- 0:15Speaker 1: It is time to leave your worries outside and laugh
- 0:20Speaker 1: with us inside the treehouse. Welcome to episode one oh
- 0:26Speaker 1: one century plus one. And not to brag or nothing,
- 0:33Speaker 1: but I'm going to celebrate our one hundredth plus one
- 0:36Speaker 1: episode with a tsunami of stupid gentlemen, So I want
- 0:39Speaker 1: you to be not just mentally, but also physically, but
- 0:44Speaker 1: most importantly emotionally prepared for said tsunami of stupid. Okay, yeah, ready,
- 0:52Speaker 1: you say that, but we'll just have to We'll just
- 0:55Speaker 1: have to see raj okay.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Is the hawk Tua girl involved?
- 1:01Speaker 1: I'm sorry say that again.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Don't tell me the hot Ta girl.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Hot to uh hot oh no.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Girl saving relationships left, right and sideways?
- 1:19Speaker 1: All right? Who is that?
- 1:21Speaker 2: You really don't know who the hot Tua girl is?
- 1:23Speaker 1: No, honestly, I thought it was something you mentioned Tua,
- 1:26Speaker 1: and I thought, well, is that the Is that the
- 1:28Speaker 1: guy that got catfished at Notre Dame or was it
- 1:32Speaker 1: the guy who was all greased up carrying the Tongan
- 1:35Speaker 1: flag at the Olympics like three different times?
- 1:38Speaker 3: Uh?
- 1:39Speaker 1: All right, everyone, hang on, give me a tsunami of stupid.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Must wait because Trey has to educate me. On something
- 1:45Speaker 1: that I've seen.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Well, he's gonna warm the waters for the tsunami. He's gotta,
- 1:48Speaker 3: he's gotta, he's gotta shift the tech.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Do you know who I'm talking about?
- 1:51Speaker 3: I do not.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Oh this is great, so I'm not alone in my ignorance.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Yeah, he's gotta shift the tectonic plates to get the
- 1:58Speaker 3: water to put to pull back and then and then
- 2:01Speaker 3: we can rush in with the tsunami.
- 2:03Speaker 1: That's true because the worst storms I've learned this living
- 2:06Speaker 1: in the Caribbean now for a couple of years. The
- 2:09Speaker 1: worst storms happen when the waters are in fact warm.
- 2:12Speaker 1: So this makes sense.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Yes, Well, the tsunami happens when the tectonic plates shift
- 2:17Speaker 3: up and there's nowhere for all the pressure to go,
- 2:20Speaker 3: so it goes straight through the ocean floor up to
- 2:23Speaker 3: the sea level and it you can always tell when
- 2:25Speaker 3: the tsunami is coming. The shore line gets larger because
- 2:30Speaker 3: the water is pulling back. And that's when if you
- 2:33Speaker 3: see that, if you're ever on vacation and all of
- 2:35Speaker 3: a sudden you're like, hey, where did the water go run?
- 2:39Speaker 1: And because of the tsunami a handful of years ago,
- 2:42Speaker 1: I know that, Yes, seeing it and that was before
- 2:46Speaker 1: what was that the mid two thousands, was it the
- 2:48Speaker 1: Indonesian tsunami? So that was before that was before the
- 2:52Speaker 1: prevalence of smartphones being able to pull your phone out
- 2:54Speaker 1: and to start recording video really easily, let alone good video.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:59Speaker 1: So it's like if that happened nowadays and you saw
- 3:01Speaker 1: the water disappear, I know, to run my ass the
- 3:04Speaker 1: opposite direction and ry like hell to climb the high ground.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I lovel in la in the You know, when
- 3:11Speaker 3: you go to down Santa Monica or if you go
- 3:13Speaker 3: to Hermosa Beach or any of those, they have a
- 3:16Speaker 3: tsunami evacuation route.
- 3:19Speaker 1: We have those here on the street signs.
- 3:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:21Speaker 3: I think it's hilarious. I'm like, oh, so you're gonna
- 3:23Speaker 3: outrun water?
- 3:25Speaker 1: Oh okay, at least here with the tsunami evacuee with
- 3:31Speaker 1: the tsunami evacuation route got hurt. Say, you can just
- 3:37Speaker 1: go up because it's mountains. Yeah, so, like you get
- 3:40Speaker 1: to the beach, you can go up pretty quickly. You
- 3:41Speaker 1: just got to be good at running uphill. The downside
- 3:45Speaker 1: is the majority of the tsunami evacuation route signs are
- 3:50Speaker 1: covered up with banned slash happy hour stickers. So it's
- 3:56Speaker 1: actually kind of brilliant marketing when you think about it,
- 3:58Speaker 1: that in order to avoid the sudna, you must first
- 4:01Speaker 1: hit the happy you must first hit the happy hour
- 4:04Speaker 1: at beach bar.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Or what you do is you set up a bar
- 4:06Speaker 3: on top of the mountain, so when the sounamty hits
- 4:08Speaker 3: the captive audience the windmill bar. Okay, okay, all.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Right, okay, hang on. Okay, So I'm seeing this now
- 4:18Speaker 1: because Tray, you're sharing your screen with this so we
- 4:19Speaker 1: can see this. This girl looks familiar. I think I've
- 4:22Speaker 1: seen a video that's not even the girl. Okay, so
- 4:25Speaker 1: never mind then.
- 4:27Speaker 2: So anyway, this was.
- 4:28Speaker 5: Kind of a man on the street deal, and the
- 4:30Speaker 5: guy asked, what do you do to keep a man happy?
- 4:35Speaker 4: Okay, can y'all hear that?
- 4:47Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a little soft, but play that again. I
- 4:49Speaker 1: think I got the gist of it, but I just
- 4:51Speaker 1: want to make sure. Yeah, so he asks her what
- 4:56Speaker 1: to do to keep a man happy?
- 4:58Speaker 3: Yep, sure knows she has a plan.
- 5:02Speaker 1: All right, give the hawk tua and spit on that thing.
- 5:11Speaker 5: I can believe that that has been That is the
- 5:14Speaker 5: I bet I can't even fathom how many views that
- 5:16Speaker 5: thing has and how many you know, different it's been everywhere.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Yeah, imagine you got a number of hands raised in
- 5:27Speaker 1: the comments.
- 5:29Speaker 2: She's a wise woman, Okay, is she?
- 5:32Speaker 1: Because now I'm wondering, I've questioned things when I've seen
- 5:36Speaker 1: this in h in the adult film industry, the spitting thing,
- 5:40Speaker 1: what what is the what is it with the spin
- 5:42Speaker 1: on it thing? It's like, can't you just get you know,
- 5:44Speaker 1: they sell products at commons to Go and New Fine
- 5:48Speaker 1: Arts all these places to you know, slick things up.
- 5:51Speaker 1: You don't have to hawk Tua like that chick is saying.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't, I don't, Yeah you do.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Okay, So this this lady has found one of the
- 6:03Speaker 1: ways to get to Trey's heart.
- 6:07Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right.
- 6:07Speaker 1: You know what, I should not be surprised. One of
- 6:10Speaker 1: the ways to get to Trey's heart is by spinning
- 6:12Speaker 1: on him.
- 6:20Speaker 3: A poor fellow, She's like the oral sex yoda Hoktua,
- 6:28Speaker 3: you must.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Clearly I'll have not been on TikTok this week, so
- 6:34Speaker 2: I guess not.
- 6:35Speaker 1: I get the occasional email, but I don't check all
- 6:38Speaker 1: of them.
- 6:39Speaker 3: Yeah, it's the funniest thing. For me with TikTok, like
- 6:41Speaker 3: I don't go on there anymore. I don't upload videos
- 6:44Speaker 3: and I have. I've gotten more followers in the last
- 6:48Speaker 3: two months than when I was actually actively on it.
- 6:52Speaker 3: Uh So I don't know, So is this is that
- 6:54Speaker 3: where she was on was she on the.
- 6:59Speaker 5: I'm not actually even sure which one it started on,
- 7:02Speaker 5: but I just in my.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Head I always see this is like her dad's going
- 7:07Speaker 3: to be like the golf course with his buddies and like,
- 7:09Speaker 3: oh man, you got to check this girl out. And
- 7:11Speaker 3: that's my that's my little one. Yeah.
- 7:14Speaker 5: Now the worst part is that they found some bartender
- 7:17Speaker 5: who looks just like her, but it's not her. And
- 7:20Speaker 5: of course that girl has just been getting you know,
- 7:23Speaker 5: actually should be geting a lot of tips.
- 7:24Speaker 6: I would have.
- 7:27Speaker 3: And I bet.
- 7:29Speaker 6: And money.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Although going back to the golf thing, that would be
- 7:39Speaker 1: really awkward. At the nineteenth toll when yeah, that girl's
- 7:43Speaker 1: dad gets handed you know, a buddy's phone check this
- 7:47Speaker 1: chick out, I'm like, oh.
- 7:47Speaker 5: My god, yeah, it's really I mean, there are t
- 7:50Speaker 5: shirts that have been made, so yeah, really bad if
- 7:54Speaker 5: his buddies see it.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Used to be back in the day that in Playboy
- 7:58Speaker 1: They would always ask the center folds and like, so,
- 8:00Speaker 1: what what are your parents going to say? What your
- 8:02Speaker 1: father gonna think? And some of them will say, well,
- 8:03Speaker 1: they don't know.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Uh.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Some have said, you know, I think they'll be really proud.
- 8:08Speaker 1: The twenty first century version of that is going viral
- 8:12Speaker 1: and is it the thing you want to be known
- 8:14Speaker 1: for in perpetuity?
- 8:16Speaker 3: Yeah? The only thing that only come back like for her,
- 8:18Speaker 3: like the only saving grace for her dad, Like if
- 8:20Speaker 3: he saw the video and be like, ah, just like her.
- 8:22Speaker 5: Mom that got get a rich husband, didn't get off
- 8:29Speaker 5: my roll.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Yeah, honestly, that might be the only saving grace is
- 8:35Speaker 1: that if he can say, yeah, she gets it from
- 8:37Speaker 1: her mom. But if she doesn't, Yeah, then he's gonna
- 8:41Speaker 1: have questions as to where she's picked this up.
- 8:46Speaker 2: His daughter went viral, and he's gonna be like, God,
- 8:48Speaker 2: I wish it was her.
- 8:49Speaker 3: Pees that's what I get for sending her to Texas State?
- 8:56Speaker 1: Yeah? Was she she a college student down inside Marcus
- 8:59Speaker 1: Trey or do we know the origins? It's a great mystery.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Will she come forward?
- 9:05Speaker 3: Oh, backwards, sideways? I'm sure she does all the time.
- 9:13Speaker 1: She'll not only look back at it, you and all
- 9:15Speaker 1: your friends.
- 9:20Speaker 6: You don't want to see her scrap book.
- 9:24Speaker 2: She didn't use glue to stick.
- 9:32Speaker 1: I know when they win.
- 9:44Speaker 7: You're listening to the Treehouse.
- 9:46Speaker 8: Visit us online that Treehouse on air dot com.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Time now to talk to Daniel Cook from cook df
- 9:58Speaker 1: W Roofing and Restoration for your roof inspection and to
- 10:01Speaker 1: get yourself on the very important cook list eight three
- 10:04Speaker 1: three cook DFW or the website cookdfw dot com. It's
- 10:08Speaker 1: that time of season, Daniel, and that season is, of course,
- 10:11Speaker 1: people on their roofs decorating for the holidays. Many people
- 10:14Speaker 1: already have decorated, which means they're going to take them
- 10:16Speaker 1: down soon. And is that when they're going to discover
- 10:20Speaker 1: that maybe they did little damage to their roof when
- 10:22Speaker 1: they put up Santa Claus and his reindeer man.
- 10:26Speaker 9: It is that time of the year. Merry Christmas to
- 10:28Speaker 9: you and everybody listening. And yes, sir, we see a
- 10:31Speaker 9: lot of roof damage, especially around the edges of the
- 10:36Speaker 9: people's homes. A lot of people will skirt around the
- 10:40Speaker 9: sides because they get scared about going too far up
- 10:42Speaker 9: and they kind of hold themselves up around the edge
- 10:45Speaker 9: as they're plugging the lights around, or they'll hold the
- 10:49Speaker 9: ladder against the side of the roof and they'll damage
- 10:51Speaker 9: the shingles all the way around the edges. So there's
- 10:54Speaker 9: a lot of things that happen to shingles, and it
- 10:56Speaker 9: may not damage it right away enough to leak, but
- 10:58Speaker 9: it's going to potentially put it there. So we always
- 11:01Speaker 9: suggest having your roof checked out once a year at
- 11:04Speaker 9: least obviously for all the weather that we have, but
- 11:07Speaker 9: especially if you know you've had people on top of
- 11:09Speaker 9: your roof hanging lights or decorations, or you know you
- 11:12Speaker 9: see some shingles that are starting to fold on the corner,
- 11:15Speaker 9: so let us come out. Let's do an inspection. May
- 11:17Speaker 9: need some minor repairs, but it could save you potentially
- 11:19Speaker 9: thousands of dollars later on.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Eight three three cook DFW. That's eight three three cook
- 11:24Speaker 1: DFW or that website cookdfw dot com.
- 11:32Speaker 7: You're in the treehouse.
- 11:34Speaker 10: Visit us online at treehouse OnAir dot com.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Now, before I leave you, gentlemen, this is the backside
- 11:42Speaker 1: of the tsunami of stupid today and one of the
- 11:48Speaker 1: best things I've heard all week. I wanted to share
- 11:51Speaker 1: with you because I like to share things with my buddies, right, oh,
- 11:56Speaker 1: thanks man. And I know that in a previous episode
- 11:58Speaker 1: we had a lot of fun with the legend Conway
- 12:02Speaker 1: Twitty and with hits like I'm Gonna lay you down
- 12:09Speaker 1: the rows and countless others that we're on a cassette
- 12:14Speaker 1: in my uncle's tractor, the entire Conway Twitty collection. And
- 12:19Speaker 1: I'm not making that up, by the way, I.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Believe you those sentences, I will never utter.
- 12:25Speaker 1: I understand Raj your hesitancy with artificial intelligence, and it's
- 12:30Speaker 1: you know, current onslaught into the mainstream, but there are
- 12:34Speaker 1: some practical, wonderful, beautifully stupid uses for it. And this
- 12:38Speaker 1: is how we distract the AI from killing us all
- 12:42Speaker 1: by making it mash up Conway Twitty and fifty Oh yes.
- 12:52Speaker 3: And if you were alive today, can in the club
- 12:55Speaker 3: abouttle soul of bub I'm in the have of sex.
- 13:00Speaker 11: I ain't in the making the This is.
- 13:03Speaker 3: The greatest thing I've ever heard of money?
- 13:05Speaker 1: What's up?
- 13:06Speaker 3: This is the greatest thing I've ever heard.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Then they say, hey, it's gonna ruin us.
- 13:10Speaker 3: You know what, if it does kill us, I'm gonna
- 13:12Speaker 3: laugh the whole time.
- 13:14Speaker 1: You know what You're right though, Trey A, I can't
- 13:17Speaker 1: ruin us because we humans ruin everything first. And this
- 13:21Speaker 1: is and this is a great example of that, the
- 13:23Speaker 1: Conway twitty mash up with fifty cent.
- 13:27Speaker 11: Oh, if you're in the getting room, go shot.
- 13:31Speaker 3: He gets your birthday. We're going to party life. It's
- 13:34Speaker 3: your birthday. That's so good.
- 13:37Speaker 11: I'm brought the bands on the dose Gonna room, twenty
- 13:42Speaker 11: je it's twenty nine in the God brought me the
- 13:48Speaker 11: does about all my fancy things? I reread my cars,
- 13:52Speaker 11: my clothes, my tools, and kitten jeez hell yeah.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Uh. Fifty actually came across this himself on social media.
- 14:03Speaker 1: It's from the account there I Ruined It, which on
- 14:06Speaker 1: Instagram has over two point two million followers. Ruin your
- 14:10Speaker 1: favorite songs. They'll do mashups of others, and this is
- 14:14Speaker 1: one of their more recent examples. Fifty Cent saw it
- 14:17Speaker 1: and he needed to repost it, obviously, and he fully
- 14:21Speaker 1: endorsed it by even saying, my country album is on
- 14:25Speaker 1: the way, Beyonce ain't got des on me Beyonce's song,
- 14:33Speaker 1: and now the Conway twitty fifty mashup. I'm on the
- 14:39Speaker 1: Conway twitty fifty cent train.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Yeah, same here. I think that's the hologround. Nobody at
- 14:45Speaker 3: Coachella is expecting his fifty then comes out and then
- 14:49Speaker 3: Conway Twitty.
- 14:51Speaker 1: It's funny you mentioned that, Raj, because I believe they
- 14:55Speaker 1: even you check to see here. Yep, I'm going to
- 15:01Speaker 1: show you a photo here. This is from the there
- 15:03Speaker 1: I Ruined it account on Instagram, and they not only
- 15:07Speaker 1: mashed up the songs in the club by fifty cent
- 15:11Speaker 1: and tight fitting jeans by Conway Twitty, they also have
- 15:19Speaker 1: the photo here of the mashup of con of Conway
- 15:24Speaker 1: Twitty's hair and clothing with fifty cents face and so, gentlemen,
- 15:27Speaker 1: I now introduce you to Conway Fitty.
- 15:31Speaker 3: It should be twenty.
- 15:34Speaker 1: That is the other that is the alternate name is
- 15:38Speaker 1: twitty cent.
- 15:40Speaker 3: I would listen to.
- 15:44Speaker 1: What do you mean? Would this is twitty cent?
- 15:46Speaker 6: Oh? No?
- 15:47Speaker 3: I would go to the car.
- 15:47Speaker 11: You can find in the club, a bottle full of
- 15:51Speaker 11: bun I'm in the cab and sex in the making.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Then give me.
- 16:00Speaker 11: If you're in the getting room, go shoty. It's your birthday.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Okay. There are any of our listeners that happen to
- 16:09Speaker 3: work at a Country and Western bar where they were
- 16:11Speaker 3: they where people get out there and cut a rug.
- 16:14Speaker 3: As you guys say, can you please slip that song
- 16:17Speaker 3: in because nobody's gonna notice it for the first everybody's
- 16:20Speaker 3: gonna start dancing because they're gonna hear Conway Twitty.
- 16:23Speaker 1: Yeah, they may not notice until either the second or
- 16:28Speaker 1: third verse. They're not going to notice it in the
- 16:30Speaker 1: first because they'll they'll start laying dancing in the first
- 16:32Speaker 1: without a doubt.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Yes, So if there's anybody, any of our listeners that happened,
- 16:36Speaker 3: or wedding DJs or party DJ's, whatever, just kind of
- 16:40Speaker 3: sneak this in when when somebody asked for a line
- 16:42Speaker 3: dance song.
- 16:44Speaker 1: And in addition to that, Raj, I'm not sure what
- 16:47Speaker 1: your feelings are about Halloween in general, but you're the
- 16:50Speaker 1: only one in the treehouse that could actually pull off
- 16:53Speaker 1: the Twitty scent Halloween costume.
- 16:55Speaker 3: And I'm I'm definitely going to do that. I don't know,
- 17:01Speaker 3: you better, you better bring your ass to town. Oh
- 17:05Speaker 3: I want to witness that in persons going out on
- 17:08Speaker 3: the town.
- 17:09Speaker 1: No, No, you're going in the club and you know
- 17:13Speaker 1: what you're going to be wearing, tight fit jeans.
- 17:16Speaker 3: Goddamn right.
- 17:17Speaker 1: And then you're gonna lay us all down.
- 17:24Speaker 7: You're listening to the Treehouse. Visit us online at Treehouse

- 18:06Speaker 12: plumbing is unfortunately a need and not so much a want. Yes,
- 18:10Speaker 12: you can want to remodel the bathroom and that's not pressing,
- 18:14Speaker 12: but typically when it comes to service or leak investigations,

- 18:20Speaker 12: the mainline and you don't know and you keep putting

- 19:11Speaker 1: The beauty of all of us with our age. When
- 19:14Speaker 1: we were kids, we found ways to play with things.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Even if they weren't necessarily toys, we'd still find a
- 19:20Speaker 1: way to integrate them into our playtime.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Yeah, but I think this was like maybe a low
- 19:25Speaker 3: like underfunded school, and they were like, hey, we need
- 19:28Speaker 3: some sort of playground thing, and like somebody's dad's like
- 19:30Speaker 3: I got some mood of.
- 19:33Speaker 2: The land of misfit toys.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Maybe that's what it was. Maybe that really is what
- 19:39Speaker 1: it was. My recess in pre kindergarten was the land
- 19:42Speaker 1: of misfit toys?
- 19:43Speaker 2: Did the adopted kids have a special playground?
- 19:48Speaker 1: Since we didn't have real parents, we couldn't have real
- 19:50Speaker 1: playground equipment.
- 19:53Speaker 3: You had a good playground equipment nobody else wanted.
- 19:57Speaker 1: No, Sorry, the good kids, the uh, the AKC registered
- 20:05Speaker 1: children get the good playground with the monkey bars and
- 20:07Speaker 1: the swing set.
- 20:09Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Uh, and the merry go round thing. No, no, no.
- 20:13Speaker 1: And for you adopted kids, you don't get that good stuff.
- 20:15Speaker 1: You go over there and get the reject pile.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 20:18Speaker 3: I'm just saying, if you were handed off in the
- 20:19Speaker 3: parking lot of a Walmart, that's kind of the best
- 20:21Speaker 3: toy you're gonna get that.
- 20:25Speaker 6: No, beggars can't be choosers. You just live with what
- 20:28Speaker 6: you get.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Look a curb, it's like Christmas for adopted. Maybe one
- 20:38Speaker 1: day I'll be able to get the lines that go
- 20:39Speaker 1: with the entire parking spot. Life was tough as an
- 20:45Speaker 1: adopted kid. I never thought about that. Maybe I was
- 20:47Speaker 1: in the school for the uh, the lonely and adopted.
- 20:51Speaker 6: It's right next to Hogwarts, like.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Except we don't get told about the secret passageway.
- 20:57Speaker 6: There's nothing magical it's just a sad place.
- 21:01Speaker 1: We just run into the brick wall because it's what
- 21:03Speaker 1: was painted over like loony tunes. See you you you
- 21:10Speaker 1: you normal kids. You don't know how good you had it.
- 21:14Speaker 3: Yeah we had monkey barns and the little little little
- 21:17Speaker 3: horses and race carners with the springs on it that
- 21:20Speaker 3: you could with the swing sets.
- 21:21Speaker 1: And yeah. See the only way I got to ride
- 21:23Speaker 1: in those fun cars was in front of the Walmart
- 21:27Speaker 1: and you had to throw a quarter into it. I
- 21:29Speaker 1: had to pay for it. You got to ride that
- 21:31Speaker 1: for free.
- 21:33Speaker 3: And the good, the good old hot metal slide, the
- 21:35Speaker 3: hot metal side is my favorite.
- 21:37Speaker 1: No, we had that.
- 21:40Speaker 6: Even you guys got that.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Okay, well, even even we had the hot metal slide.
- 21:43Speaker 1: You kids were the ones that got the good, new
- 21:45Speaker 1: plastic slides that didn't give you third degree burns across
- 21:48Speaker 1: your hamstring.
- 21:49Speaker 6: No, no, no, we didn't that.
- 21:50Speaker 3: That didn't change until at least in my elementary school.
- 21:54Speaker 3: I remember this, like I believe it was the late nineties.
- 21:58Speaker 3: Is when I was jogging by. I think i'd just
- 22:02Speaker 3: come back from school or whatever, and I was from
- 22:04Speaker 3: from college and I was jogging by, and I was like,
- 22:07Speaker 3: what the f is this? And I went back into
- 22:11Speaker 3: the playground. It was like evening, and I was like,
- 22:13Speaker 3: this is amazing. And they still had gravel. They still
- 22:16Speaker 3: had that, so they still there was still a potential
- 22:19Speaker 3: for injury.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Was it actual gravel or was it the soft pea
- 22:23Speaker 1: river rock like river rock gravel.
- 22:26Speaker 7: No?
- 22:26Speaker 3: No, no, this was like like construction side gravel.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Okay, good because the gravel I grew up on, including
- 22:31Speaker 1: the gravel driveway that I had, and that was what
- 22:34Speaker 1: my dad taught me to ride a bike on, was
- 22:38Speaker 1: jagged limestone quarry style. Yeah, you know, there's a legitimate
- 22:44Speaker 1: possibility of when you fall off this bike, you may
- 22:46Speaker 1: never walk again type of group.
- 22:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 22:48Speaker 3: Yeah, the good old fashioned kind of like there's there's
- 22:50Speaker 3: probably still like like quartz or limestone stuck in our
- 22:54Speaker 3: body somewhere.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Oh, no doubt, absolutely. And that's the kind of thing.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Whether it was the gravel road we learned to a
- 23:00Speaker 1: biicon or the rusty sun scorched playground equipment. Not only
- 23:06Speaker 1: did those things build character in us, also a large
- 23:09Speaker 1: amount of scar tissue.
- 23:11Speaker 3: Yes, you know they say that the bone you break
- 23:14Speaker 3: becomes the strongest bone in your body because of the calcification.
- 23:17Speaker 6: So yeah, But then.
- 23:18Speaker 3: I went by I think another ten years later, and
- 23:21Speaker 3: that's when they had replaced the gravel with the rubber
- 23:27Speaker 3: all weather mats. Yep, that went everywhere. So I mean
- 23:31Speaker 3: like you could literally jump up in the air and
- 23:33Speaker 3: fall flat on your face and it was like like
- 23:35Speaker 3: landing on a cloud.
- 23:37Speaker 1: And I was like the ground hugs you as you
- 23:39Speaker 1: face plat.
- 23:39Speaker 3: I mean, you know, And I was like, Oh, these
- 23:42Speaker 3: kids are about to be bitches, like I thought about
- 23:45Speaker 3: about two thousand and eight I called it.
- 23:47Speaker 6: I was like, these kids about to be bitches.
- 23:50Speaker 1: And you know what's interesting, I have never set foot
- 23:54Speaker 1: on some of these newer playgrounds because you know, I
- 23:57Speaker 1: don't have kids and you know, running out there and
- 23:59Speaker 1: playing on playground equipment with kids. During COVID, I worked
- 24:02Speaker 1: out when all the gyms were closed on a couple
- 24:04Speaker 1: of pieces of playground equipment, But the one I went
- 24:06Speaker 1: to didn't have some of the advancements I think that
- 24:10Speaker 1: this new stuff has. Like there's a there's a park
- 24:13Speaker 1: not far from where we live here, and I walked
- 24:16Speaker 1: across it the other day to throw something in the
- 24:19Speaker 1: trash can, and on that mat that you're talking about
- 24:22Speaker 1: raj where the playground equipment sits on top of. For us,
- 24:26Speaker 1: that whole section was the break your neck you no
- 24:30Speaker 1: longer walk if you hit this gravel correctly area. That's
- 24:34Speaker 1: what we grew up with. Now it is it's like this.
- 24:37Speaker 1: It's green like grass, but it's soft and spongy. It
- 24:40Speaker 1: feels like one of those like the soft spot to
- 24:43Speaker 1: land at a trampoline park. I mean, it's it's I
- 24:46Speaker 1: had no I thought it was going to be harder.
- 24:48Speaker 2: Now it was.
- 24:49Speaker 1: It Like I stepped foot on it and I was like,
- 24:51Speaker 1: I would like shoes made of this.
- 24:52Speaker 6: Yeah, I was.
- 24:53Speaker 3: I remember bouncing on it, like just walking and I
- 24:55Speaker 3: was like, oh, this is nice.
- 24:56Speaker 1: It's almost like the playground was built on a bed
- 24:59Speaker 1: of crocs.
- 25:00Speaker 3: Yeah. And I and I and I do this in
- 25:02Speaker 3: my stand up where I'm talking when I talk about
- 25:04Speaker 3: the playgrounds that we had, Like, I don't know if
- 25:06Speaker 3: you guys are aware. It started in California. I know that,
- 25:09Speaker 3: and it's working its way across the country. It'll get
- 25:11Speaker 3: here eventually. But like the swing sets in California, I
- 25:16Speaker 3: have to be adult supervised.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 25:19Speaker 3: I don't know if you knew that, Like you have to.
- 25:20Speaker 3: Like there's like a clipboard like signing thing, so like
- 25:23Speaker 3: if you put your kid on the swing set, you
- 25:25Speaker 3: got to sign like hey, I'm I'm standing. And also
- 25:29Speaker 3: if any other kids are on there or come up
- 25:33Speaker 3: while you're kids swinging, you're responsible to watch them as well.
- 25:36Speaker 1: No, no, I will not be responsible for anybody else's
- 25:39Speaker 1: idiot child.
- 25:40Speaker 3: Yeah. Did y'all have the the metal spin thing that
- 25:46Speaker 3: you know America?
- 25:48Speaker 2: Well, but yeah, kind of.
- 25:54Speaker 6: It was.
- 25:56Speaker 2: It's like the one with the horses and you know,
- 25:57Speaker 2: go up and down and.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Everything's okay, the horse is going up and down, mirrors
- 26:03Speaker 1: and the music that's a carousel around. Was the metal
- 26:07Speaker 1: spinny thing with the bars. I also called it the
- 26:10Speaker 1: kid spinner.
- 26:11Speaker 3: Yeah, the one you spin as fast as you can
- 26:12Speaker 3: so you can watch Tim fly off and break his arm. Yeah,
- 26:15Speaker 3: that's that's always a good one.
- 26:16Speaker 6: We had.
- 26:17Speaker 3: We had a we had a scot that's who we
- 26:19Speaker 3: I mean, we were going and he did the thing
- 26:21Speaker 3: where he was like starfish and like let go of
- 26:24Speaker 3: the the bar, and I just did the whole thing
- 26:27Speaker 3: where he laid in the middle like I'm a star
- 26:28Speaker 3: fit and then he flew the f off that thing.
- 26:31Speaker 3: And oh my god, was it hilarious till he landed
- 26:34Speaker 3: and I'm like, that's broke, and uh.
- 26:37Speaker 1: Yeah, that that'll happen.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Yeah. We got to sign his cast, so that was
- 26:41Speaker 3: really cool. It was like it was like it was
- 26:45Speaker 3: like a soldier coming back from war. Like he came
- 26:48Speaker 3: back to school a week later, We're like, that's him,
- 26:50Speaker 3: Like he was. He was like a legends, Like that's
- 26:52Speaker 3: that's the Scott that everybody's been talking about.
- 26:54Speaker 1: He got the ride, and he got the ride in
- 26:56Speaker 1: the the ambulance.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 26:58Speaker 6: Uh.
- 26:59Speaker 3: And then like rite and it was Mosquite brother. He
- 27:01Speaker 3: didn't rune an ambulance.
- 27:02Speaker 6: They called his folks.
- 27:03Speaker 3: Somebody came up and picked him and took him to
- 27:05Speaker 3: the hospital that probably my mom was working at.
- 27:08Speaker 4: Uh.
- 27:08Speaker 3: And then they gave him a white cast like that
- 27:11Speaker 3: white off white so that people could sign it because
- 27:14Speaker 3: you had you had color choices.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Uh.
- 27:16Speaker 6: In the in the early eighties, they were they were.
- 27:18Speaker 3: Starting to spruce up the cast so you can get
- 27:20Speaker 3: like blue or red or green, and most people didn't
- 27:23Speaker 3: realize it. It was just whatever the cast company sent
- 27:26Speaker 3: the plaster would would be that color.
- 27:29Speaker 6: But he had the.
- 27:29Speaker 3: Off white, so we all got to sign it and
- 27:31Speaker 3: that was really cool. I mean, so on supervised kids
- 27:35Speaker 3: with a lot of metal and gravel, what could go wrong?
- 27:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I didn't have a good recess if
- 27:42Speaker 1: I didn't get my leg caught in the tire pit thing.
- 27:46Speaker 1: So you had like whatever the thing was called, when
- 27:48Speaker 1: you had the wooden platform on one side and then
- 27:51Speaker 1: the tires that were attached by chains that went down
- 27:55Speaker 1: and then back up like a ramp to another wooden platform,
- 27:59Speaker 1: and the game aim was to jump from one platform
- 28:01Speaker 1: to the other, and if you didn't make it, then
- 28:03Speaker 1: you ended up in the in the lava with the tires.
- 28:06Speaker 1: And if I didn't get one leg caught and dangle
- 28:09Speaker 1: upside down at one point, then I didn't have a
- 28:10Speaker 1: successful recess.
- 28:11Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure you were just playing in the salvage yard.
- 28:14Speaker 3: I don't think I don't think you had a playground.
- 28:18Speaker 3: I think they just took the adopted kids to like a.
- 28:20Speaker 1: Dump and the one where they encouraged you to pet
- 28:26Speaker 1: the junkyard dog.
- 28:29Speaker 3: That was just the guy's name. Go ahead and pet
- 28:32Speaker 3: junk yard dog we call I mean his name is Steve,
- 28:34Speaker 3: but we called him dog.
- 28:36Speaker 4: Uh.
- 28:36Speaker 6: And it was like this is where we burned the tires.
- 28:38Speaker 3: But before we do, why don't you guys play around
- 28:41Speaker 3: on them?
- 28:44Speaker 1: But we've already let the match. Use your best judge
- 28:51Speaker 1: when you think, when you think play time is over.
- 28:53Speaker 3: We're going to find out who the fastest adopted kid is.
- 29:08Speaker 7: You're listening to The tree House.
- 29:10Speaker 8: Visit us online, That Treehouse on air dot com.
- 29:14Speaker 1: And in case anyone didn't pick it up from the context, blues,
- 29:18Speaker 1: I'm adopted. So for us to talk about all that stuff, you're.
- 29:39Speaker 7: Listening to the tree House, visit us online, That Treehouse
- 29:43Speaker 7: on air dot com.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Oh God, I love Fridays. So last episode we discussed
- 30:01Speaker 1: the viral sensation known as Haktua Girl. And what was
- 30:05Speaker 1: fascinating about this to me looking back on it, is
- 30:09Speaker 1: that Trey introduced her to you and me, Raj. Yes,
- 30:13Speaker 1: you and I had no idea when we went in
- 30:15Speaker 1: to record the previous episode of The tree House. Who
- 30:18Speaker 1: Hawktua Girl was, let alone, what Hawktua itself was. Yeah,
- 30:24Speaker 1: we knew what that was, we just didn't know it
- 30:25Speaker 1: by that particular name. And so Trey introduced to a
- 30:28Speaker 1: Haktua Girl to us, and I learned later that night
- 30:32Speaker 1: as I'm doom scrolling in bed. I was only two
- 30:36Speaker 1: thumb swipes away on ex Twitter, Twitter X whatever it
- 30:40Speaker 1: is or Twitter triple X. Now, I was only two
- 30:43Speaker 1: thumb swipes away from seeing it. So I was right.
- 30:48Speaker 1: I was really really close to it. I was right
- 30:51Speaker 1: on the edge. And then, like I said, Trey, you
- 30:52Speaker 1: introduced a hawk to a girl to us. And I
- 30:55Speaker 1: think before we get into now exploring the legend of
- 31:00Speaker 1: Hawktua over the past handful of days, we should probably
- 31:06Speaker 1: revisit the original video of the Hawkta girl and her
- 31:11Speaker 1: friend being interviewed by YouTube guys Tim and Dee or
- 31:16Speaker 1: something like that. And they were the ones that were
- 31:19Speaker 1: walking around Nashville doing man on the Street stuff and
- 31:22Speaker 1: they were discussing. They were interviewing attractive girls and asking
- 31:27Speaker 1: them provocative questions. And about eight minutes into their video,
- 31:33Speaker 1: they came across these two white girls and they interviewed them.
- 31:39Speaker 11: This is for her.
- 31:40Speaker 1: What you got to answer this? What's one move in
- 31:45Speaker 1: bed that makes a man go crazy every time you give.
- 31:48Speaker 3: Him that hawk dude spent all that night.
- 31:54Speaker 1: I don't get you. I think you gotta demonstrate hawk dudes.
- 32:03Speaker 1: So there you have, uh, and the legend and the
- 32:07Speaker 1: legend of Hawktua was born.
- 32:09Speaker 5: Yeah, and there are some other, you know questions she
- 32:12Speaker 5: answered that are equally as dirty.
- 32:14Speaker 2: Oh really yeah.
- 32:16Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 32:16Speaker 1: The full video is entertaining and I you know, we
- 32:19Speaker 1: can play more of it, but that's you know. You
- 32:22Speaker 1: go to the tim and D YouTube channel, you can
- 32:24Speaker 1: see the whole video, including like this spitting. This is
- 32:28Speaker 1: not the first time that the spitting thing was brought
- 32:30Speaker 1: up on this particular episode, Like three or four minutes prior,
- 32:33Speaker 1: there was a couple other girls talking about hey, spin
- 32:35Speaker 1: on me, But this was the viral sensation they picked
- 32:39Speaker 1: up on Hawktua and just like the thing that she's
- 32:44Speaker 1: spitting on, her legend has grown since this has gone
- 32:52Speaker 1: viral and she's become now a public viral sensation.
- 32:59Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 32:59Speaker 3: It's amazing in this day and age, how forty five
- 33:02Speaker 3: seconds can ruin your life because now everybody they have
- 33:09Speaker 3: they found out who she is and her name is
- 33:12Speaker 3: Hailey Welsh. Yes that's who that's who she is, and.
- 33:16Speaker 1: We are pretty sure that's her name.
- 33:18Speaker 3: Yes, this is what they this is what the internet
- 33:21Speaker 3: is saying. But yeah, I think the enthusiasm in which
- 33:25Speaker 3: she demonstrated the sound is what made her go viral
- 33:30Speaker 3: because she she was very she was very entertained by
- 33:36Speaker 3: her own answer.
- 33:37Speaker 1: So well, that's what I love about the original video
- 33:40Speaker 1: is the guy originally asked the brunette first, and and
- 33:44Speaker 1: Hakatua Haley had walked away, and then the brunette friends like, hey, hey,
- 33:48Speaker 1: you need to ask this question again. This is a girl.
- 33:50Speaker 1: You need to ask this question. She brings her over.
- 33:52Speaker 1: That's why she says she'll give the answer that you're
- 33:55Speaker 1: looking for.
- 33:56Speaker 3: Yeah, so she's given it. That's that means she's told
- 33:58Speaker 3: that to the brunette. She's explained, like, hey, you got
- 34:02Speaker 3: to you gotta do this if you want to have
- 34:05Speaker 3: your own shirts in the NATSI store exactly.
- 34:08Speaker 1: So Ever since this has become what it is, which
- 34:10Speaker 1: is the new viral sensation, give Hoctua Haley Welch all
- 34:14Speaker 1: the credit in the world. She has done more to
- 34:17Speaker 1: unify this country politically than any candidate across the nation
- 34:22Speaker 1: could ever dream. Yes, I know, we've got presidential debates
- 34:28Speaker 1: are starting, You've got Trump versus Biden, and Kennedy is
- 34:33Speaker 1: looking from the outside in. And I guarantee you if
- 34:37Speaker 1: she wanted to hakt a girl could flap her way
- 34:39Speaker 1: in the middle of this debate and win in a
- 34:41Speaker 1: matter of thirty seconds. Yes, which that's one meme I
- 34:46Speaker 1: did not see. I did, however, see a ton of
- 34:49Speaker 1: other ones over the next couple of days, and I
- 34:51Speaker 1: decided to compile a couple of these for you guys
- 34:54Speaker 1: in case you had missed some of them, because I
- 34:57Speaker 1: thought these are some of my favorites. I want to
- 34:59Speaker 1: share some of the with my buddies Raj and Trey.
- 35:04Speaker 1: So uh. This is a collection here of, like I said,
- 35:08Speaker 1: some of my favorite Hawktua girl memes inside the treehouse.
- 35:13Speaker 1: We will begin with the meme of Ben Affleck outside
- 35:17Speaker 1: smoking a cigarette in his blue sweater with the caption
- 35:20Speaker 1: Hawk to his dad right now and probably forever, and
- 35:26Speaker 1: I will follow that up without That was one of
- 35:29Speaker 1: the first ones I saw. Then another one. Hang on
- 35:33Speaker 1: a second, what is that.
- 35:36Speaker 5: Tray, Oh, I've got a a political video of for
- 35:42Speaker 5: hawk toa okay okay uh.
- 35:47Speaker 1: After Ben Affleck as Hawk to his dad, I've got
- 35:51Speaker 1: the Iowa hawktas with the logo of the Hawks skidding.
- 35:57Speaker 2: That's brilliant.
- 35:58Speaker 1: I guess Gray hadn't seen that one. This would also
- 36:00Speaker 1: work for any other for any other Hawk mascot. So
- 36:04Speaker 1: if the Atlanta Hawks, I'm sure there's one for them. Yeah,
- 36:09Speaker 1: if if the Eagle was smart, they would have done one,
- 36:11Speaker 1: but I don't. I didn't look because I don't care. Also,
- 36:17Speaker 1: staying with the sports theme, people got to printing their
- 36:20Speaker 1: hawk Tua stuff pretty quickly, including hockey jerseys with Hawktua
- 36:25Speaker 1: on the back and the number twenty four okay, hockey
- 36:28Speaker 1: sweaters okay, and then the hawktucin from the Street Fighters,
- 36:37Speaker 1: which is which is another one of my favorites. Again,
- 36:41Speaker 1: these are these are also of my favorites. And then
- 36:44Speaker 1: uh and then Hoktua girl single handedly destroying Pride Month.
- 36:52Speaker 1: So if you're unfamiliar with the school bus driving across
- 36:56Speaker 1: the railroad tracks in front of a train meme, the
- 36:59Speaker 1: bus is Pride Month and the train is Hawkta Girl
- 37:02Speaker 1: demolishing it. Which, let's be honest, I'm I'm pretty sure
- 37:09Speaker 1: the LGBTQ community, although mainly the male, I'm sure they've
- 37:13Speaker 1: got a handle on on on the hawking thing. I
- 37:15Speaker 1: don't think that's a streets only type of deal. Another
- 37:18Speaker 1: one of my favorites is the Avenger Hawktua spin on
- 37:22Speaker 1: that Thing movie poster, Can she Save the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
- 37:28Speaker 1: Along with Hawktua the Disney movie where it's cartoon Hawktua
- 37:34Speaker 1: with her pet Hawk on her shoulder.
- 37:36Speaker 3: Ah, that's that's not right.
- 37:41Speaker 2: It's gonna get worse.
- 37:42Speaker 6: It's gonna be a musical, of.
- 37:44Speaker 1: Course it is. And then one of my favorites also
- 37:48Speaker 1: the Hawk to a debit card, because you can get
- 37:50Speaker 1: the whatever image you want put on a debit card.
- 37:53Speaker 2: Yep.
- 37:53Speaker 1: So we got three three photos of Hawk Tour girl
- 37:55Speaker 1: spitting on it with you know her catchphraise and spin
- 37:58Speaker 1: on that thing. And then we roll into the original
- 38:01Speaker 1: Hawk to a Girl Monica Bill Clinton photo.
- 38:08Speaker 6: I mean you got to give props to the O
- 38:10Speaker 6: g s right, I mean you can't.
- 38:11Speaker 1: You have to.
- 38:12Speaker 3: You have you got it, you gotta, you gotta give
- 38:15Speaker 3: it up to.
- 38:16Speaker 1: You have to respect your elders. You have to respect
- 38:18Speaker 1: those who came before.
- 38:20Speaker 6: You, and that will continue to come afterwards.
- 38:33Speaker 8: You're listening to the tree House, visit us online at

- 38:40Speaker 1: I am saving the best for last though. My absolute
- 38:42Speaker 1: favorite Hawk Ta thing that I've seen in the last
- 38:45Speaker 1: few days, that'll be coming up later in the show.
- 39:00Speaker 10: The Treehouse Listen is online and Freehouse on Air dot com.
- 39:06Speaker 1: This segment of the Treehouse is brought to you by
- 39:09Speaker 1: Cook DFW Roofing and Restoration for your free roof inspection,

- 39:18Speaker 1: and to get yourself on the cook list where they
- 39:21Speaker 1: schedule you once a year, all for free eight three
- 39:24Speaker 1: three Cook DFW eight three three Cook d FW and
- 39:28Speaker 1: again the website cookdfw dot com. Coming off the heels
- 39:33Speaker 1: of dipping our toe in the the pool of stupid
- 39:37Speaker 1: that was the presidential debate on Thursday night, there was
- 39:42Speaker 1: a major issue that I was personally offended that was
- 39:46Speaker 1: not brought up by the common not the commentators, by
- 39:49Speaker 1: the moderators. Sure, that's one way to look at them
- 39:55Speaker 1: from CNN. Was the issues was the issue of the
- 40:01Speaker 1: continuing nuisance, that is, these monoliths that keep popping up
- 40:06Speaker 1: around the country. I don't remember if these were popping
- 40:11Speaker 1: up around the world, but I know for sure they
- 40:13Speaker 1: were popping up in, you know, seemingly random places around
- 40:18Speaker 1: the country, and there was one recently. And this is
- 40:21Speaker 1: why I was so deeply personally offended that it was
- 40:24Speaker 1: not asked to either candidate during the debate. Was the
- 40:28Speaker 1: one that was just found recently in Colorado. Another monolith
- 40:34Speaker 1: found in Colorado, this one allegedly resembling more of the
- 40:40Speaker 1: style of monolith that we saw in Stanley Kubrick's two
- 40:43Speaker 1: thousand and one of Space Odyssey before the monkey started
- 40:45Speaker 1: using tools and things. So why are also aliens were
- 40:51Speaker 1: not asked to Trump or Biden? Why are we not
- 40:54Speaker 1: getting answers to the questions that we most need.
- 40:57Speaker 3: Well, I think it was wasn't it Clinton that was like, yeah,
- 41:00Speaker 3: Area fifty two is a thing, And then I think
- 41:02Speaker 3: it was somebody else was like I think it was
- 41:05Speaker 3: Obama that was like, yeah, I'm gonna look into it,
- 41:07Speaker 3: and I think there's some stuff that we need to declassify,
- 41:09Speaker 3: and it could you know, as soon as I find
- 41:12Speaker 3: out more about it.
- 41:12Speaker 6: It's all a little.
- 41:13Speaker 3: A bit of a bait and switch when it comes
- 41:15Speaker 3: to the aliens of like, we we're gonna, we're gonna
- 41:17Speaker 3: have a committee, and they did. They had that one
- 41:19Speaker 3: day in front of Congress and he's like, I'm telling
- 41:22Speaker 3: you this stuff is real, and that's why.
- 41:25Speaker 1: I'm saying You've got a guy who supposedly has lots
- 41:27Speaker 1: of credibility. We've talked about him, you know, because because
- 41:31Speaker 1: it's important way to know about this stuff. You have
- 41:33Speaker 1: all the declassified videos, you know, coming out of the
- 41:37Speaker 1: Navy and the Air Force where they're you know, can't
- 41:39Speaker 1: keep up with strange aircraft and such. And the monoliths
- 41:43Speaker 1: and aliens. I want to know, ask ask these guys
- 41:47Speaker 1: that have the clearance. Maybe then again, the government may
- 41:51Speaker 1: have Maybe the deep state is real, and the deep
- 41:54Speaker 1: state absolutely refuses to tell Trump or Biden anything about
- 41:57Speaker 1: aliens just for the safety of us, all I don't know.
- 41:59Speaker 3: Okay, here's what if and just go with me on this.
- 42:04Speaker 3: What if this is like whatever planet they're on, this
- 42:07Speaker 3: is their banksy And this is what he does. He
- 42:10Speaker 3: just he just randomly he does these monoliths, and they're like,
- 42:15Speaker 3: what do you got going on now? And he's like, Oh,
- 42:18Speaker 3: I'm gonna go down and put these monoliths on Earth.
- 42:21Speaker 3: They won't know what hit him. And so in the
- 42:23Speaker 3: middle of the night he comes in he's like, because
- 42:25Speaker 3: I think there's one in Vegas that's like all shiny
- 42:27Speaker 3: and metal. Yeah, like, oh, this is gonna because Vegas
- 42:30Speaker 3: is all shiny and there's a lot of metal there
- 42:33Speaker 3: bamp in the middle of the desert, and then he
- 42:34Speaker 3: just flew off.
- 42:35Speaker 1: And this is another strange, another strange monolith. This one
- 42:40Speaker 1: more reminiscent of the one of the movie two thousand
- 42:42Speaker 1: and one of Space Odyssey, appeared in Colorado, northwest of
- 42:46Speaker 1: Fort Collins. Nearly two hundred and fifty mysterious monoliths, many
- 42:50Speaker 1: of them three sided and prism shaped prism not prison,
- 42:55Speaker 1: have been discovered around the world since twenty twenty. Another
- 42:59Speaker 1: was found last week or two weeks ago near Las Vegas.
- 43:01Speaker 1: That's the when you're talking about RAJ. The Vegas Metropolitan
- 43:05Speaker 1: Police Department said it was removed on June twentieth due
- 43:09Speaker 1: to public safety and environmental concerns. This Colorado specimen, which
- 43:13Speaker 1: is rectangular and reflective, was found on a hill outside Bellevue, Colorado,
- 43:18Speaker 1: stands about eight feet tall four feet wide and is
- 43:20Speaker 1: bolted into a concrete pad.
- 43:23Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 43:24Speaker 3: See that's what I'm saying, Like, this is their this
- 43:26Speaker 3: is their vanguard artist from whatever planet they are, like
- 43:30Speaker 3: borgone nine and he's he's there, he's their dude, and
- 43:34Speaker 3: this is what he does and if you can get
- 43:36Speaker 3: your hands on it, it's gonna be worth millions one day.
- 43:39Speaker 1: If that's the currency that they trade short or or or.
- 43:43Speaker 3: It's gonna be worth natural gas.
- 43:48Speaker 5: I mean, most of them sound like there was a
- 43:50Speaker 5: strip club that went out of business and they just
- 43:52Speaker 5: didn't know what to do with the stuff.
- 43:59Speaker 1: I think, I think, I think we found I think
- 44:01Speaker 1: the mystery has been solved.
- 44:05Speaker 3: I want to go to that. I want to go
- 44:07Speaker 3: to the strip club though, where they're just instead of
- 44:09Speaker 3: pole dancing, they're a monolith swinging. It's hard to go
- 44:14Speaker 3: around them when they're rectangular shaped. That's where the extra
- 44:18Speaker 3: money comes.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the challenge any ho can swing around the ball.
- 44:29Speaker 6: That has to be a stue.
- 44:40Speaker 3: Yeah, anyhow, it takes a special hode.
- 44:43Speaker 6: It's go run a monolith.
- 44:47Speaker 1: Well, like they said, it's it's it's bolted into a
- 44:49Speaker 1: concrete slab, so it doesn't have any give. I mean,
- 44:57Speaker 1: you hit that thing at full tilt, you ain't getting back.
- 45:02Speaker 3: What are you doing right now, wiping down the monolith.
- 45:06Speaker 2: Always leaving a snail trail.
- 45:12Speaker 1: Yeah, at that point you wouldn't think it was such
- 45:13Speaker 1: a mystery. Just follow the trail.
- 45:28Speaker 7: You're listening to the Treehouse.
- 45:30Speaker 8: Visit us online, that Treehouse on air dot com.
- 45:34Speaker 1: It's just stripper excretions and glitter.
- 45:42Speaker 5: Mm hmm.
- 45:51Speaker 7: You're listening to the Treehouse.
- 45:53Speaker 8: Visit us online, that Treehouse on air dot com.
- 46:00Speaker 1: As we keep delving deeper into the pool of stupid today,
- 46:06Speaker 1: this is an important story to share with you because
- 46:10Speaker 1: the medical industry is a challenging one, to say the least.
- 46:14Speaker 1: It's difficult to get into, as it should be, and
- 46:19Speaker 1: it can be a difficult occupation for all involved. I
- 46:23Speaker 1: don't care what job you have within the healthcare industry,
- 46:27Speaker 1: it's a challenging one. Whether it's you know, the janitor
- 46:30Speaker 1: in the hospital that's not an easy gig, all the
- 46:34Speaker 1: way up to you know, the person who heads up
- 46:37Speaker 1: a hospital. Nurses, doctors, physicians, all all the jobs in between.
- 46:42Speaker 1: They're all very difficult.
- 46:44Speaker 3: Except dermatology. I think they're they're they're okay. There's not
- 46:49Speaker 3: a there's not a high stress situation where you're like
- 46:51Speaker 3: that goddamn mole.
- 46:53Speaker 1: Well, it may not be a high stress situation, but
- 46:56Speaker 1: it's a high icky factor.
- 46:58Speaker 3: Yes, there is a there's a lot of plus yeah.
- 47:02Speaker 1: And it's not always puss sometimes they pull critters out
- 47:04Speaker 1: of there.
- 47:05Speaker 3: They Yeah.
- 47:06Speaker 1: Some of the nastiest stuff I have seen online has
- 47:09Speaker 1: been from dermatology videos.
- 47:12Speaker 3: Yeah, those are the good ones, are they?
- 47:15Speaker 6: Yeah? I love those.
- 47:16Speaker 1: Haven't I showed you the explosive cyst.
- 47:18Speaker 3: Oh I'm sure I I uh yeah, I'm sure those
- 47:22Speaker 3: are fantastic. Like doctor Pip Popper.
- 47:26Speaker 2: All day long with you. It's actually the podiatrist.
- 47:31Speaker 5: Oh yeah, the overgrown toenails and stuff.
- 47:34Speaker 3: Like killing me. That's the show. That's a great name,
- 47:37Speaker 3: by the way, because we've all said that at one point, Man,
- 47:40Speaker 3: my feet are killing me, and somebody's like, yeah, now
- 47:43Speaker 3: I'm gonna find that's the one. Oh man, when you
- 47:45Speaker 3: get there, like the toenails that are going like that,
- 47:47Speaker 3: and they're like hedge trimmers to them.
- 47:51Speaker 1: I have seen so being as I live on an
- 47:54Speaker 1: island in the middle of the Caribbean, I see a
- 47:56Speaker 1: lot more feet than than the average Texan does because
- 48:00Speaker 1: most people are walking around on flip flops, and I
- 48:03Speaker 1: I would kindly request that before you come on vacation,
- 48:07Speaker 1: get a pedicure. Yeah, like trim some of these things
- 48:10Speaker 1: because they they look like a low trim and commercial
- 48:14Speaker 1: gone bad.
- 48:16Speaker 3: Here's This is just a public service announcement from the treehouse.
- 48:21Speaker 3: If you don't have flip flop feet, don't put your
- 48:24Speaker 3: feet in them. There are some people. I remember I
- 48:27Speaker 3: was in Austin with my buddy on his boat. There
- 48:30Speaker 3: was a bunch of us and I looked down and
- 48:32Speaker 3: his pinky toe was the saddest toe I've ever seen.
- 48:36Speaker 3: Like that that piggy didn't we all the way home?
- 48:39Speaker 3: That that one. That one it looked like it committed suicide.
- 48:43Speaker 3: It was hanging off the side of the flip flop.
- 48:45Speaker 3: I'm like, your toe, your pinky toe looks like it's
- 48:48Speaker 3: trying to get away from the rest of your foot,
- 48:52Speaker 3: like and the rest of his foot. I was like,
- 48:53Speaker 3: are your toenails gray? Like what is happening?
- 48:57Speaker 1: Uh?
- 48:57Speaker 3: And he's like, yeah, man, sometimes it just it's a
- 49:00Speaker 3: blood float thing. I was like, put socks on and
- 49:03Speaker 3: and tennis sho.
- 49:04Speaker 6: You're a white dude, put on some new balance.
- 49:05Speaker 1: Nobody's gonna question thanks full transition.
- 49:10Speaker 3: Yes, boat shoes, buddy, That's that's why they're called them.
- 49:14Speaker 1: Uh.
- 49:14Speaker 3: I uh, have I have good feet, like my my
- 49:18Speaker 3: piky toe has the full nail like I don't have
- 49:20Speaker 3: that weird little that thing that some people get that's gross.
- 49:24Speaker 1: Well, the thing you don't want is if you are,
- 49:26Speaker 1: you know, on a boat for the day, is you
- 49:30Speaker 1: don't want people to be able to hear you coming
- 49:33Speaker 1: as you walk across the hole. Yes, if you're walking
- 49:36Speaker 1: on the deck of the boat and people can hear
- 49:37Speaker 1: you coming up from feet away over the outboard, that's
- 49:41Speaker 1: a problem. You need to trim those.
- 49:42Speaker 6: Things, yeah, if you can.
- 49:43Speaker 3: If you can, like hand me something with your foot,
- 49:46Speaker 3: you know what it's like, Hey man, can you have
- 49:47Speaker 3: me those flyers and you just grab them with your
- 49:49Speaker 3: toes like that, put those in shoes. I don't need
- 49:52Speaker 3: to see your hand foot, don't.
- 49:56Speaker 1: It's also dangerous on the like if you're doing the
- 50:00Speaker 1: the tube dragging behind the boat, you don't want you
- 50:03Speaker 1: don't want the toes to pop the tube and you know,
- 50:05Speaker 1: the kids and then everybody drowns.
- 50:07Speaker 3: Yeah, but it can also slow your It can slow
- 50:10Speaker 3: you down if you just put them in the water
- 50:12Speaker 3: and then the just act like an anchor. It it's
- 50:13Speaker 3: gonna slow you down because you have gross feet. Not
- 50:16Speaker 3: everybody you know this, Not everybody dispersed.
- 50:20Speaker 1: And here's the thing I'm not. I'm not big on like, hey,
- 50:22Speaker 1: you need to get a pet. I'm just like, if
- 50:24Speaker 1: they're gross, just clean them up a little bit.
- 50:26Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean paint your toenails. I mean, guys and girls,
- 50:30Speaker 3: we can all do that now. It's it's twenty twenty four.
- 50:33Speaker 1: Get a wagner that way. It feels manlier when you
- 50:34Speaker 1: when you do it, you just spray across. It's getting
- 50:39Speaker 1: the blue tape.
- 50:41Speaker 6: What color are your nails? Black and decker? Yeah?
- 50:49Speaker 3: So have have have good feet and if you don't,
- 50:52Speaker 3: and if if you're aware you know you have good
- 50:54Speaker 3: feet or not, and if you don't, let's not all
- 50:57Speaker 3: see them.
- 50:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 50:58Speaker 1: So the medical profession, it is pretty difficult unless you're
- 51:02Speaker 1: a pediatrist. As we've now established heart surgeons though that's
- 51:06Speaker 1: a pretty tough gig, right. And I don't know if
- 51:10Speaker 1: it's a light that is befallen the heart surgeons of
- 51:14Speaker 1: Texas or if this is just a you know, specific
- 51:19Speaker 1: problem in one hospital chain. But there's been a fifteen
- 51:25Speaker 1: million dollars settlement that has been reached after doctors allegedly
- 51:29Speaker 1: left heart surgeries to perform other operations. If there's one
- 51:35Speaker 1: thing I don't want in a surgeon. It's a multitasker.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Or your side hustle.
- 51:47Speaker 1: Yeah, if my heart surgeon walks in with my uber
- 51:50Speaker 1: eats order, I would like a second opinion.
- 51:59Speaker 3: I got a pepperone me, a extra cheese, and an
- 52:01Speaker 3: appendectomy for dam.
- 52:05Speaker 1: Although it actually would be pretty helpful if it was
- 52:09Speaker 1: a I think it's a gastroentrologist that does the stomach stapling,
- 52:13Speaker 1: so that would actually be cool because then you can
- 52:16Speaker 1: get one last really big carbon heavy meal and then
- 52:19Speaker 1: after you eat it, they can just cut it out.
- 52:22Speaker 5: Yeah, because a large pepperoni pizza to a bypass is
- 52:25Speaker 5: just ironic
