- 1:26So everyone, welcome to another episode of the
- 1:29ever-popular Inspirations For Your Life show.
- 1:32I am John C.
- 1:34Morley.
- 1:34I'm a serial entrepreneur.
- 1:35I'm an engineer, a marketing specialist, video producer,
- 1:38podcast host, coach, passionate lifelong learner, graduate student
- 1:42at Montclair State University, and so grateful now
- 1:44to be a published author.
- 1:46So today, starting a brand new week focused
- 1:50on creativity.
- 1:51So we start on Saturday and we finish
- 1:54up on a Friday.
- 1:54Our weeks don't start on Monday.
- 1:55We just decided to start them on Saturday.
- 1:57I just had that idea many, many years
- 1:58ago that I would just start my weeks
- 2:01off on a Saturday.
- 2:02It's just a nice way to start and
- 2:04ends on Friday.
- 2:06All right.
- 2:06So we have this new topic, right?
- 2:11Focused on creativity.
- 2:12And I want to challenge something maybe you've
- 2:17said about yourself.
- 2:19I'm just not creative.
- 2:21I don't believe creativity belongs only to artists,
- 2:24musicians, writers, or designers.
- 2:27Creativity appears whenever you solve a problem, notice
- 2:31a possibility, ask a different question, or find
- 2:35another way forward.
- 2:37Maybe you didn't lose your creativity.
- 2:39Maybe you simply stopped exercising it.
- 2:42Let's get into our 30 points for today.
- 2:46Number one, creativity isn't reserved for artists.
- 2:51That's a misnomer.
- 2:52Creativity is much bigger than painting a picture
- 2:55or writing a song.
- 2:58Entrepreneurs use it.
- 3:00Engineers use it.
- 3:01Parents use it.
- 3:03Students use it.
- 3:04Anyone who finds a new solution to a
- 3:06problem is exercising creativity.
- 3:09So we have to embrace creativity and celebrate
- 3:13it because when we do that, we become
- 3:15more creative.
- 3:16Number two, you solve problems creatively every day.
- 3:19Did you know that?
- 3:20Yep.
- 3:21You do that every single day, right?
- 3:24So think about the little adjustments you make
- 3:28when something doesn't work right.
- 3:30You adapt.
- 3:31You change the plan.
- 3:32You improvise.
- 3:33You rearrange something or you find another way
- 3:36or route, right?
- 3:37That's what happens when there's an accident on
- 3:39the highway.
- 3:40You figure out, well, how do I get
- 3:41off and where else can I go to
- 3:44get there?
- 3:45That's creativity happening in ordinary life real time.
- 3:50Number three, stop saying you're not a creative
- 3:52person.
- 3:53Be careful with the labels you repeatedly give
- 3:56yourself.
- 3:56If you constantly say you're not creative, you
- 3:58may stop looking for evidence that you are.
- 4:01Change the question from, am I creative to
- 4:04how can I use my creativity here?
- 4:07I think that's a good question.
- 4:08Number four, creativity begins with curiosity.
- 4:12Curiosity asks why, why not?
- 4:17And what if?
- 4:19Instead of immediately accepting something as it is,
- 4:21become interested in how it works and what
- 4:23might happen if you changed it.
- 4:26All right.
- 4:26Number five, ask more questions about ordinary things.
- 4:30This is one that sends people for a
- 4:32loop oftentimes.
- 4:33Look at something you use every day and
- 4:35ask why it works that way.
- 4:37Could it be easier, faster, clearer, or more
- 4:40enjoyable?
- 4:42Ordinary questions can lead to extraordinary ideas.
- 4:44Number six, look for possibilities other people often
- 4:48overlook.
- 4:49Sometimes everybody is looking at the same problem
- 4:53from the same direction.
- 4:55Creativity can begin when you move mentally to
- 4:59another side and notice something everyone else walked
- 5:02past.
- 5:04Number seven, your experience gives you a unique
- 5:07perspective.
- 5:08Nobody has lived your exact combination of experiences.
- 5:11What you learned, built, observed, failed at, enjoyed,
- 5:15and questioned gives you material for ideas that
- 5:18won't emerge exactly the same way from somebody
- 5:23else.
- 5:23Number eight, creativity often starts with noticing.
- 5:30Yes, noticing.
- 5:31Before creating something new, learn to notice what's
- 5:35already happening.
- 5:36Observe the details.
- 5:37Listen carefully.
- 5:39Pay attention to patterns.
- 5:42The person who notices what everyone else ignores
- 5:45may soon discover an opportunity everyone else misses.
- 5:51Pay attention, ladies and gentlemen, number nine, to
- 5:53what bothers you.
- 5:55Frustration can contain useful information.
- 5:59When something repeatedly annoys you, don't only complain
- 6:01about it.
- 6:02Ask why it bothers you and whether there
- 6:05might be a better way to go about
- 6:07doing it, okay?
- 6:09Number 10, problems can become invitations to create.
- 6:13I like to consider problems challenges.
- 6:16A problem isn't always merely an obstacle.
- 6:19Sometimes it's an invitation to invent, redesign, improve,
- 6:24simplify, or rethink something.
- 6:27Ask what the problem is inviting you to
- 6:29create.
- 6:31Number 11, you don't need permission to have
- 6:34an idea.
- 6:35You don't need a title, degree, committee, audience,
- 6:38or approval before you're allowed to think differently.
- 6:42Ideas, ladies and gentlemen, in case you didn't
- 6:43know, they're free.
- 6:45Give yourself permission to explore yours.
- 6:47And I think when you start discovering this,
- 6:52you're going to realize that you're more creative.
- 6:54You're more resourceful than you thought you were.
- 6:57That's a key thing I think we need
- 6:59to pay attention to.
- 7:01Number 12, stop judging ideas before you've even
- 7:04had a chance to explore them or investigate
- 7:06them.
- 7:07We often kill ideas seconds after they appear.
- 7:11That's stupid.
- 7:12That won't work.
- 7:14Someone probably already did it.
- 7:16Slow down.
- 7:18Explore the idea before putting it on trial.
- 7:21Maybe there is a caveat of the idea
- 7:22that you haven't quite explored yet.
- 7:26But just because of that knee-jerk reaction,
- 7:29oh, it won't work, it'll fail, give it
- 7:31a chance.
- 7:32Number 13, give curiosity somewhere to go.
- 7:37Give it an outlet.
- 7:38Curiosity without action disappears quickly.
- 7:42Research something, sketch it, write it down, build
- 7:46a rough version, ask somebody a question.
- 7:49Give that spark somewhere to travel, somewhere to
- 7:52go.
- 7:53And when we do that, you know what
- 7:55we're going to find?
- 7:58There's a pathway.
- 8:00There's this energy that forms that gets us
- 8:05to ask more questions and come up with
- 8:08more amazing answers.
- 8:10Number 14, creativity grows when you experiment.
- 8:15Thinking matters, but experimentation teaches you things thinking
- 8:20alone cannot.
- 8:21Try the idea, change one variable, see what
- 8:24happens.
- 8:26Creativity grows when ideas encounter reality.
- 8:29Number 15, try something without knowing the outcome.
- 8:33Not knowing exactly what will happen is part
- 8:36of creativity.
- 8:36If you already know every step and every
- 8:40result, you're mostly following instructions or a procedure
- 8:45like a standard operating procedure.
- 8:47Occasionally, give yourself permission to explore a different
- 8:52pathway.
- 8:53You see, when we follow a recipe, when
- 8:56we follow an SOP, which we do a
- 8:58lot of times because people before us might
- 9:00have tested it and there's a proven way
- 9:03that's cost-effective that was achieved from a
- 9:06cost-benefits analysis.
- 9:09We keep doing it that way, but maybe
- 9:10there's something else that we could do and
- 9:15we're afraid to try it.
- 9:18Now, SOPs maybe can't be changed, but you
- 9:21might find, you know, if we did this
- 9:23and this, it could improve.
- 9:24And you could suggest that to your manager,
- 9:26to your boss, what have you, right?
- 9:29Those are important things.
- 9:30SOPs are great to keep us on track,
- 9:32but it is important to explore new opportunities,
- 9:36okay?
- 9:37I think that's a real important thing that
- 9:40many people miss today.
- 9:42Number 16, stop needing every idea to be
- 9:46useful immediately.
- 9:47It won't.
- 9:48It's going to frustrate you.
- 9:49Some ideas won't become anything.
- 9:52That's okay.
- 9:53An idea can teach you something, lead to
- 9:56another idea, or simply exercise your imagination.
- 10:00Immediate usefulness isn't the only measure of value
- 10:05that we have.
- 10:06Although it seems like that's what most people
- 10:08want.
- 10:08They want the quick fix.
- 10:10They want the, you know, slap it on
- 10:12and be done.
- 10:12They want the instant gratification.
- 10:15But we've learned in the past that instant
- 10:16gratification doesn't always get us somewhere.
- 10:20Usually gets us into more trouble than we
- 10:23are bargaining for.
- 10:26So that's an important thing.
- 10:28And we have to accept the fact that
- 10:30some ideas won't, you know, become something.
- 10:33You know, maybe you get an idea.
- 10:35You get an inspiration.
- 10:37But maybe it dies.
- 10:39Hopefully you get another idea.
- 10:41So the whole thing is not to finish
- 10:42with just one and done.
- 10:46You want to explore it.
- 10:47You want to say, gee, what's going on
- 10:49with that?
- 10:50Number 17, play.
- 10:56Creatively play.
- 10:59Play creates possibilities.
- 11:00Adults sometimes become so focused on productivity that
- 11:04we often forget how powerful play can be
- 11:07in our lives.
- 11:09Experiment without pressure.
- 11:10Rearrange things.
- 11:12Try combinations.
- 11:13Ask ridiculous questions.
- 11:16Play can loosen things that became too rigid.
- 11:20When we play, we're able to just be
- 11:24ourselves.
- 11:25We're able to explore other possibilities.
- 11:30Play sometimes becomes hard because we need to
- 11:33be a little vulnerable to play.
- 11:35Well, we can play just ourselves and then
- 11:39share once we've had a chance to explore
- 11:41that.
- 11:42Number 18, your imagination needs exercise too.
- 11:46You won't expect the muscle to become stronger
- 11:48without using it.
- 11:49Your imagination is similar.
- 11:51Give it challenges.
- 11:51Ask it questions.
- 11:53Let it picture alternatives.
- 11:54Exercise it regularly.
- 11:56I think if you do, you're going to
- 11:57start to say, wait a minute.
- 11:58This is making sense now.
- 12:00This is starting to click.
- 12:02That's what I hope all of you will
- 12:04eventually do.
- 12:05I know it's not an easy thing.
- 12:07And I said to you that comfort is
- 12:09not where success starts.
- 12:11It starts where we're uncomfortable.
- 12:15Number 19, use creativity outside your usual environment.
- 12:22If you're technical, try something artistic.
- 12:24If you're artistic, solve a technical problem.
- 12:27Cook differently.
- 12:28Rearrange a room.
- 12:30Write something.
- 12:31Build something.
- 12:32Creativity becomes stronger when it crosses boundaries.
- 12:36But a lot of people are afraid to
- 12:39cross boundaries.
- 12:39Oh, I'm not trained in that area.
- 12:42I don't have expertise in that area.
- 12:45That's just ourselves saying we're unsure.
- 12:49But why not explore it?
- 12:52Why not see what we can do, what
- 12:54we can make, what we can learn?
- 12:57What we can derive?
- 13:00I think everybody feels that we have to
- 13:03add 1 plus 1 and get 2.
- 13:06Or subtract 2 minus 2 and get 0.
- 13:09There's more to life than just math.
- 13:11Math is a big part of life.
- 13:13But we can be creative in a lot
- 13:15of different ways.
- 13:16How do the pieces go together?
- 13:19Using our left brain versus our right brain.
- 13:22One side of the brain says, I'll give
- 13:25an example.
- 13:26We have a problem.
- 13:28So let's explore this.
- 13:30So difference between left brain thinking and right
- 13:37brain thinking.
- 13:38Let's see if I can show you.
- 13:40So you're cold in your home.
- 13:43So you decide you're going to buy a
- 13:45thermostat so you're not cold anymore.
- 13:47So the brain is divided in two halves,
- 13:50right and the left.
- 13:52And so the two sides look very much
- 13:56alike.
- 13:56But there's a difference in how they process
- 13:59information.
- 14:01So the left brain is more logical, sequential,
- 14:05linear thinking, mathematics, facts, thinking in words.
- 14:08So the right side is more imagination.
- 14:10The left side would be like, OK, I'm
- 14:16going to go and buy one of these
- 14:19smart thermostats.
- 14:22OK, the right brain says you're imaginative.
- 14:26You're holistic.
- 14:27You're intuitive.
- 14:28You have arts, rhythm, nonverbal, feelings, visualization.
- 14:31By the way, the left brain maps to
- 14:33the right side of the body and the
- 14:34right brain maps to the left side of
- 14:36the body.
- 14:38So with that understanding, a left brain person
- 14:42to solve the same problem would say, oh,
- 14:45there's a plug near the thermostat.
- 14:46I'm going to go ahead and put a
- 14:47thermostat.
- 14:48I'm going to put a nightlight in there.
- 14:49And the light from the bulb giving off
- 14:53a little bit will cause the thermostat to
- 14:56shut off when it gets too hot.
- 14:58And then when it comes out, it'll come
- 14:59back on again.
- 15:02So that can work if you're doing something
- 15:04like a day night.
- 15:07That would be a perfect example for that.
- 15:10Number 20, change how you approach familiar problems.
- 15:14Familiar problems often trigger familiar responses.
- 15:18Interrupt that pattern.
- 15:18Ask what you'd do if your normal solution
- 15:21were unavailable.
- 15:23Constraints can force your brain to discover another
- 15:25route.
- 15:25What happens when, gentlemen, you're away on a
- 15:28trip and suddenly the internet goes down?
- 15:31What do you do?
- 15:32Do you panic?
- 15:33How do you handle it?
- 15:34Can you surf from your phone?
- 15:36I mean, what options do you have?
- 15:38I mean, that's really the question.
- 15:40Do you go back to pen and pencil,
- 15:42other kinds of communication, radios, ham radios, et
- 15:45cetera?
- 15:45Number 21, ask what could be done differently.
- 15:49This one I think is the simplest creative
- 15:53question available.
- 15:54Don't assume different automatically means better, but give
- 15:58yourself permission to investigate alternatives instead of automatically
- 16:01repeating what you've always done.
- 16:04Number 22, combine ideas that normally don't belong
- 16:08together.
- 16:09Innovation often comes from combinations.
- 16:12Take something from one industry, a hobby, experience,
- 16:15or a field, and ask whether it could
- 16:17solve a problem somewhere completely different.
- 16:21They do this in the pharmaceutical world all
- 16:24the time.
- 16:25A drug gets black labeled and suddenly they
- 16:27find another application for that same drug.
- 16:33That happened with Krazy Glue.
- 16:36It failed for one premise and then they
- 16:38discovered, oh, and then I think the patent
- 16:41got lost and now Gorilla Glue took over.
- 16:44A lot of products in life happen by
- 16:47failures and then they were reclassified.
- 16:51Number 23, creativity doesn't require expensive tools.
- 16:54Don't confuse creativity with equipment, a notebook, index
- 16:58card, whiteboard, cardboard box, conversation, or your own
- 17:02imagination.
- 17:03Maybe enough to begin and start before you
- 17:06have everything.
- 17:08So a lot of people think, well, you
- 17:09know, I don't have anything so I can't
- 17:11start.
- 17:12You could still start with what you have
- 17:13and you might have enough just to build
- 17:15and get things going, right?
- 17:17I think that's the point that we miss
- 17:19is that our creativity needs to be explored.
- 17:23It wants to be invited to do things,
- 17:25but if we constantly push it down, it
- 17:28never gets the chance to show.
- 17:31Number 24, start with what's already around you,
- 17:35right?
- 17:35Look at the resources you already have.
- 17:38What can you reuse, rearrange, combine, or approach
- 17:41differently?
- 17:42Limitations can sometimes produce ideas.
- 17:46Abundance never would, okay?
- 17:51So when we don't have something and we're
- 17:54trying to conceptualize it, the limitation might get
- 17:58us to think in a way to find
- 18:01more resources, okay?
- 18:04I think those are important things.
- 18:06Number 25, write ideas down before they disappear.
- 18:10Ideas can feel unforgettable when they arrive and
- 18:13disappear 10 minutes or a minute later, like
- 18:16when you're sleeping, have a book by your
- 18:17bed.
- 18:19Capture them.
- 18:20Don't trust yourself to remember everything.
- 18:22Give your ideas somewhere else safe to go
- 18:25and wait for you.
- 18:29These are important things.
- 18:30Number 26, your first thought doesn't have to
- 18:34be your best thought.
- 18:35Don't put enormous pressure on ideas, right?
- 18:39That's number one.
- 18:40The first idea may simply open the door
- 18:41for number two, 10, 20, or 100.
- 18:44Keep generating before deciding you've reached the answer,
- 18:50right?
- 18:50We know that the light bulb, right?
- 18:57Thomas Alva Edison found 999 ways that it
- 19:00would not work.
- 19:06Number 27, generate possibilities before choosing one.
- 19:08When you immediately choose the first acceptable solution,
- 19:12you may never discover a stronger one.
- 19:16Generate several possibilities first.
- 19:18Selection works better when you actually have something
- 19:21to select from.
- 19:23Number 28, creativity becomes stronger through its usage.
- 19:29Creativity isn't something you save for a special
- 19:31occasion.
- 19:33Use it.
- 19:34The more frequently you use questions, experiment, notice
- 19:39patterns, and develop ideas, the more natural the
- 19:43process actually becomes.
- 19:50Number 29, the more you create, the more
- 19:53naturally ideas come.
- 19:56So nature helps us create a lot easier,
- 19:59right?
- 20:00Creating produces momentum.
- 20:03One idea connects with another.
- 20:05One experiment raises another question.
- 20:07One project teaches you something that becomes useful
- 20:10somewhere else.
- 20:12Creativity can create more creativity, right?
- 20:15It attracts.
- 20:17Creativity attracts creativity.
- 20:20Number 30, you're more creative than you think.
- 20:24So why don't you start using it?
- 20:29That's what I want you to remember today.
- 20:31You may need to become creative in a
- 20:38different way.
- 20:39You may need to recognize the creativity you're
- 20:42already using and exercising more of it.
- 20:48You might say, John, I don't need to
- 20:49become creative.
- 20:51Okay, maybe you don't have to do it
- 20:52formally.
- 20:53Just play with it.
- 20:55Maybe somewhere along the way you decided creativity
- 20:57wasn't for you.
- 21:00Maybe someone else seemed more artistic, imaginative, or
- 21:04innovative and assured you that they possessed something
- 21:09you didn't and never will.
- 21:11Creativity is not just painting.
- 21:14It's the idea or accumulation of ideas to
- 21:18come up with a new concept.
- 21:21But creativity isn't a private club, guys.
- 21:24Anyone can join.
- 21:25Every time you've improved when a plan failed,
- 21:28solve the problem with limited resources connected to
- 21:31ideas, notice something others missed, or asked whether
- 21:34there might be another way you already demonstrated
- 21:37you possess creativity.
- 21:40Yeah, so you actually are creative.
- 21:44The question is whether you're exercising it intentionally.
- 21:51So today, tomorrow, the rest of the week,
- 21:55next week, notice, ask questions, write down an
- 22:00idea, try something differently.
- 22:03Experiment without demanding that the experiment becomes brilliant.
- 22:07Give yourself permission to create something that isn't
- 22:10perfect.
- 22:11Profitable, publishable, or even particularly useful.
- 22:15Because we're going to spend this week exploring
- 22:18creativity from several different directions and angles.
- 22:22And we're starting with the most important thing,
- 22:25the foundation.
- 22:26You are not disqualified from being creative because
- 22:29you haven't been using your creativity lately.
- 22:31Sorry, that's not an excuse.
- 22:33You may simply be out of practice.
- 22:35And practice, ladies and gentlemen, can change.
- 22:38Creativity gets stronger when you use it.
- 22:44Curiosity becomes stronger when you follow it.
- 22:49Imagination becomes stronger when you exercise it.
- 22:53Let me say that again.
- 22:54So CBS, curiosity becomes stronger when you follow
- 23:01it.
- 23:02IBS, imagination becomes stronger when you exercise it.
- 23:07So don't wait for somebody to call you
- 23:09creative.
- 23:10Start creating right now, this moment.
- 23:14Maybe it's writing a poem.
- 23:17Maybe it's drawing something.
- 23:20Maybe it's an idea for an invention.
- 23:24Maybe you're someone, you saw something not working,
- 23:26like, I have an idea.
- 23:31You may not have the whole idea, but
- 23:33maybe you know there's something that you could
- 23:35do to make it better.
- 23:38So ladies and gentlemen, you know what I
- 23:39invite you to do?
- 23:41I invite you to explore your creativity, your
- 23:44left brain, your logical brain, and your right
- 23:46brain, which is more of your artistic and
- 23:48creative side.
- 23:49I invite you to start creating right now,
- 23:53right this very moment.
- 23:55It might feel uncomfortable, but you know what?
- 23:58After time, it's going to become easier for
- 24:02you, okay?
- 24:03I know it's going to sound lonely because
- 24:06you don't have anyone else to create with,
- 24:09but creativity starts with self.
- 24:13And then it can transition into creativity with
- 24:18teams.
- 24:18But you've got to have enough belief in
- 24:20yourself that you are creative, right?
- 24:23Logos come from creativity.
- 24:25Video production comes from creativity.
- 24:27Even a chair I'm sitting on comes from
- 24:29creativity.
- 24:30The laptop, the microphone, the lights, my home,
- 24:34everything, the keyboard, everything comes from creativity.
- 24:38It all comes from a thought, a thought
- 24:40that somebody once had.
- 24:41Maybe they wrote it on a napkin.
- 24:43Even the concept of RO water.
- 24:47We started with water two times.
- 24:48Now we're at seven times filtering.
- 24:51That's creativity, guys.
- 24:54Just because a process is working now doesn't
- 24:57mean that process can't be better with some
- 25:00creativity.
- 25:01The point is you might say, well, I
- 25:02don't know enough.
- 25:04You don't need to.
- 25:06I've said this many times before.
- 25:08You do not have to be great to
- 25:10start, okay?
- 25:12But you have to start to become great.
- 25:15You don't have to have all the ideas
- 25:17to start, but you have to start to
- 25:21start getting all the ideas.
- 25:24Does that make sense?
- 25:25A great chef doesn't need to be great
- 25:29to start cooking.
- 25:31But he needs to start cooking so he
- 25:33can be a great chef.
- 25:35And you can go through this in any
- 25:37area of your life, any kind of discipline,
- 25:40any skill.
- 25:43Maybe it's relationships.
- 25:44You don't have to be great at relationships
- 25:46to start, but you have to start so
- 25:54you can become good at relationships.
- 26:00The idea of creativity, some of the people
- 26:02will say, oh, John, you know what?
- 26:03I don't want to deal with that.
- 26:04I'll pay someone.
- 26:05And I get that, right?
- 26:07I get that.
- 26:07But I'm just saying, allow your creativity to
- 26:12flow out of your body.
- 26:14Because there's so much your mind and body
- 26:18can do if you allow it to.
- 26:22That's the question.
- 26:23If you allow it to.
- 26:26Maybe you're scared.
- 26:28Maybe it's going to feel uncomfortable.
- 26:29Yes, it will.
- 26:32Get over it.
- 26:34Maybe you feel you're going to fail first.
- 26:36Maybe you will.
- 26:38Get over it.
- 26:41Maybe you've done weightlifting before.
- 26:43And you couldn't lift in the beginning.
- 26:45But after you started lifting, it got better.
- 26:47And you could lift more, right?
- 26:49Maybe in the beginning, you couldn't even in
- 26:50golf, right?
- 26:51Maybe, I know when I started golf many,
- 26:53many years ago, when I was in high
- 26:55school, I couldn't swing a great club.
- 26:58I practiced, had a good instructor.
- 27:00And now I can.
- 27:02So I invite you now to start creating.
- 27:04In whatever capacity that is in your life.
- 27:07Don't put restrictions on what it should or
- 27:09shouldn't be.
- 27:10Ladies and gentlemen, it has been such a
- 27:12privilege and honor to be with you guys
- 27:14today.
- 27:15And I am John C.
- 27:16Morley, serial entrepreneur and so much more.
- 27:18And this has been another powerful, amazing episode
- 27:21of, yes, The Inspirations For Your Life Show.
- 27:25I thank you again for spending this precious
- 27:27time with me.
- 27:29I also invite you to do a few
- 27:31other things.
- 27:32To stay curious.
- 27:34To keep experimenting in different areas of your
- 27:38life.
- 27:39And not putting restrictions on how something should
- 27:43come to you.
- 27:44And give yourself permission to discover just how
- 27:48creative you actually are.
- 27:51I think once you start to see some
- 27:53results from that, and you give yourself a
- 27:55little break, you're like, wow, I'm creative.
- 27:57Yep, you're more creative than you think.
- 27:59So start exercising it.
- 28:01And I'll see you another show, everyone.
- 28:03Check out believemeachieve.com.
- 28:04Be well, everyone.
