- Najah: The visible isn't valuable. People are impressed. by what's visible. The body. The smile. The money. The title. But life has taught me... the things with the most value, usually aren't the things you see first. Character. Integrity. Consistency. Accountability. None of those announced themselves. Because what's visible? Can be carefully curated. People can present themselves. Exactly how they want to be seen. But eventually... Life asks people to live what they've been presenting. And that's when you find out. Whether it was an image... or who they really are. See, when you start sharing responsibilities, disappointments, conflict, and everyday life. There's less room for performance. and more room for character. so these days. I'm less interested... in what someone wants me to see. And more interested... in who they proved themselves to be once life gets involved. And it's not always time that reveals people. Sometimes... it's simply sharing enough life with them.
