- 2:48Speaker 4: just go.
- 2:49Speaker 2: To Root for America dot com.
- 2:51Speaker 4: All right, I've got a little bit of Wayne Root
- 2:52Speaker 4: news to announce, but I'm gonna first read my commentary
- 2:56Speaker 4: that I wrote just for this show. It is titled
- 2:59Speaker 4: after last Night. Now we know Democrats are not human.
- 3:03Speaker 4: They're from the planet uranus, as in your anus. Let
- 3:09Speaker 4: me start with the obvious. Here's a few, you know,
- 3:11Speaker 4: obvious observations. President Trump gave one of the greatest, if
- 3:15Speaker 4: not the greatest, Joint Session of Congress slash State of
- 3:18Speaker 4: the Union speeches in history.
- 3:20Speaker 2: President Trump is as.
- 3:21Speaker 4: Masterful as telling compelling stories as any president in history.
- 3:27Speaker 4: President Trump brilliantly positioned Democrats to self destruct and choose
- 3:32Speaker 4: to destroy themselves. Democrats took the bait and chose to
- 3:37Speaker 4: commit political suicide last night. Lastly, if anybody in America
- 3:42Speaker 4: still claims to be a Democrat after that ass kicking
- 3:45Speaker 4: in front of the whole world.
- 3:47Speaker 2: They belong in a mental institution.
- 3:50Speaker 4: Now do We've got those simple and straightforward observations out
- 3:53Speaker 4: of the way, Let me get to the root. Excuse
- 3:56Speaker 4: the pun of this commentary. The root of the commentary
- 4:00Speaker 4: is about the insanity of Democrats. It's just not possible
- 4:04Speaker 4: to react the way that the Democrat leadership of our
- 4:08Speaker 4: nation reacted last night. They're clearly not normal or sane people.
- 4:14Speaker 4: I don't even think they're human. They're clearly from the
- 4:18Speaker 4: planet uranus. I'm an all Americans straight male. I try
- 4:24Speaker 4: to never cry. I certainly never cry in public. But
- 4:29Speaker 4: last night I cheered up at least a half dozen times,
- 4:31Speaker 4: probably more like eight or ten. If you didn't feel
- 4:35Speaker 4: raw emotion at the all American stories and tragedies on
- 4:39Speaker 4: display last night.
- 4:41Speaker 2: You're just not human. You have no heart. You're the
- 4:44Speaker 2: tin man.
- 4:46Speaker 4: You're a cyborg like the Terminator, or an evil, heartless communist.
- 4:52Speaker 4: And that's the point. Now we know that's exactly what
- 4:55Speaker 4: Democrats are. Mean spirited, vile, vicious, heartless communists. I could
- 5:04Speaker 4: think of several moments that made me teer up last night.
- 5:07Speaker 4: The mothers present in the gallery whose daughters were raped
- 5:10Speaker 4: and murdered by evil illegal aliens allowed into this country
- 5:14Speaker 4: by the disgraceful Biden administration.
- 5:17Speaker 2: That made me tear up.
- 5:18Speaker 4: I'm talking about the mom of Lake and Riley, the
- 5:21Speaker 4: nursing student who was murdered by an illegal alien after
- 5:23Speaker 4: a long struggle for a life, Trump promised her that
- 5:28Speaker 4: her daughter's murder would not be in vain, so he
- 5:31Speaker 4: signed the Lake and Riley Act to the port Evil
- 5:33Speaker 4: Violet illegal alien criminals.
- 5:36Speaker 2: What a great moment. If you weren't teering up or cheering,
- 5:39Speaker 2: you're not human.
- 5:41Speaker 4: Or the mother of twelve year old Joscelyn Nungerray, who
- 5:45Speaker 4: was assaulted and raped for two hours, then murdered by
- 5:49Speaker 4: illegal aliens.
- 5:50Speaker 2: In Houston, Texas.
- 5:51Speaker 4: President Trump announced he was naming a wild life refuge
- 5:55Speaker 4: because the little girl loved animals, a wildlife refuge near
- 5:59Speaker 4: Houston in her name. Trump actually held up the signed
- 6:02Speaker 4: executive order with the new name of the wildlife refuge.
- 6:07Speaker 4: It is the Joscelyn Nungray Wildlife Refuge, and he held it.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Up for her mother to see. And if you weren't
- 6:13Speaker 2: teering up or cheering, you're not human.
- 6:17Speaker 4: Or the teenage volleyball girl who was almost killed in
- 6:21Speaker 4: a volleyball game when a transgender boy posing as a
- 6:25Speaker 4: girl hit her in the face with the volleyball so
- 6:28Speaker 4: hard she's now brain damaged and partially paralyzed for life.
- 6:33Speaker 4: Trump announced the assigned and executive order protecting girls sports
- 6:38Speaker 4: from transgender men.
- 6:40Speaker 2: If you weren't teering up or cheering, you're just not human.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Or the wife of the murdered.
- 6:46Speaker 4: New York police officer who is now raising a one
- 6:49Speaker 4: year old son alone. Incidentally, President Trump found the time
- 6:54Speaker 4: to attend the officer's wake last year, while President Biden
- 6:57Speaker 4: never even called her. Trump announced he's fighting for legislation
- 7:02Speaker 4: to give the death penalty to cop killers.
- 7:05Speaker 2: If you weren't teering up or cheering, you're not human.
- 7:09Speaker 4: Or when President Trump paid homage to the wife and
- 7:11Speaker 4: daughters of the hero fire chief Corey Comparatore, who was
- 7:15Speaker 4: killed in Butler, Pennsylvania, by the bullets of an assassin
- 7:19Speaker 4: trying to murder President Trump. If you weren't teering up
- 7:23Speaker 4: or cheering when you saw the wife, you're not human.
- 7:26Speaker 4: Or the son of a murdered cop who has grown
- 7:29Speaker 4: up to be a fine young man whose goal in
- 7:31Speaker 4: life is to be a police officer like his dad,
- 7:34Speaker 4: his late dad, and to attend West Point. And Trump
- 7:38Speaker 4: announced on the spot that this all American young man
- 7:43Speaker 4: is now accepted into West Point. His dreams came true
- 7:46Speaker 4: live on TV last night. If you weren't teering up
- 7:49Speaker 4: or cheering, you're not human. Or the schoolteacher abandoned in
- 7:53Speaker 4: a Russian prison by President Biden, who President Trump brought
- 7:58Speaker 4: home in his days in office after promising his ninety
- 8:03Speaker 4: five year old mom at that faithful Butler Pennsylvania rally,
- 8:08Speaker 4: then I'm gonna bring your son home. And then he
- 8:10Speaker 4: almost got assassinated, and he remembered, amazing, guy. If you
- 8:15Speaker 4: were tearing up or cheering, you're just not human. But
- 8:19Speaker 4: I've saved the best for last. Trump honor DJ Daniel,
- 8:24Speaker 4: a thirteen year old boy fighting brain cancer who wants
- 8:27Speaker 4: to be a police officer by making him a special.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Agent for the Secret Service.
- 8:33Speaker 4: The director of the Secret Service suddenly appeared next to
- 8:37Speaker 4: the boy to give the little boy his Secret Service
- 8:40Speaker 4: badge and his ID. And if that wasn't enough to
- 8:44Speaker 4: bring you to tears, the little boy at that moment
- 8:47Speaker 4: jumped into the arms of the Secret Service director to
- 8:51Speaker 4: hug him like he loved him. It was the most
- 8:55Speaker 4: touching moment I've ever seen during your presidential address in
- 8:58Speaker 4: my life.
- 9:00Speaker 2: And if you were teering up, we're cheering, You're just
- 9:03Speaker 2: not human.
- 9:04Speaker 4: Later, when the son of that murdered cop was told
- 9:07Speaker 4: by President Trump he's now accepted into West Point. That
- 9:10Speaker 4: little boy DJ Daniel came running across the aisle to
- 9:15Speaker 4: high five the murdered cop son.
- 9:17Speaker 2: It was just so surprising and so beautiful. Folks.
- 9:22Speaker 4: These scenes are what make America the greatest nation of
- 9:25Speaker 4: world history. We're not like any other nation ever. We
- 9:29Speaker 4: are special. We are one in a billion. We are
- 9:33Speaker 4: touched and blessed by God, and so is President Trump. Clearly,
- 9:39Speaker 4: God saved President Trump from assassination.
- 9:42Speaker 2: For moments just such as these.
- 9:45Speaker 4: Trump is the chosen one, as I've said so many times,
- 9:49Speaker 4: chosen by God to make America great again. And these
- 9:54Speaker 4: democrats on display last night aren't human. They didn't clap,
- 9:57Speaker 4: they didn't cheer, they didn't stand up, they didn't tear
- 9:59Speaker 4: up up for these amazing stories or these amazing all
- 10:02Speaker 4: American heroes. They sat on their hands, or they texted
- 10:07Speaker 4: on their phones like they didn't care looking down, or
- 10:11Speaker 4: they held up childish signs with bored, dirty, disgusting looks
- 10:16Speaker 4: on their disgraceful faces. These Democrat leaders are either evil,
- 10:22Speaker 4: mentally ill, owned by China, or under the spell of Satan,
- 10:28Speaker 4: or probably all the above. Now we know they're not human.
- 10:33Speaker 4: They're not even from this planet. They're from the planet Uranus.
- 10:37Speaker 4: You know there is a planet called Uranus, right, but
- 10:39Speaker 4: it's not your anus. It's Uranus. If people are wondering
- 10:43Speaker 4: where I came up with that, there is a planet.
- 10:45Speaker 2: By that name. You just got to pronounce it a
- 10:47Speaker 2: little differently to figure out where Democrats are from.
- 10:50Speaker 4: Let me announce a little personal news at the start
- 10:52Speaker 4: of the show.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Press release came out yesterday.
- 10:55Speaker 4: Trump and Congress gain new advocates for tax cuts in
- 10:59Speaker 4: economic policies among major economists and entrepreneurs. Steve Moore will
- 11:04Speaker 4: chair the Working Group that will promote free market capitalism.
- 11:08Speaker 2: And economic policies.
- 11:10Speaker 4: And in that group founder of Papa John's Pizza and
- 11:14Speaker 4: Wayne Allen Roots.
- 11:15Speaker 2: They've got my quote in here. I'm proud to be
- 11:18Speaker 2: an sob son of a butcher. Only in American con.
- 11:20Speaker 4: Sons of butcher's become successful, said Wayne Alan Route. This
- 11:24Speaker 4: is the land of opportunity, but only because of capitalism,
- 11:28Speaker 4: limited government, low taxation, and regulation.
- 11:31Speaker 2: I'm honored to join this prestigious group to help keep
- 11:34Speaker 2: it that way.
- 11:36Speaker 4: And then it lists the members of the group and
- 11:38Speaker 4: two of them will be on this show. Coming up
- 11:40Speaker 4: in about fifteen minutes, Steve Moore and Julio Gonzalez will
- 11:45Speaker 4: join us to talk about this new group.
- 11:47Speaker 2: We'll be read by.

- 16:24Speaker 4: very top of get her, very top of Twitter. So
- 16:27Speaker 4: now no matter where you are, you can watch all right,
- 16:31Speaker 4: so lots of places to watch it. All that information
- 16:34Speaker 4: is at root for america dot com. Carolyn Levitt, the
- 16:38Speaker 4: spokesman for the Trump White House, who's i think twenty
- 16:42Speaker 4: seven years old and one of the best talkers.
- 16:44Speaker 2: You'll ever find anywhere. She's fabulous.
- 16:46Speaker 4: She slams the Party of Insanity, meaning Democrats. I mean,
- 16:50Speaker 4: it's like she was reading for my column over response
- 16:53Speaker 4: to Trump's Joint Session speech. They've allowed their Trump to
- 16:57Speaker 4: arrangement syndrome to stop them from celebrate America. That's exactly
- 17:01Speaker 4: last night was a celebration of America. Even if you
- 17:05Speaker 4: don't like Trump, it's a celebration of America.
- 17:08Speaker 2: And she didn't even say an American heroes. I mean,
- 17:12Speaker 2: only in America.
- 17:13Speaker 4: You fight a kid like that thirteen year old kid, right,
- 17:16Speaker 4: a black kid thirteen years old, and I was crying
- 17:20Speaker 4: because he's the sweetest kid you've ever seen. And I
- 17:22Speaker 4: can't believe he's suffering with brain cancer. But they gave
- 17:25Speaker 4: him five months to live seven years ago and he's
- 17:27Speaker 4: still alive. But he wants to be a policeman so bad.
- 17:30Speaker 4: There he is, this little thirteen year old in a
- 17:33Speaker 4: police uniform, and I think, you know.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Just my guess.
- 17:36Speaker 4: He looked very small. You know, he reminded me of
- 17:39Speaker 4: that kid Coleman on TV. Was that kid's name, I
- 17:41Speaker 4: can't remember something, Coleman, And you know he was on
- 17:45Speaker 4: TV and he was just too small.
- 17:46Speaker 2: For his age.
- 17:47Speaker 4: I'm sure it's because he had cancer treatment, radiation and chemotherapy.
- 17:50Speaker 4: He's very small for his age, and he's got the
- 17:54Speaker 4: he had the scars on his head, and you.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Couldn't help but feel horrible for me.
- 17:58Speaker 4: He's wearing his police uniform and President Trump announces he's
- 18:01Speaker 4: an honorary cop on so many different police forces, and
- 18:05Speaker 4: he said, now we're gonna give you the biggest honor
- 18:07Speaker 4: of all. You're gonna be an honorary Secret Service agent.
- 18:10Speaker 4: And the Secret Service director comes over. I mean, I
- 18:13Speaker 4: almost I'm just about to start crying now. I can't
- 18:15Speaker 4: take it. It's just too much. And any Democrat who
- 18:20Speaker 4: can't have joy for that and also pain for the
- 18:23Speaker 4: kids pain, you're just not human. You're horrible people. You're evil,
- 18:30Speaker 4: You're just evil personified. President Trump's tariffs, I think are
- 18:35Speaker 4: fabulous idea. They are a negotiation to get what we want.
- 18:41Speaker 4: US toy factories slammed with orders after Trump puts tariffs
- 18:46Speaker 4: on China and Mexican imports. See, so you don't need
- 18:50Speaker 4: to get your toys anymore in Mexico or China if
- 18:53Speaker 4: they're gonna be the same price or cheaper made in
- 18:56Speaker 4: American factory.
- 18:58Speaker 2: That's the point here.
- 19:00Speaker 4: To force people to buy American, don't you get that?
- 19:05Speaker 4: And to force China and Canada and Mexico to stop
- 19:09Speaker 4: the drugs from flowing to America and protect our border.
- 19:13Speaker 4: And if they won't do that, they're gonna get hit
- 19:15Speaker 4: with big tariffs. And if they do it, maybe they'll
- 19:18Speaker 4: get hit with lower tariffs. Everyone should get some tariffs.
- 19:22Speaker 4: They're hitting us with tariffs. Why can't we hit them
- 19:24Speaker 4: back with tariffs?
- 19:26Speaker 2: All right?
- 19:26Speaker 4: Let me mention the sponsor of the show its advantage gold.
- 19:31Speaker 2: Why is now the time to own precious metals.
- 19:33Speaker 4: Well, Trump has inherited a terrible Biden economy on shaky ground.
- 19:38Speaker 4: We've got rising deficit and debt, stubborn inflation, market volatility,
- 19:43Speaker 4: you know, and the global push.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Away from the US dollar and maybe World War three.
- 19:48Speaker 2: If you think everything will stay the same, think again.
- 19:50Speaker 4: Now is the most important time in history to own
- 19:53Speaker 4: gold and silver.
- 19:54Speaker 2: How important?
- 19:55Speaker 4: Well, since the year two thousand, gold is up seven
- 19:58Speaker 4: hundred and sixty three percent of you count today seven
- 20:01Speaker 4: or sixty three percent, and one hundred thousand dollars investment
- 20:04Speaker 4: would now be worth eight hundred and sixty three thousand.
- 20:07Speaker 4: That's why I scream about gold for the highest rooftops.

- 22:16Speaker 4: Give it to any Republican in your life and they

- 22:41Speaker 2: By Wayne Allen Root.
- 22:44Speaker 4: Let me up, Let me mention now a guest that
- 22:48Speaker 4: we've got for this new and I mentioned this at
- 22:50Speaker 4: the beginning of the show. This new working group or council,
- 22:55Speaker 4: whatever word you like to give to it. It's called
- 22:59Speaker 4: the Private Council, but the headline in the press release says,
- 23:03Speaker 4: it's a working group that will promote free market, capitalist,
- 23:07Speaker 4: tax and economic policies.
- 23:10Speaker 2: To put it in just ninth grade language, it's a
- 23:13Speaker 2: group of well known.
- 23:16Speaker 4: And influential entrepreneurs and capitalists, evangelists and tax cutters and
- 23:26Speaker 4: economists who would like to push through Trump's agenda and
- 23:31Speaker 4: Trump's tax cuts. And it's founded by Julio Gonzalez and
- 23:37Speaker 4: Steve Moore and Wayne Route, among many other you know,
- 23:41Speaker 4: among I think we've got eight really fantastic people involved
- 23:45Speaker 4: in this. Let me just read you a couple of
- 23:47Speaker 4: bios before I get to my guest. Steve Moore is
- 23:50Speaker 4: a Senior Visiting Fellow in economics at the Heritage Foundation,
- 23:54Speaker 4: founder and former president of the Club for Growth, former
- 23:58Speaker 4: member of the Wall Street Journal and Editorial Board, and
- 24:01Speaker 4: served as the senior economic advisor to President Trump's campaign.
- 24:07Speaker 4: Dave Bratt, former member of the US House of Representatives,
- 24:11Speaker 4: now Dean of the Liberty University School of Business. Barry Habib,
- 24:16Speaker 4: an award winning economist and entrepreneur widely credited with saving
- 24:20Speaker 4: the mortgage industry amazing people. Julio Gonzalez, who came up
- 24:25Speaker 4: with this brilliant idea, is the founder and CEO of
- 24:28Speaker 4: Engineer Tax Services, the country's largest specialty tax engineering firm.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Julio helps small and mid.
- 24:34Speaker 4: Sized businesses take advantage of the same tax loopholes used
- 24:38Speaker 4: by major corporations, and as a tireless advocate for small
- 24:42Speaker 4: business and John Schnatter is the founder of Papa John's International,
- 24:49Speaker 4: which he started in a broom closet and grew into
- 24:52Speaker 4: one of the largest pizza.
- 24:53Speaker 2: Chains in the world. And then, of course I saved
- 24:56Speaker 2: for last.
- 24:57Speaker 4: Wayne Allen Roots is a CEO, businessman, best selling author,
- 25:01Speaker 4: national conservative TV and radio host who has interviewed President
- 25:04Speaker 4: Trump sixteen times. And I think the most important thing
- 25:07Speaker 4: to say about me is that I originated and popularized
- 25:11Speaker 4: some of Trump's most popular campaign promises, such as no
- 25:15Speaker 4: tax on soci security benefits and no tax on overtime.
- 25:19Speaker 4: Root was the two thousand and eight Libertarian vice presidential nominee.
- 25:23Speaker 4: So it's quite a group that belongs this Private Economic Council,
- 25:27Speaker 4: and the goal of all of us is to literally
- 25:31Speaker 4: promote and hound the House and the Senate till they
- 25:35Speaker 4: pass Trump's tax cuts. We've got Julio Gonzalez with us.
- 25:39Speaker 4: Now I don't think we have Steve more yet, do we, Jase? Okay,
- 25:44Speaker 4: So we're starting with Julio, and then Steve Moore is
- 25:45Speaker 4: going to join us kind of mid interviewer for the
- 25:48Speaker 4: second half of this interview. Julio Gonzalez again, founder and
- 25:52Speaker 4: CEO of Engineered Tax Services and founder of his wonderful company,
- 25:59Speaker 4: Engineer Tax Services, end this wonderful private Economic Council. He's
- 26:03Speaker 4: the guy who came up with this idea. So, Julio,
- 26:06Speaker 4: welcome to show.
- 26:06Speaker 2: How are you.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Wayne?
- 26:09Speaker 2: I'm great?
- 26:10Speaker 6: And I thought it was so awesome that President Trump
- 26:12Speaker 6: the two things he talked about in the tax policy last.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Night were your thanks. Yeah, he made managed to.
- 26:17Speaker 6: Talk about not taxing Social Security and make sure that
- 26:21Speaker 6: was the key thing in his speech last night. I
- 26:23Speaker 6: was great that he brought up those things that you
- 26:26Speaker 6: brought to his attention that helped and get elected, and
- 26:28Speaker 6: hopefully we get over the goal line and hopefully.
- 26:30Speaker 2: They'll be the law of the land soon with our help. Right.
- 26:34Speaker 4: So look, Steve Moore is a very impressive guy. Former
- 26:36Speaker 4: senior economic advisor for Trump. You're a very impressive guy.
- 26:40Speaker 4: You fight all day long for small business. I fight
- 26:43Speaker 4: on TV and radio all day long for small business.
- 26:46Speaker 4: Tell us you know what your goal was when you
- 26:50Speaker 4: founded this thing. You're the guy, I believe, who came
- 26:52Speaker 4: up with the idea for this private Economic Council, and
- 26:55Speaker 4: you're the guy really quarterbacked.
- 26:58Speaker 2: It to make it happen.
- 26:59Speaker 4: So tell everyone, and what you're thinking was and is
- 27:02Speaker 4: now you know what is Private Economic Council going to do?
- 27:07Speaker 2: You know what we're going to do.
- 27:08Speaker 6: And I think it's important is that in twenty seventeen,
- 27:12Speaker 6: as you know, when it took everything in the world
- 27:14Speaker 6: to get the tax bill passed, and we got got
- 27:16Speaker 6: it passed a year into it, right, and we missed
- 27:19Speaker 6: a year for a lot of small business owners. And
- 27:22Speaker 6: we had the same lineup right. We had the House,
- 27:24Speaker 6: we had the Center, we had the administration, and even
- 27:27Speaker 6: though we had a bigger margin back then, it still
- 27:31Speaker 6: was extremely difficult to pass. And what I wanted to
- 27:36Speaker 6: do is bring together people that own businesses, that sign
- 27:38Speaker 6: the front of checks, that can work and have influence
- 27:41Speaker 6: with Congress and make sure that we get this done
- 27:44Speaker 6: quickly and get it done in a way that really
- 27:46Speaker 6: is significant and helps our country. And right we're helping
- 27:50Speaker 6: educate Congress on things that really have impact for the
- 27:54Speaker 6: small business owners and things that aren't working right now,
- 27:56Speaker 6: things that the Biden administration stripped away, and things that
- 27:59Speaker 6: we really need to get back into the policy, things
- 28:02Speaker 6: that you recommended to Trump all along.
- 28:04Speaker 4: Well, you know, look, I'm very proud of my background
- 28:06Speaker 4: in TV and radio. I've got a lot of shows
- 28:08Speaker 4: now and I think I reached millions of conservatives. But
- 28:11Speaker 4: I got to tell you, I think the highest profile
- 28:13Speaker 4: guy that you got to join this council is John Schnatder. Now,
- 28:18Speaker 4: here's a guy who is the founder of Papa John's Pizza,
- 28:22Speaker 4: which we all know as thousands and thousands of stores
- 28:27Speaker 4: all over American his pizza chain one of the world's
- 28:30Speaker 4: largest pizza chains.
- 28:31Speaker 2: How did you get.
- 28:32Speaker 4: John Schnatner to join, Julio, Is that you're doing or
- 28:35Speaker 4: Steve Moore is doing?
- 28:38Speaker 6: Now that was my doing, but you know, you know,
- 28:41Speaker 6: and we're friends. He obviously knows from all his national
- 28:47Speaker 6: you know chains, his small business owners that are running
- 28:51Speaker 6: his franchises all over the country, and they're having significant
- 28:55Speaker 6: problems with the current tax policy, and he has an
- 28:59Speaker 6: urgency to help to make sure that his franchises and
- 29:02Speaker 6: all small business owners you know, get a tax bill
- 29:05Speaker 6: that can work and can work quickly.
- 29:08Speaker 4: Yeah, it's nice to have a guy like him along
- 29:10Speaker 4: because you know all the people on this on this
- 29:13Speaker 4: new Economic Council, which was your baby, and you quarterback
- 29:16Speaker 4: to Leo and I really appreciate you doing it.
- 29:18Speaker 2: I really appreciate you, including me and it.
- 29:21Speaker 4: I hope the President appreciates you and me and Steve
- 29:24Speaker 4: Moore and what we're trying to do here. But it's
- 29:27Speaker 4: good to have a guy who's got, you know, a
- 29:29Speaker 4: history building a billion dollar business. That's something that we
- 29:33Speaker 4: didn't have without John Schnatters. I'm really thrilled to have
- 29:36Speaker 4: him along. Tell me where you stand on small business?
- 29:40Speaker 1: You know.
- 29:41Speaker 4: My big issue is, I know Trump's tax cuts were fantastic.
- 29:46Speaker 2: In the first term of Donald J.
- 29:48Speaker 4: Trump, and the corporate tax cuts resulted in millions of
- 29:53Speaker 4: new jobs and probably in prices going down.
- 29:56Speaker 2: That's why inflation was near zero under Trump.
- 30:00Speaker 4: But I just wish that someone would fight for individuals
- 30:04Speaker 4: the way that there's so many people that fight for corporations.
- 30:07Speaker 4: You know, if they could have twenty one percent taxes
- 30:11Speaker 4: and Trump wants to reduce it out of fifteen as
- 30:14Speaker 4: corporating of tax why can't individuals have it as low
- 30:18Speaker 4: as twenty one percent or fifteen percent. I'd like us
- 30:21Speaker 4: to fight for the individual to have the same tax
- 30:24Speaker 4: rate as the corporation.
- 30:27Speaker 6: Waiting. That's what we're going to do, right, We're going
- 30:29Speaker 6: to fight for tax equality for everyone, and we have
- 30:32Speaker 6: to do that through tax literacy. Right, everyone deserves the
- 30:35Speaker 6: same access to the tax code that the Fortune five
- 30:39Speaker 6: hundred companies do and all the big businesses. We have
- 30:41Speaker 6: to have tax equality. It has to be at the
- 30:44Speaker 6: business level, it has to be at the individual level.
- 30:46Speaker 6: And those are the things we're going to talk about.
- 30:48Speaker 6: We have Jason Smith, who as Chairman of Ways and Means,
- 30:51Speaker 6: here tomorrow and Palm Beach, and we're bringing in fifty
- 30:55Speaker 6: CEOs and we're also bringing individuals to tell him what
- 30:59Speaker 6: is important to all of us in this tax bill.
- 31:01Speaker 6: And I hope he's listening. I think they do listen,
- 31:03Speaker 6: and hopefully Trump stops by for a few minutes. But
- 31:07Speaker 6: that's this is the critical thing, Right, you're talking about
- 31:09Speaker 6: tax equality for all, and everyone in this country deserves
- 31:12Speaker 6: tax equality.
- 31:14Speaker 4: Wait when you say they're stopping by, I know you've
- 31:16Speaker 4: got like a brownstone nearby the Capitol and the White
- 31:20Speaker 4: House and all of that, and I think you're going
- 31:21Speaker 4: to use that now as our private Economic Council kind
- 31:25Speaker 4: of home, and you're gonna.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Ask people to stop by. Is that where they're stopping
- 31:28Speaker 2: by tomorrow?
- 31:30Speaker 6: No, tomorrow, We have everyone here at mar Lago here
- 31:33Speaker 6: in Palm Beach, and we've got Jason Smith flying in,
- 31:38Speaker 6: and we got a couple of other congressmen flying in
- 31:40Speaker 6: and I'm hoping Trump stopped tomorrow, but we have a
- 31:44Speaker 6: big audience and Wayne, We've done a write up for
- 31:48Speaker 6: them to you know, listen to us tomorrow and share
- 31:51Speaker 6: with them. You know, I interviewed a couple of hundred
- 31:54Speaker 6: accounting firms last week and I asked him what are
- 31:57Speaker 6: the small business owners and their individuals having the biggest
- 32:00Speaker 6: problems within this tax code? And where can we help
- 32:02Speaker 6: him the most? And I assemble that for Economic Council.
- 32:06Speaker 6: We're going to share that tomorrow. You know, Jason Smith
- 32:09Speaker 6: is someone that I got to know for the last
- 32:12Speaker 6: eight years. He's fantastic. He fights for the individual, he
- 32:16Speaker 6: fights for the small business owner, and he really wants
- 32:20Speaker 6: to help. You know, they listen, and you know that's
- 32:23Speaker 6: the most important thing is that if we go advocate
- 32:25Speaker 6: for the small business owner and the individual, I think
- 32:28Speaker 6: they'll listen and I think they'll help.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:30Speaker 4: You know, the one thing I can add, I think
- 32:32Speaker 4: that no one else has access to Julo because why
- 32:35Speaker 4: would they is I'm on TV and radio, and I
- 32:37Speaker 4: give out my emails.
- 32:38Speaker 2: I listen to what.
- 32:39Speaker 4: Average people have to say, and I'm talking thousands per week,
- 32:43Speaker 4: sometimes hundreds, but most of the time one thousand to
- 32:45Speaker 4: two thousand a week email me. And the two things
- 32:48Speaker 4: they bring up the most is that, or maybe the
- 32:51Speaker 4: three things they.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Want to get rid of.
- 32:53Speaker 4: Incomes access completely, and I know President Trump is actually
- 32:56Speaker 4: talking about that now. And number two, you and I
- 32:59Speaker 4: never talked about the property taxes drive them crazy. They
- 33:03Speaker 4: feel like it's my home and yet I could lose
- 33:05Speaker 4: it if I don't pay a tax to the government.
- 33:08Speaker 4: They don't think that their home should be taxed once
- 33:10Speaker 4: they own it. And the third thing is, of course,
- 33:12Speaker 4: payroll taxes. People go crazy over these payroll taxes. They're
- 33:16Speaker 4: killing them. They just can't afford to pay them anymore.
- 33:19Speaker 4: Let's talk about all that when we get back. Hopefully
- 33:22Speaker 4: we'll have Steve Moore joining us, Julio Gonzalez with Wayne
- 33:25Speaker 4: Alerut for the Private Economic Council.
- 33:27Speaker 2: To advise President Trump. We'll be right back. Hi, this

- 37:39Speaker 4: big one, America's Top ten Countdown. But really my big
- 37:43Speaker 4: one now is this new Private Economic Council. I'm so
- 37:46Speaker 4: proud to announce that I'm a member of this new
- 37:49Speaker 4: Private Economic Council. Will that is, I guess you'd call
- 37:53Speaker 4: it a working group that will advocate for President Trump's
- 37:56Speaker 4: economic agenda and President Trump's cuts, and also some of
- 38:01Speaker 4: our own ideas that hopefully we can influence President Trump
- 38:05Speaker 4: and the US House and the US Senate and get
- 38:08Speaker 4: some things past that reduce the burden on small business
- 38:11Speaker 4: people and entrepreneurs in the United States of America.
- 38:15Speaker 2: And our working group is headed by Steve Moore.
- 38:17Speaker 4: It was founded by Julio Gonzalez and quarterback by Julio
- 38:21Speaker 4: and Steve Moore. And I'm very proud to be a
- 38:24Speaker 4: member of it. And someone with a big giant wheelhouse.
- 38:28Speaker 4: I guess you call it our big giant megaphone to
- 38:31Speaker 4: get it out there in the world on all my TV.
- 38:33Speaker 2: And radio shows.
- 38:34Speaker 4: Julio's with us right now, Julio Gonzales, CEO of Engineer
- 38:38Speaker 4: Tax Services, and we are joined by Steve Moore, longtime
- 38:41Speaker 4: economic advisor to President Trump and founder of the Committee
- 38:45Speaker 4: to Unleash Prosperity, former member of the editorial board of
- 38:49Speaker 4: The Wall Street Journal.
- 38:50Speaker 2: Steve Moore, how are you man? Great to have you
- 38:52Speaker 2: with us, Hey, it's so great to be with you.
- 38:55Speaker 7: And I've been so proud of this.
- 38:57Speaker 2: This was the brainchild of Julio.
- 39:01Speaker 7: It's a great job that you've done, Julio, and proud
- 39:05Speaker 7: to be part.
- 39:05Speaker 2: Of this coalition.
- 39:07Speaker 7: And we're really going to be the kind of brain
- 39:08Speaker 7: trust for Trump to get this tax built through You know,
- 39:12Speaker 7: we had a huge victory Wayne last week by one vote,
- 39:17Speaker 7: we got that bill through the House. Now we've got
- 39:19Speaker 7: the Senate and that's going to be a heavy lip too.
- 39:22Speaker 7: That's why this group is so important, and I think
- 39:26Speaker 7: we can get this done.
- 39:27Speaker 2: And I want to remind you your viewers for maybe
- 39:31Speaker 2: the one.
- 39:31Speaker 7: Hundredth time, because Paul showed people don't understand this. If
- 39:35Speaker 7: we don't get this done, Wayne, We're going to have
- 39:37Speaker 7: the biggest tax increase in the history of the world
- 39:40Speaker 7: on January first, with the average family paying three thousand
- 39:43Speaker 7: dollars more taxes. So every Democrat in Congress voted against
- 39:49Speaker 7: prohibiting that tax increase from happening. I don't understand these people.
- 39:53Speaker 4: Well, not only will you have the biggest tax increase
- 39:55Speaker 4: in history, but we'll also lose the mid term. Steve,
- 39:57Speaker 4: I think all of us understand that if passes this,
- 40:01Speaker 4: we will win the maid terms. If he doesn't pass it,
- 40:04Speaker 4: we will not win the midterms. It's pretty cut and dried.
- 40:07Speaker 4: I don't know any Republican could have a vote against this.
- 40:10Speaker 4: You know, normally what you just said, Steve would be
- 40:12Speaker 4: so shocking that no Democrats ever vote to lower taxes
- 40:17Speaker 4: on the American people. Shocking, But after what you saw
- 40:20Speaker 4: last night in Trump's joint speech, you know, Joint Session
- 40:23Speaker 4: of Congress, those Democrats sat on their hands and looked
- 40:28Speaker 4: at their phones like they couldn't have cared less. They
- 40:31Speaker 4: were bored when he was introducing mothers and wives of
- 40:35Speaker 4: dead policemen, and rape daughters and murder daughters and a
- 40:39Speaker 4: little thirteen year old boy with brain cancer, and the
- 40:42Speaker 4: list goes.
- 40:43Speaker 2: On and on.
- 40:44Speaker 4: They didn't care. They don't care about the American people,
- 40:47Speaker 4: do they Steve.
- 40:50Speaker 7: It was sickening, actually, you know, and I was look,
- 40:53Speaker 7: I krinn sometimes when I listened to, you know, some
- 40:57Speaker 7: of the Democratic presidential State of the UN addresses, But
- 41:01Speaker 7: I was always you know, respectful of the president, and
- 41:04Speaker 7: I always felt like, you know, there were those moments
- 41:06Speaker 7: in all of these speeches, whether it was Bill Clinton
- 41:08Speaker 7: or Barack Obama, where you know, you'd have some hero
- 41:12Speaker 7: and everybody would celebrate that and say what a wonderful
- 41:14Speaker 7: thing it was for the country. The Democrats sat on
- 41:17Speaker 7: their hands the whole time. I think they did them.
- 41:20Speaker 7: They just buried their brand. I think Americans were sickened
- 41:23Speaker 7: by it.
- 41:23Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, I said in my column that they
- 41:25Speaker 4: committed political suicide political suitide didn't kill themselves. Trump gave
- 41:30Speaker 4: him the rope, and they literally from a metaphod. You know,
- 41:33Speaker 4: I'm not saying anything bad on't anyone misquote me. But
- 41:36Speaker 4: they hung themselves politically. I'm not saying physically, and I'm
- 41:39Speaker 4: not saying anyone should ever hang themselves. But boy, did
- 41:42Speaker 4: they do that last night to themselves. It was very,
- 41:46Speaker 4: very incredible. I just can't get over it, you know.
- 41:49Speaker 7: Can I just do this one quick thing about Christian Yeah?
- 41:51Speaker 2: Can I just mention one thing?
- 41:52Speaker 7: You know, when I first came to Washington thirty five
- 41:54Speaker 7: years ago, I just turned sixty, Paps, I'm older than
- 41:56Speaker 7: would think.
- 41:56Speaker 2: It wasn't like that.
- 41:57Speaker 7: There were a lot of middle of the road, unterest Democrats,
- 42:00Speaker 7: even Bill Clinton. You know, I didn't agree with everything
- 42:02Speaker 7: with Bill Clinton, but you know, he was pretty centrist.
- 42:05Speaker 7: I don't think that he couldn't even have a part
- 42:07Speaker 7: of the Democratic Party today. Neither could John F.
- 42:10Speaker 4: Kennedy.
- 42:10Speaker 7: Do you notice when Trump said to me, I thought
- 42:12Speaker 7: I mentioned when I mentioned the name Kennedy, people would
- 42:14Speaker 7: have pot right property.
- 42:18Speaker 4: Now.
- 42:19Speaker 2: John F.
- 42:19Speaker 4: Kennedy would be a Republican today. Hey, Julio, I don't
- 42:22Speaker 4: want to leave Ghulio out. I got him in the
- 42:24Speaker 4: whole first segment and we got Steve out. But Julio,
- 42:26Speaker 4: when to ask you real quick, give me like thirty seconds.
- 42:29Speaker 4: What's your number one goal with this Private Economic Council.
- 42:33Speaker 2: I'm in it, Steve's in it. You founded it. What's
- 42:36Speaker 2: your number one goal this year?
- 42:37Speaker 6: To get done, get the tax bill done, and make
- 42:40Speaker 6: these tax cuts permanent so every small business owner and
- 42:42Speaker 6: an individual knows what the tax code is.
- 42:45Speaker 4: All right, Julio understands TeV Man. He gave it to
- 42:48Speaker 4: me short. We only got about ten seconds. Hey, Steve,
- 42:51Speaker 4: great to have you with me. Great to be on
- 42:53Speaker 4: your show on the w ABC in New York on Saturday.
