Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Coming up on relatable for a while there, I would
- 0:02Speaker 1: fully go like this, and I would fully dry up
- 0:07Speaker 1: in there. And I am not kidding.
- 0:10Speaker 2: I put a skid stain on a towel once and
- 0:12Speaker 2: I threw it out and stopped it. I never did
- 0:13Speaker 2: it again.
- 0:15Speaker 3: I couldn't say that.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Okay, I need to begin the episode by saying, we've
- 0:29Speaker 1: got it written down quickly so I remember it, not
- 0:32Speaker 1: proud of it, mad enough to say it. I replied
- 0:38Speaker 1: to an Instagram comment that did an interview flight.
- 0:43Speaker 2: So we recently posted a clip and we spoke about
- 0:46Speaker 2: it more.
- 0:46Speaker 1: In depth on the Patroon episode about how all men
- 0:50Speaker 1: benefit from vines against women.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Yes, right, so posted the clip. I don't know, maybe
- 0:55Speaker 2: we could insert it here. I have no idea.
- 0:57Speaker 3: What are you doing in the day end?
- 0:58Speaker 1: So I went, you know, to hang out there?
- 1:01Speaker 2: No, look, I don't like to hang out there.
- 1:03Speaker 1: But I randomly like I saw I was just doing
- 1:07Speaker 1: gurge in some comments and I was like, look, I'll
- 1:09Speaker 1: read them.
- 1:10Speaker 2: And so someone commented it was a woman said not.
- 1:14Speaker 1: All men, but always a man when it comes to
- 1:17Speaker 1: Valan scans women, because a lot of people would be like,
- 1:19Speaker 1: you know, not all men but it always is amen
- 1:23Speaker 1: when it happens, simple way to put it.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Someone comment.
- 1:26Speaker 1: A man replied to her this woman's comment, saying says
- 1:30Speaker 1: the gender that can't even build a house always women,
- 1:35Speaker 1: leeching off men and weaponizing incompetence to kill people. If
- 1:40Speaker 1: we hit a reset button on history today and separated
- 1:44Speaker 1: the sexes, men would have a functioning city by a year.
- 1:48Speaker 1: You'd still be sitting in the dirt arguing about your
- 1:51Speaker 1: vibes and moral superiority. You haven't built a single thing
- 1:55Speaker 1: that the rest of the world actually needs to survive.
- 1:59Speaker 1: You're a passing, You're on a ship you don't understand,
- 2:01Speaker 1: complaining about the crew that's keeping you from drowning.
- 2:05Speaker 4: And so I read that, and I was like, fuck, dude, bro, oh,
- 2:12Speaker 4: it's so easy to like, I don't know, we get
- 2:16Speaker 4: caught up in our own world and think like men
- 2:18Speaker 4: like that don't exist, and obviously I do.
- 2:20Speaker 3: But just being who we are that.
- 2:22Speaker 5: Is fucking wild, So I replied, I reply, I replied,
- 2:30Speaker 5: so that that person, I'm just gonna say, went by
- 2:32Speaker 5: the Instagram handle spill dot l Brian one.
- 2:36Speaker 3: His name's always Brian.
- 2:38Speaker 1: So I replied, I said, women have the ability to
- 2:41Speaker 1: grow a little literal human dot dot dot, And we
- 2:45Speaker 1: know for a fact that is the only thing keeping
- 2:48Speaker 1: this world going. If we want to survive, survive as
- 2:51Speaker 1: a species, we need more humans as much as a
- 2:55Speaker 1: human needs air to breathe. Also, while I'm here, I
- 2:59Speaker 1: want to ask you have personally, in quotes built that
- 3:03Speaker 1: the rest of the world needs to survive because the
- 3:06Speaker 1: vast majority of women can grow a child. So again
- 3:10Speaker 1: I ask you to indulge me on what's so special
- 3:12Speaker 1: about you?
- 3:13Speaker 2: Did he reply?
- 3:16Speaker 1: And I was like, oh god, I hope you don't
- 3:18Speaker 1: reply to that, because I said it in a moment
- 3:20Speaker 1: of emotion. I started it out. I was like, puck,
- 3:23Speaker 1: this guy.
- 3:24Speaker 3: I've seen the status too, and like, women create a
- 3:27Speaker 3: computer programming, Oh no, yeah, women invent teacher. They like
- 3:31Speaker 3: created that most fundamental part of creating electricity. They've created
- 3:34Speaker 3: like everything. It's how oblivious men can be is crazy
- 3:37Speaker 3: to me.
- 3:37Speaker 2: We're sure women invented Wi Fi.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Yeah, I hate too that, Like, I don't know, I
- 3:42Speaker 3: suppose what we did kind of like opposes both genders.
- 3:45Speaker 3: But it's not a competition. It's like we should bring
- 3:48Speaker 3: each other up together. It's not like men that the
- 3:50Speaker 3: committed we could do sho their hands, no women to
- 3:52Speaker 3: It's like we're both equal people and it should be
- 3:55Speaker 3: we're here on this planet together to benefit each other.
- 3:58Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 3:59Speaker 3: True, so we both have perks that could benefit each other.
- 4:02Speaker 3: But for some reason, I like to use this word,
- 4:04Speaker 3: they juxtapose each other.
- 4:05Speaker 1: And so like when it comes to what the video
- 4:10Speaker 1: we posted, Yeah, so the video we posted was a
- 4:13Speaker 1: very short part of a longer conversation about how all men,
- 4:17Speaker 1: even the end quotes good men benefit from violence against
- 4:20Speaker 1: women because of all these things, and actually, to be fair,
- 4:22Speaker 1: we should go through maybe we'll do it on Patreon
- 4:25Speaker 1: coming out this week comments. A lot of the comments
- 4:28Speaker 1: actually have pointed out some like really like a lot
- 4:30Speaker 1: of things where men benefit because the fact that violetment
- 4:33Speaker 1: E is this but we'll go into that later in
- 4:35Speaker 1: a different episode. And he who's so this woman's replied
- 4:38Speaker 1: like not all men, but always our man, which like
- 4:40Speaker 1: makes sense for the video she watched. And then this
- 4:43Speaker 1: guy's comment doesn't make any sense for the video that
- 4:47Speaker 1: was posted, Like he's not trying to say at all
- 4:51Speaker 1: that like men aren't violence against women.
- 4:53Speaker 2: He's just out here being like fuck you you're.
- 4:55Speaker 1: A woman, build something? Yeah, it was like, it's good,
- 4:58Speaker 1: nothing to do with the video, shouldn't comment to.
- 5:00Speaker 3: That's like the classic example. You probably shouldn't have, but
- 5:02Speaker 3: who cares. Your emotions took over. That's the classic man
- 5:05Speaker 3: response in a sense, they feel threatened, have no articulate response,
- 5:10Speaker 3: their backs against the wall, and they're like, yeah, well
- 5:11Speaker 3: you can't fucking build shit.
- 5:13Speaker 1: I know, Like what have you built? Yeah? And also
- 5:16Speaker 1: most typical, right, it's so dumb but so funny, is
- 5:20Speaker 1: like there's this whole thing of all these men being
- 5:22Speaker 1: like what have women built?
- 5:24Speaker 2: Right?
- 5:25Speaker 1: But it like the men that ask the question what
- 5:28Speaker 1: have women built? Like women haven't built anything, blah blah
- 5:30Speaker 1: blah blah blah. Like all those men are saying that
- 5:34Speaker 1: argument as if they have built something so that has
- 5:37Speaker 1: made the world spin. But like they're just part of
- 5:41Speaker 1: a gender that does have a lot of people that
- 5:43Speaker 1: have built shit that have made the world spin. But
- 5:46Speaker 1: women have also, like women as a gender have also
- 5:49Speaker 1: made a lot of shit that make the world spin.
- 5:50Speaker 3: It's so weird why they think men built most of
- 5:54Speaker 3: the stuff because they suppressed women for the first fucking
- 5:58Speaker 3: thousand years. They weren't allowed to build shit.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Women weren't literally allowed to do anything, Like, no, wonder
- 6:04Speaker 2: we did everything. It's just yes.
- 6:06Speaker 3: So I just response.
- 6:07Speaker 2: I wanted to come out and be like bad. He's like,
- 6:09Speaker 2: if you see that comment.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Ignore it.
- 6:10Speaker 1: No, I shouldn't have done it.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Sometimes it's funny though, like even outside that, I feel
- 6:15Speaker 3: very passionate about some of the things we talk about
- 6:18Speaker 3: and someone will comment, and I'm good at catching myself
- 6:21Speaker 3: out and be like, oh, nobody know. You know where
- 6:23Speaker 3: your opinions stand, you know what's right and wrong.
- 6:25Speaker 1: This is why I shouldn't go in, because I'll just
- 6:28Speaker 1: start trying to tear people to shreads.
- 6:30Speaker 2: I'm like, I was like shaken when I was writing,
- 6:32Speaker 2: and I was like, oh.
- 6:36Speaker 3: The Relatables podcast is hosted by myself, Audio Clark aka me,
- 6:39Speaker 3: and my partner in crime, mister Jake Craig aka Daddy
- 6:43Speaker 3: d Yeah, boy, I will say Daddy has a bit
- 6:46Speaker 3: of fashion these past. Like I'm gonna say.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Six to five weeks, I'll take that.
- 6:52Speaker 3: I feel, are you putting in more effort? Am I
- 6:55Speaker 3: putting in more f or is it coming more naturally
- 6:57Speaker 3: to you?
- 6:58Speaker 1: I don't know. Sorry, guys, it's the funny thing about
- 7:03Speaker 1: our studio is that we have a piece of soundproofing
- 7:05Speaker 1: on a door that falls every week and it just
- 7:10Speaker 1: felt But no, my fact, I appreciate it. That's a
- 7:14Speaker 1: nice thing to say. And the answer is I want
- 7:17Speaker 1: to say, I.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Think it's the hats.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Okay, I would say that's the only thing I've changed,
- 7:21Speaker 1: Like I've always worn blank stuff.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I think even today when I picked
- 7:25Speaker 3: you up, you're looking pretty drippy.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Oh yeah, so today bad is I'll wear it. I'm
- 7:31Speaker 1: not wearing it right now because I've got to jump
- 7:32Speaker 1: from But you know how you see people.
- 7:34Speaker 3: With bold, I'll tell you that.
- 7:36Speaker 2: So I thought of this outfit yesterday.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I laid it out for this morning because like im,
- 7:41Speaker 1: whenever I'm coming, whenever I'm coming, I lay it out,
- 7:45Speaker 1: and because I'm going to catch a flight and get
- 7:47Speaker 1: I want to be ready easy. So you ever think
- 7:52Speaker 1: in your head and outfit's going to look good?
- 7:53Speaker 3: Yea, it looks clapped and you lay.
- 7:54Speaker 1: It out right this morning I go to put it
- 7:57Speaker 1: on and I look at it and I think, like,
- 7:59Speaker 1: I don't like this anywhere as much as I thought
- 8:01Speaker 1: I was going to.
- 8:02Speaker 2: But I don't hate it.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Enough to be like this is a bad outfit. So
- 8:06Speaker 1: I thought, I'm just going to rock it, like I'm
- 8:08Speaker 1: just going to force myself to rock this outfit and
- 8:11Speaker 1: just like try and be a bit bold. And it
- 8:12Speaker 1: was just white, black shoes, black pants, black long sleeve
- 8:16Speaker 1: with a gray muscle tea over top of the long sleeve.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Usually people would wear a long sleeve underneath, just like
- 8:22Speaker 1: a property shirt. And I thought, I'm just going to
- 8:25Speaker 1: fucking do it good, you know what. I think I'll
- 8:28Speaker 1: wear it again and again. And I also said in
- 8:30Speaker 1: the vlog the reason I did it was because I
- 8:32Speaker 1: want to start looking like I ride a motorbike because.
- 8:34Speaker 2: We're getting motorbikes.
- 8:35Speaker 3: And if you want to see that content as well
- 8:37Speaker 3: as the logs on Patrion eight nine nine a month
- 8:39Speaker 3: early plug and I like to say I'm in fire
- 8:41Speaker 3: with these plugs, and Jake won't let me have it.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I mean, but what was the plug there Patreon?
- 8:47Speaker 3: Yeah, I want to say it too. I'm surprised you
- 8:49Speaker 3: took it that way. Well, you said it was very
- 8:51Speaker 3: nice that I said you looked drippy for the last
- 8:54Speaker 3: five to six weeks. I thought you would have said,
- 8:56Speaker 3: so you think I look like shit prior to that.
- 8:58Speaker 1: No, man, I'm not a woman, you fucking red pillman,
- 9:04Speaker 1: red pillman. No, I don't think because what I didn't
- 9:08Speaker 1: hear you like what I didn't hear I looked bad
- 9:12Speaker 1: for the five or six I didn't.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Heard the compliment. Okay.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Usually when I try and compliment you, you're like, you're
- 9:18Speaker 3: it's nice thing to say.
- 9:18Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
- 9:20Speaker 2: But now I.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Find I feel like I've just been going blank stuff and.
- 9:25Speaker 2: The Camo is back.
- 9:27Speaker 3: I can you happy with the percentages?
- 9:29Speaker 2: To be fair?
- 9:30Speaker 1: Can you eat your words? What it was fifty?
- 9:32Speaker 3: It was like fifty six mile way? Yeah, for the
- 9:34Speaker 3: vote on his forty four miles. I'm happy with Camo back.
- 9:37Speaker 2: That's almost fifty to fifty by No, but you were
- 9:40Speaker 2: positive in that episode. Yeah, that Camo is not back.
- 9:44Speaker 3: I should have specified, but I'm not gonna admit that
- 9:47Speaker 3: you were right. I should have specified. Camo's not back
- 9:49Speaker 3: on you.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Why Camo's back back on me?
- 9:54Speaker 3: No?
- 9:55Speaker 1: No, no, no, I would own anything camera because if
- 9:58Speaker 1: you do, then that hypocritical.
- 9:59Speaker 3: I've a hat that cast he bought me, but hypocrite.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Do you wear it? No? Not really, it doesn't suit
- 10:02Speaker 3: me back on suit, my tiny head. Do you when
- 10:08Speaker 3: I do you ever do this? I assume you do
- 10:11Speaker 3: like how I did, And I only do.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Whatever when I'm flying now, But like the night prior
- 10:17Speaker 1: to going somewhere, lay out and outfit like.
- 10:20Speaker 3: I don't layout outfit really, no, no at all. I've
- 10:23Speaker 3: never do it.
- 10:23Speaker 2: You always like you have it in your mind.
- 10:25Speaker 1: I issue and then pick them out one by one
- 10:28Speaker 1: out of your closet.
- 10:29Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what I do.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Nah, I find if I'm excited to do something, like
- 10:33Speaker 1: part of that excitement for me is the night prior
- 10:36Speaker 1: actually getting the outfit together and taking it out like
- 10:40Speaker 1: into the open, folding it and laying it there and
- 10:43Speaker 1: being like I'm going to put.
- 10:44Speaker 2: You on tomorrow.
- 10:45Speaker 3: I'm going to put you on. Now what I do?
- 10:46Speaker 3: I normally start with the pants and then go from
- 10:48Speaker 3: there so I know what pants I am going to wear,
- 10:50Speaker 3: jeans or nice perth three quarters or something, and then
- 10:53Speaker 3: I'll interchange shirts depending on that. Like I don't put
- 10:56Speaker 3: it on and look at it like I better whatever
- 10:59Speaker 3: that's I do.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Oh see.
- 11:01Speaker 1: I actually will lay clothes out on the bed in
- 11:04Speaker 1: human form, like you know what I mean, lay it
- 11:07Speaker 1: out as if it's.
- 11:08Speaker 3: On a humid way to put it sometimes to check it,
- 11:10Speaker 3: get a mannekin or something.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Actually, why don't people have mannequins in there?
- 11:15Speaker 3: Pretty funny? What are you doing, jakele? This is what
- 11:16Speaker 3: I dress myself with.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Would that be creepy?
- 11:18Speaker 1: Like you get a mannequin that that has your skin
- 11:22Speaker 1: complexion and you start to why does that.
- 11:25Speaker 3: Have to have your skin complexion? But for further color,
- 11:28Speaker 3: I'll get my little more tanned.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Because like I, then you might not suit.
- 11:34Speaker 3: What's then I can picture like that's what I want
- 11:36Speaker 3: to look like, work towards my goals.
- 11:39Speaker 1: That's a good point. A tan will do wonders through.
- 11:42Speaker 3: I'm cutting at the moment and like I'm actually looking
- 11:45Speaker 3: pretty good, but I can't tell because I'm so fucking pasty,
- 11:48Speaker 3: pale and white.
- 11:49Speaker 1: It's also like you can't really tan here right now.
- 11:52Speaker 3: No, well know, winter in Australia, especially with my complexion
- 11:56Speaker 3: found out.
- 11:57Speaker 1: So I definitely have about twenty five percent Scandinavian. And
- 12:02Speaker 1: so then she sent me this like Scandinavian like thing.
- 12:06Speaker 1: It's like Norway or something like that, and apparently they
- 12:09Speaker 1: all have very fair skin.
- 12:11Speaker 3: Clark's like the most English name.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Ever, I feel like Craigs are pretty.
- 12:15Speaker 1: We have the widest name, to be fair, though, my
- 12:17Speaker 1: Scandinavian comes from my mom, and I have my dad's
- 12:19Speaker 1: her maiden name, my mom's maiden Okay, my mom her
- 12:24Speaker 1: maiden name is Tilly.
- 12:25Speaker 2: But she's adopted.
- 12:26Speaker 3: Ah, so her adopted father who's not her blood father,
- 12:30Speaker 3: Tilly has she diven doven into that? Yeah?
- 12:34Speaker 1: Yeah, she she she knows her biological mom and she
- 12:36Speaker 1: knows her biological dad.
- 12:38Speaker 3: It's funny her biological dad's dead. I feel like a
- 12:41Speaker 3: lot of that generation were adopted. I don't know if
- 12:45Speaker 3: that's a was that a crazy thing to say?
- 12:47Speaker 2: I don't I mean, I don't know.
- 12:49Speaker 1: I don't know where you got that information.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Really, as well as his mum's adopted, Really there's three
- 12:57Speaker 3: all the same age bracket or in our immediate circle.
- 13:00Speaker 3: Whereas like now, I don't.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Know when, I don't know.
- 13:02Speaker 2: I feel like adoption is just a thing luck.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I think, yeah, it's always generation where.
- 13:08Speaker 2: More people adopt it. Maybe it was more common back then.
- 13:13Speaker 3: It sounded like a crazy thing today.
- 13:14Speaker 1: But I still say, but yeah, right now, that's for
- 13:17Speaker 1: so my mom she knows her biological mom yeah. I
- 13:19Speaker 1: actually I've known my mom's biological mom since I was
- 13:22Speaker 1: like young young. Yeah. And then her biological dad I
- 13:26Speaker 1: never met, but like apparently he just like always lived
- 13:31Speaker 1: like forty five minutes away crazy.
- 13:33Speaker 2: From where my mom lives.
- 13:34Speaker 3: That's such a mind. That is a mind, Okay.
- 13:38Speaker 1: And then she has a biological brother who I think
- 13:42Speaker 1: is a half brother but still like I guess half
- 13:44Speaker 1: biological or whatever, who is like full on. I think
- 13:48Speaker 1: he's like Hell's Angels, bikey gang. Oh I cool.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Motorbikes in the blood.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Motor bikes are in my blood.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Yeah, honestly, honestly it is. Oh my uncle's are right too,
- 14:02Speaker 3: that's you know blood.
- 14:03Speaker 2: How much time bike to his uncle ride?
- 14:05Speaker 3: He used to be the guy who like teaches people
- 14:07Speaker 3: to do their l's and that I don't know what
- 14:09Speaker 3: he had. I should probably like reach out and like
- 14:11Speaker 3: try and rekinder that relationship in a full part. I
- 14:14Speaker 3: don't know, But I've never been close with like any
- 14:16Speaker 3: of my sort of never had a bad relationship, but
- 14:19Speaker 3: we're just not close with anyone like that in our family.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Where do they live on the beaches so they're not
- 14:24Speaker 3: too far down a half away?
- 14:25Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a fifteen minute, very right if you only
- 14:28Speaker 1: have one cousin.
- 14:29Speaker 2: Though, right yeah yeah, age thirty two maybe.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Yeah, a little bit older, so even older than your
- 14:35Speaker 1: brother though yeah yeah brothers older than you.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Yeah, so I yuess that makes sense?
- 14:39Speaker 1: Like I probably the only reason I would say I
- 14:42Speaker 1: have close relationship with auntie's and uncles is because my
- 14:45Speaker 1: dad's close with his own siblings.
- 14:47Speaker 2: True.
- 14:48Speaker 3: Yeah, Where do you stand in a sense of suppose
- 14:51Speaker 3: you see that's normal when you start having your own family.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Do you want to be really close with all the
- 14:58Speaker 3: extended family or do you want to have like your
- 15:00Speaker 3: own little bubble where like this is us.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Hmmm, good question.
- 15:05Speaker 1: I growing up quite liked that my whole extent and
- 15:09Speaker 1: my whole extending and family only saw each other like
- 15:11Speaker 1: maybe once a year, which is actually a fair bit,
- 15:14Speaker 1: I guess because they all live like four eight hours
- 15:16Speaker 1: away or whatever.
- 15:19Speaker 2: What do I want to do?
- 15:20Speaker 1: Well, okay, where I think that my kids are going
- 15:25Speaker 1: to be closer with Beth's side of the family, because
- 15:31Speaker 1: I like the relationship I have with my parents, my
- 15:35Speaker 1: dad and my stepmom so in Australia is like I
- 15:40Speaker 1: could if I didn't live with them right now, on
- 15:43Speaker 1: the same property.
- 15:45Speaker 2: I could go month.
- 15:46Speaker 1: About that to you though, and that's a me thing, yeah,
- 15:48Speaker 1: but I think it's also my dad thing, and so
- 15:51Speaker 1: that like because him and I have both that type
- 15:54Speaker 1: of personality. Yeah, we could go months without talking and
- 15:58Speaker 1: then you.
- 15:59Speaker 3: Should try even though you live with him.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Can we talk a lot now? And then my younger
- 16:06Speaker 1: brother and sister here, Haley and Ethan, I'm not close
- 16:10Speaker 1: with them. I've been going to the gym with Ethan,
- 16:11Speaker 1: So maybe our relationship will like blossom into something a
- 16:14Speaker 1: bit more and will be flourish, well connect on some
- 16:17Speaker 1: other things, Like sometimes I beat myself off and feel
- 16:21Speaker 1: guilty for not like trying harder with them.
- 16:23Speaker 3: No, that's a relatable thing too, but I think I
- 16:25Speaker 3: fuck it.
- 16:26Speaker 2: I can just may as well start now.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Best time to start was, you know, four years ago,
- 16:30Speaker 1: five years ago, but the second best time to starts now.
- 16:32Speaker 1: So I'm just like taking it to the gym and shit.
- 16:34Speaker 3: What ah like relationships with family members like they're never
- 16:39Speaker 3: I feel like the most relatable thing is they're never bad.
- 16:43Speaker 3: They can be, they can be, yeah, yeah, I know
- 16:45Speaker 3: what you mean, but like they're never like flourishing. Yeah,
- 16:51Speaker 3: besties because you have so much in common with your
- 16:53Speaker 3: brother and sisters. But then like, no, I would disagree.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Some people are very close, like you and your brother
- 16:57Speaker 1: aren't close.
- 16:58Speaker 3: Nah, but we're still on great ter. But also like
- 17:00Speaker 3: we're not that close.
- 17:01Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 17:02Speaker 3: I've always put that down to like the three year
- 17:05Speaker 3: age Japman were always in different places mentally and like
- 17:09Speaker 3: financially and related.
- 17:11Speaker 2: All that stuff.
- 17:11Speaker 3: So we've always been slightly he's always been three steps ahead.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Yeah, just like I guess, But I also feel like
- 17:16Speaker 2: that's a cop out because name of life. I don't know.
- 17:18Speaker 3: If I met someone now in there three years older
- 17:19Speaker 3: than I wouldn't think anything of it.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Yeah, But also you and your brother, like if you
- 17:22Speaker 1: really think about how much you have in common, like
- 17:24Speaker 1: is it a lot now?
- 17:25Speaker 3: Actually pretty different?
- 17:26Speaker 1: Yeah, like you guys, you guys love each other, like
- 17:29Speaker 1: if you really think about it, it's a we harsh way
- 17:31Speaker 1: to say, like you love each other because you're brothers,
- 17:33Speaker 1: Like you wouldn't be friends outside of that, and you
- 17:35Speaker 1: are friends because of that. Like my older sister will
- 17:38Speaker 1: hate that I say this, but like her and I
- 17:41Speaker 1: would not be friends if we weren't related, like me
- 17:44Speaker 1: and Joanna, my older sister when we're together, like we
- 17:46Speaker 1: are close.
- 17:48Speaker 2: I don't talk to him much now because she lives
- 17:49Speaker 2: in Canada, but.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Like we literally wouldn't be if we weren't related.
- 17:56Speaker 3: And I don't know if it's like a hard thing
- 17:57Speaker 3: to wrap your head around, though yeah, I think I pertly.
- 18:00Speaker 1: I am totally fine wrapping my head around that, Like
- 18:04Speaker 1: I can so easily compartmentalize that, like not get emotional
- 18:09Speaker 1: about it.
- 18:09Speaker 2: I guess look to answer your question that I really
- 18:13Speaker 2: was my question answer right now?
- 18:17Speaker 1: To answer your question, I think that my family so
- 18:22Speaker 1: consisting of like myself, Beth, our children, and whoever else
- 18:28Speaker 1: our dogs.
- 18:28Speaker 2: I guess I don't know.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I think that we are going to be like the
- 18:33Speaker 1: the ones that just speak when spoken to, oh even Beth.
- 18:41Speaker 2: With my family speak you know what I mean. But
- 18:44Speaker 2: you know what I mean.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I'm the type to just like literally like it makes
- 18:50Speaker 1: me sound selfish, and maybe it is, but like I'm
- 18:52Speaker 1: the type to just very much focus on going and
- 18:55Speaker 1: doing my thing and then like I would go to Yeah,
- 19:02Speaker 1: unless when I have children, my parents, like my dad
- 19:05Speaker 1: and my stepmom are like fucking we want to be there,
- 19:07Speaker 1: We want to be involved or like Jake will have
- 19:09Speaker 1: stopped being a fucking ass for a kid, and they
- 19:12Speaker 1: will yeah, okay, and then yeah, I'm just going to
- 19:16Speaker 1: be the one that is like doing his own thing
- 19:19Speaker 1: all the time. That's going to be because I also
- 19:22Speaker 1: don't really like speak to my siblings or my parents,
- 19:25Speaker 1: my mum much over in Canada about you.
- 19:27Speaker 3: I don't know. Growing up I would have said the
- 19:29Speaker 3: exact same as you. But I feel like now that
- 19:33Speaker 3: I've gotten older and a bit more mature, I've started
- 19:36Speaker 3: to really appreciate my parents especially. I think I was
- 19:40Speaker 3: oblivious to that growing up. And I think Cassie is
- 19:44Speaker 3: very family orientated, which I love about her. Yeah, I
- 19:47Speaker 3: think her side was sordid, but I do think growing
- 19:50Speaker 3: up I never had that like having I'm never going.
- 19:54Speaker 2: To be close with my cousins and shit, I don't.
- 19:56Speaker 3: Think, but I think I'll bring like grandparents into it
- 20:01Speaker 3: a lot more. But I remember as a kid like
- 20:02Speaker 3: kind of like grandparents.
- 20:04Speaker 2: Was like a track.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I had a lot to do with my grandparents
- 20:07Speaker 1: as a kid.
- 20:08Speaker 3: I sort of did when I was younger. But I
- 20:10Speaker 3: also I do remember being like, ah, it's just a
- 20:11Speaker 3: fucking energy.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Yeah, to be fair.
- 20:13Speaker 1: I guess I think that you growing up you live,
- 20:15Speaker 1: you grew up here, Yeah, how far was your closest
- 20:18Speaker 1: grandparents and and and a half? Like your parents were
- 20:21Speaker 1: never going to drop you off to a grandparents' house
- 20:23Speaker 1: to be babysad No, Whereas when I grew up that
- 20:27Speaker 1: was a thing. Like when I was in Canada with
- 20:29Speaker 1: my mom for the first couple of years, like we
- 20:31Speaker 1: lived with her parents, like with my grandparents, and so
- 20:34Speaker 1: I had just like they just looked after us every
- 20:37Speaker 1: day because my mum had to go get a job,
- 20:39Speaker 1: so they just looked after us all the time. And
- 20:40Speaker 1: so I just like it was always super close with them.
- 20:43Speaker 1: And but I don't know, I just don't see me
- 20:46Speaker 1: being the type to lean on family, even though I
- 20:48Speaker 1: know I can. If that maybe that makes more sense,
- 20:51Speaker 1: Like I won't lean on them.
- 20:52Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 20:52Speaker 3: Maybe I don't want to lean on them in a
- 20:53Speaker 3: sense of like daycare, but I would love to. I
- 20:56Speaker 3: just I do lean is not the right word, but
- 20:59Speaker 3: like get them to teach my kids who they are
- 21:03Speaker 3: and like what traits they have that I can't can't
- 21:06Speaker 3: do have a relationship. Yeah, Like they're they're their own
- 21:09Speaker 3: people and they have great things about them, they have
- 21:11Speaker 3: bad things about them, but I want them to experience
- 21:12Speaker 3: those great things like I did as a child while
- 21:14Speaker 3: they're still here, which I think is beautiful.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Like that's yeah, like me growing up, that is beautiful.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Me growing up, it was like a big fun event
- 21:25Speaker 1: to go to have a sleepover my grandparents once my
- 21:30Speaker 1: mom had moved out and stuff.
- 21:31Speaker 3: Now I remember dreading it so my that was like
- 21:33Speaker 3: a big fun thing.
- 21:35Speaker 2: I loved my grandpa.
- 21:36Speaker 3: Did your grandparents have that lad clock?
- 21:39Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, yeah their house they had noise. Grandparents houses
- 21:43Speaker 2: make me love my grandparents.
- 21:46Speaker 3: Yeah, like I used to love it was easy to
- 21:49Speaker 3: come by money.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know about that. I don't know that's
- 21:55Speaker 1: what it is.
- 21:55Speaker 2: But like my grandma used to just like we used
- 21:57Speaker 2: to make cookies. They they just were retired. They retired
- 22:00Speaker 2: relatively early, so like they were always retired.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Just from my whole memories, was then retired, like we
- 22:06Speaker 1: would just like fucking like make cookies, watch movies like
- 22:09Speaker 1: it was it was like the best. Yeah.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Yeah, And then being with my parents was kind of
- 22:13Speaker 2: like this is boring.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Yeah, it's because they got so much, like they're not
- 22:17Speaker 3: really apparenting you. Then it's like it's like an uncle
- 22:20Speaker 3: fun grandparent.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, my grandparents they just were like the
- 22:22Speaker 1: ones that would give us junk food and they would
- 22:24Speaker 1: just fucking spoil us.
- 22:25Speaker 2: It was the best thing ever.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Mmmm.
- 22:27Speaker 2: But so I honestly would like my kids to have that.
- 22:30Speaker 1: So here's the thing though, is like I feel like
- 22:34Speaker 1: it's not like it's not up to me to say
- 22:37Speaker 1: to my parents I want them to have that, you
- 22:39Speaker 1: know what I mean? I suppose it's up to them. Yeah,
- 22:42Speaker 1: Like I feel like my parents are gonna have to
- 22:43Speaker 1: be the ones to be like, you know, we just
- 22:47Speaker 1: like maybe always want to be.
- 22:48Speaker 2: There I've known.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Is that?
- 22:49Speaker 2: Is that the right thing?
- 22:50Speaker 3: Kind of do you reckon?
- 22:51Speaker 2: You are I reckon?
- 22:52Speaker 3: The best way to put you is independent.
- 22:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm pretty independent because.
- 22:56Speaker 3: Your age gap between your siblings too, like they're still
- 22:59Speaker 3: kind of arrenting them where it's like you're an adult definitely,
- 23:02Speaker 3: and do you reckon? That's why you also like think
- 23:05Speaker 3: I'm just gonna do my own thing and if they
- 23:06Speaker 3: want to come along for the ride, they can, but
- 23:07Speaker 3: also like I'm not going to lean on them. As
- 23:09Speaker 3: you said, it's a great qu Yeah, That's a good
- 23:12Speaker 3: question because they're like, I felt three years behind my brother.
- 23:15Speaker 3: They're like, what's that seventies?
- 23:17Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 23:18Speaker 1: Is that the difference between you and well, me and
- 23:19Speaker 1: Hailey seven, me and Ethan's ten? Fuck ten years?
- 23:23Speaker 2: I think it's like nine and a bit.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Yeah, shit, twenty nine year?
- 23:30Speaker 3: So bad, bro, It's so like, honestly putting life into perspective, like,
- 23:35Speaker 3: I don't feel twenty six. Yeah, sixty year. I still
- 23:39Speaker 3: feel like I'm fucking sixteen.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Well, I've been telling Pi I still I still accidentally
- 23:43Speaker 1: say I'm twenty five because I was obviously twenty five
- 23:45Speaker 1: for a full year, so I'm getting used to saying
- 23:47Speaker 1: twenty six still, So when I'm twenty seven, I assume
- 23:49Speaker 1: I'll say I'm twenty six, but I'm actually twenty seven.
- 23:51Speaker 3: Yeah, what about have you come to terms with being
- 23:53Speaker 3: in your late twenties?
- 23:55Speaker 2: So tell me why you think twenty six is late twenties.
- 24:00Speaker 3: A lot of people said that online anything over twenty
- 24:02Speaker 3: five is late twenty is it?
- 24:04Speaker 2: Really?
- 24:04Speaker 3: You could go fifty to fifty.
- 24:05Speaker 1: So it's like, is twenty five the only time you're
- 24:08Speaker 1: in your mid twenties?
- 24:08Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 24:09Speaker 3: Just for that one year?
- 24:10Speaker 1: Yeah, So it's like, literally, twenty to twenty four is
- 24:13Speaker 1: early twenties. Well, twenty one to twenty four is early twenties,
- 24:16Speaker 1: twenty five is your mid twenties.
- 24:18Speaker 3: You should just be mid twenty twenties.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Because I've been saying to people like, no, twenty four,
- 24:22Speaker 2: twenty five, twenty six is the mid twenties, and then
- 24:24Speaker 2: twenty seven is mid to late twenties, and then twenty
- 24:27Speaker 2: eight late twenties.
- 24:28Speaker 3: It's always so hard to comprehend for me because all
- 24:30Speaker 3: the people I like consume online too are turning like
- 24:33Speaker 3: early thirties, and I'm thinking it's so old, but it's also.
- 24:36Speaker 2: So close, so you know what.
- 24:38Speaker 1: You know what I do sometimes to make myself feel
- 24:40Speaker 1: better about like comparing myself online.
- 24:42Speaker 2: I'll be like, oh, but they're thirty two, and.
- 24:44Speaker 1: It's like yeah, Jake, and a couple of blinks, you'll
- 24:46Speaker 1: be there, mate, I know, like think you might have
- 24:50Speaker 1: sought your shit out.
- 24:51Speaker 3: The gigs are like thirty four, thirty three, the yea, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 24:54Speaker 3: I do a clip of that. I was like, oh,
- 24:55Speaker 3: I've got ages.
- 24:57Speaker 1: That's so funny because I will say to myself like
- 25:00Speaker 1: shits and gigs started their podcasts when they were like
- 25:02Speaker 1: twenty eight, So they were both like twenty eight when
- 25:04Speaker 1: they started recording their pod.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Yeah, and I'm like, we're not even there yet, you.
- 25:08Speaker 1: Know, Like.
- 25:10Speaker 2: I was thinking like, yeah, but in a couple of.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Weeks, like you will be there.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Oh, comparison is the thief of joy. And I'm going
- 25:15Speaker 3: to manifest something right now. I'm a big manifesto at
- 25:18Speaker 3: the moment, I reckon the baddie who signs off the
- 25:21Speaker 3: episode at the end, will sign it off with some
- 25:25Speaker 3: comparisons wisdom. Oh, imagine, imagine that I'm manifesting.
- 25:29Speaker 2: Imagine that happens.
- 25:30Speaker 1: That's a if she if she signs it off, you know,
- 25:32Speaker 1: I say, she.
- 25:33Speaker 2: It could be important.
- 25:35Speaker 3: And then I looked at the names.
- 25:38Speaker 1: If the baddie then signs this off says something about
- 25:41Speaker 1: like don't compare yourself, you lose it.
- 25:44Speaker 3: We'll give you a thousand dollars. Wait, did you what
- 25:47Speaker 3: already that?
- 25:49Speaker 1: And if she doesn't, will you give me a thousand? No?
- 25:52Speaker 3: I feel like that throws away further. No, Okay, that
- 25:56Speaker 3: throws goes more towards you. I was gonna say, if
- 25:59Speaker 3: she's not to put my money on it, if she
- 26:02Speaker 3: says something about comparison. You have to admit that Camo's out,
- 26:07Speaker 3: and if she doesn't, I'll admit that you don't.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Care that you are being a genius a red pill man.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Right, How is that not admitting you're wrong?
- 26:18Speaker 1: No, there's a vote.
- 26:20Speaker 2: There's a vote and a pole, and it's like, because
- 26:23Speaker 2: there was forty six percent or whatever of forty four
- 26:26Speaker 2: percent vote, saying Camo is not back in.
- 26:28Speaker 3: Yeah, that's less than telling you if this happens, I
- 26:33Speaker 3: will admit that you're right.
- 26:34Speaker 7: There.
- 26:36Speaker 2: No, that's not how it works. That's how The fact
- 26:39Speaker 2: that the pole is speaking for itself is the fact
- 26:41Speaker 2: is when you should admit I'm right.
- 26:42Speaker 3: We all have choices in Lifejack, and this is the
- 26:43Speaker 3: choice I'm making.
- 26:46Speaker 1: So this is probably one of those moments where I
- 26:48Speaker 1: shouldn't argue.
- 26:49Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not that it's not that I think you're right,
- 26:51Speaker 3: it's that I don't want to agree with you.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Wait a second, is that why all the men in
- 26:58Speaker 1: comments sections are like falling back on listen, listen, listen,
- 27:04Speaker 1: all men in comment sections and all men in like
- 27:06Speaker 1: the MANI spere and shit right, So they'll be like, oh, like.
- 27:10Speaker 2: What if women built? What of women?
- 27:12Speaker 1: Built wall, or they'll bring up some stupid statistic that
- 27:17Speaker 1: like is just not relevant to the issue at hand.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Is the fact that they're just like they're like they're
- 27:24Speaker 1: not saying so like if someone says, oh, men are
- 27:27Speaker 1: so violence against violent against women, which is a fact, right,
- 27:32Speaker 1: they don't ever say like no, no, no, they're not.
- 27:35Speaker 1: They always try and be like, yeah.
- 27:36Speaker 2: But women didn't build anything, Like what are you talking
- 27:38Speaker 2: about with the thing?
- 27:40Speaker 3: So that's kind of them emitting that it's right.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Yeah, So, like I think we should probably start taking
- 27:44Speaker 1: all these men that are just trying to like throw
- 27:47Speaker 1: random facts that you like all the or the.
- 27:49Speaker 6: Majority of men are in jail, the majority of men
- 27:51Speaker 6: are in fucking trades and hard labor jobs, Like the
- 27:55Speaker 6: majority of men do this, the majority of men have depression.
- 27:57Speaker 6: Like yeah, yeah, yeah, you're spitting out random facts that
- 27:59Speaker 6: have nothing to do with what we're talking about now.
- 28:03Speaker 6: And it's the fact that you just don't want to
- 28:04Speaker 6: agree because you do agree deflection, yeah, deflection, yeahs.
- 28:10Speaker 2: You just told me is you do agree that camera's
- 28:12Speaker 2: back in, but you just don't want to agree with me.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Yeaheah.
- 28:15Speaker 2: But that's because it's medill. No, no, no, no, no, exactly, red.
- 28:18Speaker 3: Pill would be if you're a woman that I didn't know.
- 28:21Speaker 3: You're a man who's my best friend, so that makes
- 28:24Speaker 3: me yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Strong words to say, buddy, after this conversation.
- 28:29Speaker 3: That's the only that's the only reason I'm not agreeing
- 28:33Speaker 3: with you. What in the world, Because I can't admit
- 28:36Speaker 3: you're right.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Oddie, I have an announcement to make.
- 28:46Speaker 2: What is it?
- 28:47Speaker 1: I am officially pause for silence dramatic effect. I'm much
- 28:54Speaker 1: a babe man.
- 28:56Speaker 3: I am so glad you said that because I am
- 28:59Speaker 3: too who I absolutely love Marcher. It's like a reward.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Couldn't agree more, my friend could not agree more. Throughout
- 29:07Speaker 1: the day, I do little tasks and I'm like, you
- 29:11Speaker 1: know what, I deserve a Marcher same and my go
- 29:15Speaker 1: to at the moment, Jake, are these perfect head vanilla
- 29:18Speaker 1: march to late cans cans? Not only do they taste amazing,
- 29:23Speaker 1: but it's also a different source of caffeine to coffee.
- 29:26Speaker 2: Mate, that's true, and they're.
- 29:28Speaker 1: So handy, like it's just a cafe quality Marcher in
- 29:33Speaker 1: a can in your head, mate.
- 29:35Speaker 3: I am obsessed, and I know the badies listening. I're
- 29:38Speaker 3: gonna be looking for a sign to get a marcher today.
- 29:41Speaker 2: Here it is so hey, you've heard it here. First,
- 29:45Speaker 2: don't walk, but run to Cole's.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Next up is ig Question of the Weak Jake, which
- 29:52Speaker 3: the question being what does your partner do that drives
- 29:55Speaker 3: you crazy? Yeah, and quite a lot of things, it
- 29:59Speaker 3: seems like on the old I G I had so
- 30:02Speaker 3: many responses. Yeah, and they're all very very relatable. I mean, actually,
- 30:08Speaker 3: to be fair, it is a pretty relatable thing.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:11Speaker 3: Yeah, And I think what's inevitable inevitable to happen when
- 30:14Speaker 3: two people come together and like one's disgusting and a
- 30:18Speaker 3: slob and then one's nice and normal.
- 30:22Speaker 2: That's a valid point.
- 30:23Speaker 1: I would say, I have a we do need to
- 30:27Speaker 1: do this as a segment. But if I was to
- 30:31Speaker 1: say one thing that Bethany does that that drives me insane,
- 30:36Speaker 1: it is I think I've said this before. It's just
- 30:41Speaker 1: it's that when she she if she takes her clothes
- 30:45Speaker 1: off in the bathroom or our bedroom or whatever to
- 30:47Speaker 1: go get ready, it's like she takes them off.
- 30:50Speaker 2: There and then leaves them there.
- 30:54Speaker 1: That is crazy, And they'll stay there if I don't
- 30:58Speaker 1: pick them up, they'll stay there, stay there.
- 31:01Speaker 3: Stay Does she notice have a basket?
- 31:03Speaker 2: We have three?
- 31:04Speaker 3: I feel obliged us to put in the basket.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Why, I'll tell you, I'll leave them on the basket,
- 31:10Speaker 2: not in it.
- 31:10Speaker 3: She put it on the little You need to get
- 31:13Speaker 3: her one of those like basketball.
- 31:14Speaker 1: I'm telling you, no matter what I do, So I
- 31:18Speaker 1: I have you talked to her? I have you so
- 31:21Speaker 1: this is and it's like a thing I've thought about it.
- 31:23Speaker 1: I've been like, okay, so I've asked her a lot
- 31:26Speaker 1: of times. She always says sorry and always says she's
- 31:29Speaker 1: going to stop doing it, but she doesn't stop doing it.
- 31:31Speaker 1: So it's like I've thought to myself, do I bring
- 31:35Speaker 1: this up is like a thing that is super super
- 31:37Speaker 1: bothersome or do I just pick up her clothes?
- 31:41Speaker 2: Lately I've been fifty to fifty.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Sometimes I pick them up and them sometimes be like
- 31:46Speaker 1: you left your thing out again, or I'll start What
- 31:49Speaker 1: I've started doing is like can you pick up your
- 31:51Speaker 1: clothes and get her to get up from the place
- 31:53Speaker 1: that she is that's better and gets her to go
- 31:55Speaker 1: pick them and going to get her to go pick
- 31:56Speaker 1: them up. Yeah.
- 31:57Speaker 2: Anyway, Look, there's plenty of things I do, but that's
- 32:00Speaker 2: just one for her.
- 32:01Speaker 3: I did one the other day, my bad. But I
- 32:03Speaker 3: want to I want to know, how do you reckon?
- 32:05Speaker 3: This lies? So I did the typical boy thing and
- 32:09Speaker 3: shaved my double and.
- 32:11Speaker 2: Yeah, bad.
- 32:12Speaker 3: Yeah, you know I left it there and I know
- 32:14Speaker 3: that's bad.
- 32:14Speaker 2: Right.
- 32:16Speaker 3: I was doing a big clean and I forgot. It
- 32:17Speaker 3: was like the last thing I was going to clean.
- 32:19Speaker 1: I was like, fuck damn. I was like, so sorry,
- 32:20Speaker 1: that's my bad. So it's annoying that you were going
- 32:22Speaker 1: to do it because you can't say all, we're going
- 32:23Speaker 1: to do that.
- 32:23Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, and it was my bad. But where do
- 32:26Speaker 3: you think we lie on this? So obviously that's more chat.
- 32:28Speaker 3: But there's so much fucking hair on the sink all
- 32:31Speaker 3: the time. Is it just from like her combing her
- 32:34Speaker 3: hair and then put.
- 32:34Speaker 2: It right there? Do you reckon?
- 32:36Speaker 3: That's like I've never said anything, but I'm not used
- 32:39Speaker 3: to it because I have short hair. There's like strands
- 32:41Speaker 3: of hair everywhere on our basis. Yeah yeah, that's like
- 32:44Speaker 3: I've always just left it because I don't really care.
- 32:46Speaker 3: But do you reckon?
- 32:46Speaker 1: That's like a oh, here's the thing, is like you
- 32:50Speaker 1: can't bring it up of you can't. So next time
- 32:53Speaker 1: you accidentally do this double.
- 32:55Speaker 2: Mab, she says, oh there's double you can't be like, well,
- 32:58Speaker 2: the hair you can't fight five with?
- 33:00Speaker 1: Fine, No, no, no, no.
- 33:01Speaker 2: I think that.
- 33:03Speaker 1: I think that if if Cassie doesn't like to stubble,
- 33:08Speaker 1: obviously that's chat no one would like that. Yeah, But
- 33:10Speaker 1: like I guess, like depending on how much hair there is,
- 33:13Speaker 1: But if there is quite a bit of hair, you
- 33:15Speaker 1: have every right to be like, oh, do you mind
- 33:16Speaker 1: just like cleaned up your hair next time? And then
- 33:18Speaker 1: if she doesn't, I think it'd be, like I asked
- 33:20Speaker 1: you last time, you might like give her.
- 33:21Speaker 3: Some chance, yeah, and be like the fuck. But there's
- 33:24Speaker 3: this fine line two of them in the sense of
- 33:26Speaker 3: like I bet you all the same, Like it doesn't
- 33:27Speaker 3: really matter, but it does.
- 33:29Speaker 1: See, That's what I That's the argument I was having
- 33:32Speaker 1: in my head with Beth, just like leaving her clue. Yeah,
- 33:34Speaker 1: And I just kind of was thinking to myself, like,
- 33:37Speaker 1: this is clearly just a thing she does, because like
- 33:39Speaker 1: there's things I do, know what I mean, Oh, yeah,
- 33:42Speaker 1: we feed our dog's raw food and we get a
- 33:45Speaker 1: month's worth and then we have to like portion it
- 33:47Speaker 1: and freeze it. And so every night we feed them,
- 33:49Speaker 1: you have to remember to get a frozen one out
- 33:51Speaker 1: and put it in the fridge so we can defrost
- 33:52Speaker 1: for twenty four hours. I always forget, and she's always like, Jake,
- 33:56Speaker 1: you need to remember to get it out because now
- 33:59Speaker 1: they have we.
- 33:59Speaker 2: Don't know, food be frosting for them. And I'm like, oh,
- 34:01Speaker 2: I'm so why do you have to do it?
- 34:03Speaker 1: It's just to whoever feeds them that now, Okay, So
- 34:05Speaker 1: like if she whenever best feeds them, she always remembers
- 34:07Speaker 1: to get her to do stuff, and I always forget
- 34:09Speaker 1: because I'll feed.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Them and then I just like, go do other things.
- 34:14Speaker 1: You are very forgetful, and so I forget, and so
- 34:16Speaker 1: I just think to myself, like, look I get like this,
- 34:18Speaker 1: that's something I do.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's hard, Like do you just cop it?
- 34:22Speaker 3: Comment below that is if you want us to get
- 34:24Speaker 3: the girls on.
- 34:25Speaker 2: The pod to tell us what we actually do, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 34:27Speaker 2: yeah yeah.
- 34:28Speaker 3: Because because I have a fucking diva, I'm gonna preface
- 34:34Speaker 3: Cassie too that it can't be like it's gotta be
- 34:36Speaker 3: things I do, not like stuff I need.
- 34:38Speaker 2: If that can be stuff you need, you reckon why not?
- 34:40Speaker 3: I don't know, just like random shure I do before
- 34:42Speaker 3: I sleeping in. That depends like a necessity or like
- 34:46Speaker 3: I feel like because clothes obviously I can't. I'm not
- 34:48Speaker 3: gonna be like I need to put my clothes on
- 34:50Speaker 3: the ground.
- 34:51Speaker 1: Ah wait, good questions like I need to have all
- 34:56Speaker 1: the blinds clothes to go to Yeah yeah, yeah, like
- 34:59Speaker 1: not that, but like chewing really loudly, which I do,
- 35:02Speaker 1: that's a valid one.
- 35:02Speaker 2: Yeah, that's valid. That's what. That's the comparison. Oh, I
- 35:05Speaker 2: thought you bringing that up was like I can't help it.
- 35:07Speaker 3: I was like, that's the comparison. One's good and one's
- 35:09Speaker 3: like a necessity.
- 35:11Speaker 2: That yeah, look, necessities especially if it doesn't like cause
- 35:18Speaker 2: her any I don't know. Discomfort is if you can't
- 35:21Speaker 2: I think of the word.
- 35:22Speaker 1: If it doesn't affect her and it's something you do
- 35:25Speaker 1: for you, then surely she can't bring.
- 35:28Speaker 3: She would Let me start. What does your partner do
- 35:32Speaker 3: that drives you crazy? Does not exist?
- 35:37Speaker 1: I mean you're already mad at him before you even well,
- 35:42Speaker 1: you're already mad at him.
- 35:44Speaker 3: Like I don't know what goes on the first day,
- 35:47Speaker 3: where the funk were?
- 35:49Speaker 2: Where have you been, He's probably thinking, like, cuff me.
- 35:53Speaker 3: I've been here for a reason.
- 35:55Speaker 2: You get an experience getting experienced.
- 35:58Speaker 1: What does your partner do that drives you create? You
- 36:01Speaker 1: somehow floods the entire bathroom after having a shower.
- 36:04Speaker 3: Ooh, I used to do that in my old bathroom,
- 36:06Speaker 3: but I'm good on my new one.
- 36:08Speaker 2: Yeah I am.
- 36:09Speaker 3: The space is better, but the design.
- 36:11Speaker 2: When you finish having your shower, do you get out
- 36:15Speaker 2: and then dry yourself?
- 36:16Speaker 1: Nah?
- 36:17Speaker 3: Neither.
- 36:17Speaker 2: I have a tower hanging into the shower, and I
- 36:20Speaker 2: dry myself in the shop.
- 36:21Speaker 3: My mind got blown. I didn't do it until I
- 36:23Speaker 3: was like, I want to say, twenty two or twenty three.
- 36:25Speaker 1: Do you.
- 36:27Speaker 3: What would you call this?
- 36:28Speaker 1: Nah? Yeah I did.
- 36:30Speaker 3: I never used to do that. And then one of
- 36:31Speaker 3: the boys said it randomly like I'm using my hand
- 36:34Speaker 3: to like get all the water off my body everywhere
- 36:36Speaker 3: and just gets everything off and then put a towel
- 36:38Speaker 3: on it.
- 36:38Speaker 1: I'm fucking sorted. It takes two seconds.
- 36:41Speaker 3: I don't do that. Oh the game changer.
- 36:42Speaker 1: I do it all the time now, I but no,
- 36:44Speaker 1: I used to get out of the shower drench the mat. Yeah,
- 36:49Speaker 1: and then that mat like a mat doesn't dry when
- 36:51Speaker 1: it's flat on the ground a bath mat. But I
- 36:54Speaker 1: used to get out of the shower absolutely drench it.
- 36:56Speaker 1: I'll fully dry myself like so i'll dry my body.
- 37:00Speaker 1: I do it for that exact reason. I do my
- 37:01Speaker 1: legs last to deal with the wet man exactly. I
- 37:03Speaker 1: do my legs last, and I'll open the shower door.
- 37:06Speaker 1: I'll do one leg, clean all the way down, fully
- 37:09Speaker 1: dry the foot, step out of the shower, and then
- 37:11Speaker 1: do the other one.
- 37:12Speaker 2: You know what I mean, what do you do?
- 37:14Speaker 3: I'm going to see that on the baby monitor one day.
- 37:19Speaker 3: I just go I freemunted every time, like I do
- 37:21Speaker 3: when I wipe my ass. Just see what happens.
- 37:23Speaker 1: You don't have a routine when you dry yourself, No,
- 37:25Speaker 1: no routine really.
- 37:27Speaker 3: Cassie puts one leg up too, and I always laugh
- 37:29Speaker 3: at it when she's legs like what I'm.
- 37:33Speaker 1: Drying doing that?
- 37:33Speaker 2: That's so wild, that's too thorough, that's far too thorough
- 37:36Speaker 2: for me. I used to I won't. I think I
- 37:43Speaker 2: was probably.
- 37:44Speaker 1: About fourteen when I started and stopped doing this, But
- 37:48Speaker 1: I used to, like full on. So how I dry
- 37:52Speaker 1: my bum now is just a pat like I just
- 37:55Speaker 1: like put it down there.
- 37:55Speaker 3: I pat don't tell me, but I don't cards.
- 37:57Speaker 2: I don't credit card.
- 37:58Speaker 1: I used to the tower for a while there. I
- 38:01Speaker 1: would fully go like this, and I would fully dry
- 38:07Speaker 1: up in there. And I'm not kidding.
- 38:10Speaker 2: I put a skid stand on a towel once, and
- 38:12Speaker 2: I threw it out and stopped do it. I never
- 38:13Speaker 2: did again.
- 38:14Speaker 3: I couldn't say that.
- 38:17Speaker 1: I was gonna say, so, surely your smelled like shit? Yeah, no,
- 38:22Speaker 1: for real, I put a skid stand on a towel
- 38:23Speaker 1: and then I chucked a towel out, and I thought to.
- 38:25Speaker 2: Myself, well, I'm not doing that again.
- 38:26Speaker 3: That's crazy.
- 38:27Speaker 1: And that's but that is also when I started credit
- 38:30Speaker 1: credit card swiping to clean.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Clean.
- 38:35Speaker 3: What about weird? A friend ones it was his ritual
- 38:38Speaker 3: every time he went to a hotel where he would
- 38:40Speaker 3: use one of the white hand towers to wipe his
- 38:41Speaker 3: ass and.
- 38:42Speaker 2: Leave it there.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Yeah, that's so weird disgusting that I remember when he
- 38:47Speaker 1: told me that, or when we all found out whatever,
- 38:50Speaker 1: and he said it as like an admission that he
- 38:53Speaker 1: thought was the funniest thing ever, and everyone was like,
- 38:56Speaker 1: that's fucking disgusting. It's that is so disgusting, Like that's
- 39:02Speaker 1: literally putting him in this same level of person or
- 39:07Speaker 1: like spectrum of person that for something. You ever go
- 39:11Speaker 1: to a public toilet and for someone and for some
- 39:13Speaker 1: reason there's shit wiped on the wall. Yeah, that's putting
- 39:16Speaker 1: him in the exact same level of.
- 39:18Speaker 2: Person as that group of people.
- 39:19Speaker 1: I know it is.
- 39:20Speaker 3: It's just it's stupid, is it me? What does your
- 39:23Speaker 3: partner do that drives you crazy? Leaves every cabinet open
- 39:27Speaker 3: after taking something out of it, that's literally you now
- 39:29Speaker 3: no anymore, that's literally you don't know what do you
- 39:33Speaker 3: used to like, what do you used to? Go?
- 39:34Speaker 1: Okay, right, tell me this is the most must be
- 39:37Speaker 1: a nice moment, right we lived together. He opens a
- 39:39Speaker 1: drawer and he just leaves a drawer open, and I'd
- 39:42Speaker 1: go into the kitchen I kind of just like slowly
- 39:43Speaker 1: close a couple of drawers, a couple cups or whatever.
- 39:45Speaker 1: And I remember bringing it up, I think on the
- 39:48Speaker 1: podcast once and he goes, well, yeah, my parents' house
- 39:50Speaker 1: they have those self closing drawers, Like fucking.
- 39:54Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm going to get them in my house. There
- 39:56Speaker 3: must have a you just touch it slightly and then
- 39:59Speaker 3: it slowly Yeah, it's pretty good to be fair, that
- 40:02Speaker 3: is nice. Yeah, but sorry, I was living in poverty.
- 40:08Speaker 1: Sorry, I'd gone down a couple of tax bracket. Okay,
- 40:16Speaker 1: I call him half job Harry. He'll hoover vacuum, but
- 40:21Speaker 1: then leave the vacuum out and plugged in.
- 40:24Speaker 3: I saw one. I was like, finishing jobs ninety.
- 40:27Speaker 2: See that would be like, why are you finishing it
- 40:29Speaker 2: at ninety?
- 40:30Speaker 1: Actually, to be fair, yesterday Beth cleans her car, vacuums
- 40:34Speaker 1: it brings a vacuum upstairs, leaves it at the front door.
- 40:37Speaker 2: It was there when I left this morning.
- 40:42Speaker 3: Day vacuums down.
- 40:43Speaker 2: I highly doubt it. Beth had missed me the other
- 40:46Speaker 2: day show.
- 40:47Speaker 1: On Saturday night, she went and stated a client's place
- 40:51Speaker 1: to look after a dog. They paid her to look
- 40:53Speaker 1: after the dog at their house.
- 40:55Speaker 2: She go the next day. I go see her and
- 40:57Speaker 2: we reunite.
- 40:59Speaker 1: She got missed you yesterday singing one day anyway, it's
- 41:03Speaker 1: like I really really missed you, like I miss you
- 41:05Speaker 1: when when I'm not with you, like I have to
- 41:07Speaker 1: do everything for myself. I was like I had to
- 41:15Speaker 1: get my own water. Like She's so funny because she
- 41:19Speaker 1: even she even admitted that like she she missed doing
- 41:22Speaker 1: this now, so she'll be like tired.
- 41:26Speaker 2: She'd be like, I'm really tired.
- 41:27Speaker 1: I don't know what to do, and and be like
- 41:28Speaker 1: I just lay down relaxed, like you deserve a nice
- 41:30Speaker 1: she's like, and I'm like, so you she's she's like,
- 41:32Speaker 1: I missed having the permission relax.
- 41:34Speaker 3: We love her self aware queen. Yeah, And I was
- 41:37Speaker 3: like fuck you, no, I experienced it when I was
- 41:42Speaker 3: staying at yours. She was like picky yes, and then
- 41:45Speaker 3: she's like keep my water. Yes, bro, it's crazy, and
- 41:49Speaker 3: you're like, boyfriend, literally you get off to that ship.
- 41:52Speaker 3: Though you love being like the supplier, you do, you
- 41:56Speaker 3: have to admit you do.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Okay, I think here's what I thing.
- 42:00Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 42:01Speaker 2: So if I'm being completely honest, I don't like doing it.
- 42:05Speaker 2: Oh you don't like It's like if I'm being fully honest,
- 42:09Speaker 2: part of me wants to be like, you're literally a
- 42:12Speaker 2: grown up, right, I for you loved it?
- 42:15Speaker 1: No, no, no, no no.
- 42:16Speaker 3: But the reason I do it is like.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Because I can if that makes sense, Like I don't
- 42:24Speaker 1: know how to explain it, Like I almost do it
- 42:26Speaker 1: because in my head, like that's what a good boyfriend does.
- 42:31Speaker 2: I don't even know why I do it.
- 42:34Speaker 3: Showed love through like access service and that.
- 42:36Speaker 1: And well, I mean I clearly do, but I don't
- 42:39Speaker 1: want it like I like she fucking oh she she
- 42:46Speaker 1: She's a classic mum already.
- 42:48Speaker 2: She calls me mister picky. I don't know why, very
- 42:52Speaker 2: unoriginal whatever. In our bedroom, I'm literally like working or
- 42:57Speaker 2: I'm doing something and I just hear like, and I'm like,
- 43:01Speaker 2: oh shit, here we go again, here we go.
- 43:06Speaker 1: I go in there and like she just she could
- 43:10Speaker 1: get me to just get something that's in our room
- 43:13Speaker 1: and hand it to her.
- 43:14Speaker 2: She just doesn't want to do it.
- 43:16Speaker 3: Yeah. I feel like from the start of the relationship,
- 43:19Speaker 3: you've stuff yourself.
- 43:20Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I created this.
- 43:22Speaker 1: I want created. I literally did.
- 43:25Speaker 2: I created a fucking diva percent She knows it, she
- 43:28Speaker 2: admits it. Yeah, and I and I did this and
- 43:31Speaker 2: I I have to live.
- 43:31Speaker 3: With my actual Cathy's the opposite really yeah, to independent, yeah,
- 43:35Speaker 3: not even to an independent, because yesterday complete valid one
- 43:39Speaker 3: she needed me to read something really tall, but she
- 43:41Speaker 3: was like, ohdie, She's like, I need my strong six'
- 43:43Speaker 3: three boyfriend to come down and help. ME i was,
- 43:45Speaker 3: like what do you want? This is a valid one
- 43:52Speaker 3: reads for me LIKE i can't Reach it's like they're
- 43:54Speaker 3: jumping and it's like. Please that is so. Funny what
- 44:00Speaker 3: does your partner?
- 44:01Speaker 2: Do the drives you?
- 44:02Speaker 3: Crazy extremely low detail when telling you big. Things that's
- 44:07Speaker 3: just a classic man, thing very. CLASSIC i love the,
- 44:09Speaker 3: tea THOUGH i feel LIKE i feel like you do.
- 44:11Speaker 3: TOO i like, tea but you like tea when it's
- 44:14Speaker 3: like spoon fed to.
- 44:16Speaker 2: You, yeah, yeah you.
- 44:17Speaker 3: Won't you won't actively look for the.
- 44:19Speaker 2: Tea no, no, no no no. NO i would SAY
- 44:22Speaker 2: i wouldn't look for the. TEA i, ALSO i THINK
- 44:24Speaker 2: i would be in the.
- 44:27Speaker 1: Field of boyfriends that is also bad at giving the
- 44:31Speaker 1: tea or spreading the, tea you know WHAT i. Mean,
- 44:34Speaker 1: Yeah i'm good at spreading Really, yeah you think like
- 44:37Speaker 1: you're good at getting.
- 44:38Speaker 2: Info SE i have some, tea you're good at getting
- 44:39Speaker 2: it out of me and passing it Onto.

- 49:46Speaker 2: Like you've ever gone crazy with it and giving yourself
- 49:48Speaker 2: like a landing strip or.
- 49:49Speaker 3: Something, NO i haven't A apparently that's it Because casey

- 50:45Speaker 2: know you know you know WHAT i, Mean but you
- 50:47Speaker 2: think that would be more vulnerable.
- 50:48Speaker 3: It's almost and girl women do. That and that's the
- 50:50Speaker 3: point whereas like pound from, this.
