Speaker 1: Pick up your dog's poop.
• 1:50
Speaker 1: If you're walking your dogs, if you're making food, don't put too much seasoning in it, cause we about to break this shit All the way down.
• 1:59
Speaker 1: Jay Z Is being Accused Of raping 13-year-old girl with Diddy after the 2000 VMAs that 2000 VMAs.
• 2:19
Speaker 1: We have been talking about the 2000 VMAs for quite some time now, and it reminds me of something.
• 2:29
Speaker 1: When I was in college, when I first started college at Cleveland State University, I was all excited to be in college.
• 2:47
Speaker 1: You know, like, like my father he was was a college graduate, and I remember, after maybe about a month of being in college first year or whatever, I was with my dad and he was like so you got some friends down there who you're hanging with, and I said, well, no, I still got all my friends my friends are hanging with me that have been hanging with me.
• 3:07
Speaker 1: They wasn't in school, they were just they weren't in school, they weren't really doing much or nothing for real.
• 3:14
Speaker 1: To be honest, they were just my friends I hung with that were from around my neighborhood and I didn't expect this answer.
• 3:24
Speaker 1: But my dad said you can't graduate, you ain't gonna graduate from college.
• 3:30
Speaker 1: Hanging with people that's not trying to graduate from college.
• 3:34
Speaker 1: And I thought at the time when he first said it, I just thought he was being mean towards my friends.
• 3:44
Speaker 1: But then I started realizing, as I got older, that when you hang around because I didn't finish there, if I didn't finish at Cleveland State, let's just say that and get that out there.
• 3:57
Speaker 1: And I realized I didn't finish was partly because of the reason that I was hanging with people who didn't care about college.
• 4:06
Speaker 1: So when I would be saying, hey, I don't know if I should hang out because I got class tomorrow or I got homework due, they didn't give a shit.
• 4:18
Speaker 1: They didn't have no homework or nothing to do.
• 4:20
Speaker 1: So of course they'd be like man, forget that, we're gonna hang out.
• 4:23
Speaker 1: You could do that another time.
• 4:24
Speaker 1: Because they had no idea of what college really meant, or the purpose of it, or or even having to be accountable, you know, held accountable to having like responsibilities.
• 4:37
Speaker 1: And so as time went on, my grades suffered, I missed class a lot, and it taught me a lesson because although although I didn't want to hear what my dad said at that time, but uh, it's very true.
• 4:53
Speaker 1: It's like the saying they, the old saying birds of a feather flock together, and if these and if birds ain't trying to graduate, then ain't nobody gonna graduate.
• 5:06
Speaker 1: And so I say all that say to lead up to that's what jay-z finding out right now.
• 5:13
Speaker 1: You can't hang with pedophiles after pedophiles hanging with r kelly doing business with r kelly um, I've seen footage of them hanging out with girls together um online that I can't even post on my page, but if you go on x, it's some crazy footage and it's real footage, not no ai shit.
• 5:37
Speaker 1: Um hanging out with r ke Kelly and, of course, hanging out with Diddy all this underage girls where their smoke is fire.
• 5:47
Speaker 1: And now the day that we all have been waiting for is here.
• 5:54
Speaker 1: Jay-z is in the mix now.
• 5:58
Speaker 1: Now the crazy part is y'all I have been covering and calling out the downfall of hollywood.
• 6:06
Speaker 1: Anybody who's been following me from day one will tell you.
• 6:10
Speaker 1: I called this out september 2023.
• 6:17
Speaker 1: This was right around the time when cassie first was talking about the lawsuit, but I had already told my friends, my followers, my partners, um, my fellow creators.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: I said hollywood is gonna fall, diddy's gonna fall.
• 6:35
Speaker 1: When people thought you gotta think at this time, people thought diddy was unstoppable.
• 6:42
Speaker 1: They thought Diddy was unbelievable.
• 6:46
Speaker 1: You know, like nothing untouchable like when I was saying that at that time, they were like Diddy not going to jail Diddy, not they not going to arrest Diddy none of that.
• 6:55
Speaker 1: I had to hear that for months and months and months and months.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: Luckily, right after I said that in September, october, november Cat Williams came January on the Shea Shea show and said the same thing, and I was so happy because, of course, he had a much, a huge, bigger name, had a bigger platform and got the same word out that I knew and the reason why I knew it.
• 7:17
Speaker 1: I'm not going to get long winded about how I knew that Hollywood was about to fall.
• 7:21
Speaker 1: Hollywood was about to fall, but my background in this social media thing was helping people who had been mistreated by businesses and I saw how the algorithm was allowing regular customers to get an immediate reaction from the public and let them know hey, this business is screwing me over, whereas five, 10 years ago it wasn't like that.
• 7:45
Speaker 1: The algorithm didn't let the common person just have a voice.
• 7:48
Speaker 1: The uh, the algorithm.
• 7:52
Speaker 1: Before the algorithm, it was just the big corporations had all the power, and so I saw that happening where we were, people at Walmart were getting mistreated and then we were able to call them out, put the footage up, call, make a call to action and mistreated, and then we were able to call them out, put the footage up, call, make a call to action, and so much dust would get kicked up.
• 8:11
Speaker 1: Walmart would have to, would have to uh, either pay them the person they did wrong or do something.
• 8:19
Speaker 1: I just saw that times were changing and we had a.
• 8:20
Speaker 1: Our voice was stronger, which is why they want to ban tick, ban tiktok and and stuff.
• 8:23
Speaker 1: But it does, it's not gonna do anything because the algorithm is the algorithm now, and so when I saw that happen into businesses, I said it's just a matter of time before all of these people who had stories about being mistreated by these celebrities, they are gonna have a voice and that's what's gonna bring hollywood down.
• 8:43
Speaker 1: They hollywood was keeping us down and keeping the common people down because they controlled all the media outlets.
• 8:50
  Speaker 1: They controlled them.
• 8:52
Speaker 1: Oprah had a stranglehold on whatever the narrative was.
• 8:55
Speaker 1: Those days are over, and so I've already predicted this and people who are riding on me.
• 9:01
Speaker 1: This is why I have a good following and a strong following, because my following start two years ago and I have called out this.
• 9:09
Speaker 1: I had to sit back after the news broke about Diddy with Cassidy Cassidy, I had to sit back and let people troll me saying, hey, nothing's going to happen to Diddy.
• 9:22
Speaker 1: You need to get a life.
• 9:24
Speaker 1: Ain't nothing Da, da, da, da, da going to happen to Diddy.
• 9:26
Speaker 1: You need to get a life, ain't nothing, da-da-da-da-da.
• 9:27
Speaker 1: And then you look around.
• 9:30
Speaker 1: It took a long time, but after the lawsuit, you see Diddy was arrested and all the people that said he wasn't going to be arrested, they all have disappeared.
• 9:45
Speaker 1: See, this is the hard part, or I don't want to say, say hard part.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: But the frustrating thing about my job is you have to call out shit, because this is what I people know me as.
• 9:53
Speaker 1: I mean, I'm not right every single time, but I'm right most of the time, and I do call out stuff before it happens.
• 10:00
Speaker 1: So my thing is I have to call it out because I can't.
• 10:02
Speaker 1: I can't wait for months for everybody to catch up, so I'm gonna call it out when I see it, and usually I'm way ahead of everybody, so I have to hear all this oh, you don't know what you're talking about.
• 10:13
Speaker 1: Then, when it I it comes out that I was right, nobody says anything.
• 10:19
Speaker 1: That's just how it goes.
• 10:20
Speaker 1: So that brings me to jay-z.
• 10:23
Speaker 1: Now we've been all saying jay-z is going to get called to the carpet and the same thing, just like diddy.
• 10:31
Speaker 1: People like nah, jay-z ain't did it in there, jay-z's not gonna do this, jay-z's not gonna do nothing's been added to a trifling, crazy, trifling ass uh uh story saying that jay-z and diddy took turns on a 13 year old with other celebrities watching, namely a female, and that's what we're about to get into.
• 11:05
Speaker 1: So for everybody saying Jay-Z, just like we had to go through this with Diddy, if you're one of those people saying ain't nothing gonna happen to Jay-Z, well, you're getting close to being wrong.
• 11:16
Speaker 1: You're inches away and you're gonna be totally wrong in a minute because this lawyer y'all gotta remember he is vetting him and his team are vetting these cases very strong because they have so many of them they're not going to take none.
• 11:33
Speaker 1: That aren't going to be believable.
• 11:36
Speaker 1: So if they're bringing Jay-Z's name into this shit, you best believe that they got some evidence to this shit.
• 11:50
Speaker 1: You best believe that they got some evidence and we about to get into this.
• 11:52
Speaker 1: So welcome everybody to the flow show no filter, where I explore the biggest stories that are shaping culture, pop culture, urban urban culture and beyond.
• 12:04
Speaker 1: And today we are diving into one of the most shocking developments of this Diddy Freak Off.
• 12:14
Speaker 1: Surviving Diddy Kelly shit that has emerged.
• 12:18
Speaker 1: We have two of hip-hop's most prominent people Jay-Z and Diddy and now it's Jay-hop's most prominent people jay-z and diddy, and now it's jay-z's turn.
• 12:28
Speaker 1: A newly re-filed civil lawsuit accuses both men of sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl after an after party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.
• 12:48
Speaker 1: This episode today, y'all, we are going to break down the details of this case, the responses from the accused and the broader implications for the music and entertainment industry worldwide.
• 13:09
Speaker 1: Now to understand the gravity of this situation, let's start with the allegations outlined in a civil lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York.
• 13:26
Speaker 1: The plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe, claims she was assaulted by Jay-Z and Diddy at a drug-fueled house party after the vmas in in the year 2000.
• 13:45
Speaker 1: Now, to give you a little background, this is the vmas where diddy and j-lo were an item.
• 13:53
Speaker 1: They were boyfriend and girlfriend, and this this is the one where it was a lot of controversy.
• 13:59
Speaker 1: When this was first filed, this actual lawsuit was already filed.
• 14:03
Speaker 1: This is actually like an amendment, or just jay-z was added to it.
• 14:07
Speaker 1: But if you remember, this is the one where jennifer lopez was supposed to be the be there with diddy and they are claiming that she is the female that watched this shit go on amongst other celebrities who are supposed to be there.
• 14:23
Speaker 1: I posted some of the pictures from this party and and um instagram actually took the post down for no reason.
• 14:31
Speaker 1: That's when I knew this was the smoke.
• 14:36
Speaker 1: This was the smoking gun.
• 14:40
Speaker 1: Now, according to court documents, jane doe alleges that after consuming a drink at the party, she became disoriented and sought out a quiet room to rest.
• 14:54
Speaker 1: It was there that she encountered Diddy, jay-z and an unnamed female celebrity.
• 15:06
Speaker 1: Now we think that unnamed celebrity is J-Lo, but don't tell nobody.
• 15:12
Speaker 1: Now she alleges that Diddy grabbed her aggressively, threw her against the wall and onto a bed while Jay-Z began removing her clothes and onto a bed while Jay-Z began removing her clothes.
• 15:27
Speaker 1: Both men then allegedly raped her, while the female celebrity watched without intervening.
• 15:32
Speaker 1: Now I know this story is deeply, deeply disturbing and raises critical questions about the accountability and power dynamics in the music industry.
• 15:52
Speaker 1: Now Jay-Z has responded to this.
• 15:54
Speaker 1: Let's get into that.
• 15:55
Speaker 1: Now, if we're talking about Jay-Z, whose real name is Sean Carter has issued a strong denial of the allegations.
• 16:05
Speaker 1: Now y'all I said on my social media page yesterday that I think this statement is a little too strong and it makes Jay-Z look guilty to me that the statement.
• 16:19
  Speaker 1: But I don't know.
• 16:22
Speaker 1: All I can say is you know, I've not been in that position and somebody bring these type of allegations to the table.
• 16:28
Speaker 1: You might act out of character, but I think Jay-Z was way too strong on this statement and let's go over it.
• 16:49
Speaker 1: In this statement he accused the plaintiff's attorney, tony Busby, of attempting to blackmail him.
• 16:54
Speaker 1: Here's an excerpt from that letter Jay-Z penned my lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter from lawyer named Tony Busby.
• 17:04
Speaker 1: What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.
• 17:11
Speaker 1: No, sir, it had the opposite effect.
• 17:15
Speaker 1: It made me want to expose you for the fraud.
• 17:19
Speaker 1: You are in a very public fashion, very public fashion now.
• 17:31
Speaker 1: Jay-z also emphasized the pain these accusations have caused his family, particularly his children, children who now face unwanted scrutiny.
• 17:37
Speaker 1: Now he challenged the plaintiff to pursue criminal charges rather than a civil suit if the claims were true, stating whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away.
• 17:53
Speaker 1: And these are jay-z's words.
• 17:55
Speaker 1: Now diddy also responded to this.
• 18:04
Speaker 1: These accusations already remember I told you these were, these were already.
• 18:10
Speaker 1: This lawsuit was already filed.
• 18:12
Speaker 1: Jay-z was just recently added.
• 18:20
  Speaker 1: Now did.
• 18:20
Speaker 1: His legal team has similarly dismissed the allegations as baseless.
• 18:25
Speaker 1: This lawsuit comes amid a storm of other legal issues for Diddy, including federal sex trafficking charges.
• 18:32
Speaker 1: Now he is currently being held without bail in a waste trial.
• 18:37
Speaker 1: As we all know, reports have surfaced detailing Diddy's infamous freak off parties, which allegedly cost up to five hundred thousand dollars per night and involved hella, drugs, hella alcohol and debauchery.
• 18:56
Speaker 1: While Diddy has consistently denied all these allegations, the sheer volume of the accusations paints a troubling picture of his past behavior.
• 19:09
Speaker 1: Diddy's legal team has labeled the lawsuit a shameless publicity stunt, claiming the truth will emerge in court, and this is the same thing that Tony Busby has said, that he believed this will be proved in court.
• 19:28
Speaker 1: So both sides are very taking strong stances on what they believe is true.
• 19:53
Speaker 1: Now, one of the most troubling aspects of this case is the mention of an unnamed female celebrity who was reportedly present during this assault.
• 19:57
Speaker 1: Now, according to Jane Doe, this individual watched the events unfold but did nothing to intervene and y'all everybody and a mama said it's J-Lo and the reason why I said it was J-Lo, because it only makes sense because J-Z I mean Diddy was with J-Lo at this time.
• 20:20
Speaker 1: We even have pictures of them together all night.
• 20:23
Speaker 1: So it would make sense that if Diddy's at an after party doing anything, his woman at the time is right there, especially the VMAs night.
• 20:34
Speaker 1: They're not going to be separated.
• 20:39
Speaker 1: This revelation raises significant questions.
• 20:42
Speaker 1: Many people are wondering I'm guessing it's J-Lo, but other people are like who is this person and why haven't they been named in the lawsuit?
• 20:54
Speaker 1: Their presence speaks to a broader issue Of people being complicit, people being silent, and this is the case throughout the entertainment industry.
• 21:09
Speaker 1: How often are bystanders aware of abuse but choose to look the other way?
• 21:16
Speaker 1: Now, another person that they've said this, this female person could be, is Mary J Blige.
• 21:24
Speaker 1: I don't believe that, but that's the only other female that I've seen.
• 21:29
Speaker 1: Like I said, everybody is saying JLo, um, but, like I said, I've had, I've have heard a, a few people, well, not even a few.
• 21:42
Speaker 1: I've heard a couple people say Mary J Blige.
• 21:46
Speaker 1: Now, what do these allegations highlight?
• 21:48
Speaker 1: They highlight a ton of systematic issues within the music industry.
• 22:02
Speaker 1: And what are these issues?
• 22:06
Speaker 1: Exploitation of minors, maybe.
• 22:11
Speaker 1: The abuse of power, maybe Influential figures controlling the narrative or wanting to control the narrative as they used to, but they don't control them anymore and that's why they're frustrated.
• 22:29
Speaker 1: This is why Hollywood is angry, yet still Hollywood is quiet as fuck.
• 22:41
Speaker 1: For decades, artists and executives have operated within a culture that often prioritizes success and profits over accountability, and that is what we're about to find out what is priority in this world we live in.
• 23:02
Speaker 1: The music industry has seen a reckoning in recent years, with figures like R Kelly facing justice for longstanding abuses.
• 23:16
Speaker 1: However, cases like this remind us that there's still much more to be done to protect the vulnerable individuals in our society, and we have to get a hold of the powerful people and hold them accountable.
• 23:38
Speaker 1: This story with Jay-Z, diddy and this unnamed celebrity also raises important questions and about the industry.
• 23:53
Speaker 1: Is it possible for us to create a safe environment in this toxic, drug-laced field industry?
• 24:14
Speaker 1: So let's talk about the public reaction and the media coverage to this shit.
• 24:16
Speaker 1: The public is happy as fuck to see jay-z appear to be being held accountable.
• 24:22
Speaker 1: I don't have to tell you that.
• 24:24
Speaker 1: Just open your social medias up.
• 24:26
Speaker 1: Just open Facebook up.
• 24:29
  Speaker 1: Whatever.
• 24:31
Speaker 1: The public reaction to these allegations has been polarizing.
• 24:37
Speaker 1: Now some fans have expressed outrage and call for justice For the Jane Doe, and I wouldn't even say some, I would say 80 percent, 20 percent have questioned the timing and motives behind the lawsuit.
• 24:57
Speaker 1: Social media platforms are ablaze with debates, with some defending Jay-Z and Diddy, citing that their influence and success is why all this is happening, while the majority of others argue that fame should not shield anyone from accountability.
• 25:20
  Speaker 1: This is a battle y'all.
• 25:25
  Speaker 1: Anyone from accountability?
• 25:26
  Speaker 1: This is a battle y'all.
• 25:29
Speaker 1: It's cliche and it's corny to say the battle of good and evil, but that's what's going on.
• 25:37
Speaker 1: This is a battle between good and evil, and the media's role in covering this case is also worth discussing.
• 25:53
Speaker 1: You know, as a journalist, you struggle between how do you strike a balance between reporting the facts and respecting the sensitivities of such cases, and how does the court of public opinion impact the accused and the accusers?
• 26:10
Speaker 1: It ain't, it ain't easy y'all, because as a journalist, you, you, you want to maintain a level of you know, you don't want to be biased, but then you also, in the new age, you want to be honest.
• 26:28
Speaker 1: So, which is why to try to achieve those goals, this is why I give you guys all the facts I see and I try to give you both sides of the coin and then I also, within all of that, give you my opinion.
• 26:44
Speaker 1: I think that's the best way to kind of cover all bases.
• 26:49
Speaker 1: So, but it's not easy, but I can't cover this and not tell you guys how the fuck I feel about it.
• 26:57
  Speaker 1: I mean I have to.
• 26:58
Speaker 1: But, like I always say, I just want to give you the facts so y'all can come up with your own shit or come up with your own opinion, and a lot of times we might share the same opinion.
• 27:08
  Speaker 1: Sometimes we won't.
• 27:09
Speaker 1: But I think it's better just to give all the facts and let us all talk, because sometimes you guys bring excellent points that I may not have thought of.
• 27:22
Speaker 1: Now, this case is a civil lawsuit, not criminal.
• 27:26
Speaker 1: You guys understand that, I'm sure.
• 27:28
Speaker 1: So in a civil suit the burden of proof is much lower than in a criminal trial.
• 27:36
Speaker 1: So Jane Doe's lawyer, tony Busby, has been at the forefront of multiple lawsuits against high profile figures, including Diddy.
• 27:48
Speaker 1: Now critics of Busby.
• 27:52
Speaker 1: They argue that this approach can sometimes overshadow the case themselves, but supporters believe he's providing a voice for the survivors and basically it's like this and I and I struggle with this when you become a figure in, let's say, the diddy story.
• 28:19
Speaker 1: Like you, people know you from the story.
• 28:21
Speaker 1: Sometimes the people involved get upset with you and then they want to come at you and make you part of the story.
• 28:29
Speaker 1: As a journalist, I don't want to be part of the story, I want to just tell the story.
• 28:34
Speaker 1: I don't want to be the story.
• 28:36
Speaker 1: I'm not trying to be a character in the story, but it happens and this is what's happening to Tony Busby Now.
• 28:43
Speaker 1: He's becoming a character in the story, but it happens and this was happening to Tony Busby.
• 28:45
Speaker 1: Now he's becoming a character within the story and some people feel like you know, that's a that could be a distraction not really his fault, but this is chess guys.
• 28:56
Speaker 1: We are watching the biggest chess game against the biggest billionaires and the biggest lawyers that we've ever seen battle, and I'm here for it.
• 29:15
Speaker 1: As this lawsuit unfolds, we'll likely see more developments.
• 29:20
Speaker 1: We'll likely see more developments, especially if the plaintiff's legal team reveals new evidence or new witnesses.
• 29:28
Speaker 1: The defendant's legal teams have vowed to fight the claims, setting the stage for a potential lengthy and contentious legal battle lengthy and contentious legal battle.
• 29:46
Speaker 1: Regardless of this outcome, this case serves as a reminder of the importance of supporting survivors of sexual violence.
• 29:57
Speaker 1: If you are someone you know is a survivor, resources like the, the Rape and Abuse and Incest National Network, offer confidential support and assistance.
• 30:16
Speaker 1: This is getting crazy, y'all.
• 30:17
Speaker 1: This is getting ridiculously crazy.
• 30:25
Speaker 1: It's getting to the point where even the lawyer is having to get gangster.
• 30:41
Speaker 1: Do y'all remember this was november 18th, a few weeks ago.
• 30:49
  Speaker 1: Do y'all remember?
• 30:50
Speaker 1: Uh, there was a prominent person that was suing tony busby and they wouldn't say who the name was, and they were saying that the person it was a big, powerful figure and they were saying that, uh, uh, they were gonna sue for I don't know if it was extortion or something just crazy, saying that basically, tony Busby is trying to extort him out of money.
• 31:18
Speaker 1: Well, now we're finding out that that person was j is jay-z.
• 31:25
Speaker 1: We didn't know that at the time, and this is november 18th.
• 31:29
Speaker 1: On tony busby's instagram page, this is what he said.
• 31:34
Speaker 1: He said I've been sued in los angeles in a last-ditch attempt to stop me from revealing names in this public lawsuit.
• 31:43
  Speaker 1: It won't work.
• 31:45
Speaker 1: The irony the suit against me was filed by a quote-unquote powerful john doe.
• 31:51
Speaker 1: Well, we won't allow the powerful and their high dollar lawyers intimidate or silence sexual assault survivors.
• 32:02
Speaker 1: This is exactly quoted from tony busby's instagram page.
• 32:09
Speaker 1: It has been reported that a lawsuit has been filed against my firm claiming extortion.
• 32:14
Speaker 1: The lawyers that filed it also immediately called tmz in an apparent effort to silence those who alleged sexual assault.
• 32:25
Speaker 1: He goes on to say here's the deal the case filed against my firm is not only without legal merit, it is laughable.
• 32:36
Speaker 1: Here is why, on behalf of two clients who alleged sexual assault, we sent a standard demand letter to a New York lawyer that we know represents an alleged perpetrator and potential defendant, jay-z.
• 32:58
Speaker 1: The letters were sent seeking a confidential mediation in lieu of filing a lawsuit.
• 33:06
Speaker 1: No amount of money was included in the demand letters, no threats were made and the demand letters sent are no different than the ones routinely sent by lawyers across the country in all type of cases.
• 33:25
Speaker 1: It is obvious that the frivolous lawsuit filed against my firm is an aggressive attempt to intimidate or silence me ultimately and ultimately, my clients.
• 33:37
Speaker 1: That effort is a gross miscalculation.
• 33:41
  Speaker 1: I am a US Marine.
• 33:44
Speaker 1: I won't be silenced or intimidated.
• 33:48
Speaker 1: Neither will my clients.
• 33:51
Speaker 1: Since our professional efforts at resolution obviously have failed, we will instead disclose the demand letters we sent at the time we filed suit, the demand letters we sent at the time we filed suit.
• 34:06
Speaker 1: Abuse of the legal system unfortunately runs rampant.
• 34:07
Speaker 1: The lawsuit filed against my firm is a prime example of that.
• 34:11
Speaker 1: Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
• 34:14
Speaker 1: I have confidence that, with full public disclosure, all of this will sort itself out.
• 34:23
Speaker 1: That is Tony Busby from his Instagram account on November 18th.
• 34:30
Speaker 1: Can y'all fucking believe what this is turned into?
• 34:35
Speaker 1: We got high-powered, big-name celebrity attorneys having to put out there that they are Marines and won't be intimidated.
• 34:51
Speaker 1: The funny thing is, I got a random thought.
• 34:59
Speaker 1: Now these celebrities if you look around, they always suing a motherfucker.
• 35:05
Speaker 1: They suing motherfuckers for everything.
• 35:11
  Speaker 1: Look at it.
• 35:12
  Speaker 1: You see.
• 35:12
Speaker 1: Every time you look around, jay-z is suing somebody or any of these celebrities, right, right, but every time a common person tries to sue, now that's when they throw up.
• 35:30
Speaker 1: Oh, this is extortion, this is blackmail, this is this.
• 35:32
Speaker 1: No, this is this.
• 35:32
Speaker 1: This is the same shit you do.
• 35:34
Speaker 1: What do you do?
• 35:36
Speaker 1: Only big time, uh, uh, big money, motherfuckers.
• 35:40
Speaker 1: The only one allowed to sue?
• 35:41
Speaker 1: Can the common man sue?
• 35:44
Speaker 1: Can the common man lawyer up and see?
• 35:49
  Speaker 1: That's what these.
• 35:50
Speaker 1: These celebrities have fallen by the wayside.
• 35:53
Speaker 1: Nobody really gives a fuck about them anymore because they're exposing themselves.
• 35:57
Speaker 1: You can be upset about being sued.
• 36:02
Speaker 1: I'm not saying that, but it's what he's saying.
• 36:05
Speaker 1: He, you got your celebrities make it like they're the only one.
• 36:10
Speaker 1: They're the only ones allowed to fucking sue.
• 36:12
Speaker 1: And if we, as the poor peasant motherfuckers in this world, when we sue, it always has to be for extortion and blackmail and all this old crazy shit.
• 36:24
Speaker 1: We can't just be suing because we have been done wrong.
• 36:29
Speaker 1: And I'm so glad that in 2024 that bullshit ain't riding no more.
• 36:38
  Speaker 1: I don't hold your applause.
• 36:45
Speaker 1: I'm not finished yet.
• 36:46
Speaker 1: We got all type of shit shit coming through.
• 36:53
Speaker 1: Now, like I told y'all y'all, every little piece of information that come through, I'm bringing it right to y'all.
• 37:02
Speaker 1: Jay Z, sean Carter has been fighting someone who claimed that they had under the woman was supposedly 16 at the time had sex with Jay-Z.
• 37:17
Speaker 1: It was protected, but the condom broke, according to the woman and said she has an illegitimate son with with the rapper jay-z, and the kid and jay-z look damn not identical.
• 37:34
Speaker 1: But jay-z has been able to run and hide and and not take a dna, a test or anything.
• 37:42
Speaker 1: He has been able to avoid this.
• 37:45
Speaker 1: This is something that has been going on for a long time, so like.
• 37:53
Speaker 1: What happens is now that he's been able to push this illegitimate son under the rug, and I don't know if it's true.
• 38:00
Speaker 1: All I'm saying is he has ducked and dodged a paternity test for years now, and now that is coming up and the details of what happened at these vmas y'all, it sounds crazy, they say.
• 38:28
Speaker 1: One of the limousine drivers they actually worked for Diddy, the driver in this case told, told the little girl that Diddy likes younger girls and said she fit what Diddy was looking for.
• 38:45
Speaker 1: Now listen to these details that I want to go over with about this now.
• 38:52
Speaker 1: One of the limousine drivers she spoke with claimed that Diddy liked younger girls and that's why he brought her now.
• 39:03
Speaker 1: Later that evening plaintiff was excited and went with the driver to that location.
• 39:12
Speaker 1: They got to a U-shaped driveway Next thing you know they were at the place.
• 39:20
Speaker 1: Now, inside the building, the plaintiff recognized many celebrities.
• 39:26
Speaker 1: As she entered what appeared to be a large living room, she tried to mingle with the crowd but it was uncomfortable.
• 39:39
Speaker 1: The plaintiff observed all kind of drugs marijuana and cocaine.
• 39:45
Speaker 1: At some point the plaintiff accepted a drink from a waitress.
• 39:53
Speaker 1: She said the drink was a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice and cranberry juice and something bitter was inside.
• 40:04
Speaker 1: Now, after drinking this, the plaintiff began to feel woozy, looking for a place to rest.
• 40:11
Speaker 1: That plaintiff walked up and down the hallway opening doors looking for a room, to find a room where they could rest in peace.
• 40:20
Speaker 1: They found one with a large bed.
• 40:22
Speaker 1: Now, soon after that's when Combs entered the room.
• 40:29
Speaker 1: Now, long After that, sean Carter Allegedly entered the room and a female celebrity.
• 40:41
Speaker 1: That's when Combs Agg the plaintiff with the crazy look in his eyes and grabbed her and said you ready to party?
• 40:53
Speaker 1: That's when, allegedly, combs threw her on the wall.
• 41:02
Speaker 1: Plaintiff got up and stumbled and then he threw her on the bed.
• 41:11
Speaker 1: Now, at this time is when the plaintiffs say Sean Carter, aka Jay-Z, surviving Jay-Z Kelly began removing plaintiff's clothes as she grew more and more disoriented.
• 41:30
Speaker 1: Now the plaintiff was held down by Jay-Z as he vaginally raped her While Combs and that female celebrity who we think is j-lo, but I can't confirm, but by why?
• 41:50
Speaker 1: Combs and allegedly j-lo allegedly watched this alleged event.
• 41:54
Speaker 1: Now, after jay-z was finished, he stepped back towards the wall.
• 42:01
Speaker 1: Then that's when Combs stepped forward and then he began to rape while Jay Z and this female celebrity that we think is J-Lo, but we can't confirm, is J-Lo watched now.
• 42:16
Speaker 1: Combs then knocked the plaintiff down and attempted to force the plaintiff to perform oral sex on him.
• 42:24
Speaker 1: She fought back, punched him, hit him in the neck and combs stopped.
• 42:32
Speaker 1: Just sick, sick stuff.
• 42:37
Speaker 1: Combs then backed away the plaintiff, grabbed her clothes and shoes and ran the fuck out of there.
• 42:44
Speaker 1: She ran until she could find an exit and, although there were other guests at the party, no one gave a fuck, according to this plaintiff.
• 42:57
Speaker 1: Once outside, the plaintiff put their clothes back on, left the scene and it was apparently dark outside.
• 43:07
Speaker 1: She tried to retrace the steps of the limo driver.
• 43:12
Speaker 1: She just kept running Until she got to a gas station and a female clerk helped her.
• 43:17
  Speaker 1: What a story.
• 43:22
Speaker 1: If that story is true, jay-z and diddy definitely deserve to rock and we got more, more shit.
• 43:40
Speaker 1: That just don't make no sense with Jay-Z and these underage girls.
• 43:44
Speaker 1: So give me one second.
• 43:46
Speaker 1: We're going to take a quick break to give some shout-outs.
• 43:50

Speaker 1: Hey look, we got to keep an eye on these fucking celebrities because they flying.
• 45:57
Speaker 1: They keep leaving this month, they keep leaving this mother, they keep leaving this bitch.
• 46:02
Speaker 1: I think leonardo dicaprio's name has came up with the anna kane story with jay-z and I mean with I'm sorry, with diddy, uh, and where it is.
• 46:15
Speaker 1: Leonardo dicaprio is gone, ellen has gone.
• 46:18
Speaker 1: Are any celebrities left?
• 46:20
Speaker 1: Is oprah still here?
• 46:22
Speaker 1: Because now they got us digging up all kind of shit and see, another thing that has been dug up is people trying to figure out.
• 46:32
  Speaker 1: Wait a minute.
• 46:35
Speaker 1: Jay-z was a was hanging with r kelly at the same time when R Kelly was said to have married Aaliyah when she was underage, and then Jay-Z and them were best friends.
• 46:55
Speaker 1: Then they look back and they say, well, shit.
• 46:57
Speaker 1: They look and say that Jay-Z they're pulling up receipts that Jay-Z was with Beyonce or dating her or pursuing her when she was 17.
• 47:17
Speaker 1: And that he began grooming her and then they actually started dating when she turned like she just had turned 18.
• 47:29
Speaker 1: And if you remember when R Kelly was going through all of that stuff back in the day, let's say back in the this is in the early 2000s.
• 47:42
Speaker 1: This was in that that era and r kelly was going through all this stuff.
• 47:47
Speaker 1: He had peed on a 14 year old.
• 47:49
Speaker 1: We had all these underage girls saying r kelly did this and did that.
• 47:53
Speaker 1: Jay-z went and made two albums and went on tour with R Kelly at this time.
• 48:04
Speaker 1: So it begs the question Jay-Z, did you not give a fuck?
• 48:10
Speaker 1: Where was the outrage?
• 48:12
Speaker 1: Because in this new letter he's talking about how there's a cold.
• 48:16
Speaker 1: He says that he calls out the lawyer for saying that Jay-Z did this or did that to children, and jay-z says that they don't play about that.
• 48:26
Speaker 1: Where he come, there's a cold.
• 48:28
Speaker 1: So where was this fucking cold, jay-z, when you were doing all of this business with r kelly?
• 48:36
Speaker 1: When it they had him on tape.
• 48:39
Speaker 1: We all watched the tape of him peeing on a 14-year-old girl and having sex.
• 48:45
Speaker 1: I remember being in my college dorm watching that shit.
• 48:50
Speaker 1: We was all watching that shit.
• 48:52
Speaker 1: We could not believe that shit.
• 48:53
Speaker 1: So where was your code then?
• 48:57
Speaker 1: Where was your code when Diddy was whooping Cassie's ass up and down the hotel?
• 49:06
Speaker 1: Where was the cold then, because it only seems like the code only comes into play when it makes sense for you.
• 49:24
Speaker 1: Guess what else we have to think about?
• 49:25
Speaker 1: Y'all, with this Jay-Z, with him entering this chat, at some point the NFL is going to get called to the carpet and we all know Jay-Z and the NFL do the halftime show and Kendrick Lamar was chosen by Jay-Z, and Kendrick Lamar has called Drake out to be a pedophile, and one of the most famous lines on Not Like Us is you're trying to strike a chord and it's probably a minor.
• 50:00
Speaker 1: Now, isn't it ironic?
• 50:04
Speaker 1: Now Jay-Z put Kendrick on that stage basically to call out the biggest artist right now, drake, as being a pedophile for the whole Super Bowl, in front of the whole world.
• 50:18
Speaker 1: Right, and now that Jay-Z is being called out, oh, he's pissed, but he didn't give a fuck about putting and I'm not defending Drake at all, I'm putting out as the facts.
• 50:33
Speaker 1: I, first of all, people know I'm a Kendrick fan anyway, so let's put that out there.
• 50:38
Speaker 1: I am happy as fuck.
• 50:40
Speaker 1: Kendrick Lamar is performing for Super Bowl.
• 50:43
Speaker 1: I know all his fucking music, so I'm happy.
• 50:46
Speaker 1: So let me get that clear, because people, a lot of times people can't take like sometimes you can make an observation, that don't mean that you defending that person or whatever.
• 51:02
Speaker 1: All I'm saying is jay-z didn't have a problem when drake was about to be called a pedophile for millions and he didn't have a problem.
• 51:08
Speaker 1: But now that jay-z is being called out, oh, his letter is so fiery I was thinking, did he even get approval before he sent that out?
• 51:16
Speaker 1: Because it looks like a narcissistic special.
• 51:20
Speaker 1: Jay Z was very angry in his response.
• 51:27
Speaker 1: Now I give him credit for giving an art or an authentic, I guess, response in real time because shit, he responded with a 12-page letter, probably faster than most people even saw the original story about jay-z being added to that case.
• 51:48
Speaker 1: It was like some people were like shit, I didn't even see it yet, but I saw Jay-Z's response.
• 51:55
Speaker 1: They say he must have had that shit in his drafts.
• 52:00
Speaker 1: But we're going to continue to dive into this y'all because the part of the now Jay-Z and Beyonce's relationship when they going back to saying that seeing that Jay-Z kind of pursued her or was like pursuing her before she was 18, um, and then was actually seen and really dating her when she, while she was 18, 19 or whatever they feel like she, he groomed her.
• 52:23
Speaker 1: So a lot of that, a lot more information.
• 52:27
Speaker 1: There's a lot more deep diving going on between jay-z and beyonce now.
• 52:31
Speaker 1: So y'all this has Remember I told you you didn't need Netflix, you don't need Hulu, you don't need none of that shit.
• 52:46
Speaker 1: This surviving Diddy, kelly Jay-Z story.
• 52:50
Speaker 1: It's getting crazy and it's going to get crazier.
• 52:56
Speaker 1: A lot of people know I just revealed that on the other story.
• 52:59
Speaker 1: Now people are getting this confused.
• 53:00
Speaker 1: Let me clear up something too the Leonardo DiCaprio, anna Kane story.
• 53:08
Speaker 1: This is from 2003.
• 53:10
Speaker 1: So a lot of people said that no, that wasn't Leonardo DiCaprio, because Leonardo DiCaprio wasn't quote-unquote, unnamed celebrity in that uh, in that story.
• 53:21
Speaker 1: But that was from 2003 y'all.
• 53:23
Speaker 1: So let me, let me make sure I educate so y'all not confused.
• 53:27
Speaker 1: So leonardo dicaprio and diddy 2003, 2003.
• 53:36
  Speaker 1: J-lo, jay-z and Diddy 2000.
• 53:39
Speaker 1: So as you look at these stories, you'll be able to make the difference.
• 53:43
Speaker 1: You'll see the difference.
• 53:44
Speaker 1: Like, okay, those are two totally different times and all of this going on.
• 53:52
Speaker 1: Now we got Jay-Z and Diddy, two of the biggest moguls period.
• 53:58
Speaker 1: Right now let's really see how quiet hollywood's been, because, I've already said, ever since the diddy's uh arrest, hollywood has been more quiet than a cat pissing on cotton.
• 54:14
Speaker 1: That's's how quiet Hollywood has been.
• 54:18
Speaker 1: They've been so quiet your ass could literally hear a cat piss on cotton.
• 54:28
Speaker 1: So now let's see.
• 54:31
Speaker 1: Now that Jay-Z has been implicated, let's see who will step up and say something.
• 54:37
Speaker 1: Does anybody in Hollywood have a voice anymore?
• 54:41
Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian, can you hear us?
• 54:44
Speaker 1: What do you think about this shit?
• 54:47
Speaker 1: J-lo, what do you think about this shit?
• 54:52
Speaker 1: You were around this shit.
• 54:56
Speaker 1: You were around Mary.
• 54:57
Speaker 1: You were basically Diddy's best female friend in the 90s, in the 2000s.
• 55:06
  Speaker 1: You don't give a fuck.
• 55:09
Speaker 1: You don't have a word of encouragement to these women who are being affected.
• 55:14
Speaker 1: This whole thing has exposed hollywood for what the fuck they are bloodsuckers.
• 55:21
  Speaker 1: They don't give a fuck.
• 55:25
Speaker 1: That's why we are the new celebrities.
• 55:28
Speaker 1: I didn't even want to be no celebrity.
• 55:29
Speaker 1: I wanted to be one when I was a kid.
• 55:33
Speaker 1: I wanted to be one in my early 20s.
• 55:36
Speaker 1: I didn't know no fucking better.
• 55:37
Speaker 1: But on this journey, I didn't come on this journey to be famous or be a celebrity.
• 55:43
Speaker 1: It kind of just fucking happened.
• 55:45
Speaker 1: And I'm just telling you what people are calling me, because I'm all on TMZ and people recognize me when they see me in public and they want to take pictures.
• 55:52
Speaker 1: I'm just telling you what everybody else telling me.
• 55:55
Speaker 1: In my mind I ain't no damn celebrity.
• 55:57
  Speaker 1: But I wasn't trying.
• 56:00
  Speaker 1: I don't want because.
• 56:01
Speaker 1: But now I wear it as a badge of honor because celebrities used to be of the people.
• 56:09
Speaker 1: They used to be the voice of the people.
• 56:11
Speaker 1: That was what being a celebrity was about.
• 56:15
Speaker 1: But now that you look back, it was all fake and phony.
• 56:25
Speaker 1: The celebrities don't give a shit about the American people at all, or the global.
• 56:28
  Speaker 1: They really don't.
• 56:29
Speaker 1: All they care about is their money and their fame.
• 56:31
  Speaker 1: See, I don't give a, see, I won't.
• 56:35
Speaker 1: I would never sell out because I don't give a fuck about money and fame.
• 56:39
Speaker 1: I'm famous or a celebrity or whatever people want to call me, only because people like what I'm doing and it's and it's spreading.
• 56:47
Speaker 1: But I'm not here for that.
• 56:50
  Speaker 1: I don't give a shit.
