- 0:12Speaker 2: so make sure you download for free Verdict with Ted
- 0:16Speaker 2: Cruz wherever you get your podcast Center.
- 0:19Speaker 1: We've got a lot to talk about.
- 0:21Speaker 2: In the show, including a massive invasion of legal immigrants
- 0:25Speaker 2: in Spain, and doctor Fauci had a lot to say
- 0:29Speaker 2: sarcasm insert it right there in Washington, DC this week.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Well, Fauci's testimony before Congress was absolutely disgraceful. We're going
- 0:38Speaker 3: to get into that in depth, but first we're going
- 0:41Speaker 3: to talk about what is happening in Spain, because it
- 0:44Speaker 3: is outrageous, it is frightening, it is terrifying. If you
- 0:49Speaker 3: have not watched these images online, if you're watching this
- 0:52Speaker 3: on YouTube, you can see it on the YouTube show.
- 0:55Speaker 3: If you haven't, go and Google watch it with your eyes,
- 0:59Speaker 3: because I can with my voice. Due justice to what's
- 1:02Speaker 3: happening in Spain. Spain is being invaded thousands upon thousands
- 1:09Speaker 3: of people from Morocco are coming over one after the
- 1:13Speaker 3: other after the other, and there's not another word to
- 1:16Speaker 3: describe it.
- 1:17Speaker 4: It is an invasion.
- 1:19Speaker 3: It reminds me very much of what happened in Texas
- 1:24Speaker 3: on the southern border, and in particular in Del Rio.
- 1:27Speaker 3: And if you remember Del Rio, which is a town
- 1:30Speaker 3: in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas. It's a
- 1:34Speaker 3: town of about thirty thousand people, and in one day,
- 1:38Speaker 3: more than ten thousand Haitian illegal immigrants crossed the Rio
- 1:43Speaker 3: grand crossed into the United States, into the small town
- 1:47Speaker 3: of Del Rio. It was an absolute invasion.
- 1:50Speaker 4: I was there. I was there.
- 1:51Speaker 3: In fact, I filmed it and put out the video
- 1:54Speaker 3: of what was happening in Del Rio. You had thousands
- 1:57Speaker 3: upon thousands of Haitians under a bridge, under a giant overpass,
- 2:01Speaker 3: and it looked like it looked like the Third World.
- 2:04Speaker 3: It was suddenly in America. It looked like you were
- 2:06Speaker 3: in Haiti. They were just basically shanty towns. And it
- 2:10Speaker 3: was designed by the Biden administration and the drug cartels.
- 2:14Speaker 3: The Mexican cartels made the decision to send the Haitians
- 2:18Speaker 3: to the southern border, to Del Rio, and to send
- 2:20Speaker 3: them over in an invasion and the Democrats welcomed them. Well,
- 2:25Speaker 3: the same thing is happening in Spain and it is horrifying.
- 2:29Speaker 3: And I say this without hyperbole. I think we are
- 2:34Speaker 3: witnessing civilizational suicide in Europe. They are destroying the great
- 2:42Speaker 3: nations of Europe. And understand, this is not happening accidentally.
- 2:47Speaker 3: It's just like what happened in Texas for the four
- 2:52Speaker 3: years of the Biden administration, where the invasion was by design.
- 2:58Speaker 4: The left hate eats the West.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Yep, this is what Mandami and the other communists wants.
- 3:06Speaker 3: This is what the DSA wants when they say open borders,
- 3:09Speaker 3: when they say abolish Ice. They want this invasion for
- 3:15Speaker 3: the same purpose. It's the same reason the socialists in Spain,
- 3:19Speaker 3: who unfortunately are in control of that government, they want
- 3:22Speaker 3: to destroy Spanish civilization, and tragically, these American leftists want
- 3:28Speaker 3: to destroy American civilization.
- 3:30Speaker 2: You know, I was talking about this earlier day, and
- 3:31Speaker 2: I want to get your take on this, but but
- 3:33Speaker 2: one of the things I said was I think part
- 3:35Speaker 2: of the reason why we're witnessing these types of invasions,
- 3:38Speaker 2: and really it's happening not just in Spain, but we're
- 3:41Speaker 2: seeing massive illegal immigration numbers all throughout Europe that have spiked,
- 3:45Speaker 2: and as you described it, I think it's spot on
- 3:48Speaker 2: that we're watching the crumbling of civilization and actually having
- 3:53Speaker 2: pride in a nation. Right you just get rid of
- 3:55Speaker 2: the nation. It's kumbaiaism of the left and the communiess
- 3:58Speaker 2: and socialists. But I also think part of why this
- 4:01Speaker 2: is happening right now in Europe is Donald Trump one reelection,
- 4:05Speaker 2: got back to the White House by saying I'm going
- 4:08Speaker 2: to secure the southern border and I'm going to stop
- 4:10Speaker 2: the invasion that you're witnessing on TV the videos that
- 4:14Speaker 2: you took. I still go back to that moment where
- 4:17Speaker 2: I think we saw the tide change, and that was
- 4:19Speaker 2: when the federal government under the Biden administration used that
- 4:22Speaker 2: forklift and raised up that bob wire in Texas and
- 4:26Speaker 2: people came flooding into America. That for me was a
- 4:30Speaker 2: picture is worth right, a thousand words, however you want
- 4:32Speaker 2: to describe it. But when you can't come to America anymore,
- 4:36Speaker 2: the way that you were able to buy the millions
- 4:38Speaker 2: and millions under the Biden and the bomdministration combined and
- 4:42Speaker 2: the leftist policies where are you going to go next?
- 4:45Speaker 1: Europe? Europe would be your next stop.
- 4:47Speaker 2: And now they're getting what would have a lot of
- 4:50Speaker 2: people that probably would have tried to keep coming to
- 4:51Speaker 2: America if the Democrats were in charge.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Well, and this is also the Islamization of Europe. These
- 5:01Speaker 3: illegal immigrants that are invading the country, they are essentially
- 5:06Speaker 3: entirely Muslim, and you're saying, you know, there was a
- 5:09Speaker 3: meme online that showed President Trump flying in Air Force
- 5:14Speaker 3: one and looking out the window and saying, my goodness,
- 5:18Speaker 3: Pakistan is just horrible. What's happening there? And an aide
- 5:22Speaker 3: stops and says, I'm mister President, that's London. Yeah, like
- 5:26Speaker 3: Europe is deliberately and we're seeing this throughout.
- 5:29Speaker 4: Europe has allowed.
- 5:31Speaker 3: The entire continent to face an invasion from the Middle East,
- 5:36Speaker 3: face an invasion from Africa, and it is changed the
- 5:40Speaker 3: underlying character of the continent, and you're seeing you're seeing
- 5:45Speaker 3: the consequences. Look, I think Europe is foreshadowing where the
- 5:49Speaker 3: United States will go if we don't stop this, and
- 5:54Speaker 3: it's about ten years ahead of us. So so in
- 5:57Speaker 3: some ways, you can look to Spain and it's like
- 6:01Speaker 3: you're looking at a crystal ball, you can see. And
- 6:04Speaker 3: by the way, it'll happen faster than ten years, if
- 6:07Speaker 3: God forbid Elizabeth Warren or Gavin Newsom RAOC becomes president.
- 6:14Speaker 3: The same invasion we're seeing in Spain, the same invasion
- 6:17Speaker 3: that we saw under Joe Biden, will happen again. And
- 6:22Speaker 3: the reason is the same, because the left, they want
- 6:26Speaker 3: these illegal immigrants to destroy Western civilization, to destroy American civilization,
- 6:33Speaker 3: to tear down the Constitution, the foundations of free enterprise,
- 6:38Speaker 3: the foundations of rule of law. And you know, I
- 6:44Speaker 3: have to wonder what a typical Spanish citizen is thinking
- 6:50Speaker 3: right now, and listen.
- 6:52Speaker 4: What I fear is that what they.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Might be thinking is the same thing that the idiot
- 6:59Speaker 3: voter who voted for Mandami and the other communists in
- 7:02Speaker 3: America are thinking, which is this is a great thing,
- 7:04Speaker 3: this is a wonderful thing. I don't know if they're
- 7:06Speaker 3: looking away and just just averting their eyes or if
- 7:09Speaker 3: they think wonderful, what a blessing. But I'll tell you
- 7:13Speaker 3: one thing that is deeply chilling about these images, the
- 7:17Speaker 3: videos that are coming up. The videos I saw, there
- 7:20Speaker 3: was not a single woman, or there was not a
- 7:22Speaker 3: single child yeah, these are all military age men. There
- 7:28Speaker 3: are men from about fifteen to about forty and they're
- 7:32Speaker 3: coming one after the other, after the other after the other.
- 7:36Speaker 3: And by the way, like one fellow on Twitter put it,
- 7:39Speaker 3: put out a very good question, he said, what what
- 7:42Speaker 3: is the purpose of having an army if thousands of
- 7:48Speaker 3: foreign invaders can just cross your border and invade your country?
- 7:53Speaker 4: Because that is what is happening.
- 7:56Speaker 1: And and by the way, no vetting.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Let's be clear they there there was a there was
- 8:01Speaker 2: a really interesting video that got released and showed the
- 8:04Speaker 2: government opening up a gate and allowing men. There was
- 8:08Speaker 2: no women or children. Hundreds and hundreds are rushing. I
- 8:11Speaker 2: don't know how deep it was. I mean it could
- 8:12Speaker 2: be thousands and thousands. No one is vetting if these
- 8:15Speaker 2: are terrorists, if they're drug cartel members, if they're setting
- 8:19Speaker 2: up chant.
- 8:20Speaker 3: And we know we know they are, We know that
- 8:22Speaker 3: they're a terrorist among them. We know that there are
- 8:24Speaker 3: cartel members members and criminals and murderers and rapists. We
- 8:28Speaker 3: know that because that's what happened in America's what's happening
- 8:30Speaker 3: there too.
- 8:31Speaker 4: And it is part of the left's design.
- 8:34Speaker 2: The left will say the same thing that we heard
- 8:37Speaker 2: when they were basically justifying the invasion into the United
- 8:40Speaker 2: States of America. These are families, These are women and children.
- 8:44Speaker 2: They're just looking for a better life. You go down
- 8:46Speaker 2: the Rio Grande, you go down to the border, and
- 8:49Speaker 2: what we were witnessing coming across the border was not
- 8:52Speaker 2: a lot of families. It was a lot of military
- 8:54Speaker 2: age men as well. It was people that were smuggling people.
- 8:57Speaker 2: They would act like a child was their child, when
- 8:59Speaker 2: it actually really even was not their child. By the way,
- 9:02Speaker 2: the Biden administration lost well over one hundred thousand kids
- 9:06Speaker 2: that they gave to people in the US and just
- 9:09Speaker 2: disappeared into society. God knows what's happening to some of
- 9:12Speaker 2: them even to this day. But you look at Spain,
- 9:16Speaker 2: this invasion terrifies me from the standpoint center that it's
- 9:20Speaker 2: clear that there's somebody behind it. It is orchestrated in
- 9:24Speaker 2: a way. It is the military age men. It's almost
- 9:28Speaker 2: like they're saying, we can set up a network, we
- 9:31Speaker 2: can make a ton of money, we can set up
- 9:34Speaker 2: drug cartels and drugs coming through human trafficking, like it's
- 9:38Speaker 2: setting up an apparatus. And then, as you mentioned, we
- 9:41Speaker 2: know people on the terrorists watch lists are coming across
- 9:44Speaker 2: our southern border.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Wen we caught a lot of them.
- 9:46Speaker 2: We don't know how many we didn't catch or sleep
- 9:49Speaker 2: or sales there even in America. Right now Trump administration
- 9:52Speaker 2: working on that. But that's part of this conversation. We
- 9:55Speaker 2: have to talk about.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Well, and what happened in the United States under and
- 10:00Speaker 3: the Democrats was even worse. There were many military age
- 10:03Speaker 3: men who came over. There were also families. There were
- 10:05Speaker 3: also children, the children who were physically abused, sexually abused
- 10:09Speaker 3: by the human traffickers, by adult men who essentially rented
- 10:13Speaker 3: children because for a time the policy was if you
- 10:17Speaker 3: arrived with a child, you got to stay. And so
- 10:19Speaker 3: you saw the same children rented over and over again.
- 10:22Speaker 3: And by the way, it wasn't just more than one
- 10:24Speaker 3: hundred thousand children the Biden administration lost. It was more
- 10:26Speaker 3: than three hundred thousand children that they lost that they
- 10:30Speaker 3: had in government custody, unaccompanied miners, and they handed to
- 10:34Speaker 3: adults and they don't know where they are. They just
- 10:36Speaker 3: lost them. One of the most important things the Trump
- 10:39Speaker 3: administration has been doing is going and finding many of
- 10:41Speaker 3: those kids and rescuing some of those kids from sexual assault,
- 10:46Speaker 3: from being sexually trafficked, from being in child labor situations,
- 10:50Speaker 3: from being physically abused, and the Democrats didn't care that.
- 10:53Speaker 3: They didn't care, they didn't do anything. And by the way,
- 10:56Speaker 3: the press didn't care. They didn't care.
- 10:57Speaker 4: About the kids being abused.
- 10:59Speaker 3: But I will tell you southern border, there were also
- 11:01Speaker 3: times where you saw a large influx of military age men.
- 11:05Speaker 4: I've been down the.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Southern border during Biden when I saw, for example, groups
- 11:10Speaker 3: of Chinese men. Now the last I checked, I'm no
- 11:13Speaker 3: geography expert, but China is not below our southern border.
- 11:18Speaker 3: But yet they were being brought in by human traffickers
- 11:21Speaker 3: all the way from China. I was told by customs
- 11:24Speaker 3: and border patrol at the going rate for a Chinese
- 11:26Speaker 3: illegal immigrant to pay the coyotes was fifty thousand dollars to.
- 11:31Speaker 4: Come into this country.
- 11:32Speaker 3: And I saw groups just sitting there of military age
- 11:37Speaker 3: men by the hundreds, in groups with no kids among them,
- 11:40Speaker 3: and all Chinese like that had been apprehended, and that
- 11:46Speaker 3: the Biden administration was releasing into this country. And I
- 11:49Speaker 3: guarantee you a significant number of those Chinese military age
- 11:53Speaker 3: men are working for the Chinese Communist Party as spies
- 11:56Speaker 3: or other subversives doing damage to this country. But look,
- 12:01Speaker 3: one of the things that we now know conclusively for
- 12:06Speaker 3: a fact is that being subject to invasion is a choice. Yes,
- 12:13Speaker 3: it's not an accident. It's not something. Look during the
- 12:16Speaker 3: Biden administration, one of the talking points that Biden used,
- 12:19Speaker 3: that Kamala Harris used that Alojandro mayorcis us is well,
- 12:23Speaker 3: we're trying. We just can't. We're just unable to stop it.
- 12:26Speaker 3: It's just, you know, I'm sorry, we're not We're not
- 12:28Speaker 3: very good at it. They also, by.
- 12:30Speaker 4: The way, tried.
- 12:31Speaker 3: The gas lighting of saying the border is secure, everything's fine.
- 12:34Speaker 3: Don't believe your lying eyes. And we now know one
- 12:41Speaker 3: hundred percent certainty that was a lie. How do we
- 12:45Speaker 3: know that Because the instant Donald Trump came back into
- 12:48Speaker 3: the White House, illegal border crossings dropped ninety nine percent.
- 12:54Speaker 4: So the statement that they couldn't.
- 12:56Speaker 3: Secure the border was proven exactly false. And the only
- 13:01Speaker 3: thing that changed is you had a president who would
- 13:05Speaker 3: suddenly follow the law. And and and there is one
- 13:09Speaker 3: policy question that determines illegal immigration more than anything else,
- 13:13Speaker 3: and it's not it's not, first of all, a wall
- 13:18Speaker 3: or or personnel or boots on the ground or anything else.
- 13:20Speaker 3: It's one simple policy question. What happens when you apprehend
- 13:26Speaker 3: someone here illegally yep. And if the answer is that,
- 13:32Speaker 3: you put them on a plane, you put them on
- 13:35Speaker 3: a bus, and you send them back to the country
- 13:37Speaker 3: they came from. Everyone who comes to this country illegally,
- 13:40Speaker 3: or just about every person is carrying with them a
- 13:42Speaker 3: cell phone. And what happens is when you start flying
- 13:44Speaker 3: them home, they call call on the phone, and they
- 13:47Speaker 3: tell tell their friends, they tell their relatives, don't come,
- 13:50Speaker 3: they won't let you stay, and the numbers drop immediately.
- 13:53Speaker 3: That's what happened at the beginning of the Trump administration.
- 13:56Speaker 3: The same thing happens on the flip side. So what
- 13:59Speaker 3: Joe Biden the democ threats did is.
- 14:00Speaker 4: They just ignored federal immigration law.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Federal immigration law says illegal immigrants who are detained, shall
- 14:05Speaker 3: be detained, shall be deported, shall is a mandatory legal word.
- 14:09Speaker 3: And they just said, we don't care, doesn't matter what
- 14:11Speaker 3: the law is, We're not going to follow it. And again,
- 14:14Speaker 3: they all have cell phones. So once they discover, hey,
- 14:17Speaker 3: when we get here, they let us go, They could
- 14:19Speaker 3: pick up the phone and call home.
- 14:20Speaker 5: Now.
- 14:20Speaker 3: I want to read to you what Pedro Sanchez, who
- 14:24Speaker 3: is the socialist Prime Minister of Spain said about this invasion.
- 14:29Speaker 3: He sent out a tweet that says, quote, the government
- 14:32Speaker 3: of Spain is fully committed to providing an immediate response
- 14:36Speaker 3: to the situation in Suta. We are mobilizing all necessary resources,
- 14:41Speaker 3: working with Moroccan and international authorities, and preparing the necessary
- 14:45Speaker 3: measures to restore normalcy as soon as possible. I just
- 14:49Speaker 3: conveyed this to President Juan vivaslatter. This is the moment
- 14:54Speaker 3: to build solutions with responsibility and cooperation. Now that is
- 15:01Speaker 3: leftist code word for we are going to do nothing. Yeah,
- 15:06Speaker 3: although what he may try to do, we are going
- 15:10Speaker 3: to ask that they invade our country slightly less blatantly,
- 15:15Speaker 3: so that we don't have images of them invading by
- 15:19Speaker 3: the thousand.
- 15:19Speaker 4: Just spread it out a little.
- 15:20Speaker 3: We're fine being invaded by a Muslim horror that is
- 15:24Speaker 3: to destroying Spain, but just don't make it so obvious.
- 15:28Speaker 4: We can't ignore it.
- 15:30Speaker 3: That's what he is meaning. That's what he is saying,
- 15:35Speaker 3: and it is It is the agenda, not just of
- 15:40Speaker 3: the European Socialist It is the agenda Mandami. It is
- 15:43Speaker 3: the agenda of Bernie Sanders. It is the agenda of
- 15:46Speaker 3: just about every single Democrat in the Congress. When the
- 15:49Speaker 3: DSA says we want open borders, they mean it. They
- 15:53Speaker 3: want our civilization destroyed.
- 15:56Speaker 1: We got to break down center.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Anthony Fauci, guy that told you who you can eat with,
- 16:02Speaker 2: how far you had to stay away from somebody when
- 16:04Speaker 2: you could go to church, couldn't go to church, you know,
- 16:07Speaker 2: bankrupted a lot of small businesses. You know that Anthony Fauci,
- 16:10Speaker 2: who also told you if you just got that shot,
- 16:12Speaker 2: we were gonna stop the spread in two weeks.
- 16:14Speaker 1: And yeah, it.
- 16:15Speaker 2: Took two years of your kid's you know, education away
- 16:18Speaker 2: from them. But that guy who always found the cameras,
- 16:22Speaker 2: now all of a sudden, he's wanting to be really quiet.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Well, we had a modern day miracle play out in Washington,
- 16:29Speaker 3: d c. Number one, a legitimate saint, a saint who
- 16:34Speaker 3: saved the world, came to Congress. And number two, a
- 16:38Speaker 3: man who had an opinion on everything, who knew the
- 16:40Speaker 3: answer to every question, who's who simply shared his wisdom
- 16:46Speaker 3: with us in volcanic eruptions, suddenly had nothing to say
- 16:51Speaker 3: if you were pissed off at the Moroccan invasion of Spain,
- 16:56Speaker 3: I promised you you were every bit as pissed off
- 17:00Speaker 3: at watching the pious, self righteous Anthony Fauci come before
- 17:06Speaker 3: Congress this week.
- 17:07Speaker 4: Now now, he.
- 17:07Speaker 3: Gave a really detailed explanation of all of his wisdom
- 17:13Speaker 3: about the COVID pandemic. I want you to listen to
- 17:16Speaker 3: the entirety of his opening statement.
- 17:20Speaker 2: By the way, it's incredible. You don't even need to
- 17:23Speaker 2: take a sip of water. It'll be over that fast.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 17:26Speaker 6: Although it pains me to do so, because of the
- 17:30Speaker 6: respect I have for the legislative branch of government and
- 17:35Speaker 6: my decades long record of cooperating with Congress. Under the
- 17:40Speaker 6: advice of my attorneys, I will invoke my right under
- 17:45Speaker 6: the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution to refrain from answering
- 17:49Speaker 6: your questions.
- 17:51Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 17:52Speaker 2: By the way, sed, he's not lying in that statement
- 17:55Speaker 2: when he said my lawyers, he came in with a
- 17:59Speaker 2: I mean an r me of lawyers behind him.
- 18:03Speaker 4: Well he did.
- 18:05Speaker 3: And and mind you, this is someone who just just
- 18:10Speaker 3: a couple of years ago, in twenty twenty two, said
- 18:13Speaker 3: he quote had nothing to hide, and in twenty twenty two,
- 18:19Speaker 3: he told CNN quote, I am very happy to testify
- 18:23Speaker 3: before any Congressional oversight committee. Here, give a listen to
- 18:27Speaker 3: what he said back in twenty twenty two.
- 18:29Speaker 7: Well, if I become a punching bag, I'm a punching bag.
- 18:32Speaker 7: But I am very happy to testify before any congressional
- 18:36Speaker 7: oversight committee. I have nothing to hide.
- 18:39Speaker 5: I have.
- 18:40Speaker 7: I can explain and validate everything that I've done. So
- 18:44Speaker 7: you know it's going to be inconvenient if they actually
- 18:47Speaker 7: are out there essentially threatening to make my life miserable.
- 18:50Speaker 7: But it's I mean, I'm going to do what I
- 18:52Speaker 7: need to do, and that is cooperate fully because we
- 18:55Speaker 7: have nothing to hide at all.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Okay, Now I got to ask a technicality question here,
- 19:02Speaker 2: because for people that are listening, can you explain to
- 19:06Speaker 2: me you get a preemptive pardon in theories? Shouldn't that
- 19:11Speaker 2: center just free you up to do exactly what the
- 19:14Speaker 2: twenty twenty two Anthony Fauci had to say there that Hey,
- 19:18Speaker 2: I'll testify before anybody. I'll tell you anything. I've already
- 19:22Speaker 2: been pardoned. Why would your attorneys? And it was an
- 19:25Speaker 2: army of attorneys that came with into Capitol Hill, tell
- 19:28Speaker 2: you not to answer any questions at all if you've
- 19:31Speaker 2: already been.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Pardoned, because a pardon is retrospective. A pardon immunizes him
- 19:37Speaker 3: for criminal conduct he committed in the past, got prior
- 19:42Speaker 3: to the day that Joe Biden pardoned him. The pardon
- 19:46Speaker 3: does not immunize him for crimes that he commits in
- 19:49Speaker 3: the future. And the reason he pleaded the fifth is
- 19:52Speaker 3: as alternative as he was going to lie through his
- 19:55Speaker 3: teeth and lying under oath to Congress is a fan
- 20:00Speaker 3: eleanie punishable by serious jail time. That's the reason he
- 20:04Speaker 3: pleaded the fifth, not because of past conduct, but because
- 20:08Speaker 3: he intended to lie and listen. Two significant things changed.
- 20:14Speaker 3: Number one, Merrick Garland is no longer Attorney General. The corrupt,
- 20:21Speaker 3: politicized Biden Department of Justice is no longer there. He
- 20:25Speaker 3: could say I'm very happy to testify before Congress because
- 20:28Speaker 3: he could get up and brazenly lie with no compunction,
- 20:33Speaker 3: because the chance I mean, I mean, he could. It
- 20:36Speaker 3: didn't matter what he said, it didn't matter what he did.
- 20:39Speaker 3: He could have shot someone in congressional hearing. And the
- 20:44Speaker 3: Biden Department of Justice was not going to do anything
- 20:46Speaker 3: about it. They knew he was lying, they didn't care.
- 20:50Speaker 3: They wanted him to lie. So not even they didn't care,
- 20:52Speaker 3: they wanted him to lie. The Trump Department of Justice,
- 20:58Speaker 3: if he lies under oath, you better believe they will
- 21:00Speaker 3: prosecute him and put him in jail. So but but
- 21:04Speaker 3: the critical admission is that means he intended to lie
- 21:08Speaker 3: in this here. You know, what's the second thing that changed.
- 21:12Speaker 3: The second thing that changed is his diary came out.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Yes, one hell of a diary. By the way, By
- 21:20Speaker 2: the way, I gotta ask, do you do you do it?
- 21:22Speaker 1: You do it?
- 21:22Speaker 4: No, I don't know.
- 21:23Speaker 2: By the way, I don't understand anybody that does. That's
- 21:26Speaker 2: like our age. I don't get it. I've never understood it.
- 21:29Speaker 2: But like this diary was like a manifesto for narcissism.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Like if you want to say, hey, if you've got
- 21:37Speaker 2: a daughter, just tell him, don't ever marry a guy
- 21:39Speaker 2: that does this like rights this way, talks this way
- 21:41Speaker 2: about himself.
- 21:42Speaker 1: It was I mean, it's off the change narcissism.
- 21:45Speaker 3: Well, look that that's not an exaggeration. The diary demonstrates
- 21:50Speaker 3: this man is a narcissistic sociopath. Where where he number
- 21:55Speaker 3: one is a brazen liar, but he is so self centered,
- 21:59Speaker 3: and we on Monday's podcast we went into depth on
- 22:02Speaker 3: in terms of what the diary said. But here's his problem. So,
- 22:06Speaker 3: for example, one of the things the diary said is
- 22:09Speaker 3: that he knew early in the pandemic. He said, we
- 22:12Speaker 3: now know that the covid virus did not come from
- 22:15Speaker 3: the Chinese wet market.
- 22:17Speaker 4: Yep, now mind you.
- 22:19Speaker 3: He later on decided, no, I don't want people to
- 22:23Speaker 3: know that the covid virus came from the Wuhan Institute
- 22:26Speaker 3: for Virology, because if they know that, they're going to
- 22:30Speaker 3: figure out that it was created or modified with gain
- 22:35Speaker 3: of function research paid for by doctor Anthony Fauci, that
- 22:38Speaker 3: he was responsible for the funding the research that created
- 22:44Speaker 3: or modified the covid virus to make it more transmissible,
- 22:47Speaker 3: to make it more deadly, to make it target humans
- 22:51Speaker 3: more effectively.
- 22:53Speaker 1: And so he was.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Covering up his own culpability when he spread the story, Oh,
- 23:00Speaker 3: this came from just you know, bats at the wet market.
- 23:03Speaker 3: We know in writing he said, early on, we know
- 23:07Speaker 3: for a fact this did not originate in the wet market.
- 23:10Speaker 3: The wet market simply amplified it. But it did not
- 23:14Speaker 3: originate there. So why did he plead the fifth Because
- 23:19Speaker 3: if he repeated that lie, he would immediately be confronted
- 23:23Speaker 3: with his diary and he would be asked, were you
- 23:28Speaker 3: lying when you told Congress? The opposite, his choice would
- 23:34Speaker 3: be one of two things. Number one, admit yes, I'm
- 23:39Speaker 3: a liar, don't believe anything I said, and mind you
- 23:43Speaker 3: when I say narcissists.
- 23:44Speaker 4: Remember this is someone who, in the midst of.
- 23:45Speaker 3: COVID said, when you criticize me, you are criticizing science.
- 23:54Speaker 3: I am the science, and science with like a trademark.
- 23:57Speaker 3: I mean, he embodied science, and he's not capable of
- 24:02Speaker 3: saying I'm an unprincipled, shameless liar. So the alternative is
- 24:07Speaker 3: he would lie and say no, no, no, I was telling
- 24:09Speaker 3: the truth. That would be perjury. Or it's actually not perjury.
- 24:12Speaker 3: Technically it's lying under oath, which is different from perjury
- 24:14Speaker 3: but punishable the same as a felony. And so likewise,
- 24:21Speaker 3: another instance, he says in his diary how proud he was,
- 24:26Speaker 3: how thrilled he was when he called Democrat politicians in
- 24:30Speaker 3: New York and in California and convinced them to shut
- 24:34Speaker 3: down schools convince them to shut down churches, convince them
- 24:37Speaker 3: to shut down small businesses, and those decisions had catastrophically
- 24:41Speaker 3: devastating consequences. Shutting down the schools, I think we will
- 24:46Speaker 3: look back in history as the school shut down as
- 24:50Speaker 3: the most inexplicable, damaging public policy decision of modern times.
- 24:56Speaker 3: The data now show that because tens of millions of
- 24:59Speaker 3: k kids had their schools shut down for more than
- 25:02Speaker 3: a year, the Democrat politicians that we have witnessed the
- 25:06Speaker 3: single largest learning loss in recorded history since we began
- 25:10Speaker 3: measuring it. We also saw the racial gap, the divide
- 25:13Speaker 3: between African American kids and white kids, and the divide
- 25:17Speaker 3: between Hispanic kids and white kids, grow more during the
- 25:20Speaker 3: COVID shutdowns than again in any period since we began
- 25:23Speaker 3: measuring it. Well after everyone saw what a disaster the
- 25:29Speaker 3: shutdowns were, Fauci repeatedly went on TV and said, Oh,
- 25:32Speaker 3: I didn't urn shutdowns. I wasn't in favor of shutdowns.
- 25:35Speaker 1: O don't know.
- 25:35Speaker 4: That wasn't me, That wasn't me, That wasn't me. We
- 25:38Speaker 4: now know.
- 25:39Speaker 3: We knew it then, but we now know conclusively out
- 25:41Speaker 3: of his own words in the diary, that was a lie.
- 25:45Speaker 3: He didn't want to be questioned about that lie, which
- 25:50Speaker 3: is why he said, you know how many times he
- 25:51Speaker 3: pleaded the fifth?
- 25:53Speaker 1: Uh, well, like one hundred and eleven, hundred and ten times.
- 25:55Speaker 3: It was crazy, one hundred and eleven times. It was
- 25:59Speaker 3: utterly shameless. Watching him one hundred and eleven times plead
- 26:05Speaker 3: the fifth and refuse to answer anything.
- 26:07Speaker 4: Was was infuriating.
- 26:10Speaker 7: Uh.
- 26:10Speaker 3: And also the contemptuous arrogance with which he did so
- 26:13Speaker 3: made it even more infuriating. Here listen to this exchange
- 26:16Speaker 3: where Josh Holly's questioning it.
- 26:19Speaker 5: What day of the week is it today? On the
- 26:23Speaker 5: divisive Council?
- 26:25Speaker 8: I respectfully declined to and se based upon my rights
- 26:28Speaker 8: under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
- 26:29Speaker 5: What color tie you're wearing on the advisive Council?
- 26:34Speaker 8: I respectfully declined to a SA based upon my rights
- 26:37Speaker 8: under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
- 26:39Speaker 5: What colors the carpet in front of you on the
- 26:45Speaker 5: advisive Council?
- 26:46Speaker 8: I respectfully declined to and se based upon my rights
- 26:49Speaker 8: under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's You couldn't have written this type
- 26:56Speaker 2: of absurdity compared to the entire Anthony Fauci.
- 27:01Speaker 1: We've known, you know, post COVID nineteen.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Yeah, look that that's right, and and and he's going
- 27:09Speaker 3: to have a real problem. So so the next step, uh,
- 27:13Speaker 3: it is going to be a vote to hold him
- 27:15Speaker 3: in contempt to Congress.
- 27:17Speaker 2: Yes, and that was announced by Senator Paul like instantly
- 27:20Speaker 2: after us.
- 27:21Speaker 3: Yes and and and and listen. It starts with a
- 27:24Speaker 3: vote in his gag the Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee,
- 27:28Speaker 3: which ran chairs and that's where, uh, where Fauci was
- 27:31Speaker 3: testifying and where he was subpoena And my my full
- 27:35Speaker 3: expectation is that that vote will be party line. That
- 27:38Speaker 3: that that that uh, that committee has an eight to
- 27:40Speaker 3: seven Republican majority, So I'm assuming all eight Republicans will
- 27:44Speaker 3: vote for it, and I assume all seven Democrats will
- 27:48Speaker 3: vote against it, and and and then it will go
- 27:51Speaker 3: to the floor and and we'll have some procedural wrangling
- 27:54Speaker 3: and battling it. It may well require sixty votes, but
- 27:58Speaker 3: we'll see how that fight go. But either way, Fauci
- 28:06Speaker 3: is going to have a real problem claiming that the
- 28:09Speaker 3: Fifth Amendment right, it protects him because he has a
- 28:14Speaker 3: blanket pardon. So once you have a pardon. The same
- 28:18Speaker 3: thing is true, like, once you're given immunity, you can't
- 28:20Speaker 3: claim the Fifth because the Fifth Amendment is a right
- 28:23Speaker 3: to be protected from legal jeopardy, and a pardon makes
- 28:25Speaker 3: the legal jeopardy go away. And so his argument for
- 28:29Speaker 3: refusing to answer questions about the past is a really
- 28:33Speaker 3: weak argument. I assume he will do some version of saying, well,
- 28:40Speaker 3: this is a perjury trap. They're trying to trap me
- 28:43Speaker 3: in perjury. There's a simple response to that, is the
- 28:46Speaker 3: way to avoid a perjury trap is don't lie, ye
- 28:51Speaker 3: tell the truth. And I know the guy is an
- 28:56Speaker 3: inveterate liar and he can't help himself, but you know,
- 29:00Speaker 3: he could just agree with what he wrote in his diary.
- 29:03Speaker 3: I don't know if his position was I was lying
- 29:05Speaker 3: to my diary. And by the way, when it comes
- 29:08Speaker 3: to a narcissist, you also see him just so excited.
- 29:11Speaker 3: Oh CNN's calling, Oh this place is calling.
- 29:13Speaker 4: Oh they love me.
- 29:13Speaker 3: Oh I'm a rock star. Oh they're jealous of me.
- 29:15Speaker 3: Oh I'm so cool. Oh I'm so amazing. Like it
- 29:19Speaker 3: it really was. I mean, there are aspects of the
- 29:22Speaker 3: diary that almost read like the unibomber manifesto.
- 29:25Speaker 4: I mean it's it is.
- 29:29Speaker 2: Not even giving it a fair assessment like that's under
- 29:33Speaker 2: that's two mild in my opinion.
- 29:36Speaker 3: Yeah no, And this was so look, I will enthusiastically
- 29:42Speaker 3: vote to hold Anthony Fauci in contempt.
- 29:46Speaker 2: So what does that mean though for like average Americans
- 29:49Speaker 2: that say, okay, so what like, then what happens?
- 29:54Speaker 3: The Department of Justice can can prosecute the contempt holding.
- 29:59Speaker 3: So you recall back during during Obama, the House of
- 30:04Speaker 3: Representatives voted to hold Eric Holder, the Attorney General.
- 30:08Speaker 4: In contempt.
- 30:09Speaker 3: YEP, that contempt finding is not self executing. What happens then,
- 30:16Speaker 3: and the House did it during during Obama as they
- 30:18Speaker 3: referred it to the Justice Department. Now, the person who
- 30:20Speaker 3: made the decision what to do on that would be
- 30:23Speaker 3: Eric Holder. And oddly enough, Eric Holder did not want
- 30:26Speaker 3: to prosecute Eric Holder for contempt of Congress, so he
- 30:29Speaker 3: did nothing. I mean, it was completely it was And
- 30:34Speaker 3: by the way, that's why Fauci was not worried at
- 30:37Speaker 3: all about testifying before Congress as long as the Biden
- 30:40Speaker 3: Justice Department was there, because they will never hold him
- 30:44Speaker 3: to account for anything. He felt completely protected and immunized.
- 30:49Speaker 4: And safe.
- 30:50Speaker 3: It never occurred to him, like it was truly unthinkable
- 30:54Speaker 3: to this narcissist that Donald Trump could be re elected.
- 30:56Speaker 3: That is a nightmare beyond anything he could have imagined.
- 31:01Speaker 3: And now suddenly he has a Department of Justice that
- 31:04Speaker 3: will hold him in contempt. And and look, my assumption,
- 31:08Speaker 3: I don't know this, but I actually assume on this
- 31:11Speaker 3: contempt finding, I think all fifty three Republicans would would
- 31:15Speaker 3: vote to hold him in contempt.
- 31:16Speaker 4: I don't know that we would lose anyone. I hope
- 31:18Speaker 4: we wouldn't.
- 31:19Speaker 3: Certainly an easy, easy vote for me. But but look,
- 31:24Speaker 3: there there are some issues on which we all know
- 31:27Speaker 3: the fifty three Republicans that we lose some on different questions.
- 31:31Speaker 3: I'd be surprised if we lost anyone.
- 31:34Speaker 4: I mean, it was you couldn't watch.
- 31:39Speaker 3: This this exchange without just just being infuriated beyond words.
- 31:47Speaker 3: And and you know, the there's just an arrogance that
- 31:52Speaker 3: that that this man. Look you know when when when
- 31:55Speaker 3: we started started the pod and I said, you know,
- 31:59Speaker 3: we saw a saint testify the degree to which the
- 32:03Speaker 3: Democrats and the media deified him like actually saint is
- 32:07Speaker 3: too low. He was above saints. He was a god
- 32:13Speaker 3: they believe, if they believed it, if they believed in God,
- 32:16Speaker 3: they would say that.
- 32:17Speaker 1: But he was.
- 32:18Speaker 4: He was the.
- 32:18Speaker 3: Equivalent of a god to them. And he still thinks
- 32:22Speaker 3: he is. He thinks he is untouchable.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Yeah, it is amazing.
- 32:27Speaker 2: Final question, do you believe we will ever see Anthony
- 32:30Speaker 2: Fauci held accountable criminally for what he did to this country?
- 32:36Speaker 2: The lies he told, I mean, he ruined people's lives financially,
- 32:40Speaker 2: he ruined people's families, He ruined people's ability to celebrate.
- 32:45Speaker 2: He ruined people's ability to even like bury their family members.
- 32:49Speaker 2: There are a lot of people that think the lies
- 32:51Speaker 2: that he told, and also I think a lot of
- 32:55Speaker 2: people feel like he lied to them straight up on
- 32:57Speaker 2: the COVID nineteen vaccine, that you can't undo the decisions
- 33:00Speaker 2: you made there.
- 33:01Speaker 3: So I don't know. I very much hope. So I
- 33:06Speaker 3: believe he should be criminally prosecuted. I believe he should
- 33:09Speaker 3: go to jail. I think he's the most damaging bureaucrat
- 33:12Speaker 3: in America's history. I think he deliberately lied to the
- 33:16Speaker 3: American people, lied to Congress under oath. The challenge of
- 33:20Speaker 3: prosecuting him for past crimes is the pardon. Now, there
- 33:23Speaker 3: is an argument that because it was auto penned, you
- 33:26Speaker 3: could make the argument that unless you can prove that
- 33:29Speaker 3: Joe Biden was aware that he had pardoned him and
- 33:31Speaker 3: made the decision to pardon him, that the pardon is
- 33:35Speaker 3: not valid. That might possibly be litigated. I don't know
- 33:38Speaker 3: what the evidence is one way or the other. Alternatively,
- 33:41Speaker 3: you could see state prosecutors. The pardon does not immunize
- 33:46Speaker 3: him from liability for state offenses, you could see state
- 33:49Speaker 3: prosecutors charge him. Additionally, the pardon does not eliminate civil liability,
- 33:54Speaker 3: so anyone's whose lives were lost, whose kids were hurt,
- 33:57Speaker 3: can sue the living daylights out of him. I hope
- 34:00Speaker 3: this guy gets sued for the rest of his life
- 34:03Speaker 3: for the damage he did.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Don't forget.
