Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the program. One
• 0:03
Speaker 1: of the most powerful pieces of evidence that one can
• 0:06
Speaker 1: have in any investigation is a confession. And when we're
• 0:12
Speaker 1: talking about Tyler Robinson, allegedly he is confessed three times.
• 0:17
Speaker 1: And if that's not damning enough, we had a witness
• 0:21
Speaker 1: tell us that he confessed to him an open court.
• 0:25
Speaker 1: And when you have something like that, crack off. Not
• 0:27
Speaker 1: exactly a good day for the defense. Now is it
• 0:32
Speaker 1: all going to hold up and stand up in an
• 0:34
Speaker 1: actual trial. We'll have to see. But all we can
• 0:37
Speaker 1: go on is what we have now, and what we
• 0:39
Speaker 1: have now is a strong set of circumstantial evidence. That
• 0:43
  Speaker 1: doesn't mean he's guilty. That doesn't mean he's going to
• 0:45
Speaker 1: be found guilty. What it does mean, though, is that
• 0:48
Speaker 1: the preponderance of evidence that's been gathered points to mister
• 0:52
Speaker 1: Tyler Robinson. So now the judge is going to have
• 0:57
Speaker 1: to make a decision as to if there is enough
• 0:59
Speaker 1: evidence to move forward and bring this to trial. And
• 1:03
  Speaker 1: I think, of course that's where we're going, and I
• 1:06
Speaker 1: think we might see this drag out a bit, because,
• 1:08
Speaker 1: in my opinion, Tyler Robinson is trying to get the
• 1:12
Speaker 1: death penalty off the table. So will he plead guilty?
• 1:17
Speaker 1: Very possible. And so far this is trending in the
• 1:21
Speaker 1: way of Brian Cooberger, the same kind of investigation, the
• 1:25
Speaker 1: same kind of case, and the same kind of outside
• 1:27
Speaker 1: noise claiming that there is a gigantic conspiracy. And look,
• 1:31
Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit here and tell you that
• 1:32
Speaker 1: everything the government did, everything the police did was above board.
• 1:37
  Speaker 1: I don't know. We'll have to see, and that's what
• 1:40
Speaker 1: we're doing. We're going to look at the evidence and
• 1:43
Speaker 1: then we'll compare that with what the prosecution has to say.
• 1:47
Speaker 1: But until we have access to the evidence and what
• 1:49
Speaker 1: the prosecution's using, we just don't know the full extent
• 1:53
Speaker 1: of the case against Tyler Robinson. But I will tell
• 1:56
Speaker 1: you this, it looks compelling. And just like I told
• 1:59
Speaker 1: you in the beginning with Coburger, when you're building a
• 2:02
Speaker 1: case against somebody, it starts with circumstantial evidence, right, you
• 2:07
Speaker 1: have to build a foundation, and then on top of
• 2:09
Speaker 1: that you build the structure. And at this point in
• 2:12
Speaker 1: the construction, they're building that base and it's not looking
• 2:15
Speaker 1: good for Tyler Robinson. And I think the most damning
• 2:18
Speaker 1: bit of evidence against them is his own words. So
• 2:22
Speaker 1: today we're going to take a look at an article
• 2:24
Speaker 1: from the New York Post and the headline Lance Twigs
• 2:28
Speaker 1: reveals Tyler Robinson confessed to Charlie Kirk's murder after sneaking
• 2:32
Speaker 1: back to their love nest. This article was authored by
• 2:36
Speaker 1: Jared Downing. Charlie Kirk's accused killer, Tyler Robinson, confessed three
• 2:41
Speaker 1: times to murdering the Conservative Leading Light, according to a
• 2:45
Speaker 1: bombshell video from Robinson's trans lover, including after he sneaked
• 2:50
Speaker 1: back to their Utah love nest. And according to the
• 2:53
Speaker 1: official narrative, Lance Twigs and Tyler Robinson were romantically involved.
• 2:58
Speaker 1: They were involved in that subculture, you know, ferries or whatever,
• 3:03
Speaker 1: and you know they were together as far as romantic partners.
• 3:06
Speaker 1: And that's certainly where the evidence seems to be leading.
• 3:09
Speaker 1: But there's people out there that say that that's not true,
• 3:12
Speaker 1: that Lance Twigs is really the mastermind behind the whole
• 3:16
Speaker 1: entire operation. And look, I'm not going to discount that
• 3:20
Speaker 1: because I don't have all the information, and I think
• 3:23
Speaker 1: that there's other people that might have been involved. I
• 3:25
Speaker 1: already told you that, but not to the scope that
• 3:29
Speaker 1: these people are talking about, not some grand conspiracy. I'm
• 3:32
Speaker 1: talking about adjacent co conspirators, people that knew, folks that
• 3:37
Speaker 1: might have egged them on. You know, we have all
• 3:39
Speaker 1: those discord chats and we have some Internet information that's
• 3:43
Speaker 1: very disturbing and that needs to be looked at. And
• 3:47
Speaker 1: was Lance Twigs part of that very possible? I don't know,
• 3:51
Speaker 1: but it seems likely. And I tell you the truth,
• 3:54
Speaker 1: I don't buy the whole entire story that they weren't
• 3:56
Speaker 1: talking about you know, Charlie Kirk, They weren't talking about
• 4:00
Speaker 1: gay rights, trans rights, etc. I have a very hard
• 4:04
Speaker 1: time believing that. Now. Of course, Twigs wants to present
• 4:08
Speaker 1: himself in the best life possible, and I understand that
• 4:10
Speaker 1: as well, but there's something about his story that really
• 4:15
Speaker 1: doesn't sit well with me. I just can't put my
• 4:17
Speaker 1: finger on exactly what it is yet. Lance Twiggs, who
• 4:22
Speaker 1: was seen speaking publicly for the first time Thursday in
• 4:25
Speaker 1: a pre recorded deposition, pulled investigators he awoke the day
• 4:29
Speaker 1: after the September tenth assassination to Robinson walking around their
• 4:33
Speaker 1: apartment before he broke down and declared he wished he
• 4:36
Speaker 1: hadn't done it and that he was about to turn
• 4:38
Speaker 1: himself in, so that's damning, right. If a jury hears that,
• 4:43
Speaker 1: what do you think the jurors are gonna say. You
• 4:45
Speaker 1: think they're gonna care what Candice Owens has to say
• 4:48
Speaker 1: or any of these other nimrods, or are they gonna
• 4:50
Speaker 1: look at the evidence. They're gonna look at the fact
• 4:52
Speaker 1: that there's three confessions added amongst the other evidence, and
• 4:56
Speaker 1: they're gonna weigh the preponderance of that evidence against Tyler Robinson.
• 5:01
Speaker 1: And I have to tell you, unless the defense can
• 5:03
Speaker 1: come up with something Bro's cooked, they better hope for
• 5:06
Speaker 1: like a Jillio issue or something bad discovery, some kind
• 5:10
Speaker 1: of screw up from the prosecution, because if we're just
• 5:13
Speaker 1: going on the merits of the evidence that's available, now,
• 5:17
Speaker 1: Robinson screwed. Now, remember the evidence might change as we
• 5:21
Speaker 1: move forward. We're only in the prelimb stages, so I
• 5:24
Speaker 1: caution everybody to keep that in mind. Things are going
• 5:26
Speaker 1: to change, and it can change rapidly, and I promise
• 5:29
Speaker 1: you it will. Robinson's confession, in a letter to Twigs,
• 5:34
Speaker 1: text messages and in person, all shown in court during
• 5:37
Speaker 1: a prelim hearing, offered the strongest picture yet of how
• 5:41
Speaker 1: the accused loan gunman described carrying out the murder at
• 5:44
Speaker 1: Utah Valley University and even made crude jokes about it. Well,
• 5:49
Speaker 1: that doesn't shock me either. If you're demented enough to
• 5:53
Speaker 1: do what he allegedly did, then yeah, I'm guessing you
• 5:57
Speaker 1: joke about it. I mean, who inscribes shit on bullets?
• 6:00
Speaker 1: What sort of lunatic does that? Now, of course this
• 6:02
Speaker 1: is all alleged and we don't know for sure that
• 6:05
Speaker 1: he did it, But if he did do it like
• 6:07
Speaker 1: they're claiming, then yeah, that all makes sense and it
• 6:10
Speaker 1: all tracks. Charlie Kirk's widow, Erica, pleaded with the judge
• 6:15
Speaker 1: for the full public release of twigs interview with prosecutors,
• 6:19
Speaker 1: arguing it would end the noxious conspiracy theories about the
• 6:22
Speaker 1: turning Point USA founder's murder. No, it wouldn't. They're just
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: gonna say he's a patsy. They're gonna say he's in
• 6:29
Speaker 1: on it and he's taken the fall. This is the
• 6:32
Speaker 1: same old shit they say all the time. They just
• 6:34
Speaker 1: move the goalposts. No evidence is ever good enough because
• 6:37
Speaker 1: it's not about the truth. It's about keeping the grift
• 6:40
Speaker 1: going and feeding confirmation bias. Nobody wants to admit they
• 6:45
Speaker 1: were wrong. Nobody wants to come out and say, fuck,
• 6:48
Speaker 1: I had that one completely completely wrong. People have doubled
• 6:53
Speaker 1: down on some stuff when it comes to this case.
• 6:56
Speaker 1: That is just wild and the fact that people are
• 6:58
Speaker 1: buying into it is even wilder. Whatever happened to big
• 7:02
Speaker 1: accusations require a big proof. Instead, all I get is
• 7:05
Speaker 1: trust me, bro and a bunch of nonsense. Now that
• 7:09
Speaker 1: might work with other people, but somebody that's been in
• 7:11
Speaker 1: the Epstein trenches for seven years, you're gonna have to
• 7:14
Speaker 1: come better than that. And to all those people out
• 7:17
Speaker 1: there that think there's a giant conspiracy surrounding Charlie Kirk's murder,
• 7:21
Speaker 1: let me introduce you to a real cover up, A
• 7:23
Speaker 1: real conspiracy entered Jeffrey Epstein. Because if you're looking for
• 7:28
Speaker 1: a government cover up, that's where it is. She broke
• 7:32
Speaker 1: down in tears in the courtroom as callous text messages
• 7:35
Speaker 1: that Robinson sent to Twigs, whom he called by his
• 7:38
Speaker 1: transferry name Luna, were read out. In one missive, Robinson
• 7:42
Speaker 1: twenty three mused at his grandfather's old thirty odd to
• 7:45
Speaker 1: six hunting rifle does just fine. Twiggs, who is not
• 7:48
Speaker 1: accused of any wrongdoing, was granted limited immunity for his
• 7:52
Speaker 1: testimony by the US Attorney's Office and the Utah County's
• 7:56
Speaker 1: Attorney office. He showed up to the deposition in a
• 7:59
Speaker 1: coat and tie, but was casually chewing gum as he
• 8:02
Speaker 1: described the harrowing events until he was told to spit
• 8:05
Speaker 1: it out. So why does he have limited immunity? Did
• 8:10
Speaker 1: they think he had something to do with it previously
• 8:12
Speaker 1: and they offered to take those charges off the table
• 8:14
Speaker 1: if he turns tail and rats on his buddy, very possible,
• 8:19
Speaker 1: that's how it works. I highly doubt Lance Luna Twigs
• 8:23
Speaker 1: is built for that life. I mean, there's no online
• 8:25
Speaker 1: forums in the can. Okay, you're not dressing up as
• 8:29
Speaker 1: a furry in the can. So I'm sure that mister
• 8:32
Speaker 1: Twigs was more than willing to play ball. Now does
• 8:36
Speaker 1: that take away from his testimony? For some people it might,
• 8:42
Speaker 1: But when you followed enough cases and you know how
• 8:44
Speaker 1: the court system works, this is what they do. They
• 8:47
Speaker 1: press the people around you and they try to get
• 8:49
Speaker 1: them to turn on you. And if they have any
• 8:51
Speaker 1: skeletons in their closet, so much the better. So did
• 8:55
Speaker 1: Twigs have something in his closet? Maybe? Did they threaten
• 8:58
Speaker 1: them with charges probably, and that's what led to the testimony.
• 9:03
Speaker 1: But does that make the testimony not worthwhile? Does it
• 9:06
Speaker 1: make the testimony something that doesn't hit No, it doesn't.
• 9:11
Speaker 1: We've seen it a million times from people that were
• 9:13
Speaker 1: involved in crimes that turn on their co conspirators. So
• 9:18
Speaker 1: we'll have to see where it goes, right, because again,
• 9:21
Speaker 1: we're in the prelim stages and we only have access
• 9:23
Speaker 1: to so much. And for those of you who have
• 9:26
Speaker 1: followed me throughout the Epstein saga, you know, I like
• 9:29
Speaker 1: to have as much information as possible. I want meat
• 9:31
Speaker 1: on the bone. I want court documents, I want transcripts,
• 9:35
Speaker 1: and I want to dive into them myself. And that's
• 9:37
Speaker 1: the stage that I'm entering now when it comes to
• 9:40
Speaker 1: Tyler Robinson. Twigs was Robinson's roommate and lover in the
• 9:44
Speaker 1: town of Saint George, located about three hours from Utah
• 9:48
Speaker 1: Valley University. Twigs twenty two, said he first got to
• 9:51
Speaker 1: know Robinson when he moved into his apartment as a roommate,
• 9:54
Speaker 1: and the arrangement soon blossomed into a romance that revolved
• 9:58
Speaker 1: around their love of video games and an insider chat
• 10:01
Speaker 1: room on a private discord server, and look, I don't
• 10:05
Speaker 1: know anything about any of that stuff. I don't really
• 10:07
Speaker 1: play online games, and I don't even use discord or
• 10:11
Speaker 1: I wouldn't even know how to use it. To tell
• 10:12
Speaker 1: you the truth, I have no desire to sit on
• 10:15
Speaker 1: the internet and have my mind poisoned by a bunch
• 10:18
Speaker 1: of miserable people. Sorry. The first confession came immediately after
• 10:23
Speaker 1: Kirk was killed in front of thousands of people at
• 10:26
Speaker 1: an event on the UVU campus in Orum. Twigs describe
• 10:30
Speaker 1: getting what was apparently a pre scheduled text message from
• 10:33
Speaker 1: Robinson shortly after the killing, telling them, drop what you're doing,
• 10:37
Speaker 1: look under my keyboard what Twigs responded, followed by your joking, right.
• 10:43
Speaker 1: And there's a lot of contention about this whole entire exchange,
• 10:46
Speaker 1: And there's people who say that the confession was coerced
• 10:50
Speaker 1: or that it wasn't Tyler Robinson at all. So again,
• 10:54
Speaker 1: we don't have enough information one way or the other
• 10:56
Speaker 1: to know. I have my doubts about that narrative, but
• 11:00
Speaker 1: we'll see. We'll see what the evidence says, and we'll
• 11:03
Speaker 1: see if it holds up when it's under scrutiny. Fuck
• 11:09
Speaker 1: I tried to delete that Robinson allegedly responded. There, Twigs
• 11:13
Speaker 1: found a letter from Robinson addressed to Luna, in which
• 11:16
Speaker 1: the accused killer said, I had the opportunity to take
• 11:18
Speaker 1: out Charlie Kirk, and I'm going to take it. I mean,
• 11:21
Speaker 1: this is damning, Like you can say that he was
• 11:24
Speaker 1: set up, he's a patsy whatever. This confession right here
• 11:28
Speaker 1: is damning and inside of a courtroom. That's the kind
• 11:31
Speaker 1: of shit that sends you to prison. Order the hangman's
• 11:34
Speaker 1: noose real fucking quick. Later, during text exchanges, Robinson further
• 11:40
Speaker 1: talked about the shooting and his attempts to retrieve the
• 11:42
Speaker 1: bolt action Mauser rifle that he ditched as he fled
• 11:45
Speaker 1: the scene. According to prosecutors, shouldn't be long until I
• 11:50
Speaker 1: can come home, but I gotta grab my rifle still.
• 11:52
Speaker 1: To be honest, I'd hope to keep this secret till
• 11:55
Speaker 1: I died of old age. I'm sorry to involve you,
• 11:58
Speaker 1: Robinson allegedly wrote. Imagine thinking you're going to clip Charlie
• 12:01
Speaker 1: Kirk in the matter that he was clipped, and you're
• 12:05
Speaker 1: going to get away with it, brother, You're not dB Cooper. Finally,
• 12:08
Speaker 1: Twiggs describe Robinson's a Ledger regret. When they spoke in
• 12:11
Speaker 1: person on September eleventh, one day after Kirk was killed,
• 12:15
Speaker 1: did he talk about what he had done? Utah County
• 12:18
Speaker 1: Prosecutor Ryan McBride asked, didn't go into detail. I just
• 12:21
Speaker 1: asked him in person if what he said was true
• 12:24
Speaker 1: the night before, and he said it was, started crying
• 12:27
Speaker 1: a little bit and said he wishes he hadn't done it.
• 12:30
Speaker 1: Twigg said during the recorded interview with investigators, the jury's
• 12:34
Speaker 1: going to see all of that, and they're also going
• 12:37
Speaker 1: to hear from Twigs because during a trial, you better
• 12:40
Speaker 1: believe he's going to be a witness. Eventually, he said
• 12:43
Speaker 1: he would like to talk to his parents or turn
• 12:45
Speaker 1: himself in. He said Robinson rarely spoke about LGBTQ plus
• 12:50
Speaker 1: issues and was more interested in Trump and his policies.
• 12:53
Speaker 1: Twigs said near the end of his video testimony, I
• 12:56
Speaker 1: personally had never heard him talk about Charlie Kirk before. Specifically,
• 13:00
Speaker 1: Twigs said, I doubt that very highly, but okay, I
• 13:02
Speaker 1: can't prove it. That's just my opinion, And to tell
• 13:06
Speaker 1: you the truth, the deeper we go, the more I'm
• 13:09
Speaker 1: convinced that Twigs had something to do with it again.
• 13:13
Speaker 1: Maybe not the actual shooting, right, but I think he knew.
• 13:19
Speaker 1: Twigs also testified that around one month before Kirk's death,
• 13:22
Speaker 1: at Most, Robinson asked if they had a dremal engraver tool.
• 13:27
Speaker 1: I don't remember exactly when, but he said he was
• 13:30
Speaker 1: planning to go hunting with his family and he asked
• 13:32
Speaker 1: me if we have a dremal because he said he
• 13:34
Speaker 1: wanted to engrave messages on bullets. He said, I'm gonna
• 13:38
Speaker 1: go hunting and I want to engrave messages on bullets.
• 13:40
Speaker 1: And you don't question that. You're just like, oh yeah, bro,
• 13:43
Speaker 1: dremals in the garage. Go get yourself that dremal. Hook
• 13:46
Speaker 1: it up. Like what if I'm sitting around and somebody
• 13:51
Speaker 1: comes up to me in my roommate and says, hey, Bobby,
• 13:53
Speaker 1: you got that dremal so I can go and you know,
• 13:55
Speaker 1: inscribe some bullets, engrave some bullets. The first question is
• 13:59
Speaker 1: going to be the fuck you mean, bro, what are
• 14:01
Speaker 1: you doing? Why are you putting messages on bullets that
• 14:04
Speaker 1: you're going to shoot? That sounds stupid, but I guess
• 14:08
Speaker 1: not everybody's me. A state investigator said. Twigs testimony matched
• 14:13
Speaker 1: an early police interview conducted on September twelfth, twenty twenty five,
• 14:18
Speaker 1: Twigs was shown personal texts, discord messages, and a handwritten
• 14:22
Speaker 1: note allegedly from Robinson, said Brian Davis of the Utah
• 14:25
Speaker 1: State Bureau of Investigation. Charlie Kirk was fatally shot in
• 14:30
Speaker 1: the neck during a Turning Point USA event at Utah
• 14:33
Speaker 1: Valley University. Robinson's defense had pushed to keep media from
• 14:38
Speaker 1: broadcasting the video and text messages out of court, arguing
• 14:42
Speaker 1: that they would violate their client's rights and prejudice the jury.
• 14:45
Speaker 1: Pool such bs If I was innocent, and I was
• 14:49
Speaker 1: a patsy and I was being set up by the
• 14:51
Speaker 1: government and the Israelis and Egyptian planes, and there was
• 14:55
Speaker 1: people at bases in America, military bases involved in it,
• 14:59
Speaker 1: I'd want every camera in America in there, and I'd
• 15:04
Speaker 1: be demanding it. Erica Kirk joined prosecutors in urging the
• 15:09
Speaker 1: court to let the exhibits be shown in full. The
• 15:12
Speaker 1: Kirk family has waited ten months for this hearing. They
• 15:15
Speaker 1: have a right to see and feel what's going on
• 15:17
Speaker 1: in the courtroom. Attorney Jeff Neeman said to the judge
• 15:20
Speaker 1: to be here and not to see the evidence, what's
• 15:23
Speaker 1: the point of being here? And it's wild watching people
• 15:26
Speaker 1: attack the family of the dude who was murdered. It's
• 15:29
Speaker 1: like the vilass people who attacked the Idaho four. Like
• 15:33
Speaker 1: for real, you don't have to like Erica Kirk, but
• 15:36
Speaker 1: why do people go out of their way to be vicious?
• 15:39
Speaker 1: Like I just don't understand it. The Kirk family has
• 15:42
Speaker 1: sought to finally shut down a rampant conspiracy theories from
• 15:45
Speaker 1: influencer Candice Owens and others surrounding Charlie Kirk's death. Videos
• 15:50
Speaker 1: prosecutors showed in court Tuesday allegedly traced Robinson's exact movements
• 15:55
Speaker 1: at Utah Valley University on the day of the shooting.
• 15:58
Speaker 1: Prosecutors also present FBI analysis a claim links Robinson with
• 16:03
Speaker 1: DNA on a towel used to hide the rifle. DNA
• 16:06
Speaker 1: likely matching both him and Twigs, was also found on
• 16:09
Speaker 1: a screwdriver left where Robinson allegedly positioned himself for the
• 16:13
Speaker 1: fatal shot. Experts testified in the hearing set to end
• 16:16
Speaker 1: on Friday. Robinson, now twenty three, has not yet entered
• 16:20
Speaker 1: a flea. He faces the death penalty if convicted, and
• 16:24
Speaker 1: of all the evidence that has been presented thus far,
