- 0:28Speaker 2: he came in, but he's.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Uh thought he was changed my life.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Now, well it didn't change your life?
- 0:32Speaker 3: Oh yeah, but he would it could it will?
- 0:35Speaker 2: He's gonna go play the world here as a poker,
- 0:36Speaker 2: and Eddie and I invested into him playing and a
- 0:38Speaker 2: few wins, we win.
- 0:39Speaker 3: I've never done this for my life, so it's so cool.
- 0:42Speaker 2: You'll hear that interview coming up in just a little bit.
- 0:44Speaker 2: I got a couple of things that I want you.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Go to lift tournament.
- 0:46Speaker 3: You did go to the Lift I did, dude, and
- 0:48Speaker 3: it was awesome. Like I've never gone to a golf
- 0:51Speaker 3: tournament before as a spectator, and I can just guarantee
- 0:56Speaker 3: you that PGA is not like this.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Heven't you go?
- 0:58Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 0:59Speaker 4: I did I've been into PGA one too.
- 1:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's I having in the mashers.
- 1:04Speaker 6: Okay, get it, Okay, Yeah I did go there.
- 1:08Speaker 4: I went for a little bit. Eddie went two days.
- 1:10Speaker 3: I did. I went Saturday. I took my wife on
- 1:12Speaker 3: Saturday because we asked if you guys.
- 1:14Speaker 2: My wife's like, you want to buy Eddie and his
- 1:16Speaker 2: wife over and their kids to go to the pool.
- 1:18Speaker 2: I was like, okay, sure, and then she's like, nah,
- 1:20Speaker 2: they don't want to come.
- 1:21Speaker 3: Not true. We had already gotten babies.
- 1:24Speaker 2: I guess we're going to the tournament.
- 1:25Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. It was a lot of fun and it
- 1:26Speaker 3: was cool with her. It was just the first day
- 1:28Speaker 3: and we were getting the lay of the land, so
- 1:30Speaker 3: we were trying to follow certain golfers and walk around,
- 1:33Speaker 3: and it just wasn't that much fun on Saturday. On Sunday, though,
- 1:36Speaker 3: we figured it out. You sit, find a tree in
- 1:39Speaker 3: the middle of the fairway, sit under the tree in
- 1:41Speaker 3: a chair, and get a couple of beers and watch
- 1:43Speaker 3: every single golfer come by.
- 1:46Speaker 4: Yeah, he goes, I'm not leaving here. Me and my
- 1:47Speaker 4: buddy went. I was like, anyw We're gonna walk around
- 1:49Speaker 4: a little bit like Okay, we'll be here.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Do you take your son?
- 1:51Speaker 3: I took my son down, my sixteen year old and dude,
- 1:53Speaker 3: and he loved it, like he just knew Michelson's coming.
- 1:56Speaker 3: He goes Miss Michelson. And sometimes, you know, you were
- 1:58Speaker 3: just hoping that the ball would come your way and
- 2:00Speaker 3: it would land like right where you're sitting, so you
- 2:03Speaker 3: just gotta don't have to move and you can sit
- 2:04Speaker 3: there and watch him hit the hit to the green.
- 2:06Speaker 2: I just read a book called Gambler by Billy Something.
- 2:09Speaker 2: It's a really long book. Phil Michson is the worst dude.
- 2:12Speaker 2: He's the worst human.
- 2:13Speaker 3: What do you mean, the worst dude? Like all this
- 2:15Speaker 3: do you give me? He gave me a thumbs up.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Dude, you should read that. You don't want to read.
- 2:18Speaker 2: The book's too long for you. I knew if there
- 2:21Speaker 2: was like a kid's version of it, Say read this, Mike.
- 2:24Speaker 2: It's by Billy Walters. Yeah.
- 2:27Speaker 3: See this is funny because we talked about Phil Mexan's
- 2:30Speaker 3: bad dude Bryson Deshambo, and I'm like, he just rubs
- 2:33Speaker 3: me the wrong way. He seems too nice.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Yeah, it's in a.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Douche and a bad dude. I feel like I can
- 2:38Speaker 2: be douchey at times, but I'm not a bad dude.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Phil Mickelson bad dude.
- 2:43Speaker 7: You think, And seventy five pages is too much for ready?
- 2:45Speaker 3: Yes, Oh absolutely, that's a shorter book I've read. I've
- 2:48Speaker 3: read like three books my whole life.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Well, that's why I stopped in the middle. Was like,
- 2:51Speaker 2: it's a long bo it's good, okay, but it's about
- 2:56Speaker 2: this guy's story of sports gambling. Millions started it. But
- 3:01Speaker 2: Phil Mix is a big part of the book because
- 3:03Speaker 2: they were friends. Phil Mix is a bad dude. Yeah anyway, Phil,
- 3:06Speaker 2: But Phil has also gambled over a million a billion
- 3:08Speaker 2: bucks like that was remember the story came out about that.
- 3:11Speaker 2: That's from this book.
- 3:11Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, okay.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Let me tell you there is a vibe there knowing
- 3:15Speaker 3: the kind of the whole battle between PGA and these
- 3:18Speaker 3: people leaving for you know, taking the money, leaving the
- 3:21Speaker 3: PGA tour, taking the money, lots of big, big money
- 3:24Speaker 3: to go play for Live Turn Live League, And you
- 3:27Speaker 3: do kind of feel it a little bit because it's
- 3:29Speaker 3: it's anti PGA. You walk in there, they were shorts,
- 3:33Speaker 3: they wear whatever they want, nice, they want they want
- 3:35Speaker 3: to do a hoodie. They can wear a hoodie. Yes,
- 3:37Speaker 3: basically they can do whatever they want. Bones and they
- 3:39Speaker 3: have music playing loud over the course. Yeah, I mean
- 3:43Speaker 3: after driving as they're putting, and at one point Cameron Smith,
- 3:46Speaker 3: like him and his caddie were like, hey, can you
- 3:49Speaker 3: turn that down just for one second while I try
- 3:51Speaker 3: to make this birdie put like just freaking out just
- 3:53Speaker 3: a little bit.
- 3:54Speaker 6: Did you see John Rahm yell at that drone? No,
- 3:57Speaker 6: we were on the green of that shot. Actually he
- 3:59Speaker 6: was teeing off fun. I forget what hole it was,
- 4:01Speaker 6: but then he looked up and he cursed out this drone.
- 4:04Speaker 6: He's like every freaking shot every tournament, there's a stupid drone.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Here, like his bawling out of bounce.
- 4:10Speaker 6: If we were wondering what was going on, because we
- 4:12Speaker 6: saw it happen from the green, we could tell something
- 4:14Speaker 6: was going on. And then I saw it on Instagram
- 4:16Speaker 6: the clip.
- 4:16Speaker 3: You're getting paid millions and millions of dollars, Just.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Deal with it.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Deal with it.
- 4:20Speaker 2: They come from a culture of that not being the norm.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Though yeah, well yeah, but now it's not, and you
- 4:26Speaker 3: got paid for it to be the norm.
- 4:28Speaker 2: But again, deal with it. Yes, but I also could understand, like, man,
- 4:32Speaker 2: I'm not super comfortable, so let me just ask and
- 4:34Speaker 2: see if.
- 4:35Speaker 3: There is to a feeling of them. They look like
- 4:37Speaker 3: they're having more fun. Not those instances that he just
- 4:40Speaker 3: said of the drone and all that, but for the
- 4:41Speaker 3: most part, like fans are yelling at him, they give
- 4:44Speaker 3: them go and give you fist bombs. They'll come sign
- 4:46Speaker 3: whatever you can bother the player while they're playing the game.
- 4:48Speaker 3: Oh cool, like PGA, Like no, no, they're playing for millions
- 4:51Speaker 3: of dollars, don't that's cool? Yeah? Oh dude, we had
- 4:54Speaker 3: a black so hot, so we did what I'm telling you.
- 4:56Speaker 3: When we had that tree shade and water, You're good
- 4:58Speaker 3: to go.
- 4:59Speaker 2: We read and I went to a workout with Kevin Klug,
- 5:01Speaker 2: our trainer. He had a big charity workout that Eddie
- 5:04Speaker 2: wasn't able to go to because he went to live
- 5:08Speaker 2: someone it was for charity served and lost exactly his feet,
- 5:16Speaker 2: his legs while you're over there supporting Saudi money off.
- 5:20Speaker 3: That's just terrible.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. So we're a team USA. You're full of crab.
- 5:25Speaker 2: So he went to the workout and it was on
- 5:28Speaker 2: top of a big parking garage and it was pretty difficult.
- 5:31Speaker 2: It's really hot. That's why I say it was really hot.
- 5:33Speaker 2: You had I guess I'd be melting out there. We're
- 5:35Speaker 2: supporting oil. Money from Reed's roommate came and so Read's
- 5:42Speaker 2: roomate's name is Dawson, and I met Dawson a few times.
- 5:45Speaker 2: And you know, it's not it's not a super hard workout,
- 5:49Speaker 2: but it's a pretty hard workout. It's not easy. And
- 5:52Speaker 2: the people that are coming to it are people that
- 5:53Speaker 2: I've either worked out with Klug our trainer, my trainer,
- 5:56Speaker 2: or other parts of Klug's company, Klug Fitness, his trainer,
- 6:00Speaker 2: and so Read's roommate Dawson. I said, hey, man, when's
- 6:04Speaker 2: last time he worked out? And he was like, I
- 6:05Speaker 2: don't know, two years ago, and it was so hot
- 6:08Speaker 2: that it wouldn't have mattered what we did. It was
- 6:10Speaker 2: going to be bad. And so a little bit I
- 6:12Speaker 2: worked out with him, just partnering with them on some stuff,
- 6:15Speaker 2: and I was like, hey, do this, great job. Great job,
- 6:17Speaker 2: because I could tell he was suffering.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Smart on you too, to pick someone that's kind of
- 6:22Speaker 3: new that way you can slow your work it down.
- 6:24Speaker 2: It was it was cliometric stuff, so it really wasn't still. Yeah,
- 6:28Speaker 2: we had, we had, we still had to move. But
- 6:29Speaker 2: Reid did a good job. And Reid was the new
- 6:31Speaker 2: new newbie about two months ago, and Reid starting to
- 6:34Speaker 2: get a little stronger. But how's Dawson doing? She oh, man,
- 6:37Speaker 2: I thought yesterday it's a heat. He might be now.
- 6:42Speaker 2: I don't know. I thought he was penis melted.
- 6:47Speaker 8: He was dead. Go ahead, I came down. So I
- 6:52Speaker 8: came downstairs yesterday morning and he was on the couch
- 6:56Speaker 8: down there, not even in his own bed. He was
- 6:58Speaker 8: just literally just dead on his cat out. I was like, okay,
- 7:01Speaker 8: I guess he's just going to sleep in. It was
- 7:03Speaker 8: like ten o'clock at that time. It's like, okay, I'll
- 7:06Speaker 8: just you know, I'll let him sleep in. I went
- 7:07Speaker 8: out and I came back. It was like two o'clock,
- 7:10Speaker 8: still there, still there. I was like, this man, I
- 7:16Speaker 8: had to check his pulse.
- 7:17Speaker 2: I thought he might be gone.
- 7:19Speaker 4: Day's the worst. He's probably worse today.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Yeah, wish him, wash him our best. I'm sore CD.
- 7:23Speaker 2: I can't imagine him. He's not done it. Proud of him,
- 7:26Speaker 2: yeah me too. I told him. I was like, do
- 7:27Speaker 2: a great job, because that was not easy, but that's
- 7:30Speaker 2: for America and that was a charity workout and somebody
- 7:33Speaker 2: else was working toward m Saudi oil money.
- 7:35Speaker 4: Eddie texted me like Friday night.
- 7:36Speaker 6: He's like, hey, I forgot to tell you Clue's doing
- 7:38Speaker 6: the scene Tomorre if you want to go.
- 7:40Speaker 2: And then he told us you might come, and so
- 7:41Speaker 2: we look for you.
- 7:42Speaker 6: Oh because you said yeah, I said, I'm going to
- 7:44Speaker 6: try to figure but it was just already had plans
- 7:46Speaker 6: that morning.
- 7:46Speaker 2: It was just Eddie looking for kickoff and we're looking
- 7:49Speaker 2: around just because Eddie said yeah. Then Eddie asked me
- 7:52Speaker 2: this morning, did Kevin show up? And I was like, no,
- 7:54Speaker 2: he didn't show up. So I was kind of irritated.
- 7:56Speaker 2: I didn't know there was like a last minute mentioned
- 7:57Speaker 2: to you.
- 7:58Speaker 6: Oh yeah, He's like he even said, I forgot to
- 8:00Speaker 6: tell you this, but Klug wanted me to invite you
- 8:02Speaker 6: to this.
- 8:02Speaker 3: It's okay. He went to the live tournament and only
- 8:04Speaker 3: stayed for like two hours, Like what three hours? Yeah,
- 8:07Speaker 3: a golf tournament.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Fund to watch in person unless you're sitting on a green.
- 8:11Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:12Speaker 3: Again, I've only come about under a tree in the
- 8:13Speaker 3: middle of the fairway.
- 8:14Speaker 2: That didn't seem the fun of me. But well, you
- 8:16Speaker 2: can't watch it land on the green.
- 8:17Speaker 3: You can't. You're right in the middle. You see the
- 8:19Speaker 3: t shot, it lands right in front of you.
- 8:21Speaker 2: And then my preference. I'm sure you had a great
- 8:23Speaker 2: time last we didn't enjoy it and we chased God.
- 8:26Speaker 2: The only tournaments I've ever been to is the Masters,
- 8:28Speaker 2: and I know that's it's not so much a flexus.
- 8:29Speaker 2: It's the only one I've ever been to.
- 8:31Speaker 3: But I bet there's a billion people there.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Though.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Well they have a cap and if you put a
- 8:34Speaker 2: seat down at the beginning, no one can ever sit
- 8:36Speaker 2: in your seat. Really, so we followed. First of all,
- 8:38Speaker 2: it's hard to get near Tiger. It's hard to get
- 8:40Speaker 2: near Tiger, and so you have to go sit and
- 8:42Speaker 2: wait for him to come by. You want the ultra
- 8:44Speaker 2: ultra flex that I may drop on you. This has
- 8:47Speaker 2: been years, but me, Andy Roddick and John Legend said
- 8:50Speaker 2: at a hole and just gambled on people who get
- 8:53Speaker 2: closest to the green the whole time.
- 8:54Speaker 3: Part three, you guys took your camp in chairs, and
- 8:57Speaker 3: now we.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Didn't take chairs. We just outed a hole though. We
- 8:59Speaker 2: just went and found a spot on a par three,
- 9:01Speaker 2: sat beside the green and then just gambled on people.
- 9:04Speaker 2: That was the most fun that we had because we
- 9:07Speaker 2: weren't like running around it was it was so hot
- 9:09Speaker 2: you can't see the ball when they hit it.
- 9:11Speaker 4: Yeah, that was the toughest part when.
- 9:14Speaker 3: And then I made the joke every time like, oh, it's.
- 9:16Speaker 6: Coming he said some weird stuff there.
- 9:20Speaker 3: Oh dude, No, I had a good one, a real
- 9:22Speaker 3: good one. Whenever somebody hid in the woods or whatever,
- 9:25Speaker 3: I'd be like, yeah, it's top flight, he's hitting the
- 9:27Speaker 3: top flight. He's hitting the Kirkland that one.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Dude. All right, let's go into the tittle tattle. Come
- 9:34Speaker 2: on the tittle tattle.
- 9:44Speaker 6: Seen some viral field storming videos going on the last
- 9:47Speaker 6: week or so.
- 9:48Speaker 4: So if you're to storm a field, what would the
- 9:50Speaker 4: event be.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Well, I picked the biggest field so I could run
- 9:52Speaker 2: the most, So I think it would probably obviously be
- 9:54Speaker 2: the super Bowl. But then I want to go. It
- 9:56Speaker 2: has to be football. You're running out of a basketball court,
- 9:59Speaker 2: you got no wording go. Uh. Baseball field more just
- 10:03Speaker 2: filled there, but not as much. They can track you
- 10:05Speaker 2: pretty quick. I don't watch soccer. I'd probably pick soccer field,
- 10:08Speaker 2: but there are more guys I feel. Don't try to
- 10:10Speaker 2: storm with Messy Messi's bodyguard. You ever see him run
- 10:13Speaker 2: with them? When Messi he runs. Everywhere MESSI goes, he
- 10:15Speaker 2: runs beside him on the sideline. It'd probably like the
- 10:18Speaker 2: super Bowl and it'd be football, and only because there's
- 10:21Speaker 2: more filled to run before I just get the crap
- 10:23Speaker 2: smacked out of me by a security guy.
- 10:25Speaker 3: But then you get on there, and then what do
- 10:27Speaker 3: you do if you lost all your friends, like you
- 10:29Speaker 3: don't know where anyone is, like, and you look for
- 10:31Speaker 3: no what.
- 10:31Speaker 2: I did that? Somebody bet me ten grand to do it,
- 10:33Speaker 2: So I'm gonna get my money later after I get
- 10:35Speaker 2: out of jail, because in my bet, they bet me
- 10:36Speaker 2: ten grand and they're gonna pay for my legal fees
- 10:39Speaker 2: and getting me out. I'm blind, So that's my mind.
- 10:42Speaker 4: How long do you think you can make it? I say,
- 10:44Speaker 4: a football game.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I don't think you can make it sixty seconds.
- 10:51Speaker 9: What if they tase you, I.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Don't think you'll make it sixty seconds. I mean I
- 10:54Speaker 2: think if you could hit sixty, that's long. But they
- 10:57Speaker 2: have to reach you to tase you, like they got
- 10:58Speaker 2: to get to you.
- 10:59Speaker 1: And if they get to you.
- 11:00Speaker 2: They're going to get to you. But yeah, they tased
- 11:02Speaker 2: the baseball game kid, Yeah.
- 11:04Speaker 9: You think that was deserved? Or what's your take polarizing?
- 11:10Speaker 3: Did he do a flip?
- 11:10Speaker 2: He did?
- 11:11Speaker 3: He landed the flip.
- 11:13Speaker 2: He landed the flip. Yes, I would say that in
- 11:16Speaker 2: that situation, I don't think he was a threat.
- 11:18Speaker 3: But te him anyway.
- 11:20Speaker 2: I think that you can always goss. He could have
- 11:24Speaker 2: been a threat to anyone down there, and their safety
- 11:26Speaker 2: is in our hands. And it also sets the precedent
- 11:29Speaker 2: of you come down here, you get tased. I'm protas honestly,
- 11:33Speaker 2: what's what's worse?
- 11:34Speaker 3: The taser? A tackle like you can break some of
- 11:35Speaker 3: you get tackled.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I think I'm protest and the eighteenth Green Yeah,
- 11:42Speaker 2: the protesters. Yeah, and that that happened.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Or that the travelers, Oh damn, wasn't there for that one?
- 11:49Speaker 2: No, you were not the America that live.
- 11:51Speaker 3: Yeah, all right?
- 11:54Speaker 2: What else?
- 11:54Speaker 4: Which winner take all game were you most excited for?
- 11:56Speaker 2: I don't care about hockey, but I know it's gonna
- 11:58Speaker 2: be awesome. I don't care about hockey, so I know if
- 11:59Speaker 2: you're gonna ask nothing about hockey. Yeah, there's only ever
- 12:03Speaker 2: been one championship series. It's like nineteen oh seven. I'm
- 12:07Speaker 2: not even sure what the thing is and whatever, and
- 12:10Speaker 2: I know this is happening here and it's oilers in
- 12:12Speaker 2: Florida Panthers. I don't know.
- 12:16Speaker 6: I don't watch hockey, not even a little bit playoffs
- 12:19Speaker 6: because I don't watch that much.
- 12:20Speaker 4: But man hockey playoffs are a different animal.
- 12:23Speaker 2: I don't. Here's the reason I don't, because I respect it,
- 12:27Speaker 2: but I don't know the sport. I don't even want
- 12:30Speaker 2: to learn the sport because if I do learn the sport,
- 12:32Speaker 2: I'm gonna get really invested in it. I don't have
- 12:33Speaker 2: room to get invest in anything else. Between all the
- 12:36Speaker 2: sports I watch, between gambling, between sports, cards, between memorabilia,
- 12:42Speaker 2: between it doesn't matter. I were shooting show. I can't
- 12:45Speaker 2: do hockey. I don't know enough about it. I can't.
- 12:48Speaker 2: I'm done. Go. I hope that Tennessee does not win
- 12:53Speaker 2: the baseball championship to watch it. It's the two It's
- 12:56Speaker 2: two of the most obnoxious fan bases in the history
- 12:58Speaker 2: of time.
- 12:58Speaker 3: Yaggie's are so obnoxious.
- 13:00Speaker 2: But I can't root for Tennessee.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Why not?
- 13:02Speaker 2: Oh sec SEC Tennessee and Arkansas are more of a
- 13:06Speaker 2: baseball rival. Tennessee's head coach is Arkansas assistant coach. If
- 13:10Speaker 2: he wins it at Tennessee, he probably won't go take
- 13:12Speaker 2: the job at Arkansas after our legendary coach leaves.
- 13:14Speaker 3: Good looking dude, Yeah he's good.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Look at it. Yeah.
- 13:17Speaker 4: I thought he was a player for a second.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, like I'm got the beard.
- 13:20Speaker 4: Yeah, there's the whole hair flow. He throwed dirt yesterday.
- 13:22Speaker 2: I'm going to root for the Agis and I'm not
- 13:24Speaker 2: gonna watch either one of them because I don't like
- 13:25Speaker 2: anything going on with any four of those.
- 13:27Speaker 3: Where is the Florida the Panthers? Where are they from?
- 13:32Speaker 2: What are you asking? Where are they from?
- 13:33Speaker 9: Like?
- 13:33Speaker 3: What city are they from?
- 13:35Speaker 2: I don't know. Ask me about a hockey question, anyone.
- 13:37Speaker 2: What did I just say?
- 13:38Speaker 3: Does anyone know?
- 13:40Speaker 2: If I were guessing, I would say Miami, But I
- 13:42Speaker 2: don't know.
- 13:43Speaker 3: I think they're from Miami.
- 13:44Speaker 4: I don't know. That's obviously not Tampa Bay because the
- 13:47Speaker 4: light and.
- 13:47Speaker 2: That's light Duane North in Miami, Boom, Miami.
- 13:50Speaker 3: They're from Miami.
- 13:50Speaker 7: They play in Sunrise, Florida.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Yeah, so it's Miami suburb by which that's the only
- 13:54Speaker 2: place left. That's big enough. If Tampa's already happened, which
- 13:59Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Honestly, I'd never heard of the Panthers. They heard of
- 14:03Speaker 3: the Light.
- 14:03Speaker 4: They were in it last year too, dude, exactly.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Moving on, because I don't care about either of those games.
- 14:09Speaker 2: Actually I disliked both games. Okay, yeah, go ahead, Hey,
- 14:12Speaker 2: somebody that you do like Caitlin Clark. Do you watch
- 14:13Speaker 2: the whole game? Tak about the It's the stupidest thing up.
- 14:16Speaker 2: They were up like fourteen. They just didn't give the
- 14:19Speaker 2: ball to Kitlin Clark. It was why she even threw
- 14:21Speaker 2: the ball. And with point two seconds left or to
- 14:24Speaker 2: the last shot of the game, the coach made her
- 14:26Speaker 2: throw it in fire the coach fire, the coach the
- 14:30Speaker 2: most clutch shooter in the history of college basketball. And
- 14:33Speaker 2: she's not she'sn't the ball her hands. They are throwing
- 14:36Speaker 2: in the inbounds it. It was so annoying to watch.
- 14:41Speaker 2: Also lost five hundred bucks on it because I took
- 14:43Speaker 2: that fever plus one. It was a terror. But Catler
- 14:49Speaker 2: Clark had thirteen assists. She was being way too unselfish.
- 14:52Speaker 2: She still had double digit points, maybe seventeen points something
- 14:54Speaker 2: like that. I think she went seventeen points thirteen assists. Yeah,
- 14:57Speaker 2: Angel Reyes played really well, but they they should have
- 15:00Speaker 2: moved to Leah Boston over onto Angel Rees because she
- 15:03Speaker 2: was dominating the girl and they were all It was
- 15:05Speaker 2: the dumbest game I've ever seen. Chicago should not have
- 15:07Speaker 2: won that game. What's your question?
- 15:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't.
- 15:11Speaker 4: I don't even remember.
- 15:12Speaker 6: Actually now, no, do you think she regrets not taking
- 15:15Speaker 6: the final shot.
- 15:16Speaker 2: I think she's being a good teammate right now, and
- 15:17Speaker 2: I think it's time for her to be selfish. I
- 15:19Speaker 2: think she's being a good teammate. She had thirteen assists.
- 15:22Speaker 2: She's trying to get everybody involved. It is now time
- 15:25Speaker 2: for her to average seven rate assist the game. But
- 15:27Speaker 2: she needs to take more shots. So the end, Jordan
- 15:31Speaker 2: wasn't a good teammate. I'd rather have Leah Boston than
- 15:34Speaker 2: Angel Reeves, first of all, because I can't stand Angel
- 15:37Speaker 2: Rees because she goes after Kaitlin Clark. They don't even
- 15:40Speaker 2: play the same position, they're not even rivals. But it's
- 15:42Speaker 2: good that I can't stand Angel Reaes. That's what you
- 15:44Speaker 2: said the other but I'm saying I'd rather have Leah
- 15:46Speaker 2: Boston than Angel Reaves because her and Kayla Clark will
- 15:49Speaker 2: not be a rivalry. They don't play the same position.
- 15:51Speaker 2: It would be like Shack and Spudweb having a rivalry.
- 15:54Speaker 2: They don't even play each other. Stockton in Shack malthed off. Okay,
- 15:58Speaker 2: but when are you two going to be match up
- 15:59Speaker 2: against each other?
- 16:00Speaker 3: Jordan and Bird were they same?
- 16:02Speaker 2: But Jordan and Bird weren't you Magic and Bird? No,
- 16:05Speaker 2: Jordan and Bird weren't really a rivalry.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Yeah, he came and we're all talking about that's a
- 16:09Speaker 3: huge rivalry, Michael Jordan, Larry Bird. They even made a
- 16:12Speaker 3: video game out of it.
- 16:12Speaker 2: But that's because there were the two biggest stars in
- 16:14Speaker 2: the NBA.
- 16:14Speaker 4: Yeah, like late eighties. But Bird was on his way
- 16:16Speaker 4: out in Magic.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Was the rivalry, Okay, And they've played each other. They
- 16:21Speaker 3: messed each other.
- 16:21Speaker 2: And they were both like they weren't theydn't play the
- 16:24Speaker 2: same position because Magic was a massively large point guard
- 16:28Speaker 2: and Bird, although but Magic could play the four. Magic
- 16:32Speaker 2: could play one through four, Bird could play one through four,
- 16:35Speaker 2: but they just didn't play the same number from their
- 16:39Speaker 2: base spot. Does that make sense? That's why that worked.
- 16:42Speaker 2: And they also played agach other in college, But so
- 16:45Speaker 2: did Angel and Caitlin Clark. But Kitlin Clark does not
- 16:47Speaker 2: say anything about Angel rees.
- 16:49Speaker 4: No, sometimes I just want to tell her to just
- 16:51Speaker 4: come on a little.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Bit nailed it.
- 16:53Speaker 3: Let me tell you.
- 16:54Speaker 2: Ken's brilliant.
- 16:55Speaker 3: You can tell her whatever you want. She's not going
- 16:56Speaker 3: to hit you.
- 16:57Speaker 2: She's just dud all right.
- 16:59Speaker 6: Next question, someone, despite being sixteen and ten in his
- 17:02Speaker 6: first two years at Oklahoma, do you think signing Venables
- 17:04Speaker 6: to an extension is the right move?
- 17:06Speaker 2: I didn't see this. This is news to me.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Really, you're an Oklahoma family.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Don't say fan fam my, Lee. Explain to me what happened?
- 17:15Speaker 6: Sign a new year? Happen your deal over the weekend
- 17:18Speaker 6: for I think Friday or Saturday.
- 17:20Speaker 2: I missed. I was too busy being angry at taking
- 17:21Speaker 2: Saudi money.
- 17:22Speaker 3: You know, you did say you have too much going
- 17:24Speaker 3: on sports wise.
- 17:25Speaker 2: No, but this is one of the things.
- 17:26Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm actually surprised.
- 17:27Speaker 2: I didn't see this go ahead. And so tell me
- 17:30Speaker 2: the deal.
- 17:30Speaker 6: Yeah, six years, forty three and a half million dollar
- 17:33Speaker 6: deal through twenty twenty nine.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Man, he really hasn't done much. And he's a defensive
- 17:39Speaker 2: coach and offensive world He's a Clemson guy. Right, he
- 17:43Speaker 2: was a defensive coordinator there. But I want say he's
- 17:45Speaker 2: a Clemson guy. He was at Oklahoma. He's been in
- 17:47Speaker 2: Oklahoma before before Clemson. I believe I just remember him
- 17:51Speaker 2: being played there reason. I think he's a coordinator at
- 17:54Speaker 2: Oklahoma regardless, he's got a good recruiting class. They always
- 17:58Speaker 2: had good recruiting classes.
- 17:59Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 17:59Speaker 2: I feel like that's too early. But ut lest you
- 18:01Speaker 2: store them up and they're going to the SEC you
- 18:04Speaker 2: want stability, what do you do? Anybody have him? I
- 18:07Speaker 2: feel like he was a coordinator at Oklahoma before he left.
- 18:10Speaker 7: Yeah, co defensive coordinator. Yeah, and linebacker's coach.
- 18:14Speaker 2: It's a lot of money. That's somebody. I'm done. But
- 18:17Speaker 2: that's my deal. All right, that's Tittle title. Hit his
- 18:20Speaker 2: his name, the Tittle title. We're gonna take a break.
- 18:28Speaker 2: But a couple of things. I do have someone a gift.
- 18:33Speaker 2: Sometimes I just see things and then I go, oh,
- 18:38Speaker 2: I should grab that. And because I've grabbed, I got
- 18:40Speaker 2: Mike Disney drawing from like nineteen forty one or something.
- 18:43Speaker 2: What was it?
- 18:44Speaker 7: It was it from Pinocchio, one of the characters.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Yeah, that was like one of those Yeah, the animation sales.
- 18:48Speaker 2: That's what it's called. Yeah, cool, I got Kevin like
- 18:54Speaker 2: a Robert Parrot. Oh, Kevin, I have your shirt trophy.
- 18:58Speaker 2: I don't know why I put it in the house.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Oh no, he's keeping it.
- 19:03Speaker 3: He liked it so much.
- 19:04Speaker 2: No, I have Kevin. Sure, I don't know where your
- 19:07Speaker 2: trophy is, but it's at the house somewhere. Okay, here's
- 19:09Speaker 2: your Boston Celtics Champion trophy, extra shirt, extra lart. Saw
- 19:15Speaker 2: that got that for you.
- 19:17Speaker 8: Nice.
- 19:18Speaker 2: So that's all you know. I'll look out for you, guys. Eddie,
- 19:20Speaker 2: I got Eddie. What did I get you?
- 19:23Speaker 3: I don't know what you get me. Do you get
- 19:25Speaker 3: me anything you.
- 19:27Speaker 4: Get like a DA card or something?
- 19:28Speaker 2: No? I no, Did I not get you something from
- 19:30Speaker 2: auction or something? Have I not got Eddie?
- 19:31Speaker 3: I don't think so, man, I feel like I have.
- 19:34Speaker 7: I started with Eddie.
- 19:36Speaker 3: What was the first thing?
- 19:36Speaker 2: If you don't remember, and we're playing this game and
- 19:39Speaker 2: there really was something and you don't remember it, I
- 19:41Speaker 2: about to be pissed.
- 19:42Speaker 3: Oh well it was it was my my Saint Louis
- 19:45Speaker 3: helmet Paul. I could have been that.
- 19:48Speaker 2: No, that wasn't that. I thought it was a cowboys
- 19:51Speaker 2: saying I thought it was a cowboys saying too, I
- 19:52Speaker 2: don't have anything. Okay if I remember though, hmm, I
- 19:58Speaker 2: means you don't value our friendship.
- 19:59Speaker 3: That's true, and you love trying to think right now
- 20:02Speaker 3: if it was anything cowboys, I have a hat. You
- 20:04Speaker 3: got me a hat, but that couldn't have been it.
- 20:05Speaker 2: Okay, So I got somebody a gift here coming up.
- 20:10Speaker 2: It's actually large, right, yeah?
- 20:12Speaker 1: Cool.
- 20:12Speaker 3: You gotta be careful man, Like when I travel. I
- 20:14Speaker 3: used to bring my kids stuff every time I travel,
- 20:16Speaker 3: and then now every time.
- 20:17Speaker 2: I get back, like an auction. I didn't buy anything
- 20:19Speaker 2: in an auction or something.
- 20:20Speaker 3: I don't think. So maybe it's our party that we're
- 20:23Speaker 3: going to. What it is okay, I.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Thought you have Maybe it's just sick five Yeah, two
- 20:30Speaker 2: thousand dollars ticket to a party? How did you not remember?
- 20:33Speaker 3: Who said cowboys?
- 20:34Speaker 2: No? No, we were trying to get to it. Wow,
- 20:36Speaker 2: this guys granted, Hey, thanks for my shirt.
- 20:41Speaker 8: Dude.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Wow, it's a two thousand dollars ticket or something. It's like,
- 20:47Speaker 2: I don't remember.
- 20:48Speaker 3: Maybe it was that party in Baltimore.
- 20:49Speaker 2: That Okay, we're going to take a break. I do
- 20:51Speaker 2: have somebody a gift and then we will come back.
- 20:54Speaker 2: Thank you. You have a gift for somebody here. I
- 20:59Speaker 2: don't want Eddie to see it or read the seeater
- 21:01Speaker 2: like to see it, her Kevin to see it. But
- 21:04Speaker 2: I can, you can see it. It's not for you.
- 21:08Speaker 2: She hasn't been around long enough yet. Yeah, okay, I
- 21:12Speaker 2: need to make sure I have the detail. So it
- 21:14Speaker 2: was again, I'm on one of these auctions. Sometimes you
- 21:18Speaker 2: just see stuff and you do. I do, and I'm
- 21:20Speaker 2: you know, I'm quite generous. Thanks, So that about yourself.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Then I set myself yet. So I saw this on
- 21:29Speaker 2: an auction. It was auction number fifteen two four two four.
- 21:33Speaker 3: Oh, so I know that number.
- 21:36Speaker 2: First of all, it's a seat to a stadium anything.
- 21:40Speaker 3: Oh, that's a baseball stadium blue?
- 21:46Speaker 2: Do you think it's blue?
- 21:47Speaker 3: Could be the Yankees?
- 21:48Speaker 2: Is that blue?
- 21:49Speaker 3: Yeah? It looks like a dark or a shiny black.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Okay. So there's multiple people that have signed this, and
- 21:58Speaker 2: I'll read you a coup couple of them and see
- 22:01Speaker 2: if you know who they are. A couple that I
- 22:03Speaker 2: wouldn't know. Leroy Jordan.
- 22:09Speaker 3: Lee Roy Jordan, Leroy.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Jordan.
- 22:14Speaker 3: Lero.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Nothing, Nope, nope, Okay, this person's in the Hall of Fame.
- 22:25Speaker 2: But again I don't know who it was. Mel Renfro, No.
- 22:30Speaker 3: Redfro Renfro. Oh, that's a base he's a baseball player.
- 22:35Speaker 2: Incorrect, good, all right, based in the Hall of Fame
- 22:41Speaker 2: win in nineteen ninety six. So this is the seat
- 22:45Speaker 2: back to a stadium chair. That's two people that have
- 22:47Speaker 2: signed it. Everson Walls, Oh wow, hand it over, Hand
- 22:53Speaker 2: it over, Okay, So that's from the old Texas It's
- 22:56Speaker 2: from the old Cowboys stadium. The people that have signed
- 22:58Speaker 2: it are nol Renfro Hall of Fame ninety six, Bill Bates,
- 23:02Speaker 2: three time Super Bowl championscal.
- 23:03Speaker 3: Bait number forty Yes, linebackers.
- 23:06Speaker 2: Everson Wallas fifty seven, interceptions number twenty four, hell of
- 23:09Speaker 2: a defense, Leroy Jordan number fifty five, Ring of Honor,
- 23:12Speaker 2: Rady nine, and j Novachick Wow four freaking no check three.
- 23:17Speaker 2: And so I saw that from the Cowboys stand down
- 23:20Speaker 2: to build.
- 23:21Speaker 3: That is awesome.
- 23:22Speaker 2: And so it looks really uncomfortable. Uncomfortable.
- 23:25Speaker 8: What do you mean, it's just look at the look
- 23:27Speaker 8: at the back there, the curvature.
- 23:29Speaker 2: It's just like that top talk read is gonna give
- 23:31Speaker 2: this to you.
- 23:32Speaker 8: I mean, I'll still sit in it.
- 23:35Speaker 2: I got that for you. That's awesome, dude.
- 23:38Speaker 4: Wow, Hey, the Baits jersey is one.
- 23:40Speaker 2: I wore the game. Keep it to and get more
- 23:44Speaker 2: Cowboys just to sign it.
- 23:45Speaker 4: Yeah, that's cool, my friend Tony, Oh yeah.
- 23:48Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you can get in to sign it. So
- 23:51Speaker 2: there's that you cool. I got on and I got
- 23:53Speaker 2: that in last week. It took I bought it like
- 23:55Speaker 2: a month and a half ago. It takes a while
- 23:57Speaker 2: for step to get in. And so I got on
- 23:59Speaker 2: the auction site the last night. Wow, and they have
- 24:02Speaker 2: boxes on Sunday nights, and I bought. What I do
- 24:04Speaker 2: is I go on and I just put beds on
- 24:05Speaker 2: a bunch of sports cards and I never hardly ever
- 24:07Speaker 2: went any of them. I woke up and I won four.
- 24:10Speaker 2: I didn't mean to win that many. I won four
- 24:13Speaker 2: with like a sixteen hundred dollars bill I had to
- 24:15Speaker 2: pay this morning. I got a nineteen seventy two Tops
- 24:18Speaker 2: Roberto Clemente Nice. I got a nineteen seventy two Tops
- 24:23Speaker 2: Pete Rose. I gotta sign Nolan Ryan five thousand strikeout,
- 24:28Speaker 2: nineteen ninety upper deck card and a twenty eighteen autographed
- 24:37Speaker 2: rookie card Shay Gogus Alexander. So that those are my
- 24:43Speaker 2: four cards there that I did not know I was
- 24:45Speaker 2: gonna win all of them, and then I saw it.
- 24:46Speaker 2: I didn't expect that bill to be that high because
- 24:48Speaker 2: I expect to get all.
- 24:50Speaker 3: You posted a video of some Jordan card that you got,
- 24:54Speaker 3: like a mint ten or whatever that you got.
- 24:57Speaker 2: So I posted a couple. I posted a Jordan because
- 25:00Speaker 2: I sent Jordan at the playground off.
- 25:01Speaker 3: That's it. That's the one.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Thinking there's no way this comes back a ten because
- 25:04Speaker 2: it's so old. He came back at ten and I
- 25:07Speaker 2: sent off to King Griffey Junior, Donnarus Diamond Kings, and
- 25:12Speaker 2: one came back at ten that I just bust out
- 25:13Speaker 2: in a package.
- 25:14Speaker 3: That's awesome.
- 25:14Speaker 2: One came back at ten. One came back in eight.
- 25:15Speaker 2: In the eighth worth like thirteen bucks, but the ten
- 25:18Speaker 2: is worth five six hundred dollars.
- 25:19Speaker 3: It's amazing how much two grades can change.
- 25:22Speaker 2: The completely changes it. Yeah for sure.
- 25:24Speaker 3: Well, anyway, my point was, I saw as soon as
- 25:26Speaker 3: I saw your story on eBay, I saw a Jordan
- 25:28Speaker 3: playground card for auction that just got put up. It
- 25:31Speaker 3: was a mint ten for ninety nine cents, and I
- 25:34Speaker 3: put a bit on it.
- 25:35Speaker 2: Oh you mean with an auction, yeah, okay.
- 25:37Speaker 3: And I got the bad news today that I got
- 25:39Speaker 3: out bid.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Well, yeah, of course, whatever that's going to go for.
- 25:41Speaker 3: It's at two ninety nine. Now what two dollars and
- 25:44Speaker 3: nine nine cents?
- 25:44Speaker 2: Okay?
- 25:46Speaker 3: So should I keep bidding, Like, what's my cap on
- 25:48Speaker 3: that thing?
- 25:48Speaker 2: We'll probably go off for like seventy five bucks. Oh
- 25:51Speaker 2: so it's probably whatever you want to cap it at.
- 25:53Speaker 3: Okay.
- 25:53Speaker 2: I just didn't think it was in just an unpack
- 25:55Speaker 2: I found. I also had these nineteen ninety one pro
- 25:58Speaker 2: line because we I was on this sports card show
- 26:01Speaker 2: and I left and they were telling us about this
- 26:04Speaker 2: place near where Reed is, and so I just gave
- 26:06Speaker 2: Read some money and say, hey, go to this garage.
- 26:07Speaker 2: I'll be gone and get whatever. So Read got like
- 26:11Speaker 2: six five six boxes that I've been busting them over
- 26:13Speaker 2: the weekend. I had a Jeter draft pick rookie. Wow,
- 26:17Speaker 2: if it comes back at ten, it's worth like nine
- 26:19Speaker 2: one hundred bucks. It comes back in nine forth like
- 26:22Speaker 2: eighty bucks. It's that difference. But it looks at a
- 26:24Speaker 2: pretty good shape, possibly really good shape. So I'm gonna
- 26:27Speaker 2: send it off. Also, these pro line cards is a
- 26:32Speaker 2: terrible decision of the NFL players do these cards because
- 26:34Speaker 2: some of them are like shirtless, they're like portraits. It
- 26:37Speaker 2: looks like they're about to do like porn. Really yeah, terrible, man.
- 26:42Speaker 2: I saved four of them to run. I'm gonna send off.
- 26:45Speaker 2: I got a Belichick rookie in a Browns I didn't
- 26:48Speaker 2: know coaches had a rookie card. So if it's a ten,
- 26:51Speaker 2: it'll be worth like one hundred bucks or so. But I
- 26:53Speaker 2: have four that I've saved that I'm gonna keep. My
- 26:56Speaker 2: goal is to interview all four of these pro line
- 26:59Speaker 2: quarterbacks and get them to sign them. John l Way okay,
- 27:03Speaker 2: Dan Marino okay, Steve Young, Troy Aigman.
- 27:07Speaker 3: Those are the four that I kept.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Awesome, and so I'm honestee, that's the goals. The interviewed
- 27:13Speaker 2: the four pro line quarterbacks that I have from the box.
- 27:16Speaker 3: When do we have rich Eison coming in?
- 27:18Speaker 2: Rich Eison is coming to my house in August?
- 27:20Speaker 3: I think, Okay, I have a CARDI I wanted to sign.
- 27:23Speaker 2: No, I gave you that card and not to get
- 27:25Speaker 2: what not? Okay, you can get.
- 27:29Speaker 3: Yeah, I saw it on my desk because they gave
- 27:31Speaker 3: it to my kids, and I was like, hey, wait
- 27:33Speaker 3: a second.
- 27:35Speaker 2: Okay, that's what's up. Let me this interview here, Kevin,
- 27:38Speaker 2: think you want to say.
- 27:39Speaker 6: By the interview, I never knew so much about Poker
- 27:43Speaker 6: Boom until setting this guy up.
- 27:45Speaker 2: More you well, waiting here? Do you remember his name?
- 27:48Speaker 2: What's up?
- 27:48Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 27:48Speaker 2: His name is Nate making sure Nate dogg Nate. All right,
- 27:53Speaker 2: here we go, enjoy us spending our money on someone
- 27:56Speaker 2: else playing poker for us. Okay, we have Nate Forrest
- 27:59Speaker 2: and studio, and this is what happened. Nate DMed me right. Yeah,
- 28:05Speaker 2: so I just saw it. I think I was going.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Through slid into the DMS.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Yeah, and he was like, what do you look at
- 28:10Speaker 2: He's like, look at this. No, apparently have you played
- 28:15Speaker 2: the World Tis Poker before.
- 28:16Speaker 1: I've played the World Series of Poker, but I've never
- 28:18Speaker 1: played the main event.
- 28:19Speaker 2: So he's going to play the main event in the
- 28:20Speaker 2: World Series of Poker. Wow, which is pretty cool because
- 28:23Speaker 2: you pay ten thousand bucks and this is the famous one,
- 28:26Speaker 2: this is the big one. And so just tell Eddie
- 28:28Speaker 2: what your message was to me and what your ask
- 28:31Speaker 2: was if I wanted to be a part of it.
- 28:33Speaker 5: So a lot of poker players get backers, put up
- 28:36Speaker 5: money to play the main event. Some poker players put
- 28:38Speaker 5: up all their money, and I thought about it would
- 28:41Speaker 5: have been easy to get five or ten poker buddies
- 28:43Speaker 5: to put up five hundred to one thousand bucks each
- 28:45Speaker 5: and raise half of it. And the plan was to
- 28:48Speaker 5: put up five thousand myself. That would have been easy.
- 28:51Speaker 5: And I turned fifty on July fifth, and I've never
- 28:53Speaker 5: played the main event. So I just had this wild idea,
- 28:56Speaker 5: why do the easy route and get five or ten
- 28:58Speaker 5: guys to put up five hundred one thousand eats. Let
- 29:00Speaker 5: me get fifty fifty guys and girls, get a team
- 29:04Speaker 5: of fifty to put up one hundred bucks each.
- 29:06Speaker 2: It would be a.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Little bit more work, but it'll be more fun.
- 29:08Speaker 5: And I'll have a team of fifty at fifty and
- 29:10Speaker 5: we'll do something. We'll raise little money for a good
- 29:13Speaker 5: charity that I'm working behind. And so we in less
- 29:17Speaker 5: than twenty four hours when I reached out to Bobby,
- 29:19Speaker 5: I had thirty two people that just quick text quick
- 29:22Speaker 5: quick messages, had thirty two people in about six or
- 29:24Speaker 5: ten hours, reached out to Bobby said, I've got thirty
- 29:26Speaker 5: two people. I'm not gonna have any problem getting eighteen more.
- 29:29Speaker 5: But I saw one of your posts. But I would
- 29:31Speaker 5: love to have you on the team also, And you know,
- 29:33Speaker 5: a little bit later he said, I'm in and so.
- 29:36Speaker 2: So I need to get my fact sorright here, like
- 29:38Speaker 2: if you win, I win money, right, you win money.
- 29:40Speaker 2: I can make sure because.
- 29:40Speaker 3: I'm at three spots, not not the charity. You win money.
- 29:43Speaker 2: Yeah, we're helping with Cherry.
- 29:44Speaker 3: We're talking about the charity here, Okay, okay, okay, but
- 29:46Speaker 3: I went.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Right right yep.
- 29:48Speaker 2: Okay. So it was one hundred bucks a spot, and
- 29:51Speaker 2: I gave it. I'll pitt you three hundred bucks.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Yep.
- 29:52Speaker 3: So you got three spots.
- 29:53Speaker 2: Yes, So let's say you went how much do I get?
- 29:56Speaker 5: First place? Last year was around twelve million? Ok so
- 30:00Speaker 5: percent you would get around three hundred and sixty thousand
- 30:02Speaker 5: if I win the whole thing.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Okay, So I get the percentages one percent per one
- 30:06Speaker 2: hundred dollars.
- 30:08Speaker 5: And the plan was fifty people at one hundred bucks each.
- 30:11Speaker 5: You missed the assignment and said I'll take three spots.
- 30:14Speaker 5: So officially you have three spots. In three names. Now
- 30:17Speaker 5: it's your money.
- 30:18Speaker 2: That's what I was gonna say.
- 30:19Speaker 1: So we got Eddie, we got Kevin. We got Kevin.
- 30:22Speaker 2: So do you have any other open spots?
- 30:24Speaker 5: It's uh, I've sold fifty spots.
- 30:28Speaker 3: Fifty.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Then it's okay, so me Eddie come in, But you
- 30:33Speaker 2: don't get any money.
- 30:34Speaker 3: What are you talking about? I need to get in
- 30:36Speaker 3: on this, but I.
- 30:36Speaker 2: Already paid the money. If you want to give.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Me Eddie, I will sell a couple more spots. That
- 30:41Speaker 1: you know.
- 30:42Speaker 5: I intentionally held out my last few spots, and but
- 30:45Speaker 5: then I had people reaching out to me that I
- 30:47Speaker 5: couldn't say no to, and so I came here with
- 30:49Speaker 5: fifty spots, but definitely was held two or three more
- 30:51Speaker 5: spots for something.
- 30:52Speaker 2: You have to pay your own money if you absolutely
- 30:54Speaker 2: you're gonna give them a hundred bucks a year. You
- 30:55Speaker 2: don't even know if he's ever played cards before. We
- 30:58Speaker 2: talked about poker.
- 31:00Speaker 3: Now that's not true. You just said you played. You
- 31:02Speaker 3: just never played the main event.
- 31:03Speaker 2: But you're jumping in without having any knowledge of him soever.
- 31:06Speaker 3: But that's what this interview is for. We can ask them.
- 31:07Speaker 3: Let's let's keep asking more questions.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Okay, So then Eddie's gonna get in. Kevin, would you
- 31:12Speaker 2: like your name one of my spots?
- 31:13Speaker 4: Yeah, we need to do it. Let's do it.
- 31:15Speaker 2: Okay, but you don't you.
- 31:16Speaker 4: Know, well I've done some homework a little bit at least.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Did we even start the interview yet? Or is this
- 31:20Speaker 1: We're all right?
- 31:21Speaker 2: Okay, you don't get any money. Okay, the name of
- 31:24Speaker 2: one of my spots, I want it, Bobby Bones, Bobby Estell.
- 31:31Speaker 2: I'm out because I'm getting my own. Eddie's got his own,
- 31:35Speaker 2: Caitlyn Estell. So it's me, my fake name, my real name,
- 31:39Speaker 2: and my wife. Those are the three names. Because I'm like,
- 31:41Speaker 2: I'm not getting into legal thing. Were you going to
- 31:43Speaker 2: sue me because I went all the money.
- 31:45Speaker 5: If you don't want to be So, if we make
- 31:47Speaker 5: the top fifteen percent this year, they're doubling it. Used
- 31:50Speaker 5: to it, you only paid about fifteen thousand if you
- 31:52Speaker 5: made the money. So if we make the top fifteen percent,
- 31:54Speaker 5: we get twenty thousand back. So you turn each one
- 31:56Speaker 5: hundred into two hundred buck.
- 31:57Speaker 3: Oh, it's amazing.
- 31:58Speaker 1: So we're investing in you, and you're invested in me.
- 32:01Speaker 5: And I also mentioned a key part of this story
- 32:03Speaker 5: that you know, I didn't know if Bobby reached out
- 32:04Speaker 5: to me because I'm a big Razorback fan go Hogs
- 32:06Speaker 5: with picked sue Well.
- 32:07Speaker 2: To be fair, I don't reach out.
- 32:08Speaker 5: I reached back back, yes, clarify ahead, go ahead, or
- 32:12Speaker 5: because I also mentioned the Chris money Maker aspect, I
- 32:15Speaker 5: don't mention that a lot. I don't mention this a
- 32:17Speaker 5: lot publicly, but it's a pretty cool story. I introduced
- 32:20Speaker 5: Chris money Maker to No Limit Texas hold him about
- 32:22Speaker 5: twenty five years ago, and of course he went on
- 32:25Speaker 5: to win the two thousand and three main event in
- 32:27Speaker 5: two thousand and three. And you know, he's a professional
- 32:30Speaker 5: poker player sponsored by ACR, and so a good friend
- 32:33Speaker 5: of mine. And so I'll be meeting him in Vegas
- 32:35Speaker 5: to play the money Maker Tour event over at MGM
- 32:38Speaker 5: a couple of days before the main event.
- 32:40Speaker 2: That I like that we have no ideas with the money,
- 32:43Speaker 2: Let's just give him more money.
- 32:45Speaker 5: I'm not sure if I'm going to play the seventeen
- 32:46Speaker 5: hundred dollars money Maker main event because it leads into
- 32:48Speaker 5: the main event, but I'm playing the It's just a
- 32:50Speaker 5: three hundred dollars tournament.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Money Maker. He does a money Maker tour around the country.
- 32:54Speaker 5: So if you ever see if you guys ever see that,
- 32:56Speaker 5: you know posted in Florida and Texas and Kentucky. He
- 32:59Speaker 5: has a money Maker Social Poker Room in Louisville if
- 33:01Speaker 5: you guys want to jump in and play a little
- 33:03Speaker 5: cash with Chris Moneymaker. He pops in from time to time.
- 33:06Speaker 5: I drive up there every once in a while. But
- 33:09Speaker 5: in Vegas for the main event, we're gonna be with
- 33:11Speaker 5: the Moneymaker Tour and then that's all practice. Maybe we'll
- 33:15Speaker 5: win a little bit of money before the actual main event,
- 33:17Speaker 5: but we're gonna have some fun.
- 33:18Speaker 2: So how did you start playing poker? What's the best
- 33:21Speaker 2: you've ever done? Are you any good?
- 33:23Speaker 5: I play a lot of cash games. I'm a winning
- 33:25Speaker 5: cash game player. I've been a winning cash game player
- 33:27Speaker 5: for twenty five years, and I've played a lot of
- 33:28Speaker 5: tournaments and won several tournaments. But I've just never played
- 33:32Speaker 5: anything as big as the main event. I think the
- 33:34Speaker 5: biggest cash I've ever had is right around ten thousand
- 33:37Speaker 5: and done. You know several tournaments where I've won two
- 33:40Speaker 5: to ten thousand, and a lot of tournaments where you
- 33:42Speaker 5: went eight hundred to two thousands, So this is one
- 33:45Speaker 5: of those things where it's like one lesson I'd like
- 33:48Speaker 5: for anybody listening is I call them all in moments.
- 33:51Speaker 5: We have these decisions in life where you put something off,
- 33:53Speaker 5: whether it's to start a show, a podcast, or to
- 33:56Speaker 5: start a business or start a whatever. Well I'll call
- 33:59Speaker 5: them all in moments because then poker, when you when
- 34:01Speaker 5: you pick a hand and you go all in, that
- 34:02Speaker 5: you're all in moment. And every year I said I'm
- 34:05Speaker 5: going to play the main event next year, I'm going
- 34:06Speaker 5: to say I'm going to play it next year next year,
- 34:08Speaker 5: for like ten fifteen years, I'm going to play it
- 34:10Speaker 5: next year. So now this is the time to start
- 34:12Speaker 5: playing the main event because it's a good field with
- 34:14Speaker 5: a lot of really bad players and a lot of
- 34:16Speaker 5: really good players too.
- 34:18Speaker 2: But the bad players can suck you out and I
- 34:19Speaker 2: just play competitively for a while sometimes because you can't.
- 34:22Speaker 2: They're so bad you can't actually commit them to any
- 34:26Speaker 2: thought because who knows what the freak they're thinking.
- 34:29Speaker 3: Yep, that was me for a long time. Like I'd
- 34:31Speaker 3: show up and they'd be like, I really didn't know
- 34:33Speaker 3: how to play, and they'd be like, I don't, I
- 34:34Speaker 3: don't think I can believe you, and they've really thought
- 34:36Speaker 3: I didn't know how to play and I didn't know
- 34:38Speaker 3: how to play, and they're like, no, he's tricking us.
- 34:40Speaker 3: And then i'd win all the time.
- 34:41Speaker 2: Yeah, you wouldn't win all the time, like you'd like
- 34:44Speaker 2: be searching river a five and that's all you were
- 34:47Speaker 2: looking for.
- 34:48Speaker 3: Straight, I'd make everyone fooled. Everyone would be full like
- 34:51Speaker 3: he's probably got something.
- 34:51Speaker 1: I shouldn't say this.
- 34:53Speaker 5: We have some really good games in Nashville with you know,
- 34:55Speaker 5: a handful of bad just like any poker game, and
- 34:58Speaker 5: there's some good players. With the bad player, you just
- 35:00Speaker 5: want to make sure you have a good hand. With
- 35:02Speaker 5: the good players, you can be a little bit. You know,
- 35:04Speaker 5: you could bluff them a little bit more so you
- 35:06Speaker 5: know there's obviously more that goes into it.
- 35:08Speaker 2: But okay, and you have been playing for a long time,
- 35:12Speaker 2: you know how to play. Make sure our money's protective.
- 35:14Speaker 5: Boys, thank you, And if I win, you might it
- 35:17Speaker 5: might be highway time.
- 35:18Speaker 1: You know, it's like the movie Rounders. You might not
- 35:20Speaker 1: ever see me again.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Is there a way that we can watch how good
- 35:22Speaker 2: you're doing?
- 35:24Speaker 4: That's give me your money and I'll run with it.
- 35:28Speaker 5: Because if I win, I'll owe six million dollars. So
- 35:30Speaker 5: if you never see me again, you know it's been nice.
- 35:32Speaker 5: You know, you have to form at a razorback game.
- 35:34Speaker 3: I might be in a Yeah, we'll find you.
- 35:38Speaker 2: Can we watch and see.
- 35:39Speaker 5: Yeah, that's a good question. Uh, we'll talk about like
- 35:41Speaker 5: what kind of group for updates. A lot of times
- 35:43Speaker 5: when people do stuff like this and they have a team,
- 35:45Speaker 5: like whether it's Telegram or an Instagram feed or whatever, will.
- 35:48Speaker 2: Happen to send us on a horse.
- 35:51Speaker 5: And we'll have I'll have a feed whatever's best or
- 35:54Speaker 5: discord or something. We'll do a feed where I have
- 35:56Speaker 5: updates for just for my team. But then the World
- 35:59Speaker 5: Series be on Poker Go. So you know World Series
- 36:03Speaker 5: of Poker, they air part to the main event and
- 36:05Speaker 5: the tournaments that are going on right now, Like last night,
- 36:07Speaker 5: I was watching clips from the two hundred and fifty
- 36:09Speaker 5: thousand dollars buying and that finished up last night, and
- 36:12Speaker 5: so but people would have to have the Poker Go
- 36:14Speaker 5: app to watch clips of the main event, and then
- 36:18Speaker 5: I believe I don't think they show it on YouTube
- 36:20Speaker 5: or anything like that until after it's all said and done.
- 36:23Speaker 2: But you get just like message me and be like
- 36:24Speaker 2: we're still alive for sure, and like you're gonna get
- 36:26Speaker 2: yourself some those massages right like while they're I do
- 36:29Speaker 2: you wear sunglass?
- 36:29Speaker 5: I'll need another, you know, a couple of three thousand
- 36:31Speaker 5: dollars a day so I can get full massage.
- 36:33Speaker 3: That's what wants to invest in massage?
- 36:36Speaker 2: Do you just you do sunglasses?
- 36:37Speaker 5: Everybody asked this, and you know what's interesting is I
- 36:39Speaker 5: was bringing this up with some of my buddies the
- 36:41Speaker 5: other day, is like, this is the great question. Because
- 36:43Speaker 5: I usually don't wear sunglasses when I play like a
- 36:45Speaker 5: cash game or whatever, because they're not as necessary as
- 36:48Speaker 5: people think. But for this main event, I will wear
- 36:51Speaker 5: sunglasses a lot of the time because it's important to
- 36:53Speaker 5: be a little bit more relaxed, hidden focused. So if
- 36:58Speaker 5: I'm looking over here, I don't want you to know,
- 37:00Speaker 5: like you know, I might. I might be looking here,
- 37:01Speaker 5: but I'm really looking to see what somebody's gonna do
- 37:04Speaker 5: with their chips with their cards.
- 37:05Speaker 3: So yes, I will wear sunglasses. Is there a dress code?
- 37:08Speaker 3: Like could you go in looking like a bank robber?
- 37:10Speaker 5: You dress a lot of people, Some people dress up,
- 37:13Speaker 5: but a lot of people wear hoodies, T shirts, jerseys.
- 37:16Speaker 5: People are real fat. A lot of players wear jerseys
- 37:18Speaker 5: to represent their favorite schools. So there'll be a day
- 37:21Speaker 5: or two I'll wear in Arkansas jersey. You know, I
- 37:23Speaker 5: had had my own little all in Marketer T shirts
- 37:26Speaker 5: made up, so we'll have fun with it. You know,
- 37:27Speaker 5: you want to be comfortable, but a hoodie, hoodie to
- 37:30Speaker 5: stay warm.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Always.
- 37:31Speaker 5: Every time I play poker in the casino, you carry
- 37:33Speaker 5: a hoodie with you so you can be warm. You
- 37:35Speaker 5: don't want to be cold. Then they might think you're
- 37:36Speaker 5: nervous when you really just cold, and they call your
- 37:39Speaker 5: bluff because you really know, no, I'm cold.
- 37:42Speaker 2: What about music? You listen to music while you play?
- 37:44Speaker 1: Ever listen to music while I play?
- 37:46Speaker 5: For this less so than than you know, maybe kind
- 37:50Speaker 5: of like when I run and I just carry one
- 37:52Speaker 5: earpod in my ear so I can hear if a
- 37:53Speaker 5: cars coming. I'll probably do something like that. Little low
- 37:56Speaker 5: key music, calm music music, believe it or not, a
- 37:59Speaker 5: lot of times when I play poker, I listened to
- 38:00Speaker 5: worship music just to keep me focused and in the.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Flow in the zone.
- 38:06Speaker 5: You know, we've got a stacked team, a team of
- 38:08Speaker 5: fifty you know, not just Bobby Bones. We've got people
- 38:10Speaker 5: like Laura Wilde, who's an NBA mental performance coach. She's
- 38:13Speaker 5: my mental performance coach who's going to help me stay
- 38:16Speaker 5: in the zone. You know, of course, Chris Moneymaker, the
- 38:19Speaker 5: owners of card Player Cruises who you know, take a
- 38:22Speaker 5: lot of vacations with and play poker on these card
- 38:24Speaker 5: Player cruises, Tina and Martin of Polaitano, Linda Johnson who's
- 38:27Speaker 5: in the Poker Hall of Fame.
- 38:28Speaker 1: She's on my team.
- 38:30Speaker 5: So we had We've got a stacked team of people
- 38:31Speaker 5: behind us and Chris Moneymakers on a roll right now.
- 38:34Speaker 5: As far as luck, he not only just won first
- 38:36Speaker 5: place in a Triton event a couple of weeks ago,
- 38:38Speaker 5: about a month ago, for over a million dollars, but
- 38:41Speaker 5: then he won third place in a Triton event a
- 38:42Speaker 5: couple of days later, and the last couple of weeks
- 38:45Speaker 5: he's had a little piece of a guy named Chance
- 38:48Speaker 5: Cornick who lives here in Nashville, who owns chip Leader Coaching,
- 38:51Speaker 5: and Chance has been doing really really well.
- 38:54Speaker 1: I got third place in a big tournament for about
- 38:56Speaker 1: one point six millions.
- 38:57Speaker 5: So we've been me and Chris been talking like he's
- 39:00Speaker 5: he's got a little bit of luck on his side
- 39:01Speaker 5: right now. So we're rolling into this thing with some
- 39:04Speaker 5: good vibes and good Mojo was.
- 39:06Speaker 2: Watching The Money Game with Jimmy Butler. A lot of
- 39:08Speaker 2: those guys were playing. You ever played with any celebrities
- 39:11Speaker 2: or athletes The.
- 39:13Speaker 5: Year after Chris Moneymaker won the main event, we all
- 39:15Speaker 5: went out the Vegas two thousand and four for the
- 39:17Speaker 5: main Event, and of course he had a lot of
- 39:19Speaker 5: attention ESPN and showed it every night forever, and the
- 39:24Speaker 5: poker bom started, and so we had cash games with
- 39:26Speaker 5: Ben Affleck.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Tobey maguire got to play with.
- 39:28Speaker 5: Them two or three nights, and one of the night
- 39:30Speaker 5: finished the game broke because Ben Affleck tried to bluff Chris,
- 39:34Speaker 5: and Chris thought about it forever and ever never finally
- 39:37Speaker 5: called him with like a five high flush on the
- 39:39Speaker 5: paired board and the game broke. Like great Chris, he
- 39:41Speaker 5: busted Ben Affleck and Toby McGuire. Toby McGuire, I'll never
- 39:46Speaker 5: forget he played really tight. Now, this was before Molly
- 39:49Speaker 5: the Molly's Game movie that was centered around Tobey maguire,
- 39:52Speaker 5: And it's interesting because what the experience I had with Toby.
- 39:55Speaker 5: He hardly ever played a hand. He treated it like
- 39:58Speaker 5: he was, you know, playing with his last ten thousand dollars.
- 40:01Speaker 5: And so we had fun. And there's been other games
- 40:03Speaker 5: with just you know, you know, different celebrities and stuff,
- 40:05Speaker 5: but you know, not as much. I used to run
- 40:08Speaker 5: private games here in Nashville. And don't mention that to anybody.
- 40:13Speaker 2: The house didn't get a cut.
- 40:15Speaker 5: Exactly exactly. Tennis Titan players come play with us and stuff.
- 40:18Speaker 5: Speaking of Titans, we've got Matt Rogers, the public address
- 40:21Speaker 5: announcer for the Titans.
- 40:22Speaker 1: He's on the fifty at fifty team.
- 40:24Speaker 2: So yeah, cool man, you in still?
- 40:27Speaker 3: Oh, I'm very in it.
- 40:28Speaker 2: You can tell your wife no.
- 40:29Speaker 3: And now we've got Eddie on board and she'll wonder too,
- 40:32Speaker 3: like why why are you so invested in this poker game?
- 40:35Speaker 3: Don't worry about it.
- 40:37Speaker 2: You are a digital marketer as a daytime job.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I do that.
- 40:42Speaker 5: I enjoy helping businesses, especially people that have home based
- 40:46Speaker 5: businesses or a small business just starting up, you know,
- 40:48Speaker 5: help them with their marketing, their branding, just helping them
- 40:51Speaker 5: get more attention, created a brand called all in Marketer,
- 40:53Speaker 5: helping them just kind of create what the understand what
- 40:56Speaker 5: they're all in moment is as far as like maybe
- 40:58Speaker 5: you need to get better on Facebook or Instagram, or
- 41:01Speaker 5: just need a better brand. You know, have help help
- 41:03Speaker 5: people put together multiple six figure and seven figure brands,
- 41:06Speaker 5: just just working with them one on one with.
- 41:08Speaker 2: The main event. How what's the max amount of hours
- 41:10Speaker 2: you can play today?
- 41:12Speaker 1: Twelve to fourteen.
- 41:13Speaker 5: They usually start around noon, eleven or twelve am, go
- 41:16Speaker 5: to one or two in the morning.
- 41:17Speaker 2: I played a tournament once in Vegas. What was the
- 41:19Speaker 2: old casino had the big boat in front.
- 41:20Speaker 3: Of it, Uh Treasure Island.
- 41:22Speaker 2: Treasure on. It's only tournament I've ever won. And I
- 41:24Speaker 2: played in turn and it was I swear to God,
- 41:26Speaker 2: eleven hours long just to get to the fine, just
- 41:28Speaker 2: to get to the final table. Then it ended pretty quick.
- 41:30Speaker 2: Once we got to the final table, I was dead
- 41:33Speaker 2: because you got fifteen minute break now five minute breaks,
- 41:36Speaker 2: I think, just to go to the bat. I was
- 41:38Speaker 2: dead when it was over. Lunchbox came in and watched
- 41:40Speaker 2: when it started, and then he went to the club.
- 41:42Speaker 2: Then after the club he came showed up with two
- 41:44Speaker 2: like Asian girls showed up at the table like five
- 41:46Speaker 2: hours later, and I was like, what U. And then
- 41:49Speaker 2: later on in the morning we were finishing, came back again,
- 41:52Speaker 2: no Asian girls with them. This time I had two
- 41:53Speaker 2: Asian girls. It was the craziest and he just can't
- 41:57Speaker 2: and he kept coming back to see if I was
- 41:58Speaker 2: still alive. And to win is to win a whole
- 42:01Speaker 2: tournament is lucky, like you really have to have some
- 42:04Speaker 2: to be a good player. Is not just about luck.
- 42:08Speaker 2: What do you say to people who go, well, let's
- 42:09Speaker 2: tall luck card is all luck.
- 42:11Speaker 5: They're right in the short term, in any one hour window,
- 42:14Speaker 5: it's probably you know, ninety percent luck, ten percent skill,
- 42:17Speaker 5: and they're wrong about the long term. If you play,
- 42:20Speaker 5: I plan on playing the next ten to fifteen main
- 42:22Speaker 5: events as long as I'm healthy.
- 42:23Speaker 1: I'm gonna start doing this every year.
- 42:24Speaker 5: We'll put together a team every year, and you play
- 42:27Speaker 5: ten main events or ten tournaments, it's you know, eighty
- 42:31Speaker 5: percent skill, twenty percent luck whatever. You know, there's no
- 42:33Speaker 5: exact percentage, but you play one hundred tournaments and it's
- 42:36Speaker 5: ninety nine point nine percent skill, you know, point oh
- 42:38Speaker 5: one percent luck. You know I can I can play
- 42:40Speaker 5: cash game poker the rest of my life, and it's
- 42:42Speaker 5: one hundred percent skill.
- 42:43Speaker 1: I can't lose. I can lose on any given night,
- 42:46Speaker 1: any given week. You can have a losing month.
- 42:49Speaker 5: But at the end of a certain number of hours
- 42:51Speaker 5: whatever that is. Once you once you understand the fundamentals
- 42:54Speaker 5: of poker, you know, you leave winner at the end
- 42:57Speaker 5: of you know, one hundred, two hundred and three hundred hours.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Generation Why, what is it? And why is that important
- 43:02Speaker 2: to you?
- 43:02Speaker 3: So?
- 43:03Speaker 5: I used to host a show on Clubhouse called the
- 43:05Speaker 5: Social Media Show. We for a couple of years, we
- 43:07Speaker 5: met every morning and we did, you know, the social
- 43:10Speaker 5: media talk. I brought in a whole team of influencers
- 43:13Speaker 5: and business owners and we just taught social media stuff
- 43:15Speaker 5: and met a good friend of mine, Marcus Black, who's
- 43:17Speaker 5: a motivational speaker and a motivational speaker. I went out
- 43:22Speaker 5: on my end, but I guess you could. You and
- 43:24Speaker 5: Marcus Black is involved with the organization called Generation Why.
- 43:28Speaker 5: They're based in Oklahoma City, but they go around to
- 43:30Speaker 5: different states and schools and they go into the inner
- 43:33Speaker 5: cities and they work with kids who, you know, kids
- 43:37Speaker 5: who need help most, maybe they're dealing with mental health issues, bullying,
- 43:40Speaker 5: and they go in and they basically dig you know,
- 43:43Speaker 5: dig kids out of the deepest issues that they're going
- 43:46Speaker 5: through and they go in and entertain them, talk to them,
- 43:48Speaker 5: work with them one on one, and so they have
- 43:50Speaker 5: a cause.
- 43:51Speaker 1: I have a hat on with the MC.
- 43:52Speaker 5: It's called the Millionaire Club, and they're basically, over the
- 43:55Speaker 5: next ten years hoping to get a million people to
- 43:57Speaker 5: donate five bucks to help them keep going around the country.
- 44:00Speaker 5: They've been to several states and they help kids, you know,
- 44:03Speaker 5: that are on the verge of the worst possible thoughts
- 44:06Speaker 5: of an ending their life or whatever. And they go
- 44:08Speaker 5: in and they've been able to take kids out of
- 44:10Speaker 5: some of the deepest, darkest times and turn them around
- 44:14Speaker 5: into you know.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Productive members of society. And so it means a lot
- 44:17Speaker 1: to me.
- 44:18Speaker 5: We're going to take a piece of all these entries
- 44:20Speaker 5: and already donating two Generation Why and then I'm going
- 44:23Speaker 5: to take two percent of anything I'll win and give
- 44:25Speaker 5: the Generation Why. And so I appreciate everything Marcus and
- 44:28Speaker 5: the and Jordan over it Generation Why are doing to
- 44:32Speaker 5: do that. And I actually have a link on my
- 44:34Speaker 5: website at nateforest dot com. It's just at the top
- 44:36Speaker 5: if anybody wants to give five bucks. It goes directly
- 44:40Speaker 5: to the front lines of people going into the schools
- 44:42Speaker 5: and talking to kids that need help, you know, need
- 44:44Speaker 5: us the most.
- 44:46Speaker 2: How far do you have to get before we make
- 44:48Speaker 2: some money.
- 44:49Speaker 5: It's about two and a half days, so day three
- 44:52Speaker 5: sometimes it's the start of day three. Some years the
- 44:55Speaker 5: main events a little bit different, but two and a
- 44:57Speaker 5: half days, give or take a few hours ya each way.
- 45:00Speaker 5: It could be late day three, it could be early
- 45:02Speaker 5: day three. And once you make the money, it's twenty thousand,
- 45:05Speaker 5: you're guaranteed and then you're on a complete free roll.
- 45:08Speaker 2: When does this start start?
- 45:11Speaker 5: Sorry, So there's so many people in the main event,
- 45:14Speaker 5: there's around ten thousand people in the main event that
- 45:16Speaker 5: they have four different day ones.
- 45:21Speaker 3: I didn't realize that.
- 45:22Speaker 1: Wow, different day one. So the first day is July third.
- 45:27Speaker 5: My birthday is July fifth, So I'm going to play
- 45:29Speaker 5: the third day one unless I decide to play the
- 45:32Speaker 5: money Maker main event before, which is a seventeen hundred
- 45:35Speaker 5: dollars main event over at MGM. That would push me
- 45:38Speaker 5: back to the fourth day one, which would be July sixth.
- 45:40Speaker 5: So we'll be playing on either July fifth or July
- 45:43Speaker 5: sixth for sure, and then it's a basically a seven
- 45:46Speaker 5: or eight day journey to win it.
- 45:48Speaker 2: We'll be on vacation anywayly that weekend, perfect, you want
- 45:51Speaker 2: to go to Vegas for a little bit.
- 45:53Speaker 3: I wish how cool would that be?
- 45:54Speaker 2: Be pretty cool? Eddie, are you in?
- 45:56Speaker 3: I'm in. I'm already I'm in. But let me ask Nate.
- 46:00Speaker 3: Let me ask you this.
- 46:02Speaker 1: Since you are being backed, add one hundred bucks to
- 46:05Speaker 1: this ten k right.
- 46:05Speaker 2: Here for that Okay, I flip your coin for that
- 46:08Speaker 2: ten klip.
- 46:09Speaker 3: So, since you're being backed financially, does it make you
- 46:14Speaker 3: a little less stressed going into this or does it
- 46:17Speaker 3: make you could you be playing a little more careless?
- 46:20Speaker 5: That's a really good question. I think there's gonna be
- 46:22Speaker 5: moments of both. For the most part, it's not because
- 46:25Speaker 5: you know, I mean, it's only one hundred bucks. It
- 46:26Speaker 5: doesn't mean anything to you know, you guys know. But
- 46:29Speaker 5: but but also I've thought about this, and I'm like,
- 46:32Speaker 5: it's gonna be a little I've got fifty people on
- 46:34Speaker 5: my side instead of like four or five, So I'm
- 46:36Speaker 5: gonna be a little bit more nervous because it would
- 46:40Speaker 5: be really cool to perform for the whole team. You
- 46:42Speaker 5: know for myself, even though I have five thousand dollars invested.
- 46:46Speaker 5: I mean I've played tournaments. You get knocked out if
- 46:48Speaker 5: you get pocket aces cracked. Some some some idiot gets
- 46:51Speaker 5: all in with you know, six and a seven hearts
- 46:53Speaker 5: and he gets he's beat. Yes, you know whatever if
- 46:56Speaker 5: that hap you get all in with a set of kings,
- 46:58Speaker 5: you flyp three kings and they have a eight high
- 47:00Speaker 5: flush straw and then you get all the chips in
- 47:01Speaker 5: and they beat you.
- 47:02Speaker 1: So for my money, that'll that just is what it is.
- 47:05Speaker 1: It stings, it kind of sucks, but it just is
- 47:08Speaker 1: what it is.
- 47:08Speaker 5: You move on to the next You go down the
- 47:10Speaker 5: street to the wind or the or the Orleans and
- 47:12Speaker 5: you play a little cash that night and you get
- 47:13Speaker 5: the ten k back. But for the team, yeah, yeah,
- 47:16Speaker 5: they'll be a little bit of uh, you know a
- 47:18Speaker 5: little bit more anxiety, just because I want to perform
- 47:21Speaker 5: for the team for sure.
- 47:22Speaker 2: For sure, Kevin, are you wanting Internet? No?
- 47:24Speaker 4: I think I'm out.
- 47:25Speaker 2: Okay, we talk about it. Then I'm gonna put Kevin's
- 47:28Speaker 2: name instead of my wife because she'll kill me. Oh really,
- 47:31Speaker 2: She's like, I don't want to be an on poker match.
- 47:33Speaker 3: Why not, That's what she'll say. She can win some
- 47:35Speaker 3: big money.
- 47:35Speaker 2: Man, she gets money anyway if I want. That's true.
- 47:37Speaker 4: I don't get any of it.
- 47:39Speaker 2: No, none of it.
- 47:40Speaker 4: Name, image and likeness of the name.
- 47:42Speaker 2: You're not called d read No, I can't. Okay, we're
- 47:47Speaker 2: gonna use that name. Okay, we're gonna use those names.
- 47:51Speaker 2: And then so it starts to fit through the sixth.
- 47:54Speaker 2: We should probably be rich by the ninth.
- 47:58Speaker 1: By the twelve, twelve, ninth, well, thirteenth. There's a day.
- 48:03Speaker 5: There's always a day break after like a there's basically
- 48:07Speaker 5: four day ones, two day twos. So we'll get like
- 48:09Speaker 5: two days off before even play our day two damn.
- 48:12Speaker 5: And then you're playing every day. So you play like
- 48:15Speaker 5: four or five days in a row until you get
- 48:17Speaker 5: to the final table, and then you take another day
- 48:18Speaker 5: off for the final table. Yeah, it's it's eight, eight, nine,
- 48:22Speaker 5: ten days long. So hopefully, hey worth it for us.
- 48:25Speaker 5: I'm calling the shots.
- 48:25Speaker 2: We're gonna be rich.
- 48:26Speaker 5: Yeah you got you got the exclusive interview with the
- 48:28Speaker 5: twenty twenty four main event champion.
- 48:30Speaker 2: I also didn't know that I was like stealing peoples spots.
- 48:33Speaker 2: I sent three hundred bucks I was like, I'm in
- 48:34Speaker 2: four percentages. It was one hundred bucks.
- 48:36Speaker 5: I'm like, yeah, I told my sister rachelho's here with
- 48:39Speaker 5: me today. I was like, yeah, Bobby missed the assignment.
- 48:40Speaker 1: Yeah, you guys know me.
- 48:42Speaker 2: You give me a shot and I want to get in.
- 48:44Speaker 3: I want I want multiple shit.
- 48:45Speaker 4: He's like, Rachel, you're out.
- 48:47Speaker 3: Did you know there were ten thousand entries?
- 48:50Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, I mean yeah, sure, that doesn't affect me.
- 48:52Speaker 1: Last year was the record they had.
- 48:54Speaker 5: I can't remember if it was just under ten thousand,
- 48:56Speaker 5: just over ten thousand, but they broke the record last year.
- 48:58Speaker 5: Before that, it was like seventy five to eighty five
- 49:00Speaker 5: hundred each year. When Chris won it in two thousand
- 49:03Speaker 5: and three, there was only like eight hundred something entries,
- 49:05Speaker 5: and then they had the poker boom, and the next
- 49:06Speaker 5: year it had like twenty four, twenty five, twenty six
- 49:08Speaker 5: hundred entries, and then every year it's been kind of
- 49:10Speaker 5: like when they shut down the poker sites online a
- 49:13Speaker 5: few years ago, it kind of went down. Now it's
- 49:15Speaker 5: a it's on another upswing.
- 49:16Speaker 1: Now.
- 49:17Speaker 2: Why do you think the payouts so big as the end?
- 49:19Speaker 3: No, I know, it's just that sounds like a lot
- 49:21Speaker 3: of people.
- 49:22Speaker 2: Hey, that's all we're hiring him.
- 49:23Speaker 3: That's our dude.
- 49:24Speaker 2: It's our dude right there. All right, cool, Well, appreciate
- 49:27Speaker 2: you coming in. Yeah, we're excited that this is how
- 49:30Speaker 2: we're gonna get rich. We thought about you, thought about
- 49:32Speaker 2: how it's gonna happen, but this is out, This is it.
- 49:34Speaker 2: Never would have seen it coming, it coming.
- 49:37Speaker 3: He take Venmo nate or they get cash for you,
- 49:39Speaker 3: all of all the above. Perfect.
- 49:41Speaker 5: Yeah, and next year the next year will make it bigger,
- 49:43Speaker 5: you know, maybe get a bigger piece. And you know,
- 49:44Speaker 5: if we don't win it this year, maybe we'll win
- 49:46Speaker 5: it next year. If you have twenty percent of it,
- 49:48Speaker 5: and then he win two point four million next year
- 49:50Speaker 5: instead of just three hundred thousand this year.
- 49:51Speaker 3: I'll tell you what, if we win this year, we're
- 49:53Speaker 3: gonna go big next year.
- 49:54Speaker 5: But I would like to finish off by anybody that's
- 49:56Speaker 5: listening out there, you know that hasn't played the world
- 49:58Speaker 5: so he's a poker, or you haven't play poker, maybe
- 50:00Speaker 5: you don't like going to a casino because of what
- 50:02Speaker 5: y'all joked about. People get get lucky and beat you.
- 50:05Speaker 5: I encourage anybody just to go play poker. This is
- 50:07Speaker 5: I love talking about poker in the World Series of Poker.
- 50:10Speaker 5: Have some fun, you know, come play poker with us
- 50:12Speaker 5: on card Player Cruises. We do four or five or

- 50:29Speaker 5: They see what's on TV, the guy in sunglasses, and
- 50:32Speaker 5: they're like, I don't want to be a part of that.
- 50:33Speaker 5: Or they see, you know, they see the guy getting
- 50:35Speaker 5: lucky and they're like, I'm just gambling losing my money. Well,

- 50:43Speaker 2: What's the jersey? I know it's an arch jersey? What
- 50:46Speaker 2: is that? Don oh Derny Fatten jersey?
- 50:48Speaker 3: Hey McFadden Bill Hawks?
- 50:51Speaker 2: Do you just carry that with you everywhere you go?
- 50:54Speaker 2: I was gonna put it on that.
- 50:55Speaker 1: I was like, man, it's summertime. Yeah, I just carried around.
- 50:59Speaker 2: You know. Well, good, good to talk to you. We're
- 51:01Speaker 2: excited to make some money and we'll check back and
- 51:04Speaker 2: with you after it's over.
- 51:05Speaker 5: Yep, all right, cool, I'll be here to talk about
- 51:07Speaker 5: the winning and all. All right, Yeah, appreciate it. Thanks
- 51:09Speaker 5: for having me.
- 51:10Speaker 2: Nice. All right, we're back. I think that's all I have.
- 51:17Speaker 2: I was anxious that if Reid was going to get
- 51:19Speaker 2: into the poker I'll tell you why. I'm glad he didn't.
- 51:22Speaker 2: If you haven't heard the story, Reid was winning so
- 51:23Speaker 2: much on DraftKings. He called them, he called the eight
- 51:26Speaker 2: hundred number, had him shut down his account because he
- 51:29Speaker 2: enjoyed it so much. He was winning. I've never heard
- 51:31Speaker 2: of that before.
- 51:32Speaker 3: I retired.
- 51:32Speaker 2: Man, he retired because he was winning too much.
- 51:34Speaker 4: Football season's coming back read I can't.
- 51:36Speaker 2: I can't do it. You're not gonna do it at all.
- 51:38Speaker 1: I can't.
- 51:40Speaker 3: I like it too much.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Yeah I would. That's responsible, stupid, that is responsible. Okay, cool.
- 51:47Speaker 2: Anything you want to say, Eddie, call you mister Middle East.
- 51:51Speaker 3: Middle It's not nice now, dude, you've been watching the
- 51:55Speaker 3: Olympic trials, Okay, cool?
- 51:57Speaker 1: All right, Kevin, what you got remember?
- 51:59Speaker 2: Right?
- 51:59Speaker 4: Told you my dad and sister.
- 52:01Speaker 3: Yeah, dude, it's awesome.
- 52:02Speaker 2: I'm not saying that awesome. I just haven't been watching
- 52:04Speaker 2: picture certificate about the.
- 52:06Speaker 3: Ot of the seat. I'll get that afterward, like you, No,
- 52:08Speaker 3: it's really really cool, man, I'm watching the There was
- 52:11Speaker 3: a lot of swimming, but now they're on the track.
- 52:12Speaker 3: That's the good stuff. It's got so fast.
- 52:17Speaker 6: Remember I told you my dad and sister went to
- 52:19Speaker 6: the parade the Celtics bread and it was a crazy parade. Yeah,
- 52:22Speaker 6: And my sister went to Oregon, so she brought an
- 52:25Speaker 6: Orgon flag and Peyton Pritchard went to Oregon and he's
- 52:27Speaker 6: a big Oregon guy. And then so he saw the
- 52:30Speaker 6: flag as they're going by, came down, grabbed the flag
- 52:32Speaker 6: from her, took it throughout the rest of the parade,
- 52:36Speaker 6: brought it into the garden. They're taking pictures with the
- 52:38Speaker 6: flag inside the garden. They took like the picture of
- 52:40Speaker 6: them sleeping on the flag. My sister's flag went on
- 52:43Speaker 6: the parade with him in the garden. She messaged his
- 52:45Speaker 6: friend was like, Hey, that's my flag, and he's like,
- 52:47Speaker 6: we lost it.
- 52:48Speaker 4: I'm sorry. We'll give you something signed if you want.
- 52:50Speaker 2: That's cool.
- 52:51Speaker 3: Really cool. Yeah, that's cool, but that does suck that
- 52:54Speaker 3: it's gone though it's flag tooah.
- 52:56Speaker 4: Yeah, but you see pictures you're like, that's my flag.
- 52:59Speaker 2: Raid. I'm just I'm shocked at at how.
- 53:04Speaker 8: Better I performed at the workout that we did, like
- 53:07Speaker 8: because of the last two months. I was one sure
- 53:10Speaker 8: I was gonna die, and I did die a little bit.
- 53:13Speaker 2: But he did pretty good. I'm proud of myself, O, Katie,
