after the newspaper first reported
• 27:32
Speaker 1: its existence. Epstein first faced sex crimes in mid-2000s, but
• 27:39
Speaker 1: ended up serving only a year in jail after reaching
• 27:42
Speaker 1: a controversial non-prosecution agreement with the feds, which required him
• 27:46
Speaker 1: to register as a sex offender and plead to state
• 27:49
Speaker 1: prostitution charges. He was under a new sex trafficking indictment
• 27:54
Speaker 1: in 2019 when he died in a Manhattan jail cell
• 27:57
Speaker 1: in what was ruled a suicide by hanging. So look,
• 28:00
Speaker 1: real talk. Patel's declarative line is not neutral observation. It's
• 28:04
Speaker 1: a challenge. It dares the public to accept an incomplete story,
• 28:08
Speaker 1: dares survivors to accept dismissal, and dares history to forget.
• 28:13
Speaker 1: We shouldn't accept that dare. We should demand documents, interviews,
• 28:17
Speaker 1: and accountability until every question has been tested and every
• 28:21
Speaker 1: claim either confirmed or disproved in the light. Because if
• 28:25
Speaker 1: we let a single, smug, politically convenient line be the
• 28:28
Speaker 1: final chapter on a scandal this large, we're all complicit
• 28:31
Speaker 1: in the erasure. And to Kash Patel personally, if you
• 28:34
Speaker 1: want to wear the hat of an investigator, wear it honestly.
• 28:38
Speaker 1: Don't pick and choose your credibility like you're choosing filter
• 28:41
Speaker 1: settings for a propaganda reel. Investigators ask, they pry, they release.
• 28:46
Speaker 1: They don't declare sweeping absolutes while files remain sealed and
• 28:50
Speaker 1: witnesses say otherwise. If your premise is nothing to see here,
• 28:54
Speaker 1: then the honest compliment would be to step aside and
• 28:57
Speaker 1: let actual transparency do its job. If you're committed to
• 29:01
Speaker 1: protecting the institution, fine. At least be honest about it.
• 29:05
Speaker 1: But don't dress protectionism up as impartiality. That's the sort
• 29:09
Speaker 1: of clownish theater that erodes trust and emboldens cover-ups. And
• 29:14
Speaker 1: so Kash Patel leaves us with a parting gift. The
• 29:17
Speaker 1: smug illusion that Epstein was some lone pervert in a vacuum,
• 29:21
Speaker 1: a one-man crime syndicate, floating untethered from the powerful friends
• 29:25
Speaker 1: who lined up for his hospitality. It's the kind of
• 29:28
Speaker 1: fairy tale you tell when your job isn't to pursue
• 29:30
Speaker 1: the truth, but to protect the club. You know the one,
• 29:34
Speaker 1: the Velvet Rope Society of Untouchables. But the record won't
• 29:37
Speaker 1: stay buried, no matter how many dismissive soundbites Patel tosses
• 29:41
Speaker 1: into the fire. The survivor voices are louder than his denials.
• 29:45
Speaker 1: The evidence outlives his spin and history will remember his
• 29:49
Speaker 1: performance for what it was. A cheap shield held up
• 29:53
Speaker 1: in front of a crumbling wall of lies. All of
• 29:56
Speaker 1: the information that goes with this episode can be found
• 30:00
Speaker 1: in the description box. All right, so our article today
• 30:05
Speaker 1: is from the Seattle Times, but it was originally published
• 30:08
Speaker 1: by the AP, the Associated Press. The headline, Prince Andrew
• 30:14
Speaker 1: holds the cards as the U.S. pursues sex probe. Pretty ominous, right?
• 30:19
Speaker 1: The authors of this article are Larry Neumeister and Jim Mustian. U.S.
• 30:27
Speaker 1: investigators probably can't force Britain's Prince Andrew, a.k.a. the Joe
• 30:31
Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family, to cooperate in the Jeffrey
• 30:34
Speaker 1: Epstein sex trafficking probe, and the Duke's lawyers should probably
• 30:38
Speaker 1: not allow him to be interviewed by investigators, legal experts said. Yeah,
• 30:43
Speaker 1: that's probably good advice. I've been saying this for a while,
• 30:45
Speaker 1: and I am not a legal expert, but you know...
• 30:48
Speaker 1: When you have a guy who sits down with a
• 30:51
Speaker 1: journalist like Emily Malis and gets absolutely railroaded by her,
• 30:55
Speaker 1: how do you think he's going to react if you
• 30:57
Speaker 1: put him in a room with seasoned interrogators? People that
• 31:00
Speaker 1: do this for a living, that they live to catch
• 31:02
Speaker 1: you up in process crimes and to trip you up
• 31:05
Speaker 1: and to get you lying under oath. Andrew's law team
• 31:10
Speaker 1: would be absolutely ridiculous to put him down in front
• 31:13
Speaker 1: of of seasoned investigators at this point. Obviously, that's what
• 31:16
Speaker 1: we want to happen, but it's going to take some
• 31:19
Speaker 1: serious wrangling from the prosecutor's office in America to get
• 31:23
Speaker 1: that done. Unless, of course, look, folks, unless, of course,
• 31:25
Speaker 1: someone comes forward with some real tangible evidence pointing at
• 31:30
Speaker 1: Andrew in the criminal regard of this case, right? Now
• 31:35
Speaker 1: we have Virginia's allegations against him that are absolutely positively credible.
• 31:41
Speaker 1: But what I'm saying is if somebody else comes forward
• 31:44
Speaker 1: and can corroborate this and can talk about how Andrew
• 31:48
Speaker 1: was really in the know, say they flip somebody like
• 31:51
Speaker 1: Kellen Vickers. You think that she doesn't have some of
• 31:56
Speaker 1: the dirt on Andrew and what was going on between
• 31:58
Speaker 1: him and Ghislaine Maxwell as far as their relationship is concerned,
• 32:02
Speaker 1: their friendship? Remember, Kellan Vickers reported directly to Ghislaine Maxwell.
• 32:08
Speaker 1: So Kellan Vickers definitely has the keys to the kingdom, right?
• 32:11
Speaker 1: She knows some secrets. She knows where some of the
• 32:13
Speaker 1: skeletons are buried. So the only way I could see
• 32:18
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's legal team being compelled to have a sit-down
• 32:21
Speaker 1: conversation at this point is if there is some serious
• 32:24
Speaker 1: evidence available. And there might be. I don't know one
• 32:27
Speaker 1: way or the other what the FBI has. And nobody does.
• 32:30
Speaker 1: Anybody who says that they know the evidence that the
• 32:32
Speaker 1: FBI is using right now to pursue this MLA, it's
• 32:38
Speaker 1: all speculation in my opinion. We don't know what is
• 32:41
Speaker 1: in those internal FBI documents, right? All we can do
• 32:45
Speaker 1: is speculate and try and put the pieces together from
• 32:47
Speaker 1: the outside looking in. It would be an error of
• 32:52
Speaker 1: astounding proportion for him to ever come to the United States. Yeah,
• 32:55
Speaker 1: I agree with that because I'll tell you what, if
• 32:57
Speaker 1: the government doesn't want to arrest him, we have, you know,
• 33:01
Speaker 1: we can do a citizen's arrest here in the United States, right?
• 33:04
Speaker 1: To wait for him, show up with 50,000 people and
• 33:06
Speaker 1: demand his arrest or demand he gets back on that
• 33:08
Speaker 1: plane and goes back to wherever the hell he came
• 33:10
Speaker 1: from because he's certainly not welcome in the United States.
• 33:14
Speaker 1: I can tell you that much right now. Prince Andrew,
• 33:17
Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, is not, and
• 33:20
Speaker 1: I repeat, not welcomed in this country. And if he
• 33:23
Speaker 1: comes to this country, he will be swooped up. He
• 33:26
Speaker 1: will have to face questions. Believe it. said Rob Fettel,
• 33:33
Speaker 1: an ex-federal prosecutor now in private practice. It would probably
• 33:37
Speaker 1: also be an era for him to ever meet with U.S.
• 33:39
Speaker 1: law enforcement authorities and make a statement. I was talking
• 33:43
Speaker 1: about this last night with Jen and Lisa, and it's
• 33:46
Speaker 1: just obvious for anyone who has even a little bit
• 33:48
Speaker 1: of an idea of how these things work that Prince
• 33:51
Speaker 1: Andrew is not the kind of man that you want
• 33:53
Speaker 1: sitting down with these interrogators. He can't keep his story straight.
• 33:57
Speaker 1: He doesn't have a proper alibi. He continuously lies. He's aloof.
• 34:02
Speaker 1: And people like that, they never have any self-awareness because
• 34:06
Speaker 1: they've never had to take responsibility for their actions throughout
• 34:08
Speaker 1: their whole entire life. The man was born in purple
• 34:12
Speaker 1: and he was spoiled from the time he was born
• 34:14
Speaker 1: up until the time he was outed as a sick bastard.
• 34:20
Speaker 1: Prosecutors in New York have wanted to speak with Andrew
• 34:22
Speaker 1: for several months as part of their examination of allegations
• 34:26
Speaker 1: made by several women that some of Epstein's staff and
• 34:29
Speaker 1: his girlfriend, no, co-conspirator, when he says girlfriend, they're talking
• 34:33
Speaker 1: about Ghislaine Maxwell here, or as I've started to call her,
• 34:37
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's guma. So let's not call her his girlfriend, okay?
• 34:42
Speaker 1: His co-conspirator helped recruit him underage sex partners. One of
• 34:48
Speaker 1: those women, Virginia Roberts, also claims Epstein arranged for her
• 34:51
Speaker 1: to have sex with several rich or notable men. 100%
• 34:56
Speaker 1: that is what Virginia said, and it should be noted
• 34:59
Speaker 1: in every single one of these articles. It shouldn't just
• 35:02
Speaker 1: say several rich or notable men. Let's name some of them.
• 35:05
Speaker 1: Bill Richardson. How about that name? That's a name everybody knows, huh?
• 35:09
Speaker 1: How about Glenn Dubin? Can we talk about him a
• 35:11
Speaker 1: little bit or not? How about Marvin Minsky? Why do
• 35:15
Speaker 1: we just say notable men here? What is the legacy
• 35:18
Speaker 1: media truly afraid of? Roberts said she had sex with
• 35:23
Speaker 1: the prince three times in London and at Epstein's New
• 35:26
Speaker 1: York mansion when she was 17 and in the U.S.
• 35:28
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands when she was about 18. In November, Andrew,
• 35:32
Speaker 1: whose older brother, Prince Charles' heir to the throne, denied
• 35:36
Speaker 1: those allegations but said he would help any appropriate law
• 35:39
Speaker 1: enforcement agency with their investigations if required. I mean, this
• 35:44
Speaker 1: is like one of the most epic open mouth and
• 35:47
Speaker 1: insert foot moments that we have ever seen. This moron
• 35:50
Speaker 1: saying he's going to help the investigation is just an
• 35:57
Speaker 1: act of complete and utter arrogance. This man knew sitting there,
• 36:03
Speaker 1: he never had any desire to sit down with investigators
• 36:06
Speaker 1: and help investigators. He hasn't talked to me. He's could
• 36:09
Speaker 1: have stepped forward and talked to these investigators for how
• 36:11
Speaker 1: many years? And then let's not forget about the emails
• 36:14
Speaker 1: he was sending with Ghislaine Maxwell that were unearthed in 2015,
• 36:17
Speaker 1: where he has questions about Virginia. Oh, I thought you
• 36:20
Speaker 1: didn't know who Virginia was, buddy. We're on to you,
• 36:24
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, okay? Your lies, your deceit,
• 36:29
Speaker 1: you're not smart enough to play this game. You're not
• 36:33
Speaker 1: crafty enough to play this game. You're a bumbling, moronic fool.
• 36:41
Speaker 1: But he has yet to speak with New York investigators
• 36:44
Speaker 1: about his past friendship with Epstein, who killed himself, allegedly,
• 36:47
Speaker 1: last year while awaiting trial. This week, his lawyers blame
• 36:51
Speaker 1: the U.S. Department of Justice, saying the prince had offered
• 36:54
Speaker 1: three times to give information to investigators, though on a
• 36:58
Speaker 1: condition that his statements be confidential. Oh, of course. We
• 37:02
Speaker 1: don't want the public to know what you have to say.
• 37:04
Speaker 1: We don't want the public to have any idea at
• 37:07
Speaker 1: the true nature of your relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Dewey there,
• 37:11
Speaker 1: Princey boy. The people of England, they're already set to
• 37:18
Speaker 1: show up with pitchforks and torches at this point. If
• 37:22
Speaker 1: this guy comes out and actually spills the beans, forget it. Now, again,
• 37:28
  Speaker 1: I am not a monarchist by any means. I don't
• 37:30
Speaker 1: know much about the history of the Windsor family or
• 37:32
Speaker 1: anything like that. But I do know about monarchies from
• 37:36
Speaker 1: the past. And I do know about royal families from
• 37:38
Speaker 1: the past and around the world. And what it looks
• 37:41
Speaker 1: like to me is that this is a monarchy in
• 37:43
Speaker 1: its dying throes here. I mean, is this a scandal
• 37:49
Speaker 1: that they can come back from? I know they've weathered
• 37:51
Speaker 1: a lot of storms in the past. But this is
• 37:54
Speaker 1: a scandal of epic proportions. We're talking the U.S. Justice Department, okay,
• 37:59
Speaker 1: is calling Prince Andrew basically a liar. That is huge news, folks.
• 38:06
Speaker 1: And it is a huge development in the case. Because
• 38:09
Speaker 1: if the prosecutors are so brazen that they are willing
• 38:12
Speaker 1: to come out publicly and shame Prince Andrew, they must
• 38:15
Speaker 1: have copious amounts of evidence that they're holding close to
• 38:19
Speaker 1: their chest as they continue their investigations. The U.S. attorney
• 38:26
Speaker 1: in Manhattan, Jeffrey S. Berman, countered that Andrew's lawyers were
• 38:30
Speaker 1: misleading the public about his willingness to cooperate. And again,
• 38:33
Speaker 1: don't get me wrong. I'm not a huge fan of
• 38:36
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Berman, and I'm not a huge fan of the
• 38:38
Speaker 1: SDNY at this point. I used to have a lot
• 38:40
Speaker 1: of respect for the way they handled themselves. You know,
• 38:43
Speaker 1: this is, we're talking about the office that pretty much
• 38:46
Speaker 1: crushed the mafia. And these were people that went about
• 38:51
Speaker 1: their business and were hard-charging agents that really took their
• 38:54
Speaker 1: job seriously. But now the SDNY, they're caught up in
• 38:58
Speaker 1: all sorts of nonsensical political maneuvering, and it's just ridiculous.
• 39:04
Speaker 1: They should be focused on what is really important, and
• 39:07
Speaker 1: what is really important is cracking the code of this
• 39:11
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein criminal organization. And it all starts with the
• 39:15
Speaker 1: fat cats on top, Ghislaine Maxwell, Jean-Luc Brunel, and to
• 39:21
Speaker 1: some extent, Prince Andrew. U.S. prosecutors reportedly made a formal
• 39:27
Speaker 1: request through the British government to interview Andrew. Andrew. Former
• 39:31
Speaker 1: federal prosecutor David Weinstein called that a last resort maneuver,
• 39:36
Speaker 1: but noted that even if it is granted, Andrew isn't
• 39:39
Speaker 1: required to answer investigators questions and could invoke rights against
• 39:43
Speaker 1: self-incrimination like anyone. That's fine. The idea is to finally
• 39:48
Speaker 1: get him under oath, get him into a deposition and
• 39:51
Speaker 1: force him to do that. Look how bad Jeffrey Epstein
• 39:54
Speaker 1: came off at the beginning of Filthy Rich and throughout
• 39:57
Speaker 1: during those depositions. The man looked like an idiot. He
• 40:00
Speaker 1: looked like he was guilty as hell. And the same
• 40:03
Speaker 1: will be true if Andrew takes the same course of action.
• 40:08
Speaker 1: The whole idea here, folks, is that this has been
• 40:10
Speaker 1: a travesty of justice because none of these people have
• 40:13
Speaker 1: had their day in court. That is all I am
• 40:15
Speaker 1: asking for here. I'm not asking to go round these
• 40:17
Speaker 1: people up and convict them without a day in court.
• 40:20
Speaker 1: That is certainly not my MO. What I want here
• 40:23
Speaker 1: is a robust investigation. Then I want trials followed by convictions, okay?
• 40:30
Speaker 1: That's how it works. That's how the justice system is
• 40:33
Speaker 1: supposed to work. An attorney for numerous Epstein survivors, Brad
• 40:41
Speaker 1: Edwards said he had failed to persuade the prince to
• 40:43
Speaker 1: answer several questions as part of several civil lawsuits. So
• 40:47
Speaker 1: the prince wouldn't even answer civil questions, okay? He wouldn't
• 40:51
Speaker 1: even try and help these girls out in the civil case.
• 40:54
Speaker 1: Even now, after the estate has taken responsibility for the
• 40:58
Speaker 1: abuse that these girls suffered, even after they validated their
• 41:02
Speaker 1: claims by setting up a compensation fund for them, the
• 41:04
Speaker 1: prince still has not come forward to offer anything, not
• 41:09
Speaker 1: one bit of information that could help this case. We
• 41:14
Speaker 1: have received several correspondence that were other loops and hoops
• 41:18
Speaker 1: we'd have to jump through in order to ever get
• 41:20
Speaker 1: him to sit for a deposition. And that even then
• 41:23
Speaker 1: it would be highly unlikely, Edwards said. I've always been
• 41:26
Speaker 1: given the impression that whether he has immunity or not,
• 41:29
Speaker 1: he certainly behaves like he does. And that's, Brad Edwards
• 41:33
Speaker 1: just said it right here, folks. Okay, the loops and
• 41:35
Speaker 1: the hoops. How often do I talk about all of
• 41:38
Speaker 1: the different loops and the jumps and the moves that
• 41:41
Speaker 1: they make behind the scenes, the loopholes? And all of
• 41:45
Speaker 1: that was put into the law by the criminal ass
• 41:49
Speaker 1: politicians who we elected, by the way, who have taken
• 41:53
Speaker 1: their power and decided to use it for their friends
• 41:56
Speaker 1: in polite society while shitting on the rest of us
• 41:59
Speaker 1: and pilfering our wealth. Boy, isn't it fantastic? This man
• 42:06
Speaker 1: not only stood up to Jeffrey Epstein, but he's here
• 42:08
Speaker 1: calling out the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. a
• 42:36
Speaker 1: royal prince of the blood, for his behavior inside of
• 42:40
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's criminal organization. Where is the legacy media demanding
• 42:47
Speaker 1: the same accountability? Last fall, Andrew told the BBC he
• 42:55
Speaker 1: doesn't remember Roberts. Of sex with her, he said flatly,
• 42:59
Speaker 1: it didn't happen. He acknowledged staying at Epstein's residences and
• 43:04
Speaker 1: seeing him once or twice annually. Not residences. He said
• 43:07
Speaker 1: he stayed in New York. He's never copped to staying
• 43:10
Speaker 1: anywhere else. Yet we have sources that put him at
• 43:14
Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch, sources I've actually spoken with myself face-to-face while
• 43:18
Speaker 1: I was in New Mexico. So please, if I... can
• 43:27
Speaker 1: speak with sources that know this, then these papers, these
• 43:30
Speaker 1: outlets with all of these resources can find these sources
• 43:34
Speaker 1: as well. But instead, they choose to be lazy. Instead,
• 43:37
Speaker 1: they choose not to dig deeper than just the very
• 43:40
Speaker 1: surface of this issue. After the interview was widely panned
• 43:51
Speaker 1: by critics who said Andrews seemed insensitive to Epstein's survivors,
• 43:55
Speaker 1: the prince quit royal duties. Again, it took the public
• 43:59
Speaker 1: to force him to do that. And that is why
• 44:02
Speaker 1: I tell you that you have all of the power
• 44:04
Speaker 1: in my opinion here, folks. the droves of you out
• 44:08
Speaker 1: there who are listening to this podcast right now, those
• 44:11
Speaker 1: of you who are out there researching this, those of
• 44:13
Speaker 1: you who are out there spreading the word, you are
• 44:16
Speaker 1: the engine that moves this car, baby. Because let me
• 44:20
Speaker 1: tell you what, the pressure that you're asserting on these
• 44:23
Speaker 1: people is really making headway. And I see it on
• 44:30
Speaker 1: a daily basis. When you have the Prince of of
• 44:32
Speaker 1: England up against the wall like this and on the defensive,
• 44:36
Speaker 1: you know that the strategy being employed by the lawyers
• 44:41
Speaker 1: of the survivors and the all-out blitz by going straight
• 44:45
Speaker 1: to the people and skipping the legacy media the way
• 44:48
Speaker 1: the survivors have has been a stroke of brilliance. Because
• 44:51
Speaker 1: what it does is it cuts out the gaslighting. You
• 44:56
Speaker 1: get the story straight from the survivors and it's up
• 44:58
Speaker 1: to you to either believe them or not. You don't
• 45:01
Speaker 1: need the media to tell you. You don't need me
• 45:03
Speaker 1: to tell you. You don't need anyone else to tell you.
• 45:07
Speaker 1: All of their accounts of what occurred are out there now.
• 45:10
Speaker 1: Listen to them. And it's very simple. It's either you
• 45:13
Speaker 1: believe what these girls are saying or you do not.
• 45:16
Speaker 1: And if you do not, I would like to see
• 45:18
Speaker 1: the evidence on why you do not believe what they
• 45:20
Speaker 1: have to say. Because folks, from where I'm sitting, it
• 45:23
Speaker 1: is overwhelming at this point. that these people were all
• 45:29
Speaker 1: engaged in not only a sex trafficking ring, but an
• 45:32
Speaker 1: ongoing criminal enterprise. Longtime civil rights lawyer Ron Kuby called
• 45:40
Speaker 1: Andrew's performance a disaster. Anybody who wondered as to whether
• 45:45
Speaker 1: or not it's best for him to cooperate and just
• 45:47
Speaker 1: put this behind him changed their view after watching him
• 45:50
Speaker 1: on television. I mean, there's a reason why this guy
• 45:54
Speaker 1: is seen and not heard, he said, and that's 100% right.
• 45:58
Speaker 1: Anybody who watched that interview... I don't know anybody who
• 46:01
Speaker 1: could sit here and tell me with a straight face
• 46:03
Speaker 1: that it would be a good idea for the Joe
• 46:05
Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family to actually go and sit
• 46:08
Speaker 1: in front of an investigator. If you think that would
• 46:10
Speaker 1: be a good idea for him, I'd like to hear
• 46:14
Speaker 1: your reasoning why. Besides, Kubi added, the British government is
• 46:20
Speaker 1: just not going to allow this to happen. It's bad publicity.
• 46:24
Speaker 1: I kind of disagree with that. What is worse publicity?
• 46:28
Speaker 1: Opening the curtain and shining the light in and letting
• 46:31
Speaker 1: people know what is really going on or trying to
• 46:34
Speaker 1: hide it when everybody really already knows what's going on.
• 46:37
Speaker 1: So now, the British government and the royal family are
• 46:41
Speaker 1: going to also be enabling Jeffrey Epstein's crimes after the fact?
• 46:47
  Speaker 1: If that's the case, I'll tell you what, we're a
• 46:49
Speaker 1: lot closer to pitchforks and torches than even I thought.
• 46:55
Speaker 1: Experts said the prince... could theoretically be prosecuted in the
• 46:59
Speaker 1: United States if he was found to have committed a crime.
• 47:02
Speaker 1: But there are no signs the case is headed there. Well,
• 47:05
Speaker 1: no signs that we can see publicly, right? We don't
• 47:07
Speaker 1: know what the maneuvering is behind the scenes. We don't
• 47:11
Speaker 1: know if the prosecutors are really targeting Andrew in a
• 47:15
Speaker 1: criminal capacity and just saying to him, well, come in,
• 47:17
Speaker 1: let's have a talk. We think you have some evidence.
• 47:20
Speaker 1: And then from there, using what he says to catch
• 47:23
Speaker 1: him in lies. And that is how they operate usually.
• 47:26
Speaker 1: So we really don't know where it's headed, to be
• 47:28
Speaker 1: honest with you. Chances are that they're going to try
• 47:32
Speaker 1: and get a statement from him. But where it goes
• 47:35
Speaker 1: after that, we have no idea, folks, all right? It's
• 47:37
Speaker 1: just a very fluid situation. And there's a lot of
• 47:41
Speaker 1: moving parts here that will determine what happens moving forward.
• 47:46
Speaker 1: Among other things, investigators are examining allegations that Epstein's longtime companion, co-conspirator,
• 47:53
Speaker 1: also a child molester, also an abuser, the daughter of
• 47:56
Speaker 1: a deceased British publishing magnate, helped recruit young girls to
• 47:59
Speaker 1: give Epstein massages that led to sex, and also helped
• 48:03
Speaker 1: him abuse them young girls. In 2011, Maxwell called the
• 48:08
Speaker 1: allegations abhorrent and entirely untrue. Oh, well, that's it. Put
• 48:14
Speaker 1: a bow on it, folks. We could all stop investigating
• 48:16
Speaker 1: the case. The prosecutors can go home and that's it.
• 48:19
Speaker 1: It's all over and done with. Ghislaine Maxwell emphatically says
• 48:23
Speaker 1: she was not involved. No, she doesn't have to get subpoenaed.
• 48:26
Speaker 1: No deposition. She doesn't have to go under oath, folks,
• 48:29
Speaker 1: because her word is good enough for us. Said nobody ever.
• 48:33
Speaker 1: I mean, really, that's what these people think, though. They
• 48:35
Speaker 1: think they can just say, well, I'm innocent and we'll
• 48:37
Speaker 1: believe them. And then when scrutiny occurs and people start
• 48:41
Speaker 1: asking questions, inevitably they fall back on their charitable works. Oh, well,
• 48:47
Speaker 1: I've worked with this charity and I gave out this
• 48:49
Speaker 1: money and I did this and I did that. Meanwhile,
• 48:52
Speaker 1: we already know the whole reason you were ever involved
• 48:55
Speaker 1: in a charity was just in case this day came.
• 48:58
Speaker 1: So you could wrap yourself in that charity as a
• 49:01
Speaker 1: shield and use it to protect you from the scrutiny
• 49:05
Speaker 1: that you knew would come eventually. Well, We're not going
• 49:10
Speaker 1: to let you get away with it. We're not going
• 49:12
Speaker 1: to let Ghislaine Maxwell get away with it. And we're
• 49:15
Speaker 1: certainly not going to let the Joe Exotic of the
• 49:18
Speaker 1: Windsor family. off the hook. This is the year, folks,
• 49:24
Speaker 1: that the predators turn into the prey. If you'd like
