Since becoming a widow, I'm more aware of my mortality, and with that in mind, my purpose in life. And, after dumping all the altruistic, self-engrandizing vibes about what I can do for humanity with my talents, I'm left with the only thing that's of value: to be an unconditionally loving soul.
Boy, does that tick the haters off, as positive stoicism is a non-stick surface. There is no way for their projection of emotional attachments to create an opening for continued, relentless spiritual attacks with me. But, they're getting back what they sent, so let's all send them some healing…
