- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, Welcome to Jason Newland dot com. My name is
- 0:09Speaker 1: Jason Newland. This is what is this? Let me boy
- 0:18Speaker 1: to sleep Whisper Wednesday and Finnie as soon as I
- 0:28Speaker 1: start doing his recording and he's up and awake. He
- 0:31Speaker 1: was fast asleep about thirty seconds ago. I think he
- 0:39Speaker 1: just wants a bit of a cuddle, so to say
- 0:45Speaker 1: hello to everyone, A big special hello to Ben, who
- 0:52Speaker 1: is the only person I know that likes the Whisper
- 0:54Speaker 1: Wednesdays Wednesday Whisper whatever this is, I say, the only
- 0:58Speaker 1: person I know that likes they. They do get listened
- 1:03Speaker 1: to by lots of people, but just you know, I
- 1:08Speaker 1: mean I know that, Hi Ben, as I'm saying as
- 1:11Speaker 1: high Vinnie, because hello to Ben. He said hi as well,
- 1:20Speaker 1: actually said no, I'm don't have to do what you
- 1:22Speaker 1: tell me. He's very rude. Such today is Wednesday, Fee,
- 1:33Speaker 1: I've got to no one do what they were the
- 1:37Speaker 1: data is. I think it's the eleventh of June twenty
- 1:42Speaker 1: twenty five. I was thinking about doing this recording, but
- 1:52Speaker 1: I was watching something on TV and then there was
- 1:57Speaker 1: this massive sound outside because I had the window open,
- 2:02Speaker 1: and I thought it's the lawn mowerment just coming the lawn,
- 2:09Speaker 1: which means it's loud, but it doesn't last long. But
- 2:18Speaker 1: it seemed to be lasting a little bit longer than
- 2:20Speaker 1: normal because the communal garden here is very small. It
- 2:31Speaker 1: doesn't take more than probably five minutes for them to come.
- 2:41Speaker 1: And then they started. I started to hear a revn
- 2:43Speaker 1: like where that's my impression of a raven, and I
- 2:47Speaker 1: realized there was a motorbike over the fence, so I
- 2:54Speaker 1: had to close the window because there was way too loud.
- 2:59Speaker 1: But when as the window, the motorbike stopped, and now
- 3:06Speaker 1: I can just hear loads of voices. So I'm going
- 3:12Speaker 1: to continue making this recording, even though literally as we speak,
- 3:20Speaker 1: I heard the person's trying to start the momentbike again.
- 3:29Speaker 2: It's just.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not it's very loud. It's very very loud.
- 3:40Speaker 2: I might just.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Continue talking anyway, because you may not how it might
- 3:46Speaker 1: not be very loud on the microphone because he's literally
- 3:52Speaker 1: outside over the fence and you might not hear it,
- 4:01Speaker 1: or it might be very faint. I can hear it, well,
- 4:08Speaker 1: I can't hear it now because it's not it's not going.
- 4:11Speaker 1: But anyway, oh yeah, please only listening. You can safely
- 4:18Speaker 1: go your eyes. It's times like this that I that
- 4:26Speaker 1: I feel glad that yesterday I actually made use of
- 4:36Speaker 1: the day and made some recordings. Because a day when
- 4:42Speaker 1: there's a motorbike being reved all day long, which has
- 4:47Speaker 1: happened well for a few hours anyway, it's I just
- 4:54Speaker 1: find it distracted to make a recording. I mean, I
- 4:59Speaker 1: can't make any kind of hypnosis and stuff like that.
- 5:07Speaker 1: But yesterday added to a couple of new recordings as
- 5:12Speaker 1: well as the Drivia Tuesday or is this whisper Wednesday?
- 5:19Speaker 1: Wednesday whispers Whisper Wednesdays. Now I'm trying to trying to
- 5:26Speaker 1: stick to the routine of Monday's boring objects Drivia Tuesday,
- 5:37Speaker 1: Whisper Wednesday, and Q and a Friday. So that's for
- 5:43Speaker 1: four days when it's like a regular type of recording.
- 5:51Speaker 1: So I do trying. I am trying, not very hard,
- 5:55Speaker 1: but very minimally giving it a go. Oh yeah, oh yeah.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I found a new way and exercise. I can't using
- 6:10Speaker 1: the word exercise very flimsily, but took my little one
- 6:16Speaker 1: out for a w a l okay and he started
- 6:26Speaker 1: to bullowing me towards the bridge, so I got this
- 6:31Speaker 1: railway bridge and it's not even really used. I think
- 6:36Speaker 1: it was originally built because I'm going to be building
- 6:38Speaker 1: a railway station there, and they never built the railway station,
- 6:43Speaker 1: but they built a prayer new bridge in. It's one
- 6:46Speaker 1: of those really nice bridges. I'd say really nice bridges.
- 6:51Speaker 1: I mean, you might not be into bridges, but it's
- 6:54Speaker 1: like metal and it there's steps coming up. Also i'd
- 6:59Speaker 1: be cramp as well. So you on a bike or
- 7:03Speaker 1: in a wheelchair you can get access. And it's a big, old,
- 7:11Speaker 1: big old bridge. And for some reason Venue was trying
- 7:17Speaker 1: to take me. I just wanted to take me away
- 7:21Speaker 1: from I think what it is. He gets bored being
- 7:26Speaker 1: in the same little park every day. He wants to
- 7:31Speaker 1: go for a walk and explore other places. So I
- 7:37Speaker 1: just let him lead me the way. I just sometimes
- 7:40Speaker 1: I won't do that. I'll just follow him, or as
- 7:45Speaker 1: my old friend not I used to say. Fully, I
- 7:48Speaker 1: used to follow him, follow folly. And he led me.
- 7:57Speaker 3: To the the bridge and he started trying to walk
- 8:04Speaker 3: up the the.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Ramp and I pulled him away and said no, and
- 8:10Speaker 1: then he walked and he tried to cut the steps.
- 8:14Speaker 1: So I thought when he clearly wants to go up here,
- 8:16Speaker 1: so I just followed him up the steps. He walked
- 8:21Speaker 1: across the bridge, and then I think we went down
- 8:29Speaker 1: the ramp. No, we went down the steps, and then
- 8:36Speaker 1: he wanted to walk further away, which would be leading
- 8:43Speaker 1: us pretty much to nowhere really, and I thought, no,
- 8:56Speaker 1: but he clearly wants to have a good walk, and
- 8:59Speaker 1: I need a walk. I ne too. I get out walking,
- 9:04Speaker 1: but I don't. I don't walk any kind of real distance,
- 9:08Speaker 1: not really. I don't think I get my ten thousand
- 9:14Speaker 1: steps a day. I get a few thousand, but I
- 9:18Speaker 1: don't think ten thousand. Maybe I do, but I doubt it.
- 9:23Speaker 1: I've never counted them. It's quite hard, though, isn't if
- 9:27Speaker 1: you count your steps and then another dog walker says hello,
- 9:34Speaker 1: What am I supposed to do? Is a wait a second,
- 9:37Speaker 1: let me just write down the steps that I've done
- 9:40Speaker 1: so far. It's I think there's a gadget you can
- 9:47Speaker 1: get a step counter. There used to be this thing
- 9:57Speaker 1: that you could use, which basically it was like a
- 10:02Speaker 1: wheel and you put on the ground and you walked
- 10:08Speaker 1: with it, pushing it, and it measured the distance and
- 10:11Speaker 1: you went and I used to use I used to.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I used to have one of them and i'd use
- 10:21Speaker 1: it sometimes in London because I wanted to see how
- 10:24Speaker 1: far it warmed. It was very weird looks. But you can't. Yeah,
- 10:30Speaker 1: apparently this I think the step or meter things is
- 10:36Speaker 1: just because you shake so literally. You could just, I
- 10:44Speaker 1: don't know, stand on one of those shaky machines and
- 10:50Speaker 1: it looks like you walked for miles when in fact
- 10:54Speaker 1: you haven't done anything. You could bounce on a bouncy castle.
- 11:01Speaker 1: That would be exercise as well, wouldn't it. Yeah, I
- 11:09Speaker 1: wonder if you're registers steps on the Moon. I don't
- 11:15Speaker 1: mean we're not walking, I mean somebody that was on
- 11:19Speaker 1: the moon. But then I suppose because it's so advanced,
- 11:26Speaker 1: isn't it all the technology that they probably are registering
- 11:33Speaker 1: the distance did the astronauts are traveling anyway, and how
- 11:38Speaker 1: many steps they take? Plus they don't have to make
- 11:42Speaker 1: as many steps, do they because that almost being bulled
- 11:47Speaker 1: into space? But the heavy boots keep them down, which
- 11:52Speaker 1: I never understood. How heavy are those shoes? Wouldn't it
- 12:03Speaker 1: make more sense right because if the shoes are really
- 12:08Speaker 1: really heavy, because you mentioned if we didn't have any
- 12:11Speaker 1: gravity on this planet, we would just end up in
- 12:16Speaker 1: the sky. How heavy would we have to have how
- 12:21Speaker 1: heavy would our shoes have to be to keep us
- 12:24Speaker 1: thuck to the ground. Because I've seen movies where no
- 12:30Speaker 1: gravity and things cars are just being bowled up into
- 12:38Speaker 1: the air because there's no gravity. Okay, it's a movie.
- 12:43Speaker 1: But if that's the case, does that mean that the
- 12:47Speaker 1: astronauts shoes, slippers or boots whatever, boots. I guess the
- 12:55Speaker 1: astronauts boots, well into boots are heavier than a car.
- 13:02Speaker 1: So if that's the case, then that's gotta be part
- 13:08Speaker 1: of the reason why it's so hard to get into space,
- 13:17Speaker 1: because it's not so much again through the atmosphere. The
- 13:20Speaker 1: rocket is the weight of those shoes, the astronauts' shoes.
- 13:28Speaker 1: So when it makes sense if they just add a
- 13:30Speaker 1: little I don't know, on the Moon or on the
- 13:37Speaker 1: space station, a shoe couped or something where they can
- 13:45Speaker 1: just leave the shoes there so they could wear slippers
- 13:49Speaker 1: or crocs going up and then when they get there
- 13:53Speaker 1: they can go on and slip into their astronaut wellies.
- 14:00Speaker 1: They are really heavy, they might end up using a
- 14:05Speaker 1: lot less fuel. They might get that quicker. I might
- 14:12Speaker 1: just solved a big issue. See, it's amazing what you
- 14:20Speaker 1: can do and you're not even trying. That's the problem.
- 14:29Speaker 1: But I bet you're not one astronaut or not one
- 14:36Speaker 1: astro physicist or the scientist is listening to this, because
- 14:44Speaker 1: if they were, this could change the whole rolling landscape
- 14:52Speaker 1: of space travel. In fact, it could be the break
- 14:57Speaker 1: needed that could bridge. Got back to the talking about bridges,
- 15:04Speaker 1: could bridge towards further exploration because it'd be able to
- 15:13Speaker 1: get in and out of space a lot quicker. And
- 15:19Speaker 1: they could just start to store stuff in space on
- 15:23Speaker 1: the space station of on the Moon and have that
- 15:26Speaker 1: as like a like a lockup, you know, like an
- 15:30Speaker 1: old lockup, just keep stairs, spare stuff in there. Well,
- 15:36Speaker 1: they could even open shops up really, but I guess
- 15:38Speaker 1: that's more for the future, like a shoe shop and helmets.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Do they need their helpt while when they're traveling up again,
- 15:53Speaker 1: I'm not sure. I thought the container they in was pressurized,
- 16:00Speaker 1: which meant they'll be able to breathe. I might be wrong.
- 16:07Speaker 1: What they could do is fill you know, the airbags
- 16:13Speaker 1: that they have on their back, which gives them oxygen.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Why not fill them with oxygen? Like thousands of them
- 16:23Speaker 1: and just keep taking them into space so that eventually
- 16:29Speaker 1: we have unlimited supply of oxygen up there. But I
- 16:37Speaker 1: don't know would that run out the oxygen in this
- 16:40Speaker 1: world we kept filling. If you kept filling an oxygen
- 16:46Speaker 1: tank up the oxygen the air and you did that,
- 16:51Speaker 1: you got millions of billions and billions of them. Do
- 16:55Speaker 1: the oxygen run out? And another thing is that what's
- 17:01Speaker 1: the life you know, the life span of oxygen? Does
- 17:08Speaker 1: he go off after a few years? Does he go malting?
- 17:14Speaker 1: Because I used to think that the soup tense soup
- 17:19Speaker 1: lasts forever. I remember seeing these again. I'm not sure
- 17:29Speaker 1: if there were documentaries or if there were movies or
- 17:32Speaker 1: TV shows where people would be climbing up a mountain
- 17:38Speaker 1: and they get to a shack or some kind of
- 17:41Speaker 1: wooden the house and it'd be a cellar. Would it
- 17:48Speaker 1: be like a like we have lots of food and stuff,
- 17:51Speaker 1: but all tin food because bananas don't last long on
- 17:56Speaker 1: a mountains, but they go there and the last time
- 18:04Speaker 1: anyone was there was like one hundred years ago because
- 18:10Speaker 1: sort of wrote in a book, I was here one
- 18:13Speaker 1: hundred years ago, or I don't know, whatever, and they
- 18:19Speaker 1: don't open up the food in the tin, and they'd
- 18:22Speaker 1: eat it and it'd be all ym.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Yem yum yum yum.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Mind you, cat food would taste amazing if you hadn't
- 18:32Speaker 1: eaten for five days, wouldn't it. It would be the
- 18:35Speaker 1: most delicious thing you'll ever eat it. And it tastes
- 18:41Speaker 1: even better if you didn't know his cat food. So
- 18:44Speaker 1: don't present it in a cat food ball. Probably not
- 18:49Speaker 1: that you're cannot present it. I mean, if someone's hungry
- 18:54Speaker 1: and you give us some food and they haven't eaten
- 18:56Speaker 1: for days, you're not gonna be worried about present day.
- 19:00Speaker 1: I suppose they put it, be happy just to eat
- 19:05Speaker 1: it out of the tin. What I used to think
- 19:13Speaker 1: the wall tins lasted like forever, I say forever, maybe
- 19:21Speaker 1: not thousands of years, but just a long long time
- 19:25Speaker 1: because they were air tight and they were built to last. Well,
- 19:32Speaker 1: let me tell you the tins are today are not
- 19:35Speaker 1: built to last. I had some tins of soup and
- 19:41Speaker 1: they were good ones like Hines. They weren't, you know,
- 19:46Speaker 1: they weren't like Little Iron Brand. Not did this anything
- 19:50Speaker 1: wrong with Little Iron Brand. I'm just saying it was
- 19:55Speaker 1: Heines the most, I would say, put it most faith
- 20:00Speaker 1: miss soup maker in this country anyway, heinz tomato soup
- 20:10Speaker 1: and most people, even if they don't, I have soup.
- 20:15Speaker 1: I really said, eat soup. But soup is eating. It's drunk,
- 20:18Speaker 1: isn't it. Even if it's got vegetables in and stuff.
- 20:24Speaker 1: It's just lumpy water, lumpy flavored water. That's what it is.
- 20:28Speaker 1: It's not a meal at best, It's a starter's Did
- 20:35Speaker 1: I ever tell you about the day I went on
- 20:39Speaker 1: and she said would you like some lunch before we
- 20:43Speaker 1: go out? And I thought, oh yeah. She gave me
- 20:48Speaker 1: soup and one piece of bread. I was like, well, am,
- 20:55Speaker 1: I is this a day or is this my first
- 21:00Speaker 1: stay in prison? I mean, what, what the heck? I
- 21:04Speaker 1: mean literally I get fed in prison. That was always
- 21:07Speaker 1: like what was going on? Those are the days where
- 21:13Speaker 1: my belly didn't enjoy soup. I needed food. The same
- 21:19Speaker 1: thing happened when I visited my dad my stepmam, and
- 21:25Speaker 1: this was I think it was December two thousand and eleven,
- 21:39Speaker 1: December two thousand and eleven, and I just wanted to
- 21:44Speaker 1: tell them because I'd just been diagnosed with bipolar and
- 21:48Speaker 1: I wanted to tell them because it was I don't know,
- 21:52Speaker 1: it just seemed like the right thing to let them know.
- 21:56Speaker 1: I think when my dad what, maybe both of them
- 21:58Speaker 1: looked at each other like that explains it. But what
- 22:05Speaker 1: I remember about that meeting is we met in this
- 22:10Speaker 1: restaurant cafe. Place had soup, soup. I had no money,
- 22:18Speaker 1: so I can They paid for the meal and they
- 22:23Speaker 1: had soup. In fact, I'm pretty sort of conversations, should
- 22:29Speaker 1: we just all have some soup. I'm like, I thought
- 22:32Speaker 1: they were joking soup. We could have done it at home.
- 22:41Speaker 1: I don't know why I focused on soup today. I
- 22:44Speaker 1: just I like soup. I'm not prejudiced against soup. I'm not,
- 22:50Speaker 1: you know.
- 22:54Speaker 3: I do like.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Chicken soup, like cream cream of chicken or I don't know, creamy,
- 23:03Speaker 1: that's nice. I'm not so beef broth. No, not so
- 23:08Speaker 1: much vegetable soup. Okay, tomato soup and takes the boxes
- 23:15Speaker 1: for me. But it's not a meal. It's not a meal.
- 23:26Speaker 1: What I'm thinking about it, maybe I'm going to start
- 23:29Speaker 1: is weird. It's now start off moaning about soup. Now,
- 23:32Speaker 1: start to think I'd quite like a nice bowl of soup.
- 23:37Speaker 1: What a strange brain.
- 23:39Speaker 2: I have.
- 23:42Speaker 1: A nice bowl of soup and a few, maybe two
- 23:45Speaker 1: or three slices of toast. It seemed like a real
- 23:49Speaker 1: yummy thing. But I don't even I don't have any
- 23:52Speaker 1: soup I did. That's why I'm telling you a story.
- 23:56Speaker 1: I add some soup, I can't. That's the boyers. They're
- 24:00Speaker 1: supposed to last a long time. I went into the
- 24:07Speaker 1: cupboard and next to the cooker on the left hand side,
- 24:14Speaker 1: underneath and don't go in that cupboard really ever. And
- 24:19Speaker 1: I went in there just to look what's in there.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Tens of Superboy in there, so I went to pick
- 24:28Speaker 1: one up and.
- 24:30Speaker 3: It was empty.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Well, it also leaked, so basically all the soup cans
- 24:41Speaker 1: had disintegrated to the point where the lids came off,
- 24:49Speaker 1: the contents leaked out and also disintegrated. There was no
- 24:54Speaker 1: smell or anything. It's just it'd been there for maybe
- 24:58Speaker 1: six years, seven years, completely destroyed. And the ironic thing is,
- 25:09Speaker 1: on that particular day, really fency a bowl of soup.
- 25:15Speaker 1: I remember thinking, I don't a drink more soup. I
- 25:21Speaker 1: really used to like soup, which I did, but I
- 25:27Speaker 1: was a kid back then, and I used to get
- 25:33Speaker 1: soup whenever I was a little bit balling. Maybe i'd
- 25:36Speaker 1: coloring from school or maybe half the day off, and
- 25:40Speaker 1: I remember sitting at the table. My stepmom would be
- 25:43Speaker 1: looking after me, and she'd make me some soup, and
- 25:46Speaker 1: I'd watch Sesame String on television because I think Sesame
- 25:54Speaker 1: Street used to be on about midday and it was
- 25:58Speaker 1: great color. Bits of toast. A cup of tea as well,
- 26:06Speaker 1: though that was a bit weird because it feels like
- 26:11Speaker 1: you have a liquid drink with solid food. It almost
- 26:15Speaker 1: felt like I should be hearing some kind of solid drink,
- 26:20Speaker 1: maybe an icicle or something.
- 26:25Speaker 4: I don't know. You can't only get solid drinks, can you,
- 26:30Speaker 4: other than a slushy? Maybe that's quite solid. I'm not
- 26:35Speaker 4: sure they would fit together with soup.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Though well soup. I suppose I feel a little bit
- 26:45Speaker 1: nostalgic towards some of those times because I got to
- 26:51Speaker 1: spend time with my stepmom and me and no one else.
- 26:58Speaker 1: There was just nice, quite a piece for no arguments,
- 27:02Speaker 1: you know, and I just like I didn't be soup.
- 27:07Speaker 1: It's weird how quickly soup cools down, but you think
- 27:14Speaker 1: like it can be like super boiling a hole and
- 27:18Speaker 1: you put the spoon in because the spoon is metal,
- 27:21Speaker 1: it conducts the heat. I think that might be, you know,
- 27:25Speaker 1: but the spoon is very hot and you're not blowing
- 27:29Speaker 1: on the spooner.
- 27:32Speaker 2: And then.
- 27:34Speaker 1: The soups squirting off the spoon. It depends how hard
- 27:39Speaker 1: you blow it. Guess could just like spray over everyone
- 27:43Speaker 1: else at the table. But or you make a little
- 27:46Speaker 1: dent in it, don't you almost like if you mind?
- 27:51Speaker 1: I used to do these. I used to try and
- 27:54Speaker 1: so have a spoon, not look at it. I'd fill
- 27:57Speaker 1: it with soap, but I try and blow it. So
- 28:00Speaker 1: they had parted in the middle a bit like Moses,
- 28:04Speaker 1: did you know with the rid scene, and I just pretend,
- 28:11Speaker 1: you know, to hear music, pretend to hear music. Sometimes
- 28:16Speaker 1: I would hear music if music was being played. The yeah,
- 28:24Speaker 1: tomato soup or any kind of soup would be an
- 28:31Speaker 1: opportunity to reenact the Moses scene than the Bible. I'm
- 28:40Speaker 1: sure not the only one that did that. So that
- 28:47Speaker 1: was pretty good special effects, considering the movie was like
- 28:55Speaker 1: the sixties, the Moses Pioneers. I think I don't know
- 29:03Speaker 1: if it was just the Bible was the movie. There
- 29:08Speaker 1: was another one the greatest story ever told. Maybe it
- 29:13Speaker 1: was actually called Moses. But yeah, that scene where they're
- 29:22Speaker 1: walking across the sea and all the sea the sea
- 29:27Speaker 1: wall is kind of just splashing personal. That's the weird
- 29:32Speaker 1: thing about it. That's the It didn't seem realistic in
- 29:40Speaker 1: one sense, because if you had the sea parted and
- 29:45Speaker 1: you're walking down and there's a bigger wall and both
- 29:49Speaker 1: you know there'd be some splash back when not one
- 29:58Speaker 1: splash that's water along knowing you know, you'd think they'd
- 30:03Speaker 1: when you wouldn't moan about a little a few splashes,
- 30:08Speaker 1: you know, you can't get to the other side, and
- 30:11Speaker 1: Moses would be fitting pretty proud of them, so probably,
- 30:14Speaker 1: and everyone's saying well done, Moses, and one person says, oh,
- 30:19Speaker 1: actually my shoes are ruined. That's another thing, isn't there
- 30:31Speaker 1: I have I have to clean my glasses because I'm
- 30:33Speaker 1: all the splash back from the water. When they walked across,
- 30:40Speaker 1: the ground was dry. Now the ground would be we
- 30:43Speaker 1: wouldn't it be muddy. I know, it's just details, but
- 30:51Speaker 1: you know, maybe that's not the most unrealistic part of
- 30:56Speaker 1: the whole story. Maybe. So we're walking over this bridge
- 31:08Speaker 1: and I thought to myself. This is quite a distance,
- 31:13Speaker 1: really walking over, going down the steps, walking all the
- 31:23Speaker 1: way back the long ramp, back to the bridge again,
- 31:29Speaker 1: crossing over, walking down the steps, then walking up the
- 31:37Speaker 1: other ramp on the other side, which is like up
- 31:40Speaker 1: one end and then back again. I thought, you know,
- 31:46Speaker 1: if I started doing that, maybe did that ten times
- 31:49Speaker 1: a day. I don't mean going up there ten times
- 31:54Speaker 1: and walking over it once. Or maybe go in there
- 32:03Speaker 1: once and doing it ten times, maybe twice and doing
- 32:09Speaker 1: it five times. Or I could carry it five times
- 32:19Speaker 1: and do it twice. I could go there three times
- 32:29Speaker 1: and do it three three times thirty six. Oh no,
- 32:36Speaker 1: I could do three in a bin. Or I could
- 32:44Speaker 1: do it three times and on every third day do
- 32:47Speaker 1: an extra time. Maybe do a fourth that makes sense.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Three six nine, No way at three six nine three
- 33:03Speaker 1: six nine, No, every other day to no thirty six
- 33:12Speaker 1: nine So nine nine nine nine nine nine nine nine nine,
- 33:19Speaker 1: So that'll be ten days. It'll be ninety instead of
- 33:23Speaker 1: one hundred. So on the tenth day I could do twenty.
- 33:33Speaker 1: On the fifth day do fifteen, and not twentieth day
- 33:41Speaker 1: to fifteen, which you mean it would be the criminal
- 33:44Speaker 1: doing ten a day. I think I'm not sure if
- 33:51Speaker 1: it's really necessary to get too bogged down in specifics
- 33:57Speaker 1: regarding how many times I is to walk over it,
- 34:05Speaker 1: but I thought maybe that would be useful to get
- 34:10Speaker 1: a little bit more exercise and you know, get out.
- 34:18Speaker 1: Plus there's not really anyone around. There are people around,
- 34:22Speaker 1: but not much. And the whole the whole way up
- 34:29Speaker 1: and down, it's up the ramp and across the bridge
- 34:34Speaker 1: is all he's got side star ways. I thing he
- 34:38Speaker 1: can't wander off. He kind of can only go one
- 34:41Speaker 1: way or go backwards or stop, which he likes to stop.
- 34:50Speaker 1: He just likes to do the opposite to what I
- 34:52Speaker 1: want him to do. Earlier today we went into the
- 34:57Speaker 1: park and the the thing he did was he stole
- 35:02Speaker 1: another dog's ball, Amber's ball that said the name of
- 35:07Speaker 1: the dog. He would not let it go, and the
- 35:12Speaker 1: ball was too big for his mouth. He was huge,
- 35:17Speaker 1: but he loved it. He fell in love with his ball.
- 35:21Speaker 1: It's almost like it was the most precious item in
- 35:24Speaker 1: the whole world. I literally had to pick him up
- 35:30Speaker 1: and price it out of his mouth so I could
- 35:34Speaker 1: give it back to the dog. He didn't want to
- 35:38Speaker 1: give it back. There was one point, right and I
- 35:42Speaker 1: kind of picked him up a little bit to get
- 35:45Speaker 1: it out of his mouth, and he wouldn't let it go,
- 35:47Speaker 1: so I started messaging his hands. Now he does not
- 35:52Speaker 1: let me do that ever without crowning then snapping, doesn't
- 36:00Speaker 1: mind me doing that. By on this occasion, he couldn't
- 36:03Speaker 1: do anything because this ball was in his mouth. So
- 36:07Speaker 1: I'm thinking, next hole, the next time I want to
- 36:09Speaker 1: carry his toenails, I'm just going to stick a ball,
- 36:15Speaker 1: get him to hold the ball, and then he won't
- 36:18Speaker 1: be what I want to do. Maybe I think it's
- 36:26Speaker 1: good though, because he needs to spend more time walking
- 36:29Speaker 1: on the pavement, because his toenails do need to get
- 36:32Speaker 1: trimmed a little bit. They're not long, but they're not
- 36:36Speaker 1: sure either. But that's weird. The feet, his feet toenails
- 36:44Speaker 1: are always sure, but his finger tonails or his toetols,
- 36:48Speaker 1: his toe toenails, his finger toenails, his fingernails are longer
- 36:54Speaker 1: than his toenails. And it's not like he's walking side
- 37:03Speaker 1: ways to his feet or on the paper and his
- 37:07Speaker 1: hands are on the grass. You know, that would make sense,
- 37:11Speaker 1: and you know if that's why there are different lengths,
- 37:15Speaker 1: but no, normally he does running forward and he see
- 37:20Speaker 1: on the path where it's on the grass or in
- 37:24Speaker 1: the mud or wherever. Although he does love running into
- 37:29Speaker 1: the long grass, this is this thing. I don't know
- 37:35Speaker 1: if other parts of the country do it, or other
- 37:37Speaker 1: parts of the world to do this. The council affordered
- 37:44Speaker 1: the lord mower, people who cut the grass in the park,
- 37:50Speaker 1: to leave certain areas wild. When I say wild, I
- 37:56Speaker 1: don't mean angry. You know, they're just walking up to
- 38:01Speaker 1: the bit of grass and teasing it just is dead,
- 38:05Speaker 1: leaving it and not cutting it. So it's something about well,
- 38:12Speaker 1: you know, encouraging wildlife. And then after about a year
- 38:23Speaker 1: they cut it. Another dog walker pointed out, well, first
- 38:30Speaker 1: of all, I don't think there's a huge amount of wildlife.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Maybe there is insects and stuff. That's definitely true, because
- 38:40Speaker 1: those grasp leave things they could go on to him
- 38:47Speaker 1: if I let him in the long grass. So I don't.
- 38:51Speaker 1: And before I used to have him off the lead
- 38:53Speaker 1: in the bark and he used to love the long
- 38:56Speaker 1: grass being come home with all these ticks and stuff
- 39:00Speaker 1: like that. Now I don't let him go in a
- 39:03Speaker 1: long grass and he's got nothing. Hasn't it any For
- 39:11Speaker 1: every year hasn't it anything on him? And someone, I
- 39:20Speaker 1: think a couple of days ago another dog walker was
- 39:24Speaker 1: pointed out, it's all fair and well, you know, them
- 39:28Speaker 1: encouraging wildlife, but what happens to that wildlife when they
- 39:32Speaker 1: cut the grass. That's a fair point in it. The
- 39:40Speaker 1: thing is when it comes to wildlife. I literally lived
- 39:50Speaker 1: in the countryside. There's a farm at the end of
- 40:00Speaker 1: each road. At the end of every road there was
- 40:04Speaker 1: a farm. For turn left, there's farms. Ever turn right,
- 40:10Speaker 1: there's farms. If I go through the park and keep
- 40:15Speaker 1: going through there, there's farms. It's just farms everywhere. By farms,
- 40:21Speaker 1: I mean growing farms, not animal farms. I tell you
- 40:28Speaker 1: what animal farm. The move It was very different from
- 40:31Speaker 1: the book. But yeah, as though there's not really so
- 40:36Speaker 1: don't get to hear cocks every morning like cocker to
- 40:43Speaker 1: do or whatever they do. That wouldn't bother me really
- 40:48Speaker 1: because I'm up quite early anyway. I'm sure there are
- 40:54Speaker 1: some farms like that around here, but it's really just
- 40:58Speaker 1: like growing crops. But they're everywhere all around here. His
- 41:04Speaker 1: whole area is farms. There again, the whole country is
- 41:09Speaker 1: pretty much farmland, with some towns and some cities and
- 41:17Speaker 1: some beaches, but it's just a huge amount of farmland here.
- 41:24Speaker 1: Apparently the bloke who owns the dice and vacuum cleaner thing,
- 41:31Speaker 1: he's the biggest farm owner in the country, or one
- 41:35Speaker 1: of them, And in America, the biggest farm owner I
- 41:42Speaker 1: think is Bill Gates. That's not just farms, that's the land.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Isn't it to be a landowners? If you own the farms,
- 41:55Speaker 1: you almost kind of own the food. Wow, or as
- 42:04Speaker 1: a plane going past, maybe not, I taste strange? Oh yeah,
- 42:11Speaker 1: can you hear that nicer train? It's a train. I
- 42:23Speaker 1: just realized. I don't think it's very windy today, because
- 42:28Speaker 1: normally only on days when it's very mild, very calm,
- 42:35Speaker 1: that I can hear the trains. When it's windy, I
- 42:40Speaker 1: generally can't hear the trains. It's lovely out there, blue sky, sunny.
- 42:52Speaker 1: It's going to be difficult because I got my jumper.
- 42:58Speaker 5: Oh will.
- 43:02Speaker 1: That's kind of strange because I have the window open
- 43:05Speaker 1: most of the time, but with that window closed, it's
- 43:09Speaker 1: so much quieter because that literally just you know, in
- 43:18Speaker 1: the garden, I can hear I can't hear what they're
- 43:22Speaker 1: saying quite often I can't hear what they're saying anyway,
- 43:25Speaker 1: not that I want to, but it's weirdly enough, unless
- 43:32Speaker 1: my hearing has changed, I can't really hear them very well.
- 43:39Speaker 1: I'm not complaining. It's lovely. Oh yes, So yesterday I
- 43:50Speaker 1: walked twice over these bless bridge. I walked, I went
- 43:55Speaker 1: up the steps, went over, went down the steps, walked
- 44:00Speaker 1: back up and then back up again. Because the or
- 44:06Speaker 1: is it the ramp is in two parts. It's quite long.
- 44:11Speaker 1: It's in two parts, so you've got one end. You
- 44:15Speaker 1: got up one bit and then you turn around and
- 44:16Speaker 1: you come back the other bit, and it gradually goes
- 44:19Speaker 1: up for each one, and then you end up at
- 44:23Speaker 1: the top of the Basically you end up exactly where
- 44:27Speaker 1: you were where it was before before I went down
- 44:31Speaker 1: the snaps. And it's built for large traffic. Really, it
- 44:40Speaker 1: is the kind of it's the same kind of bridge
- 44:43Speaker 1: that you would see a busy train station, but there's
- 44:49Speaker 1: no train station there. There is a train track. I
- 44:54Speaker 1: think part the reason they did it was for safety,
- 44:57Speaker 1: which is fair enough, because people used to just across
- 45:02Speaker 1: the track there was no way of monitoring it. So
- 45:07Speaker 1: it's a good thing that it's got something over there.
- 45:10Speaker 1: But one of the neighbors when I moved in ten
- 45:15Speaker 1: years ago said that they spent like half a million
- 45:19Speaker 1: pound putting that bridge up. It still looks in good condition.
- 45:25Speaker 1: It's hardly been used something. Seriously, if I reckon, the
- 45:32Speaker 1: amount of people that cross that bridge in a year
- 45:36Speaker 1: would be the same amount of people that would cross
- 45:40Speaker 1: a busy train station in a day. Probably less in fact, yeah,
- 45:54Speaker 1: probably if you get fifty people a day crossing that bridge,
- 45:58Speaker 1: I'd be surprised. Maybe one hundred. I'd be surprised if
- 46:03Speaker 1: it was that high. Seriously, as normaliser, wed I classes
- 46:11Speaker 1: two people because I went over twice? Or did I
- 46:16Speaker 1: go over three times? No, I went over twice, but
- 46:26Speaker 1: I went over back towards and that's four times actually yesterday.
- 46:30Speaker 1: So I went down down the So I went up
- 46:33Speaker 1: the steps, across the bridge, down the steps, back up
- 46:42Speaker 1: the ramp, across the bridge, down the steps, back up
- 46:51Speaker 1: the ramp, across the bridge, down the steps, and I
- 47:00Speaker 1: back up the ramp, cross the bridge and down the steps,
- 47:07Speaker 1: and then we went home. So what is the one, two, three, four?
- 47:19Speaker 1: So we crossed the bridge four times, So four times
- 47:26Speaker 1: we went up and down the ramp one two. I
- 47:32Speaker 1: don't know if we said four times we passed over
- 47:35Speaker 1: the bridge, so how many times did we go up
- 47:39Speaker 1: the ramp? So we got up the steps, across the bridge,
- 47:44Speaker 1: go down the steps on the other side, so up
- 47:48Speaker 1: the ramp. So one up the ramp, crossover, down the steps,
- 47:58Speaker 1: then up that ramp again, then crossover down the steps,
- 48:04Speaker 1: up that ramp, crossover and down the steps. It's just
- 48:12Speaker 1: three Okay, let me do this again. Up the steps,
- 48:19Speaker 1: across the bridge, down the steps, and then up the ramp,
- 48:27Speaker 1: crossing over to the bridge, down the steps, then up
- 48:33Speaker 1: the ramp, cross over the bridge, down the steps, up
- 48:38Speaker 1: the ramp, cross over the bridge, and down the steps.
- 48:44Speaker 1: So how many times is that across the bridge? One two, three, four?
- 48:54Speaker 1: So it's only three ramps. I walked up the ramp
- 48:57Speaker 1: three times, one two three. It's a classed as far,
- 49:12Speaker 1: you know, because I've crossed four times. I don't know.
- 49:17Speaker 1: Maybe if I walked up the ramp the first time,
- 49:22Speaker 1: crossed over, went down the steps, then went up the
- 49:27Speaker 1: ramp the other side, walked down the steps, went up
- 49:31Speaker 1: the ramp, or what I could do? No, yeah, I
- 49:37Speaker 1: mean I could just walk up the ramp, cross over
- 49:42Speaker 1: the bridge, go down the ramp, and then just turn
- 49:47Speaker 1: back and walk up the ramp again. But just I
- 49:52Speaker 1: don't know. Yeah, it's a weird one. I'm already sure
- 50:04Speaker 1: it's same, but more maybe walk up the ramp us,
- 50:08Speaker 1: over the bridge, go down the steps that walk up
- 50:12Speaker 1: that ramp us over and down the steps, walk up
- 50:15Speaker 1: with that, so I don't walk up any steps. But
- 50:22Speaker 1: technically the thing is I was thinking, is it better
- 50:29Speaker 1: for me to walk up the steps because that's more exercise.
- 50:35Speaker 1: But at the same time, if I'm walking down a
- 50:38Speaker 1: ramp that's not really but a lot of energy, is
- 50:44Speaker 1: it's because I mean, it's not like steep steep, but
- 50:52Speaker 1: it's steep still. You know this guy is walking upwards. Yeah,
- 51:03Speaker 1: I don't think i'd want to roll it like every
- 51:06Speaker 1: ball up there. Definitely didn't want to try to roll
- 51:10Speaker 1: a skate up there. Just gravity it, yeah, because I
- 51:19Speaker 1: might fall back. I don't know, I have to think
- 51:28Speaker 1: about it. I just thought it'd be quite nice if
- 51:31Speaker 1: I had this like nice space to take him over
- 51:36Speaker 1: a few times. And another thing I was thinking I
- 51:43Speaker 1: could do is walk up and down my steps where
- 51:45Speaker 1: I live across stairs and maybe try to walk up
- 51:50Speaker 1: and down, start off, maybe doing it twice, and then
- 51:56Speaker 1: work it up. So I'm doing walking up and down
- 51:59Speaker 1: maybe one hundred times a day, like in one go,
- 52:03Speaker 1: just as an exercise thing. But I don't know. I'm
- 52:07Speaker 1: not sure. I've started to press ups again and doing
- 52:17Speaker 1: some exercise with my weights and doing the leg raises
- 52:25Speaker 1: in bed for my stomach. So I'm kind of because
- 52:29Speaker 1: I took a little bit of a break for probably
- 52:32Speaker 1: two weeks. Well, I wasn't really doing much exercise at all,
- 52:37Speaker 1: not even the weights, not crouching. What do they call
- 52:45Speaker 1: it crouching, I don't know. Whatever it is that I
- 52:50Speaker 1: do for my lower back while I hold weights. I've
- 52:56Speaker 1: not done that.
- 52:57Speaker 3: For a while.
- 53:00Speaker 1: I did an the other day, but I've not done
- 53:01Speaker 1: it regularly every day like like I used to. And
- 53:08Speaker 1: part of the reason for that is because at the
- 53:12Speaker 1: weekend I readjusted my bedroom, not purposefully thinking oh, I'm
- 53:19Speaker 1: going to readjust my bedroom. I didn't wake up that
- 53:23Speaker 1: morning on Saturday thinking, oh, you jumped out of bed
- 53:27Speaker 1: with full excitement. I'm going to move my chair to
- 53:30Speaker 1: a different part of the room. I don't mean that,
- 53:34Speaker 1: It's just I was getting the microphones out of the
- 53:38Speaker 1: storage room setting them up. So I got one hair
- 53:43Speaker 1: on my chair near my chair, attached to a table.
- 53:47Speaker 1: I got one next to my bed. I had one
- 53:52Speaker 1: attached so I can make videos. But I don't think
- 53:55Speaker 1: I can do videos anymore. I just I prefer audio.
- 54:02Speaker 1: It's an old saying. You know, some people have got
- 54:06Speaker 1: they've got a face for radio, and I'm one of them.
- 54:14Speaker 1: I think it's possibly a disappointment if someone sees me
- 54:19Speaker 1: like they might be listening to me for a long time.
- 54:22Speaker 1: Some people will be listening to me for years and
- 54:26Speaker 1: then they they get curious and they go on to
- 54:29Speaker 1: the YouTube channel and see me. I think, well, now
- 54:34Speaker 1: that's ruined. That's ruined everything. So you know, it's not
- 54:44Speaker 1: like I'm not hiding myself. But plus, I think with video,
- 54:55Speaker 1: I've never liked pictures. I'm not. I don't mean I've
- 54:59Speaker 1: never liked the picture I've ever seen ever. I mean
- 55:02Speaker 1: I've never really enjoyed a picture of me because I
- 55:10Speaker 1: don't think photographs necessarily show the person, but a video
- 55:18Speaker 1: can you know, your personality can show in a video.
- 55:25Speaker 1: You don't smile and frowning, facial expressions, the voice, all
- 55:30Speaker 1: that stuff movement, which I guess is part of the
- 55:35Speaker 1: whole video processes net movement, but I didn't. I feel
- 55:44Speaker 1: I've done that now I've been there. I did. I
- 55:47Speaker 1: spend years doing videos, and there's a little part of
- 55:52Speaker 1: me thinking I just wish that. I just don't really
- 56:01Speaker 1: want to make videos. I prefer audio. This is more
- 56:08Speaker 1: relaxing for me. This is where I can really just
- 56:12Speaker 1: be myself because if I've got a video camera there,
- 56:16Speaker 1: I've got a tendency of I don't know if it's
- 56:20Speaker 1: so much showing off, but I definitely feel very self conscious,
- 56:29Speaker 1: feel very self conscious. At no point do I forget
- 56:33Speaker 1: that the camera's pointing at me with the microphone. This
- 56:39Speaker 1: is almost the most natural thing in the world for
- 56:41Speaker 1: me to just talking to a microphone. It's there's no effort.
- 56:49Speaker 1: I think that comes across the clearly, there's no effort.
- 56:53Speaker 1: That's why it's though it's so awful, because no energy,
- 56:58Speaker 1: no effort. I'm planning, it's real, this is just me
- 57:08Speaker 1: and I don't necessarily think that that happens as much
- 57:16Speaker 1: on a video because I just I feel self conscious.
- 57:23Speaker 1: I mean, I didn't enjoy it when I had a hair,
- 57:27Speaker 1: but now now that my hair's kind of it's really weird,
- 57:37Speaker 1: like I got a bald patch in the back and
- 57:44Speaker 1: my hairs. I tripped my hairs so it was stuck
- 57:47Speaker 1: a a crooker. I guess I can see in a
- 57:55Speaker 1: mirror that the gap between the hairs is growing, and
- 58:01Speaker 1: some of those hairs that are growing back are not
- 58:04Speaker 1: the same strength for thickness that they used to be.
- 58:12Speaker 1: And I'm thinking that possibly the next thing years I
- 58:22Speaker 1: might Okay, well I'll be bored and that's it really.
- 58:29Speaker 1: I showed a picture to Jack TBT to create an
- 58:33Speaker 1: image for me, and I said, oh, make an image of.
- 58:39Speaker 2: Vinny and me.
- 58:42Speaker 1: Veoinix on the bed making a podcast or something and
- 58:47Speaker 1: I'm sleeping on a dog bed on the floor.
- 58:52Speaker 6: So I did that and they said, oh, I said
- 59:01Speaker 6: what Jack Russell read Jack Russell when they did that,
- 59:05Speaker 6: and I posted a picture of him.
- 59:07Speaker 1: So they changed it to like a lifelike picture of Vinnie.
- 59:13Speaker 2: I think he was.
- 59:13Speaker 1: Holding a board which said I A Q and a
- 59:17Speaker 1: Friday or whatever it was. And then I said, can
- 59:24Speaker 1: you make my image as well? So they said upload
- 59:31Speaker 1: the picture of you, so I did. It just showed
- 59:34Speaker 1: someone with a massive ball batch and just her hair
- 59:38Speaker 1: growing on the side like that's not why I look
- 59:43Speaker 1: like not yet. It possibly will be, but it won't
- 59:50Speaker 1: because I will shake my hair.
- 59:53Speaker 2: I will.
- 59:55Speaker 1: That's that's so annoying, though, because I'm pretty sure that
- 59:59Speaker 1: the side my hair and the back of my hair
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: is so thick and curly, but so thick that it
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: would never board. I don't think I'm ever going to
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: be that. That will always be thick hair and on
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: the side as well, but not so much in the middle.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: It is like going back to Moses. It's a little
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: bit like the Pine of the Red Sea. It started
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: at the back and it's just slowly move into the front.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: It's weird Moses and bridges. That seems to be the
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: topic of the day. I did another video. I never
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: put a podcast image, and they said, so do you
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: want to I want to put in an image of me.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: They said, describe yourself, So I said, fifty four year
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: old man. I looked about ninety when they put this
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: picture of me, like this old, old looking person. I
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: do not look like that, or maybe I do. I
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: don't to me, but I do need to have my
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: eyes checked to be fair. I'm saving up for an
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: eye test and to get what the eye test is free,
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: but the glasses aren't. So I think I get the
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: lenses free for free, but I have to pay for
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: to have the glass, you know, the protection on them,
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: and also the actor light so they go dark in
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: the sun, so I have to pay for that and
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: I have to. I think I get a discount on
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: the frames, or I think I can get a free frame,
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: but they're like NHS. There's nothing wrong with NHS, but
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: I kind of think I don't care what the frame
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: looks like if they're ever reading, because I'm not going
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: to be reading outside pretty much. I'm going to read
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: it here and I'm looking forward to getting my glasses
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: so I can get back to reading again. I just
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: can't do it at the moment, nor with these. So
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: it's going to cost me a few hundred pounds two
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: because I'm gonna have to get two different probably three
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: different frames, one for distance, you know, normal day to day,
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: one for reading, and one for use on a computer.
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: I need to start like protecting my eyes a bit more,
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: and I've noticed that I can't. I can't spend as
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: much time looking at the computer screen as I used
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: to do, which is. It's not a terrible thing, really,
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: because I don't really want to be spending all day
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: looking at a computer screen. But at the same time
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: it is limiting and I'd at least like to have
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: the option, but at the same time by looking after
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: my eyes. So as soon as I've saved up enough,
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: I'm gonna get an appointment go to the optitions I'm
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: thinking about asking for because I saw somewhere that there's
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: certain lenses that I quite good for people bipolar. Now,
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: I might have dreamt it, but it's not something I
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: would normally dream about. But then I don't remember everything
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: I dream about. In fact, I can't remember the last
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: time I had a dream. I ever dream I've done,
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: and I have dreamt, I just don't remember exactly what
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: I dreamt about.
- 1:04:32Speaker 7: And yeah, wow, I think I had a dreamed the
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: other day, and I just.
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: I can't remember what it was.
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: I was talking about dreaming. I was talking about dreaming. Oh,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: biparle lenses. I know that there's some lenses to people
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: with some conditions, not just visual conditions, where like different
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: colored tinted glasses that color all the time, not just
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: in the sun, but my tint dark in the sun.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: Apparently people can see where I'm looking, know, which is
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: be hame as a bit of a surprise. After ten years,
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: I'm thinking I was my eyeballs had freedom. So now
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: before I go to the optations and we do a
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: bit of research, if there's something that can help me
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: in some way, you think if looking through a different
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: colored lens could be useful, then it's worth exploring. That's
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: on my to do list. Yeah, because I remember one
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: of the beges. I think it was the maybe two
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: of them, but one of them matter. I think like
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: a yellow tilted or tilted glasses. And I used to
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: know someone I think she was a customer, or i'd
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: said when I worked in the Evolution shop in m Switch.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: She I think she worked next door in Snappy Snaps,
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: which was this camera processing place or picture processing and
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: she had I think yellow lenses or blue lenses and
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: said I asked her about it, and she said it
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: was something to do with I'm pretty sure she said autism.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: Or I'm also I have a memory of hearing that
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: lenses can help with ADHD, but again I'm not sure
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: right just these are like faint memories that may be
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: complete fabrications. But I think anything really is worth for dry,
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: isn't it? It's now to lose. I might give some
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: funny looks wise think you is maybe going forward. I'll
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: ask them if I can care lenses always dark all
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: the time, like Roy Robison? Did you know Roy Robison
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: didn't wear those classes because he had anything wrong with
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: his eyes. It's true he had an eye injury, or
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: he had a style or something like that. So he
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: wore those classes when he was on stage because his
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: eye was all scammy. And this might be a lie,
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: but this is my memory of it. And he wore
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: his classes on stage to perform Miss Robison the singer,
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: and he liked them so much he decided to spend
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: the rest of his career wearing those classes, those big,
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: thick classes, which looked like he had serious sight issues,
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: but apparently he didn't. I have seen people wear those
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: type of glasses that were very had impaired sight. But
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: I was thinking maybe I could get some. No, I
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: don't want them like that. But just the thing is,
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: I think some people look they think it's weird if
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: you walk around in the winter wearing sunglasses. And I've
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: had a couple of people say, why you were in sunshine.
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: It's it's like, I'm not. These are my normal glasses.
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: But these don't look like sunshades because it's a different frame.
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: These look like glasses because sunshades are normally a bit
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: more I'm more stylish and more. There's a different kind
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: of a frame I think with sunshades, although I kind
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: of do like you know, remember like the Blues Brothers,
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: that kind of sunshades. Yeah, maybe I look I look
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: into that. Maybe that's what I do, just something to
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: kind of protect my eyes from the sun, from the light.
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: I'll see what the optician says. But before or that,
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: do a little bit of research online, maybe watch a
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: few YouTube videos and find out what's about, and perhaps
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: to a bit of research into the science behind it
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: and see what studies have shown, because I'll figure it
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: if anything that can help is brilliant. Although in the future,
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: the smart classes will be the.
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: Norm, and.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: I'm interested in there. I do like the idea of
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: wearing smart glasses and being able to talk to them.
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: I like the idea of being able to make a
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: podcast while I'm just walking around. Probably I probably have
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: I don't know how good the microphone would be on.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: This is the glasses. But audio is improving all the time,
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: and the ability to improve audio as well after recording
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: is technologies is improving all the time. So it's there's
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: so much more that can be done. So I'm just
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: I'll see what happens, but I'm going to look into it.
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: My question is what was I talking about when I
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: very first started this recording, Because it wasn't bridges, it
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: wasn't glasses. What was it. I don't know. I can't remember.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: I cannot remember old motorbikes in the garden. That's it.
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: So I've got no idea how long I've been talking.
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: It might be twenty minutes, it might be an hour.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: I don't know. But I'm going to go. So thank
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself, because
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: you do deserve to be happy and be gentle with yourself.
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: You deserve to feel safe, lots of love. Bye.
- 1:13:35Speaker 3: Relax in a more deep and meaningful way, maybe in
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: a way that can not just allow you to feel
- 1:13:57Speaker 3: calm now and throughout the time we spend together here,
- 1:14:08Speaker 3: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 1:14:14Speaker 3: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 1:14:21Speaker 3: and peace. But also I think it would be nice
- 1:14:36Speaker 3: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 1:15:09Speaker 3: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 1:15:18Speaker 3: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 1:15:32Speaker 3: find like some people do and myself as well. Sometimes
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 1:15:48Speaker 3: and I just listen to it over and over again
- 1:15:53Speaker 3: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 1:16:06Speaker 3: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 1:16:10Speaker 3: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations. It kind
- 1:16:15Speaker 3: of was hypnosis, really, and.
- 1:16:21Speaker 5: I managed to find it again and it still has
- 1:16:25Speaker 5: the same effect on me. And part of it was
- 1:16:34Speaker 5: the person's voice relaxed me.
- 1:16:43Speaker 3: She just felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward to
- 1:16:49Speaker 3: listening to her in the morning and in the evening.
- 1:17:02Speaker 3: And I knew before even pressing the play button that
- 1:17:11Speaker 3: as soon as I've done that pressed the play button.
- 1:17:15Speaker 3: This is in the days of CD players press the
- 1:17:26Speaker 3: play button.
- 1:17:30Speaker 5: In fact, it might have even been a tape recorder.
- 1:17:34Speaker 3: I'd lie down on the bed and then even without
- 1:17:43Speaker 3: necessarily listening to her words.
- 1:17:52Speaker 5: Because I had them memorized. Really, it was as if
- 1:18:02Speaker 5: my body knew exactly what to do, and the muscle
- 1:18:13Speaker 5: was just.
- 1:18:17Speaker 3: Almost went into automatic relaxation, and I remember my mind
- 1:18:38Speaker 3: would slow down. Now.
- 1:18:47Speaker 5: Now, I was listening to this recording in the early
- 1:18:54Speaker 5: days of learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made.
- 1:19:02Speaker 3: Any videos or audio recordings.
- 1:19:07Speaker 5: Myself, because I didn't start doing that till two thousand
- 1:19:11Speaker 5: and six, I knew, I knew how helpful I found
- 1:19:34Speaker 5: being able to just let go, to have that trust
- 1:19:43Speaker 5: in the person that I'm listening to, knowing that it's
- 1:19:54Speaker 5: going to be just as relaxing, if not more so.
- 1:20:04Speaker 3: Each time you hear my voice, you may feel the same.
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: Some people have been listening to me for over a.
- 1:20:24Speaker 5: Decade, maybe not solidly, obviously not twenty four hours a day, but.
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: Maybe people come back.
- 1:20:44Speaker 8: Some people maybe listen every day.
- 1:20:57Speaker 5: That's something that I do which you may not realize
- 1:21:05Speaker 5: by listening, is.
- 1:21:15Speaker 3: When I record these recordings. Now, for example.
- 1:21:29Speaker 5: I also am affected by the words.
- 1:21:36Speaker 3: That I say.
- 1:21:42Speaker 5: So if I set you focus.
- 1:21:47Speaker 3: On your feet, notice your feet relaxing, I will be
- 1:21:57Speaker 3: focusing on my feet. I will be noticing my feet relaxing.
- 1:22:20Speaker 3: If I said, focus on your hands and maybe notice
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: the difference between each hand. Perhaps notice the air in
- 1:22:38Speaker 3: the room, the temperature of the room. On the backs
- 1:22:43Speaker 3: of your hands.
- 1:22:52Speaker 5: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 1:22:56Speaker 5: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 1:23:04Speaker 5: type of breeze at all where you are right now.
- 1:23:17Speaker 3: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 1:23:28Speaker 3: aware of how relaxed my hands are feeling now, and
- 1:23:57Speaker 3: when it comes to tend to be drifting off to sleep,
- 1:24:03Speaker 3: which may be the reason you're listening.
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: I also.
- 1:24:16Speaker 3: Feel drousy when I make these recordings. I also notice
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: my mind drifting. In fact, at times I've actually fallen
- 1:24:47Speaker 3: asleep without even noticing, and then I can harry on talking.
- 1:25:07Speaker 3: It's suddenly, when I listen back to do the editing,
- 1:25:16Speaker 3: I hear snoring, and I think, I don't remember snoring.
- 1:25:26Speaker 3: I remember talking. Snoring was a pick turned up. That's
- 1:25:37Speaker 3: why I sound like when I snore, I get really
- 1:25:45Speaker 3: into the whole experience.
- 1:25:56Speaker 5: I don't know how you feel, how relaxed you feel
- 1:26:06Speaker 5: in your feet, how relaxed.
- 1:26:15Speaker 3: You feel in your hands. I have noticed more and
- 1:26:36Speaker 3: more that the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 1:26:58Speaker 3: the easier your breathing becomes. It's all almost like that
- 1:27:14Speaker 3: additional muscle relaxation. So this allows you to breathe easier
- 1:27:38Speaker 3: without necessarily focusing on your breath, however, being able to
- 1:28:00Speaker 3: notice the ease in which you breathe so naturally. You
- 1:28:41Speaker 3: breathe so very easily and smoothly. Whenever I imagine my breathing improving.
- 1:29:31Speaker 3: When I've got my eyes closed, I tend to visualize
- 1:29:47Speaker 3: a beautiful field, trees and flowers.
- 1:30:00Speaker 5: Producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels nice to,
- 1:30:34Speaker 5: if nothing else, just taking some.
- 1:30:41Speaker 1: Time away.
- 1:30:52Speaker 3: From everything, enjoying that feeling of pace, serenity with a
- 1:31:36Speaker 3: joyful art. Time seems to just drip by, so very slowly, relaxed,
- 1:32:34Speaker 3: so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in
- 1:33:13Speaker 3: this moment, completely free, not to say that your mind
- 1:34:16Speaker 3: slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention.
- 1:35:12Speaker 3: You can enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress
- 1:35:27Speaker 3: to drip out of your body, dripping out of every
- 1:35:43Speaker 3: part of your body, being released from your brain, your
- 1:36:14Speaker 3: mind slowly but surely muscles in your legs.
- 1:37:05Speaker 9: Lass.
- 1:37:23Speaker 3: Surfery deaplay rides, sweft, deep play, feelings, pleasant feelings in
- 1:38:05Speaker 3: your arms and shoulders, deepening each part of your body
- 1:38:33Speaker 3: further and deeper and deeper. Like to say, the feedings
- 1:39:11Speaker 3: in the back of your neck, the feedings in your wrists,
- 1:40:11Speaker 3: muscles in the front of your body, I will say, peaceful, deep,
- 1:41:08Speaker 3: there was a sense of peace spreads through a very cool.
- 1:41:49Speaker 10: When you focus on your mind, the mind.
- 1:42:08Speaker 5: Becomes Ahn's slower, deeper, relaxing, faery slater, stomach.
- 1:43:53Speaker 3: Tasteful, many of stomach, your back lettice letice sound laxed.
- 1:44:41Speaker 3: Now feel.
- 1:44:51Speaker 1: In the hole of a bad.
- 1:45:18Speaker 11: A spy.
- 1:45:23Speaker 3: From your brain. All lay down the middle of your back,
- 1:45:32Speaker 3: sending and receiving millions of messages every day, die comfort, increasing,
- 1:46:06Speaker 3: declart ms, legs, spreading those signals down your spinal cord
- 1:47:18Speaker 3: into every part of your body, your shins and your calf, muscles,
- 1:48:06Speaker 3: your elbows, fields of peace and tranquility, spreading through your body,
- 1:48:40Speaker 3: tips of your toes, to your eyes, your fingers. All wait, you'll.
- 1:48:57Speaker 2: Love back m I think.
- 1:49:12Speaker 3: Three, I think pays drifting.
- 1:50:06Speaker 12: Mind.
- 1:50:11Speaker 3: Just wanted to be away, happy to let go.
- 1:50:28Speaker 1: Let God.
- 1:50:33Speaker 3: Completely let go, so drink nobody enjoyed of sense pace, joy, space,
- 1:53:59Speaker 3: this peace and safety, safe fairy.
- 1:54:40Speaker 2: As us.
- 1:55:12Speaker 3: Different the.
- 1:55:42Speaker 2: Lad letting go.
- 1:56:29Speaker 3: Maybe we can just focus on the different parts of
- 1:56:37Speaker 3: your body, just to notice food, your eyes sundayshhh, not
- 1:58:11Speaker 3: say a sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom's energy paste
- 2:00:20Speaker 3: to breeze much pace.
- 2:01:31Speaker 2: You may.
- 2:01:36Speaker 3: Not have noticed your mind drifting pace many annual deeply
- 2:02:43Speaker 3: in the direction of ttle blissful pace for pace.
- 2:04:19Speaker 1: Two pace.
- 2:04:51Speaker 3: St let's go my mind okays for the film's host
- 2:06:44Speaker 3: this fairy fact and paceful.
- 2:07:13Speaker 12: So pay.
- 2:07:45Speaker 5: Like so, and you could start to notice that you
- 2:08:26Speaker 5: are feeling more relaxed.
- 2:08:31Speaker 10: Even though I've not.
- 2:08:34Speaker 5: Purposely focused your mind upon that sense of physical comfort
- 2:08:46Speaker 5: that is growing within you throughout your body, and your mind.
- 2:08:55Speaker 3: Starts to slow down, And that could be almost in
- 2:09:04Speaker 3: recognition of I guess my speech not being particularly fast,
- 2:09:19Speaker 3: and things generally feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice,
- 2:09:34Speaker 3: you give yourself an opportunity to take a break from
- 2:09:41Speaker 3: the day, take a break from your life, as it is,
- 2:09:51Speaker 3: to give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take
- 2:09:59Speaker 3: some time and to allow your body to relax and
- 2:10:06Speaker 3: allow your mind to slow down, which in turn releases
- 2:10:17Speaker 3: the tension any stresses that you had in your body.
- 2:10:28Speaker 3: It's almost as if the parts of your body just
- 2:10:32Speaker 3: open up, allowing the negativity out and at the same
- 2:10:44Speaker 3: time replacing that negativity with positive healing energy, which then
- 2:10:55Speaker 3: fills your body.
- 2:10:57Speaker 5: Up, and your mind also starts to appreciate those feelings
- 2:11:10Speaker 5: of increasing confidence and an almost uplifting feeling, positive.
- 2:11:27Speaker 3: Healing energy that spreads through your body like a wave
- 2:11:41Speaker 3: of comfort. And all this comes from just allowing yourself.
- 2:11:56Speaker 5: A few minutes, maybe off an hour, hourver long you
- 2:12:02Speaker 5: wanted to be, just rest.
- 2:12:11Speaker 3: And allow.
- 2:12:14Speaker 5: Your mind and your body to almost preset itself to
- 2:12:25Speaker 5: the settings of comfort.
- 2:12:30Speaker 3: And relaxation, calmness, which allows more room for feelings of
- 2:12:44Speaker 3: pleasure and happiness to move around your body and into
- 2:12:57Speaker 3: your mind. Must as if your mind and your body
- 2:13:04Speaker 3: are sinking together, almost mirroring each other with that growing
- 2:13:18Speaker 3: positivity and calmness, And it feels nice, really does feel
- 2:13:30Speaker 3: nice to know that you are the one that has
- 2:13:36Speaker 3: allowed yourself to feel more comfort and to experience more
- 2:13:54Speaker 3: this deep relaxation throughout your body. And as I focus
- 2:14:13Speaker 3: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 2:14:19Speaker 3: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it.
- 2:14:36Speaker 3: It becomes even more calm and comfortable. Just by focusing.
- 2:14:50Speaker 3: And as I move down your body starting and your head,
- 2:14:58Speaker 3: the parts that you have all already focused on, or
- 2:15:02Speaker 3: can continue to relax deeply those parts to have not
- 2:15:11Speaker 3: yet focused on, or just automatically release any remain intention
- 2:15:25Speaker 3: in anticipation of even more comfort about to come.
- 2:15:36Speaker 5: Now the start by focusing on your forehead. Just being
- 2:15:46Speaker 5: aware of the feelings of your forehead. Any background sounds.
- 2:15:57Speaker 3: Like mister Herbert o Pigeon can just allow you to
- 2:16:02Speaker 3: feel you're more relaxed. Just means you're in the moment.
- 2:16:12Speaker 3: This isn't this isn't a sterile environment. This is the
- 2:16:17Speaker 3: world I live in the countryside. There's lots of nature
- 2:16:28Speaker 3: sounds around.
- 2:16:34Speaker 5: As you focus on your forehead, just notice how it
- 2:16:40Speaker 5: becomes even more relaxed as you focus only on my
- 2:16:50Speaker 5: voice and that part of.
- 2:16:53Speaker 3: Your body moved down to your eyes. Focusing on your eyes,
- 2:17:06Speaker 3: noticing how your eyelids feel so heavy yet so light
- 2:17:19Speaker 3: at the same time, and all the muscles around your
- 2:17:25Speaker 3: eyes relaxing completely.
- 2:17:33Speaker 2: Moving your focus.
- 2:17:36Speaker 3: Down to your mouth, the.
- 2:17:39Speaker 5: Lips, your tongue, your teeth, your comes, the hole of
- 2:17:47Speaker 5: your mouth, relaxing, calm.
- 2:17:56Speaker 3: And loose. If you focus now on your jawl just
- 2:18:08Speaker 3: a part of your jaw near your mouth, your chin,
- 2:18:14Speaker 3: all the way up the size of your face to
- 2:18:18Speaker 3: your ears. Now on your jaw, leading all relaxed, a calm, focusing.
- 2:18:49Speaker 12: On your neck.
- 2:18:52Speaker 3: On the front of your neck and your throat.
- 2:18:57Speaker 5: Relaxin, loose and calm. The sides of your leg, right
- 2:19:10Speaker 5: and left side.
- 2:19:12Speaker 3: Of your leglass and place.
- 2:19:22Speaker 2: And calm.
- 2:19:30Speaker 3: Now the back of your leg, focusing on the back
- 2:19:37Speaker 3: of your leg, letting go with any tension that may
- 2:19:48Speaker 3: be there before, and enjoying that.
- 2:19:55Speaker 5: Sense of increasing on foot and release. I think you
- 2:20:05Speaker 5: can experience in the back of your neck, moving down
- 2:20:16Speaker 5: your back, moving either side of your spine right from the.
- 2:20:24Speaker 3: Top of your back all the way down to the
- 2:20:30Speaker 3: bottom of your back. Down it's your lower back. Let
- 2:20:47Speaker 3: jim move up and down your spine.
- 2:20:54Speaker 5: You can feel the muscles either side of your spine
- 2:21:01Speaker 5: relaxing even more. And there's those muscles relax That sense
- 2:21:15Speaker 5: of comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine into
- 2:21:26Speaker 5: both sides of your back. The top of your back,
- 2:21:33Speaker 5: the middle end your lower back, and as you scan
- 2:21:41Speaker 5: gently and slowly.
- 2:21:45Speaker 3: Up and down your back, there the muscles in the
- 2:21:50Speaker 3: top of your back relax and become a laves. Muscles
- 2:22:00Speaker 3: in the middle of your.
- 2:22:01Speaker 1: Back also.
- 2:22:05Speaker 3: Seem to just almost define from each other, separating and
- 2:22:14Speaker 3: almost melting, and in your lower back seems to be
- 2:22:27Speaker 3: an extra special feeling of comfort.
- 2:22:39Speaker 5: The spreads into your hips. Sit down your lower back,
- 2:22:45Speaker 5: into your hips, into the area where you cosix are,
- 2:22:57Speaker 5: and into your buttocks.
- 2:23:00Speaker 3: The wise muscles dont spread. Bring your life back into
- 2:23:10Speaker 3: a hyperia.
- 2:23:14Speaker 5: Start to mount, start to reading echo, and you know
- 2:23:31Speaker 5: where about. Focus on your shoulders back your spine will
- 2:23:40Speaker 5: continue to let go, continue.
- 2:23:48Speaker 3: To relax.
- 2:23:53Speaker 9: So coldly.
- 2:24:01Speaker 5: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're already.
- 2:24:09Speaker 2: Feeding.
- 2:24:13Speaker 3: Ready, they're already come Feeling those muscles then move from
- 2:24:47Speaker 3: your neck into your shoulders. Feels so soft and gentle,
- 2:25:07Speaker 3: so small and calm. The feeling in your shoulders seems
- 2:25:36Speaker 3: to spread deep into your shoulders and since relaxation, not
- 2:25:46Speaker 3: just traveling deeply into your mossles, also relaxing the butterness
- 2:26:06Speaker 3: and moving all the way to underneath your arms.
- 2:26:12Speaker 5: Relaxing, the whole area between the tops of your shoulders
- 2:26:20Speaker 5: and underneath your arms.
- 2:26:25Speaker 3: Heathing you just so relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders,
- 2:26:44Speaker 3: which says that.
- 2:26:48Speaker 1: Deep healing.
- 2:26:53Speaker 3: Message into your eye ars. You may feel almost to
- 2:27:10Speaker 3: s if your arms annoy.
- 2:27:12Speaker 2: Even that.
- 2:27:14Speaker 3: Because the sun relaxed so deeply relaxed, s.
- 2:27:35Speaker 12: S so.
- 2:28:05Speaker 5: That things spreading a way down your arms to elbas.
- 2:28:21Speaker 11: Cleaved in.
- 2:28:23Speaker 5: Your elbows, circumfut spreads away into wrists, your form saer
- 2:28:51Speaker 5: wrists so heavy. It's the same time sunlight and gentle.
- 2:29:43Speaker 3: Like said.
- 2:29:47Speaker 2: Now you had.
- 2:30:22Speaker 3: Peaces as sensal pace just seems to.
- 2:31:07Speaker 13: Feel filion, hands las deeply else things.
- 2:32:54Speaker 5: Chips, attention to freds, your body, many new focus.
- 2:33:57Speaker 3: Lights, figs, spots.
- 2:38:19Speaker 5: The faith, faints, sir pas, sircom, sack pace, sircom.
- 2:39:19Speaker 14: Peace, fall, sick co pase faum, same place faun.
- 2:39:53Speaker 3: Come on, deep relaxation, the spread chest stone. Let's me go.
- 2:40:28Speaker 2: Everything.
- 2:40:40Speaker 3: So I'm gonna start counting down now, from twenty down
- 2:40:46Speaker 3: to one. You can imagine in a.
- 2:40:53Speaker 5: Way it's like just walking down some steps, and each
- 2:40:59Speaker 5: step from twenty steps, each step.
- 2:41:02Speaker 3: Represents a level of comfort. Each step represents a deepening
- 2:41:17Speaker 3: of the comfort and the firties you walk down those
- 2:41:27Speaker 3: steps that deeper rags. Do you feel.
- 2:41:39Speaker 2: So?
- 2:41:40Speaker 3: Starting with number twenty twenty nineteenhhhhhhhh eighteen seven ten sixt
- 2:45:30Speaker 3: three four twohhhhhh.
- 2:52:39Speaker 15: Eight us st.
- 2:55:16Speaker 3: Six five.
- 2:57:11Speaker 15: Us us.
- 2:58:16Speaker 11: The ladists.
- 3:00:17Speaker 12: Lassist. And now.
- 3:02:24Speaker 3: As you focus on your eyes, you're gonna countdown from
- 3:02:37Speaker 3: ten outs one, focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 3:02:53Speaker 3: the muscles around your eyes, your eye will themselves, the
- 3:03:02Speaker 3: whole area that makes up your eye. As we count
- 3:03:20Speaker 3: down ten down to one, wants to focus in on
- 3:03:28Speaker 3: your eyes, you become twice is relaxed with each number
- 3:03:45Speaker 3: counting down that you may find the way we want
- 3:03:57Speaker 3: to do is just drift off to sleep. And if
- 3:04:06Speaker 3: that's what you want, then just allow yourself to do that.
- 3:04:19Speaker 5: Now focus in on your eyes. Then to begin counting
- 3:04:28Speaker 5: down from ten down to one.
- 3:04:36Speaker 3: Right now.
- 3:04:45Speaker 9: Ten nine.
- 3:05:46Speaker 1: Eight z.
- 3:10:02Speaker 15: Using pree.
- 3:13:58Speaker 3: Cut down tent one ten nine eight seven six five
- 3:14:17Speaker 3: four three two one. And maybe that was a bit
- 3:14:34Speaker 3: too quick in order to relax.
- 3:14:38Speaker 5: Maybe it's a too fast for you to notice the
- 3:14:44Speaker 5: calming of your body, maybe even a little bit of
- 3:14:51Speaker 5: pressure there, like you'll count it down from ten to one.
- 3:14:55Speaker 3: What do you expect me to do?
- 3:14:56Speaker 2: Man?
- 3:14:58Speaker 3: Expect me to just to go with floppy? Just I
- 3:15:01Speaker 3: guess you're counting down if you try again, but this
- 3:15:10Speaker 3: time I'll go get slower.
- 3:15:14Speaker 5: This time that you focus on the whole of your
- 3:15:19Speaker 5: body before we focus on the legs.
- 3:15:25Speaker 3: Just notice how your body does start to feel more
- 3:15:34Speaker 3: relaxed with every number that I count down ten, nine, seven, six, five.
- 3:16:34Speaker 2: Four, three.
- 3:17:16Speaker 3: One.
- 3:17:28Speaker 1: I just notice how.
- 3:17:32Speaker 3: How you feel, generally, how your body feels. It's not
- 3:17:42Speaker 3: necessarily even about counting down from ten to one. It's
- 3:17:53Speaker 3: that space that you.
- 3:17:55Speaker 12: Have, that.
- 3:17:59Speaker 3: Space between being active physically or mentally, just.
- 3:18:20Speaker 5: Sitting or lying down, just being there, not doing anything,
- 3:18:25Speaker 5: not saying anything, or needing to think about anything.
- 3:18:31Speaker 16: So it opens up the space, you know, a bit
- 3:18:35Speaker 16: of a space, a gap. And the more I came
- 3:18:46Speaker 16: down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 3:18:54Speaker 16: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort or axation.
- 3:19:06Speaker 3: It's a nice feeling, and it moves.
- 3:19:15Speaker 5: Those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves them.
- 3:19:25Speaker 3: Away.
- 3:19:32Speaker 1: Allows you.
- 3:19:35Speaker 11: To just.
- 3:19:39Speaker 3: Slow down.
- 3:19:43Speaker 17: Someone to count the game from ten down to one
- 3:19:46Speaker 17: and notice that gap widening, the gap, and as it widens,
- 3:19:56Speaker 17: it's almost like the.
- 3:19:59Speaker 3: Stress some attention.
- 3:20:01Speaker 1: Falls into the gap.
- 3:20:16Speaker 3: Give you that distance, that space.
- 3:20:23Speaker 2: Now ten.
- 3:20:33Speaker 3: Nine, eight, seven, six five three.
- 3:22:17Speaker 12: One.
- 3:22:29Speaker 3: Now how did your body you feel?
- 3:22:35Speaker 2: Now?
- 3:22:48Speaker 3: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calm? Are you
- 3:23:01Speaker 3: feeling more relaxed as were?
- 3:23:27Speaker 1: Now?
- 3:23:28Speaker 3: Focus on your lex just a lex.
- 3:23:47Speaker 5: You're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 3:24:08Speaker 5: it's not the most exciting thing to be doing, because
- 3:24:16Speaker 5: I'm sure, like most of your body is not a
- 3:24:19Speaker 5: lot going on right now. Just focusing on the whole
- 3:24:31Speaker 5: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 3:24:38Speaker 5: of your fires the bottoms of your thighs. You're outer
- 3:24:44Speaker 5: thighs and you're inner thighs. Basically the whole of your
- 3:24:50Speaker 5: thigh that leads into your hip and it goes down
- 3:24:59Speaker 5: to your.
- 3:25:01Speaker 3: Knee joint. And this is a big area. It's a
- 3:25:13Speaker 3: very heavy area. It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles
- 3:25:20Speaker 3: in your body or in your thighs. But I don't
- 3:25:33Speaker 3: think we perhaps will give enough attention to our thighs.
- 3:25:47Speaker 3: Perhaps we don't and acknowledge how important our thighs are
- 3:25:58Speaker 3: to our lives, how much they actually do for us
- 3:26:18Speaker 3: all through our lives. And it may seem sound really weird, but.
- 3:26:32Speaker 5: I think that all her body parts, especially our thighs,
- 3:26:39Speaker 5: needs some TLC, a bit of love shown.
- 3:26:46Speaker 2: A bit of.
- 3:26:53Speaker 5: Acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what our thighs do for us.
- 3:27:12Speaker 5: And I know this makes sound a bit strange. Maybe
- 3:27:18Speaker 5: you think, why am I short? How should be out
- 3:27:21Speaker 5: in the garden hugging a tree or something? Wow, it's
- 3:27:30Speaker 5: hard to sell like a phone up on a tree.
- 3:27:33Speaker 5: That's what I'm doing this indoors. Otherwise I wouldn't be
- 3:27:36Speaker 5: outside huging a tree. I can't see the television for
- 3:27:39Speaker 5: the tree. We moved down to your knees.
- 3:27:50Speaker 3: He gain such an important part, and I think we
- 3:27:57Speaker 3: don't necessarily.
- 3:28:00Speaker 5: I'll speak for myself. I don't necessarily appreciate all that
- 3:28:08Speaker 5: one needs to do for me until I have a
- 3:28:13Speaker 5: problem with my need.
- 3:28:15Speaker 3: Occasionally, if I ever, maybe i'll bash it or it's
- 3:28:20Speaker 3: aching for some reason. It's then that I realize how
- 3:28:27Speaker 3: much it does. You know, the benefit of being able
- 3:28:31Speaker 3: to use my legs without any kind of physical discomfort.
- 3:28:41Speaker 1: Is a beautiful thing.
- 3:28:44Speaker 5: That's possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed.
- 3:28:52Speaker 3: You know that's comfort.
- 3:28:57Speaker 5: But as you focus on your knees, regardless of how
- 3:29:02Speaker 5: your knees feel, you can have that sense of gratitude.
- 3:29:11Speaker 3: And love to your knees for all they do for you.
- 3:29:25Speaker 3: You can still have that attention on your thighs. Maybe
- 3:29:29Speaker 3: notice how your thighs feel, Maybe notice that they are
- 3:29:38Speaker 3: relaxing more deeply as you focus now on the bottoms
- 3:29:54Speaker 3: of your legs and your shins and your.
- 3:29:57Speaker 5: Calf muscles, the bones between your knees and your feet.
- 3:30:06Speaker 5: Incorporating the course from ankles so important.
- 3:30:17Speaker 3: Anyone that's had even like the slightest spray of an
- 3:30:22Speaker 3: ankle knows how how much we take our ankles for granted.
- 3:30:36Speaker 3: And it's kind of strange in a way when you
- 3:30:38Speaker 3: think that.
- 3:30:41Speaker 5: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot thiller than
- 3:30:45Speaker 5: the rest of our arms, which is okay, it doesn't
- 3:30:50Speaker 5: I can't see any problem with that because we're just
- 3:30:53Speaker 5: picking stuff up.
- 3:30:55Speaker 1: Our ankles.
- 3:30:58Speaker 3: So much thinner then the rest of our legs, and
- 3:31:08Speaker 3: from a physics perspective or logical.
- 3:31:11Speaker 5: Even it doesn't really make sense that all this weight
- 3:31:17Speaker 5: will ultimately be resting on your ankles then lead to
- 3:31:24Speaker 5: your feet.
- 3:31:29Speaker 3: That thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does so much
- 3:31:38Speaker 3: great work. Supports us, supports our body for a lifetime,
- 3:31:50Speaker 3: helps us to balance, It helps.
- 3:31:55Speaker 1: You to.
- 3:31:59Speaker 3: Get her to be mobile. And there's the calf muscles.
- 3:32:08Speaker 5: Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 3:32:16Speaker 5: pointing calf muscles.
- 3:32:18Speaker 3: Didn't seem to do anything. Okay, if I walked around tiptoes,
- 3:32:24Speaker 3: then my calf muscles get some work.
- 3:32:28Speaker 5: But of course that's not true. The calf muscles are
- 3:32:30Speaker 5: being used whenever we use our legs. Then your shins
- 3:32:43Speaker 5: there to protect your lower legs, shaped in away, almost
- 3:32:55Speaker 5: as a protector for the bone, leading of course to
- 3:33:07Speaker 5: your ankles.
- 3:33:11Speaker 3: And your feet.
- 3:33:16Speaker 5: We're not going to focus on your feet. I'm just
- 3:33:18Speaker 5: going to focus on the legs. And I realize, now that.
- 3:33:25Speaker 3: I've mentioned your feet, you'll probably focusing on them anyway,
- 3:33:30Speaker 3: So maybe I should focus on your feet a little bit.
- 3:33:37Speaker 5: You can have them in your awareness the same as
- 3:33:41Speaker 5: you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 3:33:45Speaker 3: Even though we haven't been.
- 3:33:46Speaker 5: Focusing on your thighs a few minutes, we'll be focusing
- 3:33:52Speaker 5: on your ankles.
- 3:34:00Speaker 12: Still.
- 3:34:00Speaker 3: That sensation of comfort in your thighs, and there's that
- 3:34:16Speaker 3: movement of energy.
- 3:34:20Speaker 5: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 3:34:28Speaker 5: there's the muscles, the big strong muscles that we have
- 3:34:32Speaker 5: in our thighs.
- 3:34:42Speaker 3: But the skin on the outside of the thighs, as
- 3:34:48Speaker 3: in the outside of all of our body, can be
- 3:34:52Speaker 3: very sensitive, sensitive at time, sensitive to temperature. And inside
- 3:35:11Speaker 3: your thighs the bones, there's the muscle, is the blood, vessels,
- 3:35:19Speaker 3: the ar trees to all this stuff inside of thighs.
- 3:35:29Speaker 3: I guess sometimes it'd be nice if you.
- 3:35:32Speaker 5: Could actually put your fingers inside your thighs and message,
- 3:35:40Speaker 5: so you can message on the outside of the course,
- 3:35:43Speaker 5: but be able to get deep into the muscles, and
- 3:35:47Speaker 5: to be able to just message inside your thighs, message
- 3:35:52Speaker 5: in the bones.
- 3:35:54Speaker 18: If your leg.
- 3:35:56Speaker 3: Massage veins just generally healing fives, you can move down
- 3:36:14Speaker 3: message inside your knees, some message.
- 3:36:18Speaker 5: In those bones with healing fingertips spreading the healing energy
- 3:36:26Speaker 5: deep into the joints new knees. Of course, it's the
- 3:36:36Speaker 5: back of your need and.
- 3:36:39Speaker 3: The inside crease.
- 3:36:41Speaker 18: Real need is.
- 3:36:45Speaker 5: Through sensitive area. It feels very nice when we stricken.
- 3:36:52Speaker 5: That might be because it's an area that's not really
- 3:36:56Speaker 5: touched very often. It's like a hidden part, a crease
- 3:37:05Speaker 5: your legs awast, like a part that has a sensitivity,
- 3:37:13Speaker 5: which is a little bit different. Of course, it's protected
- 3:37:24Speaker 5: by your legs, so you can legend put in your fingers.
- 3:37:35Speaker 3: Into that crease your legs.
- 3:37:43Speaker 5: And folding between your legs, you can just message with
- 3:37:47Speaker 5: your fingertips. Leagine your fingertips going inside, massage in.
- 3:37:54Speaker 3: The muscle tissue. You can cause fielder the bones of
- 3:38:04Speaker 3: your knees heating from your fingertips. And then if you
- 3:38:16Speaker 3: go down.
- 3:38:20Speaker 5: To your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like
- 3:38:23Speaker 5: to be able to really put my.
- 3:38:25Speaker 3: Fingertips steep inside the calf muscles, massage in every single
- 3:38:35Speaker 3: tissue of the muscle, healing every part, and then doing
- 3:38:47Speaker 3: the same for my shoes.
- 3:38:52Speaker 5: Massage and gently stroking the bones, generally stroking them in
- 3:39:00Speaker 5: a loving way because they deserve to be treated. There's
- 3:39:07Speaker 5: the precious bones that they are, because their legs are
- 3:39:12Speaker 5: so precious as in all the other parts of our body,
- 3:39:18Speaker 5: the more precious of any tune.
- 3:39:22Speaker 3: On the planet. When you start to think about legs
- 3:39:39Speaker 3: in this way, it can change your perspective. It might sound.
- 3:39:54Speaker 5: A bit silly to start with the idea of having
- 3:39:59Speaker 5: love for your legs, show an appreciation for your thighs,
- 3:40:09Speaker 5: wanting to be able to put your hands in your thighs,
- 3:40:15Speaker 5: massage the muscles and the bones, to get your fingers
- 3:40:23Speaker 5: deep in there, releasing moteens.
- 3:40:30Speaker 3: Just to show.
- 3:40:32Speaker 5: How much you care about your legs, what you care for,
- 3:40:41Speaker 5: what your legs do for you regularly, your knees, your calves,
- 3:40:51Speaker 5: your ankles. The strength of your ankles considering how thin
- 3:41:03Speaker 5: they are compared to the rest of your legs, especially
- 3:41:07Speaker 5: your thighs. Yeah, they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things.
- 3:41:23Speaker 3: Ankles are truly a gift.
- 3:41:32Speaker 5: Because of what they do for you, supporting all that weight,
- 3:41:43Speaker 5: regardless of how what weight you are, even if you're
- 3:41:47Speaker 5: only eat a stony, it's still a long weight for
- 3:41:52Speaker 5: these little ankles, how a lot heavier.
- 3:41:59Speaker 3: The mainstone double down in my course, support my body
- 3:42:10Speaker 3: all the time. What they do give off a sigh
- 3:42:16Speaker 3: of relief when to sit down, as if my old
- 3:42:22Speaker 3: licks do my fee fee l sco my toes clap
- 3:42:33Speaker 3: so happy. Your legs really are amazing. I don't know
- 3:43:02Speaker 3: talking about talking about your legs is probably.
- 3:43:07Speaker 19: Possibly on the most most boring things you've ever heard
- 3:43:12Speaker 19: anyone say. Possibly boring or not, everything I said is true.
- 3:43:24Speaker 19: Your legs are amazing. Your legs deserve not just respect,
- 3:43:44Speaker 19: they deserve to relax.
- 3:43:48Speaker 3: Deeply. They deserve to take some time out of the
- 3:43:58Speaker 3: day to just let go completely. Your legs really can relax.
- 3:44:37Speaker 5: Because the legs are so such a most, you know,
- 3:44:41Speaker 5: very important part of your body. When you relax your ects,
- 3:44:48Speaker 5: the rest of your body also naturally follows in that.
- 3:44:58Speaker 3: Journey of comfort that I'm feeling. My hips, My hips
- 3:45:11Speaker 3: feel reve those and also my life back as well.
- 3:45:20Speaker 18: My lie back.
- 3:45:21Speaker 5: Really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting
- 3:45:27Speaker 5: in a chair and there's no stretching as far as
- 3:45:33Speaker 5: I'm aware that I'm doing. It's almost as if the
- 3:45:36Speaker 5: muscles are just relaxed so much that there is a
- 3:45:40Speaker 5: natural stretch as the tension has reduced a lot.
- 3:46:05Speaker 3: And I'm now going to count down ten downs one.
- 3:46:13Speaker 3: You can continue to film wonderfully relaxed ten nine, eight, seven, six, five,
- 3:46:47Speaker 3: four three two.
- 3:47:06Speaker 5: Relax because I'm just going to count down from five
- 3:47:18Speaker 5: down to one, and as a countdown. You just focus
- 3:47:23Speaker 5: on the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and notice
- 3:47:31Speaker 5: how you feel.
- 3:47:36Speaker 3: In this moment as you hear the numbers counting down,
- 3:47:42Speaker 3: knowing that those numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer,
- 3:47:56Speaker 3: not just in your body, but also relaxing mind.
- 3:48:04Speaker 1: Just notice how you felt.
- 3:48:06Speaker 3: There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing
- 3:48:12Speaker 3: to think about, starting with number five, four, three two one.
- 3:49:05Speaker 3: As you notice the gradual.
- 3:49:13Speaker 1: Letting go.
- 3:49:16Speaker 5: Of the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:49:24Speaker 5: to notice and be aware.
- 3:49:27Speaker 3: Of how your mind is starting to slow down. This
- 3:49:36Speaker 3: is just a natural thing that happens. It's not really
- 3:49:43Speaker 3: a special procedure. It's just natural.
- 3:49:47Speaker 5: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:49:55Speaker 5: and the more your mid relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:49:59Speaker 3: Is just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:50:11Speaker 3: calmness that comes from.
- 3:50:14Speaker 1: Relative quietness.
- 3:50:17Speaker 3: You know, even if this background sounds, even your side
- 3:50:23Speaker 3: online is still going to be quite calm. You know,
- 3:50:31Speaker 3: you haven't got the television on, there's no music in
- 3:50:35Speaker 3: the background. Unless you're listening to the recorded.
- 3:50:38Speaker 5: With music, of course, you're very likely not going to
- 3:50:45Speaker 5: be sitting in a room with other people. Of course
- 3:50:48Speaker 5: you might be, but generally it's the ideal if you
- 3:50:53Speaker 5: can do this on your own, so no distractions, and
- 3:51:04Speaker 5: when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation.
- 3:51:15Speaker 3: Automatically rises. The sense of comfort.
- 3:51:22Speaker 2: Starts to grow.
- 3:51:27Speaker 5: And without trying to build it up into something fantastical,
- 3:51:38Speaker 5: something magical, this is just a natural process, something that's easy.
- 3:51:50Speaker 3: To accomplish.
- 3:51:54Speaker 5: In fact, it's almost you know, the sense of relaxing
- 3:52:01Speaker 5: happens really when you're put no effort into it. It's
- 3:52:06Speaker 5: not something that you can really force. It is something
- 3:52:12Speaker 5: that happens naturally. A part of the process of this
- 3:52:23Speaker 5: recording and others.
- 3:52:27Speaker 1: Is simply.
- 3:52:30Speaker 3: Two allow you to take advantage of this space.
- 3:52:41Speaker 2: This time, just.
- 3:52:49Speaker 3: Lego, to just be here, to be in tune with
- 3:53:01Speaker 3: how you feel, yet with the intention of wanting to
- 3:53:14Speaker 3: relax deeply, that maybe even to fall asleep, depending on
- 3:53:26Speaker 3: what it is that you wish for yourself in this moment.
- 3:53:39Speaker 5: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:53:49Speaker 5: of falling asleep. The actual fall in the sleep part
- 3:53:53Speaker 5: is the tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you.
- 3:54:02Speaker 3: Become, the easier you find yourself drifting. You can also
- 3:54:24Speaker 3: if you choose stay focused on my voice the debt,
- 3:54:33Speaker 3: really enjoy the process, congratually relaxing each muscle in your
- 3:55:04Speaker 3: body effortlessly and just observing the sensation of letting go completely.
- 3:55:44Speaker 5: This time, when a count from six down to one,
- 3:55:53Speaker 5: you can notice your mind.
- 3:55:59Speaker 3: Calm down. Each number that you hear me saying, naturally failing.
- 3:56:16Speaker 12: Calm s.
- 3:56:22Speaker 3: Pa so sex five.
- 3:59:16Speaker 5: Being aware how your mind slowed right down, sinking deeply
- 3:59:35Speaker 5: into relaxation, lets you focus on your mind in.
- 3:59:56Speaker 3: May notice that some thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn
- 4:00:07Speaker 3: thoughts that for some reason perhaps need your attention. That's
- 4:00:23Speaker 3: what you can do is send love to those thoughts.
- 4:00:34Speaker 3: Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 4:00:41Speaker 2: With love.
- 4:00:43Speaker 5: My door petals for my flower. Just sprinkle over the petals,
- 4:00:50Speaker 5: feel good love towards those thoughts, to let those thoughts
- 4:00:57Speaker 5: more them. You're not banded in number, You just need them.
- 4:01:05Speaker 5: You require them.
- 4:01:09Speaker 3: To just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 4:01:21Speaker 2: For now.
- 4:01:29Speaker 5: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts. As we
- 4:01:34Speaker 5: count down this time from seven down to one.
- 4:01:39Speaker 3: Of each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of
- 4:01:48Speaker 3: love kindness, gratitude his thoughts which you will allow them
- 4:02:07Speaker 3: to just melt away relaxed deeply.
- 4:02:16Speaker 5: With every number, those thoughts will become more relaxed.
- 4:02:36Speaker 3: Starting if number seven six five f lets you know
- 4:05:12Speaker 3: that is how relaxed your feeling in your body. We
- 4:05:33Speaker 3: got to focus on your hands.
- 4:05:45Speaker 5: Because the more relaxed your hands, on more relaxed your
- 4:05:52Speaker 5: body and mind. Do you focus on your hands and
- 4:06:14Speaker 5: your fingers. There's nothing needed to be done. There's no
- 4:06:25Speaker 5: clinching of fists or dance and the fingers ny. It's
- 4:06:38Speaker 5: just noticing and focusing on your hands, not simarly film
- 4:07:07Speaker 5: be kissed them all.
- 4:07:11Speaker 3: Relaxed. Your hands fail the cart may mind feels.
- 4:07:25Speaker 5: Confidence failround your body.

- 4:08:53Speaker 5: to vegus oh more relaxed.
- 4:09:10Speaker 18: With each number.
- 4:09:19Speaker 3: Eight doun to one, we can.
- 4:09:28Speaker 5: Almost feel that healing, relaxing energy spread it into your
- 4:09:40Speaker 5: hands and fingers, becoming relaxing with each number cutting down,
- 4:10:09Speaker 5: I ate down to one to drift him, to drift

- 4:10:40Speaker 3: I ate seven who just being here now.
- 4:14:33Speaker 5: Nothing to think about, nothing to do, nothing to say,

- 4:14:55Speaker 5: of being. This is how you just normally when you
- 4:15:04Speaker 5: take away.
- 4:15:07Speaker 3: That that stuff.
- 4:15:10Speaker 18: That we add.
- 4:15:13Speaker 5: Like blood, stress of my head, I thinking anxiety, tension,
- 4:15:29Speaker 5: M thinking about stuff.
- 4:15:33Speaker 18: Take that away.
- 4:15:38Speaker 3: Now left with a sense of insurance, which comes.
- 4:15:56Speaker 18: To your good plan.
- 4:16:01Speaker 3: Because ultimately it's just a feeling, feeling of comfort. Must

- 4:20:50Speaker 3: used to cause you to feel anger no longer have
- 4:21:01Speaker 3: that power to control you.
- 4:21:08Speaker 5: The way they seem to be able to before. As
- 4:21:15Speaker 5: you realize that you're the one who decides what affects you,

- 4:22:42Speaker 5: because for sleep is something that you've done.
- 4:22:49Speaker 3: So many times.
- 4:22:52Speaker 18: In your life, and you know that you.
- 4:22:59Speaker 5: As we all work with the ability to fall asleep,
- 4:23:05Speaker 5: and naturally with that ability.
- 4:23:17Speaker 3: Just drift off into a deep.
- 4:23:25Speaker 18: Sleep.
- 4:23:31Speaker 5: Even when we're kids, sometimes will fall asleep and we
- 4:23:36Speaker 5: don't even want to.
- 4:23:39Speaker 3: Try to stay awake.
- 4:23:42Speaker 5: Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, when it's Christmas
- 4:23:45Speaker 5: or holiday or something I look forward to.
- 4:23:49Speaker 18: And I want to go to sleep.
- 4:23:52Speaker 3: But the more I want to stay awake, the more
- 4:23:57Speaker 3: we just start to drift.
- 4:24:03Speaker 5: And the more he finds drifting, which try still beseten
- 4:24:08Speaker 5: drifting asleep. The deeper is strong without drifting becomes because
