- 0:00Because fuck you, that's why. Is a founding member of the Odd Pods
- 0:03Media Network. Hello, and welcome episode one sixty six. Oh I am
- 0:44the pancil swan. Yeh pants saren, Oh shit, you should have saved
- 0:48this for one sixty nine. Oh pants at all? You know what I
- 0:51should have. But um, I'm just fucking around. We're not doing our
- 0:55voice actor voices, do you. I mean, we can't do it.
- 0:58We're all into um some voice acting from you coming pretty soon. So uh
- 1:07yeah, welcome to episode one sixty six. Uh, this is gonna be
- 1:11another chill show. Um and uh, I know we recently had one,
- 1:17as recently as two or three episodes ago. Um, but uh, life
- 1:22comes at you fast and this week this week was particularly rough, I think
- 1:26on all three of us. Yeah yeah, so we just kind of collectively
- 1:30decided to take it easy, relax, enjoy each other's company, and not
- 1:36stressed too much about putting together games and you know, difficult to edit stuff
- 1:42right right for that, nobody saying anything that I need to cut out please?
- 1:47Yeah? Yeah, yeah, the Nazis were right. Yes, I'm
- 1:53kidding, I'm kidding. I don't get that it was a joke. It
- 1:56was a bit. It was a bit. It was a bit. It
- 1:57was a bit. Now, which part do I about out? You bastard?
- 2:10You would do that? You cut it both out? And no one
- 2:17was giggling for no good reason. It's all it is like what left you?
- 2:29Oh? Good? Good? Why did I go there? Why did
- 2:32I go there? If you blude like that extra content from Patreon patreon dot
- 2:38com saw there is a lot more extra stuff. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 2:43not not me saying horrific things like that, though you no, not me.
- 2:49It's these two. It really is, really yeah, because we're the
- 2:52ones that said it. No, I'm just saying on Patreon you're okay,
- 2:57horrific people. Yeah, that's not true at all. That's not true.
- 3:01Um well I'm pretty sure you can tell what kind of show this is gonna
- 3:08be. Um anyway, Uh yeah, so we might as well do our
- 3:15intros. Um, we'll start with he's a gamer and a storyteller. He
- 3:20used to be my youngest friend. Now he's just awesome. It's awesome.
- 3:24Oh shit, he's a game now? Is that awe as an aweo as
- 3:51a as in ah disappointing? It was in as in au a you as
- 4:00in started your name. Oh awesome, awesome, awesome. Quick point too,
- 4:12it is nice to have a chill show every once in a while because
- 4:15that's the only time we really hear our theme songs anymore. Yeah, yeah,
- 4:18well now when we do, we rarely do regular shows with just the
- 4:21three of us. I know. It's like almost as our games are more
- 4:26fun. We literally, we literally can't afford to make jingles for everybody as
- 4:31I would love to. Oh my god, in a perfect world, but
- 4:34yeah, yeah, a perfect world will give us free audio, Yeah,
- 4:41you would do. It would be a dream though, But maybe when we
- 4:44get big enough and we can actually hire someone to do that for us regular
- 4:48that would be super awesome. Shit, put them on a retainer. People
- 4:51would want to come on all the time just to get a thing like what
- 4:55about my theme? So I'm gonna be I gotta know, right, It
- 4:58would be fun, It would be a do would be a dream anyway.
- 5:01I usually ask a question, yeah, but I don't really have one.
- 5:04It's all right, questions. There isn't a question podcast, I know,
- 5:09but it's it's kind of a way to introduce yourself without with the same old
- 5:14shit over and over again. Yeah, so I guess if I had to
- 5:16ask you something, I would say, Oh, hey, what surprised you
- 5:19this week's surprise? Uh? My constitution? Um oh, because like I
- 5:26swear one separate from the United States one. Oh no, no, my
- 5:30old and liked constitution. Yeah. Well yeah, in reference to that,
- 5:36but I meant more like my health and how my stomach holds out. I
- 5:41can't handle a lot of things anymore that he used to be able to handle.
- 5:46Like I'm waking up, like in the middle of I going what has
- 5:49happening? Just like, yeah, like what can I eat now? I'm
- 5:57just like I'm down to bread and I can handle peanut butter and jelly's.
- 6:02It seems unfair that you're joining us an old age already. Soups are good,
- 6:06but I mean and it's like, oh my god, if he's getting
- 6:11old, that means something bad about us. Yeah. No, I I've
- 6:16already like curtailed my diet. There are certain things I can't have on the
- 6:20regular anymore. And you know, it's just it's just a part of getting
- 6:23old. Really it is. I've been having that issue too. Like it
- 6:27sucks, but it also like is kind of liberating because you kind of get
- 6:30the urge to try new things to fill that gap, you know. So
- 6:34I've definitely tried new things to which has been I've found some awesome things,
- 6:39So you know, it's it's not all bad. Yeah, so but I
- 6:44get what you mean. Yeah, absolutely, though every morning it's just not
- 6:47a fun time. I know Stevie does too. We've all been there.
- 6:51Yes, and his quote unquote other half, the other half of the Wonder
- 6:58Twins. He's a veteran and a podcaster, and as it turns out,
- 7:03that makes him a veteran podcaster. It's Stevie. Yeah, that time,
- 7:16it sounded like you were trying to work it out in your head, like
- 7:18I wis was it was gonna say something different, but I couldn't come up
- 7:21with anything other than a weirdo, right, that is that is absolutely not
- 7:28what makes you a weirdo. So many other things we list is as long
- 7:35as Andre the Giant's arms and a podcaster and I can't even begin And let's
- 7:45go down the entire list of things like, oh my god, just days
- 7:48hours of YouTube. Just look it up. Yeah, just just watch Steve
- 7:53being weird for no. And that's still the tip of the iceberg. Yeah,
- 7:57you really you really have to. You have to live them to get
- 8:00the full right, oh my god, full Stevie experience. I never even
- 8:03thought about that before. Both of you guys have lived with me. Yeah,
- 8:07I just never even like put that together, Like, holy shit,
- 8:09we've all been roommates sixty six episodes that it's just cluing that we know him
- 8:16really well because we lived together. I mean, that is him. I'm
- 8:24just gonna add that to the list. I'm surprised he remembered our names.
- 8:28As you may be able to tell, Stevie is rather high a little bit
- 8:31today my day off, Stevie, did anything surprise you this week? Oh?
- 8:37Surprise me? Um? Yeah, But I kind of want to get
- 8:43into it a little later because it's more about like it's news about Yeah.
- 8:48I want to more get into it in a little bit. It's gonna be
- 8:50more in depth. I'm really high. But you're right, I love you.
- 8:56Look, thanks, Thanks, I think yeah. I'm gonna say okay
- 9:01here here said okay, okay, you know what, Yeah, you know
- 9:03what did surprise me today? Actually? I just thought about this because I'm
- 9:07so high. This air Rizer XQ two fucking weed bag thing they etch this
- 9:11attachment thing. So instead of like just sucking out the hose and just say
- 9:16pumping the weed into it, pumps it into a bag. Like you just
- 9:20hook it up, a fan blows it all in there and you just disconnect
- 9:22the fucking bag and you can just sit there and watch your cartoons. You
- 9:26just have a bag. Close it. Like we were in here, dude,
- 9:33we did that shit twice. Fuck it and there's a lot and it's
- 9:39good. Yeah. Man, I'm like surprised. Man. So if you
- 9:43like weed, yeah, bags are cool. It's like a bagpipe. Oh
- 9:48my god, dude, it's as they die from that movie that had filming
- 9:52the plastic bag, Like, oh my god, it's so beautiful. It's
- 9:58like life itself, dude, Like except it's being blown around by red Swede
- 10:05smoke blogging it everywhere. Yeah. Yeah, that's yeah, that's very good.
- 10:11Uh. Last, but not least, as I said at the top,
- 10:15I am your host. Pants's Aaron hit it Aggie here. We are
- 10:35uh much love to Mexican by the way, but yeah, they're all three
- 10:37of our jingles and doing such an amazing it's perfect credible um and yeah,
- 10:46it's it's exciting. Um. As for me. The thing that surprised me
- 10:50the most of this week was there is a theory about the Lord of the
- 10:54Rings going around on the internet. Tell that Froto doesn't know Lego Liis's name.
- 11:03What uh, there's the theory going around that Frodo does not know Legolis's
- 11:07name because Legolis literally only speaks directly to Frodo once in the whole move in
- 11:15the whole trilogy you have my bow. Yes, that's the only time.
- 11:20It's the only time they ever he ever says anything to what to Frodo.
- 11:28He doesn't say his name. He goes ah, success exactly what he at
- 11:33the end when he's sitting in bed and the others come in, Gimley walks
- 11:37in and you see him mouth Gimle and then Legolis walks in and he just
- 11:41goes ah. And then Eric Gordon walks in and he mouths Eric Gorry.
- 11:48Shit, I never fucking cocked. I mean to be fair, I'm not
- 11:56just something you don't think about. I can't just want to go watch those
- 12:00just those scenes now, they're like, this show is how much I watched
- 12:03that film that I know exactly the line exactly brilliant. That's fucking crazy.
- 12:09But yeah, he's true. It's true. He doesn't know Legos. Yes
- 12:16he might, Oh he doesn't. He doesn't even talk about them, Like
- 12:22even later on he talks about Eric Gorn and that's it. Like he doesn't
- 12:26really say Gil the Ranger, right, yeah, the half I don't know
- 12:31he was the king guy. Yeah yeah, yeah, but yeah, no
- 12:35he I don't believe he does, like maybe Sam does. Does somebody introduce
- 12:41them, like to some point when they first meet, does somebody go and
- 12:45this is like list, I don't remember that the movie though, I don't
- 12:48remember a scene like no, because the elf chick took photo before like right
- 12:52before she got really mine, I don't remember what was was the you have
- 12:58my bow moment proto like Okay, who the hell are you? Like like,
- 13:01no, it's mine? Fuck off? All right, what am I
- 13:05going to do with a bow? Yeah, god damn it, what the
- 13:11fuck am I? Well that's there was a cartoon that somebody made too of
- 13:15like and they're all doing that like you have my sword, my bow,
- 13:18my axe, And then he did in the next panel he just has them
- 13:20all equipped on himself. He's just walking towards more door with them. Yeah.
- 13:26Anyway, that that caught me by surprise this week. Um, that's
- 13:30fucking cool. Let's see another thing caught me by surprise. Um, so
- 13:35I said last week. And it's true that I am am now signed with
- 13:41a publisher. We have moved into the editing process. Um. And I
- 13:46don't know what I expected, but I did not expect what I got back
- 13:50in a good way or in a bad way, somewhere middle of the road.
- 13:56Constructive criticism. Um, no, no, no, no, no.
- 14:00This was more of like a it's I think it's called a copy edit,
- 14:03because she basically just um tidied up some word choices, tried to clean
- 14:09up some sentence structure issues. Um. And I think it was just intended.
- 14:16Although she did keep an eye in and she did mention when I spoke
- 14:20to her on the phone after I got the edit back, and went,
- 14:24um, we should probably talk about this. Um. But apparently she puts
- 14:31she puts a lot of the onus of the editing, the copy editing through
- 14:37a program. Uh. And to say that some things went wrong, Oh,
- 14:41it's a bit of an understatement, like it fucked up the story,
- 14:43like all the wording. Then, I mean it wasn't it wasn't like it
- 14:48wasn't like unfixable, like, it wasn't like a complete travesty. Um,
- 14:52but it was just a couple of really big mistakes that I was just like,
- 14:56Wow, I don't really want to get into it because I don't want
- 14:58to right right, I'm not I'm not here and I'm not here to slack
- 15:03off my publisher. I know. For one, they were a very young
- 15:05company. They're just starting out just like me, you know, and there's
- 15:07gonna be some there's gonna be some growing pains. Yeah. But anyway,
- 15:13so I had I had a conversation last night with Felicity at the publishing company
- 15:20about it, um, and she was super cool. She understood my issues.
- 15:24Um, and she was like, well, you know this, I
- 15:28can't believe this escaped my notice, blah blah blah, and you know,
- 15:31and just you know, apologies, but we just moved across the country and
- 15:35things are still getting moved in so it's been kind of hackedic here. And
- 15:37I apologize if I wasn't paying as much attention as I should have been.
- 15:41Um. In any way, long long story short, Um, they've eased
- 15:45some of the financial burden on me, which is nice oh um because I
- 15:48am responsible for like the first print run, or at least getting it started.
- 15:54Um so um, they've cut that down substantially, which was unexpected.
- 16:03But I also feel as a good sign. So you know, it was
- 16:07like it was like, you know, we just signed this thing. I'm
- 16:11like, okay, ready to go, and then oh, never mind.
- 16:17There were also a bunch of things that caught, like a bunch of little
- 16:19things like you know, just periods or commas and things that well, not
- 16:25necessarily they should have caught. And some of the things I found were my
- 16:27own mistakes that I went, oh, I should never have left that in,
- 16:32you know. So I found a fair bit of you know, on
- 16:36both sides, and some of it may have just been I didn't understand why
- 16:41they did that. But you know, she might be able to film me
- 16:42in. I sent her the list of notes last night, so hopefully she'll
- 16:47be able to go through it and you know, get me something that looks
- 16:49a little bit more like what I want to put out into the world.
- 16:56So fortunately that was a bit of a surprise. But uh, it came
- 17:00with a delightful surprise that I was like a little concern that maybe I was
- 17:04working with the wrong company. But then she brought it back and was like,
- 17:07Okay, that feels a little bit better. Cool. Um, so
- 17:11yeah, so I'm definitely still excited to be working with them. Um,
- 17:15but I'm going to be taking a much firmer hand with stuff, just like
- 17:21I'm just gonna be getting like with a microscope over everything. Remember you said
- 17:27so, But it basically meant I spent you know, a good chunk of
- 17:30time all this week, you know, not enjoying myself and just like going
- 17:36over page by page, sentence by sentence, like literally word by word,
- 17:40sometimes comparing it to the original to see or what got changed or how it
- 17:45flowed. Yeah, things like that. Yet that I could imagine being Yet
- 17:51is going through it again like that? Yeah? Well I mean this is
- 17:53after having already done so a ba jillion times. Um, so it's just
- 17:59another another thing. But but it's it's slowed things down dramatically to the point
- 18:03where I felt like I was working morning and night all this week. Yeah,
- 18:08like just NonStop. Uh, and work itself wasn't a lot of fun
- 18:14either. Um. Spectrum apparently took their their free SMTP server down, so
- 18:19a lot of our customers suddenly had scanny email issues YELP, and I was
- 18:23like, great, I got to migrate you over to officer sixty five or
- 18:27Gmail or whatever. You might wind up paying for it. I don't care.
- 18:30Not my problem, business account, my problem. Um. But you
- 18:37know they don't like that, Well you shouldn't used Spectrum server. It's their
- 18:41server. It's out there, hanging out there for free. Like basically they
- 18:44can take it down whenever they want. Yeah, you're not paying for it.
- 18:47It's not secure, it's it's yeah, it's not easy to get into
- 18:52that scary to shut all that shit down. Like gmails is still a little
- 18:57bit every month or so. You might have to change one setting to let
- 19:00it through, but that's about it. Well, they have, I mean
- 19:04we're getting into serious nerd weeds here, but they they have. They have.
- 19:08Gmail has a lot more security features enabled now, which makes setting it
- 19:11up initially a bigger paint in the ass. But it is more secure,
- 19:15um, Whereas Spectrum server was literally just put the server name in yeah for
- 19:22twenty five and send it off. Of course, you know, anybody could
- 19:26see that hijacket. It's being transmitted clear like no encryption at all. So
- 19:33yeah, anyway, so uh yeah, So long story short, work sucked,
- 19:37my time at home sucked. Uh and but now I'm here, I'm
- 19:41free of both of those problems, at least temporarily. So as long as
- 19:45we give you some temporary relief. Oh yeah, we're like vasseline or blow
- 19:49jobs. Yeah, we're like blow jobs. Wow, you went from suck
- 19:53the blows Of course I did. Anyway, anybody else got anything they want
- 20:03to talk about before we jump into our first break? I got stuff to
- 20:08the second one. May might as well hold off. I think we've been
- 20:11going for a good chunk of time. Let's take our break. Cool.
- 20:15Um, So we'll be back with our voicemails if we have any uh and
- 20:19uh and uh. We'll catch up with what Stevie's got going down and we'll
- 20:23find out all about that right after this. Hey, this is Russ,
- 20:34This is Kyle. This is Michelle from the Effectious Screw Podcast. Join us

- 21:06Subscribe to the Infectious Groove podcast, part of the Odd Pods Media Network.
- 21:21Wow, you absolutely just try to get him to say too, what
- 21:30a dick with me? I'll have one job and he's fucking with me,
- 21:38like, oh, he just has to do the countdown and he just can't
- 21:41let him just do it. Nope, it's funny. So it's just a
- 21:48game of chicken to see how long he can go until he accidentally sucks it
- 21:52up for himself, right, and then he has to edit it out.
- 21:56You're listener, We play our music live, so that means when you hear
- 22:00it, we are sitting with live microphones listening to music in our headset.
- 22:04So it kind of accidentally becomes a game of can we make each other laugh
- 22:10when we're trying to keep quiet, because the music is just supposed to play
- 22:12and I'm not supposed to hear us goofing off over it, So we do
- 22:18all sorts of insane shit, and that just adds to the pile. Yeah,
- 22:22anyway, it's fun. It's it's we have fun. We have fun
- 22:26here. We have to keep everybody on our toes absolutely absolutely, speaking of
- 22:32keeping us on our toes, I hear a little birdie told me that we
- 22:34have a voicemail we do literally blurtie is that bucker? All right? Listen,
- 22:45it's very useful. I mean, yeah, awesome. I know when
- 22:48anybody's trying to creep up on me where it starts singing, hiding in that
- 22:53bush bush shakes. All right, but yes we do. What do we
- 23:02got? I didn't listened to it, so no promises. All right,
- 23:03Well it could be just like several minutes to sword. Let's find out he's
- 23:11not here. Man, Yeah, yeah, man, yeah, it's not
- 23:18here. Well, okay, all right, it's true. It's true.
- 23:38I'm not I'm not marveling at the correctness. Okay, smail, Oh my
- 23:47god. Again, I didn't listen to it, just clearly clearly, all
- 23:56right, I mean I came from anybody. I get. I appreciate that.
- 24:03Thank you. It's okay, part of it, but it's I mean,
- 24:11yeah, Dave's not here many Dave is certainly not here, and if
- 24:15the shows up a clear reference to Chechen Chong punch in the face. But
- 24:22yeah, I didn't even appreciate who it was from, like there's no so
- 24:26thank you for your voice mail. Yeah, appreciated kind of, but get
- 24:33in touch. If Dave shows up, Yeah, oh my gosh. Yeah
- 24:36man, If Dave shows up, calls in next week, Dave's here,
- 24:38man, then guys got to get over here. If if that happens,
- 24:45we gotta go, right, yeah, we just cut the show. We
- 24:48gotta got leave. We have to go. Let's go. We gotta go.
- 24:52See I haven't seen Dave in a minute. We'll bring the handheld recorder
- 24:56with us. That way we can continue and you once we get over there,
- 25:00okay, okay, all right, so yeah it sounds like a plan.
- 25:04We'll go find Dave. What the actual fund record. So we kind
- 25:12of gotten into what I've been going over And I apologize if it was a
- 25:15little bit of a downer, but yeah, it just hasn't been a great
- 25:18week. So but I'm still positive, still feeling good. So and CEB's
- 25:23elbowing the ball. He was our studio. God, damn it. Motherfucker.
- 25:30All right, it's time for one of you to catch me up.
- 25:33What's been going on with yous? Who watch you? Overs? Wants to
- 25:37go first? I want to hear all about it. Let me go first.
- 25:38Yeah, cool, cool. I bought some Eminem's. I'm pretty happy
- 25:41I see that. Yeah, big for the studio, studio eminem So if
- 25:45you're ever in studio, get Eminem's family size bag. Pretty awesome. Um
- 25:49No, I got some new jobs. And I say jobs as im plural,
- 25:53Yeah, it's yeah. It's been crazy for not being able to fight
- 25:57a job for about a year, a little over a year, and then
- 26:00well I understand the first job didn't quite work out the way you hope.
- 26:07Yeah. Um, I I suffer from anxiety and other issues and BTSD issues,
- 26:15so I'm I get like worried some sometime when I'm in an open area.
- 26:19And originally I was going to be a lunch monitor and don't get very
- 26:26wrong, which would have been funny. Yeah, genuinely. The kids are
- 26:33cool, but it gets loud and it's a big, wide open area.
- 26:37There's a lot of fucking kids, man, like a lot and shit,
- 26:41and that first night I just I fucking broke. I'm just like, nope,
- 26:44I can't do this. I can't handle it. Whatever I message.
- 26:47I text the lady like I cannot do this. Nope. If you had
- 26:49something back at the house or whatever, cool maybe, but it's too many
- 26:53people whatever. I was like, I will still come in tomorrow because it's
- 26:56Friday. I ain't gonna leave you shorthanded to be messed up, you know.
- 27:00And she's like, that's totally understandable. I appreciate it. Whatever,
- 27:03We'll see you tomorrow. And they actually had somebody starting on Monday anyway,
- 27:07so it worked out. So it's not like because I felt horrible, I'm
- 27:10like, oh my god, dude, I'm like letting all these kids down.
- 27:14I'm letting the comedy down. I was like freaking Alley and shit,
- 27:17you know, like this sucks. I've never had this issue before, like
- 27:21last couple of years time. Well, I mean, you know, and
- 27:27not just like you know PTSD stuff, but also fucking COVID. Man.
- 27:32Yeah, that's that's where a large percentage of my public anxiety comes from,
- 27:37is COVID. And it's still I mean, COVID still exists. Yeah,
- 27:41we we we kind of treat it like it's not really a thing anymore,
- 27:44but it still very much is. And I, uh, whenever I'm out
- 27:48and there's like a huge crowd of people, I immediately just start getting super
- 27:55anxious, right, And I can't imagine how much worse it is around kids
- 27:59who are basically German factories anyway, So it gave me wrong. It's like
- 28:03everybody's sanitizing and stuff, but still like that worrisome. Yeah, but it
- 28:08was all right, Like I went in, Uh, what day is it
- 28:11taste? I wentn't yesterday, which was Friday, my last day. Yeah,
- 28:15And when I went in there, I wonder my juggling bean ball bean
- 28:18bag balls. So I spent three hours just juggling and entertaining the kids.
- 28:25And I guess it was the first time they never had to shut the lights
- 28:27off because they were getting too loud or anything like. They all listened and
- 28:30all that, and everybody had a great time and stuff, and it was
- 28:33actually pretty fun. And I was so focused on not dropping the balls or
- 28:37dropping them on like weird funny ways or magically making them disappear, that the
- 28:42anxiety wasn't there because I was so focused on doing that and entertaining the whole
- 28:47time. Yea was still helping doing everything I was supposed to do. But
- 28:49I was doing that, like from table to table and it was a great
- 28:52time. Well, apparently a couple of the teachers and a couple of the
- 28:57other lunch monitors were recording me doing that and they sycle to the lady who
- 29:02hired me, and I didn't realize that or whatever. We're all talking or
- 29:07like, it'd be really cool, you know, like you're not gonna stay
- 29:10after this. We appreciate all your help. We got somebody coming in Monday
- 29:12to take your spot, which is totally fine. But if you ever want
- 29:15to come in just to come into entertain like the volunteer, you should come
- 29:18and do that, like go down to the office tell the PTA, blah
- 29:22blah blah. And I'm like, okay, that'd be kind of neat,
- 29:23like if I could just come in like once every now and then say hi
- 29:26to everybody. So i walk out to the car we're getting ready to leave,
- 29:30and I'm like, oh, I got a message from the lady who
- 29:32hired me, and I'm like, okay, cool. She's like, I
- 29:36heard you were the hero today. You're stuck with us and you can never
- 29:38leave, don't get your fingerprints done, and we will talk tomorrow. And
- 29:42I was like, blah blah blah. She's like, I got a substitute
- 29:48cook spot for you, so you're gonna be the new substitute cook for the
- 29:51school. I'm like yeah. I was like, that's so great. So
- 29:56I get to go in early and it's only from like eight to one,
- 29:57you know, it's like simple shift. Yeah, I go on early,
- 30:00prep food all day and then cook it. So I'm really happy. And
- 30:03I'm still you know, how to do that. Yeah, and I get
- 30:07to still hang out with the kids every now and then and stuff. Yeah.
- 30:08Fun. So I'm really excited. And he'll be around to save the
- 30:11day again. So yeah, that's super cool. Yeah, that's it's it's
- 30:17a much more smiley story than I was expecting, right it started. Yeah,
- 30:23it's you know that, Like I remember hearing on Hollywood Babbel on Ralph's
- 30:30current Ralph Armin story about how he got severe anxiety being put in the full
- 30:36head the makeup prosthetic. Now he couldn't handle it and he felt so bad.
- 30:41And I was like, I was getting flashbacks to that when you were
- 30:44explaining how bad you felt, but this had somewhat of a more happy ending
- 30:48because you turned it around by juggling, which is so weird. Three hours
- 30:55like this is Stevie's whole life, I swear to God. So walks into
- 31:00place and just you know, starts clowning around. People are like, I
- 31:04love you, Can we keep you? Do? You know what? The
- 31:07crazy part is this whole story, the time, your entire life. I
- 31:14worked what six hours totally, maybe six and a half between the two days.
- 31:18I'm already getting a five dollars an hour raise quick day one, get
- 31:25the raised day. Oh you know what, I actually actually do have some
- 31:30additional names. Yeah, go ahead, but it's gonna be real quick.
- 31:33But I got pulled in my poss's office last weeks amidst the nightmare, getting
- 31:40hammered with calls for a scanty email and all that shit, and he just
- 31:45oh he no, right, uh no, he's a ginger male, so
- 31:53don't know one of those. So my boss gives me this super stern look
- 31:57and I'm like oh, and he goes, congratulations on your four thousand dollars
- 32:02a year raise. Who really, And he's like, yeah, yeah,
- 32:07craft dude, nice. Now it's not it's over the months and weeks or
- 32:14whatever. It's it's not it's not really a raise. It's it is it
- 32:20is basically am an excuse for them to take the company van back. Uh
- 32:25So now now I'm gonna have to pay for my own gas to drive in
- 32:29to work, and so it's it's kind of a wash um. But I
- 32:34think just doing the math, I'm pretty sure I'm still making out a little
- 32:37bit. I'm getting a little bit, you know. So it is it
- 32:40is a little something. But if you don't have to like leave your house
- 32:45or something for that day, like okay, that day, I didn't waste
- 32:46any gas, there's no milele, it's yourselthing, you know. Well.
- 32:50And they also added another day for me to come into the office. So
- 32:52now I get to work from home one day week. Yeah, yeah,
- 32:55you got COVID again, that kind of you want some tests? Oh,
- 33:00trust me, I'm gonna be looking to catch that motherfucker. I can I
- 33:06can do it from home. I can be I can have COVID and still
- 33:07troubleshoot and I can resolve eight percent of the dude, I could do I
- 33:12could do my entire job at home, right, I could do my entire
- 33:15job. I pretty much did the last year and a half. Am I
- 33:17the man just they just want me there so I can be under their accountability
- 33:22all the time. They want control. Yeah, that's what it really is.
- 33:25Yeah, that's like listen, everything will get done if you leave me
- 33:30the fuck alone, everything will. But everybody we have it is additional good
- 33:34news. Yeah a race, yeah, dude, yeah yeah, hell yeah
- 33:39that's nice. Well that just leaves I got more. That just leaves me.
- 33:45Yeah. So what's been going on with you? Why? Why has
- 33:47this week been so hard for you? Why is this? So? I've
- 33:52just been working, um, doing a lot of physical exertion, so I
- 33:58just getting home very tired. But one thing is is that because the what
- 34:05I'm doing has me working with water a lot, so you get wet when
- 34:09you work with water. This is what's happened. But what's funny is is
- 34:15that we have a hose that, for whatever fucking reason, the water pressure
- 34:22on it is just way higher than it probably should be. So it kind
- 34:28of acts a little bit like a fucking fire hose. So if you don't
- 34:31have a go, if you don't have a good control on it, it
- 34:37will just whip around like a fire hose would because of all the water pressure
- 34:42or whatever. And I can't tell you. Just this week alone, I
- 34:45have sprayed myself in the face no less than a dozen fucking because of this
- 34:52stupid fucking hose. And the best part is it's not just me, my
- 35:00co workers also get themselves. Okay, it's this fucking hose. It's like
- 35:07it's it's convenient where it is, but it's inconvenient because it's too powerful.
- 35:12You gotta make a suggestion at work when you go in tomorrow and say,
- 35:15from this point forward, can you guys to save all the security footage of
- 35:19us getting sprayed and clip it all together for the Christmas party at the end
- 35:22of the year, we watch it, everybody getting like sprayed or something.
- 35:24Just clip That'd be so freaking hilarious. Man, that'd be something fun,
- 35:30Like, don't we get the joke at the end of the year everybody gets
- 35:32hit with it and stuff. That would be fun. Just actually start doing
- 35:37that, like every time we do something stupid. Yeah, compilation of us
- 35:43water boarding ourselves. I mean I have to we there. We have like
- 35:51uh koi and these large fish cant bays and during water change you have to
- 35:57kind of go in and scrub the size. You get the algae off for
- 36:00the bottom, so you reduce the water level as low as you can,
- 36:02just over the dorsal fin of the fish, and then you scrub the sides
- 36:06to get all the loose materially off. But because of how deep the basin
- 36:09is and I'm not as tall as they keep thinking I am, I almost
- 36:14fall into it and go swimming with those fish like every time. So I
- 36:21have to literally like a fine like anchor my foot on something and then bend
- 36:25my whole body into the bay so I can scrub it upside down. Essentially,
- 36:34it sounds like a fun job, though, I mean no, no,
- 36:37I love it. It is everything like it is a perfect mix of
- 36:39animal husbandry meets retail, which is what I have literal years of my life
- 36:45of experiencing. Right, So it's a job in the summer, you're with
- 36:50water a lot. Yeah, it's nice. Yeah, you're always able to
- 36:53do. Yeah, it does get high, especially in the greenhouse, but
- 36:58yeah it's nice. Yeah, and a lot of sun. I've got a
- 37:01nice farmer's hand going on right now. It's my favorite. I would get
- 37:07that every year just by keeping one arm out the window or whatever. Yeah,
- 37:13hell, yeah, all right, then, well, um, I
- 37:16guess that covers all of us and everything we've been up to for the past
- 37:21week or so. So yeah, I guess we'll take another break, and
- 37:25then I guess Stevie's got something exciting planned for us. I do, which
- 37:30is always worrisome. Yes, So Aggie and I will quietly stress out as
- 37:35we lead into this break, and we'll be right back right after this.

- 39:06anyway, but an entertaining one. Thank you, yes, thank you.
- 39:12You have a game for us. I do um So. I came up
- 39:15with this like no joke, worried before we started recording today, so hopefully
- 39:21it's entertaining enough for everybody and fun. Um So, gentlemen, I have
- 39:24to ask you, are these bfy t W show titles or are you being
- 39:29Stevie? Fucking damn. So I'm gonna go back and forth. I have
- 39:38ten prompts, so I'll start with one and then go to the other,
- 39:44so you'll each get five. Okay, okay, all right, So we're
- 39:46gonna start with Aggie. All right, Aggie. The first prompt show number
- 39:53thirty voice acting windows, ninety eight doctors. Is this a real bfy t
- 40:01W show title? Or are you being Stevie? It's gonna make me want
- 40:07to go back and listen to these episodes. I know, dude, I
- 40:08was doing it today. I think I'm getting stevied, you don't call that
- 40:13one. I think it's real. I think it's real. It might be
- 40:15from your really early stuff, in which case I'm fucked. Are you going
- 40:21with your being Stevie? Yeah, you would be incorrected. Is a real
- 40:24title. It would be embarrassing if it was one that I came up with
- 40:30you. Yeah, like it was show one yea oh fuck? All right,
- 40:36Aaron, you're ready, Yeah, you're prompt showed number forty six.
- 40:40No More Bastard's chilling, not being Stevie. I'm being like crazy, there's
- 40:50no no more. You do not belong in the same sense. Well,
- 40:54Aaron, you would be incorrect that it is a real shot. I don't
- 40:59God damn it. I'm sitting here like there's no way we started doing No
- 41:04More Bastards as earliest episode forty I guess we have. But you know what,
- 41:07it's true. We did play with Jorge several times. We did.
- 41:12It had to be that when the street started. Yeah, and I started
- 41:15playing with you guys too. Yeah, you start after, but god damn,
- 41:22I got tripped up. Yeah, it did my own internal logic.
- 41:24It's not gonna be easy. No, no, no, okay, okay,
- 41:30we're going back to Augie for this one. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 41:34Show number fifty two Waka Waka and Talkie. No being Stevie, st
- 41:40that's real, Augie. Final answer, being Stevie. Final answer, you're
- 41:47correct, you are being Stevie. The actual show title is show number fifty
- 41:53two Chill Talkie Show, Chill Talkie show. Added. I don't think we
- 42:04have a I could swear there was one episode title to start with Waka Walker,
- 42:12but there probably is. He probably stole it from something else. I
- 42:15don't know. For a further one. Maybe we can do a walk.
- 42:21Stevie returns, dear guy, all right over to Aaron. Number four.
- 42:27Yeah, show number sixty two Cattle prod Manual stimulator. Is that a real
- 42:37show title? Or are you being Stevie? Me? Oh, man,
- 42:43I'm gonna it's a guess, but I'm gonna guess it's real. Final answer,
- 42:47Yeah, you're correct, that is a real show title. It was
- 42:52one of horse pitches. I think I vaguely recalled something about a cattle prod
- 42:57being pitched at some point. Very nice, damn all right, Augie number
- 43:06five, I know I'm not given score. I don't even know if I
- 43:10am you don't want to got one point so far? Oh okay, yeah,
- 43:15you're good. I got one. Yeah, yeah, well, I
- 43:20mean oh, I thought you're addition for you as I know you got one.
- 43:22No, no, we're good. Uh, Aggie, you're a number
- 43:24five. Show number sixty three the List returns a new hope. Fuck because
- 43:37that might be Oh man, when did when did we botch the Eltra Hope
- 43:42List? Uh? I think that's real. It's real. M. I
- 43:49gotta gotten the episode number wrong, but I think that's real. Okase,
- 43:53show number sixty three. You are incorrect. You are being Stevie. It
- 43:58is show number sixty three Revenge of the List. Yeah, yeah, there
- 44:05was. Yeah. The very second episode we did of the List was kind
- 44:08of a shortened version. Um, it was literally just I think it may
- 44:13have been the three of you. I think so. It was a lot.
- 44:15It was three people. And I remember this specifically because instead of having
- 44:20five people, uh you, you had three people and two extra lives.
- 44:24Yeah, but you guys got tripped up on the rooms in the Clue Master
- 44:30Detective. Yeah, oh my god, trip you up at the very end
- 44:34of the show. Anyway, it's so much fun. I can't wait to
- 44:38go back and go through all these again. This is gonna be great.
- 44:42Yeah, I love these freaking things. All right, onto Aaron yep number
- 44:46six, Show number sixty nine, Playing games with rest Ferry. I'm being
- 44:53Stevie. That's that's not the title. You are correct, You are being
- 44:59st Yeah. Actual show title it shows number sixty nine Rest Ferry returns.
- 45:05Yeah. Always like playing gives the rest Ferry does not sounds fun. But
- 45:10yeah, but that's not right, all right, Aggie. Yeah, on
- 45:15to number seven, Show number seventy two. No more dumpster fires for these
- 45:22bastards, no more dumpster fire for these bastards. I don't think so.
- 45:28I think that's being Stevie. Stevie, Yeah, any reason why. I
- 45:34don't think we'd never label it that way. It just doesn't make sense fair
- 45:37enough. I feel like we weren't doing dumpster fire that early. Yeah,
- 45:43it could be another mistake, like right, Yeah, well, show number
- 45:45seventy two. You are correct, you are being Stevie. The actual title
- 45:50is no more bastards pitching a dumpster fire, opposed to because no more dumpster
- 45:57fires for these bastards. See you like it isn't sound right because it sounds
- 46:05in the negative. We wanted it in the positive, right, all right,
- 46:08onto Aaron. Number eight, Show number seventy seven. Aquarious sound bites
- 46:15crap. Yeah, that's real, that's real. Quarious sound bites, crap
- 46:28al r. You would be incorrect. It is not really well done.
- 46:34Thank you, thank you. Now the actual show number seventy seven is fish
- 46:38Museum clips bullshit. Well, at least see where you got there. There.
- 46:53We're laughing at our own goddamn joke because they're funny. All right,
- 47:00is your last one? Yeah? Number nine, show number eighty back to
- 47:05basics b f y t W back to basic sounds is right, but I
- 47:12don't know if we had a bfy t W At the end he was answer,
- 47:19Okay, damn, I thought I could seaman answers hens TV sheet.
- 47:27They're just whole questions. He doesn't. He's making the whole thing up,
- 47:31like what can I make? All right? Fly, I honestly think I'm
- 47:36being Stevie here. Yeah, you're incorrect. That is the true title of
- 47:40episode number eighty. Felt like that was probably real. All right, On
- 47:45to Aaron, is your last one? Eron number ten, Show number eighty
- 47:49four? Nobody miss labels Nemo. I don't know. Part of me wants
- 48:01to say it's real, and part of me thinks it's. Everybody mislabels nemo,
- 48:07Um, I'm being stevied and Eric is incorrect. Yea that right away,
- 48:20I'm like, no, I can't laugh because to give it away.
- 48:23So that's the end of this round of it's stur being Stevie and you guys
- 48:29are tied to too. So good job everybody. Wednesday, we all get
- 48:31Eminem's. Yeah, everybody have fun. I hope everybody have fun. Did
- 48:37you guys like that wasn't better? It was funny though, because I'm like,
- 48:46I'm like, okay, some of these do sound like something Stevie would
- 48:50come off the top of head. But the thing is is half the titles
- 48:53we do, more than half. I'm almost like ninety percent of them were
- 48:57like our titles that Stevie comes up with. Anyway, Yeah, so he
- 49:00becomes is what I'm saying. Yeah, it's hard unless you're actually looking at
- 49:06whatever the fun don't use. There's only a few that I helped to come
- 49:08up with. Unless, like Aaron has it in the description, I go,
- 49:12I'll grab those every now and then, But half the time I don't
- 49:14see it. When I'm doing it, I'm like, oh shit, this
- 49:16is called this now. But yeah, I hope you guys enjoyed that version
- 49:22of It's Stevie today. And if you didn't, fuck I don't give a
- 49:24shit balls. I got so much mean right now? Yeah right, If
- 49:30you didn't, really fuck you the hell are you doing here listening to this
- 49:36garb? But jesus, if you've got an idea for an it's Stevie like

- 51:30I'm so tired now. Yeah, I got nothing, I got nothing.
- 51:35I'm wiped. I'm wiped. It's weird like this has been a chill show.
- 51:38And I feel weirdly tired for in a good way. Yeah, a
- 51:44bad way. No, not not like fulfilled though somebody beat me, right,
- 51:49soboy tired because I've been all day. Stopt me with a why in
- 52:07case a flooding? All right, well, if you enjoyed this train wreck,
- 52:15please feel free to like share rate us all that all that stuff,
- 52:20all of it leugitimately held us all and more. We we desperately need it
- 52:25because it does. It does algorithm things that get us pushed into more people's
- 52:30faces and they go, hey, what's this and I'll check it out and
- 52:34then and then we can make them laugh and make their day better. Yeah,
- 52:37and then the show gets bigger, and then we can do more cool
- 52:39stuff, maybe more life shows. Yeah, which we're desperately looking to do.
- 52:45We need to do more. We're ready for them. We got jokes.
- 52:46We're coming up. We're not too terribly far away. We're about half
- 52:51half a year and change away from episode two hundred. Oh my gosh up
- 52:59non stop two hundred. We can you imagine two hundred weeks? Yeah,
- 53:02two fucking hundred, almost four years. That's insanity. Still going, strong
- 53:08man every week. We're always here. We've never missed a week, not
