SPEAKER_04: And uh, you know, I'm I'm a sometimes identifying black trans lesbian, and and I I completely intend to play uh enter the WNBA draft and and play in the WNBA with my fellow queens, and uh, you know, we'll we'll help elevate the game for the women.
1:16
SPEAKER_04: People literally don't understand the disparity, the gap in skill, athleticism, and talent between myself, an all-American collegiate player, right?
1:26
SPEAKER_04: I could take the number one ninth grader in the world.
1:31
SPEAKER_04: Boys, biological boy, assigned male at birth.
1:34
SPEAKER_04: I could take the number one ninth grader right now.
1:37
SPEAKER_04: He would be the best player in the WNBA.
1:39
SPEAKER_04: If if the WNBA wants to make a definitive statement about the biological nature of women, then I'm good.
1:47
SPEAKER_04: I mean, I'm good to back back off of it uh in that in that scenario.
1:52
SPEAKER_04: Uh and and I think they should, obviously.
1:55
SPEAKER_04: Uh, but if they don't, then we can't have these fake boundaries.
2:00
SPEAKER_04: And as soon as robots become uh better at sexual stimulation and pleasure than humans, which is gonna happen really fast, by the way, because you're gonna be able to program the robot to do exactly what you want it to do.
2:14
SPEAKER_04: We are going through a reality test across all the domains of society, and sports is just uh a symptom of that sickness.
2:22
SPEAKER_01: You hurry up and join us on this amazing journey before it sells out.
2:25
SPEAKER_01: If you've ever dreamed about walking the path of the ancients, now is your chance.
2:30
SPEAKER_01: Make sure you register today to reserve your spot before it's all gone.
2:34
SPEAKER_01: I can't wait to see you in Egypt.
2:35
SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be amazing.
2:36
SPEAKER_01: I guarantee it's gonna change your life.
2:39
SPEAKER_01: Before we begin today's podcast, I really want to explain why today's conversation with former NBA and Big Three player Royce White really matters.
2:49
SPEAKER_01: You see, Royce recently declared himself eligible for the WNBA draft, and it's publicly stated that he identifies as a woman.
2:57
SPEAKER_01: And as I understand it, his declaration is a form of non-violent protest, which is intended to force a serious question, a serious conversation.
3:07
SPEAKER_01: What defines eligibility for women's sports?
3:09
SPEAKER_01: And how should leagues balance inclusion with competitive fairness?
3:14
SPEAKER_01: So let me be really clear on this.
3:16
SPEAKER_01: Neither Royce nor I are against transgender people in any way.
3:20
SPEAKER_01: Because every person deserves dignity, respect, equal protection.
3:24
SPEAKER_01: But supporting transgender people doesn't mean that we ignore legitimate questions about biological sex, athletic performance, player safety, and fairness in elite women's competition.
3:35
SPEAKER_01: Surviving every level of that process and becoming one of the very few elite athletes capable of even reaching the WNBA, they deserve rules that protect the integrity of women's sports and competition.
3:49
SPEAKER_01: The question is not whether transgender people deserve respect, because they absolutely do.
3:54
SPEAKER_01: The question is whether self-identification alone should determine eligibility in an elite women's professional league, especially, especially when male puberty can create lasting physical advantages such as height, strength, speed, power, and even our skeletal structure.
4:14
SPEAKER_01: These questions deserve clear standards, honest scientific discussion, and respectful public debate.
4:21
SPEAKER_01: And that is why I stand with Royce White's decision to bring attention to this issue.
4:26
SPEAKER_01: You may agree or disagree with this method, but the underlying conversation cannot simply be dismissed.
4:33
SPEAKER_01: So today I want you to hear directly from Royce himself and why he made this declaration and what point he's attempting to demonstrate and what he believes is at stake for the future of women's sports.
4:46
SPEAKER_01: So let's have a listen.
4:48
SPEAKER_01: So Royce, welcome to the show, man.
4:50
SPEAKER_01: I appreciate you taking the time to come out here today.
4:53
SPEAKER_04: Thanks for having me.
4:54
SPEAKER_04: I appreciate it.
4:54
SPEAKER_04: It's an honor.
4:55
SPEAKER_01: Thank you, thank you, man.
4:57
SPEAKER_01: This is a real important topic for me, uh, primarily because, like we talked about off camera, um, you know, I'm a former coach.
5:06
SPEAKER_01: And uh I coached both of my daughters, my daughter April and Bobby.
5:10
SPEAKER_01: Both of them had played for me since they were in grade school.
5:13
SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, and and uh I used to coach my son, my oldest son, who uh, you know, boys were kind of tough because you know they go off of athleticism.
5:22
SPEAKER_01: And then when I noticed that my daughters wanted to start playing, I started working with them one-on-one, and I saw the talent in them.
5:28
SPEAKER_01: I was like, wow, they got some pretty good talent.
5:30
SPEAKER_01: So that kind of you know, kind of veered me in towards women's basketball.
5:35
SPEAKER_01: And then I saw, you know, um from the coaching standpoint, even from the player standpoint, it was really all about execution because they weren't gonna jump out of the gym.
5:43
SPEAKER_01: They really had to learn a lot of the basic and fundamentals.
5:45
SPEAKER_04: The girl the girls, you mean?
5:47
SPEAKER_01: The girls, the girls.
5:48
SPEAKER_01: Right.
5:48
SPEAKER_01: So it was a lot of work, you know, training, getting girls to learn how to dribble, to learn how to handle the ball, to learn how to play defense, to to control their emotions, you know, all that kind of stuff.
5:58
SPEAKER_01: And so when I saw, you know, what was been going on with uh, you know, the WNBA and the transgender movement and everything else, and by the way, I have nothing against transgenders.
6:09
SPEAKER_01: This is for me protecting the sanctity of women's sports.
6:12
SPEAKER_01: Um after I personally been through it watching my daughters, coaching my daughters, training my daughters, seeing the battles, the battle scars, the broken hands, the broken foot, the torn ACL, and all the years, the morning to afternoons and nights, uh, to achieve the level of being ranked ESPN hoop girls, and also both of them uh being D1 players.
6:33
SPEAKER_01: My my oldest daughter had 30 offers in the tenth grade.
6:36
SPEAKER_04: Wow.
6:37
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
6:37
SPEAKER_04: So she was she was a superstar.
6:39
SPEAKER_01: Superstar.
6:39
SPEAKER_01: McDonald's All American, I mean you name it.
6:41
SPEAKER_01: Wow.
6:42
SPEAKER_01: Wow.
6:43
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
6:43
SPEAKER_01: And uh and so you get to the point where I reflect on that with all this stuff going on.
6:50
SPEAKER_01: And I, you know, the reason why my daughter didn't want to go pro, and I said to her, I said, Why aren't you gonna declare yourself for the you know for the draft?
6:58
SPEAKER_01: And she said, I'm just tired of being hurt, you know, in terms of physical, you know, physical injuries.
7:03
SPEAKER_01: She had a lot of injuries.
7:04
SPEAKER_01: And she still, you know, play as an elite player at on the D1 level.
7:08
SPEAKER_01: And thinking about that and then seeing what's been going on and thinking that someone can go through that gambit of hard work, dedication, pain, agony, suffering, sacrificing gain, uh sacrificing holidays and and weekends and friends and parties and then all of a sudden, uh, you know, just see what can happen when they get to that level, uh, if this persists.
7:30
SPEAKER_01: And so when I when I you caught my eye with what you know the polarizing statements and the polarizing gestures that you have been making in reference to this, and I think you're bringing a light to a uh to a very dark place.
7:42
SPEAKER_01: That's my personal opinion.
7:44
SPEAKER_04: Well well, thanks for having me on.
7:45
SPEAKER_04: I appreciate it.
7:46
SPEAKER_04: And you know, we're certainly gonna take the WNBA through all the paces.
7:50
SPEAKER_04: And uh, you know, I'm I'm a sometimes identifying black trans lesbian and and I I completely intend to play uh enter the WNBA draft and and play in the WMBA with my fellow queens and uh you know we'll we'll help elevate the game for the women.
8:06
SPEAKER_04: But to your point, uh even myself, I have a younger sister who is going into her fifth year.
8:11
SPEAKER_04: She was just awarded a fifth year by the NCAA uh at Penn State.
8:16
SPEAKER_04: Uh she went to Wisconsin, then she transferred to Indiana State University.
8:20
SPEAKER_04: So and then and then uh then she was at Xavier.
8:23
SPEAKER_04: So she's done a bit of bouncing around, but she had a you know a very serious back surgery herself, had uh a couple of discs that needed to be fused together uh surgically, which, you know, when you have a back surgery at a young age, that's a that's a big deal.
8:36
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
8:36
SPEAKER_04: Uh and and I've and I've watched her grow up.
8:39
SPEAKER_04: I remember even back during COVID, she played on a very good high school team here in in the state of Minnesota, and COVID shut down their state tournament the day before the championship.
8:50
SPEAKER_04: You know, they had they were in the final four, they literally just won, advanced into the state championship, the favorite to win it again, and and the COVID lockdowns canceled the state tournament.
8:59
SPEAKER_04: Uh, and and all of those kids, my younger brother and younger sister, came through that COVID era of basketball and sports, uh, where, you know, whether we're talking about this transgender discussion or COVID or or even uh the the portal and what's happening now with the NCAA and the portal just you know, we've taken our youth and our young athletes as well and just completely thrown them into this this blender, uh, in my opinion.
9:27
SPEAKER_04: And so, yeah, even my younger sister, I uh I helped train her since she was really young, and I'm I'm no easy uh coach to to please.
9:37
SPEAKER_04: I'm I'm really tough on on all my players, even my young.
9:40
SPEAKER_04: I I coach a 15-year-old AAU team now.
9:42
SPEAKER_04: We were pretty good.
9:43
SPEAKER_04: We were probably we were ranked like ninth in the in the country, power rankings for prep hoops and stuff like that, number two in our state.
9:49
SPEAKER_04: So, but I'm I'm I'm hard on them.
9:51
SPEAKER_04: You know, I'm I'm of the the hurley style of of coaching.
9:55
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, right.
9:56
SPEAKER_04: Uh and so my sister's been through the ringer just from the workouts that we've we've done over the years, and uh now she's going into her fifth year, and I I just I I look at some of these conversations and I think you know what what what is even going on.
10:11
SPEAKER_04: But you know, to that point, we these are the conversations this is where we are, like, and and you know this as well as I outside of sports, we are going through a reality test across all the domains of society, and sports is just uh a symptom of that sickness.
10:28
SPEAKER_01: Yes, you hit it right on the head, man.
10:31
SPEAKER_01: I mean it really is.
10:32
SPEAKER_01: And um you know, this is I don't know if Earth is a reality show for the aliens or what's going on.
10:39
SPEAKER_01: We're in episode 2026 right now, I guess.
10:42
SPEAKER_01: But um, you know, it's uh I I'm glad that you're pushing the envelope with this and that you're really going to the absolute limit because they need to be ran through the ringer uh on this uh on this situation.
10:55
SPEAKER_01: Uh and legally, like you said, you fully qualify uh for the you know the declaration and and to be even selected.
11:02
SPEAKER_01: And I know that there's some coaches in the WNB that would love to have you on their team because why?
11:07
SPEAKER_01: Because they want to win championships, they want to win games.
11:10
SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, I mean that's what it is.
11:12
SPEAKER_01: At the end of the day, that's exactly what it comes down to.
11:15
SPEAKER_01: It comes down to wins, bonuses, revenue, uh, you know, uh deals and all this kind of stuff.
11:21
SPEAKER_01: It's it comes down to money and winning, is that at the end of the day?
11:24
SPEAKER_04: Well, and and and and I said the other day, somebody asked me in this uh if if the WNBA wants to make a definitive statement about the the biological nature of women, then I then I'm good.
11:35
SPEAKER_04: I mean I'm good to bat back off of it uh in that in that scenario.
11:40
SPEAKER_04: Uh and and I think they should, obviously.
11:43
SPEAKER_04: Uh but if they don't, then we can't have these fake boundaries.
11:47
SPEAKER_04: And that's what's more important about the conversation is like it's gonna be one way or another.
11:52
SPEAKER_04: Either we have a boundary where let's say, you know, in as you you coach your daughters, and and sports at the grassroots level for young people is very community-based.
12:04
SPEAKER_04: And it's it's more about building character and integrity and habits and dedication, self-sacrifice, these kind of things.
12:10
SPEAKER_04: When we get to the commercial level, we we we throw all of that to the wayside in a sense, and we say, well, now money is the organizing principle.
12:19
SPEAKER_04: And it's like, okay.
12:21
SPEAKER_04: But there are some things that that are supposed to transcend money in our society, and the the demarcation between biological males and biological females was something that used to be, you know, a sacred cow, let's say, for lack of a better way to put it, uh, in our society.
12:37
SPEAKER_04: And now it's like, well, yeah, if you pull that Jenga piece out, of course, me, Enos Cantor, LeBron James are gonna make the WNBA more profitable.
12:46
SPEAKER_04: Right.
12:47
SPEAKER_04: But should that be the defining characteristic uh in the decisions that's made?
12:52
SPEAKER_04: You know, and we'll see.
12:53
SPEAKER_04: I mean, this is what we're going through, like I said, culture wide, is like, well, what are the boundaries?
12:59
SPEAKER_04: What are the new limits?
13:00
SPEAKER_04: What are the new boundaries of of the ethics and morals and and those questions?
13:04
SPEAKER_01: So Yeah, we really have to there needs to be a demarcation.
13:07
SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, the other day the WNB had a meeting to discuss what defines a person as a woman, and which is interesting because they have W for woman in their actual name of their organization, and the meeting ended with no resolution, uh, which had me really baffled and scratching my head.
13:24
SPEAKER_01: And I'm just I'm trying to figure out um when do the basic standard logic and morals actually kick in uh in society, and also why hasn't anyone decided to you know become an entrepreneur and build a trans league of various different sports?
13:42
SPEAKER_01: All the sports are open right now uh for a trans league, and uh and somebody can become, you know, several people can become very wealthy if they want if it's a good idea.
13:53
SPEAKER_04: Need I say, I I don't think they'd be too too hard pressed to to you know uh sell tickets.
13:59
SPEAKER_04: Right.
14:00
SPEAKER_04: I'm just being honest.
14:01
SPEAKER_04: I mean, I I'm being honest.
14:03
SPEAKER_04: I see some of these sports that are popping up out of nowhere, like the power slap league, which you know, I'm an MMA fighter, you know, professional MMA fighter and uh trained combat sports, but I don't I don't even regard power slap as a real sport, but people watch it, people like it.
14:19
SPEAKER_04: I think a transgender league across a number of the sports would be highly entertaining for people, and people would tune in uh and watch, and you know, so you're you're yeah, you ask a very important question.
14:31
SPEAKER_04: Why have and the the the answer is see, and again, back to my point about sports and uh money.
14:39
SPEAKER_04: We have a we have a pro uh we have a crisis in this country in our countries for sure, because sports is the new religion, right?
14:46
SPEAKER_04: We've replaced religion with sports and entertainment.
14:50
SPEAKER_04: And and by way of the gossip that proceeds from both is like the the hottest commodity on earth.
14:55
SPEAKER_04: Uh but you know, in sports and entertainment, whether it's athletes or entertainers, uh musicians, comedians, whatever the case may be, there is a fundamental of meritocracy that goes into why we revere these people, like Michael Jordan, for example.
15:13
SPEAKER_04: Now, you have a counter uh a completely counterintuitive philosophy that has bubbled up from the schools into academia and all across our political culture that says everybody's equal.
15:24
SPEAKER_04: Well, you even that fundamentally two those two diametrically opposed realities where Michael Jordan is held up almost a soup a supernatural figure in our culture, and then everybody can be equal.
15:36
SPEAKER_04: Well, you can't have it both ways.
15:38
SPEAKER_04: Every first of all, in professional sports, even in high-level uh junior high sports, everybody ain't equal, right?
15:46
SPEAKER_04: So we have to sort that out.
15:48
SPEAKER_04: Like in as long as sports is more important than politics or faith or culture, morals, ethics, as long as sports is the you know, like the central jingle piece of our culture, which it is, and then we have this entire counterintuitive everybody's equal, we're not gonna be able to sort anything out important in our in our country or anywhere else.
16:08
SPEAKER_04: Because it, you know, the two things are just not, they they they don't they don't fit together.
16:13
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah.
16:15
SPEAKER_04: There's nothing equal about being Michael Jordan.
16:16
SPEAKER_04: Michael Jordan, when I even me as a professional athlete, when I watch Michael, when I watch Michael Jordan's highlights, yeah, I think to myself, this is as close as God allows people to be in the supernatural as you could find anywhere in our in our existence.
16:32
SPEAKER_04: And I I really do mean that.
16:34
SPEAKER_04: The only other second is like when you hear a uh a beautiful voice like a Billy Holiday, you go, Whoa, that's that's of the heavens, right?
16:42
SPEAKER_04: Uh so you know, but those are those things, the highest level, are as close to supernatural as you can get.
16:47
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you can't make those domains equal.
16:50
SPEAKER_04: There's nothing equal about it.
16:51
SPEAKER_01: So Yeah, no, you're right.
16:53
SPEAKER_01: I mean, you know, no two athletes are the same.
16:56
SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, and there's a reason why I coached YMCA, right?
17:01
SPEAKER_01: Everyone wins, everyone gets a trophy at the end of the season.
17:05
SPEAKER_01: But then I coached the elite teams as well.
17:07
SPEAKER_01: And if you don't make it to the, you know, the last the final round of the tournament and come in first or second, you're not gonna get anything.
17:14
SPEAKER_01: And my my players, they didn't want a second place trophy, you know.
17:18
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, throw.
17:18
SPEAKER_01: It's just trash.
17:19
SPEAKER_01: You know, over the years we acquired 15 gold medals.
17:22
SPEAKER_01: That's what you want to keep.
17:23
SPEAKER_01: You know, we played a lot of championships uh for a lot of championships inside the uh where they had the uh the bubble, the NBA bubble at the ESPN Wild World of Sports.
17:31
SPEAKER_04: Down there in Orlando.
17:32
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
17:33
SPEAKER_01: You know, real competition, real games, you know, and then traveling around the world uh to New Orleans and other places, big, big college exposure tournaments and things like that.
17:42
SPEAKER_01: Uh holiday bowl tournaments for real teams.
17:44
SPEAKER_04: You gotta show, you gotta show some of those, uh, some of those medals.
17:47
SPEAKER_04: You gotta put those pictures in the episode after the fact.
17:49
SPEAKER_04: I'm gonna see them.
17:51
SPEAKER_04: I want to see them.
17:52
SPEAKER_04: They're gonna be in there, man.
17:53
SPEAKER_04: You coached a big time team.
17:55
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
17:56
SPEAKER_01: They're gonna be in here.
17:57
SPEAKER_01: Pictures of my daughter getting her McDonald's All-American certificate and all the trophies on the ground with the gold medals hanging off her arms.
18:04
SPEAKER_01: Uh, it's gonna all be in this in this video.
18:06
SPEAKER_01: You'll see it.
18:07
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, and uh just going through that, man, and and realizing that, okay, these kids are they want to be athletes, and their parents think they're all gonna go pro, but the reality is only a finite number are gonna meet it into that bot, make it to that bottleneck, right?
18:23
SPEAKER_01: I think it's like at the time that I did the study, 500,000 girls were playing high school basketball.
18:29
SPEAKER_01: Out of that, 30,000 played in college, and out of that, at that time, it was like only 30 went pro.
18:35
SPEAKER_01: That's a hell of a bottleneck.
18:37
SPEAKER_01: So you go through that gambit, and that's not even starting before, like, you know, you know, basic uh, you know, club ball, and then all of a sudden you go through that gambit, and then they run into uh, you know, they run into you, Royce White, coming down the center of the court, blah blah blah, dunk.
18:55
SPEAKER_01: You know, what are they supposed to do with that?
18:58
SPEAKER_04: Well, well, there's nothing they can do about it or with it.
19:01
SPEAKER_04: I mean that that's that's the uh that's the underlying, that's the buried lead here is you have adults.
19:08
SPEAKER_04: And you know what's scary as again I our we when we were a Christian-based society, and America was for a long time, there were still a lot of casual Christians.
19:19
SPEAKER_04: And you know that by the results, because if you had a uh a devout Christian community, we wouldn't have lost to Christianity so quickly.
19:27
SPEAKER_04: Right?
19:28
SPEAKER_04: Now we have a sports faith culture, and we have a bunch of casual sports fans too, sports fanatics, right?
19:35
SPEAKER_04: And and so in that strange world, you have these people who watch the WNBA as a way to support women.
19:40
SPEAKER_04: They're not really basketball fans, they don't really know the game.
19:44
SPEAKER_04: They just they they support women, they think the WNBA should have equal pay, they want to go to the games because it's fun socially, so on and so forth.
19:52
SPEAKER_04: But they don't really know the game.
19:53
SPEAKER_04: And you'll see these people online saying that I think I saw somebody who was uh Kate Kate Meow, I think she has an Instagram account where she goes and does street interviews, and she and I think it was her, if I'm not mistaken, but it may have been someone else.
20:05
SPEAKER_04: But they asked a young lady what they thought about me and Enus playing, and at the end she goes, I'd like to see, you know, them go up against Asia Wilson.
20:14
SPEAKER_04: I think she could beat him.
20:15
SPEAKER_04: And it's just like, you know, this is what I'm saying.
20:18
SPEAKER_04: We're not living in Yeah.
20:21
SPEAKER_04: And here's what people don't know about me is my my MBA, my my professional basketball career story has been so greatly mistold by the mainstream media that if you if you do a quick Google search, which is dangerous already, people should very seldom do quick Google searches and then re repeat that information.
20:40
SPEAKER_04: It's usually not not anywhere near accurate.
20:43
SPEAKER_04: But yeah, I mean you know you know that you do deep dives into history where things that you have to learn by going to text you can't even get a hold of, right?
20:50
SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
20:51
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, let alone Wikipedia.
20:52
SPEAKER_04: I mean, give me a break.
20:53
SPEAKER_04: It's ridiculous.
20:55
SPEAKER_04: The amount of people, the the amount of people alone who find Wikipedia credible is is we should start there.
21:02
SPEAKER_04: Forget this WNBS.
21:04
SPEAKER_01: Wikipedia is an absolute scam.
21:06
SPEAKER_04: Oh my goodness, it's ridiculous.
21:07
SPEAKER_04: So but but anyway, so you know, when when you have people who just go to Google really quick and they go, oh, well, Royce didn't score a point in the in, you know, in a in a game.
21:17
SPEAKER_04: He's zero points.
21:18
SPEAKER_04: He has zero stats.
21:20
SPEAKER_04: You know, I played for three teams, two of the teams I never suited up for in a regular season.
21:23
SPEAKER_04: One team, Sacramento, I was there on a 10-day, and I only played nine minutes, you know, not nine minutes total.
21:28
SPEAKER_04: I got in at the end of a game or whatever, just kind of out of the flow, and and it was just kind of running around.
21:33
SPEAKER_04: And but the point I'm making is people do not people literally don't understand the the disparity, the gap in skill, athleticism, and talent between myself, an all-American collegiate player, right?
21:47
SPEAKER_04: Uh at a power five school like Iowa State University, and and even Asia Wilson, who is presumably the best woman on the planet.
21:57
SPEAKER_04: I could take, and this this is my honest opinion, I could take the number one ninth grader in the world.
22:04
SPEAKER_04: Boys, biological boy, assigned male at birth.
22:08
SPEAKER_04: I could take the number one ninth grader right now.
22:09
SPEAKER_04: Anybody who's watching, they could go find him.
22:11
SPEAKER_04: I don't know exactly who it is, but he's out there.
22:14
SPEAKER_04: The conventional number one ninth grader in the country, he would be the best player in the WNBA.
22:21
SPEAKER_01: Facts.
22:22
SPEAKER_04: By a landslide.
22:24
SPEAKER_04: He's gonna be dunking, he's probably gonna be around 6'6, 6'7 already.
22:27
SPEAKER_04: He's gonna have a man build, he's gonna have very good body control, he's gonna be dunking on ninth graders.
22:34
SPEAKER_04: He can shoot the three now.
22:35
SPEAKER_04: Now they can shoot the three.
22:36
SPEAKER_04: It used to be they were a little bit, you know, big man type guys like DeMarcus Cousins and Renardo Sidney, those names people won't remember.
22:43
SPEAKER_04: But now, whoever that ninth grader is, he's dunking the ball, he's shooting the three from 35 feet.
22:48
SPEAKER_04: He would be the NVP hands down in the WNBA.
22:52
SPEAKER_04: The fact that anybody would even argue that means we have a crisis of narrative, of culture.
22:58
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
22:59
SPEAKER_01: That's right.
23:00
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean a male uh in most cases is gonna be stronger than a woman than the strongest woman.
23:05
SPEAKER_01: Uh the fast twitch muscle fibers, the way that we're built anatomically, right?
23:11
SPEAKER_01: And the way that we can actually move, the way that our our torso is actually constructed.
23:17
SPEAKER_01: It's uh we're designed for, you know, when we used to have to survive.
23:21
SPEAKER_01: You know, village life and and and defending the the village and hunting and and battling and everything else, warriors.
23:29
SPEAKER_01: Uh and all of a sudden, you know, it's 2026, but that doesn't go away from the physiology.
23:34
SPEAKER_01: It's still there, it's still built in.
23:36
SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, this is why the strongest woman from the gym can still get abducted by a computer nerd on the side of the road and thrown into a van and taken away.
23:44
SPEAKER_01: How does this happen?
23:46
SPEAKER_01: How come they couldn't fight the guy off?
23:47
SPEAKER_01: Well, they couldn't fight him off because the guy, even though the guy, you and I would probably destroy him, he's still stronger than most women.
23:55
SPEAKER_01: Um, so it's like you you you're taking these kids, some of these kids now are reaching six foot seven, six foot eight, I don't know what they're eating now in in middle school.
24:05
SPEAKER_01: Uh these kids are dynamic now.
24:08
SPEAKER_01: I mean, the future of of athleticism and basketball alone, forget the other sports, is mind-boggling when I see coming up the ranks.
24:16
SPEAKER_04: I mean Wimby.
24:17
SPEAKER_01: Why what look at Wimby?
24:19
SPEAKER_04: I mean, I mean, you're talking about me playing in the WNBA.
24:21
SPEAKER_04: Imagine Wimby.
24:23
SPEAKER_01: Oh, God, forget about it.
24:24
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
24:24
SPEAKER_04: I mean, it it's not even it it's aliens would look at it and go, what are they doing?
24:30
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
24:30
SPEAKER_04: Why are they letting that that alien play?
24:33
SPEAKER_04: You know what I mean?
24:34
SPEAKER_04: They'd be like, what in the world is that?
24:36
SPEAKER_04: You know, that doesn't that doesn't seem fair.
24:39
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
24:39
SPEAKER_04: Right.
24:40
SPEAKER_04: And even that's a see, even that's a huge part of the conversation, is like and and I hate to make it political, but I, you know, I did run for United States Senate.
24:48
SPEAKER_04: I'm I'm running for president now.
24:50
SPEAKER_04: Hello.
24:51
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I'm running for gotta do it, right?
24:53
SPEAKER_04: You gotta get a bigger sample size.
24:54
SPEAKER_04: I'm 35 this year, so I'm I'm eligible.
24:56
SPEAKER_04: And over my dead body, would I watch another presidential cycle where Chris Christie or Tim Scott are up on that stage?
25:02
SPEAKER_04: I'd run just to not let that I think that's just a shame on the Republican Party that those two were even serious candidates enough to get up on the debate stage.
25:11
SPEAKER_04: But um, so you know, I hate to make it political, but the left the left's ideology has no regard for reality.
25:23
SPEAKER_04: And we are having a problem in this country where we're having political arguments working from two different sets of reality.
25:31
SPEAKER_04: And I don't mean interdimensionality or some of these, you know, the quantum, you know, particle string theory and all of these scientific things that have real merit.
25:37
SPEAKER_04: Like, okay, what does reality really mean?
25:39
SPEAKER_04: I mean basic reality.
25:40
SPEAKER_01: Like basic standard reality.
25:42
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
25:42
SPEAKER_04: Are the leaves on the tree green?
25:44
SPEAKER_04: Right, right.
25:45
SPEAKER_04: Okay.
25:46
SPEAKER_01: What we can all agree on right now.
25:48
SPEAKER_04: Yes, and but but see, it's not by accident that they pull those Jenga pieces out, and then they get you spun up in an argument about them and and pretend like there's any legitimacy to the argument, and they're willing to use democracy as a force function to uh uh let's say change reality.
26:09
SPEAKER_04: And I I'm writing a book right now called the The Four Heresies of the West.
26:14
SPEAKER_04: And in the and in it I say that uh the four heresies were the scientific method, democracy, computer technology, and the last will be artificial intelligence.
26:23
SPEAKER_04: And the reason I say democracy is that there's this thing about democracy, the heresy democracy is something like um all majorities are made equal and righteous.
26:34
SPEAKER_04: All majorities are not equal and righteous.
26:36
SPEAKER_04: In fact, if you look across Eternal House of History, more times than not, majorities get it grossly wrong, more so than they get it spot on.
26:46
SPEAKER_04: And so, you know, even when you hear the political back and forth right now in our country, the the call on the left is we have to protect democracy against these right wingers like a Roy Swite, like uh Steve Bannon, like a Donald Trump, or whoever else, we have to protect democracy.
27:01
SPEAKER_04: But the way they want to do democracy is to take reality, change it, and then say that's reality and that's democracy.
27:09
SPEAKER_04: It's like, wait a second.
27:12
SPEAKER_04: We we're we're not we're not going there over my dead body.
27:15
SPEAKER_04: And I think a lot of American citizens feel the same way.
27:18
SPEAKER_04: Uh this this this situation with the WNBA is just a uh a symptom of that of that sickness, you know?
27:25
SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
27:25
SPEAKER_01: That's right.
27:26
SPEAKER_01: It's like they're using predictive programming, uh, they're using repetitive words, they're trying to reprogram our own subconscious on how we think, feel, uh, and believe the world actually exists, even the things we have to think about ourselves.
27:40
SPEAKER_01: They're trying to gradually change that by making these statements from a position of what is perceived power.
27:48
SPEAKER_01: And uh, and then also that also makes it into uh, you know, the the the news, it makes it into media, it makes it into print.
27:55
SPEAKER_01: People are reading it, studying it, it becomes coded into the algorithms for searches, and now it becomes the absolute fact, quote unquote truth.
28:02
SPEAKER_01: It becomes the Wikipedia document.
28:03
SPEAKER_01: Yes, right?
28:05
SPEAKER_01: And then people are walking around saying this has got to be true because it's right here and this is what it is.
28:09
SPEAKER_01: And and and then for fidelity purposes, it's logged as that.
28:13
SPEAKER_01: So moving into the future, everyone who references back to this time is gonna get this false identity of what really went on in this era, this false information, this completely manufactured, uh malleable, changed reality.
28:28
SPEAKER_01: And so it's so bizarre.
28:30
SPEAKER_04: It's insidious, it's insidious, is what it is.
28:33
SPEAKER_04: I mean, it it's it's scary.
28:34
SPEAKER_04: I mean, and I look at it and go, just myself personally, because since I was 21 years old, even 18, I've been on the public stage and I've had a controversial, you know, uh journey.
28:45
SPEAKER_04: Uh and even going back to the NBA, and people, you know, again, social media, the advent of social media changed everything, right?
28:52
SPEAKER_04: I mean, the information is the information was bad already, you and I know that, but the information got really bad when social media came.
28:59
SPEAKER_04: And then there's a little reprieve where people are like, well, we get to see more than we've ever seen, so maybe that's a benefit, and there is some benefit to that, but I think they're winning the the the information war overall.
29:10
SPEAKER_04: When I say they, I mean the people who intend to pervert information rather than proliferate the truth.
29:16
SPEAKER_04: And uh, and so if you even go back to my my story with the NBA, when I first got drafted to the NBA, I was one of the early advocates of mental health.
29:26
SPEAKER_04: Early, early advocates of mental health.
29:28
SPEAKER_04: And my fear of flying was, you know, uh uh, you know, a point of talking uh in the draft that year, and I was really open about it.
29:36
SPEAKER_04: I said, hey, I I don't like to fly.
29:38
SPEAKER_04: I mean, I'm I'm not I'm not shy about it, I'm not hiding it.
29:42
SPEAKER_04: I don't like to fly.
29:43
SPEAKER_04: I can when I need to, if I have to.
29:45
SPEAKER_04: But if I if I don't have to, then I I don't.
29:48
SPEAKER_04: I mean, I absolutely don't.
29:49
SPEAKER_04: And uh but the the bigger problem me and the NBA had was in their collective bargaining agreement, there wasn't a single mention of the the term mental health in the whole document.
30:01
SPEAKER_04: And uh and so here I am, somebody who deals with panic attacks and you know from flying and whatnot, and I was prescribed anti-anxiety medication.
30:10
SPEAKER_04: One of them is acute anti-anxiety medication known as benzo benzodiazepines, right?
30:16
SPEAKER_04: Uh so I was prescribed Xanax for, you know, on an as needed basis when I'd fly or whatever the case may be.
30:22
SPEAKER_04: And so I go to the MBA back in 2012 and I say, Here, I'm prescribed this drug that's on your banned substance list.
30:29
SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
30:31
SPEAKER_04: Is you know, how how how do you how do we deal with that?
30:35
SPEAKER_04: What what what is the thinking about me as a player being prescribed and taking a drug that is clearly stated or outlined in your banned substance list?
30:45
SPEAKER_04: And their automatic response was, well, you have a doctor's prescription for it, so you're you're fine to take it.
30:51
SPEAKER_04: We're not gonna P test you and suspend you.
30:54
SPEAKER_04: That wasn't my question.
30:55
SPEAKER_04: My question was, how does the NBA community view this medication?
31:00
SPEAKER_04: Because you you had you have this list and you got cocaine, you got methamphetamine, you got you got heroin, you got marijuana, you got, you know, all these illicit drugs, and I'm and I'm saying to the NBA, I'm going, is this is this benzodiazepine, is Xanax going to be viewed the same way as the rest of these illicit drugs when it comes to free agency, when it comes to the gossip that goes on behind the scenes in the small MBA community, and they didn't have an answer.
31:29
SPEAKER_04: And they were like, Well, we can't guarantee.
31:32
SPEAKER_04: I said, Well, do you think maybe we could put together some type of document, an addendum to the current collective bargain agreement that says, hey, Xanax, mental health, mental, you know, mental health uh uh conditions and diagnoses are not the same as character issues, they're not the same as drug and abuse habits.
31:52
SPEAKER_04: This is a separate set or class of medicine that that we have to take serious and more serious in society.
31:59
SPEAKER_04: And they were like, no, we're not doing that.
32:01
SPEAKER_04: Wow.
32:01
SPEAKER_04: They're like, we're not doing, we refuse to do that.
32:03
SPEAKER_04: And who are you to even bring this up?
32:05
SPEAKER_04: You're you're a 21-year-old Negro from St.
32:08
SPEAKER_04: Paul, from Rondo, St.
32:10
SPEAKER_04: Paul.
32:10
SPEAKER_04: You don't know anybody, you don't have any powerful attorneys or friends, you didn't come from a prestigious celebrity family.
32:17
SPEAKER_04: Who can vouch for you?
32:18
SPEAKER_04: Who can speak on you?
32:19
SPEAKER_04: This is how they talked to me.
32:20
SPEAKER_04: They were like, Yeah, we can make you who you want to become.
32:23
SPEAKER_04: You want to be a trailblazer for mental health, a hundred million dollars in 15 years in this league and all the endorsements will put you right where you need to be to fight for those that issue.
32:33
SPEAKER_04: But if you don't play, nobody's gonna listen to you.
32:36
SPEAKER_04: And I told David Stern back then, I said, You're wrong because you know what I'm telling you to do is what you should do.
32:43
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and you're using your your position and the institution itself, you're using the game of basketball to leverage against this very critical social issue.
32:53
SPEAKER_04: There's a huge penalty to pay for that, and it's okay, I'm gonna outlive you.
32:57
SPEAKER_04: You we can run this gamut, but I'm gonna I'm here now, he's not.
32:59
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, because because Father Time is undefeated.
33:02
SPEAKER_04: But my only point bringing that up is as an early mental health advocate, it offends me that now the mental health conversation has been co-opted by the LGBTQ.
33:14
SPEAKER_04: And I say that as a sometimes identifying as a black trans lesbian, even as uh a black trans lesbian.
33:21
SPEAKER_04: The mental health discussion that we was so needed, and it's still a crisis today.
33:26
SPEAKER_04: I mean, you look at the the the the just the the the the the epidemic of severe mental illness, let alone functioning mental illness, right?
33:37
SPEAKER_04: Uh anxiety, depression, PTSD with our veterans and and other people as well.
33:42
SPEAKER_04: Then you got drug and abuse, substance abuse, which is its own, you know, Pandora's box, uh, and and then ADHD and all these OCD, all these little you know, niche uh mental health issues.
33:53
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
33:54
SPEAKER_04: To have that co-opted is exactly what the LGBTQ did to black civil rights.
34:01
SPEAKER_04: They they uh they have swallowed up every meaning, even women's rights.
34:06
SPEAKER_04: I mean, let's let's just say, let's just assume for argument's sake, there's no such thing as gender or sex, that both are sort of a social construct.
34:14
SPEAKER_04: What happens to the 19th Amendment?
34:16
SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
34:17
SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
34:18
SPEAKER_04: You know, so these are the things where I'm just I'm I'm I'm sitting back looking at this stuff like maybe I'm a paranoid schizophrenic, and this is all uh this none of this is real, but what I'm looking at is scary and it's insidious, and it's about time we just say enough is enough, right?
34:34
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it is, it really is.
34:36
SPEAKER_01: I mean, and I'm still trying to figure out how do they get some of the players in the WNBA to buy into this concept?
34:43
SPEAKER_01: Is it that they just want to win too?
34:45
SPEAKER_01: They just want championships and money too.
34:48
SPEAKER_01: And what risk does this, if this infiltrates the WNBA, uh all these men just start declaring and joining, how will that affect the sponsorships and everything?
34:58
SPEAKER_01: Maybe it'll be an opposite effect.
35:00
SPEAKER_01: Maybe it's like, well, we got to pull out.
35:02
SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
35:02
SPEAKER_01: What do you think?
35:05
SPEAKER_04: I I say that the WNBA is uh is a unique example in this uh crazy conversation where men playing would actually help the women.
35:16
SPEAKER_04: Or the let's say uh people assigned male at birth would actually help the business part of the the people assigned women at birth or female at birth help their game.
35:29
SPEAKER_04: Again, if you throw LeBron James in the WNBA, the ticket sales are gonna go through the roof.
35:34
SPEAKER_04: That's true.
35:35
SPEAKER_04: The live audiences are gonna go through the roof.
35:37
SPEAKER_04: Roof i i he he and I or any of these other you know, people assigned male at birth uh would be would would would instantly do wonders for the gender pay gap between the women and the and the men's game.
35:53
SPEAKER_04: True.
35:54
SPEAKER_04: But the but the point is that shouldn't be what determines it.
35:58
SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
35:59
SPEAKER_04: You know, if everything is for sale, if everything is about the the money and and what creates a more valuable commodity, it's just hard for me to listen to Marxists talk to me about you know it's uh you know, it's just it's like again, I I uh you know, and maybe I'm just you know, I was told by the NBA you're too smart for your own good, and maybe that ends up being true, but yeah, you know, it's it's like some things aren't about the money, some things aren't about the business.
36:26
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, some things need to be left in their rightful place.
36:29
SPEAKER_04: And when you had and and like I said earlier about the the heresies of the West, I don't have a problem with science.
36:35
SPEAKER_04: I said the scientific method is one, but it in my opinion, there are places uh wisdom uh information without wisdom is dangerous, right?
36:46
SPEAKER_04: Yep.
36:47
SPEAKER_04: And in many ways, uh you know, faith or what we could call the Christian religion or or let's even brought more broadly organized religion tries to bring morals and ethics and a sense of wisdom to the rise of information.
37:03
SPEAKER_02: Right.
37:03
SPEAKER_04: And when when you just throw that baby out with the bathwater and say, Well, we don't need any wisdom, just give us all the information.
37:11
SPEAKER_04: Um that's AI.
37:12
SPEAKER_04: You get science.
37:13
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you get well that's AI, right?
37:15
SPEAKER_04: Right.
37:15
SPEAKER_04: You get science that's not really science.
37:18
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
37:24
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
37:24
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
37:24
SPEAKER_01: Our science is pretty backwards right now, you know.
37:27
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
37:27
SPEAKER_04: Our science is self-destructive.
37:29
SPEAKER_04: It's it's clearly, I mean, by measurably, categorically, we are going to uh proliferate a species that doesn't eat, that doesn't sleep, that that that needs uh uh an entirely different form of nourishment than we use, uh, and and they will have every strategic advantage to replace us uh and and and you know make us extinct.
37:54
SPEAKER_04: And what's weird is when I listen to the left, and you know, now they're opposed to data centers because President Trump is is for data centers, which is crazy.
38:02
SPEAKER_04: I'm I'm not I'm neither for data centers or nor am I uh uh hearing or thinking that the that it's genuine when the left says they're opposed to them.
38:11
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
38:11
SPEAKER_04: Uh but but you know, it's like the anti-human the rise of anti-human sentiment in our in our society worldwide is so profound and and dangerous and dark.
38:28
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
38:29
SPEAKER_04: You know, you want to stand up sometimes, like as a U.S.
38:31
SPEAKER_04: syndicated, I want to stand up some uh get up some days and just stand up on a mountaintop with a with a bullhorn and go, why would you guys do this?
38:41
SPEAKER_01: I know it's insane.
38:42
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's so it's so insane.
38:45
SPEAKER_01: And the only hypothesis that I came up with is that um, you know, this depopulation agenda, in my opinion, has been real and has been working for quite some time.
38:54
SPEAKER_01: And I and back then I didn't know, I didn't see the rise of these AI, you know, uh robots.
39:00
SPEAKER_01: And all of a sudden I realized if I'm at the top of this pyramid, you know, economically, politically, and socially, and I can rule over, you know, millions and millions, or maybe even billions of AI robots that are that I perceive I can dominate, that will never complain, and that will work 200-hour shifts, and we pretty much created a brand new slave.
39:23
SPEAKER_01: Uh, and you know, anyone who's over the age of 40 is just an eater that needs to be done away with.
39:28
SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, I can see now where it's been going.
39:31
SPEAKER_01: And to me, it seems as if that is their their true ultimate goal.
39:37
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, to rule over this robotic civilization or this cybernetic civilization in some way, shape, or form.
39:44
SPEAKER_01: Uh, but man, it's just a dark way to live.
39:47
SPEAKER_01: It's a dark way to be, it's a dark way to even perceive.
39:50
SPEAKER_01: To be able to even request that anthropic release the AI to the military uh to arm their you know armed equipment without any parameters so that it can make its own decisions.
40:05
SPEAKER_01: I mean, are you insane?
40:06
SPEAKER_04: It's a problem.
40:07
SPEAKER_01: Skynet, anyone?
40:09
SPEAKER_04: I mean, how many times do we need to see the movie?
40:11
SPEAKER_04: And here's the thing, here's here's gonna be the predicate, I think, in my opinion.
40:15
SPEAKER_04: The predicate is not gonna be the the doomsday sci-fi scenario where we know where Skynet goes live.
40:21
SPEAKER_04: I actually see the the uh the advent of robotic replacement being when robots become better at sex than human beings.
40:31
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
40:31
SPEAKER_04: Oh yeah and it you know, if if I was a if I was AI, I was a robot, and I wanted to slowly phase human beings out, I would play the population collapse over the long game, over the long haul.
40:43
SPEAKER_04: And as soon as robots become uh better at sexual stimulation and pleasure than humans, which is gonna happen really fast, by the way, because you're gonna be able to program the robot to do exactly what you wanted to do.
40:57
SPEAKER_01: That's right.
40:57
SPEAKER_04: Right?
40:58
SPEAKER_04: And and so once that happens, men and women, back to our conversation, the cultural wedge issue about biological men and women and the WNBA, which seems like a nothing burger, but really it's it's it's a big deal because w men and women are already on the edge of not really coexisting in a in a sustainable way.
41:19
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
41:19
SPEAKER_04: You know, and I mean, in in the sense that sure, men and women still get together and have organic uh live birth children, but our politics are so polarized between men and women, it's like they used to say, men are from you know uh Mars and women are from Venus.
41:35
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, right.
41:35
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, we're getting to that point politically, right?
41:38
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, right.
41:39
SPEAKER_04: And yeah, and in the wake of the in the shadow of that, we are under threat of nuclear holocaust or you know, biological weapons, for example, is like could wipe us out.
41:49
SPEAKER_04: And and I don't mean to be a fearmonger, but I'm just saying men and women already have this tension that's hard for us to really deal with.
41:56
SPEAKER_04: Imagine when we when we pull back from one another even more because the sexual domain has been monopolized by inanimate robots.
42:04
SPEAKER_04: It's like we're not inanimate, but but you know, uh non-living robots, right?
42:09
SPEAKER_04: Men and women are gonna stop talking to each other.
42:11
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
42:12
SPEAKER_04: And it'll happen, it'll happen quick too.
42:14
SPEAKER_04: It'll it'll it'll go from like, damn, mom and dad were married to I haven't seen a married couple in, you know, who is even married anymore.
42:22
SPEAKER_02: Right.
42:22
SPEAKER_02: Right.
42:23
SPEAKER_04: Right?
42:23
SPEAKER_04: I'm married to my robot now.
42:25
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
42:26
SPEAKER_04: Because if you can become a furry or a pixie or a a a fairy or a or a you know a uh uh whatever they whatever the things are called, if you can become that, we know you're gonna be marrying a robot.
42:38
SPEAKER_04: You're gonna dress the robot up like a furry, and you and the robot are gonna have a a non-sanctioned, rebellious uh uh marriage against the tyrannical patriarchy of tradition.
42:48
SPEAKER_04: And but before you know it, you teach enough kids that at the school, there'll be no more real marriages, there'll be no more live births.
42:55
SPEAKER_04: Or you'll get ectobabies, right?
42:57
SPEAKER_04: Which which is the same.
42:59
SPEAKER_04: I mean, we saw that in Clone Wars, right?
43:01
SPEAKER_04: Star Wars.
43:02
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, they're organic tissue robots, clones.
43:05
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
43:05
SPEAKER_01: But they're not human.
43:06
SPEAKER_01: They're not human.
43:07
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, right.
43:08
SPEAKER_01: And to keep some humans in the cycle in the system, you know, they've developed a way to take a skin cell off of a human, turn that skin cell into a stem cell, and then they culture that into a group of stem cells and turn it into a synthetic embryo, which they're growing inside of uh artificial wombs they've done that now for the last five years.
43:25
SPEAKER_01: They claim that they're terminating the embryo at a particular stage, but I'm pretty sure there's some mad scientists out there that have been growing these things uh to older ages.
43:35
SPEAKER_04: Even that.
43:35
SPEAKER_04: What is even that?
43:38
SPEAKER_04: Terminating the embryo as if is, you know, we're not even going to pro-life, pro-choice, but even that, you know, my my pro-life uh uh Christian, my fellow pro-life Christians who, and again, whether you're Christian or not, I am.
43:51
SPEAKER_04: I'm I'm born and raised, you know, Christian, I was Catholic.
43:55
SPEAKER_04: But the point is, as soon as you pull out the sanctity of life as a jingle, the sanctity of life is the building block for all of our morals and ethics and human rights.
44:04
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
44:04
SPEAKER_04: As soon as you pull that out and say that human life is uh no no no no nothing more than a commodity, right?
44:11
SPEAKER_04: You are on the fast track to the collapse of your own species.
44:16
SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
44:16
SPEAKER_04: And and even that is like, well, you know, we're doing an experiment in the embryo, we're we're just discarding the embryo.
44:22
SPEAKER_04: You don't even and for it, and this is what trips me out about the left, because they don't believe in God anymore, but they do believe in some type of you know, uh esoteric or supernatural energetic uh system, right?
44:35
SPEAKER_04: You see a lot of that on the left, like people who are deeply into numerology and astrology and and some of these more esoteric energy energy systems, right?
44:45
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
44:45
SPEAKER_01: I didn't know that.
44:47
SPEAKER_04: Well, yeah, I mean you you you see them.
44:48
SPEAKER_04: I mean, I see them in my cohort, my age cohort, you go check out a uh a 25, 26 to 35 year old girl's uh, you know, social media, yeah, and it's like she's got all the chaos.
45:00
SPEAKER_04: And all of these Judeo Buddhist symbols and whatnot.
45:04
SPEAKER_04: It's like, okay.
45:06
SPEAKER_04: But the point is, they do believe in uh some of them at least believe in uh, let's say, supernatural energy.
45:14
SPEAKER_04: And they talk about karma, right?
45:16
SPEAKER_04: Is a substitute for sin or or or or atonement and judgment.
45:20
SPEAKER_04: They talk about karma, right?
45:22
SPEAKER_04: And it's like, okay, what how do how do they how do they square the circle that even in your Judeo-Buddhist formation of uh existence, that that terminating an embryo doesn't bring bad karma?
45:35
SPEAKER_04: I mean, let's just talk about it from a karma lens.
45:39
SPEAKER_04: In what world does that not affect the energy of of our existence?
45:44
SPEAKER_04: And I was talking this morning about CERN even.
45:46
SPEAKER_04: It's like you people are this is the heresy of the scientific method.
45:50
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
45:50
SPEAKER_04: You people have too much information, not enough wisdom, not enough humility.
45:54
SPEAKER_04: You do not know what you're doing, obviously.
45:57
SPEAKER_04: And Dr.
45:58
SPEAKER_04: Fauci's a great example, right?
46:00
SPEAKER_04: Great example.
46:00
SPEAKER_04: Great exactly gain of function.
46:01
SPEAKER_04: Gain of function is a great example.
46:03
SPEAKER_04: But you could even look at Hiroshima.
46:05
SPEAKER_04: And I I was not in, you know, as I look back on it retroactively, yeah, I do not think it was proper for us to drop two atomic bombs on the Japanese.
46:14
SPEAKER_04: No.
46:14
SPEAKER_04: I think that was a predicate.
46:16
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I think it was a predicate for a remote way of war.
46:21
SPEAKER_04: Uh uh war is supposed to be fought on the battlefield with two opposing sides in in uh and and chain mail with a sword, and and you should have to feel the the visceral impact of of war.
46:36
SPEAKER_04: You should have to you should have to see it, you should have to feel it, you should have to experience it.
46:40
SPEAKER_04: Once you take away those consequences and you socialize the you know the the downside or the the tragedy, right?
46:48
SPEAKER_04: The death of war, of course, it's no longer a problem to press a button and kill a couple hundred thousand people.
46:56
SPEAKER_04: Innocent people.
46:57
SPEAKER_04: These these things are the cultural and and political historical predicates for unlimited, unfettered abortion, you know, uh uh slave uh in my in my circle, we call it the the British business model of drugs, piracy, and slavery.
47:13
SPEAKER_04: Right?
47:13
SPEAKER_04: And it's just like that this is where we're headed, and the left pretends like they're against it, but they're just against not being in control of it.
47:20
SPEAKER_04: They're against not being in power, is what they're against.
47:23
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, pretty much.
47:25
SPEAKER_01: I agree with you there.
47:26
SPEAKER_01: It's it's really interesting to watch this um transformation of civilization, and it's happening at such a rapid pace, not many people are gonna be able to pivot fast enough with all of this happening in just a such a short amount of years.
47:40
SPEAKER_01: We're talking about between now and 2030, the transformation is gonna be so swift, there are gonna be a lot of people left out in the dark, kind of stuck on this proverbial highway in a traffic jam, uh, because they never got off the highway.
47:55
SPEAKER_01: Um and uh now there's an optimistic side, and of course, and the pessimistic side, but I just see right now that the actions that we're taking today in this moment are gonna be what unfold in the future.
48:09
SPEAKER_01: Because the actions that we're taking, declaring for the WNBA and these things, these are creating ripples in the space-time continuum that are gonna alter that future reality.
48:18
SPEAKER_01: If we don't take any aligned action now, that future reality is not gonna be what we would like to see.
48:25
SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be horrific.
48:26
SPEAKER_01: And so we gotta continue to do these types of things and take these kind of dramatic actions and make these kind of dramatic declarations and polarizing statements because we gotta wake people up.
48:35
SPEAKER_01: I mean, at some point, people got to put their, pull their heads out of the sand and wake the hell up and realize what's going on.
48:42
SPEAKER_01: It's like people are sitting at the edge of a shoreline waiting for a wave to crash over them before they recognize what moment they're living in, instead of learning how to surf on the waves.
48:50
SPEAKER_01: Uh, and we've got to, you know, we've got to continue to to bring these topics to the forefront in the way that uh you so eloquently putting it.
48:59
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I can I'm really happy that I had this talk with you because I can tell that you're highly intelligent, you're well read, well spoken, uh, you're a futuristic thinker, and you can also reflect and gain knowledge and wisdom from past events.
49:13
SPEAKER_01: And um, it's an honor coming from you.
49:16
SPEAKER_04: It's an honor, it's an honor coming from you.
49:18
SPEAKER_01: Listen, brother, it's this you're uh you're up there, man.
49:20
SPEAKER_01: And I I'm glad that we had this talk because I want people to also see that you're not just just cockamimi weirdo on social media making polarizing statements.
49:29
SPEAKER_01: There's a rhyme and a reason, and I'm glad that you're pushing this, uh pushing this to the limit because it has to be done.
49:36
SPEAKER_04: Thank you, sir.
49:37
SPEAKER_04: No, I appreciate it.
49:38
SPEAKER_04: I appreciate you having me.
49:39
SPEAKER_04: And yeah, I I think the WMB and like I said, the reason why sports is so important, there's a number of reasons why sports are important.
49:48
SPEAKER_04: Obviously, the community aspect and what it teaches our young people.
49:51
SPEAKER_04: And even in this futuristic conversation we're having today, I was telling some of my coaches, sports is gonna be one of the last places that young people come to actually uh interact with each other in person.
50:03
SPEAKER_04: Which is an invaluable, you you it's unquantifiable how important sports becomes in that scenario where you go to e-learning, for example.
50:13
SPEAKER_04: You go to e-learning during school, but you gotta come to the gym to to do your your your high school sports, right?
50:19
SPEAKER_04: Uh and and so you know, sports is important for a number of reasons, but really uh sports by our own decision has become the the center of our culture, right?
50:30
SPEAKER_04: We are all sitting at the Coliseum 24-7, 365 days a year.
50:36
SPEAKER_04: And even as an athlete, it benefits me because sports is my domain.
50:41
SPEAKER_04: But I I don't think that it's the proper order of things.
50:43
SPEAKER_04: And I'll leave people with this St.
50:45
SPEAKER_04: Augustine, and and I and I say this again uh, you know, to appeal to the president, President Trump and and his administration and and all the others who are on the right or wherever you are in the country uh politically.
50:59
SPEAKER_04: There's a book, City of God.
51:01
SPEAKER_04: It's written by Saint Augustine.
51:03
SPEAKER_04: It's uh you know one of the all-time great literary works.
51:07
SPEAKER_04: Uh and in it, he talks about the proper order of things.
51:11
SPEAKER_04: Right?
51:12
SPEAKER_04: Uh it's uh a rightful order, order of morse.
51:16
SPEAKER_04: And he says it's probably one of the most eloquent things I've ever heard outside of the gospel.
51:21
SPEAKER_04: He says, a brief and true definition of virtue is rightly ordered love.
51:27
SPEAKER_04: Order amorse.
51:29
SPEAKER_04: A brief and true definition of virtue is rightly ordered love.
51:33
SPEAKER_04: There's a rightful order to things.
51:34
SPEAKER_04: And then a theologian named St.
51:36
SPEAKER_04: Thomas Aquinas would come on and expand, you know, come along and expand and say, Ordo caritatis, there's a rightful order to love and there's a rightful order to charity.
51:45
SPEAKER_04: And these these two were so brilliant, they actually used a geometric example uh uh to illustrate the point.
51:53
SPEAKER_04: They say the proper order of things is God at the center, right?
51:57
SPEAKER_04: And then expanding outward in concentric circles that which is closest to you first, that which is most local.
52:03
SPEAKER_04: You never abandon, uh, you never abandon uh uh near duties for faraway causes.
52:11
SPEAKER_04: And and and even when you hear that from some theologians, you think about this scientific sort of technocratic dystopia we've started to build where, sure, me and you could connect over this Zoom uh and you could watch what's going on in Southeast Asia in an instant, but it's made things so remote, you've socialized all of the tangible and visceral uh uh you know parts of what it means to be human.
52:36
SPEAKER_04: And what what's most human is like who's right next to me?
52:39
SPEAKER_04: This person here, my home, my state, my city, my country, my basketball team, my players that I come into contact with every day, the more remote and digital we get, we're just asking for big, big problems if we don't add uh layers upon layers of wisdom with it.
52:56
SPEAKER_04: I mean, we can have as much technology as we can handle, but if we don't place a premium on the wisdom, oh, we're gonna be in we're in big trouble now.
53:04
SPEAKER_01: So I agree, man.
53:07
SPEAKER_01: I agree.
53:07
SPEAKER_01: The wisdom is the key because, well, knowledge is not power, it's the application of NASA's power.
53:12
SPEAKER_01: But if you if you apply the knowledge without aligned, without the alignment of where it should go in terms of like you talked about, the love, you know, the assistance, the uplifting, the service to others, then what do we have?
53:26
SPEAKER_01: You know, so yeah, powerful, man.
53:28
SPEAKER_04: Thank you, brother.
53:29
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, man.
53:30
SPEAKER_01: Thank you for being here today, brother.
53:31
SPEAKER_01: I appreciate you, man.
53:32
SPEAKER_01: This is a great talk, and I'm looking forward to uh to getting this, you know, edited and getting it out there.
53:37
SPEAKER_01: And I'll definitely get you a copy as soon as it's out.
53:40
SPEAKER_01: Thank you, man.
53:41
SPEAKER_01: I appreciate it.
53:42
SPEAKER_01: No problem.
53:42
SPEAKER_01: Thank you, brother.
