- 0:00All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their
- 0:04Creator with certain unalienable Rights, by liberty.
- 0:13If liberty means anything at all, it means right to tell
- 0:17people what they do not want to hear.
- 0:32Make America great again. All right, well, welcome back to
- 0:44the big MIG Show. Of course, we had a little
- 0:46glitch there, but guys, thanks for sticking it out.
- 0:48We're back in the saddle Monday morning.
- 0:51Of course, you never know what's going to happen.
- 0:52George reloaded everything over the weekend trying to make sure
- 0:55we had something that would was working the way it was supposed
- 0:58to. It's always one of those things
- 1:00you always got to work your way through these glitches when they
- 1:03happen. But number one, thanks for
- 1:04tuning in. Thanks for sticking by while
- 1:06we're getting ready to rock'n'roll and let's do this,
- 1:09let's just jump right into the show.
- 1:10I'm not going to do a sponsor shout out.
- 1:12I'm just going to jump right in. Big stuff going on, you know
- 1:16that. George, how are you, brother?
- 1:18You're back. You feeling better?
- 1:19You got to sort it out. Yes, that's fucking every little
- 1:24nick and cranny and little tech this and that, but we got it.
- 1:28It just need to figure it out for a few.
- 1:31Sorry for that people, but everybody's saying the video
- 1:34quality is better though. Look at that.
- 1:36Huh? I'll take that.
- 1:39You know, I'm, I'm excited. Of course, it sounds like maybe
- 1:43we're finally going to see a little bit of accountability.
- 1:46A lot of us asked why Eric Swalwell still was able to hit
- 1:51keep his position and operate within our executive branch of
- 1:57government. Never really made any sense, but
- 1:59I guess he's pissed. Rumble might be pissed, who
- 2:02knows Who's pissed about that AI image I made of cash?
- 2:05But but you know you, you never really know.
- 2:08And of course I had to throw Fan fan in a little anime outfit,
- 2:12you know what I mean? The original photo, you guys
- 2:15know, looks different than that. But you know, look, he's pissed
- 2:19off. He's pissed off the cash Patel
- 2:20is pushing and release the files regarding the Chinese spy link
- 2:23to him. I don't know why that wasn't
- 2:25already done, to be honest with you.
- 2:26I don't even know why it's a struggle.
- 2:28Why do you have to push to do it?
- 2:30Why don't you just do it? You know, he was part of the
- 2:34House Intelligence Committee. You know, the Chinese influence
- 2:38operation Christina Fang, also known as Fang Fang.
- 2:43She was a Chinese intelligence operative linked to China's
- 2:46Ministry of State Security. She cultivated the relationship
- 2:50with up and coming California politicians in the early 2000
- 2:53and 10s. Of course, that was part of a
- 2:55broader effort to, you know, build long term access and
- 2:58influence in US politics. The question is, Swalwell was
- 3:03never accused of wrongdoing or leaking classified information.
- 3:07But you have to ask yourself, why did he get to stay in his
- 3:11position? Isn't it risky that somebody,
- 3:15what you know, wasn't aware enough to realize they were
- 3:19dating a Chinese spy? Look, she actively participate
- 3:24in the fundraising for Swalwell's 2014 congressional re
- 3:28election campaign. She placed at least one intern
- 3:32in his office and maybe more. She was with him at multiple
- 3:36events in in 2015, the FBI issued A defensive briefing.
- 3:44Now a defensive briefing. I, you know, it's that that
- 3:48terminology doesn't really work for me.
- 3:50Why didn't he need a defensive briefing?
- 3:52Why did they just yank him out of his position and say, hey,
- 3:55you're, you're hanging out with a Chinese intelligence
- 3:58operative? You know, he's repeatedly stated
- 4:02he cooperated with the FBI, but is cooperation enough when
- 4:06you're stupid enough to let a Chinese intelligence operative
- 4:09get that close to you? Now supposedly they've got to
- 4:13declassify this stuff to to release a 10 year old
- 4:18investigation. I mean, does that even make any
- 4:22sense to you, George, that they have to declassify something?
- 4:25It should easily just say hey, here it is guys.
- 4:29Why was it classified in the 1st place?
- 4:31It's. A very good question.
- 4:33You tell me I. Don't know.
- 4:36Oh well, let's see, 'cause our government's corrupt, maybe?
- 4:41I don't know. I mean I.
- 4:43Would seem to be it because I can't understand why an
- 4:45investigation like this. So let's go a little timeline
- 4:48here. So 2011 Fang Fang arrived in the
- 4:51US as a student at California State University.
- 4:55You know she was with the she was she joins the Chinese
- 4:57student associations to network with local politicians.
- 5:01She starts cultivating Swalwell while he serves on the Dublin,
- 5:04CA City Council. They're photographed together.
- 5:08She starts building a relationship through community
- 5:10events and the Chinese American Network in the Bay Area. 2012 to
- 5:1614. Swallow is elected to Congress
- 5:18in 2012 and joins the House Intelligence Committee.
- 5:21Bang participates in fundraising for his 2014 RE election
- 5:25campaign. As a bundler, not a direct
- 5:29owner, She also places at least one intern in his congressional
- 5:32office. 2015 Counterintelligence officials grow alarmed by Fang's
- 5:38activities and give Swalwell and congressional leadership a
- 5:42defensive briefing. Walwell cuts off his ties.
- 5:46Fang abruptly leaves the US shortly afterward.
- 5:48Of course, no charges are ever filed.
- 5:51Not that you would ever expect that.
- 5:52We never seem to get any charges.
- 5:55But you know, then in 2020, Axios published a major
- 5:58investigative report exposing Fang's operation and swallows
- 6:03past connections, which of course, that's when the you get
- 6:06the first media coverage. Not because the FBI told
- 6:09anybody, not because there was any publicity about it.
- 6:13It seems like that was all covered up till 2020.
- 6:16Now 2023, the House, the House Ethics Committee closes the
- 6:21investigation with George. You won't believe it.
- 6:24No findings of wrongdoings or violations for Swallow.
- 6:28No, nothing happened. Well, why nothing happened?
- 6:35I don't Lance. I was just checking on
- 6:37something. Sorry I wasn't paying attention.
- 6:38I'm trying to do a test on something.
- 6:40I mean, now that he's running for California governor, I guess
- 6:43this shouldn't this matter? I mean, I don't, you know, it
- 6:47seems like all the major outlets and the Democratic leaders all
- 6:51downplayed or dismissed everything.
- 6:54A bunch of people, you know, there's a bunch of stuff for
- 6:55coverage frame the Republicans criticize as part partisan
- 6:59distortion or a right wing exception obsession.
- 7:03You know, emphasizing Swallow was never accused of wrongdoing.
- 7:06OK, he wasn't accused of wrongdoing, but what's your
- 7:09point? So here's where I'm confused.
- 7:12I don't understand. When you're hanging out with a
- 7:15Chinese spy, isn't that enough when you're at a high level of
- 7:18government and especially if you're on the House Intelligence
- 7:21Committee? I mean, I would have to think
- 7:23that's enough. I'm.
- 7:26Back waited bro sorry. No, that's OK.
- 7:28I mean now FBI Director Kash Patel is talking about the San
- 7:34Francisco field office to rapidly gather, lightly redact
- 7:37and prepare the decade old investigation on Swallows
- 7:40interaction with Fang for release to senior Trump
- 7:42administration officials and potentially the public.
- 7:45What do you mean potentially the public?
- 7:46Lance, I have a question. Can we trust?
- 7:50Forget about the FBI in general, but can we trust the FBI field
- 7:53office in San Francisco? I mean, they covered it up
- 7:57decades ago. How many of the people that did
- 7:59the original investigation are still there?
- 8:00George, do we know? That I do not know.
- 8:03But I don't trust the FBI per SE in general.
- 8:08So why would I trust a liberal FBI office in San Francisco?
- 8:12I mean, this is a decade old investigation.
- 8:15What's up with the redactions and what's up?
- 8:17And maybe the public. What do you mean?
- 8:19Maybe the public? I I I don't get that.
- 8:23I mean, this is really turning out to be a problem for swallow,
- 8:25but isn't there a problem for America?
- 8:29I mean, swallow well, is just he is what he is.
- 8:33Let's play this clip. Oh, the.
- 8:35Clip. That's right.
- 8:37Infamous clip. Here we go.
- 8:39And that's how I know we're winning.
- 8:41And if Eric Swallow wants to come online and talk about what
- 8:44jacket size I wear, I'm happy to send him a women's medium so him
- 8:47and Fang Fang can go out again. And for the demographic.
- 8:51And that's how I know we're winning.
- 8:53And if Eric Swallow wants to come online and talk about what
- 8:56jacket size I wear, I'm happy to send him a women's medium so him
- 9:00and Fang Fang can go out again. And for the demographic.
- 9:03And that's how I know we're winning.
- 9:05And if Eric Swallow wants to come online and talk about what
- 9:08jacket size I wear, sorry, it's on loop.
- 9:11My bad. Yeah, You know, so look, at the
- 9:15end of the day, I, you know, the hesitation to release this
- 9:18bothers me, the lack of accountability and transparency.
- 9:22This guy's going to run for another position in state
- 9:24government now as governor. Not that I think he's going to
- 9:27win, but at the end of the day, you people in California, I'd be
- 9:30really concerned. I mean, here's a guy that was
- 9:32didn't have the judgement or the wherewithal to not let his
- 9:36little head think for the big head.
- 9:39All right, Well, you know, the big hype was this whole No Kings
- 9:43bullshit, No Kings protest. It's huge.
- 9:46Lot of disclosures coming out after the fact.
- 9:49No Kings was definitely a paid OP.
- 9:51I've got some of the details for you.
- 9:53You're going to be interested to hear the kind of people and who
- 9:56donated, but Donald Trump comes out of the gate and, and, and,
- 10:02and rips this a couple hours ago, basically calling them out
- 10:08and it gives them a thank you. Huge thank you to all the No
- 10:11Kings protesters yesterday. I was very concerned the king
- 10:15was trying to take my place. But thanks to your tireless
- 10:17efforts, I am still your president.
- 10:20Great job for all. We've got a little screen
- 10:23capture of it if you want to throw that up for the audience
- 10:25so they can see we didn't. Make Oh, did you sneak that in?
- 10:28I, I did, oh, I don't know if I snuck it in.
- 10:30I put it. In when did you put it in Lance?
- 10:32I don't know, maybe 45 minutes ago.
- 10:34Oh, so how was yours supposed to know?
- 10:36I don't. Just saying, bro, I'm just
- 10:38letting you know. I'm getting it right now.
- 10:42Here we go. Interesting.
- 10:46You know what? Was something funny?
- 10:48Yeah. I don't know where it was.
- 10:49There was a plane flying off. You know the flag behind it and
- 10:53he's saying and he said somewhere he's not your king,
- 10:56he's your daddy over the no kings protest.
- 11:01It was funny as shit. I like it.
- 11:04You know what's interesting when you look at these protests and
- 11:07then you start looking at the funding, wait till you hear the
- 11:11number they spent on this protest across the country and
- 11:16think about the amount of money. They always bitch about the
- 11:19money that's wasted by Donald Trump.
- 11:21Now Donald Trump wants more money for the, the war in you
- 11:26know, of course in Iran, they're they're pissing and moaning
- 11:30about it. But the, the no King's
- 11:32financials have been released. Listen to these top financiers.
- 11:36George Arabella Investments, 79 million.
- 11:42Tell you what's disappointing here.
- 11:43Warren Buffett, 16,000,000. Ford.
- 11:49Yeah, Warren Buffett, Ford, 51 million.
- 11:54I guess, I guess. I guess what it's going to take
- 11:55is for all conservatives to start not buying Ford product.
- 12:00Maybe we need to teach them a lesson.
- 12:02Rockefeller. No surprise here, 26,000,000.
- 12:06And here's a scumbag, scumbag. George Soros, 72 million.
- 12:12The Tides Group 45,000,000 Now this information came from real
- 12:17Anna Paulina so it's been vetted.
- 12:19The total amount spent on the No kings.
- 12:22Now listen to this garbage or this protest with all the
- 12:25weirdos and all the BS and remember a lot of these people
- 12:28got paid to show up. I'm not saying everybody that
- 12:30showed up got paid, but Can you imagine how many ever did
- 12:33$294,487,641, almost 300 million.
- 12:42Now I've also got the spreadsheet that Paulina put out
- 12:46and it's pretty interesting when you take a look at it.
- 12:48What I think is interesting about it is right at the very
- 12:51top of the list. It's really, I don't know, I saw
- 12:56this and I thought, well, take a look at this, George, if you see
- 13:00the top of the list, can you read that?
- 13:02Can you see what's there? I can't.
- 13:04OK, well, I've, I've got it blown up here and I'm going to
- 13:07get, I'm going to give you right from the top American Atheist
- 13:11Association, American Civil Liberties 2.2 million.
- 13:17The American Atheist donated 100 Americans United for Separation
- 13:24Church and State 152,000. I mean, it's just the list.
- 13:32I'm looking at it and I'm just telling you I'm going through
- 13:34here. I mean, here's another one.
- 13:37The corporate accountability impact they went in for.
- 13:44Oh, they don't have the dollar amount for that one.
- 13:45Here's a big one, Corporate accountability, 90 million.
- 13:51I mean, some of these numbers, Florida Rising Together Inc, 4.1
- 13:56million, Georgia Conservative Conservation Voters Education
- 14:02Fund, 1.5 million. Listen to this one right here,
- 14:05League of of Conservation Voters, Inc.
- 14:09What the fuck is that 33 million from them?
- 14:14I mean, and this I mean, it's, and these are big numbers in
- 14:17here. I mean, I'm not reading all of
- 14:19them, but Reproductive Freedom for all Committee, 5.7 million.
- 14:29I mean, the list just goes on and on and on and on.
- 14:32And you just got to wonder, where is all this money coming
- 14:35from? Is it private donations or is it
- 14:39money that's been filtered from groups like USAID and others?
- 14:43You know, you'd love the paper trail, every one of these
- 14:45places. I'm wondering how many, how much
- 14:47in the way of taxpayer dollars paid for this stuff.
- 14:50I'm not saying Ford Motor Credit's money came from the
- 14:52government, but I am saying that I bet if we traced all this
- 14:55money on this list and a lot of them would be found to be coming
- 15:01from our own government. Because let's face it, we still
- 15:05haven't seen any accountability from DOGE or USAID.
- 15:08Pretty disgusting, if you get down to it.
- 15:11All right, looks like we got some innovation here.
- 15:15Barbie now with fentanyl. So I guess, yeah, Barbie now
- 15:21with fentanyl. It's the new Barbie.
- 15:25Is this real? Well, I don't think it was
- 15:28intentionally, but yes, it's real.
- 15:30Fentanyl found in Barbie dolls at discount store in Missouri
- 15:35Police say the fentanyl was discovered inside Barbie doll
- 15:37packages sold at a discount store in Independence, MO.
- 15:41The Independence Police Department was alerted on
- 15:43Saturday by a Cargo Largo security after a suspicious
- 15:48powder was found inside one of the doll packages.
- 15:51Tests later confirmed the substance was fentanyl.
- 15:54I guess some of the packages had cocaine and fentanyl.
- 15:59Now, I don't know if this these were to me was hiding their
- 16:01drugs in these packages. Let's play the clip, George.
- 16:04And this gives you a little more detail on it.
- 16:09A warning tonight for parents in Independence.
- 16:11Police are searching for Barbie dolls.
- 16:14They say the packaging may be laced with fentanyl.
- 16:17KCTV 5's Ali Espinosa has an update from police.
- 16:21Independence Police spokesperson Brian Conley says the store
- 16:24alerted officers after learning fentanyl may have been hidden
- 16:28inside the packaging of a batch of Barbie dolls before they ever
- 16:32arrived at the store. Now, most of those packages have
- 16:35been tracked down, but one is still out there.
- 16:38We're told a customer actually cracked this case open.
- 16:42They went back to the store after noticing an unusual white
- 16:45powder inside the Barbie packaging.
- 16:48Security called police who tested the substance on the
- 16:51spot. It did come back positive for
- 16:54fentanyl. Now, Conley says this is a
- 16:56tactic investigators have seen before.
- 16:59Drug traffickers hiding illegal substances inside everyday
- 17:03packaging to avoid detection. The good news though, no
- 17:07injuries or overdoses have been reported.
- 17:10Now, we did speak with Cargo Largo management earlier today.
- 17:13They tell us they are working on getting us a statement, but
- 17:16we're still waiting to hear back from them.
- 17:18Reporting in KC MO Ali Espinosa KC CTV 5 News That's crazy.
- 17:24They got fentanyl on the dolls and stuff.
- 17:27You know what, Lance, I made a new doll.
- 17:29I'm, you know, screw it, Miles is making.
- 17:31A new Barb marketing here I'm trying to get.
- 17:33I'm getting ahead of the marking.
- 17:35Made a crackhead Barbie. What?
- 17:37Do you think that's it? Now with real fentanyl and crack
- 17:40cocaine, you get both. It's a package deal, so.
- 17:42It's kind of messed up, huh? Yeah, of course.
- 17:44You know, that's that's parody for anybody out there.
- 17:47No, that is not from Mattel and no, it's not available.
- 17:49Of course you guys wouldn't want to buy it.
- 17:51It's. Real.
- 17:52Yeah, yeah. All right, here's one that's
- 17:56kind of frightening everybody out there that thinks they're
- 17:59using VPNs to kind of keep it on the DL.
- 18:03Yeah. And, you know, virtual private
- 18:05networks, you know, it's one way to supposedly hide your Internet
- 18:09online signature. At least you think so.
- 18:11But now lawmakers are warning that VPN use may let the NSA
- 18:16actually spy on you. Tulsi Gabbard, they're at.
- 18:21Democrats are asking Tulsa to clarify surveillance rules.
- 18:25And it looks like this came from Wired magazine.
- 18:27A group of Democratic lawmakers warns that they've asked the DNI
- 18:32intelligence Tulsi Gabbard leadership to publicly say
- 18:35whether Americans who route their Internet traffic through
- 18:38overseas VPN servers are effectively being treated as
- 18:42foreigners under US surveillance rules.
- 18:46If so, they would lose constitutional protections
- 18:50against warrantless monitoring in the process.
- 18:53Of course, a lot of it's got to do with the Section seven O 2,
- 18:56the FISA, you know, warrants. We've heard about the lack
- 18:59thereof. Of course.
- 19:00That lets agencies scoop up communications of people abroad
- 19:03and is up for renewal next month.
- 19:05Declassified rules say that it's a person's location is unknown.
- 19:10The NSA and the Pentagon presume they're not Americans.
- 19:14So that's what AVPN does. It hides who you are.
- 19:19And because of that, they're now saying, but that allows them to
- 19:24surveil you with absolutely no legal issues.
- 19:30So you're using AVPN, This might be, and you think you're being
- 19:34sly, You might rethink that because it looks like the NSA
- 19:39might be scooping up all VPN traffic and analyzing because
- 19:43there really isn't any restriction in them doing so
- 19:45based on the Section 7 O two of the Foreign Intelligence
- 19:50Surveillance Act. What do you think of that,
- 19:52George? It's interesting.
- 19:56I mean, I think mostly, I mean, well, a lot of people use VPNs
- 20:01to get on other things and stuff.
- 20:05I never thought it to be foolproof to hide from the
- 20:07government. I don't think you could really
- 20:08hide from the government with the with the technology they
- 20:11have. So or is this a ploy by?
- 20:18By politicians to get people to stop using VPN so they can
- 20:21actually track them more, get them more.
- 20:25They could be doing a little okie doke.
- 20:28Could be, you never know, but I guess you may want to rethink.
- 20:32If you're out there using VPNs and doing something you
- 20:35shouldn't be, you might want to rethink it.
- 20:37All right, AO CS under fire, of course.
- 20:40You guys remember her big hype when she went to the Met Gala,
- 20:44received freebies, wore a dress that that said tax the rich.
- 20:51Well, now she's under fire again.
- 20:53I guess she took campaign funded contributions and she went to a
- 20:59a psychologist whose background is using ketamine therapy.
- 21:04Now we don't know whether or not that's what you was used that
- 21:07she used it for ketamine therapy, but it's hard to say,
- 21:11right? So you've got I guess not.
- 21:15So let's go back. So she goes to the Metcala.
- 21:20The tickets are 35 grand apiece for Metcala.
- 21:23If you rent a table, it's 275,000 for a table at the
- 21:26Metcala. So she wore that mermaid gown by
- 21:30brother Velli's said tax the rich.
- 21:33It was a big deal. We can throw up the image if you
- 21:35want, George. And it blew global attention,
- 21:38right? Because a lot of people said the
- 21:39accusations of hypocrisy given her anti wealth rhetoric
- 21:43rhetoric, right? But here she is with tax the
- 21:46rich, you know, merchant hoodie she was selling on top of it.
- 21:51The dress they investigated, they said that the, you know,
- 21:55the rental value, she only rent. She rented the dress for 990
- 21:59bucks. They said it should have been
- 22:02more like $3700 to rent the dress.
- 22:05So it was an underpayment of about $2733.
- 22:11So that's an issue, right? And then you look at, you look
- 22:15at the fact that she made these campaign payments out of her
- 22:19campaign account to a psychiatrist.
- 22:22So first you've got the dress. They don't really go after her
- 22:25for it. They, they invent No, no real
- 22:27penalty right now. She spent $18,725.
- 22:33These are the FECFEC filings to pay to a doctor, Brian W Boyle.
- 22:38He's a Harvard trained interventional psychiatrist
- 22:42specializing in ketamine assisted therapy for depression,
- 22:45PTSD, anxiety and related conditions.
- 22:52I don't, you know, George, what do you think of this?
- 22:54Because it seems to me like, you know, they, the Ethics Committee
- 22:58kind of seemed to just brush the one first with the dress and the
- 23:0235. And I don't know whether she got
- 23:04the ticket for free or she bought the ticket for 35,000.
- 23:10So they made her pay the extra 2170 thirty dollars to the
- 23:14designer and then they had to cut, they had to donate she had
- 23:18and donate another 250 to cover her partner's meal.
- 23:22It was that whole thing with the dress was treated like an
- 23:25administrative correction. I think we heard, knew, knew
- 23:31about those. For sure she got ketamine
- 23:33therapy but she spent $18,700 on it.
- 23:40So I believe we knew about this way back when.
- 23:45Question is nobody. They didn't do nothing about it.
- 23:48So I knew about the dress. This just got filed recently
- 23:51about her campaign fund paying for the psychiatrist.
- 23:55This just came out now. So the dress, you're right, that
- 23:58was old old, but I'm pairing it up.
- 24:00Because was she paying therapy for?
- 24:03A doctor, A psychiatrist, She. For herself.
- 24:08You know, that's the question since since the doctor can't
- 24:12give that out because that's a doctor patient confidentiality,
- 24:15all we see is that it was paid by her campaign contributions.
- 24:19We can only assume that she would spend 18 or $19,000 on
- 24:23herself, not necessarily an employee, but we don't know
- 24:26actually for sure yet. I'm going to say it wasn't for
- 24:28her because whatever the if it was, it didn't work because
- 24:31she's still effed up. Yeah, Yeah.
- 24:34Well, just because psychology doesn't work.
- 24:36However, you didn't pay for it for yourself.
- 24:38Yeah. However, though, I mean, they'll
- 24:43come up with some reason like TDs syndrome or something.
- 24:45Here's the thing with all this stuff, we're going to, we're
- 24:49going to find out all this stuff.
- 24:51Yeah, we'll talk about it on the show.
- 24:52We'll expose them. But will anything get done?
- 24:56Because if you look at who's the Somali freaking congresswoman in
- 25:01in Minnesota, I can't think today, sorry.
- 25:04How's her name? Ilian, Omar.
- 25:06Ilian Omar, we know she, you know, she the winery, fake
- 25:10winery were the husband, she married her husband, all this
- 25:13stuff. But did she get to have her
- 25:17brother? That's what I said.
- 25:19You said she married her husband.
- 25:21Oh, whatever. Her husband was her brother.
- 25:22So yeah, but the GOP or even the courts don't want to let anybody
- 25:30look at her finances and stuff. I mean, it's the old saying,
- 25:34like, is anything there ever be consequences?
- 25:36And I mean, listen, I got to be honest with you.
- 25:40If I was a Congress person, congressman, and then and
- 25:46everybody's getting away with stuff, no consequences, why not?
- 25:48There's no consequences, right? But now I wouldn't do that
- 25:51because that wouldn't be living, right?
- 25:53That's not the way Jesus would want me to live.
- 25:55But that's the way these people are looking at it.
- 25:58I'm all tipping them, tipping their hands in the candy jar,
- 26:00taking candy and running off. This is a problem.
- 26:05No doubt. Let's talk about why there
- 26:08should be consequences. There are statutes on the book
- 26:1252 SE 30114 Federal Election Campaign Act Personal Use
- 26:17Prohibition Campaign Campaign funds cannot be used for
- 26:21personal expenses, including medical or psychiatric treatment
- 26:25that's covered under that. So of course right there's an
- 26:27issue the FECA reporting rules 52 USC 31 O1 and accurate
- 26:35disclosure required mischaracterizing expenses as
- 26:39leadership training could be false reporting.
- 26:42I guess originally she reported this as leadership training and
- 26:46if knowing and willful you violated 52SC3O109-D criminal
- 26:53penalties for FECA violations in 18 USC one O 0011001 false
- 27:00statements in federal filings is a felony.
- 27:04So it's not really enough that this is an FEC House Ethics
- 27:08channel complaint. Looks to me like this is a much
- 27:11bigger issue because I would have to guess that since she
- 27:14falsely reported it that she's committed a felony.
- 27:18So the question is, are they going to bring criminal charges?
- 27:21I would say probably not knowing our current DOJ.
- 27:25All right, George, here's an interesting story.
- 27:29Have a sweet tooth? Get a boner.
- 27:31Hey, what's up with that? I guess somebody came out with a
- 27:36chocolate couple of chocolate products just because he called,
- 27:40well, the name would kind of trigger that.
- 27:43These are the So I guess they found hidden drugs tied to well,
- 27:47they're saying it could cause life threatening blood pressure
- 27:51drops. But really what they're talking
- 27:52about is the the the the drugs. The brand name is Viagra.
- 27:57But of course they talked about these.
- 28:00This is a California-based gear island is voluntarily recalling
- 28:03a certain units of its gold Lion aphrodisiac chocolate and Ilum
- 28:08sex chocolate after testing revealed the presence of US
- 28:11slidden Slidenophile, which is in tactile which is Viagra
- 28:17right. And I guess the, the, the FDA
- 28:22said it could pose serious health risks.
- 28:24But you know, I think the health risk is well.
- 28:28If somebody's taking, I forget the certain heart medication.
- 28:31Nitrate I think. That yeah, nitroglycerin then
- 28:35you can't take I think Viagra or none of them.
- 28:39So I checked around. Wait, so there was Viagra in his
- 28:42chocolate or yeah, ciudophil, whatever.
- 28:45Yeah, well, was it on the packaging?
- 28:48I'm looking at the packaging. It says no headaches.
- 28:50Be the king of the bet. Well.
- 28:52Yeah. We don't have a well.
- 28:55Interestingly enough, I checked around and you can still buy the
- 28:57stuff on eBay. Yeah, you.
- 29:00Can't just. In case anybody in the audience
- 29:01wants to buy their hubby. Don't.
- 29:03No, that's not good. You might, might kill somebody,
- 29:05man. Yeah, I'm not trying to kill
- 29:07anybody, but. So.
- 29:08It's available on eBay, which I think is funny.
- 29:11So if it has sedophil in it and stuff, yeah, they can't.
- 29:14You need a description for that. So how can they can't be
- 29:16selling? That's weird.
- 29:18I wonder. They must have known they did
- 29:20this. Trying to think they're going to
- 29:21get over. I mean, hey.
- 29:23How much is that chocolate? Bar if you buy a chocolate bar
- 29:26called aphrodisiac, well you buy a pack of 24 on eBay.
- 29:29If you put the link up it's a pack of 24 on there right now
- 29:32for 40 bucks. I just thought it was.
- 29:34I just went out to the hell of it and typed it in, went to the
- 29:36search engine. The first one that came up was
- 29:38eBay and did. You try some of this Lancet.
- 29:41I have not tried it, no. Oh, Speaking of this, by the
- 29:44way. Yeah.
- 29:46So on Friday I forgot it was Lance's birthday and we forgot
- 29:49to say this on air. Oh yeah, look at him.
- 29:52Oh yeah. So happy birthday Lance belated
- 29:55from on the show from Friday. Sorry, but it was his birthday.
- 29:58Appreciate. That I don't usually tell.
- 30:00Anybody. He's old as dirt, everybody, so
- 30:02you know he looks good though for his age.
- 30:05I feel old as dirt. He looked good for 45.
- 30:08Yeah, everybody. They did so good.
- 30:10Lie. All right, You know, George,
- 30:13we've said this many times that a lot of our weapons end up on
- 30:15the dark web. A lot of weapons get stolen off
- 30:18of bases. They now caught a Marine who's
- 30:22accused of stealing Javelin missile systems.
- 30:26And listen to this number, George. 2 million rounds of ammo
- 30:32from Camp Pendleton. Now, I don't even know how the
- 30:36hell you'd get all this off the base without getting caught.
- 30:40The Javelin missile systems, that's extremely disturbing and
- 30:45they haven't been able to recover them all.
- 30:47So as you guys know, this is a 23 year old ammunition
- 30:49technician. He basically treated the base
- 30:52armor like his personal inventory.
- 30:55He stole Javelin anti tank missiles and sold them in
- 30:58Arizona. And those are the fire and
- 31:01forget systems that can punch through heavy tank armor for
- 31:04miles away. It's the same weapons the US
- 31:07sent to Ukraine to stop Russian armor and the investigators
- 31:11recovered only one of the missile systems and some ammo.
- 31:15But my understanding is that one of the missile systems is still
- 31:20out there. From the stories I read one or
- 31:21more they didn't really clarify. And 2 million rounds of M855
- 31:27rifle ammunition is still unaccounted for.
- 31:30And I guess over 2 weeks he stole, in this one example, 66
- 31:35cans of ammo and only about 1/3 of it's been recovered.
- 31:39So he's facing obviously a bunch of charges he's held without
- 31:42bail, conspiracy, theft, embezzlement of government
- 31:45property and possession, sale of stolen ammunition.
- 31:49But this is serious stuff here. I mean, the ammunition is the
- 31:52least of their worries. Although crazy this guy could
- 31:55get away with this. The Javelin is kind of blowing
- 31:58my mind. George, I would think that these
- 32:01are. You can take out a plane.
- 32:04Yeah, I'm not you know, I'm not sure that it works as an anti
- 32:08aircraft weapon, but it it may very well So I I don't really
- 32:11know. And usually it's used for, you
- 32:13know, armored AP VS and tanks, but I don't know, I don't know
- 32:18if it would keep it true. That's your track.
- 32:20I don't know if it has enough guidance system in it to track
- 32:23planes, but I mean imagine an aircraft sitting on a runway.
- 32:28You know, somebody's watching me.
- 32:29Yeah. You better be careful because
- 32:31there's some javelins out there in the wild.
- 32:32You're right. Yeah, imagine that.
- 32:36I mean, imagine a plane sitting on a runway and I'll only.
- 32:39Imagine President Trump motorcade bro.
- 32:42Yeah, exactly. Even though his vehicle could
- 32:44probably take it. But just thinking about that,
- 32:48they better find this other one. They ought to.
- 32:50They ought to be waterboarding this freaking dude.
- 32:54Well in Gitmo. Imagine if he gives it.
- 32:57Up how he sold it. But what if he sold it to
- 32:59somebody that didn't really disclose their real identity?
- 33:02What if the person was being very sneaky about it?
- 33:06He didn't care because he just wanted the money.
- 33:09Crazy. So I mean, there's got to be
- 33:13some kind of electronic communications or something,
- 33:15right? They just got to file it and
- 33:18trace it. I don't believe.
- 33:20That as long as long as they don't treat it like Nancy
- 33:22Guthrie's mom's case or her case, it'll be all right, you
- 33:25might find them. Yeah, I don't, I don't think
- 33:27Javelins have tracking systems in them.
- 33:30That went over your head, huh? Yeah, go ahead.
- 33:33Yeah, I know I didn't. I caught that.
- 33:34But I was thinking about what you said, Jeff.
- 33:36What did I say? I'm talking about the
- 33:38communications between the seller and buyer.
- 33:44Yeah, hang on a minute. You're looking to see if they
- 33:48got any kind of tracking. Good .0 No, that's the guidance.
- 33:53They do not have systems tracking them.
- 33:55It does not look like they have guidance tracking.
- 33:59Interesting. They use infrared seeker as
- 34:02their tracking system, so it does not look like they have a
- 34:04way to track it. Meaning AGPS or something built
- 34:08into the weapon. Interesting.
- 34:11All right, well, I mean, that's not great news.
- 34:13Of course. We never want to see a weapon
- 34:15that's sophisticated in the hands of people that shouldn't.
- 34:17Have how far did how? Let me ask you a quick how far
- 34:19can I javelin fire? I believe the tracking once it's
- 34:24locked on is several miles. So why can't I hit the plane,
- 34:28Lance? I'm not sure that the tracking
- 34:31system this is infrared. I'm not sure that it let's let's
- 34:34see just for the heck of a Javelin, can you use it against
- 34:39a plane in flight? I don't know if that can be used
- 34:43for that. You can.
- 34:46Anti tank missile can be used against aircraft in flight,
- 34:49specifically low and slow moving targets like helicopters.
- 34:53It uses fire and forget infrared technology to lock on making it
- 34:57effective against Rory wing aircraft.
- 34:59But it is not designed to engage fast moving fixed wing jets.
- 35:05So prop planes, helicopters, yes.
- 35:09OK, well I just want to state this on air.
- 35:12If the FBI come to lay at his house because he was doing
- 35:14searches. Yeah, no.
- 35:17But you know, the good news is I didn't use AVPN.
- 35:23You know, it's funny, it's interesting when you're doing
- 35:25these shows we all can do, we often do do research online and
- 35:29if somebody was watching and some of this stuff, we've looked
- 35:31up everything. I mean, we've looked up stuff
- 35:32about the pipe bombs and this and that.
- 35:34There's definitely history. But of course, hopefully they
- 35:36would recognize that we're using it for show material.
- 35:39I'm I'm not trying to construct anything you'd hope right now
- 35:45you see me now you don't, I guess since 2022.
- 35:47Here's an interesting statistics, George, your zoom
- 35:51went out. George.
- 35:52The number of ships faking the locations at sea has spiked over
- 35:55200%. So I guess there's a massive
- 36:01shadow fleet that is currently moving global trade entirely off
- 36:04the grid. So as you guys know, traditional
- 36:07maritime tracking relies on the automatic identification system
- 36:11or AIS ships broadcaster, the coordinates.
- 36:14Now, you might have heard some of this because of the Strait of
- 36:16Hormuz, but they're turning off their guidance system when
- 36:19they're trying to pass, hoping that they can get through
- 36:21without the Iranians stopping. And so but, but bad actors
- 36:25simply turn their transponders off to vanish, or they spoof
- 36:30their location to appear hundreds of miles away from
- 36:32their actual physical coordinates.
- 36:34And I guess the US recently seized the oil tanker Skipper
- 36:37for sanctions evasion. And an analysis of satellite
- 36:41data by The New York Times proved the ship faked its
- 36:43coordinates multiple times to hide its movements.
- 36:48Now, to catch these ships, you have to use a lot of it.
- 36:50A lot of this is satellite. But it's really difficult when
- 36:52they turn off their tracking. And it's interesting, here's a
- 36:56map. And I guess there's this, this
- 36:58is an actual video showing that these ships haven't even left
- 37:01the port and their tracking systems are being turned off and
- 37:04on. And I guess basically the system
- 37:08doesn't necessarily, the way it runs now doesn't necessarily red
- 37:11flag a ship when it turns the tracker off, it just tracks the
- 37:15ships that have their tracking systems on.
- 37:17Does it have audio with it? I don't know if this has audio
- 37:23or not, George. I never really paid attention to
- 37:25that. This is just 7 seconds, but it's
- 37:27just very short clip I'm. Going to put it with us.
- 37:30I don't think there's audio with it.
- 37:32But you'll see that as they're leaving the ports, they're
- 37:34turning off their tracking. Just yeah, go ahead.
- 37:38Want to put on loop no. It doesn't matter.
- 37:45So it's interesting how the ships just disappear.
- 37:49Well, you guys probably caught it the other day.
- 37:52Cash Patel's personal e-mail, which I have to give him credit.
- 37:55That was Friday, remember? I brought it up on the show.
- 37:57Yeah. Well, what's interesting about
- 37:59this? They, they, you know, of course
- 38:03this is Handela. I wanted to give some additional
- 38:05details about this. I ran linked hacker group that
- 38:08they were saying the FBI security was a joke.
- 38:10Well, this was Cash Patel's personal e-mail.
- 38:14Number one, I got to take my hat off for cash.
- 38:17Look, you know, interestingly enough, this guy had nothing in
- 38:20his personal e-mail that I would consider unsavory.
- 38:24It wasn't like anything came up or he had sent some kind of an
- 38:28unsavory message to somebody or a Dick pic or something else
- 38:32stupid that could happen for to some people in their e-mail.
- 38:35So my hats off to him. In fact, he looks like a pretty
- 38:38normal guy. A lot of people said the hack
- 38:41actually gave him credibility online.
- 38:44I'd have to agree. So because I'm sure a lot of
- 38:46government officials with their personal emails were put out, I
- 38:49can't imagine what would happen. But the FBI's job is to stop
- 38:54hackers. As you guys know, they have a
- 38:57complete division for this. And now the solution is fix.
- 39:00This is a $10 million bounty on the Iranian hacker.
- 39:07Seems kind of odd that the group that's supposed to block hacking
- 39:11is a response and supposed to be able to track hacking had to put
- 39:14up a $10 million bounty on these guys to locate them.
- 39:22I guess they've the kind of know who they are, but they don't
- 39:24really know they're they're they're somewhat guessing.
- 39:28So interesting stuff, but I think it kind of shows the
- 39:31ineffectiveness of the FBI in its own way.
- 39:36You know, when you go to Georgia, you've probably been,
- 39:39there's a lot of times there's these fountains where people
- 39:41throw change in as a donation. Parks take the change and they
- 39:46use it for the, the parks and improvements and that sort of
- 39:50thing. And a lot of times you're going
- 39:51to be a lot of money. Interestingly enough, a fountain
- 39:55at a State Park, The, the, the money kept, the coins kept
- 39:59disappearing in the park. And after repeated complaints
- 40:03about missing coins. Maybe they were trying to buy
- 40:06food, Lance. I mean, come on.
- 40:08The security footage from Park Fountain finally revealed the
- 40:11unlikely criminals. It looks like it was raccoons
- 40:17collecting the shiny coins for themselves.
- 40:20It's quite a stockpile they got there.
- 40:21George, you're doing pretty well for.
- 40:23I wonder if they're going out and buying snack foods like you
- 40:25just said. Is that what they're doing?
- 40:26I don't know, maybe it's possible.
- 40:30Feed me. I'm hungry.
- 40:32They eat a lot of raccoons. They eat anything.
- 40:35That's pretty funny though that they're, I mean, like they were
- 40:39just piling to change. I guess so, man.
- 40:42Maybe you like the way he glittered or something.
- 40:44I mean. I don't know, they just liked
- 40:45it. I mean, a lot of times raccoons
- 40:46will go into fountains and water supplies to wash their hands.
- 40:49You know they go and wash and clean themselves in water.
- 40:52Maybe they were watching people throw it away.
- 40:54You know, they see watch people throw away food, they go eat it.
- 40:57I don't know. Crazy stuff.
- 41:00Very interesting though now. Here's an interesting one for
- 41:02the cat owners out there. I don't know how many of you had
- 41:05this experience I have. Well, you know, we have Bella, a
- 41:08rescue cat my wife brought into our home like I call her.
- 41:12I joke around and call her the accidental cat because we never
- 41:15really had thought we'd be having a rescue cat.
- 41:18But it looks like China came out with a solution.
- 41:21A lot of times I had a problem where Bella wanted to come and
- 41:23sit on my laptop while I was working, of course pressing the
- 41:27keys attracted by the heat. But China's got a solution.
- 41:33Heated fake cat laptops. So this is for cats that sit on
- 41:38keyboards and interrupt your workflow.
- 41:42Big attention. So basically this is a heated
- 41:44laptop plated clip and cats, you know, they'll they'll go over
- 41:48and sit on the heated laptop versus coming and sitting on
- 41:51your laptop might it might improve your work production.
- 41:55So. Yeah, but doesn't that just
- 41:57teach them to sit on laptops then?
- 41:59They'll just sit on any laptop. I, you know, she, she didn't
- 42:02learn that from me. Bella does it just because it's
- 42:04warm, you know? How about you put a little like
- 42:07shocker thing? You know how to have shock
- 42:09collars for dogs? Oh, Ouch.
- 42:11I don't know. Let's play a clip.
- 42:16Kurt always gets on my laptop out of all the places, and it's
- 42:19because he wants to be involved with what I'm doing.
- 42:21But it's also because it's warm. So I got this cat laptop that
- 42:24heats up and Gary checked it out right away.
- 42:27Soon as Kurt found it, he loved it.
- 42:29You look so. Cute.
- 42:32Yeah, look at that. So now Kurt has his own laptop
- 42:36that he can lay on while I can still use mine.
- 42:40I don't know about that, Lance. Well, it could be a solution for
- 42:45people out there because I know how cats are.
- 42:47They're pretty persistent. I still have to shush Bell off
- 42:50of the laptop. All right, well, listen, sorry
- 42:53about the tech difficulties at the beginning of the show.
- 42:55We love you guys. Appreciate you tuning in and
- 42:57giving us your time today because that's the most valuable
