[39] 00:01:14.590 --> 00:01:17.510 Her clients say things like, my [40] 00:01:18.010 --> 00:01:19.230 whole energy field has shifted [41] 00:01:19.310 --> 00:01:21.870 and I finally understand my [42] 00:01:22.370 --> 00:01:24.710 gifts. And welcome Dr. Kelly [46] 00:01:31.050 --> 00:01:32.990 Edmonds. Welcome, Kelly. Hello. [47] 00:01:33.390 --> 00:01:34.910 I'm so happy to be here, Jim. [49] 00:01:36.810 --> 00:01:38.710 time. I do appreciate it. Why [50] 00:01:39.210 --> 00:01:40.110 don't you take a moment and let [51] 00:01:40.610 --> 00:01:41.390 everyone know a little bit about [52] 00:01:41.890 --> 00:01:43.190 your background? Well, in the [53] 00:01:43.690 --> 00:01:45.470 spiritual world, I have been [54] 00:01:45.950 --> 00:01:50.430 working with energy and divine [55] 00:01:50.590 --> 00:01:53.790 beings and tarot cards and [56] 00:01:54.290 --> 00:01:56.330 crystals and all that great fun [57] 00:01:56.830 --> 00:01:57.250 stuff in sort of the [58] 00:01:57.750 --> 00:01:58.890 metaphysical world for about 35 [59] 00:01:59.390 --> 00:02:02.410 years. And. Yeah. And I retired [60] 00:02:02.910 --> 00:02:04.690 from my career about six years [61] 00:02:05.190 --> 00:02:06.530 ago. And a couple of years into [62] 00:02:07.030 --> 00:02:08.210 my retirement, after, you know, [63] 00:02:08.710 --> 00:02:10.250 traveling and having a ball, I [65] 00:02:12.310 --> 00:02:14.530 to come back and be. What I [66] 00:02:15.030 --> 00:02:16.050 essentially am is an energy [67] 00:02:16.550 --> 00:02:18.490 healer. I love doing that with [68] 00:02:18.990 --> 00:02:19.890 people. I love working with [69] 00:02:20.390 --> 00:02:22.850 them. I get divine readings and [70] 00:02:22.930 --> 00:02:24.370 we clear a lot of their [71] 00:02:25.070 --> 00:02:26.750 blockages in their body and. [72] 00:02:27.250 --> 00:02:27.870 And it's really quite [73] 00:02:28.370 --> 00:02:30.150 enlightening. Excellent. And [74] 00:02:30.650 --> 00:02:32.070 then fast forward. I my [75] 00:02:32.570 --> 00:02:33.510 business, I've evolved it to [76] 00:02:34.010 --> 00:02:35.510 more one to many. And now I'm [77] 00:02:36.010 --> 00:02:37.190 teaching because my career was [78] 00:02:37.690 --> 00:02:39.230 teaching, so I'm teaching more [79] 00:02:39.730 --> 00:02:42.630 [80] 00:02:43.130 --> 00:02:44.910 to help people evolve. Okay. [81] 00:02:45.150 --> 00:02:47.230 Yeah. Spiritual way. Excellent. [82] 00:02:47.950 --> 00:02:50.840 So I can't help but notice a [83] 00:02:51.340 --> 00:02:52.960 little bit of an accent. Where [84] 00:02:53.460 --> 00:02:55.440 are you located? I'm Canadian. [85] 00:02:56.800 --> 00:02:58.720 I'M in Calgary, Alberta, which [86] 00:02:59.220 --> 00:03:01.560 is just north of Montana. I'm [87] 00:03:02.060 --> 00:03:03.120 snuggled in the Rocky Mountains. [88] 00:03:04.240 --> 00:03:06.480 Excellent. Well, isn't [89] 00:03:06.980 --> 00:03:09.000 technology grand? I mean, the [90] 00:03:09.500 --> 00:03:10.160 fact that we can talk to people [91] 00:03:10.240 --> 00:03:13.640 all over the world is amazing to [92] 00:03:14.140 --> 00:03:17.520 me. So let's go ahead and dive [93] 00:03:18.020 --> 00:03:19.480 on in a little bit here because [94] 00:03:19.980 --> 00:03:21.120 I know that your practice is [96] 00:03:24.460 --> 00:03:26.100 get over that hump, the [97] 00:03:26.600 --> 00:03:28.580 spiritual plateau. Why don't we [98] 00:03:29.080 --> 00:03:30.820 talk a little bit about that and [99] 00:03:31.320 --> 00:03:32.380 what's involved with it and [100] 00:03:32.880 --> 00:03:35.740 actually what does it mean on a [101] 00:03:35.980 --> 00:03:37.940 spiritual or metaphysical level [102] 00:03:38.440 --> 00:03:39.380 when somebody hits a wall? I [103] 00:03:39.880 --> 00:03:41.980 think what happens is, you know, [104] 00:03:42.780 --> 00:03:44.940 people get into, you know, [105] 00:03:45.440 --> 00:03:47.700 beautiful practices like yoga [106] 00:03:48.200 --> 00:03:50.620 and positive affirmations and, [107] 00:03:51.020 --> 00:03:52.340 you know, really trying to [108] 00:03:52.840 --> 00:03:53.660 nurture their soul, trying to [109] 00:03:54.160 --> 00:03:55.440 nurture body, trying to nurture [110] 00:03:55.940 --> 00:03:57.800 their feelings. And this is part [112] 00:04:00.500 --> 00:04:01.120 realizing, hey, there's [113] 00:04:01.620 --> 00:04:02.960 something bigger than just what [114] 00:04:03.460 --> 00:04:04.240 I see every day. There's [115] 00:04:04.740 --> 00:04:06.200 something bigger within me than [116] 00:04:06.700 --> 00:04:07.480 just this role I've been [117] 00:04:07.980 --> 00:04:08.920 playing, you know, in my family [118] 00:04:09.420 --> 00:04:12.200 and in my career. And they start [119] 00:04:12.700 --> 00:04:14.200 to do these beautiful things and [120] 00:04:14.360 --> 00:04:15.800 small shifts start to happen. [121] 00:04:16.200 --> 00:04:17.800 But there gets to a point, I [122] 00:04:18.300 --> 00:04:19.400 think, in their evolution, and I [123] 00:04:19.900 --> 00:04:20.480 think it's very natural where [124] 00:04:20.980 --> 00:04:23.469 they have. They have questions [125] 00:04:24.349 --> 00:04:26.469 to. They need answers to so [126] 00:04:26.969 --> 00:04:29.509 [127] 00:04:30.009 --> 00:04:31.789 am I here really? Like, who am I [128] 00:04:32.289 --> 00:04:33.789 sure, you know, what's the [129] 00:04:34.289 --> 00:04:36.749 spiritualness, body part of me? [130] 00:04:37.068 --> 00:04:38.349 You know, did I come from [131] 00:04:38.849 --> 00:04:40.069 somewhere else? Like, what is my [132] 00:04:40.569 --> 00:04:42.509 purpose here? And it's a [133] 00:04:43.009 --> 00:04:44.749 beautiful time of natural [134] 00:04:45.249 --> 00:04:47.269 progression to go deeper and [135] 00:04:47.769 --> 00:04:50.680 deeper into why you're here, [136] 00:04:51.180 --> 00:04:53.000 who you are, how the cosmos [137] 00:04:53.500 --> 00:04:55.720 work, all that sort of [138] 00:04:56.220 --> 00:04:57.320 exploration. And that's sort of [139] 00:04:57.820 --> 00:04:58.800 like the next level up. And I [140] 00:04:59.300 --> 00:05:00.200 say, I work with people who have [141] 00:05:00.700 --> 00:05:02.280 plateaued from the feeling good [143] 00:05:04.380 --> 00:05:04.999 experimenting with different [144] 00:05:05.499 --> 00:05:06.280 things. And I did too. It was [145] 00:05:06.780 --> 00:05:07.920 like spiritual kindergarten. He [146] 00:05:08.420 --> 00:05:10.120 tried all different methods and [147] 00:05:10.620 --> 00:05:12.040 traditions and practices. Yeah. [148] 00:05:12.540 --> 00:05:13.720 To. Okay, I need to go deeper. [149] 00:05:14.220 --> 00:05:14.920 I need to really know what's [150] 00:05:15.420 --> 00:05:16.640 going on here. And that's what I [151] 00:05:17.140 --> 00:05:19.000 went through myself too. Okay, [152] 00:05:19.500 --> 00:05:22.560 well, thank you. I was just, as [153] 00:05:23.060 --> 00:05:25.080 you were discussing it. And [154] 00:05:25.580 --> 00:05:26.880 we're all energetic beings. [155] 00:05:27.380 --> 00:05:29.080 Right. I'm wondering what [156] 00:05:29.580 --> 00:05:31.560 happens. What's that feeling [157] 00:05:31.880 --> 00:05:34.720 energetically when somebody hits [159] 00:05:39.140 --> 00:05:39.720 you said, we're. We're all [160] 00:05:40.220 --> 00:05:41.440 energy. Even the physical part [161] 00:05:41.940 --> 00:05:43.080 of us is just condensed energy. [162] 00:05:43.580 --> 00:05:45.240 We have energy fields around our [163] 00:05:45.740 --> 00:05:47.080 body. We have energetic, [164] 00:05:47.580 --> 00:05:48.980 energetic centers and channels [165] 00:05:49.480 --> 00:05:51.700 in our body. And I think what [166] 00:05:52.200 --> 00:05:53.140 starts to happen when. When [167] 00:05:53.640 --> 00:05:54.940 you're starting off and you're [168] 00:05:55.440 --> 00:05:56.220 doing these things that are [169] 00:05:56.720 --> 00:05:57.700 starting to open up energy [170] 00:05:57.780 --> 00:05:59.340 channels in your body. So maybe [171] 00:05:59.840 --> 00:06:00.860 you do some chakra clearing or [172] 00:06:01.360 --> 00:06:02.660 maybe you go for a reiki [173] 00:06:03.160 --> 00:06:04.660 [174] 00:06:05.160 --> 00:06:06.980 meditation every morning. What [175] 00:06:07.480 --> 00:06:09.060 happens is it starts to move out [176] 00:06:09.560 --> 00:06:10.780 old energetic blocks and also [177] 00:06:11.280 --> 00:06:12.540 starts to shift your mind in [178] 00:06:13.040 --> 00:06:14.020 understanding a new reality. [179] 00:06:15.370 --> 00:06:17.210 And our outer bodies, our subtle [180] 00:06:17.710 --> 00:06:19.050 bodies, are consistent of [181] 00:06:19.210 --> 00:06:20.650 include, I should say, the [182] 00:06:20.810 --> 00:06:23.050 mental and the emotional body. [183] 00:06:23.850 --> 00:06:25.650 Those have to be really quite [184] 00:06:26.150 --> 00:06:27.450 clear to get to our outer body, [185] 00:06:27.950 --> 00:06:29.130 which is our spirit body. [186] 00:06:29.530 --> 00:06:31.370 That's our soul connection. [187] 00:06:31.870 --> 00:06:34.130 That's our room we go into when [188] 00:06:34.630 --> 00:06:35.530 we want to work with our soul, [190] 00:06:37.590 --> 00:06:39.410 beings. It's much clearer in [191] 00:06:39.910 --> 00:06:40.530 there, let's put it that way. [192] 00:06:41.030 --> 00:06:42.620 Okay, so now we have to work [193] 00:06:43.120 --> 00:06:44.060 through mental stuff, we have to [194] 00:06:44.560 --> 00:06:45.220 work through emotional stuff [195] 00:06:45.720 --> 00:06:47.980 and. But on an energetic level, [196] 00:06:48.060 --> 00:06:49.660 like from an energetic [197] 00:06:49.820 --> 00:06:51.580 perspective, as opposed to [198] 00:06:52.080 --> 00:06:53.940 traditional therapies. Gotcha. [199] 00:06:54.440 --> 00:06:57.380 Okay, so you had mentioned [200] 00:06:57.880 --> 00:06:59.300 you've been doing this for 35 [201] 00:06:59.800 --> 00:07:04.540 plus years. And through [202] 00:07:05.040 --> 00:07:07.580 doing my research, I had seen [203] 00:07:08.460 --> 00:07:10.460 that you had said that you were [204] 00:07:10.540 --> 00:07:12.860 born with the sight. [206] 00:07:18.300 --> 00:07:19.180 The thing that I found [207] 00:07:19.680 --> 00:07:20.620 interesting was that you said [208] 00:07:21.420 --> 00:07:24.220 born with the sight rather than [209] 00:07:25.100 --> 00:07:26.940 awakening to those abilities. [210] 00:07:27.980 --> 00:07:29.540 What was your childhood like [211] 00:07:30.040 --> 00:07:32.100 then when you were able to see [212] 00:07:32.600 --> 00:07:33.100 all these things that other [213] 00:07:33.600 --> 00:07:34.620 people couldn't see or [214] 00:07:35.530 --> 00:07:37.370 experience? You know, and I [215] 00:07:37.870 --> 00:07:38.650 think anyone else listening [216] 00:07:39.150 --> 00:07:40.490 right now who had maybe the same [217] 00:07:40.570 --> 00:07:41.810 childhood experiences, and [218] 00:07:42.310 --> 00:07:43.210 there's many, they called us [219] 00:07:43.710 --> 00:07:45.610 empathetic kids. [220] 00:07:46.890 --> 00:07:48.890 [221] 00:07:49.370 --> 00:07:50.610 My dad said I used to walk [222] 00:07:51.110 --> 00:07:52.290 around with knitted eyebrows all [223] 00:07:52.790 --> 00:07:55.290 the time. And that was probably. [224] 00:07:55.790 --> 00:07:56.610 I was trying to figure things [225] 00:07:57.110 --> 00:07:58.250 out because I could see things, [226] 00:07:58.750 --> 00:07:59.450 I could sense things, I could [227] 00:07:59.950 --> 00:08:01.550 read people. But you don't know [228] 00:08:02.050 --> 00:08:03.070 you're doing it. You just think [229] 00:08:03.570 --> 00:08:05.230 that is just the information [230] 00:08:05.390 --> 00:08:07.070 that's coming into your body. [231] 00:08:07.150 --> 00:08:08.910 Right, right. And as a child, [232] 00:08:09.150 --> 00:08:11.310 you can't process those things. [233] 00:08:12.830 --> 00:08:14.750 And so I think I was just a [234] 00:08:15.250 --> 00:08:16.870 little overloaded and I was very [235] 00:08:17.370 --> 00:08:20.150 sensitive in that way. But yeah, [237] 00:08:23.310 --> 00:08:24.790 you know, we're psychic. I mean, [238] 00:08:25.290 --> 00:08:26.110 I know that seems to be a taboo [239] 00:08:26.610 --> 00:08:27.630 word anymore, but I'm bringing [240] 00:08:28.130 --> 00:08:29.030 it back. I'm making it sexy [241] 00:08:29.530 --> 00:08:32.810 again. We're just psych back. [242] 00:08:32.890 --> 00:08:34.250 I'm bringing the word psychic [243] 00:08:34.750 --> 00:08:35.530 back as opposed to, you know, [244] 00:08:36.030 --> 00:08:38.890 intuitively. Yeah, sure. No, [245] 00:08:39.390 --> 00:08:39.970 you're psychic, you know, and [246] 00:08:40.470 --> 00:08:41.410 it's. And that means you just [247] 00:08:41.910 --> 00:08:43.170 pick up on messages quite [248] 00:08:43.670 --> 00:08:45.170 easily. So I had that wiring and [249] 00:08:45.670 --> 00:08:47.250 I think many people do. I had [250] 00:08:47.750 --> 00:08:48.690 that wiring and I'm here to help [251] 00:08:49.190 --> 00:08:50.970 people bring that wiring back up [253] 00:08:53.030 --> 00:08:54.610 channel as well. Yeah. So I [254] 00:08:55.110 --> 00:08:55.810 think. I think. And then I think [255] 00:08:56.310 --> 00:08:58.330 it really bothered me in my [256] 00:08:58.570 --> 00:09:03.750 teens because now this [257] 00:09:04.250 --> 00:09:05.670 applies to everybody. And this [258] 00:09:06.170 --> 00:09:06.990 is really something people need [259] 00:09:07.490 --> 00:09:08.750 to think about, is we absorb [260] 00:09:09.250 --> 00:09:11.630 energy like sponges. So if we're [261] 00:09:12.130 --> 00:09:13.070 just this big ball of energy [262] 00:09:13.570 --> 00:09:14.630 walking around in this world [263] 00:09:15.130 --> 00:09:16.150 that's full of energy, and we [264] 00:09:16.650 --> 00:09:17.390 walk by another person who's a [265] 00:09:17.890 --> 00:09:18.750 big ball of energy, we pick up [266] 00:09:19.250 --> 00:09:20.310 their. Their energy in a [267] 00:09:20.810 --> 00:09:21.550 [268] 00:09:22.050 --> 00:09:22.910 argument with somebody, then [269] 00:09:23.410 --> 00:09:24.390 there's energy cords connecting [270] 00:09:24.890 --> 00:09:25.510 to us, and we're picking up [271] 00:09:26.010 --> 00:09:26.890 their energy. Imagine never [272] 00:09:27.390 --> 00:09:28.290 clearing that out. And I think [273] 00:09:28.790 --> 00:09:29.690 that's one of the biggest things [274] 00:09:30.190 --> 00:09:32.290 out there in terms of people are [275] 00:09:32.530 --> 00:09:34.090 confused or upset. They can't [276] 00:09:34.590 --> 00:09:35.610 process things. Why am I feeling [277] 00:09:36.110 --> 00:09:37.170 like this today? I was fine this [278] 00:09:37.670 --> 00:09:39.330 morning, and I think as a child, [279] 00:09:39.830 --> 00:09:41.570 and so by my teenage years, I [280] 00:09:42.070 --> 00:09:43.370 was probably pretty overloaded [281] 00:09:43.870 --> 00:09:45.610 of absorbing and absorbing. And [282] 00:09:46.110 --> 00:09:47.610 then I just moved into, you [284] 00:09:50.790 --> 00:09:52.570 teens, in my early 20s. Right. [285] 00:09:53.070 --> 00:09:54.690 Just numbing all that stuff [286] 00:09:55.190 --> 00:09:56.970 until I was about 32, and I [287] 00:09:57.470 --> 00:09:58.610 discovered all these beautiful [288] 00:09:59.110 --> 00:10:01.250 spiritual practices and Eastern [289] 00:10:01.750 --> 00:10:02.610 philosophy. And I went, wait a [290] 00:10:03.110 --> 00:10:04.210 minute. Well, I have a question [291] 00:10:04.290 --> 00:10:06.450 for you, because I have a number [292] 00:10:06.950 --> 00:10:09.770 of friends that are Irish [293] 00:10:10.270 --> 00:10:12.810 Catholic and first and second [294] 00:10:13.310 --> 00:10:16.530 generation here. I'm curious to [295] 00:10:17.030 --> 00:10:20.200 know what your family thought [296] 00:10:20.700 --> 00:10:22.600 about that, because I know how [297] 00:10:23.960 --> 00:10:25.880 some of my friends, families [298] 00:10:26.840 --> 00:10:29.440 actually respond to even my. My [300] 00:10:32.340 --> 00:10:33.960 bringing, you know, psychic [301] 00:10:34.460 --> 00:10:36.680 abilities or, you know, any. [302] 00:10:36.840 --> 00:10:38.240 Anything like that into the [303] 00:10:38.740 --> 00:10:41.080 household, but just talking [304] 00:10:41.580 --> 00:10:42.760 about having a podcast, they [305] 00:10:43.400 --> 00:10:45.720 have a visceral response at [306] 00:10:46.220 --> 00:10:47.480 times. So I'm curious to know [307] 00:10:47.980 --> 00:10:48.480 what that was like in your [308] 00:10:48.980 --> 00:10:50.850 family. Well, growing up, you [309] 00:10:51.350 --> 00:10:53.370 know, from the Celtic stem [310] 00:10:53.450 --> 00:10:55.890 family area, all my. My [311] 00:10:56.390 --> 00:10:57.170 grandmother and my aunts were [312] 00:10:57.670 --> 00:10:59.530 all psychic openly. So it was a [313] 00:11:00.030 --> 00:11:00.890 natural thing, really. So. Oh, [314] 00:11:01.390 --> 00:11:02.810 [315] 00:11:03.310 --> 00:11:03.890 would tell me stories when they [316] 00:11:04.390 --> 00:11:04.970 were all growing up, you know, [317] 00:11:05.470 --> 00:11:06.130 one of the sisters would wake up [318] 00:11:06.630 --> 00:11:07.330 with a dream, and it always came [319] 00:11:07.830 --> 00:11:08.610 true. So they'd listen to what [320] 00:11:09.110 --> 00:11:11.650 they dreamt at nighttime. You [321] 00:11:12.150 --> 00:11:13.050 know, my dad swears when he was [322] 00:11:13.550 --> 00:11:14.210 a little kid, he saw the wee [323] 00:11:14.710 --> 00:11:16.330 folk. So it's very. It was very [324] 00:11:16.830 --> 00:11:17.530 normal. And they're. And they're [325] 00:11:18.030 --> 00:11:19.930 Catholic as well. Okay. And so [326] 00:11:20.430 --> 00:11:21.850 then in my growing up household, [327] 00:11:21.930 --> 00:11:23.730 my mom had premonitions. She [328] 00:11:24.230 --> 00:11:25.250 never really practice it, but [329] 00:11:25.750 --> 00:11:26.410 she'd have these premonitions. [331] 00:11:29.370 --> 00:11:31.170 He was. It was very much part of [332] 00:11:31.670 --> 00:11:32.850 our. Our family. And I remember [333] 00:11:33.350 --> 00:11:34.730 him did just say to me once when [334] 00:11:35.230 --> 00:11:35.730 I started to Explore [335] 00:11:36.230 --> 00:11:37.970 spirituality maybe. Yeah, [336] 00:11:38.470 --> 00:11:40.490 around early 30s, late late 20s. [337] 00:11:40.990 --> 00:11:41.850 And he said, be careful kid, [338] 00:11:42.350 --> 00:11:43.810 don't go too far. Meaning there [339] 00:11:44.310 --> 00:11:45.090 is the whole dark side which [340] 00:11:45.590 --> 00:11:46.370 I've come to learn about and how [341] 00:11:46.870 --> 00:11:48.000 to protect yourselves. Because [342] 00:11:48.500 --> 00:11:49.040 yeah, when you start to open [343] 00:11:49.540 --> 00:11:51.360 yourself up like that, then you [344] 00:11:51.860 --> 00:11:53.320 do attract and you can be [345] 00:11:53.880 --> 00:11:56.960 manipulated. Yeah, so I just, I [347] 00:11:58.700 --> 00:12:00.520 then. But. And there's also [348] 00:12:01.020 --> 00:12:02.480 black magic, which I'm not into [349] 00:12:02.980 --> 00:12:04.080 any of that. I deal with the [350] 00:12:04.580 --> 00:12:05.320 light, I deal with divine. [351] 00:12:05.400 --> 00:12:07.160 That's my choice. I could go [352] 00:12:07.320 --> 00:12:09.160 that way. I, you know, I could [353] 00:12:09.660 --> 00:12:11.040 cast curses as if I wanted to. [354] 00:12:11.540 --> 00:12:13.640 I do not do that because once [355] 00:12:14.140 --> 00:12:15.480 you do that, you're attracting [356] 00:12:16.040 --> 00:12:18.160 the same back to you. Yeah, you [357] 00:12:18.660 --> 00:12:19.320 know what, you kind of surprised [358] 00:12:19.820 --> 00:12:20.840 me with that. I was actually [359] 00:12:20.920 --> 00:12:23.240 thinking there was going to be [360] 00:12:23.740 --> 00:12:25.480 a, hey, don't talk about that. [361] 00:12:25.980 --> 00:12:27.840 [362] 00:12:28.340 --> 00:12:31.000 things. But that's really [363] 00:12:31.719 --> 00:12:34.920 fascinating to me that even then [364] 00:12:35.000 --> 00:12:38.520 like growing up it was accepted. [365] 00:12:38.920 --> 00:12:40.680 You don't hear that very often, [366] 00:12:41.240 --> 00:12:44.290 to be honest. That's, that's [367] 00:12:44.790 --> 00:12:47.890 something. So I know that you [368] 00:12:48.390 --> 00:12:49.930 have a new book coming out and [369] 00:12:50.430 --> 00:12:51.610 some of the, the topics that are [370] 00:12:52.110 --> 00:12:55.130 in the book itself. From our pre [371] 00:12:55.630 --> 00:12:56.490 show conversation, you had [372] 00:12:56.990 --> 00:12:59.930 mentioned divine ascension. [373] 00:13:00.890 --> 00:13:03.770 So what I'd like you to do, if [374] 00:13:04.270 --> 00:13:06.010 you don't mind, is talk about [375] 00:13:06.890 --> 00:13:08.370 divine ascension or maybe the [376] 00:13:08.870 --> 00:13:12.150 mechanics of rising or what have [378] 00:13:14.190 --> 00:13:16.350 Absolutely. Divine ascension [379] 00:13:16.510 --> 00:13:18.750 starts with divine awareness and [380] 00:13:18.830 --> 00:13:21.710 it is really embracing and [381] 00:13:22.210 --> 00:13:23.270 believing that you are a [382] 00:13:23.770 --> 00:13:25.790 spiritual being in a human body, [383] 00:13:26.750 --> 00:13:29.070 that you're here for a reason, [384] 00:13:29.570 --> 00:13:30.750 in terms of a soul contract, [385] 00:13:31.230 --> 00:13:32.830 you're coming down here to learn [386] 00:13:33.330 --> 00:13:35.910 some lessons. And we're able to [387] 00:13:36.410 --> 00:13:38.800 do that because in the spiritual [388] 00:13:39.300 --> 00:13:40.800 realms, in the unseen world is [389] 00:13:41.300 --> 00:13:44.160 very hard for them to accelerate [390] 00:13:44.800 --> 00:13:46.800 into their learnings and [391] 00:13:47.300 --> 00:13:48.400 expansion. But coming down into [392] 00:13:48.900 --> 00:13:51.440 this, you know, 4D container of [394] 00:13:53.920 --> 00:13:56.000 playing with, with, with [395] 00:13:56.480 --> 00:13:59.520 emotions and playing with mental [396] 00:13:59.600 --> 00:14:01.800 struggles and living in a messy [397] 00:14:02.300 --> 00:14:05.690 world. It is a thing to do. [398] 00:14:06.190 --> 00:14:07.410 The fact there's, this is what [399] 00:14:07.910 --> 00:14:08.970 I'm learning there and I, I do [400] 00:14:09.470 --> 00:14:10.770 go into more serious studies [401] 00:14:11.270 --> 00:14:11.890 with all this and it's from [402] 00:14:12.390 --> 00:14:13.570 ancient traditions that I [403] 00:14:14.070 --> 00:14:14.530 learned this stuff. I'm not just [404] 00:14:15.030 --> 00:14:16.410 not making it up, is there, [405] 00:14:16.490 --> 00:14:17.970 there. We're highly regarded for [406] 00:14:18.470 --> 00:14:19.450 coming down here and dealing [407] 00:14:19.950 --> 00:14:21.450 with all this down here. But as [408] 00:14:21.950 --> 00:14:23.810 [409] 00:14:24.310 --> 00:14:25.490 deal with problems, if we, as we [410] 00:14:25.990 --> 00:14:27.650 expand our wisdom, as we open [411] 00:14:28.150 --> 00:14:29.530 our awareness to how things are [412] 00:14:30.030 --> 00:14:30.810 working between us and the [413] 00:14:31.310 --> 00:14:33.280 cosmos and why we're here, it's [414] 00:14:33.780 --> 00:14:34.440 a game changer. Because you [415] 00:14:34.940 --> 00:14:36.640 realize, and then the real trick [416] 00:14:37.140 --> 00:14:38.200 is after that is, okay, how do I [417] 00:14:38.700 --> 00:14:39.720 marry my spiritual life with my [418] 00:14:40.220 --> 00:14:41.600 human life, right? And that's [419] 00:14:42.100 --> 00:14:42.800 what I really try to help people [420] 00:14:43.300 --> 00:14:44.160 with because I struggle for [421] 00:14:44.660 --> 00:14:46.320 years with it. So there's, [422] 00:14:46.640 --> 00:14:47.920 there are a couple of things [423] 00:14:48.420 --> 00:14:51.680 that you had mentioned earlier. [425] 00:14:54.460 --> 00:14:55.680 Ascension number one, you said [426] 00:14:55.920 --> 00:14:57.440 you, you mentioned soul [427] 00:14:57.940 --> 00:15:02.370 contracts. I what Guests [428] 00:15:02.870 --> 00:15:04.410 have mentioned soul contracts in [429] 00:15:04.910 --> 00:15:06.770 the past, but I don't know that [430] 00:15:07.090 --> 00:15:09.970 there's ever been an explanation [431] 00:15:10.470 --> 00:15:11.370 or a follow up. So when you're [432] 00:15:11.870 --> 00:15:13.570 talking about a soul contract, [433] 00:15:13.890 --> 00:15:17.570 what do you mean by that? A soul [434] 00:15:18.070 --> 00:15:21.570 contract is in your spiritual [435] 00:15:22.450 --> 00:15:24.010 essence, in your spiritual form [436] 00:15:24.510 --> 00:15:25.290 before you come and incarnate [437] 00:15:25.790 --> 00:15:26.650 into a human being, you, your [438] 00:15:27.150 --> 00:15:28.650 soul, that you and your soul are [439] 00:15:29.150 --> 00:15:30.130 the same person. So you're this [441] 00:15:33.150 --> 00:15:35.170 Up there there's a whole layers [442] 00:15:35.670 --> 00:15:37.250 of dimension and ascension up in [443] 00:15:37.750 --> 00:15:38.570 the unseen world as well. [444] 00:15:39.070 --> 00:15:40.530 There's angelic realms, there's [445] 00:15:41.090 --> 00:15:43.010 hierarchies, I should say. And [446] 00:15:44.130 --> 00:15:46.530 so when you decide to come down [447] 00:15:47.030 --> 00:15:48.690 to Earth, you go, okay, these [448] 00:15:49.190 --> 00:15:50.930 are the things I want to keep [449] 00:15:51.430 --> 00:15:54.780 building on so that my energetic [450] 00:15:55.260 --> 00:15:56.900 essence, my energy field, my [451] 00:15:57.400 --> 00:15:58.700 energy structure, which I teach [452] 00:15:59.200 --> 00:16:01.020 about becomes more lighter, [453] 00:16:01.500 --> 00:16:03.180 right? So I get rid of some [454] 00:16:03.680 --> 00:16:06.260 blocks, for example. I'll give [455] 00:16:06.760 --> 00:16:07.860 [456] 00:16:08.360 --> 00:16:10.460 struggling with over my life. [457] 00:16:10.860 --> 00:16:12.340 And it keeps coming up and it's [458] 00:16:12.840 --> 00:16:13.900 from my past lives and I'll [459] 00:16:14.400 --> 00:16:16.460 share how I come up with that is [460] 00:16:16.960 --> 00:16:19.140 abandonment. I think a lot of [461] 00:16:19.640 --> 00:16:20.740 people have this notion of [462] 00:16:21.240 --> 00:16:23.930 abandonment and, and, and I can [463] 00:16:24.430 --> 00:16:25.610 see it sometimes play out in my [464] 00:16:26.110 --> 00:16:27.090 current life. So maybe that's [465] 00:16:27.590 --> 00:16:28.410 one of the things I came in to [466] 00:16:28.910 --> 00:16:29.970 do. I want to come in and I want [467] 00:16:30.470 --> 00:16:31.650 to resolve this issue of [468] 00:16:32.150 --> 00:16:32.810 abandonment because we're all [469] 00:16:33.310 --> 00:16:34.130 one. It's one big consciousness. [470] 00:16:34.630 --> 00:16:35.490 We're one big energetic [472] 00:16:38.150 --> 00:16:39.090 right? We're all in this. [473] 00:16:39.590 --> 00:16:41.090 That's the highest ascension I [474] 00:16:41.590 --> 00:16:42.250 believe you can go to. And I [475] 00:16:42.750 --> 00:16:43.210 don't have all the answers. [476] 00:16:43.710 --> 00:16:45.210 Believe me, if I did, I don't [477] 00:16:45.710 --> 00:16:46.330 think I'd be here on Earth. [478] 00:16:46.830 --> 00:16:48.770 But, but I kept coming up in my [479] 00:16:49.270 --> 00:16:50.490 past lives, like horrible [480] 00:16:50.570 --> 00:16:52.450 experiences. I was, I had [481] 00:16:52.950 --> 00:16:54.110 leprosy once. I lived leper [482] 00:16:54.610 --> 00:16:56.190 colony. I was left to die in a [483] 00:16:56.690 --> 00:16:58.430 cave, right? You know, [484] 00:16:58.930 --> 00:17:00.750 different, different lifetimes, [485] 00:17:01.250 --> 00:17:02.950 right? Abandoned. There's people [486] 00:17:03.450 --> 00:17:05.030 in my life right now who we had [488] 00:17:08.410 --> 00:17:09.070 remember if my sister was my [489] 00:17:09.570 --> 00:17:11.070 mother. Anyways, I hear that the [490] 00:17:11.570 --> 00:17:13.030 soul families, they didn't treat [491] 00:17:13.530 --> 00:17:14.510 me well, you know, they were [492] 00:17:15.010 --> 00:17:16.030 cruel to me. They were, weren't [493] 00:17:16.530 --> 00:17:18.870 loving. And so I have seen that [494] 00:17:19.370 --> 00:17:20.870 repeat in this lifetime with [495] 00:17:21.370 --> 00:17:23.120 people close to me, and I'm [496] 00:17:23.620 --> 00:17:25.800 finally starting to get it. So [497] 00:17:26.300 --> 00:17:27.160 what do you do with the issue of [498] 00:17:27.660 --> 00:17:28.720 abandonment? You increase your [499] 00:17:29.220 --> 00:17:31.000 self love, you increase your [500] 00:17:31.500 --> 00:17:32.520 awareness. Like, wait a minute, [501] 00:17:33.020 --> 00:17:34.600 I have these amazing spirit [502] 00:17:35.100 --> 00:17:36.040 [503] 00:17:36.540 --> 00:17:38.519 love of the universe, angelic [504] 00:17:39.019 --> 00:17:40.880 presence. You know, you start to [505] 00:17:41.380 --> 00:17:42.960 go through this growth and this [506] 00:17:43.460 --> 00:17:44.480 is, this is just an example. So [507] 00:17:44.980 --> 00:17:45.680 maybe that's one of the things I [508] 00:17:46.180 --> 00:17:47.080 needed to learn. I'm down here, [509] 00:17:47.240 --> 00:17:48.220 so I'm going to dive deep, [510] 00:17:48.450 --> 00:17:50.730 deeper into that. Right. And [511] 00:17:51.230 --> 00:17:52.410 what do I do too now? And now [512] 00:17:52.910 --> 00:17:53.730 that I'm aware of that, I'm [513] 00:17:54.230 --> 00:17:55.130 going to keep nurturing that. [514] 00:17:55.630 --> 00:17:56.290 But at the same time, I'm going. [515] 00:17:56.530 --> 00:17:57.970 I also have amazing people [516] 00:17:58.470 --> 00:17:59.810 around me who don't give me that [517] 00:18:00.310 --> 00:18:00.850 sense of they're going to [519] 00:18:03.310 --> 00:18:04.290 focusing on them. The rest, [520] 00:18:04.450 --> 00:18:06.290 I'll be a, you know, casual [521] 00:18:06.790 --> 00:18:08.050 acquaintance. You know, even if [522] 00:18:08.550 --> 00:18:09.250 they're a family member, it's [523] 00:18:09.750 --> 00:18:11.170 like, I'll see you twice a year. [524] 00:18:11.330 --> 00:18:14.850 I'll be cordial. So with the [525] 00:18:15.170 --> 00:18:17.410 divine ascension, it seems [526] 00:18:18.190 --> 00:18:19.950 whenever someone has an [527] 00:18:20.450 --> 00:18:21.590 awakening or during the [528] 00:18:22.090 --> 00:18:23.910 awakening process, there's some [529] 00:18:24.410 --> 00:18:26.510 sort of supreme suffering or [530] 00:18:26.590 --> 00:18:29.550 crisis that plays a role in [531] 00:18:30.050 --> 00:18:32.510 that. Are you seeing that with [532] 00:18:32.910 --> 00:18:35.230 your clients that they discuss [533] 00:18:35.950 --> 00:18:37.230 those sort of things and then [535] 00:18:39.550 --> 00:18:41.230 trauma before they can move on? [536] 00:18:42.110 --> 00:18:43.470 Yeah, if they're at that point [537] 00:18:43.860 --> 00:18:45.060 and they may have already, you [538] 00:18:45.560 --> 00:18:47.540 know, moved on to some of it or [539] 00:18:47.700 --> 00:18:49.380 are starting to be more [540] 00:18:49.880 --> 00:18:50.740 empathetic with themselves [541] 00:18:51.300 --> 00:18:54.420 around an issue. And it's easier [542] 00:18:54.920 --> 00:18:57.380 to delve into a sticky emotional [543] 00:18:57.880 --> 00:18:59.819 challenge if you can start to [544] 00:19:00.319 --> 00:19:01.260 build up your self love and [545] 00:19:01.760 --> 00:19:02.940 acceptance first because then [546] 00:19:03.440 --> 00:19:03.780 you can look at it more [547] 00:19:04.280 --> 00:19:05.740 objectively. And that's what I [548] 00:19:06.240 --> 00:19:07.260 teach too. It's like how to work [549] 00:19:07.760 --> 00:19:09.060 [550] 00:19:09.530 --> 00:19:10.610 and get out into those bodies. [551] 00:19:11.110 --> 00:19:11.890 Sometimes you just need to clean [552] 00:19:12.390 --> 00:19:13.690 junk out of your energy fields [553] 00:19:13.930 --> 00:19:16.050 that isn't even really yours or [554] 00:19:16.550 --> 00:19:17.210 it's so old it should have been [555] 00:19:17.710 --> 00:19:18.450 long gone, you know, but it's [556] 00:19:18.950 --> 00:19:19.170 still hanging around [557] 00:19:19.670 --> 00:19:21.010 energetically. That's why energy [558] 00:19:21.510 --> 00:19:22.650 work I'm seeing more and more, [559] 00:19:22.970 --> 00:19:24.690 is so important. And this energy [560] 00:19:25.190 --> 00:19:26.530 field, this energy structure is [561] 00:19:27.030 --> 00:19:28.170 the only thing that moves on to [562] 00:19:28.670 --> 00:19:30.010 the next life or wherever you're [563] 00:19:30.510 --> 00:19:32.570 going after this. That is so [564] 00:19:33.070 --> 00:19:34.490 important. So now it's a good [566] 00:19:36.470 --> 00:19:37.210 much as you can in this [567] 00:19:37.710 --> 00:19:38.910 lifetime. I mean, we're not all [568] 00:19:39.410 --> 00:19:40.150 going to become beautiful [569] 00:19:40.650 --> 00:19:41.950 ascended masters and gurus. [570] 00:19:42.450 --> 00:19:44.110 Right? Right. Yeah. I wouldn't [571] 00:19:44.610 --> 00:19:47.110 want to. Yeah, that's, that's [572] 00:19:47.610 --> 00:19:48.670 quite a responsibility I would [573] 00:19:49.170 --> 00:19:51.990 imagine too. So you, [574] 00:19:53.590 --> 00:19:55.430 you had actually started to talk [575] 00:19:55.930 --> 00:19:59.470 about how to bring that [576] 00:19:59.970 --> 00:20:03.830 spiritual life into your [577] 00:20:03.990 --> 00:20:06.550 normal life or your every, I [578] 00:20:07.050 --> 00:20:07.350 shouldn't say normal life [579] 00:20:07.850 --> 00:20:09.110 because spirituality becomes the [580] 00:20:09.610 --> 00:20:12.850 nor people's lives, but a [582] 00:20:16.510 --> 00:20:18.050 that that was another area [583] 00:20:18.550 --> 00:20:19.530 that's going to be hit pretty [584] 00:20:20.030 --> 00:20:21.490 heavily in your upcoming book [585] 00:20:21.890 --> 00:20:25.649 Human Connection. And really [586] 00:20:26.149 --> 00:20:29.010 I view it as a paradox of going [587] 00:20:29.090 --> 00:20:31.330 higher while staying here. [588] 00:20:32.210 --> 00:20:34.250 Let's talk about that a little [589] 00:20:34.750 --> 00:20:36.050 bit. That, that human connection [590] 00:20:36.550 --> 00:20:37.850 and how that the inner workings [591] 00:20:38.350 --> 00:20:41.140 of spirituality and us in on [592] 00:20:41.640 --> 00:20:44.260 this 4D plane that we're on. [593] 00:20:45.460 --> 00:20:47.500 Yes, I, I, I think it's a [594] 00:20:48.000 --> 00:20:49.140 fascinating topic and I've just [595] 00:20:49.640 --> 00:20:51.460 been noticing the, the, [596] 00:20:52.980 --> 00:20:54.420 [597] 00:20:54.740 --> 00:20:56.460 the, the three things I, I talk [598] 00:20:56.960 --> 00:20:57.660 about in my book. They'll either [599] 00:20:58.160 --> 00:20:59.100 work on the, the divine [600] 00:20:59.600 --> 00:21:00.260 awareness and ascension. [601] 00:21:00.820 --> 00:21:02.660 They'll work on energy mastery [602] 00:21:03.160 --> 00:21:03.580 like I've been talking about, [603] 00:21:04.080 --> 00:21:04.220 you know, working with your [604] 00:21:04.720 --> 00:21:06.380 energy field or the work on the [605] 00:21:06.880 --> 00:21:09.060 embodiment part or two of those. [606] 00:21:09.560 --> 00:21:10.540 But not all three. I think you [607] 00:21:11.040 --> 00:21:12.380 need all three. We are spiritual [608] 00:21:12.880 --> 00:21:15.060 beings and a human body working [609] 00:21:15.560 --> 00:21:18.300 with energy fields. Exactly. [610] 00:21:18.800 --> 00:21:20.020 And so that's the marrying [611] 00:21:20.520 --> 00:21:21.299 that's starting to go on. [613] 00:21:28.080 --> 00:21:29.380 human body, first of all, just [614] 00:21:29.880 --> 00:21:31.860 this, just its essence of like [615] 00:21:32.360 --> 00:21:34.220 billions of cells that are like [616] 00:21:34.720 --> 00:21:38.040 miraculously working, picking up [617] 00:21:38.540 --> 00:21:40.040 on again energy and [618] 00:21:40.540 --> 00:21:42.440 intelligence. And like the [619] 00:21:42.940 --> 00:21:44.000 body's just amazing. Just [620] 00:21:44.500 --> 00:21:45.640 starting with that alone, it's [621] 00:21:46.140 --> 00:21:47.280 able to function on its own. [622] 00:21:47.760 --> 00:21:49.600 And then I also move into now [623] 00:21:50.100 --> 00:21:51.320 your ancestral bloodlines, your [624] 00:21:51.820 --> 00:21:54.360 inherited behaviors, your, the [625] 00:21:54.860 --> 00:21:56.680 wisdom that they had, like it [626] 00:21:57.180 --> 00:21:58.320 could fill a football field of [627] 00:21:58.820 --> 00:22:01.000 people. Your ancestors are in [629] 00:22:03.540 --> 00:22:04.910 start working with Mother Earth. [630] 00:22:05.410 --> 00:22:06.550 Mother Earth. Her rhythms [631] 00:22:07.110 --> 00:22:08.710 connect with our rhythms. We [632] 00:22:09.210 --> 00:22:09.950 are, that's why we love going [633] 00:22:10.450 --> 00:22:11.750 for walks, being on the beach [634] 00:22:12.250 --> 00:22:13.390 and water, being in a park [635] 00:22:13.890 --> 00:22:15.670 around trees. Our body just [636] 00:22:16.170 --> 00:22:17.750 responds to energy that comes [637] 00:22:18.250 --> 00:22:19.670 from those things and the animal [638] 00:22:20.170 --> 00:22:21.070 kingdom. Right. The messages [639] 00:22:21.570 --> 00:22:22.870 they bring us. So this, this, [640] 00:22:23.270 --> 00:22:26.790 this amazing platform [641] 00:22:27.290 --> 00:22:28.630 environment that we live in. [642] 00:22:29.130 --> 00:22:31.110 And this body, this vehicle is [643] 00:22:31.190 --> 00:22:33.920 [644] 00:22:34.420 --> 00:22:35.040 know, I got to get up and go to [645] 00:22:35.540 --> 00:22:36.560 work. And when we start to look [646] 00:22:37.060 --> 00:22:39.880 at it that way, we start to play [647] 00:22:40.380 --> 00:22:42.360 with different areas of that and [648] 00:22:42.860 --> 00:22:45.040 then connect the spirituality to [649] 00:22:45.540 --> 00:22:48.360 it. Right. And realize, okay, [650] 00:22:48.440 --> 00:22:51.720 so I have this ability [651] 00:22:51.800 --> 00:22:54.680 to experience life fully. [652] 00:22:55.400 --> 00:22:57.080 And that's the messy stuff, [653] 00:22:57.580 --> 00:22:58.760 that's the good stuff, that's [654] 00:22:59.260 --> 00:23:00.640 the hard stuff, that's having a [655] 00:23:01.140 --> 00:23:02.600 bunch of fun, that's enjoying [656] 00:23:03.100 --> 00:23:05.460 pleasure I mean, it's just. [657] 00:23:05.960 --> 00:23:07.420 That's the whole human side and [658] 00:23:07.920 --> 00:23:09.020 you. And you need to find that [660] 00:23:11.780 --> 00:23:13.780 kick this out and really start [661] 00:23:14.280 --> 00:23:15.740 to enjoy life a lot more. And it [662] 00:23:16.240 --> 00:23:17.300 doesn't mean you. For those [663] 00:23:17.800 --> 00:23:18.660 introverts who are panicking [664] 00:23:19.160 --> 00:23:21.219 right now, it doesn't mean you [665] 00:23:21.719 --> 00:23:22.820 gotta be out in the public, [666] 00:23:22.980 --> 00:23:24.660 change your personality. Right, [667] 00:23:24.740 --> 00:23:26.580 exactly. It's not about that. [668] 00:23:27.080 --> 00:23:28.740 It's about these small shifts [669] 00:23:28.900 --> 00:23:32.340 that create new awakenings. So [670] 00:23:32.420 --> 00:23:34.340 what's, what's interesting here [671] 00:23:34.840 --> 00:23:38.420 is, and I'll speak [672] 00:23:38.980 --> 00:23:40.500 from my own perspective here, [673] 00:23:41.000 --> 00:23:43.540 my own point of view is that in [674] 00:23:44.040 --> 00:23:46.660 relationships, you know, the [676] 00:23:51.920 --> 00:23:54.780 or ascend together or their [677] 00:23:55.280 --> 00:23:56.900 frequency or vibrational levels [678] 00:23:57.400 --> 00:23:59.300 are at different points or [679] 00:23:59.800 --> 00:24:02.700 different levels. I'm wondering [680] 00:24:03.200 --> 00:24:06.060 what that does to relationships. [681] 00:24:07.180 --> 00:24:08.780 Does it make it make them [682] 00:24:09.280 --> 00:24:12.220 harder, more difficult? Or how [683] 00:24:12.720 --> 00:24:13.940 do you. And I'll just get right [684] 00:24:14.440 --> 00:24:15.220 down to it, is how do you love [685] 00:24:15.720 --> 00:24:16.700 someone who's vibrating at a [686] 00:24:17.200 --> 00:24:18.100 completely different frequency [687] 00:24:18.600 --> 00:24:20.300 than you are? Yeah, that's. [688] 00:24:20.800 --> 00:24:21.980 That is difficult. I remember [689] 00:24:22.480 --> 00:24:24.390 when I first met my husband, [690] 00:24:24.890 --> 00:24:26.150 [691] 00:24:26.650 --> 00:24:28.830 now, and I was really upfront [692] 00:24:29.330 --> 00:24:30.550 saying, listen, I'm into healing [693] 00:24:31.050 --> 00:24:33.070 and psychic. And he says, yeah, [694] 00:24:33.570 --> 00:24:34.230 I believe in the fae, we have [695] 00:24:34.730 --> 00:24:35.990 the Scottish background. And I [696] 00:24:36.490 --> 00:24:37.510 went, okay, great. So I don't, [697] 00:24:37.670 --> 00:24:39.149 didn't expect him to be like [698] 00:24:39.649 --> 00:24:40.630 that, but I most certainly was [699] 00:24:40.870 --> 00:24:42.430 going to be like that. And so [700] 00:24:42.930 --> 00:24:43.670 even to this day, he's very, [701] 00:24:44.170 --> 00:24:44.790 very supportive of my business. [702] 00:24:45.290 --> 00:24:45.590 I don't think he really [703] 00:24:46.090 --> 00:24:47.070 understands the depth of what I [704] 00:24:47.570 --> 00:24:48.590 go into. I don't share it with [705] 00:24:49.090 --> 00:24:50.170 him because it's not his thing, [707] 00:24:52.630 --> 00:24:53.490 knows I'm a healer, he knows I'm [708] 00:24:53.990 --> 00:24:55.210 psychic. And my whole, you know, [709] 00:24:55.450 --> 00:24:56.890 step family here that I've [710] 00:24:57.390 --> 00:24:58.410 married into, they all know that [711] 00:24:59.530 --> 00:25:01.330 it's not a problem. I have to be [712] 00:25:01.830 --> 00:25:04.930 that in order to survive. I [713] 00:25:05.430 --> 00:25:06.610 would hide for a long, long [714] 00:25:07.110 --> 00:25:10.050 time. So I think what happens to [715] 00:25:10.550 --> 00:25:12.490 Jim is when we start to awaken [716] 00:25:12.570 --> 00:25:15.010 more and more, the tougher [717] 00:25:15.510 --> 00:25:16.490 decisions start to come about [718] 00:25:17.260 --> 00:25:18.660 what do I need to align around [719] 00:25:19.160 --> 00:25:22.020 me to support me. And maybe a [720] 00:25:22.520 --> 00:25:24.420 difficult relationship is part [721] 00:25:24.920 --> 00:25:27.060 of the soul contract. So, okay, [723] 00:25:30.540 --> 00:25:32.380 ability to accept on a whole [724] 00:25:32.880 --> 00:25:34.460 other level, maybe that's part [725] 00:25:34.960 --> 00:25:37.900 of the emotional experiences [726] 00:25:38.400 --> 00:25:39.140 somebody is supposed to go [727] 00:25:39.640 --> 00:25:40.540 through in order to up that [728] 00:25:41.040 --> 00:25:43.780 wisdom. And it crystallizes more [729] 00:25:44.280 --> 00:25:45.580 in our energetic structure. So [730] 00:25:45.660 --> 00:25:47.340 everything we do that's good and [731] 00:25:47.840 --> 00:25:49.240 moving and awakening and growing [732] 00:25:49.640 --> 00:25:51.200 strengthens that energetic [733] 00:25:51.700 --> 00:25:53.200 structure, that essence of who [734] 00:25:53.700 --> 00:25:55.520 we are, our consciousness. So [735] 00:25:56.020 --> 00:25:59.320 yeah, it can be difficult. And I [736] 00:25:59.820 --> 00:26:00.680 like to tell people just to end. [737] 00:26:01.180 --> 00:26:03.320 [738] 00:26:03.820 --> 00:26:05.240 little afraid to jump into this [739] 00:26:05.740 --> 00:26:08.160 whole new spiritual journey. Is [740] 00:26:08.660 --> 00:26:09.720 their life going to radically [741] 00:26:10.220 --> 00:26:12.720 change? And I'd say, no, don't [742] 00:26:13.220 --> 00:26:13.840 worry about that. As you start [743] 00:26:14.340 --> 00:26:16.000 to grow, things are starting to [744] 00:26:16.500 --> 00:26:17.660 shift. It could be very small [745] 00:26:18.160 --> 00:26:19.260 things like, I'm just not going [746] 00:26:19.760 --> 00:26:20.380 to watch movies like that [747] 00:26:20.880 --> 00:26:21.900 anymore because I really don't [748] 00:26:22.400 --> 00:26:24.020 think it's good for my psyche or [749] 00:26:24.260 --> 00:26:26.660 I really want to add church to [750] 00:26:27.160 --> 00:26:28.660 my life or whatever. Right, [751] 00:26:29.160 --> 00:26:30.900 right. So it sees shifts where [752] 00:26:31.220 --> 00:26:32.660 it's not this radical change, [754] 00:26:35.240 --> 00:26:38.420 where a relationship is just not [755] 00:26:39.460 --> 00:26:41.300 fulfilling that person and it's [756] 00:26:41.800 --> 00:26:43.620 blocking them from growing after [757] 00:26:44.120 --> 00:26:45.480 some deep reflection, you know. [758] 00:26:45.800 --> 00:26:47.800 Yes, I was, I was actually going [759] 00:26:48.300 --> 00:26:52.200 to ask you when you were talking [760] 00:26:53.240 --> 00:26:57.280 about the, the what happens in [761] 00:26:57.780 --> 00:27:00.200 these are marriages, [762] 00:27:00.360 --> 00:27:02.960 friendships, careers, when [763] 00:27:03.460 --> 00:27:05.280 someone goes through a deep [764] 00:27:05.780 --> 00:27:06.920 transformation such as this, [765] 00:27:08.760 --> 00:27:09.960 you know, like when it comes to [766] 00:27:10.460 --> 00:27:11.480 friendship, I've had a couple of [767] 00:27:11.980 --> 00:27:13.320 friends that I've just cooled [768] 00:27:13.820 --> 00:27:15.320 off from because I really [770] 00:27:18.100 --> 00:27:20.160 manipulative and it was always [771] 00:27:20.660 --> 00:27:21.840 about them. It was actually so [772] 00:27:22.340 --> 00:27:25.560 subtle. And I, you know, [773] 00:27:26.060 --> 00:27:26.720 and you kick yourself going, [774] 00:27:26.800 --> 00:27:28.400 why didn't I see that before? [775] 00:27:28.640 --> 00:27:30.200 Is that why I always felt, you [776] 00:27:30.700 --> 00:27:31.640 know, sort of icky around this [777] 00:27:32.140 --> 00:27:33.600 person? Is that why they sort of [778] 00:27:34.100 --> 00:27:35.880 sort of irritated me? And then [779] 00:27:36.380 --> 00:27:37.680 you realize as you start to grow [780] 00:27:38.180 --> 00:27:39.040 and maybe you start to see some [781] 00:27:39.540 --> 00:27:40.240 of the challenges, like for the [782] 00:27:40.740 --> 00:27:42.370 abandonment, that maybe that [783] 00:27:42.870 --> 00:27:44.090 person was like, if you want to [784] 00:27:44.590 --> 00:27:45.970 [785] 00:27:46.470 --> 00:27:48.170 this stuff, right? Oh, yeah, [786] 00:27:48.670 --> 00:27:50.010 ultimately. And. But it was [787] 00:27:50.510 --> 00:27:51.970 subtle. It wasn't like bully, [788] 00:27:52.470 --> 00:27:53.610 like, it was subtle. And I just [789] 00:27:54.110 --> 00:27:55.690 realized, no, I'm not doing [790] 00:27:56.190 --> 00:27:57.330 that. You're not, you're not a [791] 00:27:57.830 --> 00:27:59.450 very true friend. And you're who [792] 00:27:59.950 --> 00:28:01.610 you are, the boss of me. Yeah, [793] 00:28:02.010 --> 00:28:03.530 I'll wave at you on the street, [794] 00:28:04.030 --> 00:28:05.690 but, you know, not inviting you [795] 00:28:06.190 --> 00:28:09.780 over dinner. Okay, so I [796] 00:28:10.280 --> 00:28:12.340 know we've talked about energy [797] 00:28:12.900 --> 00:28:15.060 and in the book energy Mastery [798] 00:28:15.380 --> 00:28:16.660 and most people know about [799] 00:28:16.820 --> 00:28:20.300 chakras and auras at a very [801] 00:28:24.260 --> 00:28:26.020 What do you understand about [802] 00:28:26.100 --> 00:28:30.500 energy that the beginner type [803] 00:28:31.000 --> 00:28:32.860 books or what have you don't [804] 00:28:33.360 --> 00:28:34.940 teach they. I don't think they [805] 00:28:35.440 --> 00:28:36.740 teach about that energetic [806] 00:28:37.240 --> 00:28:39.000 structure and then how all the [807] 00:28:39.500 --> 00:28:40.480 components within it that I've [808] 00:28:40.980 --> 00:28:42.360 been talking about and how it [809] 00:28:42.860 --> 00:28:44.240 all works together and how you [810] 00:28:44.740 --> 00:28:46.080 can reach those other outer [811] 00:28:46.580 --> 00:28:47.960 subtle bodies, which is a [812] 00:28:48.460 --> 00:28:49.240 lighter, lighter and lighter [813] 00:28:49.740 --> 00:28:50.880 version of you that vibrates. [814] 00:28:50.960 --> 00:28:52.240 That's where your frequency [815] 00:28:52.740 --> 00:28:53.280 increases when you want to [817] 00:28:54.780 --> 00:28:56.200 vibration. How do you, how do, [818] 00:28:56.700 --> 00:28:57.400 how to work with those by [819] 00:28:57.900 --> 00:28:58.800 working with your chakras or [820] 00:28:59.300 --> 00:28:59.480 working with different [821] 00:28:59.980 --> 00:29:01.680 PowerPoints in your body to [822] 00:29:02.180 --> 00:29:04.000 reach those. And even through [823] 00:29:04.500 --> 00:29:05.360 pranic healing, which is a [824] 00:29:05.860 --> 00:29:06.640 beautiful method of energy [825] 00:29:07.140 --> 00:29:08.580 healing, how to actually, you [826] 00:29:09.080 --> 00:29:10.060 know, clear out some of those [827] 00:29:10.560 --> 00:29:12.300 subtle bodies. Those are the [828] 00:29:12.800 --> 00:29:16.300 ones that are your aura that [829] 00:29:16.800 --> 00:29:18.900 people call them, that are so [830] 00:29:19.400 --> 00:29:21.700 important and of course so are [831] 00:29:22.200 --> 00:29:23.540 [832] 00:29:24.040 --> 00:29:26.300 have, I'll even go extreme of [833] 00:29:26.800 --> 00:29:27.500 saying as people starting having [834] 00:29:27.580 --> 00:29:29.220 mental health issues or people [835] 00:29:29.720 --> 00:29:31.620 are starting to be burdened with [836] 00:29:32.120 --> 00:29:34.620 this over ever looping emotion [837] 00:29:35.020 --> 00:29:36.140 or they're starting to get [838] 00:29:36.640 --> 00:29:37.820 physically ill, it happens. [839] 00:29:38.320 --> 00:29:39.800 Starts out in the subtle bodies. [840] 00:29:41.160 --> 00:29:42.680 That's. So in order to get [841] 00:29:43.180 --> 00:29:43.680 there, you've got to start [842] 00:29:44.180 --> 00:29:45.200 working with the chakras and the [843] 00:29:45.700 --> 00:29:46.880 meridians, channels and all [844] 00:29:47.380 --> 00:29:49.320 that. So it sounds overwhelming. [845] 00:29:49.820 --> 00:29:50.560 Like oh my gosh, where do you [846] 00:29:51.060 --> 00:29:51.840 start? And I just taught that in [848] 00:29:53.940 --> 00:29:57.680 a guided journey visualization. [849] 00:29:58.180 --> 00:29:59.400 I took them through really deep [850] 00:29:59.900 --> 00:30:01.120 into doing a body scan with our [851] 00:30:01.620 --> 00:30:03.320 healing guides. And it's like, [852] 00:30:03.820 --> 00:30:04.920 hey, where's the most immediate [853] 00:30:05.420 --> 00:30:07.520 point in my body? Do I need to [854] 00:30:08.020 --> 00:30:09.320 have to heal? And one lady said, [855] 00:30:10.280 --> 00:30:12.040 I have. It went right to my, [856] 00:30:12.680 --> 00:30:15.160 you know, lower abdomen and my [857] 00:30:15.660 --> 00:30:16.800 stomach area and my intestines. [858] 00:30:17.300 --> 00:30:18.440 She says, I have issues there. [859] 00:30:19.240 --> 00:30:20.800 And I said, well, that's where [860] 00:30:21.300 --> 00:30:22.640 the sacral chakra is and that's [861] 00:30:23.140 --> 00:30:24.160 the most loaded one when it [862] 00:30:24.660 --> 00:30:26.240 comes to emotions and, and [864] 00:30:28.580 --> 00:30:30.600 sexuality. That's all in there. [865] 00:30:31.100 --> 00:30:33.000 And so creativity and. Yeah, [866] 00:30:33.800 --> 00:30:34.840 and I wasn't suggesting, [867] 00:30:35.340 --> 00:30:35.720 because I'm not a medical [868] 00:30:36.220 --> 00:30:37.120 doctor, I'm a doctor of [869] 00:30:37.620 --> 00:30:41.010 education is that could be one [870] 00:30:41.510 --> 00:30:42.890 of the reasons, you know, why [871] 00:30:43.390 --> 00:30:45.050 this is happening. And so time [872] 00:30:45.550 --> 00:30:46.530 to delve into there. You can [873] 00:30:47.030 --> 00:30:48.010 spend a lot of time just on that [874] 00:30:48.510 --> 00:30:49.730 one beautiful chakra. Our [875] 00:30:50.230 --> 00:30:52.770 chakras are amazing. They pack a [876] 00:30:53.270 --> 00:30:54.570 huge punch of so many different [877] 00:30:55.210 --> 00:30:57.450 complex levels of us. From our [878] 00:30:57.950 --> 00:30:58.810 [879] 00:30:59.310 --> 00:31:01.370 feelings of security all the way [880] 00:31:01.870 --> 00:31:03.090 up to divine connection to our [881] 00:31:03.590 --> 00:31:04.530 expression, to our sense of [882] 00:31:05.030 --> 00:31:07.040 love, our drive. And they're [883] 00:31:07.540 --> 00:31:08.200 really, really beautiful to work [884] 00:31:08.700 --> 00:31:10.080 on. So it's not like, oh my [885] 00:31:10.580 --> 00:31:11.120 gosh, how am I going to get all [886] 00:31:11.620 --> 00:31:12.160 this cleaned up by next [887] 00:31:12.660 --> 00:31:13.840 Saturday? It's not like that at [888] 00:31:14.340 --> 00:31:15.880 all. You can't. So it is that [889] 00:31:16.380 --> 00:31:17.600 journey. But when you start to [890] 00:31:18.100 --> 00:31:19.640 heal immediate pieces, when you [891] 00:31:19.720 --> 00:31:22.000 really listen to your body and [892] 00:31:22.500 --> 00:31:24.240 you tap into your soul and that [893] 00:31:24.740 --> 00:31:26.040 with your intuition and this is [895] 00:31:27.540 --> 00:31:28.920 teach. But when you start to [896] 00:31:29.420 --> 00:31:30.080 really listen to your body, [897] 00:31:30.580 --> 00:31:32.310 which is more Intelligent than [898] 00:31:32.810 --> 00:31:34.430 us, our body. Like, we get gut [899] 00:31:34.930 --> 00:31:36.550 feelings. Right. Or a body, you [900] 00:31:37.050 --> 00:31:37.430 just know you shouldn't have [901] 00:31:37.930 --> 00:31:38.750 eaten that thing, but you did. [902] 00:31:40.030 --> 00:31:42.670 The old gut brain. Yeah, yeah. [903] 00:31:43.170 --> 00:31:44.550 And even just start at that [904] 00:31:45.050 --> 00:31:45.630 level of going, okay, where do I [905] 00:31:46.130 --> 00:31:46.950 need to work on first? And now [906] 00:31:47.450 --> 00:31:48.150 and then move into the [907] 00:31:48.650 --> 00:31:50.470 energetics of that. Okay, what [908] 00:31:50.970 --> 00:31:52.270 energy center is this? Like, [909] 00:31:52.350 --> 00:31:53.910 what. What does that mean? What [911] 00:31:56.050 --> 00:31:56.710 takes a while. I mean. I mean, [912] 00:31:57.210 --> 00:31:59.030 I'm 64, and I just sort of got [913] 00:31:59.530 --> 00:32:00.830 it about the abandonment thing. [914] 00:32:02.260 --> 00:32:05.540 Right. That's interesting. For [915] 00:32:06.040 --> 00:32:09.540 sure. So if you talk about the [916] 00:32:10.040 --> 00:32:12.740 energetic body as technology, [917] 00:32:14.180 --> 00:32:15.580 and I know that you work with [918] 00:32:16.080 --> 00:32:19.180 meridians, chakras, and multiple [919] 00:32:19.680 --> 00:32:22.100 modalities, is there a unified [920] 00:32:22.260 --> 00:32:25.940 field theory at work with these, [921] 00:32:26.100 --> 00:32:28.780 as in how do. How these systems [922] 00:32:29.280 --> 00:32:30.420 talk to each other? Absolutely. [923] 00:32:32.050 --> 00:32:33.370 Like. Like I said. But the [924] 00:32:33.870 --> 00:32:34.490 subtle bottles of these just get [925] 00:32:34.990 --> 00:32:35.690 [926] 00:32:36.190 --> 00:32:37.170 like it's your antenna system [927] 00:32:37.570 --> 00:32:39.210 and the outer body is your [928] 00:32:39.710 --> 00:32:41.650 spirit body. So that is your [929] 00:32:42.150 --> 00:32:45.210 human body's energy field that [930] 00:32:45.710 --> 00:32:47.370 can connect to. It is connected [931] 00:32:47.870 --> 00:32:50.250 to your soul. And it can now [932] 00:32:50.750 --> 00:32:52.050 communicate with, you know, [933] 00:32:52.130 --> 00:32:54.450 divine essences, essences, [934] 00:32:54.610 --> 00:32:57.240 realities, dimensions. So it's [935] 00:32:57.740 --> 00:32:58.800 about clearing the highway to [936] 00:32:59.300 --> 00:33:00.880 that thing. And the two you have [937] 00:33:01.380 --> 00:33:03.280 to get by is the emotion and [938] 00:33:03.780 --> 00:33:06.600 mental, which is two of the [939] 00:33:07.100 --> 00:33:08.600 biggest challenges that people [940] 00:33:09.100 --> 00:33:09.800 have in this world. If you think [942] 00:33:11.340 --> 00:33:12.680 therapy and anxiety and fear, [943] 00:33:12.840 --> 00:33:15.240 anger. Yeah, that's at play [944] 00:33:15.740 --> 00:33:17.120 right there at play. Like a [945] 00:33:17.620 --> 00:33:19.040 person who's really angry and [946] 00:33:19.540 --> 00:33:21.200 hateful. I feel for them, to [947] 00:33:21.700 --> 00:33:22.200 tell you the truth. I used to [948] 00:33:22.700 --> 00:33:23.800 hate them too, but I feel for [949] 00:33:24.300 --> 00:33:25.240 them. It's like, man, you are. [950] 00:33:25.750 --> 00:33:27.270 You are struggling. You are. [951] 00:33:27.430 --> 00:33:28.470 You know what's underneath? [952] 00:33:28.970 --> 00:33:30.550 Hate and fear and all that love. [953] 00:33:30.950 --> 00:33:32.430 It's a fear of, you don't have [954] 00:33:32.930 --> 00:33:34.350 the love you not be given the [955] 00:33:34.850 --> 00:33:35.750 love you've been rejected at, [956] 00:33:36.250 --> 00:33:37.990 love you don't belong. Like, [958] 00:33:39.930 --> 00:33:40.790 always think of these prisoners [959] 00:33:41.290 --> 00:33:43.510 going deep, deep down. They're [960] 00:33:44.010 --> 00:33:45.550 hurt little boys and girls, and [961] 00:33:46.050 --> 00:33:46.710 I don't mean to minimize them, [962] 00:33:47.210 --> 00:33:48.310 but it is. They're hurt. They [963] 00:33:48.810 --> 00:33:50.550 got hurt, and now they're [964] 00:33:51.050 --> 00:33:52.270 expressing it in ways and [965] 00:33:52.770 --> 00:33:53.750 they're defending themselves. [966] 00:33:54.250 --> 00:33:55.270 And then they went too far. [967] 00:33:55.990 --> 00:33:57.990 Right. And so. But inside of [968] 00:33:58.490 --> 00:33:59.910 them is a beautiful soul. And [969] 00:34:00.230 --> 00:34:03.190 they're. They've got a big life [970] 00:34:03.690 --> 00:34:04.390 journey, they have a big [971] 00:34:04.890 --> 00:34:07.030 spiritual path. So I, I know [972] 00:34:07.530 --> 00:34:09.310 [973] 00:34:09.810 --> 00:34:13.670 yourself as a energy alchemist. [974] 00:34:14.230 --> 00:34:15.910 Is there a difference between [975] 00:34:16.230 --> 00:34:19.630 then an energy alchemist and an [976] 00:34:20.130 --> 00:34:22.320 energy healer? I think an energy [977] 00:34:22.820 --> 00:34:24.280 alchemist brings all of the [978] 00:34:24.780 --> 00:34:26.040 pieces together because our [979] 00:34:26.540 --> 00:34:28.400 thought forms are our energy. [980] 00:34:28.900 --> 00:34:30.360 So we think of something goes [981] 00:34:30.860 --> 00:34:33.000 out there. When we feel [982] 00:34:33.500 --> 00:34:34.800 something, it goes out there. [983] 00:34:35.280 --> 00:34:37.039 So it's working with everything [984] 00:34:37.040 --> 00:34:38.280 energetically. And we are [985] 00:34:38.780 --> 00:34:40.600 energetically connected to the [986] 00:34:41.100 --> 00:34:42.760 universe, the cosmos, the divine [987] 00:34:43.260 --> 00:34:44.640 realms. So it's just this great [989] 00:34:48.110 --> 00:34:49.090 how to manage all of that. [990] 00:34:49.590 --> 00:34:50.650 Right. And how to understand it [991] 00:34:50.730 --> 00:34:53.170 and how to also protect yourself [992] 00:34:53.670 --> 00:34:55.370 energetically. So, yeah, I deal [993] 00:34:55.870 --> 00:34:59.650 on a lot of. I delve into a lot [994] 00:35:00.150 --> 00:35:01.970 of elements around energy as [995] 00:35:02.470 --> 00:35:04.770 opposed to just healing, which. [996] 00:35:05.270 --> 00:35:07.690 Yeah. So speaking of healing, [997] 00:35:08.570 --> 00:35:10.050 can someone actually become [998] 00:35:10.550 --> 00:35:13.130 their own healer or do we always [999] 00:35:13.630 --> 00:35:16.730 need outside interventions at [1000] 00:35:16.810 --> 00:35:19.370 certain thresholds? I believe, [1001] 00:35:19.530 --> 00:35:22.250 and I, and I now am teaching you [1002] 00:35:22.410 --> 00:35:23.890 people how to become their own [1003] 00:35:24.390 --> 00:35:26.090 self healers working with [1005] 00:35:29.190 --> 00:35:31.250 do it themselves. I work on [1006] 00:35:31.750 --> 00:35:32.970 myself every day. In fact, it's [1007] 00:35:33.470 --> 00:35:34.370 before I get out of bed. Right. [1008] 00:35:34.870 --> 00:35:36.410 So you're really in that zone of [1009] 00:35:36.490 --> 00:35:39.290 relaxed. And I just do some [1010] 00:35:39.790 --> 00:35:41.170 really quick, simple. Get rid of [1011] 00:35:41.670 --> 00:35:42.410 energy out of my body. I don't [1012] 00:35:42.910 --> 00:35:46.010 want anymore. I zap all [1013] 00:35:46.510 --> 00:35:48.210 of my, you know, activate all of [1014] 00:35:48.710 --> 00:35:49.970 my chakras. I pull stuff out of [1015] 00:35:50.470 --> 00:35:52.690 them. I, you know, request [1016] 00:35:53.170 --> 00:35:54.570 universal light to come down [1017] 00:35:55.070 --> 00:35:56.210 into my body that we have a grid [1018] 00:35:56.710 --> 00:35:57.610 around us, this beautiful grid [1019] 00:35:58.110 --> 00:35:58.690 [1020] 00:35:59.190 --> 00:36:00.930 activate that. So that takes [1021] 00:36:01.430 --> 00:36:03.810 about 10, 15 minutes. And [1022] 00:36:04.450 --> 00:36:06.090 unfortunately, I think I wake my [1023] 00:36:06.590 --> 00:36:07.210 husband up when I'm doing that [1024] 00:36:07.710 --> 00:36:08.090 because there's this more [1025] 00:36:08.590 --> 00:36:11.030 energy. So we usually get up [1026] 00:36:11.530 --> 00:36:13.310 about the same time. The Taurus [1027] 00:36:13.810 --> 00:36:14.990 field, is that, that the [1028] 00:36:15.490 --> 00:36:17.430 energetic field around us, I do [1029] 00:36:17.930 --> 00:36:19.310 that too. And it's. You can do [1030] 00:36:19.810 --> 00:36:20.870 that, but you have to, I stand [1031] 00:36:21.370 --> 00:36:22.670 up to do it to get this energy [1032] 00:36:23.170 --> 00:36:25.030 flowing from the top down, from [1033] 00:36:25.530 --> 00:36:26.510 the bottom up. And I just get [1034] 00:36:27.010 --> 00:36:27.950 that whole thing going when I'm, [1036] 00:36:29.810 --> 00:36:31.510 drink, I just, I get that going [1037] 00:36:32.010 --> 00:36:33.270 as well. And those are the [1038] 00:36:33.770 --> 00:36:34.590 things. But it's, it's, it's [1039] 00:36:35.090 --> 00:36:36.650 removing energy I don't want. [1040] 00:36:37.290 --> 00:36:38.490 If I've been anywhere, I've [1041] 00:36:38.990 --> 00:36:39.730 picked up energy and I always [1042] 00:36:40.230 --> 00:36:40.890 forget to put a white light [1043] 00:36:41.390 --> 00:36:42.450 around me so I don't pick up the [1044] 00:36:42.950 --> 00:36:44.450 other people's energy. And so [1045] 00:36:44.950 --> 00:36:47.570 it's getting rid of that and so [1046] 00:36:48.070 --> 00:36:49.850 clearing, illuminating and then [1047] 00:36:49.930 --> 00:36:51.810 energizing it with that, that [1048] 00:36:52.310 --> 00:36:54.330 whole Taurus gotcha realm. [1049] 00:36:54.490 --> 00:36:57.530 Yeah. So in the, the late great [1050] 00:36:58.030 --> 00:37:00.650 cat Longo used to say, [1052] 00:37:03.770 --> 00:37:05.350 that before you would go out [1053] 00:37:05.830 --> 00:37:08.430 into those crowds of people or [1054] 00:37:08.930 --> 00:37:10.550 just anywhere outside of your [1055] 00:37:10.630 --> 00:37:12.710 own environment that you've got [1056] 00:37:14.230 --> 00:37:16.630 this level, this frequency or [1057] 00:37:17.130 --> 00:37:19.870 energy that is Consistent. You [1058] 00:37:20.370 --> 00:37:22.710 know, I've got one more question [1059] 00:37:23.210 --> 00:37:24.950 before we jump into the musical [1060] 00:37:25.450 --> 00:37:28.070 questions, and it's. [1061] 00:37:28.870 --> 00:37:31.110 If you could give someone just [1062] 00:37:31.610 --> 00:37:33.030 one practice that addresses [1063] 00:37:33.510 --> 00:37:35.910 ascension, connection and energy [1064] 00:37:36.070 --> 00:37:38.070 mastery, all at the same time, [1065] 00:37:38.470 --> 00:37:40.070 what would it be? It would be [1066] 00:37:41.910 --> 00:37:45.190 [1067] 00:37:45.690 --> 00:37:47.830 you are this beautiful spiritual [1068] 00:37:47.990 --> 00:37:50.670 being. You are worthy. You can [1069] 00:37:51.170 --> 00:37:53.870 connect. You can talk to Jesus, [1070] 00:37:54.370 --> 00:37:55.550 you can talk to God, you can [1071] 00:37:56.050 --> 00:37:57.110 talk to Buddha, you can talk to [1072] 00:37:57.640 --> 00:38:00.200 Archangel Art, Archangel [1073] 00:38:00.520 --> 00:38:02.440 Michael, who came to me the [1074] 00:38:02.940 --> 00:38:05.240 other day. You were this amazing [1075] 00:38:05.740 --> 00:38:08.120 spiritual being, and don't ever [1076] 00:38:08.620 --> 00:38:09.240 forget that. And when you [1077] 00:38:09.740 --> 00:38:10.840 understand that, then you go, [1078] 00:38:10.920 --> 00:38:12.760 okay, okay, now I gotta start [1079] 00:38:13.260 --> 00:38:13.960 dealing with the human side, or [1080] 00:38:14.460 --> 00:38:15.120 I have to understand that a [1081] 00:38:15.620 --> 00:38:16.440 little bit more and embrace it. [1083] 00:38:20.900 --> 00:38:24.730 that. And I would wholeheartedly [1084] 00:38:25.230 --> 00:38:26.250 support and agree with what you [1085] 00:38:26.750 --> 00:38:29.930 just said. I couldn't have said [1086] 00:38:30.430 --> 00:38:31.410 it better even if I wanted to. [1087] 00:38:31.490 --> 00:38:33.650 So thank you for. For your [1088] 00:38:34.150 --> 00:38:36.850 answer on that. Okay, so as [1089] 00:38:36.930 --> 00:38:38.889 anyone can tell you that's ever [1090] 00:38:39.389 --> 00:38:41.050 listened to the podcast, this is [1091] 00:38:41.550 --> 00:38:42.770 the section where I get to ask [1092] 00:38:43.270 --> 00:38:44.570 some musical questions of the [1093] 00:38:45.070 --> 00:38:46.970 guest. And as I mentioned [1094] 00:38:47.470 --> 00:38:50.090 regularly, I believe that music [1095] 00:38:50.590 --> 00:38:52.010 is the tie that binds. And I [1096] 00:38:52.510 --> 00:38:53.370 also believe that everyone has a [1097] 00:38:53.870 --> 00:38:54.490 soundtrack that accompanies [1099] 00:38:56.590 --> 00:38:58.570 moment to think about it. So are [1100] 00:38:59.070 --> 00:39:00.130 you ready to go into our musical [1101] 00:39:00.630 --> 00:39:02.450 questions? Sure. All right. [1102] 00:39:03.410 --> 00:39:05.170 What was the first song you fell [1103] 00:39:05.670 --> 00:39:07.690 in love with on the radio or one [1104] 00:39:08.190 --> 00:39:08.730 that you heard that you can [1105] 00:39:09.230 --> 00:39:09.970 remember saying that? I can't [1106] 00:39:10.470 --> 00:39:12.650 wait to hear that song again. I [1107] 00:39:13.150 --> 00:39:16.210 was about 7, and we were allowed [1108] 00:39:16.710 --> 00:39:19.300 to watch TV Friday night and [1109] 00:39:19.800 --> 00:39:20.580 Saturday morning. That was it. [1110] 00:39:21.080 --> 00:39:22.540 With some chips and dip. And I [1111] 00:39:23.040 --> 00:39:24.540 fell in love with David Cassidy [1112] 00:39:25.040 --> 00:39:26.300 on the Partridge Family. That [1113] 00:39:26.800 --> 00:39:29.020 [1114] 00:39:29.520 --> 00:39:31.140 musical family, so they sang and [1115] 00:39:31.640 --> 00:39:33.460 he sang I think I love you. I [1116] 00:39:33.960 --> 00:39:34.420 don't know the title of the [1117] 00:39:34.920 --> 00:39:36.980 song, but that's it. I was in [1118] 00:39:37.480 --> 00:39:38.460 love with David Cassidy, and I [1119] 00:39:38.960 --> 00:39:40.140 would sing that at the top of my [1120] 00:39:40.640 --> 00:39:43.020 lungs. I don't think you were [1121] 00:39:43.520 --> 00:39:45.740 alone there, which was why I was [1122] 00:39:46.240 --> 00:39:50.040 on Friday nights. Okay. So did [1123] 00:39:50.540 --> 00:39:51.520 your family have a song that [1124] 00:39:52.020 --> 00:39:52.960 everyone would belt out on road [1125] 00:39:53.460 --> 00:39:54.680 trips or vacations when you were [1126] 00:39:55.180 --> 00:39:56.800 growing up, or it could be with [1127] 00:39:56.880 --> 00:39:58.560 friends when you were in school [1128] 00:39:58.800 --> 00:40:00.880 or in college or what have you? [1130] 00:40:03.540 --> 00:40:04.920 traveled a lot because my dad [1131] 00:40:05.420 --> 00:40:06.280 was in the Canadian Air Force, [1132] 00:40:06.780 --> 00:40:07.680 so we were always on free [1133] 00:40:08.180 --> 00:40:09.160 flights somewhere, and we lived [1134] 00:40:09.660 --> 00:40:10.720 in Europe most of my childhood, [1135] 00:40:11.220 --> 00:40:13.280 and even in the car, because we [1136] 00:40:13.780 --> 00:40:14.560 travel everywhere in Europe [1137] 00:40:15.060 --> 00:40:16.600 every summer. We would sing Here [1138] 00:40:17.100 --> 00:40:19.360 we go into the wild blue yonder. [1139] 00:40:19.680 --> 00:40:22.320 Here we go into the wild blue [1140] 00:40:22.400 --> 00:40:24.440 yonder. And we'd be singing it [1141] 00:40:24.940 --> 00:40:25.480 with him. And I don't remember [1142] 00:40:25.980 --> 00:40:26.920 the rest of the words. If we go [1143] 00:40:27.420 --> 00:40:29.040 into the sky. Yeah, yeah, yeah. [1144] 00:40:29.200 --> 00:40:30.720 So we obviously did that more on [1146] 00:40:32.540 --> 00:40:33.160 doing that just to calm our [1147] 00:40:33.660 --> 00:40:34.480 nerves because we were like on [1148] 00:40:34.880 --> 00:40:36.920 Hercules cargo, you know, [1149] 00:40:37.420 --> 00:40:38.920 planes free. It was free, [1150] 00:40:39.420 --> 00:40:40.680 right. So we were flying all [1151] 00:40:41.180 --> 00:40:43.380 over the place. We'd swinging in [1152] 00:40:43.880 --> 00:40:45.100 these little red canvas seats, [1153] 00:40:45.600 --> 00:40:46.860 and it was so loud back there. [1154] 00:40:47.360 --> 00:40:48.820 And there's like, you know, you [1155] 00:40:49.320 --> 00:40:51.820 know, crates of goods back. Oh, [1156] 00:40:52.320 --> 00:40:53.700 man, it was hilarious. I bet [1157] 00:40:54.200 --> 00:40:54.820 that would have been really neat [1158] 00:40:55.320 --> 00:40:56.460 as a child traveling that way, [1159] 00:40:56.960 --> 00:40:59.220 though, you know, that's [1160] 00:40:59.720 --> 00:41:02.140 [1161] 00:41:02.460 --> 00:41:04.140 what was your favorite song that [1162] 00:41:04.640 --> 00:41:05.860 you and your friends would belt [1163] 00:41:06.360 --> 00:41:07.540 out in your senior year of high [1164] 00:41:12.290 --> 00:41:13.650 At home, we had limited [1165] 00:41:14.150 --> 00:41:15.810 channels, but we always had the [1166] 00:41:16.310 --> 00:41:17.370 theater. There was no streaming [1167] 00:41:17.870 --> 00:41:18.450 back then. Now we're. Now we're. [1168] 00:41:18.950 --> 00:41:20.050 Now we're into the late 70s. [1169] 00:41:20.550 --> 00:41:21.850 Oh. When I was a kid, it was the [1170] 00:41:22.350 --> 00:41:24.570 early 60s, so. With David [1171] 00:41:25.070 --> 00:41:27.890 Cassidy. But it would. We went [1172] 00:41:28.390 --> 00:41:30.570 to the theater and I saw this [1173] 00:41:31.070 --> 00:41:34.290 movie, Grease, 15 times. [1174] 00:41:34.530 --> 00:41:37.030 Holy cow. Every Saturday we'd [1175] 00:41:37.530 --> 00:41:39.070 go. Me, my. My two besties, we [1177] 00:41:41.650 --> 00:41:44.670 into Grease Lightning. [1178] 00:41:46.670 --> 00:41:48.990 Yeah. What I want in my hand. [1179] 00:41:49.490 --> 00:41:50.710 I've got chills. It's. They're [1180] 00:41:51.210 --> 00:41:53.590 multiplying. So you're the one [1181] 00:41:54.090 --> 00:41:55.470 that I want. Olivia Newton John [1182] 00:41:55.550 --> 00:41:57.470 and. Oh, yeah. Hopelessly [1183] 00:41:57.970 --> 00:41:59.790 devoted. That. Yes. Yeah. But it [1184] 00:42:00.290 --> 00:42:03.560 was like. Yeah, yeah, it was. [1185] 00:42:04.060 --> 00:42:05.080 Did you guys do the hand jive [1186] 00:42:05.160 --> 00:42:08.040 thing? Oh, yeah, of course. [1187] 00:42:08.440 --> 00:42:10.360 Of course you can. You can even [1188] 00:42:10.860 --> 00:42:13.480 go to karaoke where somebody or [1189] 00:42:13.640 --> 00:42:16.560 some places having a karaoke [1190] 00:42:17.060 --> 00:42:18.200 night, and people will do that [1191] 00:42:18.700 --> 00:42:19.440 hand jive thing as they're [1193] 00:42:21.480 --> 00:42:23.320 Yeah, I was. I kind of thought [1194] 00:42:23.820 --> 00:42:24.880 that maybe you. You guys would [1195] 00:42:25.380 --> 00:42:27.520 do that. So did your musical [1196] 00:42:28.020 --> 00:42:29.630 tastes change after high school [1197] 00:42:30.030 --> 00:42:31.230 when you were in college? [1198] 00:42:32.110 --> 00:42:35.070 Absolutely. I discovered disco. [1199] 00:42:35.950 --> 00:42:37.950 So, you know, it's embarrassing. [1200] 00:42:38.030 --> 00:42:39.590 It's embarrassing to say, but I [1201] 00:42:40.090 --> 00:42:41.590 became a disco queen. So on the [1202] 00:42:42.090 --> 00:42:43.670 weekends, Friday and Saturday [1203] 00:42:44.170 --> 00:42:45.190 night, we go and we dance into [1204] 00:42:45.690 --> 00:42:46.710 the wee mornings and we, like, [1205] 00:42:47.210 --> 00:42:49.630 do the Hustle and Saturday Night [1206] 00:42:50.130 --> 00:42:51.710 Live. Not Saturday Night Live, [1207] 00:42:51.790 --> 00:42:53.670 [1208] 00:42:54.170 --> 00:42:55.550 all. All that music. And we [1209] 00:42:56.050 --> 00:42:56.980 danced and we danced and we [1210] 00:42:57.480 --> 00:42:59.900 danced. Yeah. Be. So did you [1211] 00:43:00.400 --> 00:43:02.060 also do the. The skating thing [1212] 00:43:02.220 --> 00:43:03.820 with that? The. [1213] 00:43:05.420 --> 00:43:08.060 No, no, no. Here. That in. [1214] 00:43:09.020 --> 00:43:10.740 I remember, like, roller skating [1215] 00:43:11.240 --> 00:43:11.940 and doing the dancing and [1216] 00:43:12.440 --> 00:43:13.260 everything was really popular [1217] 00:43:13.760 --> 00:43:15.140 too. So that's. That's [1218] 00:43:15.640 --> 00:43:16.340 interesting. We didn't. We [1219] 00:43:16.840 --> 00:43:17.260 didn't have that in Canada. [1220] 00:43:17.760 --> 00:43:19.060 That's Quite interesting. No, [1221] 00:43:19.560 --> 00:43:21.220 it was discothex. Oh, okay. [1222] 00:43:21.720 --> 00:43:22.460 Yeah. You know, with the strobe [1224] 00:43:25.080 --> 00:43:26.160 glass bottle. Mirror ball and. [1225] 00:43:26.660 --> 00:43:28.400 Oh, yeah, yeah. So I spent, [1226] 00:43:28.900 --> 00:43:29.880 like, a good five years [1227] 00:43:30.040 --> 00:43:33.000 discoing. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. Wow. [1228] 00:43:33.400 --> 00:43:36.440 Okay, so what's a song that gets [1229] 00:43:36.940 --> 00:43:38.600 your positive juices flowing? [1230] 00:43:39.100 --> 00:43:41.760 Bruno Mars, Uptown funk. Put it [1231] 00:43:42.260 --> 00:43:45.400 on. And I can't stop moving. I. [1232] 00:43:45.900 --> 00:43:47.120 I bust into moves I didn't even [1233] 00:43:47.620 --> 00:43:48.320 know I had. I feel it [1234] 00:43:48.820 --> 00:43:51.160 afterwards. But, yeah, I just [1235] 00:43:51.660 --> 00:43:53.080 love that. I love the beat. And [1236] 00:43:53.410 --> 00:43:54.850 he's just so adorable. It's a. [1237] 00:43:55.350 --> 00:43:56.410 It's a great song. And he is [1238] 00:43:56.910 --> 00:43:58.170 quite talented. You know, funny [1240] 00:44:01.890 --> 00:44:03.610 they would play that song over [1241] 00:44:04.110 --> 00:44:06.050 and over, and he turned to me [1242] 00:44:06.130 --> 00:44:08.490 one day and he goes, do you [1243] 00:44:08.990 --> 00:44:10.130 think Bruno Mars is talking [1244] 00:44:10.630 --> 00:44:12.650 about Julio Jones, who is a wide [1245] 00:44:13.150 --> 00:44:14.050 receiver at the time for the [1246] 00:44:14.130 --> 00:44:16.450 Atlanta Falcons? Do you think [1247] 00:44:16.610 --> 00:44:19.050 he's saying, julio Jones, go get [1248] 00:44:19.550 --> 00:44:19.650 the stretch? [1249] 00:44:23.280 --> 00:44:26.000 No, probably not. But anyway, [1250] 00:44:27.520 --> 00:44:29.120 what's the name of a song that [1251] 00:44:29.620 --> 00:44:32.320 you're Guilty pleasure that you. [1252] 00:44:32.820 --> 00:44:34.000 You wouldn't want necessarily [1253] 00:44:34.500 --> 00:44:35.400 anybody knowing that it's on [1254] 00:44:35.900 --> 00:44:37.560 [1255] 00:44:38.060 --> 00:44:38.680 sing with. With my hairbrush, [1256] 00:44:39.180 --> 00:44:40.600 you mean? Sure, yeah. Hell, [1257] 00:44:41.100 --> 00:44:44.080 yeah. Whitney Houston. What's [1258] 00:44:44.580 --> 00:44:45.600 that one? I always love you? [1259] 00:44:46.170 --> 00:44:48.450 Oh, yeah, the dolly part. And [1260] 00:44:48.950 --> 00:44:50.890 it's like. Yeah, yeah, yeah. [1261] 00:44:51.390 --> 00:44:52.050 You're gonna belt it out right [1262] 00:44:52.550 --> 00:44:54.330 now. No, I wish I had those. [1263] 00:44:55.290 --> 00:44:58.010 Oh, big finish. Big. Oh, yeah. [1264] 00:44:58.510 --> 00:44:59.690 I wish I had a voice like that. [1265] 00:45:00.190 --> 00:45:01.889 But, yeah, that's. That's. She [1266] 00:45:02.389 --> 00:45:04.170 had quite a voice. And I have to [1267] 00:45:04.670 --> 00:45:06.370 put my. My ear pods in and do it [1268] 00:45:06.870 --> 00:45:08.090 myself because my husband, he's [1269] 00:45:08.590 --> 00:45:09.210 not into that type of music. [1271] 00:45:10.990 --> 00:45:12.170 Houston. Well, that's fair. [1272] 00:45:12.330 --> 00:45:13.780 That's fair. And you're very [1273] 00:45:14.280 --> 00:45:17.660 kind to do that. So what is [1274] 00:45:18.160 --> 00:45:19.100 a song that you believe could [1275] 00:45:19.600 --> 00:45:20.380 change the way people think or [1276] 00:45:20.880 --> 00:45:21.900 feel about the world around them [1277] 00:45:22.400 --> 00:45:24.060 positively if they just listen [1278] 00:45:24.560 --> 00:45:26.740 to the lyrics? I'd have to say I [1279] 00:45:27.240 --> 00:45:29.219 was really moved by. It's funny. [1280] 00:45:29.719 --> 00:45:31.420 I'm not that moved by lyrics. I [1281] 00:45:31.920 --> 00:45:32.900 think one of the reasons is I am [1282] 00:45:33.400 --> 00:45:35.980 not a ver. An auditory learner. [1283] 00:45:36.540 --> 00:45:38.100 So I get the words wrong. Just [1284] 00:45:38.600 --> 00:45:39.860 like your son. My husband will [1285] 00:45:40.360 --> 00:45:42.060 go, that's. That's not the line. [1287] 00:45:45.280 --> 00:45:46.300 they have a book with. With [1288] 00:45:46.800 --> 00:45:48.940 mistaken song lyrics. Right. [1289] 00:45:49.100 --> 00:45:51.100 Like, yeah, with Blue Rodeo. [1290] 00:45:51.600 --> 00:45:53.860 There's that bad timing, that's [1291] 00:45:54.360 --> 00:45:55.620 all. I always thought it was [1292] 00:45:56.120 --> 00:45:58.940 that time in Nassau. Well, [1293] 00:45:59.440 --> 00:46:01.340 yeah. What is it? Jimi Hendrix [1294] 00:46:02.700 --> 00:46:04.540 instead of excuse me while I [1295] 00:46:05.040 --> 00:46:06.500 kiss the sky? It's Excuse me [1296] 00:46:07.000 --> 00:46:08.660 while I kiss this guy. And I was [1297] 00:46:09.160 --> 00:46:11.410 just like, yeah, that. Okay, [1298] 00:46:11.910 --> 00:46:15.530 cool. What's your song? [1299] 00:46:15.690 --> 00:46:17.010 Well, the song that really hit [1300] 00:46:17.510 --> 00:46:18.130 me, I think it must have been [1301] 00:46:18.630 --> 00:46:20.250 [1302] 00:46:20.810 --> 00:46:22.170 And that's when all the stars [1303] 00:46:22.670 --> 00:46:23.450 came together. Like Michael [1304] 00:46:23.950 --> 00:46:25.330 Jackson. It was led by Quincy [1305] 00:46:25.830 --> 00:46:27.770 Jones. Oh, thank you. It all [1306] 00:46:28.270 --> 00:46:30.450 feels like five years ago Quincy [1307] 00:46:30.950 --> 00:46:32.090 Jones and, you know, just all [1308] 00:46:32.590 --> 00:46:33.970 the stars at that. Singing stars [1309] 00:46:34.470 --> 00:46:35.850 at that time did a beautiful [1310] 00:46:36.350 --> 00:46:38.390 coming together. And Bob [1311] 00:46:38.630 --> 00:46:40.470 Geldoff, I think, arranged this [1312] 00:46:40.970 --> 00:46:43.230 whole charity and it was just so [1313] 00:46:43.730 --> 00:46:44.350 beautiful. And it's like, we are [1314] 00:46:44.850 --> 00:46:45.830 the world and we have to help [1315] 00:46:46.330 --> 00:46:47.710 each other. We have to heal [1316] 00:46:48.210 --> 00:46:49.670 together. We have to stop this [1318] 00:46:53.010 --> 00:46:54.510 it's. It's certainly a good [1319] 00:46:55.010 --> 00:46:55.870 song, especially for that. The [1320] 00:46:56.370 --> 00:46:59.830 message. So this happens to be [1321] 00:47:01.190 --> 00:47:04.260 my favorite question. And it's. [1322] 00:47:04.420 --> 00:47:06.020 Sometimes there are songs you [1323] 00:47:06.520 --> 00:47:07.540 hear that ring so true that they [1324] 00:47:08.040 --> 00:47:09.420 can stop you in your tracks in. [1325] 00:47:09.920 --> 00:47:11.500 The song's lyrics either sound [1326] 00:47:12.000 --> 00:47:12.420 like they were written [1327] 00:47:12.920 --> 00:47:14.340 specifically for you or by you. [1328] 00:47:14.660 --> 00:47:17.780 What's that song? I'm just [1329] 00:47:18.280 --> 00:47:21.300 starting to get into goddess [1330] 00:47:21.800 --> 00:47:24.980 work. And so the goddess work [1331] 00:47:25.480 --> 00:47:27.540 is. It's not like a worshiping [1332] 00:47:28.040 --> 00:47:28.940 or anything like that, but it's [1334] 00:47:31.200 --> 00:47:31.940 really helping me with my [1335] 00:47:32.180 --> 00:47:34.300 groundedness, my humanness and [1336] 00:47:34.800 --> 00:47:36.900 my Celtic connection. My blood [1337] 00:47:36.980 --> 00:47:40.580 is. I know my female, [1338] 00:47:40.820 --> 00:47:43.220 you know, ancestors, my [1339] 00:47:43.720 --> 00:47:45.739 grandmothers, they did worship [1340] 00:47:46.239 --> 00:47:48.580 goddess. And I don't know what [1341] 00:47:49.080 --> 00:47:50.180 their rituals were like. My [1342] 00:47:50.260 --> 00:47:53.140 immediate grandmother loved the [1343] 00:47:53.640 --> 00:47:56.340 goddess Brigid. And I also [1344] 00:47:56.840 --> 00:47:57.580 didn't know that the Celtic [1345] 00:47:58.080 --> 00:47:58.660 cross, you know, on a grave [1346] 00:47:59.160 --> 00:48:01.020 site, there's a ring around it. [1347] 00:48:01.180 --> 00:48:03.220 Right? That's because the, the [1348] 00:48:03.720 --> 00:48:05.740 [1349] 00:48:05.820 --> 00:48:07.260 accept Christianity. This is. [1350] 00:48:07.760 --> 00:48:08.860 My father told me he grew up in [1351] 00:48:09.360 --> 00:48:11.660 it. So that's the moon around [1352] 00:48:12.160 --> 00:48:14.020 the cross. So they brought some [1353] 00:48:14.520 --> 00:48:15.419 of their paganism with them. [1354] 00:48:15.660 --> 00:48:16.980 And so I just know my [1355] 00:48:17.480 --> 00:48:18.140 grandmothers did. And it's [1356] 00:48:18.640 --> 00:48:19.500 feeling so good to connect. So [1357] 00:48:20.000 --> 00:48:20.780 there's some amazing, [1358] 00:48:21.280 --> 00:48:24.340 beautiful, stirring music out [1359] 00:48:24.840 --> 00:48:26.740 there that is sort of goddess [1360] 00:48:27.240 --> 00:48:29.180 centered. And Lorena McKinnon, [1361] 00:48:29.680 --> 00:48:31.960 I think she's. And I'm just [1362] 00:48:32.460 --> 00:48:32.960 starting to learn some of the [1363] 00:48:33.460 --> 00:48:35.440 other people's names, women that [1365] 00:48:38.440 --> 00:48:41.080 feminine and it's so powerful [1366] 00:48:41.960 --> 00:48:44.800 and it's, it's. It reveres, you [1367] 00:48:45.300 --> 00:48:46.600 know, the goddess energy. And [1368] 00:48:47.400 --> 00:48:48.840 I'm really starting to enjoy [1369] 00:48:49.340 --> 00:48:50.760 that. But when I sit down in the [1370] 00:48:51.260 --> 00:48:52.840 morning and I. And I'm working, [1371] 00:48:53.240 --> 00:48:54.880 like I start to work, I really [1372] 00:48:55.380 --> 00:48:56.440 try to stay in a certain space, [1373] 00:48:56.940 --> 00:48:57.970 like when I'm creating or I'm [1374] 00:48:58.470 --> 00:48:59.690 answering Emails I put on [1375] 00:49:00.650 --> 00:49:02.370 crystal bowl sounds. Okay. [1376] 00:49:02.870 --> 00:49:05.410 Yeah. Oh it just, just tingles. [1377] 00:49:05.910 --> 00:49:07.050 Right. Whereas the goddess, [1378] 00:49:07.550 --> 00:49:08.290 they have words and stuff like [1379] 00:49:08.790 --> 00:49:09.970 that and so it sort of. I get [1381] 00:49:11.830 --> 00:49:12.770 into this zone and that's how I [1382] 00:49:13.270 --> 00:49:14.570 work is to these beautiful [1383] 00:49:15.070 --> 00:49:16.410 crystal bold soundscapes. Big [1384] 00:49:16.910 --> 00:49:18.730 advocate of that. My best friend [1385] 00:49:18.890 --> 00:49:21.690 who happens to live in Qatar [1386] 00:49:22.570 --> 00:49:25.130 does soundscapes and she does [1387] 00:49:25.210 --> 00:49:26.930 sound healing and therapy. [1388] 00:49:27.430 --> 00:49:31.110 She's a CL therapist and she [1389] 00:49:31.610 --> 00:49:33.430 uses that in her practice as [1390] 00:49:33.930 --> 00:49:36.950 well. And she is really quite [1391] 00:49:37.450 --> 00:49:38.470 accomplished. Her name is Carrie [1392] 00:49:38.970 --> 00:49:40.990 Muller and her soundscapes and I [1393] 00:49:41.490 --> 00:49:41.950 listen to a lot of them, [1394] 00:49:42.450 --> 00:49:43.990 believe me, they are the best [1395] 00:49:44.490 --> 00:49:45.430 [1396] 00:49:45.930 --> 00:49:47.470 heard, hands down. Oh, I. I [1397] 00:49:47.970 --> 00:49:48.670 remember you shirt. I have to [1398] 00:49:49.170 --> 00:49:50.390 look into her name. I'm a [1399] 00:49:50.890 --> 00:49:52.550 little. I'm always cautious with [1400] 00:49:53.110 --> 00:49:55.790 ever putting myself into a place [1401] 00:49:56.290 --> 00:49:57.510 where energy is being emitted. [1402] 00:49:57.780 --> 00:50:00.020 I'm very select what I expose [1403] 00:50:00.520 --> 00:50:01.780 myself to or who works on me. [1404] 00:50:02.180 --> 00:50:04.060 And so there's this whole world [1405] 00:50:04.560 --> 00:50:05.980 I'm starting to explore a little [1406] 00:50:06.480 --> 00:50:07.220 bit too and that's sound [1407] 00:50:07.720 --> 00:50:10.060 frequencies and I think they can [1408] 00:50:10.560 --> 00:50:11.700 be very, very quick. I think [1409] 00:50:12.200 --> 00:50:13.980 yeah is amazing from that [1410] 00:50:14.480 --> 00:50:15.300 especially because if you [1412] 00:50:17.480 --> 00:50:21.260 is 80% water and what frequency [1413] 00:50:21.760 --> 00:50:23.260 and sound does to water and [1414] 00:50:23.760 --> 00:50:24.940 those frequencies that she uses [1415] 00:50:25.440 --> 00:50:27.700 for very specific reasons or [1416] 00:50:28.200 --> 00:50:29.540 means in the healing process [1417] 00:50:30.740 --> 00:50:32.500 really start to come through [1418] 00:50:32.660 --> 00:50:34.580 especially. I mean they're very [1419] 00:50:35.080 --> 00:50:38.900 effective in a recorded platform [1420] 00:50:39.300 --> 00:50:42.020 but in person it is [1421] 00:50:42.980 --> 00:50:45.220 otherworldly. But anyway, [1422] 00:50:45.860 --> 00:50:48.620 I'd like to thank you for all of [1423] 00:50:49.120 --> 00:50:49.860 your answers. I'd like to thank [1424] 00:50:50.360 --> 00:50:52.260 you for your time as well. So [1425] 00:50:52.760 --> 00:50:54.280 big thanks to you. My pleasure. [1426] 00:50:55.240 --> 00:50:56.880 Well, it's just about time to [1428] 00:50:58.700 --> 00:50:59.960 episode. But don't forget to [1429] 00:51:00.460 --> 00:51:01.320 like comment and subscribe to [1430] 00:51:01.820 --> 00:51:02.840 the Drop the Needle podcast to [1431] 00:51:03.340 --> 00:51:04.640 stay up to date on our latest [1432] 00:51:05.140 --> 00:51:07.520 episodes.
