- 0:00Speaker 1: Live from the Door, Life Back Studios, Mark Simone.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Hey, coming up, Jimmy Faylor will be with us a
- 0:11Speaker 2: little later this hour. We'll get to SpaceX. That's going
- 0:14Speaker 2: to be a big deal tomorrow. And I'm watching. We
- 0:20Speaker 2: have all the networks on all the different screens here,
- 0:23Speaker 2: MS NOW, MSNBC. This is the whole first twenty minutes
- 0:28Speaker 2: of every hour. Trump says he loves inflation. I love inflation,
- 0:32Speaker 2: says Trump. This is what they This is what they
- 0:36Speaker 2: do to their audience. Now they start this and the
- 0:39Speaker 2: whole left wing starts. He said he loves inflation. Remember
- 0:44Speaker 2: a couple of weeks ago, he said I never think
- 0:46Speaker 2: about the economy, and they kept quoting him. Trump said
- 0:51Speaker 2: he never thinks about the economy, couldn't care less about
- 0:53Speaker 2: the economy. That's not what he said at all. Way
- 0:56Speaker 2: back then. This is a few weeks ago. They were
- 0:58Speaker 2: asking about a ram a threat of nuclear weapons. If
- 1:02Speaker 2: you go try to take out their nuclear weapons, what
- 1:05Speaker 2: you know it could cause the economy, And he said,
- 1:09Speaker 2: I never think about the economy. When it comes to
- 1:11Speaker 2: national security, when it comes to the threat against America,
- 1:15Speaker 2: when it comes to our safety, I don't think about
- 1:17Speaker 2: the economy. In other words, if I have to do
- 1:19Speaker 2: something to save the country, if I have to do
- 1:21Speaker 2: something for national security, I don't consider the politics or
- 1:25Speaker 2: the economy. So the new one today he said, I
- 1:29Speaker 2: love inflation. He loves inflation. That's not it. You're taken
- 1:34Speaker 2: that out of context. Let me see if I can
- 1:36Speaker 2: find the actual Uh. Oh, I had it here somewhere.
- 1:40Speaker 2: I don't know where it is. Uh, I'll find it.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I'll find it. Hang on, hang on, I think is
- 1:46Speaker 2: this it? Yeah, but do you know we've been taking
- 1:49Speaker 2: no Let me see if this is it.
- 1:51Speaker 3: We hit them hard yesterday and we're going to hit
- 1:54Speaker 3: them again hard today. In case you'd misif case you
- 1:57Speaker 3: don't turn on your television set.
- 2:00Speaker 2: And that's not it. Maybe it's this one with the
- 2:01Speaker 2: reporter asking about inflation.
- 2:03Speaker 4: To Secure America Act provide thirty eight billion dollars to
- 2:06Speaker 4: ice twenty six billion dollars to border patrol to ensure
- 2:10Speaker 4: these critical law enforcement agencies of the necessary resources to
- 2:14Speaker 4: do their jobs protecting our borders and getting criminal aliens
- 2:17Speaker 4: out of the country. And starting on day one of
- 2:20Speaker 4: my administration, we took the most dangerous, unsaved violence and
- 2:25Speaker 4: open border people out of this country.
- 2:28Speaker 2: We got them out. Yeah, no, that's nothing. But that's
- 2:30Speaker 2: a good thing that he just know. I can't find it.
- 2:32Speaker 2: But he said, I love inflation right now because it's
- 2:36Speaker 2: going to come crashing down as soon as the Iran
- 2:39Speaker 2: wars over. As soon as it's over, it'll come right down.
- 2:41Speaker 2: It's actually not it's like four point two, which is
- 2:44Speaker 2: nothing compared to Biden's nine percent. It's up a little
- 2:47Speaker 2: because of oil. But what he didn't say, I love inflation.
- 2:50Speaker 2: He said, I love inflation now because it's going to
- 2:53Speaker 2: come crashing down real soon. Not gonna last. Hey, Plattner
- 2:58Speaker 2: is now close to becoming the actual official nominee. Not yet,
- 3:03Speaker 2: but he is. Republicans say they got all kinds of
- 3:07Speaker 2: opposition research. Boy, there's stuff they got that they're leak
- 3:10Speaker 2: out of it. They're gonna put out stuff about him,
- 3:13Speaker 2: And I don't know these Republicans, they overseell things a lot.
- 3:16Speaker 2: But well, why didn't to put it out now? Well,
- 3:18Speaker 2: they're waiting for him to officially be the nominee before
- 3:22Speaker 2: they put it out. We'll see. Uh, Platner is the
- 3:26Speaker 2: I mean, it's the most flawed candidate ever in the
- 3:30Speaker 2: history of the world. Trump finally talked about Platner.
- 3:33Speaker 3: And they're trying to make excuses for him. I mean,
- 3:36Speaker 3: he's worse than any human being that's ever run your office.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Probably I don't know him. I don't want to say bad,
- 3:43Speaker 3: but I just look. I mean, nobody's ever had a
- 3:46Speaker 3: record like that.
- 3:47Speaker 2: He's gotta be as a candidate. This guy's got he's
- 3:51Speaker 2: got more baggage than than Paris Hilton. This guy this
- 3:55Speaker 2: a he's a cheap, no good person.
- 3:59Speaker 3: And I want che's Senators of the Democrats and well,
- 4:04Speaker 3: we don't really know. You do know, he's as bad.
- 4:07Speaker 3: I've never seen a person like that run for office.
- 4:11Speaker 2: He's right, enormous, Nazi SS death camp tattoo right on
- 4:16Speaker 2: his chest. He's got women coming out of every which
- 4:20Speaker 2: way about. He twisted my arm, he hit me, He
- 4:22Speaker 2: hurt me. This he that he's sexting and texting and
- 4:25Speaker 2: sexting with dozens of women all over the place. You
- 4:30Speaker 2: ever hear him talk, He sounds very official when he talks.
- 4:32Speaker 2: You know, he's got this big voice.
- 4:34Speaker 5: There's nothing out there that's actually concerning. People will make
- 4:38Speaker 5: everything seem very concerning because that's one people in politics.
- 4:44Speaker 5: But you know, I think the thing about all of
- 4:48Speaker 5: this is what I find to be kind of most curious,
- 4:53Speaker 5: is this is what everyone wants to make the campaign about,
- 4:56Speaker 5: so we do not talk about the struggles of working manners.
- 5:00Speaker 2: So these are all the cheap political tricks. But if
- 5:03Speaker 2: you have a big voice, you know, if you he said,
- 5:06Speaker 2: that's where he's lucky. Yeah, you kind of like this
- 5:09Speaker 2: nobody's wearing. But if you got that big announcer voice
- 5:13Speaker 2: and they say, well look at this, this woman says
- 5:15Speaker 2: you raped her, hit her, beat her up, you shot her,
- 5:18Speaker 2: you killed her. If you got the right voice, I
- 5:22Speaker 2: know people are trying to put out these and this
- 5:24Speaker 2: is you know, I'd rather than talk about that. I'd
- 5:26Speaker 2: rather talk about people as their income and paying the bills.
- 5:30Speaker 2: And I think at kitchen table issues and tries to
- 5:33Speaker 2: get it off that. Uh, what about all the sexting
- 5:36Speaker 2: and texting and sexting with all these different women, I.
- 5:39Speaker 5: Engage them consensual romantic activities with adults at an earlier
- 5:44Speaker 5: part in my life, that seems like a fairly normal
- 5:46Speaker 5: thing most people do. Going to an island with billionaires
- 5:50Speaker 5: to possibly assault children is a vastly, vastly different thing.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Who's he talking about? Who's he talking about?
- 6:00Speaker 6: What?
- 6:01Speaker 2: Politician Trump? Nobody ever know they didn't go to an
- 6:04Speaker 2: island and assault children. But I like, how tell you know?
- 6:08Speaker 2: You just have an official voice and you make it Well, yes,
- 6:10Speaker 2: sexting and texting, and yes I did engage in that,
- 6:13Speaker 2: but I think that's perfectly normal for some people of it,
- 6:17Speaker 2: not for a married guy. You're not supposed to be
- 6:19Speaker 2: doing that.
- 6:20Speaker 5: I engage them consensual romantic activities with adults at an
- 6:25Speaker 5: earlier part in my life.
- 6:26Speaker 2: So if you're well, if your wife caught you sexting
- 6:28Speaker 2: and texting with a dozen women on some crazy hookup site,
- 6:33Speaker 2: the fact that it was consensual, that makes it even worse.
- 6:37Speaker 2: That means you really were carrying on with this with
- 6:39Speaker 2: this person. But he's got that voice, and he sounds
- 6:42Speaker 2: very official when he talks.
- 6:43Speaker 5: They continue to try to make this race about me
- 6:47Speaker 5: and what they So.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Who was it supposed to be? See if you got
- 6:52Speaker 2: that voice? You know, they're trying to make it sound
- 6:54Speaker 2: like the race is about me. Yeah, you're the candidate.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Of course it's about you. What else would it be about?
- 7:00Speaker 2: Who else is it going to be about?
- 7:02Speaker 5: They continue to try to make this race about me,
- 7:06Speaker 5: And what they failed to understand is it's not about
- 7:08Speaker 5: me at all. It's about us. It's about Maine. It's
- 7:12Speaker 5: about the working people of this state.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Yeah. See, if you got that official voice, you just
- 7:17Speaker 2: keep doing that whatever happens. We have pictures of you
- 7:20Speaker 2: strangling somebody. Look, this is not about me. It's about Maine.
- 7:24Speaker 2: It's about jobs, it's about people's futures, it's about America.
- 7:28Speaker 2: It's if you say it in that official voice, people
- 7:30Speaker 2: are listening to you like you're actually making sense. Nothing
- 7:33Speaker 2: he's saying is making any sense at all. So Epstein hearings.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Bill Gates testified yesterday. Now they made it clear the committee.
- 7:45Speaker 7: Mister Gates was aware that Jeffrey Epstein had been convicted
- 7:50Speaker 7: and for a horrific crime. It continued to interact with
- 7:54Speaker 7: him to seek money for his foundation. And I think
- 7:58Speaker 7: that obviously, I think we would agree with a horrific
- 8:00Speaker 7: judgment call. Mister Gates also was very clear that he
- 8:03Speaker 7: was never introduced to women or girls or anyone under
- 8:07Speaker 7: age by mister Epstein.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Well, nobody under age, but there were a lot of
- 8:11Speaker 2: girls in that Epstein house, not girls. Women In late twenties,
- 8:16Speaker 2: thirties forties, and Epstein had Gates over a lot, and
- 8:21Speaker 2: Gates was there for hours and hours and hours and
- 8:25Speaker 2: hours and hours, many many nights. His wife left them
- 8:29Speaker 2: over it. So he testified yesterday, and he said that
- 8:34Speaker 2: he was being blackmailed. He said the blackmail attempt was unsuccessful.
- 8:39Speaker 2: What was he trying to blackmail you for? He said,
- 8:41Speaker 2: he was trying to blackmail me to re engage with him,
- 8:44Speaker 2: to keep coming back. Now, Gates did confess to two
- 8:50Speaker 2: extramarital affairs with Russian women. H oh, two Russian women.
- 8:57Speaker 2: You can picture them right now, right, yeah, some hot
- 9:02Speaker 2: look and Russian women, at least one of whom appears
- 9:06Speaker 2: to have been used by Epstein to attempt to extort
- 9:08Speaker 2: money from Gates. Gates also reportedly acknowledged with his staff
- 9:14Speaker 2: that he's been accused of more than twenty extramarital affairs. Well,
- 9:19Speaker 2: good for him. Man's entitled to enjoy himself.
- 9:21Speaker 8: Oops.
- 9:22Speaker 2: You know, let him go out and do that instead
- 9:24Speaker 2: of trying to take over the food supply or create
- 9:26Speaker 2: all these vaccines. That's a better hobby. Stick with the women.
- 9:31Speaker 2: I see, he said, he testified. I see, now how
- 9:34Speaker 2: Epstein sought to build an image of legitimacy around himself,
- 9:39Speaker 2: using his connections to reputable and powerful people to deflect scrutiny,
- 9:45Speaker 2: an attempt to rehabilitate his reputation. Wells and I knew
- 9:48Speaker 2: the guy. He was a guy who threw around tons
- 9:52Speaker 2: of money through lavish parties and all kinds of fun things.
- 9:57Speaker 2: And if you hung around him, he could get all
- 10:00Speaker 2: kinds of stuff, including women, but a million other things.
- 10:03Speaker 2: But I don't think anybody ever thought him as legitimate.
- 10:07Speaker 2: You know, he dressed like the Duke of Windsor you know,
- 10:09Speaker 2: he'd have those velvet slippers and he'd have an ask scot.
- 10:13Speaker 2: But then when he would talk, it was how were you?
- 10:15Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 10:15Speaker 2: You know, I mean he talked like that with that accent,
- 10:18Speaker 2: And he didn't have an air of legitimacy about him.
- 10:21Speaker 2: He had an air of fun. Now, what are a
- 10:24Speaker 2: lot of these billionaires in these big business what were
- 10:26Speaker 2: they doing around? Well, he did have a couple of
- 10:29Speaker 2: real talents money wise. He was great at if you
- 10:34Speaker 2: needed not laundering money, but if you needed to take
- 10:38Speaker 2: a lot of money, and he could run it through
- 10:40Speaker 2: all kinds of you know, banks all over the world.
- 10:43Speaker 2: He could he could help you avoid taxes legally. He
- 10:46Speaker 2: had set up all kinds of systems. He had all
- 10:48Speaker 2: kinds of experts who knew how to avoid taxes on money.
- 10:52Speaker 2: That's one reason a lot of guys used him for
- 10:54Speaker 2: that kind of stuff. Gates is claiming was only five meetings. Well,
- 10:59Speaker 2: I wouldn't call the meetings. If you get there at
- 11:02Speaker 2: six o'clock and you leave at one am, is that
- 11:04Speaker 2: a meeting. I don't think so, not a meeting, he said.
- 11:08Speaker 2: He was kept saying, I was trying to raise money
- 11:12Speaker 2: for my Well, you got a hundred billion. This guy
- 11:14Speaker 2: doesn't have one hundredth of what you got, So what
- 11:17Speaker 2: are you trying to raise money from him for? Hey,
- 11:19Speaker 2: By the way, afterwards, Gates is hired. He actually hired
- 11:24Speaker 2: an attorney, special attorney who was formerly the investigator for
- 11:29Speaker 2: this committee. So he got close ties to the committee.
- 11:34Speaker 2: But that's a good way to protect himself. He's lawyered up.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Here's a comer who runs the committee.
- 11:41Speaker 6: I will say this, no one's accusing Bill Gates of
- 11:43Speaker 6: any wrongdoing, and I certainly appreciate him coming in voluntarily.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Yeah, now, nobody's accusing him of any legal wrongdoing. Being
- 11:53Speaker 2: a total sleez ball cheating on your wife. Now, okay,
- 11:57Speaker 2: we'll see. Hey, Barry Weiss, new CBS News President. They're
- 12:04Speaker 2: trying to make her look weird. You know, all these
- 12:06Speaker 2: stories come into the New York Times. However, they're trying
- 12:08Speaker 2: to New York Magazine. They're all trying to make her,
- 12:10Speaker 2: all the left wing magazines trying to make her look bad.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Berry Weiss physically isolated from the staff, hunkered down in
- 12:19Speaker 2: locked office in Well, but that's every top executive, every
- 12:25Speaker 2: top executive is hunkered down in an office. Chairman of
- 12:28Speaker 2: iHeart Bob Pittman. He's in the building. What do you
- 12:30Speaker 2: think he's hanging out in the coffee room like the
- 12:32Speaker 2: rest of us. I mean, he's hunkered down in his office.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Guy's got work to do. He's doing like important stuff,
- 12:38Speaker 2: and of course he's hunkered You want your boss hunkered
- 12:41Speaker 2: down in the office, working all day.
- 12:44Speaker 6: Now.
- 12:44Speaker 2: They go on to say, she has reportedly been ensconced
- 12:48Speaker 2: in a secured sixth floor office suite at the CBS
- 12:53Speaker 2: Broadcast Center. Well, this is normal, this is perfectly normal.
- 12:57Speaker 2: You see here on the you go on the fifth floor,
- 12:59Speaker 2: that's where all the same and offices. You just get
- 13:02Speaker 2: off the elevator, you walk around, you talk to everybody.
- 13:05Speaker 2: You come to the sixth floor. You gotta get in
- 13:06Speaker 2: the door there. I mean, but once you get through
- 13:09Speaker 2: that door, you can walk all around the halls here.
- 13:11Speaker 2: There's plenty of studios. There's Charlemagne over there, there's Jim
- 13:15Speaker 2: Kerr studio down there, Elvis Dauran's down You can just
- 13:18Speaker 2: wander around. But you get up to that twelfth floor,
- 13:21Speaker 2: that's where the top, top, top top executives are. You
- 13:23Speaker 2: can't just walk in and wander around. You gotta have
- 13:26Speaker 2: an appointment. You got It's normal for any major corporation.
- 13:29Speaker 2: When you get to the top executives, there's a secured
- 13:33Speaker 2: area where they work. You can't just look at this.
- 13:36Speaker 2: The area is accessible only by special key card. Wow,
- 13:42Speaker 2: that's everything and every corp that's You can't come into
- 13:45Speaker 2: this floor without your key card. Every every part of
- 13:48Speaker 2: this building you have to have a key. That's perfectly
- 13:50Speaker 2: normal at every network in the world. I got a
- 13:54Speaker 2: fox all the time. You gotta even when you get
- 13:56Speaker 2: off the elevator, you have to have a key card
- 13:58Speaker 2: to open the door. Just to get into the hall
- 14:00Speaker 2: way on that floor. It's normal, but they make it
- 14:02Speaker 2: sound like she's doing something so awful that she has
- 14:05Speaker 2: to be isolated. Hey, tomorrow is the SpaceX IPO. This
- 14:09Speaker 2: is Elon Musk's new company. It's going to be the
- 14:12Speaker 2: biggest IPO in the history of the world. Just keep
- 14:16Speaker 2: an eye on this tomorrow because it's going to be
- 14:17Speaker 2: an explosive story. We'll be talking about it all morning
- 14:21Speaker 2: because this IPO is going to go crazy. They set
- 14:24Speaker 2: the price at one hundred and thirty five dollars, which
- 14:27Speaker 2: is extremely high for an IPO. And that's the price
- 14:32Speaker 2: you get if you're an insider or you're you know,
- 14:35Speaker 2: a professional institution, you know buying. If you buy before
- 14:39Speaker 2: the market even opens, they'll guarantee you that price, or
- 14:43Speaker 2: if you're really, really really big client, your broker will
- 14:47Speaker 2: get you in on the ipo. But at that price. Now,
- 14:49Speaker 2: once it opens on the market at nine point thirty,
- 14:51Speaker 2: within a couple of minutes, the price will go nuts.
- 14:54Speaker 2: It could go to two hundred five hundred, that could
- 14:56Speaker 2: go to twelve hundred. Crazy things will happen with at
- 14:58Speaker 2: IPO tomorrow. So if you're think you're going to get
- 15:00Speaker 2: in at one thirty five, unless you've got somebody guaranteeing
- 15:05Speaker 2: you the stock. You're not going to get in at
- 15:08Speaker 2: one thirty five, but I would stay out of it tomorrow,
- 15:11Speaker 2: whatever crazy price it goes to. Like all these IPOs,
- 15:16Speaker 2: and like the other Elon musk stocks, it'll shoot up,
- 15:21Speaker 2: it'll come down, it'll go up. There'll be plenty of
- 15:23Speaker 2: other times where it comes down and you can jump
- 15:25Speaker 2: in and get it in the coming weeks or months.
- 15:28Speaker 2: And there's some statistic about IPOs. If every IPO in
- 15:34Speaker 2: the history of the world, if you got in, I
- 15:36Speaker 2: think like only thirty seven percent of them would be
- 15:39Speaker 2: a good deal if you got in at the IPO price. Well, anyway,
- 15:43Speaker 2: we'll take some calls. Next. Eight hundred three two one
- 15:46Speaker 2: zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two
- 15:50Speaker 2: one zero seven ten.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Set up reset on the iHeartRadio app to doubo or
- 15:55Speaker 1: to hear Mark live. Set another for Mark's podcast to
- 15:59Speaker 1: hear him any time. Now back to Mark Damon on
- 16:03Speaker 1: w R.
- 16:06Speaker 2: Hey, Yeah, we'll take some calls. Eight hundred three two
- 16:09Speaker 2: one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three
- 16:12Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten. Let's go to Bob and Newershell. Bob,
- 16:17Speaker 2: how you doing.
- 16:18Speaker 9: I'm good, Mark, I'm good. Look, I was just listening
- 16:20Speaker 9: at you talk about these mayors. It looks odd. I
- 16:22Speaker 9: was literally right before we said that, I was thinking
- 16:24Speaker 9: about Karen Bass. I mean, is it me or when
- 16:27Speaker 9: she flashes that creepy smile, she looks like she'd be
- 16:30Speaker 9: a villain in a Batman movie.
- 16:32Speaker 2: No, she didn't look smart enough for that. Those villains
- 16:34Speaker 2: were sharp, they were smart. She just looks, uh, she
- 16:38Speaker 2: looks like I don't know, she looks like she'd I
- 16:41Speaker 2: could see her behind the counter like at uh where
- 16:45Speaker 2: not McDonald's. But I'm trying to think. If you didn't
- 16:50Speaker 2: know who she was, what do you think she did
- 16:51Speaker 2: for a living? You just saw she looks like a librarian.
- 16:53Speaker 2: I could see her behind the counter at the library.
- 16:56Speaker 9: She's creepy to me.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Yeah, well, not creepy. She just looks kind of dopey,
- 17:00Speaker 2: just kind of goofy. Anyway, Thanks for Colin. Let's go
- 17:03Speaker 2: to uh Rich in Myrtle Beach. Rich, how you.
- 17:05Speaker 8: Doing a pretty good count? Bass looks like the person
- 17:10Speaker 8: behind the counter at the waffle house here in South
- 17:12Speaker 8: Carolina or two o'clock in the morning. That's what she
- 17:14Speaker 8: looks like.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Yeah kay. You know, I could see it behind the
- 17:17Speaker 2: counter at the airport, you know, one of those totally
- 17:19Speaker 2: useless people that can't.
- 17:20Speaker 8: Help you, you know, like the rest of the world do.
- 17:24Speaker 8: With seven minutes left of the Nick game in the
- 17:26Speaker 8: third quarter, I went to bed. They were down by
- 17:28Speaker 8: twenty one at that point. I've seen comebacks, but I
- 17:30Speaker 8: never thought they were going to come back from twenty
- 17:32Speaker 8: one down with half of early had a quarter and
- 17:34Speaker 8: a half left. Hey, I saw in the news that
- 17:36Speaker 8: in the last hour so Trump has knocked out electricity
- 17:39Speaker 8: to forty or fifty Iranian military basis. So there is
- 17:42Speaker 8: really starting to step it up now, you know.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Yeah, no, and tonight is a much bigger attack is
- 17:47Speaker 2: coming tonight.
- 17:48Speaker 8: It would be like July fourth fireworks tonight over there.
- 17:50Speaker 8: I should watch it on TV, you know.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, thanks for calling. Let me just point
- 17:54Speaker 2: out they are hitting power plants and knocking out electricity.
- 17:58Speaker 2: You're going to hear all over EM and CNN, New
- 18:01Speaker 2: York Times are going to say violation of international law.
- 18:04Speaker 2: War crime is there's no such thing as international law.
- 18:08Speaker 2: It doesn't exist, and it's not a war crime. It's
- 18:11Speaker 2: the first thing you do in every war is you
- 18:13Speaker 2: knock out bridges, power plants, Iraq War, World War two.
- 18:17Speaker 2: We always do that, usually day one. That's the first
- 18:20Speaker 2: thing you do. Knock out the bridges and the power
- 18:22Speaker 2: plants you disable. And one reason you knock out the
- 18:24Speaker 2: power plants the military, the IRCG. They need power to operate,
- 18:30Speaker 2: so it shuts down the military. They have no power.
- 18:33Speaker 2: And you knock out bridges. We've already knocked out one
- 18:35Speaker 2: a while back, but usually knock out bridges that are
- 18:38Speaker 2: being used to transport military and weapons. That's why you
- 18:42Speaker 2: do it. Let's go to Robert in Westchester. Robert, how
- 18:46Speaker 2: you doing.
- 18:47Speaker 9: Good morning, Mark, thanks for taking my call. This guy
- 18:50Speaker 9: Platiner from Maine. He's some character. He's got a shady past,
- 18:55Speaker 9: and yet he's insisting he's the guy that's going to
- 18:58Speaker 9: fix all of me problems. That's like putting al Capone
- 19:02Speaker 9: in the head of the irs. This is ridiculous. One
- 19:06Speaker 9: other thing, Mark, did you hear if the if O
- 19:09Speaker 9: Justice Department is going to do anything with the elections
- 19:11Speaker 9: in California. I like Steve Hilton. I've even donated to him.
- 19:15Speaker 9: I'm afraid they're going to do the same Shenanigans like
- 19:19Speaker 9: they did to the fellow who ran for Maya to him.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a good point. Thanks for calling. The Department
- 19:24Speaker 2: of Justice already has people on the ground in California.
- 19:28Speaker 2: I don't know what they can exactly do, but you're right.
- 19:30Speaker 2: The gotta keep an eye. Steve Hilton has done well,
- 19:33Speaker 2: and when the time comes election for governor, that might
- 19:37Speaker 2: pull the same crap where he's ahead by twenty points
- 19:41Speaker 2: and then look at the mail ins. I suddenly it's
- 19:43Speaker 2: been behind like eighty points. It's statistically impossible. They did
- 19:46Speaker 2: this with the mayor oal Race Pratt way ahead. All
- 19:50Speaker 2: the mail ins come in and it's the total opposite
- 19:53Speaker 2: of the regular vote. That's impossible. Impossible. Let's go to
- 19:58Speaker 2: Larry Cranford, New Jersey. Larry, how you doing, Aymark?
- 20:02Speaker 9: Oh, you know, it's true, who cares about the economy,
- 20:05Speaker 9: global warming, inflation, or anything else? If those lunatics were
- 20:09Speaker 9: going to hit us with in an atomic bomb? Who
- 20:11Speaker 9: cares about anything else? That is the priorities to make
- 20:14Speaker 9: sure that doesn't happen.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Yeah, well that's what President Trump said. He said. He
- 20:18Speaker 2: didn't say I don't care about the economy. He said,
- 20:20Speaker 2: if it comes to national security threat of nuclear attack.
- 20:23Speaker 2: I don't care about the economy. I do what has
- 20:25Speaker 2: to be done, no matter what it's going to do.
- 20:28Speaker 2: How could you go to sleep? That guy said he
- 20:29Speaker 2: went to sleep like five minutes left in the game.
- 20:34Speaker 2: I don't know. I mean, I'm not a basketball fan normally,
- 20:37Speaker 2: and I don't know how much of a basketball but
- 20:39Speaker 2: I knew something could happen. And for those of you
- 20:42Speaker 2: that went to sleep, all of a sudden, the Nicks
- 20:46Speaker 2: started catching up. The Spurs made some mistakes. There was
- 20:49Speaker 2: you know, remember like sixteen seconds left and the Spurs.
- 20:52Speaker 2: He gets the ball and he starts going down court
- 20:55Speaker 2: to try to throw. Should have done nothing, just dribble,
- 20:58Speaker 2: just run down the clock. But I don't know what
- 21:00Speaker 2: he was thinking. But if you hung on till he
- 21:02Speaker 2: couldn't believe they got back. They were close, very close,
- 21:07Speaker 2: And then the ending was unbelievable.
- 21:10Speaker 5: Busy gets it, fires up at three jumping no good,
- 21:14Speaker 5: but tip that's gone.
- 21:15Speaker 10: It's gone.
- 21:16Speaker 6: It's gone with one point two Pervader.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Next take the lead.
- 21:21Speaker 6: Oh no, that's one o seven, little sex.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Nobody could believe it. Everybody's jumping up now, screaming. And
- 21:28Speaker 2: he did it. With like one point two seconds left.
- 21:30Speaker 6: That's that. It's over.
- 21:32Speaker 1: The greatest comeback in the NBA playoff history.
- 21:36Speaker 6: But let's pull off.
- 21:37Speaker 1: But LOL can come back and lead at three games
- 21:40Speaker 1: to one, No Wood, we're away from up title.
- 21:48Speaker 2: You should have seen it. He should have seen the
- 21:51Speaker 2: Taylor Swift jumping up and down, flailing our arms, dancing,
- 21:56Speaker 2: Jerry Seinfelt waving his arms, jumping up and down. They cut.
- 22:00Speaker 2: It's Larry David. No expression, no expression at all. Anyway,
- 22:06Speaker 2: when we come back. The great Jimmy Fayla, very very
- 22:09Speaker 2: funny guy, Jimmy Fayla, who's now on every night nine
- 22:12Speaker 2: to midnight on WR. He'll be with us next where.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Usuor comes for common sense?
- 22:18Speaker 6: Mark Simone on sevent ten WR.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Well, Jimmy fla great tashow hosts, a great comedian. He's
- 22:26Speaker 2: on every night here at WR nine to midnight. It's
- 22:30Speaker 2: a such a great show and it's so funny and
- 22:33Speaker 2: interesting nine to midnight every night on WR, every weeknight,
- 22:38Speaker 2: and then on Saturday night he does the best show
- 22:40Speaker 2: in late night television ten o'clock Fox News Channel and
- 22:44Speaker 2: the best monologue in all of television every Saturday night
- 22:49Speaker 2: at ten, Fox News Channel, Jimmy Fayla, how you doing.
- 22:53Speaker 8: I'm doing man riding high.
- 22:55Speaker 6: We get a big win out of the Knicks last night,
- 22:58Speaker 6: no watch party.
- 23:00Speaker 10: You know, beatings were down like eighteen, which is good.
- 23:04Speaker 6: But a couple of cabby's got wrong. A couple of
- 23:06Speaker 6: cabs got roughed up.
- 23:07Speaker 9: Did you see that?
- 23:08Speaker 2: Yeah? So, hey, you were a cab driver. You don't
- 23:10Speaker 2: like when this this kind of stuff. Cab drivers don't
- 23:13Speaker 2: like this, right.
- 23:15Speaker 6: Just now, what are we talking about here? Because that
- 23:17Speaker 6: you know, the truth is it's actually a horrible night
- 23:20Speaker 6: to be a cab driver because a lot of streets
- 23:22Speaker 6: are shut down. Half the passengers are going to throw
- 23:25Speaker 6: up in the back. You know, you might get that
- 23:27Speaker 6: one guy who's gonna overtip you because he missed a
- 23:30Speaker 6: train and you got him home to New Jersey. But
- 23:33Speaker 6: for every guy who missed a train in New Jersey,
- 23:35Speaker 6: there's ten other guys who missed a train to rehab.
- 23:40Speaker 2: You know. Sometimes people do take a cab all the way.
- 23:42Speaker 2: There's nothing funnier than being like in the middle of
- 23:44Speaker 2: Connecticut and seeing a yellow cab from New York. It
- 23:46Speaker 2: looks so out of place.
- 23:48Speaker 6: It looks like a film shoot. I'll say a fine story.
- 23:51Speaker 6: I had a woman at Grand Central who got in
- 23:54Speaker 6: and she said, I was going to she was going
- 23:56Speaker 6: to an interview for a hedge fund up in Connecticut,
- 23:58Speaker 6: and she had forgot her heels in her office and
- 24:01Speaker 6: she maybe drive her back to Brooklyn, get a set
- 24:04Speaker 6: of heels, and then drive up to Connecticut. It was
- 24:06Speaker 6: actually one of the one was New London, Connecticut. It
- 24:08Speaker 6: was like a New London.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Yeah's three hours away.
- 24:13Speaker 6: Yeah. By the time we got there, I was in
- 24:15Speaker 6: like a common law marriage. I'm like, I want half
- 24:18Speaker 6: of this hedge I want half of this hedge fund money.
- 24:20Speaker 2: I'm on Lady eight, that the biggest fair you ever got.
- 24:26Speaker 6: No, I will tell you this. I had a guy
- 24:29Speaker 6: who he worked at a gentleman's club. I don't want
- 24:32Speaker 6: to out him, but a rhyme it rhymes with Rick's Cafe,
- 24:37Speaker 6: and uh. He actually he had to get home, uh,
- 24:42Speaker 6: just somewhere on the east end of Long Island. And
- 24:46Speaker 6: that was a really expensive fare, compounded by the fact
- 24:49Speaker 6: that I played along with whatever story needed to be
- 24:52Speaker 6: told in the driveway to get him let into that half.
- 24:56Speaker 10: I left there with.
- 24:56Speaker 6: A pile of money.
- 24:59Speaker 2: Wow. Hey, Jimmy Fayla, you're watching the Knicks game. I
- 25:03Speaker 2: love when they show the celebrities because it's like the
- 25:05Speaker 2: only time now you could ever see Ben Stiller anywhere.
- 25:09Speaker 10: And I like, how I know that was my concern market.
- 25:13Speaker 6: It kind of looks like the oscars. You know, when
- 25:15Speaker 6: you charge twenty thousand to get in, you're not getting
- 25:19Speaker 6: you know, those rabid blue collar workers. You know, my
- 25:22Speaker 6: brother the cop is not shelling out forty grand for
- 25:25Speaker 6: two seats in the upper deck. Okay, so instead you're
- 25:29Speaker 6: getting like Taylor Swift, you know, and as you said,
- 25:32Speaker 6: Ben Stiller, So instead of getting told you suck, you
- 25:35Speaker 6: got Ben Stiller telling you that you're shooting a three
- 25:37Speaker 6: pointer on stolen land, you know.
- 25:41Speaker 2: Yeah. And Spike Lee obviously diehard Knicks fan. He's always
- 25:47Speaker 2: been coming the games. But with the blue and orange
- 25:49Speaker 2: glasses and the Knicks uniform and hat, it's a little
- 25:54Speaker 2: too halloween ish, isn't it? For even for him?
- 25:56Speaker 6: Yeah, the Spike, he's kind of like grandfather.
- 26:00Speaker 10: Into the ridiculousness at this point because he's, to his credit,
- 26:03Speaker 10: he's been committed to that for like forty years.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:06Speaker 6: But yeah, if you saw that on the subway. You'd
- 26:09Speaker 6: be hoping that's the you know, don't I hope this
- 26:11Speaker 6: guy doesn't talk to me, you know, because I got
- 26:13Speaker 6: in that outfit on the subway is either arguing with
- 26:16Speaker 6: the air or he's asking you for money. You know,
- 26:19Speaker 6: that's the Spike thing. But Spike, you know, Spike, he's
- 26:22Speaker 6: a give him his credit as a fan because he's
- 26:24Speaker 6: been there for a lot of bad seasons, making stuck
- 26:28Speaker 6: around anybody. Anybody was here ten years ago and still
- 26:32Speaker 6: showing up the Nick games. It's like a thinley veiled dominatrix.
- 26:35Speaker 6: You just liked the abuse. That's what it's like to
- 26:38Speaker 6: be a Met fan. You know.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Hell, I love watching Jerry Seinfeld. They're jumping up and
- 26:42Speaker 2: down waving his and then I love watching Larry David.
- 26:44Speaker 2: No expression even when they won, didn't blink, no expression, I.
- 26:49Speaker 10: Know, But that's that is the difference.
- 26:52Speaker 6: Man, Like the you know, the the normal fan who's
- 26:55Speaker 6: out a Nick game. And obviously there's always celebrity row.
- 26:58Speaker 6: And they came alive last night because it was, you know,
- 27:00Speaker 6: greatest come back you're ever going to watch. But for
- 27:02Speaker 6: most of the game, I mean, they were getting blown out,
- 27:04Speaker 6: but it was also just pretty flat to begin with,
- 27:06Speaker 6: because you don't have that same passion again from a
- 27:10Speaker 6: guy paying twenty grand to seat you know, the guy
- 27:13Speaker 6: paying two hundred and eighty dollars, okay, is the guy
- 27:16Speaker 6: that's going to show up and get in a fight
- 27:17Speaker 6: and throw a beer at somebody. And that's the home
- 27:19Speaker 6: court advantage we're known for, you know. So I actually
- 27:23Speaker 6: thought last night it was a letdown as they were
- 27:26Speaker 6: getting blown out, but then of course they turned on
- 27:28Speaker 6: the jets and made it look good.
- 27:30Speaker 10: So well, Tay, I mean, I'm excited for the city.
- 27:32Speaker 6: I think it's a good win. I'm euscit of the city.
- 27:34Speaker 6: I'm not excited for the nypday. They're the best people
- 27:37Speaker 6: ever anywhere, okay, and with all they've got going on
- 27:40Speaker 6: this the World Cup.
- 27:42Speaker 10: Just the idea that mom, Donnie's the mayor, like the
- 27:45Speaker 10: NYPD man, they're the best.
- 27:46Speaker 6: Give him that.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Yeah, Hey, gimme fail a platiner winning? Is this like
- 27:53Speaker 2: a conspiracy? Did all you comedians get together and make
- 27:56Speaker 2: sure he won so you'd have him to pick on.
- 28:00Speaker 6: It's my favorite thing in the world that we went
- 28:04Speaker 6: from ten years of calling Trump a Nazi to nominating
- 28:07Speaker 6: the guy with the Hitler dead. It's a funny stig.
- 28:12Speaker 6: It's like, up next they're going to tell you he's
- 28:14Speaker 6: a you know, Trump's a lousy bartender. Anyway, vote for
- 28:17Speaker 6: Bill Cosby. He's running.
- 28:19Speaker 2: You know.
- 28:20Speaker 9: It's like, what are we doing here?
- 28:22Speaker 10: No one's even paying attention to themselves anymore.
- 28:24Speaker 6: So it's made it fun. And I'll tell you the truth.
- 28:27Speaker 6: The one thing they're not even bargaining for, you know,
- 28:31Speaker 6: is that most of these damaging stories are not coming
- 28:34Speaker 6: from Republican opposition research. Like the Republicans want this guy
- 28:38Speaker 6: on the ticket because they think they can and they
- 28:42Speaker 6: can play the long game and beat him because there's
- 28:44Speaker 6: other dirt. And they keep saying that. I was watching
- 28:46Speaker 6: MSNBC this morning, They're like, well, some of us are
- 28:49Speaker 6: waiting for the other shoe to drop. With Graham Platner,
- 28:51Speaker 6: I'm like, how.
- 28:52Speaker 10: Many shoes does this guy have to drop?
- 28:54Speaker 9: Is he a centipede?
- 28:56Speaker 6: Like we've had eighty seven scandals already, Like when do
- 28:59Speaker 6: you run shoes? Is this guy of Melda Marcos didn't
- 29:02Speaker 6: have this many shoes?
- 29:04Speaker 2: Yeah, you're right, what no matter what they have, what
- 29:07Speaker 2: what's the difference he's already got a million strikes against
- 29:10Speaker 2: what There's nothing that could be any worse than all this.
- 29:13Speaker 2: So uh wow, hey, Joe Biden, is that the worst
- 29:18Speaker 2: book tour? The worst rollout of a book you've ever seen.
- 29:21Speaker 2: I'm looking at an Amazon it's like number seventy two
- 29:23Speaker 2: in the in the top one hundred.
- 29:25Speaker 6: Yeah, pretty sad, the funniest thing in the world. And
- 29:28Speaker 6: nobody wanted to read The Idiot's Guide to Elder Abuse.
- 29:31Speaker 6: It's just, you know, the tougher it. It's depressing. She's like,
- 29:35Speaker 6: and then I brought him the waffle house, the nervous lady,
- 29:40Speaker 6: because you know what happens. I bet you this. We've
- 29:42Speaker 6: covered politics a long time now.
- 29:44Speaker 10: I'm completely speculat.
- 29:45Speaker 6: Okay, but Joe Biden, you know, was always a little
- 29:49Speaker 6: bit of a dirt bag and a wild card in Washington,
- 29:51Speaker 6: and a woman who's married to that for fifty years
- 29:54Speaker 6: had probably decided she was entitled to the trappings of
- 29:57Speaker 6: the presidency. Meaning it's even if he was cuckoo for
- 30:00Speaker 6: cocoa puffs, We're better to get a guy elder care
- 30:03Speaker 6: than in the White House while she flies around on
- 30:06Speaker 6: Air Force one. Because if you remember, she.
- 30:08Speaker 10: Went over to the Olympics, go back to.
- 30:11Speaker 6: California for a hunter event, and then went back to
- 30:14Speaker 6: the Olympics. She was using air Force one like it
- 30:18Speaker 6: was a Honda Accord and she was just running errands
- 30:21Speaker 6: in it, and then of course stopping to remind us
- 30:24Speaker 6: that the climate and the planet and reduce your emissions. Anyway,
- 30:27Speaker 6: if anybody needs me, give me the easy path. I'm
- 30:30Speaker 6: flying back to Italy.
- 30:33Speaker 2: Jimmy faila a UFC fight White House Sunday. Democrats are
- 30:37Speaker 2: all upset because UFC that's too Middle America for them,
- 30:41Speaker 2: too normal for them.
- 30:43Speaker 6: What do you think, Yeah, I listen, I get that
- 30:47Speaker 6: they're going to oppose everything Trump does. Okay, but it's
- 30:50Speaker 6: you know, it's a fight. It's not even paid for
- 30:53Speaker 6: by Trump. You know, people are into it.
- 30:57Speaker 10: And the truth is, like, you know, how can the Democrats,
- 31:00Speaker 10: especially the ones in.
- 31:01Speaker 6: This town, they're complaining about the barbarism of a fight.
- 31:04Speaker 6: I'm like, dude, you ride the subway. You see wilder fights.
- 31:08Speaker 10: Than this every day.
- 31:09Speaker 6: At least these guys are getting paid and they have
- 31:11Speaker 6: a house to go home to.
- 31:13Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, Trump's an unusual guy. How many people
- 31:16Speaker 2: like whould love the when it comes to sports there
- 31:18Speaker 2: at the Master's golf tournament and UFC fighting. That's quite
- 31:22Speaker 2: a range, isn't it.
- 31:25Speaker 6: Yeah, you know, we're probably gonna find out when this
- 31:27Speaker 6: is all over that he had a gambling problem one
- 31:30Speaker 6: days at the next game, the next day at the
- 31:32Speaker 6: UFC game. Now I know why he's trying to seize
- 31:36Speaker 6: carg Island. He owes this bunkie three trillion dollars. Thanks, Sorry, Ayatola,
- 31:40Speaker 6: I'm in the hole.
- 31:41Speaker 2: Well, Jimmy fallis on here every night. You got to
- 31:44Speaker 2: listen to a show every night, nine to midnight. It's
- 31:46Speaker 2: fascinating funny nine to midnight every night on w R.
- 31:50Speaker 2: Who do you have on tonight?
- 31:52Speaker 9: Ooh, we got a good one tonight.
- 31:54Speaker 8: Man.
- 31:54Speaker 9: So Steve Hilton, who.
- 31:56Speaker 6: Was running for governor in California, made it into the runoff.
- 31:59Speaker 6: We had him on yesterday, but he felt bad because
- 32:01Speaker 6: he didn't have a good signal, and he's coming back
- 32:04Speaker 6: today to make it up to me. So we're getting
- 32:06Speaker 6: a reunion tour with Steve Hilton. And he told me
- 32:10Speaker 6: yesterday that he's upset that my dog didn't vote for him.
- 32:13Speaker 6: He goes, because it's California, your dog can vote out here.
- 32:16Speaker 6: What's the deal. Maybe my dog Bixby will be at the.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Polls too, So be listening tonight nine to midnight Now.
- 32:24Speaker 2: Then on Saturday nights, make sure you watch Jimmy Fayala
- 32:27Speaker 2: every Saturday night ten o'clock Fox News Channel. It is
- 32:31Speaker 2: the best late night show in television. Do we know yet?
- 32:33Speaker 2: Who's going to be on this week?
- 32:35Speaker 6: Sergeant Slaughter's on this week. He's going to be previewing
- 32:39Speaker 6: the big UFC fights at the White House, So we're
- 32:42Speaker 6: going to have Sergeant Slaughter come by and talk fights
- 32:44Speaker 6: with the kids. It's going to be a rowdy one.
- 32:46Speaker 2: Excellent And if people want to come see the show
- 32:48Speaker 2: in person, it's free. Don't tell me because when you
