A charter boat sank in the Strait of Georgia, leaving six people missing and four survivors. The former owner, Tim Milne — host of a West Coast boating TV show — says he sold the 30-foot aluminum vessel four years ago in perfect condition. Authorities impounded the boat last summer for illegal fishing in a protected zone, and Milne says he couldn’t reach the new owners to update the vessel’s AIS tracking info, which contributed to the confusion.
