  Speaker 1: Imagine this radiant, violet or white light spinning, pulsing, nourishing you, the space at the top of your head as you connect into this space and see it active, alive, nourishing.

  Speaker 1: This is the space that connects you to the divine yourself to continue to open to universal wisdom, loving guidance, beautiful dreams, access to loving downloads, remembering that you are the bridge between heaven and earth.

  Speaker 1: And then begin to focus about six inches above the crown chakra and, seeing the powerful swirling energies into here, allow this space to fill up with cosmic, golden, white light, any other color of light that is being offered to you now, allowing this light to pour into the crown pour into the third eye into the throat, Into the heart, into the solar plexus, into the sacral chakra, into the root chakra, chakra Moving down the hips, the legs, the feet, allowing this energy to pour into the earth, creating a strong tube of light that connects into the core of the earth.
