- 0:06This is the AST Space Mobile podcast.
- 0:10Where we just basically turn the phone be seamless, regardless of
- 0:14where you are. We don't want the user even to
- 0:16know that it's connected by satellite.
- 0:21Listen, the opportunity that we have is very, very, very large.
- 0:28Hey everyone, how's it going? Thanks everyone for joining on
- 0:34Sunday evening. I figured I'd host a space since
- 0:37Kook is out traveling internationally and he won't be
- 0:41doing a space tonight. And since I'm hosting, I figured
- 0:44we'd start earlier because whenever who cook Kook hosts, I
- 0:49usually have my headphones on and I'm in bed and I fall asleep
- 0:53like halfway through. So I figured I would just do it
- 0:58a little earlier today. But yeah, I wanted to talk about
- 1:03a few, I guess, updates which are quite exciting, and then we
- 1:06can go into inviting folks up to share a bit about their AST
- 1:12space mobile story. I figured since we're at the end
- 1:14of the year, might be a good time to just get together and
- 1:18just hang out. But let's start off with this
- 1:22coming week. We've got a number of exciting
- 1:24things going on. 1st Bluebird 6 will be launching this Tuesday,
- 1:30December 23rd at 10:24 PM That will be out of India on an
- 1:36Israel LVM three rocket M6 mission I believe.
- 1:42And so that is going to be very exciting.
- 1:45We are going to have a joint space with Katsi, Kook, Tut and
- 1:53a few others. And so I think we're going to
- 1:56try to start that one to two hours ahead of time.
- 1:59But but yeah, it's just going to be us talking shop and waiting
- 2:04anxiously for the, the, the rocket for lunch.
- 2:08And so as I mentioned over this weekend, if you get a chance,
- 2:13drop by the store, get a Doctor Pepper so we can celebrate our
- 2:19good friends. Steve Larrison, who, who passed
- 2:21away in 2023. He lived on Doctor Pepper.
- 2:25And so that's why we, we have this tradition of just
- 2:28celebrating milestones and achievements by having a Doctor
- 2:32Pepper. Actually, when I was in high
- 2:35school, I I basically lived on Doctor Repper as well.
- 2:38And so, oh, when, when Steve told me that he was into Doctor
- 2:44Repper, right away I knew that he was a good guy.
- 2:48But yeah, so we've got that launch coming on Tuesday.
- 2:51And so that's exciting. And then of course, we found out
- 2:55that BB7 was shipped today or perhaps maybe it was yesterday.
- 3:02And so that's exciting news. The disclosure with some
- 3:06pictures was great that that satellite will be heading to
- 3:11Cape Canaveral. My guess is that it will arrive.
- 3:14Probably it's either there already or it'll be there on
- 3:18Monday or Tuesday and perhaps we'll get some update on the
- 3:22arrival of that satellite. But very exciting.
- 3:26Now it's a matter of figuring out which rocket it's going to
- 3:30be on. I think, you know, most people
- 3:32expect that a Falcon 9 will take that satellite up.
- 3:36It could be a dedicated launch. Most likely though, just based
- 3:40off of FCC filings, it's probably going to be a rideshare
- 3:44of some sort. But then I think there is a
- 3:47decent probability that that satellite actually may be on the
- 3:53next Blue Origin New Glen March, which would be amazing given
- 3:59that that's going to be the second, you know, second time
- 4:04that Blue Origin will be trying to land the booster.
- 4:06And there will be a ton of fanfare and press around that.
- 4:10And so by having the, you know, BB7 launch on top of that would
- 4:15be tremendous, you know, press and awareness and it would just
- 4:19be great. Can you imagine if we all go
- 4:22down to Florida and not only do we get to see BB7 go up, but we
- 4:26actually get to see it on Blue Origin New Glen, which would be
- 4:29insane. That said, if it is going up on
- 4:32the Blue Origin New Glen, I'm not sure how many of us will be
- 4:36invited because there'll probably be a ton of people
- 4:40there to watch New Glen launch. And so seats are probably be
- 4:45tougher than if it were to just go on a Falcon 9.
- 4:49But either way, it'll be exciting.
- 4:51I've had a few questions about potential timing and just given
- 4:55that it's shipping down to the Cape this late, I think at
- 5:00earliest maybe a late January launch, but if I had to bet,
- 5:05it'd probably be, you know, early February launch.
- 5:09The other thing is that there was a production update and, you
- 5:12know, people have kind of gone through the math and we've got
- 5:14some hints that they're now up to six satellites production per
- 5:19month. And so my guess is that we'll
- 5:22probably see a batch of Bluebirds being sent down to
- 5:26Cape Canaveral as early as this week or perhaps, you know, next
- 5:32week. But in an uncanny way, Scott
- 5:35Wisniewski tweeted out he mean that someone had put together of
- 5:40Santa Claus driving the AST Space mobile truck down to Cape
- 5:43Canaveral. And and he said, like, you know,
- 5:46there's exciting things happening this week.
- 5:48So maybe we'll get news that they'll be another batch of
- 5:52Bluebirds being sent down South. Jam packed week.
- 5:55It's going to be a lot of fun. What a way to end the year.
- 5:58And so, yeah, I'm I'm excited. But but yeah, so I did want to
- 6:05host this space to, you know, I whether it's myself or Kook or
- 6:10whoever, we're always talking about AST, of course, then
- 6:14ourselves or, you know, stories or experiences.
- 6:17But I didn't want to invite people up to share their story.
- 6:21And so if anyone wants to request to come up, it'd be
- 6:25great. You know, this is you don't have
- 6:28to be a good public speaker. You don't have to do anything.
- 6:30I, you know, I just wanted to hear from others.
- 6:33If folks wanted to share, you know, their background and how
- 6:36they learned about AST and then, you know, share a funny
- 6:39experience and experience. It can be fun, scary, crazy,
- 6:43whatever it is, right? I think we all have a ton of
- 6:45those stories and then and then, yeah, just just have a
- 6:50conversation and perhaps, you know, if you have a prediction
- 6:53for 2026, you know, feel free to share that.
- 6:56But I know people are probably shy, but feel free to request to
- 7:02come up. Actually, I'm going to, I'm
- 7:06going to ask Ronan to come up too, see if he's willing to
- 7:10speak. But but yeah, feel free to
- 7:13request to come up. Don't be shy.
- 7:16If we don't have anyone come up, they'll be kind of a boring
- 7:19space. But while I wait for people
- 7:26overnight, it looks like the space sector is ripping, which
- 7:30is great. I think I was reading somewhere
- 7:33that the Fed is supposed to inject like 8 billion liquidity
- 7:37tomorrow. And so I think we've got the
- 7:39Santa rally started quite early here, but yeah, it's going to be
- 7:45an exciting end to the year. OK.
- 7:49We've got 4 requesters coming up, so I'm going to approve.
- 7:54I'll ask you guys to speak in order.
- 8:00Let's see. Hey, Justin, you there?
- 8:03Hey, can you hear me? Yeah, we can hear you.
- 8:05Do you want to go further? Yeah, maybe.
- 8:07Sure, I can break ice a little bit.
- 8:10Tell us a bit about the background.
- 8:12As much as you want to share, you don't have to share too
- 8:13much. But then you know how you learn
- 8:14about AST. Maybe start there?
- 8:17Oh yeah, totally. Well, I'm like semi docs so I
- 8:21don't, I feel pretty comfortable sharing a little bit more.
- 8:23But I'm a I'm a software engineer by trade, studied
- 8:28computer engineering in college, so had some exposure to like the
- 8:31electronic side of things and how I learned about AST.
- 8:38I was living in midtown Manhattan at the time and I
- 8:41think he just like end up being surrounded by a lot of finance
- 8:44Bros. And one of my, one of my
- 8:48roommates, he was, he worked at, he was at Goldman, but he had a
- 8:53few friends who were in private equity telecom.
- 8:56And it was like 2021 mid COVID. And one of his friends who was
- 9:02in PE, he told, told him about this company AST.
- 9:06And this was like right after they spacked and we were talking
- 9:09about stocks and he was like, Oh, you should check out this
- 9:11company. I think they're going to,
- 9:12they're going to be really big one day.
- 9:14So I checked them out and then obviously my, my gut reaction
- 9:18was like cell towers and space, like there's, there's no way
- 9:22this is going to work. And at the time there was not
- 9:26that much information, but I was like, I trust this word and
- 9:29other people's DD is a form of DD.
- 9:31So I bought a few 100 shares and it was only like a few few years
- 9:38later where I had like an epiphany at a concert where I
- 9:43was on a few list of substances that ride.
- 9:46But I remember. Yeah.
- 9:49That round with Holly that I like had the epiphany that like,
- 9:53you know, like to really make a big and investing, you kind of
- 9:56have to invest in secular growth stories and markets are going to
- 10:01grow really big. And, you know, like, I just
- 10:03remembered this company AST and it was, it seemed to be like
- 10:06right after Blue Walker 3 made a successful connection.
- 10:10And I was like, oh, wow, this thing works and it works pretty
- 10:13well. Yeah.
- 10:14So that was started aggressively buying shares.
- 10:16And because that was like my big, my big, my big skepticism.
- 10:21So once that was the risk, I was like, oh, you know, like it
- 10:25works. They'll figure out how to launch
- 10:27it. It's like it's kind of it's kind
- 10:28of pan out. So yeah.
- 10:31You had that. You had the moment of clarity at
- 10:33A at a rave. Yeah, exactly.
- 10:37You know, sometimes, sometimes getting out of your element
- 10:40really changes your mindset. No, that's true.
- 10:43That's true. Do do you have any, any like
- 10:47experiences here or perhaps like I guess your moment of clarity
- 10:50might have been your experience, but any, any stories?
- 10:55I think, I think that that might have been it.
- 10:58I I mean I had a few where like I, I came to the launch super
- 11:03last minute and I like made a quick like 24 hour day trip
- 11:07down. I I think like no I I I like
- 11:12bike to LaGuardia from. That's right, you.
- 11:14Told me. From my office and I like, I I
- 11:18biked over at like 6:00 at night, I hopped on the flight.
- 11:23I I like crashed in my friend's place went to the launch at like
- 11:264:00 in the morning and then got back on the flight at like 11.
- 11:29That's insane. Yeah.
- 11:32But it was it was worth it that I think being there, I had a lot
- 11:35of conviction, you know, just like seeing the energy and
- 11:37seeing like a bell and all the people that come out.
- 11:40It really, it really shows that it's like, you know, this is
- 11:43this is a real thing. It's like a lot of people are
- 11:46like supporting it. And, you know, that's like
- 11:49really cool to see as an investor.
- 11:50Right, right. Yeah.
- 11:52How did how did you feel when you saw the rocket go up?
- 11:55Oh my God, it was like my my net worth was going up on a on a
- 12:00rocket. My, I invited my friend out and
- 12:03my my pitch to him because he wasn't as bought in as I was.
- 12:07But I was like, you know, like if you're there and something
- 12:10goes wrong, you could probably front run the entire market.
- 12:13So. Right.
- 12:16So that was my pitch to him because he wasn't as bought in
- 12:19as I was. But yeah, it was, it was a
- 12:22really cool experience, right? Well let me ask you this.
- 12:25So how many people do you think own chairs because of your you
- 12:31know, you evangelize and guess you know the the story?
- 12:37Well, I actually have a separate group chat of my friends locally
- 12:40and yeah, there are a total of 2020 people now.
- 12:46Oh wow, where? Oh, I just, I just sort of blast
- 12:50news to them whenever it comes out.
- 12:53A lot of them sort of just bought because, you know, like
- 12:56they trust me and and they're like, oh, if he's this bullish
- 13:01about something, maybe it's worth buying.
- 13:03So. Right, Right.
- 13:05Yeah. Well, cool.
- 13:07Well, well, thanks. Thanks for coming out.
- 13:08Justin, I, I do remember, yeah, you sharing your, your story
- 13:14about your moment of clarity at, at being at a concert.
- 13:17So I guess it it comes to us all in different ways, right?
- 13:22Totally. Yeah.
- 13:23Well, yeah, let's move on to the next person.
- 13:27If you're done, you can like move or I can move it back down.
- 13:29But there was someone actually who wanted me to ask Nick Brown
- 13:33to to come up and speak. So, Nick, do you want to mute
- 13:37Nick? Can you hear me?
- 13:38Yeah. Hey, Nick.
- 13:39Yeah. Mimi, maybe.
- 13:41Thanks for coming up. Maybe if you could share your
- 13:44background, I mean, as much as you want and then how you
- 13:47learned about AST and then share and experience a a story.
- 13:52Yeah, Yeah. Let's see.
- 13:53So I'm a firefighter over in Seattle.
- 13:57Excuse me? And during COVID, I kind of
- 14:03started getting into investing and was listening to a lot of
- 14:06podcasts. And it started off kind of as a
- 14:08valued investor and was kind of getting impatient with that, to
- 14:11be honest. So you just explored some
- 14:14options and explored some other things and realized that that
- 14:17was probably not the wise wisest plan.
- 14:21So instead I decided I was listening to a bunch of guys
- 14:24that were that were investors that would take a lot of
- 14:30concentrated positions, some speculative plays, some some not
- 14:34so speculative, but something that resonated with me was, you
- 14:38know, concentrated positions build wealth and then once
- 14:41you're wealthy, got to diversify.
- 14:44So anyway, I was browsing a ton of subreddits at the time and
- 14:47listened to a lot of podcasts. I just over and over I just kept
- 14:50hearing as TS get mentioned as this amazing binary play.
- 14:56So that piqued my interest. I was kind of sort of
- 15:01discovering my style as an investor, I guess, and, and just
- 15:06go pretty deep into into this company.
- 15:09And the more I read, I know that, you know, Kim Mcas touched
- 15:12on this and of course you guys have to, but the more you learn
- 15:14about this company, just the more you want to invest.
- 15:18So, yeah, it's actually pretty funny.
- 15:20I was, I was supposed to be paying for a wedding at the
- 15:23time. So I took out a couple of credit
- 15:26cards to pay all the vendors and, and was putting all my
- 15:28spare cash in the ASTS shares instead.
- 15:30So this is OK. So what, what what year was
- 15:32that? Does it 2021?
- 15:35Oh dear. OK, yeah.
- 15:38So, so I, I definitely have this has been to hell and back Yeah.
- 15:45But I think I just kind of maintained, maintained cautious
- 15:50optimism. And like I said, you know what
- 15:53kind of the more I learned, the more I loved.
- 15:55And I actually we don't have 4 O1 KS as firefighters.
- 15:59We have, we're called 457 BS. I'm sure you guys are all
- 16:02familiar with those, but they'll give you a ton of freedom with
- 16:07what you can invest in. You can.
- 16:10Get to have. A couple of mutual fund options
- 16:12and and the old Vanguard and that kind of stuff.
- 16:16So I was, I went for the self-directed option, but even
- 16:20then through Schwab and they still had restrictions on single
- 16:23stock sales. So I said, OK, so how, how can I
- 16:27figure this out here? So I was like, all right, I'm
- 16:29going to take a loan out of my 457 B.
- 16:31So I, I took out 50K out of my retirement fund.
- 16:34Oh man, on top of all the, the extra cash, I was trying.
- 16:37OK, wait, so you, you, you paid for wedding stuff on credit
- 16:42cards and then you took out money from your, you took a loan
- 16:45against your retirement account, which you'd probably have to pay
- 16:47like some market rate? Interest.
- 16:50Yeah, so that you could put into a regular account to invest.
- 16:53Yeah. OK, I'm saying this out loud and
- 16:55I'm sure everyone's rolling their eyes and no, no, you're
- 16:58probably, I mean, I, I, I hear where you're coming from, but
- 17:01OK, keep going. Yeah.
- 17:04So, yeah, So yeah, you know, obviously I'm fairly levered at
- 17:08this point and I I am very much emotionally invested in both the
- 17:14stock price and the competent. But I think it was just this one
- 17:21of those things where I had just been so into it for so long.
- 17:26And, and listening to you guys and Pam and Kook and and Cassie
- 17:32and just a level of and conviction and, and due
- 17:34diligence kind of allowed me to ride those waves, which was was
- 17:38some of those pretty cool. So I appreciate you for that
- 17:41first and foremost and the rest of the guys too.
- 17:45And then of course, of course, they went through the, you know,
- 17:49the the funding and then the dilution 2 minutes later.
- 17:54That was probably one of the biggest gut punches in my life.
- 17:57Yeah. You're talking about when the
- 17:59company announced the investment from Vodafone, AT&T and Google.
- 18:03Everyone was like, yeah. And the stock went to like $566.
- 18:08And then they're like, and we're going to raise $100 million of
- 18:11equity. Yes.
- 18:11And then it it crater to like 3. Yes.
- 18:15Yeah. That was that was definitely
- 18:18quite the gut punch. Yeah.
- 18:20It was pretty terrible. It was.
- 18:21And at that point I'd kind of been pitching it to a lot of
- 18:24family and friends too. And so man, oh, man, did I feel
- 18:28stupid. But I still, you know, I was
- 18:31still. I remember Kook came out with a
- 18:35he came out with a Twitter post. It was Twitter at the time, I
- 18:38think. I don't think it was X Quoi yet.
- 18:39He came out with the most basically saying like, hey, do
- 18:41you guys want me to keep going or should I just that kind of
- 18:45out in the woods for a while? It was in dark days, Yeah, yeah,
- 18:49there was super supportive. Of course we we appreciate it as
- 18:53DD regardless. So yeah.
- 18:55So I mean Long story short, then you had to ride that for a while
- 19:01and then they came out with the with the AT&T definitive
- 19:05agreement after that one earnings call and I was just an
- 19:08officer races since. So yeah, I went from levered,
- 19:12stressing, obviously overexposed to a multi millionaire, but what
- 19:19was that? Congratulations.
- 19:21So what was that like? I mean, your did your fiance
- 19:24have any clue what was going on? Yeah, yeah, I kept her updated.
- 19:29I don't think I I sort of downplayed it a little bit.
- 19:33I didn't quite, I didn't tell her I like to call it fancy
- 19:38financing. I had to tell her some of the
- 19:41fancy financing I was doing. But she knew that we're
- 19:44definitely pretty deep into it. Yeah, yeah.
- 19:47So I bet. Emotionally, she could, she
- 19:49could tell like if you were a crabby one day or not, Right.
- 19:52Oh, for sure. Yeah.
- 19:53It's like, is it a red, a red day or a Green Day?
- 19:56Yeah. But yeah.
- 19:59So it's been life changing at this point.
- 20:02I've had a couple kids during this whole saga and just knowing
- 20:07that their lives are going to be changed as well.
- 20:10It's pretty cool. And I got a couple Co workers in
- 20:13my my Lieutenant actually has made about 40K.
- 20:17My dad's a millionaire now. My brother bought about 12,000
- 20:21shares. He close to a millionaire.
- 20:23So it's been wild. Yeah, it's been absolutely.
- 20:26Well, congratulations. I'm glad.
- 20:28I'm glad it worked out for all of us.
- 20:31I won't be doing that. Again.
- 20:32But it was, it's been a rowdy, yeah, yeah, no, it's, yeah, I, I
- 20:38think we all, I mean, to varying degrees, right?
- 20:41But we all went through that or a lot of us went through that
- 20:43period of time, which was like when you mentioned Kook putting
- 20:48that tweet out saying, you know, should I keep going or should I
- 20:51just need this account? And, and this is basically, you
- 20:54know, a sorry note, which of course I, I feel bad because I
- 20:58like, I felt personally responsible, right?
- 21:00Because I, I had conviction and of course I, I invested too, but
- 21:04then the stock, the, you know, the investment didn't work out
- 21:08at that point. And I remember tweeting out as
- 21:11well, like, hey, I'm sorry everyone, but I'm for better for
- 21:14us. I'm sticking to it because I, I
- 21:15believe in it. And fortunately, a few months
- 21:18later, we got bailed out. Yeah.
- 21:23Yeah. Yeah.
- 21:25I was definitely wild. But like I said, I mean,
- 21:28absolutely, totally grateful for you guys and the level of
- 21:30knowledge that that came from from everyone in the mob.
- 21:34Yeah, it's a it's a unique, a unique group.
- 21:38You know, it's, I think it's, it's cool to hear like people
- 21:41from all walks of life and you know, there's, there's
- 21:43contributors. And I was, I was just talking to
- 21:46someone the other day about how in those early days it was,
- 21:50there was a high level of responsibility that many of us
- 21:55felt. Because, you know, it's like, I
- 21:58need to keep posting everyday about this or kind of remind
- 22:02people about the investment because, you know, it was hard
- 22:05to hold back then. And and then now Fast forward to
- 22:09current time, there's so many people like, you know, like
- 22:14Tanner and Kevin Chan and just all these new people who are
- 22:18posting, which makes life a lot easier, easier in a, in a sense
- 22:26of like, OK, I don't one person doesn't have to be the end all
- 22:29for everything. It's like, oh, everyone's kind
- 22:31of carrying water. Like red Brum posts, like, you
- 22:34know, the, the the spaces for everyone.
- 22:38And then he has a merch shop. And then like I see spectator
- 22:42down there doing great due diligence.
- 22:45But but yeah, it's great. It's great that community's so
- 22:48big. Yeah, You're not, you're not the
- 22:50kind of final buck, right. There's there's some other
- 22:52people that kind of share the load a little bit.
- 22:54Yeah. Yeah, exactly.
- 22:55Yeah. That's awesome.
- 22:57Well, hey, Nick, thanks for thanks for coming up and sharing
- 22:59that. That's I'm, I'm sure that's a
- 23:02story. Your your story's not unique,
- 23:04but, but it certainly is. It is exceptional,
- 23:08extraordinary. That's great.
- 23:10Thank you. I appreciate it.
- 23:11Yeah. Well, much love to you guys and
- 23:13I hope to see you at a launch very soon.
- 23:15Yeah, I think, I mean hopefully like I was saying before, we'll,
- 23:19we'll, we'll get they'll organize something and maybe
- 23:23we'll be seeing each other in Cape Canaveral sometime at the
- 23:28end of January or probably 1st of February, 1st week of
- 23:31February, that's my guess. But but yeah, looking forward
- 23:33to. It.
- 23:34That'll be awesome. Cool.
- 23:36Thanks for sharing. All right.
- 23:37Yeah, You bet. We'll talk to you.
- 23:39Talk to you later. All right, let's see.
- 23:41Let's get RMA. Do you want to unmute RMA?
- 23:46You still there? I.
- 23:48Am here can you? Hear me?
- 23:49Yeah. How's it going?
- 23:52It's going well. I appreciate you.
- 23:54Yeah, I know. I appreciate you too.
- 23:56I have no idea. You have no idea.
- 23:59How's it going? Do you want?
- 24:00To give us a little bit of your background and how you you got
- 24:04became part of this crazy mob. You invited me to.
- 24:08Speak approximately 3 years ago and I was blocked or I block
- 24:16someone. I think that's what you said.
- 24:18This is one of. My first ever speaking endeavors
- 24:23here on this platform but. Let me just tell you, I've.
- 24:28Been an investor since the 90s back in and and I'll try to keep
- 24:35this quick and precise. You can stop me at any time.
- 24:44I was on. StockTwits, if you guys can
- 24:48remember Investor 777, that was me the the guy that was driving
- 24:53everyone nuts. I was an SPCE.
- 24:59And. Because.
- 25:00Of I would say I was fairly successful at that stock, but
- 25:07when Shamath Paula Hopatiya, if that's his name.
- 25:12Him and. Sir Richard Branson, they, they
- 25:15kind of got under my skin because I was notice, noticing
- 25:20how they were manipulating that stock.
- 25:24And every time it had. An opportunity to take off, they
- 25:28would just rug pull us. So I gave up on that and went
- 25:34into Red Wire and Planet Labs. If you guys can.
- 25:38Remember back then, what really drew me in was a few people were
- 25:44asking me to take a look at ASTS.
- 25:48Well, before ASTS we had this SPAC.
- 25:53Now, you can correct me if I'm wrong, but was that not NPA?
- 25:57Yeah, it was NPA. OK.
- 25:59I was going back and forth and I was trading it because of the
- 26:04volatility. Now one of my first investments
- 26:09in ASTS, if you guys could forgive me, I started shorting
- 26:16it and the reason I started shorting it is because there.
- 26:21Were a lot of people. That kept posting on Fridays
- 26:24those pictures of you know, the the.
- 26:27Ladies that were oh. Yeah, on stock toilets.
- 26:30I remember that. So on and so forth.
- 26:32Well, that really got me upset. Yeah.
- 26:34I I'm a true believer of the Lord.
- 26:37I love God, right? I see.
- 26:38I see. I felt.
- 26:40Horrible for these people, yeah. I was praying for.
- 26:44You guys, all, everyone that was involved in that, by the way, I,
- 26:48I was not. Involved in that, Just want to
- 26:50be, yeah. OK, sorry, I, I don't mean to
- 26:52say you personally, but many, many people.
- 26:56Well, let let's be clear that. StockTwits is kind of like it's
- 27:01it's, it's a zoo. It's a complete zoo.
- 27:04Yeah. Yes, Sir.
- 27:06Yes, Sir, So what? Happened after that.
- 27:10Is I started doing my due diligence, I started following
- 27:14you and Kook and Katsy and I really started to realize what
- 27:21an incredible company. So I took all of my funds from
- 27:27SPCE and some of the other gains.
- 27:31Not that I put all my funds in and but I started building a
- 27:35position as it came down. When it got down to around $3.60
- 27:42I actually went all in. And I started.
- 27:47To what did I do at that time? I just, I was posting every day.
- 27:53I was trying to get people to notice this company when it was
- 27:59in the twos. I believe that's when Katzie
- 28:02said you would be a fool not to, and I'm just paraphrasing.
- 28:09You'd be a fool not. To invest in this company and I
- 28:13agreed with him and when it was down to around $2.30, I started
- 28:20selling other stocks and buying it and at some point I can
- 28:24almost guarantee you I had more shares than Goldman Sachs that.
- 28:29I can. Guarantee you by the way, when?
- 28:31When? Katzie makes proclamations like
- 28:34that. It's very rare like the I think
- 28:35there's been like 3 or. Four times when he's.
- 28:38Actually come out and said it's time to buy call options and
- 28:43it's actually worked every single time.
- 28:44But but he's not, he's not someone to push people into risk
- 28:48unless, yeah. There there's.
- 28:51There's something there, so, but go ahead.
- 28:53Sorry. Yeah, so.
- 28:55Everyone that knows me pretty much knows who I actually invest
- 29:01in. This is one of the biggest
- 29:04investments I've ever made in my life and I'm so grateful for it.
- 29:09I. Asked a question.
- 29:10At a quarterly meeting to Abel and I just posted it maybe an
- 29:16hour ago and it was, you know, basically just asking if Mr.
- 29:22Abel Avalon ever really considered in his visions that
- 29:26he's given us the opportunity as believers to be able to reach
- 29:31everyone around the globe. I am I I saw that years ago and
- 29:37that's what really hooked me. I, I prayed about it.
- 29:41I've would you know? Follow.
- 29:44This stock and and everything you guys said and I just fell in
- 29:48love with it Now to make it just clear here, the shorts are going
- 29:55to fund this. That's that's my trademark.
- 29:59They will fund. This, well, they have.
- 30:02You have been. That's right.
- 30:04They have been, I've been, I've been selling puts to them for
- 30:09now a few years and I still sell put.
- 30:13My last puts that I sold were on I think Thursday.
- 30:18I was selling $75 puts. What was the price at 67?
- 30:24Yeah, I think that's right. Something like that.
- 30:27And I, I just kept saying thank you, Merry Christmas, thank you.
- 30:32Now. People to this.
- 30:34Day. Probably there's a lot that have
- 30:36blocked me, can't stand me. It's OK, I don't do this for
- 30:40myself. The ultimate goal that I have is
- 30:46to be used by God. I was considered, and I'll share
- 30:52this, I've been considered physically disabled due to a
- 30:59spinal injury many years ago. There is something God's doing
- 31:05not only for myself, but for everyone involved here.
- 31:09The the A. Stands for.
- 31:11Something if you go back to when Steve.
- 31:18Steve. I believe.
- 31:19Me and Steve spoke a couple times and someone asked him why
- 31:24he doesn't put an A in his name. And they asked me.
- 31:28If I would respond to that. And I says, well, you know, it's
- 31:31up to him if you want to put an A or not.
- 31:34And I called him Sir. And he said to me, don't call me
- 31:38Sir, my name's Steve. And I laughed.
- 31:42You know, I just want to be respectful to everybody, to be
- 31:45honest with you. And here in the end, I'll cut
- 31:49this off. I'll let someone else speak.
- 31:51But everyone needs to realize there's going to be billions of
- 31:56future investors in this company.
- 31:59We are so early. Everyone just know that.
- 32:04The shorts are. Going to fund this, I want to
- 32:08thank everyone for, you know, just supporting each other.
- 32:12I think the company they're, they're an incredible company
- 32:16and they have such incredible partners and employees and, and
- 32:21just counselors and you name it. So this company will be a, a
- 32:27world renowned known name in the future.
- 32:31That's all I could say. I thank God for all things and
- 32:36without him, none of this is ever going to work.
- 32:39So he's allowing it to happen. Just remember, Jesus saves and
- 32:47don't forget about those who are poor and needy because we are
- 32:51their neighbors and God has blessed you.
- 32:54So bless those that you can and thank you for this opportunity
- 32:59to speak, man, Thank you. Thanks for coming up.
- 33:02Yeah. And those are yes, Sir, there's
- 33:03a wise words like I think, I think we all are blessed.
- 33:06And especially heading into this end of year, I think it's a good
- 33:11time to reflect and be thankful. And to the extent you have the
- 33:16means to, you know, to to think about the less fortunate.
- 33:21And and I've talked about donating to charity.
- 33:24And actually I was I was thinking of potentially doing a
- 33:26space about that. But but yeah, something to
- 33:30consider. But thanks for coming up are me.
- 33:33Amen. I appreciate.
- 33:35You thanks. Let's see, let's.
- 33:38Bring up farm Dazz. See.
- 33:41What? Everybody.
- 33:42Always. Says Farm Dazz, Farm DAZ, Farm
- 33:44DAZ. How's it going, man?
- 33:46Because I'm from Arizona. I'm good Amp.
- 33:47How are you, buddy? Good.
- 33:48Hey. So do you want to give us a
- 33:50little bit about your background and tell us how you got involved
- 33:53and then maybe share an experience?
- 33:56Yeah, absolutely. First of all, thank you for
- 33:58hosting these spaces. It's it's a highlight of my
- 34:01week. Highlights of my week.
- 34:02And thanks to everybody that shared so far really cool
- 34:05stories and I hope Corey. If you're.
- 34:08Listening, you'll come up at some point because your story's
- 34:10really cool too, I. Have multiple.
- 34:13Brokerages, one of the brokerages I had, the accounts
- 34:15that I have, it was strictly for biotech investing.
- 34:19I'm a clinical pharmacist by trade.
- 34:20I'm specialized in geriatric medicine and early on in my
- 34:23career I was involved with some clinical trials.
- 34:25So I, I thought, well, I can get ahead of these medications and
- 34:29these new drugs on the market, invest in these companies and
- 34:32make a butt ton of money. And, and that worked for quite a
- 34:34while until it didn't. I was really big in Viking
- 34:39Therapeutics. And woke up 1.
- 34:42Morning and had gone way way up on some oral data that was
- 34:45released and I said OK great I'm going to take all that money and
- 34:48but at that time the AMC and the GME 2 point O was running wild
- 34:53and I said well I don't take all that money and try to make it
- 34:56triple quadruple on AMC and Jamie and we all know what
- 35:00happened there they tanked so I I lost literally everything
- 35:03literally everything that I had gained like sat on for five
- 35:06years and I. Kept seeing.
- 35:08ASTS on my feed, I think is, is Handel's MWM.
- 35:12He's a buddy of mine. And we, we always, we always
- 35:15share trade ideas. And anyways, he kept talking
- 35:18about it. And so I was like, I'll look
- 35:19into it, you know, and I was, I was in that 5 minutes of DD
- 35:22camp. I would, I would read a couple
- 35:24things and then I always came to conclusion, but Starlink.
- 35:27So I didn't invest. And then I started to watch your
- 35:30guys's stock go absolutely ape shit and I had a bunch of bunch
- 35:34of FOMO. And I think I've shared this
- 35:36before. My first purchase I think was
- 35:38like $36, but I was like, OK, well, if.
- 35:42I. Own this now I better start
- 35:43doing my research because I'm either going to sell it quickly
- 35:45or I'm going to keep accumulating, you know shares
- 35:47and I I was lucky to find you I was lucky to find kook start
- 35:52reading the the. The.
- 35:53Documents and everything and my as the price started coming off
- 35:56the 36 level and back down to like I think it was like 18, the
- 35:59prices came yeah, the the price started coming down, but my
- 36:02conviction was getting higher and higher every single day.
- 36:05So I really started averaging down.
- 36:06So it was really nice in that regard, but I just want.
- 36:10To share a couple of funny. Stories So I, I, I, I have a
- 36:13pretty big social network and that's not to be braggadocious.
- 36:17I've gotten a lot of a lot of people into the stock multiple,
- 36:20multiple 7 figures worth of money.
- 36:23And it's that's, that's responsibility, by the way.
- 36:27It is. It is.
- 36:28It is super. Annoying because I'm getting
- 36:29texts and phone calls all the time and they they think I'm
- 36:32just like guru investor and I'm like little do they know I'm
- 36:35just basically you know parroting everything you guys
- 36:37say everyday so there was one day Corey and I are are friends
- 36:44outside of this and well we became friends because of this
- 36:46but. We were chatting.
- 36:48One day and it was, it was a couple months ago and this is
- 36:51the stock price was up big down big up big down big, big.
- 36:55And I texted Corey and I said Corey, I said I have a tattoo
- 36:58appointment this weekend and I had a tattoo in mind.
- 37:01And I said if we finish green today, I'm going to get an AST
- 37:05space mobile satellite tattoo on my leg.
- 37:08And it it did. It it had a run.
- 37:10Towards the end of the day and it finished, I think it was just
- 37:12over like 50 or something like that.
- 37:13I don't know, Corey might remember.
- 37:14But yeah, so I went that Saturday and I got that tattoo
- 37:17and it was, it was a lot of fun. So that in and of itself is a
- 37:20conversation starter. I was having launched in Phoenix
- 37:24the other day and I was sitting next to this couple and they
- 37:26asked me what I did. And I said, well, I'm a
- 37:27pharmacist and I also invest. And they said, oh, what are you
- 37:30invested in? So I was telling them, oh, I'm
- 37:31so excited about this stock. And I was telling them all about
- 37:33it. So we talked for like 20 minutes
- 37:35and they're like, wow, you seem really convicted.
- 37:37And I said, and I showed them the website so they could see an
- 37:40actual picture of the satellite. And then I pointed down to my
- 37:42leg and the, the look on their face was just hilarious.
- 37:45Crazy. It's time to leave.
- 37:47Yeah, Yeah, He's either crazy or he's really, he really has that
- 37:49much conviction. So that was that was a really,
- 37:52it was just, it's, it's, it's just been a really fun
- 37:54experience. I've been an investor, investor
- 37:56for a long time and I've never been in a stock like this in a
- 37:59community like this. It's just there's something
- 38:01very, very unique about it. So win or lose, I don't care.
- 38:04I've learned so much. I've had such a fun time doing
- 38:07this. And yeah, shout out to Corey.
- 38:11He and I are both in our fantasy football championship if he can
- 38:15just finish up his win this week.
- 38:16So good luck, Corey, and maybe you'll come up and Share your
- 38:19story. Thanks, Amp.
- 38:20How did you So how did you meet Corey?
- 38:22Because Corey, he lives in a different state, right?
- 38:25Yeah, he had. He had.
- 38:26Messaged me on. So it's kind of funny he had
- 38:28messed because I like my anonymity.
- 38:30He had messaged me. On.
- 38:32On X or two, I think it was Twitter the time.
- 38:33And he said are you a pharmacist?
- 38:35And I said yeah. And he got, you know, asked me
- 38:37where I work when my name was this.
- 38:38I don't feel comfortable, you know, telling you all that I
- 38:40kind of like to keep private. And then I and I started reading
- 38:43this too tonight. It's a pretty funny guy.
- 38:44So we started talking exchange exchange phone numbers, play
- 38:47Call of Duty. We just play Call of Duty
- 38:48together. I invited in my fantasy Football
- 38:51League. We taxed all the time.
- 38:52He's a he's a really great guy super cool.
- 38:54And so it'll be cool if two pharmacists can make it out of
- 38:57that life. Yeah, yeah.
- 38:59No, I, I refer to you guys as a as a pharmacist.
- 39:02So yeah, you guys got. To cover it for.
- 39:05Sure. But again, AMP, thank you for.
- 39:07Everything you guys do, you, you spend a lot of time on this and
- 39:10it always, you always seem to do a space when I'm working like
- 39:13the tail end of a shift. So it's perfect.
- 39:14It's like when I'm when I'm ass tired, you come on like get this
- 39:18bolt of energy. So it's great.
- 39:20Well, I'm I'm glad I can provide some entertainment.
- 39:23Yeah, absolutely. Thanks again for having me.
- 39:25I appreciate it. Well, there's a few other
- 39:26people, but I since Corey's up. But maybe I guess this is a an
- 39:30easy segue. Corey, did you?
- 39:32Are you there? Hey, what's going on?
- 39:35Hey of. Course I'm bringing you live.
- 39:38Sorry, I'm a little sick. Too you are?
- 39:40Well, yeah. But.
- 39:42Maybe you? Can start.
- 39:43Off by telling. People, if they haven't seen
- 39:46your Wall Street bets like video yes so.
- 39:50And 1st, I just want to, I do want to clarify only message
- 39:53Farmdas. I'm going to call him Farmdas,
- 39:55but only for fee picks. But he didn't, he didn't
- 39:58cooperate. So but but yeah.
- 40:01So I don't know if people have seen the Wall Street Bets video.
- 40:04I didn't add no. No association with.
- 40:07I actually got messaged from one of the space mob members
- 40:10because. I mean, for those that don't
- 40:12know, there's this and I'll pick it up and I'll tweet it again,
- 40:15but there's like this really long.
- 40:18I don't know what kind of show it is, but they did.
- 40:19I'll yeah, I'll make it. Quick because it's like a roller
- 40:22coaster. So essentially I've always been
- 40:25a Wall Street Bets D Gen. everyone plans on or wants to,
- 40:30you know, become a multi millionaire off of a of a stock.
- 40:33They want to find the next NVIDIA, they want to find the
- 40:35next Apple. So you know, I've got you know,
- 40:38I was in bed bath and beyond thought I could make some money
- 40:42on that. Wound up losing $40,000 was in
- 40:45Bitcoin, all this stuff. So essentially what I did is I
- 40:48maxed out my credit cards $60,000, which I don't advise
- 40:53people doing. And I originally started buying
- 40:57Bitcoin in April of 2022. I believe I, I bought a total of
- 41:03three Bitcoin using $60,000 from credit card loans that I was
- 41:07paying around like $3000 a month in payments.
- 41:11So I had to pick up shifts, work extra days, all this crazy stuff
- 41:16that I don't advise to do. You had just graduated.
- 41:18From pharmacy school, right? I actually I graduated.
- 41:21In 2017. So I've been trying to make it
- 41:25out of pharmacy the day I graduated because it's, you
- 41:29know, it's, it's pretty boring, pretty monotonous.
- 41:31It's not that glamorous as a, as a farm, Farm Arizona says.
- 41:36So I've been trying to get out of the rat race ever since.
- 41:41So I was just driving down the road one day.
- 41:44I'm like, you know, I need to like be a little bit more risky
- 41:46with my bets because if I dollar cost average into the Vanguard
- 41:51total stock market index, I'll, I'll never do it.
- 41:54And that's when I had like an epiphany, like, well, you know,
- 41:57I'm just going to try and use leverage and see if that'll
- 42:00speed things up. Well, I got involved with
- 42:02Bitcoin. As soon as I started buying into
- 42:05that, it tanked. I mean, I'm sure people
- 42:08remember, I think it was June of 22, it tanked down to like
- 42:12$15,000 and I just put like almost $100,000 into this so,
- 42:18and I'm still making payments. I'm feeling like shit.
- 42:21I'm like, what have I done? Like I've just set myself back,
- 42:23you know, I don't know how many years.
- 42:26And that's also when Bed Bath and Beyond I think was going on
- 42:30as well. So I got involved with both
- 42:32Bitcoin at the lows, Bed Bath and Beyond when it hit
- 42:35bankruptcy. So I was like in a really crazy
- 42:37space. I actually found out about ASTS
- 42:41from just browsing Wall Street Bets one night, trying to make
- 42:44my money back off of all these stupid plays that I have done.
- 42:48So I'm like, there's surely got to be another way to like
- 42:50another play. So I browsed and there's this.
- 42:55And you know how many crappy posts and terrible like takes
- 42:59there are on Wall Street Bets? And I just stumbled across this
- 43:02meme. I think it was like Interstellar
- 43:04where it said like this one small maneuver is going to send
- 43:08me back, you know, I don't know, 65 years or whatever it is so.
- 43:13I was like, what? Is this stock ASTS?
- 43:15Well, that led me was that I think, I don't know if you did
- 43:18the meme or someone, somebody else did, but it was like.
- 43:21This, this, this maneuver is going to set back my retirement
- 43:24account by seven years exactly. So I'm like.
- 43:27Well, I'm already set back, you know, 10 years.
- 43:29What's another 65, right? So, so led me down to ASTS in
- 43:35the the subreddit. Well, then I start digging
- 43:38deeper and reading the Cooke report and reading your due
- 43:41diligence. I think you had made a post on
- 43:43the subreddit and that's when there was only like 5000 users,
- 43:45maybe less than that. I read it and I'm like, this is
- 43:48too good to be true. This is the next big thing.
- 43:51Like, how is no one involved in this?
- 43:53And this was right when they were about to launch Blue Walker
- 43:56Three. I think it was $10 a share or
- 43:58something like that. So I used the little money that
- 44:01I had bought 2500 shares. As soon as they launched the
- 44:05satellite, the stock tanked. And I was like, you've got to be
- 44:09kidding me. So, I mean, I was just like,
- 44:11well, I'm in it. So whatever.
- 44:13The next year went around, you know, I think someone else
- 44:16mentioned they'd announced the Google thing.
- 44:19I was super excited for one minute, and then they did the
- 44:21dilution again. So I was like, you know, And
- 44:24then in April, during the business update, they announced
- 44:26the delay. I remember like it was yesterday
- 44:29your post saying, hey, I'm sorry, everyone for losing
- 44:32money. That's on me.
- 44:34And I'm not gonna lie. I sold out of my 25 shares or
- 44:382500 shares at the time. Yeah.
- 44:40And yeah. And I was like, well, I'm just
- 44:42gonna cut it. But then I had like this really
- 44:45crazy gut feeling like if this takes off, I would never live,
- 44:50be able to live with myself because I'd spent almost two
- 44:53years, you know, researching Katz's due diligence, kooks,
- 44:57daily updates, your daily due diligence, all this stuff.
- 45:01And I knew there was something there because Katz kept pushing
- 45:04information. I remember like he was getting
- 45:07satellite or I'm sorry, frequencies from the first net
- 45:10usage satellites, crazy stuff. So like, well, you know what?
- 45:14I'm just, I'm just gonna do it. So funny thing happened.
- 45:18I sold my bitcoins. The Bitcoin finally took off.
- 45:22It finally hit like this stop limit.
- 45:24I got stopped out of my Bitcoin. Felt terrible.
- 45:28But I'm like, well, you know what?
- 45:29I'm gonna move it all to ASTS and the rest is history.
- 45:31So what did you buy back? What price was that I?
- 45:35Actually went all in. Around $2.00 and like $0.50 or
- 45:39something like that. So yeah, and I just held and you
- 45:43know, with your due diligence and Katsi and Kook and Kevin
- 45:48Chan and everyone, now it's just like this is a once in a
- 45:52lifetime stock. This is not something to trade.
- 45:55This is something you buy, forget about and don't think
- 45:58about it because I think it is the next NVIDIA, next Apple,
- 46:01next Amazon. Don't touch it.
- 46:04Like RMA said, we are so early. It's pretty amazing how like
- 46:08lucky we are to be able to find this.
- 46:10And for me to find it on a whim of a meme is just like
- 46:14incredible, you know what I mean?
- 46:15And then I know of all the stories, I'm sure you've heard
- 46:19them. They're all in Reddit, how
- 46:20people sold at the bottom, never got a chance to buy back in and
- 46:25it they got priced out. So yeah, it's just we're so
- 46:29lucky to be in this position. And I've messaged you many
- 46:33times. I want to, I always, I just want
- 46:35to say thank you for changing my life because I mean, it's, it's
- 46:39unreal now. Like, you know, it's moved
- 46:41retirement up to many, many years now.
- 46:44And we're just so early in the in the process.
- 46:47So want to thank you guys. But yeah, this is a great
- 46:50community and hopefully someone else could share their story.
- 46:53But shout out to Farm Arizona as well.
- 46:57He's a great guy. I've met a whole bunch of
- 46:58people. Can't wait to meet everyone at
- 47:00the Cape as well, so hopefully everyone can make it too.
- 47:02Yeah, yeah, I, I think. Corey, you met up with Tut
- 47:05before too, right? I did meet up with Tut.
- 47:07Tut is a cool dude. He's actually, he's actually a
- 47:10mummy. He's actually a mummy.
- 47:12You guys are out, out and then? You guys almost got shot or
- 47:15something, right? We almost got.
- 47:17Shot. But we are good.
- 47:18We were in the bad parts of town, but we survived to live
- 47:22another day. And, yeah, he's a really cool
- 47:25dude. Cool.
- 47:26Down to earth, much cool. You know, he's the man.
- 47:28So everyone, everyone's awesome. But yeah, like, it's been a
- 47:32great ride. And, you know, there's no more.
- 47:35How's your little space stock doing?
- 47:37I've tried pitching it. And I was made fun of.
- 47:40I was written off. And now people will text me out
- 47:42of the blue. Are you still holding?
- 47:44Are you still holding? And, you know, I've been like,
- 47:47yeah, yeah, I haven't sold so, but yeah, it's, it's, it's been
- 47:51unreal. Never in a million years would
- 47:53have thought this would ever happen to me, 'cause everyone
- 47:56wants to be the Wall Street Bets, you know, or one of months
- 47:59to find that winner early, you know, and we, we basically have,
- 48:03we have the, the golden ticket and you just got to hold on to
- 48:06it. So well, yeah.
- 48:07Thanks for sharing. Man, yeah, it's thank you.
- 48:10If you could post post your the video.
- 48:14It's quite entertaining. I've slipped on basketball at
- 48:17game. I, I will say maybe it was like
- 48:202021-2022. I remember at that time Kook and
- 48:25I were talking amongst a few other people and we, we were
- 48:29doing our darnedest to try to get more people, you know,
- 48:33exposed to AST. And of course, like we, we made
- 48:37some pretty funny posts on Wall Street pets and we posted
- 48:40positions, did all kinds of stupid things just to try to get
- 48:43like people aware. And then of course we would be
- 48:45like, Oh, you guys are, you guys are pumping and dumping.
- 48:47It's like, OK, I guess technically we are pumping, but
- 48:50we're not dumping if anything but the.
- 48:53Funny thing. Is now if you try to put the
- 48:55ASTS ticker on Wall Street bets they won't let you.
- 48:58It's automatically banned, so they group it as a meme stock,
- 49:03which is insane. So if you ever go there, no one
- 49:05can even post their games. It's still under.
- 49:07I mean, it's I guess the most talked about ticker still, but
- 49:11if you try to post games or things like that, they won't let
- 49:13you. So yeah, we had to navigate.
- 49:15Back then we had to navigate all these overzealous mods who you
- 49:20had to be friends with them and then you had to convince them to
- 49:24keep your post up. And then, and then after a
- 49:27while, like I think in 2023, we just kind of gave up on that.
- 49:30But but it was but yeah, we, we did our best to try to educate
- 49:34people on on the name and, and from time to time I and even to
- 49:39this day, like there's people who post about it there.
- 49:41But, but that is fine. I mean, at least it worked.
- 49:44It got you or somebody, it got you Well, and then there was
- 49:46times. In the ASTS subreddit, Pete,
- 49:48there was so little people there in the chat that you would reply
- 49:51to your own comment like you know, then now it's like you
- 49:55know, up to 1000 comments a day. So the the story has definitely
- 49:59changed. So but I'll let someone else
- 50:00talk. I don't want to keep running and
- 50:02rambling so but I appreciate you and Pam.
- 50:03Thank you so much, ma'am. Thanks ma'am.
- 50:05Let's. See I.
- 50:06Know maybe William, do you want to go next?
- 50:09You've been waiting patiently. Hey, yeah, how's?
- 50:12It going what's up? Can you?
- 50:13Hear me? Yeah, we can hear.
- 50:15You awesome. Thanks for doing.
- 50:16This great stories. I'll keep it brief, but I'm a
- 50:22physician in my first few years of my career.
- 50:25We got quite a few of you and yeah.
- 50:28I don't know how that. Happened.
- 50:30I stay away from medically related stocks so this has been
- 50:34a blessing. But yeah, most of my time
- 50:38holding AST been during my training before medical school
- 50:43as a receptionist. And I put all my savings in
- 50:47Tesla and then started medical school holding on to that rather
- 50:52than paying off my student loan debt.
- 50:55And then by the time I graduated, it was the SPAC
- 51:00mania. And then I I put all all that
- 51:04into Asts. Well, you are.
- 51:07And so the great thing about medical yeah.
- 51:11So you you were pretty. Active back then I assume.
- 51:16More. Than I should.
- 51:17Have been, yeah, yeah, I, I would say, but yeah, yeah, the
- 51:25medical training is, is busy and that was great because AST was
- 51:33$2.00 when I was the busiest. So I just, I didn't check my
- 51:39account, which is what the right thing to do was at that time,
- 51:43yeah. That's right.
- 51:47So. Yeah, my and and yeah.
- 51:54And then I kind of was all in warrants at the lowest point and
- 51:59then rolled into common stock and leaps and.
- 52:05And yeah. Because.
- 52:08Being in medicine. My my.
- 52:12Income has increased. I always kind of treated this as
- 52:15like a call option on life and it was great if it worked out
- 52:19and if not that was going to be fine too.
- 52:23But the great. Benefit of.
- 52:25This has been and now that it has worked out, I've been able
- 52:29to be a little more flexible with what I choose to do with my
- 52:33life. That's.
- 52:35Great. And so.
- 52:36There. Yeah, yeah, I, and so that I
- 52:41won't go into specifics, but I, I changed my job a month or two
- 52:48ago because of the financial circumstances, my accounts now
- 52:53over 1,000,000 and that's given me a lot more flexibility with
- 52:59my student loans and whatnot. But yeah, now I now I'm at A at
- 53:05a point where I can focus on like impact and.
- 53:11Looking for opportunities? Where I can do things in my
- 53:16career that will help people that might be more impactful
- 53:19than just working day-to-day as a physician as I was.
- 53:24But yeah. And then that's been a cool
- 53:27thing that I've seen other people do in the space mob, you
- 53:32know, rallying around, you know, someone who experienced an
- 53:37unfortunate injury. And.
- 53:39Gavin. Yeah, Yeah, yes, Gavin.
- 53:44So yeah, I, I, I, I felt moved by that.
- 53:48And I hope to pay it forward and however I can.
- 53:54And I'm sure a lot of us will keep doing things like that.
- 53:59Yeah. Well, thanks.
- 54:00Thanks for. Sharing.
- 54:01Yeah, it's, I will say that when I was growing up, my, my parents
- 54:05were friends with many doctors. And I guess doctors are
- 54:08notorious for making bad investments because they're
- 54:12always busy with, with their profession.
- 54:14And then, you know, they, they would make investments here and
- 54:18there, but not really keep track of it.
- 54:20And then, you know, over time, I guess the record would be
- 54:25somewhat spotty. But, but it sounds like you, you
- 54:27made a good bet. So that's I.
- 54:30Remember. Talking to people back in 2021
- 54:33who, who were, I guess they're skeptical about it.
- 54:36And it's like, well, you don't really need to invest that much.
- 54:39You just, you know, like you were saying, treat it as a call
- 54:42option and invest some money. And if, if they really, if ASD
- 54:46does hit what we think it will, then, you know, a, a small bit
- 54:51of investment will go a long way.
- 54:52So it's really cool to hear that it worked out for you.
- 54:56Yeah, yeah. And.
- 54:57It's it's all because of the work that you and Kook have
- 55:01done. Yeah.
- 55:04And I haven't. But I don't know if I'm just not
- 55:07convincing or other people have convinced a lot more people to
- 55:11jump on board. But maybe we're all just too
- 55:14busy to to make sense of investments.
- 55:18I don't know why. Why we've bad luck.
- 55:21Well, I will say. I've mentioned this before, but
- 55:24it's like people in real life don't know who I am.
- 55:28And so I have not fold. I mean, my family, I've, I've
- 55:31gotten invested and then maybe like two or three people at
- 55:35most. But beyond that, I always viewed
- 55:38it as, Oh well, I'm this anonymous figure who's.
- 55:42Who's? When the awareness, so I, that's
- 55:44probably good enough because I think in real life and you know,
- 55:48farm farmed as I think for if you do that in real life, that
- 55:53comes up with a lot of responsibility.
- 55:55And it's like, I don't, I don't know if I want to sign up for
- 55:58that because I clearly I joked about it with my wife about how,
- 56:04and I was talking to this journalist recently about it.
- 56:06It's like in 20/23/2022 it, it was probably difficult for
- 56:12people to show up to Thanksgiving because it's like,
- 56:15oh, that guy's scary. He's the one who got me in this
- 56:17stock. And then of course, 20242024.
- 56:20It's like, hey, thank goodness, you know, typing family.
- 56:27Yeah, I I did. Get a couple family members to
- 56:30buy around $6 before it went down to two.
- 56:33Yeah. Did they hold?
- 56:34And they did, fortunately. I was just like, just wait.
- 56:38And now I feel vindicated. So.
- 56:44That's. Good.
- 56:46Yeah, so. Well, cool.
- 56:47Thanks for coming. Up and sharing, I appreciate it.
- 56:50Yeah, thanks. For doing this, awesome.
- 56:53Let me see who else is there? Who's up here?
- 56:56There's a few people who keep going in and out.
- 57:00Let's see. What are we?
- 57:01How about just another nurse? Do you want to speak?
- 57:06Hey, man, how's it going? Good.
- 57:07How are you? Oh.
- 57:09Amazing. And this is so cool here in such
- 57:11a like a diverse cross section of investors and like where
- 57:15everybody's coming from. So thank you for putting this
- 57:17on. And yeah, and I've two things
- 57:20specifically I want to thank you on, but I'm going to hold off on
- 57:22that until I get to where it wasn't my story, but yeah, I got
- 57:27I so when I was much younger, I was a nerd to to went to space
- 57:30camp. Always been interested in.
- 57:35Yeah, Space Camp. Space Academy level 1, space
- 57:37Academy level 2 and the I was going to be an astronaut, but
- 57:42then ended up in the medical field and as a nurse, obviously.
- 57:45And the Fast forward to COVID coming around and I had gotten
- 57:52into options trading and I remember seeing everything
- 57:57developing with COVID and realizing that it's going to be
- 58:00very impactful. And so I started putting shorts
- 58:04on on on SPY, you know, that week before when the market was
- 58:09still doing great. I'm like, something's wrong
- 58:11here. So you're not asking great on
- 58:13them. Yeah.
- 58:14Well. We, we might have, but then I
- 58:17kept it on too long and I didn't understand that Fed pivot.
- 58:21And then it was like that, the South Park name and it's gone.
- 58:27So Fast forward a couple, yeah. To 2022.
- 58:32And the, the SPAC craze had did come through.
- 58:36And I, I decided, hey, I'm going to apply this knowledge that
- 58:40I've built up over my life in terms of, you know, space and
- 58:42my, you know, my, my interest in it.
- 58:45And I chose three stocks that I wanted to get into.
- 58:48Rocket Lab was 1, Astro was one. And yeah.
- 58:54If I knew he was eating lead. Paint I would not have done and
- 58:57then AST and so how, but I, I invested in AST using call
- 59:03options and they were not long enough dated and they just bled
- 59:06away as, as I watched, you know, more and more dilution calm and
- 59:10I completely capitulated. And I was like, oh, I'm done
- 59:13with this. And so then Fast forward to I've
- 59:17changed jobs, have rolled over my 401K into an IRA and I'm, I'm
- 59:21making up my investments. And I take a look back at AST,
- 59:24I'm like, oh, it's down to $2.00 that rained.
- 59:27I'm like, that's pretty much like a call option.
- 59:30Yeah, that's right. And you know, I, I still believe
- 59:32in the technology. I believed in the mission and,
- 59:34you know, and reading up on everything online and everything
- 59:36still look like it could work. And so I started buying shares
- 59:40and then I started looking at the call options again.
- 59:44And I, I distinctly remember they were, and I was like, OK,
- 59:47this time I'm doing longer dated call options.
- 59:49So I was looking out, you know, nine months or a year and I was
- 59:52picking up $5 call options for $0.05 and five to $0.10.
- 59:57And so, Yep. So I I I got a couple hundred of
- 1:00:02those right before. You know, before the pivot and
- 1:00:07then I rolled to. $10 options. And $20 options and then rolled
- 1:00:12up again to 40. And yeah, I mean, the ride has
- 1:00:16just been insane. And now I'm in a position that
- 1:00:19I, I have generational wealth. And it is because of, you know,
- 1:00:24this community that's around here that has has formed around
- 1:00:28a company at a time where we were so lucky to be able to
- 1:00:32invest in a company that normally would have not been
- 1:00:35published. And it just happens to have been
- 1:00:38that confluence of, of COVID and all that money pushing in and,
- 1:00:41and, and allowing these facts to occur and giving us that
- 1:00:45opportunity to get in. And so I want to Fast forward to
- 1:00:50the 2. Things that I.
- 1:00:51Specifically want to thank you. On one is when you were
- 1:00:54describing it was one of the convertible bond offerings that
- 1:01:01came out and you were describing about how this was a good thing
- 1:01:03for the company and you know it's bringing in new investors,
- 1:01:07but in a different way. And that really clicked a light
- 1:01:09bulb in my head and I and I really switched from, you know,
- 1:01:13the regretting the dilution that was occurring there to, to
- 1:01:17embracing it and realizing that this was the next step for the
- 1:01:20company needs to take. And then also recently when you
- 1:01:24had mentioned about how it's OK to, you know, to take some
- 1:01:28profits as you're, as you're writing up and to, you know,
- 1:01:30apply each situation to where we're at.
- 1:01:32So, you know, I was able to, you know, internalize that kind of
- 1:01:35look at where my, my positions were.
- 1:01:38And I mean, now I'm in been able to move some money off, you
- 1:01:41know, into more rational investments that, you know,
- 1:01:44provides retirement, you know, for, for me and my family, you
- 1:01:48know, and, but now I'm all, and then I was also able to, you
- 1:01:51know, load back up and I'm, I'm heavy long now.
- 1:01:53So I'm, I'm very much looking forward to, you know, what we
- 1:01:56have happened on the, you know, in the next couple months and
- 1:01:59over the 6th year, I think this year is going to be pivotal.
- 1:02:01I think this year is going to be transformational.
- 1:02:04I'm I'm fully convinced that by the end of 2026 that I mean, we
- 1:02:08are just all going to be looking back and going, wow, you know,
- 1:02:11it took what, what did we just watch?
- 1:02:13And yeah, I mean, it, it's it is this has been life changing.
- 1:02:17And you know, I'm thankful for for.
- 1:02:20You know all. Of the elders, as I say, you
- 1:02:23know, the ones that have been there for for a while and, and
- 1:02:26for Steve, you know, I mean that man, this has been such a ride.
- 1:02:30So. Yeah, that's what I got, man.
- 1:02:33Yeah. I did it.
- 1:02:34It is. It does feel surreal at times
- 1:02:38and I've I've talked about this whole idea that it is.
- 1:02:42A very unique. And special moment in time, like
- 1:02:45you said, there is a confluence of COVID, the Fed pumping
- 1:02:49liquidity in markets and then these like early stage companies
- 1:02:53with grant ideas. I mean, obviously a decent
- 1:02:55amount of those were not good ideas or companies that
- 1:02:59shouldn't have gone public. But out of that whole basket of
- 1:03:03companies AST space mobile arose and and went public probably 4
- 1:03:09years ahead of when it should have.
- 1:03:11And then we, we as retail investors got to become venture
- 1:03:16investors and see how the sausage was being made and then
- 1:03:20have the ups and downs and then here we are.
- 1:03:23And I don't think, you know, sometimes people, I mean,
- 1:03:27they're, they're obviously like a few lucky people who show up
- 1:03:30as investors wet behind the year at $2.00.
- 1:03:33They buy. And then, you know, perhaps
- 1:03:35maybe they held to some extent. But I think building that
- 1:03:38conviction and, and going through having to have that
- 1:03:42level of due diligence and reminding yourself in during the
- 1:03:45difficult times of why you own the stock, then it galvanizes
- 1:03:48like your, your ability to hold it all the way through even to
- 1:03:52$100 or $77. And as I mentioned before, but
- 1:03:56you, you pointed out too, it's like you do have to look at like
- 1:04:00when you make generational wealth or multiple times of your
- 1:04:04net wealth, or you know, you're what you had before, it always
- 1:04:08does make sense to take some down, right?
- 1:04:10Because I think financially that's a responsible thing to
- 1:04:13do. And then it also helps you ride
- 1:04:15the rest because you've, you basically have chalked up a win
- 1:04:18and you've set aside that money. And so I think, you know,
- 1:04:21there's quite a few of you guys that I've spoken to who have
- 1:04:24done that. And, and so when you have a draw
- 1:04:26down of 3040%, which is typical for growth stocks, you feel fine
- 1:04:31because you're like, oh, well, I did sell some at whatever level
- 1:04:34and I'm OK with this volatility. And so, so, yeah, thanks for for
- 1:04:39sharing. I think that it's great to hear
- 1:04:42that, that you that you have done well and you're reloaded
- 1:04:46because I think, I think I agree with you 2026.
- 1:04:50I mean, just the backdrop or space stocks.
- 1:04:53And then I think in particular for AST, given that we're about
- 1:04:56to launch commercial service and there's a whole, I mean, I, I
- 1:05:00the fact that Scott, we did a meme for the first time, I think
- 1:05:03that's how it tells you something that there's quite a
- 1:05:06bit of exciting stuff coming and it's not just going to be
- 1:05:09launched. I think there's going to be some
- 1:05:11other things. So but yeah, thanks, thanks for
- 1:05:14coming. I really appreciate it.
- 1:05:16Yeah, Awesome man Thanks. Let's see, let's see.
- 1:05:22Let me just look at the people who are.
- 1:05:23Up here there's one guy who keeps going up and down, but
- 1:05:28let's see. Juggling.
- 1:05:29Do you want to come up and speak?
- 1:05:32Alright, thanks for. Having me on that from me can
- 1:05:35you hear me fun Yeah yeah, we can hear you OK awesome.
- 1:05:38Well, you know, I ramble a lot, so I was going to say this guy,
- 1:05:41I forget it's a it's very therapeutic ramble.
- 1:05:46But yeah, First off, just want to thank you for, you know,
- 1:05:49these past five years. I mean, I you've just been a
- 1:05:51complete rock and all the stuff that you do.
- 1:05:54I mean, what time is it? So 11 O clock in New York right
- 1:05:56now and you know, you have the time to do this.
- 1:05:59So thank you for all that. You know, I have a pretty
- 1:06:03similar story to other guys have gone on.
- 1:06:06So I don't I won't go in too much, but I basically got
- 1:06:09involved back in 2020. You know, this is, everybody
- 1:06:13knows it's back in the spat craze.
- 1:06:16So I had played around like there's some that went really
- 1:06:18well, you know, and that I was able to accumulate so capital
- 1:06:23with that. And then when I saw HTS come
- 1:06:25out, you know, this was really intriguing.
- 1:06:28I saw your DDI, saw Spectory's DD.
- 1:06:31You know, it's a shame. I don't know.
- 1:06:32I don't Spectory, by the way, I don't know where that guy went.
- 1:06:35Yeah, I don't know why he just disappeared like he was, you
- 1:06:38know, he had a really great thought process.
- 1:06:41I mean, you know, he had a lot of background with space, but
- 1:06:44yeah, so I saw that. And you know, similar to
- 1:06:47William, you know, I was actually a resident.
- 1:06:49I was on the physician now as a resident training, which is
- 1:06:52probably good and bad thing. So I basically put everything on
- 1:06:56the line on as TS and I actually, I created this DD
- 1:07:01document, sent it to my close residency friends and was just
- 1:07:05like, you know, this is such a great opportunity.
- 1:07:07You know, companies like this don't come around very often.
- 1:07:10Like it's like a once in a decade, you know, opportunity,
- 1:07:14you know, and then Fast forward, right?
- 1:07:16You know, then the interest rates got hiked, you know, the,
- 1:07:18you know, the stock got destroyed.
- 1:07:22But you know, I didn't really. Have any other great plans?
- 1:07:25At the time I was just like, you know what, you know, like at
- 1:07:27this time I'm just going to hold.
- 1:07:29I still accumulated a little bit, but I mean it really, you
- 1:07:32know, it was brutal. I I.
- 1:07:33And we went to family. Events because I I told
- 1:07:36everybody about it, you know, it's gets it's.
- 1:07:39Hard to. You know, face it and be like,
- 1:07:41how's that? How's your space stock doing?
- 1:07:44You know, it's like, fuck you. Like, you know.
- 1:07:47It's, you know, you know it's. Down but and then I think the
- 1:07:51hardest part really was my residency friends.
- 1:07:54You know, it's just because. It's like.
- 1:07:55You know, you got them involved, so you felt personally
- 1:07:58responsible, but the stock was down, you know, and they would
- 1:08:02periodically text me and I'd be like, you know, you know it.
- 1:08:06Doesn't look great. But, you know, they'll, they'll
- 1:08:08be able to pull through. And then I remember that
- 1:08:11morning, you know, when the Verizon announcement.
- 1:08:14Oh yeah. And that was that.
- 1:08:16Was. Just pretty game changing.
- 1:08:17I remember that this was the time because I, I honestly
- 1:08:20didn't really open My Portfolio much like I didn't want to.
- 1:08:24And it was. A time.
- 1:08:25That dejection, yeah. Exactly.
- 1:08:28It's just like, you know you're already.
- 1:08:30The stock had been trading at 2. You know, you were down like
- 1:08:327080%. And that's when the time where
- 1:08:35it's like, OK, you know, like I'm just going to this is where
- 1:08:38like, this seems like a Seminole event.
- 1:08:40So I doubled down basically all of the, you know, the capital
- 1:08:44that I was willing waving to use.
- 1:08:47And then that's. Kind of then that's kind of
- 1:08:49where we're at now. But yeah, I.
- 1:08:51Think it's just it's, you know, I think I had been lurking for a
- 1:08:55while. I remember too, just seeing
- 1:08:58after that Verizon news, there's still a slew of bears,
- 1:09:01surprisingly, you know, and go there's gonna be new ones.
- 1:09:07You know, it's like Pivotal Capital seems to be the guy,
- 1:09:11this guy that that other doctor, the fake doctor.
- 1:09:16Still only fake. Right.
- 1:09:17He's. Like.
- 1:09:18You know, it's laying his portfolio on the line for
- 1:09:20$600.00. Meanwhile, we've got like all
- 1:09:22these doctors and healthcare professionals.
- 1:09:26That's good. Which by the way, like.
- 1:09:28The fact that there are so many of.
- 1:09:29You I, I didn't realize like doctors and, and pharmacy folks
- 1:09:33and nurses are all D Jens. Oh, yeah, we are because we, we,
- 1:09:37this is our only hope. You know, if you, if you
- 1:09:39actually like, think 510 years ahead, like, you know, like, if
- 1:09:43you're in the healthcare profession, like, excuse my
- 1:09:45language, like you're kind of screwed if you look at how the
- 1:09:49everything's going. So it's like, this is your
- 1:09:50greatest hedge, you know, for finding like unique companies
- 1:09:54like this. You know, you, you, you think
- 1:09:56about it like it's it's really, but I respect about Kook is like
- 1:09:59you think about a business owner.
- 1:10:01Basically you get to own, you know, a percentage of the
- 1:10:03company and then they're. Slaving.
- 1:10:06Away They're doing such great work and you benefit.
- 1:10:10Right, that's. Right.
- 1:10:11And so it's like, it's really hard to find that opportunity in
- 1:10:14healthcare. But yeah, but that's my story.
- 1:10:16I mean, I, I create an account when I, you know, after I just,
- 1:10:20you know, I know you guys have done so much work.
- 1:10:22So I was like, you know, let me try to pitch in and do my part.
- 1:10:27You know, it pales in comparison to everything that you have guys
- 1:10:30have done. But that's my story.
- 1:10:32And I just really wanted to kind of get up here and thank all of
- 1:10:35you guys because the community is so strong.
- 1:10:38Thanks to your leadership, to Kooks, to Todd, to Kevin.
- 1:10:42I mean, there's so many people I could probably name for the next
- 1:10:45like 2 minutes and I don't want them to want them to get the
- 1:10:48credit too. But it's such a great community.
- 1:10:51There's such a, you know, great Seminole time for all of us.
- 1:10:54So I'm just excited and just want to thank you guys all for
- 1:10:58everything that you've done and excited for this journey.
- 1:11:02Yeah. And I think it's important to
- 1:11:04point out like the community is important to us because I don't
- 1:11:08think, for example, for Kook, like having that weekly space is
- 1:11:13actually therapeutic for him. And, and it actually, you know,
- 1:11:18brings his thought process into focus because he actually, you
- 1:11:21know, he has to put together this weekly, which takes a lot
- 1:11:25of time. And so it helps helps him re
- 1:11:28underwrite the investment and it's a reminder.
- 1:11:31And so I think I think for all of us, like just having people
- 1:11:35around that you can, you know, you have this common interest,
- 1:11:37this investment and you can talk about it.
- 1:11:40Like there's no way I would have held the stock all the way
- 1:11:43through these years if it was just me, you know, and and
- 1:11:47disconnected from everyone else. I would have gone crazy.
- 1:11:51I think so. So I think, yeah, no, I, I think
- 1:11:54it's, it's a testament to how strong the community is.
- 1:11:57And, and just you know, when when you say thank you, it's
- 1:12:00it's also people saying thank you to you as well.
- 1:12:02So, so, yeah, thanks for coming out.
- 1:12:05Appreciate it. Yeah, absolutely.
- 1:12:06Well, thanks again. All right, have a good night and
- 1:12:09take care. Let's see dog days.
- 1:12:13Do you want to speak next? It's dog days ready.
- 1:12:17Sure, sure. Can hear you all right, can hear
- 1:12:18you OK OK, awesome. Yeah So actually, yeah, I've got
- 1:12:23this is AI. I'm kind of follow on that.
- 1:12:26This is more like a therapy session for me.
- 1:12:28Yeah, yeah, because I was buying on June of 21 and I think I had
- 1:12:32some NPA, but then, you know, eventually started buying more,
- 1:12:36you know, after the DSPAC. But so, yeah, it's a long, it's
- 1:12:43a long history. So I've, I'm older than a lot of
- 1:12:46the people on this that I keep watching on Twitter and seeing
- 1:12:50things that are happening. I spent 30 years working for a
- 1:12:54company doing worldwide operations, planning for
- 1:12:57manufacturing distribution, happens to be the company that
- 1:13:01started the Silicon Valley. And so for 30 years I was yeah,
- 1:13:05I was still an investor. I was just, you know, and
- 1:13:08putting money into my 4-O1K year after year after year, working
- 1:13:12as you know, selling my soul, if you will, the corporate world.
- 1:13:16Yeah, I hear you. And then in 2007, I just
- 1:13:21decided, you know what? I I've got to do something
- 1:13:23different. So I started my left and started
- 1:13:26my own business. I was there 31 years, started my
- 1:13:29own business doing fine art printing on aluminum.
- 1:13:32So it's just want to do artwork type stuff.
- 1:13:35And so I had all my money at 4 O 1K and moved it to a Roth IRA.
- 1:13:41And I, I had knew nothing about investing and started, you know,
- 1:13:45at first I just bought things like Apple, Google, Amazon, you
- 1:13:50know, I just saw the big, the big names and that worked really
- 1:13:52well for a while. And then I decided, oh, you
- 1:13:56know, I should really learn and try to dish this on me.
- 1:13:59And that's what I learned. I'm just terrible at investing.
- 1:14:02I would tell people, you know, just don't buy what I buy
- 1:14:05because all my 30 years worth of savings were up and down and I
- 1:14:10think I must have lost it two or three times.
- 1:14:13And then I with the SPAC's I just, you know, I bought a bunch
- 1:14:17of SPAC. So in the end, this ASC is the
- 1:14:20only one I've kept and I started again.
- 1:14:23Again, I would say, I can't remember whose name I saw first,
- 1:14:26but I remember Steve Larson very clearly was one of the first
- 1:14:31people that I followed religiously.
- 1:14:34And I remember him saying at one point, you know, the more I look
- 1:14:37into this, the more I think this is going to work.
- 1:14:40And there were two or three people, I think yourself and
- 1:14:43Cassie. And, you know, eventually you
- 1:14:45start connecting. And I was not a a big Twitter
- 1:14:48guy, so I had a Twitter account that I just changed my name.
- 1:14:51I, I had my same face, my same dog face, but I took my name
- 1:14:55off. I thought, well, I should
- 1:14:57probably not put out there, you know, now that I'm going to be a
- 1:15:00multimillionaire. How much you what my name is.
- 1:15:04So I then I put AZ in my name after talking to Farm Baz
- 1:15:09because I'm building a retirement home now.
- 1:15:11I'm in Arizona. Yeah.
- 1:15:14So. Anyway.
- 1:15:16After all that year I was losing money, losing money, losing
- 1:15:20money and all that investment at one point is the stock was going
- 1:15:24down. So I bought it 10, then bought
- 1:15:27at 11, bought at 12. I think I bought it probably 10
- 1:15:30again. I thought, oh, and I kept
- 1:15:32selling all my other stocks that I had bought that were lasers.
- 1:15:35You know, I had a bunch of stuff and the market was going down
- 1:15:38and I had invested in green energy and the next battery and
- 1:15:43all the stuff that you know, takes forever and never
- 1:15:46happened. And so as all those were
- 1:15:48dropping, I said, well, I'm just going to keep buying AST because
- 1:15:51in my mind what really locked it in my head is I said I have to
- 1:15:56quit chasing shiny objects and. 5G.
- 1:16:02To me, you know, and the Internet seemed to me to be, you
- 1:16:05know, key in the future of everything, no matter what it
- 1:16:08is, autonomous cards or whatever.
- 1:16:10And so I that's what kind of locked me.
- 1:16:13And I said, I'm going to quit chasing shiny objects.
- 1:16:17And I just kept buying ASD and I was selling everything else.
- 1:16:21And it was buying at 8:00 and 7:00 and 6:00 and 5:00 and 4:00
- 1:16:26and maybe 3. And then I was out of money.
- 1:16:29I mean, I had bought everything and then it just kept dropping
- 1:16:34and I had no more money and it kept going lower.
- 1:16:37But I was so much of A believer and I didn't know what else I
- 1:16:41could invest. So what I did, as I said, well I
- 1:16:44have a job, I have income, I can pay taxes.
- 1:16:47So all those years of investing was now only worth $80,000.
- 1:16:52So I moved it all from my traditional RA over the end of
- 1:16:5523 and, and early 24 into my that was smart.
- 1:17:00So I converted, you know, 40,000 shares into my Roth IRA because
- 1:17:09my average then was like $3.14 that I paid taxes on and.
- 1:17:15I said OK, I. Don't have a lot of any more
- 1:17:17money to spend, but I can do this because taxes will be
- 1:17:20delayed a year. So I was just some in 23 some in
- 1:17:2324 and I was able to cover that and so that, you know, was kind
- 1:17:30of the foundation I said to be honest, I at when I had my life
- 1:17:34savings was down to $80,000. I thought, how am I going to
- 1:17:37tell them how lot? She has no idea.
- 1:17:39You don't have to she's. That's it.
- 1:17:43You know, when she found out at the launch.
- 1:17:48I tell you what, I don't. Know if anybody else you know I
- 1:17:51did a lot of praying over all this dude, everybody I.
- 1:17:53Don't know this. Everybody did a lot of praying.
- 1:17:56And I, and so when I, I was in Bend, OR, you know, we were
- 1:18:01doing a weekend away when I got the invite to go to the launch
- 1:18:04and that's all, you know, I cried.
- 1:18:06I, it was, it was just a great moment.
- 1:18:09So my wife didn't, I know about this investment until we were at
- 1:18:13the lodge and she was incredibly impressed with the entire event.
- 1:18:19It was the coolest thing so that I came clean.
- 1:18:23And then so you know, obviously then it, you know, it, it took
- 1:18:27off and things went well with them.
- 1:18:30I don't know, with them maybe was it maybe 4-5, six months
- 1:18:33that 80,000 was like a million and a half.
- 1:18:35And I thought, OK, I can breathe again.
- 1:18:38And then once the really the, you know, once I really felt
- 1:18:41that commitment and de risking, then we took my wife's entire 4
- 1:18:47O 1B. She was an an RN emergency room
- 1:18:50nurse and we put all of that in. Oh wow.
- 1:18:53And so we are, we have been 100% invested in Asts through all of
- 1:19:00this. So a lot of gut wrenching.
- 1:19:02That's why I say truly, I thank everybody because this true, you
- 1:19:06know, all the watching on Twitter, all the troop weeklies,
- 1:19:11it really, truly is all therapy. It really is.
- 1:19:14I mean, it's like, how do you Yeah, there's just no way to put
- 1:19:19a monetary value on on all of that.
- 1:19:24All that time, all that therapy. And I do have about 10 people
- 1:19:27that at least that have and I was well into, hey, it's already
- 1:19:31doing well before I even, you know, talk to anybody because I
- 1:19:35was such a lousy investor. But now, everybody.
- 1:19:39'S like excited, yeah. So it's a that's a good thing.
- 1:19:43Wow, that's a crazy stuff. And because I.
- 1:19:47Brought my life to the event. I didn't go looking for anybody
- 1:19:50to say hi or introduce myself because I just wanted to
- 1:19:54experience this with my wife. Oh that's that's correct.
- 1:19:56But I'm hoping to make a future lunch and actually get to meet
- 1:20:00people and. I was telling farm DAC, you
- 1:20:04know, I think I'm building a home only about maybe an hour
- 1:20:07and a half from where he's at. Maybe you can get as well as
- 1:20:11well. Yeah.
- 1:20:12Yeah, yeah. Maybe on my butt.
- 1:20:16I don't know. We'll see.
- 1:20:17You can write. No, no, that's.
- 1:20:19I'm sorry. That kook's.
- 1:20:21You could. You could.
- 1:20:21Just do of a Bluebird and and and write kook bottom on it.
- 1:20:26Yeah, I did. I did post a, a little leather
- 1:20:30key trade that a friend of mine, I had a friend of mine make that
- 1:20:33had the satellite pick and space Bob across it, but I wasn't sure
- 1:20:39how to get the rights to do it. So he's I was going to have, you
- 1:20:42know, him make those available for people, but I just didn't
- 1:20:46push through with that because everybody's so busy.
- 1:20:49Anyway, that's kind of my story. I'm very excited.
- 1:20:52Yeah. I've never thought I'd ever have
- 1:20:54this kind of money ever. And we haven't even started.
- 1:20:57That's the that's the real craziness.
- 1:21:00Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:21:00No, I. Agree with you.
- 1:21:01I mean, I think, I think this year is going to surprise folks
- 1:21:06and we're we're just kind of getting an inkling.
- 1:21:09Of of. The potential and so, but yeah,
- 1:21:13I, I, that's an amazing story. And you have some really, really
- 1:21:17great timing on, on converting to the Roth.
- 1:21:21But yeah, I, I will say like if we get to these, you know,
- 1:21:26stratospheric levels in 2026, do take something down eventually
- 1:21:32at, at whatever makes you comfortable.
- 1:21:34But I I actually did. Sell some of the OK, OK, good,
- 1:21:39good. Because after talking and truly
- 1:21:42I, I had to have some money to put down on this home that we're
- 1:21:44building in Arizona. And I have to come up with the
- 1:21:48rest of the down payment about the 1st of April.
- 1:21:52So now I'm watching and I have 4148 shares that were in the
- 1:21:56Roth prior to the conversion that I can sell without, you
- 1:22:01know, impacting or having taxes on.
- 1:22:04And my accountant said, no, keep to your other Traditional IRA,
- 1:22:08don't sell that yet. Do it a little bit at a time so
- 1:22:10you don't get taxed as much. And so I'm just waiting, hoping
- 1:22:14it hits maybe 150 and then that'll get that would give me
- 1:22:18enough to put the down payment for the for the new big house.
- 1:22:22So yeah, be. Be honest with.
- 1:22:23Yourself, you set goals like you gotta stick with them.
- 1:22:26Yeah, yeah. Does your?
- 1:22:27Does. Your account think.
- 1:22:28You're crazy. You know what my, my bookkeeper
- 1:22:33who does the bookkeeping for my company was in the meeting and I
- 1:22:37told, well, actually he said once, once I told him I, you
- 1:22:41know, I converted at $3.14 and today it's at 35.
- 1:22:45He said that's probably good news.
- 1:22:47But my bookkeeper went back and told her husband that he's
- 1:22:49invested. So he's one of the people that,
- 1:22:52you know, all those people that, that have learned from.
- 1:22:55I'm always just kind of about every few weeks I'll send them a
- 1:22:58tickler from a, you know, a, a screenshot from a tweet that's,
- 1:23:03you know, states, you know, just the big stuff that's happening
- 1:23:07just to keep them. I do, I, I do feel, well, I
- 1:23:13don't want to say guilty, I feel responsible.
- 1:23:16But a lot of those people I told, you know, was way back at
- 1:23:19$12.00. So, you know, if they can't
- 1:23:21handle the volatility, they could go ahead and get out.
- 1:23:24But I I do keep sending family, friends and family a little
- 1:23:29tickler. Well, cool.
- 1:23:31Well, thanks. Thanks, Doug.
- 1:23:32Yeah, that, that's great, great story.
- 1:23:35And yeah, I I'm happy for you, you and your wife, and look
- 1:23:40forward to seeing you guys in Florida.
- 1:23:44Yeah, I'm hoping I, I'm hoping I may be doing a knee surgery
- 1:23:47about that or a knee replacement about the time the next launch
- 1:23:51happens. So I may miss that one, but in
- 1:23:53the future I will. They're going to be.
- 1:23:55A lot of them. So there will.
- 1:23:57So we might, we're, I was joking with some friends, like maybe we
- 1:24:01should just buy a house down there, just stay there because
- 1:24:03they're going to be down to me so often.
- 1:24:06Well. I even wanted.
- 1:24:07To go to the Waffle House, but I again, I didn't want to leave my
- 1:24:10wife. It was like this with this event
- 1:24:13was an important, important time for us.
- 1:24:17And so it's not so well anyway, yes, in the future.
- 1:24:21Cool. Well, thanks.
- 1:24:22Thanks for coming up. And give your wife our best.
- 1:24:26I will thank. You all right?
- 1:24:28Let's see, we've got. We've got Johnny B and Endless.
- 1:24:31Maybe you go on that round. Johnny Bangs.
- 1:24:33Do you want to? You want to come up?
- 1:24:38Oh, I guess he dropped off. Hey, Endless.
- 1:24:42How's it going? What's going on man?
- 1:24:45Nice to meet for for, well, nice to speak for the first time.
- 1:24:48Yeah, directly. So I mean.
- 1:24:51You know my story, So I mean, excuse me if I, if I cough at
- 1:24:55all during this. I've been sick for the past
- 1:24:57week. My kids are still 9:00 and 7:00.
- 1:24:58So they bring everything home. And you know, we've, we were my
- 1:25:03wife and I were celebrating tonight with a little, a little
- 1:25:06little wine. So I'll try to keep this as, as
- 1:25:09straight and narrow as possible, but you know my story.
- 1:25:11So I, I mean, I've been in the industry 20 years past seven or
- 1:25:15eight years in private equity, mostly handling secondary
- 1:25:19transactions with some primaries and most of the major venture
- 1:25:22backed Unicorn growth companies. So, you know, I've raised a lot
- 1:25:26of money for SpaceX. I've bought from some of the I
- 1:25:28can't, obviously I'm, you know, still licensed Rep and still in
- 1:25:31the industry and that's why I'm anonymous on, on Twitter.
- 1:25:34But you know, I've bought from some of the major shareholders
- 1:25:38in SpaceX. I've, I've bought from, you
- 1:25:41know, some, you know, some of the longest time investors in,
- 1:25:44in the company and my clients have, you know, accumulated a
- 1:25:46big possession. So, you know, I've been in
- 1:25:49aerospace for, you know, 7-7 or eight years or so following
- 1:25:53SpaceX and just saw the opportunity with some of these
- 1:25:56other companies. So, you know, that's why that's
- 1:26:00why this company interested me and that's why, you know, AST,
- 1:26:04you know, drew my, drew my attention.
- 1:26:06But, you know, kind of alongside that, over the past 10 years,
- 1:26:09I've been, you know, day trading options as a hobby, made and
- 1:26:14lost a half, $1,000,000 a few times, became a Rocket Lab
- 1:26:17investor as sort of a, a sympathy kind of investment
- 1:26:22alongside what I was doing with SpaceX and saw them as a public
- 1:26:25comp with a lot of upside that was executing well.
- 1:26:28So, you know, bought some some shorts, some.
- 1:26:31Mid. Some long term calls on that
- 1:26:33company and made a couple $1,000,000 and you know while
- 1:26:37this was all happening last summer in the 2024 actually.
- 1:26:44My. Bank was trying to recruit this
- 1:26:46guy who owned a broker dealer down in Texas.
- 1:26:50And. He.
- 1:26:52He was. One of seven or eight guys that
- 1:26:55sit on the state investment committee of Texas and he was
- 1:26:59responsible for investing like a billion dollars a year of the
- 1:27:04state. 'S money into.
- 1:27:05Aerospace companies. And so because of all the work
- 1:27:09we've done with SpaceX, my chairman was like, you know, why
- 1:27:12don't you? We're going to have dinner at
- 1:27:13the Yale Club tonight in New York City.
- 1:27:14Why don't you, why don't you sit next to this guy, get to know
- 1:27:17him. You know, we're trying to
- 1:27:18recruit him, fill him out, see if you can see if you can entice
- 1:27:21him to come work for us. And when I met him, that was
- 1:27:27like literally within a couple of weeks that ASTS went from,
- 1:27:32you know, 2 to 39 in those three months.
- 1:27:35And it was like right at the tail end of that.
- 1:27:37So I, you know, I said to him, you know, have you met the
- 1:27:40management team of ASD Space Mobile?
- 1:27:42And, you know, is this all hype or is the technology legitimate?
- 1:27:46And he basically sat with me and said no, like he met the team.
- 1:27:50The technology works. And.
- 1:27:53That's when I started taking it seriously.
- 1:27:55So I was like, OK, hold on. Like, you know, I know Starlink
- 1:27:58was acquiring customers. I know, you know, this was a
- 1:28:01big, this was this was a, you know, a much bigger thing than
- 1:28:04people realize, right? The future of National Defense,
- 1:28:08the future of data and the future of telecommunications.
- 1:28:11It's all coming from a satellite.
- 1:28:13So when just gentlemen was like. No.
- 1:28:17The technology works. It's you know, it's it's
- 1:28:20serious. You should you should learn more
- 1:28:22about it. And I said OK, let.
- 1:28:23Me take this seriously so. That's when that's when it kind
- 1:28:26of hit me and you know, for the past year, caught 15 months,
- 1:28:32I've been trying to educate as many family and friends about
- 1:28:36the company as I can because I know it's going to change
- 1:28:38people's lives. And you know, obviously,
- 1:28:40disclaimer, this is not financial advice, but you know,
- 1:28:45I literally like everybody I know.
- 1:28:48I mean, I coach my kids baseball teams.
- 1:28:50I tell the parents that I coach their kids.
- 1:28:52Like you should think about this.
- 1:28:54You know, like. This is something that could
- 1:28:55change your life in three or four or five years.
- 1:28:58So like that's that's like, I just feel like that's the I
- 1:29:01don't know why, but that I just feel like that's, you know, I
- 1:29:03was I was fortunate enough to come across this.
- 1:29:06I've obviously someone that I stare at the screen, you know,
- 1:29:09as much as you do, you know, so we're we're always posting, you
- 1:29:14know, as quick as we can when we see new information, like that's
- 1:29:17who I am. I'm going to good trade a group
- 1:29:19of friends that you know that that do that do the same thing
- 1:29:22as well. So, you know, you surround
- 1:29:24yourself with people that have, you know, like goals in our life
- 1:29:28and similar, similar aspirations.
- 1:29:32And you know that to break away from, you know, the, the
- 1:29:35everyday grind, you, you have to take, take risks and you have
- 1:29:40to, you know, educate yourself on certain things.
- 1:29:43And you know, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's something that
- 1:29:48always, you know, always struck me since I was a kid.
- 1:29:50I mean, I was, I was a professional poker player for
- 1:29:52three years in between my 20 year financial career as well.
- 1:29:55So, you know, like I always taking risks, always came early
- 1:29:57to me. It's something that, you know,
- 1:30:01that always speaks my interest. So, you know, that's, that's
- 1:30:05sort of my story from, from Rocket Lab, The money that I
- 1:30:10made there. I, I kind of said like, hold on
- 1:30:13a second, like I, I knew space attend this huge launch company,
- 1:30:16a huge launch business that was growing.
- 1:30:19And at the same time they, you know, in 2019, they launched
- 1:30:23their first satellite and that really didn't become this one.
- 1:30:26Most people don't get that didn't become a Commercial
- 1:30:29Services business until 2021. So, you know, Starlink, really.
- 1:30:33You know is. 65% or so of the value of SpaceX and that's
- 1:30:36really a four year old business and it's a trillion dollars in
- 1:30:42June when the IPO or July somewhere around there.
- 1:30:44So you know this is. What I keep telling people.
- 1:30:47If, if, if SpaceX can grow Starlink into a trillion dollar
- 1:30:51business in four years with no really, you know, very little
- 1:30:56M&O, you know, direct to device services, like really what can
- 1:31:01this grow to in four years? And when?
- 1:31:04You know, when, you know, a lot of these guys are just like
- 1:31:06technical analysts and they post charts and they're, you know,
- 1:31:09putting these price targets out $150.00 and they really don't
- 1:31:12understand much about the company, but they're like, OK,
- 1:31:14wave 3 going to go here, right? You know, and really I, I look
- 1:31:19at that and I kind of like, you know, I kind of smirk when I
- 1:31:22read that stuff because they don't, I don't know if like, you
- 1:31:25know, maybe some of them like reform trader, good friend, good
- 1:31:28guy, knows a lot of stuff about the industry, you know, those
- 1:31:32studies, the fundamentals. Also, he's not just a technical
- 1:31:34guy but. But.
- 1:31:37You know some of these other guys they're.
- 1:31:38Just posting charts and they don't really know what they're
- 1:31:40they're actually looking at, right?
- 1:31:43You know, Meanwhile I have AI have a fractal chart.
- 1:31:49Yeah, but yeah, that. But but you but you know.
- 1:31:52More than I do about this business, you know, like, and
- 1:31:54I'm, I'm in this, you know, and again, I, I, you know, Mike, the
- 1:31:58clients that I've introduced, I've introduced 3 strategics to
- 1:32:02SpaceX that I've invested multiple times over the last
- 1:32:05five years. And so they probably own like 4
- 1:32:08or $5 billion worth of stock at that IPO price.
- 1:32:11So, so like, you know, these are, these are guys that are in
- 1:32:15the business and I've mentioned AST to them.
- 1:32:17I've said like, are you guys worried about this?
- 1:32:18Like, you know, you guys have you guys.
- 1:32:20Taken a look at this. I've said it to them and they
- 1:32:23don't know. Yeah, and.
- 1:32:24That's beauty. Like no one really knows.
- 1:32:27Broadly speaking, it's just just a few of us.
- 1:32:31Yeah, they. Don't know they.
- 1:32:32Don't they don't realize they I don't know if they and they
- 1:32:35don't want to know or they just you know, just a few of us in in
- 1:32:39the top global M and OS and Google, you know, just just a
- 1:32:42few of us, right. Right, it's.
- 1:32:45Not like nobody knows, right? I mean, it's out there and
- 1:32:48there's big investors behind this, behind any of these
- 1:32:50baseball. Well, it's not like they're, you
- 1:32:52know, coming forward with a a bunch of amateur investors.
- 1:32:55So it it's odd to me that. It's they're still.
- 1:32:59Not, you know, this kind of adoption.
- 1:33:01When I posted tonight, I retweeted Scott's post on it.
- 1:33:04You know, guy has 8000 followers and he's the president of a
- 1:33:07company that could be a trillion dollar company in three years.
- 1:33:09Yeah, four years. You know, why does he have 8000
- 1:33:13followers? I mean, SpaceX has 40 million
- 1:33:15followers on their Twitter, on their XML.
- 1:33:18So, you know, it's it. That's how really it is, I feel.
- 1:33:21And it's just. It's just crazy.
- 1:33:24I mean and listen, this is. Not to take anything away from
- 1:33:26SpaceX or any of the investors that I've put forward to them or
- 1:33:29anything like that, Like SpaceX will be a huge company, right?
- 1:33:32It will be a multi trillion dollar company.
- 1:33:34Like they're going to do great things.
- 1:33:36You know, we should be more, we should be thinking about SpaceX
- 1:33:40as more of a partner than anything else, right?
- 1:33:42Obviously they're launching our satellites for us as well.
- 1:33:45Like this should not be like a, a winner take all business,
- 1:33:49right? There's 1300 cell tower
- 1:33:50companies in the world so yeah there can't just only be there
- 1:33:55can't just only be 1 you know direct, you know to device
- 1:34:00satellite company. There can't.
- 1:34:01There just shouldn't be. There shouldn't be it it it it's
- 1:34:03not good infrastructure to have one company run everything so
- 1:34:08you. Know think of it that way.
- 1:34:09You know, SpaceX, SpaceX is going to do great.
- 1:34:11Like, you know, ASD can do great too.
- 1:34:13I mean, everybody, you know, there's plenty of room for for
- 1:34:15both of us. Yeah, No, I agree.
- 1:34:17I agree. And when, when SpaceX goes
- 1:34:20public, you know, this summer, it'll be, it'll be a huge event
- 1:34:25and draw more attention, so better.
- 1:34:28Better for everyone. It'll be good, I agree.
- 1:34:31But but yeah man. Absolutely yeah, no, thanks for
- 1:34:35your continued posting on on AST and I think yeah, it's it's
- 1:34:40good. It's also good to get your
- 1:34:41perspective in regards to SpaceX and as someone who's you've
- 1:34:46facilitated a lot of those secondary transactions.
- 1:34:49But, but yeah, no, I hope you, I hope you get better that you
- 1:34:53recover from, from your cold. Yeah, I, it's I, I have kids
- 1:34:57that are similar ages and there's some, there's a bunch of
- 1:35:00stuff going around New York. So, so, yeah, we're we're at
- 1:35:03that. And thanks, Thank you.
- 1:35:05And, and you know, the OG ASD guys for, you know, you and Todd
- 1:35:11and, and TKO and Kook and Catsy and you guys are, I mean, you
- 1:35:17guys are like, you know, satellite you, you're, you're, I
- 1:35:20don't know how much satellite engineering you guys are, are,
- 1:35:23are Privy with, But I mean, the information that you guys give
- 1:35:27is really awesome. And there's really no other
- 1:35:29community like this. There's no other, you know, I've
- 1:35:32never come across anything that's like this, you know,
- 1:35:35intuitive. And you know, one thing I said
- 1:35:38to one of my family members tonight that she was like asking
- 1:35:44me like, you know, I said to her X amount of money that her and
- 1:35:47her husband put in. You know, I was like, it could
- 1:35:49be this in three years. And she like couldn't believe
- 1:35:51it. And I said to her, well, you
- 1:35:53know, Facebook, when Facebook IP owed, it was a just a poor
- 1:35:56example. But like when Facebook IP owed
- 1:35:59in 2012, it was $104 billion IPO price.
- 1:36:03I said you're investing in a potentially trillion dollar
- 1:36:05company. You know, I think they invested
- 1:36:08at like I think it was, you know, maybe they invested at
- 1:36:10like 8 billion when they got in was the valuation.
- 1:36:13I think they they bought like in the in the 20s, right, right,
- 1:36:17something like that. And I said, you know, you
- 1:36:19invested in a company that could be a trillion dollars.
- 1:36:22At 8 billion, I said. Facebook IPO to 104 billion or
- 1:36:25whatever it was 13 years ago. So think of it like that, I
- 1:36:30said. The upside is just ginormous.
- 1:36:32It's so big, it's like this is the biggest thing and then it's
- 1:36:35it's not only the, it's not only just the the upside, but it's
- 1:36:38the you know, you think about the margin profile of this
- 1:36:41company, It's a it's the margin profile of a meta 80% or higher.
- 1:36:45Yeah, with the with. The.
- 1:36:47Scalability of a Netflix Yeah, it's pretty and you know, you
- 1:36:51think. About that, how the?
- 1:36:52The power of that and what what multiple do you put on that?
- 1:36:57You know. You know, is it is it 50 times
- 1:36:59sales early on? Is it 100 times sales early on?
- 1:37:02Because you know the sales are going to grow so much as that as
- 1:37:05that subscription growth comes in.
- 1:37:08You know, so it's like it's it could really get crazy.
- 1:37:11And then you think about that and you think about, you know,
- 1:37:14you know, X the seven or 8 million shares that are held
- 1:37:17short because of the converts. You think about the.
- 1:37:20Other. 28 million shares that are still short, you know, you
- 1:37:26know, speculatively short. Yeah.
- 1:37:29Like, you know, where could this go?
- 1:37:31When the right headline or the right contract or the right, you
- 1:37:34know, it it eventually to your point, one thing you always say
- 1:37:37that's, that's that you know, it resonates is the puzzle pieces
- 1:37:41just continue to click into place.
- 1:37:43And you know, as those puzzle pieces come into place, you know
- 1:37:47that short interest is going to get blown out and those
- 1:37:50institutions are going to see the value.
- 1:37:52And really like 24 billion or 25 billion is kind of like a floor
- 1:37:56when you really think about it. I mean, you think about the IP,
- 1:37:58you think about the, the spectrum, you know, you think
- 1:38:01about the the cash on the balance sheet.
- 1:38:02And you think about the certainty of how as these
- 1:38:06launches continue to happen and as this launch schedule schedule
- 1:38:10continues to to to play out, the certainty of those contracts
- 1:38:15behind those launches or is going to get more and more
- 1:38:18certain. So the cash flow, the cash flow
- 1:38:21is, is getting more and more certain as every one of these
- 1:38:23launches happen. And and so like the market's
- 1:38:26going to have to start pricing that in.
- 1:38:28And if you're thinking about the market as a discounting
- 1:38:30mechanism, 6 months, nine months out, right, six months, nine
- 1:38:34months out from now, we'll have, we'll probably have a first that
- 1:38:36contract, you know, we'll probably have Commercial
- 1:38:38Services in the USI mean, so you know, you know, the market has
- 1:38:43to start discounting that now and.
- 1:38:46And that's why. I think we can easily trade to
- 1:38:48150 or 250, you know, 150 two $150.00 per share in the in the
- 1:38:54near term and then 250 by that's basics IPO because really it's
- 1:38:58just a valuation comparison. But you know, the cash flows and
- 1:39:01the certainty of those cash flows really or the underlying
- 1:39:06is the underlying driver of what's going to make the stock
- 1:39:09hit those levels. It's not, you know, you can't
- 1:39:11just say OK, because SpaceX, you know, I say this a lot, I just
- 1:39:14want to clarify this, I say this a lot.
- 1:39:16SpaceX is going to hit 1.5 trillion upon IPO in June or
- 1:39:19July. You know, Elon's birthday is
- 1:39:21June 28th. You know, maybe the IPO June
- 1:39:2328th. So SpaceX will hit that 1.5
- 1:39:25trillion. You can't just say, OK, ASD is
- 1:39:27going hit 3.75 X, which is what I said, right?
- 1:39:31Because that's the, you know, 400 billion to 1.5 trillion is
- 1:39:343.75 X. You can't just say you know
- 1:39:36SpaceX is going to hit 1.5 trillion because you know, in in
- 1:39:40June, July. So ASD should hit, you know, 90
- 1:39:44billion, which is 3.7524 billion.
- 1:39:48There has to be a fundamental. Reason behind that right the
- 1:39:50market's not stupid the market doesn't just you know put fluff
- 1:39:53valuations on anything I mean you know well you can you can be
- 1:39:57you know I'm obviously nothing bad of a palateer but you could
- 1:39:59you could trade at 100 times sales with 20% growth but you
- 1:40:02know if. You're.
- 1:40:03If you're a start up quote, UN quote and you have this huge
- 1:40:08growth, you know in. Front.
- 1:40:10Of you really. I mean, you know, you can trade
- 1:40:13it anything. Yeah.
- 1:40:14So you know. There, but there has to.
- 1:40:17Be a fundamental, you know the market has to believe it, there
- 1:40:20has to be a fundamental basis to that.
- 1:40:22And the fundamental basis is that those cash flows, if you
- 1:40:25compare what Starlink has done with 8 million subscribers in
- 1:40:29four or five years of Commercial Services and you think about the
- 1:40:32scalability of of AST with their M&O partnerships and how quickly
- 1:40:38they could get to 8 million, I mean 8 million could come on a
- 1:40:41weekend. Yeah, once you.
- 1:40:43Turn on, once you turn on AT&T and you turn on, you know,
- 1:40:46Verizon in the US and then you, you know, turn on Europe and
- 1:40:51Vodafone. Like, I mean, that could come in
- 1:40:52a week then, you know, for them. So I mean, 8 million
- 1:40:55subscribers. Sterling spent five years
- 1:40:57acquiring 8 million subscribers like this.
- 1:41:00This is so much bigger. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:41:04I mean, and I know people aren't paying $100 a month or whatever.
- 1:41:07They're paying for Starlink. Starlink's $8 a month or $100 a
- 1:41:09month or whatever it is for a subscriber, but.
- 1:41:13But you know. But if?
- 1:41:16It's $10 a. Month OK so 8 you know 8 you
- 1:41:19would get you would have to you know it would have to be
- 1:41:21whatever it would have to be you know 10 times that but you.
- 1:41:25Know that could. Happen really quickly.
- 1:41:27So if you think about the path at which AST could get to a
- 1:41:31trillion dollars, it could come quicker.
- 1:41:34Than what? Starlink.
- 1:41:35Did because of those. M&O partnerships.
- 1:41:38In that model, it's just, it's really remarkable and it's
- 1:41:41genius, the whole thing. Yeah, yeah, it's we can.
- 1:41:47The amount of white space here, you can dream pretty big.
- 1:41:50And the way that the business model is constructed that it's,
- 1:41:54yeah, it's almost like a flip of the switch once the
- 1:41:56constellation's up. So, and that's not, that's not
- 1:41:59including government revenue. That's not including, you know,
- 1:42:02all the first responder stuff. Like this is this is, you know,
- 1:42:05there's, there's, there's, there's so many as, you know,
- 1:42:08people used to always love to say about Meta when Meta first
- 1:42:11went public. And, you know, and they had all
- 1:42:14the different, you know, they had WhatsApp, they had Facebook,
- 1:42:16that Instagram. There's different leverage that
- 1:42:18they could pull. That's the way that they're
- 1:42:20going to be talking about AST. There's all these different
- 1:42:22levers. There's government, there's
- 1:42:24first responder, you know, first responder government, you know,
- 1:42:27different buckets. Defense, you know, there's a
- 1:42:29defense bucket. There's, you know, there's the
- 1:42:31first responder bucket. There's commercials, there's the
- 1:42:33commercial bucket. You know, there's, there's US,
- 1:42:36there's Europe, there's Japan, there's all these different
- 1:42:38levers they can pull. There's Canada bell.
- 1:42:41Like there's that's going to be the story.
- 1:42:43And it's just it to me, it's, you know, knock on wood, I don't
- 1:42:47want to, I don't want to put the cart before the horse.
- 1:42:50I don't want to, you know, put put the jinx on anything but
- 1:42:53this like there's there's so much in front of this company.
- 1:42:57There's so many levers they can pull.
- 1:42:58There's so many things that, you know, you've said it on your
- 1:43:01spaces before. How many things add up, right?
- 1:43:04All these different things you think about, you know, Kook Kook
- 1:43:08actually on his spaces the other day was what, you know,
- 1:43:10referenced me as as an emotional guy, but he loves me because of
- 1:43:15it. But I said, but he said, you
- 1:43:18know, he, he referenced my math about Firstnet.
- 1:43:20And you you think about that it's 15 to 20 billion.
- 1:43:22And then you think about, you know, you know, frontline at
- 1:43:27Verizon, that's another ten billion.
- 1:43:28And then you think about, you know, golden Dome and you think
- 1:43:31about, you know, this and that and there's just so many
- 1:43:34different things that add up and it's just to me, 25 billion.
- 1:43:38Well, or just put it simply, what Elon paid for Echostar
- 1:43:41Spectrum 22 billion. That's the floor.
- 1:43:43Like yeah, you, you could, you why would you ever sell this
- 1:43:46stock below 22 billion? Yeah, if she like 22 billion
- 1:43:50perspective, right, yeah, no, I, I, you, you make great points.
- 1:43:55I I mean, I, I think yeah, I think we're all in agreement for
- 1:43:59sure. So that's the floor.
- 1:44:01Yeah, but hey, endless I I want to thank you.
- 1:44:04There's like two other people waiting.
- 1:44:07Then I actually got to go out of bed.
- 1:44:08But thanks so much for joining me.
- 1:44:10And it's, it's good to hear your voice finally and to, to hear a
- 1:44:15bit more about you. I, I, I didn't know a little bit
- 1:44:17about you, but but yeah, I know it's cool to, to talk and yeah,
- 1:44:21you have to come back up at some point again.
- 1:44:24Are you going to And yeah, come down to Florida too.
- 1:44:26If, if you have a chance, I would like to, it would be
- 1:44:29great. I, you know, I, I do a lot of,
- 1:44:31of coaching for my kids and. If I can get.
- 1:44:35Down there and and get away for a few days.
- 1:44:37You know I'll definitely do it. Cool.
- 1:44:39All right, man. Well, happy holidays and we'll
- 1:44:42look forward to the 23rd man We'll we'll all be watching.
- 1:44:47Yeah, absolutely. We're going to my local friends.
- 1:44:50We're going to we're going to do a poker game that night to just
- 1:44:53they're all invested too. So we're going to we're we'll
- 1:44:55play while the launch is happening.
- 1:44:56Hopefully it goes well. Thanks man.
- 1:44:59Thanks man, talk to you. Hey, Johnny Bangs.
- 1:45:03You there? Hey guys, can you hear me?
- 1:45:06Yeah, we can hear you. OK, Cool.
- 1:45:09I lost connect. I lost connection before I had
- 1:45:11to run outside. I'm actually I'm standing in the
- 1:45:13freezing cold in order to do this, but I just want to do it
- 1:45:17about your background and and all the Tyler AST.
- 1:45:21Yeah, so. If my phone keeps saying I'm
- 1:45:24losing connection, ironically it always happens.
- 1:45:27It just points out a great need for AST to get up and running.
- 1:45:32But and so I invested on the day of DA actually, I got caught up
- 1:45:37in the SPAC craze. I'll keep it.
- 1:45:39I'll keep this story short and sweet, but basically I ran into
- 1:45:42Dai. Remember the exact moment I was
- 1:45:45actually on the toilet. I I was you just like goo.
- 1:45:49I remember it was, it was before, before I was heading
- 1:45:53into work and, you know, I'm flipping through my phone and
- 1:45:56that was, you know, those were the days were just headlines
- 1:45:58were hitting it, you know, 7:00 in the morning and you see Spax
- 1:46:01line up 2030%, you know, on some of this news.
- 1:46:06And I remember seeing ASTMPA and it really caught my attention.
- 1:46:12I, I bought a little bit of it just being the D Gen. that I am.
- 1:46:17And I guess I'll just I'll throw out that I'm also a a pharmacist
- 1:46:21like Corey. Oh my gosh.
- 1:46:24And Farm gear Arizona. I know, I think that's been a
- 1:46:28kind of a theme tonight with having some of these healthcare
- 1:46:30workers on there, bud people. Yes, yes, for sure.
- 1:46:35So anyways. About the morning.
- 1:46:38Of DA and I was involved in a couple of other, you know specs
- 1:46:42of the time, but is is they fell out of favor and, you know
- 1:46:46eventually got exposed to AST really, you know stood above the
- 1:46:50rest. And as I was learning, you know,
- 1:46:54more and more about the company through all the contributors,
- 1:46:58you know great thanks to you guys that that that really made
- 1:47:02me, you know, hold on for dear life through that great sell off
- 1:47:06of I think, you know, 2021-2022. And you know looking back now
- 1:47:11what a blessing it was to be able to buy some of those leaps
- 1:47:15whenever the Commons were down it two 3-4 dollars and at one.
- 1:47:20Yeah. And I I've always lived very
- 1:47:23frugally and I've always had a you know, kind of a vision of,
- 1:47:27you know, I kind of want to get out of the rat race and AST has
- 1:47:30provided me that and yeah, like at one point I was I was down
- 1:47:35like a couple $100,000 on this and, you know that's when they
- 1:47:41everything started to turn around with this this AT&T news.
- 1:47:45I mean, you guys all went through this as well.
- 1:47:47And, you know, I sold a little bit after that pop.
- 1:47:50I think just because, you know, after a few years of getting
- 1:47:52your ass kicked, you thought, OK, well, it's, it's going to
- 1:47:56pop. It's just pops 7080% in a day.
- 1:47:58And I'm going to, I'm going to, you know, cash out a little bit
- 1:48:02and it's going to pull back. And it never did.
- 1:48:04And then the Verizon news came and, you know, I realized that I
- 1:48:08made a mistake and it went all back in, you know, and it just
- 1:48:13never looked back. And so I was down 80%, a couple,
- 1:48:16$100,000 at one point, but which was kind of bad timing.
- 1:48:20I got in a little early, but better, you know, early than not
- 1:48:24at all. But my wife, when she went on
- 1:48:28maternity leave and left her job to, you know, stay at home with
- 1:48:31our children, she gave me, you know, basically her life
- 1:48:35savings. So I said 20 say she gave me a
- 1:48:38lot of shit. No.
- 1:48:42No, I, I'm like kook. I don't, I, I don't have to
- 1:48:44report all the intraday lows, you know, but she gave you her
- 1:48:48life savings. Wow.
- 1:48:50Well. Yeah, it was.
- 1:48:50It was. Twenty $25,000 at that time, you
- 1:48:54know, we're relatively young and whatever.
- 1:48:56So it's, it's what she had and she was going to stay at, she
- 1:48:59was going to stay at home with the kids.
- 1:49:01And you know, I was, I'm going to keep working.
- 1:49:03And but she's like, hey, here's, here's what I got.
- 1:49:07And she gave me twenty $20,000 whenever the stock was at 3.
- 1:49:12And yeah, yeah, she just totally trusted me with it.
- 1:49:17And, and I bought a bunch of leaps and that's kind of how
- 1:49:21I've been playing it all along is, you know, I, there's a lot
- 1:49:24of Maritone in Commons for sure. But I've, I've been mostly
- 1:49:27invested in kind of leaps and rolling this forward all the way
- 1:49:30up. But I mean, impeccable timing
- 1:49:33with that gift. But I'm kind of rambling on.
- 1:49:37But anyways, it's I, I mainly wanted to jump on here and, and
- 1:49:41kind of think the OG and the contributors and just ready,
- 1:49:46ready for the next leg up. Yeah.
- 1:49:49No thanks. Thanks.
- 1:49:50For coming on, it seems like we've got a lot of pharmacists,
- 1:49:55pharmacists, doctors, nurses, healthcare workers.
- 1:49:59I, I, I see a theme here, which is yeah, yeah.
- 1:50:02And my my first child was born the week of Blue Walker 3.
- 1:50:08And then my second child was born.
- 1:50:09I can't remember. You didn't.
- 1:50:11Post about that. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:50:13Yeah, you. You reposted it.
- 1:50:15So so my third child is actually, you know, due in
- 1:50:21April. So we'll see.
- 1:50:22I think there's there must be big things coming.
- 1:50:26But I never would have thought, you know, whenever she went to
- 1:50:28stay home with the kids, you know, that's usually a
- 1:50:30financial, you know, stressor. And here I am, you know, three
- 1:50:36or four years later with more money than I could have ever
- 1:50:39dreamed of. Like you know, I'm already at.
- 1:50:43You know my. Financial goals like I never
- 1:50:45would have thought I would have had this much money, but yet
- 1:50:47here we are before FM. 1. It's even launched and it's
- 1:50:54like, well, well, why stop now? I have so much conviction in the
- 1:50:57in this company and where it's heading.
- 1:50:59Just because I met Michael, I, I, I don't want to pull out now.
- 1:51:03I mean, we're just getting started.
- 1:51:04So it's, it's pretty crazy to think about where we could be,
- 1:51:08you know, 5 to 10 years from now.
- 1:51:09So I've, you know, I appreciate everyone for for, you know,
- 1:51:15taking me along on this ride. It's been amazing.
- 1:51:18What would you? Name your children.
- 1:51:19Blue Walker three, the first one.
- 1:51:24Yeah, there's there's a. Lot of right.
- 1:51:28There's a lot of recommendations thrown around, so I'll keep
- 1:51:31that. Private though.
- 1:51:32Yeah, yeah. Well, cool.
- 1:51:36Well, yeah. Thanks for coming up.
- 1:51:37I mean, yeah, that's for your for your wife to at the Lowe's
- 1:51:43say here's my life savings. I believe in you.
- 1:51:47And to go all. In that that's, that's a crazy
- 1:51:51story. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:51:55Pretty well, thanks, I'll let her know you said that.
- 1:51:58It'll mean a lot to her. This.
- 1:52:00This bread man. This cartoon.
- 1:52:02Guy on Twitter said that you're a keeper.
- 1:52:06And I listened to. I listened.
- 1:52:07To everything he says so you know.
- 1:52:10Yeah. Well, thanks for coming.
- 1:52:11Out, man. It's good talking.
- 1:52:12Yeah, I appreciate it. I hope to meet some of you guys
- 1:52:15with the launch. Yeah, yeah, for sure.
- 1:52:18Let's see. So it's it's almost 12 Pran, are
- 1:52:21you still there? Hey, Anthony.
- 1:52:25Hey, how's it? Going you want.
- 1:52:27To you want to close it you. Know I I.
- 1:52:30I. Don't know how much they add.
- 1:52:32Because you know, I've had my the chance to tell my story.
- 1:52:35I just heard that you asked me if I'd be up in the beginning,
- 1:52:38but I think I'll I'll close it by.
- 1:52:41Go ahead. Actually, hold on one second,
- 1:52:42there's. Kevin, I forgot about Kevin.
- 1:52:45It's weird. Like Twitter, people drop in and
- 1:52:47out. So Kevin, are you still there?
- 1:52:51Yeah, I'm here. Hey, do you want to share your?
- 1:52:53Story real quick. Oh gosh.
- 1:52:55Yeah, yeah. I joined in late, but boy, it's
- 1:52:57been fantastic putting voices to x.com icons here.
- 1:53:02Yeah, this is the other Kevin in Portland, OR.
- 1:53:06What an amazing. There's a lot of Kevin's and a
- 1:53:08lot of. Pharmacists.
- 1:53:09Yeah, yeah, I'm a. I'm a water resources engineer,
- 1:53:12that's my vocation. And I, I kind of restarted my
- 1:53:17twitterorx.com profile for my avocation in photography, but
- 1:53:23it's been commandeered by AST. So that happens, it seems.
- 1:53:28Yeah. So, so great to just, you know,
- 1:53:31follow all you guys and gals and wonderful, real, real quick
- 1:53:37approaching the midnight hour for you there.
- 1:53:39Yeah, I asked one of my questions, got through to Scott
- 1:53:43for the Q3 earnings call and that was, you know, are you just
- 1:53:46still going to have the get togethers at the launches?
- 1:53:50And I was hoping he, you know, really provide some specifics.
- 1:53:53But yeah, he didn't. But it's good to know FM 2 is is
- 1:53:59rolling its way over there and I had to bite the bullet.
- 1:54:02My wife and I scheduled a vacation to Florida January 10
- 1:54:07through 17. So my fingers are crossed that
- 1:54:10maybe, maybe the launch could be that week, but hopefully,
- 1:54:16hopefully we can or I can get back at some point and actually
- 1:54:20meet all you guys anyway. And I've, I've been posting a
- 1:54:24bunch of things, but one thing that's kind of close to my
- 1:54:27heart, as an engineer, I like to solve problems and I I deal with
- 1:54:30water and dirt. But but now I'm interested in
- 1:54:34aluminum oxide and the deorbiting problems of a certain
- 1:54:40company that's deorbiting thousands of satellites.
- 1:54:43So hopefully there's more to conversation on that and I'll
- 1:54:46stop there. Thanks so much.
- 1:54:48Yeah. Thanks for coming up.
- 1:54:49Yeah. It's, it's, I mean, to your
- 1:54:51point, the the last thing you talked about, it is something
- 1:54:53that I've I've thought about and I, I'm hoping eventually that
- 1:54:59there will be some technology where these reusable rockets the
- 1:55:02second stage when they come back that maybe they'll bring, I
- 1:55:06mean, I don't know how, how. How possible?
- 1:55:09That is because it, it's going to require more fuel or landing
- 1:55:13burn, but hopefully they can bring some of these things back
- 1:55:16instead of, you know, all the, all the satellites burning up
- 1:55:19in, in the atmosphere. Yeah, if you if you've got 10s
- 1:55:22of thousands of these things and that's a pretty big problem
- 1:55:25versus, you know, a few 100, which I think is, you know, it's
- 1:55:30still a problem, but it's more sustainable.
- 1:55:32Yeah, I'm going to think about it for sure.
- 1:55:35And I did DM. Catsy a while ago and understand
- 1:55:38AST is using more invar as opposed to aluminum, but it'd be
- 1:55:42great to know that they're producing a lot less oxide than
- 1:55:47other companies, right, right. Well, hey, thanks again.
- 1:55:50Yeah. Thanks for coming up.
- 1:55:53Yeah, so I guess it is getting kind of late.
- 1:55:56I'll, I'll have Paranya close it out.
- 1:55:59Yeah. How are you doing, Ben?
- 1:56:01Oh, good, good. Yeah, it's fantastic hearing
- 1:56:03everyone's stories, obviously very, very funny, very unique,
- 1:56:08very inspiring. Many ways you know.
- 1:56:10Somewhere. Right.
- 1:56:12Right. They're they're all, they're all
- 1:56:14pushing pills inside pharmacies. And but you know, I think it'd
- 1:56:21be fantastic. You should probably send the
- 1:56:23recording of this. I don't know if Sonia Bloomberg
- 1:56:25would have the time to listen to the entire thing, but I think
- 1:56:28it'd give her some great perspective.
- 1:56:31And I, I guess I'll close with this.
- 1:56:32So I had coffee with Honk Waffle this morning and he told me that
- 1:56:38he likes to put on your spaces every time he he runs.
- 1:56:43And his goal is to keep running until you stop talking.
- 1:56:47So with that in mind, you know everyone, right?
- 1:56:51Everyone can hop off Honk Waffle and stay on.
- 1:56:53And I'm just going to recite the collective works of Shakespeare.
- 1:56:59Yeah, but. You know, Ampan, you know,
- 1:57:02thanks for hosting these spaces, keeping the community together
- 1:57:06and, you know, just generally helping everyone in the space
- 1:57:10mob get to know each other better.
- 1:57:11So, you know, you're a fantastic leader, and I think we're all
- 1:57:15very grateful for you. Yeah, I'm the I'm.
- 1:57:17The Jim Jones of this space. Yeah, we we love your Kool.
- 1:57:22Aid buddy. Thanks.
- 1:57:23Yeah, no. Thanks everyone for joining.
- 1:57:26I, I wish we could keep going, but yeah, it's getting late.
- 1:57:29And, and our daughter, she, she still has school tomorrow.
- 1:57:31So she's not out until I think Tuesday.
- 1:57:35But yeah, thanks everyone for joining.
- 1:57:37As I've mentioned before, we are going to do a joint space on
- 1:57:42Tuesday evening and I think we're going to start maybe an
- 1:57:45hour to two hours ahead of time. And so the launch is going to be
- 1:57:50at 10:24 PM Eastern Standard Time.
- 1:57:53And so Kook myself, Tut, like Katsi and a few others will be
- 1:57:59on. And then, as I mentioned before,
- 1:58:03I think. We might get APR.
- 1:58:06Tomorrow or perhaps Tuesday or Wednesday that that FM 2 will
- 1:58:12be, you know has arrived in Florida.
- 1:58:14So that that's something to look forward to.
- 1:58:16And then as I mentioned before, I think we are going to see this
- 1:58:21is just based off due diligence and speculation, but I, I would
- 1:58:25think we're, we're probably going to be pretty close to
- 1:58:27seeing the first batch of composite Bluebirds shipped to
- 1:58:30Florida. And so whether that happens
- 1:58:32before your end or, or, you know, early January, you know,
- 1:58:35we'll see and. Then aside from.
- 1:58:38That, you know, the work never ends.
- 1:58:39Like there's I think there's going to be some big news coming
- 1:58:42in January, I think in regards to M and OS.
- 1:58:46And so yeah, I mean it's going to be a pretty crazy time and
- 1:58:51and it's all hitting at the right time.
- 1:58:53Like we've got a great economic backdrop with, with interest
- 1:58:58rates probably going to continue to go down as inflation seems to
- 1:59:02be somewhat tamed and CPI numbers came in lower and then
- 1:59:06you've. Got.
- 1:59:07Like oil continue to crater and I mean, obviously there's
- 1:59:11there's any number of things that can happen in the world to,
- 1:59:13you know, put the market off kilter.
- 1:59:14But with this administration, I don't want to get political but
- 1:59:19with, but it is what it is like with this administration having
- 1:59:23a keen focus on space and it being an area of, you know, of
- 1:59:29competition with China and resources, you know.
- 1:59:34Everything. Being marshaled around it, I
- 1:59:36think this is going to be a tremendous year for for ASD
- 1:59:40Space Mobile and for a number of other companies as well.
- 1:59:42And so, yeah, it's an exciting time.
- 1:59:45I mean, I, I don't, I don't know of.
- 1:59:47Any. More exciting than I've ever
- 1:59:50been because now the five years is that we've been waiting is,
- 1:59:55is yeah. Now the proof is in the pudding.
- 1:59:57Like Commercial Services could be launched and you're going to
- 2:00:00have more M and OS sign up. And we're we're going to
- 2:00:05conceivably or hopefully the some of us are going to be beta
- 2:00:07testers for the service initially.
- 2:00:09And then of course it's going to as the constellation gets built
- 2:00:11out then then the roll out commercial service.
- 2:00:14And then? You know we haven't.
- 2:00:16Talked about military and of course, Firstnet and Firstnet in
- 2:00:19Europe, you know, just a lot of stuff to talk about, which I
- 2:00:23think endless, endless got sucked into the whole, you know,
- 2:00:28he's clearly super excited. And so he he talked about all
- 2:00:32the exciting things that are coming up.
- 2:00:33And so I'm not going to repeat them, but but yeah, it's, it's a
- 2:00:37good time. So thanks everyone for joining
- 2:00:39and we'll see what tomorrow brings.
- 2:00:41I think overnight stocks already at 80 bucks.
- 2:00:44So that's a good start. But but yeah, thanks and talk
- 2:00:47with you. Take care everyone.
