- 0:04Speaker 1: Whoa, what's going on? It's your boy T.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Will from the Hustle Sports Fantasy Podcast channel. Look, I
- 0:10Speaker 2: want to talk to the believers today, give y'all 10
- 0:13Speaker 2: best value picks.
- 0:15Speaker 1: In each round.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Look, we in that home stretch. Opening night is Tuesday.
- 0:22Speaker 2: We in that home stretch, bro. We can't play with
- 0:24Speaker 2: it no more. We cannot fool around. Cannot fool around.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Drafts are pretty much wrapping up. It's time to lock
- 0:34Speaker 2: it in, because you know why we here. We here
- 0:38Speaker 2: to get a dub. Hey, only way to get dubs
- 0:43Speaker 2: is to find good value in each round of your draft.
- 0:46Speaker 2: So look, just know that the price is everything. The
- 0:52Speaker 2: price is everything. Look, let's go without saying, round one,
- 0:56Speaker 2: Jalen Johnson. He's going to be behind the Wimby, Jokic, Lucas,
- 1:01Speaker 2: Giannis Antetokounmpo.
- 1:03Speaker 1: So, I mean, you know, that's fair, right? That's fair.
- 1:07Speaker 1: But let's say you fall outside of that top six
- 1:11Speaker 1: in the draft.
- 1:12Speaker 2: And you, you know, you just outside of that. Jalen
- 1:15Speaker 2: Johnson is your guy. And if it ain't Jalen, let
- 1:18Speaker 2: me not do that. If Jalen Johnson's your guy. I
- 1:21Speaker 2: did a mock last night from pick eight. He fell
- 1:24Speaker 2: to me at pick eight. Now, I ain't expecting that
- 1:27Speaker 2: to happen, you know, consistently in drafts.
- 1:31Speaker 1: But look, Jalen Johnson don't need 35 points to win.
- 1:34Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying? He contribute rebounds, assists. I
- 1:39Speaker 2: just said the scoring. Defensive production. Bro, finding value of
- 1:45Speaker 2: what Jalen Johnson provides to you is hard. Few and
- 1:49Speaker 2: far between. And in your first round, you cannot mess
- 1:52Speaker 2: that up. You need somebody like a Jalen Johnson who
- 1:57Speaker 2: can get you going, who provide a lot of production.
- 2:01Speaker 2: all across the board. As I've been telling y'all all offseason,
- 2:04Speaker 2: I like, I love the all-around production.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Me, personally.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Look, if I can have 12 triple-double watch guys, I
- 2:15Speaker 2: want it.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Obviously, that ain't realistic.
- 2:17Speaker 2: But Jalen Johnson embodies exactly how I want to build
- 2:22Speaker 2: my team. The all-around production, points, rebounds, assists, defensive production,
- 2:30Speaker 2: and He's going to play more often than not. Look,
- 2:35Speaker 2: my notes here got nine through 12 for picks in
- 2:38Speaker 2: round one. I doubt he going to fall to nine, personally.
- 2:42Speaker 2: He going to be in that six to eight range consistently.
- 2:45Speaker 2: And if he not, and if he fall to you,
- 2:48Speaker 2: don't think about it. Do not hesitate. Don't think, oh,
- 2:51Speaker 2: should I get, you know, Cade or, you know, Jalen
- 2:54Speaker 2: or Cooper? Nah, go Jalen Johnson. He done this already.
- 2:59Speaker 2: He done this already. Round two, man, look.
- 3:05Speaker 1: I've been talking about Scottie Barnes a lot. Look, I
- 3:07Speaker 1: had him. No, did I? No, I did not. I
- 3:10Speaker 1: did not. I was about to lie. Never be a liar.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Never be a liar.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Especially don't lie to yourself, because that's how your team
- 3:17Speaker 2: going to flop, lying to yourself. Look, Scottie Barnes from
- 3:20Speaker 2: the Toronto Raptors, his consensus ADP is 14.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I've consistently mocked where he went, 14.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Not going to lie, he's not making it out that
- 3:28Speaker 2: second round. depending on how many people in your league.
- 3:32Speaker 2: I speak to my people out there. I play in
- 3:34Speaker 2: a 12-man league. That's my main league. I'm in multiple leagues, though.
- 3:39Speaker 2: But look, Scottie Barnes is not going to fall too
- 3:42Speaker 2: late past that 14 mark. And if he does, and
- 3:46Speaker 2: if he just so happened to fall in your lap
- 3:49Speaker 2: past 14, past 14, if he fall in your lap
- 3:54Speaker 2: past that, you better get it.
- 3:55Speaker 1: You better not hesitate with that.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Look, Scottie Barnes, just like Jalen Johnson provides you points, rebounds, assists,
- 4:03Speaker 2: and defensive category potential or defensive production potential.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Talking to my points leads guys out there with this.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Look, he's the kind of person, bro, he's going to
- 4:14Speaker 2: make you so hard to defeat in fantasy, especially if
- 4:19Speaker 2: you was able to get Jalen Johnson and.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Him, bro.
- 4:22Speaker 2: You got two people who's doing the same thing, who
- 4:26Speaker 2: can do everything.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Bro, you can't beat that. It's too hard to beat.
- 4:31Speaker 2: It's too difficult to try to beat week in and
- 4:35Speaker 2: week out when it comes to these matchups.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Look, his efficiency is a question mark. I don't care.
- 4:41Speaker 2: I do not care, bro. Scotty Barnes is the go-to
- 4:46Speaker 2: in round twos. Man, listen, he's sitting right there. Do
- 4:50Speaker 2: not hesitate. Do not hesitate.
- 4:52Speaker 1: I promise. I promise you, bro. He is a grab.
- 4:58Speaker 2: And the value here is if he go, if he
- 5:01Speaker 2: fall below 14, like I said, bro, don't second guess it.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Do not second guess it with this guy.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Look, my next guy, Evan Mobley from the Cleveland Cavaliers.
- 5:12Speaker 2: His consensus ADP is around 33.
- 5:16Speaker 1: 12, man.
- 5:18Speaker 2: He probably could go a third and a 12. Look,
- 5:22Speaker 2: if he fall to 33, though, Don't play with that.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Because I've done mocks where he's falling to the fourth round.
- 5:29Speaker 2: You best believe you better smash grab that. Shout out
- 5:33Speaker 2: to anybody who ever seen Black Dynamite. Yeah, smash fry that.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Smash fry this one, though. Evan Mobley, bro, I'm telling you, 33.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Me personally, I think that's kind of crazy because you
- 5:47Speaker 2: look at how much more improved they look when Harden
- 5:52Speaker 2: got to Cleveland. And I say they, speaking of him
- 5:55Speaker 2: and Jared Allen. You think about how much more efficient
- 6:00Speaker 2: they were, the easier looks that they got when Harden
- 6:02Speaker 2: got there. You talk about a year where they got
- 6:05Speaker 2: training camp to really build chemistry. Like, Harden was a
- 6:07Speaker 2: mid-season trade, and they was able to do that. So
- 6:11Speaker 2: imagine what you were able to do in the offseason
- 6:14Speaker 2: when you were able to build chemistry and work out
- 6:16Speaker 2: the kinks of what you're trying to build. You talk
- 6:19Speaker 2: about Evan Mobley, who's an improved three-point shooter. So the
- 6:23Speaker 2: scoring is better. Blocks, rebounds, efficient. You know what I mean?
- 6:31Speaker 2: And you looking at how Cleveland played, they give him
- 6:35Speaker 2: opportunities to initiate, to create offense. You got that kind
- 6:40Speaker 2: of opportunity to create and initiate offense. The trust is crazy,
- 6:44Speaker 2: which means They're expecting you to do big things, and
- 6:47Speaker 2: if the expectation on you is to do big things
- 6:50Speaker 2: more often than not, if you made it to the league,
- 6:53Speaker 2: you're probably going to do big things. Look, Evan Mobley
- 6:56Speaker 2: is a smash grab in round three, especially if the
- 7:01Speaker 2: draft don't go the way you think it should go.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Because round three is where it starts getting tricky. I
- 7:08Speaker 2: believe you still can find immense value.
- 7:13Speaker 1: In round three, but it start getting different.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Start looking different on who's available across the board. And
- 7:19Speaker 2: it may make you second guess yourself. Do not second
- 7:22Speaker 2: guess Evan Mobley. The risk is worth the while if
- 7:26Speaker 2: you grabbing him in the third round. Laurie Markkinen, I
- 7:31Speaker 2: spoke about him yesterday. Hey look, Laurie Markkinen is gonna
- 7:37Speaker 2: have a big year. Consistency ADP is around 44. I
- 7:42Speaker 2: ain't going to lie, I've done some mocks where he
- 7:44Speaker 2: failed to round five, round six in my 12-man. So 44,
- 7:51Speaker 2: you talk about the value he's going to offer you
- 7:53Speaker 2: from 44 and below, it's crazy. Scoring, again, like everybody else, scoring,
- 8:00Speaker 2: three-point percentage, threes made, rebounds, free throw value.
- 8:05Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying?
- 8:06Speaker 2: He's not going to turn the ball over too much.
- 8:08Speaker 2: You talk about Laurie marketing is going to have a, Huge,
- 8:12Speaker 2: especially with the improved roster, because I think he's going
- 8:15Speaker 2: to be able to get cleaner looks more consistently throughout
- 8:19Speaker 2: the year because he has better talent around him now
- 8:22Speaker 2: for the first time since he's been in Utah, at least.
- 8:24Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 8:25Speaker 2: So you talk about the scoring profile, the rebounds, the athleticism,
- 8:29Speaker 2: so he can go finish.
- 8:32Speaker 1: All that matters in fantasy.
- 8:33Speaker 2: I know we ain't looking, you know, when you say
- 8:35Speaker 2: stuff like that, you talking like it's highlight reels or
- 8:39Speaker 2: like it's ESPN. No. Finishing ability, scoring ability, how you score,
- 8:44Speaker 2: the way you go about it does matter in fantasy
- 8:47Speaker 2: because that all plays into your efficiency. Look, I ain't
- 8:51Speaker 2: willing to reach two rounds early on this guy, but
- 8:54Speaker 2: if he fall to me at 40, I know I
- 8:57Speaker 2: told y'all the ADP was 44, but if he fall
- 9:00Speaker 2: to me at 40 and I already got my establishment going,
- 9:04Speaker 2: my three foundation pieces, I'm willing to take that risk.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I'm willing to take that risk.
- 9:10Speaker 2: I'm willing to jump up a little bit to get
- 9:13Speaker 2: Larry Markkinen because you talking about the profile of Utah Jazz,
- 9:18Speaker 2: the profile of Larry Markkinen. Look, the production has always
- 9:22Speaker 2: been there. Now it's time to tie the help in there.
- 9:25Speaker 1: And this the year. This the year.
- 9:28Speaker 2: So if you can grab him between picks 40 and 48,
- 9:31Speaker 2: I love that for you.
- 9:32Speaker 1: He's one of the best values in round four. Round five.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Dyson Daniels. Consensus ADP is 57. I'm going to be honest.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Look, you get a guy like this at 57, you
- 9:49Speaker 2: probably going to be in a champ or be competing
- 9:52Speaker 2: for a championship. Yeah, he might not get you the points,
- 9:55Speaker 2: but he gets you steals, assists, rebounds. Look, this is
- 10:00Speaker 2: valuable in leagues because if you're in a league where
- 10:03Speaker 2: defensive production is value higher than standard setting, Dyson Daniels
- 10:09Speaker 2: is going to make you tougher to beat every single week.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Look, obviously the risk is offense, but after.
- 10:16Speaker 2: The first five rounds already gave you five names, that
- 10:20Speaker 2: took care of your offense. So in a points league,
- 10:23Speaker 2: you probably ain't, you know, you ain't looking for more
- 10:26Speaker 2: scoring or you're going to get scoring anywhere.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Let me take that back. You are going to get
- 10:30Speaker 1: scoring anywhere. No matter what.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Round you are in the draft, you're going to get scoring.
- 10:36Speaker 2: But Dyson Daniels give you a level to your team
- 10:40Speaker 2: that is hard to replace. You're not going to find
- 10:44Speaker 2: defensive stats, steals, rebounds, and assists too easily When it
- 10:49Speaker 2: comes late in the season, when you got to pivot
- 10:51Speaker 2: off some of these things that you're doing, you know
- 10:53Speaker 2: what I mean? Some injuries can start happening. You know,
- 10:57Speaker 2: everything's changing. Rotations ain't happening the way you think. Somebody
- 11:00Speaker 2: may fell out with the team.
- 11:01Speaker 1: We don't know.
- 11:02Speaker 2: We can't predict those things. But what we can predict
- 11:06Speaker 2: is Dyson Daniels is going to be a value add
- 11:09Speaker 2: in round five.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Did I skip one? I think I skipped one. Yeah. Yeah.
- 11:26Speaker 1: All right, so look.
- 11:31Speaker 2: I know I showed y'all a bunch of players. So look,
- 11:33Speaker 2: this is who was next. Evan Mobley's teammate. Evan Mobley's teammate,
- 11:41Speaker 2: Jared Allen. Look, Jared Allen is a smash grab in
- 11:47Speaker 2: round six.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Yeah, let's go here. Here we go. Get y'all some
- 11:51Speaker 1: visuals out here. Look, his ADP is going around 64, right?
- 11:57Speaker 2: I'm going to be honest. I don't know if Jared
- 12:00Speaker 2: Allen fall that low, personally. Look, if he in my
- 12:04Speaker 2: league and I got what I need in the first five, well,
- 12:07Speaker 2: I guess that is six rounds. But look, if he
- 12:10Speaker 2: does fall that low, grab him. Don't second guess this. Look.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Jared Allen, and I had this guy last season. Somebody
- 12:17Speaker 2: dropped him in my league last season. So, look, points, rebounds, blocks.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Got that on lock.
- 12:25Speaker 1: And then he can go crazy.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Like, he had a 70-point fantasy game last season.
- 12:32Speaker 1: From Jared Allen, right.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Jared Allen, 70-point fantasy game. So, look, don't play with it, bro.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Don't sleep on the fro. Jared Allen, bro. He's been
- 12:45Speaker 2: consistently good since he's been in the league. I've always
- 12:48Speaker 2: liked his game. Nah, this is where I'm starting. I'm
- 12:52Speaker 2: a fan of Jared Allen. Look, he play hard. He
- 12:56Speaker 2: plays a lot. His availability is trustworthy. Yeah, he missed
- 13:01Speaker 2: some time here and there. His availability is trustworthy. But
- 13:04Speaker 2: when he's on the court, bro, his production is sure
- 13:08Speaker 2: as they come. He going to get you 19 and 10,
- 13:10Speaker 2: 17 and 10. Every single night, pretty much. Yeah, threes limited,
- 13:16Speaker 2: perimeter scoring limited, I don't care about that. Because now
- 13:20Speaker 2: with Mobley shooting more threes, this is opening.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Up the paint for Jared Allen.
- 13:23Speaker 2: So Jared Allen at round six is a smash grab.
- 13:30Speaker 2: The consensus ADP is 64.
- 13:33Speaker 1: You can reach up a couple picks in front to
- 13:35Speaker 1: grab him.
- 13:37Speaker 2: If you get him between pick 61 and 72, you
- 13:40Speaker 2: can grab Jared Allen. Bro, your team is going to
- 13:44Speaker 2: be tough, I'm telling you. Don't sleep on the boy.
- 13:47Speaker 2: Don't sleep on the boy. All right, now let me
- 13:51Speaker 2: get back to where I was.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Yeah, here we go. Here we go. I ain't going
- 13:55Speaker 1: to lie. I've been excited about this one all offseason.
- 13:58Speaker 2: If you watched any video I've done, Khalil Ware.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Has been one of my most talked about names.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Consensus ADP, it went up a lot since I first
- 14:09Speaker 2: brought him up. His ADP When I first brought him
- 14:12Speaker 2: up about a month ago, it was at 101. It
- 14:14Speaker 2: has jumped 20 spots in a month, which shows everybody
- 14:19Speaker 2: is locked in.
- 14:19Speaker 1: They're not asleep when it comes to Khalil Ware.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Because one thing for sure, Miles Turner, he's a perimeter-based
- 14:26Speaker 2: big at this point. He's going to open up. And
- 14:29Speaker 2: think about it, man. Khalil Ware shoot threes this year, too.
- 14:32Speaker 2: You've seen him in preseason. He got the three ball, too.
- 14:36Speaker 2: And I know he shot it a little bit in Miami,
- 14:38Speaker 2: but not that much. But think about how much. opportunity
- 14:41Speaker 2: he's going to have in Milwaukee now that he's not,
- 14:45Speaker 2: you know, they're not really playing for a championship. They're
- 14:49Speaker 2: not really going to be in contention for a play-in spot, play-out,
- 14:52Speaker 2: or at least that's the expectation. They might make play-in.
- 14:55Speaker 2: They actually, they roster actually pretty decent. Not even going
- 14:58Speaker 2: to lie to you. But Khalil Ware has produced in
- 15:02Speaker 2: 22 minutes. He's averaged 11 and 9 in 22 minutes
- 15:07Speaker 2: last season with Miami. So imagine what he could do.
- 15:10Speaker 2: He get, 30 minutes a game this season. He can
- 15:14Speaker 2: very well jump to 16 and 11 and be a
- 15:17Speaker 2: most improved player candidate.
- 15:20Speaker 1: So, man, look.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Khalil Ware potential and opportunity is through the roof. And
- 15:27Speaker 2: you talk about pick 80 for Khalil Ware, you're going
- 15:31Speaker 2: to be a league winner.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I promise you.
- 15:33Speaker 2: I bet this name be on a bunch of teams
- 15:36Speaker 2: list for league winners. Anybody who got a championship, I
- 15:41Speaker 2: bet you they had Khalil Ware.
- 15:43Speaker 1: I'm willing to put everything on that.
- 15:46Speaker 2: A lot of league winners this season are going to
- 15:48Speaker 2: have Khalil Ware on their roster because in the round
- 15:51Speaker 2: that you're taking Khalil Ware at pick 80 or between
- 15:56Speaker 2: pick 75 and 85, you get him that late, the
- 15:59Speaker 2: production he's going to give you from that slot is
- 16:02Speaker 2: going to be unmatched. It's going to be too hard
- 16:04Speaker 2: to find that elsewhere. Khalil Ware, round seven value pick.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Round eight, Azar Thompson. I spoke about his twin a
- 16:15Speaker 2: good bit, but Azar, ADP going around 87. But the
- 16:19Speaker 2: good thing about Azar is he can help you without scoring.
- 16:24Speaker 1: He's another one. Like Dyson Daniels, who can get you rebounds, steals.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Provide a lot of transition, or get transition buckets to
- 16:33Speaker 2: where you look up.
- 16:35Speaker 1: And he got like 14, eight, and three.
- 16:37Speaker 2: He'd be like, dang, he didn't even really feel like
- 16:39Speaker 2: he'd done anything, but he did do something. It's just,
- 16:42Speaker 2: it wasn't what the media tells you that's exciting.
- 16:47Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 16:47Speaker 2: Like, Azar Thompson ain't the sexiest name on his list,
- 16:51Speaker 2: but this is where, in round eight, you're able to
- 16:54Speaker 2: grab somebody with his production. In round eight, you're going
- 17:01Speaker 2: to be tough to beat because he offers so much
- 17:04Speaker 2: more than just scoring. Defensive upside, I spoke about that. Rebounds, athleticism,
- 17:10Speaker 2: I spoke about that. By round eight, offense, assists, you know,
- 17:15Speaker 2: you should have offense pretty much covered to where you
- 17:17Speaker 2: could take a flyer on somebody like Azar Thompson.
- 17:20Speaker 1: He's going to be the best value pick in round eight. Hey,
- 17:24Speaker 1: you heard it here first. Ty Jerome, this is one
- 17:32Speaker 1: of my streamer guys. This is one of them.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Like that Memphis roster last season, especially when it got
- 17:37Speaker 2: the silly season. This is what, you know, one of
- 17:42Speaker 2: my favorite people to go grab now. And the thing is,
- 17:44Speaker 2: the reason he was available is because sometimes people get
- 17:47Speaker 2: frustrated and they panic drop somebody. I always be on
- 17:50Speaker 2: the lookout. I'm checking waivers every single day. But look,
- 17:54Speaker 2: his guard value is great. And you talk about pick nine,
- 17:57Speaker 2: you get scoring. 6'3, shooting efficiency.
- 18:01Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? Low turnovers. Like, round nine
- 18:04Speaker 1: for somebody like Ty Jerome.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Like I said, he embodies you being able to find
- 18:10Speaker 2: great offensive production real late in the draft. Ty Jerome
- 18:14Speaker 2: is that. Look, I love what he got, the opportunity
- 18:17Speaker 2: he got in front of him. I spoke about Memphis
- 18:20Speaker 2: a few times over this offseason. They don't really have
- 18:24Speaker 2: a guy. Or they drafted Kambuza to be the guy,
- 18:26Speaker 2: but he's a rookie. Cedric Kyle with a second year guy.
- 18:29Speaker 2: I expect him to go up. But then you talk
- 18:32Speaker 2: about who's going to play make. I like Pip Jr.,
- 18:34Speaker 2: but Ty Jerome, they brought him there to do exactly
- 18:39Speaker 2: what you want him to do. Exactly what you think
- 18:41Speaker 2: he should do. That's why they brought him there. So look,
- 18:44Speaker 2: his risk is worth it in pick nine. Points, assists, threes, efficiency.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Help you with scoring and points, leads. He's going to
- 18:52Speaker 2: have good nights. And teams like Memphis, unfortunately, Bad teams
- 18:57Speaker 2: are in back-to-backs a lot. So you got somebody who
- 19:01Speaker 2: play back-to-backs. They can very well play four, five games
- 19:06Speaker 2: in a week while your people you playing, they guys
- 19:10Speaker 2: only playing three. And at that point, it's just a
- 19:13Speaker 2: numbers game. I got a guy playing four games, five
- 19:16Speaker 2: games in a week, and your guy who's comparable to three. Like,
- 19:23Speaker 2: What are you going to do with that? You know
- 19:24Speaker 2: what I mean? Like that gives you an advantage right there.
- 19:27Speaker 2: And I know that's the type of things that people
- 19:28Speaker 2: don't think about when it comes to this fantasy stuff,
- 19:31Speaker 2: but it's true.
- 19:32Speaker 1: But it's true.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Last but not least in round 10, Brandon Pazimski. Now,
- 19:42Speaker 2: I've been seeing some of the stuff that they got
- 19:44Speaker 2: going on on the interwebs.
- 19:48Speaker 1: They've been clowning him for wanting to beat Steph. But
- 19:53Speaker 1: I ain't going to lie to you.
- 19:54Speaker 2: If there's somebody in the league that Brandon Pazemski should emulate,
- 19:58Speaker 2: it's Steph. Like, let's not clown him for that. He
- 20:02Speaker 2: got paid this offseason. Pazemski did. You should emulate Steph.
- 20:09Speaker 2: You got to do what Steph do. Like, they paid you.
- 20:14Speaker 2: Steph's 37, 38. When he run out, this is who
- 20:18Speaker 2: going to get the keys, at least based on the paycheck.
- 20:20Speaker 1: I'll say that.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Consensus for me for Brandon Pazemski is round 120. Look,
- 20:27Speaker 2: Pazemski can also contribute rebounds from the guard spot, secondary playmaking, threes, scoring.
- 20:35Speaker 2: And then, look, with the injury history that Steph has had,
- 20:39Speaker 2: Over the last few years, Pazemski is going to be
- 20:44Speaker 2: available a lot, barring any injuries to him, obviously. But
- 20:49Speaker 2: Steph has missed time over these last few years. Pazemski
- 20:53Speaker 2: is going to benefit from that if that happens. Now,
- 20:55Speaker 2: I'm not hoping Steph get hurt by no means. You know,
- 20:57Speaker 2: if you've seen me, I pray that all players stay healthy. Obviously,
- 21:01Speaker 2: injuries are a part of the game. We always pray
- 21:04Speaker 2: that they get close to 100% as possible. But look,
- 21:08Speaker 2: his minutes– responsibility is going to be there. They gave
- 21:12Speaker 2: him the bag. Now it's time for him to show
- 21:15Speaker 2: why he got the bag. He got a good opportunity
- 21:18Speaker 2: to do that. No expectations on Golden State. So a
- 21:21Speaker 2: lot of development is going to come from them, probably.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Brandon Pazinski, you know, I'm not guaranteeing he's going to
- 21:29Speaker 2: break out, but I think the opportunity for Brandon Pazinski
- 21:33Speaker 2: to break.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Out is very, very high.
- 21:36Speaker 2: Like I said, the scoring, the three-point, the playmaking, it's
- 21:40Speaker 2: all there for Przemski. Look, that's round 10. If you're
- 21:46Speaker 2: able to get somebody like this in round 10 between
- 21:48Speaker 2: picks 115 through 120, you found a deal. You know,
- 21:53Speaker 2: obviously taper your expectations that late in the draft, but
- 21:56Speaker 2: at 120, 115 to 120, Przemski, Paz, can get you
- 22:01Speaker 2: what you need. I promise you he can. He's going
- 22:03Speaker 2: to be the best value that late in the draft. Look,
- 22:06Speaker 2: I gave y'all 10 names, 10 names. Now let's go
- 22:11Speaker 2: ahead and break this formula down. One, value is relative
- 22:16Speaker 2: to price. And as you know, if you've been watching me,
- 22:20Speaker 2: do not overspend, do not overspend, do not overspend. But
- 22:31Speaker 2: what I mean by value relative to price, Jalen Johnson
- 22:34Speaker 2: in round one, obviously different than Pies in round 10.
- 22:37Speaker 2: But that don't mean you can't find the value in
- 22:40Speaker 2: either round. Value number two, know your team. Know what
- 22:46Speaker 2: you're trying to do. Know what it is you're trying
- 22:49Speaker 2: to build. Understand what your roster is after each round
- 22:55Speaker 2: and know what you need to drive for, how you
- 22:59Speaker 2: need to keep moving forward. Three, don't confuse potential with
- 23:03Speaker 2: guaranteed opportunity. And that's important for the names I gave you,
- 23:07Speaker 2: Khalil Ware, Jerome, Azar, Paszynski. Don't confuse that. Don't confuse
- 23:16Speaker 2: potential with guaranteed opportunity. I know we think they're going
- 23:21Speaker 2: to be crazy. And it could always go differently. We
- 23:24Speaker 2: don't know. But just know in them later rounds in
- 23:28Speaker 2: the draft, That's upside picks anyway. So you should already
- 23:33Speaker 2: know what you're getting yourself into with those upside picks.
- 23:37Speaker 2: And look, value number four, don't try to force all
- 23:40Speaker 2: 10 of these names. I gave y'all names to give
- 23:44Speaker 2: you a reference point. It's like a blueprint. Like, get
- 23:51Speaker 2: this tight player in each of these rounds. If they don't,
- 23:55Speaker 2: Because the draft always going to go differently than you
- 23:58Speaker 2: expect anyway. Yeah, we mock to practice to be ready,
- 24:01Speaker 2: but real drafts always go differently than mocks because somebody's
- 24:05Speaker 2: always going to take a player that they like that
- 24:08Speaker 2: you didn't even expect that they like. So understand, do
- 24:12Speaker 2: not try to draft all 10 of these names. Just
- 24:15Speaker 2: use them as a reference point of how to build
- 24:17Speaker 2: your team. Look, that's been a wrap on the best
- 24:20Speaker 2: value picks in 10 rounds.
- 24:22Speaker 1: Your boy T. Wills. I appreciate y'all for tapping in.
